  or whatever the topic happens to be, you know, your, your face is out of gas

  when somebody runs out of gas, whatever it is.

  So yeah, it's all good.

  One of them, I just want to share with you this crazy thing that happened

  recently. Yeah, I know you like cookies.

  We had a little crazy spurt of subscribers this week and it's a tribute 100%

  to the, you know, remember last week instead of doing the simultaneous sip for

  the live stream. I did a toast to the great podcaster and tech writer John C.

  Dvorak who had passed away and last Wednesday when we do it.

  I had just found out that same day and it was pretty raw and difficult, but we
• 6:34
  did a toast to him instead of a simultaneous sip and we're back to the sip this
• 6:39
  week this week.. But I clipped four minutes four and a half minutes of
• 6:46
  that live stream and just said, hey, this is a toast to John C.

  Dvorak. Well that video went crazy got tons and tons of views

  and 24 people subscribe to the channel, you know, in a day or

  two just because of that clipped video.

  Now, obviously the man had just passed away and he had a million listeners to

  his podcast every week. So I imagine quite a large number of people were

  searching for his name on YouTube and coming across R.

  The video as a result of their search string.

  So I think that's what brought so many people to the to the video.

  reliability being a trustworthy person someone who keeps their commitments and I

  talked a little bit about the pain that I felt when I had given my loyalty to

  hard to talk about that but I felt better after I talked about it and shared

  Where else would I go for somewhere and I like the fact that it was like a kind

  of play on words. I was dancing in public at Publix those of you guys who don't

  have Publix supermarkets up there where you live.

  You have my condolences. It is the greatest supermarket of all time.

  So yeah, it was fun. I had a good time.

  It was silly. I was really nervous and not wanting to do it.

  I was driving over there dreading it.

  Just once I plunged in and started doing it, my mind just kind of went somewhere

  else and started having fun enjoying it.

  It was only hard until I started.

  So the difficulty wasn't in doing it.

  The difficulty was in starting if that makes sense, right?

  But I had a good time and I got really embarrassed.

  There was let's see. There was two teenage girls sitting in a golf cart right

  off the side of the camera watching me the whole time.

  There was the clerk or proprietor or whatever you call them.

  See Publix grocery store off to its side often has a liquor store attack.

  I'm sure a lot of grocery stores do that, right?

  A lot of other grocery store chains probably also have a liquor store attached.

  Well, the guy who worked in the liquor store was standing there in the doorway
• 21:27
  holding the door open watching me the whole time.

  Like who is this crazy homeless person dancing on my sidewalk?

  You know, I got to call the cops and then of course the traffic was walking in
• 21:38
  and out, but you couldn't see those two people off camera because there was one
• 21:42
  guy over here from the liquor store in the Publix shirt watching me the whole
• 21:45
  time. And over here two teenage girls sitting in a golf cart.
• 21:50
  Just yeah, we have golf carts to drive around neighborhoods
• 22:20
  residential neighborhoods and they're watching me like with total confusion like
• 22:22
  what is wrong with this man and embarrassing challenge.

  He dressed up in his cheesy wizard costume that you see him make videos all the
• 22:29
  time in his you know, like in his house dude went to Kroger's and dude went to
• 22:34
  the laundromat twice actually went to the laundromat and then Kroger's and back
• 22:39
  to the laundromat dressed up like that and he was the same way he evolved the
• 22:43
  same way like nervous about it and kind of scared to do it until he started it
• 22:47
  once he started is like oh, this isn't so bad.

  Nobody really cares. No one's giving me a hard time.

  So kudos to him.

  So here's a question. Should I lean into this idea right?

  This video is at the top edge of what my typical performances for these kinds of

  videos for my videos in general not for these kinds of videos for all of my

  videos all three of these dancing in public not dancing all three of these doing

  stupid stuff in public embarrassing myself in public videos have done better

  than my regular videos. So should I lean into this should I like maybe start to
• 23:37
  do more videos about this topic just in case you're new and you don't know what
• 23:41
  I'm talking about or why I would do something so dumb Scott Adams taught in in a
• 23:47
  his book.

  What is it called what your brain reframe reframe your brain that you can make
• 23:55
  yourself unembarrassable by intentionally putting yourself in embarrassing
• 23:59
  situations. And so I'm putting that to the test putting myself embarrassed in
• 24:04
  embarrassing situations all the time on a mission to make myself unembarrassable
• 24:10
  and it's kind of working.

  After I did the first one at the mall.
• 24:15
  I felt better about going to the super busy model and after I went to the super
• 24:19
  busy mall. I felt better about doing this crazy dancing video.

  So what do I do next if I decide to make another embarrassing myself video or

  lean into this topic of I want to become unembarrassable I called it mission
• 24:34
  embarrassment.

  If I do this you guys tell me if it's a crazy idea or if I should lean into this
• 24:40
  and do more of these I know you'd probably love love to see me embarrassed

  myself. Most of you especially Jenny and Allie would love to see me make a fool

  out of myself.

  But if you take a look at these three videos here you guys 185 views 408

  views and the one that came out literally.

  Yesterday 68 views 68 views is more views than most of my videos get in a whole

  week and it got 68 in a week.

  So I'm sure it's headed towards the hundreds by the end of the week probably.
