- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Ben Ferguson with you, Senator, I am so excited to
- 0:06Speaker 2: hear that you've decided to get behind free groceries. I
- 0:09Speaker 2: just want to know when can I get my free
- 0:11Speaker 2: groceries from you?
- 0:13Speaker 1: What borough is it going to be in?
- 0:15Speaker 2: And how long until we never have to pay for
- 0:17Speaker 2: groceries again? Because this is now what we're up against
- 0:20Speaker 2: with the Communist Party in America.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Well, Ben, I will say that there are consequences to
- 0:26Speaker 3: communists coming to part power. And look the Democrats who
- 0:32Speaker 3: are winning, the people who are taking over the Democrat Party,
- 0:36Speaker 3: they're not socialists, they're not liberals, they're not progressives.
- 0:40Speaker 4: They are Marxists.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Yeah, Comrade Mondami is an absolute Marxist. So two things
- 0:46Speaker 3: that happened this week that illustrate what happens when communists
- 0:49Speaker 3: take over.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Number one.
- 0:51Speaker 3: This week, the New York City government docked hundreds of
- 0:56Speaker 3: thousands of New Yorkers. So Mondami published a list of
- 1:00Speaker 3: every New Yorker with their name and their home address,
- 1:04Speaker 3: who he says owns a pietaire who owns a million
- 1:09Speaker 3: dollar or more home in New York and doesn't live
- 1:11Speaker 3: in New York. By the way, many of the people
- 1:12Speaker 3: who are on that list say they do live in
- 1:14Speaker 3: New York full time. But this list, which is published
- 1:18Speaker 3: with full names with full home addresses, is designed for
- 1:23Speaker 3: one purpose. It's designed so that leftist radicals will harass,
- 1:27Speaker 3: will threaten, and indeed will even commit acts of violence
- 1:31Speaker 3: against them. At the same time, Mondami announced that he's
- 1:36Speaker 3: going to open five government run grocery stores where they
- 1:40Speaker 3: are going to sell food for thirty percent below the
- 1:44Speaker 3: market rate, which is going to effectively drive out of
- 1:48Speaker 3: business the private grocery stores in New York City.
- 1:51Speaker 4: We're going to break down both of those because this is.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Not let's have a little bit higher taxes, let's have
- 1:58Speaker 3: a little bit more welfare. This is the government number one,
- 2:03Speaker 3: targeting the enemies of the state and using violence and
- 2:07Speaker 3: intimidation to go after them, and number two moving towards
- 2:11Speaker 3: government seizure and control of private industry.
- 2:15Speaker 4: We're gonna break all that down today.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Yeah, it really is incredible.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I also want to ask you to take a moment
- 2:20Speaker 2: and I'm pray for the people of Israel with me.
- 2:23Speaker 2: There are so many prayers that are needed right now
- 2:25Speaker 2: for those that are in pain and suffering in Israel,
- 2:29Speaker 2: and they are constantly still under attack and under threat.
- 2:33Speaker 2: The headlines they may move on, the reporters may move
- 2:37Speaker 2: on to the next big story, but the heartache and
- 2:39Speaker 2: the terror they do not. Iran and as Terras proxies
- 2:43Speaker 2: are continuing to target Israel as we speak. Hesblat continues
- 2:46Speaker 2: its attacks in the north, forcing families to live under
- 2:50Speaker 2: constant threat. Now Israel is not only just defending her people,
- 2:54Speaker 2: she is standing on the front lines against terror that
- 2:56Speaker 2: threatens all of us. And that is why I want
- 2:59Speaker 2: to ask you to join me and helping pray for the.
- 3:02Speaker 1: People of Israel.
- 3:03Speaker 2: The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews they have remained
- 3:07Speaker 2: there even after the news cruise have left, and every
- 3:09Speaker 2: day they are on the ground. They're providing life saving
- 3:12Speaker 2: aid near Israel's border with Lebanon. Just recently, Hesbladrone struck
- 3:17Speaker 2: the home of Yolina, she was widowed earlier this year,
- 3:20Speaker 2: living alone, she was trapped inside by that blast. Now,
- 3:24Speaker 2: thankfully she was not injured, but she did remain displaced
- 3:28Speaker 2: and as she described it, it's hard these days, but
- 3:31Speaker 2: I don't want to leave and why should she? As
- 3:33Speaker 2: Christians were called to stand with God's people and pray
- 3:36Speaker 2: for those defending Israel and protecting their freedoms. We hold
- 3:40Speaker 2: dear and that's why I want you to join the
- 3:42Speaker 2: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and praying for the
- 3:45Speaker 2: peace of Jerusalem and for the soldiers, families and civilians
- 3:49Speaker 2: carrying the burden of this fight. Right now, How do
- 3:52Speaker 2: you find out who you can pray for and what
- 3:54Speaker 2: their needs are? Go to pray IFCJ dot org. That is,
- 3:59Speaker 2: pray a IFCJ dot org. PRAYIFCJ dot org. All right,
- 4:05Speaker 2: so Center, let's start with this doxing list that you
- 4:07Speaker 2: brought up a moment ago. Very interesting lists. I've been
- 4:11Speaker 2: on one of these lists before to dox me.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Uh.
- 4:14Speaker 2: There was a kid that made a clock it looked
- 4:16Speaker 2: like a bomb. It happened in Texas. They filed a lawsuit,
- 4:19Speaker 2: they published our home address. We had to move out
- 4:21Speaker 2: of our house. As the FBI described, there were so
- 4:23Speaker 2: many credible threats. This is no different than that. What
- 4:27Speaker 2: they did was they said, here's a list of people.
- 4:30Speaker 2: They are evil, they have money, they live in a
- 4:33Speaker 2: place of more than a million dollars. We want you
- 4:36Speaker 2: to harass and target them. So they will feel unsafe.
- 4:39Speaker 2: And by the way, this is very close and eerie
- 4:43Speaker 2: to the same type of violence we saw against that
- 4:45Speaker 2: healthcare ceo, where people celebrated that that healthcare ceo was
- 4:49Speaker 2: assassinated on the streets of New York. You would think
- 4:51Speaker 2: they would have learned from that, But this is now
- 4:53Speaker 2: being done by the leader of New York Mandani.
- 4:56Speaker 3: So we have a lot of listeners to this podcast
- 4:58Speaker 3: or in New York, and if you're on this list,
- 5:00Speaker 3: I'm sorry, But for everyone else outside of New York,
- 5:04Speaker 3: I want to think how you would feel if you
- 5:07Speaker 3: have this newly elected communist mayor who publishes a list
- 5:11Speaker 3: of essentially ungrateful millionaires who don't pay their fair share,
- 5:16Speaker 3: and your name is there, and your home address is there,
- 5:19Speaker 3: and that is designed to send harassment your way and
- 5:23Speaker 3: to send threats of physical violence. Here's what the New
- 5:25Speaker 3: York Post reported. Mamdani publishes names and addresses of all
- 5:30Speaker 3: NYC property owners who could be hit with the new
- 5:32Speaker 3: Pieta tear tax. Mayor zoa On Mandami's administration has published
- 5:36Speaker 3: a searchable database of Big Apple properties that could fall
- 5:40Speaker 3: under the state's new.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Pea tare tax.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Effectively docsing thousands of wealthy New Yorkers. The city's Department
- 5:48Speaker 3: of Finance uploaded the comprehensive list, which purports to cover
- 5:51Speaker 3: all unoccupied non primary residences in the five Boroughs worth
- 5:56Speaker 3: north of one million dollars, including the full names and addresses.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Of every property owner. Quote.
- 6:04Speaker 3: It's a reckless and foolish move, especially considering there are
- 6:07Speaker 3: potentially thousands of properties on that list that do not
- 6:10Speaker 3: qualify as second homes or whose owners will successfully dispute
- 6:13Speaker 3: their inclusion. Council Minority leader David Carr, Republican of Staten Island,
- 6:18Speaker 3: whose own home appears on the list, told the Post
- 6:20Speaker 3: on Monday. The move follows a widely panned ex post
- 6:25Speaker 3: by the mayor in which he put wealthy residents on
- 6:27Speaker 3: notice to quote check your mailbox when you're back in
- 6:30Speaker 3: the Five Boroughs because you've got mail a warning that
- 6:34Speaker 3: notification letters were on their way. This is understand This
- 6:41Speaker 3: is the strategy that communists do.
- 6:44Speaker 4: They want to drive.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Just look Mondommie started out by going after Ken Griffin
- 6:50Speaker 3: by demonizing him.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Here the Citadel CEO. So if you understand a man
- 6:54Speaker 2: that has built a head spun. It's massive and moved
- 6:57Speaker 2: a lot of his offices by the way down to
- 6:58Speaker 2: Miami to get out of New York.
- 7:00Speaker 1: This exact insanity.
- 7:01Speaker 3: And Griffin had invested billions of dollars in New York.
- 7:04Speaker 3: He had thousands of employees in New York. And Mondamie
- 7:07Speaker 3: did a video as the elected mayor attacking him, how
- 7:10Speaker 3: dare you have an apartment in New York even though
- 7:14Speaker 3: you don't live here full time?
- 7:16Speaker 4: You know what?
- 7:16Speaker 3: Griffin understandably he was planning on expanding operations in New
- 7:19Speaker 3: York City. He said, you know what, I'm not going
- 7:21Speaker 3: to do so, so if you want jobs in New York, well,
- 7:24Speaker 3: guess what, You're mayor don't want you have jobs in
- 7:26Speaker 3: New York. But it didn't just stop with Ken Griffin.
- 7:30Speaker 3: It wasn't just you know, it's always the radical left
- 7:34Speaker 3: they say, oh, it's just the billionaires. This list had
- 7:40Speaker 3: nine hundred and sixty thousand names and addresses on it.
- 7:45Speaker 4: This is much broader.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Like when this tax was announced, they said, oh, it'll
- 7:49Speaker 3: just be a handful of people, it won't be you. Yeah,
- 7:52Speaker 3: and yet this is a massive list. And you know,
- 7:57Speaker 3: I suppose you could be a devil's advocate and say, well,
- 8:00Speaker 3: they didn't intend it to be that way. Look the
- 8:02Speaker 3: example you gave of the United Healthcare CEO was murdered,
- 8:07Speaker 3: shot in the back of the head. The left celebrated
- 8:11Speaker 3: that murder.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you had.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Leftists cheering it. You have leftists wearing t shirts of
- 8:17Speaker 3: the murderer.
- 8:18Speaker 4: With his face.
- 8:19Speaker 3: You have idiots who are tattooing the guy's face on
- 8:22Speaker 3: their bodies. Yeah, because they're so proud that he murdered
- 8:26Speaker 3: her a CEO. This list, tragically, is certain to result
- 8:33Speaker 3: in harassment and may well result in violence. And Mondamie
- 8:38Speaker 3: is perfectly okay with that. He wants to drive these
- 8:41Speaker 3: people from New York. If you do not support him,
- 8:43Speaker 3: he wants you out of New York. That is not
- 8:47Speaker 3: new and it's one of the points. Look, communism is
- 8:54Speaker 3: you know, when you say there's a communist takeover the
- 8:57Speaker 3: Democrat Party to a person that doesn't play close attention
- 9:01Speaker 3: to politics, that sounds extreme, That sounds radical. Come on,
- 9:04Speaker 3: that can't possibly be real. That is, in fact what's happening.
- 9:08Speaker 3: And understand, communism is not something abstract and theoretical. Look,
- 9:12Speaker 3: my family fled Cuba. My father was in prison and
- 9:17Speaker 3: tortured in Cuba. My aunt Mike Thea Sonya, who we've
- 9:19Speaker 3: had on Verdict as a guest on Verdict. She was
- 9:24Speaker 3: imprisoned and tortured by Castro's goons. If you look at
- 9:28Speaker 3: communism everywhere it's been implemented, whether you're talking about Cuba
- 9:33Speaker 3: or China, or Vietnam or North Korea or the Soviet
- 9:37Speaker 3: Union or Venezuela, it produces misery, It produces poverty, it
- 9:43Speaker 3: produces murder, torture, oppression. And one of the things to understand,
- 9:48Speaker 3: by the way, do you know who does own a panitara, which,
- 9:50Speaker 3: by the way, is not a term I use. It's
- 9:52Speaker 3: kind of weird that I keep using this weird French term.
- 9:56Speaker 3: You know who does own one?
- 9:57Speaker 2: Whew?
- 9:58Speaker 3: That would be comrade Munday. I mean he has this
- 10:01Speaker 3: luxurious estate in Uganda because he comes from money himself.
- 10:08Speaker 3: But the understand that's not unusual. Fidel Castro was a billionaire.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Yep Putin is a billionaire. In communist dictatorships, the communists
- 10:23Speaker 3: have all the money and have all the power, and
- 10:26Speaker 3: so this effort to demonize and attack capitalists is deliberate
- 10:33Speaker 3: and it's dangerous.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, not only is it dangerous, I also think there's
- 10:37Speaker 2: a there's a method to this madness that I want
- 10:39Speaker 2: people to understand. This is how you gain power and
- 10:43Speaker 2: control if you're Mindani. If you push all the people
- 10:48Speaker 2: out that have the resources and the intellect to actually
- 10:52Speaker 2: challenge you on these things, and you make life for
- 10:54Speaker 2: them so miserable where they finally just say, I have
- 10:57Speaker 2: the resources to get out of here, I don't have
- 10:59Speaker 2: to anymore. Then by default, that gives Mandani even more security.
- 11:05Speaker 2: He didn't have to worry about massive donations coming in
- 11:07Speaker 2: against them. They don't have to worry about another Democrat
- 11:10Speaker 2: that might actually be saying that runs against him and
- 11:12Speaker 2: beats them. We have witnessed this, by the way, happen
- 11:15Speaker 2: all over the country in high crime, high poverty, failing
- 11:19Speaker 2: cities in America, where people are like, why do they
- 11:22Speaker 2: keep electing these people right over.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And over again.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Minneapolis turned into Mogadishu. It was a Somali invasion. The
- 11:28Speaker 3: Democrats sold the city to Somali fraudsters and criminals. Regular
- 11:33Speaker 3: verdict listers will know the answer to this. Who is
- 11:36Speaker 3: the single largest donor to Al Shabab, which is the
- 11:39Speaker 3: radical Islamic terror group in Somalia and the taxpayers of Minnesota.
- 11:47Speaker 3: It was literally the fraud was so blatant, and the
- 11:49Speaker 3: Democrats signed off on it. They facilitated it, They profited
- 11:53Speaker 3: from it, they got elected from it, they took campaign
- 11:55Speaker 3: donations from it. Mandami's effort here is to lock in control,
- 12:00Speaker 3: to drive out anyone who opposes him. But by the way,
- 12:03Speaker 3: you might think, Okay, I'm not a billionaire. You might
- 12:05Speaker 3: think even I'm not a millionaire, so what does it
- 12:07Speaker 3: concern me? This week he also had had another announcement.
- 12:11Speaker 3: He had an announcement at about grocery stores. I want
- 12:13Speaker 3: you to listen to what he had to say about
- 12:14Speaker 3: grocery stores.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Here's how it will work.
- 12:17Speaker 5: Once a month, our five city run grocery stores will
- 12:20Speaker 5: set prices for this core set of goods at thirty
- 12:22Speaker 5: percent below typical retail prices, no exceptions, no gimmicks. The
- 12:27Speaker 5: savings will last for the entire month. That means no
- 12:30Speaker 5: weekly fluctuations, nor stick a shock at the checkout line.
- 12:33Speaker 2: It's simple. Why don't we just do this all over
- 12:35Speaker 2: the country center right?
- 12:36Speaker 4: Like?
- 12:37Speaker 1: Who needs? You know?
- 12:38Speaker 2: This is a no brainer. We can just fix prices.
- 12:41Speaker 2: The prices never functuate. We force the prices down. They
- 12:45Speaker 2: make it sound like it is so easy, and if
- 12:48Speaker 2: it was this easy.
- 12:49Speaker 1: By the way, did it works. A lot of people
- 12:50Speaker 1: don't realize this.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Grocery stores margins on the goods they sell are usually
- 12:55Speaker 2: about one and a half percent total. Like if you
- 12:59Speaker 2: go to a growrocery store chain, they're not making twenty
- 13:02Speaker 2: thirty percent on groceries they sell you.
- 13:04Speaker 1: It is extremely thin margins.
- 13:06Speaker 2: If you do a really good job, as one grocery
- 13:09Speaker 2: store executive told me a couple of years ago, you
- 13:11Speaker 2: might hit two and a half to three percent. So
- 13:14Speaker 2: if you're paying a dollar for something, they paid ninety
- 13:17Speaker 2: seven cents for it.
- 13:18Speaker 3: To put in perspective and listen, a couple of things
- 13:20Speaker 3: are gonna happen. So you're gonna have five city run
- 13:23Speaker 3: grocery stores. They're gonna set prices thirty percent below cost.
- 13:28Speaker 3: So one of the things that's gonna happen is people
- 13:30Speaker 3: are gonna come in and buy those those goods at
- 13:33Speaker 3: those lower costs. They're gonna run out. They're gonna be
- 13:36Speaker 3: empty shelves. By the way, the media is not going
- 13:38Speaker 3: to show you the empty shells, but they're gonna run out.
- 13:41Speaker 3: And by the way, you see that in the Soviet Union,
- 13:45Speaker 3: you see that in communist countries where where the government
- 13:51Speaker 3: run grocery stores have empty shelves, because it turns out
- 13:55Speaker 3: government planners are not very good at deciding and figuring
- 13:58Speaker 3: out what people want. And so if bananas are thirty
- 14:01Speaker 3: percent cheaper at the government run in the grocery store,
- 14:04Speaker 3: they're gonna run.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Out of banas. They're gonna be no business.
- 14:06Speaker 3: But secondly, let's assume that Mandami is spectacularly good, that
- 14:11Speaker 3: he just orders so much food that they don't run out.
- 14:14Speaker 3: What is the effect going to be. Let's suppose you
- 14:16Speaker 3: run a grocery store down the street. If you're running
- 14:20Speaker 3: a grocery store and Mandami stores selling all of their
- 14:23Speaker 3: food at thirty percent below cost, there's no way for
- 14:27Speaker 3: you to compete with that. You don't have the ability.
- 14:29Speaker 3: If you're paying cost, you can't sell it for thirty
- 14:32Speaker 3: percent less than cost. And so if he continues this,
- 14:36Speaker 3: you're gonna go out of business. And understand, this is
- 14:38Speaker 3: not just giant, wealthy capitalist grocery stores, and there aren't
- 14:44Speaker 3: necessarily all that many giant, wealthy capitalist grocery stores. We're
- 14:48Speaker 3: talking bodegas, We're talking like little grocery stores that are
- 14:52Speaker 3: owned many of them have Hispanic owners, many of them
- 14:55Speaker 3: are immigrants. If you're selling, you know, you got a
- 14:58Speaker 3: little bodega, You've got some milk, you've got some eggs,
- 15:01Speaker 3: you've got you know, you've got kind of different Yeah,
- 15:04Speaker 3: you've got different necessities.
- 15:05Speaker 4: People in the neighborhood come by.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Well, you know what if milk at Mandami's government run
- 15:10Speaker 3: grocery store is thirty percent less, then you can buy
- 15:14Speaker 3: it for Yeah, the bodegas are going out of business.
- 15:18Speaker 3: And understand this is part of the communist agenda as well.
- 15:21Speaker 3: It's a drive out their opponents, but it's also to
- 15:24Speaker 3: destroy private enterprise, to destroy small businesses, the bodegas. Remember
- 15:30Speaker 3: we had just a week or two we played this
- 15:32Speaker 3: on the podcast where one of the heads of the
- 15:34Speaker 3: DSA in New York was asked about the margin in
- 15:37Speaker 3: bodega's and he said, well, look, if you can't, if
- 15:41Speaker 3: you have to charge such high prices, maybe those bodegas
- 15:44Speaker 3: just shouldn't be in business at all. That they want
- 15:47Speaker 3: to drive these people out of business. And the objective
- 15:50Speaker 3: which the DSA is telling us is for the government
- 15:54Speaker 3: to be in charge of all of private enterprise in
- 15:58Speaker 3: charge of every business, to be the employer, to be,
- 16:00Speaker 3: the store, to be. And you know, I actually had
- 16:05Speaker 3: some fun tweeting out today saying, Mandami in five years
- 16:11Speaker 3: when he visits another town, and I showed the image
- 16:14Speaker 3: of Boris Yeltsen when he visited You're in my hometown
- 16:17Speaker 3: of Houston, and he went to a grocery store and
- 16:20Speaker 3: he was totally blown away at the incredible array of
- 16:24Speaker 3: diversity and choices. And it's actually what helped convince him
- 16:27Speaker 3: that the Soviets could not win the Cold War. That
- 16:31Speaker 3: if we had forty different kinds of ice cream and
- 16:36Speaker 3: they had one kind of ice cream and they were
- 16:37Speaker 3: out of it in the Soviet Union, that they were
- 16:40Speaker 3: not going to compete. That the marketplace works in Mandami.
- 16:44Speaker 3: He doesn't understand that, and he doesn't care. He is
- 16:48Speaker 3: saying the government is going to be in charge of
- 16:50Speaker 3: every aspect of your life.
- 16:53Speaker 4: That's dangerous. And I want to underscore.
- 16:58Speaker 3: There's some Republicans who are celebrating, saying, oh, this is great. Okay,
- 17:02Speaker 3: the Democrats have gone so crazy that they're gonna be unelectable,
- 17:06Speaker 3: and that's good for Republicans.
- 17:07Speaker 4: We're going to win I am not in that camp.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I I've changed on this, by the way, I was
- 17:13Speaker 2: one of those early on that was like, I love
- 17:15Speaker 2: having an AOC. I haven't said to you once and
- 17:17Speaker 2: said I would actually give money to keep her in office,
- 17:21Speaker 2: tongue in cheek because she would say the crazy things
- 17:24Speaker 2: that Democrats actually believe out loud, and she was a
- 17:27Speaker 2: useful idiot in that way. Now I'm as concerned as
- 17:30Speaker 2: you are about this, that this is now turning into
- 17:32Speaker 2: a cancer, and how do you stop it.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Look, we have two major political parties in this country.
- 17:39Speaker 3: I would like two parties that are somewhat sane, relatively normal.
- 17:44Speaker 3: We can have differences, okay, Republicans want lower taxes, Democrats
- 17:48Speaker 3: want higher taxes.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Okay, that's fine.
- 17:50Speaker 3: I mean we can have differences on you know, Republicans
- 17:53Speaker 3: are pro life, Democrats or pro choice. Okay, there are
- 17:56Speaker 3: differences that you can have in the arena of political
- 17:59Speaker 3: discs course and go back and forth.
- 18:02Speaker 4: I don't want one of our.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Two major political parties to be a communist party that
- 18:07Speaker 3: is outright nuts. And that's what's and by the way,
- 18:11Speaker 3: that's not all the Democrat party. Look, listen, in the
- 18:14Speaker 3: Senate they're no more than a handful of Democrat senators
- 18:18Speaker 3: who I would say right now are Marxists. You've got
- 18:21Speaker 3: the Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warrens, who, by the way,
- 18:23Speaker 3: are recruiting these communists and they're celebrating. And when Elizabeth
- 18:28Speaker 3: Warren looks at a Nazi, communist, misogynist, oyster farmer and
- 18:33Speaker 3: says he's my kind of guy, well, she's telling you
- 18:35Speaker 3: the truth. That is her kind of guy. But most
- 18:38Speaker 3: of the Democrats in the Senate are not yet communists,
- 18:41Speaker 3: but every one of them are terrified of the Communists.
- 18:44Speaker 3: It's that radical left that has them scared.
- 18:47Speaker 2: And by the way, when you say they're they're they're terrified,
- 18:51Speaker 2: it's because they're afraid of losing power.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Of course, they're terrified.
- 18:54Speaker 2: They're afraid, yes, primary they're afraid of losing her job
- 18:58Speaker 2: to a social slash communist slash Marxist candidate. And this
- 19:03Speaker 2: goes back to the original fear with aoc Chuck Schumer.
- 19:08Speaker 2: I have never seen a man capitulate more than I
- 19:10Speaker 2: have with him in the last couple of years, because
- 19:13Speaker 2: he's so afraid, as you described it perfectly, that they
- 19:16Speaker 2: were going to get rid of him the leader of
- 19:18Speaker 2: the Democratic Party and replace him with AOC in the Senate.
- 19:22Speaker 3: I believe it is one hundred percent that Chuck Schumer
- 19:24Speaker 3: cannot win another primary in the Democrat Party in New York,
- 19:27Speaker 3: and I think he's gradually coming to realize that.
- 19:32Speaker 4: He was terrified that AOC was going to primary him.
- 19:35Speaker 3: I've joked that Schumer was going to be the inaugural
- 19:37Speaker 3: member of the AOC for president campaign.
- 19:41Speaker 4: It's actually not a joke. Look, I think AOC.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Will run for president save his own tail.
- 19:47Speaker 3: I think she is one of the two front runners
- 19:49Speaker 3: for president of the Democrat side. I think it's AOC
- 19:51Speaker 3: and Gavin Newsom. That is two front runners. But I've
- 19:54Speaker 3: also predicted I think Mandami will be the next Democrat
- 19:58Speaker 3: Senator from New York.
- 19:59Speaker 4: I do not think Schumer.
- 20:00Speaker 3: My guess is Schumer won't even run because he can't
- 20:03Speaker 3: run because the party, particularly in New York. But it's
- 20:06Speaker 3: a cancer spreading the rest of the country has gone crazy,
- 20:09Speaker 3: and listen, New York is the largest city in America.
- 20:14Speaker 3: My heart grieves that New York is an incredibly important
- 20:18Speaker 3: part of our country and to see it run by
- 20:20Speaker 3: an outright communist is really dangerous, and I'm sorry to
- 20:25Speaker 3: say there will come another Democrat who's elected president.
- 20:29Speaker 4: I wish there wasn't.
- 20:30Speaker 3: I would like that never to happen, but if history
- 20:33Speaker 3: is any guide, it will happen. I don't want the
- 20:36Speaker 3: next Democrat president to be an outright communist, and I
- 20:39Speaker 3: think the odds of that happening have increased exponentially because
- 20:44Speaker 3: they're engaged in a hostile taker of the Democrat Party.
- 20:47Speaker 3: And other than John Fetterman, who's been heroic in fighting
- 20:50Speaker 3: back on this, almost no other Democrat is even willing
- 20:53Speaker 3: to fight back on these lunatics.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Yeah, talking about lunatics, I got to get to this
- 20:58Speaker 2: other big story that deals with Anthony Fuci.
- 21:01Speaker 1: So thank you.
- 21:02Speaker 2: I've never said this before to Anthony Fauci, but thank
- 21:05Speaker 2: you for keeping a really, really good diary, because now
- 21:10Speaker 2: we have his record of what he was worried about
- 21:14Speaker 2: during COVID when it was exploding, and it all went
- 21:18Speaker 2: back to what I would describe as psychotic narcissism. He
- 21:22Speaker 2: was obsessed with being famous, He loved being the center
- 21:25Speaker 2: of attention. He also, I think clearly knew that, and
- 21:29Speaker 2: there's new accusations out that he was lying about the
- 21:31Speaker 2: side effects of COVID nineteen vaccines, some of which apparently
- 21:35Speaker 2: affected him personally, but he did not disclose to the public.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Look, Fauci is the single most dangerous bureaucrat in American history.
- 21:45Speaker 4: He's a megal and maniac.
- 21:46Speaker 3: He loved the press, and he was willing to implement
- 21:49Speaker 3: policies that hurt Americans, and he was willing to lie. So,
- 21:53Speaker 3: for example, Fauci played a critical role in shutting down
- 21:57Speaker 3: schools all across America. Yeah, now, when America saw devastating
- 22:02Speaker 3: results we have witnessed. I actually think a decade or
- 22:05Speaker 3: two from now, people will look back at the school
- 22:06Speaker 3: shutdowns during COVID and marvel at what an idiotic policy
- 22:12Speaker 3: this country pursued. A sort of mass psychosis. We have
- 22:16Speaker 3: seen in the day to demonstrate this, the largest learning
- 22:20Speaker 3: loss in recorded history since we began measuring the learning
- 22:24Speaker 3: of our students. The biggest learning loss came from the
- 22:27Speaker 3: COVID shutdowns. And by the way, the racial gap, the
- 22:29Speaker 3: gap between black and white students, the gap between Hispanic
- 22:33Speaker 3: and white students grew more than the during the COVID lockdowns,
- 22:37Speaker 3: again than any time since since it's been recorded. Now
- 22:42Speaker 3: Once it became ir irrefutable that the schools shutdowns were
- 22:47Speaker 3: a travesty, a disaster, Fauci's tried to back away and say, oh,
- 22:52Speaker 3: I didn't ask for the schools to be shut down. Well,
- 22:56Speaker 3: a number of his private diary entries have been released.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Here's that's what he wrote on March fifteenth, twenty twenty.
- 23:02Speaker 3: So this is pretty early in the COVID pandemic.
- 23:05Speaker 4: He writes, quote big day. It's written in red letters.
- 23:11Speaker 3: I spoke with Bill Deblasio, Mayor New York City, and
- 23:14Speaker 3: convinced him, based on what I was saying publicly and
- 23:17Speaker 3: my conversations tonight, to close the New York City schools.
- 23:21Speaker 3: He had already decided based on what I was saying
- 23:23Speaker 3: on TV. That's what he said is private notes in March.
- 23:26Speaker 3: By the way, he said the same thing quote. I
- 23:29Speaker 3: had a similar call with Ann O'Leary, the chief of
- 23:31Speaker 3: staff of Governor Gavin Newsom in California. Ann said that
- 23:37Speaker 3: based on my TV appearances today and yesterday, the governor
- 23:40Speaker 3: has decided to close the schools in California, as well
- 23:43Speaker 3: as the bars and the restaurants. Now seven months later,
- 23:48Speaker 3: October sixteenth, twenty twenty, ABC News is interviewing Fauci and
- 23:53Speaker 3: he denies he had any role in the lockdowns. He says, quote,
- 23:57Speaker 3: let's go back and look at the transcript. We said
- 23:59Speaker 3: we should try as best as possible we possibly can
- 24:03Speaker 3: to keep the children in schools. Nobody plays that clip.
- 24:05Speaker 3: They always come back and say Fauci was responsible for
- 24:07Speaker 3: shutting schools down. I had nothing to do with it.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Now there's a technical word for that. That's called a
- 24:15Speaker 4: lie YESO.
- 24:16Speaker 3: In twenty twenty two, he told The Hill that he
- 24:18Speaker 3: quote didn't recommend locking anything down. Well, his own private
- 24:24Speaker 3: diary refutes that, by the way. January twenty twenty four,
- 24:27Speaker 3: he said, quote, when he was testifying the House representatives,
- 24:30Speaker 3: I did not close the schools. Fauci is dishonest and
- 24:40Speaker 3: the diary is unequivocal. Five days later, here's what Fauci's
- 24:48Speaker 3: diary says.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Quote.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Also, at a phone call with Meyriti, Deblasio, who wants
- 24:53Speaker 3: to go to shelter in place for the entire city,
- 24:55Speaker 3: is asking my advice since Governor Cuoma's pushing back, I
- 24:59Speaker 3: advised Ablasi to go ahead and do it. I will
- 25:01Speaker 3: try to speak with Cuomo so he's saying, shut everything down.
- 25:06Speaker 3: By the way, Fauci, also in March or twenty twenty,
- 25:09Speaker 3: describes President Trump as incorrigible.
- 25:14Speaker 4: This is this pattern and.
- 25:17Speaker 3: The rest of these diary entries are stunning that they
- 25:22Speaker 3: reveal a mego lamaniac. All right, here's another component that's
- 25:31Speaker 3: fairly stunning. You remember Fauci laid out at great length
- 25:35Speaker 3: that the source of COVID was not the Wuhan Institute
- 25:41Speaker 3: for Virology.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Yes, so that was one of the big ones, and
- 25:44Speaker 2: he got angry on TV when it was brought up.
- 25:47Speaker 3: It was not the Chinese government, It was not any
- 25:50Speaker 3: of that. It was instead the wet market in China
- 25:54Speaker 3: that occurred organically from like bat soup in the wet
- 25:59Speaker 3: market that just jumped from animals. So here is what
- 26:03Speaker 3: he wrote in January of twenty twenty.
- 26:06Speaker 4: So right at the outset he wrote the following.
- 26:12Speaker 3: It now appears, using epidata and genomic data that the
- 26:17Speaker 3: first affection it was in early December and not connected
- 26:21Speaker 3: to the market. The infection spread among people weeks before
- 26:25Speaker 3: the Chinese reported that they were dealing with a new infection,
- 26:29Speaker 3: and that gave the virus time to establish itself. In
- 26:33Speaker 3: multi generational sustain spread. Remember early on the Chinese were
- 26:38Speaker 3: saying that there is no human to human transmission and
- 26:42Speaker 3: that all the original twenty seven cases were from the market.
- 26:47Speaker 3: Now we know the market was not the source, it
- 26:54Speaker 3: was the amplifier. Having said that somewhere the virus jumped
- 26:59Speaker 3: from animals to humans, I want to repeat that sentence.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Now we know the market was not the source, it
- 27:07Speaker 3: was the amplifier. This was January of twenty twenty, and
- 27:11Speaker 3: Fauci repeatedly lied about this over and over again. And
- 27:14Speaker 3: by the way, in March and April of twenty twenty,
- 27:16Speaker 3: for those who are longtime listeners to Verdict, we have
- 27:19Speaker 3: a lot of new listeners to Verdict. But in March
- 27:22Speaker 3: and April of twenty twenty, go back and listen to
- 27:25Speaker 3: I did two episodes on Verdict where we laid out
- 27:28Speaker 3: the evidence early in COVID that the weight of the
- 27:32Speaker 3: evidence was the COVID virus came from the Wuhan Institute
- 27:36Speaker 3: from virology where they were studying coronaviruses derived from bats,
- 27:42Speaker 3: and that it escaped. I think it was likely an
- 27:44Speaker 3: accidental lab lak. I think they were engaged in research
- 27:47Speaker 3: gain of function, research where they took existing viruses, they
- 27:50Speaker 3: made them more dangerous, they more the more transmissible, more
- 27:53Speaker 3: targeted at humans.
- 27:54Speaker 4: I think they were studying them and then they screwed up.
- 27:57Speaker 3: They had lacks they had lousy bioscicccurity measures, and I
- 28:01Speaker 3: think a doctor, a researcher, or someone got the disease,
- 28:05Speaker 3: walked out and spread it to someone else, and spread
- 28:07Speaker 3: someone else spread it someone else.
- 28:08Speaker 4: That is the most likely scenario.
- 28:10Speaker 3: By the way, multiple US government agencies now concur with
- 28:13Speaker 3: that that assessment. Fauci knew that at the outset and
- 28:20Speaker 3: life he lied. It was straight out lying, and it
- 28:25Speaker 3: was it was profoundly harmful.
- 28:28Speaker 2: You look at what we're seeing now in these notes.
- 28:31Speaker 2: I love the transparency. There's some that are mad that
- 28:34Speaker 2: is put out saying, well, people aren't going to take
- 28:35Speaker 2: accurate notes in the future.
- 28:36Speaker 1: They think they're going to be outed.
- 28:38Speaker 2: In this scenario, you should not be afraid of your
- 28:41Speaker 2: notes unless you were lying and manipulating and don't lie.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Yeah, just don't lie. Don't you want transparency?
- 28:49Speaker 2: I'm like, of course, like, well, if you out these
- 28:51Speaker 2: types of notes, you're never gonna get transparency again. I'm like, no,
- 28:54Speaker 2: just don't be a pathological liar to the American people.
- 28:57Speaker 2: And what we saw in these notes was on the
- 29:00Speaker 2: biggest issues of COVID, and I think this is the
- 29:03Speaker 2: core reason why I want to wrap it up and
- 29:05Speaker 2: get your reaction to it now. I understand why he
- 29:08Speaker 2: needed a pardon, preemptive pardon, because I think it's abundantly he.
- 29:13Speaker 4: Was lying and knew he was lying and quoting.
- 29:16Speaker 1: His own words.
- 29:17Speaker 2: He was lying under oath to you guys who were
- 29:20Speaker 2: questioning him in Congress.
- 29:22Speaker 3: And by the way, I also believe Fauci funded the
- 29:24Speaker 3: gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute Virology. He
- 29:28Speaker 3: was covering his own rear end because his decision to
- 29:32Speaker 3: fund reckless research was a direct cause I believe of
- 29:36Speaker 3: the pandemic. Understand this is not a new phenomenon for Fauci.
- 29:40Speaker 3: I want to read an entry from his diary from
- 29:42Speaker 3: twenty thirteen, so long before COVID happened twenty thirteen January fourteenth,
- 29:48Speaker 3: twenty thirteen, HHS turned me down on request from CNN,
- 29:52Speaker 3: Wolf Blitzer and Solidad O'Brien. I asked John Burkeow to
- 29:55Speaker 3: call up Bill Hall and find out what the heck
- 29:57Speaker 3: is going on and what the reason for all of
- 29:59Speaker 3: this is. John told me that CDC complaining to Bill
- 30:02Speaker 3: Hall and HHS that I was getting all of the
- 30:04Speaker 3: publicity on an issue influenza tracking, that they considered was
- 30:10Speaker 3: their issue. I do not know who at CDC did this.
- 30:15Speaker 3: It could be anyone from Tom Freed, and I doubt
- 30:17Speaker 3: this to more likely Tom Skinner, CDCPR person. In any event,
- 30:23Speaker 3: it has nothing to do with my use of the
- 30:25Speaker 3: word epidemic on Wolf Blitzer's show, and everything to do
- 30:30Speaker 3: with pure jealousy that I am a rock star stealing
- 30:36Speaker 3: their thunder. Shame on the CDC. So this is twenty
- 30:40Speaker 3: thirteen this man's own personal assessment. I want to read
- 30:44Speaker 3: that sentence again. It has everything to do with pure
- 30:49Speaker 3: jealousy that I am a quote unquote rock star stealing
- 30:54Speaker 3: their thunder. This is someone who's a narcissist, who just
- 30:57Speaker 3: wants to be on TV when we're in the middle
- 31:00Speaker 3: of a pandemic, we're in the middle of a crisis.
- 31:02Speaker 4: What did he wanted to do? He wanted to be on.
- 31:04Speaker 3: TV as the savior, as the solution, and he was
- 31:07Speaker 3: willing to lie. He knew early on, he knew that
- 31:12Speaker 3: the wet market is not where this virus came from.
- 31:15Speaker 3: And yet he lied about that deliberately, and I think
- 31:20Speaker 3: he did so again to cover his own culpability. And
- 31:23Speaker 3: when it came to lockdowns, he repeatedly urged and advocated
- 31:29Speaker 3: locking down schools, locking down small businesses, locking down churches,
- 31:34Speaker 3: destroying people's livelihoods, destroying kids. There were tens of millions
- 31:39Speaker 3: of kids in America who did not go to school
- 31:43Speaker 3: for more than a year because of these lockdowns.
- 31:47Speaker 1: And their education moving forward.
- 31:50Speaker 3: And by the way, the data show that learning loss
- 31:53Speaker 3: will be with them the rest of their lives, when
- 31:54Speaker 3: when they're eighty, they will still suffer the consequences. And
- 31:59Speaker 3: he's born no no consequences for his own recklessness. This
- 32:03Speaker 3: was egomaniacal. It was reckless, and it was wrong.
- 32:08Speaker 2: It really was. We're gonna keep covering it. He's also
- 32:10Speaker 2: gonna be speaking, I think before Congress very soon. We'll
- 32:13Speaker 2: have that for you as well, to see if he
- 32:15Speaker 2: is at least having to answer some questions on this.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Don't forget we do the show Monday was a Friday hit.

- 32:22Speaker 2: a single episode and you can also watch most of

- 32:30Speaker 2: you back here on Friday morning.
