- 0:04Enough is enough. I don't have any hill series suck and we hold the
- 0:09world ransom for excuse me while I whip this ouse broadcasting live and Atlanta,
- 0:18Georgia. This this is the Sports Shot Ship with Wayne Candy. You may
- 0:24began. Men that come to five, comes that comes a month, isn't
- 0:34just I'm a doing Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way you made Pill
- 0:42Vegan. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. If you're listening to the Swart Shock
- 0:48Show, I am the Sports Shock Wayne Candy, Good morning to you.
- 0:53We have reached the halfway point of the month of May. We are headed
- 0:57into the PGA champion Ship starting to day, so all the old men with
- 1:03sticks can get out there and hit some balls down the course. The bad
- 1:07Producer is in the building. He will update us on who we should expect
- 1:11him to bet his money on. Remember he is a big time better.
- 1:17He loves to gamble as one of his vices that he is learning in rehab
- 1:23to own command. See Greg is in the building similar to Dan Quinn wearing
- 1:30that shirt which combined the old and the new Redskins and Commanders. Y'all missed
- 1:38that last week. We just showed up with an unlicensed shirt on. He
- 1:42probably just in his bag, though. He said he was trying to bring
- 1:45the old ghost of Redskins back and combine them with the new sensibilities of the
- 1:53commanders. Was not trying to inform or interfere or hurt anyone, but just
- 2:00trying to inspire his team to live up to the old school ways of Washington.
- 2:07And Big Kenny, the funny man himself, who let his pit or
- 2:14excuse me, his pet bull loose on the beach the other day, chased
- 2:20down a lady. It was funny, Big Kenny. I did laugh.
- 2:24I must say, I was hoping the lady did get up at the end,
- 2:28so it allowed my laugh to be okay. But I have been telling
- 2:32you people for years that animals seem not to and it might be starting to
- 2:40be the Planet of the day that movie coming out soon. Animals just don't
- 2:45give you the respect they used to. You know, used to show up.
- 2:49Humans, show up, Squirrels and stuff run now you know the bird
- 2:54count of debates. You know, what's up? Give you that? Okay,
- 3:04what's up with you? Yeah, I'm on your car. Oh you
- 3:08wanted to get in? You know. They don't just run. They used.
- 3:12As soon as they see you, they would fly off. They'd hear
- 3:15human noise. The young lady was at the beach and she saw the bull,
- 3:20which would have kind of confused me. Yeah, I'm on a beach,
- 3:27but no as I you know, if I walked out and there was
- 3:30a whale on the beach or stingray or some jellyfish, then okay. But
- 3:35just to be at the beach and a bull walked by, either I'm on
- 3:40something, I'm at the wrong beach. That's what I'm saying. Two things
- 3:44can be true. I'm looking for things. You could be on something.
- 3:52But either way, I'm still at the wrong beach. They shooting commercials uh,
- 3:58and the bull the sid that it was going to go and looking looking
- 4:02for some food, I guess was what he smelled in the little baggy,
- 4:08and the tourists decided that she was going to go get her baggy back from
- 4:12the full developed bull like had the muscle look and everything. You know what
- 4:17the bull, you know, just think of a bull, a bull bull,
- 4:20and it's and it's glory in its traditional sense withers and every day with
- 4:26the glory, you know, the bull, I don't. According to this
- 4:31woman, that that's not what this parent. Maybe this is what she didn't
- 4:35think that bull. This looks like what does she think the bull was a
- 4:40calf? I mean because this was like a running trying to get her baggy
- 4:43bag. That this was like one of those he said, it's a video.
- 4:47Yeah, I'm looking at so you're saying that's not a bull. No,
- 4:50this is a running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. Bull.
- 4:54This is a big, huge, like, how does it get to a
- 4:57beach boy? They don't they eat to much to live this close to sand
- 5:01bull. That's what I'm saying what I'm seeing. Sing For any of you
- 5:04that are offended that I laughed, I apologize because you know, you have
- 5:08to apologize everything nowadays. Wait, I mean because I'm looking now and now
- 5:15the woman and the bull are under like one of those mobile shelters tent and
- 5:21she looks to have bought the bull with her in this shot that I'm seeing,
- 5:27and then she's running from the bull. And maybe that's why she was
- 5:29comfortable walking up to the bull. Maybe it was her bully. Maybe they
- 5:32didn't give us the full cut of the video, but at some point she
- 5:36decided she was going to get the little baggy back from the bull when the
- 5:40bull had decided, Uh, no, your snack time, right, it's
- 5:44time. I'll let you know by hitting you with my head a couple of
- 5:48times and pushing you around the beach. I came here to get into sand.
- 5:53Let me help you. So funny video if you get a chance,
- 5:57And the only reason I can tell you watch it is because the tours did
- 6:00get up right, and and for all the people offended that I'm laughing.
- 6:04Yeah, I just gonna have to be mad. I'm sorry, I'm sorry,
- 6:09I can't help, but but I'm using this as an example for all
- 6:12of you, gentlemen and all your loved ones to understand, Uh that all
- 6:15this walk over to the moose you know, and the bison you know,
- 6:23how we climb the climb the with the bear. The bear doesn't have to
- 6:29be and the bear can be in any range, means that it's time to
- 6:33go. Yes, do y'all get that? Yes, it doesn't have to
- 6:36be. Well it's kind of far off. We're good to walk. No,
- 6:41once we see the bear, it's time to turn back. And why
- 6:45is that something you have to that's all? Why is that something you can
- 6:48I could swore that was a bear up there commands Yeah, about about two
- 6:51miles up, Like that's a bear that we need to go on back to
- 6:55camp. Maybe get on the trad me. Why should we have to have
- 6:58that conversation we all see a bear and don't immediately turn around with the wrong
- 7:01group of people. True. True, store yesterday, yesterday in my neighborhood
- 7:11ran into a straight duck. A pause, I pause. I'm saying I'm
- 7:16not it's not that it's a duck. It's a duck in my neighborhood.
- 7:19It's not like we live near where ducks hang out. No, it's not.
- 7:24There's no it's water miles away. But it's nothing where this duck should
- 7:30have been standing in someone's yard protecting territory. Like the duck was very defensive
- 7:36and not moving when people were blowing horns and nah, I'm on high alert
- 7:41now in the neighborhood for the duck. So I know I would turn around
- 7:44for a bad That's all I'm saying. Duck doesn't belong here, something's amiss.
- 7:49Got a good recipe, Oh, there you go, right. He
- 7:57would run from the duck too, He would run from don't let him,
- 8:00he cooked the duck. If you killed it and bought it, Toning brought
- 8:03it to him. But he ain't gonna go do nothing with that duck.
- 8:07So don't let him gash you up either. He what they call that green
- 8:09lighting creak gash was I got a good recipe. I didn't say, yeah,
- 8:15But I'm just saying for just for the especially for the summer. If
- 8:20you go to the beach and there's a bull, lead, say that again,
- 8:26real slow, so nobody misses it, because I don't want anybody to
- 8:31be like he was giving an announcement, but he rushed through it. Say
- 8:33it again, so none of our listeners this summer, ye're at the beach
- 8:37or the lake, anybody of water, you be at your own pool.
- 8:43If you look up and there's a bull in any of these places, lead
- 8:50it could be. That's what I'm saying. It could be your own pool.
- 8:54If you flip the hot dogs over and turn around, it's a bull.
- 9:01It's the bullhouse. Now just leave. Yeah, I would, I
- 9:03would go with that. I don't have a recipe for how to stop a
- 9:07bull. I don't. I don't know. You know, for a bear,
- 9:09they say you're supposed to get on the ground and be steel or something.
- 9:13Right. I guess no, one bad alligator. You're not supposed to
- 9:16run now. One of the bears just make a lot of noise and go
- 9:20rah. The other one is lay down and play dead. With the brown.
- 9:24Between brown and black, I can't I can't even differentiate between the color.
- 9:31All I see is five hundred pounds of fury. Some of it is
- 9:35black, some of it is brown. My instinct is to just lay down,
- 9:39man. And I'm trying to dig up that nineteen ninety three forty right
- 9:45that I ran to come by. I'm trying to dig it up. I'm
- 9:48summoning just one more time, body a bear, come out the bushes.
- 9:52It ain't hard to find. It'd be right there, you just reach in
- 9:54your pocket, like nineteen ninety three. It is. But we're trying to
- 10:00have some fun with you today. We got a lot of sports going on.
- 10:03Happy uh National b b Q Day, Barbecue Day. So at some
- 10:09point, you know, in the next twelve hours, but the sports shop
- 10:11will be doing it. Be romance and I have a slab. It's actually
- 10:15next to the barbecue day. Yes, I thought my mama was setting me
- 10:18up. I thought you was running over. But you can show her love
- 10:24by getting her the rib chicken combo. They got that. Yeah, just
- 10:28get a half a slab and a quarter chicken combo. They do that.
- 10:33She might not eat it all, but she'll love you for it. I'm
- 10:35saying they do that though. Yeah yeah meat meat them got fancy giving you
- 10:41love meat combo like those are two anchor meats like you. You know what
- 10:46I'm saying. That's not like strips and nuggets. That's she'll love you slab
- 10:52and a quarter chicken together and I half a slab. Oh, my brother
- 10:56gonna be mad. I'm signing of the year. The hold it to the
- 11:01game, to night to his game, NBA game. I could do a
- 11:05die game for the Timberwolves. Just come out. I'm finna go watch this

- 11:13it's Koma Food. Put you in a coma real quick but national barbecue.
- 11:18David Kenny. I know you'll be over there with the tofu some kind of
- 11:22way, trying to throw some spices on it. Convince yourself is definitely a
- 11:26man. But I can see it. I saw that twinkle when he heard
- 11:30me say no, no, no. When I said b B, he
- 11:35knew I was hit it somewhere eaton camp. It was keen and the baducer
- 11:41will probably be lying about how he killed some water buffalo. I'm trying to
- 11:45find out way roasted barbecue barbecue saw because you know, you run into a
- 11:50water buffalo all the time. Of course, you know how we were just
- 11:52over time ran into the water at the water bow. He just walked by
- 11:56just and we was like, well it was it was he take down this
- 12:01selling honey found water buffalo. He said it was bison because because we don't
- 12:09know how to identify. But we got a great show for you. We're
- 12:11gonna talk about do women need to go back to the kitchen. I didn't
- 12:16say it, somebody else did. McDonald's has removed the smile from the happy
- 12:22meal. Clepson part of four teams that did nothing in the transfer portal.
- 12:28They both dabble, Sweeney and his team didn't grab anybody, and Gail King
- 12:35Uh delighting Big Kenny one more time rocking a bathing suit. That and much
- 12:41more on today's episode of the Sports Jocks. So we'll be back right after

- 15:45This leep you deserve at a price you can afford. No no, no,
- 15:48no no. Now it's time to present the Jock of the Day on
- 15:52the Sports Joctures taken it to a completely different level this year where we highlight
- 15:56an accolade that has taken their game to the next level. Way back to
- 16:22this one, Shock Sean, I'm this one, Shock Wing, Candy,
- 16:25Big Kenny Comanchi, Greg Bappas all in the building with me. I just
- 16:30didn't think what they were doing was suitable. Pierce said, look at this
- 16:40the first three games. Look at this N word the Hall of Fame of
- 16:52Ball. Pierce on with Skip Bayless and Keishawn Johnson undisputed Monday's episode forgot to
- 17:03edit himself, you know, because self editing is a huge deal. Now
- 17:07when you're doing TV radio, you you you gotta remember where you're at at
- 17:15all time? What what? What? What was it? Floyd say,
- 17:17protect Yes, that's correct. You got to edit yourself at all times.
- 17:22Now. It used to be easier because the standard across all media platforms was
- 17:30no profanity, no offensive language. But now with the emergence of podcasting and
- 17:37a lot of those platforms and outlets having zero let me shake your hand there,
- 17:44brother having zero, so brother soul brother number one so brother. As
- 17:48soon as I saw this, I realized Paul Pierce forgot. He was not
- 17:56on his podcast on key. People always ask me when I do color analysts
- 18:04work, am I fearful of what I say? And I tell them I
- 18:11have no fear because that's not how I speak anyway. Anyway, I'm not
- 18:18that guy. My four best friends don't come over, and then I go
- 18:23into my south Side Bronx routine. Son, what's up with me out on
- 18:33the block? See him? Not me? And your man's fault? Do
- 18:38I boom boom boom We out here doing I thing thing. Yes, I
- 18:45don't have fail And that's why I shuk your hand, big Kenny, because
- 18:48I just sat there on my You know, Paul Pierce has done some things
- 18:52that I have totally I just couldn't connect with. But I could see him
- 18:59for getting because he when he gets on his podcast. He's hanging out with
- 19:03KG. They're sitting around on the bean bag, you know, because that's
- 19:07what super Rich ex Hall of Famous do, is that what they take to
- 19:11go out to the what they call straighten the bean bank. They be sitting
- 19:15in on the bean bag. I was like that, like the bean bag
- 19:22because a couple of beans, you know, sure they're smoking something, Okay,
- 19:26because I was gonna say the bean experimented, But I've never heard of
- 19:30the beans. The two of them, I don't think they've ever tried to
- 19:33make you think that anything other that trees don't burn burn when they're around each
- 19:40other. Yeah, I'm sure that wouldn't throw me if you the same way
- 19:44people burn trash. They just got a pile just lit and the smoke what
- 19:48he feels, you know what was so funny and KG look like he maybe
- 19:52has is uh you know, the ox's eyes or sometimes scientifically it was in
- 20:00a tube and they took all the so and so out of it and it's
- 20:03gluten free and he takes up instantly works. I thought the same thing.
- 20:12They For a second, he had let his guard down, forgot that he
- 20:18was not on his podcast or some of the podcasts he might join and the
- 20:26inward came out. Now Keithshawn Johnson just stayed there, didn't really address it.
- 20:33Skip had this frozen. I'm seventy and I don't know if I'm gonna
- 20:38get counseled tomorrow. Look on his face because he's the one that would really
- 20:45shoulder the response responsib it's his show. So but that is Paul Pierce and
- 20:52then trying to explain in an interview about the Knicks and their shooting percentage and
- 21:02he let it slip. So I can't even jump on him, Mike,
- 21:04he just forgot to edit. Well, that's why in less than twenty four
- 21:08hours that he was on the went to another podcast This is it the camera
- 21:15on them and they was like all congratulating him and tell them, hey,
- 21:18you ain't got worried about you know, you could use it all day with
- 21:22us. You can use that word and see and just like you said,
- 21:26you know, he went from maybe if he really wanted to get back on
- 21:30that show would skipped him. I wouldn't have went that quick to another podcast
- 21:36to make a funny out. And in my opinion, a lot of times
- 21:41when these individuals are going on these podcasts. You're not doing it in consideration
- 21:47of the platform that you're going to be on. You're doing it in promotion
- 21:52of yourself. Because you would have considered that they don't talk like that on
- 21:56this show. That's something you're conscious of going in to it. But for
- 22:00you to go into it so comfortable that you just go that far into doing
- 22:06quote unquote your thing seems a little bit dismissive to me. And then to
- 22:11go to another show and kind of make light of how I just yeah,
- 22:15right, just ruined your whole broadcast and complicated your broadcasting career, and that
- 22:22disappointed me because I'm like, because it was a slip if you, like
- 22:26you said, you have been on so many other ones, and then you
- 22:30just make light of it, that really makes the other ESPN and skip and
- 22:34then I'm like, hey, we're not even going to show you the burden
- 22:37on you skip and it's I'm not making light of it. I'm saying it's
- 22:41a serious thing, but it is something to use if you were teaching some
- 22:47kind of communication or people that want to do this. Filter. A lot
- 22:52of it is your conversation. It can easily from how you are naturally and
- 22:57with how you speak filter into how you might go on a show, And
- 23:03like with mc kinny, if you're sitting around and your conversation when you with
- 23:07the guys is all that, Yeah, you know, you know what I'm
- 23:11saying, right, you didn't say anything, and what I've known what you
- 23:15said. And also I think it'll probably with some outlets limit them to getting
- 23:22only those sports figures that they know are seasoned enough to carry a live broadcast.
- 23:30Now when we filming it, we're willing to reach out to you,
- 23:33Paul Pierce, but live you gonna have to wait at the house. And
- 23:36I remember when the receiver has to go to break that Riley Cooper guy got
- 23:41in trouble at the Cost with the Eagles, and I was trying to explain
- 23:45to someone stop acting like that's not how people of our color let him speak
- 23:53around them. He said it in that way, you say it in a
- 23:57way like this is unfamiliar, or he is unfamiliar where he hasn't sat in
- 24:03a room for a little Black people get some and the only reason I know
- 24:11they've been around, I've ere hustled where that you know, one person might
- 24:15be in there with three or four African Americans they let them speak just like
- 24:21in that way, and there is a certain tone to it that means you've
- 24:25been saying it, been saying just saying new and not in this I need
- 24:30to put up my dukes. I mean, because you ain't even look at
- 24:32me to see if I was cool with it for you. You know what
- 24:34I'm saying around commands you so long? You just said sports right after this,
- 24:49don't go Awayne Born of the Sports John Hill, with Wayne Dambidius coming
- 24:55up next. Never completely ready to adopt a team for late writing English papers

- 28:18and uh with Donovan mc mitchell out last night, Carris Lavert out, one
- 28:23of their top players off of the bench, and Jared Allen. You just
- 28:27knew Boston would totally have to fall asleep at home in a close out game
- 28:33to close this series out there there was no reason other than Jason Tatum and
- 28:41Jalen Brown getting hurt on the first play that the results of this game is
- 28:45exactly what you thought. It was still possible it was closed because that's what
- 28:51well I'm saying, that's what Boston does. It is they play down to
- 28:53the competition a lot. They're one of those teams that play up and down
- 28:59when you think gonna blow somebody out, they let them play comfortable and then
- 29:02you get them against good teams. That's why I guess for some like the
- 29:04Bad Producer, it would be hard to bet with them because they are so
- 29:11iffy when they played. But last night, finishing off the series for the
- 29:17one NA taking the Calves out the last two games, the Calves been out
- 29:22their big gun, Donovan Mitchell, which now brings in begs a question.
- 29:26Lebron James the last Cleveland game was in attendance. Probably was there to put
- 29:33a couple of hours and posing for a statue. Quite sure that'd be up
- 29:38very soon. They're just gonna have it in the back ready waiting on him
- 29:42to retire, so they're going to roll it out there. He was there,
- 29:48speculation that him in some kind of way, Donovan Mitchell could connect.
- 29:53Now that begs the question. As we talk about sports is a business,
- 30:00it's about driving revenue. If I'm the Cleveland Cavaliers and I think they have
- 30:04like a top five pick in this year's draft, le Bron says that he
- 30:12will go where his son goes. Now, I don't see someone like that
- 30:15Atlanta Hawks doing it. But the Calves can explain away easier than any team
- 30:25why they baited the hook to get their favorite son back home to finish his
- 30:33career in Cleveland. Especially if you can sell Donovan Mitchell on the idea of
- 30:41staying and playing with him, it would put him back in the East.
- 30:47He would probably have an easier road to at least get to the finals.
- 30:52It would give him a running mate on a good team because Cleveland is you
- 30:56know, they already have a swalid squad. If Donovan Mitchell stage you bring
- 31:02over Lebron for the last two years, Cleveland goes back to sellout instantly,
- 31:10just like they have any other time Lebron shows back up in Cleveland. Would
- 31:15you, gentlemen, as GM, put on your GM hat, not your
- 31:19hater hat, that producer, but your GM. Is it worth rolling the
- 31:26dice taking Lebron's son if you got a guarantee that he was gonna come.
- 31:33Are you asking me as a gym? Oh? Yeah, it's Quincy Jones.
- 31:37Hey Michael, what's going on? Baby? Look man motown doing a
- 31:41review. I know you good on your own, Baby, you don't.
- 31:45You don't have to be with the review man, But look, we're bringing
- 31:51on some of your favorite people. Now. We got Randy coming, and
- 31:57it's gonna be the Supreme means the Temptations and all the rest of the big
- 32:01stars, but Randy coming and all you got to do. We're gonna do
- 32:07a year or two of Michael. Then you can go back and finish off
- 32:09the wall. Baby, come on now? Uh looking at the draft,
- 32:15they got the twentieth pick. I don't know why I thought they because they
- 32:19had a terrible record, didn't they Well, they made the playoffs, so
- 32:23as far as Cleveland, I don't know if they had if they may have
- 32:25traded. Okay, if they don't draft Brownie at twenty, which I think
- 32:34is oh definitely, I definitely can get him at twenty, then what you
- 32:37can and not to explain, but if if they don't, then it could
- 32:43be somewhere else. But you draft him at twenty, I'd have to I
- 32:51have to do some deep diving. Now we're talking about it as the g
- 32:54just g be like, Okay, can he contribute because I just don't want
- 32:59to to be I get him just to get Lebron and that we not point
- 33:06as a board round. I'm gonna ask you it was a second round pick,
- 33:10I do it, but with a first round pick that is never gonna
- 33:14play anyway for you. For you come on now, and this is what
- 33:20I'm saying. Listen, that's that's that's bad. No, I'm on my
- 33:27business. Had I'm picking twenty. The money, the money and everything,
- 33:31it makes sense if you could get him back to Cleveland, everything that's but
- 33:37what I'm looking at Jenny Buss, she she loves him, and I think
- 33:42that they're gonna make a deal that the Lakers are gonna the comf the comfortable
- 33:46being comfortable with Brody being in l A. They've been there putting him on
- 33:51the far end of the bench because he's possibly just as good as any the
- 33:53twelfth man that was on the bench this year. So you know, possibly
- 33:57the Lakers could go forward and bring get Donovan Mitchell out there a d Donovan
- 34:00Mitchell and Lebron running together. That's the if I was in GM or anything
- 34:07that doesn't that doesn't give me a chance to play with my son. Yeah,
- 34:12but I'm saying the Lakers were willing. I think the Lakers they have
- 34:15the seventeenth pick, and then what do they have in the second round.
- 34:21It's like third of six. So I'm saying, you bring Donovan Mitchell to
- 34:24l A and you think we're gonna sit him so we can get Brownie.
- 34:28So no, they're not gonna sit. They're gonna bring and get Donovan Mitchell
- 34:32and draft Bronni. So Lebron will say, what is what is Lebron going
- 34:37in as as a Hall of Famer, what uniform. If he can come
- 34:40out to l A. If he can, if he can get Donovan Mitchell
- 34:44out there, I think they can win if they I don't know if they
- 34:46do that though, I think if he think where they go in like as
- 34:50a with a particular with just one team that they played for. Yeah,
- 34:53you go in as because that's who you retired under. That's why you'll see
- 34:59a guy take a and day contract to retire a Celtic. So that's what
- 35:04he would be etchedon stone ass. I thought that was just a baseball thing
- 35:08because on their plat they whatever, they have a hat with whatever team.
- 35:14I didn't know if it was something particular with them. As far as I
- 35:15know in all the major leagues, I know it's the same thing in football.
- 35:21What did you retire as? Did you go? And Dion went in
- 35:23the Hall of Fame as a as aw? Why is this dude looking far
- 35:30into the sky. I'm thinking, I'm trying to what I'm thinking. It's
- 35:37you know what I'm saying, because I think he went in as a falcon
- 35:42and a cowboy. I thought that. I mean, to my understanding,
- 35:45I'm not for sure about basketball. I think you could go in under all
- 35:47your teams. But so I'm sitting here, but but I don't put you
- 35:53in under all the team you go. I thought it was just a baseball
- 35:58thing because they showed meta. Tom Brady will go in as a Patriot most
- 36:02likely. I doubt that he's gonna wage the first twenty years versus the last
- 36:07three and go in as a Buck. I mean he had belichicken Craft at
- 36:15his roles, not Bruce Arians so exactly. So, I don't know.
- 36:21If I'm Cleveland, I take Brunnie. I think Lebron James at this point
- 36:24can go anywhere. I think home will be where he tries to get anyway.
- 36:31LA is really not his most successful run. He's done more winning in
- 36:37Cleveland and Miami than he's done in LA. And he's not even really benefited
- 36:45from being in LA. What has he done? What has been the benefit
- 36:51for him? His star was already set him. Being a Laker didn't make
- 36:54him more famous. He made House Party four or five? What was and
- 37:05now if you think about it, if you think about that, yeah,
- 37:07you're right, Yeah the movie I never saw. But yeah he did make
- 37:12that movie. He did out there, So I don't know. But it'd
- 37:14be intriguing, especially now that you said that Cleveland has the twentieth pick.
- 37:20I thought it was the top five. And as a top five, that
- 37:22is a question. At pick twenty, I can draft whoever last. Because
- 37:28first rounders in basketball are definitely belittled as far as who plays the lottery,
- 37:37those guys seem to be called on to play. But if you ain't in
- 37:43the lottery, people don't even know that you were the first round pick of
- 37:45a team when they put you in. They really don't. In basketball,
- 37:52it's kind of like baseball. You don't know which baseball player was a first
- 37:55round pick. Yeah, them dudes played nineteen years in the miners. He
- 38:00was the first pick of the first round in baseball and he played seven years.
- 38:08But lebron James in attendance, Bronnie James, they say it's having a
- 38:13better pro combine, so hopefully we'll see it. It'd be great for Cleveland
- 38:17because they get the King back in there, and uh, it'll be a
- 38:22must see atmosphere for them and see this is I call this shots fired.
- 38:27But our online listener Jared Lloyd says Briani will sit on the end of the
- 38:31bench of whichever team lebron goes to, just like Greek Freak's brother on the
- 38:38Bucks. Yes, yep. In fact, Donas wasn't in this business.
- 38:49What we're saying the greg is it's not even about Bronnie James, because if
- 38:54you're not in a lottery, nobody is sitting there like what I thought,
- 38:59we drafted this guy in the lottery. I mean just considering like before that
- 39:04he was taking off of this draft board and then he's put in the draft
- 39:07and like it's like no one really has evaluated him fully as far as like
- 39:14there's probably not a lot of tape on him, but just they've been watching
- 39:16him for the last twenty years. It's but like you're saying with the like,
- 39:21outside of the lottery, anyone who's like, well he was the second
- 39:24round pick, you pick him and he could go it could go either way.
- 39:30At the combine, you know, he's been listed like six' four
- 39:32all this find out he's only like six to one. So the mere fact
- 39:37that you got to create James and James Junior Jerseys is in the same team
- 39:43is enough work. I'm saying this is with my my CEO cap On,
- 39:49I don't know y'all come out in the sense not just like these guys are
- 39:52doing it and you've never seen their son or never seen their dad. We're
- 39:59literally doing what Ken Griffy and his dad did right well. Both of these
- 40:02jerseys are in the team, pro shot, pro sho. This the game.
- 40:09These people are twenty feet away from us. They putting them in.
- 40:14They putting them in. When it's a blowout, go ahead and get in
- 40:16there and play with your daddy. Oh he needs one out of you.
- 40:21And if y'all can't see that Lebron's I don't think it don't even matter who
- 40:24throw it to who? And if you can't see that, you're fire all
- 40:29of you. If throw the Lebron or Lebron throw it to Brunny, We're
- 40:32gonna do it. We're gonna do any combination of that is a commercial all
- 40:37the time. We'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show This john't Bow

- 44:00Welcome back to the smoy Shock Show, the spoy Shock Wing Candy. Interesting
- 44:06story coming out of Italy. A couple of days ago, Camilla Georgie,
- 44:15the thirty two year old tennis player, suddenly retired. She said she was
- 44:20retiring and becoming a underwear model. Wake up this morning, a little more
- 44:30of the story. As we always talk about letting it Breathe seems like miss
- 44:35Camilla has left Italy and didn't pay her taxes, so the whole underwear model
- 44:49thing was a cover like she was trying to get on over here to the
- 44:52US too, because she was back in her tax's. I'm saying the rears
- 44:57for a tax, but country without paying the taxis am I right? What
- 45:01I'm saying Now they want you to fill out that little declaration form. What
- 45:07you ain't gonna tell these people out of all the money you got, and
- 45:08we just get out the country for the She traveled to the US with her
- 45:14dad and her brothers, but the Italian police is looking for her for some
- 45:21questioning, Now does the US have to send her back? How does this
- 45:23work? Do they have extradition with Italy? Okay, yeah they would,
- 45:28they would have. Yeah, So she picked their own country to go flee
- 45:31too. She thought she was just gonna get caught up in the mix and
- 45:35nobody's gonna be in Italy close to Switzerland. Those people don't give nobody back,
- 45:40you know what I'm saying. Once she make it Switzerland, you just
- 45:43got like, ah, bro he here. Now, well, she is
- 45:45doing some modeling, so that part, but that seemed like maybe and she's
- 45:51been around a long time. I think at the peak of her career she
- 45:55was up to the twenty fourth twenty fifth ranked tennis player in the world.
- 46:00Maybe an avenue with the underwear modeling came through to make more money, so
- 46:06that wouldn't be strange. But the strange part of this case, Bapu says,
- 46:09I found out was that she was Italy. Some taxes. She people
- 46:16don't like to pay them taxes. Why you know, the government don't ever
- 46:21go away with that stuff, right y'all do know that? Right? I'm
- 46:23just saying they're so petty. But that ware how you come up with that
- 46:28they did. They how you come up with that? I'm gonna go make
- 46:30some money. Then I'm gonna just give you some of No, but the
- 46:35government really petty. They don't let it go. They'll send you something maybe
- 46:39you guys have experienced. They'll send you something from two thousand and six talking
- 46:46about you owe them one hundred and seventeen dollars sports true story. You have
- 46:52got something long and twelve year ago. Well you just pay it because it
- 46:55would take you ten thousand dollars to even and figure it out. So I'll
- 47:04say this because with the tax people that and I can say this, but
- 47:09God, because there was a time when God, when I'm saying that was
- 47:16the time when Glee and r Rest wasn't cool like that, but I was.
- 47:22I was doing things. We had issues with one another, and and
- 47:28then and then I decided, you know what, it's not you, maybe
- 47:31it's me. And I started acting right, and I said, you know
- 47:35what, I'm gonna get right with y'all. And they sent me something saying,
- 47:38hey, we appreciate you getting right, but do you remember that time
- 47:43when you wasn't doing right? We need that too, And I was like,
- 47:47see that's what I get for trying to do better. But yeah,
- 47:52it was long long ago too. I mean I had changed phases in life,
- 47:58had gone on be a upstanding citizen and five monicer and everything, mister
- 48:04Johnson. And they was like, nah, big Kenny, we got your
- 48:10real name. We yeah, we need this little bit of change. Kirk
- 48:15Cousins of the new Falcon quarterback who the Falcons are hoping to get in there
- 48:21and h fully healthy by game one. Schedules came out yesterday. I guess
- 48:25they put schedules out early so that people can plan. I don't I don't
- 48:30get the whole excitement part. How they well, you know, the Jets
- 48:34play so and so in November, both of them could be and eight by
- 48:40then, who knows. We got three and they feel you up to these
- 48:44games and then the two people you wanted to see. It works because my
- 48:49boy, our lord listener, my boy Donnay Brown reached out already. They
- 48:52got the Chiefs coming, they got Dallas. Get we got Dallas with the
- 48:59who's who is? He called out. The NFL just stays in the news
- 49:05cycle year round, like we made no, no, no. The definitely
- 49:08know how to work. It's all science. Three games Sunday night, Monday
- 49:15Night football. I mean in the first five, in the first five games,
- 49:21it's just unreal. It's creeped into I mean it's really real. We
- 49:25got the Stealers. The first week, we get to see uh, mister
- 49:30Smith, Arthur I'm not allowed to call him that name anymore, but former
- 49:36coach Arthur Smith. We can see him in the first week and and and
- 49:39say hello, you don't call him what name? I remember we talked about
- 49:46that when they the fans we called him. We called them silver spool.
- 49:50That's what the fan base we remember. You know, he's we felt like
- 49:54he was hired because the friends of a friend, nepotism, you know,
- 49:59in that situation. What you know, we moved on from that. We
- 50:01got a new coach. We got right he we were never there to move
- 50:06on. You're having a conversation. I know he I thought, just because
- 50:10thought he had done some big time winning up there, but didn't. His
- 50:15dad, like, is the founder of CEO and he's friends with Arthur.
- 50:20So that makes you a better coach if your dad what they got to do
- 50:23with high your offense. Anyway, we got the Steelers and then we got
- 50:28the Chiefs. Nothing my daddy having some money. When they're when there's when
- 50:32there's you would just look at how did he get y'all don't understand that at
- 50:37some point he start at some point he gonna start explaining that we're gonna get
- 50:43drug to that place. So just don't I mean, Austin Rivers would be
- 50:49a Hall of Famer it was based on their daddy. An inserted mar because
- 50:52Jordan would not be running around with the old lady if it was just based
- 50:58on what their daddy did. Right, But that's the same thing with a
- 51:01lot of other ones. That's coming. I do what's coming. You woke
- 51:04him up. You woke him up with your logic, and now he has
- 51:07to come. He's impervious to logic, so he has to come and use
- 51:10his superpower of doubt and uh confusion. Explain to the people I know one
- 51:16thing, the people I know that own and run the Stellers would not hire
- 51:24Arthur Smith based on that is daddy got money. It might not be right
- 51:32for your way, your team, but I know the team that I played
- 51:36with called the Pittsburgh still Lot. What your daddy did don't do nothing for
- 51:40you. We got russelled that first week. Still, what's gonna happen Home
- 51:47Open Open the week. It's a good, good game that day. That's
- 51:53gonna tell tale the season. They're gonna play future during the warm ups.
- 51:58The Falcons have the second easiest schedule in the league next year, So I
- 52:04don't know why he's raving as though they got some big time Tigers, they
- 52:07got to tackle. Hold on how we got the Saints and the Falcons have
- 52:10the one and two easiest schedules next year. We'll be back with more than
- 52:15Sports Jock Show, don't y'all. I like y'all. I had that down.
- 52:19I'm just trying to playing the Cowboys. The Chiefs just stopped the Quack
- 52:28Quick joone Bowl. Wayne Board of the Sports John Show with Wayne Gandias coming

- 54:10And now back to the Sports John Wayne Gandy Center cord on Sports News
- 54:21Gossip blah blah blah blah blah. Welcome back to the show. I'm the
- 54:52Sports Shock Wayne Candy. Good morning to you out there, Big Kenny Command,
- 54:55your great pad producer. We uh, Big Kenny just illuminated me to
- 55:01Ric Flair the WWE, wc W just basically one of the great wrestlers of
- 55:08all time. Definitely on that short two or three names you bring up when
- 55:14you talk about the business. Whoo. Rick Flair is questioning Donovan Mitchell.
- 55:19We talked about Donovan Mitchell earlier missing the game, missed the last two games.
- 55:24In this case, Rick Flair, it's questioning Donovan Mitchell in a must
- 55:30win playoff game. Says he's so disappointed that Donovan Mitchell did not play.
- 55:37I guess sometimes in the injury as an athlete, especially when maybe people didn't
- 55:44see what you hurt. Because the game before Donovan Mitchell scored like forty points
- 55:50or something. He had a nice game, and then the next game they
- 55:52were like oh, he's going to be out. I didn't know until they
- 55:55said that. I didn't see what reason he would have been out the game
- 56:00before. But I did think they was resting in him, resting him that
- 56:05day so they could play him in this must win game. But he did
- 56:09not play Game three. He did play, so Rick Flair, being from
- 56:16that old cut of cloth, that original corduroy, he definitely didn't see why
- 56:22a guy like him, from a profession that he was in to where they
- 56:28always were on the edge of performing injured. Yes, you know that most
- 56:37of when you their documentaries is you know, always teetering that they were addicts
- 56:43trying to perform because they suffered so many injuries. And that was the one
- 56:49thing growing up being young that you had to appreciate when when the veil was
- 56:54pulled from my eyes to see wrestling as it really is, is you saw
- 57:00that true. It's not necessarily the outcome of it is not true. Right,
- 57:12The physicality and the work ethic to be good at it is true.
- 57:15Yes, it's basically a bunch of stunt men, and that takes a toll
- 57:22on your body, you know, just consistently reaching down and picking a three
- 57:28hundred pound man up. Yes, is gonna do something eventually to your back.
- 57:32Let alone, let's carrying him up two of these ropes and flip backwards.
- 57:37I'm quite sure that didn't help yourself. And then before I land on
- 57:40him, he gonna move and I got to land on my own back on
- 57:44my own. So the part of it was the punching. Yeah, that
- 57:47was fag and who won. But the actual execution took a toll too.
- 57:52Many of them ended up basically a bottle of Hennessy in one hand and a
- 57:59bottle of a purpose in the other. Truth. But we've all done that's
- 58:04right. We've all had about us in one hand as a perpose in the
- 58:07other. Right, I ain't never done it neither. Let me ask you
- 58:17something, do you think that Rick Flair has given license to other professional athletes
- 58:22and just competitive people in general. Because I hadn't heard much grumbling about him
- 58:28missing a game that they got eliminated because he wasn't in. It hadn't been
- 58:31much grumbling about it. I had my feelings about it, but I don't
- 58:35know what it takes to be Donovan Mitchell, so I kept my mouth closed.
- 58:38Someone who has now understands that and playing not only injured, but playing
- 58:45injured in a critical elimination game. We all we needed was one more from
- 58:52you. If we didn't have it, we just wouldn't have had it.
- 58:55But to wonder could the outcome have been different? Do you think that other
- 59:00athletes will now start to speak more freely or do you think that Rick Flair
- 59:06is out of line for what he said. No, I think Generation X
- 59:10and older as we fade away and just give way to where the millennial is,
- 59:15the older stage of athletes, they'll have more understanding. So the Lebron
- 59:21James's era will have more understanding for Donovan Mitchell than Rick Flair. For someone
- 59:30like me. I would have rather you went out let me, you know,
- 59:36Trck. A couple of games ago, Jamal Murray or the Denver Nuggets
- 59:39had a little calf strain. Still got out there playing. If you get
- 59:44out there and it gets hurt. Hey, they even had the sideline,
- 59:49but how they just kind of almost like you don't ever really see the effort.
- 59:53I ain't ready to coach. You don't even see you ain't ready.
- 59:59Yeah, I can feeling ain't ready. We on the phone, like this
- 1:00:04situation. You're here in Atlanta. You know, they wanted to see him
- 1:00:07on the floor. He didn't want to see him on the floor. So
- 1:00:09it could be the same situation with Donovan. I don't want to go on
- 1:00:13the floor. And like you say, this's a generation that's coming behind us
- 1:00:17that's gonna say, hey, we understand that. And and and that's what
- 1:00:22I said. Someone like a Rick Flair or someone little we get cast into
- 1:00:27this or insensitive, uncaring and it's just more of you. Saw you try.
- 1:00:37Oh I ain't not carring you, just south lazy. We'll be back.
- 1:00:40Well. The Sports Shock show right after this, stop the confusion,

- 1:01:02remove people from the scene and help them feel safer. In response to attacks

- 1:03:07Greg in the building. Very interesting story coming out of the UK.
- 1:03:12You know, we'd like to switch gears around here very often. And this
- 1:03:15one the biggest franchise in the world, McDonald's in honor of Mental Health Week,
- 1:03:25which is the thirteenth to the nineteenth has in the UK. And I'm
- 1:03:32so lost. And this is the onely reason why I love to bring odd
- 1:03:36stories. But I love to bring odd stories where I get lost. I
- 1:03:38don't know why the bulls at the beach. If you know, please let
- 1:03:43me know how the bull ended up on the beach. He could have wondered.
- 1:03:45I don't know what to where the beach was located, so maybe being
- 1:03:47close to some kind of farm. But in this case with McDonald's in honor
- 1:03:53of Mental Health Week, they have decided to take the smile off of the
- 1:04:04Happy Meal and for the week not call it the Happy Meal. It's just
- 1:04:15the meal. So the Happy Meal box in the UK doesn't have the smile
- 1:04:21on it. And this is the idea of Leo Burnett and Ready Tin out
- 1:04:29of the UK. They found that forty eight percent of kids in the UK
- 1:04:35feel pressure to be happy all the time. The pressure of being happy all
- 1:04:45the time registered with the Happy Meal. So it's just called the meal this
- 1:04:54week and there won't be a smile on the box and just be a red
- 1:05:00box. And this is all centered because kids feel pressure to smile. Now.
- 1:05:08The only thing that confused me as well is that I watched the commercial
- 1:05:12and the kids in the commercial with the meal are smiling. So I think
- 1:05:21this. I thought the whole premise of the Happy Meal was to hand it
- 1:05:27to a kid so they would be mind it makes kids happy, I think
- 1:05:31correct. I think this goes not I can just give you the cheeseburger and
- 1:05:35the f and just me, but I give it to you in the box
- 1:05:40with the toy, and it usually makes them smile, happy and happy exactly.
- 1:05:45And this ghost proof two things. One that British people are super weird
- 1:05:51and two, oh man, that British people being super weird makes their kids
- 1:05:57super weird. Because I've never known a kid like man, I just feel
- 1:06:00so pressure to enjoy myself. That's not what kids do. You gotta look
- 1:06:03at the demographic of the happy meal. This ain't for preteens these, yeah,
- 1:06:11for who go for toys that don't do anything but stand there. You
- 1:06:15see what I'm saying. It's not like they can do anything with the toy.
- 1:06:17It's just a figurine or something like that. And now, in an
- 1:06:20effort to promote healthy mental health, you want us to be sad for a
- 1:06:26little bit. Well, not said melancholy. That's political correct work for sad
- 1:06:32a little bit, I'm saying, that's what it means, sad a little
- 1:06:34bit. You ain't all the way depressed. You just said a little bit
- 1:06:39melancholy, and that's just weird. I just don't want you to pressure me
- 1:06:42to be happy. That's weird. On this weird if you're gonna pressure me
- 1:06:45to be anything, Man, come home. You can't happy? Can't we
- 1:06:48just letting happy be in there? I ain't pressuring you to get high.
- 1:06:53I ain't saying let's run away from home. Hey, put a smile on
- 1:06:56your face. It's a lot of pressure to make British people were go ahead,
- 1:07:01come, it says that's why on the box it says it's okay not
- 1:07:04to feel happy all the time. No, it's not. No it's not
- 1:07:09okay. McDonald's put that on the big back. See see the McDonald's need
- 1:07:15to stop right the job they need to stop. No, No, McDonald's
- 1:07:19point blank duck as a corporation, Frank corre wherever they start, Chicago where
- 1:07:26McDonald's crocs. Yeah, that that has to be stopped because that to say
- 1:07:30that and what McDonald's always has has meant because you know, kids recognized the
- 1:07:35Golden Archers even before that made them happy. You know, even they can
- 1:07:40say McDonald's. It was like the recognition of the symbol, the symbolism.
- 1:07:45Did I tell you it's National Barbecue Day? Yes? It is? Now
- 1:07:51you could have just put that on the box, it's National barbecue that you
- 1:07:55ain't have to tell us nothing about smiling and not feeling okay. You could
- 1:07:59have just said National Barbecue Day. We'd been like, man mcdonaldson came.
- 1:08:02His brain is racing. We're trying to figure out where are you going for
- 1:08:06National Which brobecue place? He's going to listen, I'm to get where you're
- 1:08:12going to to day Commntion. I haven't figured it out, and I tell
- 1:08:15you and I didn't know. I didn't know, but you can believe that
- 1:08:18we celebrate even if I have to go home and kirk my grill along today,
- 1:08:25Oh something, some meat gonna go on it. We just gonna really
- 1:08:27cut degree along to be cutting it on. Yeah, we're gonna barbecue something.
- 1:08:30So it's just I don't get it. But stop being weird. Seems
- 1:08:35like a great pressure to me to not to smile. Well, I'm saying
- 1:08:42it seems like a great pressure to say, hey man, we ain't gonna
- 1:08:45be smiling today, Like we make a concerted effort to keep you from focusing
- 1:08:51on being happy. That's weird, Kirk Cousins. We forgot to tell you
- 1:08:55the rest of that. Kirk Cousins was able to get some of his team
- 1:09:00mates and some people are criticizing, but I applaud him. John Gruten is
- 1:09:04one of the great minds offensively that we have seen in the NFL. Kirk
- 1:09:10Cousins got a couple of his teammates to be able to sit with John Grewen.
- 1:09:15They broke down some film to get prepared for the season. How is
- 1:09:19that a bad thing? Why is he being criticized for that? Because the
- 1:09:26whole thing that John Gruden in the storyline, But that's basically what you know,
- 1:09:30But that's what he was doing before he took the coaching job back.
- 1:09:33He basically was bringing in quarterbacks. You remember he had the show on the
- 1:09:38ESPN when he was called commentating and analysts. He would bring in the quarterbacks
- 1:09:42and break down the film. And I think Kirk actually was one of those.
- 1:09:44He definitely one of those quarterbacks. And they've had a relationship. And
- 1:09:47it's not about it's about relationships. I'm asking what makes that controversial being involved
- 1:09:56with making controversial because he's not a staff man, alf member Falcon and that
- 1:10:01John train with no opposing team members. Remember John Gruton got fired with the
- 1:10:08email and the emails with the commanders, the emails. See that's the part
- 1:10:14I was. Yeah, But but my thing is he has to have a
- 1:10:16relationship Raheem. I know he I believe he does have with the head pro
- 1:10:21I mean head coach of Raheem Morris, and he has a relationship with Kirk
- 1:10:25Cussin. So it's nothing that doesn't surprise me. Anything that can help you,
- 1:10:30and it's all about your relationships. Well, I'm saying the fact that
- 1:10:35the man was fired by some emails got me and never been No we've never
- 1:10:42been fired by email before the last time I was working a regular The last
- 1:10:45time I was working a job, they didn't have emails. You see what
- 1:10:49I'm saying That it was somebody had to come in and go do you know
- 1:10:54what Kenny said last night? And then we'd have to go from there.
- 1:10:57So no, I've never been fired by Netflix is to broadcast two Christmas Day
- 1:11:04games. That stands out first and foremost. It would be the first time
- 1:11:09that Netflix has shown games, but also that Christmas this year is on a
- 1:11:18Wednesday, so it'll be the first time that the NFL has ventured that far
- 1:11:25inward onto the weekly schedule. When you look at the NFL, they have
- 1:11:31functioned on every night in their history except really Wednesday. But this year with
- 1:11:40Christmas and there I knew last year when they did it the first time,
- 1:11:45it was one of those throats bait out there. See if y'all get hooked,
- 1:11:50now you can expect NFL on Christmas period. I wasn't expecting to catch
- 1:11:55but nine fish. I called twelve successful experiment. It seemed for so long
- 1:12:01the NFL conceded Christmas Day to the NBA, and now they're at least gonna
- 1:12:08bring you two games. I say next year to be three and they just
- 1:12:13have you do it like it's they do Thanksgiving Thanksgiving. It used to be
- 1:12:17two games, now it's three. It'll be the same thing for the NFL.
- 1:12:21And they won't care what day. And that's what they're telling you now.
- 1:12:25But this year's move, they're telling you, we don't care what day
- 1:12:28Christmas fall on. We're gonna schedule some games on Christmas. Christmas. Do
- 1:12:33you think the I wonder how would it work? Uh? As far as
- 1:12:40like you know practice, if a team plays on Sunday, are they gonna
- 1:12:44play? Is it these Wednesday games from a like are they gonna be teams
- 1:12:48that just played on Sunday? That? And that's what I'm scratching my head
- 1:12:53to how they're gonna make. I doubt like Thursdays somebody can be Sunday and
- 1:13:02play Wednesday, so these teams won't be they won't have played, Yeah,
- 1:13:10Sunday. They didn't say we're gonna have a good game on wins. I
- 1:13:14said we're gonna have a game, said, y'all, nobody here thinks like
- 1:13:17a tru sye. Y'all think, y'all think like people with connections to the
- 1:13:24game and morals and and and you'd be actually caring and stuff. We I
- 1:13:29stop at for profit. That's it. I stayed, how about maybe the
- 1:13:33weekend before this, there'll be a Saturday games because remember this is deep into
- 1:13:38December. Once college football is basically over, they start playing on Saturdays.
- 1:13:43So I can take two teams that played on Saturday and play them on Wednesday.
- 1:13:48But the NFL Players Association would step in if you tried to make them
- 1:13:55play in three days. If I was the commission that you play at three
- 1:13:58forty five and it's six thirty. Hey, if you Adam Silver, what
- 1:14:02are you doing to think to combat this situation? Cash your check, nothing,
- 1:14:10hope that you're hope, that you hope that your superstars aren't hurt.
- 1:14:15I would start my season Christmas Day if I was the NBA, just kick
- 1:14:18off the season. That's the best thing they could have that on their games
- 1:14:21on Christmas, all their superstars are available to play. Because we got a
- 1:14:27Christmas doublehead of the Falcons against the Packers, and then the Falcons me the
- 1:14:31Milwaukee Bucks are playing the Knicks and Jalen Bronson and Janis are not playing the
- 1:14:39I'm gonna tune into the football game as simple as that. We'll be back
- 1:14:43more to Sports Jock Show right after this. Don't go a Wayne Bard of
- 1:14:58the Sports John Hill with Wayne dan Vidia's coming up next. Have you noticed

- 1:18:35But he always seemed like more like he was maybe fifty five. He

- 1:21:00eye on. I think it wasn't like maybe fourth round or something like that.
- 1:21:03I thought he was gonna be a little higher. He's twenty one.
- 1:21:05Austin Eckler is twenty nine. The running back for Well, he's not with
- 1:21:12the Charges in your free agent right, he's with the Commanders now. They
- 1:21:15traded him he's a free agent. He's agent, Okay, Matt Bryan.
- 1:21:20The legend, the infamy of Matt Ryan here in Atlanta is on par with
- 1:21:26anyone. I don't know who's who's There's nobody. There's no sports figure in
- 1:21:30Atlanta more famous than Matt Ryan. Think of somebody. Depends on who you
- 1:21:35ask. But by some I mean somebody might say. Someone will bring up
- 1:21:41Michael vic, someone bring up Dion Sanders. Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan's name
- 1:21:45is just as spoken. Remember, whether it's good or bad, it doesn't
- 1:21:53really matter. Now. Everybody got an opinion. Everybody in this city,
- 1:21:58man, woman in child has a Matt Ryan opinion. He's the most polarizing,
- 1:22:05exactly, Mattie Ice. And that's the thing that goes with that position.
- 1:22:12Whether it's good or bad, you will be forever remembered. And Matt
- 1:22:15Ryan is one of those guys. Thirty nine years old. And Janet Jackson,
- 1:22:20miss Jackson, if you and that with her, yeah, she said,
- 1:22:29Miss Jackson, if you're nasty, I'll call him male. It's fifty
- 1:22:35eight years old. It's Janet Jackson. One of the lights of our lifetime.
- 1:22:43To watch a woman like that perform really held up to her brother.
- 1:22:47Very few times people in combinations of family members be able to match each other.
- 1:22:54But she was just as everything as her brother was. Yes, Danny
- 1:23:00Manning, you mentioned Manning story. We moved on from that. My contracts
- 1:23:08still good. I'm paid through the end of the month, sir, I'm
- 1:23:12gonna do this work. Coach Brown was his coach out of Kansas and Mona
- 1:23:16before n I l Kenny. His dad was a truck driver. They gave
- 1:23:20him a job at the university. He always trying to black list. Somebody
- 1:23:26exposed stuff that I was just saying. It was a good thing. You
- 1:23:31know. You you just on brought in Larry Brown and had nothing to do.
- 1:23:38Was a target. I ain't got nothing to do with celebrating Danny Manning.
- 1:23:41You dry snitching now something acting like right. Something I think is interesting
- 1:23:46is how many times have you ever thought that Reggie Jackson, who we call
- 1:23:50mister Baseball, mister October, is very low key in his retirement. You
- 1:23:56don't see him at the world see he's commentating much. You don't see him
- 1:24:02out doing, you know, endorsing things. He's got a profile and a
- 1:24:09lovability that would have extended way into this generation. You thought he would have
- 1:24:13been like associated with the Yankees or the Ads somehow, some way, because
- 1:24:18they be around baseball now. But he's just some of them. You take
- 1:24:24Reggie Jackson, you take Joe Montana another one, you know, you take
- 1:24:29certain people who you just remember. For even Wayne Gretzky for his for the
- 1:24:36level, he hasn't really moved around. He's not tried to parlay that into
- 1:24:43some kind of spotlight. So I get what you're saying with Reggie missed the
- 1:24:46October that kind of stuff. He hasn't had a tantrum nothing, It had
- 1:24:53nothing. He came out on some man, I should have been way more
- 1:24:57exalted than I was. None of that. He just Reggie and went on
- 1:25:01by this business. We'll be back more in a sports jock show right after

- 1:28:03Wing and Gee. Tom Brady confesses that the roast that he had really affected
- 1:28:11his kids. After the other night Bad producer Man she greg, I know
- 1:28:15y'all want to have a couple of laughs, but it seems like Tom didn't
- 1:28:21really think about the ramifications that could come from and always talking about that when
- 1:28:27people do things, one of the first things that always hits me is I
- 1:28:30wonder if they did any kind of conversation with their kid, because that is
- 1:28:41the person who really has to walk in whatever, especially if they're still in
- 1:28:45grade school age like that. Now they thirty forty years Oh, who care,
- 1:28:50They got their own demons. But that sixth grader, that seventh grader
- 1:28:55hearing certain things, that high schooler who heard that, who heard the jokes
- 1:29:04about their mother cheating on their dad and how that other guy could beat their
- 1:29:11dad up. And I wonder too, Sports Jack, if the meeting about
- 1:29:16the roast. I mean, everybody says, you know about a roast,
- 1:29:20you know how a roast goes. But Tom Brady spent his entire life becoming
- 1:29:25Tom Brady. I don't know how much he follows comedy, so maybe they
- 1:29:30maybe they presented it to him well as doesn't come off as comedy right right
- 1:29:39in my estimation, when you're roasting is not necessarily comedy. It used to
- 1:29:45be is more of pronouncing the negative things in your life. And it never
- 1:29:55used to be like that. It used to only be the median about the
- 1:29:58Yeah, it seems to be and those were the punch line, right.
- 1:30:01Whatever bad has happened in tom life became, whether it was something to do
- 1:30:05with the Patriots, something to do with his private life, something to do
- 1:30:08with somebody else, you know it never it was all let me take the
- 1:30:14whatever small amount of things I know, let me harp on that you and
- 1:30:18your wife got a divorce. And I'm wondering, where's the comedy in that?
- 1:30:25Do you think your children? Do you think he knew that? And
- 1:30:29that's what I'm saying. Maybe they sold it to him as just going to
- 1:30:31be some lighthearted NFL guys. There are a couple of comedians. Tom will
- 1:30:35make some jokes about the Super Bowls you've won, and we'll move on.
- 1:30:40And then these people are coming up with these jokes about his wife and his
- 1:30:45divorce. And now maybe they had the discussion because he already admitted that they
- 1:30:50had the discussion about the Robert Kraft stuff prior to the roast, and someone
- 1:30:56still went off script and did what they wanted to do. So he said
- 1:31:00he wouldn't do it again. Though. Kansas City chiefs kicker Harrison Buckers now
- 1:31:09he said his last name Buckkers. It's been in a little hot water here.
- 1:31:15Of the last couple of days, he was giving a commencement speech at
- 1:31:19Benedicting College over in Kansas, and a lot of people didn't agree with some
- 1:31:29of the comments. He kind of went around the circle, checked the box
- 1:31:34on basically everything that he could when he was talking in the commencement speech,
- 1:31:41from religion to politics to COVID even got around to women in his opinion that
- 1:31:50basically women might need to stay in the kitchen. You ain't never gonna be
- 1:31:58happier than you are in the kitchen and raising these babies that you push out.
- 1:32:02It's some of an other man, mister Buckner's commencement speech. And now
- 1:32:10it's interesting, I don't understand how this commencement speeches are supposed to be kind
- 1:32:15of like a little more jovial, inspiring, inspiring, like really look forward
- 1:32:24to the next stage of your life. Like how did all this stuff COVID
- 1:32:29and women in the kitchen up in the commencements? And I'm so glad that
- 1:32:33you segued into this story from the Tom Brady story, because I think they're
- 1:32:40kind of one and the same thing. Another person hijacking a moment, the
- 1:32:45same way Jeff Ross hijacked Tom Brady's moment to throw Robert Kraft under the bus
- 1:32:50because he thought it would be funny. This butterl guy knows this is number
- 1:32:56one of the women's college. It's women's college. He's doing the commencement speech,
- 1:33:00and everybody knows commencement speeches are supposed to be inspiring and uplifting and pushing
- 1:33:05people forward to celebrate the achievement that they've just accomplished. It ain't got nothing
- 1:33:11to do with your political platforms, protesters out there, or something to make
- 1:33:15who cares. This wasn't your You got do a podcast, do something,
- 1:33:21but you came. It's equivalent to hey ladies. It's equivalent in my opinion
- 1:33:28too. I know you the MVP, but I gave it to somebody else.
- 1:33:31I know you're the MVP. Hey ladies, I know you just graduated
- 1:33:34with a degree in chemical engineering, but don't forget about that roast in the
- 1:33:39oven. And it just seemed to be inserting yourself into a moment to generate
- 1:33:45some conversation around your name and raise your hand. If you're not capable of
- 1:33:53giving a speech to a particular crowd, it is on you to ask those
- 1:34:01questions. Who you know, who am I going to be speaking to?
- 1:34:05Well, if your jokes are not kid friendly, then raise your hand.
- 1:34:10Hello. And if your stance is something where this is how you see women,
- 1:34:16then why would you go to a woman's college to try to give a
- 1:34:19commencement speech which is supposed to be completely about pushing and inspiring these young ladies
- 1:34:30to go do something more. I don't know why I would do that.
- 1:34:33Uh. And that's the part bad producer that really stands out to me.
- 1:34:39You came to do something that you are totally against. Why would you do
- 1:34:45that? I'm not for sure, but I mean, whoever vetted him or
- 1:34:49bought him to the put him before to do the speech, they might not
- 1:34:56have their job. But as we were, just as Kenny was just saying
- 1:34:59this, it's a situation that possibility. I mean you you're on the campus
- 1:35:04and you had all girls school. I mean I would tread waters lightly.
- 1:35:09Even with me, I would have thought about that before saying some of the
- 1:35:14things. Well that in that vetting process that's not always We got to stop
- 1:35:17with the whole vetting. You sung and danced me when I vetted you.
- 1:35:24Yeah, I had this conversation with you that didn't have to be that.
- 1:35:29It was like, Okay, he's the kicker for the Super Bowl champions We're
- 1:35:32next door in Kansas, he's available. Let's bring him in with the kicker,
- 1:35:39he's harmless. He's going to say, well, and I'm saying this,
- 1:35:45you, as the actual kicker, may know all of that, and
- 1:35:51you still took it upon yourself to rain on these people's I'm speaking my truth,
- 1:36:00yes, okay, I mean, and that's where we're at right now,
- 1:36:05as you speaking your truth and the ultra conservative traditional truth right and and
- 1:36:13I'm saying this, your ultra conservative traditional truth could have been upstanding enough to
- 1:36:21go. Man, I ain't coming to no girls college to talk. I'm
- 1:36:26gonna stay at home. I don't need that, I don't need them.
- 1:36:28I don't need I don't need to. I could say that living house,
- 1:36:32living in your truth is what brings us to Clemson. Dabbo Sweeney, the
- 1:36:38head coach of Clemson, has been very outspoken about his feeling about the transfer
- 1:36:45portal this year. Clemson, along with the military academies, are the only
- 1:36:51four schools that did not and the three military three other four the military academies
- 1:36:58Air Force, Navy, an Army, they can't take transfers anyway, so
- 1:37:05Clemson really is the only school that was viable for transfers that did not take
- 1:37:13And Dabbosweeney even if it's just this year for Clemson. He was willing to
- 1:37:17stand on what he's been telling you about. He doesn't agree with it,
- 1:37:20so I'm not going to use it right And I think that's what I'm saying
- 1:37:26with the Kicker. If that's how you feel, that's fine, and that's
- 1:37:30okay to give at your other speeches. But where people are missing it seems
- 1:37:35to be the part where you really don't get to do the Kanye West to
- 1:37:41show up and ruin it, that's wrong. I've been asked to talk in
- 1:37:45my hometown on the seventh of June to a June tenth if I don't want
- 1:37:49to talk about that, and I asked him what is the theme and what
- 1:37:55do you want me to talk about? So I'm within the boundaries of what
- 1:37:58you want to be said. I don't just get to get up there and
- 1:38:03it's an all woman's conference and let me tell you about you chicksen. You
- 1:38:10know, man, y'all, y'all lay on your back that shit out here
- 1:38:15trying to get somebody for the money. It's a hot girl. Some'm a
- 1:38:17city girl hot. We outside need to be somewhere raising a baby and then
- 1:38:24looking, oh, I'm wrong you're wrong. The people ask you, you
- 1:38:28could have turned it down because, as I always say, as we go
- 1:38:32to break and flip, if that's your son, daughter, mother, sister,
- 1:38:36dad up there doing it and somebody reversed it, now you mad,
- 1:38:42then you'll get it. And maybe that's what we've all forgotten the golden rule.
- 1:38:45Do under others, but to go to all women's college and go to
- 1:38:49talking about how your your wife happy in the kitchen and most of y'all fulfilled
- 1:38:56is go get in the kitchen. That's where you're real. Fire our lies.
- 1:39:00Hold on, man, what's going on? Don't push that babe out
- 1:39:02the lady. I'm surprised they didn't attacking and he thinking of this new society.
- 1:39:11They throwing water bottles at everybody else and everybody's conservative school. And watch
- 1:39:15when he start losing endorsements, everybody gonna be But it's coming. Watchpecially if

- 1:42:44lions Gate as comanchie Greg has brought to me today is spearheading a new movie
- 1:42:51or mini series. They're gonna do it on showy A. Toney and his
- 1:42:56issue with his interpreter, and I said this for the show that you commanch
- 1:43:00in before you got your big Kenny and ad producer about how they're just rushing
- 1:43:08these movies to as soon as you do something. Six months later they just
- 1:43:12got a movie about it, and I kind of gotten all the details.
- 1:43:15It sounds like a new idea because they don't have But what about a little
- 1:43:19real insight. I thought you were I thought you had gotten subjects a movie
- 1:43:25spectacle see, and I thought you had gotten the subject matter confused because you
- 1:43:30said showy old tany and I'm thinking that's still it, that's in the news
- 1:43:32right now, like they're still doing all of that. That dude ain't even
- 1:43:35been transferred to jail. And they they didn't cast somebody to play him already
- 1:43:42already, well not not yet. But it's annoy but they're you know,
- 1:43:46the scripts have been written, but he ain't talking to nobody because I know
- 1:43:53the guy is locked up. He had one conversation he lord and told him,
- 1:43:57don't talk talk about nobody but me, so I know you ain't working
- 1:44:02on notes. You're gonna get this side of the story at all. And
- 1:44:05I was that we can we can fill in the blank. Court document was
- 1:44:11no, we can just fill in the blank. We can put it in
- 1:44:13whatever like that. It'll be close enough. That's the problem. Just don't
- 1:44:17put out tiny son. I need to use your account for some Amazon shopping.
- 1:44:28Also, Lewis Hamilton, the f one uh movie he's making with Brad
- 1:44:32Pitt and Ildris Damson, Damnson, Iddriss Damson isra always get his back Damnson.
- 1:44:39Idris he he played Franklin in Snowfall. Snowfall and he's so he's playing
- 1:44:46the driving. He's playing him and Brad Pitt are they're both plane drivers.
- 1:44:53Okay, so I'm saying, but Idris Damson is playing Oh, it's not
- 1:44:59like like a doctor Okay, now, no, it's a movie movie,
- 1:45:04okay, right, okay, something like Days of Thunder, you think.
- 1:45:08Okay, so he just from the Formula one aspect, he's just getting into
- 1:45:12the Formula one game. And I guess Lewis Hamilton is it's based on his
- 1:45:18life, Yeah, based on his experiences with him as he's one of the
- 1:45:25producers. I can't wait to see if he's gonna tell the truth about all
- 1:45:28the cocaine and field knights right after the F one race, right after I'm
- 1:45:34talking about what you got? The green light go off in thirty minutes and
- 1:45:40I'm still in the locker room or something. I got to focus Brad.
- 1:45:43Lewis Hamilton one of the greatest ever get in a car. Brad Pitt A
- 1:45:47great person to have in your movie, along with the young star Damns and
- 1:45:51Idris right, yes, got it right? That time. I always get
- 1:45:55it because I get him in eat Yourself, it's an elbow confused. Got
- 1:46:00that accent, you know, And nobody knew they had an accent before they
- 1:46:02started being interviewed. They were all on something. Man, let me tell
- 1:46:06you, bruh. And then you have what every time I prepared for a
- 1:46:11rope that is I go to. It shocks you. It shocks you.
- 1:46:16It definitely does shock you when you find out, because it's so amazing that
- 1:46:21they can change their voice that way that long. Yes, does that make
- 1:46:28sense? Like you're shooting a whole movie and a whole nother accent. It's
- 1:46:31one thing to do it as a comic thing for a couple of seconds,
- 1:46:34but each and every scene, all that tape, you were able to completely
- 1:46:42transform into another voice, especially especially where I thought you were from the South
- 1:46:48side of Chicago and now you're telling me you from South Wales, right,
- 1:46:54And they do it with such convincing, identifiable accents the East Coast because Eat
- 1:46:59your Sail became first notable in the wire Barkstead, right, And that's that

- 1:47:30but you watch him and I didn't know he was British, but I
- 1:47:33got around and watched, you know how, like the last ten minutes of
- 1:47:36the show they had take a look back at the episode, right, and
- 1:47:41he went to speaking. I was like, man, you got me,
- 1:47:44y'all be you beans and queen over there, you know, And I'm saying,
- 1:47:53and I'd have been sitting here with you like you gaged. He sounded
- 1:47:57like he was from Somerset, Alabama. And what's his name in the series.
- 1:48:02His real name is Lenny James. I forget what his name was in
- 1:48:05the series. The Fear of the Walking Dead is the one he was in.
- 1:48:11Okay, yeah, he plays he used to be a sheriff more Yeah,
- 1:48:16Morgan, he's from England. Yes, I never knew. I've haven't
- 1:48:21seen him do it. I seen him do a couple of interviews as American
- 1:48:29Anny James. You're faking us out, man. Gail King, the sixty
- 1:48:32nine year old has decided that she would grace the cover of Sports Illustrated.

- 1:49:13she's seventy. I don't see any all. The skin can't be smooth.
- 1:49:16I don't care what electrolysis oprah is taking her to. It would have

- 1:51:04security, yet only forty nine percent actually have life insurance. When I was
- 1:51:09twenty five, me and my wife are just getting started with our family and

- 1:51:25the insurance informant. Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:51:29security no matter what stage of life you're in. Now that I'm older,
- 1:51:32I don't worry about whether I leave my family with bills or benefits. The
- 1:51:35answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a
- 1:51:39little or a lot, All you need is the insurance informant to help you
- 1:51:42build a foundation of security, because without you, your family will have two

- 1:52:30Sports John of Wayne Gandy. Now it's time for the school board when we
- 1:52:38put a spin on life and sports and how they intermingle on the Sports Jack
- 1:52:45Show with Wayne Gandy. Sound is well agitated? Whatever waste no time on
- 1:52:51a played out e. Don't put his p'sto rounds with celebio as doctor bin
- 1:52:57I do. From the mind Bring get Back, Come Remind Popper for impact
- 1:53:01the canon co back to the sport Shock shot, the Sport Shock win Candy,
- 1:53:06Yes bad producer. Easiest schedules this year Saints, Falcons, Bears,
- 1:53:14Panthers Bucks And you can imagine if it's the Saints and Falcons at the first
- 1:53:19two, the Bears and the Panthers would be close. They're all in the
- 1:53:23same division. Uh and and all that could be is one of two games.
- 1:53:28You know, there's nothing, There is no real easy schedule in the
- 1:53:31NFL. Well, why you say that sports job because it's the NFL.
- 1:53:39When you play the team, they hot, or when you play the team,
- 1:53:45your star player is no longer there. So who you thought was gonna
- 1:53:48be an easy win right now you in the cage with because b Jon Robinson
- 1:53:58is not back there and our pits is holding his hamstring. So now all
- 1:54:02that what you thought you was gonna have. Now you're looking like the New
- 1:54:08York Jets. Hey, hey, hey, we're just sitting over here.
- 1:54:11We were just nobody saying nothing, do nothing. And I know I'm giving
- 1:54:17you football in a nutshell is the eight plays of the Jet. That's how
- 1:54:21fast and any game it can go from you supposed to be winning an easy
- 1:54:28opponent to boom. Season changed. And that happened for a lot of teams
- 1:54:33every year because the sport carries a lot of injuries, but those are the
- 1:54:38easiest schedule. I said it was National Barbecue. And what I'm saying is,
- 1:54:43if there's anybody the range of our voices that's not getting barbecue today,
- 1:54:48even if it's just some barbecue chips, something that says, I'm just saying,
- 1:54:55even if that's all, or dip something into barbecue. Saufice it's so
- 1:55:00many ranging kind of way. Pull the wings out. That's what I'm gonna
- 1:55:04tax right now, Hey, baby girl, pull them wings out, the
- 1:55:08easy thing right there? What else do we have here before we go?
- 1:55:11Kelsey plum? One thing we got to talk about next week? Come?
- 1:55:15Man? Makes you making those? Because I don't know are we women's live
- 1:55:18or are we just women naked? Now? Women are confusing me. I
- 1:55:24don't know. Can we be two things? Things can be true? Because
- 1:55:28the first thing, women seem to even wives and fiance everybody has a sports
- 1:55:32illustrated thong shoot like instantly, as soon as they're known as the athlete's significant
- 1:55:45other, they're somewhere on the island palm trees, a canoe and doing that
- 1:55:53polls where they hold like this here right and why now? Why now?
- 1:55:57You don't want to do that? For my name was attached to it?
- 1:56:00You see what I'm saying. I don't understand, Like Gail, Gail,
- 1:56:02you've been Gail King all this time? Why now you jumping in the swimsuit?
- 1:56:06Well yeah, well she's trying to do some things for seventy yeah,
- 1:56:11because you can get away with it. I got some stuff you can't do
- 1:56:15it out the seventy Okay, well I got some. She can only do
- 1:56:17it before seventy dB out of Colorado. Remember Carmannie McClain. He has found
- 1:56:25a home down at the University of Florida. I'm quite sure the University of
- 1:56:29Florida was trying to get him in the first place, probably because he's from
- 1:56:32that Lakeland. He's from my hometown area, so I'm quite sure that's really
- 1:56:38how he ended up back there. And a lot of kids, like I've
- 1:56:42said, I love the idea of the nil being able to get some money,
- 1:56:45but you do need to strategically do it so that kids are making decisions
- 1:56:49still in the best interest of who and what and where they should be,
- 1:56:56not just going to a college based on when they gave me this and then
- 1:56:59that put you in a bad place that might take away your NFL career.
- 1:57:06Sometimes that is it, everybody If some guys that missed the NBA INFL just
- 1:57:12because they went for the bag and then go to where their talents would have
- 1:57:16been enhanced. Wrong system, wrong coach, wrong city. You really needed
- 1:57:23to be in that college football town like an Athens, but you decided to
- 1:57:30take your talents to USC. Now you're in the city vibe. Now you're
- 1:57:34distracted, But if you've been in Athens, you'd have been in that small,
- 1:57:39quaint more focused, less ability to get to the things your vices.
- 1:57:45And that really is it. That's why I'm just saying these things. You
- 1:57:49know, just like in his case, maybe you're more of a home need
- 1:57:53mama to be able to come up and fold your laundry regularly, not just
- 1:57:59on But she can do that from Lakeland to Gainesville if she can. But
- 1:58:04you in Colorado now, but that's what you that's what you individually needed.
- 1:58:10Nobody can take that away from you. But you decided to go this route,
- 1:58:14thinking, oh no, this money will over compensate that, and that's
- 1:58:19not all. It'll make me forget that I'm on in four years later and
- 1:58:26your skills as a player didn't developed. And that happens from that happens from
- 1:58:31college to pro as well. Some people's careers have lost just because they've been
- 1:58:38better suited to start off in Green Bay. You sent him to South Beach.
- 1:58:44He ain't caught up past yet. He ain't sorry, he just can't
- 1:58:46get off southeat down there with the bulls, and he still as good as
- 1:58:53he wants advertised you sitting there like, man, I can't believe what happened
- 1:58:56to He is good, he sep parking lot, that's all. He just
- 1:59:00distracted. He could not turn off that valve. He's just every night back
- 1:59:05down there. But if he's in Green Bay, everything closed at eight fifteen.
- 1:59:11So you studying, yeah, play rest, just to get yourself something
- 1:59:15to do. You studying a playbook and in McLean case, I'm just giving
- 1:59:18that for your parents or your uncles and stuff like. Make sure along with
- 1:59:23trying to get the bag that you're also kind of putting yourself where you would
- 1:59:28have been taking yourself to a college. That's what you kind of would have
- 1:59:31chos This is would have been my top two or three picks if it was
- 1:59:36no nil. Right, that's what you can That's what you need to start
- 1:59:42leaning your head on. If I could say it in an easier way,
- 1:59:45reduce it down to the two or three teams that you would have went to
- 1:59:49without a bag, without full of love, instead of going to school number
- 1:59:55six because they said they can give you a zaxby deal. Don't do that.
- 2:00:02And we are in the ocean. The truth is he will throw you
- 2:00:09in the ocean. It's time to wrap things up on the Sports June Show
- 2:00:14with Wayne Candy. When your designs that the ocean, it gives a sports
- 2:00:48shot test a minute to Vin would like to thank you for any segment,
- 2:00:51any minute, any hour of Monday Show or Today's show that you tuned in
- 2:00:57and let us entertain you. Hopefully you were entertained in some kind of degree.
- 2:01:01Big Kenny command you, Greg the bad producer, Thank you for your
- 2:01:05contributions to day A man. A bad man is doing great things out on
- 2:01:14the golf course, and maybe he will even win this weekend. But I
- 2:01:19still gotta throw you in the ocean. Roy McElroy, let me get this
- 2:01:24right. So you announce you're getting divorce to the world two days before the
- 2:01:35PGA Championship, but then you tell the reporters at the PGA Championship don't ask
- 2:01:42about your divorce. M I don't understand how that works. Roy. You
- 2:01:51know you could have just not told the people you were getting divorced in the
- 2:01:55first place. Right wrong. By ther time the story got to the course
- 2:02:02where we'd have been done playing, you've been it had been Sunday. You've
- 2:02:05been holding up a trophy and another ten million dollars. Not answer those you
- 2:02:12just want you just won, You just won. Sunday, Sunday winds Monday,
- 2:02:17he tells the world that you're getting the boys and Wednesday details them.
- 2:02:20Don't ask me about it, y'all. Nobody going. That's that's called idiotic
- 2:02:27to bring up a big story and then tell people don't ask me about it,
- 2:02:30though, So Feroy McElroy, fuck up, clank. You were supposed
- 2:02:45to wait till the flowery branch open it. You don't tell somebody before the
- 2:02:50PGA Championship. You tell them before the flowery branch opened, when it's a
- 2:02:55little small course nobody ever heard. And speaking of telling championship of the biggest
- 2:03:00championship they have in golf, am my wrong? Speaking of speaking of telling
- 2:03:04people stuff, sports Jack, I won't be here from Monday show. I
- 2:03:09gotta do some fair time. But I don't want to talk about it.
- 2:03:14I don't want to talk about it. We'll have a good weekend, enjoy
- 2:03:16it from the Sports Shop show. As we always say on Thursday, We'll
- 2:03:20see you in the future. Peace,
