Drivers in New Hanover County, pay attention: South Kerr Avenue between the 800 block and Fountain Drive will be temporarily closed for pavement repairs starting at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, July 1st. The work, handled by Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, will last about three hours, with traffic rerouted to the center lane.
