And so eventually I just stopped trying to, you know, quote, UN
• 0:03
quote, be saved the right way by Uncle Robert and realized that
• 0:06
if I had anything to do with this process, if I had to do
• 0:09
anything or accomplish anything, then that brings into play
• 0:13
works. Salvation is a gift, pure and
• 0:15
simple. And so every testimony is a
• 0:17
miracle. It's a miracle that you and I
• 0:19
are saved because it's a gift. And so however messy my
• 0:23
testimony is going back to when I was a teenager and now it as
• 0:26
an adult in this tiny little cult, you know what?
• 0:28
That just shows, that just shows that God can redeem any messed
• 0:33
up life of ours and he can save us.
• 0:36
And so who wants a clean testimony, right?
• 0:39
That's the Pharisees. You know, Uncle Robert taught us
• 0:41
that he only sinned once in his life.
• 0:43
Well, it's pretty hard to be humble and realize you need a
• 0:45
savior when you think you've only sinned once in your life.
• 0:48
I can go back over and over again, not proudly, but I can
• 0:51
show you example after example where yeah, This is why I need a
• 0:54
  savior.
