- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name is
- 0:15Speaker 1: Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close
- 0:22Speaker 1: your eyes. This is Whisper Sunday. This is Sunday is Sunday.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Yeah, So.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I'm going to talk about some stuff todays. This might
- 0:57Speaker 1: not be the correct thing to listen to go to sleep,
- 1:13Speaker 1: because I'm just gonna talk about how I'm feeling. It's
- 1:22Speaker 1: a start off with h kind of boh, I'll just
- 1:34Speaker 1: say it and might We'll just say instead of being
- 1:37Speaker 1: around the bush uncurse sausages passed away on during the
- 1:45Speaker 1: night last night. Not it was actually after I found
- 1:52Speaker 1: out after I made the recording yesterday, So it's during
- 2:01Speaker 1: Friday night. He passed away peacefully. And it's really weird.
- 2:16Speaker 1: It's just I can't I can't grasp by my mind
- 2:24Speaker 1: around what's happened. It just doesn't make sense to me. Logically,
- 2:36Speaker 1: I can get it. He was ill and he died.
- 2:42Speaker 1: You know, he had a serious illness and his organs
- 2:48Speaker 1: shut down and he passed away. It's a simple, really,
- 2:55Speaker 1: But at the same time, six weeks ago he was fine,
- 3:08Speaker 1: but he wasn't but he he felt fine. It's just weird,
- 3:24Speaker 1: just in such a short time, especially the last week.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I can't. I felt guilty because of the COVID. I
- 3:35Speaker 1: wasn't able to visit him for a week. I saw
- 3:38Speaker 1: him twice before he left, so I saw him on
- 3:43Speaker 1: Thursday and Friday, and I knew that he was near
- 3:52Speaker 1: the end. The nurses said that, you know, he had hours,
- 3:57Speaker 1: if not days left, So I knew that. So it's
- 4:01Speaker 1: not a shock in a sense that it's an overall
- 4:06Speaker 1: shock to my life. Yeah, I just I'm just confused,
- 4:29Speaker 1: very confused. Yes, I can't. Yeah, I'm trying to make
- 4:37Speaker 1: sense of it in a positive way. You know, I'm
- 4:46Speaker 1: not sitting here feeling sorry for myself or being overly
- 4:53Speaker 1: dramatic or I don't think. But why have noticed? Wow?
- 5:02Speaker 1: Have I noticed? Is yesterday I was very irritable, to
- 5:17Speaker 1: the point of wanting to shout out the window for
- 5:21Speaker 1: the neighbors to shut the fuck up. So I said,
- 5:25Speaker 1: I was really if I did shout, but not out
- 5:28Speaker 1: of the window, because I I'm making so much noise
- 5:33Speaker 1: and it was bugging me, And it bugs me anyway,
- 5:37Speaker 1: but this is like on a it was bugging me
- 5:39Speaker 1: on a different level of intensity and I wanted to
- 5:46Speaker 1: do something. I wanted to physically do something, which is
- 6:00Speaker 1: I used to be when I was younger. And i'm
- 6:07Speaker 1: you know, a bit more chilled with age and just
- 6:11Speaker 1: not just a age, but with practice and purposely st
- 6:16Speaker 1: of trying to calm myself down. And I had a
- 6:22Speaker 1: little retaste of that feelings, and yeah, I didn't like it. Anger,
- 6:41Speaker 1: I guess just had a bit of anger in me.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I am angry about him. And this is sad because
- 6:55Speaker 1: it's not okay, this is not necessarily logical or nice.
- 7:07Speaker 1: But I know some horrible people. I know some people
- 7:13Speaker 1: that are just they've got no redeeming qualities. Maybe they
- 7:18Speaker 1: have both hidden from me, and they've done horrible things
- 7:23Speaker 1: to people, and they continue to do it. And you've
- 7:28Speaker 1: got Uncle Sausages who didn't cause problems for anyone. Really,
- 7:34Speaker 1: he's just kept himself as a nice man, loved them,
- 7:39Speaker 1: very passionate about sport, excited every day about the next
- 7:45Speaker 1: day coming up. Now, I'm not saying I think other
- 7:56Speaker 1: people should suffer instead of him. That's not what I'm saying.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I just don't think he should have suffered. If we
- 8:15Speaker 1: push it even further, really, he deserves to be alive
- 8:20Speaker 1: more than me because he's nicer. He's a nicer person
- 8:25Speaker 1: than me. It's really he appreciated being alive more than
- 8:35Speaker 1: I ever have. You know, I'm miserable old kid. A
- 8:42Speaker 1: lot of the time he was happy. He was a
- 8:45Speaker 1: happy man, and that just makes me feel a bit
- 8:54Speaker 1: of a fraud or unappreciateive towards what I do. They have,
- 9:03Speaker 1: which at the moment is I guess I've got a
- 9:07Speaker 1: degree of health. I don't know what my health is like,
- 9:11Speaker 1: but I'm here. I don't feel healthy, to be honest,
- 9:16Speaker 1: but I feel I'm here. I feel better than I
- 9:20Speaker 1: did last week, that's for sure, But or do I
- 9:28Speaker 1: I don't know what days. It's Sunday, Monday. You know
- 9:31Speaker 1: when I had COVID. I mean, I didn't feel great then.
- 9:42Speaker 1: But maybe I am just feeling sorry for myself. But
- 9:49Speaker 1: I don't think I am. I'm just upset. And then
- 10:02Speaker 1: there's the whole I mean, I feel bad that I
- 10:07Speaker 1: didn't get to see him for that week because he
- 10:10Speaker 1: was upset with me. I was trying to explain to
- 10:13Speaker 1: him I was ill. Okay, you just come and bring
- 10:16Speaker 1: me some drinks, and I said, no, I'm ill. You
- 10:19Speaker 1: don't don't get it. I'm ready, and it's very hard
- 10:25Speaker 1: to tell someone there's terminally ill, the u L was
- 10:33Speaker 1: a cold and expect them to have some kind of sympathy.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Now I didn't know it is COVID, but I mean,
- 10:41Speaker 1: COVID is a cold, isn't it. It's a flu. It's
- 10:46Speaker 1: that people have had at different levels. Might wasn't bad.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I was just ill and I was then I was recovered.
- 10:56Speaker 1: My uncle had it and he didn't recover back into
- 10:59Speaker 1: Fairy twenty. So that's the reason why I didn't go
- 11:10Speaker 1: into hospital. Well, a part from the fact that it's
- 11:13Speaker 1: against the law. But once I found out was COVID,
- 11:19Speaker 1: now I know, some people just say, Okay, I'm going
- 11:23Speaker 1: to go and visit my friend. I want to carry
- 11:25Speaker 1: on what I'm doing. The rules don't apply to me
- 11:33Speaker 1: now I know, And maybe in the past. I don't
- 11:36Speaker 1: know if i'd have been like that in the past,
- 11:37Speaker 1: but I like to think I wouldn't because I think
- 11:51Speaker 1: my uncle was ill, so he was very poorly and
- 12:04Speaker 1: COVID got him. So COVID finished him off. I didn't
- 12:09Speaker 1: want to do that to other.
- 12:10Speaker 3: People because you know, Uncle's sausages, his was peaceful.
- 12:23Speaker 1: If I had gone in there with COVID, his last
- 12:28Speaker 1: week might have been atrocious. So I don't. Yeah, I know,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I've already talked about that. The idea of like spreading
- 12:43Speaker 1: COVID to people, It's not really my thing, even colds,
- 12:51Speaker 1: because I know some people didn't get a message about
- 12:56Speaker 1: this and thinking you know you are, but about you know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: having like a low immune system and stuff and doing
- 13:08Speaker 1: the right thing sometimes is the good idea. Last year,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I went to see a nurse to have my annual
- 13:22Speaker 1: check up thing. My stomach's curcling, so my anal chatter,
- 13:31Speaker 1: my anal chatter, my anal check up is cause of
- 13:36Speaker 1: the bipolar and I'm on medication. So they checked my
- 13:40Speaker 1: liver and my kidneys, my I suppose, my heart, my
- 13:45Speaker 1: blood and you know, they are that check in to
- 13:48Speaker 1: make sure that I'm okay, which is a positive thing.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I mean, last time they found out that my blood
- 13:56Speaker 1: sugar level was very low. Yeah, one erin, They're gonna
- 14:13Speaker 1: give me my next medical So I stopped having sugar
- 14:19Speaker 1: and cut down. I've not cut down completely, but I have,
- 14:23Speaker 1: and I did lose weight. Am under a mound of
- 14:31Speaker 1: fifteen stone. Now I was sixteen stone, so I'm offering.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm moving between fourteen a half and fifteen. That's kind
- 14:42Speaker 1: of my offering stage now. And I am slimmer, which
- 14:48Speaker 1: is good. Oh yeah, the nurse was wearing a mask.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This isn't my doctor's practice, the GP practice. So I said,
- 15:05Speaker 1: you taught me to wear a mask. She said no,
- 15:08Speaker 1: it's okay. I said, we can share if you like,
- 15:11Speaker 1: which is a weird thing to say. And she's explained
- 15:20Speaker 1: to me that she was immune division, so she had
- 15:25Speaker 1: a condition where her immune system was practically zero, so
- 15:32Speaker 1: she wore a mask. And you know what, again, no,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I think I did wear a mask. Yeah, I did
- 15:51Speaker 1: wear a mask. And again I was like that somebody
- 16:01Speaker 1: can mention she's chosen to do a job where she's
- 16:10Speaker 1: putting her own life at risk every day. She could
- 16:15Speaker 1: be sitting at home, keeping away from people, but no,
- 16:22Speaker 1: she goes to work and she helps people in an environment.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So she's a nurse. She's around all kinds of you know,
- 16:34Speaker 1: illnesses and stuff. Just every time she steps inside the
- 16:38Speaker 1: doctor surgery, she's surrounded by people that are unwell. She
- 16:46Speaker 1: chooses to do that to help people. That's amazing, isn't it?
- 16:59Speaker 1: Really you think about it, What a phenomenal person. That's
- 17:14Speaker 1: a dedication if you want to be a record breaker. Yes,
- 17:30Speaker 1: that's that's it. Really, it's four o'clock. That's the core.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Past four in the morning. Went about at eight o'clock
- 17:41Speaker 1: last night, m m okay, I'll be honest. I've just
- 17:52Speaker 1: been restless. I was restless during the night. I was
- 17:56Speaker 1: restless tonight before. There's something I just a little bit
- 18:09Speaker 1: disturbed by the whole thing. I'm now wondering if the
- 18:22Speaker 1: m some of the neighbors are planning to break into
- 18:26Speaker 1: his flat to try and see if there's anything worth
- 18:29Speaker 1: stealing so I can buy themselves crack. And that's not
- 18:34Speaker 1: an exaggeration. That's what they're like around here, some of them.
- 18:49Speaker 1: It's weird.
- 18:53Speaker 2: So I can have.
- 18:54Speaker 1: New two new Dennants living in his place in the
- 19:02Speaker 1: next few months. I wonder what it's gonna be. Will
- 19:14Speaker 1: there be decent people or be more of the same,
- 19:18Speaker 1: more chaos and tends to be what happens now. I
- 19:27Speaker 1: was just thinking about over the fence and so we
- 19:30Speaker 1: had the amount of chaotic people we had living over
- 19:35Speaker 1: there over the years. Seriously, it's just there's one flat
- 19:56Speaker 1: and it's been three tenants and have all been absolutely who.
- 20:03Speaker 4: Ill just.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I was supposed to find I was the right word,
- 20:07Speaker 1: but the degree of chaos. There was a couple living there.
- 20:17Speaker 1: There's been a few people lived there since I've lived there,
- 20:20Speaker 1: but this couple, and they always arguing. And the bloke
- 20:28Speaker 1: in there, he would, yeah, he would order palettes and
- 20:37Speaker 1: he would break up the palettes during the day and
- 20:40Speaker 1: burn them at night. He did this for like a
- 20:44Speaker 1: whole summer, and then one night he set fire to
- 20:48Speaker 1: the clawn. So I just wake up and I noticed
- 20:54Speaker 1: that the garden's very bright out there over the fence.
- 21:04Speaker 1: It's car outside and m hm, the lawn. It basically
- 21:21Speaker 1: he was using a dustbin to light the you know,
- 21:28Speaker 1: to have the fire in, and the dustbin had fallen over,
- 21:34Speaker 1: so it had spread all over the grass and the
- 21:38Speaker 1: grass was on fire. And I came outside just to
- 21:50Speaker 1: sort of check it out because I wanted to, you know,
- 21:52Speaker 1: make sure it didn't spread. And the bloke was upset
- 21:59Speaker 1: that I was outside. We're doing it, okay, So that
- 22:07Speaker 1: was weird. Another time his girlfriend was over here. She
- 22:12Speaker 1: was lying in the road outside. She wasn't injured, she's
- 22:17Speaker 1: just lying in the road and her boyfriend was smashing
- 22:24Speaker 1: up the furniture in the flat. I was just like weird.
- 22:33Speaker 1: They moved out, they probably got kicked out. And then
- 22:37Speaker 1: another lady moved in the exact flat, and she used
- 22:43Speaker 1: to scream at herself. She'd have arguments with herself and
- 22:47Speaker 1: went on for hours, like you know, daily, And then
- 22:52Speaker 1: she left, and then we got another one moving really loud,
- 23:03Speaker 1: just loud, And it's hard for me. I grew up
- 23:15Speaker 1: in chaos, being around crazy people, shouting and aggressive and
- 23:21Speaker 1: swearing and doing stupid things and saying horrible things, and
- 23:31Speaker 1: so I grew up in that. I spent years living
- 23:36Speaker 1: that lifestyle when I was very young. I didn't like
- 23:40Speaker 1: it then. I don't like it now. Now I have
- 23:44Speaker 1: my moments. I'll be honest, like my moments when I'm
- 23:47Speaker 1: a little bit like that myself, but I don't. I
- 23:54Speaker 1: don't involve other people. I keep it to myself. I
- 24:02Speaker 1: know we're all different, but I don't live a chaotic
- 24:08Speaker 1: lifestyle and I won't. I can't do that. I mean,
- 24:19Speaker 1: it's part of the reason why I didn't reproduce. It's
- 24:23Speaker 1: about of the reason why I'm not in a relationship
- 24:25Speaker 1: with someone, these gonna be I don't know, I just
- 24:34Speaker 1: don't want that kind of lifestyle, shouting and arguing. And
- 24:40Speaker 1: just now my stomach's gurgling really bad. It's a proper gurglar. Yeah,
- 25:01Speaker 1: I'm not I didn't. I mean, I know this is
- 25:07Speaker 1: a counsel estate, but it's like it's only a few
- 25:13Speaker 1: people honestly, Like in my block, everyone's fine. Now, okay,
- 25:22Speaker 1: there's a there's a I colt with everyone, but this,
- 25:26Speaker 1: you know, there's always going to be problematic people, but
- 25:34Speaker 1: it don't really cause me problems. It's just they're living
- 25:39Speaker 1: a lifestyle that I don't. I'm not into. And most
- 25:53Speaker 1: of the time the people on the estate are pretty cool,
- 25:58Speaker 1: which just takes a few who wanted to rely rely loud,
- 26:05Speaker 1: obnoxious individuals. And there's one that just spends this sings
- 26:16Speaker 1: and be in the garden all the time shouting, and
- 26:23Speaker 1: then another neighbor always manages to be friend wherever new
- 26:31Speaker 1: people move in. There's a family that loved this estate
- 26:37Speaker 1: that don't they live. They don't live in the council bar,
- 26:43Speaker 1: but their family have been there forever and they just
- 26:47Speaker 1: love to be friends with the people on this little council.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Probably they've been doing it probably for forty to fifty years.
- 26:57Speaker 1: So when someone knew moves.
- 26:59Speaker 2: In, they'll find a way in.
- 27:03Speaker 1: So they can go into their home and they can
- 27:06Speaker 1: spend time here and make lots of noise. I don't
- 27:15Speaker 1: really get it, to be honest. I mean, I was
- 27:22Speaker 1: curious about what Luke's old flat would look like once
- 27:28Speaker 1: he moved out and a new person moved in. So
- 27:31Speaker 1: I was curious about that. And I have been in
- 27:35Speaker 1: there because then they boonvited me in and it was
- 27:39Speaker 1: like a different flat. Enough, is weird? The same same rooms,
- 27:46Speaker 1: completely different. And I have been in every flat apart
- 27:59Speaker 1: from one. H I've seen all the different flats in
- 28:06Speaker 1: this building. But and they've all been in my flat
- 28:17Speaker 1: as well, including the one that I've not been in.
- 28:24Speaker 1: He's only been in there a couple of times.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Ok, yeah, a.
- 28:46Speaker 4: La la la la lahada.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I'm just talking for the sake of talking now a night.
- 29:06Speaker 1: So that really that sort of is his uncle sausages
- 29:10Speaker 1: passed away? See why didn't realize I guess I didn't
- 29:22Speaker 1: realize how ill he was. It's easy to say that now,
- 29:29Speaker 1: isn't he Now he's dead it's like, well, obviously he
- 29:31Speaker 1: was ill, but he was I mean to say that
- 29:37Speaker 1: he was really ill. He's also just an obvious statement,
- 29:47Speaker 1: but there was there was a question mark that he
- 29:51Speaker 1: had and I had. We had questions. So, okay, so
- 29:55Speaker 1: he's got this thing. Why can't they do anything about it?
- 30:02Speaker 1: Why can't they remove it, give him surgery, give him
- 30:06Speaker 1: some hope, something, And they said there's nothing they could do.
- 30:15Speaker 1: And his question I kind of had. We had this
- 30:17Speaker 1: conversation outside a few weeks ago in the sun and
- 30:26Speaker 1: I kind of understood where he was coming from because
- 30:29Speaker 1: I felt the same way. So why can't they do something?
- 30:34Speaker 1: And I said to the nurse at the time, why
- 30:40Speaker 1: can't you just give him an operation and try and
- 30:43Speaker 1: do something. She said, he wouldn't survive an operation. I said,
- 30:48Speaker 1: that's not a bad thing. Give in his condition and whatever.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I'm not saying it's a good thing. He doesn't survive,
- 30:57Speaker 1: but give him that option to go peacefully and he
- 31:05Speaker 1: won't know anything about it. He'll be on her prey.
- 31:07Speaker 1: There's at table and if it helps him, it helps him.
- 31:12Speaker 1: If if if that's it, then that's it. And she
- 31:16Speaker 1: said it doesn't work like that. Operations are expensive and
- 31:24Speaker 1: they don't do them d unless there's a chance that
- 31:26Speaker 1: can help.
- 31:37Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 1: There's also a part of me thinking about hypnosis and
- 31:55Speaker 1: what use is it in situations like this. Yeah, I
- 32:14Speaker 1: just wonder. On Thursday, he was very restless old uncle
- 32:25Speaker 1: sausages and I started to talk to him, and I
- 32:36Speaker 1: did do somepnosis with him, trying to get him to
- 32:42Speaker 1: just calm down, to relax his body. And I didn't
- 32:48Speaker 1: really get a chance to do it properly, but I
- 32:54Speaker 1: told him that because he was he kept moving around.
- 32:57Speaker 1: He was unconscious, but he was moving around his arms,
- 33:01Speaker 1: raising his arms up and his legs is very uncomfortable,
- 33:06Speaker 1: and he was clearly cause he was moving around. But
- 33:10Speaker 1: at the same time he may have been dreaming. I
- 33:15Speaker 1: don't know, but I told him that his arms were heavy,
- 33:24Speaker 1: and when I said that to him, he stopped moving
- 33:27Speaker 1: his arms around. And I probably talked to him for
- 33:39Speaker 1: maybe ten minutes m maybe longer, just telling him but
- 34:00Speaker 1: it's okay to relax, it's okay to let go. And
- 34:12Speaker 1: I said down on Friday as well, that's telling him
- 34:18Speaker 1: it's okay to let go. Doesn't have to struggle anymore.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Doesn't have to hold on. It's okay to let go
- 34:34Speaker 1: m But on Friday he was completely relaxed. He was
- 34:47Speaker 1: on a morphine thing, morphine drip or drive or whatever
- 34:53Speaker 1: it's called. H Then he's just lying there. I think.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I mean, it's natural to be thinking about my own life.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I suppose in situations like this, what have I done?
- 35:35Speaker 1: What have I accomplished? Has there been any purpose to
- 35:40Speaker 1: my existence? It's kind of the questions I've got. Maybe
- 35:49Speaker 1: another nicer way is what is my legacy? Or I'll
- 35:56Speaker 1: just be forgotten? Maybe that's it, just be forgot. But
- 36:14Speaker 1: then there's some people that I think do get to
- 36:17Speaker 1: live on in memories, different kinds of memories. So you've
- 36:27Speaker 1: got famous writers, musicians.
- 36:38Speaker 6: From hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years ago, something
- 36:43Speaker 6: thousands of years ago, but we.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Don't necessarily know what they were like as people. I
- 37:08Speaker 1: think you can probably get kind of an idea what
- 37:12Speaker 1: I'm like, kind of from some of my recordings. Not
- 37:23Speaker 1: necessarily a good thing. Thousands of hours of me talking
- 37:35Speaker 1: thousands up my legacy just to leave my ramblings. I
- 38:08Speaker 1: don't know. There's no boxing on last Night this month.
- 38:20Speaker 1: I think apart from one fight on the sixteenth August.
- 38:25Speaker 1: That ain't much going on, which is a shame. And
- 38:32Speaker 1: in September, I fin there's a couple of big fights.
- 38:43Speaker 1: There's a big yeah. November, I think there's a big
- 38:46Speaker 1: one as well, David Benevitez against Callum Smith. David Benevitez
- 38:58Speaker 1: is gonna win that. David Benavas so he's now a
- 39:09Speaker 1: world champion light everyweight. He was one one three times
- 39:27Speaker 1: super lightweight, a super middleweight champion. He won it. Wait
- 39:37Speaker 1: a minute, he was the interims of twice and then
- 39:41Speaker 1: he was interim I think anyway, he's really great. David Benefittez,
- 39:49Speaker 1: he's pretty much my favorite boxer, but he hasn't been
- 39:53Speaker 1: fighting hugely regularly the last few years because he was
- 39:59Speaker 1: just drawling water waiting to fight Canilo, and Canelo wouldn't
- 40:05Speaker 1: fight him so any and he went up to lie
- 40:10Speaker 1: everyway and then that was wherever he went.
- 40:17Speaker 2: It was blocked.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Canelo held all the titles, and then he went up
- 40:23Speaker 1: to lie everyway and all the titles were all clogged
- 40:27Speaker 1: up there as well, and currently Bivil has well he
- 40:38Speaker 1: did have them be he gave up one of the
- 40:40Speaker 1: titles because he's choosing to have another fight with what's
- 40:49Speaker 1: his name, previous champion better be so before and him.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I think they're having a third fight. The first fight
- 41:12Speaker 1: better be of one or was it a draw? I
- 41:21Speaker 1: can't remember. I think it might have been a draw, blimey.
- 41:30Speaker 1: The second one bevil one, the third one, I don't know.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I'd always give it to Bevil because he's so good
- 41:42Speaker 1: to me. He's Gonta put him down as pound personally
- 41:50Speaker 1: pound for pound number one. Maybe not, I don't know.
- 41:56Speaker 1: I think it's sick, deserves to be number.
- 42:01Speaker 2: One pound for pound.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Maybe it's hard when he got different weight boxes to
- 42:19Speaker 1: really to compare someone like inery who is he has
- 42:27Speaker 1: to wear heavy boots so he doesn't flow off. He's
- 42:30Speaker 1: so light, and you've got Bosic Goose heavy heavyweight. I
- 42:42Speaker 1: don't know much he weighs. Doesn't weigh a lot actually,
- 42:52Speaker 1: fifteen half sixteen stones. It's not heavy. He's heavy, but
- 42:57Speaker 1: it's not like heavy heavy. Everyone he fights.
- 43:03Speaker 2: It's a lot heavier than him.
- 43:19Speaker 1: M yeah, So I suppose I should just go on
- 43:29Speaker 1: in my breakfast now watch a pair TV. My brain's
- 43:42Speaker 1: a bit fake at the moment.
- 43:43Speaker 7: It just.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I don't know I don't show what to do with myself.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Oh well, hm, thank you for listening. Remember to be
- 44:03Speaker 1: kind to yourself, because you do deserve to be happy.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Be gentle of yourself. You deserve to feel safe, lots
- 44:15Speaker 1: of love.
- 44:18Speaker 8: Bye.
- 44:24Speaker 4: Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, Maybe in
- 44:38Speaker 4: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 44:45Speaker 4: calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 44:57Speaker 4: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 45:02Speaker 4: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 45:09Speaker 4: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 45:24Speaker 4: to have those feelings of relaxation continue.
- 45:39Speaker 9: For longer.
- 45:44Speaker 4: After the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 45:54Speaker 4: benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a few
- 46:04Speaker 4: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 46:20Speaker 4: if you find like some people do, and myself as well.
- 46:24Speaker 4: I sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates
- 46:32Speaker 4: with me, and I just listen to it over and
- 46:38Speaker 4: over again every morning, every evening. There was this recording
- 46:52Speaker 4: from We're going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It
- 46:58Speaker 4: was it wasn't hypnosis, it was a guided visualizations. It
- 47:03Speaker 4: kind of was hypnosis really, and I managed to find
- 47:11Speaker 4: it again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 47:17Speaker 4: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me,
- 47:31Speaker 4: just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 47:38Speaker 4: to her in the morning and in the evening. And
- 47:51Speaker 4: I knew before even pressing the play button this since
- 48:00Speaker 4: I've done that, pressed the play button. This was in
- 48:04Speaker 4: the days of CD players pressed the play button. In fact,
- 48:19Speaker 4: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 48:23Speaker 4: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 48:34Speaker 4: listening to her words because I had to memorized. Really,
- 48:49Speaker 4: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 49:00Speaker 4: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 49:22Speaker 4: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 49:36Speaker 4: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 49:42Speaker 4: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 49:53Speaker 4: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 49:58Speaker 4: till two thousands six, I knew. I knew how helpful
- 50:17Speaker 4: I found being able to just let go, to have
- 50:28Speaker 4: that trust in the person that I'm listening to, knowing
- 50:41Speaker 4: that it's going to be just as relaxing, if not
- 50:50Speaker 4: more so. Each time you hear my voice. You may
- 50:59Speaker 4: feel the same. Some people have been listening to me
- 51:11Speaker 4: for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not twenty
- 51:25Speaker 4: four hours a day, but maybe people come back. Some
- 51:33Speaker 4: people maybe listen every day. That's something that I do
- 51:49Speaker 4: which you may not realize by listening, is yes, when
- 52:04Speaker 4: I record these recordings now, for example, I also am
- 52:20Speaker 4: affected by the words that I say. So if I
- 52:33Speaker 4: set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 52:44Speaker 4: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 52:52Speaker 4: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said focus on your hands,
- 53:13Speaker 4: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 53:23Speaker 4: the the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 53:31Speaker 4: On the backs of your hands. You may start to
- 53:42Speaker 4: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 53:50Speaker 4: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 53:54Speaker 4: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 54:08Speaker 4: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 54:22Speaker 4: my hands our feeling now and when it comes to
- 54:48Speaker 4: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 54:54Speaker 4: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 55:15Speaker 4: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 55:34Speaker 4: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing. And then I
- 55:48Speaker 4: carry on talking. And it's only where I listen back
- 55:59Speaker 4: to do the editing. I hear snoring, and I think,
- 56:09Speaker 4: I don't remember snoring. I remember talking. It is snoring
- 56:19Speaker 4: was a pick turned up. That's why I sound like
- 56:26Speaker 4: when I snare, how I get really into the whole experience.
- 56:45Speaker 4: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 56:54Speaker 4: feel in your feet, How relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 57:20Speaker 4: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 57:34Speaker 4: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes.
- 57:56Speaker 4: It's almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 58:13Speaker 4: you debreath easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however,
- 58:44Speaker 4: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 59:13Speaker 4: so naturally. You breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my eyes closed,
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: I tend to visualize a beautiful field with trees and
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with a joyful heart.
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: so deeply, peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: this moment, completely free, noticing that your mind has slowed down.
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention. You can
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress to rip
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: out of your body, to appear out of every part
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: of your body, and being released from your brain long
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: your mind slowly but surely, the muscle sing les, relax
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: as really, so very deeply, rights so deeply, and the feelings,
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders, deepening each
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: part of your body further and deeper and deeper. Noticine,
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: the feelings on the back of your neck, feels in
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: your wrists, you must whose in the front of your body,
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: I also feeling peaceful, deeply. There's a sense of peace
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: spreads through your very core. Even when you focus on
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: your mind, your mind becomes bee and slowerven, deeper, relaxing,
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: so very slow. Your stomach, it's Fin's stomach, your back.
- 1:15:12Speaker 4: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd now feel in the hole
- 1:15:41Speaker 4: of your back. In spy from your brain all the
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: way down the middle of your back, sending and receiving
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: millions of messages every day, deepcomfort, increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:17:27Speaker 9: You n.
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: Spreading these signals just down a spine or cord into air,
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: every part of your body, your shins and your calf muscles.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: We're elbows. Feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers, all
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: the way to your lower back. Letting go, re I
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: think I pace drifting mind onder in a way, happy
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: to let go, Let go completely, let go, so tranquil
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: the whole body, enjoying a sensor listing go he even more.
- 1:23:00Speaker 10: Yeah, peace for.
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: Enjoy the space, this space of peace.
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: And safety.
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: So firy fe lix. Let you go. Maybe we can
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: just focus on the different parts of your body, just
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: to notice your forehead and your eye. It tu.
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: S this.
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: Let's see a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom drif dreda.
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: He's so energy peace to breeze much easy les. You
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: may have or may not have noticed your mind drifting
- 1:33:08Speaker 4: peace for moly even more deeply in the direction of
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: total blissful pace, blissful pace raft, total peace, co on
- 1:35:39Speaker 4: so calm, let him go peace with mind Rex Foty
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: relax relaxed. Your body feels almost invisible, so very relaxed.
- 1:37:54Speaker 4: I'm peaceful, so peaceful, RELI liquor, so peaceful, fair And
- 1:39:09Speaker 4: you could start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed,
- 1:39:19Speaker 4: even though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that
- 1:39:31Speaker 4: sense of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout
- 1:39:37Speaker 4: your body, and your mind starts to slow down, and
- 1:39:50Speaker 4: that could be almost in recognition of I guess my speech,
- 1:39:58Speaker 4: not being particular, can leap fast and things just generally
- 1:40:11Speaker 4: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:40:31Speaker 4: take a break from your life as it is, and
- 1:40:39Speaker 4: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 1:40:47Speaker 4: some time off and to allow your body to relax
- 1:40:54Speaker 4: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:41:05Speaker 4: releases the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:41:16Speaker 4: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:41:20Speaker 4: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: time replacing that negativity with positive heathing energy, which then
- 1:41:44Speaker 4: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and almost uplifting,
- 1:42:10Speaker 4: feeling positive, healing, an energy that spreads through your body
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: like a wave of comfort, and all this comes and
- 1:42:37Speaker 4: just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:42:49Speaker 4: however long you want it to be, just rest now
- 1:43:02Speaker 4: your mind and your body to almost reset itself to
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 1:43:42Speaker 4: your body and into your mind, almost as if your
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each
- 1:44:02Speaker 4: other with that growing positivity and calmness, And it feels nice.
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: It really does feel nice to know that you are
- 1:44:23Speaker 4: the one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort
- 1:44:37Speaker 4: and to experience more of this deep relaxation spreading throughout
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: your body. And as I focus on each part of
- 1:45:03Speaker 4: your body, you can notice that that part becomes even
- 1:45:16Speaker 4: more relaxed just by focusing on it, becomes even more
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: calm and comfortable just by focusing. And as I move
- 1:45:39Speaker 4: down your body, starting at your head, the parts that
- 1:45:47Speaker 4: you've already focused on will continue to relax deeply, and
- 1:45:57Speaker 4: those parts that we yet focused on or just automatically
- 1:46:08Speaker 4: release any remain intention in anticipation of even more comfort
- 1:46:18Speaker 4: about to come. Now, I'm going to start by focusing
- 1:46:30Speaker 4: on your forehead. Just being aware the feelings of your
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: forehead and any background sounds like mister Herbert the Pigeon
- 1:46:49Speaker 4: can just allow you to feel even more relaxed. Just
- 1:46:56Speaker 4: means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't a
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: sterile environment. This is the world. I live in the countryside,
- 1:47:13Speaker 4: so there's lots of nature sounds around. So as you
- 1:47:23Speaker 4: focus on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even
- 1:47:30Speaker 4: more relaxed as you focus only on my voice and
- 1:47:40Speaker 4: that part of your body. Moving down to your eyes,
- 1:47:51Speaker 4: focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so
- 1:48:02Speaker 4: heavy yet so light at the same time, and all
- 1:48:12Speaker 4: the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus
- 1:48:25Speaker 4: down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:48:31Speaker 4: and your gumbs, the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm.
- 1:48:44Speaker 10: And loose.
- 1:48:49Speaker 4: As you focus now on your jaw, not just a
- 1:48:57Speaker 4: part of your jaw near your mouth and your chin,
- 1:49:02Speaker 4: but all the way up the size of your face
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: to your ears, the hole of your jaw feeding more relaxed.
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: And calm.
- 1:49:33Speaker 4: Focusing on your neck, the front of your neck and
- 1:49:42Speaker 4: your throat relaxing and loose and calm. The sides of
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: your neck, the right and left side eye of your
- 1:50:00Speaker 4: neck relax and.
- 1:50:06Speaker 11: Loose and calm, and now the back of your neck.
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: Focus in on the back of your neck, letting go
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: of any tension that may have been there before, and
- 1:50:40Speaker 4: enjoying that sense of increasing comfort and release that you
- 1:50:53Speaker 4: can experience in the back of your neck. Moving down
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: your back and moving either side of your spine right
- 1:51:12Speaker 4: from the top of your back all the way down
- 1:51:18Speaker 4: to the bottom of your back, down to your lower back.
- 1:51:35Speaker 4: And as you move up and down your spine, you
- 1:51:42Speaker 4: can feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing
- 1:51:50Speaker 4: even more. And there's those muscles relax That sense of
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into both
- 1:52:15Speaker 4: sides of your back, the top of your back, the
- 1:52:22Speaker 4: middle and your lower back. And as you scan gently
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: and slowly up and down your back, there's the muscles
- 1:52:38Speaker 4: in the top of your back relax and become looser.
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 1:52:54Speaker 4: to just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting,
- 1:53:09Speaker 4: and in your lower back it seems to be an
- 1:53:15Speaker 4: extra special feeling of comfort that spreads into your hips.
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:53:40Speaker 4: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks, and
- 1:53:49Speaker 4: all those muscles that spread from your lower back into
- 1:53:58Speaker 4: your hip area start to melt, start to ready, let go,
- 1:54:18Speaker 4: and you knowwhere about to focus on your shoulders. Your
- 1:54:25Speaker 4: back and your spine will continue to let go, continue
- 1:54:36Speaker 4: to relax so calmly, and if you focus on your shoulders,
- 1:54:53Speaker 4: you may notice that they're already feeling really loose, already
- 1:55:12Speaker 4: feeding calm and fear. Those muscles then move from your
- 1:55:36Speaker 4: neck into your shoulders. Feel so soft and gentle, so
- 1:55:55Speaker 4: smooth and calm, and the feeling in your shoulders seems
- 1:56:25Speaker 4: to spread deep into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation,
- 1:56:34Speaker 4: not just traveling deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing
- 1:56:48Speaker 4: the bones and moving all away to underneath your arms,
- 1:57:01Speaker 4: relaxing a whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 1:57:08Speaker 4: and underneath your arms, healing. You feel so relaxed and
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that deep healing message
- 1:57:47Speaker 4: into your arms. You may feel almost as if your
- 1:57:59Speaker 4: arms and not even there, because they're so relaxed, so
- 1:58:10Speaker 4: deeply relaxed, so.
- 1:58:23Speaker 1: So calm, so.
- 1:58:46Speaker 4: Po not feeling spreading oh way down your arms, two
- 1:59:04Speaker 4: elbows in, including your elbows, circumforts spreads or away into wrists,
- 1:59:37Speaker 4: your forearments and your wrists so heavy. Yet at the
- 1:59:52Speaker 4: same time, sonlight and gentle, freksy. Now on your hands,
- 2:01:01Speaker 4: my hands, so peaceful in your hands, there's a sense
- 2:01:33Speaker 4: of real peace. It just seems to I feel so familiar,
- 2:02:03Speaker 4: your hands relax deeply. Yes, ther thingers a thing is
- 2:03:11Speaker 4: sad less a thing, it's hips. Moving your attention to
- 2:04:14Speaker 4: the front of your body, so comfortable, moving your focus
- 2:04:45Speaker 4: to your legs, what muscles in your thighs, your knees
- 2:06:30Speaker 4: so relaxed you can't musculs and just sens co puzy they.
- 2:08:00Speaker 8: Four and the fathing and your feet, sir, peaceful, so calm,
- 2:09:28Speaker 8: so peaceful, so calm, so peaceful, so calm.
- 2:10:17Speaker 7: So.
- 2:10:19Speaker 4: Peace fall RelA sin peace fall so calm, loveing that
- 2:10:51Speaker 4: deep relaxation to spread your chest in storm, letting go.
- 2:11:16Speaker 1: Everything.
- 2:11:28Speaker 4: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:11:34Speaker 4: to one. You can imagine in a way, it's like
- 2:11:43Speaker 4: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:11:49Speaker 4: and each step represents a level of comfort, each step
- 2:11:59Speaker 4: represent sense a deepening of that comfort, and the furvies
- 2:12:15Speaker 4: you walk down those steps that the deeper and more
- 2:12:20Speaker 4: relaxed you feel. So starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen,
- 2:15:02Speaker 4: sixteen eight four four two too well fie nine y seven.
- 2:25:00Speaker 12: Us six.
- 2:26:17Speaker 3: H h.
- 2:26:47Speaker 4: H five four h.
- 2:29:27Speaker 3: H h.
- 2:32:17Speaker 4: One. And now as you focus on your eyes, we're
- 2:33:24Speaker 4: gonna count down from ten to tout one, focusing just
- 2:33:36Speaker 4: on your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:33:47Speaker 4: your eye walls themselves, a whole area that makes up
- 2:33:55Speaker 4: your eye. And as we count down from ten down
- 2:34:11Speaker 4: to one, whilst focusing on your eyes, you'll become twice
- 2:34:27Speaker 4: is relaxed with each number counting down that you may
- 2:34:39Speaker 4: find the all you want to do is just drift
- 2:34:49Speaker 4: off to sleep. And if that's what you want, then
- 2:34:59Speaker 4: just allow yourself to do that. Now, focus in on
- 2:35:12Speaker 4: your eyes. I'm going to begin counting down from ten
- 2:35:19Speaker 4: down to one right now ten nine.
- 2:36:35Speaker 13: Eight seven.
- 2:37:42Speaker 4: H five four three two one. So count down ten
- 2:44:48Speaker 4: to one, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three
- 2:45:11Speaker 4: two one. And maybe that was a bit too quick
- 2:45:24Speaker 4: in order to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast
- 2:45:28Speaker 4: for you to notice the calming of your body, maybe
- 2:45:38Speaker 4: even a little bit of pressure there, Like you're counting
- 2:45:42Speaker 4: down from ten to one. Would you expect me to
- 2:45:44Speaker 4: do man, expect me to stick go with floppy just
- 2:45:49Speaker 4: because you're counting down. I could try it again, but
- 2:45:59Speaker 4: this time I'll go this lower. This time, as you
- 2:46:05Speaker 4: focus on the whole of your body before we focus
- 2:46:10Speaker 4: on your legs. Just notice how your body does start
- 2:46:20Speaker 4: to feel more relaxed with every number that I count
- 2:46:32Speaker 4: down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five four three.
- 2:47:44Speaker 9: Two one, And just notice how.
- 2:48:20Speaker 4: How you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 2:48:30Speaker 4: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 2:48:41Speaker 4: that space that you have, that space between being active
- 2:49:01Speaker 4: physically or mentally to just sitting or lying down, just
- 2:49:10Speaker 4: being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, not needing
- 2:49:16Speaker 4: to think about anything. So it opens up a space,
- 2:49:23Speaker 4: you know, a bit of a space, a gap. And
- 2:49:32Speaker 4: the more I came down from ten to one, the
- 2:49:37Speaker 4: bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness
- 2:49:46Speaker 4: of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling, and it moves
- 2:50:03Speaker 4: those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away.
- 2:50:20Speaker 4: Allows you.
- 2:50:24Speaker 7: To just.
- 2:50:27Speaker 4: Slow down, someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 2:50:34Speaker 4: and notice that gap widening, the gap, And as it widens,
- 2:50:45Speaker 4: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the
- 2:50:51Speaker 4: gap and gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 2:52:12Speaker 4: four three two.
- 2:53:06Speaker 5: One.
- 2:53:17Speaker 4: Now, how does your body feel.
- 2:53:24Speaker 1: Now?
- 2:53:37Speaker 4: Can you notice do you feeling calmer, the feeling more
- 2:53:52Speaker 4: relaxed as we now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:54:36Speaker 4: We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:54:56Speaker 4: it's not the most exciting thing to be do because
- 2:55:04Speaker 4: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 2:55:07Speaker 4: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:55:20Speaker 4: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:55:26Speaker 4: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 2:55:33Speaker 4: and your inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh
- 2:55:38Speaker 4: that leads into your hip and it goes down to
- 2:55:47Speaker 4: your knee joints. Now, this is a big area it's
- 2:56:01Speaker 4: a very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest
- 2:56:08Speaker 4: muscles in your body or in your thighs. But I
- 2:56:21Speaker 4: don't think we perhaps give enough attention to our thighs.
- 2:56:35Speaker 4: Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important our thighs are to
- 2:56:46Speaker 4: our lives, how much they actually do for us all
- 2:57:07Speaker 4: through our lives. And it may seem to sound really weird,
- 2:57:17Speaker 4: but I think that all of our body parts, especially
- 2:57:26Speaker 4: our thighs, need some TLC, a bit of love shown,
- 2:57:35Speaker 4: a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our
- 2:57:53Speaker 4: thighs do for us. And I know this may sound
- 2:58:02Speaker 4: a bit strange. Maybe you think, why am I Surely
- 2:58:09Speaker 4: I should be out in the garden hugging a tree
- 2:58:12Speaker 4: or something. Well, it's hard to set a microphone up
- 2:58:20Speaker 4: on a tree. That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise
- 2:58:23Speaker 4: I would be outside hugging a tree. Now I can't
- 2:58:27Speaker 4: see the television from the tree. If you move down
- 2:58:36Speaker 4: to your knees gain such an important part. And I
- 2:58:45Speaker 4: think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I
- 2:58:52Speaker 4: don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for me.
- 2:58:59Speaker 4: Until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally
- 2:59:04Speaker 4: if I ever maybe i'll bash it, or it's aching
- 2:59:09Speaker 4: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:59:16Speaker 4: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:59:20Speaker 4: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:59:30Speaker 4: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:59:40Speaker 4: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 2:59:49Speaker 4: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 2:59:55Speaker 4: sense of gratitude love to your knees for all that
- 3:00:02Speaker 4: they do for you. And you can still have that
- 3:00:14Speaker 4: attention on your thighs and maybe notice how your thighs feel.
- 3:00:21Speaker 4: Maybe you've noticed that they are relaxing more deeply as
- 3:00:39Speaker 4: you focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your
- 3:00:44Speaker 4: shins and your calf muscles and the bones between your
- 3:00:51Speaker 4: knees and your feet incorporate. And of course your ankles
- 3:00:59Speaker 4: so important, and anyone that's had even like the slightest
- 3:01:09Speaker 4: sprain of an ankle knows how how much we take
- 3:01:17Speaker 4: our ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in
- 3:01:26Speaker 4: a way when you think that, you know, logically, our
- 3:01:31Speaker 4: wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 3:01:35Speaker 4: which is okay, it doesn't I can't see any problem
- 3:01:39Speaker 4: with that because we're just picking stuff up. But our
- 3:01:44Speaker 4: ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs,
- 3:01:56Speaker 4: and from a physics perspective or logical cool even it
- 3:02:00Speaker 4: doesn't really make sense that all this weight would ultimately
- 3:02:07Speaker 4: be resting on your ankles then leading to your feet.
- 3:02:18Speaker 4: That thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 3:02:27Speaker 4: great work. Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime,
- 3:02:38Speaker 4: helps us to balance, It helps you to get around
- 3:02:48Speaker 4: and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles. Of course,
- 3:03:02Speaker 4: when I was younger, I couldn't see the point in
- 3:03:05Speaker 4: calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if I
- 3:03:11Speaker 4: walked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work.
- 3:03:16Speaker 4: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 3:03:19Speaker 4: being used whenever we use our legs, and your shins
- 3:03:32Speaker 4: there to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way
- 3:03:43Speaker 4: almost as a protector for the bone, leading of course
- 3:03:55Speaker 4: to your ankles and feet. But we're not going to
- 3:04:05Speaker 4: focus on your feet. We're just going to focus on
- 3:04:07Speaker 4: the legs. I realize that now that I've mentioned your feet.
- 3:04:15Speaker 4: It probably focuses on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 3:04:19Speaker 4: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 3:04:25Speaker 4: them in your awareness the same as you have your
- 3:04:31Speaker 4: thighs in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing
- 3:04:36Speaker 4: on your thighs a few minutes, let me focusing on
- 3:04:41Speaker 4: your ankles. There's still that sensation of comfort in your
- 3:04:58Speaker 4: thighs in this that movement of energy, because the thighs
- 3:05:10Speaker 4: hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles,
- 3:05:17Speaker 4: the big straw muscles that we have in our thighs.
- 3:05:30Speaker 4: But the skin on the outside of the thighs, as
- 3:05:36Speaker 4: in the outside of all of our body, can be
- 3:05:41Speaker 4: very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and
- 3:05:59Speaker 4: inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 3:06:07Speaker 4: the ar trees, all this stuff that's inside your thighs.
- 3:06:17Speaker 4: And I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could
- 3:06:21Speaker 4: actually put your fingers inside your thighs and a message,
- 3:06:28Speaker 4: so you can message on the outside, of course, but
- 3:06:32Speaker 4: to be able to get deep into the muscles and
- 3:06:35Speaker 4: to be able to just message inside your thighs, message
- 3:06:40Speaker 4: in the bones of your leg massage in all the
- 3:06:48Speaker 4: veins and just gently heathing your thighs, and you could
- 3:06:59Speaker 4: move down message and inside your knees. It's a message
- 3:07:06Speaker 4: in those bones, but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing
- 3:07:13Speaker 4: energy deep into the joints of your knees. Of course,
- 3:07:24Speaker 4: there's the back of your your knee, you know, the
- 3:07:27Speaker 4: inside crease where your knee is. It's a very sensitive area.
- 3:07:36Speaker 4: Very it feels very nice when you stroke it. That
- 3:07:41Speaker 4: might be because it's an area that's not really touched
- 3:07:45Speaker 4: very often. It's almost like a hidden part, that crease
- 3:07:53Speaker 4: in your legs. It's almost it's like a part that
- 3:08:00Speaker 4: has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:08:11Speaker 4: it's protected by your legs. So you can imagine putting
- 3:08:22Speaker 4: your fingers into that crease in your legs, folding between
- 3:08:33Speaker 4: your legs, you can just message with your fingertips. Imagine
- 3:08:38Speaker 4: your fingertips going inside massage in the muscle tissue. You
- 3:08:49Speaker 4: can of course feel the bones of your knees heading
- 3:08:55Speaker 4: through your fingertips and then as you go down to
- 3:09:08Speaker 4: your calf muscles. And that's the part I'd like to
- 3:09:11Speaker 4: be able to really put my fingertips deep inside my
- 3:09:17Speaker 4: calf muscles. Massage in every single tissue of that muscle,
- 3:09:27Speaker 4: healing every part, and then doing the same for my shins,
- 3:09:40Speaker 4: massage in and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them,
- 3:09:48Speaker 4: healing in a loving way, because they deserve to be
- 3:09:52Speaker 4: treated as the precious bones that they are, because I
- 3:10:00Speaker 4: because are so precious as in all the other parts
- 3:10:03Speaker 4: of our body, and more precious of anyture on the planet.
- 3:10:20Speaker 4: When you start to think about your legs in this way,
- 3:10:32Speaker 4: it can change your perspective. It might sound a bit
- 3:10:42Speaker 4: a bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:10:47Speaker 4: love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting
- 3:10:57Speaker 4: to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:11:03Speaker 4: the massage the muscles and the bones, and to get
- 3:11:10Speaker 4: your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension, just to
- 3:11:18Speaker 4: show how much you care about your legs, how much
- 3:11:28Speaker 4: you care for what your legs do for you regularly,
- 3:11:36Speaker 4: your knees, your calves, your ankles, the strength of your ankles,
- 3:11:49Speaker 4: considering how thin they are compared to the rest of
- 3:11:54Speaker 4: your legs, especially your thighs, yet this so strong, so flexible,
- 3:12:07Speaker 4: absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are truly a gift because
- 3:12:20Speaker 4: of what they do for you supporting all that weight.
- 3:12:31Speaker 4: Regardless of how what weight you are, even if you're
- 3:12:35Speaker 4: only eat eight stone, there's still a lot of weight
- 3:12:40Speaker 4: for these little ankles. Now I'm a lot heavier than
- 3:12:47Speaker 4: eight stone doubled out, yet my ankles support my body
- 3:12:58Speaker 4: all the.
- 3:12:58Speaker 5: Time, or they do give off a sigh of relief
- 3:13:05Speaker 5: when I sit down, as my whole legs do.
- 3:13:14Speaker 4: My feet feet also go, my toes clap. We're so happy.
- 3:13:41Speaker 4: Your legs really are amazing. And I know that talking
- 3:13:50Speaker 4: about talking about your legs is probably possibly among the
- 3:13:57Speaker 4: most most boring things you have heard anyone say. Possibly
- 3:14:05Speaker 4: you're boring or not. Everything I said is true. Your
- 3:14:12Speaker 4: legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect, They
- 3:14:33Speaker 4: deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to take some time
- 3:14:46Speaker 4: out of the day to just let go completely. Your legs.
- 3:15:15Speaker 11: Really can relax.
- 3:15:25Speaker 4: And because the legs are so such a most, you know,
- 3:15:30Speaker 4: very important part of your body. When you relax your legs,
- 3:15:36Speaker 4: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:15:47Speaker 4: journey of comfort. I can feel it in my hips.
- 3:15:59Speaker 4: My hips feel really loose, and also my light back
- 3:16:06Speaker 4: as well. My light back really feels it feels stretched,
- 3:16:14Speaker 4: even though I'm just sitting in a chair and there's
- 3:16:17Speaker 4: no stretching as far as I'm aware that I'm doing.
- 3:16:23Speaker 4: It's almost as if the muscles are just relaxed so
- 3:16:26Speaker 4: much that there is a natural stretch. As the tension
- 3:16:33Speaker 4: has reduced a lot. And I'm now going to count
- 3:16:54Speaker 4: down from ten down to one, you can continue to
- 3:17:04Speaker 4: fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five four
- 3:17:39Speaker 4: three two one. Relax. So I'm just going to count
- 3:18:03Speaker 4: down from fire down to one. And as a countdown,
- 3:18:10Speaker 4: if you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers
- 3:18:16Speaker 4: counting down, and notice how you feel in this moment
- 3:18:27Speaker 4: as you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:18:32Speaker 4: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:18:45Speaker 4: your body, but also relaxing your mind, I'll just notice
- 3:18:53Speaker 4: how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:19:00Speaker 4: there's nothing to think about, starting with number five, four
- 3:19:26Speaker 4: three two one. Now, as you notice the gradual letting
- 3:20:02Speaker 4: go that the tension in your body, you may also
- 3:20:11Speaker 4: begin to notice and be aware of how your mind
- 3:20:18Speaker 4: is starting to slow down. This is just a natural
- 3:20:27Speaker 4: thing that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's
- 3:20:35Speaker 4: just natural because as your body relaxes, your mind also
- 3:20:41Speaker 4: starts to relax, and the more your mind relaxes, the
- 3:20:46Speaker 4: more your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circle of relaxation.
- 3:20:57Speaker 4: And is that calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know,
- 3:21:06Speaker 4: even if there's background sounds either your side, online, it's
- 3:21:14Speaker 4: still going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't
- 3:21:19Speaker 4: got the television on, there's no music in the background,
- 3:21:24Speaker 4: unless you're listening to the recording. With music, of course,
- 3:21:32Speaker 4: you're very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:21:34Speaker 4: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:21:39Speaker 4: generally it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 3:21:42Speaker 4: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:21:53Speaker 4: about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. A sense of comfort starts
- 3:22:11Speaker 4: to grow, and without trying to build it up into
- 3:22:20Speaker 4: something fantastical or something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 3:22:34Speaker 4: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the
- 3:22:45Speaker 4: sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put no
- 3:22:52Speaker 4: effort into it. It's not something that you can really force,
- 3:23:00Speaker 4: something that happens naturally, and part of the process of
- 3:23:11Speaker 4: this recording and others is simply two allow you to
- 3:23:23Speaker 4: take advantage of this space this time, to just let go,
- 3:23:41Speaker 4: to just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:23:49Speaker 4: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax
- 3:24:03Speaker 4: deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 3:24:15Speaker 4: it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:24:28Speaker 4: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:24:37Speaker 4: of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep part is a
- 3:24:42Speaker 4: tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:24:54Speaker 4: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also, if
- 3:25:12Speaker 4: you choose stay focused on my voice and really enjoy
- 3:25:29Speaker 4: the process, gradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly
- 3:26:05Speaker 4: and just observing the sensation of letting go completely. This time,
- 3:26:33Speaker 4: I'm going to count from six down to one, and
- 3:26:42Speaker 4: you can notice your mind calming down more with each
- 3:26:52Speaker 4: number that you hear me say, naturally, feeling calm and
- 3:27:05Speaker 4: slow and peaceful, six, five, four, three, two.
- 3:29:43Speaker 1: One.
- 3:30:04Speaker 4: Being aware of how your mind has slowed right down,
- 3:30:17Speaker 4: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:30:41Speaker 4: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:30:54Speaker 4: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:31:03Speaker 4: your attention. So what you can do is send love
- 3:31:19Speaker 4: to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love. Might all
- 3:31:32Speaker 4: petals from a flower. Just sprinkle it over them, petals
- 3:31:38Speaker 4: filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts
- 3:31:45Speaker 4: know that you're not abandon in them. You just need them.
- 3:31:54Speaker 4: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:32:09Speaker 1: For now.
- 3:32:17Speaker 4: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 3:32:23Speaker 4: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:32:28Speaker 4: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:32:43Speaker 4: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:32:57Speaker 4: melt away and relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts
- 3:33:12Speaker 4: will become more and more relaxed, starting with number seven, six, five, four, three, two, one,
- 3:35:55Speaker 4: isn't it now? Notice how relaxed your feeling in your body.
- 3:36:21Speaker 4: We're going to focus on your hands, because the more
- 3:36:35Speaker 4: relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your body and
- 3:36:42Speaker 4: mind are. And this you focus on your hands and
- 3:37:03Speaker 4: your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done. There's no
- 3:37:13Speaker 4: clenching of fists or dents in the fingers or anything
- 3:37:18Speaker 4: like that. It's just noticing and focusing on your hands,
- 3:37:39Speaker 4: noticing how they feel, because the more relax your hands feel,
- 3:38:05Speaker 4: the calmer your mind feels, and the more comfort you
- 3:38:14Speaker 4: feel throughout your body. And you may have already noticed
- 3:38:42Speaker 4: your mind is starting.
- 3:38:57Speaker 1: To dress.
- 3:39:12Speaker 4: Like since just on your hands and fingers, allowing them
- 3:39:27Speaker 4: to experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your
- 3:39:41Speaker 4: hands and fingers, more and more relaxed. With each number
- 3:40:07Speaker 4: from eight down to one, you can almost feel that
- 3:40:21Speaker 4: healing and relaxing energy spreading into your hands and fingers,
- 3:40:34Speaker 4: becoming year law relaxing with each number you hear, going
- 3:40:55Speaker 4: down from eight down one, drifting, drifting again starting with
- 3:41:21Speaker 4: number eight, seven, six, five, four, three, just being here now,
- 3:45:21Speaker 4: nothing to think about, nothing to do, nothing to say,
- 3:45:32Speaker 4: and everything just feels calmer. And this is your natural
- 3:45:43Speaker 4: state of being. This is how you just normally feel
- 3:45:52Speaker 4: when you take away all that other stuff that we add,
- 3:46:01Speaker 4: you know, things like stress and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension,
- 3:46:17Speaker 4: just generally thinking about stuff. You take that away, which
- 3:46:24Speaker 4: is what we do.
- 3:46:25Speaker 1: What we do now.
- 3:46:33Speaker 4: You're left with a real sense of peacefulness which comes
- 3:46:44Speaker 4: to you very quickly, because ultimately it's just a feeling,
- 3:46:58Speaker 4: a feeling of comfort, almost as if you've gone inside
- 3:47:06Speaker 4: yourself and you've found a special place where everything is peaceful,
- 3:47:21Speaker 4: a place where you can feel relaxed and your natural
- 3:47:29Speaker 4: sense of comfort, a place where you can be you,
- 3:47:40Speaker 4: where you can accept yourself for who you are, a
- 3:47:47Speaker 4: place where you're not trying to please anybody else ever,
- 3:47:58Speaker 4: a place where you can actually not just love yourself,
- 3:48:06Speaker 4: but in some ways more importantly, you can like yourself
- 3:48:14Speaker 4: appreciate who you are. That sense of gratitude is in
- 3:48:32Speaker 4: the air all around you, and that's also a place
- 3:48:42Speaker 4: where you can actually feel the healing energy soaking into
- 3:48:53Speaker 4: your body. Healing energy soaking into your body, and that
- 3:49:10Speaker 4: healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling to each and
- 3:49:21Speaker 4: every single part of your body, and you start to
- 3:49:32Speaker 4: realize that actually that healing energy, it's not just entered
- 3:49:39Speaker 4: into your brain, it's become part of your brain, and
- 3:49:51Speaker 4: that spinal fluid is now mixed with healing energy, not
- 3:50:03Speaker 4: just allowing you to feel so much more relaxed and
- 3:50:12Speaker 4: healthy in this moment, but also you start to realize
- 3:50:24Speaker 4: that actually what's happening now with that healing, relaxing energy
- 3:50:35Speaker 4: spreading through your body, it's actually changing your life. It's
- 3:50:47Speaker 4: actually changing the way you're going to feel, not just now,
- 3:50:54Speaker 4: but tomorrow and the next day. Your health improves, not
- 3:51:05Speaker 4: just your physical health, but your mental health. Things that
- 3:51:13Speaker 4: used to bother you in the past, for some reason,
- 3:51:19Speaker 4: no longer have the effect that they used to because
- 3:51:27Speaker 4: something has changed deep within you. Maybe things that used
- 3:51:38Speaker 4: to cause you to feel anger no longer have that
- 3:51:50Speaker 4: power to control you the way they seem to be
- 3:51:58Speaker 4: able to before. As you realize that you're the one
- 3:52:09Speaker 4: who decides what affects you, You're the one who decides
- 3:52:24Speaker 4: to feel relaxed and calm when you choose to enjoy
- 3:52:36Speaker 4: noticing these natural developments of healing continuing to grow and
- 3:52:52Speaker 4: improve your life day by day, including of course, your
- 3:53:03Speaker 4: ability to relax so much easier and sleep in It's
- 3:53:21Speaker 4: the most natural thing in the world to you, because
- 3:53:31Speaker 4: falling asleep is something that you've done so many times
- 3:53:40Speaker 4: in your life, and you know that you were born,
- 3:53:47Speaker 4: as we all were, with the ability to fall asleep naturally.
- 3:53:58Speaker 4: You were born with that ability the just drift off
- 3:54:10Speaker 4: into a deep, healing sleep, even when we're kids, sometimes
- 3:54:23Speaker 4: will fall asleep when we don't even want to try
- 3:54:27Speaker 4: and take a stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday in
- 3:54:32Speaker 4: the morning, or it's Christmas or holiday or something we
- 3:54:36Speaker 4: look forward to. We don't want to go to sleep.
- 3:54:41Speaker 4: But the more we want to stay awake, the more
- 3:54:46Speaker 4: we just start to drift. And the more you fight drifting,
- 3:54:55Speaker 4: the more you try to stop yourself and drift in
- 3:54:57Speaker 4: a safe the deeper and stronger that drifting becomes. Because
- 3:55:10Speaker 4: we're born not just with the need to relax deeply
- 3:55:17Speaker 4: and to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's
- 3:55:27Speaker 4: part of our DNA. And sometimes as we get older
- 3:55:38Speaker 4: in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten that relaxing
- 3:55:51Speaker 4: completely is not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also
- 3:56:06Speaker 4: really easy. It's very, very easy to let go, because
- 3:56:25Speaker 4: that's all it is.
- 3:56:26Speaker 7: It is just.
- 3:56:30Speaker 4: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:56:41Speaker 4: button on my recordings, you have given permission for my
- 3:56:52Speaker 4: voice to relax you. When you press that play button,
- 3:57:01Speaker 4: you've given me permission for my words to effect you
- 3:57:13Speaker 4: in a positive, only a positive way. Opening up your mind.
- 3:57:31Speaker 4: Two useful and healing suggestions that can have such an
- 3:57:52Speaker 4: amazing effect on how you feel right now, as well
- 3:58:07Speaker 4: as those changes that continue long after the recording ends.
- 3:58:17Speaker 4: Those changes within you to continue to flourish and grow,
- 3:58:31Speaker 4: transforming your life in a positive, beautiful way, allowing you
- 3:58:45Speaker 4: to move forward in your life in the direction that
- 3:58:52Speaker 4: you choose for yourself. And this feeling, this feeling that
- 3:59:09Speaker 4: you can experience of safety, comfort, calmness, This feels so nice.
- 3:59:34Speaker 4: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 3:59:48Speaker 4: grows within you each and every day. Moving forward, you're
- 4:00:08Speaker 4: going to find that you're more relaxed physically and in
- 4:00:18Speaker 4: your mind is more relaxed. And it's not that you're
- 4:00:27Speaker 4: thinking slower, it's just that your mind would be less
- 4:00:34Speaker 4: clogged up with unnecessary negativity because from now on, your
- 4:00:46Speaker 4: mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to start
- 4:00:56Speaker 4: noticing and negativity arises, and you can just say stop,
- 4:01:12Speaker 4: stop and that negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 4:01:30Speaker 4: Stop and that negativity will disappear. And as you notice
- 4:01:49Speaker 4: that you feel way more relaxed than you probably expected,
- 4:02:04Speaker 4: you can now congratulate yourself because you're the person that
- 4:02:13Speaker 4: has done this. You are the one that has opened
- 4:02:20Speaker 4: your mind up to the simple facts. You can feel
- 4:02:29Speaker 4: more relaxed in your body and in your mind. You've
- 4:02:39Speaker 4: opened your mind up to the birthright of being able
- 4:02:45Speaker 4: to just fall asleep easily when you choose. And that's
- 4:03:02Speaker 4: a nice feeling. Don't you think it feels nice? Doesn't it?
- 4:03:12Speaker 4: To feel calm? All that healing energy is spreading through
- 4:03:19Speaker 4: your body and your mind to spend time a special
- 4:03:32Speaker 4: place where negativity can no longer enter. Negativity is banned.
- 4:03:49Speaker 4: It's bad, it's not allowed. Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This
- 4:03:57Speaker 4: doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't belong here. Negativity has
- 4:04:06Speaker 4: no place in your life, which makes room feel more comfort,
- 4:04:23Speaker 4: more healing, more relaxation, more peace. It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:04:54Speaker 4: Just let go with everything. I'm going to count down
- 4:05:17Speaker 4: now from twenty down to one. You can continue to relax.
- 4:05:28Speaker 4: If you choose, you can drift to sleep. With every
- 4:05:40Speaker 4: number you hear me say, you can fill twice as relaxed,
- 4:05:54Speaker 4: or if you choose, you can fill twice a sleeping
- 4:06:06Speaker 4: now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen to eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six,
- 4:08:19Speaker 4: five four. This is your time to just take a break,
- 4:09:10Speaker 4: your time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 4:09:30Speaker 4: to give yourself a permission to take a break from everything.
- 4:09:48Speaker 4: And you're the only person that.
- 4:09:51Speaker 10: Can make that decision.
- 4:09:56Speaker 4: You're the only person that can actually tell your mind
- 4:10:03Speaker 4: to just relax, to just.
- 4:10:17Speaker 10: Take some time.
- 4:10:20Speaker 4: Off so that you can focus on your body, getting
- 4:10:32Speaker 4: in touch with how you feel physically, and in the
- 4:10:46Speaker 4: process of this body scan, where you focus on different
- 4:10:55Speaker 4: parts of your body, those parts that you focus on
- 4:11:05Speaker 4: and observe, even though you're not purposely requesting for those
- 4:11:17Speaker 4: parts of your body to relax, it's kind of expected.
- 4:11:24Speaker 4: You expect when you listen to my voice to feel
- 4:11:31Speaker 4: more relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me, your
- 4:11:44Speaker 4: attention is focused on my words, and as my words
- 4:11:58Speaker 4: guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:12:12Speaker 4: your focus increases, which actually calms your mind. And when
- 4:12:34Speaker 4: you wind calms down, your body relaxes. And when your
- 4:12:53Speaker 4: body calms down, your mind relaxes. And even though who
- 4:13:17Speaker 4: have not really started the focus on your body, you
- 4:13:26Speaker 4: can already feel that healing energy spreading through your body,
- 4:13:41Speaker 4: pushing out stress and tension, healing all the parts of
- 4:13:56Speaker 4: your body, including the skin in your bones, your blood,
- 4:14:05Speaker 4: all of your organs inside your body, all of the muscles,
- 4:14:12Speaker 4: all of the fact, all of everything. Every hair on
- 4:14:19Speaker 4: your body is filled without healing energy. And when your
- 4:14:33Speaker 4: brain fills with that healing energy, the feeling of comfort
- 4:14:51Speaker 4: and relaxation.
- 4:14:56Speaker 10: Increases deeply increases.
- 4:15:12Speaker 4: In a way. Your mind starts to feel perhaps bit
- 4:15:27Speaker 4: drowsy because it's not needed, and it may start to
- 4:15:43Speaker 4: drift if that's what's needed. So if you're listening to
- 4:15:59Speaker 4: this and what you need is deep relaxation, that's what
- 4:16:05Speaker 4: you get. If what you need is to fall asleep
- 4:16:13Speaker 4: naturally and easily, that your mind drifts, that's also for
- 4:16:22Speaker 4: what happened, because by pressing that play button on the
- 4:16:35Speaker 4: podcast and listening to me, I give permission for your
- 4:16:42Speaker 4: body and your mind. In fact, you give the command
- 4:16:55Speaker 4: to your body and your mind.
- 4:16:57Speaker 1: To relax.
- 4:17:01Speaker 4: Deeply and to drift off to sleep if that's what
- 4:17:10Speaker 4: you want or need. And as I focus on the
- 4:17:26Speaker 4: different parts of your body, you may start to just drift.
- 4:17:42Speaker 4: And then you come back again, and do you hear
- 4:17:45Speaker 4: me talking and I'm focusing on a different parts of
- 4:17:50Speaker 4: your body, you may find just a drifting but you
- 4:18:04Speaker 4: don't realize you're drifting until you stop drifting and you're
- 4:18:11Speaker 4: alert again to my voice, focus, and what a different
- 4:18:18Speaker 4: part of your body starts to relax in devail, because
- 4:18:28Speaker 4: that drifting is basically you already into sleep side. And
- 4:18:43Speaker 4: the more you drift, the longer you drift, and the
- 4:18:48Speaker 4: longer you drift, eventually that drifting continues into sleep, and
- 4:19:03Speaker 4: that's the last you remember until you wake up in
- 4:19:13Speaker 4: your own time, when you experience the dry amount of
- 4:19:18Speaker 4: sleep fear because when you do, and if you do,
- 4:19:27Speaker 4: all asleep extremely pleasant, so relaxing, so deep he sleep.
- 4:19:56Speaker 4: It was so nice to relax into your own body
- 4:20:04Speaker 4: and mind as you feel that hearing image is spreading
- 4:20:14Speaker 4: through it. Relaxing is so deeply relaxing, so so deeply.
- 4:20:38Speaker 4: When we start to focus on your eyes, moving down
- 4:20:55Speaker 4: to your jaw, now, dear me, assured this pheus, yes,
- 4:22:00Speaker 4: you b u, spye, youps, you kes, you're feats you jay.
- 4:23:02Speaker 10: And the beeding.
- 4:23:05Speaker 4: Eating, spreading and growing inside your body and then you are.
- 4:23:16Speaker 14: Now let's focus again are parts of your body, focusing this.
- 4:23:33Speaker 4: Time on your forehead, now on your mouth, your lips,
- 4:23:45Speaker 4: the tongue, the whole of your mouth. Focus then on
- 4:24:05Speaker 4: your fingers, maybe a kid the movie your fingers, little kids.
- 4:24:15Speaker 4: You can focus on each one individually, both hands and
- 4:24:31Speaker 4: even though you should focus on both of your hands
- 4:24:35Speaker 4: now they almost seem to just melt into one. Maybe
- 4:24:45Speaker 4: your right hand, start in your left hand and almost
- 4:24:53Speaker 4: as if just mixed together. Now focusing on your knees,
- 4:25:10Speaker 4: just noticing how your knees help. Now focusing and your elbows.
- 4:25:36Speaker 4: Focus in on both of your elbows. Just observing the
- 4:25:48Speaker 4: feeling of your elbows. Now, sou.
- 4:26:22Speaker 12: What you back?
- 4:26:33Speaker 4: Seeing the energy the back you back, absurd the angles,
- 4:27:23Speaker 4: be aware. It's a cool sensations as to say no
- 4:28:39Speaker 4: the twice.
- 4:28:43Speaker 12: Who do you think.
- 4:28:51Speaker 4: Are you with? Two? Fell right now?
- 4:29:35Speaker 10: Ninety sn.
- 4:29:47Speaker 4: H insire beauty fails noticing you might feels now let
- 4:30:36Speaker 4: him go, let him go, let's him go everything, letting go,
- 4:31:17Speaker 4: letting go, leting go everything everything, Where can it start? Now?
- 4:31:53Speaker 4: And I'd like it just first of all, just to
- 4:31:56Speaker 4: see yourself lying down on that message table, lying on
- 4:32:04Speaker 4: your front. Your head is supported, your arms are supported,
- 4:32:13Speaker 4: and you feel comfortable and breathing. It's really easy, and
- 4:32:20Speaker 4: you feel you feel confident in how you look as well,
- 4:32:27Speaker 4: so there's none of that issue of body problems or shyness,
- 4:32:32Speaker 4: because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:32:41Speaker 4: so none of that stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you.
- 4:32:52Speaker 4: This is about how you feel and how you can
- 4:32:59Speaker 4: enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from
- 4:33:06Speaker 4: letting go and allowing my hands and my fingers to
- 4:33:12Speaker 4: relax you by a message your body. Someone starts off
- 4:33:24Speaker 4: just by placing my hands on the back of your head,
- 4:33:31Speaker 4: just gently, just you can feel my hands feel like
- 4:33:36Speaker 4: really on you. So you can maybe feel the warmth
- 4:33:43Speaker 4: of my hands on the back of your head. And
- 4:33:49Speaker 4: with my hands to the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:33:52Speaker 4: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears,
- 4:33:59Speaker 4: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:34:02Speaker 4: can feel my hands so you can become accustomed to them.
- 4:34:19Speaker 4: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:34:21Speaker 4: head again and gently let them slide down onto the
- 4:34:29Speaker 4: back of your neck. You can feel my hands gently
- 4:34:46Speaker 4: stroke in the back of your neck to start with,
- 4:34:53Speaker 4: just so you can get used to the the feeling
- 4:34:57Speaker 4: my hands on your skin, get a customed to realize
- 4:35:04Speaker 4: that you're safe and it's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:35:15Speaker 4: And I'm going to start gently massaging the muscles in.
- 4:35:19Speaker 12: The back of your neck.
- 4:35:28Speaker 4: With both hands. And this is a very trusting situation
- 4:35:39Speaker 4: really because our necks is so fragile and to have
- 4:35:44Speaker 4: someone have their hands around your neck in that way
- 4:35:49Speaker 4: and sometimes be problematic for people, which is why messages
- 4:35:54Speaker 4: are quite good, because it allows you to relax and
- 4:36:00Speaker 4: to get in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:36:22Speaker 4: There's a message the sides of your neck. Gently moving
- 4:36:30Speaker 4: from the bottom of your neck, it would be sort
- 4:36:35Speaker 4: of near where your shoulders start. I guess all the
- 4:36:38Speaker 4: way up to your jaw is kind of an area
- 4:36:46Speaker 4: the side of your neck. Of course, it's a lot
- 4:36:51Speaker 4: longer than the front of your neck. And massage in
- 4:37:07Speaker 4: the back of your neck, especially that area where perhaps
- 4:37:15Speaker 4: we hold tension, and there's that area's message. You can
- 4:37:23Speaker 4: actually feel a sense of release in the back of
- 4:37:27Speaker 4: your neck and maybe you can breathe it out as well.
- 4:37:38Speaker 4: Notice how it feels. Notice how you feel. Then moving
- 4:37:51Speaker 4: down to that area between your neck and your shoulders,
- 4:37:57Speaker 4: that musty area, starting to message that area on both sides,
- 4:38:08Speaker 4: and this would be the area that a lot of
- 4:38:10Speaker 4: people would message if they were going to give you
- 4:38:13Speaker 4: like a shoulder message even that's not technically the shoulders,
- 4:38:19Speaker 4: but it's all the muscles that lead to the shoulders
- 4:38:23Speaker 4: from the neck and the game that can hold attension
- 4:38:29Speaker 4: and stress. And when messaged sometimes a nice deep message
- 4:38:36Speaker 4: is useful, and you decide how deep that message is
- 4:38:54Speaker 4: and just allow our knuckles just again to get to
- 4:39:02Speaker 4: those muscles and to really relaxed all the time being
- 4:39:12Speaker 4: firm yet gentle. If you and just striking down the
- 4:39:30Speaker 4: area to your actual shoulders, moving to the muscles of
- 4:39:39Speaker 4: your shoulders, and maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders
- 4:39:50Speaker 4: a little bit off the table, just to give you
- 4:39:53Speaker 4: a little bit of a stretch.
- 4:39:56Speaker 7: Very gently, and you've got the muscles at the front
- 4:40:05Speaker 7: of your shoulders besides of the back.
- 4:40:17Speaker 4: Again, this is a part that you can really take
- 4:40:21Speaker 4: quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit of needing
- 4:40:29Speaker 4: if if you wish to really release the tension to
- 4:40:37Speaker 4: really get into those muscles and let your fingers in there,
- 4:40:45Speaker 4: and you feel really, really nice. Sometimes its just being
- 4:40:50Speaker 4: stroked gently or being massaged quite strongly. It can all
- 4:41:01Speaker 4: be beneficial to the realization put the muscles in your
- 4:41:10Speaker 4: shoulders now to move down your arms. I do one
- 4:41:31Speaker 4: arm at a time, starting with your right arm. My
- 4:41:41Speaker 4: idea is I just lift your arm up, just hold
- 4:41:45Speaker 4: it to the side of it and where it's stick attached,
- 4:41:53Speaker 4: and I just message the tops of your arms all
- 4:42:08Speaker 4: the way down to your forearms into your wrists, gently
- 4:42:26Speaker 4: massaging the parts, the softer part which is the under
- 4:42:39Speaker 4: part of the army, which leads to the crease in
- 4:42:44Speaker 4: your rowb the inside much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just
- 4:43:01Speaker 4: having that strike you were really nice, pleasurable and relaxing.
- 4:43:20Speaker 4: Now moving down to your right hand, just holding.
- 4:43:30Speaker 12: Your hand.
- 4:43:34Speaker 4: With the both of my hands, just pressing gently on
- 4:43:44Speaker 4: the back of your hand, stretching your fingers ever slightly
- 4:43:55Speaker 4: at the same time pressing down and mess arching each finger,
- 4:44:10Speaker 4: and then starting to message the palms of the hand.
- 4:44:21Speaker 4: Just turning the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:44:32Speaker 4: having your handheld can really be an emotional experience. Sometimes,
- 4:44:40Speaker 4: even if it is a stranger, someone you don't know
- 4:44:45Speaker 4: very well, like a massage person or a therapist. Maybe
- 4:44:53Speaker 4: because it's intimate, you can feel nice, You get feel safe.
- 4:45:14Speaker 4: As I put that right arm back down where it was,
- 4:45:23Speaker 4: you do the same with your left arm exactly the
- 4:45:30Speaker 4: same aside chain the muscles you are bold down to
- 4:45:41Speaker 4: rest straight the inside of your arm, just being gentle
- 4:45:56Speaker 4: or as farn as you require, and then messaging who
- 4:46:09Speaker 4: left hand, stretching the fingers gently massaging the palm of
- 4:46:25Speaker 4: your left hand.
- 4:46:39Speaker 12: Feels so.
- 4:46:42Speaker 4: So relaxing, so comforting. H I just stressed your left
- 4:47:08Speaker 4: down back down start message you back the biggest part
- 4:47:22Speaker 4: of everybody starting the top, starting again.
- 4:47:34Speaker 12: Where we want to be a been the area of
- 4:47:36Speaker 12: the top and between your.
- 4:47:38Speaker 4: Shoulders and und going back and message in the area again,
- 4:47:47Speaker 4: this time moving downwards, taking it downward street to the
- 4:48:01Speaker 4: middle of your back.
- 4:48:04Speaker 12: Working from the outside, in words, massage in that your
- 4:48:12Speaker 12: back put the.
- 4:48:15Speaker 4: The outside of your back parts.
- 4:48:24Speaker 12: Your arms will maybe rested against almost part emichs of
- 4:48:38Speaker 12: want to your back. I'll just massage you down.
- 4:48:53Speaker 4: Only patently. Suppose you want.
- 4:49:01Speaker 12: Even down and cross a little bit of all the
- 4:49:06Speaker 12: way down again, be very gentle.
- 4:49:12Speaker 4: Few shoes.
- 4:49:20Speaker 12: And then shen get to the spine. You get less
- 4:49:24Speaker 12: eyes the muscles of either side of your spine on
- 4:49:29Speaker 12: the top of your neck all the way down, so
- 4:49:34Speaker 12: you gonna know a back. You'll do that a few times.
- 4:49:46Speaker 12: Sometimes people juice knuckle of the you know, two fingers,
- 4:49:54Speaker 12: and just going the side of the spine. Just just
