- 0:01Speaker 1: This is Ben and Ashley I almost famous in depth,
- 0:05Speaker 1: almost famous listeners. Thank you for being here. It's Ashley
- 0:09Speaker 1: and I have a really fun person I'm interviewing today.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Her name is Serene Russell. She's here. She is also
- 0:17Speaker 1: known as star Bachelor in Paradise season omg? Was it
- 0:21Speaker 1: season eight or season nine? Okay? Thank god? Season nine
- 0:26Speaker 1: is next year, and it's like, how are we here already?
- 0:31Speaker 1: I know it was literally yesterday already. I know. Um okay.
- 0:36Speaker 1: So you were a favorite on Clayton season and you
- 0:43Speaker 1: end up with Brandon, just the sweetest little soul who
- 0:47Speaker 1: got absolutely plum like pummeled, pummeled that's the word, right,
- 0:52Speaker 1: His heart got pummeled by Michelle on her season. And
- 0:57Speaker 1: you guys end up together in Bachelor in Paradise, and
- 1:00Speaker 1: you were together from like day one strong. You were
- 1:04Speaker 1: the idle couple that everybody was hoping to find, hoping
- 1:09Speaker 1: to be did you guys? Were you guys looking for
- 1:14Speaker 1: each other when you got there? Were you both number
- 1:17Speaker 1: one on each other's lists? And if not, you must
- 1:20Speaker 1: spill the beans on who you were looking forward to seeing.
- 1:24Speaker 1: I think I was the most excited about Brandon because
- 1:28Speaker 1: while Clayton season was airing, he was very like vocal
- 1:32Speaker 1: about me. He was very vocal about you being in Paradise,
- 1:37Speaker 1: Like not about me being in Paradise, but like just
- 1:40Speaker 1: him watching like he like live reacted, I guess on
- 1:44Speaker 1: like Instagram and Twitter, and so like anytime I was
- 1:47Speaker 1: like on screen, he would like record something and people
- 1:51Speaker 1: would send it to me, And we weren't even like
- 1:53Speaker 1: following each other, and so I was getting like every
- 1:56Speaker 1: time the show would air, I was like having people
- 1:58Speaker 1: send me his story because he would just like be
- 2:02Speaker 1: like like zooming in on me and stuff on the screen. Okay,
- 2:05Speaker 1: so he definitely wanted to in Paradise. You were definitely
- 2:08Speaker 1: his number one pick. Did you want him equally? No,
- 2:13Speaker 1: not at all. I'm kid. Yeah, I was the most
- 2:17Speaker 1: excited about him, and I think it was on your list.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Um coming off of Clayton's season, I was interested in Brandon, Andrew,
- 2:27Speaker 1: and Rodney. Okay, so Brandan, Andrew, and Rodney, all right,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and you got all of them there. So at what
- 2:37Speaker 1: point were you like, I'm not into the other two,
- 2:41Speaker 1: forget them, I'm all in on Brendan. Yeah, I mean
- 2:45Speaker 1: I think the first day I actually talked to Andrew first.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So Andrew and Brandon were the only guys that talked
- 2:53Speaker 1: to me like the first day at all. So I
- 2:57Speaker 1: got there first, and I was literally there for hours
- 3:01Speaker 1: before a guy came up to me to talk to me.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And I'm really, why do you think that was? I
- 3:06Speaker 1: don't know, but like as other girls were arriving, other
- 3:09Speaker 1: girls were like getting pulled to chat and I'm sitting
- 3:12Speaker 1: there like okay, like I'm getting bored. And then I
- 3:16Speaker 1: knew like Brandon was excited to meet me, so I
- 3:19Speaker 1: was like, where's he at? And he ended up not
- 3:21Speaker 1: showing up until like almost the end, Like he was
- 3:25Speaker 1: like one of the last people to get there and
- 3:26Speaker 1: I was the first. And so like I had like
- 3:29Speaker 1: one short conversation with Andrew and then sat around for
- 3:33Speaker 1: a couple more hours before anybody else and then kind
- 3:37Speaker 1: of just started talking to the girls. I started getting like, really,
- 3:39Speaker 1: just hold on. I have a theory here. Those guys
- 3:43Speaker 1: are really tight knit crew. My thought is that they
- 3:47Speaker 1: all knew that Brandon wanted to pursue you, and they
- 3:49Speaker 1: were really trying to respect him and let him have
- 3:52Speaker 1: first DIBs. I mean, I don't know, but I was like,
- 3:56Speaker 1: is there something wrong with me? Like everybody's like talking
- 3:59Speaker 1: to everybody, and I remember saying like I needed someone intentional.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I was like, you know what, like I was just
- 4:07Speaker 1: in the last four girls there, and I felt like,
- 4:11Speaker 1: you know, it was a guessing game as to where
- 4:13Speaker 1: he was at, And like, the next time I meet
- 4:17Speaker 1: someone and I care about someone, it's going to be
- 4:19Speaker 1: someone that just shows me how they're feeling. Like I
- 4:21Speaker 1: don't want to have to ask any questions. I want
- 4:24Speaker 1: to be pursued, like and so saying that and then
- 4:28Speaker 1: going from not being pursued, I mean, we had a
- 4:31Speaker 1: lot of Gabby and Rachel's men on the beach, and
- 4:33Speaker 1: they weren't being pursued a lot on their own season
- 4:36Speaker 1: by those same guys. And so the moment Brandon gets
- 4:40Speaker 1: there and it's like, hey, like you like, let's go talk,
- 4:43Speaker 1: that was when it just felt like, Okay, now it's
- 4:46Speaker 1: getting fun. Oh that's adorable. How did you feel about
- 4:50Speaker 1: all the comparisons that people were making about you and Michelle?
- 4:56Speaker 1: People were like, oh, they're both teachers, they sort of
- 4:59Speaker 1: have a similar look and demeanor. Would you how did
- 5:03Speaker 1: you feel about that? And like the fact that people
- 5:06Speaker 1: were like, oh, you know, he didn't end up with Michelle,
- 5:08Speaker 1: so now he's gonna go fine like her, like her
- 5:11Speaker 1: doppleding or of sorts on the beach. Yeah, I mean
- 5:14Speaker 1: it's not it's not an offensive thing. Like, you know,
- 5:17Speaker 1: I got that comparison as soon as I was on
- 5:20Speaker 1: Clayton's season, and honestly, when people I didn't feel that
- 5:24Speaker 1: way at all or see it at all or make
- 5:26Speaker 1: that comparison myself. And then people started to make it.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And I remember being on Clayton's season and being like,
- 5:31Speaker 1: I don't know what happened between the two of them,
- 5:32Speaker 1: but like, did they bring me here to like mess
- 5:34Speaker 1: with him? I ended up like asking that. They were like, no,
- 5:39Speaker 1: you guys are completely different people, and so you know
- 5:42Speaker 1: we have like mutual friends and stuff, and I think,
- 5:46Speaker 1: you know, it's like a brown people look the same thing.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I think you guys are definitely very different. Now that
- 5:52Speaker 1: I know you up both a little bit, I wouldn't compare.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I think we we have like different vibes. And you know,
- 5:59Speaker 1: I met her one time, but the comparison like never
- 6:03Speaker 1: bothered me. It's like it's to be expected when people
- 6:06Speaker 1: like don't see like everything, you know what I mean. Yeah,
- 6:11Speaker 1: so she and Nate broke up during the filming of Paradise.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Did they come in and tell Brendan this just to
- 6:22Speaker 1: like kind of throw him off? So he ended up
- 6:25Speaker 1: finding out. But it was the week that we that
- 6:29Speaker 1: the girls were at Vedanta that that came out because
- 6:32Speaker 1: it was one of the first things I heard coming
- 6:34Speaker 1: back in. Yeah. I mean I didn't think like anything
- 6:39Speaker 1: of it, Like, I didn't think like anything was going
- 6:41Speaker 1: to happen. When was the moment you knew that you
- 6:56Speaker 1: guys were probably going to get engaged because I thinking
- 7:00Speaker 1: about you coming back from Vendonta and you running down
- 7:03Speaker 1: the stairs and across the beach and jumping into his arms,
- 7:05Speaker 1: And I think that's kind of like the moment we
- 7:07Speaker 1: were all like, Okay, yep, this is a cutie couple.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I think. I don't think there was like one big moment.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I think it was a bunch of small moments. Like
- 7:16Speaker 1: so there was no like big aha moment. It was
- 7:19Speaker 1: like having the time that we did together, which you
- 7:23Speaker 1: think it's not that much time, but it's like twenty
- 7:25Speaker 1: hours a day, and then getting it's a lot of time,
- 7:28Speaker 1: and then getting separated and like having no idea when
- 7:31Speaker 1: you're coming back or yea many days you've been gone,
- 7:34Speaker 1: You're like, what day of the week is it, Like
- 7:36Speaker 1: when did we leave? Yeah? Is there a rose ceremony?
- 7:39Speaker 1: Like what's happening? You know? And so it just got
- 7:42Speaker 1: like it that made it feel so much worse, like
- 7:45Speaker 1: having no idea when we were coming back, and then
- 7:48Speaker 1: we got back and it felt like we both just
- 7:51Speaker 1: knew that we didn't want to be without each other,
- 7:54Speaker 1: like having to be without each other that week. So
- 7:56Speaker 1: that was like a huge shift. But I feel like
- 7:58Speaker 1: it was like more gradual, like every day like it'd
- 8:01Speaker 1: be like, oh, we'd kind of joke about like oh
- 8:04Speaker 1: this is a ring I want or you know, yeah,
- 8:06Speaker 1: like it just slowly happened slowly in twenty days. But
- 8:11Speaker 1: I'll tell you twenty days times twenty hours on a
- 8:16Speaker 1: lot of those days, So you know, there's a reason.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I think we may have honestly gone longer than that too.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I think it was longer than that twenty days. I
- 8:26Speaker 1: kept getting it did have a long season because they
- 8:29Speaker 1: had more airing weeks this season too. We left a
- 8:32Speaker 1: lot later than we originally thought. Yeah, so what was
- 8:37Speaker 1: the moment that you were like, Okay, he's definitely going
- 8:39Speaker 1: to propose for me to me. Did you know walking
- 8:41Speaker 1: down the stairs that he was going to propose that. Yeah, yeah,
- 8:46Speaker 1: yeah I did. But it was really it was still
- 8:49Speaker 1: nerve wracking. So yeah, especially because you know, he almost
- 8:54Speaker 1: proposed to Michelle, and so it's like, is he freaking
- 8:57Speaker 1: out right now? Like is it part of him that
- 8:59Speaker 1: thinks to be I'm gonna like break his heart because
- 9:02Speaker 1: this is like right across from where it was last time, Like,
- 9:06Speaker 1: oh that's right. It happened in like the same town
- 9:09Speaker 1: in Mexico. Yeah, yeah it was. It was in Mexico,
- 9:13Speaker 1: And so I was like, is he is he good
- 9:16Speaker 1: right now? Like does he think I'm going to do
- 9:18Speaker 1: the same thing? But no, No, it was great. It
- 9:21Speaker 1: was great. I was I've never been like more calm
- 9:24Speaker 1: in my life. It was except for you just said
- 9:26Speaker 1: that you would never been more nervous. That's true, But
- 9:30Speaker 1: I was nervous. I was a little nervous. Okay, I'm
- 9:32Speaker 1: not gonna piece nerves, you know. Yeah, It's like I knew.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I knew, like there's a piece about like Okay, this
- 9:38Speaker 1: is going to happen, But I was still like jittery,
- 9:40Speaker 1: like walking up and excited. How did you feel about
- 9:42Speaker 1: getting engaged to somebody that your family hadn't met, you
- 9:46Speaker 1: know what was weird? And then we tried to face
- 9:48Speaker 1: time them and didn't work. So yeah, and then I
- 9:54Speaker 1: told you it was like later than we thought. Yea,
- 9:57Speaker 1: So my family was like, Okay, where the heck is
- 9:59Speaker 1: she at? Exactly? Yeah, that's nerve wracking for them kind of.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I would always give my family numbers of the producers,
- 10:07Speaker 1: be like, Okay, you guys know that I will be
- 10:09Speaker 1: out of contact, but if there's an emergency, here is
- 10:12Speaker 1: like so so so and so okay, So then you
- 10:16Speaker 1: guys enter the real world. Ship gets real. You have
- 10:21Speaker 1: to move in, you're moving in together, you're adjusting to
- 10:24Speaker 1: a new city. What has been the hardest thing? Be
- 10:27Speaker 1: brutally honest, Like, was there a moment where you're like,
- 10:31Speaker 1: I don't know if it we're gonna make it? Not really,
- 10:34Speaker 1: but I will say like us moving across the country
- 10:38Speaker 1: and doing like a twenty eight hour road trip so
- 10:42Speaker 1: soon into the relationship was not the easiest thing in
- 10:45Speaker 1: the world. What did you learn on the road trip? Oh,
- 10:48Speaker 1: probably annoying things kind of like I mean things out
- 10:52Speaker 1: like Paradise isn't like the Bachelor. You're not just seeing
- 10:56Speaker 1: like this curated version of someone, especially because it's like
- 10:59Speaker 1: hot and you're like cranky and tired. So we'd like
- 11:02Speaker 1: seen each other's like not so pretty sides. But I
- 11:05Speaker 1: don't know. It was just like real sleep deprivation. Like
- 11:09Speaker 1: we're driving up a mountain with this giant U haul
- 11:12Speaker 1: like cooked in his drug it have two cats in
- 11:15Speaker 1: the car. Yeah, and then like moving into like a
- 11:18Speaker 1: one bedroom apartment like I've I've always been like super
- 11:22Speaker 1: independent and like I have two big brothers and so
- 11:25Speaker 1: as the girl, like I always had like in my
- 11:27Speaker 1: own space, and it's like I live with a man now. Yeah,
- 11:32Speaker 1: how did you like figure out the decorating situation? Jared
- 11:35Speaker 1: and I've always had this issue where he wants like
- 11:38Speaker 1: some say and where things go, but it's just all wrong. Yes,
- 11:44Speaker 1: did you where had you compromise on making the space yours? Together? Uh? Well,
- 11:51Speaker 1: we would just we just started fresh for the most part,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and like we tried to come to consensus on like everything,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and we're both very vocal about the things that we
- 12:02Speaker 1: didn't like, so it became easier to figure out. Okay, like,
- 12:05Speaker 1: you know, he might like this, or Serene might like
- 12:07Speaker 1: that or whatever. But I swear if he had it
- 12:10Speaker 1: his way and he lived alone, he would have like
- 12:11Speaker 1: a leather platform bed on the floor, real bachelor like
- 12:16Speaker 1: super Space age looking everything it's and I'm like, do not, no,
- 12:22Speaker 1: let's not do that. Jared would have a totally navy
- 12:25Speaker 1: blue house, Like all he cares about is decorating with
- 12:28Speaker 1: navy blue. And I'm like, okay, and he'd like have
- 12:32Speaker 1: like nautical ships on the wall and stuff. That's so funny. Yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 1: I know. Guys, So have you found any like what
- 12:41Speaker 1: have you found out about each other that makes you
- 12:44Speaker 1: feel that makes you like that you never knew back
- 12:48Speaker 1: during the Paradise days that makes you feel more bonded
- 12:51Speaker 1: to him? And then like situations that you wish that
- 12:55Speaker 1: you knew wall in Paradise. Oh gosh, I know that's
- 12:59Speaker 1: kind of a hard question, but like, basically, what is
- 13:05Speaker 1: great about him that you didn't know? And then what
- 13:07Speaker 1: do you wish you were warned about before moving in together?
- 13:11Speaker 1: I wish I was warned about all the video games.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Video games so much and sometimes I want to play too,
- 13:21Speaker 1: but he's just like a little a little TV hog
- 13:25Speaker 1: um and then you guys have two TVs. You're gonna
- 13:29Speaker 1: need you need one in the bedroom if the case
- 13:30Speaker 1: is that he's hogging the family room one. Oh no, no,
- 13:33Speaker 1: we do have we do TVs. Sometimes I want to
- 13:36Speaker 1: play the PlayStation two. Yeah, Brandon, let her play. Know,
- 13:42Speaker 1: He's like, I'm gonna teach you. And then he like
- 13:44Speaker 1: plays and he gets sucked in. Yeah, okay, I know,
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm not um. I think probably just like the little
- 13:57Speaker 1: things like like he it will make like breakfast or
- 14:02Speaker 1: lunch or something, and he'll bring me something like he's
- 14:06Speaker 1: just like thoughtful in that way. Or like if I'm
- 14:08Speaker 1: sick or something, he'll like run up the street to
- 14:10Speaker 1: go get me gatorade. And it's like very nice. It's
- 14:14Speaker 1: like I wouldn't have done that. It's like you just
- 14:18Speaker 1: walked to seven eleven to get me gatorade? Like how sweet. Yeah,
- 14:24Speaker 1: he's a helpful boy. You recently had an engagement photo
- 14:38Speaker 1: shoot with Susie behind the lens No, no, oh no,
- 14:43Speaker 1: where did I get mixed up with that? I don't know. Oh,
- 14:45Speaker 1: Susie just did someone's engagement like video she did Ivan's
- 14:50Speaker 1: Oh Okay, she did ivans. Yeah, but we did have
- 14:52Speaker 1: a shoe. It was a friend of Katie Thurston's. Okay,
- 14:56Speaker 1: so she was really cool as a beautiful house and
- 14:59Speaker 1: we just wanted to do something like cozy and understated
- 15:03Speaker 1: that felt like more homye, and that was kind of
- 15:07Speaker 1: the goal. But it was it was fun. It was
- 15:09Speaker 1: our first one, your first engagement. Shoot. So does that
- 15:15Speaker 1: mean that wedding planning is in the midst or are
- 15:18Speaker 1: you guys still kind of relaxing? You said that you
- 15:20Speaker 1: wanted to get married in twenty twenty four. Is that
- 15:22Speaker 1: still a plan? It snuck up on us and we
- 15:25Speaker 1: haven't even started wedding planning, you know. So yeah, it's
- 15:30Speaker 1: just it's it's stressful and like we have so many
- 15:33Speaker 1: conversations about it, but like we still haven't figured out
- 15:37Speaker 1: like what we would want to do, like where we
- 15:39Speaker 1: would want to do it, like how many people. But
- 15:42Speaker 1: then we started thinking and we're like, okay, like we
- 15:44Speaker 1: moved in together super fast, Like we have time, like
- 15:47Speaker 1: we have the rest of our lives to figure out
- 15:49Speaker 1: when we want to get married. You know, one thousand percent,
- 15:51Speaker 1: you don't have to stake to the plan that you
- 15:53Speaker 1: started when you first got off the show. Yeah, well,
- 15:56Speaker 1: and it sounded at the time like it was two
- 15:58Speaker 1: years away, but it was not. You know, yeah, you're right,
- 16:02Speaker 1: it was not. It was not. Yeah, it was a
- 16:06Speaker 1: year and a half away. Yeah, like whatever you make it,
- 16:09Speaker 1: you know, de time. Yeah, the time. We were hidden
- 16:12Speaker 1: for such a longer time than normal too, that it
- 16:16Speaker 1: was like we were hidden for a long time. It
- 16:20Speaker 1: was like the first week of November, we got engaged
- 16:23Speaker 1: in life first and we were not out until like
- 16:26Speaker 1: right before Thanksgiving. Whoa that is That's like the longest
- 16:30Speaker 1: hiding period that like anybody's ever had. It was very long,
- 16:34Speaker 1: and I felt like it kept it did get pushed back,
- 16:37Speaker 1: like with the show, like when the schedule came out
- 16:40Speaker 1: and we didn't know and we were like, oh, another
- 16:42Speaker 1: week or two. Yeah, it was hard. What was the
- 16:45Speaker 1: what was the challenge in that? Did you move in
- 16:47Speaker 1: together while still being in hiding? Yeah, because we just
- 16:51Speaker 1: couldn't wait anymore, Like it became like too difficult, and
- 16:55Speaker 1: you know, it did. I don't know, I don't remember
- 16:57Speaker 1: how much it got extended, but it got extended after
- 17:00Speaker 1: it was already airing, and we were just like, we
- 17:02Speaker 1: don't want to wait. No, that's too long for you
- 17:06Speaker 1: guys to not be able to do regular couple things. Yeah. No,
- 17:10Speaker 1: that was the toughest part. So it's like we lost
- 17:15Speaker 1: that time. You do you feel like that was like
- 17:17Speaker 1: a challenging point in your relationship. Oh, absolutely, Like we
- 17:21Speaker 1: were not expecting to have to wait that long. And
- 17:24Speaker 1: then there's the pressure of like, Okay, we want to
- 17:26Speaker 1: go do normal things, like does anybody even really care?
- 17:29Speaker 1: Like are we gonna get caught if we do anything?
- 17:31Speaker 1: But I'm such a rule followers, like my anxiety could ever,
- 17:35Speaker 1: So you never did like the whole dress up thing.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I think I like wore a wig out like one time. Yeah,
- 17:41Speaker 1: And when I wore the wig out, he got recognized,
- 17:45Speaker 1: but I didn't. I wasn't like next to him. I
- 17:48Speaker 1: was like at a distance and I was like, yeah,
- 17:50Speaker 1: we're never doing that again. Yeah, that is a little
- 17:52Speaker 1: bit nerve racketed with someone else from another TV show,
- 17:55Speaker 1: like what were the odds? What? What are the odds?
- 17:58Speaker 1: But it's like a guy from like Love on the
- 17:59Speaker 1: Spectrum or something. It was like Brandon, like, I recognize you,
- 18:02Speaker 1: but we were just like having a little like beach
- 18:05Speaker 1: moment and he was far far away from me and
- 18:07Speaker 1: I just like ran into the abyss. Do you do
- 18:14Speaker 1: you guys? Where do you see yourself in five years
- 18:16Speaker 1: together as a couple or as a family. Oh, we
- 18:19Speaker 1: want to own a house. And that's part of like
- 18:22Speaker 1: the wedding planing thing is like we're like what do
- 18:25Speaker 1: we do first? Because we already lived together and it's
- 18:27Speaker 1: like so expensive to pay rent. Like what do you
- 18:29Speaker 1: say for do you save for a house or do
- 18:31Speaker 1: you save for like the wedding or you know, but
- 18:35Speaker 1: I mean we both want kids to Okay, so do
- 18:38Speaker 1: you see kids in the next five years? Yeah? Okay,
- 18:42Speaker 1: how many do you want? I would want at least three.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I think at least three. You should definitely wait, do
- 18:50Speaker 1: you have one to say that? I know? I think
- 18:54Speaker 1: I used to be on the I could have three train,
- 18:57Speaker 1: and now I am fully on the only two train. Yeah. Yeah,
- 19:01Speaker 1: it depends on what you get. It depends on how
- 19:03Speaker 1: easy or difficult your kids are. Yeah, all right, Well,
- 19:06Speaker 1: before we wrap up, I want to know, what is
- 19:09Speaker 1: one thing you want to tell the future Bachelor in
- 19:12Speaker 1: Paradise cast that you wish you knew going into the season.
- 19:17Speaker 1: So think let's let's imagine to put it out there.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You and I were talking about on the recap show,
- 19:22Speaker 1: the finale recap show, that we want to have Gabby
- 19:24Speaker 1: there as like Princess of Paradise gets her pick of
- 19:28Speaker 1: all the guys. What are you going to tell Gabby
- 19:31Speaker 1: and the other people getting hit in that first sand
- 19:34Speaker 1: as your generation likes to call it. Oh, I don't know.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Just like two things, one deeper thing and one less
- 19:50Speaker 1: deep thing. Okay, the deeper thing, keep an open mind
- 19:53Speaker 1: or you will lose your mind if anything can happen there,
- 19:58Speaker 1: anything can happen to be like prepared for anything and
- 20:02Speaker 1: just kind of like go with the flow. But the
- 20:04Speaker 1: less serious thing that is honestly more serious. Bring a fan. Yep,
- 20:10Speaker 1: bring a fan. They say they're for your bed, they're not. Yes, yeah,
- 20:15Speaker 1: I agree, but the fan bed is crucial. I didn't
- 20:19Speaker 1: have to bring one. It'll make all the difference in
- 20:22Speaker 1: the world. It really does. It feels nice if like
- 20:26Speaker 1: sleeping is really nice. So if you have a nice
- 20:27Speaker 1: fan there, I would say for me back in the day,
- 20:32Speaker 1: I always used to tell girls to bring a makeup
- 20:36Speaker 1: mirror with lights because the lighting is awful. You can
- 20:39Speaker 1: never find good lighting. But now they have the girls
- 20:41Speaker 1: room all set up for you guys, like you have
- 20:44Speaker 1: vanities with lights and all that. Yeah, you're right though,
- 20:46Speaker 1: that's a good point because Victoria and I both had
- 20:50Speaker 1: like the same little mirror, and we would just get ready,
- 20:53Speaker 1: like in the living space upstairs, and we didn't see
- 20:55Speaker 1: on anyone. Isn't that nice to kind of have like
- 20:57Speaker 1: your own little area, to own little as an escape,
- 21:01Speaker 1: to have your alone moment when you're doing your makeup. Yes,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and that room gets so hot with all like the
- 21:07Speaker 1: hot tools. Oh my gosh. Yes, I didn't use like
- 21:11Speaker 1: a hot tool on my hair the entire time I
- 21:13Speaker 1: was a participant in Paradise too much. It was too much.
- 21:17Speaker 1: That's where I drew the line, all right. Well, Serene,
- 21:22Speaker 1: thank you so much for joining me for this episode
- 21:25Speaker 1: and for the recap of the finale episode. If you
- 21:30Speaker 1: guys didn't listen to that, go back listen to it.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Sirry and I break it down for an hour on
- 21:35Speaker 1: all the juiciness that was Zax finale. Serry and I
- 21:38Speaker 1: hope to see you and Brandon soon and see more
- 21:41Speaker 1: cuteness of the two of you on Instagram. I hope
- 21:45Speaker 1: that you're doing the best and let's see you next time.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Thank you so much for having me. Thank you all right,
- 21:52Speaker 1: until next time. I've been Ashley, I've been Serene. You
- 21:57Speaker 1: did it. But follow the Ben nashale I Almost Famous
