Worcester County Public Works is launching smoke tests this week to sniff out hidden sewer leaks and illegal water entry in West Ocean City — and you might even see the smoke yourself. From Sept 8–11, crews will open manholes near MD-707, Sunset Ave, Swordfish Dr, and Golf Course/Harbor/Townsend roads using safe, non-toxic smoke that clears fast.
