- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days. You need to go.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Happy Friday, friends. We made it to Friday. We made
- 0:05Speaker 2: it to the end of the month.
- 0:06Speaker 3: It's the last day of July. Ricky Sanchez is right
- 0:08Speaker 3: here with those three things, presented by Mark Spay real Estate.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Ricky Snchez just like realized that it's the last day
- 0:14Speaker 4: of July. Once you said that, that's crazy. Kesha's asking
- 0:17Speaker 4: her fans to send her their teeth again.
- 0:19Speaker 1: She tweeted out a message saying.
- 0:21Speaker 4: Quote in case you missed it, I want your teeth
- 0:24Speaker 4: with a po box in La for you to send them.
- 0:27Speaker 4: She's very open about her collection of teeth, talking about
- 0:29Speaker 4: it on podcasts and asking people to send her their teeth.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Before.
- 0:34Speaker 4: She got interested in this hobby back in twenty eleven
- 0:37Speaker 4: when a fan offered their child's lost tooth, inspiring her
- 0:41Speaker 4: to turn it into jewelry, and since then she's made necklaces, earrings,
- 0:45Speaker 4: a belt. She stores them in jars around her home.
- 0:48Speaker 4: This is her thing.
- 0:50Speaker 1: So if you got some extra teeth, I know Kevin Molly.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Just lost a tooth, well, i'd yeah, that's true.
- 0:56Speaker 2: But Kesha has one of my teeth. I gave her
- 0:58Speaker 2: one of my teeth. I gave her my wisdom tooth.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Oh my god, that's insane. And also I guess Molly's
- 1:03Speaker 4: tooth went to the tooth fairy.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I'd have to track down the tooth fairy.
- 1:07Speaker 4: So like you'd have to literally call the tooth fairy.
- 1:09Speaker 4: I guess she's more so looking for like older people's teeth.
- 1:12Speaker 1: But that is an option.
- 1:14Speaker 4: If you lose a tooth, you could send it to
- 1:15Speaker 4: ketchup another day. Another sad announcement of a restaurant closing.
- 1:21Speaker 4: Audrey will close after service on August sixteenth. The Michelin
- 1:25Speaker 4: recommended East Nashville restaurant opened back in twenty twenty one.
- 1:28Speaker 1: They do still.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Have reservation so if you are available and you want
- 1:32Speaker 4: to say you're goodbyes, you can make a reservation on
- 1:34Speaker 4: their website to have your last meal at Audrey before
- 1:38Speaker 4: August sixteenth. And door Dash they have launched their own
- 1:42Speaker 4: drone delivery service. They received an FAA certification to operate
- 1:46Speaker 4: as a commercial air carrier and now they have launched
- 1:50Speaker 4: door Dash Air. It's their new program. The company said
- 1:53Speaker 4: that the drones will work alongside traditional dashers to speed
- 1:56Speaker 4: up deliveries of items like meals. Groceries, everyday essentials things
- 2:01Speaker 4: like that, particularly for longer trips that would be slower
- 2:05Speaker 4: by car because of traffic.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And things like that.
- 2:07Speaker 4: They plan to gradually expand the service, with more details
- 2:11Speaker 4: expected later this year.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:15Speaker 1: need to know.
- 2:15Speaker 3: I don't know feel about my food coming by drone.
- 2:18Speaker 3: That's a.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It is.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Let's play Levia Rodrigo. Within tennish minutes. We'll get to
- 2:25Speaker 2: these tickets to see Neo at the Ryman. We've had
- 2:27Speaker 2: them all week for the first caller of the day.
- 2:29Speaker 2: You're up early, deserve a little something something.
- 2:31Speaker 3: They're coming. Wait them next Southern River.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and in the morning. They know about
- 2:36Speaker 1: you guys.
- 2:37Speaker 4: But I am so happy that today is Friday. I
- 2:39Speaker 4: like it's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on
- 2:42Speaker 4: one of seven, five of the River, Melinda and Bowling Green.
- 2:46Speaker 4: How do you feel about today being Friday?
- 2:49Speaker 5: I say, thanks, Goving Friday.
- 2:54Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about.
- 2:56Speaker 6: Men.
- 2:57Speaker 3: What are you doing right now?
- 2:58Speaker 5: I am driving back from an airport run.
- 3:01Speaker 7: I am retired and I do private drives.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Oh so this was like a gig, not dropping a
- 3:07Speaker 2: friend off.
- 3:08Speaker 7: Oh no, I picked somebody up at four point thirty
- 3:11Speaker 7: and dropped them off and hit home.
- 3:13Speaker 4: I was gonna say, if she's driving someone just who
- 3:16Speaker 4: she's friends with from Bowling Green to the airport over here,
- 3:19Speaker 4: that's a really nice friend friend.
- 3:21Speaker 7: Yeah, day offered a drive rinky to the airport and
- 3:25Speaker 7: she lives four minutes away from me.
- 3:28Speaker 1: To carry your friends, Kevin, you would never.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Do that if I was retired. I would you lie?
- 3:34Speaker 7: Oh?
- 3:34Speaker 3: I would?
- 3:35Speaker 1: Kevin's lying. Don't let them fool you, Melinda. Do you
- 3:38Speaker 1: have anything planned this weekend? Melinda?
- 3:41Speaker 7: Absolutely nothing?
- 3:43Speaker 1: Nice? Oh I need one of those weekends so bad.
- 3:47Speaker 3: So what is the weekend with nothing planned look like
- 3:49Speaker 3: for you? Melinda?
- 3:49Speaker 1: What?
- 3:50Speaker 3: What do you think you'll?
- 3:50Speaker 6: Uh?
- 3:51Speaker 3: What? Well do you read?
- 3:53Speaker 6: Are you?
- 3:53Speaker 3: Do you knit? What do you do now? If I
- 3:55Speaker 3: have a box and carrier that absolutely adore and so.
- 3:58Speaker 7: I've spend lots of time with and.
- 4:01Speaker 5: Then when I'm not.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Okay, great, I like if the husband comes second, that's
- 4:06Speaker 4: the way it should be.
- 4:07Speaker 7: Yeah, the dog is always first.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Well, Melinda, we are so happy to have you here
- 4:13Speaker 4: with us, listening to one of seven five the River
- 4:15Speaker 4: and hanging.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Out with us.
- 4:17Speaker 4: We are very excited to tell you that you are
- 4:18Speaker 4: the first caller of the day. This morning, you're getting
- 4:20Speaker 4: tickets to see Neo at the Ryman.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Yeah, that was a great reaction.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I love it so much. Hang on the line, okay, Love,
- 4:32Speaker 1: we gotta get some info from you.
- 4:34Speaker 5: That's right, Thank you.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Wow, she's awesome. I want to be like Melinda.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I know, I feel like we need to wake up because.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Melinda's putting us to shame.
- 4:41Speaker 4: She has so much energy, and we need to like
- 4:44Speaker 4: really step up our game.
- 4:45Speaker 6: Right, let's try it.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I was pulling on Melinda. I know. I was
- 4:50Speaker 3: just about to say she broke my headphones. And then.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 4:56Speaker 2: and Meno in the morning. Ver has arrived. Happy Friday friends.
- 5:02Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five River. Every Friday about this time,
- 5:05Speaker 2: Zach runs through a few things happening around town. There's
- 5:08Speaker 2: a lot going on. Always sometimes you just don't know
- 5:09Speaker 2: where to look. Zach has done all the hard work
- 5:11Speaker 2: for you. What's going on, buddy?
- 5:13Speaker 7: Okay, So first of all, I do want to remind
- 5:15Speaker 7: you that this weekend is tax free weekend, all weekend
- 5:17Speaker 7: long today through Sunday. So it starts at twelve, well,
- 5:21Speaker 7: it started at twelve oh one this morning and it
- 5:23Speaker 7: goes all the way through eleven fifty nine pm on Sunday.
- 5:26Speaker 7: So qualifying closed school supplies computers without paying state or
- 5:30Speaker 7: local tax is happening during this annual event.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Save that money, Save your money, honey.
- 5:36Speaker 7: Also, August Fest ten is happening, so they're celebrating ten
- 5:40Speaker 7: years of East Nashville Beer Works with their annual August
- 5:43Speaker 7: Fest party. It's happening tomorrow from eleven am to eight
- 5:47Speaker 7: pm at East Nashville Beer Works. So there's going to
- 5:50Speaker 7: be live music, there's they're going to release a new
- 5:53Speaker 7: BlackBerry Wheat August Fest beer and a ten year IPA
- 5:58Speaker 7: is what they're calling it. Also, there's gonna be a
- 6:01Speaker 7: vendor market and fun for the entire family. So admission
- 6:04Speaker 7: is free and open to all ages.
- 6:06Speaker 6: Like it.
- 6:07Speaker 3: I love it.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Also, I do want to say that there's an end
- 6:11Speaker 7: of Summer ice cream special. I'm so excited where it's happening,
- 6:16Speaker 7: Like you.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Paused for too long? Tell me where the ice cream is?
- 6:19Speaker 6: Shelby Bottom Nature Center.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Oh, I love Shelby Bottoms.
- 6:22Speaker 7: So in East Nashville it is Saturday from two to
- 6:25Speaker 7: three pm and it's an ice cream social, completely free
- 6:29Speaker 7: and so you can literally just go get a delicious
- 6:32Speaker 7: cup of ice cream for a free And so they're
- 6:34Speaker 7: gonna have handmade park themed flavors.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm a little I'm a little worried about
- 6:41Speaker 1: what that means.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Grass like animal.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Could you imagine.
- 6:47Speaker 4: I'm sure it's probably like very cute plays on it.
- 6:50Speaker 4: It's gonna be really good the different ice cream flos.
- 6:52Speaker 7: So we love Shelby Bottom's Park and like being able
- 6:54Speaker 7: to get out and like be out in the nature.
- 6:56Speaker 6: So it's an end of summer the nature.
- 6:58Speaker 7: Sure, so you can go and bring the entire family
- 7:01Speaker 7: for free.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach.
- 7:03Speaker 2: That's going on as always, get out, enjoy yourself.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Three things.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Right just after seven o'clock on this Friday morning, we
- 7:10Speaker 2: made it to Friday. Happy Friday. Ricky's got those three things.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Siklospora is now in forty five states. The parasitic infection
- 7:20Speaker 4: that is linked to terrible stomach aches has now spread
- 7:25Speaker 4: to forty five different states. There have been sixty seven
- 7:28Speaker 4: hundred lab confirmed cases so far. With the CDC saying
- 7:32Speaker 4: that they are investigating eleven thousand others. The outbreak started
- 7:35Speaker 4: three months ago. There's no word on how to kind
- 7:38Speaker 4: of control it just yet. The Federal Health Agency says
- 7:41Speaker 4: that the only states that haven't reported any cases are
- 7:45Speaker 4: main South Carolina, Montana, New Mexico, and Hawaii. Robert's Western
- 7:50Speaker 4: World announced the lineup for their annual free Fanfare block party.
- 7:55Speaker 4: It's happening Monday, August third, very soon. That's this Monday
- 7:58Speaker 4: coming up with Hayes, Mr Larry Gatlin, Dale Watson and Moore.
- 8:03Speaker 4: They're all set to perform on Lower Broadway between ten
- 8:06Speaker 4: am and twelve am, so make sure that you go
- 8:09Speaker 4: check them out. We love a block party and it's free,
- 8:11Speaker 4: so if you have nothing to do, go check it out,
- 8:13Speaker 4: have a good time, enjoy some fun outside activities on Broadway.
- 8:20Speaker 4: And the average music fan does two thirds of their
- 8:24Speaker 4: listening alone, which adds up to about three hundred and
- 8:27Speaker 4: seventy nine hours a year. Kind of crazy that many hours.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Only eight percent of all music listening happens at live events,
- 8:35Speaker 4: but those who go to hear live events discover four
- 8:37Speaker 4: times as many new artists as those who never attend,
- 8:41Speaker 4: and nearly a third of those polled said that after
- 8:43Speaker 4: seeing an artist perform live, they went on to see
- 8:46Speaker 4: them again. Twenty nine percent said that they became a fan,
- 8:49Speaker 4: and twenty seven percent discovered a song that became an
- 8:52Speaker 4: all time favorite. So go listen to music, Go to
- 8:55Speaker 4: live events, even if you don't.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Know who the artist is.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Go show up with your friends and just be like
- 9:00Speaker 4: a good companion.
- 9:01Speaker 1: You may end up finding a.
- 9:02Speaker 4: New artist that you love in a door and want
- 9:04Speaker 4: to be like a big fan of you.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Just never know.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Snchez and those are the three things you
- 9:08Speaker 1: need to know.
- 9:09Speaker 3: It's a good tip. Thank you so much.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Rick. Let's learn here in a few minutes. Zax Fax
- 9:13Speaker 2: the way. He's got a good one for us. Hey,
- 9:15Speaker 2: Happy album release day to this gal right here. Arian Grande,
- 9:19Speaker 2: her new album Pedal is out. Hate That I Made
- 9:21Speaker 2: You Love Me On the.
- 9:22Speaker 1: River Class is in Sessions Sax Facts, brought to you
- 9:26Speaker 1: by Mark Spain.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Real Estate on the River. You guys know the baby
- 9:30Speaker 3: Ruth Candy bar.
- 9:32Speaker 7: Yes, well, apparently it was actually named after Ruth Cleveland,
- 9:35Speaker 7: the daughter of President Grover Cleveland, not Babe Ruth.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I actually knew that. How did you know that it's
- 9:41Speaker 1: in a movie or something.
- 9:42Speaker 7: Also, a lot of historians believe it's just like a
- 9:45Speaker 7: clever cover story to avoid paying royalties to Babe Ruth.
- 9:49Speaker 4: I learned it from that new show with Will Ferrell.
- 9:53Speaker 4: That's where it came from. Yes, I really just learned it.
- 9:57Speaker 4: That's where it came from. Yes, that's where I learned it. Well,
- 9:59Speaker 4: there's your fa the day.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Have you ever accidentally insulted somebody?
- 10:06Speaker 2: It happens to everybody. It's one of seven five the River.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I mean my wife, it happened to you.
- 10:14Speaker 3: In my brain forever, early in our.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Relationship, she said something that I'll just never forget because
- 10:19Speaker 2: it was it hurts a little bit, and she didn't
- 10:20Speaker 2: mean to hurt me, but.
- 10:21Speaker 6: It did, but it did.
- 10:22Speaker 1: It just is a way of life.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Six one five, seven, three, seven, nine one oh seven.
- 10:27Speaker 4: If you have ever accidentally insulted someone, or you've been
- 10:30Speaker 4: on the receiving end of being insulted.
- 10:32Speaker 3: And ill, I know it hurts, but I'll tell my
- 10:34Speaker 3: story next.
- 10:35Speaker 1: To an open wound. Ricky is Zach and Mano in
- 10:39Speaker 1: the Morning on the River.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Times no matter how hard we try, we accidentally end
- 10:45Speaker 4: up insulting someone. It's Ricky Zacha Mano in the morning
- 10:48Speaker 4: on one oh seven five the River. This came out
- 10:51Speaker 4: because it happened to Kevin, and he'll tell his stories soon,
- 10:53Speaker 4: but first we have to hear from Jace in Mount Juliet.
- 10:57Speaker 1: What happened? Jace?
- 10:58Speaker 5: Oh, I work overnight out of Walmart and I was
- 11:02Speaker 5: talking to one of my managers and they were having
- 11:04Speaker 5: a contest for the managers. So I was asking him,
- 11:07Speaker 5: how like Hall what was going on? And he said
- 11:11Speaker 5: that he came up a little short on winning anything.
- 11:13Speaker 5: And there was one of those open my mouth air
- 11:15Speaker 5: surt foot things. He said, I came up a little short.
- 11:17Speaker 5: I said, isn't that just your life?
- 11:20Speaker 1: Oh?
- 11:23Speaker 6: Is this my chance?
- 11:25Speaker 3: Is this person a short king? Is this guy, you know,
- 11:27Speaker 3: vertically challenged?
- 11:28Speaker 6: Yes?
- 11:29Speaker 5: I'm five to eleven, he is, mind you, he's in
- 11:31Speaker 5: his fifties and he is like five five, so he
- 11:35Speaker 5: is shorter than me.
- 11:36Speaker 4: And it was.
- 11:36Speaker 5: He's but he's also my manager. And I said, when
- 11:39Speaker 5: he said he came up short in contest, I looked
- 11:41Speaker 5: him and said, so pretty much like your life.
- 11:43Speaker 6: Oh my god.
- 11:44Speaker 1: J honestly though, Jays, that's that's me. I do that
- 11:48Speaker 1: a lot.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Was like just where he just started laughing about it,
- 11:50Speaker 5: but I was just like, oh crap, I'm gonna get fired.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Luckily you didn't, though, right right, Okay, good good, Thank
- 11:58Speaker 4: you for going in, Jays.
- 11:59Speaker 1: We appreciate you.
- 12:01Speaker 5: You guys.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Every day, my friend, I do a lot of insert
- 12:04Speaker 4: foot in mouth situations.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It's just I can't help myself.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Like you do it on purpose, though I do not
- 12:11Speaker 3: do regularly.
- 12:13Speaker 1: And that's different you You're different.
- 12:17Speaker 3: You're on purpose.
- 12:19Speaker 2: So the thing with my wife this, I mean, it
- 12:20Speaker 2: was probably fifteen years ago. We were talking with somebody
- 12:23Speaker 2: about like how we got together, the origin story of
- 12:26Speaker 2: our relationship, and at some point in the conversation she said,
- 12:30Speaker 2: looks just aren't that important to me day.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yeow.
- 12:36Speaker 2: I think she was trying to say, like I'm funny
- 12:38Speaker 2: or I got a good personality or something like that,
- 12:40Speaker 2: but it just didn't hurt when it came out.
- 12:42Speaker 7: Yeah, it's been living in your soul for the last
- 12:45Speaker 7: fifteen years.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Yeah, it has.
- 12:47Speaker 6: White things, that's not it.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I mean, that's what it sounds.
- 12:50Speaker 3: That's what it sounds like. It was an accidental insult.
- 12:53Speaker 3: She looks thinks that.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Beautiful Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on
- 12:59Speaker 2: seventy five The River Jerson County Fair.

- 13:09Speaker 4: if you win Kevin Manno's game of the day on
- 13:11Speaker 4: one O seven five the River.
- 13:12Speaker 2: We've been, you know, choosing a different carnival game every
- 13:16Speaker 2: day this week to give these tickets away. Today it's
- 13:18Speaker 2: duck Pond. That is the game we've got Holly on
- 13:21Speaker 2: the line right now. Holly in Nashville, Good morning.

- 13:42Speaker 2: Hopefully you can get out to the fair before school starts.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Hopefully you win this game. It's basically just trivia about ducks.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Are you ready?
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm ready as I'm going to be.
- 13:51Speaker 4: That's the right answer, Holly, that's the right answer.

- 14:54Speaker 3: I'll ask you guys. This one.
- 14:55Speaker 2: What Looney Tunes character famously says your despicable daffy duck?
- 15:01Speaker 2: I was gonna say, Donald du No, he's a different

- 15:16Speaker 4: Eilish's concert film, Billy Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft
- 15:20Speaker 4: The Tour Live will begin streaming on Paramount Plus starting
- 15:23Speaker 4: on Thursday. This was co directed by Billy Eilish and
- 15:26Speaker 4: James Cameron and it was recorded during her sold out
- 15:29Speaker 4: tour stop in Manchester, England and Phoenix, Arizona. This is
- 15:32Speaker 4: Billy's third concert film, which is pretty impressive, so I
- 15:36Speaker 4: can't wait to watch it. BNA is looking for an
- 15:39Speaker 4: artist or a team to create two large suspended sculptures
- 15:43Speaker 4: for the reconstructed concourse A I'll do it, so this
- 15:46Speaker 4: updated concord. Did you say you'll do it?
- 15:49Speaker 1: Sir?
- 15:50Speaker 4: This updated concourse is scheduled to reopen in July twenty
- 15:53Speaker 4: twenty eight, and the two pieces will hang above the
- 15:56Speaker 4: central concessions area and be visible from two levels. They
- 16:00Speaker 4: have the budget, the timeline, all the limitations, everything you
- 16:04Speaker 4: need to know up on the BNA website for anyone
- 16:06Speaker 4: who is interested.
- 16:07Speaker 1: That's you.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Kevin Mannow and Snickers ice Cream is hiring a chief
- 16:13Speaker 4: Online chill Officer in order to help make the Internet
- 16:16Speaker 4: a little less dramatic.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Okay, so this is a paid two week gig.
- 16:20Speaker 4: That one fan is going to basically take over. They're
- 16:24Speaker 4: going to search social media for any heated debates, over
- 16:28Speaker 4: the top reactions, online meltdowns, and then they're going to
- 16:31Speaker 4: respond with humor and free Snickers ice cream coupons to
- 16:34Speaker 4: help just kind of spread some positivity and get everybody
- 16:37Speaker 4: to chill out.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I love it.
- 16:39Speaker 4: The winner is also going to create social media content
- 16:41Speaker 4: and get a lot of different opportunities to sample new
- 16:44Speaker 4: ice cream mini flavors and things like that.
- 16:47Speaker 1: So applications are open now.
- 16:49Speaker 4: They'll be open through August fourth, and the job is
- 16:51Speaker 4: going to run from late August until early September.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I'm Richie Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 16:56Speaker 1: need to know.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Probably shouldn't be too hard to find arguments on the internet.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Oh very easy. Yeah.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:01Speaker 1: You open up your app and there's four right in
- 17:03Speaker 1: front of your face. Ricky is Zach and Manno. In
- 17:07Speaker 1: the morning on.
- 17:10Speaker 4: Friday, we're about to get into the leftovers on one
- 17:12Speaker 4: oh seven five the River.
- 17:14Speaker 1: We do this every Friday.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Each of us has thirty seconds to bring a topic
- 17:18Speaker 4: or a story to the.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Table that did not make the show this week.
- 17:21Speaker 4: So I'm going to start it off, yes, with the
- 17:23Speaker 4: classic health habits from the nineties that are still worth
- 17:26Speaker 4: following today.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Okay, starting to stop watch.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Don't smoke. Smoking is still very bad.
- 17:32Speaker 4: If anything, we've just found out that it's worse and
- 17:34Speaker 4: worse than we actually thought it was in the nineties.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Fill your plate with produce. Produce is not so great
- 17:39Speaker 4: right now because obviously we got a lot of things
- 17:42Speaker 4: going on with produce, but typically you want to eat
- 17:45Speaker 4: a lot of produce. Spend time outdoors. Outdoors is very
- 17:48Speaker 4: good for you. It's good for your center. It's good
- 17:51Speaker 4: to be outside and to experience the sunshine. It's all
- 17:54Speaker 4: connected to your body. This also says don't overlook soy foods.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Like tofu at a mamma soy milk. They provide quality
- 18:01Speaker 4: plant protein and most importantly, make time.
- 18:05Speaker 1: For real peoper people.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Peoper people research has only strengthened the case for face
- 18:12Speaker 4: to face conversations and social connections, which are still some of.
- 18:15Speaker 1: The best ways to support mental well being.
- 18:18Speaker 2: I like that because those are like tried and truth
- 18:19Speaker 2: thing They're not fads, you know.
- 18:21Speaker 3: These are like things that have been around for so.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Long since the nineties, they still work today.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Yeah, who's going next, Kevin or Zach Zach Zachary.
- 18:29Speaker 7: So I want to talk about the happiest destinations in
- 18:31Speaker 7: the world.
- 18:32Speaker 6: So, like, whatever you think about a vacation, like, where
- 18:34Speaker 6: do you think you want to go?
- 18:37Speaker 1: Anywhere with the beach?
- 18:39Speaker 6: So number one is to lou Mexico.
- 18:42Speaker 1: The beach.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Yeah, the beach. So I'm going to give you the
- 18:44Speaker 7: list of the top five. So number five is Maui
- 18:48Speaker 7: and Hawaii, okay, and then Las Vegas is number four.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Expecting that I was not as well.
- 18:56Speaker 7: I don't know how you say this Awaka in Mexico.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Yeah, and then.
- 19:01Speaker 7: Saint Lucia is number two, and then to loom is
- 19:04Speaker 7: number one.
- 19:05Speaker 4: Beaches, it's a lot of beaches, beg.
- 19:09Speaker 6: I didn't get nervous, now where Vegas came from.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I got nervous. You're gonna say Saint Louis when you
- 19:13Speaker 3: started Saint Lucia. So I'm glad that you.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Did your beef with Saint Louis continues it does.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Okay, thank you, Zack.
- 19:20Speaker 2: I appreciate that I now have this potential money saving
- 19:23Speaker 2: hack at the post office. This is unconfirmed, but I
- 19:26Speaker 2: read this thing. This guy, he's a business owner. There's
- 19:29Speaker 2: this idea going around that shipping slightly heavier packages can
- 19:33Speaker 2: be cheaper than chipping lighter packages.
- 19:37Speaker 3: He said that he had to ship something.
- 19:38Speaker 2: It was thirteen point one ounces to another state and
- 19:41Speaker 2: it cost seven dollars and sixty cents. He added a
- 19:43Speaker 2: small bag of rocks to the package and went up
- 19:46Speaker 2: to over two pounds and the price dropped to five
- 19:49Speaker 2: dollars and ninety seven cents. And very here one person
- 19:53Speaker 2: is saying that the slightly heavier packages, if it's between
- 19:56Speaker 2: two and five pounds, they're able to go through automated
- 19:58Speaker 2: sorting machines without getting stuck, while lighter packages require manual
- 20:02Speaker 2: hand sorting.
- 20:03Speaker 3: So you might want to do some research on your own.
- 20:06Speaker 2: But there is this theory out there that slightly heavier
- 20:08Speaker 2: packages are cheaper to ship than lighter packages.
- 20:12Speaker 4: I know, man, I'm gonna be really annoyed if I
- 20:14Speaker 4: get a package and there's a bag of rocks in there.
- 20:16Speaker 1: What do you want me to do with the bag
- 20:17Speaker 1: of rocks?
- 20:18Speaker 3: Just go put them outside? You know you're going outside
- 20:20Speaker 3: with the nice peeper anyway, So just to put the.
- 20:24Speaker 2: You're supposed to laugh at that in the mood, I
- 20:28Speaker 2: wasn't funny.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Leftovers.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Nashville's number one hit music station.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Zach found today's daily double tap that we're gonna play
- 20:37Speaker 4: for you on one oh seven five of the River,
- 20:39Speaker 4: And it's really just like a nice, nice little reminder,
- 20:43Speaker 4: a sweet way to just kind of start your weekend.
- 20:46Speaker 7: It literally came across my TikTok and I was like,
- 20:48Speaker 7: I love this so much, and I just want to
- 20:50Speaker 7: remind everybody that it's like it's okay to be kind
- 20:52Speaker 7: and that you can love people.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a great message for everybody. Here we go
- 20:56Speaker 2: here it is hey for how you doing?
- 20:58Speaker 1: You walk up today? You good? I just want to
- 21:00Speaker 1: let you know that I love you. If nobody told
- 21:02Speaker 1: you today, I love you. When you are great, you
- 21:04Speaker 1: are needed in this world. Your energy, your love, your kindness,
- 21:07Speaker 1: your life, it's needed. Don't give up, keep pushing.
- 21:10Speaker 3: You're strong.
- 21:11Speaker 1: You felt like you was gonna break, You ain't broke yet.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Keep that head of chin hill high.
- 21:15Speaker 1: What I told y'all, Chane up chests out.
- 21:17Speaker 3: What a good message, man, Chin up chests out be
- 21:19Speaker 3: proud and love yourself and know that you are needed
- 21:22Speaker 3: and the light that you bring to the world is
- 21:24Speaker 3: so needed.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a nice daily affirmation. I feel like we
- 21:27Speaker 2: should play that every single morning. That's a that's a
- 21:30Speaker 2: good one.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Thank you, Sir, Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning
- 21:34Speaker 3: on the river
