Two Robbers Guilty in Postal Theft | Richmond News
Two armed robbers who targeted a postal worker in Richmond in July 2023 have finally pleaded guilty—Deangelo Harris, 23, on June 24, and Demarih Lockhart, 22, just days later on July 7. Harris drove Lockhart to the scene, where Lockhart, masked and armed, robbed the mail carrier of her postal keys at 3:30 PM. Witnesses saw a maroon Dodge speeding away, and despite a $50,000 reward, no tips led to the arrests—until investigators identified the suspects.
