An Artemis moon program engineer is trading her hard hat for wrestling boots tonight in Huntsville, as Lauren Pegues steps into the ring as Judy Lee Taylor to defend her Southern States Wrestling Women’s Championship. Training since last year in Tennessee, she’s already wrestled across the country and even worked behind the scenes at WWE events. This hometown showdown at the Jaycee Community Building is part of a revival effort led by her husband, promoter Beau James, to bring back family-friendly wrestling to the city.
