- 0:00Speaker 1: In other news, Macklemore was let go from the Ed
- 0:05Speaker 1: Sheeran tour. I'm sure you guys heard about that. He
- 0:08Speaker 1: had spoken out on stage about free Palestine. He'd spoken
- 0:12Speaker 1: out about Gaza and the genocide happening. And he had
- 0:16Speaker 1: played his song Heinz Hall. And he'd had imagery on
- 0:19Speaker 1: the screen of the atrocities that have been occurring over there.
- 0:25Speaker 1: The Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who owns Gillette Stadium... where
- 0:28Speaker 1: the tour was eventually heading, decided that he didn't want
- 0:32Speaker 1: that sort of communication happening at his venue, and Macklemore
- 0:39Speaker 1: was removed from the tour. As well, Ed Sheeran's band
- 0:43Speaker 1: dropped out. It's been a big fallout. And I've been
- 0:49Speaker 1: thinking about it, kind of not even thinking, just kind
- 0:51Speaker 1: of feeling about it, I guess, because, you know, Macklemore
- 0:58Speaker 1: lost his job because he spoke up, right? Because he
- 1:01Speaker 1: said something, right? I mean, it feels like this is
- 1:07Speaker 1: probably the biggest atrocity that we've witnessed in our lifetime
- 1:13Speaker 1: on our phones, right? Seeing... the killings and the people
- 1:17Speaker 1: getting murdered and the children getting killed and the weaponry.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And we had a doctor on who was talking about
- 1:22Speaker 1: children getting shot right down through their bodies from drones.
- 1:26Speaker 1: It's like the Israeli government. And I want to say
- 1:29Speaker 1: the government, not the people of Israel. I'm not talking
- 1:32Speaker 1: about them. I'm not talking about Jewish people, but the
- 1:34Speaker 1: Israeli government has turned Gaza into like a video game
- 1:38Speaker 1: basically for killing people. You know, it's like, it's just, it's,
- 1:44Speaker 1: it's this first person shooter. They have all this technology and, and, and,
- 1:48Speaker 1: and more specifically the killing of children. Right. I mean
- 1:51Speaker 1: the killing of children. And every time that it's like
- 1:54Speaker 1: Hamas is hiding, that's Hamas. And it's like, that's a
- 2:00Speaker 1: four month old. What did, how can he can't even walk?
- 2:05Speaker 1: He couldn't even walk into a Hamas office and sign up,
- 2:08Speaker 1: you know, they're like, he's hiding or something. What is
- 2:11Speaker 1: he hiding? He's hiding behind what? His own tears because
- 2:14Speaker 1: his mother is missing? Like, what are we even talking
- 2:18Speaker 1: about sometimes? Like, I think that's what, like, I don't know.
- 2:24Speaker 1: It's just like, and we scroll past it, right? We
- 2:28Speaker 1: scroll past it on our phones. I do it. I
- 2:30Speaker 1: do it too. You know, just because there's like a
- 2:34Speaker 1: new trend on TikTok or it's, you know, it's like
- 2:36Speaker 1: there's a new sale on this new hat or it's like, oh,
- 2:39Speaker 1: have you seen this thing? This... Water filter gets leprosy
- 2:45Speaker 1: out of your shower head or whatever. And you're like,
- 2:48Speaker 1: all right, you know, or there'll be a TikTok trend.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And it's like, you know, it's like boosting bitches where
- 2:53Speaker 1: y'all at, you know, or I need a 10 piece
- 2:56Speaker 1: lemon pepper, Gaza city, what the fuck going? Bro, you
- 3:00Speaker 1: can't even get a 10 piece lemon pepper into Gaza
- 3:06Speaker 1: because they stopped the fucking food shippings. They won't let
- 3:09Speaker 1: any calories in there. While they hunt down children. They
- 3:16Speaker 1: killed every reporter who was trying to report on the war. Like,
- 3:21Speaker 1: what are we even talking about sometimes? I don't know.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I don't fucking even know sometimes. I'm like, just what
- 3:28Speaker 1: is going on? You know, and we see it on
- 3:33Speaker 1: our phone. It's like, you just become immune to it.
- 3:36Speaker 1: It's like, here's just another legless Arab kid. that some
- 3:40Speaker 1: family is babysitting now in Texas or, and it's like a,
- 3:44Speaker 1: I think it's like a test, you know, it's a
- 3:46Speaker 1: test to see like how much like uncomfort can we
- 3:50Speaker 1: handle before we have, before we say something, right? Like how,
- 3:53Speaker 1: how uncomfortable can it be? And I'm not calling anybody out.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Like everybody's busy. People are just trying to survive, right?
- 4:02Speaker 1: The cost of rent is tripled over the past 70
- 4:06Speaker 1: years or something i think we saw like not even
- 4:08Speaker 1: that 50 years that it's like tripled and the minimum
- 4:12Speaker 1: wage is not kept up with it it's like people
- 4:14Speaker 1: are living in a spot where they're just trying to
- 4:16Speaker 1: make ends meet i get it you know but it
- 4:21Speaker 1: does feel like we're under this weird test of like
- 4:23Speaker 1: how much pain can we witness i mean even miss
- 4:29Speaker 1: rachel said something miss rachel Dude, big, somebody said that
- 4:33Speaker 1: Big Bird said something, that he took his head off
- 4:35Speaker 1: the other day and he's just like, this shit's got
- 4:38Speaker 1: to stop, you know? But I just, like, and I'm
- 4:41Speaker 1: not judging anybody here. I'm just fucking, I'm just, I
- 4:46Speaker 1: can't help but be alive. And, like, I'm in this
- 4:51Speaker 1: fishbowl and at least, like, you just see the other
- 4:54Speaker 1: fish around you are getting fucking murdered. And their families
- 4:58Speaker 1: are not only getting murdered, but, like, The use of
- 5:01Speaker 1: like fancy technology. But then we just get placated. Something
- 5:08Speaker 1: happens in society and we just... Like, you know, the
- 5:10Speaker 1: McRib comes back. And we're like, oh, they... The McRib
- 5:16Speaker 1: is back. You know, where there's a new like Marvel...
- 5:21Speaker 1: You know, or Spider-Man's gay now or something. Like, oh, man.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I can't barely digest my McRib because... Spider-Man's dealing with
- 5:31Speaker 1: so much, you know, or there's another dunk contest or
- 5:33Speaker 1: there's a, there's a, they found a possum that fucking
- 5:38Speaker 1: gave birth to a salmon somewhere in Zaire or something.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And there's a picture of that, you know, or someone
- 5:46Speaker 1: saw a picture of like Mary of Nazareth in like a,
- 5:49Speaker 1: in a piece of Texas toast somewhere. And that takes
- 5:53Speaker 1: over your feed and you're like, God, I want to
- 5:55Speaker 1: eat that. I want to eat that thing, you know?
- 6:01Speaker 1: And it's like, yeah, I don't know. It's just like,
- 6:03Speaker 1: I just don't even know what's going on some days, man.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And if you think I'm crazy or whatever, that's fine. Like,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I'm back. Here's the crazy part. I'm back on my meds.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I'm back on my meds. And I'm not even fucking
- 6:18Speaker 1: talking about anything. I just, like, at a certain point,
- 6:22Speaker 1: you're just like, what is going on? They're just killing
- 6:27Speaker 1: kids every other day. They blew this kid up. Like
- 6:30Speaker 1: he was hiding or whatever. Like that kid was hiding. Dude,
- 6:34Speaker 1: there was a kid the other day, he was hiding
- 6:35Speaker 1: behind his hands. He was playing hide and go seek.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He was hiding behind his hands, counting to 10. And
- 6:46Speaker 1: while the other kids ran to hide behind the bodies
- 6:50Speaker 1: of their relatives, thankfully, There's enough bodies, slain bodies of
- 6:55Speaker 1: their relatives where they can stack them up now so
- 6:58Speaker 1: they can play hide and go seek behind them. And
- 7:03Speaker 1: they have to play slowly and they can only play
- 7:05Speaker 1: once every two weeks because they don't have enough calories
- 7:08Speaker 1: in their body to play more than that. But the
- 7:13Speaker 1: kid is fucking hiding behind his hands, counting to 10.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And they're like, he's Hamas. And they fucking kill him.
- 7:24Speaker 1: And people are like, well, this is the thing that
- 7:27Speaker 1: I don't like. And people may have different views on that,
- 7:30Speaker 1: and that's okay. I don't need to have your view.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I don't need you to have my view. You're right,
- 7:37Speaker 1: I'm not an analyst. I don't know everything. People are like,
- 7:39Speaker 1: you don't know everything. You're right, I don't. But I
- 7:43Speaker 1: am a human being, and I just, at a certain point,
- 7:46Speaker 1: you can't fucking... You know, you're asking me to watch
- 7:51Speaker 1: every scary movie that ever existed in a row constantly
- 7:55Speaker 1: every day and not raise my hand and be like, hey,
- 8:02Speaker 1: who owns this fucking theater where they're playing this shit?
- 8:14Speaker 1: I don't know, man. I don't even know, uh, Yeah,
- 8:19Speaker 1: and sorry to get upset or whatever. I got a
- 8:21Speaker 1: bad haircut. And when you get a bad haircut, everything
- 8:27Speaker 1: else comes out. You know? And it's not, I mean...
- 8:37Speaker 1: My cousin said it's getting better, but... But... But... And
- 8:46Speaker 1: this is one thing, right? Like... I think something that
- 8:49Speaker 1: maybe some people don't understand, like these fancy people, these like,
- 8:54Speaker 1: like that a lot of people are living in fear, right?
- 9:00Speaker 1: A lot of people are living in fear, right? Because
- 9:03Speaker 1: there's a country that has murdered like 20,000 children, right?
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm guessing. I'm sorry if I'm off. I don't know
- 9:10Speaker 1: the exact numbers. You're right. I'm sorry. I don't know
- 9:13Speaker 1: the exact number of children that were slaughtered, right? But
- 9:19Speaker 1: people are like, why do you care? I don't know.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I don't know why. I think it just– it's not
- 9:26Speaker 1: a choice I'm making. It's just you feel– like, I
- 9:30Speaker 1: don't know. You know, I don't know. You can't help
- 9:35Speaker 1: that you feel something, I guess. You know, because it
- 9:38Speaker 1: feels scary, dude. That's the thing. I think some people– well,
- 9:42Speaker 1: I don't know what some people think or do. I
- 9:44Speaker 1: don't know. It feels scary to me because there's a
- 9:48Speaker 1: country that's killing– like 20,000 children, right? And we're watching it.
- 9:53Speaker 1: And that's a lot, right? That's a lot. And they've
- 9:59Speaker 1: taken over this same country has is used a lot
- 10:03Speaker 1: of like tech companies and and scary technology in this
- 10:11Speaker 1: in this war in Gaza right in this conflict in
- 10:16Speaker 1: Gaza they've used a lot of crazy technology some of
- 10:21Speaker 1: those companies are now in bed with American surveillance, right?
- 10:30Speaker 1: As well as the government of the country that has,
- 10:33Speaker 1: that's as well as the fact that the government of
- 10:36Speaker 1: the country that's done this is seems to own our country, right?
- 10:43Speaker 1: So I'm just saying that seems scary. that if they'll
- 10:49Speaker 1: kill the people right next to them, what would they
- 10:52Speaker 1: do to people here? You know what I'm saying? So
- 10:57Speaker 1: it's not a crazy, like, maybe it is crazy. Maybe
- 11:02Speaker 1: I am crazy. Maybe I am crazy to think that
- 11:08Speaker 1: there's a country that's killing a bunch of children that
- 11:10Speaker 1: I'm watching on my phone, and that country seems to
- 11:17Speaker 1: kind of I don't know everything. You're right. Seems to
- 11:21Speaker 1: own a lot of our country and a lot of
- 11:23Speaker 1: our politics or have control over them. And the same
- 11:31Speaker 1: companies that are doing the technology that's part of the
- 11:34Speaker 1: murdering in Gaza are some of the same companies that
- 11:41Speaker 1: have contracts in our country, surveillance and technology contracts. And
- 11:49Speaker 1: so if they would kill their people right next door
- 11:51Speaker 1: to them, it's just, you get scared, you know, because
- 12:00Speaker 1: if they, if that government comes here, what will they
- 12:02Speaker 1: do to us? You know, that's a thing that it's
- 12:09Speaker 1: just like, it gets real scary, but the McRib is back.
- 12:18Speaker 1: The McRib is back and Halloween's right around the corner.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And there's a court case on TV where a woman
- 12:27Speaker 1: killed some of her kids, was accused of killing some
- 12:30Speaker 1: of her children. And people will like are obsessed with that.
- 12:35Speaker 1: But meanwhile, and that's fine, right? And that's fine to people.
- 12:41Speaker 1: But meanwhile, the other 20,000 something or whatever children, I
- 12:45Speaker 1: don't know the exact number. You're right. My bad. The
- 12:49Speaker 1: other countless thousands of children that are being killed on
- 12:51Speaker 1: my phone, that is, that's, you can't talk about that.
- 12:59Speaker 1: So that, I don't know, if you think, yes, it
- 13:04Speaker 1: all feels like a lot. I think that's what I'm saying, man.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It all feels like a lot. It all feels like
- 13:12Speaker 1: a lot, dude. But the McRib is back. And you
- 13:22Speaker 1: know that shit's hype, bro. I need a 10-piece lemon
- 13:27Speaker 1: pepper Gaza City. Let them get one 10-piece lemon pepper
- 13:32Speaker 1: into the kid, cut. Let them get one 10-piece lemon
- 13:37Speaker 1: pepper into the kids. The fucking kid. Is that too
- 13:45Speaker 1: much to ask? To get a 10-piece lemon pepper? Into
- 13:50Speaker 1: the children of Gaza? Come on, gang. Come on, gang.
- 13:58Speaker 1: It's just all, it's a lot. It's confusing. I'm not saying,
- 14:03Speaker 1: and I'm part of, I scroll past stuff sometimes. It's
- 14:06Speaker 1: too much, and I know it's a lot for everybody.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I'm not saying anything to anybody. I'm not saying you
- 14:11Speaker 1: need to do anything. I'm just like, I don't know
- 14:13Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I'm just saying. I'm just saying because
- 14:17Speaker 1: this is where I say shit sometimes. I think, you know,
- 14:23Speaker 1: I don't know. And if it feels like I'm pointing
- 14:27Speaker 1: fingers at you, yeah, I'm not trying to do anything
- 14:29Speaker 1: like that. You know, I just like, I don't know.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Sometimes I just have to talk about how I'm feeling.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And sometimes there's just nobody really to fucking talk about
- 14:37Speaker 1: it too. Or there is, but it's like, I don't know.
- 14:46Speaker 1: You know, this is what we've always done here. So
- 14:48Speaker 1: praise be man. Um, Yeah, and God, thank you just
- 14:54Speaker 1: for letting me exist. I know that there's suffering. There's
- 14:56Speaker 1: always been suffering, right? There's always been suffering. And thank
- 15:00Speaker 1: you for giving me just a place to exist today. Yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 1: thank you for just giving me food, shelter. Yeah. It's
- 15:17Speaker 1: just a lot, man. And it's painful sometimes, you know.
- 15:21Speaker 1: And it's just like, I don't know. And sometimes I
- 15:23Speaker 1: think it's just like how we operate, like how I
- 15:25Speaker 1: operate as a person. You know, it's like, I don't know.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It would just seem like we're better than this. And
- 15:35Speaker 1: I think it's okay to be scared. And I don't
- 15:38Speaker 1: give a fuck. You know, I do. I do, but
- 15:45Speaker 1: I just like, I don't like the fucking McRib. I'll
- 15:56Speaker 1: say this, man. It makes me think when I was
- 15:58Speaker 1: a kid, uh, and, and, and look, and I understand, like,
- 16:03Speaker 1: I can say some stuff that people can't say because
- 16:05Speaker 1: my job isn't at risk. I work for myself. I'm
- 16:08Speaker 1: sure it probably is at risk somehow. I'm sure. Um,
- 16:11Speaker 1: but I don't know that, you know, and, um, but
- 16:14Speaker 1: it just gets scary to think that we could get
- 16:16Speaker 1: into a place where you're not allowed to go. Like, like,
- 16:19Speaker 1: like would somebody be allowed to go to a Patriots
- 16:21Speaker 1: game if they, um, support, uh, Palestine? Like, like, are
- 16:28Speaker 1: they going to start like running an optical test on
- 16:31Speaker 1: somebody to make sure that they, you know, like, yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I see you in an Amendola Jersey, but do you,
- 16:39Speaker 1: you know, do you support Palestine? You know, Are they
- 16:46Speaker 1: just going to start saying Hamas is in the stands? Like,
- 16:48Speaker 1: it's just, you know, it's kind of, it's crazy to think.
- 16:53Speaker 1: It's just scary. I don't know. But that's the fear.
- 16:58Speaker 1: That's what my fear is. It's like, well, if there's
- 17:01Speaker 1: a country doing this, their government is doing this, and
- 17:04Speaker 1: that country owns a lot of our country, or is obviously, like,
- 17:08Speaker 1: who's next? And that, like, I'm not a smart guy.
- 17:17Speaker 1: You know, I think I'm smart about a couple of things,
- 17:20Speaker 1: but I'm not, I know I'm not like a big
- 17:23Speaker 1: information guy. So I just, I don't know. I can't
- 17:29Speaker 1: be the only one that's thinking about this or feeling
- 17:31Speaker 1: or like, or feeling about it. You know, I don't know.
- 17:35Speaker 1: It's okay. It's okay. You know, it's scary. And so what?
- 17:46Speaker 1: I'm scared. Or I'm fucking, you know, it's uncomfortable. You know?
- 17:54Speaker 1: Spin that shit. Spin that shit. But TikTok just serves
- 17:59Speaker 1: you up another thing, you know? Another Down Syndrome guy
- 18:02Speaker 1: with a hammer or whatever or fucking, you know, the
- 18:05Speaker 1: new iPhone 7000. It can tell if your brother's gay
- 18:09Speaker 1: or whatever the second he, you know, looks at it
- 18:12Speaker 1: or whatever. Or the McRib or the fucking McFish or
- 18:18Speaker 1: the McFat or whatever. It's all back. You know, here's
- 18:23Speaker 1: another another dancing with the stars. We just found a Chihuahua.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That can recite the Bhagavad Gita. It just we every
- 18:33Speaker 1: there's so much information we can't even I can't even
- 18:36Speaker 1: feel anymore half the time. I try to have a
- 18:41Speaker 1: feeling and it's just like, I need a tempeh lemon pepper.
- 18:45Speaker 1: You know, it's like I fucking close my eyes to
- 18:48Speaker 1: try to get an earnest, instinctual connection with God. I
- 18:58Speaker 1: got a pocket full of money. Who the fuck hold it?
- 19:01Speaker 1: And it's just like, it's a lot. It's a lot.
