Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hello.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Hey. So it is that time of year where I
- 0:12Speaker 1: have like my mom's birthdays in May, my birthdays in June,
- 0:17Speaker 1: my grandparents who have passed anniversaries at the end of June,
- 0:21Speaker 1: and then my grandfather's birthday is the beginning of July.
- 0:24Speaker 1: So there's a lot happening, like in the thirty to
- 0:27Speaker 1: forty day period. And my grandfather has been showing up
- 0:33Speaker 1: so extremely strong, and the way he shows up is
- 0:36Speaker 1: with cigarette smoke, and it's so much so that it
- 0:41Speaker 1: bothers my throat, my sinuses, my eyes, like you would
- 0:46Speaker 1: literally think somebody was sitting next to me just smoking
- 0:50Speaker 1: and blowing it right in my face. On a constant basis,
- 0:53Speaker 1: That's what it's like. And even last night I experienced
- 0:57Speaker 1: something that I had not experienced for I was in
- 1:01Speaker 1: bed and I was like having a or struggling with
- 1:08Speaker 1: breathing because of this scent of smoke. And sometimes I'm
- 1:16Speaker 1: just like, hey, Grandpa, thanks for being here. I know
- 1:18Speaker 1: you're here. I appreciate you being here, you know, thanks
- 1:22Speaker 1: for being here to celebrate whatever happy anniversary. You know.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I'm making all the acknowledgments, and I'm like, okay, the
- 1:29Speaker 1: cigarette smoke, I get it, you're here, thank you, right,
- 1:32Speaker 1: And a lot of times he'll it'll dissipitate and be good.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But this has been going on for a.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Couple of weeks now, and.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I know he's a very strong person and when in
- 1:46Speaker 1: his physical body, like mentally strong, and so it's a
- 1:55Speaker 1: I know he shows up when I'm about to experience
- 1:59Speaker 1: something that may need a little more strength than normal,
- 2:03Speaker 1: so I never know what that is. I do my
- 2:09Speaker 1: best mentally and emotionally not to get an attachment to
- 2:14Speaker 1: what the fuck's coming up now, right, that type of
- 2:16Speaker 1: thing and that fear base. I's like, okay, I know
- 2:19Speaker 1: you're with me, whatever's coming up, let's go. I have
- 2:25Speaker 1: more of a stronger perception of myself now because I'm
- 2:32Speaker 1: more of my confidence that whatever is going to come
- 2:34Speaker 1: up is I'm going to be able to handle it
- 2:36Speaker 1: in my best way in the moment, but better than
- 2:39Speaker 1: I would have ten or twenty or thirty years ago.
- 2:42Speaker 1: So just knowing that his presence is with me and
- 2:45Speaker 1: all the things, but the idea that they're always with us,
- 2:52Speaker 1: whether he shows up with this scent of smoke, or not.
- 2:55Speaker 1: He's always available to me. And just recently, we have
- 3:00Speaker 1: had a mutual friend who passed, and it was in
- 3:04Speaker 1: the moment that I found out was you know, a
- 3:06Speaker 1: little bit of a shock, like what And then it
- 3:10Speaker 1: was in my body kind of a relaxed sensation of
- 3:15Speaker 1: I have more access to her now. I didn't have
- 3:20Speaker 1: the access to her that I desired when I had
- 3:24Speaker 1: conversations with her, because she had her own life experiences,
- 3:30Speaker 1: baggage that she was hanging on to. Even though she
- 3:36Speaker 1: was in the position of helping other people and guide
- 3:38Speaker 1: in them in their life journey, she had her stuff,
- 3:42Speaker 1: and so getting past that, it was like a relief
- 3:48Speaker 1: that she finally has released the physical body and doesn't
- 3:52Speaker 1: have the attachments to that anymore, and that on a
- 3:58Speaker 1: spiritual level, I have more access to her, her knowledge,
- 4:01Speaker 1: her wisdom and all the things and guidance. And so
- 4:04Speaker 1: it's like, yay, I got one more, one more. I'm
- 4:07Speaker 1: a team, that's right.
- 4:09Speaker 2: I love it.
- 4:10Speaker 1: So anyway, that's what I've been experiencing lately. And he's
- 4:13Speaker 1: even here now because they you know, I've been smelling
- 4:18Speaker 1: the smoke all day. My eyes are is not burning,
- 4:21Speaker 1: but a little bit of discomfort and my and my sinuses.
- 4:27Speaker 1: And it's not because I'm saying I did just have
- 4:30Speaker 1: a cold that I got over. This is like sitting
- 4:35Speaker 1: in a smoke filled bar for five hours. It's it's interesting.
- 4:40Speaker 1: So I like, all right, whatever's coming, it's gonna come,
- 4:43Speaker 1: and I can't control that, but I just do my
- 4:46Speaker 1: best to be ready. So here I am.
- 4:50Speaker 2: You have indication of something's up. Basically, Yeah, it's.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Not like anything like, oh my god, do and gloom
- 5:00Speaker 1: and I need to prepare for the worst. It's a okay,
- 5:04Speaker 1: somem's coming, and I can now like mentally and emotionally
- 5:10Speaker 1: have preparedness within myself to know if and it may
- 5:16Speaker 1: not even be win, but if something pops up that
- 5:20Speaker 1: might get my attention in some way, then I would
- 5:23Speaker 1: be like, oh, okay, well this is it, and here
- 5:25Speaker 1: we go, and keep your arms and legs in the
- 5:27Speaker 1: vehicle at all times because we're going for a ride. Right.
- 5:30Speaker 3: So yeah, yeah, life has felt like a ride, especially
- 5:36Speaker 3: more lately. Something I was kind of practicing last night
- 5:40Speaker 3: was just I was going love, we have a full
- 5:42Speaker 3: moon coming up, and I last night was having a
- 5:44Speaker 3: lot of experiences and I could feel it going into
- 5:47Speaker 3: certain parts of my body, and I knew that I
- 5:49Speaker 3: was releasing stuff and so I would sit with it.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I walked into the room and it was it was
- 5:54Speaker 3: it's hot right now, so in the room, I think
- 5:57Speaker 3: it was eighty nine degrees in my bedroom before I
- 5:59Speaker 3: turn on the little unit in there, and I was like,
- 6:03Speaker 3: I kind of laid across the bed and I just
- 6:04Speaker 3: closed my eyes and I'm like.
- 6:06Speaker 2: But okay, so it's hot.
- 6:08Speaker 3: And then all of a sudden, I was like guided
- 6:10Speaker 3: to be like, but that I can focus on that
- 6:13Speaker 3: area or I can raise myself up. So that's like
- 6:15Speaker 3: a gauge letting me know where I'm at. And it's
- 6:18Speaker 3: not a hopeful thing, but it's a I could be
- 6:20Speaker 3: in a different space, or I could be just appreciating
- 6:23Speaker 3: that heat.
- 6:23Speaker 1: I don't.
- 6:23Speaker 3: It was just a different process that I was doing
- 6:25Speaker 3: last night, and all of a sudden, it wasn't hot anymore.
- 6:28Speaker 3: It was it was I was calm, and I was relaxed,
- 6:31Speaker 3: and I was recognizing stuff in my body that wasn't
- 6:34Speaker 3: even my stuff in my body that I was feeling.
- 6:36Speaker 3: One of my daughters, I could fill her all the
- 6:38Speaker 3: way back to a certain age because I could see
- 6:40Speaker 3: her in the picture. She must have been like ten
- 6:43Speaker 3: years old, but it's like I can see it. There
- 6:45Speaker 3: was an energy about it.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I don't know what it was.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Probably maybe I didn't hear her at the time or something,
- 6:50Speaker 3: you know, but I was having all these releases and stuff,
- 6:54Speaker 3: and it was pretty phenomenal to just be able to
- 6:57Speaker 3: recognize that and be aware of it and just let
- 7:00Speaker 3: it process not have to That goes back to the
- 7:03Speaker 3: whole thing the last video talking about fixing things.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I don't have to fix me.
- 7:07Speaker 3: I'm not broken, but I can have an awareness of
- 7:10Speaker 3: what I've what I've I've held onto thinking that something
- 7:14Speaker 3: was broken or thinking that something was wrong, and it's
- 7:17Speaker 3: like there was nothing. I'm holding myself in a story why.
- 7:21Speaker 3: I'm holding myself prisoner to that old story why, which
- 7:25Speaker 3: has led me to recently, I've notified my landlords for
- 7:32Speaker 3: my office that I'm closing office. I don't know exactly
- 7:35Speaker 3: what I'm doing from there.
- 7:36Speaker 2: I may do some home massages, I may not, you know.
- 7:41Speaker 2: So it's just a process.
- 7:42Speaker 3: But I've got to trust spirit because I'm I've been
- 7:45Speaker 3: being guided and I keep ignoring it. Why out of fear,
- 7:49Speaker 3: fear and that goes back to the whole fixing thing.
- 7:52Speaker 3: I like it when people come in because I can
- 7:54Speaker 3: fix what's going on in their body. I can help
- 7:56Speaker 3: fix this my temporary sometimes it's permanent. But it's like,
- 8:00Speaker 3: it's not my job to fix people. It's my job
- 8:03Speaker 3: to guide them back into themselves. Otherwise we'll use the
- 8:06Speaker 3: example of someone's God, have to watch the video from
- 8:08Speaker 3: before this one. But with you, you sat back and you
- 8:11Speaker 3: didn't go fix the situation for anybody else, because if
- 8:15Speaker 3: you had done that, you fixing that situation now puts
- 8:18Speaker 3: you into the place of every time they need something
- 8:22Speaker 3: or they need someone to come to fix it. You
- 8:24Speaker 3: now you're being held responsible to go do the fixing,
- 8:27Speaker 3: and it's like, we don't do that. It's it's time
- 8:29Speaker 3: for us to guide each person back into themselves. And
- 8:32Speaker 3: it's it's because it's not our job to fix It's
- 8:35Speaker 3: not there was, there's no problem. It's not a problem.
- 8:38Speaker 3: It's a perspective thing, and it's it. It goes back
- 8:41Speaker 3: to childhood. Someone told you that was wrong or that
- 8:43Speaker 3: was bad according to their what they were taught. It
- 8:46Speaker 3: doesn't mean that it was. It doesn't mean that it
- 8:48Speaker 3: wasn't but it's like we put so much weight into that.
- 8:51Speaker 3: The kids are so they're always trying to make things
- 8:56Speaker 3: spare because I always tried to make things spare why.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 8:59Speaker 3: It came from my upbringing, always trying to make sure
- 9:02Speaker 3: my mom would dress us in the same outfits a
- 9:04Speaker 3: lot of times when we're really little. I did the
- 9:06Speaker 3: same thing with my girls, like so always trying to
- 9:08Speaker 3: keep some sort of balance. But it's like that's not
- 9:10Speaker 3: what life's about, and we're not allowing them to grow
- 9:14Speaker 3: if we're always trying to fix everything. And I was
- 9:16Speaker 3: doing that not realizing that's what I was doing. So
- 9:20Speaker 3: I'm realizing I've been doing that even for everybody, and
- 9:23Speaker 3: it's not mine, and recognizing how much it's having boundaries
- 9:28Speaker 3: because I'm a very empathic person. I'm super sensitive, I'm
- 9:31Speaker 3: very I can use all those words. But I've recognized
- 9:34Speaker 3: it within myself because now I'm recognizing my grandkids have
- 9:37Speaker 3: the same thing.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I can feel stuff going.
- 9:38Speaker 3: On in other people's bodies and other animals' bodies. Now
- 9:42Speaker 3: my grandkids are doing the same thing. They can identify it,
- 9:44Speaker 3: they can confirmation. I'm giving them confirmation what they're experiencing,
- 9:48Speaker 3: so all the stuff that's going on is actually pretty amazing.
- 9:51Speaker 3: It's scary sometimes, but it's helping me put boundaries up
- 9:55Speaker 3: back to that so that when I'm telling my clients
- 9:57Speaker 3: now that I'm closing my office, a reaction to that
- 10:01Speaker 3: and sometimes they're happy about it, and oh, I'm really
- 10:03Speaker 3: gonna miss looking at the stuff in the office and
- 10:05Speaker 3: miss this and miss that. And it's like, Okay. I
- 10:09Speaker 3: wasn't ready to say that before because I wasn't okay
- 10:12Speaker 3: with all that change, and now I'm okay with all
- 10:14Speaker 3: that change, and so now when people were having their responses,
- 10:17Speaker 3: I don't have to take it on anymore. Before I
- 10:20Speaker 3: took it on because I'm thinking, oh, man, I feel
- 10:22Speaker 3: really bad I should still be there for this person
- 10:24Speaker 3: now because maybe there it's time to let go of
- 10:28Speaker 3: this person so they can find somebody else, because it's
- 10:30Speaker 3: the next teacher. It's not my job to hold on
- 10:33Speaker 3: to anybody. So it's just there's so much things that
- 10:36Speaker 3: I'm recognizing right now, and it's and at the same point,
- 10:39Speaker 3: I haven't put up any videos because it's like I
- 10:41Speaker 3: don't know everything. I don't even know what I'm going
- 10:43Speaker 3: to talk about. Anymore these days.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Before I kind of would get an idea of what
- 10:47Speaker 3: that looked like, and now it's like, I have no.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Clue because the things that I believed in we were
- 10:53Speaker 2: that's it. That's a matter of fact, and that's the
- 10:55Speaker 2: way it is.
- 10:56Speaker 3: It's not that way anymore. I don't see it anyway anymore.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Everything is not the way that I thought it was.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Because we get the right perspectives. Yeah, and we build
- 11:05Speaker 3: up this whole thing inside of our mind and it
- 11:06Speaker 3: turns out to be something else.
- 11:07Speaker 2: It's not a big deal.
- 11:08Speaker 3: It's like let it's letting go of people, it's letting
- 11:11Speaker 3: go of spaces, it's letting go because I've been being
- 11:14Speaker 3: guided to something else. But all this time I've been
- 11:16Speaker 3: holding on to it. So what are our conversations If
- 11:18Speaker 3: we go back to and listen to I'm talking about
- 11:20Speaker 3: people holding on to the side of the water and
- 11:22Speaker 3: holding onto the bank and not letting go of it,
- 11:25Speaker 3: it's like, freaking let go. But for me that was
- 11:27Speaker 3: for myself to hear those things.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yeah, freaking awesome it is.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I'm just gonna mention real quick that you brought up
- 11:36Speaker 1: the full moon and I'm not I I get energized
- 11:41Speaker 1: during the full moon. So typically I'm in bed by
- 11:44Speaker 1: ten or before. I haven't been going to bed till
- 11:46Speaker 1: like after eleven thirty for the past two nights. And
- 11:52Speaker 1: the first night I was laying in bed, I was
- 11:54Speaker 1: laying there and laying there and yeah, I was like,
- 11:56Speaker 1: what is happening right?
- 11:57Speaker 2: Because I typically.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Have it on my count under for a full moon
- 12:01Speaker 1: and New moon, but this year i've kind of I
- 12:03Speaker 1: didn't do it yet, and I was laying in bed
- 12:08Speaker 1: and I bet. I was like, you know what, I
- 12:10Speaker 1: bet there's a full moon coming. So the next day
- 12:13Speaker 1: I got a couple hours sleep, and the.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Next day.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I looked and sure enough, yes, it's a full moon coming.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I think, Okay, so I'm not just It was just
- 12:22Speaker 1: like validating and validating myself of my effects, how I'm
- 12:27Speaker 1: affected with the moon. So anyway, there was that. But
- 12:31Speaker 1: I also want to talk about you as far as
- 12:34Speaker 1: massage is with the thought that I can fix somebody
- 12:39Speaker 1: and recognizing that that's not the case, I had to
- 12:43Speaker 1: really take a good long look at reiki and being
- 12:54Speaker 1: a reiki practitioner. I am also an EmPATH. I feel
- 12:59Speaker 1: people their body. I know it's you know, like I
- 13:03Speaker 1: know the sensations. I utilize that to guide me and
- 13:05Speaker 1: to where to work on them and all the things.
- 13:08Speaker 1: But in the end, they're there for a temporary relief
- 13:11Speaker 1: because when they get up and when I walk out
- 13:13Speaker 1: the door, they don't do anything to change anything. They
- 13:20Speaker 1: don't have the self they don't they don't want to
- 13:21Speaker 1: take on the self awareness, do the work, do the
- 13:25Speaker 1: mental and emotional work, the physical work, whatever that look
- 13:27Speaker 1: the spiritual like. It's a temporary sensation of relief and
- 13:32Speaker 1: maybe that's what they need in the moment, and that's okay,
- 13:34Speaker 1: And kudos to them for even taking the time for
- 13:37Speaker 1: themselves the idea that they want me or not. It
- 13:44Speaker 1: may not even be a conscious thought that I'm going
- 13:47Speaker 1: to fix them, but it's a is this and I'm
- 13:52Speaker 1: not saying this out an ego or anything else, but
- 13:55Speaker 1: it's like, is this something I want.
- 13:58Speaker 2: To continue to do.
- 14:01Speaker 1: For people to depend on instead of learning how to
- 14:06Speaker 1: help themselves? And so I've pulled back from that. I'll
- 14:10Speaker 1: teach a class. Somebody says, hey, do you have a
- 14:12Speaker 1: certification class? I will gladly teach people how to do it.
- 14:17Speaker 1: But as far as practicing it, I'm a practice. I
- 14:19Speaker 1: do it on myself, but as far as practicing it
- 14:23Speaker 1: on other people, I have. I've pulled it back from that,
- 14:27Speaker 1: and I will utilize it like in my coaching sessions
- 14:31Speaker 1: because those people are showing up to work on themselves.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Because those I know, it's not a one and done,
- 14:39Speaker 1: it's a coaching package like six months, twelve sessions, so
- 14:45Speaker 1: I know they're committed to doing something different. So in
- 14:49Speaker 1: that space, I may practice some reiki with them. So
- 14:55Speaker 1: I'll teach people how to do it for themselves. I will.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I can certify you to be a raiki master like
- 15:03Speaker 1: I can do all that stuff, But as far as
- 15:06Speaker 1: setting up shop to be a reiku practitioner for people
- 15:09Speaker 1: to come and see me, I've I've pulled back from that.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So it's similar to what you are experiencing now.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Nice, And it makes a lot of sense because it
- 15:21Speaker 3: like it like you just said, it kind of puts
- 15:22Speaker 3: us almost in a situation. I might have to flip
- 15:26Speaker 3: around here in the minutes my battery said it was low,
- 15:29Speaker 3: so surprise on that.
- 15:32Speaker 1: She's like, all right, We're done.
- 15:35Speaker 2: All this change.
- 15:36Speaker 3: I'm just gonna kind of shift a little bit, my
- 15:38Speaker 3: environment will change a little bit.
- 15:40Speaker 1: All right, we'll we'll shift with you. I've had those
- 15:46Speaker 1: moments too.
- 15:48Speaker 2: I'll go over here.
- 15:48Speaker 3: But it was funny because I recognized I was picking
- 15:51Speaker 3: up that something about my battery, and then all of
- 15:54Speaker 3: a sudden it bugs didn't let me know that my
- 15:57Speaker 3: battery was well, and I thought, that's funny.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You just thatatter needs charge, just like all of us
- 16:03Speaker 1: have to do. Right.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Yeah, But it was just it's cool because I I
- 16:07Speaker 3: received I knew intuitively before it popped up. So it's
- 16:11Speaker 3: it's is it a big deal for anybody else that
- 16:14Speaker 3: I don't care, it's a big deal for me. It's
- 16:16Speaker 3: just lets me know how I'm paying attention to the
- 16:18Speaker 3: energy that I'm receiving. And it's a confirmation for myself
- 16:21Speaker 3: that I was able to sit here and have that
- 16:23Speaker 3: and then be able to sit here and write and
- 16:25Speaker 3: for him to do and have the experience. Because this
- 16:28Speaker 3: stuff happens all the time, and I think that people
- 16:30Speaker 3: negate a lot of that stuff that's happening.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you know, all these things that we're talking
- 16:36Speaker 1: about is energy, and massage is energy, Reiki's energy where
- 16:40Speaker 1: you're all energy. All the things are energy. And recently
- 16:44Speaker 1: I heard somebody talking about with their with your phone
- 16:51Speaker 1: that you experience people experience phantom vibration. That that the
- 17:02Speaker 1: idea that your phone is buzzing and it's not right. Yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 1: And it was a legitimate what they were talking about,
- 17:11Speaker 1: and I understood it, and I'm not gonna be able
- 17:13Speaker 1: to articulate the way they did, But just the idea
- 17:16Speaker 1: that that you're like, my phone's right here next to me,
- 17:20Speaker 1: and maybe I'll be talking and I think it buzzes
- 17:22Speaker 1: because I have it on vibrate, but when I pick
- 17:25Speaker 1: it up, there's nothing showing that any notification came through.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So it's a phantom vibration. So there's that. But then
- 17:36Speaker 1: I was like, okay, well, in my experience, not kidding,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I will be sitting there and I'll just get this
- 17:46Speaker 1: pick up your phone. I will pick up my phone
- 17:49Speaker 1: and it will a text comes through, or a phone
- 17:51Speaker 1: call comes through, or notification comes through. Like I'm picking
- 17:55Speaker 1: up on that information, the fact that something coming through
- 18:00Speaker 1: before it comes through. So I'm like, so it's a
- 18:06Speaker 1: kind of a two It's two different things, because one
- 18:11Speaker 1: is a is a vibration that you think is happening
- 18:13Speaker 1: but isn't. And then mine is like, uh, I wouldn't
- 18:17Speaker 1: call it a premonition, but like a knowingness, right, my
- 18:20Speaker 1: intuitive senses letting me know somebody's thinking of me, something's
- 18:27Speaker 1: coming my way that I need to pay attention to
- 18:30Speaker 1: ye and then damn some will come through. So it's
- 18:36Speaker 1: it's uh, it's quite interesting.
- 18:39Speaker 3: The more we slow down and the more we listen,
- 18:41Speaker 3: we actually received so much information just along those lines too,
- 18:45Speaker 3: Like I could someone could be all of a sudden
- 18:47Speaker 3: thinking about me and their their face will flash in
- 18:49Speaker 3: my mind's eye. I tell my grandson and I said, well,
- 18:53Speaker 3: I said, your third audience says, wait a minute, you've
- 18:55Speaker 3: got three oct I love it with the naked eye,
- 19:02Speaker 3: and he's like, your eyes, you're naked, like it's a reference,
- 19:08Speaker 3: and I said, it's the eye is not one you see.
- 19:10Speaker 3: But he also says, he says to me the night, oh,
- 19:13Speaker 3: Vivie's thinking about me. She just flashed in my mind.
- 19:16Speaker 3: And I said, well, that's what I'm talking about. That's
- 19:18Speaker 3: your mind's eye. That would be your third eye, what
- 19:20Speaker 3: we would refer to you.
- 19:21Speaker 2: As a third eye.
- 19:22Speaker 3: So it's like just learning, it's just learning different ways
- 19:26Speaker 3: and it's hearing the kids and it's it's a it's
- 19:30Speaker 3: it's fascinating because you can feel how the energy is
- 19:32Speaker 3: not to be like they're not be talking about me
- 19:34Speaker 3: because I hear it, not feel it, but it's you
- 19:37Speaker 3: recognize you. Faces will pop up and I'll and I'll
- 19:40Speaker 3: have a general feeling about what it's about. You know,
- 19:43Speaker 3: it may be more neutral, which is great, someone's thinking
- 19:46Speaker 3: about me. Great, just different stuff. And I've just been
- 19:49Speaker 3: recognizing a lot of this stuff has been kind of
- 19:51Speaker 3: coming up.
- 19:51Speaker 2: A lot lately, but I've been slowing it down a
- 19:54Speaker 2: lot more lately.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Like when you when you decide that you're not going
- 19:57Speaker 3: to be the fixer anymore, your life chat. When you
- 20:00Speaker 3: decide that you matter, your life changes because before it.
- 20:05Speaker 2: I didn't think that I mattered. I didn't think that
- 20:07Speaker 2: my opinions mattered. I didn't think that my feelings were valid.
- 20:10Speaker 3: I didn't There were so many things that I thought
- 20:13Speaker 3: that I have thought and that have come to the
- 20:14Speaker 3: surface that I've been able to walk away from lately
- 20:17Speaker 3: because I just don't have to do it anymore. And
- 20:20Speaker 3: that's the whole thing. We don't have to do it.
- 20:22Speaker 3: We don't have to stay in that chapter anymore. It's
- 20:24Speaker 3: so crazy and it's whatever we can conceive. So now
- 20:29Speaker 3: I was getting so much information last time. I was
- 20:30Speaker 3: riding all over the beer and it's like one of
- 20:33Speaker 3: the things that I heard was to I need to
- 20:35Speaker 3: love me, because when I love me, that means I
- 20:38Speaker 3: love me. And it was like, that was pretty pretty profound.
- 20:41Speaker 3: There's just like a lot of different things that have
- 20:43Speaker 3: been coming forward like that that have been beneficial for myself,
- 20:47Speaker 3: and so we share this stuff as we come together
- 20:49Speaker 3: because it could benefit someone else too.
- 20:52Speaker 1: A lot of you said that, just said that because
- 20:55Speaker 1: you know it's my job to love me. I was
- 20:57Speaker 1: on my way to work this morning. I was listening
- 20:59Speaker 1: to Abraham Hicks, and then I got to work and
- 21:07Speaker 1: this was laying on my desk.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Life Loves You.
- 21:13Speaker 1: And it was a book that I loaned somebody. I
- 21:15Speaker 1: don't remember who it was, but they returned it. But
- 21:18Speaker 1: it was just the synchronousy of I'm listening to Abraham Hicks,
- 21:22Speaker 1: I'm way to work, and then I walk in and
- 21:25Speaker 1: this book is laying on my desk as Life Loves You.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I'm like, what a great validation to receive that so
- 21:31Speaker 1: quickly and then here you are saying, it's up to
- 21:36Speaker 1: you love me. It's up to me love me, right, Yeah,
- 21:40Speaker 1: And so I had to share that real quick because
- 21:43Speaker 1: I thought that was fun.
- 21:44Speaker 3: And no one's ever going to love you the way
- 21:46Speaker 3: that we should be loving ourselves, because it's not.
- 21:49Speaker 2: That's not possible.
- 21:49Speaker 3: They have to love themselves to be in that same
- 21:51Speaker 3: place too, They have to otherwise they can just love
- 21:55Speaker 3: you from where they're at.
- 21:55Speaker 2: That's okay.
- 21:57Speaker 1: And when you're not loving yourself is one of those
- 21:59Speaker 1: when you aren't when you're not loving yourself, well, let
- 22:05Speaker 1: me put this way. When you are loving yourself, that
- 22:06Speaker 1: feels good. It feels light, it feels airy, it feels fun,
- 22:10Speaker 1: it feels exhilaration and all the things. And when you're
- 22:14Speaker 1: not loving yourself, that's where sadness, depression, hopelessness, to spare, jealousy, envy,
- 22:20Speaker 1: all those things. And keeping in mind that wherever you
- 22:25Speaker 1: are with your emotions, this is how your external experience
- 22:32Speaker 1: show up as well. And then you can depending on
- 22:37Speaker 1: which side of the emotional scale you're on, it's going
- 22:46Speaker 1: to determine what your external experiences are like. And even so,
- 22:51Speaker 1: if you're you're in that space of self love and
- 22:54Speaker 1: airiness and lightness and all that stuff. Something heavy could
- 23:00Speaker 1: happen an experience. Heavy experience can happen, but you're going
- 23:04Speaker 1: to process it differently or perceive it differently than if
- 23:08Speaker 1: you are in despair or sadness or gree or jealousy
- 23:13Speaker 1: or and it's gonna be a whole different story the
- 23:16Speaker 1: way you're perceiving the experience. So keeping that in mind,
- 23:21Speaker 1: it's an experience, but based on how you are feeling
- 23:24Speaker 1: about yourself is how you're going to internalize what the
- 23:27Speaker 1: experience is and how you're going to receive it and.
- 23:33Speaker 2: The energy that you're putting out.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Also, so if I'm if I'm critical of myself, then
- 23:38Speaker 3: someone else might feel.
- 23:40Speaker 2: That I'm being critical of them.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Maybe I am, or but otherwise it's be being critical
- 23:46Speaker 3: of myself. And then it just feels like critical energy.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And sometimes people will identify that it's the same energy
- 23:52Speaker 3: they're feeling as you're feeling, or sometimes their interpretation because
- 23:56Speaker 3: they've had different experiences in this human world that have it,
- 24:01Speaker 3: might give it, might give it a different word for
- 24:03Speaker 3: them than critical. It might be something else, but it's
- 24:05Speaker 3: still the same, still a feeling that feels uncomfortable or
- 24:08Speaker 3: it feels good. And so that's where it's important too
- 24:12Speaker 3: to recognize because I have been so critical on myself.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Even lately, I haven't gone to the gym like I
- 24:17Speaker 2: used to go.
- 24:18Speaker 3: I have taken time off, I've done you know, there's
- 24:20Speaker 3: a lot of different things, but the only one that
- 24:22Speaker 3: can change things is myself. And the only one that
- 24:25Speaker 3: can do any of that stuff is myself. It's not
- 24:28Speaker 3: up to anybody else to do it. I listened to
- 24:31Speaker 3: the scalp, so I always listened to I always.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Look at angel numbers.
- 24:35Speaker 3: And Freeman had sent me the scal on TikTok and
- 24:37Speaker 3: she was actually giving a different perspective on numbers.
- 24:40Speaker 2: She didn't call them angel numbers.
- 24:42Speaker 3: And my first initial response was like, you know, I
- 24:46Speaker 3: like the angel numbers. But then I'm like, I'm going
- 24:48Speaker 3: to go listen to it, look at these numbers and
- 24:50Speaker 3: recognize it. And the meanings were different, and they're more
- 24:54Speaker 3: like it's time for you to move like one one
- 24:57Speaker 3: one means.
- 24:57Speaker 2: It's time for action. It's time for you to do something.
- 25:00Speaker 3: It's not time for you to sit back and think
- 25:02Speaker 3: intuitively that everything like we're in a perfect place because
- 25:05Speaker 3: it's a creative thing depending on how you look at it, right,
- 25:07Speaker 3: it's creation.
- 25:08Speaker 2: That's a creation number. So to me, it's the same
- 25:10Speaker 2: thing as what she was saying. But it's a movement.
- 25:13Speaker 2: It's a movement. It's time to do something.
- 25:15Speaker 3: It's it's your comfort, letting you know that you're being evicted.
- 25:19Speaker 3: It's time for something. We've got to have these these
- 25:24Speaker 3: things in our life that kind of create a little
- 25:26Speaker 3: bit of friction. Sometimes it might be perceived as friction,
- 25:30Speaker 3: but it's not really just to have a different view
- 25:33Speaker 3: of things, just so you can recognize, Oh, I need
- 25:35Speaker 3: to let go.
- 25:36Speaker 2: I need to not hold on to that anymore. It's
- 25:38Speaker 2: time for me to move.
- 25:39Speaker 3: And it's like, does my closing my office mean that
- 25:43Speaker 3: there's something else couldn't show up?
- 25:45Speaker 2: No, it doesn't mean that at all.
- 25:47Speaker 3: But how would I ever know if I'm so busy
- 25:49Speaker 3: clinging onto what I already have. And so it's just
- 25:52Speaker 3: being in that space and trusting God. Like I'm trusting God.
- 25:57Speaker 3: It's like I'm being guided in a different direction. Otherwise
- 26:00Speaker 3: I'm not trusting God, I'm not trusting myself. I keep
- 26:02Speaker 3: getting these feelings about that it's time to go. It
- 26:05Speaker 3: has nothing to do with the people. Is I'm not
- 26:07Speaker 3: in resonance with the job that I'm doing anymore. I'm
- 26:10Speaker 3: not in resonance. Can I help people?
- 26:12Speaker 2: Yes? Can I connect with.
- 26:13Speaker 3: With Spirit and God and all that stuff and do
- 26:15Speaker 3: a great massage, Yeah I can.
- 26:18Speaker 2: But I can do a lot.
- 26:18Speaker 3: Of things that are great. Whatever we put our minds to.
- 26:21Speaker 3: I feel like we can do great greatness. But I
- 26:24Speaker 3: feel like it, like you were saying, it's it's an
- 26:26Speaker 3: evolutionary process, and it's for me to recognize that I'm
- 26:31Speaker 3: not here to fix and that can be an addictive
- 26:33Speaker 3: thing too, fixing people. It's an addiction. It could be
- 26:36Speaker 3: an addictive process as well. And I recognize that so
- 26:39Speaker 3: many things, so many different perspectives and dynamics that I
- 26:42Speaker 3: can look at now, and it's it doesn't have to
- 26:44Speaker 3: be that way. It reminds me of what you were
- 26:47Speaker 3: talking about, the story with the two ladies and the
- 26:49Speaker 3: last one, and it's like it goes to that the
- 26:51Speaker 3: same place. You know you've got an attachment to an
- 26:53Speaker 3: outcome you're you're not. This isn't here to hurt you.
- 26:56Speaker 3: This is to here to help you grow. It's to
- 26:58Speaker 3: help you recognize there's something going on, and you're feeling
- 27:02Speaker 3: these feelings because you know there's something more and you
- 27:05Speaker 3: want that something more, but you're keeping yourself from it,
- 27:08Speaker 3: like nobody just kept me from anything but me. Nobody, nobody.
- 27:14Speaker 1: And I'll just remind you that we're both in the
- 27:16Speaker 1: double Nickel year, meaning we have fives and change and
- 27:21Speaker 1: change is not always that other external things are going
- 27:28Speaker 1: to change, but it's it could also be a major
- 27:31Speaker 1: movement within ourselves of changing things and so and then
- 27:36Speaker 1: we're in a nine years. Twenty twenty five is a
- 27:40Speaker 1: nine year, and so change and wrapping up things, tying
- 27:46Speaker 1: up loose ends, all the things. So yeah, I was like,
- 27:51Speaker 1: when I think about the things I've experienced just in
- 27:54Speaker 1: the past few months and my birthday and my age
- 27:57Speaker 1: and the nine year, and I'm in a three year
- 28:01Speaker 1: and all these things, and I'm just like, ah, maybe
- 28:07Speaker 1: that's why my grandpa is here, because he's like, sister,
- 28:10Speaker 1: you're going for a ride this year.
- 28:13Speaker 2: You better hang on. It's so crazy.
- 28:17Speaker 3: And I just realized I even missed your birthday. I
- 28:20Speaker 3: told you, mister birthday. I've been so wrapped up with
- 28:22Speaker 3: my own like processes and oh, my own Okay, that's good.
- 28:29Speaker 3: I'm glad to not wake around on me for to
- 28:32Speaker 3: do that. Good Lord, But because you're always so thoughtful,
- 28:35Speaker 3: you always have cards, You're drop stuff off of my office.
- 28:37Speaker 3: You're freaking wonderful. You're freaking fabulous. It's fantastic.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Take me a while. And even I didn't sit there
- 28:46Speaker 1: and go, oh my god, Edmond, dude, she didn't even know. No,
- 28:49Speaker 1: don't worry about it about myself. I told everybody was
- 28:52Speaker 1: my birthday. I'm like, this is my day. Like I
- 28:55Speaker 1: went to work, so I would have to say it's
- 28:58Speaker 1: probably the maybe the second time in my lifetime that
- 29:02Speaker 1: night done that. I bought myself flowers before, but to
- 29:05Speaker 1: announce to almost everybody I saw that day it was
- 29:08Speaker 1: my birthday, so I think I've only done that maybe
- 29:13Speaker 1: one other time.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Which is awesome because I'm in the five fives too, right,
- 29:16Speaker 3: and my birthday's five fifteen. So I came in here
- 29:20Speaker 3: for change. Yeah, I came in here. That's what I
- 29:22Speaker 3: came in here for.
- 29:23Speaker 2: It's it's uh.
- 29:25Speaker 3: I find a lot of this stuff pretty fascinating. I'm like, okay, okay,
- 29:28Speaker 3: well now I understand. And I was the first part
- 29:30Speaker 3: of my life. I was like, all about no change, Like, nope, nope,
- 29:34Speaker 3: we are.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Not doing that. Nope, that is out of my control.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Well let's next bring it.
- 29:43Speaker 3: Yeah, so I haven't looked at I haven't looked at
- 29:46Speaker 3: my twelve month spread.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I have not.
- 29:48Speaker 2: I'm just realizing that right now.
- 29:49Speaker 3: With the moves that I'm making, the decisions that I'm making,
- 29:52Speaker 3: I haven't looked at my twelve month spread.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Glad you said that, because I haven't looked at July
- 29:56Speaker 1: yet and it's already July night. So probably because I
- 30:01Speaker 1: had the eight I had eight eight eight last month,
- 30:05Speaker 1: and so I was like, maybe I'm just still hanging
- 30:07Speaker 1: on to that.
- 30:10Speaker 2: We're not moving from that yet.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Yeah, not ready. But at the same time, I'm excited
- 30:17Speaker 1: to see what July is because I haven't looked at
- 30:19Speaker 1: him since December when I pulled this year's card. So
- 30:24Speaker 1: so I'm always it's always interesting that when I do
- 30:29Speaker 1: pull out the month the current month cards, because I
- 30:33Speaker 1: draw two cards for each month when I pull them out,
- 30:37Speaker 1: because I have them all listed on a sheet of paper.
- 30:40Speaker 1: So I do the card pull and at the end
- 30:41Speaker 1: of December, I list all of them for each month
- 30:45Speaker 1: on a piece of paper, But I put the paper
- 30:48Speaker 1: away and then each month I'll look and see what
- 30:51Speaker 1: cards I have for that month, and so it's interesting
- 30:53Speaker 1: to see what's happened just before and what's been trickling in.
- 30:59Speaker 1: And I'll make notes on my paper as to anything
- 31:01Speaker 1: I remember that pertains to or how it correlates with
- 31:08Speaker 1: the cards for that month. So it's a lot of fun.
- 31:13Speaker 3: It is an Then when you look back at the
- 31:16Speaker 3: stuff too, you recognize, oh, yeah, that makes perfect sense
- 31:19Speaker 3: now and I understand exactly what that was regarding Yeah, well,
- 31:22Speaker 3: I mean understanding everything. It's it's a it's.
- 31:25Speaker 2: A wonderful process. I recommend it to anybody.
- 31:28Speaker 3: So if you guys don't know what we're talking about,
- 31:30Speaker 3: what more information, you can always message us.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure, we'll walk through the process.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Yeah. So anytime we're watch in our videos, you can
- 31:38Speaker 1: leave comments or questions and we can come back to them.
- 31:41Speaker 1: We are not a Johnny on the Spot gonna respond
- 31:44Speaker 1: to you within minutes. It's going to be when we
- 31:47Speaker 1: get to it, because we have lives and we have
- 31:49Speaker 1: a lot going on. So but yes, we'd be happy
- 31:54Speaker 1: to connect in whatever way that looks like for us.
- 31:57Speaker 1: So and you can share this information and content with
- 32:03Speaker 1: your friends and family by being resourceful and just sharing
- 32:07Speaker 1: the links so you can find us on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Speaker, Spotify, podcast,
- 32:14Speaker 1: attic and know that other people are seeking these conversations
- 32:21Speaker 1: as well. We kind of went all over the place
- 32:23Speaker 1: with this video, and that's okay. I'll pick just a
- 32:27Speaker 1: piece of the topic that we had and use that
- 32:31Speaker 1: as the description for the video. But we have a
- 32:36Speaker 1: lot of different pieces to this one, which is great
- 32:39Speaker 1: and I love it because it always flows and it's
- 32:42Speaker 1: always it comes up when it needs to, and I
- 32:44Speaker 1: like that about our We have organic conversations. Bev and
- 32:48Speaker 1: I typically, well, I can't say it. We ever have
- 32:52Speaker 1: set a specific topic to talk about which just comes out.
- 32:59Speaker 1: And even just before this, I said there's something I
- 33:03Speaker 1: want to talk about, but I didn't tell her what
- 33:06Speaker 1: it was. So there's that. So that's kind of the
- 33:08Speaker 1: way we've operated this what five years? It has it
- 33:13Speaker 1: been five years?
- 33:14Speaker 2: I think it's over five. I mean I think it's
- 33:16Speaker 2: where you're starting.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Yeah, So it's crazy, it's crazy wonderful, it's crazy fun.
- 33:23Speaker 1: They even think we've been doing this this long. Every
- 33:25Speaker 1: week a video has been put out by us the
- 33:29Speaker 1: past five years. I think there was one time I
- 33:31Speaker 1: did it solo, but I still did a recording and uh,
- 33:35Speaker 1: and so yeah, we have these conversations because it's our
- 33:39Speaker 1: own therapy and it's fun to see how we're living
- 33:43Speaker 1: almost like parallel lives, having similar experiences and we're not
- 33:47Speaker 1: even talking to each other about it until we show
- 33:49Speaker 1: up to do recordings. So that's always fun too. I
- 33:52Speaker 1: think it's like ooh, me, to me, to me too.
- 33:58Speaker 1: Any final words.
- 34:00Speaker 3: I would say to people to be open to the
- 34:02Speaker 3: information that you receive. Sometimes you might have an automatic
- 34:05Speaker 3: reaction to something and that indicates to you that you
- 34:08Speaker 3: might want to probably listen to what's being said, because
- 34:10Speaker 3: a lot of times we're like, Nope, don't want to
- 34:12Speaker 3: hear that.
- 34:13Speaker 2: But a lot of times when we have that kind of.
- 34:15Speaker 3: Feeling, there's something withinside of us is wanting us to
- 34:17Speaker 3: hear it, but our child version of ourselves isn't wanting
- 34:21Speaker 3: us to hear it because it's it goes against what
- 34:23Speaker 3: we've learned. And so it's just being open, because that's
- 34:25Speaker 3: what I'm learning to do, is just being open. And
- 34:28Speaker 3: we don't always have the answers, and we don't know.
- 34:31Speaker 3: We just don't know everything. There's no way to know everything.
- 34:34Speaker 3: There's been too many experiences in this life that we've
- 34:37Speaker 3: all had that are different and sometimes parallel.
- 34:40Speaker 2: But it's like it's just being open.
- 34:42Speaker 3: To the information that's coming in because I think I've
- 34:45Speaker 3: closed the door anytime with the I know, and I've
