Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_01]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: The political obituaries already being written.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: Today, the final polls are in for Kentucky's fourth congressional district, and they show something that was virtually unthinkable just a few months ago.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_01]: The seven-term congressmen Thomas Massey, a self-styled libertarian constitutionless rebel,
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: is losing.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: Not barely losing, not squeaking by losing.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_01]: And if you've been watching this channel, you know this has been a long time coming.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Stick them to the very end of this video because we're going to break down exactly what the numbers say exactly why this matters and exactly why the people of Kentucky are about to send a message to every rhino and yes, every so-called
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: that gets in the way of MAGA, double-cross president Trump at your own peril.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: deeply wrong with the culture that's because, well, you're awake!
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: You deserve a daily briefing that treats you that way.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_01]: Patriot alerts is my free newsletter that connects the dots between everything happening in our world and it shows you the pattern of civilizational renewal that the media will never report takes just two minutes a day and it will change how you see everything.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_01]: my Patriot Alerts for absolutely free.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_01]: All right, gang, let's dive right in here today's the day.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's primary day in Kentucky's fourth congressional district.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: And this is the moment that millions of MAGA voters across the country.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: have been waiting for because today Thomas Massey, who's arguably done more to sabotage the America first agenda from inside the Republican Party than almost any Democrat has done from outside it faces a reckoning, a reckoning delivered by the voters, a reckoning delivered by the very people who believe that Thomas Massey has repeatedly, brazenly and
- 2:45[SPEAKER_01]: They say he's going down.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: Let's start with the raw numbers because they're pretty brutal.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: The final graus poll conducted May 16 through 17, just two days ago, shows Trump back Navy SEAL veteran Ed Gullrine leading massive 51 to 44 with 5% undecided.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's a seven-point advantage for Gullrine.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: going into election day, but it gets even worse when you dig into the cross tabs.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: The numbers absolutely demolish any illusion Massey might have that is so-called independent brand can save himself identified MAGA voters make up a whopping 60% of the primary electorate in Kentucky's fourth, and among those voters, Gallerine leads Massey 59 to 33.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: The latest social strategy's poll is showing a similar picture.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_01]: It has Gallerine at 49 and Massey at 42.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_01]: And that's not all quantist insights.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: One of the more accurate pollsters at 2024 has the race with Gallerine at 53% Massey at 45%.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: So we're seeing a pretty consistent seven to eight point spread there.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: Now keep in mind, just a couple of weeks ago,
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: So there's been a clear break away for Gallerine over the last several days.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: Quanticinsites has done has found that the remaining undecided voters, they've been breaking for Gallerine more than two or two to one.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: That means the late momentum, the undecided, the new voters entering the race, they're all breaking away from Massey.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's the signature of a campaign into climb and freefall.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: And the betting markets notice this too.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: As of this morning, polymarket has gallerine at 62% chance of winning to Massey's 37% and critically, Massey was still leading.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: the betting markets as recently as this past Saturday evening before the capacity result came in from Louisiana bill capacity coming in third in his primaries that completely shifted the momentum within 24 hours of bill capacity making history being the first incumbent Republican senatorial candidate coming in third in his primary the smart
- 5:15[SPEAKER_01]: to gallerine.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: People obviously are reading the room here.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: Now, keep in mind, Massey as I understand it has always been a relatively controversial figure within Kentucky's fourth congressional district.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: He rarely won his past primaries by more than 70 percent of the vote, which means that he is a contested figure.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: He never had unanimous support among Kentucky Republicans.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: And as it turns out, it's for good reason.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: Massey has repeatedly voted against key features of the maga agenda.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: He voted against the one big beautiful bill that's Trump's signature domestic legislation.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: The entire maga economic agenda, tax cuts, border security, energy dominance, all of it.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: in one big package, and Massey was one of only two Republicans in the entire house to represent it as out of 220 Republican members to vote no, had that legislation lost in the house that would have been politically devastating for Trump and the magma movement.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_01]: So, so Massey can repeat, put the Constitution, put the Constitution, till he's blue in the face.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: His constitutional fundamentalism almost costs Trump and the maga movement everything.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: And at insult to injury, he voted against the one big beautiful bill twice in both its house version and the final Senate version.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: He voted against the government funding, continuing resolution in March of 2025, becoming the sole Republican to cross Trump on that vote, which nearly threatened the government shutdown.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: He voted with AOC in that.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: He actually voted against the save act, Trump's voter ID proof of citizenship bill back in February.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_01]: fundamentalist libertarian constitutional objections, which just so happened to translate into fundraising letters to the broader national libertarian movement that is very little to do with Kentucky's fourth congressional district.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: But mass is obstructionism goes way beyond his fringe ideology.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: There's something more that mass that mass he fixated on.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_01]: that made him public enemy number one for President Trump.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_01]: And that is what may ultimately sink him as of today.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: Why you're seeing right now isn't just another economic cycle.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_01]: It's a fundamental shift in how the global system is operating.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: You got central banks buying gold at record levels, de-dollarization accelerating and markets reacting to geopolitical instability
- 8:17[SPEAKER_01]: So the signals are there.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_01]: People see it, but here's the interesting part.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: Most haven't actually changed anything.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: There's still in the same position, still fully exposed to the system, they're watching shift.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: And that's usually where the mistake happens.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: Not because people don't understand what's going on, because they assume they've got more time.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: And historically, that's not how this plays out.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: So what we're seeing now is more people starting to reposition not everything, just a portion.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: And for a lot of them, that means moving into physical gold.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: Some are doing that directly, just buying gold and holding it.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: Others are doing it through their retirement accounts, moving part of an IRA or 401K into a gold IRA.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: That's exactly how I came across a gust of precious metals.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to understand how this works in practice.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: And after looking into it, I'm confident they're the best at what they do.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: They walk you through everything, step by step, answer your questions.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: and help you figure out if it actually makes sense for you.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_01]: There's no pressure around it.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to look into it, go to turlybyesgold.com or text turly to 35052 to get Augustus Free Gold IRA Guide.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_01]: That's turlybyesgold.com or text turly to 35052 because in a moment like this, it's not just about seeing the shift.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's about whether you actually respond to it.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing has provoked Trump's eye or more than Massey's incessant obsession with the Epstein files.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: Massey spent months pushing to release the Jeffrey Epstein files, making common cause with the most extreme conspiratorial fringes on the internet, particularly far left fringes.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_01]: In an effort to throw the Republican caucus into chaos at the most critical moment of Trump's second term.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_01]: And again,
- 10:19[SPEAKER_01]: regardless of what you think about Epstein, that's the key to why President Trump and so many mega-faithful are so upset with Massey.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_01]: He deliberately used the Epstein files with the Democrats to politically damage President Trump.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_01]: That's the key.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: How on earth can you vote for Trump and the MAGA movement and then turn around and support a guy who's done more political damage to Trump than in any Democrat?
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's the, it's not the files themselves.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's the way Massey exploited the files side by side with radical leftist woke Democrats to deliberately try to hurt President Trump.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's both the New York Times and the ultra radical Democrat, Rokana.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: They love him because he magnifies their TDS.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: He magnifies their assaults on Trump and the maga movement.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: Again, for me, this is the key to making sense of all of this.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: You can harp all you want on Massey's supposed
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: Loyalty to constitutional principles.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: He appears to be the inheritor of Ron Paul's mantle.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you could say that that's what sets him apart his constitutional fidelity.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: But strategically, not ideologically, strategically, he ends up being no different than the
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: And you have to be willing, I think, to admit that, if you're a supporter of Massey.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_01]: Ideologically, he may be set apart for his constitution of fidelity, but strategically, he aligns with the very party that wants to destroy the constitution.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_01]: He is out one with the very party that wants to destroy the constitution he supposedly reveres.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: And that, to me, is what Tom Massey supporters, the ones I've talked, you were just blind to, apparently so.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: Again, appeal all you want to, is suppose a constitutional fidelity, strategically, he's no different than the party that wants to destroy the constitution and thus undermines that fidelity every step of the way.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_01]: is too often in service of just bizarre and fringe and dubious causes that are ultimately self-defeating.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_02]: For example, he recently defended his record by saying this.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: I vote with Republicans in 91 percent of the time, and the 9 percent I don't.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: They're taking up for pedophiles, starting another war, or bankrupting our country.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: Now to me what's so fascinating there is that Tom Massey Loyalists, those who support him, thought that was a great response.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: I saw that all over the internet yesterday.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: I voted with the Republicans, 91 percent of the time, and the 9 percent that I don't
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: Tom Massey supporters thought that was a burn.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: That was a great response.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: Let me help you here.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry, I mean, let me try because I'm willing to, I mean, I know people, I respect so many people who love Tom Massey.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: But what they don't seem to see is that his strategy undermines his ideology.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: And again, notice you see it's surface in that response.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: So let me get this straight, represent a massive.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_01]: So you just told us, you vote 91% of the time for a party that protects pedophiles.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: That's what you just said, isn't it?
- 14:49[SPEAKER_01]: That is the entailment of what you just said.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_01]: You vote 91% of the time for a party
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: You're cool with them, unless you love hanging out with them, unless they get into the whole pedophile thing.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: You see, in a single sentence, this is the absurdity of a Tom Massey politics.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: It's so ideologically myopic that it becomes strategically incoherent and thus it serves only as a force for obstruction, despite being in Congress for 14 years,
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: Massey has had zero standalone bills passing the law zero.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_01]: He's a messaging specialist.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: He majors in messaging.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_01]: And for libertarians, apparently that's good enough.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_01]: But when it comes to fundamentally transforming our nation into a permanent, maga populist majority, he has been as obstructionist as the very Democrat's sick offense, who are so enthusiastically endorsing him today.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_01]: This is why President Trump wants this guy gone and given the polls, along with Trump's 97% endorsement success rate, looks like President Trump.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_01]: is about to get his wish.
