If you lack joy, consider where your mind tends to wander. Do you dwell on past hurts, problems, and negative thoughts? Such focus can lead to depression and despair. Instead, turn your mind to God’s actions in your life. See the many blessings you have received and savor those moments. Doing so will lead you to rejoice like Saint Elizabeth and our Blessed Mother.
