- 1:29Speaker 1: That's Patriot dot TV.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Patriot dot TV every afternoon six pm to eight pm
- 1:35Speaker 3: East Coast time. All right, lots of news. Another busy
- 1:39Speaker 3: news day, every day, every day. This is the news
- 1:43Speaker 3: that I download, and probably, if I'm lucky, I get
- 1:47Speaker 3: to this much and I never even discuss all of this.
- 1:51Speaker 3: So whether we get to most of it, I don't know,
- 1:53Speaker 3: Because there's just so much in the age of Trump,
- 1:55Speaker 3: just so much news. I think I'll open with the
- 1:59Speaker 3: most important. I kind of do it in kind of
- 2:02Speaker 3: my order of importance, kind of the opposite of America's
- 2:04Speaker 3: Top ten countdown, where I do it in order of importance,
- 2:07Speaker 3: and number one is the last story, right, I keep
- 2:10Speaker 3: you waiting, But here I start out with the big
- 2:12Speaker 3: story on a daily basis. On the war zone, Trump
- 2:15Speaker 3: declares war on the drug cartels, US enters a non
- 2:20Speaker 3: international armed conflict in an extraordinary escalation.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That is the headline at the Daily Mail as we speak.
- 2:28Speaker 3: President Trump has declared war on the drug cartels and
- 2:31Speaker 3: notified Congress that the United States.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Is now in a non international armed conflict. And by
- 2:37Speaker 1: the way, what does that mean?
- 2:37Speaker 3: Non international? It's an international conflict, isn't it. Why is
- 2:42Speaker 3: it a non international? I really have no idea what
- 2:44Speaker 3: that means. It seems like it should be an international
- 2:47Speaker 3: armed conflict. But he's saying a non international armed conflict.
- 2:51Speaker 3: This extraordinary escalation by the president follows a series of
- 2:54Speaker 3: strikes on drug smuggling vessels operated by terrorist organizations in
- 2:59Speaker 3: the Caribbean.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Trump's declaration is intended to place an.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Ironclad legal framework around any military action. According to international law,
- 3:08Speaker 3: a country may kill enemy fighters even when they pose
- 3:11Speaker 3: no threat, and detain them indefinitely without trial. Congress was
- 3:16Speaker 3: notified about the declaration of war by Pentagon officials and
- 3:19Speaker 3: a closed door briefing on Wednesday.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It refers to cartel members.
- 3:24Speaker 3: As unlawful combatants whose actions constitute an armed attack against
- 3:29Speaker 3: the United States.
- 3:30Speaker 1: And I would argue that their.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Drugs constitute war because they're killing one hundred thousand Americans
- 3:36Speaker 3: a year, most of them kids.
- 3:38Speaker 1: These are our kids.
- 3:39Speaker 3: They're murdering with their drugs, one hundred thousand plus a year.
- 3:42Speaker 3: As matter of fact, I think my numbers are way off.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I think they murder one hundred thousand a year just
- 3:47Speaker 3: from fentanyl. So it's like one hundred and fifty thousand
- 3:49Speaker 3: year with all drugs combined. So forget about the fact
- 3:52Speaker 3: that these gangs come to America and they kill, they murder,
- 3:55Speaker 3: they rape, they pillage. But they're also trafficking in drugs,
- 4:00Speaker 3: oh in trafficking, and women trafficking, and prostitutes, trafficking, in
- 4:04Speaker 3: child pedophilia. But most of all, they're killing our children
- 4:08Speaker 3: with drugs.
- 4:09Speaker 1: This is a war. It's always been a war. It's
- 4:11Speaker 1: about time someone declared it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Thank you, President Trump, love you, appreciate you. You are
- 4:16Speaker 3: the best. So we are now in a war. We
- 4:19Speaker 3: have declared war. And Trumps reported to the United States
- 4:23Speaker 3: Congress word war with the Mexican drug cartels and the
- 4:26Speaker 3: Venezuela drug cartels in the Latin America, Central American drug cartels,
- 4:30Speaker 3: and that means we're at war indirectly with China because
- 4:32Speaker 3: that's who supplies them all with their fentanyl and I'm
- 4:35Speaker 3: sure other chemicals to make other drugs as well. Another
- 4:38Speaker 3: big news story. Remember it was only forty eight hours ago.
- 4:41Speaker 3: President Trump came up with a peace plan for Israel
- 4:44Speaker 3: and Hamas, and Israel agreed, and I think every at
- 4:47Speaker 3: this point, every Arab nation is agreed, or all the
- 4:51Speaker 3: ones that matter have agreed. Everyone agrees it's time for peace,
- 4:54Speaker 3: and everyone agrees to the terms that we're asking of
- 4:57Speaker 3: Hamas to surrender, and Hamas will not surrender, and I
- 5:00Speaker 3: said this forty eight hours ago. If they don't surrender,
- 5:03Speaker 3: what a brilliant move by Israel and the United States,
- 5:05Speaker 3: because now all deaths are on Hamas, right, I mean,
- 5:08Speaker 3: you've done it.
- 5:08Speaker 1: It's all deaths on Amas.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Look what the United States did in Japan after they
- 5:13Speaker 3: bombed us in Pearl Harbor, and this is just like
- 5:16Speaker 3: it compares very exactly to Israel being attacked on October seventh,
- 5:21Speaker 3: two years ago by Hamas.
- 5:24Speaker 1: They killed the equivalent of sixty.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Thousand Americans, I believe is the number twelve hundred Jews
- 5:28Speaker 3: in a little tiny nation of Israel is like killing
- 5:31Speaker 3: sixty thousand Americans.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And Israel has been on the attack ever since. It's
- 5:35Speaker 1: self defense.
- 5:36Speaker 3: They have every right to defend themselves. They have every
- 5:38Speaker 3: right to wipe out Amas and all the people that
- 5:41Speaker 3: were responsible for that attack, just like we had a
- 5:44Speaker 3: right to wipe out the Japanese, and we dropped two
- 5:46Speaker 3: atomic bombs on them after we fought them in war,
- 5:49Speaker 3: and about a couple one hundred thousand Americans died fighting
- 5:51Speaker 3: them on all those islands heading towards Japan, and then
- 5:55Speaker 3: finally we took Okinawa, the closest islands of Japan, the.
- 5:58Speaker 1: One that my dad fought at and then they were
- 6:00Speaker 1: going to send my dad to war in Japan.
- 6:02Speaker 3: We would have invade with a million troops, and they say,
- 6:05Speaker 3: we would have had a million casualties on both sides.
- 6:08Speaker 3: And instead we dropped two atomic bombs and said, here's
- 6:11Speaker 3: our terms of surrender. Now that we've killed two hundred
- 6:13Speaker 3: thousand year civilians, here's our terms of surrender. Take it
- 6:16Speaker 3: or leave it, or will invade and wipe your country out.
- 6:19Speaker 3: And they took the terms of surrender. Smart move, Japan.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Look at what happened in the year since my father's
- 6:24Speaker 3: rolling over in his grave. Wayne Rudy tsushi at Japanese
- 6:27Speaker 3: restaurants twice a week. So the Japanese did very well
- 6:30Speaker 3: accepting our terms of surrender. So Hamas should accept our
- 6:34Speaker 3: terms of surrender.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Well, guess what happened.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Hamas's military chief for jecks Trump's ceasefire plan and aims
- 6:40Speaker 3: to keep fighting. So it's all on him now when
- 6:43Speaker 3: they wipe out Hamas. And in turn, because Hamas purposely
- 6:48Speaker 3: uses the civilians as human shields, and we know undoubtedly
- 6:52Speaker 3: Israel will kill many civilians by mistake, not on purpose.
- 6:56Speaker 3: They'll blame Israel for genocide. It'll be all the blood
- 6:59Speaker 3: will be on the hands of Hamas. All right, now
- 7:02Speaker 3: to the other big important story in the world today,
- 7:06Speaker 3: which is the US government shutdown. And I keep saying, kiss,
- 7:10Speaker 3: keep it shut, stupid, keep it shut is the best
- 7:13Speaker 3: thing that ever happened to us. I love the shuttered government,
- 7:17Speaker 3: as I said, and it made headlines of conservative websites
- 7:19Speaker 3: around the country just it was either yesterday or the
- 7:22Speaker 3: day before I said that, you know what, we lose
- 7:25Speaker 3: four hundred million dollars a day when the government shut
- 7:28Speaker 3: You know what, you call that a bargain.
- 7:31Speaker 1: It's a fantastic bargain.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And so we should frame this as this is not
- 7:37Speaker 3: a government shutdown. It is the Democrats shut down so
- 7:42Speaker 3: that illegal aliens.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Can get free healthcare. That's a mouthful, but that's what
- 7:45Speaker 1: we should name it, or you should.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Call it the free healthcare for illegal aliens by Democrats
- 7:50Speaker 3: government shutdown. Make sure every time you mentioned the shutdown,
- 7:55Speaker 3: you mentioned it's all about illegal immigrants getting free healthcare
- 7:59Speaker 3: and other welfare benefits, and the American people will turn
- 8:02Speaker 3: against it.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Democrats. Here's a headline.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Democrats are spending money on healthcare for illegal migrants in
- 8:08Speaker 3: California alone, it's six point four billions. So stop lying
- 8:12Speaker 3: and saying that it's illegal, and we're not spending money
- 8:15Speaker 3: on illegal healthcare. That's not even illegal welfare, food stamps,
- 8:19Speaker 3: and a thousand other programs, housing allowances, aids, depended children.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Just health care for illegal migrants in California. You're spending
- 8:29Speaker 3: six point four billion. I'm sure that number is greatly underplayed.
- 8:34Speaker 3: They always underplay these numbers. Last week, Jadvans tweeted, Democrats
- 8:38Speaker 3: are about to shut down the government because they demand
- 8:41Speaker 3: we fund healthcare for illegal aliens.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Democrats and the media bristle.
- 8:44Speaker 3: That wasn't true, said democrat after democrat in the media
- 8:48Speaker 3: and on talk stations. Undocumented immigrants are not eligible to
- 8:52Speaker 3: en role in federally funded healthcare coverage under existing law
- 8:56Speaker 3: or the Democrats funding proposal. Liberal fact checkers are that
- 9:00Speaker 3: Medicaid subsidies for.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Emergency care were trivial.
- 9:03Speaker 3: And did not count as health coverage, but their fact
- 9:06Speaker 3: checks are wrong. In fact, last year, nationwide Medicare spending
- 9:10Speaker 3: on emergency care for undocumented aliens tripled because the state
- 9:15Speaker 3: of California used it as a method of laundering federal
- 9:18Speaker 3: money to fund a comprehensive health benefit for its unauthorized residents.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Medicaid is an enormously lucrative program for the states. It
- 9:28Speaker 3: gives them between one and nine dollars for every one
- 9:31Speaker 3: dollar day spend on health care benefits for eligible low
- 9:34Speaker 3: income Americans without any upper limit. Illegal immigrants are supposed
- 9:38Speaker 3: to be prohibited from receiving Medicaid, as they are from
- 9:41Speaker 3: obtaining Medicare and Obamacare, but an exception to this is
- 9:45Speaker 3: that states may claim federal Medicaid funding for hospitals to
- 9:50Speaker 3: provide emergency care for unauthorized immigrants, and this exception has
- 9:56Speaker 3: quickly become a significant loophole. From twenty twenty three to
- 9:59Speaker 3: two twenty twenty four, Medicaid spending on emergency services for
- 10:03Speaker 3: undocumented aliens swored from three point eight billion to nine
- 10:08Speaker 3: point one billion dollars. In California, the state also imposed
- 10:12Speaker 3: at tax on insurers to increase the cost of covering
- 10:15Speaker 3: Medicare beneficiaries. This allowed it to claim five billion in
- 10:19Speaker 3: federal revenues as state funds, which could be used to
- 10:22Speaker 3: extend healthcare benefits to immigrants supposedly excluded from Medicaid.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Six other states, including.
- 10:29Speaker 3: New York, provide comprehensive health benefits to illegal alien adults,
- 10:33Speaker 3: although they have not yet been so brazen about claiming
- 10:36Speaker 3: federal funds for the purpose.
- 10:38Speaker 1: So this Summer's Big.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Beautiful Bill only trim the matching rates which states can
- 10:44Speaker 3: claim for Medicaid benefits. This will reduce the share of
- 10:47Speaker 3: California's costs borne by you and me federal tax payers
- 10:51Speaker 3: from seventy percent to fifty percent, but a deeper proper remains.
- 10:56Speaker 3: The enormous and open ended discretion Medicaid gives states to
- 11:00Speaker 3: claim federal funding makes it hard for the Feds to
- 11:03Speaker 3: ensure that the program's expenditures are reserved only for citizens.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Until that changes. The Democratic claim the federal.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Money isn't being used on illegal immigrants just isn't true.
- 11:14Speaker 3: And I've got about twenty more stories a year to
- 11:17Speaker 3: back it up.
- 11:18Speaker 1: It just isn't true.
- 11:19Speaker 3: They're spending the money on illegals, just like they used
- 11:21Speaker 3: to say, illegals will never vote, and illegals are voting
- 11:25Speaker 3: by the millions, by the millions.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I'm Wayne el Root, this is the war zone.

- 11:53Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 11:57Speaker 3: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 12:00Speaker 3: heard of.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Tungsten. Tungsten is the medal of strength.
- 12:03Speaker 3: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 12:06Speaker 3: our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 12:10Speaker 3: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 12:13Speaker 3: percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
- 12:17Speaker 3: and independence all hangs.
- 12:19Speaker 1: In the balance. Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 12:22Speaker 3: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 12:25Speaker 3: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 12:29Speaker 3: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 12:31Speaker 3: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten.
- 12:33Speaker 1: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.

- 15:07Speaker 4: All right, way out the root, the root, the root.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Is on fire. Welcome back to the show.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I said, I had a lot of stories here about
- 15:14Speaker 3: how Democrats have lied and this really should be framed
- 15:18Speaker 3: as the Democrat government shut down to give free health
- 15:21Speaker 3: care to legal aliens.
- 15:23Speaker 1: First of all, here we have census data.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Census data is clear illegal aliens do improperly secure welfare benefits.
- 15:33Speaker 3: As the federal shutdown continues, the establishment media and elected
- 15:36Speaker 3: Democrats are routinely claiming that illegal aliens cannot secure taxpayer
- 15:41Speaker 3: funded welfare. And by the way, we're talking mostly about healthcare,
- 15:46Speaker 3: not welfare. But House Speaker Mike Johnson also claimed Democrats
- 15:52Speaker 3: give free healthcare, extend healthcare to illegal immigrants. This is
- 15:56Speaker 3: not true, as seeing an anchor said, illegal immigrants are
- 15:58Speaker 3: not eligible for federal.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Health care programs.
- 16:01Speaker 3: That media talking point echoes House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries.
- 16:05Speaker 3: He says federal law prohibits the use of Medicare, Medicaid,
- 16:08Speaker 3: the Children's Health insurance program, and the Affordable Care Act
- 16:11Speaker 3: to provide health insurance in any way, shape or form
- 16:14Speaker 3: to undocumented immigrants.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Period full stop. That's the law. That claim is.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Being made by Democrats and by the media, and it's
- 16:21Speaker 3: a lie. Analysis of the Census Bureaus survey of income
- 16:26Speaker 3: and program participation by the Center for Immigration.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Studies That's a mouthful tells.
- 16:31Speaker 3: A much different story, one which, despite the best efforts
- 16:35Speaker 3: of the trumpdministration, illegal aliens do secure welfare benefits. CIS
- 16:39Speaker 3: researchers reviewed data regarding illegal immigrant EDDIT households that use
- 16:45Speaker 3: welfare programs, but more specifically the exact applicants for such welfare,
- 16:49Speaker 3: finding that illegal aliens sometimes secure cash payments, food stamps, medicaid,
- 16:54Speaker 3: and housing vouchers. Other members of the households, who are
- 16:57Speaker 3: usually legal residents, make up the difference. The head household
- 17:00Speaker 3: distinction is especially noticeable with medicaid, as just one percent
- 17:05Speaker 3: of illegal household heads receive medicaid, typically in emergency situations,
- 17:10Speaker 3: but receipt by other household members pushes the rate all
- 17:14Speaker 3: the way up to thirty nine percent.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So illegal aliens most often.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Secure welfare benefits by having their US citizen children or
- 17:22Speaker 3: relatives with whom they resign apply for benefits.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Hence, that's why we call them anchor babies.
- 17:30Speaker 3: They know that once you get to America, that's your
- 17:34Speaker 3: anchor to keep you here forever and gets you getting
- 17:36Speaker 3: welfare forever.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Got it, So we win that debate.
- 17:41Speaker 3: But the American public, I don't know if they know that,
- 17:42Speaker 3: but if they don't watch the show, they might know it.
- 17:45Speaker 3: But here's another article of Interestinla Sineloa. Cartel leader admits
- 17:50Speaker 3: to CNN that Trump's border crackdown is stifling criminal operations.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Of the Mexican drug cartel.
- 17:57Speaker 3: So here it is in black and white, and anybody
- 17:59Speaker 3: could figure that out. I've said for years now that
- 18:02Speaker 3: the Democrat Party is on the payroll of the Mexican
- 18:05Speaker 3: drug cartel. The Democrat Party is getting money, both contributions
- 18:10Speaker 3: and also illegal cash deposited into offshore bank accounts in
- 18:16Speaker 3: the Cayman Islands. That's why the border was kept open
- 18:19Speaker 3: a to give them a voting advantage. Right, the great replacement.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Replace all the white voters that vote Republican with illegal
- 18:28Speaker 3: aliens that come here to vote Democrat. And number two,
- 18:30Speaker 3: you're getting rich because they're giving you bribes in offshore accounts.
- 18:34Speaker 3: You are helping the Sinelo, a drug cartel. You're helping
- 18:37Speaker 3: every drug cartel. You're not doing it out.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Of the goodness your heart. Okay.
- 18:41Speaker 3: When Kamala Harris raised one point three billion against Trump's
- 18:45Speaker 3: like three four hundred million, the difference was she's getting
- 18:49Speaker 3: foreign money from China and the Mexican drug cartels in Iran,
- 18:53Speaker 3: because those are the three countries that are most helped
- 18:56Speaker 3: if a Democrat gets elected versus Donald Trump. Lots of
- 19:02Speaker 3: reasons why this shutdown is good. The Trump administration cancels
- 19:07Speaker 3: nearly eight billion in climate funding to blue states. Isn't
- 19:11Speaker 3: that great news? I reported that first yesterday. Great news.
- 19:15Speaker 3: The White House freezes twenty six billion in federal aid
- 19:18Speaker 3: to Democrat run states.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Isn't that wonderful?
- 19:21Speaker 3: We're cutting off infrastructure and green energy funding to states
- 19:25Speaker 3: led by Democrat governors.
- 19:26Speaker 1: That's all wasted money.
- 19:27Speaker 3: And the government shutdown is likely to cement additional FED
- 19:31Speaker 3: interest rate cuts. If you didn't love all the other stuff, boy,
- 19:35Speaker 3: everyone needs a federal excuse me, a Federal reserve FED
- 19:38Speaker 3: interest rate cut.
- 19:39Speaker 1: And the way to get a Fed inst rate cut
- 19:42Speaker 1: is u is.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Because of this government shutdown. The economy will get hit
- 19:47Speaker 3: a little bit. Government employees will get fired by the
- 19:49Speaker 3: thousands by Trump, and the economy will look worse and
- 19:51Speaker 3: will get a FED rate cut which helps the hire,
- 19:53Speaker 3: real estate market.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Stock market, gold market. All right.

- 22:52Speaker 3: about making America the energy capital of the world. That's
- 22:56Speaker 3: how we reduce inflation. Enter Lost Soldier Oil Gas. It
- 23:01Speaker 3: took forty years, four decades to piece together.
- 23:04Speaker 1: That is forty thousand acre giant gas discovery.
- 23:06Speaker 3: It could very well be the largest oil and gas
- 23:09Speaker 3: discovery in the United States of America since the Permium Basin,
- 23:12Speaker 3: with a forecast projecting the first twenty five wells alone
- 23:16Speaker 3: to produce four hundred million cubic feet per day of
- 23:20Speaker 3: natural gas and by twenty thirty five targeted production of over.
- 23:24Speaker 1: A billion cubic feet a day.
- 23:26Speaker 3: The surge in AI data centers is what's driving this

- 24:21Speaker 3: He's a brilliant advisor to many Republican presidential candidates, if
- 24:26Speaker 3: not all of them since Richard Nixon, best selling author,

- 24:44Speaker 1: are you, Wayne?
- 24:46Speaker 4: It's great to be with you.
- 24:47Speaker 5: I must say, three p suit, Pete Lapal, very bold, looking,
- 24:52Speaker 5: very very daper my friend, very deperate.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you. I'm headed to Washington on Monday.
- 24:57Speaker 3: I've got an Oval Office visit, so I'll be wearing
- 24:59Speaker 3: a nice three piece suit to hang out with President Trump.
- 25:01Speaker 1: In the Oval Office. And I always think of you
- 25:04Speaker 1: every time I get dressed in a nice outfit. I
- 25:06Speaker 1: think would Rogers Stone approve.
- 25:08Speaker 3: I just want you to know that I'm telling the truth.
- 25:10Speaker 3: You are the king of fashion my friends. I'm always thinking,
- 25:13Speaker 3: will this impress Roger? Well?
- 25:17Speaker 5: Wayne, I'm glad to see you're going to be seeing
- 25:19Speaker 5: our mutual friend the President. One of the things that
- 25:22Speaker 5: I really love of course, is that he is posted
- 25:26Speaker 5: in the office. The largest single oil portrait of any
- 25:29Speaker 5: president is a portrait of the great Ronald Reagan, one.
- 25:32Speaker 4: Of our greatest presidents. Yes, now, the last time I
- 25:35Speaker 4: was there, I've been there twice recently.
- 25:37Speaker 5: But the second time I was there, I noticed that
- 25:40Speaker 5: there's an oil portrait of Franklin Roosevelt above the door
- 25:44Speaker 5: that wasn't there previously. And I said to a mister president,
- 25:47Speaker 5: I understand you have a bipartisan mix of presidents on
- 25:51Speaker 5: the wall, but before you end of your term, I'd
- 25:53Speaker 5: like to see that picture come down, and I'd like
- 25:55Speaker 5: to see the picture of one of our greatest presidents,
- 25:58Speaker 5: Richard Millhouse. Nixon go because, of course, he got a
- 26:01Speaker 5: strategic arms limitation with the Soviets.
- 26:04Speaker 4: He opened the door to China.
- 26:06Speaker 5: China was a dirt poor, agrarian country with no military,
- 26:10Speaker 5: no technology. Nixon had no way of knowing that thirty
- 26:14Speaker 5: years later Bill Clinton would make them a superpower by
- 26:17Speaker 5: giving them most Favored Nation trading status. Knixton who desegregated
- 26:22Speaker 5: the schools, Nixon, who unilaterally saved Israel in the nineteen
- 26:26Speaker 5: seventy three war. So I think those contributions should finally
- 26:30Speaker 5: be recognized. But the other thing I'd say, Wayne, is
- 26:33Speaker 5: You've never seen so much gold.
- 26:35Speaker 4: In your life. He's got a lot of gold there
- 26:37Speaker 4: in the office.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Well, on the topic of Nixon, I would argue that
- 26:40Speaker 3: he was the most hated Republican conservative other than Trump.
- 26:45Speaker 3: In other words, the media was out to get him
- 26:46Speaker 3: the same way they're out to get Trump. So Trump
- 26:49Speaker 3: should like him because he was kind of Trump before.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Trump was Trump. He was so hated. I was a kid, Roger, Okay,
- 26:55Speaker 1: I was a little kid, and I.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Used to go to school like Michael Keaton from Family Ties,
- 26:59Speaker 3: in a suit and a tie, and my teachers were
- 27:02Speaker 3: all a bunch of comedies, and.
- 27:03Speaker 1: They all hated Nixon.
- 27:04Speaker 3: And I would argue with them and debate with them
- 27:05Speaker 3: about Nixon, right, because I love Nixon as like an
- 27:08Speaker 3: eight year old to nine year old and ten year old.
- 27:10Speaker 3: All the teachers hated him the way that they hate
- 27:12Speaker 3: Trump today. They wanted him dead the way they'd like
- 27:15Speaker 3: to see Trump dead today.
- 27:17Speaker 1: The way they were cheering for Charlie Kirk being dead.
- 27:19Speaker 3: So Nixon was kind of there before Trump in that
- 27:23Speaker 3: hated category.
- 27:24Speaker 4: What do you think there are many many analogies.
- 27:27Speaker 5: Just as Donald Trump now who is fighting Antifa and
- 27:31Speaker 5: Black Lives Matter, Richard Nixon was fighting.
- 27:33Speaker 4: The weather underground of the Black.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Panthers, the Student for a Democratic Society, bombing campuses, killing people,
- 27:43Speaker 5: violent protests.
- 27:45Speaker 4: That's very, very analogous.
- 27:48Speaker 5: Now we both agree on one thing that Nixon's decision
- 27:51Speaker 5: to take America off the gold.
- 27:53Speaker 4: Standard was probably, say, his greatest single mistake.
- 27:55Speaker 1: That's the way I discussed Connelly.
- 27:58Speaker 5: It was Governor John Connolly, then the treasure Secretary, talked
- 28:01Speaker 5: him into that his biggest and largest era. And the
- 28:03Speaker 5: two books I've written on Nixon, I acknowledge that. But
- 28:07Speaker 5: overall you had peace and prosperity. Andy fought back about
- 28:11Speaker 5: the against the deep state of his time. Now, of course, Wayne,
- 28:16Speaker 5: we know, thanks to the fact that CIA documents have
- 28:20Speaker 5: been classified, that the Central Intelligence Agency knew about the
- 28:24Speaker 5: break in of the Watergate in advance, that they infiltrated
- 28:28Speaker 5: the Burglar team, that four of the eight burglars were
- 28:31Speaker 5: on the active payroll and still insling to handlers and
- 28:35Speaker 5: the CIA, and that Nick Ackerman, one of the Watergate prosecutors,
- 28:39Speaker 5: knew that at the time and suppressed that information.
- 28:43Speaker 3: It's amazing how many parallels there are. They're out to
- 28:46Speaker 3: get them, and they're out to get Trump today. It's
- 28:48Speaker 3: really quite amazing. Let's talk about indictments now of people
- 28:53Speaker 3: like James Comy, because you know, I get a lot
- 28:56Speaker 3: of fan mail, and I read every letter, Roger. I mean,
- 28:58Speaker 3: I think that's my that's my life. My shtick in
- 29:01Speaker 3: life is that I listen.
- 29:01Speaker 1: To every single common person.
- 29:04Speaker 3: I listen to butchers and bakers and candlestick makers, and
- 29:07Speaker 3: they have great wisdom.
- 29:09Speaker 1: And I get all my best ideas from my fans,
- 29:11Speaker 1: and all of them love Trump. But they're upset that
- 29:15Speaker 1: there aren't more arrests.
- 29:16Speaker 3: And of course, all these letters I'm talking about came
- 29:19Speaker 3: in in the last few weeks before we heard that
- 29:21Speaker 3: Komi was under arrest. And I hope soon, letician James
- 29:23Speaker 3: will be under indictment, and many others. I hope soon,
- 29:27Speaker 3: you know Clapper, and you name Brennan. The list is long,
- 29:31Speaker 3: and I hope eventually they twist arms and they get
- 29:33Speaker 3: up to Obama and Hillary.
- 29:35Speaker 1: But people were mad, and I think still are mad.
- 29:38Speaker 3: They're not seeing more indictments and more arrests, and that's
- 29:41Speaker 3: gonna be a Pambondi issue and is she the right
- 29:44Speaker 3: choice for attorney general? Just like in the first term,
- 29:47Speaker 3: Trump didn't make a great choice for a Churney general
- 29:49Speaker 3: either one of them.
- 29:50Speaker 1: They were both bad choices.
- 29:52Speaker 3: I think the Alabama Senator and Barr were both lousy
- 29:55Speaker 3: choices for at Churney general. So is Pambondi the right
- 29:58Speaker 3: one to go after these people? Do you think we'll
- 30:00Speaker 3: be seeing more indictments? Do you think she's tough enough?
- 30:05Speaker 5: Well, it's an open question, Wayne, to be quite honest,
- 30:07Speaker 5: Let's be clear, thanks to the directions of the President
- 30:11Speaker 5: and the courageous actions of Tulsea Gabbard, we now have absolute, indisputable,
- 30:17Speaker 5: a stone cold proof that there was a seditious conspiracy
- 30:22Speaker 5: to engage in treason and to undo the results the
- 30:24Speaker 5: twenty sixteen election.
- 30:26Speaker 4: Correct, that's not instigative journalism. It's not conjecture, it's not supposition.
- 30:30Speaker 4: It's now an indisputable fact.
- 30:32Speaker 5: And we know this conspiracy was born on July seventeenth,
- 30:36Speaker 5: at twenty seventeen in an Oval office meeting with the
- 30:40Speaker 5: entire cabal that included Obama, Biden, Susan Rice, the National
- 30:44Speaker 5: Security Advisor, John Brennan, the Islamic convert communist CIA director
- 30:51Speaker 5: James Comy, the corrupt FBI director, as well as General
- 30:56Speaker 5: James Clapper.
- 30:57Speaker 3: And did you matters, did you say val If you
- 31:00Speaker 3: heard surname, Valerie Jarro was probably there too.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Right, Valerie Jarrett was there? Yeah, right, there's a yes. Indeed.
- 31:07Speaker 5: So the question now is whether the Justice Department is
- 31:12Speaker 5: going to.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Move on them.
- 31:14Speaker 5: If you look at what happened in the case of
- 31:16Speaker 5: James Comy, it is only after Donald Trump decided to
- 31:20Speaker 5: fire the corrupt US attorney from the Eastern District of
- 31:25Speaker 5: Virginia who had prepared a fifty one page memo arguing
- 31:30Speaker 5: as to why Jim Comy, the FBI director, should not
- 31:33Speaker 5: be indicted.
- 31:34Speaker 4: But Wayne, here's the.
- 31:35Speaker 5: News that Prosecutor Eric Siebert never disclosed that his father
- 31:41Speaker 5: in law, his wife's father, was James Comy's daughter's godfather.
- 31:46Speaker 5: And that is an egregious legal conflict of interest. He
- 31:51Speaker 5: should have recuced himself from the beginning.
- 31:53Speaker 4: He didn't.
- 31:53Speaker 5: He was trying to cook this case. Who's trying to
- 31:56Speaker 5: kill this case? It's a very simple case.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Why do I know?
- 32:00Speaker 5: Because they charged call me with the same thing they
- 32:02Speaker 5: charged me with. Here's the difference. I did make mistatements
- 32:06Speaker 5: to Congress under oath, but they were immaterial. I had
- 32:09Speaker 5: no motive to lie. Why would you lie. There was
- 32:12Speaker 5: no Russian collusion to cover up. They indicted me to
- 32:16Speaker 5: try to pressure me to testify falsely against President Trump.
- 32:20Speaker 5: We talked about it at the time and I refused
- 32:22Speaker 5: to do that. Call Me on the other hand, specifically
- 32:25Speaker 5: lied on the narrow question of whether he had instructed
- 32:29Speaker 5: or had knowledge of others who had leaked classified information
- 32:33Speaker 5: in order to embarrass President Trump.
- 32:35Speaker 4: And he did that and at least.
- 32:37Speaker 5: Two occasions with Andrew McCabe and also a guy by
- 32:40Speaker 5: the name of Richmond who was a crony of his.
- 32:43Speaker 4: Both of them said so under oath.
- 32:45Speaker 5: So that is a material crime because it covers up
- 32:49Speaker 5: a portion of this seditious conspiracy, and only because the
- 32:54Speaker 5: President fired the prosecutor and inserted a really valiant, very smart,
- 32:59Speaker 5: very tough lawyer, woman named Lindsay Alligan. Lindsay is working
- 33:03Speaker 5: on the White House staff, very tough, never prosecuted the
- 33:07Speaker 5: case before, but and the media try to use that
- 33:10Speaker 5: against her.
- 33:11Speaker 4: But I think, under enormous pressure, got.
- 33:14Speaker 5: A jury of James Combe Spears to vote to indict him,
- 33:18Speaker 5: and now he will face the trial.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Hey Roger, Roger to give me a five count. We're
- 33:22Speaker 1: going out. Can you stay for another segment? Don't go anywhere,
- 33:25Speaker 1: stay right there, we'll talk more about this.

- 36:51Speaker 3: roots from the crossroads of America, Las Vegas.
- 36:53Speaker 1: It's my hometown. I'm here with Roger Stone.
- 36:56Speaker 3: Political strategist, best selling author, longtime associated pres Trump, advisor
- 37:02Speaker 3: to many GOP presidents, and GOP presidential candidate's host of
- 37:06Speaker 3: The Stone Zone, Stonecoldtruth dot COM's his website, and most importantly,
- 37:11Speaker 3: one of the best dressed men in the world, may
- 37:12Speaker 3: be the best dress So maybe I'm number two. He's
- 37:15Speaker 3: definitely number one, Roger Stone, How are you welcome back?
- 37:20Speaker 4: Great to be with you as always, Wayne.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Hey, I was gonna bring up to you that the
- 37:25Speaker 3: way they treat the way liberals treat us versus the
- 37:28Speaker 3: way we treat them. I noticed that, Yeah, Comy's indicted,
- 37:31Speaker 3: but he was allowed to turn himself in. But they
- 37:34Speaker 3: came to your house in the middle of the night
- 37:36Speaker 3: with a swat team and almost gave you and your
- 37:38Speaker 3: wife a heart attack. What a horrible thing to do
- 37:40Speaker 3: to somebody. You know, we're too nice to these people,
- 37:44Speaker 3: and the way they treat us is horrendous.
- 37:48Speaker 5: Well, Wayne, I think most Americans saw the outrageousness of
- 37:51Speaker 5: twenty nine heavily armed FBI agents and full swat gear,
- 37:56Speaker 5: wearing night goggles, brandishing fully automatic assault weapons swarming my home.
- 38:02Speaker 5: They arrived in seventeen armored vehicles, a helicopter into two
- 38:08Speaker 5: amphibious units.
- 38:10Speaker 4: Shows you how dangerous I am.
- 38:12Speaker 5: When all I had to do, of course, was talked
- 38:14Speaker 5: to my lawyer. In fact, I spoke to my lawyer
- 38:16Speaker 5: the day before. We had just handed them thirty pages
- 38:19Speaker 5: of emails messages that proved definitively that I hadn't lied
- 38:23Speaker 5: to Congress. But they were interested in the spectacle. Now
- 38:26Speaker 5: what people don't know when is I was arrested at
- 38:28Speaker 5: six oh six. At sixty eleven, Sarah Murray with CNN
- 38:33Speaker 5: sent my lawyer by text a copy of the draft
- 38:37Speaker 5: of my criminal indictment, And although it had no court
- 38:41Speaker 5: markets or court stamps on it, it did have the
- 38:44Speaker 5: initials of the man who wrote it, Andrew Weissman, the
- 38:47Speaker 5: epically corrupt prosecutor who obviously leaked it to CNN. So
- 38:51Speaker 5: the idea that CNN was there on a haunch based
- 38:55Speaker 5: on investigative deal.
- 38:56Speaker 1: That's nonsense.
- 38:57Speaker 4: That's nonsense.
- 38:59Speaker 5: But here's the worst. The judge gagged me. I wasn't
- 39:02Speaker 5: able to defend myself. I couldn't come on shows like
- 39:05Speaker 5: yours or go on social media and defend myself because
- 39:08Speaker 5: the judge said that I might taint the jury pool,
- 39:13Speaker 5: and therefore she took away my First Amendment rights. Now,
- 39:16Speaker 5: if the gag was to prevent me from tainting the
- 39:20Speaker 5: jury pool, why did she leave the gag in place
- 39:23Speaker 5: after I was convicted, and before I was sentenced, and
- 39:26Speaker 5: after I was sentenced and was.
- 39:28Speaker 4: Waiting to be incarcerated.
- 39:30Speaker 5: This is outrageous, But you don't see any effort to
- 39:33Speaker 5: gag James.
- 39:34Speaker 4: Call me.
- 39:34Speaker 5: He's all over social media saying he refuses to bend
- 39:38Speaker 5: the knee. What he refuses to do is obey the law,
- 39:42Speaker 5: and that's why he's being prosecuted.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Well, the good news is I saw an article just today.
- 39:45Speaker 3: It's funny you should mention Andrew Weisman, that scumbag, vicious, vicious,
- 39:50Speaker 3: horrible human being. I didn't even realize he was central
- 39:53Speaker 3: to your case. I've seen him involved in so many cases.
- 39:55Speaker 3: I hate that man. And I saw today that my
- 39:58Speaker 3: great friend of twenty years, Ed muh It said today
- 40:00Speaker 3: I think at Gateway Pundit that Ed Martin is going
- 40:03Speaker 3: after Andrew Weisman has requested certain documents from Wiseman's. I
- 40:08Speaker 3: hope that is true, because that is one vicious, horrible
- 40:12Speaker 3: human being.
- 40:13Speaker 5: He is, of course the de facto head of the
- 40:16Speaker 5: Mother witch hunt. Mother was non compassmentus. He was a
- 40:20Speaker 5: figurehead long around the bend in my opinion, But it
- 40:24Speaker 5: was Andrew Weissman who got his career a lined and
- 40:27Speaker 5: cover up mob murders in Brooklyn. Then he destroyed the
- 40:31Speaker 5: Enron Corporation and Arthur Anderson, their accounting firm. By the way,
- 40:36Speaker 5: his convictions in that case were overturned nine to zero
- 40:40Speaker 5: by the US Supreme Court and his prosecutor misconduct was cited.
- 40:44Speaker 5: And then in the Mother investigation, once John Durham was
- 40:48Speaker 5: appointed a special counsel to investigate how the Russian collusion
- 40:52Speaker 5: OAKS began, it was Andrew Weissman who destroyed the cell
- 40:56Speaker 5: phone memories of all of the Weissman apart all of
- 41:00Speaker 5: the Mother investigators, including himself, which I believe is destruction
- 41:04Speaker 5: of evidence, an obstruction of justice, but of course he
- 41:07Speaker 5: has not yet been held to account for that. I
- 41:10Speaker 5: think justice is coming for Andrew Weissman. He's an epically
- 41:14Speaker 5: corrupt character. Of course, he's the main legal analyst on MSNBC.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Wayne.
- 41:21Speaker 5: I don't get my news from MSNBC for the same
- 41:24Speaker 5: reason I don't drink out of the toilet.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Hey, do you think I mean?
- 41:29Speaker 3: I love Trump? I really do, and he's as good
- 41:31Speaker 3: as we're ever going to get. But that's still not perfect.
- 41:34Speaker 3: Do you think even Trump and the people he's appointed
- 41:37Speaker 3: at the balls and I use that word because it
- 41:39Speaker 3: really is important here, the cahoneys to twist all these
- 41:43Speaker 3: arms once they indict the lower level people, the Brennan's,
- 41:47Speaker 3: the Clappers, the Komi's, the mccabes, the Weisman's, the Rosensteins,
- 41:52Speaker 3: will they ever twist their arms and go after the
- 41:55Speaker 3: big fish, which is Obama? Does anyone have the cahonees
- 41:59Speaker 3: to in Obama for the crime of treason which you
- 42:03Speaker 3: and I know he's a trader.
- 42:07Speaker 4: White?
- 42:07Speaker 5: Unfortunately it just remains to be seen. I think you
- 42:09Speaker 5: have to. I'm not an attorney, as you know, I'm honest,
- 42:14Speaker 5: but I think there may be constitutional issues in terms
- 42:18Speaker 5: of Obama, he may have community, although I would argue
- 42:22Speaker 5: that the Russian collusion HOAK is outside of his official.
- 42:26Speaker 1: And spy spying on Trump.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Biggest dirty trick in American political history.
- 42:31Speaker 3: Right. If Watergate got Nixon in trouble, how could spying
- 42:35Speaker 3: listening to every word of Trump not get him in
- 42:37Speaker 3: the same trouble that Nixon got in for Watergate?
- 42:39Speaker 1: When you and I both know Nixon didn't even do
- 42:41Speaker 1: anything in Watergate.
- 42:42Speaker 3: They really did spy on a presidential candidate and give
- 42:45Speaker 3: the information to Hillary.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Right. Terrible, absolutely true.
- 42:49Speaker 5: It just remains to be seen if the president and
- 42:52Speaker 5: I think his appointment was generally speaking of it, excellent
- 42:54Speaker 5: Tolsey Gabbert, Bobby Kennedy's.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Stuff best excellent.
- 42:58Speaker 5: This is one of the greatest, maybe the greatest cabinet
- 43:02Speaker 5: in American governmental history.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Hey, hey, Rod, you're giving me a five count again.
- 43:05Speaker 1: I'm sorry. We gotta run, Roger Stone.
