Lacey Bosarge, a Baker High softball legend who won Miss Softball and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2015, is back home as the school’s new head softball coach — and she’s ready to reignite Baker’s championship legacy. After playing college ball at Georgia and Southern Miss, and coaching stints at Theodore and as an assistant at Baker, Bosarge brings a deep-rooted connection to the program and a coach’s mindset shaped by her former mentor, Tony Scarbrough.
