Sarabeth’s, the beloved NYC brunch staple since 1981, is shutting down its Park Avenue South and Greenwich Village locations—closing the doors for good on August 16th—while keeping its Upper West Side and Central Park South spots open. Despite decades of loyal fans and iconic house-made preserves, rising costs and shifting economics made those two spots unsustainable.
