Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: How Pam Bondi Has Compounded The Epstein Problem (6/9/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. After the debacle that was Phase one of
- 0:09the Epstein file release, Pound Bondi is now doubling down
- 0:13and saying that more Jeffrey Epstein files are going to
- 0:16be released. And according to her, the reason that this
- 0:19is taking some time is because there is a so
- 0:22called insurrection within the SDNY. But I don't buy that
- 0:27for a minute, folks. I know a lot of people
- 0:29out there don't want to hear that, but I don't
- 0:31buy it. There's no way that the SDNY is rebelling
- 0:35against the Attorney General and the head of the FBI.
- 0:38If that was the case, they would send a team
- 0:41down there to arrest whoever was doing this. But instead
- 0:44they're talking about firing people. They're talking about all this
- 0:47other nonsense that doesn't even matter. Here's an idea. You're
- 0:52the Attorney general, right, well, why don't you reopen the
- 0:55investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's death and the investigation into the NPA.
- 1:01Let's get to the bottom of that, and then when
- 1:04your so called FBI roadblock is removed, then we can
- 1:07get to those documents. But here's the deal. I have
- 1:12a very very hard time believing that Pam Bondi is
- 1:14going to be able to deliver. And that's because a
- 1:17lot of these documents, unfortunately, are probably destroyed. And I
- 1:23don't mean recently, I'm talking about over the years. When
- 1:27you have an asset that gets burned the way Jeffrey
- 1:29Epstein was burned, they yank that chain, right, they get
- 1:32rid of all documentation that's going to lead back to
- 1:34them at the very least. Now they might, you know,
- 1:37leave some kind of breadcrumbs to throw you off the trail.
- 1:40But the truth is, I think the ship is sail, folks,
- 1:43and I don't think we're ever going to see anything
- 1:45of consequence ever again. And I hate to be that
- 1:48kind of contrarian, but I think that history has proved
- 1:52us correct time and time again here as we've all
- 1:55slithered through this muck in this sewer, every time you
- 1:58turn around, people are promising justice, people are promising this,
- 2:02that the other thing, And then what we get is
- 2:04some stupid ass stunt with a bunch of goofball influencers
- 2:08and binders. And let's remember it was Pam Bondy out
- 2:12here talking all this nonsense, right, Nobody told her that
- 2:15she had to come out talking about Jeffrey Epstein files
- 2:17this at the other thing, but there she was talking
- 2:20about it. Now you got to be about it. All
- 2:23that big talk is fine and well on the campaign trail,
- 2:26but now that you're in office, it's time to deliver.
- 2:29And that's what I said from the very beginning. If
- 2:32they don't deliver, then I'm going to be critical of them.
- 2:35And there is zero doubt that they haven't delivered. And
- 2:38you better believe I have zero faith in Pam Bondy
- 2:41and what's going on here? And have you noticed everybody
- 2:44stopped talking about the dumb ass list. That's because it
- 2:47never existed. They were all dog walking you and anybody
- 2:51out here telling you about that list lied to you.
- 2:54If there was a list, we would have seen it
- 2:56a long long time ago. There is no list. There's
- 2:59never going to be a list, and anybody saying there
- 3:01is should not be listened to at all. Today's article
- 3:05is from The Independent, and the headline Attorney General Pam
- 3:08Bondi insists more Jeffrey Epstein files are being released despite
- 3:12disastrous Phase one. This article was authored by James Liddell.
- 3:19Attorney General Pam Bondy has again proclaimed that America will
- 3:22get the full Jeffrey Epstein files after the highly anticipated
- 3:26first phase contained no major new allegations about the convicted
- 3:30sex offender nor his associates. Well, that's because you're all
- 3:34looking in the wrong place. The files, the files, stop it.
- 3:38How about the video from the night Jeffrey Epstein allegedly
- 3:41attempted suicide. How about the video from the night that
- 3:44he died. How about a brand new investigation into that
- 3:48NPA bullshit that you tried to set Acosta up as
- 3:51the fall guy for. How about that? And folks, let's
- 3:54not cut corners here. Okay. Pam Bondi was the attorney
- 3:57general in Florida from twenty eleven to twenty nineteen. She
- 4:01knows who all the players are. She knows who Jeffrey
- 4:04Epstein is. Bros. Running rampant in her backyard. So it's
- 4:08always laughable when people from Florida especially try to tell
- 4:11me they don't know who Jeffrey Epstein is or was.
- 4:14Give me a break. The nation's top law enforcement officer
- 4:17publicly released about two hundred pages of files Thursday, and
- 4:20including a series of flight logs from Epstein's private jet,
- 4:24a partly redacted contacts list, and a fully blacked out
- 4:27list of messuses. Later on Thursday, the US Department of
- 4:31Justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of
- 4:35Epstein documents, as Bondi wrote a letter to the bureau's
- 4:38newly confirmed director, Cash Ptel, demanding that all material related
- 4:43to the disgraced financier Pedophile be turned over to her
- 4:46office by Friday morning. We are getting the absolute dog
- 4:51walk here. No it's not his fault. No it's not
- 4:55her fault. I don't have the files. He has the files.
- 4:57She has the files. Joe has the files. Oh wait,
- 4:59we don't have the fire. That's what it's gonna end
- 5:01up being. Mark my words. And look, I hope I'm wrong.
- 5:05I would love to come back here and say to you,
- 5:07you know what, Pam Bondi is a hero. She did
- 5:10the right thing, and we got the information and now
- 5:13we're gonna get justice. But unfortunately I just don't see
- 5:16that being the case. Later Thursday, the US Department of
- 5:21Justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of
- 5:24Epstein documents, as Bondi wrote a new letter to the
- 5:27bureau's newly confirmed Director Cash Bettel, demanding that all material
- 5:31related to the disgraced financier A Pedophile be turned over
- 5:35to her office by Friday morning. On Saturday, Bondi told
- 5:39Fox News host Mark Levin that Americans will get the
- 5:42full Epstein files thanks to Donald Trump being the most
- 5:45transparent president. You know, they keep talking that they better
- 5:49make sure they follow through because you don't have to
- 5:53worry about the ardent loyalists, right Trump's ardent loyalists. Those
- 5:56people are gonna vote Maga, They're gonna vote you know,
- 5:59Pambondi matter what, but independence who have jumped on board,
- 6:04they expect action and they expect something to take place
- 6:07here when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't
- 6:10mean some lip service and some bullshit documents we've all
- 6:13seen ten years ago. There needs to be real action here,
- 6:17actionable justice. New York City SDN. Why they're sitting on
- 6:23thousands of pages of documents for regarding Epstein, thousands and
- 6:26thousands and of course you've seen the very strong letters,
- 6:30she said. So if that's the case, remember all these
- 6:32people work for the government. They can't just sit on information.
- 6:38Send a strike team over there, kicking the door and
- 6:40raid them like you would do any other American who's
- 6:42not giving you what you want. But no, these people
- 6:45get to do whatever they want. Allegedly, they can run
- 6:48the whole entire country from their office in the SDNY. Now, look,
- 6:52I am not a fan of the SDNY, as you
- 6:55all know, but I find this to be a bit rich.
- 7:00They highly doubt that the SDNY is holding things up here,
- 7:03and I think that they're being used as a scapegoat.
- 7:06That's what I think now. Is the SDNY probably putting
- 7:09up a few roadblocks or whatever. Sure, I'm sure they are,
- 7:13But to act like Pam Bondi and Cash Betel can't
- 7:16rain that in. It's not a good look, and I
- 7:19don't think that it's the kind of image that they
- 7:22want to project. That they can't even control their own ranks.
- 7:26How are you going to keep the rest of us
- 7:27safe If you can't keep the rank and file doing
- 7:30what they're supposed to do, And if they don't do
- 7:32what they're supposed to do, why aren't they fired. We
- 7:36will get everything, We will have it in our possession.
- 7:39We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury
- 7:41information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a
- 7:46right to know, and Donald Trump is the most transparent
- 7:48president in our nation's history. Okay, well, let's see it.
- 7:53Keep talking about it, let's be about it a little bit, right,
- 7:56Let's see these documents that everybody's yapping about. BONDI also
- 7:59prompt miss that document surrounding the assassination of former president
- 8:03JFK and civil rights activists doctor Martin Luther King Junior
- 8:07will also be declassified. So not only will America get
- 8:11the full Epstein files, they will get JFK, they will
- 8:14get Martin Luther King, she said. And look, that's all great, right,
- 8:18I'd love to see the files. But what's going to
- 8:20come after that? Are there going to be any arrests?
- 8:22Is there going to be any kind of justice? Well,
- 8:25I wouldn't get my hopes up. The hype to classification
- 8:28of all the Epstein documents was met with backlash from
- 8:31conservatives after Bond eted up there release Wednesday and told
- 8:35Fox News that the details will make you sick. Yeah,
- 8:38the details we've been talking about here for years, Right,
- 8:41nothing in those files that were released, And then you
- 8:44have this douchebag stand in here. I don't even know
- 8:46what his name is holding up this binder with his
- 8:48dumb ass, stupid grin on his face. Then you got
- 8:50the libs of TikTok lady in the back with a
- 8:52big old grin on her face. Has she ever even
- 8:55talked about the Epstein survivors ever? Once? Look, I don't
- 8:58even know who any of these people are. I don't
- 9:00follow influencers. I don't follow people that are trying to
- 9:03pitch me shit, and I certainly don't follow grifters. So
- 9:06I have zero idea who any of these people are,
- 9:09or what they talk about, or what the fuck they're
- 9:11supposed to be influencing. Shit has bananas to me. You
- 9:16got these people on like TikTok and shit who fire
- 9:18off a few opinions and all of a sudden they're
- 9:20this great geopolitical commentator. I got news for you. Save
- 9:24your TikTok bullshit for somebody else. I'm not buying it.
- 9:28You're out here with all this nonsense, all these opinions.
- 9:31That's great, have all the opinions you want, But what
- 9:34makes you so special that your opinion should matter to me?
- 9:38I listen to people that have a track record of
- 9:40being right, not people who have a track record of
- 9:43moving the goalposts every single time NERD grift is exposed,
- 9:47and unfortunately a lot of these influencers are exactly that.
- 9:52Much of the material released was previously published material from
- 9:56the prosecution of Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's girlfriend knows co conspirator,
- 10:01general scumbag, bipedal serpent and fellow child abuser. That's what
- 10:04you mean, right and close confidant. Two years after the
- 10:08disgraced financier pedophile took his own life allegedly while in
- 10:12a Manhattan jail cell in August of twenty nineteen, while
- 10:15awaiting trial on new charges of trafficking teenage girls. Yo.
- 10:19After all these years, the legacy media still has no
- 10:21idea what they're talking about when it comes to Ebstein.
- 10:25It's truly amazing. Over the years, thousands of pages of
- 10:29records have been released through lawsuits, Epstein's criminal dockets, public disclosures,
- 10:34and Freedom of Information Act requests. In January twenty twenty four,
- 10:38court unsealed the final batch of documents collected as evidence
- 10:42in a lawsuit file by Epstein victim Virginia Roberts. And
- 10:46that was just a treasure trove, right. We got a
- 10:48lot of documents in that dump, and when you go
- 10:50through those core documents, you really get a view of
- 10:53what's going on. And I don't think that you can
- 10:56understand the full scope of this case, especially if you
- 10:59haven't looked at those court documents. It was released in
- 11:03an unprofessional manner, with paid partisan social media influencers to
- 11:08curate their binders for US. Right wing media. Pundit and
- 11:11conspiracy theorist Laura Lumer tweeted on Thursday, I can't trust
- 11:15anything in the binder. Neither should you. Well, I don't
- 11:18know about all that, but it's all old. So what
- 11:21does that even mean. We know that it's true, but
- 11:23it's just old and rehashed material, like I said it
- 11:26would be. Keep in mind, I've been telling you this
- 11:29for how long now, and lo and behold, here we are.
- 11:32And it's not like I'm the amazing fucking Kreskin. I
- 11:35just know how this all works at this point. I've
- 11:38been on this shit since twenty nineteen. So all these
- 11:41Johnny cum latelies that think they're ahead in the race
- 11:43don't even realize that they're so far behind that they're
- 11:47just being lapped at this point. Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna,
- 11:53head of the new Congressional Task Force to the classify
- 11:55federal secrets, added, this is not what we or the
- 11:59American people ask for, and to complete disappointment, get us
- 12:02the information that we ask for. Agree with that one
- 12:05thousand percent. I don't want bs who needs to waste
- 12:08their time, Not me, not you, not anybody, and certainly
- 12:12not the survivors. Let's remember that's what this is about.
- 12:15Justice for those girls who were abused. And while I
- 12:18know that all of you understand that, guess who doesn't.
- 12:21Those douchebag influencers who have to have their moment, they
- 12:24certainly don't understand that. Either that or they don't care,
- 12:28or maybe even both. The FBI director took to X
- 12:32and wrote, there will be no cover ups, no missing documents,
- 12:35and no stone left unturned, and anyone from the prior
- 12:38or current bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued.
- 12:43If there are gaps, we will find them. If records
- 12:45have been hidden, we will uncover them, just like with aliens.
- 12:48I want to believe, but the truth is they've done
- 12:52nothing to put me in the position where I could
- 12:55sit here and tell you that I have confidence that
- 12:56we're going to get what they're saying we're going to get.
- 12:59So I'm not gonna sit here and bullshit you. I'm
- 13:01not gonna pump your tires up and I'm not gonna
- 13:04tell you. Oh yeah. Well, there's no doubt that Pam
- 13:06Bondi and Cash Battel are going to deliver because I've
- 13:09been through this before. I've seen this story unfold and
- 13:12it always seems to have the same ending and spoiler
- 13:15alert that ending is we end up with un goats.
- 13:19So let's hope that this is different. Let's hope that
- 13:21Bondy and Battel come through. But I'm certainly not holding
- 13:24my breath. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for
- 13:27this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 13:29do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
- 13:32Bobby capu Cci at protonmeil dot com, or if you prefer,
- 13:38you can find me on x at Bobby Underscore cap
- 13:42u Cci. All of the links that go with this
- 13:45episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 13:50and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Pam
- 13:55Bondy is sitting in one of the most powerful law
- 13:57enforcement positions in the country, And when it comes to
- 14:00the Epstein Transparency Act, the one job that actually matters here,
- 14:04she treats it like its background noise, like it's optional,
- 14:07like it's something that you circle back to after lunch
- 14:10if you're filling up to it. Meanwhile, the people who
- 14:13were trafficked, abused, and dragged through hell by Jeffrey Epstein
- 14:17are still waiting, still being told to be patient, still
- 14:20being handled like a scheduling conflict instead of human beings
- 14:23whose lives got detonated while the system looked the other way.
- 14:27And now years later, that same system is basically saying,
- 14:31hang tight, we're reviewing, reviewing what the law already told
- 14:36you what to do. And it's not complicated. The Epstein
- 14:39Transparency Act wasn't written in riddles. There's no hidden meaning.
- 14:43It's not some abstract legal puzzle. It says in plain English.
- 14:47Release the files show the work. Stop hiding behind redactions
- 14:51that look like someone spilled dink on every page. That matters.
- 14:54That's it, that was the assignment. But instead, what do
- 14:58we get DeLay's excuse is that same bureaucratic shrug where
- 15:02everything sounds official but nothing actually happens, and somehow, somehow,
- 15:08the only people who seem to consistently benefit from all
- 15:11this careful review are the ones who are never supposed
- 15:14to be shielded in the first place, the powerful ones,
- 15:17the connected ones, the ones whose names just keep not
- 15:22showing up. What a coincidence, right, And Bondy, Well, Bondy
- 15:26just keeps going press appearances, statements, the whole act like
- 15:30everything's under control, like justice is right around the corner.
- 15:34If we all just stay calm and trust the process,
- 15:38that line should be retired permanently at this point. Trust
- 15:41the process is what you say when you don't want
- 15:44people asking why the process isn't working, Because, let's be honest,
- 15:49this isn't a delay anymore. Delay is when something takes
- 15:52longer than expected. This this is avoidance. This is dragging
- 15:57it out until people get tired, until the story cool off,
- 16:00until accountability feels like old news instead of an active demand.
- 16:04And the thing is, people aren't stupid. They can see it.
- 16:08You can only say we're working on it so many
- 16:10times before it starts sounding like we're not going to
- 16:13do it unless we're forced to. And that's exactly where
- 16:16this is headed. So yeah, at some point you have
- 16:19to stop asking politely. At some point you have to
- 16:22stop pretending that this is just a backlog issue or
- 16:25a paperwork problem. At some point you look at the
- 16:28Attorney General, someone whose entire job is to enforce the law,
- 16:33and you ask the obvious question, if she won't enforce
- 16:36this one, why she's still there, Because we all know
- 16:39that this isn't just about Epstein anymore. It's about whether
- 16:42anything tied to that case is ever going to be
- 16:44handled right, whether the people in charge are actually willing
- 16:47to pull the curtain back, or if they're just going
- 16:49to keep standing in front of it, smiling, while everything
- 16:52that matters stays hidden behind them. And if the answer
- 16:55is the second one, and right now it sure looks
- 16:57like it is, then keeping her in that position isn't
- 17:00just a bad look. It's a part of the problem.
- 17:05Today's article is from the Daily Mail and the headline
- 17:09Trump considers firing Pambondy over Attorney General's handling of the
- 17:13Epstein files. This article was authored by Stephen M. Lapour.
- 17:19Pam Bondy should have been fired the day she started
- 17:22her bullshit in front of Congress. That's when the hammer
- 17:26should have dropped. She should have been fired right along
- 17:29with that dute. The dute Howard Lutnick. Donald Trump is
- 17:33reportedly discussed firing Attorney General Pam Bondy over handling all
- 17:38of the Epstein files. The President has considered replacing Bondi
- 17:42with EPA administrator and former Congressman leez Elden. However, he
- 17:47has yet to make a final decision, according to both
- 17:50CNN and New York Times. Look, it's a long time coming,
- 17:55but let's not act like Trump is having some come
- 17:57to Jesus moment. Trump is looking for escapegoat. And if
- 18:02this warrant Iran is wrapping up, like Trump said, it
- 18:05was debatable, But if it is, they know that the
- 18:09Epstein files are gonna pop right back up, and they're
- 18:12gonna have to, you know, have some kind of strategy
- 18:14to deal with it. And it looks like the strategy
- 18:17is gonna be to throw Pam Bondi under the bus.
- 18:21And I am aokay with her losing her job. But
- 18:24let's not act like this wasn't directed by the President.
- 18:30He hasn't been shy about telling us that he's directing
- 18:33the DOJ to do this or to do that, and
- 18:37he's certainly been pretty vocal about using the DOJ to
- 18:41go after people that might be as political enemies who
- 18:44are connected to Epstein. But short of that, Trump and
- 18:47this DOJ, they have no desire to really chase this story.
- 18:51They have all the evidence they need, they have everything
- 18:54they need, they choose not to pursue it. And one
- 18:57of the best examples of this is the that we're
- 19:00going through right now from Marievilla Fauna to the other
- 19:04lawyers that were involved in the first arrest and prosecution
- 19:07of Jeffrey Epstein. Just take a look at what Marievill
- 19:11Lafana says in those emails, and take a look at
- 19:15how the game was played and how it was Epstein's
- 19:20team leading the dance. And there's explicit language in that
- 19:25MPa that makes that NPA null and void if Jeffrey
- 19:29Epstein is in dereliction of it, and he most certainly was,
- 19:33so the NPA could be thrown away tomorrow. And that's
- 19:35something paum Bondi and the Trump administration could do basically
- 19:39on their own. They just have to petition the court
- 19:42and show the court that Epstein was in dereliction of
- 19:45that NPA, and then that protection that's been issued to
- 19:47everybody goes away. Notice nobody's talking about that, and that's
- 19:52because they know how devastating it would be. They understand
- 19:56that there's no narrative that gets them out of that right.
- 19:59They understan that there's no Oh, well, we can't do
- 20:02that because the court won't let us. That's not the case.
- 20:06The court most certainly will let them, they choose not to.
- 20:10In a statement to The Daly Mail, Trump issued praise
- 20:13for Bondi. He did not deny the report. Attorney General
- 20:17paum Bondi is a wonderful person, and she's doing a
- 20:20good job. Well, yeah, if he means protecting Epstein's friends,
- 20:24she's doing a fantastic job. I mean, if that's the case,
- 20:28she should be promoted and she shouldn't be losing a gig,
- 20:31right because she's doing a fantastic job protecting those people. Meanwhile,
- 20:36the Epstein survivors, well that's a whole different story. The
- 20:41Daily Mail's reached out to Attorney General Bondie for comment,
- 20:45though the Justice Department referred both CNN and The New
- 20:48York Times to the president's statement. The Times reporting was
- 20:52based on four people familiar with the discussions Now, how
- 20:57does the Times keep getting all this access to Trump
- 21:00and his cabinet when supposedly Trump and his cabinet hate
- 21:04the New York Times. Seems to me somebody's trying to
- 21:07stir the pot. I wonder who that somebody is. People
- 21:12connected the Bondi told the paper that are accompanying the
- 21:15President on his visit to the Supreme Court Wednesday prove
- 21:19Bondi still had Trump support. Trump brought Bondi and Commerce
- 21:23Secretary Howard Ludnik to hear his administration's defense of his
- 21:27executive order to overturn the constitutional and statutory protection of
- 21:31birthright citizenship. You know what, I have my doubts about
- 21:34this story. If I'm being real, I have my doubts.
- 21:38And if he does end up firing her, it's going
- 21:41to be in a scapegoat type of way, because the
- 21:44Epstein files are so damaging, and he knows that, and
- 21:47he knows that he has to have somebody to blame.
- 21:49He can't take the heat, so he has to have
- 21:51somebody to blame, right, and who better than paym Bondy.
- 21:55A source close to CNN said that their relationship with
- 21:59business as usual in recent days. Those close to The
- 22:02President said, however, that Bondi has made Epstein a political
- 22:06liability for Trump, even among his fervent Maga Bass. That's bs.
- 22:11Trump has made it a political liability. Now, Bondi has
- 22:16certainly helped out, and if she brought the matches, well,
- 22:21I'll accept that. But Trump certainly brought the gasoline, and
- 22:24boy did he set fire to it. We're talking a
- 22:27three alarm blaze, right, And even though he was caught
- 22:30with the matches, somebody else has to be responsible, right,
- 22:34and that somebody, unfortunately, is going to be Pam Bondy.
- 22:40He has also allegedly been critical of her communication skill
- 22:44and reticence to attack the president's enemies. The attorney General
- 22:48would be the second major figure to depart the second
- 22:51Trump administration, after Christy Nome was replaced by Mark Wayne
- 22:55Mullen as DHS Secretary in early March. Bondy faces the
- 23:00Congressional subpoena over the Epstein scandal after the Committee passed
- 23:04a motion by Republican Nancy Mace in March amid concerns
- 23:08the Justice Department had failed to turn over all Epstein
- 23:11related documents. Well, I don't think that's a concern It's
- 23:15an absolute fact. They have no desire to turn over
- 23:19the evidence none, and they had to be forced to
- 23:23do it kicking and screaming. And even then they missed
- 23:26the mark. And it's Pam Bondi who's going to be
- 23:29left hold in the bag, not Donald Trump. Republican Chairman
- 23:36James Comer wrote in the cover letter of the subpoena
- 23:38on Tuesday that the Committee still had questions over the
- 23:41Justice Department's handling of the investigation into Epstein and his associates. Oh,
- 23:48James Comer, huh, finally getting busy, performative, nonsensical the guys
- 23:53of moron. As Attorney General, you're directly responsible for overseeing
- 23:57the Department's collection, review and determination regarding the release of
- 24:01files pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and the
- 24:06Committee therefore believes that you possess valuable insight into these efforts.
- 24:11Comer wrote, Well, she's just gonna get up there and
- 24:14do another performance. Right, You think she's going to be honest,
- 24:17truthful and forthcoming. Now does that sound like the Pam
- 24:21Bondi that we know? She's going to be evasive, combative,
- 24:26and an absolute nightmare when her job really is to
- 24:30get up there and let Congress know what's going on.
- 24:34But instead everything has to be a circus, right, everything
- 24:37has to be a circus. Confrontational, combative and straight up stupid.
- 24:43And at this point it's all performative. All these people
- 24:47are looking for clicks, and I shit you not. We're
- 24:49being governed by influencers. These aren't even serious people at
- 24:54this point. Hardline Republicans Tim Burchett, Lauren ba, Robert Michael Cloud,
- 25:01and Scott Perry broke ranks to vote with Democrats, to
- 25:04compel Bondy to appear so much courage, so much brave.
- 25:09The Attorney General is the latest big name to be
- 25:12snared by the Committee, which in February grilled Bill and
- 25:15Hillary Clinton over their relationship with pedophile and his co conspirator,
- 25:20Glenn Maxwell. Bondi has says fury from across the political
- 25:24spectrum over herboch release of the Epstein files, including leaving
- 25:29victims names unredacted while keeping secret the names of alleged abusers.
- 25:33And they'll tell you that's just a big accident, but
- 25:36I think it's by design. I'm sorry to be so cynical,
- 25:40but at this point, why should I give them any
- 25:42kind of trust. Why should I give them the nod
- 25:45of approval. I don't care how you got the answer.
- 25:48I want to see the work. She clashed with lawmakers
- 25:51at a Tens House Judiciary Committee hearing in February, deflecting
- 25:55questions about the administration's performance by pointing to the Dow
- 25:59soaring past fifty thousand points. Maybe the next time that
- 26:03the Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War or whatever
- 26:06we're calling them nowadays, is in front of Congress, they
- 26:10can tell us about how many lubooboos were sold? Like
- 26:13who gives a fuck about the TAO in the context
- 26:16of the conversation that was occurring Holy deflection. Bondi promised
- 26:23to release the file shortly after taking up leadership of
- 26:26the DOJ, but the first tranch a document she disclosed
- 26:29was already widely circulated. Pressure on Trump to release the
- 26:33full files ratcheted up last year, eventually culminating in the
- 26:37Epstein Transparency Act, a bipartisan bill that forced Justice Department
- 26:42to publish the remaining files. Uh, what did they follow
- 26:47that law? Or no? And the answer is they didn't,
- 26:51So I don't even know what this talk about. Oh,
- 26:53they release the files is even about because they most
- 26:56certainly did not. More than three million Epstein related documents
- 27:04were finally released at the end of January, including new
- 27:07mentions of Trump as well as Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik.
- 27:11Lutnik agreed to testify after a new photo emerged showing
- 27:15him with Epstein on the pedophile's private island comer announced
- 27:19earlier this month. Trump meanwhile declared Lutnik a very innocent guy.
- 27:24He was ultimately suboenaed after Mace threatened to force a
- 27:28formal vote. Well, it would seem to me that the
- 27:31writing's on the wall for Paum Bondi and that she
- 27:33is going to be served up as a sacrifice and
- 27:36the scapegoat as soon as this Iran conflict comes to
- 27:40an end, and that'll be their next move in trying
- 27:43to keep this cover up going. And I'm not really
- 27:45in the prediction game, but that is my prediction when
- 27:48it comes to Bondi, because I think that Trump always
- 27:51needs that fall guy, or in this case, that fall gal,
- 27:54and that's exactly what Bondi is set up as. So
- 27:58like usual, we'll see where it all goes. And when
- 28:01we have some more information about what the deal is,
- 28:04we'll get that added to the catalog. All the information
- 28:07that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 28:10description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 28:14of the Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday, Paum, Bondi and Todd Blanche
- 28:20had a closed door meeting with the committee overseeing the
- 28:24Epstein scandal, and of course it evolved into an absolute
- 28:29shit show, just as expected. We don't have a serious
- 28:34person in the whole last room, Congress, Blanche, Bondie, none
- 28:40of these people are serious, and they're turning this whole
- 28:44entire thing into nothing more than a circus. All they
- 28:48care about sagatcha moment. And it's unfortunate, but that is
- 28:52the way our political structure is set up at this point.
- 28:55All these people want to be influencers. They spent more
- 29:00time on Twitter than they do writing bills, so we
- 29:05shouldn't be shocked to see that it evolved into an
- 29:07absolute circus. You have one side saying that there's a
- 29:11gigantic cover up, which I do agree with, and then
- 29:14of course you have Bondy and Blanche saying that this
- 29:17whole entire thing is nothing more than a hit job
- 29:19and that the whole motivation is to take down Donald Trump.
- 29:24That's the counter narrative, right, and it's effective. It has
- 29:28been an effective message to the base. And when you
- 29:31have the Democrats get up and walk out of one
- 29:33of these meetings, it looks like it's performative. Your job
- 29:37is to sit in there and listen and hold people accountable,
- 29:41not get up and walk out and protest. I'm so
- 29:44tired of it. And this is why I was against
- 29:48it being a closed door meeting in the first place.
- 29:50Why do we have a closed door meeting? This should
- 29:53be public so the American people held the world can
- 29:56see what's going on. That way, we can't be gas
- 29:59lit or lied to by either side, because that's what's
- 30:03going on. Both sides are trying to control the narrative.
- 30:06Both sides are trying to wield the narrative as a
- 30:09cudgel against their opponents. Meanwhile, the survivors are stuck in
- 30:13the middle, once again being forgotten about. But why should
- 30:16that matter as long as these politicians get the grandstand
- 30:20and act like they care. Today's article is from CBS
- 30:24News and the headline House Democrats walk out of tense
- 30:27briefing with BONDI over Epstein files, calling it a fake hearing.
- 30:33This article was authored by Joe Walsh. A group of
- 30:37House Democrats walked out of a closed door briefing with
- 30:40Attorney General Pam Bondi on the Jeffrey Epstein probe late Wednesday,
- 30:45as tensions over Justice departments handling of the Epstein case
- 30:49continue to simmer. The face off took place one day
- 30:53after the chair of the House Oversight Committee, Republican Representative
- 30:57James Comer of Kentucky, subpoena Bondi to testify about Epstein
- 31:01next month. Long time coming. But do you really think
- 31:07it's gonna matter? Do you think Pam Bondy is gonna
- 31:10tell us anything? Or do you think she's gonna play
- 31:12the same games that she played before. I think that
- 31:15she's going to play the same games, And that's because
- 31:19I don't think she can tell the truth at this
- 31:21point because it would out them and it would destroy
- 31:24their cover up. So you just have to keep doubling down.
- 31:28And I think for Pam Bondy that's gonna prove disastrous
- 31:31later on down the road. Do these people really think
- 31:36they're gonna get away with all of this, that they're
- 31:38gonna cover this all up, and nobody's gonna dig deeper
- 31:41later on down the road, because that's definitely gonna happen.
- 31:45And honestly, at this point, I doubt any of the perpetrators,
- 31:49as far as the people that were with Epstein doing
- 31:52the most handeous crimes, are ever gonna be held accountable.
- 31:55But the people that engaged in the cover up the
- 31:58paper trail people, well, you can't depend on the Statute
- 32:01of Limitations to protect you. You can't depend on the
- 32:05evidence going away, and you certainly can't count on the
- 32:08fact that we're gonna forget, because we are not going
- 32:12to forget. This is the ultimate betrayal. What's happening with
- 32:15Jeffrey Epstein, as far as I'm concerned, is the ultimate betrayal.
- 32:20These people have one job to protect the most vulnerable
- 32:23amongst us. They can't even do that. But sure, let's
- 32:27engage in some war halfway across the world. Sounds like
- 32:30a great idea. Bondie and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche
- 32:36went to Capitol Hill on Wednesday to meet with members
- 32:39of the panel. Less than an hour later, Democrats left
- 32:43the room. Look, that's not the right way to do it.
- 32:45Storming out of the room, throwing a fit, a tantruom.
- 32:49Not a good look. And I understand it's frustrating, right,
- 32:53nobody wants to sit there and be lied to. But
- 32:57as a lawmaker, you have to push back against that shit.
- 33:00Could you imagine Benjamin Franklin walking out of a congressional meeting.
- 33:05Never happened. You have to push back, You have to
- 33:09be firm, pushback and demand accountability. That's your job, and
- 33:13if you're not capable of doing it, then you should
- 33:15be voted out. But for whatever crazy reason, we keep
- 33:19sending these incumbents back to DC and we keep getting
- 33:22the same results. What did you think they were gonna
- 33:25change because they told you that on the campaign trail. Oh,
- 33:28this time is gonna be different. I'm a different guy.
- 33:31I heard you, I'm listening to you, and we're gonna
- 33:34do better get elected. That's the same shit. The committee's
- 33:39top Democrat, representative, Robert Garcia of California, proll reporters that
- 33:44Bondie did not commit to honoring the panel subpoena. He
- 33:47called Wednesday session a fake hearing, adding that Bondie wasn't
- 33:50under oath and did not give an opening statement, Wow,
- 33:56you know, I am inclined to believe them, as shocking
- 33:59as that may be, because Pam Bondy has shown us
- 34:02who she is in public already. So if she's not
- 34:05under oath and she's at this hearing, do you really
- 34:07think she's gonna be forthcoming? She's gonna all of a
- 34:10sudden be helpful and care about what's going on. Zero chance.
- 34:15So as far as it being a quote unquote fake hearing,
- 34:18I agree with that. If she's not under oath, forget it.
- 34:23She's not going to tell you the truth. Even when
- 34:24she was under oath, she was out here playing games.
- 34:27So what makes you think when she's not under oath
- 34:29she's gonna be forthcoming and tell the truth. It's outrageous,
- 34:35it's infuriating, and it continues this White House cover up
- 34:39of the Epstein files. Garcia said, we're not going to
- 34:42take that anymore. Well, what is it exactly that you
- 34:44plan on doing, mister Garcia? Have you even talked about
- 34:48a special counsel yet or maybe a tribunal of some sort,
- 34:53How about the DOJ getting rid of the NPA. Have
- 34:56we had that conversation? So what exactly is it that
- 34:59you're not going to take anymore, and is this a
- 35:02twisted sister video? Now we're not going to take it,
- 35:06only to turn around and take it. These people talk
- 35:09a big game, all of them. Very few of them
- 35:13ever come through. Another Democrat, Representative Maxwell Frost of Florida,
- 35:19called it a fake deposition where no one can see
- 35:21what's going on, noting the lack of c SPAN cameras
- 35:24for the closed door meeting. Well, I don't think there
- 35:27should be a closed door meeting unless it has to
- 35:29do with national security, Like, what are we doing here?
- 35:35Why are my tax dollars being used for closed door meetings?
- 35:38Maybe I should learn a different language and say this
- 35:41in a different language. I do not trust the Department
- 35:45of Justice or Congress to tell us the truth. Everything
- 35:49has to be open door. Everything has to be transparent,
- 35:52completely and fully. They have lost the benefit of the doubt,
- 35:56at least as far as I'm concerned. Now, if you
- 35:58want to trust them, you want to believe them, that's
- 36:00up to you. But the days of me being dog
- 36:03walked by politicians are long over. Comer meanwhile, suggested the
- 36:07walkout was premeditated and part of a political game, and
- 36:12that's why I would have never walked out if I
- 36:14was one of the Democrats, because you take away that narrative,
- 36:17then oh the Democrats stormed out, Stay there for the
- 36:20whole thing, and then leave and say, well, that was ridiculous.
- 36:24I just wasted X amount of time in my life
- 36:26to be lied to once again by Pam Bondy. But
- 36:31if you storm out in the middle of it, you
- 36:33give them a narrative. They came out clutching their pearls,
- 36:38complaining that you wasn't answering questions, he said. The first
- 36:41three people to ask questions, all they did was complain.
- 36:45Comer is such a clown. And it's amazing to me
- 36:49how many of these people are willing to burn their
- 36:51political careers in order to further this cover up. Like
- 36:55it's unbelievable to me, because make no mistake, this is
- 36:59attached to them for the rest of their political careers.
- 37:02What do you think Comer is just going to fade
- 37:04into oblivion. He's going to run again and wait and
- 37:07see the ads that are put up against them. James
- 37:10Comer protecting pedophiles and not your children. I can hear
- 37:14the ads now. At one point during the hearing, there
- 37:19was a verbal argument between Comer and Democratic Representative Summerly
- 37:23of Pennsylvania. Both lawmakers acknowledged, of course there was, because
- 37:27it's about them. It's almost hard to quantify the amount
- 37:31of ego that was in that room. Leetol reporters that
- 37:36she asked Comer if he will compel BONDI to comply
- 37:39with the subpoena and initiate proceedings to hold her in
- 37:41contempt of Congress if she doesn't show up, and instead
- 37:45of answering as an adult, he said that I was bitching. Well,
- 37:49it's a good question, will you hold her in contempt
- 37:52or not? The answers probably know because Donald Trump would
- 37:55lose his shit, and none of these Republicans can have
- 37:58that right. Lasting that one want to do is turn
- 38:01into the new Joe Kent and have every fucking maga
- 38:03person in the world call you a trader. And look,
- 38:06I don't know if Joe Kent leaked information or not.
- 38:09Nobody does besides Joe Kent and maybe the investigators. But
- 38:13my point is how quickly people will turn and all
- 38:17of a sudden you go from hero to zero in
- 38:19point three seconds. Just ask Marjorie Taylor Green. And if
- 38:23there's not complete compliance. Forget it, You're going to be
- 38:26the next one up. And these members of the committee
- 38:28that are also in the GOP, they know that, and
- 38:31instead of having the courage like Marjorie Taylor Green or
- 38:34Thomas Massey, they just go along to get along. But
- 38:37I think deep in their guts they know that what
- 38:40they're doing is wrong, and what they're doing is disgusting.
- 38:46Comer confirmed that interaction, saying Lee was just complaining about
- 38:50the format. He later wrote on x I said Democrats
- 38:53were bitching and wasting everyone's time. Because Democrats were bitching
- 38:57and wasting everyone's time, sort of like this bogus app
- 39:00this investigation that you're heading up here, mister Comer, you know,
- 39:03a waste of everybody's time. Ask whether she will comply
- 39:06with the subpoena. Bondi said after the briefing that she
- 39:10made a crystal clear I will follow the law, a
- 39:12response that Garcia called inadequate. Bondy also criticized democrats walk out.
- 39:18But did she talk about the doo. That's what everybody
- 39:20needs to know about, right, the doo. The doo, the tao.
- 39:26One congress woman screamed, Cespan wasn't in there, so she
- 39:29didn't want to ask questions. Yet all day long, they've
- 39:32been on social media saying they had all these questions.
- 39:34Bondie said, is Pam Bondi for real? As if she'd
- 39:37answer any of the questions anyway. It's all a big
- 39:41game to these people. I'm telling you right now, Bondi
- 39:43has been in the middle of this Epstein shit since Florida,
- 39:46so she can save the BS for somebody else. CBS
- 39:51News has reached out to the Justice Department for comment.
- 39:55The incident underscores how caustic the Epstein issue has become.
- 39:58The Justice Department has faced years of intense questions over
- 40:02its handling of the disgraced financier who avoided federal charges
- 40:07for child sex crimes until twenty nineteen, when he was
- 40:10indicted for sex trafficking but died by suicide allegedly in jail,
- 40:15drawing public fascination and conspiracy theories. We'll keep that in mind, okay.
- 40:21Up until recently, outlets like CBS call this whole thing
- 40:25a conspiracy theory, and they still haven't learned their lesson.
- 40:29The Department has released millions of government files on Epstein
- 40:32in recent months, spanning multiple federal investigations into him and
- 40:37is convicted associate you mean co conspirator, right, fellow child abuser,
- 40:42general scumbag and bipedal serpent. That's what you mean, right,
- 40:46Glenn Maxwell. After Congress passed the law late last year
- 40:49requiring it to publish its files on Epstein, members of
- 40:53both parties have criticized the Justice Department's handling of the
- 40:57files release, arguing that some file were inappropriately withheld or
- 41:02excessively redacted. Some sexual abuse survivors also say their personal
- 41:07information was exposed. The Department has defended its release process,
- 41:13saying that hundreds of lawyers poured through the files to
- 41:16check for survivors' names and have taken documents down when
- 41:20there are redaction mistakes. Oh yeah, they've done a fantastic job.
- 41:24They should all get raises. In fact, they should all
- 41:27get bus made and they should be put in the Smithsonian.
- 41:31Are they for real right now patting themselves on the
- 41:33back for this piss poor job. Democrats have accused Bondie
- 41:38of engaging in a cover up. Well, I'm not a Democrat.
- 41:41I can promise you that, and I'm telling you they're
- 41:44engaging in a cover up. We want her under oath
- 41:47because we don't trust her, Frost said Wednesday evening. Comer
- 41:51said that Republicans are committed to carrying out a serious
- 41:54investigation and want to work with the Justice Department to
- 41:57get answers. Does it look like a cover up? He said?
- 42:00The Attorney General, Blanche and all the top brass at
- 42:03the DOJ. We're in here to answer questions, and yet
- 42:06they don't ask a single question. Comer is such a clown.
- 42:10Holy cow. I honestly don't know if there's a bigger
- 42:14moron than James Comer. So the whole entire thing, like
- 42:17I've told you from the jump, is a gigantic circus,
- 42:20and unfortunately it's all by design. And if it wasn't
- 42:24for the discharge petition, forget it, they would have killed
- 42:27this story so quick that it would have made your headspin.
- 42:32But thankfully we're in a place now where James Comer
- 42:35can't really do that. Now he can muck things up
- 42:38like he's been doing and be an absolute tool. But
- 42:41at the end of the day, the law is the law,
- 42:44and if the DOJ doesn't abide by that law, at
- 42:47some point, that bill is gonna come do And folks,
- 42:50you're a boy will be here for it, all right.
- 42:53That's gonna do it for this one. All the information
- 42:56that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 42:59description box
