🚨CRITICAL🚨 SILVER Price Alert -- THIS Be SOON 💰💰... Gold Price too! · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
$38 silver coming to a screen near you very, very soon.
0:05
We're going to cover the reasons why in this video.
0:08
Gold. I can see a 2900 or even 3100
0:12
during the same time frame, and we're talking about the next 30
0:15
days. We'll talk about examples, why
0:18
it'll happen and reasons why it'll happen, but we also have a
0:22
major warning about silver from a doctor from India.
0:28
We're going to cover that later. But today, guys, this morning,
0:31
the silver manipulators are in full effect.
0:35
I woke up at like 4:00 AM. Check the silver price.
0:38
It was down like 6065 cents in the spot market last I checked.
0:43
Did it come back a bit? We're going to stay on top of
0:46
it, but let's remember one key thing happening right now.
0:50
We're looking at a weekly close on a Friday.
0:53
That's the weekly close in the silver price of the manipulators
0:57
are working as hard as they can to tamp down the price of silver
1:02
so that the end of the week price level looks negative.
1:05
A lot of the big chart technical analysts traders look at the
1:09
weekly close. So we're in for a major, major
1:12
battle today and haven't we talked about this it's
1:16
volatility. If you noticed over the last
1:19
week we've had major volatility in both the gold price and the
1:23
silver price. Now those of you who who watched
1:25
daily last week, we talked about the only thing for certain that
1:30
we could look forward to this week was a lot of uncertainty, a
1:34
lot of potential volatility. But there's a big reason why we
1:39
don't need to be afraid of this volatility.
1:43
And that's because major periods of volatility often times, not
1:49
always, but often times precede or come before big, big price
1:55
moves. And what we're talking about are
1:57
big price moves to the upside, which is why right now, right
2:01
here, I'm going to go on a limb and say that I think that within
2:05
the next 30 days we will have $38 silver.
2:10
Look, I could be wrong. Don't make any financial
2:13
decisions based on anything I'm saying, but it sure the heck
2:16
feels that way. And I think that we could be
2:18
green today. Let's go out and take a look at
2:21
what's going on in the silver market right now.
2:24
I think we have a very good shot at having green silver today.
2:28
Let's go out to channel sponsor Pin Backs and we were down $0.25
2:33
and we are now down $0.23. Again this morning, guys, the
2:37
silver price was down 50-60 cents per oz.
2:41
Today is a big day, a critical day, even if we do close red
2:45
today next week. Jake from Jake's Custom Parts
2:48
had a great comment just a few days back.
2:51
Guys, we need to let the dust settle.
2:55
We need to let the dust settle. This has been one of the biggest
2:59
weeks that we've ever experienced in the precious
3:02
metals market. Now look, we were just at the
3:05
PMBEX website, Pi MB EX, they sponsor the basement.
3:10
They make this possible. But what's even coolest or
3:14
cooler about PMBEX is they enable you right, the basement
3:19
dweller community to get silver, to get gold, to get platinum
3:22
group metals, always, always ultra competitive pricing,
3:27
always a great selection and most important, right, It's a
3:31
company you can trust. You can call them during the
3:33
week, talk to one of the brothers that owns the company.
3:37
These are good people and I've received overwhelming from you,
3:41
overwhelming positive feedback. So I always feel great about
3:45
recommending Pembek's big warning for you, though another
3:48
not, this is not the Indian Dr. warning about silver.
3:52
They came from our friend coin shop, Chris.
3:54
We'll talk about him a little bit later as well.
3:56
No big, big warning to you. I was sitting last night with my
3:59
mom and dad watching TV. We couldn't find anything and
4:02
one of those coin shows came on like on like a home shopping
4:07
club type coin shop coin, like a coin shop guy selling coins,
4:11
rare coins. Be very careful, right, whether
4:15
you're converting an IRA into precious metals or if you're
4:19
looking to buy numismatic collectible coins.
4:23
Because what I saw this guy offering and I won't name his
4:26
name, but it was a RIP off, OK, It was ATB.
4:29
We got a great deal for you today.
4:31
We got a, they only made so many of these coins.
4:34
This will be great for your children and your grandchildren
4:37
and buy this today and we'll split it up in three easy
4:41
payments for you and blah, blah, blah.
4:44
And I know what he was offering, which was a not even a one ounce
4:49
gold coin from like 1922 was a RIP off.
4:54
So there are RIP offs out there. Make sure you you deal with
4:57
companies you can trust when you're buying just regular
5:00
bullion, silver, gold, or if you're going to buy numismatic
5:03
coins and be very careful with the IRA stuff.
5:07
OK, please, please, if you're going to convert an IRA, take
5:10
your time, look at all your options.
5:12
Talk to a lot of people. Please talk to the guys at
5:16
Pembeck's because I'm going to ruin it for you.
5:18
I know they offer the best deal going, not given financial
5:22
advice, but the best value going.
5:25
Make your own decisions. But at the end of the day, make
5:27
sure that if you are going to convert money into precious
5:31
metals, compare how many actual ounces of silver and gold you're
5:35
going to get. OK, I digress.
5:36
We got a lot to cover today, guys.
5:38
So we got big moves, major volatility in the silver and
5:42
gold prices. Let's go to the silver chart and
5:45
then let's go out and check on the silver price in China.
5:49
But let's let's see why we are at this critical, critical
5:54
juncture right now in silver. Here we go.
5:59
This is the futures price in silver.
6:02
Let's refresh this because it's got to be red.
6:06
No, it's up five cents. December silver guys is up $0.05
6:11
per oz. That's very interesting because
6:14
the spot price, look at that this morning.
6:16
OK, man, can you we could have a Green Day in silver.
6:21
That was going to be, I was going to say that earlier, but
6:24
when I was putting together the notes for this live stream,
6:27
because at that point silver was down like 40 cents, $0.50.
6:31
We could have a Green Day for silver.
6:33
Let's go out to the full screen. This is potentially very, very
6:38
big. That's a two year chart.
6:41
Let's look at a six month chart of silver.
6:44
So here we are. Oh my gosh, I got to get the
6:46
crayons out quickly. And so here we are right about
6:52
$32 right now. And that is that major, major
6:58
right level. First it was a resistance.
7:01
Resistance level means right that back in June we tried to
7:05
get through 32. Back in July we kind of tried
7:08
back in late September, October we tried again and again.
7:12
Finally we broke through. And then the day after the
7:15
election, we broke down if we can close above this on a weekly
7:20
basis, come on it. It could be technically from a
7:24
charting perspective, a very optimistic event basically for
7:32
the silver price. Let's go.
7:34
Oh, wait till you hear this. It gets it gets even better.
7:38
But we're going to go out to China next to see what silver is
7:41
doing in China. Here we are with our friend, the
7:48
Oriental ghost, Mr. Bai Zhijun. I guess it's, I probably
7:54
pronounce that wrong. This is the Shanghai.
7:58
And we emphasize the high because the price always seems
8:02
to be higher in China. Gold exchange, the SGE.
8:05
And here's the silver price AG. This is for November 8th.
8:10
So this is today's data, OK, Silver closed at $33.61.
8:17
That's U.S. dollars in China. That is the physical market
8:24
which is critical for us to realize this is not a paper make
8:28
believe leveraged market. If you want to trade silver on
8:33
the Shanghai Gold Exchange, imagine this, imagine this, you
8:36
have to actually have the silver.
8:39
So the, the fact that their price is still, gosh, you know,
8:43
almost $2.00 per oz. I would say, would you say this
8:47
is more of a, this is more of the real price of silver in the
8:51
world. And we know that China right in
8:53
India, wait till you hear about India are, are like the biggest
8:58
silver consumers on the planet. There was something else he had
9:01
down here, local consumer gold demand growth highest in AGM.
9:07
Let's just look at this from the Bangkok Post.
9:10
Thailand. We don't talk at the Bangkok.
9:11
I've been to Bangkok, spent a month there.
9:14
My good friend Brian lives in Bangkok and runs the the Bangkok
9:19
Rotary Club. They give away ambulances and
9:22
all this crazy stuff. Let's just see what they're
9:24
saying here quickly. Consumer demand in Thailand.
9:27
We never talk about Thailand. We can add them to the list to
9:31
show the highest growth among Asian countries for the second
9:35
consecutive quarter. According to the World Gold
9:37
Council, Thai demand in the third quarter of 2024 increased
9:42
11% year on year. Global gold demand also remains
9:47
strong. OK, so guys, the bottom line
9:50
here is gold and silver in Asia is going through the roof.
9:56
We're hearing the Chinese consumers are sucking up gold.
10:01
Wait and wait till you hear about this doctor from India
10:04
said about silver. But they're sucking up gold,
10:07
sucking up silver. It's it's unbelievable.
10:10
But what about the cup and handle and silver?
10:15
I got some new news we're going to look at right now.
10:17
Super exciting. I didn't realize this was going
10:20
on. This is going to blow you away
10:22
because we talked about the cup and handle all the time.
10:25
The cup and handle pattern the longest, the most powerful,
10:29
right by far. Chart pattern in the one in
10:32
silver which goes back 44 years is like the biggest most epic
10:37
chart in the history. I mean it's like textbook these
10:41
guys that spent their careers analyzing all the different
10:44
charts of anything out there are saying that the 44 year cup and
10:47
handle and silver is the bomb. I hate that saying is the
10:53
biggest thing ever and could signal right this move and
10:56
silver up to $100.00 an ounce, $90.00 an ounce.
11:00
Let's go take a look. This is new and super
11:04
interesting. Wrong one.
11:05
Wrong one. Is this it?
11:09
With less than 60 days? Uh oh.
11:11
Oh, no. Did I screw something up?
11:14
That's not it. That's not it.
11:16
Hold on. Here.
11:17
Here it is. OK.
11:18
This comes from Dow. The Dow gold equals one with
11:22
less than 60 days left in 2024. This could be the biggest news
11:26
story for silver of the year, Right.
11:29
Less than 60 days. Silver may very well be poised
11:33
to post its highest annual close of all time.
11:38
Did you realize that me. Look at you, You guys are like
11:42
me, right? We're silver lovers.
11:44
Did you realize that? That if silver stays where it is
11:47
right now and we know it's going to go green today, but if it if
11:52
it if it closes on December 31st where it is right now, it could
11:56
be the highest annual like end of the year, right?
12:00
Like today is the weekly close because it's a Friday.
12:03
Well, December 31st will be the highest annual close in the
12:07
history of the universe for silver.
12:09
That's big news, but it gets even crazier when we realize
12:16
this OK close of all time as it rounds out its long term cup and
12:23
handle pattern. So if we look at the annual
12:26
closes on silver, right, this is 1980.
12:30
Sure, silver went to $50.00, but apparently it closed at what,
12:35
$28.00 in 1980? So there's the cup you guys see
12:40
in this. Hold on here.
12:41
Hopefully we're still alive. Thank you guys all for being
12:44
here, by the way. Big deal.
12:46
OK, we are. We're live.
12:47
Thank you. Thanks for the moderators.
12:49
Thank you, Annie Oakley. Oh, and I almost forgot the most
12:52
important part of the video, but we'll do that here in a second.
12:55
Here's the cup. This is annual close, right?
12:58
Comes back to 2011. Again, we went to $50.00, but at
13:02
the end of the year, we closed here below 32.
13:06
This is from 2011, the last 14 years.
13:10
That's the handle. I got to get the crayons out.
13:13
Hold on here, OK, OK, Cup and handle 44 years annual on an
13:20
annual basis. This would be a new all time
13:23
high. This if we go to 38 when we go
13:27
what not if in 30 days on December the 8th of 2024, you
13:32
can remind me when we have $38 silver.
13:36
This will be the breakout, the epic breakout.
13:40
Can I draw up there? I can in the silver price of all
13:44
time. And typically I think it's from
13:46
here to here is how far usually when it breaks out it goes.
13:51
Maybe it's from here to here and then inside here there's like
13:53
wedge patterns, head and shoulders, an inverse head and
13:58
shoulders patterns. Guys, we're still looking OK on
14:01
silver. I know it's been a very volatile
14:04
week, but I didn't realize this that on an annual basis we are
14:08
on the verge of breaking out of the cup and handle pattern.
14:14
And if we get our $38 silver, correct me if I'm wrong because
14:19
I often am, but we would be broken out.
14:22
We'd be free, right? The silver price would be
14:25
absolutely skyrocketing. And I know, I know that it can
14:30
happen. OK, let's talk about the Fed
14:32
yesterday. This is funny.
14:34
We got to make a big correction to the Fed.
14:36
So yesterday, in case you didn't know, the Fed cut rates again.
14:40
OK, Remember this Jerome is not going to sit up there and tell
14:44
the truth. If he were to tell the truth
14:47
instead of all that gobbledygook, I hate that word,
14:51
but I couldn't come up with a better word, gobbledygook that
14:53
he spewed out about our employment market and inflation,
14:58
blah, blah, blah. He would have just said the
15:00
truth, guys. He would have said American
15:02
people, we are up a Creek without a paddle.
15:05
I wish I could curse sometimes, but I can't because this is a
15:08
family show. We're up the Creek without a
15:10
paddle in the really the only thing I'm going to be able to do
15:14
is print money, print dollars, right?
15:18
That's I wish the guy would just be honest.
15:20
And you know what that's going to do for the silver price and
15:23
gold and gold ties. We're not going to spend a lot
15:25
of time analyzing what he said. OK, but I we need to make a
15:30
massive correction to this article from Yahoo.
15:33
This is funny. Let's get our funny faces on.
15:36
This is funny because we need to make oh, that's the silver
15:39
sloth, by the way, right? So my daughter Lillian sloth and
15:44
that's the silver sloth. We call him now Slothy because
15:48
that's the way silver is going to start moving slowly in the
15:52
background, higher and higher. Now let's go fix this article
15:56
from Yahoo Finance. Here we go.
16:00
Breaking news. Oh, what is she saying?
16:02
The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 25 basis points.
16:06
She's pretty, but she's not as pretty as Susie.
16:12
OK, we're not even going to read this.
16:15
OK, blah, blah, blah. You get out of here.
16:17
We just gave you a compliment. OK, Central bank voted
16:21
unanimously to cut rates. This is this is humorous, guys,
16:26
OK? This is not the humorous part.
16:27
We're going to get to that next. This new cut was justified,
16:29
according to the Feds Federal Open Market Committee as a way
16:32
of supporting its dual mandate to maintain stable prices and
16:36
maximize employment. Oh, you've done a great job of
16:38
that, right? You've really kept prices
16:40
stable. What?
16:42
Everything cost 25% more on average over the last three
16:47
years. Keep up the good work, Jerome.
16:49
But this is where we got it. This is laughable, OK, but
16:54
notably the central bank removed so dumb because at the end of
16:59
the day, they're up a Creek. We're going to show you that.
17:02
But for now, we're going to quickly talk about what this is
17:05
humorous and and we know you know, right what's really going
17:10
on. The central bank removed
17:12
language from its September statement.
17:14
They removed language that it had, quote, gained greater
17:17
confidence that inflation was moving towards 2%.
17:21
So they're like taking out one or two words.
17:24
We're going to we're going to help them.
17:25
And I want you to think about this.
17:27
What one or two words they should have actually added to
17:31
the statement. Among other tweaks, the Fed
17:33
removed the word further. Oh my gosh.
17:37
I mean, this is so ridiculous in the first paragraph of its
17:41
statement when discussing progress made on bringing down
17:44
inflation, saying that inflation had simply quote UN quote made
17:49
progress. OK, so the Fed removed 2 words
17:56
from their statement They they put in or they took away one
18:00
word, added two words. What are the two words that
18:03
Jerome should put in the statement?
18:05
We need to we'll rewrite that article and we'll, we'll send
18:08
them, I'll send a letter to the Fed.
18:10
They need to add the word 2 words, print money.
18:14
We will be printing money because that's all we will be
18:17
able to do. Here's the reality, guys.
18:20
The debt is out of control, OK? Everybody's talking about it
18:24
now. You and I, we've been talking
18:26
about it for the last year. the US debt is absolutely out of
18:31
control. They have a choice at this
18:34
point. They have one or two things they
18:36
need to do. They can either save the dollar
18:39
or save the bond market. And let me tell you
18:43
unequivocally what they're going to do is print money, which will
18:47
destroy the dollar further, OK, and they will save the bond
18:51
market all in paper Unicorn fart dust terms.
18:54
It's not going to matter. Why do we know that?
18:57
What's the reason why we know that?
18:59
Because when we look back right at a chart of the debt level, if
19:03
we look back at a chart of the value of the US dollar since
19:06
1971 when the dollar was freed, the dollar was set free right
19:13
from its tether, from its foundation to real money, gold,
19:18
They set it free, Bye, bye. You don't have to worry anymore.
19:22
Since then versus gold since 1971, the dollar has lost, you
19:27
know, 9998% of its value. They aren't going to suddenly
19:32
change that. Trump's policies, not a
19:35
political statement, right, are going to require that the
19:39
government is going to have to deal with this national debt and
19:43
deal with even more and more and more debt.
19:46
It's the only way I could go. Let me look at my notes here to
19:48
make sure I didn't miss anything.
19:49
As we're talking about, that's the only way the system
19:52
survives. They will print money and buy
19:55
bonds. That's I'm sorry, I probably
19:57
didn't explain that to you well enough.
19:59
They're going to print money. OK, Burr, turn on the printing
20:02
press. And with that printed money
20:05
because nobody else wants the US bonds.
20:08
OK, They're going to buy bonds. That's what Japan's been doing.
20:12
Look how well that's worked for them.
20:14
It's the only option. It's what will happen.
20:16
It's the only way the system survives by artificially pushing
20:20
down interest rates, right? And that's what Japan, again,
20:24
has done, OK. Otherwise the debt level just
20:26
explodes at an even or the the accelerating, we're going to
20:31
have an acceleration of the debt spiral.
20:35
OK, now let's go look at the debt clock as an example.
20:40
And we need to do our daily update, our daily field trip to
20:44
the debt clock. We are getting very close to $36
20:47
trillion. Nobody wants this.
20:50
And now they're resorting to selling mostly short term debt
20:55
because nobody wants the long term debt, right?
20:58
We know, we know. We need to go look here quickly.
21:01
Let's run out. We can see this in no uncertain
21:04
terms. We go back to Yahoo Finance, we
21:08
can see what has happened. They are losing control of the
21:12
system and this is clearly demonstrated right here on the
21:19
10 year bond yield. Yes, it's down a little bit
21:22
today, OK. But guys, the fact that we have
21:27
seen this on a six month chart, OK, look at this.
21:31
This is when the Fed started cutting interest rates were up
21:35
what, 3/4 of a percent? Think about that right here.
21:41
Since this time period right here, September 16th, the
21:44
Federal Reserve cut interest rates by half a percentage point
21:49
and then a quarter percentage point.
21:51
So 3/4 of a percentage point. Since they cut rates, the rate
21:56
on the 10 year bond has gone up by the same amount.
22:01
They have lost control. In theory, right from right
22:04
here, the rate should have gone down.
22:06
And that's because people of the world are moving away from the
22:11
US dollar. It is scary.
22:13
And what does that mean? What are the what?
22:15
The reason why people are moving away from the US dollar is
22:19
because they can see what's going on, right?
22:22
Saudi Arabia, China, India, Russia, any of these, they don't
22:26
want U.S. debt, OK, So is they sell their debt that makes less
22:32
demand for U.S. debt, that makes interest rates go up.
22:35
And that my friends, is just the reality of the world that we're
22:40
living in right now pretty soon. And Trump look again, not a
22:48
political statement, but he has a history of having of racking
22:52
up debt. the US debt went up even higher last time he was
22:55
president. He has a business of his his
22:58
businesses casino things that he's done best.
23:01
He is not afraid to rack up a lot of debt.
23:04
So we could be in for, and again, not a political
23:07
statement, but we could be in for a situation where we have
23:10
the dollar. The dollar's going down in
23:13
value. I'm not saying it's going away.
23:14
It's going down in value. Inflation's going to skyrocket.
23:17
We talked about that ad nauseam. And you are going to be very
23:21
content that you own silver and gold.
23:24
Man, we are all over the place this morning.
23:27
OK, So, oh, we need to go check. Let's go.
23:30
Let's go check the silver to dollar ratio.
23:34
We do this every day and we don't know.
23:36
I did not peek, I promise. OK, the dollar to silver ratio,
23:41
see my yellow cursor here now sits at 974.
23:45
We are approaching 1000. Of course, you know and I know
23:49
what this means is that for each one ounce of this is a ratio
23:53
comparing that for each one ounce of silver that's produced
23:57
every year, your United States government via the M2 money
24:01
supply is creating for that one ounce of silver almost now $1000
24:08
of paper money. And let's go here and quickly
24:14
974. Oops, hold on, we're
24:18
perfectionist here in the basement.
24:20
Got to put a dollar sign there because that's paper dollars,
24:23
974. It's just skyrocketing, right?
24:28
When do you think we'll hit 1000?
24:30
I mean, here we are on the 8th. That's nine.
24:33
That was like 2 1/2 weeks ago. We were at 700.
24:36
Now we're approaching $1000. Being put into money supply
24:41
increase means when you go to the grocery store, everything
24:45
costs more. That's inflation, right?
24:47
That creates inflation. Printing of money.
24:51
That's it, period. And that's what's happening
24:53
right now. OK, our friend King Kong on on.
24:58
Let me just quickly show you this on Twitter.
25:02
Had this to say. Eric Yuong, King Kong 9888.
25:07
All right, what he's talking about is here we are today, the
25:12
Fed is on a rate cutting cycle like we just talked about, but
25:15
yields on Treasuries and T-bills are going up.
25:18
That is not good. OK, long duration U.S.
25:22
Treasuries, that means 30 year, 10 year bonds.
25:25
No countries or non obligated institutions would voluntarily
25:30
buy these things. They know they are trash long
25:34
term. You know you're going to buy a
25:35
30 year bond. I don't even know what the rate
25:37
is, you know, four or five that right T-bills, the US government
25:41
has shifted to utilizing T-bills.
25:44
Now, just so you know, AT bill is and I, I'm, I'm 99% sure I'm
25:50
right on this is a government. It's just like a government
25:53
bond, but it matures within the next 12 months.
25:57
So it's a short term like CD that the government's issuing
26:00
basically look at it that way. They've turned to that as their
26:04
primary funding mechanism because most participants don't
26:07
want the duration risk, right. They don't want to hold those
26:11
treasuries for a long. Therefore, with the money market
26:14
funds buying, this is interesting, money market funds
26:18
like a Vanguard, Fidelity by those short term treasury bills,
26:21
Warren Buffett's buying them and even sovereigns are buying a ton
26:25
of them. There is more supply of these
26:28
short term T-bills than demand. Even the T bill rates are going
26:33
up, right? Because look, here it is right
26:36
here. There's a six month treasury, 4
26:38
1/2, a one year, 4 1/2, two year 4.
26:42
And then we get out here longer on the curve, a 20 year, right?
26:46
Why would you tie your money up with the US government for 20
26:49
years at 4.7% when you can tie it up for six months it
26:56
basically the same rate? Does that make sense?
26:59
That is a big warning sign, right about the United States
27:03
debt. There's no other way to look at
27:05
it. Our friend Pierce in Ireland,
27:09
Limerick, Ireland, but he's got, he's got a little pep talk for
27:12
you, my fellow basement dwellers.
27:15
Let's see what Pierce had to say.
27:17
Sent this to me yesterday. Guess what, Ron?
27:19
In reality, there's been no fall in silver over the past few
27:24
days. Do you agree with that?
27:25
Right. There's really been no fall in
27:27
the price of silver. But the price has fallen.
27:30
Some naysayers may cry. Well, no, not really.
27:33
Silver is still on track and going up and up.
27:36
Still a bold play, right? People need to read the data of
27:42
the silver price. Why silver?
27:44
OK. The low today was $30.92 is
27:48
higher than the weekly low of 3086 and higher than the monthly
27:53
low of 3016, higher than the three to six month low of $26.50
27:59
and again way higher than the 12 month low of $22.00.
28:03
All up, concentrate on the low price as a solid baseline or
28:08
foundation. What he's saying is that even at
28:11
$31.00 silver and we need to go do an update here real quick.
28:15
And then he points out some crazy I've got that highlighted
28:18
in yellow information about the dollar to silver ratio.
28:21
But what he's saying is that when you look at the silver
28:23
price and let's go out here quickly, make sure I've got you
28:27
guys on the right screen, which I do.
28:30
Let's go out the pin backs, press the magic button, take
28:34
your blood pressure medicine. It could be down $0.50.
28:37
It could be down. It is down $0.46.
28:40
Today is like the battle day guys, volatility in the silver
28:46
and gold market. So hang in there.
28:48
OK. So silver is a hot commodity,
28:51
yes, And growing structural deficit, we know that stack,
28:55
stack, stack. While it's still possible, the
28:57
silver to gold ratio at over 85 is madness when only mined at a
29:02
6.2 to one ratio. And that's his data that he's
29:06
put together. That's the actual number.
29:08
There's 6.2 ounces of silver coming out of the ground for
29:11
each one ounce of gold. And the silver to copper ratio
29:15
is also mined at a 12:50. So that copper is mined.
29:20
There's 10 ounces of copper for each one ounce of silver.
29:22
And when you do the math on that, which we've done, the
29:25
silver price should be astronomically higher.
29:29
But listen to this. That's not everything. the US
29:31
debt clock folks have got it wrong, but that he says the debt
29:34
clocks wrong. They calculate the M2 money
29:39
supply to silver at 973. We just looked at that and the
29:43
dollar to gold at 7100. This means they still think the
29:48
silver to gold ratio is 7.3 to one.
29:52
Basement dwellers are better informed and know the mind ratio
29:56
for 2024 According to the established and industry experts
30:02
in late 2024 is 6.2. So question mark, the dollar to
30:07
silver calculation should be 1146 and not 973 like we just
30:17
reported. What he's saying here is that if
30:20
you use the actual mind ratio of silver to gold, which is 6.2
30:26
ounces of silver for each one ounce of gold, you actually then
30:29
get a dollar to silver ratio instead of what we just looked
30:34
at at 973 all the way at 1146. Folks from the US debt clock
30:41
need to tune into Ron's basement as their go to source.
30:44
OK, that's from our friend Pierce in Limerick, Ireland.
30:49
Thank you Pierce for that information.
30:51
Very, very, very fascinating. OK, a big warning coin shop.
30:57
Chris, I was talking to him this morning.
30:58
He had a big warning from a doctor from India who's been
31:02
coming in and seeing him at the coin shop.
31:04
Now you can go. Let me point this out to you out
31:09
to Coin shop Chris's channel is his own YouTube channel.
31:12
Now Coin Shop Chris, I'd encourage you to go check it out
31:15
and watch the whole video on this.
31:18
It's down here how people use silver in from India.
31:23
So again, you just go to the YouTube search bar, type in Coin
31:26
Shop, Chris, right, and you'll get to his channel.
31:29
But basically this Indian Dr. came into the coin shop and he
31:34
he laid it on the line. I can't curse and say what the
31:37
doctor actually said, but he basically told Chris that
31:40
Americans need to wake the heck up and buy silver.
31:48
This guy lives in in India and travels back and forth is I is I
31:51
and he's a doctor, a medical doctor and he's buy buy silver
31:56
and ships at home to India because he said we've lived.
32:01
We know what happens when you have a currency that gets
32:05
devalued when you have a debt crisis.
32:08
This guy was like, Americans are asleep.
32:11
They don't understand, right, what really is going on and how
32:15
critical having silver is going to be in the future.
32:21
And again, because, you know, he having grown up and lived in
32:25
India and now traveling back and forth, knows he's like, you
32:30
know, people in India are getting crazy about silver.
32:34
So we're going to have Coin Shop Chris on here in the coming week
32:38
to tell us more about the story and what he's learning from this
32:41
doctor from India. But he's telling Chris like
32:44
major warning, major red flag. We need to get this out of here.
32:48
Will the silver price crash? What is going on this morning?
32:51
Let's go out to the futures market again and see what is
32:55
happening with silver. Hold on here.
32:59
All right, let's do an update, OK.
33:02
And now we're down $0.12 in the futures market.
33:04
Will here I'll scare you for a minute.
33:07
And then you're going to feel real happy.
33:09
Is the silver price going to crash?
33:12
Because now all the green, now that we have a new president
33:15
coming in, all the, all the green energy initiatives are
33:18
going to die, right? And so, oh, they're never,
33:21
they're not going to need silver for the green and energy.
33:24
All these industrial uses. Does it have you a little
33:27
concerned? I want you to think about
33:29
something. Who's president soon to be
33:32
President Trump's best buddy right now?
33:34
Elon Musk. OK, what does Elon Musk own and
33:39
run an electric car company in one of the world's largest solar
33:45
companies? OK, think about that.
33:47
So do you think that the President Trump, after all that
33:51
Elon Musk has done for him, is going to suddenly completely
33:55
reverse the green energy initiatives?
33:57
No, we don't think so. And on top of that, what we want
34:03
to realize is that if that were the case, right, Tesla stock the
34:07
day after the election went up by 14%, OK.
34:12
And Elon Musk is also issuing, issuing major warnings about the
34:17
debt situation in the country on a side note as well.
34:20
So it's going to be very interesting, but a lot of people
34:24
have been have been concerned and I don't know if you're
34:26
feeling that as well that that because you know, we have a new
34:30
administration coming in that a lot of these green energy
34:33
initiatives we're going to be sidelined and not used and we
34:36
just don't see that being the case.
34:39
OK, let's look at the silver to gold ratio.
34:43
We got some interesting charts to look at.
34:45
You know what though, before we do that, I forgot to tell you
34:48
thank you for joining me here today in the basement.
34:51
You are the most important part of this channel.
34:53
OK? I hope you feel like you found a
34:56
little home away from home. There's some great people here
34:59
that you can connect with. Subscribe to the channel, right?
35:02
Leave comments. A lot of people have met, made
35:05
great friendships through the channel, which is probably one
35:08
of the most rewarding components for me of running Ron's
35:14
basement. This is not possible without
35:15
you. Thank you.
35:16
Please give this a thumbs up that helps get the word out to
35:19
more and more people and super chat, super thanks PayPal
35:23
donations absolutely never expected, always appreciated.
35:27
But let's go look here. What is this telling us?
35:32
Our friend Gratty. OK, he says the silver to gold,
35:37
we always talk about the gold to silver ratio.
35:40
OK, the silver to gold ratio is the is the opposite of the gold
35:44
to silver to ratio and has a cleaner pattern.
35:48
This chart now looks ready to deliver a historical up move and
35:52
lifetime opportunity for precious metals.
35:56
OK, note that a shakeout plus a low a lower low undercut during
36:01
the back test is already done. Take a look at this.
36:05
So again, this show, this chart right here shows us a ratio of
36:12
the silver price to gold, which is basically way down here right
36:17
now at point O 1-2. You know that it takes you know
36:21
about what 85 ounces of silver to get one ounce of gold.
36:25
So instead of looking at the gold to silver ratio, this is
36:28
the opposite the silver to gold ratio.
36:30
And when you look at this, what he sees here, right, is this
36:34
massive cup trend right in the in that ratio back testing.
36:39
And if we get up here, you know, and look, this is probably a, a
36:48
gold to silver ratio of about 30, right?
36:52
Which would be right now about $90.00 silver.
36:56
So very interesting chart showing this relationship
36:59
between gold and silver. And we know, we know everybody
37:04
and their brother. Thank you, Dan, thanks for
37:06
trying. Hold on here.
37:08
Sorry. Uh, oh, hold on.
37:11
We're having some technical problems.
37:13
There we go. Thanks for trying to be honest
37:17
and non political. Yeah, this is not AI have my
37:19
political views. This is not a political channel.
37:22
I want to look at though what's going on.
37:24
So I really appreciate you saying that and everybody's
37:26
entitled to their own political views.
37:30
You guys probably can get a feeling for how I lean generally
37:33
speaking through how I present things, but I really appreciate
37:37
you saying that. Thank you, Dana.
37:39
Thank you for that super chat, super appreciated.
37:43
Let's go over here to the next bit of OK, is Bitcoin going to
37:47
take over gold? Is Bitcoin our old friend?
37:51
Bitcoin is going to take over gold.
37:55
I was kind of shocked to see this because we're hearing all
37:58
this fervor over Bitcoin. This comes from in gold.
38:01
We trust gold. The gold market cap, all the
38:04
gold in the world is at 20 trillion, but Bitcoin still
38:08
needs to reach 2 trillion. I didn't realize this shows a
38:12
long term chart of the market capitalization going all the way
38:16
back to 2013 of gold and Bitcoin.
38:19
Gold is gold on this chart. Bitcoin is green.
38:23
Look how dominant still today the gold market is relative to
38:28
Bitcoin. Now Bitcoin people say, oh,
38:30
that's going to explode and we'll get, you know, who knows
38:33
what will happen, But we do know who the what the central banks
38:37
are buying and how that is all playing out.
38:40
And finally, let's take a look at another one more very
38:46
interesting piece of information regarding the gold miners,
38:51
because as the gold miners do well once they become in vogue
38:56
again, that will bode well for the silver price and the gold
39:00
price. So it's important that we
39:02
realize just how critically undervalued the gold mining
39:07
stocks are. Granny says gold is broken out
39:10
into a resume secular bull market and this chart shows gold
39:13
miners turning versus the tech companies.
39:16
Wait till you see this valuation.
39:18
That's insane. The big asset rotation is
39:20
starting right here. As I've said for 4 1/2 years,
39:24
this commodities bull market will be the greatest opportunity
39:28
of our lifetimes. And look at this shows the GDX,
39:33
the gold miners versus the NASDAQ.
39:36
OK, When, when price for this, when, when price for this ratio
39:40
chart goes up. Large gold miners are
39:43
outperforming tech companies. And as you can see right now,
39:47
the gold miners, the ratio as compared to the NASDAQ is at
39:51
.00. We'll say two.
39:55
OK. Now if we go back just to 2016,
39:59
that was at .006 right here. Let me get my crayons out.
40:07
Hold on. I need to move this, move this
40:12
over here. OK, here's .006.
40:17
Right. And this is where we are now
40:19
.019, this would be a three times increase, a three X 300%
40:26
increase in the gold miner stocks.
40:29
We were just there in 2016 and if you look back let's say to
40:34
2013, right guys, we were at look at this number right here.
40:41
Look at this, this is, this is just 10 years ago.
40:45
That's .019. Right now we're at .0019.
40:52
That is this to this draw. The arrow is a 10 times increase
41:00
in that ratio in the value of the mining stocks.
41:05
And we were just there in 2013. I'm going to tell you something.
41:09
Why that's important is because if the precious metal mining
41:12
stocks go up 2 * 4 times or even 10 times like that chart shows
41:18
is possible, that will bring so much attention back into the
41:22
precious metal sector. Your heads will spend.
41:25
That will bring money not just into the mining stocks.
41:29
That will bring money into the silver and gold physical market.
41:34
And remember this think about right, the fact that right now
41:39
there's already some stress in the physical metals markets.
41:44
It's a very, very small segment. We could see right these
41:47
situations where you know what Costco right.
41:50
The only reason why Costco has gold and silver over the last
41:54
year or so is because there was a hefty supply.
41:57
Costco dads will be out of luck, baby.
41:59
There won't be silver. A lot of the online bullion
42:02
dealers what you'll what you could see if if we do get like
42:06
just a little bit of a run right are people having to wait 5-6,
42:11
eight weeks to get precious metals delivered to him.
42:14
I think right now we're sitting in a for people who are wanting
42:19
to add to their precious metal stacks and probably one of the
42:22
most conducive their supply available in the premiums are
42:27
low. OK, that's the way that I see
42:30
it. And if we get this move into the
42:33
metals miners in the metals get, Rick Rule says this as it's a
42:38
fact. This is a fact that every silver
42:42
and gold investor needs to remember that right now only .5%
42:47
of the world's financial investable assets are in
42:51
precious metals or precious metals oriented investments like
42:54
precious metal mining stocks, .5%.
42:57
They have printed so much money, right?
43:00
One small example of that would be the $6.57 trillion that's
43:06
sitting in money market accounts in the United States, right?
43:10
And that's being used right. The like we learned earlier to
43:13
buy the short term treasury bills to finance our government.
43:17
If just a slither of that money were to flow into the precious
43:22
metals, it would be, it would be the the biggest significant
43:27
event in the silver and gold sector in decades.
43:30
I mean just a slither and what's crazy to think about is like
43:34
Rick Rule says .5% of the world's money .5% are in silver,
43:40
gold and precious metal oriented investments.
43:42
The average is like 2%. That alone, just to get back,
43:47
the average would be 4 times the amount of money.
43:52
OK, right now and think about this, this is This is why this
43:55
is so important. The reason why this is so
43:57
important is right now there's already a little bit of stress
44:02
in the physical gold and silver markets.
44:05
If you had four times the amount of paper Unicorn fart dust money
44:11
coming back into the sector, because I bet if you look back
44:14
over 20 years, that's what they've done is created four
44:17
times as much paper money. When those people, when they
44:20
have the light bulb moment, OK, when your neighbors, when your
44:26
family members who behind your back, right?
44:28
When your uncle, who's talking to your other uncle saying,
44:31
yeah, you know, Ron, he likes silver and gold, he's kind of
44:35
old fashioned and blah, blah, blah.
44:37
When they finally wake up and realize that that paper money in
44:41
their wallets is becoming worth less, right?
44:45
It's going to be like a massive avalanche of people coming into
44:49
the sector. Let's go on and look at the
44:51
hopefully not bad news going on right now.
44:55
Well, again, today's another one of those days.
44:58
If you waited till today to buy your silver and gold, you're
45:01
getting your silver at a 64 cent, man, crazy volatility.
45:07
I mean, unbelievable. That's, I mean, it'll, it'll,
45:10
that's what they want to do, right?
45:13
That's what they want to do. I woke up this morning at four,
45:15
4:30 AM. The silver price was down $0.60
45:20
when we started this live stream or right before the silver price
45:23
was green. Now we're back down $0.64.
45:27
Today is the day when they're going to try to manipulate the
45:31
price down. So, you know, this volatility
45:35
usually precedes big moves. And I believe that in the next
45:39
30 days we're going to get the $38 silver.
45:43
Thanks for joining me. Thanks for being part of the
45:45
basement. I appreciate you.
45:46
You're important. OK.
45:48
Have a great day and I will see you soon.
45:51
Thank you.
