Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #194: Painting Your Mind with Positive Memories
Transcript
- 0:00Hi, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Good morning, Good
- 0:06morning. She's smoking herself out this morning. I'm telling you, it's just
- 0:11not going out. I've got a cupboard right now, and it's just like,
- 0:16really, that's all right. We can let him focus on that smoke
- 0:20and just see it, see it happening in live. Consider yourself cleared.
- 0:27There you go, You're welcome. I'll sell allow reiki out. That's right.
- 0:34Good day, Good day. It is a good day. It's amazing.
- 0:39Had a great time last night hanging out with some friends and basically family,
- 0:48not not technically family, but basically family. And we played a game.
- 0:54It was pretty funny. Smells fishy anyway, never heard of it that.
- 1:03We laughed a lot. That's awesome. Gosh, it almost makes me
- 1:07think there's something going on energetically, because you're talking about that stuff and the
- 1:11laughing and you and you're light hearted this morning, even getting on as we've
- 1:15been getting connected here and I'm creating a freaking infernal over here. I mean,
- 1:21I'm having to cover it up with a few things, trying to get
- 1:23its calm down, because it's like it's like, no, we need to
- 1:25sage it's like people. But then one of my friends sent me a message
- 1:30this morning, like this crazy dream. She said, I woke up laughing,
- 1:34like laughing out loud. She woke up and it was just like a
- 1:38crazy dream. It was like a crazy dream about food. And it's like
- 1:41then, like a watermelon, it splashed all over everybody and they weren't laughing,
- 1:45but she was laughing. And then she had laughed even harder because they
- 1:48weren't laughing, and then like things just magically turned into freaking cotton, candy,
- 1:53pink and blue colors and like all this other stuff and woke up with
- 1:57light and laughter. Right, It's but that's like the bed, like I's
- 2:00that's the best medicine. The best medicine we could possibly have is finding ways
- 2:02to laugh. Really, And it's gosh, you don't hear a lot of
- 2:07people getting together and stuff these days because it's so easy to be on the
- 2:10internet or connect through texting or zoom meetings or other things. And it's not
- 2:16the same as when we actually get together and just laugh just and even group,
- 2:22when group got together yesterday, it's like I went in there. First
- 2:24of all, I left the house late, and then I'm driving down the
- 2:28road and I'm like, dang it, I forgot my pencils and my paper
- 2:30because I like to scribble. And I'm like, well, okay, we'll
- 2:34just see how this. We'll see what's up with this. And we get
- 2:37there and then one of the other girls forgot heard in that book and pencils.
- 2:40But the conversation we never and then meditation never even happened. It never.
- 2:43It's like the conversation flowed and we were laughing, like we were just
- 2:46laughing. It was so off the cuff and it was just it was just
- 2:52that's how it's been the last couple of days. So that's why I say,
- 2:54energetically, it feels like there's been a shift, and it's so awesome.
- 2:58Right, So when we get into these kind of places, we were
- 3:00going to really really relish in that feeling and stuff and try to extend it
- 3:05as long as possible, because we make the shift, we're making a huge
- 3:08shift just by one person. And of course, if you're laughing usually that's
- 3:13contagious. It's gonna get other people involved. And then it's like it's just
- 3:16like a ripple effect or a wave that goes through everybody. So it's freaking
- 3:20awesome this time space reality that we're in right now, and it just feels
- 3:25there's so much potential, pregnant potential right like, there's all this potential right
- 3:30now that's just ready to burst forward to it for us, and it's are
- 3:36we gonna tap into that? Are we gonna relish in that? Are we
- 3:38gonna feed that energy of this joy and this laughter that we're feeling? Because
- 3:44the more that we do, the more amazing it gets. Yeah, and
- 3:47it. And I was like to bring up how we used to be because
- 3:53it gives people, uh more information that Bev and I just didn't didn't We
- 4:00didn't used to do this just well, first of all, we didn't hang
- 4:02out with each other. I was just saying that. But for us to
- 4:06show up and smiling first thing in the morning and and have you know,
- 4:13a lighthearted conversation that was not in the wheelhouse like thirty years ago. No,
- 4:18thirty years ago, it will be like, good morning, whatever,
- 4:21what's so good? What's so good about it? Zach? Like I didn't
- 4:26even have my coffee yet. Are you sure you want to do this today
- 4:29because I'm not even feeling it? Yeah, exactly. But at that time
- 4:34we weren't feeling anything like really besides anger, you know, anger and frustrating
- 4:40my imagine. But I would just say, we wouldn't even be showing up
- 4:42doing this. It's just no, you were like, No, life sucks.
- 4:46I don't want to be doing this. And I'm going to go sit
- 4:50in my cherild day and sulk and be mad because really, I mean,
- 4:57really, it's like this, this this isn't even when I was just pretending
- 5:02to be like it doesn't even feel good, and I just cras. It
- 5:06just makes me laugh because that's not even that's not even who I am anymore,
- 5:14you know, And it's it's just so funny to feel the difference within
- 5:19myself and recognize it and acknowledge it. And I taught a class the other
- 5:27day. It was for the City and County workers that in itself was freaking
- 5:34phenomenal that I was even invited to teach this class at the college. People,
- 5:42I don't I like, there was one person in the class of twenty
- 5:45that I knew one and was I nervous. Absolutely, I was nervous in
- 5:51the beginning. And I also voiced it that is huge, right to stand
- 5:59in front of all these strange people and say, you know what, I'm
- 6:01really nervous right now because my body is feeling uncomfortable. And then I would
- 6:09go into the teaching pieces and the more I talked, the calmer I got.
- 6:14But just the idea of just voice saying being vulnerable and people like stand,
- 6:18I'm standing now. There was a there was a podium that I could
- 6:23have sided behind to put my papers and all that didn't want to do that.
- 6:28I wanted to be fully exposed. Here I am, this is me.
- 6:32Like me or not don't matter to me. I'm showing up to do
- 6:35what I do. And here we are, right and uh, but just
- 6:41seeing everybody's faces were just so so much heaviness is and you know, to
- 6:46see that and the sadness in their eyes and the body language just slumped over
- 6:54and looking down. And of course it was first thing in the morning and
- 6:59you're talking about reducing stress and meditation like right, But hey, they chose
- 7:05to be there. I'm just saying they signed up for the class. They
- 7:08weren't forced to take my class. They signed up for it. So I
- 7:11want to just set that premise. But that's but bringing you know, I
- 7:16do this anyway, and my teachings. When I'm having a class that uh,
- 7:21you know, healing and learning new things, like that's something that's hard.
- 7:27It's hard work to do that, and it's it's uncomfortable and when you're
- 7:32looking at yourself, you don't want to do that. That's scary. There's
- 7:39a lot of fear in that. And to to bring some lightheartedness into the
- 7:45class, into the teaching and break that cycle, like we don't have to
- 7:49be heavy all the time, meaning heavy in our emotions. Laughter switches that,
- 7:55and then that's our choice is like what what can you find that can
- 8:01genuinely bring up the laughter, to bring up that lightheartedness, because before it
- 8:07would be just laughing at somebody if they fell, even if they hurt themselves,
- 8:13and then ask are you okay? Right after you've you've you've cried tears
- 8:18of laughter, and then oh are you okay? And they're like rolling around
- 8:24in pain or whatever they're doing, or you know, really bad jokes that
- 8:33we found humorous because of our pain. But what about you know, just
- 8:39a child playing and laughing. They children laugh like three hundred times a day
- 8:46and adults less than twenty. And what I always say that number is probably
- 8:52way less than that, because I've I mean, I laugh at myself a
- 8:56lot now, but before Nope, that not doing it? You wro he
- 9:01wrote right even to go like for even to go watch a movie or do
- 9:05anything. I remember someone saying to me, I think it was Jim,
- 9:09like, why don't you just laugh? And I'm like, well I am,
- 9:13And it's like I was not laughing to a capacity that he was laughing
- 9:16to or how people like how I laughed now? And then I remember going
- 9:20to see which is the craziest thing to go see Ted, you know when
- 9:24it first came out, and I was at a theater and for me to
- 9:26laugh out loud in a theater, my god, people would have seen me.
- 9:31And it's like I remember looking around, but it's like I couldn't control
- 9:33this laughter that was coming out of me. And that was phenomenal for me
- 9:37because it was something I had never experienced before, not that I can remember.
- 9:41And I can guarantee you just like you were saying as a child,
- 9:43we were doing it all the time. Yeah, all the time. And
- 9:46then all of a sudden, like why are you depriving yourself? Because I
- 9:50think at some point we think that we had to be so serious and we
- 9:52had to get it right, whatever right was, and we had to you
- 9:56know, live according to someone else's standards always from schooling to parents, to
- 10:01religions and everything else too. So it's like there's so much stuff that was
- 10:05going on and that it kind of kind of zapp doesn't. Now we're like
- 10:07saying, hey, guys, it's okay, laugh your ass off, Like
- 10:11do it as much as you possibly can. Find whatever you can that's going
- 10:15to make you laugh all day. Yeah. And then and when you are
- 10:20in a group, I mean, especially like a theater because uh movie theater,
- 10:26when there's a funny piece and when there's many people laughing, that kind
- 10:33of gets you going. It does, and it just amplifies the joy.
- 10:39So yeah, and then last night playing games and we just laughed and had
- 10:45a great time with this game. It was super silly, but it was
- 10:50hysterical and just having that, just having that time a couple hours. I
- 10:56think we played this game for probably I don't know, two and a half
- 11:01hours and just laughed and it was so fun. And it just you know,
- 11:07those moments and the people that I that we don't I mean, we
- 11:13really honestly don't hang out a lot with and to be in that space with
- 11:18them and to have that joy it was wonderful. That's awesome. Yeah,
- 11:28it really is. And when you know, there's so much focus sometimes in
- 11:37what I do as far as coaching, and there's heaviness like working with people
- 11:41in their emotions and doing some healing and working with people who've had family,
- 11:48friends, family transition. So you know, a lot of what I do
- 11:52is not like all Fairy does. Like it's not like this is great.
- 11:58You know, we're in this the emotions and feeling them and all that.
- 12:03And the more you do that, the lighter get one hundred percent. And
- 12:11so it's important for me just like you because Bev does this too, she
- 12:16coaches her clients and doing the things that she does. So it's important for
- 12:26us as individuals to be lighter in our other day to day stuff. So
- 12:35and as always, as we always say, this is a choice. It's
- 12:39just you get to decide to do it or not. Yeah, And quite
- 12:46honestly, sometimes I like to be in the grumpy space for you know,
- 12:50for a few minutes, or sometimes I find myself relishing in that space again.
- 12:54But guess what, it's a choice. It's not a good thing or
- 12:56a bad thing. It's an experience thing. It's a feeling thing, right
- 13:01even for you. Like this stuff can get really heavy when you're working with
- 13:03someone, but ma'am, when they share themselves and they bring that stuff to
- 13:05the surface, it's so freeing for them. They may not see it right
- 13:09now, but it's like we can see where it's going, and it's it's
- 13:13awesome. You can see how it's gonna shift and how how and it's like
- 13:18you can even use your imagination in that whole process and to feed feed them
- 13:22more positive energy by seeing them in enjoy with all this stuff, seeing them
- 13:26handling these things with grace and ease and lighten their heart and full of joy.
- 13:31You know, there's ways that we can help people, and that's one
- 13:35of the ways to uplift them without saying you don't have to say anything.
- 13:39I don't have to say if I see something that says, hey, pray
- 13:41for this person, I pray for them, or if I see something there's
- 13:45something going on, I do it. I don't have to post that I'm
- 13:46praying for them. I mean, but it doesn't matter whether you do it
- 13:50or not. For me, it's like I'm still you know, I still
- 13:52have my ways of contributing in any way possible. So it's it's usually the
- 14:00possibilities for me, especially because most of the time I'm at home or you
- 14:03know what I mean, I'm running around, so it's like I still have
- 14:05the opportunities and love to that person and streams of grace or prayers or whatever
- 14:09you want to call it. It's still an opportunity And then it makes me
- 14:13feel lighter too because we contributed right gosh before, Like I was telling freemany
- 14:18like I had group yesterday and then I saw two clients after that. That
- 14:22was that's unheard of. But I would never have done this. But it's
- 14:24like I had someone hurting someone I wasn't gonna be able to see for a
- 14:28few months if I didn't, you know, add a day, and so
- 14:31it was like it was but by the end of the day, I was,
- 14:33you know, I was still good, and I still had some running
- 14:35around to do, but I was like gone all day and then I get
- 14:37home till like six thirty last night or close to seven. So it was
- 14:41like it was it was awesome because there was so much accomplished. But on
- 14:46the other side, I know that I'm home today and tomorrow I don't.
- 14:48I don't have to go anywhere. So it's but it's finding that joy and
- 14:50it's like I've enjoyed that space and the people that I got to see this
- 14:54last week. You know, I have one client that her mom just passed
- 14:58away. She had fallen and broken her neck and you know, from a
- 15:01previous surgery, and they were going to do surgery on her and she just
- 15:05kind of letting them know that it was time to go. And it's like
- 15:07it's she's like, I had to make the decision to pull the cord or
- 15:11you know not she didn't say it specifically that way, but pull the plug,
- 15:13right, she had to make the decision. But it's like, on
- 15:16the other side of that, you're not making a decision. And I learned
- 15:18this from Suzanne Gatezeman talking to someone because she had talked to someone that was
- 15:22in a coma and was unable to communicate, and she's like, if you
- 15:26can, you know, you can unplug me all you want to. I'm
- 15:28either gonna I'm either gonna choose to stay or I'm gonna choose to go.
- 15:31So it's not we all put so much pressure on ourselves and thinking that you
- 15:35know, and hopefully someone that's listening to this right now needed to hear that.
- 15:39But we think that we have so much control and this is up to
- 15:41us to make this this this decision. But ultimately it's still even if the
- 15:46person's not communicating with you, that person still has an opportunity to stay.
- 15:48I'm going to stay in the body and come back and do whatever I'm gonna
- 15:52do, or I'm not going to stay period. So it's like it takes
- 15:56takes responsibility off of the person just making these decisions. They feel like they're
- 16:00making these decisions. Yeah, and you know, go ahead in that In
- 16:04that same line, just read and need a more Johnnie story fully smokes right,
- 16:11Yeah, so and and and I had a class yesterday that I was
- 16:18teaching intuition development, and they're really more interested in the mediumship part right to
- 16:22tune in love and just talking to them and telling them, you know,
- 16:27when when you're friends and when people transition, meaning leave the physical body return
- 16:33to spirit. I see it as I have more access to them now,
- 16:41and we don't know our our each other's spirits, dream we don't even know
- 16:48our own spirits journey typically, like there's probably if anybody knows, it's very
- 16:52few people who know who's who's elevated enough in their connection to spirit to be
- 16:56able to do that. Nine of the population does not know their spirit's journey,
- 17:03how long we're going to be here and all that. And I forgot
- 17:10where I was going with this. But they have they have more access to
- 17:15them, and they also show up if they have, you know, along
- 17:18the lines of laughter, if they have like a funny sense of humor,
- 17:26they're comical there, they call you out on your shit, like whatever personality
- 17:33they had in the physical body, that's how they're going to show up in
- 17:37spirit as well, so that you can recognize their energy. And uh was
- 17:41So I had a lady there and she's like, I said something and it
- 17:47was pretty direct, and I looked at her and I said the words,
- 17:52and I said and I already knew her brother was in spirit, and I
- 17:56said, that was a message from your brother, and she just laughed and
- 17:59she's like like, yeah, that would be something he would say, you
- 18:02know. And we laughed. And it's like, embrace that their energy because
- 18:10they're not they're not confined to the human story anymore. And and we just
- 18:18and just like you were saying, when when you have to make this when
- 18:22it's when it's your responsibility to make the decisions of somebody else's life as far
- 18:29as medically, and you know, the doctors are saying, there's this is
- 18:33it right? You've got to just tell us when to take them off all
- 18:38the machines. Just Spirit's gonna do what spirit's gonna do. And how many
- 18:47times has that happened? And they wait and and the and the spirit,
- 18:51the body waits until somebody shows up to give them that opportunity for some closure,
- 18:57and then the spirit trans right. It's just it's really it's just going
- 19:03to do what it's going to do. We have control over that. Nope.
- 19:07So there's a lot there's a lot of recognition and a lot of that
- 19:10stuff too, But it's I think I feel like a lot of people have
- 19:12had to make decisions and they've they felt like they've had to make decisions,
- 19:17but it really wasn't. I don't think it was really what they thought it
- 19:21was. From my perspective, have I had to make the decision? I
- 19:23have not. Has that been in my experience? It has not. But
- 19:27from what feels right to me or re resonates with me today because you know,
- 19:33things we were always evolving and changing and our beliefs change, and it's
- 19:37like it totally influences how we're going to move throughout our day and how we're
- 19:41going to be, just like we were talking about making shifts, and it's
- 19:45like and then laughing is easier, doesn't Before laughing was hard for me.
- 19:48I couldn't let that out of myself. I try. That's that's just goes
- 19:52to show you how much we're how much we control things. But when we're
- 19:56so controlling of things, we're not allowing anything else to come in either.
- 20:00So it's like I had a tight grip on everything. It's had a trip
- 20:03grip of my emotions. You didn't typically see me. If I got pissed,
- 20:07I might cry, but typically you wouldn't see me cry. That would
- 20:11be something I would do, you know, in the shower or quietly somewhere
- 20:14else. I didn't ever, you know, wasn't something to allow someone else
- 20:18to see. Probably, I don't know. I can imagine just being picked
- 20:22on as a kid or whatever for crying or whatever, and then stopping it.
- 20:25And then it's like realizing that we're allowed to have these emotions, and
- 20:29I think that's a lot. That's a big statement that we're allowed to have
- 20:32these emotions. I think for the longest time, I think that we didn't.
- 20:34You didn't want to behave in any certain way because you're being seen.
- 20:37But now it's like we're in a place of show yourself, you know,
- 20:41show your vulnerability. Just like you said, standing in front of a group
- 20:44and saying this is kind of I'm a little bit nervous right now, and
- 20:48it's like it's but it's awesome because that's another way of saying because it's you
- 20:52can tap into where they've been at some point or another. Everybody's been nervous
- 20:56at some point or another, being in front of a group or having to
- 20:57be the one that stand up. I believe they have been. Not always
- 21:02like when we're kids would go back to the children, like children a lot
- 21:04of times, depending on how they've been raised and stuff like that, will
- 21:07be very outspoken and tell you all kinds of things about your whole their whole
- 21:11family and stuff that the parents are like, oh, let's talk about this
- 21:15out in public, you know what I mean. So yeah, but it's
- 21:18just funny because it's we've we've had those experiences. But that's the thing,
- 21:22and that that kind of conversation, who we don't talk like that out here
- 21:26is so restrictive, right, It's just being natural and being in the flow
- 21:30and knowing if anyone's been around kids, you know, kids are going to
- 21:33say whatever pops into their head, and it's not going to always be through
- 21:37the filter of this feels nice. It's just going to be honest from their
- 21:40perspective, which is awesome. Yeah, And you know the kids are going
- 21:49to call you out. They're just going to call you out, especially the
- 21:53little ones, right, the little call you out on your shit, and
- 22:00a lot of times that is in public. And if it makes you uncomfortable,
- 22:07then I would suggest to say it that if it makes you uncomfortable well
- 22:12with what they're calling you out on, then that's on you. Because if
- 22:18it was something that was okay, if it was something that was cool,
- 22:22you would probably laugh about it or be lighthearted about it. But if they're
- 22:26calling you out on something and you get uncomfortable and you drum up some shame
- 22:32or guilt around it or anger, then there might be needing. A shift
- 22:37needs to be happening within yourself. So because we're teaching our kids, I
- 22:41did it. I did it to my son. I've done it. You
- 22:45know it's happened to me. Is we're just teaching them that it's not okay
- 22:51to be truthful, to be authentic, so or to lie, you know,
- 23:00the whole facade that everything's great and we don't talk about that, but
- 23:04when we're in public, we're gonna act like everything's great and we're a happy
- 23:07family. That happens a lot, I mean probably, yeah, a lot.
- 23:15Two have the idea that you're the perfect family and everything in your your
- 23:21you know, everything, the lawn's manicured, and everything looks great, and
- 23:25you're teaching perfectionism. But when you're out in public and your child calls you
- 23:30out on something and it slaps you in the face and you get embarrassed.
- 23:38So between children and cell phones, because people video you, you're on right,
- 23:47you're you're on all the time, and they're great indicators that if you
- 23:52feel uncomfortable about something that somebody has said, then that's on you. Because
- 23:59if it's drumming up shame or guilt or anger or any of the heavy emotions,
- 24:06then it's probably something for you to look at within yourself and don't get
- 24:10mad at your kids, because your kids are just voicing what they're seeing or
- 24:14hearing. And for that for you to tell them to zip, like,
- 24:19you know, shut their mouth or whatever, now you're teaching them that it's
- 24:25not okay to use their voice. So there's a lot wrapped up into that.
- 24:30And because I've thought about this a lot, there's a movie I forget
- 24:36what the name of it is, but it's where this this girl she wears
- 24:41like a camera on her and so it's basically it's it's just with her all
- 24:45the time, and and it's broadcasts publicly, and so then every once in
- 24:53a while she's interviewed about the piece some of the things that she did in
- 24:57her life and questioned why she did it and said, and it was just
- 25:02like, that's where we're at. Because everybody has a cell phone and you
- 25:06never know at any time who has their recorder on. Right. So I'm
- 25:11so thankful that when we were younger we didn't have that stuff, because yeah,
- 25:18I'm very thankful. I am very thankful. You know, it's one
- 25:23thing to grow up dealing with a lot of your own emotional emotions, and
- 25:27traumas and all that stuff. We're not dealing with it, and then to
- 25:32have all that, you know, being monitored and videoed and stuff all the
- 25:36time, I guess, But like what you're saying is though, it does
- 25:38make sense. And if we're if we're responding that way and being our true,
- 25:42authentic selves, regardless of whether we're being recorded or not, you know,
- 25:47and standing in that power of knowing that I was being true and authentic
- 25:51that was just how I felt at that time or at that particular moment whatever,
- 25:55and not having judgment about it. And then we're teaching others the same
- 25:57thing without having to tell them you don't have to be this way, you
- 26:00don't have to do it this way, but we can. There's so many
- 26:03other ways. But we've got there's we've got preferences showing up in our experience
- 26:08all the time. It's like, what do you want to put your attention
- 26:11on? I mean, really, because we have opportunities all the time.
- 26:15You can try on the news and listen to war stuff. Do you want
- 26:18to be involved in the war. You can play video games that and I
- 26:21played them for years and years and years and years until probably about ten years
- 26:25ago. Like full time. I was a full time player and a full
- 26:26time worker and a mom, you know, all this other stuff. How
- 26:30did I have time for all that stuff? I don't even know. But
- 26:33most of the stuff that I played was geared towards war, so it's like
- 26:36it constantly keeps you into that kind of a mindset. I was playing old
- 26:40war stuff, war games, the new stuff, you know, futuristic stuff,
- 26:44but it was all war. It was all fighting. So it's like
- 26:47it's it's what are you where are you putting your energy into? And sure
- 26:51that was fun and that was for me at the time frame, but now
- 26:53it doesn't. I don't resonate with it at all. So at the time
- 26:56it was great. It was I needed to decompress, and that the way
- 27:00that I decompressed a lot. That's how I shut out for dealing with the
- 27:03world or with my own emotions. That's how I dealt with things for a
- 27:07long time. And now it's like, I feel so much better that I
- 27:10don't I don't need that. I don't have to go play the game to
- 27:12go kill something, you know. I mean to change the way that I'm
- 27:17feeling. I can change the way that I'm feeling I can go put my
- 27:18feet in the dirt. I can sing, I can find something that makes
- 27:22me laugh. I can talk to a friend. You know, a lot
- 27:25of times I's just talking to a friend, reminiscing or celebrating whatever they're celebrating
- 27:29right now, and being in that joy because I've been in the space before
- 27:33too, when someone tells you something and it's like they're all excited about it,
- 27:37and you're like, well, shit, that's not happening for me,
- 27:41and then you feel like then you feel that lack and all the other stuff,
- 27:42and it's like you don't have to feel those emotions of black and stuff,
- 27:47but you can celebrate with the person that's celebrating right now. You can
- 27:49celebrate that that you had your mediumship class, because it sounds like that's kind
- 27:55of where the way it gravitated towards and most people are that way anyways.
- 27:59Not even realize if we just quiet down, we have so much information,
- 28:03so many things that are around us trying to communicate with us and give us
- 28:04information. Because I still I am so much better than I used to be,
- 28:08but I can get my mind's a lot more quieter, and if I'm
- 28:12quiet sometimes I'm just having a full I'm talking to God or I'm talking to
- 28:17you know, my team and stuff just in my head about like, hey,
- 28:19this is what I'm noticing, this is what I'm feeling. How do
- 28:22I deal with that? You know, I'm just go I'm just there's a
- 28:25whole lot of dialogue going on the inside. But it's because I'm working through
- 28:27stuff now instead of my mind having control over the show, instead of my
- 28:32mind like being the conductor right conducting the band or the symphony or whatever is
- 28:38going on. But that's how it felt for me for the long time,
- 28:41and I was like I got to witness well, fuck, there dev goes
- 28:45again, doing her shit again, you know what I mean back in the
- 28:47day. So it's like, oh, there she goes again. She drank
- 28:49too much. You know, she's gonna pay the price for a couple of
- 28:52days on this one, I think. And you know, it's funny because
- 28:56it's because that was my experiences before. Now it's like, those don't need
- 28:59to be in my experience for me to feel fulfilled. They don't have to
- 29:03be in my experience because I don't need to be distracted from these emotions that
- 29:07are coming up. Now. I'm not saying that sometimes I don't need a
- 29:10distraction because sometimes I'm overwhelmed by everything and I can't deal with it right that
- 29:14moment. And that's fine. Then you just go find go play the game
- 29:17for a minute, Go find a video with puppies and kittens or something silly.
- 29:21Someone falling down and you know, on ice. I don't know why
- 29:23every time I see someone stepping on ice, it's like, why is that
- 29:26hilarious? Because I've had moments. Okay, I've had moments when I worked
- 29:30at as a detention officer at a local jail. I remember stepping out of
- 29:36my vehicle. I'm direct in my uniform, I've got my duty belt on.
- 29:40I'm serious, I got my jacket on. I step out on the
- 29:42on of my truck and boom right on my back. Because right back to
- 29:45the thing. At this time, we were at a new facility and we
- 29:48had video cameras everywhere, so I was like and then I'm like, hey,
- 29:52did you guys catch that? And they didn't see it, but it's
- 29:56like it was just hilarious. You know, that was for me, that
- 29:57was hilarious. So for me, sometimes you know, watching stuff, someone
- 30:00that's slipping on ice, and let her trying to get up. And it's
- 30:03kind of funny. Why because the old stuff, right, Oh, look
- 30:07at them in the struggle trying to get up. But it's it's just a
- 30:11matter of us laughing at ourselves. It's not that there's something wrong and we're
- 30:15not laughing that someone's hurt oring. That kind of stuff is just laughing.
- 30:19My mom taught me when I was little. I don't do this anymore,
- 30:22obviously because I'm of the grown ass adult, but she would teach us every
- 30:29time we were even get a shot, we would laugh. She would get
- 30:30us laughing before we got our shots, so we weren't trying or making a
- 30:33big deal about it. So of course that can be kind of sadistic,
- 30:37I guess in some ways. But anyways, it helped me to deal with
- 30:41it. I was fine until you know, I saw a kid other kids
- 30:44losing their mind because they were getting ready to get a shot. But it's
- 30:47funny, and it's it's just how it's our perspective when we see these things,
- 30:49right, it's not like it's a bad thing. It's however we're going
- 30:52to look at it. We can look at it from a victim state.
- 30:55We can look at it from a healing state. We can look at it
- 30:56from just from being in a piece of love and then peace and love and
- 31:02watching that person having their experience without having an attachment too, but just witnessing
- 31:07them how they're responding, because guess what that was me at one time or
- 31:10another. That's how I might have responded or how I had responded before.
- 31:15So it's just it's not it's just to have the experience to witness how things
- 31:18are evolving and how smart these new kids are when they're born, and how
- 31:22they're ready to take on the world such a young I mean infants that are
- 31:27holding their heads up without a problem. It's kind of that's kind of blows
- 31:30my mind. They're just so evolved because they're ready for the next thing.
- 31:34They came in ready, but so did we. So it's not saying that
- 31:38we didn't come in because we had our own tasks to do when we came
- 31:41into these physical bodies, and we've done it. I would say a lot
- 31:45of us have done it. Even the people that we would say aren't doing
- 31:48it, they are doing it. They are propelling us maybe forward, they
- 31:52might be giving us the motivation like that. I've been in that space,
- 31:55and I don't want to feel that way anymore. So it's like, there's
- 31:57just it's again perspective, right, got all these opportunities to look around us
- 32:01and see how we want to respond or what do we want in our experience.
- 32:05It's around us all the time. It's a video the other day and
- 32:09it was it was short, it was like maybe thirty seconds or less,
- 32:14and somebody flailing a lot around on the ice and the caption was when the
- 32:20Devil's trying to take you down, but the Lord's got you. They never
- 32:23fell. It was hysterical. They're laying around on his ice and then they
- 32:29almost lose it in their stent and it was just and then they walked away.
- 32:35That's all. Yeah, that's awesome, Like and I had a full
- 32:38visual on that, so that's super cool too. Oh yeah, and that
- 32:43you know, when it comes to comes to memories, when you're in a
- 32:46heavy emotion, we'll think about what memories you're thinking about. If you're staying
- 32:53stuck in that heavy emotion, you know, you're thinking about the experiences,
- 32:59the memory of when you made a bad decision and the relationships didn't work out
- 33:06and it was your you know, you beat yourself how what was what did
- 33:08I do wrong? How come they left me? I'm not good enough?
- 33:13Right? Or the abusive parents, why would they do that to a child?
- 33:16And you know when you're when you're thinking about memories, that's keeping you
- 33:21in the heavy emotion. Then take a moment, recognize that, acknowledge it,
- 33:25and know that there were good memories in there as well. If you
- 33:29had a pet, maybe you had an amazing bond with your pet, and
- 33:32even though the abuse was happening that moment, those moments with your your pet,
- 33:37or maybe you know, taking the dog outside and playing fetch or just
- 33:43running or just rolling around in the in the grass, those memories are still
- 33:47there. But what do we do. We're drama based, so we're going
- 33:52to focus on all the bullshit that happened, not the good stuff that happened.
- 33:55And I did it too, so I'm not prone to saying I'm was
- 34:00perfect at my memories because my memories kept me stuck in my anger, in
- 34:05my resentment, in my guilt, all the stuff. So maybe you start
- 34:10there, start thinking more about the blissful moments, the joyful moments, the
- 34:19laughter, those moments of laughter, and be in that space more often.
- 34:24It's it suggested that for every negative thought you have, you need to have
- 34:30three positive thoughts right after that, just to counterbalance it. And I know
- 34:37I lived in negative thinking all the time. Having a positive thought wasn't I
- 34:45didn't even know what that was really. It just like, what do you
- 34:46mean? I have a positive thought about what life sucks and there's nothing to
- 34:51be positive about? Right? Well, that's a false story. It was
- 34:57a story I created and believed it. And so there were some amazing moments
- 35:01in my life as a child that they're coming up now because I'm creating the
- 35:07space for myself to remember them, where even in that heavy emotion, you
- 35:16can still think about those lighter moments and give more attention to that and even
- 35:23just relish in it. So it's I mean, everything's practice, and there's
- 35:29things that you have to implement it for things to change. And you have
- 35:35to decide have I had enough? Have I had enough of not feeling good
- 35:39meaning not feeling good in your body, not feeling good in your mental state,
- 35:44not feeling good in your emotions? Have you had enough yet? I
- 35:46mean I got to where I had enough. I was just like, something's
- 35:51got to change. Once you acknowledge it and you open that door, all
- 35:54kinds of information comes. But when you're in your resistance, when you're not
- 36:00have your emotion, you're keeping the door shut and you're like, I just
- 36:02want to sit here and suffer. Okay, Well then you're just gonna get
- 36:06more suffering and you're just gonna be there. And there's no judgment around that
- 36:10from us. We're not. We're just that's your choice. It's up to
- 36:14you. But I know when I was in my suffering, I knew it
- 36:16didn't feel good. I knew I didn't want to keep doing that. I
- 36:20knew I didn't want to live forty to fifty more years and take my last
- 36:23breath still suffering. I'm like, no, this doesn't make sense to me.
- 36:29Why would I want to And then hearing at that time and thinking that
- 36:34because people they still say it today, this is your only life. That
- 36:38definitely didn't make sense to me, but I didn't have anything else to say
- 36:43differently at that time, and I'm like, Okay, so this is my
- 36:46life and I'm angry and then I'm gonna die. Why would I do that?
- 36:55That makes no sense? That makes no sense. So it's up to
- 37:00me to be open to other ideas about life, about what I was told
- 37:12or what I was seeing as truth, but I knew within me it wasn't
- 37:16truth because really back in the day, like even when I was in that
- 37:22in those heavy emotions, I knew, I'm like, that doesn't make sense
- 37:27that we would have one chance, one life to do this and then what
- 37:37there It just I was like, no, there's more where, there's way
- 37:42more to what's going on. But I just didn't have the answers. But
- 37:45I didn't. I finally got information that resonated. Some of that information has
- 37:50changed over time, and that's okay, but it's gotten me to where I
- 37:52am, and that's that's great. Like I feel so good now. And
- 38:00and I had an incident happen just a few days ago. Normally I would
- 38:06be pissed, like off the charts pissed, and it would have defined my
- 38:13entire day because then when I got to work, there was something else that
- 38:17happened, and I would have just been, all right, here we go,
- 38:22it's gonna be a day, right, and it would just it would
- 38:24have just notedball. Nope, didn't let it happen. Did I did not
- 38:29let that happen. I'm like, Okay, well, this is where we're
- 38:31at, this is what's happened. We're just gonna deal with it and finish
- 38:37getting ready for work, go to work. Incident happened, Just gonna deal
- 38:42with it. We're just gonna move on. Like it was so calm,
- 38:45so easy. The rest of my day was fantastic. I'm like, this
- 38:51is how it is. Every experience is a moment. It is a moment
- 38:54in time. It does not define the rest of your day, or the
- 38:58rest of your week, or the rest of your your year. It's it's
- 39:00a moment. And this is something I've been sharing with the people I work
- 39:07with, is they're just like, oh my gosh, it's been a day.
- 39:10I'm like, no, it hasn't because the day's not even guaranteed,
- 39:17right, you don't even know you're gonna take an next break. So it
- 39:21was a moment. This happened. Now we're gonna move through it and take
- 39:25care of it, and then we're gonna go on with our day and have
- 39:29a good day. Like that's my choice, because I'm tired of the suffering.
- 39:37I'm tired of setting that precedence that just because I stubbed my toe first
- 39:42thing in the morning. The whole day's shit. I'm tired of doing that.
- 39:45It's exhausting and I don't want to do it anymore. I'm just like,
- 39:49it's not for me. That's what that was my decision. Yeah,
- 39:52And we don't have to write and we don't have to that's the whole big
- 39:54deal. We didn't know that we didn't have to, right, We just
- 39:58thought that was part of the process. Hey, this is what happened this
- 40:00morning, and we feed the story right something that And I haven't had this
- 40:04experience, but I've had I've listened to enough psychic mediums that say that however
- 40:08we are here, we're still going to be that same way once we pass
- 40:12over, that we're still going to go through our stuff. And it's like,
- 40:15why not utilize this timeframe to evolve and not be in that same space?
- 40:20You know what I mean? If we're always talking about you're going to
- 40:22take yourself with you, Like, no matter what, you're still going to
- 40:24take yourself with you. You're still going to take your bs, your belief
- 40:29system, right, your bullshit, all of it. It's all kind of
- 40:30applies, but you're going to take all that with you even as you go
- 40:35on too. When you cross over and you're gonna be, then you get
- 40:37to see things differently, and then of course you evolve. But why not
- 40:42evolve here? Right? We can when we talk about changing our past,
- 40:45we can change our past by our thoughts. Right. I can sit here
- 40:50for the longest time and I never even process that. Maybe that's where I've
- 40:52eliminated, you know, my memories for childhood. But I could sit here
- 40:58and say, oh, well, I was sexually usted by my grandfather and
- 41:00my uncle, and it's like I could I could go that process and go
- 41:05down that that line, or I could be just like you said, I
- 41:08could focus on gosh. I could remember running around with sticks with my sister
- 41:13in our front yard, and those were our horses, and mine was Whiskey
- 41:16because whatever movie I saw on TV at the time was hilarious and his horses
- 41:21was named Whiskey. So that was my horse's name for for always, or
- 41:24playing with matchbox cars, or playing like all the times, or sitting in
- 41:29those metal ten like buckets that you would put for like dog water or something
- 41:35outside we would sit we you know, that was our pool. You know,
- 41:37we would cool off that way in the summertime. So it's like remembering
- 41:43all those things, that's how it changes, or even an experience you had,
- 41:45So like when someone transitions, you can look back and call that a
- 41:49loss that we didn't get to have that experience, but you did get to
- 41:52have that experience. But it's it's perspective, and it's like find the times
- 41:57that you did have, the great times, and then focus on that.
- 42:00That changes things. And now it's not such a heapiness and that even changes
- 42:04I believe, And is it in my experience right now, I don't know.
- 42:07I haven't. I can't tell you that it's been my personal experience,
- 42:09but from someone that's crossed over, I feel like it changes there. If
- 42:15we're looking at the past and always seeing heaviness, then we keep almost kind
- 42:17of a heaviness on that person that's no longer here in this physical body.
- 42:22But so if I can look back and find a positive and keep it light
- 42:24and see all the joy that was in those times, I'm actually given that
- 42:28person joy that's on the other side. And that's even whether they've left their
- 42:31physical body or not. It's the same thing even if I've had I could
- 42:36use my stepdad for experience. I know that there is lots of experiences that
- 42:38we had grown up that were freaking awesome, and those are the experiences I
- 42:43can focus on. Or I can focus on the last moment that we had
- 42:45a conversation together, do you know what I mean. So it's like it's
- 42:47my choice and I can be there however I want to, and I can
- 42:52keep myself in that space if I want to or I don't have to,
- 42:54but it's still the same thing. I can send all this positivity and for
- 42:59me, if I'm not willing or not able to deal with the decisions that
- 43:02someone else made or circumstances or my perspective on things, that's fine too.
- 43:07But I don't sit and focus on it because I just let it go.
- 43:10And when pieces, if I focus on it would make it worse. And
- 43:14now I bring more stuff like that into my experience. By me letting it
- 43:17go, I allow solutions to come into play. I allow myself to change,
- 43:23my inner dialogue to change, I allow I give myself permission to be
- 43:29in the space that I'm at right now, and then eventually it just falls
- 43:31away anyways, because I'm not fighting it, I'm not resisting it. I'm
- 43:36not pushing it, I'm not trying to fix it. I'm just being.
- 43:40And that's how we resolve so many things just by being just being right now.
- 43:45And so if you're in that space, and it's so easy to say
- 43:49that, because when you're in the space, you're in the space. And
- 43:52sometimes it you know, it takes a few minutes or a few days,
- 43:53or sometimes years. I don't know, because I've been in the year things
- 43:58not. I mean, it's not typically I would say no, but I
- 44:00would say, well, it's been three years since I spoke to my stepdad,
- 44:04So I mean, so there is that too, But it's all matter
- 44:07of perspective. And like I said, you can I can sit and focus
- 44:10on all the things that were wonderful Disneyland that you know, enjoying playing with
- 44:15my brother and the jacuzzi with snorkels on or smashing bugs or whatever we were
- 44:20doing, Like, those are the things to focus on and to put that
- 44:23so much joy and energy into. And then that other person that you're thinking
- 44:28about is getting that joy too. And one of the things that I learned
- 44:35a long time ago when I was in the process of the heaviness of my
- 44:38healing a teacher said, just pick one memory, one memory that puts a
- 44:45smile on your face, and every time you start having negative thinking or you're
- 44:52feeling down, think of that one memory so that it can shift your energy.
- 44:55So I add that one memory and I'll just share real quick. Is
- 45:00where I grew up, we actually had sidewalks and street lights. Where I
- 45:04live now we don't have sidewalks in the neighborhood in most places. But anyway,
- 45:09so my best friend at the time lived across the street, and we
- 45:15roller skating was a big deal, and we just roller skate up and down
- 45:19the sidewalk. But this one particular day, just being silly girls and laughing
- 45:28hysterically, and we both fell and we were laughing so hard I peed my
- 45:32pants. Now, it was in the summer, and I had my mom
- 45:37made me wear jeans because I was tomboyish and I had bruises all over because
- 45:42I was climbing trees and over walls and doing all the things. And she's
- 45:45like, you gotta wear pants because people aren't even think I abuse you,
- 45:49like I beat you. And I'm like, god, mom is he was
- 45:51like ninety degrees outside, But anyway, So anyway, I peed my pants
- 45:54and then we're laughing so hard, and we're trying to sneak into my house
- 46:00without my mom knowing that I peed my pants, but we're giggling and laughing
- 46:06and she's like, what are you girls up? Do nothing? Mom,
- 46:07It's just but just that memory is what kept got me through a lot of
- 46:14my healing process. I had to I just go back to that and I
- 46:16would just it would just you know, when I think about now, I
- 46:21could actually laugh about it, but when I was in the depths of my
- 46:24you know, emotions, it would at least put a smile on my face.
- 46:29And that's all you need, like just shift that energy just a little
- 46:31bit, and it helps so much. That's awesome. I like that because
- 46:38we all have have memories, you know. I was even thinking because I've
- 46:43got family members that have had a rough growing up and they would, you
- 46:47know, they would run to a safe house or whatever. But it's like
- 46:52even the there was there's still moments and amongst that stuff, like the that
- 46:57feeling of I got away or that feeling you know, the freedom, or
- 47:00the there's just different different ways of looking at things and not keeping yourself.
- 47:06Like you were singing, in that despair really or that those feelings of you
- 47:09know, locking ourselves in and it's like, we don't have to lock ourselves
- 47:13into that place. But there is so much to gain from, you know,
- 47:16revisiting some of that stuff and seeing it differently and not putting so much
- 47:21energy or gosh, if you want to put it in a different aspect,
- 47:23not giving so much energy to the other person that you don't want to be
- 47:28giving energy to, you know, in the first place. And because that's
- 47:30a lot of times that's what happens. You're you don't realize how much energy
- 47:35you're giving to someone, whether it's hate or it's love, it's you're still
- 47:37giving energy away to a hurt to something else doesn't always have to be a
- 47:43person, who could be a place, situation. It's so many different things.
- 47:45But it's just being aware of that too, and that can shift things.
- 47:50It's like no, no, I'm I mean, if that's your motivation,
- 47:52like, no, no, I'm not giving you any energy to this.
- 47:53I'm going to find a way. I'm going to find a way to
- 47:58conquer this or to rise above it, or to see it from a different
- 48:00perspective so that it's not I'm not giving away power to somebody else. Yep.
- 48:08And that's what we do right when we're thinking about them and we're staying
- 48:12sad or depressed or angry or feeling that shame or guilt or replaying that scenario
- 48:16in our head, and then all the shitta kuda wouldas and yeah, we're
- 48:23giving the power to them, We're giving the energy to them. They have
- 48:28the control. And what really makes me mad about that is what I mean
- 48:32it It had It took something to piss me of, like make me so
- 48:37mad about it that I was like, oh no, this is gonna change,
- 48:42because if you are reliving those heavy scenarios in your head, you're giving
- 48:50the power to that person and they're not even with you anymore. They're not
- 48:52even in the room anymore. But what made me mad was even if they
- 48:57are not in the physical body anymore, they still have the power. And
- 49:00that was the case with the person who molested me. And I was like,
- 49:05oh no, no, we're not gonna play this game no more.
- 49:08And I knew, I knew like it had it made me mad to think
- 49:14about that that they're not even here anymore and they still have power over me.
- 49:19Because I'm thinking about them, and there's that situation and it's keeping me
- 49:22stuck in the anger and the resentment and the guilt and the shame. Nope,
- 49:28that needs to change, right But we also come back to every single
- 49:34week. It was my choice. I was tired of feeling that way,
- 49:42and it took that to get my attention. For somebody to say that to
- 49:45me, it got my attention. It's like, Hm, Nope, that's
- 49:49gonna change right now, which means I still had to do some healing around
- 49:52it, because I mean there's still some stuff you know, you gotta not
- 50:00clear up. So true, and it's just exploring it because you really because
- 50:07sometimes we just don't know. I mean sometimes I just don't know what to
- 50:09do with some of the stuff that you know that kind of comes forward.
- 50:13So it's asking, like I asked with inside of myself for that, for
- 50:17information or for guidance, and it comes and then I just let it go.
- 50:22I don't sit there and be like, Okay, got my pencil ready
- 50:24to go. I mean sometimes I do if i'm automatic writing, but I'm
- 50:28in a different mindset when i'm doing that too, So but if I'm sitting
- 50:30there, I'll be like I'm not I'm not typically doing that. I'm like
- 50:34set it out loud, or I've asked myself with inside of myself, and
- 50:37then I just leave it and then I go on and do my stuff and
- 50:39it comes up. You'll know. You'll know when you're receiving answer or guidance
- 50:43to something specific. It's it's just you just know. It's like you it's
- 50:47like talking to someone and giving them information and they're very quiet and they don't
- 50:51say anything for a while, and then they come back and say, hey,
- 50:53this is what I was, this is where it's coming from, or
- 50:55this is what I recognized for you. So I mean, because that happens
- 51:00a lot too. Because sometimes again and it was something else you had said
- 51:05before, like enjoy the pauses, like instead of feeling like you have to
- 51:08fill the space of a pause, be in the pause, like pause,
- 51:13take a breath in that space. You don't have to answer something right away,
- 51:15and if you don't have answers, you don't have to answer at all.
- 51:19And then by doing a lot of this stuff, it's like all of
- 51:21this is like if you want to go back to the mediumship stuff, all
- 51:24of it is kind of like kind of guiding you into that mediumship. It
- 51:28really is. Because it's quieting in the mind, you're finding different solutions because
- 51:30you're listening from within for the solutions. And then you start recognizing that you're
- 51:35getting so much more communication or there's so much more going on than you had
- 51:38thought before that you had acknowledged before, and then that's when it starts getting
- 51:45more exciting and more joyful, this whole process. But because quieting the mind,
- 51:51it's it's awesome. It's awesome to be in that space where you don't
- 51:53have anything going and if it's you're just focused on your breath or you're just
- 51:58focused on you know, daydreaming. Gosh, how many times you heard daydreaming
- 52:02is so bad and it's like, now, no, it's not daydreaming I
- 52:06think is phenomenal. You should be doing it all the time. It's that's
- 52:09your imagination and letting it go wild. Not being anything much different than my
- 52:15friend telling me about her dream and how you know, things all of a
- 52:17sudden shifted into cotton candy, light, fluffy and sweet, right like the
- 52:22process that's there's so much information in those little dreams like that, but it's
- 52:27just keeping things light and the more that we do that, then we don't
- 52:30get so kind of wrapped up into it, intertwined with stuff that doesn't feel
- 52:35good unless you want you and if you want to go down that route,
- 52:37go down that route, but totally feel it and see what kind of trigger
- 52:40that does for you, because then that's that's an opportunity too. It's an
- 52:44opportunity to see that you still had stuff with inside of yourself that needed to
- 52:47be dealt with in order for you to achieve whatever you're going for next,
- 52:52in order for you to achieve the quiet mind. So it's like it's just
- 52:55enjoying all the whole journey. The whole journey is it's fun and like it's
- 53:00just to relish in all of it. And even in this stuff it's like
- 53:04when it catches you off guard or it seems like it throws you off balance
- 53:07a bit, it's like even being in that space and recognizing what it has
- 53:10to offer you, because there's something that's there for us all in those little,
- 53:15those little quiet moments when we just sit and pay attention to it.
- 53:20There was a few times which kind of goes on to something else, but
- 53:22there was a few times during group and it's like someone would say, oh
- 53:25my god, that was great, and I'm like, I don't even know
- 53:27what the hell I said, Like it's so so it's like, oh my
- 53:30gosh. Like for me when they'd say that, I'd be like and I
- 53:32would sit there for a second, like what did I say? That was
- 53:35so great? Like as I didn't hear what I said. I didn't hear.
- 53:37I don't it's weird. So I started to notice little things. But
- 53:42it's all part of this progression, right, It's all part of this whole
- 53:44thing. It's not we're all for me. I was wanting all this big,
- 53:47huge to do, you know, all at one time. Like I've
- 53:51heard one person say she was channeling and she was like someone took her suit
- 53:54and like laid it over the back of the seat and then she was this
- 53:58other being would have come through her and start speaking, and that for me,
- 54:01I expect it to be something like that, But it's like it happens
- 54:06so often, and it's just how do we know by being aware, like
- 54:08paying attention to this stuff, And it's like noticing the stuff that's going on
- 54:13around you when someone says something and is like it happened a couple of times
- 54:15and I was like, well, I don't even know what I said,
- 54:17Like I don't, Okay, thank you, You're welcome. I don't know
- 54:21because I don't. I couldn't add anything to I had no clue. It's
- 54:24like, where, how what was that? So? And it's probably I
- 54:30would say a lot. It's it's just to be in that space of recognizing
- 54:34how our soul can flow right through us. And I invite that on a
- 54:37regular basis too, just for my soul to come through and speak, speak
- 54:42what you want to speak. And because I catch myself how often we say
- 54:46I know, but I'll catch myself thinking about something and when I'm thinking about
- 54:51it, now i'm thinking about it, processing it. I'm not receiving the
- 54:53information. But but I've been on both sides of that, so I recognize
- 54:57when I'm receiving the information and when I'm thinking and I catch myself, I'm
- 55:00like, oh, well those are those are lovely thoughts. But what else?
- 55:06So it's like and then being quiet and then seeing what else comes forward.
- 55:09So it's just there's so much too. We have so many tools around
- 55:15us, and I couldn't have seen these tools in the beginning of this journey.
- 55:19Those tools would would not have done I don't think they would have done
- 55:22me any good because I was still in the muck of things. But it
- 55:25wasn't that I was in a bad space. It was I was just in
- 55:29a space and I made it to where I am right now. So it's
- 55:31like anybody can do it, and it can go as fast as you wanted
- 55:35to go. It just depends on your resistance. And are you pushing it
- 55:37or are you allowing it? Or are you you know what I mean?
- 55:39Are you in the boat and you're facing upstream and you're paddling as hard as
- 55:43you can and going nowhere? Are you letting yourself just go and float and
- 55:46then enjoying all the things that you get to see along the way. I
- 55:52want to enjoy all the things I get to see along the way. I'm
- 55:58just gonna goes along with what you're talking about that when I'm faced with something
- 56:05a little challenging now, instead of you know, getting in the depths of
- 56:09it emotionally, I talked, you know, like you said, talk to
- 56:15spirit, and I'm like, well, what's that all about? Right?
- 56:17I have a little bit of aggression because I'm like, well, what the
- 56:20hell, right, what's that all about. And I've posed the question,
- 56:25and I'll tell you. I'll be in the shower, I'll be getting ready
- 56:29for my day, I'll be driving to work, and the information bam,
- 56:34it was for this, Like it just drops I just called it just drops
- 56:38in, and I'll go, oh, okay, I can see that,
- 56:42Like I have these conversations. Yeah, But that's the way I have to
- 56:49pose the question, instead of being a victim to it, instead of beating
- 56:53myself up over it, instead of being attached to my story I I'm not
- 56:58good enough and what's wrong with me? And all that. It's like,
- 57:00no, what was that all about? So Spirit and I we already have
- 57:06this, we already have this connection. Now they are like I'm in the
- 57:08space of learning and being curious about my life and having more understanding about how
- 57:14I'm showing up in this physical world. And so when I say, what's
- 57:17that all about? That means what am I learning? What lesson was I
- 57:22supposed to get out of this? Why was I in this experience? Or
- 57:27why did I observe? What's it all about? And I just wrap it
- 57:30up in that that question, and then I'll go about my day whatever,
- 57:35and then it'll come in at a point where I'm a little quieter in my
- 57:38mind, and then the information just comes in and it's like, oh,
- 57:45okay, I can see that, I can get that. I received that.
- 57:47Then it's up to me what am I going to do with that information?
- 57:52How am I going to apply it? What am I going to change?
- 57:54How am I going to change my focus? Right, it's like it's
- 57:58a whole process, and so it's like, just let me know what was
- 58:01that all about? So I can do what I need to do with it.
- 58:05And then in you know, in the earlier days, I start well
- 58:14like twenty eight. I mean before that I knew about spiritual stuff, but
- 58:17I didn't understand it, and it was so fear based that you just didn't
- 58:21talk about it. But after twenty eight, when I started learning things,
- 58:24and just like we talk about have that connection to spirit, you can connect
- 58:30with your loved ones, you can quiet your mind, you can have a
- 58:35you know, feel that peace in your body and relaxation and all that.
- 58:37That's great. I knew that, and I knew I wanted to do that,
- 58:42but I was still heavy in my emotions. So then the question was
- 58:45how do I do that. I know it's possible. People are doing it
- 58:52and they're teaching about it. How do I do that? Well, you
- 58:57got to start somewhere, learn to be with yourself. Welln't like myself,
- 59:01so we can't do that. Well, you know, just breathe deep and
- 59:06just sit and be still. No, I can't do that because my mind's
- 59:08too busy and I am a single mom and I have a child and I
- 59:12don't have any time to right. So it was just like, well,
- 59:15here's how you do it, and then it was like, no, I
- 59:16can't. Well here's what you know. I can't. So it was just
- 59:22playing that game for a while until I was like all right, yeah,
- 59:25I gotta do it, so then implementing it right. So I had the
- 59:32tools, I knew the tools, but I wasn't utilizing the tools, even
- 59:37though those tools were going to get me to where I wanted to be.
- 59:38So there's that. I understand this conversation pretty well, very well. It's
- 59:47fun though, because we had the choice all along, and it was it
- 59:52was our decision. It was it was our decision to stay in those places
- 59:55or to not stay in those places. And it's like, I understand what
- 59:59you're saying, and I understand also like we get finally got to be like
- 1:00:02I'm not doing this anymore, and it's like there's been things that even still
- 1:00:07that I've done, like after I've gone through a lot of these growth and
- 1:00:10stuff like that, that I still do and it's like I don't know how
- 1:00:13to stop. Well you just stop, Okay, Well I don't know how.
- 1:00:15I don't know how to do that. But by me saying I don't
- 1:00:19know how, I was actually getting get receiving guidance even more how to get
- 1:00:22there because now I'm at the other side of it, and I couldn't tell
- 1:00:24you what did I do that was so different? I don't know besides listen,
- 1:00:30that's one of the biggest things, you know. I think it was
- 1:00:31eat, pray, love that she went to. It wasn't like a monastery.
- 1:00:36It was something like that right where she goes and and she can't talk
- 1:00:39at all, and that there's so much value in that of Really, I've
- 1:00:43thought about making a sign for myself a few times and just saying, you
- 1:00:45know, I'm I'm on the silence journey right now because we can receive so
- 1:00:50much more by being in that silence. And I before there's no way I
- 1:00:53could have ever been in that space ever, But now I can because I
- 1:00:58don't feel like I don't have to contribute something to a conversation. I get
- 1:01:02to be in that space, but I can just be the fly on the
- 1:01:06wall watching things. I don't have to actually be in it. But the
- 1:01:09things are different now, So it's like being in that space. Maybe we
- 1:01:13should, you know, think about doing that kind of stuff. I would
- 1:01:16make it hard to answer the phone calls. I'd be like, you're gonna
- 1:01:20have to text me because I can't talk right now. And that's just honoring
- 1:01:23ourselves. So and taking that journey. What does she do it for like
- 1:01:28thirty days or something like that. I could do that for thirty days.
- 1:01:31I don't It would be kind of different with the grandkids being over. But
- 1:01:35you know, there's a lot of communication that happens in that way too.
- 1:01:37Because I'm talking to people yesterday and it's like, oh, yeah, well
- 1:01:39be in my partner. We communicate telepathically. I'm like, we could all
- 1:01:44do that. That's not just limited to one person. That's just what are
- 1:01:46our practice. Our practice has been you're born, you learn how to speak
- 1:01:51a language. We don't sit and like communicate with our children telepathically, even
- 1:01:55though we would have so much more to gain because we're so limited by thinking
- 1:01:59that they're just just these babies. And they're not just babies. They're a
- 1:02:01soul just like you are that just came into a physical body. So they
- 1:02:06still have all this information, they're just now limited to their their voice box.
- 1:02:10Isn't you can utilize. Now. I'm watching my grandson, my youngest
- 1:02:15one right now, he's almost four months old, and you know, his
- 1:02:20family, his parents talking to him, and how he's trying to like he's
- 1:02:24talking, he's saying things that we're just not getting it because but because the
- 1:02:30words, the look in his face and when he's moving his mouth and saying
- 1:02:35things like there's he's got a lot to say. There's a lot going on
- 1:02:37there. And it's and again, like I said, it's all about being
- 1:02:42telepathic. Well how do we do that. It's practicing, it's taking Amy's
- 1:02:45groups, it's coming into other groups and exploring things. It's it's it's just
- 1:02:50having basic cards, you know, playing with your kids with a deck of
- 1:02:53cards and like what color is this next card? What is the number on
- 1:02:57it, what's the letter on it, what's what do you see right now
- 1:03:00when you're looking at this stuff, because we can all do this, we
- 1:03:01just haven't been exploring it, because we've been exploring like how do you learn
- 1:03:05how to crawl? How do you learn how to walk? How do you
- 1:03:07write a bike? How do you make money? You know what I mean?
- 1:03:09All these other things we've we've learned all that stuff just to be in
- 1:03:14this physical what we think that we're supposed to do in this physical but we
- 1:03:16could it could be so much easier. And words don't fulfill a lot of
- 1:03:22what we're meaning to say. It doesn't really it doesn't always portray exactly what
- 1:03:27we're feeling on insite, and there's so much open for interpretation, especially when
- 1:03:30you're just using your physical sense of sight or your filter for your own emotions
- 1:03:37or experiences. When that message comes through and then you've already got regardless of
- 1:03:42whatever that person meant to say to you or how they meant to say,
- 1:03:45you've already deciphered it in a different way and broken it down and had seen
- 1:03:49it differently. Unless you're paying attention to what you can't see, you know,
- 1:03:52the energy of it, the telepathic stuff. So it's like we all
- 1:03:57have this capability, and I see us going in that direction. I think
- 1:04:00it's going to go more and more that direction, I really do. And
- 1:04:03it's in that space. It is honesty. It is you standing in front
- 1:04:06of a group and you don't even have to say that you're nervous, because
- 1:04:11they would recognize that you were nervous, do you know what I mean?
- 1:04:13Because they've they've they have a filter, they've been through that space before to
- 1:04:16recognize it. And then being in that space and then be in that space
- 1:04:19of how do you support your speaker that's sitting up there right now and des
- 1:04:24by like filling all this love in your heart and that beams it up to
- 1:04:27that person and that that helps them get out of that three D. And
- 1:04:30now they're in that flow of that information that they've gained, that needed spirit
- 1:04:35knows exactly what needs to be brought to the group that's in front of you,
- 1:04:38and that's what you were doing once you got past it. Hey,
- 1:04:41I'm nervous. But I've even heard, like, you want to talk about
- 1:04:44mediums Long Island medium, right, Teresa Caputo talking about stuff and she gets
- 1:04:48nervous and stuff like that in front of groups and everything too. So it's
- 1:04:51like that's all these things that are like a natural but we've labeled as nervous.
- 1:04:56But it's like an excitement at the same time, Right, it's exciting
- 1:05:00signing that you're now in front of a group of twenty people that you don't
- 1:05:02even know any of these people. These are not people from your experience,
- 1:05:08so it's like it's it's pretty awesome that they signed up, and it's like,
- 1:05:11Okay, now they're gonna be like, when's the next class? When
- 1:05:14are we going to have a next group getting together again? And when is
- 1:05:16this gonna do this? How can how can I get you to come to
- 1:05:19my house and teach a bunch of us? How can you do this?
- 1:05:23So your whole journey, because if you would have stayed fixed in your journey,
- 1:05:26like this is the way it's gonna be, I'm gonna be doing this,
- 1:05:28this and this, that's it. No, it could with you going
- 1:05:31back to work. It you allowed everything to be a possibility, and then
- 1:05:35look at all the possibilities that have happened for you and things that have changed
- 1:05:40that you've done now that you probably hadn't done before. And it wasn't something
- 1:05:44that you had to manipulate, control, orchestrate. It was nothing to do
- 1:05:47with that. It was spirit was doing it. It was guiding you all
- 1:05:49along. Just let go. Just let go, Amy, Just let go,
- 1:05:53and you're gonna come. They're gonna people are gonna invite you to their
- 1:05:55house so that you can teach them about intuition. People are gonna do this
- 1:05:59so they can for this. They're going to be asking you to teach at
- 1:06:02the college. I could teach at the college. Yeah, teach you the
- 1:06:04college. You could do all this stuff. And now you got a whole
- 1:06:08other group of people that you get to have an effect on, which is
- 1:06:11freaking phenomenal. It really is. And it's just more people that are getting
- 1:06:15the opportunity to see things from a different place right this moment. Yeah,
- 1:06:21and that's awesome that, I mean, that's the story. Now I get
- 1:06:26to do this, I get to touch at least one person, But that's
- 1:06:30not even a true story, because that one person's going to affect how many
- 1:06:34more people after that? Ten twenty, fifty, one hundred, I don't
- 1:06:39know. But it's gonna ripple out in some way. They're gonna have a
- 1:06:42conversation with this person. They're gonna say, hey, go to this class
- 1:06:45like or just in their being, it's going to affect their household, their
- 1:06:51job, right, the people in their in their environment. So so it's
- 1:06:57not just and this is this is the realazay because you know, I think,
- 1:07:02okay, well, even if one person shows up, am I going
- 1:07:04to I'm going to teach class? Well, it's not just one person that
- 1:07:11one physical body is showing up, but that physical being is going to go
- 1:07:14and it's going to ripple out in some way. And and you never I
- 1:07:19will tell you this, you never know who that person is and who they're
- 1:07:26connected to. Yeah, because that one person that I show up to teach,
- 1:07:32that might be a whole another door that opens that I would never have
- 1:07:36have had if I didn't show up. So the universe is very sneaky sometimes.
- 1:07:50And I was gonna say, it's eleven eleven again, does happened last
- 1:07:53week? Yeah? This has been in my experience daily. It seems like,
- 1:07:59Yeah, so the other thing you want to come back to you is
- 1:08:04you're talking about you know, when I shared that, just standing in front
- 1:08:09of this group of people who I don't even know, and I gave myself
- 1:08:15permission, I voiced my permission to be nervous? Who does that? Who
- 1:08:24do you know that does that? You can't do that at work? Right?
- 1:08:28You just gotta you gotta put on that strong suit that I got this
- 1:08:32and I'm good enough, and I'm gonna prove I'm good enough and I'm gonna
- 1:08:35have the attitude and I'm gonna right, I'm not gonna ask for help.
- 1:08:40And I got all these things going on in me that I'm just trying to
- 1:08:43prove I'm good enough. Well, you know what, how about we teach
- 1:08:46vulnerability. I am giving myself permission in front of this group of people out
- 1:08:54loud to say I'm nervous and I'm feeling it in my body and I'm giving
- 1:09:00myself permission and allowing myself to be nervous and it's okay. By demonstrating that,
- 1:09:09I can guarantee not one person in that room has ever seen anybody do
- 1:09:13that. I can guarantee it. I got to demonstrate that and teaching people
- 1:09:18right then how to not stuff more feelings that could have been another feeling that
- 1:09:24you stuck down and ignored. Right, And I'm just like, no,
- 1:09:30I'm just geting get myself permission right here, right now, I'm gonna tell
- 1:09:32every one of you I'm nervous. And you know what, that's a great
- 1:09:38indicator for myself because as an introvert, I would have never done that.
- 1:09:42As a person who's beaten theirself up, I would have never said that.
- 1:09:46And on top of that, still being in that introverted type of space,
- 1:09:50I would have never been in front of the class to begin with, just
- 1:09:55saying and I kind of had that conversation yesterday. It's like a lot of
- 1:10:01these things that we're talking about now, I would first and all, First
- 1:10:04of all, never even been in front of a group. I would never
- 1:10:06have participated. I was always a person that I said, it's like watching
- 1:10:10double Dutch, you know, you got the ropes going both ways. And
- 1:10:13I was always evaluating and sitting back and watching how things were going to go.
- 1:10:15Before I knew I could jump into the conversation or work, how could
- 1:10:18I contribute that I was going to be okay to match with this group so
- 1:10:23that I didn't stick out like a thumb. But I still was getting being
- 1:10:25seen and heard, you know, in so many ways. But and I'm
- 1:10:30not getting hurt, like trying to control a situation. So just seeing how
- 1:10:33this chameleon had to jump in to play double dutch, you know what I
- 1:10:38mean. It was a lot like those things when you were talking about being
- 1:10:42that ripple. Basically I saw like you're talking, and it's like the flow.
- 1:10:46Of course, we've got this slow that's coming from the universe, from
- 1:10:48the Earth that's coming into us at the time and making that it's torus,
- 1:10:53right, But I see that happening and then coming out to these other people
- 1:10:56that have been have shut themselves off so they're not receiving this flow coming in
- 1:11:00to them. But now this ripple has just shot out from you to them.
- 1:11:02It's coming from a spirit which doesn't take our energy away. It actually
- 1:11:05fills us up because this is flowing from us to them. And then,
- 1:11:09like you said, with the ripple of how many people it affects, because
- 1:11:12then it's like each person you'd have to have all these balloons that come off
- 1:11:15of and then those balloons would come off of them and the opposite, like
- 1:11:18it would go all the way out. Is like like you said, you're
- 1:11:21affecting thousands by affecting that one person thousands, and then you're now allowing that
- 1:11:27person to that Now wait a minute, I can be in the flow of
- 1:11:29this stuff too. Now they're allowing that flow, so it's not just them
- 1:11:32being closed off. It's like it was just weird how I saw like arrows
- 1:11:35coming in, and then it's like arrows going out to the people. And
- 1:11:38then it's like them arrows going out and it's like maybe a little bit of
- 1:11:41lights shining up higher there. They're allowing a little bit of a trickle,
- 1:11:45and then it's getting bigger and bigger and bigger. Because that's how it starts.
- 1:11:47Everyone. You know, how do you How do you make a difference
- 1:11:50just by being you? That's how you make a difference. Yep, so
- 1:11:57good, awesome, so good. There was a lot. We always come
- 1:12:01with a lot of information in our every week, and so as always take
- 1:12:06what resonates with you, implement it, come back and listen to it again,
- 1:12:11implement something else. But for anything to change, you have to make
- 1:12:16the decision to do it and then start. And it's not I'll start on
- 1:12:21Monday, or I'll start next month, or I'll start when the new year
- 1:12:25start. You start, you just start. Yeah, So also share us
- 1:12:38let people know these are conversations we're having. We've been doing this for coming
- 1:12:42up on four years. Is that amazing to think about? That? Is
- 1:12:47amazing that you think about that in the child version, that where our child
- 1:12:50is now four years old and we've seen it evolve from the childlike to where
- 1:12:56it's at right now. And if anything, go back and just look at
- 1:12:59my hair and my eyebrows, because they're pretty funny. I don't think I've
- 1:13:03ever noticed that, so whatever, I went. Every once while see one
- 1:13:09of the damages, I'm like, whoa girl, what are you thinking that
- 1:13:12day? That's so funny. I guess I never never processed that, never
- 1:13:18thought about that or anything that's funny. Oh, it's hysterical. I just
- 1:13:21crack up. But anyway, share us. Yeah, we have. So
- 1:13:30I think this is our one hundred and ninety third video, So we're coming
- 1:13:36up on two hundred, so maybe we'll have to do some kind of celebration
- 1:13:41for that. But let people know we're having these conversations. Come come listen
- 1:13:48to them. We're on YouTube, Spotify, our heeartradio, Google podcasts YouTube,
- 1:13:54We're in the Facebook group, We're on our Facebook page, We're on
- 1:13:57my business page, my personal page, and my private Facebook group. So
- 1:14:00it's like all over the place. So there's there's easy access to it,
- 1:14:04and like you just said, there's almost four years of videos available all every
- 1:14:11week is relevant. It's got information that is relevant at any time. And
- 1:14:16again, take what resonates and just leave the rest behind for now, because
- 1:14:20you're going to hear what you need to hear for now, and then you're
- 1:14:25gonna hear what you need to hear in the next moment when you're ready.
- 1:14:28So have ease and grace with yourself as you move through this process and implement
- 1:14:35some laughter. Come on, let's do it. And I would say if
- 1:14:42you're in a space of struggle, contact us, either one of us,
- 1:14:47both of us. It doesn't matter because you can either choose sustain it.
- 1:14:51But if you're ready to affect the change and you're ready to make these changes,
- 1:14:55contact us. We're easy to get ahold of. We really are.
- 1:14:59Deva has a great up every two weeks it meets and she don't charge anything,
- 1:15:03just saying yep, it's just welcome this recording. It's free so you
- 1:15:09can go be with like minded people. I teach classes all over town and
- 1:15:13online, so we're all the time. Yes, very accessible, accessible.
- 1:15:19So my friends, make a choice, make a choice to feel good.
