- 0:08Speaker 1: Sable advice. Sure never Welcome to the NAUGHTYVA Night Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter. It's Friday, which means one
- 0:19Speaker 1: thing around here. Our dear friend Corey Andrew from Instinct
- 0:22Speaker 1: magazine dot com joins us Every Friday, Corey, are you there?
- 0:26Speaker 1: I am here with bells on Darling. Happy Friday, Hammy Friday.
- 0:30Speaker 1: You can make my Friday so happy. You just vild Cory.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You love gossip, but you love life even more. It
- 0:39Speaker 1: is infectious, my friend. Hey, let's get writing to the show.
- 0:42Speaker 1: We've got so much to gossip about. What time is it? Everybody?
- 0:45Speaker 1: It is time. It's more and more ridiculous around here,
- 0:51Speaker 1: and I love it. So. Buckingham Palace is a much
- 0:54Speaker 1: calmer place since Megan Markle and Prince Harry quit. The
- 0:58Speaker 1: inner workings at the palace now are a lot calmer.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Sources are telling the u K's Mirror that since Harry
- 1:05Speaker 1: stepped down with Megan from their royal roles last year,
- 1:09Speaker 1: the place has calmed down a lot. This is so interesting,
- 1:13Speaker 1: so sources are saying the following quote. One of the
- 1:16Speaker 1: main issues with Harry and Megan was that they really
- 1:19Speaker 1: wanted to do things their way. And they had an
- 1:22Speaker 1: inability to understand how the institution worked. It is a
- 1:27Speaker 1: lot simpler without them kicking and shouting and screaming about
- 1:31Speaker 1: wanting to do things their way, and it's a lot calmer.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Now this sounds a little mean, but I don't mean
- 1:37Speaker 1: it to be. I've worked at places where I've been
- 1:39Speaker 1: the Harry and the Megan. I've been kicking and screaming.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I've wanted to do things my way and it just
- 1:44Speaker 1: never ever worked out in the end. Are you better
- 1:48Speaker 1: to just leave a job forget about a family for
- 1:51Speaker 1: a moment will put that to the side. That's a
- 1:53Speaker 1: much bigger debate. But is it better to just leave
- 1:55Speaker 1: a job where you don't fit in? That's a good
- 1:58Speaker 1: one because you need to survive, right people. Most people
- 2:00Speaker 1: don't have the Megan and Harry money, right, so that's
- 2:04Speaker 1: not an option for a lot of people. You have
- 2:06Speaker 1: to sort of stay and stick it out. These two
- 2:08Speaker 1: can afford to just leave and pick up and go,
- 2:10Speaker 1: So it's a it's a strange comparison. I think it is,
- 2:13Speaker 1: isn't it. I worked for the Huffington Post for Arian
- 2:16Speaker 1: and Huffington and I just didn't fit in there. I
- 2:19Speaker 1: was like so odd there. I liked Honey Boo Boo,
- 2:22Speaker 1: I like Kardashian and they're quite snobby or they were.
- 2:26Speaker 1: There was sort of high end entertainment, although they loved
- 2:29Speaker 1: the hits that Honey Boo Boo got them. But nevertheless
- 2:32Speaker 1: there were sorts of like fancy pants. They thought of
- 2:34Speaker 1: themselves as sort of pull it surprise whinning reporters. I
- 2:38Speaker 1: just didn't fit in. But I couldn't leave your right
- 2:40Speaker 1: core because I needed the money. But I knew that
- 2:42Speaker 1: I didn't fit in. I knew it. I remember being
- 2:44Speaker 1: in a meeting with Ariana and we went around the
- 2:47Speaker 1: room to discuss what subjects, what topics we wanted to
- 2:50Speaker 1: write about. This was for the entertainment site, and everybody
- 2:53Speaker 1: or they were so fancy. They all went to Yale
- 2:55Speaker 1: or Harvard. They were wearing Jake Crew, they all had
- 2:58Speaker 1: perils on over there were that crowd, and I was
- 3:01Speaker 1: like in some baggy jeans. I think I had a
- 3:03Speaker 1: Dolly Parton T shirt. And they were like, oh, let's
- 3:08Speaker 1: do a story of Jennifer Jennifer Anderson and the impact
- 3:12Speaker 1: of cinema on her hair. What are you talking about?
- 3:15Speaker 1: They got to me and I was like, let's do so.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I just didn't fit in, but I kept the job
- 3:22Speaker 1: because I needed the money. It was as signed that
- 3:24Speaker 1: I knew I had to start looking for a new job.
- 3:26Speaker 1: So I think that's what I'm getting to hear with
- 3:29Speaker 1: the Palace. They just didn't fit in anymore. Now Prince
- 3:31Speaker 1: Charles is really in charge of the royal duties and
- 3:34Speaker 1: handing Dad who is going to do what They've got
- 3:37Speaker 1: a bit of a secret weapon on on their hands
- 3:40Speaker 1: that you might not know her, but her name is
- 3:42Speaker 1: Sophie and she's Prince Edward's wife. She's very, very poised.
- 3:47Speaker 1: She looks like Kate Middleton. She has that real regal
- 3:50Speaker 1: beautiful look. She fits in. She's not somebody to rock
- 3:54Speaker 1: the boat, and she moving forward is going to be
- 3:56Speaker 1: this the secret weapon. I think that's the right way
- 3:58Speaker 1: of putting it. Hey us us to our phole question
- 4:01Speaker 1: of the day, the Palace is Calma. Since Megan and
- 4:04Speaker 1: Harry quit, do you sometimes just have to say goodbye?
- 4:09Speaker 1: Do you just sometimes have to say this is not working.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I wanted to work. I tried. It just isn't a
- 4:16Speaker 1: good fit for me. Let us know. Go to our
- 4:19Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty nice rob Our facebook page is
- 4:21Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back on Monday
- 4:25Speaker 1: for your results. Corey Love, what are you working on that? Yes?
- 4:27Speaker 1: Were they ever so sexy? Shun Mendez is teasing fans
- 4:30Speaker 1: with shirtless selfies. Yeah so, Sean Mendez is teasing his
- 4:34Speaker 1: fans in more ways than one. The singer took the
- 4:37Speaker 1: Instagram not only with sexy shirtless selfies, but he also
- 4:40Speaker 1: previewed what sounds like another music project now. In the pics,
- 4:44Speaker 1: Mendez is lounging on the floor wearing nothing but denim
- 4:47Speaker 1: jeans while leaning casually on his bed. It was only
- 4:51Speaker 1: hours before, though, that Mendez had shared a series of
- 4:53Speaker 1: albeit soundless clips on his i G feed of him
- 4:56Speaker 1: and his team jemming out to what appears to be
- 4:59Speaker 1: an upbeat, never heard before track that he might be
- 5:02Speaker 1: planning to drop soon. So very little is known about
- 5:05Speaker 1: the new Mendez music, but we do know he was
- 5:07Speaker 1: recently photographed shooting the music video with his girlfriend Camelica.
- 5:12Speaker 1: She's gorgeous, gorgeous and I had to do the Spanish pronunciation.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I saw got what you would do. He's teasing us,
- 5:21Speaker 1: isn't he? And I don't mind it. He knows what
- 5:23Speaker 1: he's doing that. What I do mind is celebrities that
- 5:26Speaker 1: pretend to be very private. No, don't don't look at me,
- 5:29Speaker 1: don't talk to me. I'm a private celebrity. And then
- 5:32Speaker 1: when it comes to selling one of their products, whether
- 5:34Speaker 1: it be an album or a TV show, suddenly they
- 5:37Speaker 1: put out these first traps. It always always works if
- 5:40Speaker 1: you want to get attention, even in regular life. I'm
- 5:43Speaker 1: not suggesting it, but you pop up a saucy, saucy
- 5:46Speaker 1: picture and it will get a reaction. There's actually something
- 5:49Speaker 1: going on at the moment that I find so interesting.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Anderson Cooper is temporarily hosting Jeopardy. I think he's filling
- 5:56Speaker 1: in for two weeks. Anderson loves this show and he
- 5:59Speaker 1: wants it to be a hit. Anderson posted a picture
- 6:02Speaker 1: of his son Wyatt watching him on that People are saying,
- 6:07Speaker 1: is Anderson using his son the show? Well, the answers yes,
- 6:11Speaker 1: I mean I would be nice about it. But Anderson's
- 6:14Speaker 1: another one of those celebrities that that say they're private.
- 6:17Speaker 1: I mean he really does. Don't talk about my personal live.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I'm a TV star. I do the news, but I
- 6:22Speaker 1: don't want to gossip. I don't want to do that,
- 6:24Speaker 1: and yet we do have to remind ourselves that when
- 6:26Speaker 1: the baby was born, he was on the cover of
- 6:28Speaker 1: People magazine with the baby, So you can't have it
- 6:31Speaker 1: both ways. And I think Sean, he's sort of doing
- 6:34Speaker 1: the same here. He does protest, he's awfully coy about
- 6:38Speaker 1: his personal life, and yet here you are when you
- 6:40Speaker 1: want to sell some new music. Sean, though, don't stop.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I love the pictures, we love the picts, and you know,
- 6:45Speaker 1: and also we can't forget that he's like a Calvin
- 6:47Speaker 1: Klein underwear models, so you can't like pop out in
- 6:50Speaker 1: your underwear. And then I was letting become like a
- 6:52Speaker 1: nun when you can't. I mean, which one? Now you're
- 6:55Speaker 1: gonna have it so right? He looks like he's wearing
- 6:58Speaker 1: no one to wear in the photograph I wonder of
- 7:00Speaker 1: inclined is angry. His jeans are carefully unbuttoned, but I
- 7:03Speaker 1: don't see any because underneath I have to take another
- 7:06Speaker 1: look in the name of research. We know what we're
- 7:10Speaker 1: Selene Deanny is returning to vaguer Celia is arguably the
- 7:15Speaker 1: biggest starter ever play Vegas. She transformed Vegas into a
- 7:21Speaker 1: place that was respectable for these big stars to do
- 7:24Speaker 1: a residency. Before Selene, it was pretty much washed up stars.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I hate to say it, but that was at least
- 7:30Speaker 1: the perception that were on the strip. It was towards
- 7:33Speaker 1: the end of their careers. They were maybe too old
- 7:35Speaker 1: to travel anymore. Vegas was where they could go and
- 7:38Speaker 1: earn some money. Selene changed all that. Since we've had
- 7:41Speaker 1: Brittany and j Lo and Dagger. Well, it looks like
- 7:44Speaker 1: she's returning. There's a big, big new resort called Resorts World,
- 7:49Speaker 1: and they teased the new commercial starring Katie Perry, Luke Bryant,
- 7:53Speaker 1: Carry Underwood. Those three have never never had a residency. However,
- 7:58Speaker 1: also in the commercial, up was Selene deep on the
- 8:02Speaker 1: place exploded? She did sixteen years that Caesar's Palace, remember
- 8:07Speaker 1: in the Colisa fabulous, It was so fabulous. Vegas is
- 8:14Speaker 1: in trouble. So after the pandemic, are people going to
- 8:16Speaker 1: come back? They might come back slowly. We're going to
- 8:19Speaker 1: get international tourists. I don't know, so Selene is probably
- 8:24Speaker 1: the best best bet to get them back to Vegas.
- 8:28Speaker 1: What do you think, Corey? Oh God, I will go
- 8:30Speaker 1: to see her. Although I'm that international I'm here in
- 8:32Speaker 1: New Jersey, but yes, I would love to go see
- 8:34Speaker 1: her because the fact that she can use that instrument
- 8:37Speaker 1: every night the way she did, and I've heard from
- 8:40Speaker 1: everyone that every night she gave as it's unbelievable. She's
- 8:44Speaker 1: in tune and that desert's hot. I mean, she has
- 8:47Speaker 1: humidifiers everywhere. That stage it's like a swamp. It's all
- 8:51Speaker 1: humidifierus to keep her vocals. Five thousand seats too. This
- 8:55Speaker 1: is not like some little cocktail room. It's like radio city.
- 8:59Speaker 1: It's huge, and she pulls them in. It's wild. Selene,
- 9:04Speaker 1: we call white. What is going on with Anderson Cooper?
- 9:08Speaker 1: Another story about him to die? Yes, he's just dominating
- 9:11Speaker 1: our headlines, Mr Anderson Cooper. Well, so, it turns out
- 9:13Speaker 1: that Anderson Cooper is not a fan of hand me downs.
- 9:16Speaker 1: So when it comes to getting hand me downs from
- 9:18Speaker 1: his friend Andy Cohen's son, host Anderson Cooper revealed they
- 9:22Speaker 1: may not exactly be his son's style. So, during an
- 9:25Speaker 1: appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Anderson talked about
- 9:28Speaker 1: his son, eleven month old Wyat and Cohen's son Benjamin,
- 9:31Speaker 1: two years old, easily becoming the best of friends. Obviously
- 9:34Speaker 1: that was going to happen. However, there's one thing they
- 9:37Speaker 1: don't share, and that's a sense of style. So a
- 9:40Speaker 1: lot of the clothes that Andy gets his son have
- 9:43Speaker 1: a lot of razmatazz, Anderson says, whereas he prefers for
- 9:47Speaker 1: his son to dress a little more and simple attire.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Anderson also shared, we realized that Andy's son has taken
- 9:53Speaker 1: my son's bear, put it in the microwave and turned
- 9:56Speaker 1: it on. I mean he baked the bear. It was
- 9:59Speaker 1: in there for like tin sa and literally like there
- 10:01Speaker 1: was like smoke coming out. So maybe someone needs to
- 10:03Speaker 1: do like an intervention of stuff is good before they
- 10:05Speaker 1: become like Thelma and Louise. But I think you know
- 10:09Speaker 1: Anderson's own style is easily reflected in his child, right.
- 10:12Speaker 1: He's much more simplistic and and Andy's like dipping his
- 10:15Speaker 1: baby and glitter like other Instagram pictures you see. So
- 10:19Speaker 1: when you think about that, I love it. At that age,
- 10:21Speaker 1: you really do reflect your parents tastes. When you're one
- 10:24Speaker 1: years older or even younger, you don't buy your clothes
- 10:27Speaker 1: your parents do. So Andy Cohen is very dapper and
- 10:30Speaker 1: he likes to be noticed. Andy wears bright clothes and
- 10:33Speaker 1: lots of glitter. If you ever see him out and about,
- 10:36Speaker 1: he wants you to see him. Anderson sort of sneaks
- 10:40Speaker 1: into a room he can slip in in his little
- 10:42Speaker 1: prod of pumps and his pride, and you don't even
- 10:45Speaker 1: see him. So I do get. Won't it be interesting
- 10:48Speaker 1: if as they grow up they become somebody very different?
- 10:51Speaker 1: On Andy Cohen actually ends up having a shy son.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Would be wonderful reality show? Yeah, no, yes, these little
- 11:00Speaker 1: babies would be a great show. And I would say
- 11:02Speaker 1: before our earlier story that there's no way Anderson Cooper's
- 11:07Speaker 1: son would do a reality show, But now I'm not
- 11:09Speaker 1: so sure. I think Aderson Cooper likes the spotlight more
- 11:12Speaker 1: than he lets on and we love it. Keep doing
- 11:15Speaker 1: it more pictures quickly before we get a break. Even
- 11:18Speaker 1: Mendes has stirred controversy or over a spanking quote, so
- 11:24Speaker 1: she said the following I'm often asked about my favorite
- 11:27Speaker 1: red carpet dress, but I'm not often asked about my
- 11:30Speaker 1: favorite parenting quote. And she posted it anyway. She said
- 11:34Speaker 1: the following quote, Spanking does for a child's development what
- 11:38Speaker 1: hitting a spouse does for a marriage. Social media exploded this.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Spanking children is one of the most widely debated topics
- 11:51Speaker 1: in parenting. A psychologist recently said that spanking a child
- 11:55Speaker 1: does not teach them appropriate ways to manage their anger
- 11:59Speaker 1: or regulate their emotions. When I was a little boy,
- 12:03Speaker 1: but it's a different generation. My parents are now in
- 12:05Speaker 1: the eighties, i'd often get a wallop. Not you know,
- 12:08Speaker 1: they would I would get spanked. I don't mean, you know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: I'm not a parent. This is a difficult discussion for
- 12:13Speaker 1: me to have. I think you've got to respect parents
- 12:16Speaker 1: and and their ways and their way of raising their children.
- 12:20Speaker 1: But I think if I was a parent, spanking is
- 12:23Speaker 1: something I probably wouldn't do. Um I am. I wanted
- 12:27Speaker 1: to percent in agreement with that, and I'll share really quickly.
- 12:29Speaker 1: My mother called me, like when I was in my
- 12:31Speaker 1: early thirties, and she just readily called me one day
- 12:34Speaker 1: and she goes, would I would not spank you if
- 12:37Speaker 1: I had to do it over again? I've been She
- 12:40Speaker 1: just was on her mind all these years that did
- 12:43Speaker 1: was that the right choice? My mother? All these years
- 12:45Speaker 1: and she called me in my thirties to say, I'm
- 12:47Speaker 1: sorry for spanking you as a child, So, um, yeah,
- 12:50Speaker 1: I don't think it's a good idea. It just goes
- 12:52Speaker 1: to show us what different parents really have. I was
- 12:55Speaker 1: home a couple of years ago. My mother gave me
- 12:57Speaker 1: a spank. Then I know I was in the way
- 12:59Speaker 1: in the kitchen and she pushed me. Terrible, terrible. Okay,
- 13:03Speaker 1: We're going to take a quick break and we will
- 13:05Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to even nor even nice show.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'm Rob Shooter with that dear friend Corey Andrew. Hey Corey,
- 13:16Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Megan Marco and Chrissy Teagan
- 13:21Speaker 1: and now best friend find who would you rather be
- 13:24Speaker 1: friends with? It? I know it's a cheeky question, but
- 13:26Speaker 1: we have to ask who would you rather be friends with?
- 13:29Speaker 1: A seven deeper cent? Well, that's a lot. Pick Chrissy,
- 13:32Speaker 1: mean Corey, who would you pick? I mean, it's Grizzy,
- 13:34Speaker 1: She's so fine. I mean, come on, hands down, it's
- 13:38Speaker 1: I love her. Do you know I nearly did a
- 13:40Speaker 1: talk show with her about eight years ago. I've got
- 13:43Speaker 1: a talk show on Mark Cuban's network. It was a
- 13:45Speaker 1: late night show in a bar sand familiar Andy KMN.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I know it was before Watch What Happens Live? And
- 13:50Speaker 1: I sat in a bar, drinking cocktails, interviewing celebrities, and
- 13:54Speaker 1: they wanted a female host. It was on Bark Cuban's network.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Mark's got a very straight net work and lots of
- 14:01Speaker 1: girls in there in bikinis and stuff like that. In fact,
- 14:04Speaker 1: I think Girl's Gone Wild used to play on the
- 14:06Speaker 1: network before me, and then they got gay Goose me.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I mean it was a terrible fit. Talk about not
- 14:11Speaker 1: fitting in, but I wanted the job. I wanted the experience.
- 14:14Speaker 1: So they brought in Chrissy Teagan, who at the time
- 14:16Speaker 1: was not with John. She was a model, and I
- 14:19Speaker 1: sat on the couch with her. Oh we hit it off.
- 14:21Speaker 1: She made me laugh. She was the real deal. She
- 14:23Speaker 1: was cheeky. They couldn't do a deal. She wanted too
- 14:26Speaker 1: much Mark. I mean Mark Cuban pays the dollar. Chrissie
- 14:29Speaker 1: wanted more than that. So it didn't work out. But
- 14:31Speaker 1: I knew back then. I knew it. I didn't remember
- 14:33Speaker 1: her name, but I remembered her face, and I was like,
- 14:36Speaker 1: that girl is gonna be a big star or I'd
- 14:39Speaker 1: love to be friends, Chrissie. If you're listening, we be friends.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Can we be friends? Don't forget to v on today's
- 14:46Speaker 1: pol go to. I tried a page at naughty Nice
- 14:48Speaker 1: Robber on facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure
- 14:50Speaker 1: to check back on Monday to hear your results are
- 14:53Speaker 1: now it's starting for the nicest of the as well.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers boost at Jeopardy ratings by Yes, Aaron Rodgers
- 15:06Speaker 1: has scored another win, this time away from the field.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Rodgers was a guest on Jeopardy this month as the
- 15:11Speaker 1: show goes through rotating host following the death of Alex Trebeck.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Yes Yeah So. During rogers first week as guest host, though,
- 15:18Speaker 1: ratings for the game show spiked from the previous week,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and it was the best performance by Jeopardy in a month.
- 15:26Speaker 1: The bumping ratings came after Rogers took over for Dr
- 15:29Speaker 1: mehmet Oz, who hosted the show over the previous two weeks.
- 15:32Speaker 1: And Rob, I have to tell you that I'm just
- 15:34Speaker 1: more surprised and I had no idea Dr Oz's name
- 15:36Speaker 1: was me met It's the first time I'm actually ever
- 15:39Speaker 1: knowing he had a first name. But I think this
- 15:41Speaker 1: is really great because you know, it shows there's like
- 15:43Speaker 1: a nice audience who wants some variety in their hosts.
- 15:45Speaker 1: On the show. Yeah, well Dr os tanked on the show.
- 15:49Speaker 1: It's interesting. There was a lot of backlash. The fans
- 15:51Speaker 1: of Jeopardy didn't think Dr Roles was up to the job.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Behind furious with him. Aaron Rodgers, he's interested football player.
- 15:59Speaker 1: You know the stereotypes about football players. Let's admit it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I didn't think he'd be very good at this. It's
- 16:04Speaker 1: such a smarty pants show. He was fabulous. I loved him.
- 16:07Speaker 1: He was funny, he was cheeky, he was smart. I
- 16:11Speaker 1: got a near I was watching it and I was
- 16:13Speaker 1: absolutely hooked. Anderson Cooper is a safe one. It's okay.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I'm not loving Katie Couric was okay. I'm still not
- 16:21Speaker 1: sure that they found that person yet. But you know
- 16:24Speaker 1: what decides it at the end of the day, it's
- 16:25Speaker 1: not really how we feel, it's the ratings. It is
- 16:28Speaker 1: in TV. Aaron Rodgers could be the full time host. Well,
- 16:31Speaker 1: you know LaVar Burton's coming though, So LaVar Burton has
- 16:34Speaker 1: just been signed on as a temporary because there was
- 16:37Speaker 1: an online petition to get him on. They didn't want Tim.
- 16:39Speaker 1: You're absolutely right. He wasn't in the original lineup, and
- 16:42Speaker 1: the like this guy is marvelous. I think George Stephanopolis
- 16:45Speaker 1: is doing it and rubbing Roberts. Oh she's wonder she
- 16:51Speaker 1: could be fun. I think I'd keep doing these rotating
- 16:53Speaker 1: hosts until you find somebody that's the right choice. There's
- 16:57Speaker 1: no rush find the right choice. I think it's all
- 17:00Speaker 1: the number one show in syndication. So congratulations to Aaron Rodgers.
- 17:04Speaker 1: And now we normally do our naughtiest of the day,
- 17:07Speaker 1: but I wanted to mix it up to day and
- 17:08Speaker 1: do another nicest of the day. It is you, Corey Andrew.
- 17:11Speaker 1: It's a surprise. You wrote a story about me and
- 17:14Speaker 1: the book on Instinct magazine dot com, and it brought
- 17:17Speaker 1: a tear to my eye. I am used to my
- 17:19Speaker 1: friends being kind to me. In fact, I insist they are.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I only have good people in my life. I don't
- 17:23Speaker 1: have bad friends. So I knew you were going to
- 17:25Speaker 1: be kind to me. I knew you were going to
- 17:27Speaker 1: write this story. I knew it. I didn't ask you to.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I just knew you would help a friend. And I
- 17:31Speaker 1: really really want to sell this book. It's so important
- 17:33Speaker 1: to me. The forward answer available on Amazon dot com.
- 17:37Speaker 1: You wrote this love letter of a story. How did
- 17:39Speaker 1: you come up with the idea and thank you my friend.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Oh wow, Well listen, it's really simple. At the end
- 17:44Speaker 1: of each show, you do this wonderful segment card a
- 17:46Speaker 1: Moment with Rob and you give these great anecdotes for
- 17:48Speaker 1: a life that I really think about. And long after
- 17:51Speaker 1: we've done recording, I find myself going, Wow, that thing
- 17:53Speaker 1: that Rob said really makes me think about my life,
- 17:56Speaker 1: where I've been, where I'm going, what I want to
- 17:58Speaker 1: do in the future. So I think you your book
- 18:00Speaker 1: is an extension of that, and I wanted to make
- 18:01Speaker 1: sure the public understood that they can benefit from the
- 18:04Speaker 1: messages you're sharing, so I wanted to promote it. Thank you,
- 18:07Speaker 1: Thank you. You're a wonderful writer, but an even better friend.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Thank you You're our nicest, nicest day. And now I
- 18:16Speaker 1: guess what it's time you imagine if this one's a
- 18:21Speaker 1: terrible one, you're gonna rob. You gotta rob, you get
- 18:23Speaker 1: a rob. Don't worry if your strengths are not obvious,
- 18:27Speaker 1: because we all possess gifts. Some are natural and some
- 18:31Speaker 1: are learned. And if you haven't found yours yet, keep looking,
- 18:35Speaker 1: because I promise you there is something you are good at.
- 18:40Speaker 1: The hard part is finding it. It took me a
- 18:44Speaker 1: long time to find out that I'm good at this.
- 18:48Speaker 1: I'm good at talking, I'm good at gossiping, so I
- 18:51Speaker 1: shouldn't be an accountant. Find what you enjoy to do
- 18:54Speaker 1: in life and do it, and I promise you you
- 18:58Speaker 1: will find happiness. Don't do what you think you should do.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Don't do the job that you think is going to
- 19:03Speaker 1: make you rich, because it won't make you rich and
- 19:05Speaker 1: it won't make you happy. Find what you're good at.
- 19:08Speaker 1: When did you discover, Corey that you could sing? Well?
- 19:11Speaker 1: I was a little boy, five years old, I think kindergarten,
- 19:13Speaker 1: and I was given like a little solo of a
- 19:15Speaker 1: Disney song and I just could tell by the reaction
- 19:18Speaker 1: of the teacher that she had heard a bit more
- 19:21Speaker 1: than a five year old normally would give. Right, so um,
- 19:24Speaker 1: And I learned that was that moment of knowing that
- 19:27Speaker 1: reaction that I wanted more of it. Yeah, it's wonderful
- 19:30Speaker 1: if you haven't found it yet, Honestly, I really mean this.
- 19:33Speaker 1: If you haven't found it yet, there is something there.
- 19:36Speaker 1: There is something that you were good at. Keep looking
- 19:40Speaker 1: because when you find it, you will know. Hey, that's
- 19:43Speaker 1: it for today. Thank you so much, Corey, and thank
- 19:46Speaker 1: you for listening to the Nor Even Eyes with Robin
- 19:49Speaker 1: Corey Show, a production of I Heart Radio. Don't forget
- 19:52Speaker 1: to subscribe on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcast,

- 19:59Speaker 1: They really help a all together. Now, as we head
- 20:01Speaker 1: into the weekend, let's remember this. If you're going to
- 20:04Speaker 1: be naughty, you've got to have to be It's not
- 20:11Speaker 1: even nice with ro
