- 0:04Welcome to After Dark of the America Alpha Talk Network.
- 0:07I am your host, Rob Harper.
- 0:08My co-host tonight is Heather Robinson.
- 0:11Contributor for the New York Post, Heather, how are you tonight?
- 0:14Doing all right, Rob, thanks.
- 0:16How are you?
- 0:16Heather, I'm doing fine.
- 0:18You know, there's a lot for us to talk about.
- 0:19There's so much that's happening in the news.
- 0:22Andrew and I on last night, we talked about the cozying up with Canada and China.
- 0:29For whatever reason, I don't know what Canada's doing, but there's so much to talk about tonight.
- 0:34We have the insurrection act that Trump is threatening to enact to restore law and order the Minnesota.
- 0:41We have Renee Good's former father-in-law giving his thoughts on what happened to his daughter in law.
- 0:47We have the DOJ that is investigating Governor Waltz as well as Mayor Frey.
- 0:54Is it Frey or Fry?
- 0:56I think Fry.
- 0:57Right.
- 0:58Uh, over possible uh obstruction of justice and inciting bias to telling the folks there to call 911 if they see ICE and give them a heads up as to I guess you know to attack ICE.
- 1:11Terrible.
- 1:12We also have the Supreme Court uh on last week, they were listening to the argument on Title IX, and we had the Democrats lawyer unable to define what a woman is.
- 1:24Uh we have Trump and Greenland, this whole thing with Greenland, a lot of people are freaking out over it.
- 1:28And I I tell people, I'm like, folks, think about this.
- 1:32Already we protect Greenland.
- 1:34I know that they're on the the Danes and whatnot.
- 1:36And for the most part, we protect every country in the world.
- 1:40We have troops that are stationed so that if there is some type of hostile hostility that's taking place, we can immediately go in and protect.
- 1:50I see us taking control of Greenland, I think is in our national interest, giving Russia and China they're trying to move in, they're trying to move in on the West.
- 2:00So I would say to all you that are freaking out, go look at history and definitely study the Monroe Doctrine.
- 2:08We also have the Iran crisis.
- 2:10Uh we see the people that are protesting in Iran.
- 2:14And here's my question.
- 2:16What are the protests for Iran here in America?
- 2:19Why are they silent?
- 2:21I mean, we had all these college kids that were coming out during the Israeli Hamas war.
- 2:27But they're no crickets.
- 2:28They're not saying anything.
- 2:29I'm like, wait a minute.
- 2:30The folks in Iran, they want freedom.
- 2:33I thought you guys were all about it.
- 2:35But see, they're not gonna protest that because it's the Muslims, you know, they're the bad actors, and they can't talk about that.
- 2:43It's like, oh no, we gotta keep quiet on it.
- 2:46Like this is it's insane, and we have a complicit media that won't call it out.
- 2:53But here on After Dark, we're gonna call it out.
- 2:56We also have the Maria Machada who came to the White House last week and gave Trump her Nobel Priest Prize.
- 3:04And what did the Nobel committee members do?
- 3:07They came out immediately and said, you can't do that, you can't transfer it.
- 3:12Like what do you guys care?
- 3:14Okay, you gave her their war, she wants to give it to him.
- 3:17What do you care?
- 3:18Are you gonna go to her and arrest her and tell us she can't do it?
- 3:21I mean, these are the same people that gave Barack Obama a Nobel Priest Prize as soon as he came into office.
- 3:26And for what?
- 3:28What did he do?
- 3:29Did he solve any wars?
- 3:31No, he gave us ISIS.
- 3:33Hey, come on, folks.
- 3:34So there is a lot we're gonna talk about tonight.
- 3:37And uh Heather, at this time, I'm gonna let you start off.
- 3:40What what's top of mind as we were talking during the uh the prep before we came on, you have some thoughts about this whole situation in Minnesota.
- 3:47And I don't know if you guys saw this weekend or this past Sunday, that they actually, these rioters actually entered a church and disrupted the service.
- 3:58Now, I'm hearing Don Lemon was part of this.
- 4:01I don't know, can't confirm it.
- 4:03I've got to do some research.
- 4:04But the fact that these rioters would go into a sacred place, and I'm hearing the reason they went there is because one of the pastors of the church is a member of ICE.
- 4:15Now, who doxxed that person?
- 4:18Why were they there?
- 4:20And it just shows you they have no respect whatsoever for Christianity for Jewish religious for the synagogues, but try that at a mosque.
- 4:31You would have the entire media apparatus reporting on it and saying, Oh, how could you do this?
- 4:36This is horrible.
- 4:37We better wake up and we better wake up fast.
- 4:40And I would submit to you all to go and look at the podcast that Heather and I did with our good friend, friend of the show now, Simon Dean.
- 4:48That's an eye-opener.
- 4:50Go listen to that podcast.
- 4:52Heather, what are your top of mind thoughts?
- 4:54What's happening in the world today?
- 4:56Hey Rob, and hey listeners.
- 4:58I think that we have a lot of people in this country who take themselves way too seriously.
- 5:05I think we have people who think they are benigned figures writing the wrongs, who've been puffed up by foolish liberal democratic politicians and media to believe that they are like um agents of justice and courage that they have to confront this evil force and Donald Trump and ICE.
- 5:38I mean, look, the reality is that generally speaking, we are not subject to totalitarianism here.
- 5:48It's very easy to carry on and scream and riot and be a part of a mob.
- 5:53That's not the same thing as being a principled protester for true reform.
- 6:01I mean I think that we have people who have this idea.
- 6:07They they things have been very exaggerated, very distorted for these people.
- 6:11And I I, you know, I mean, I'm not saying that no one can have an opinion that's different in terms of disagreeing with our our law enforcement or although from what I understand, all ICE is doing is going after criminals and people who have long rap sheets who have long ago were supposed to be deported.
- 6:34I mean, to uh to obstruct their work in doing that is not a noble enterprise.
- 6:42And if you really really are that wildly sensitive to the feelings of anybody who's here who may be here illegally and not be a criminal and maybe gets asked questions or you know, in some way caught up in an ice uh action.
- 7:02I mean, I there are things you can do to uh try to raise awareness about uh what would you call it?
- 7:11Is it civil liberties that they're not citizens, but okay, there are fellow human beings, people who are here illegally who haven't made trouble, who are not wanted by law enforcement.
- 7:22I as far as I know ICE isn't going after them anyway, but you know, if you want to help them, okay, so maybe you should set up a literacy program or help them try to get green cards or lobby for them to get some kind of you know residency here, but to start obstructing federal uh workers who's who are tasked with with enforcing immigration law and starting with the worst of the worst criminals trying to remove them from communities, that's not noble to obstruct that work.
- 7:58And I think a lot of these people have been misled by irresponsible politicians like uh Tim Waltz and um the mayor, Jacob Fry, who I understand went on meet the press uh this weekend, last weekend rather, and encouraged protesters to record ice agents, and he characterized the crackdown um in Minnesota as quote, an invasion.
- 8:28He said, I never thought in a million years we would be invaded by our own federal government.
- 8:34I mean what he's doing is very irresponsible.
- 8:39He's he's encouraging people to obstruct the federal government.
- 8:45You know, if this were a different scenario, but it was the same thing.
- 8:49I mean, if federal agents were being sent in to desegregate schools, and you had people out there characterizing them as uh Nazis and and authoritarians who need to be uh uh stopped at any by any means and taped and recorded and exposed.
- 9:08I mean, you'd have I mean they that would be tantamount to insurrection.
- 9:13I mean, if if if you know, maybe this was tried when the South was desegregated forcibly, you know.
- 9:20I mean, it's a different set of issues, but the fact remains that you you you can't just I mean I think this all this this this overheated rhetoric and this um self congratulatory um sort of can't about that you know we are going to stop ice, we are going to stop the the the racism and the the the crackdown and the invasion.
- 9:51Really, what it is is it's giving people you know, these these rather naive people who don't, I guess just don't have a true cause.
- 10:00To believe in.
- 10:01It's giving them the misguided idea that they are on the forefront of some kind of movement for justice when they're not, and they're just they're just getting in the way of law enforcement.
- 10:13Um, they're they're not really scared.
- 10:16I don't think I mean that the death of Renee Good, I think it's pretty clear was an anomaly.
- 10:21I don't, I don't, I'm not going to defend the you know police work, the um you know what the agent did there because I personally my my instinct is that it was an overreaction and be okay, like you said last time, Rob, easy for me to say.
- 10:35I'm not the one getting, you know, potentially run down by a car.
- 10:40But the point is, I mean, that incident will certainly be investigated thoroughly.
- 10:45I don't know that it was you know brilliant police work any more than I think it was brilliant police work when uh the cop shot Ashley Babbitt, you know, as she was being pushed through a window on January 6th.
- 10:57I think the best police officers and and law enforcement officers maybe would find a way to not to shoot to kill.
- 11:08But the truth is this is a chaotic situation that the larger situation has been created uh by this terrible lack of um will in addressing an ongoing problem that's stretched for decades now.
- 11:26These um criminal elements among the illegals who are coming here, the local authorities have refused to deal with it for for decades now, and it's we know it's all gotten worse, and now the democratic politicians are whipping people up to get in the way, and that's the larger, really the larger problem.
- 11:49Um, and you know, it it just it's just they're they're doing a terrible disservice, I think, by egging on people who are who are you know, maybe some of them are well intentioned, but they they need to understand that that that you know standing in the way of law enforcement's efforts to deport people who have long criminal rap sheets and are overdue for deportation is not a noble endeavor.
- 12:17So those are my You know, Heather, I you and well said, And as always here on After Dark, we come with the receipts, and I like to have the receipts to back us up when we're having our discussions, and something that you alluded to, I have receipts on, and that is Governor Waltz.
- 12:44In my opinion, inciting a riot and telling people, as I said when we open I opened up in my opening, the citizens of Minnesota to stand up against ice.
- 13:00We have uh the mayor telling ICE you're not wanted here.
- 13:05No, they're fulfilling their job, their duties, which is to go in and remove the criminals.
- 13:16You would think that they would support this.
- 13:21You would think they would be behind it, but they're not.
- 13:25And I think one of the reasons why we see this groundswell, this activity, other than the fact that it's being funded, it's well organized, it's well funded.
- 13:33And I think we need to we we need to get to the root of that, and whoever is doing it, indict that person.
- 13:41And whether or not you're gonna get a conviction, it remains to be seen.
- 13:44Because we see right now when you go into these liberal courts, you have a lot of activist judges who will instruct the jury, give jury's uh instructions so that they can very easily let the person off the hook.
- 13:56But that being said, I want to play the receipt of the governor.
- 14:01What he was telling the citizens of Minnesota, followed by the mayor.
- 14:06And and this just happened last week.
- 14:09These are public servants pitting riders against ICE agents who are fulfilling their duties.
- 14:19They're doing what they're supposed to do, but they don't like it.
- 14:24And the governor doesn't like it because he knows that he's under fire for allowing the fraud to take place in Minnesota.
- 14:33Run the tape.
- 14:35If you see these ice agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record.
- 14:41Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans.
- 14:45I have a message for us.
- 14:53We do not want you here.
- 14:56The audacity of this governor.
- 15:01And then they want to say, and and I hate when I hear this, tone down the rhetoric.
- 15:06We need to tone down the rhetoric.
- 15:08We need to tone it down.
- 15:09Just call it right.
- 15:11The governor needs to tone down the rhetoric.
- 15:13The governor needs to stand up and be a governor and tell the people go home.
- 15:18Yeah.
- 15:19Go home.
- 15:20And as Tom Holman said, if you want ICE to leave, then give us access to the to your jail houses.
- 15:27Let us go in and get the people out and send them back home.
- 15:30And then the other folks that are there that are in the neighborhood who weren't doing anything, they won't touch them.
- 15:36You see, you're putting you're opening opening it up for them to round them all up.
- 15:41So the people should be mad at the governor and the mayor.
- 15:46But again, you have the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party, their political action committee, who won't call this out, who won't say, wait a minute, here's a problem right here.
- 15:58It's not ice.
- 16:01It's we need to go ahead and let's give them access to these bad guys.
- 16:07But see, they won't do it.
- 16:08Instead, they're where they're saying, oh, these are they're they're going in, they're like the gestapo, and they're snatching people.
- 16:16I'm like, they're not snatching people off the street.
- 16:19Again, another machine.
- 16:21I mean, they're not.
- 16:23It's just like you're arresting a person.
- 16:25But see, they're trying to make it worse than it is.
- 16:27And you have these you have these poor people like the Renee Goods of the world who've been indoctrinated.
- 16:36Yes.
- 16:36And they're not.
- 16:37We we spoke about this last week, Heather.
- 16:39You and I.
- 16:39We spoke about this about you know these women, white women who are putting them themselves in harm's way.
- 16:44Andrew and I spoke about it.
- 16:45So here's another receipt.
- 16:47I'm gonna play this and then we're gonna go to break of the political action committee, the Democrat Party, the media.
- 16:54The way they're framing the work of ice.
- 16:58And something has to be done.
- 17:02And I I my thoughts are you've got to take away their privilege.
- 17:05I don't know, but they're they're definitely not the press that the Constitution talks about.
- 17:10Run the tape.
- 17:11Very good was murdered by an ice agent.
- 17:14This is a fight between people who want to feel safe in their communities and a door chain regime that is in a secret police moon squad out to murder them.
- 17:22The idea that somehow, if you get in the way of law enforcement, that the only choice is summary execution is a barbaric and ridiculous piece of rhetoric.
- 17:32At some point, this administration is going to end.
- 17:36But what is not going to end with it is the state statute of limitations for murder or manslaughter or whatever crime they may choose to charge Ross with in the future.
- 17:47ICE agents did not murder her.
- 17:50They did not go out on some vigilante and say, oh, we're going to kill her.
- 17:55That did not happen.
- 17:56No.
- 17:57The way they're trying to frame it, the way the media is framing it, just to incite people to get them angry is wrong.
- 18:04Now, Heather, I know you have you want to comment on this, but we're up against a hard break.
- 18:08And when we come back, I want to get your thoughts on the receipts that we just played.

- 21:33Went to break played the receipt of the political action committee of the Democrat Party trying to frame the shooting of this woman, Renee Good, as being murder, a homicide, maybe, but murder.
- 21:46This is what they're doing to incite people to get the folks on the ground all revved up because they're hoping for another George Floyd moment.
- 21:57But here's the thing that's interesting, Heather.
- 21:59Again, I always come with receipts.
- 22:02I didn't see any of them protesting and demanding justice for the victims of the illegal aliens.
- 22:12The media barely mentions their name.
- 22:15Lincoln Riley.
- 22:17You don't hear her name, Rachel Moran, Joshua Nungri, Khadijah Hamilton, Larisha Thompson, Raquel Barrus, and Megan Boss.
- 22:28That's just a few of the victims who lost their lives at the hands of illegal aliens, people, men who should not have been here.
- 22:39The media barely well, not even barely, they don't mention their names.
- 22:44And you know what else?
- 22:45Again, coming with the receipts.
- 22:48When was the last time anyone talked about Melissa Hortman, who was murdered in June of 2025 after voting against Tim Waltz's funding plans?
- 23:02When was the last time for giving funds to illegals?
- 23:05When was the last time you heard about her name?
- 23:07She was a sitting representative.
- 23:10Nothing.
- 23:10You don't hear anything about Melissa Hortman.
- 23:14You saw no one in the streets protesting.
- 23:17And the guy who killed her, he claimed he did it at the direction of Tim Walsh.
- 23:23No, maybe he's insane.
- 23:24I don't know.
- 23:25But you would think the media But you would think the media would investigate.
- 23:30They're not going to investigate it the same way they didn't investigate the Somali fraud.
- 23:34For them, leave it alone.
- 23:35Let's focus on us.
- 23:36Let's make ice to be the bad guy.
- 23:38But Heather, what are your thoughts on the video that I played when we're going to commercial break?
- 23:43Well, I I think that these democratic politicians should stop inciting I and framing this as they are whipping people up as if it's some black and white issue that any decent person needs to protest.
- 23:57One thing that one of them said that the only that he takes exceptions to the the w idea that the only way to express um oh, excuse me, that the only the idea that if you get into in the way of law enforcement, the only way to stop it is summary execution is wrong.
- 24:15I I actually agree with that statement, but I would add that the idea that the only way to express your opinion is to physically obstruct law enforcement is also wrong.
- 24:28I think that both sides in their own way may be overreacting here and reacting in in a way that is guaranteed to just perpetuate and inflame these situations.
- 24:43I mean, I I agree that look, I mean, we hope, and I know like we discuss, Rob, our police officers like our service members, you know.
- 24:53We we as a society, we contract out the protection of ourselves, right?
- 25:00We we have people in jobs where they are protecting us and they are the ones on the front lines, and these are incredibly tough jobs and calls, and it's very easy to sit back and second guess.
- 25:13And I I agree with you a hundred percent on that.
- 25:17However, I I do think we don't live in a police state.
- 25:20We don't live in Iran where to protest means you're marked for death.
- 25:25Um, we don't live in a society where we should have to be walk around frightened of the police uh if we're law-abiding, uh, you know, even if we are protesting in a law-abiding fashion.
- 25:37Uh, so I mean, I think some of this protest comes from a place of sincere concern, perhaps.
- 25:45But I think that there are ways what the Democrats really need to do to be responsible is to make clear and reinforce that there is a difference between peaceful protest and obstructing law enforcement.
- 26:02You can't physically get in the way, you can't refuse to cooperate.
- 26:07And I, you know, I think I don't know if I'm sure there's an investigation going on.
- 26:11I mean, I think people on our side of the aisle can be honest about the fact if something isn't adding up, if something has happened that seems to be a an uh an overreaction, a mistake on the part of law enforcement.
- 26:30I mean, I thought the same thing when it came to um um the murder of uh the the killing of the the woman you speak about a lot, Rob, who was killed at the moment.
- 26:41I'm I'm her name is escaping me.
- 26:43Ashley Babbitt, um, on January 6th.
- 26:47I mean, I I don't think that was brilliant police work.
- 26:50I don't think this was brilliant police work.
- 26:52Um I think that the however, you know, we saw that day and in the aftermath for years on end, people very quick to condemn President Trump for alleged incitement, which I don't think he was guilty of, but I do think that to cast all of this as it's the good versus evil struggle, the the ISIS, the Nazis, they're they're evil, they're grabbing and kidnapping, and all of this exaggeration and distortion on the part of democratic politicians is irresponsible.
- 27:26It is inciting this.
- 27:28Very much so.
- 27:29And but you know, I I do think that this this what happened to this woman was disturbing.
- 27:37I think that it was the result of of chaos and you know, the larger situation was created in large measure by these Democrats and their policies and their fanning of the flames.
- 27:49However, I mean, I don't know.
- 27:51I don't know that the office.
- 27:52Well, here's the thing, Heather's.
- 27:55I don't think they we need to look at that.
- 27:58You know, there's there is an investigation that's going on, and because it's at the federal level, they're handling the investigation.
- 28:05Hut the tables been turned.
- 28:07The Democrats would have said the same thing.
- 28:09Federal matter allow them to investigate.
- 28:13But the Democrats don't want it because they want they're using the media to work for them to get a desired outcome.
- 28:22And if they don't get the desired outcome that they want, they want to create chaos, which is wrong for these public servants to be behaving this way.
- 28:32And if we had an honest press, they would call it out.
- 28:37But they won't.
- 28:38As I said during the opening, why aren't they saying where are the protesters for Iran?
- 28:45Complete silence, crickets.
- 28:47You hear absolutely nothing.
- 28:49Where are the people to stand up and mention the names of the women who were killed by these illegals?
- 28:56They won't mention it.
- 28:57And why won't they mention it?
- 28:58Because it does not fit the narrative that they want.
- 29:02They want a narrative that what Trump is doing is wrong.
- 29:05And we have told you, we have time after time we have come here with receipts of Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and all of them saying the exact same thing.
- 29:16We need to control our borders.
- 29:20There's nothing wrong with that.
- 29:22And and but for some reason, the media won't touch it.
- 29:27They want to seem as if though, oh, Trump just came up with this idea himself.
- 29:31But Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and so and Nancy Pelosa, they all said the same thing.
- 29:37And to prove it, again, I come with the receipts, and I keep playing this, and I'm gonna keep playing it until it starts to resonate.
- 29:44Run the tape.
- 29:45This is Bill Clinton.
- 29:47We must continue to do everything we can to strengthen our borders.
- 29:50Whether they're innocent or guilty of the crimes, they're charged with court.
- 29:54They're still here illegally.
- 29:56And they should notice what he said.
- 29:58Whether they're innocent or guilty.
- 30:00They're still here illegally.
- 30:03And this is something that Democrats don't want to talk about.
- 30:06It is something that their political action committee doesn't want to talk about.
- 30:10Continue playing the tape.
- 30:11It's a better secure border.
- 30:13We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States.
- 30:17Democrats support also enforcing laws, current laws against those who came here illegally.
- 30:25Democrats have long called the strong border security.
- 30:29Strong border security.
- 30:30That was Bill Clinton and then Barack Obama.
- 30:33And then Nancy Pelosi.
- 30:34And Nancy Pelosi, she's still in politics, and she's saying just the opposite now.
- 30:40What changed?
- 30:41Well, I'll tell you what changed, Trump.
- 30:43Because Trump is actually doing this.
- 30:46He campaigned on this.
- 30:47And he has always said we need to control our borders.
- 30:50Democrats were saying the exact same thing before they decided to say, oh, this is racism, and we can't do this, and this is wrong.
- 30:57So they all come out and preach the same thing that it's racism and is wrong, and we shouldn't be doing this.
- 31:04And who do we think we are?
- 31:06And we should let all these people come here.
- 31:08Well, we're okay with their coming as long as they do it the right way, which has not been done.
- 31:16They're not coming the right way.
- 31:18And we want them to come the right way.
- 31:20Now, again, another receipt.
- 31:23And this time it's Gavin Newsom being put on the hot chair by Ben Shapiro.
- 31:30And he's challenging him as to what he's been saying about I saying they're the just uh just just bottle and they're Nazis.
- 31:37Listen to what Gavin Newsom, the Gestapo, listen to what Gavin Newsom has to say.
- 31:43And I hope some of his listeners are listening to this, because they're making a fool of you.
- 31:49They have you fighting a war that they themselves won't go out and fight, something that they've created.
- 31:57Run the tape.
- 32:01Which I mean, Governor I just asked you about that.
- 32:04That sort of thing makes our politics worse.
- 32:07Yeah.
- 32:07And it does.
- 32:08And our our our ICE officers obviously are not terrorists.
- 32:11You know, a tragic situation is not state sponsored terrorism.
- 32:15So California governor Gavin Islam walking back from provocative rhetoric about ice.
- 32:19Press office posted on that state sponsored terrorism after the ice involved shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis.
- 32:25No, you see that.
- 32:26Distance himself from what he what he's out front saying, telling the people in front of a camera, oh ice, they're they're they're state-sponsored terrorists and they're snatching people off the streets.
- 32:38That is not happening.
- 32:40And the receipt that I play to from Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, they were all in agreement.
- 32:46We have to control our borders, whether or not you came here and did something, let's say you didn't commit a crime, but you came here illegally.
- 32:56Illegally.
- 32:57You can't go to another country and do it.
- 32:59Go ahead, Heather.
- 33:00Right.
- 33:00I think what's changed is one of the things is that as more and more people flooded in here illegally, and it became somewhat normalized.
- 33:11I mean, you and I have talked about this before, Rob.
- 33:13In the past, for many, many decades, there was a certain amount of uh migration across the border uh on the west coast for the harvest every year.
- 33:23And those of us who've lived on the West Coast in past decades know, you know, when I lived in the state of Washington and I was an undergraduate, um, you know, there was a term, it wasn't a very politically correct or nice term, it was called wet back, and you know, it was the term some people used when for workers who would come, and generally speaking, they were workers, they weren't people coming to commit acts of gang violence.
- 33:51I mean, they most of them, as President Trump himself said, most of them were nice people, and the agribusiness relied on them a lot to pick the fruit in the summers, and then they'd go back and take their earnings back to Mexico or you know, Central America.
- 34:08I think it was more Mexico in those days.
- 34:10It wasn't like the whole world was flocking here, but it was like it was like a seasonal thing, and then we know that things have evolved in such a way, I think partly at least because of some very bad policy on the part of this country that has signaled to and incentivize people to send their children to come here.
- 34:30You know, there's been instability, whatever.
- 34:32Things have evolved in recent decades.
- 34:34So you have people not just men coming to work, but you have whole families coming, you have people sending children alone, you have people trafficking children, you have this huge, huge influx of minors into the country unaccompanied.
- 34:50That started during the Obama years.
- 34:52And I think you know what one of the things that changed is that the Democrats started to see this at some point along the way as an opportunity to get more votes.
- 35:03Um, and it's complicated because I think some of these people who have come and are continuing to come, wind up helping to staff uh, you know, our businesses, small businesses in this country.
- 35:15A lot of them are working in agri, you know, agriculture, landscaping, whatever, but along with the people who are legitimately doing that, whether they're here legally or illegally, you have criminal elements coming, you have people using children to get across the border because our policy now requires that no one who comes with children be held, which is as you know, uh, you know, something I've researched and written about, and it's the single worst consequence, I think, of this so-called liberal policy has been that it's increased the trafficking of children across the border.
- 35:53Um, and you know, along with all these tragic things and the drugs and the gangs that have been migrated into our country, you've also seen just with the the surge of people, more businesses employing them, and they work for little money in many cases, and so there are probably people who just you know want them here for that to have their cheap labor.
- 36:18And it's I I've felt all along that just as there's a certain amount of hypocrisy, the ton of hypocrisy on the left about this, where you're you know, when it was uh uh the reliable vote, you know, was against illegal immigration, the democrats were all against it.
- 36:36Now that there's uh there are these people who are like misguided cultural warriors, you know, championing the people who are here illegally now, you know, the Democrats are all for it.
- 36:47I think that with Republicans too.
- 36:49I think that there's a certain amount of hypocrisy.
- 36:52I think a lot of people employ illegals because they work for less money, but then in theory oppose the idea of them coming.
- 37:01And you know, it just it gets very, but but I complicated, but I think that you're right that you know Trump is the first president to actually put effort behind this idea of curtailing illegal immigration, and he's actually doing something about the criminal elements, and now it's just you know, it's become a a uh like uh a political point for the Democrats to pretend that you know Trump is this fascist.
- 37:33Right.
- 37:35That is something that they do.
- 37:36They want to pretend as if though Trump is the bad guy, and he isn't the bad guy.
- 37:42I mean, he's the one who's trying to correct the mess that Joe Biden created, and they're having a connipsha because as if though they're saying, no, don't mess with our crime, leave our crime alone.
- 37:54Let us continue doing what we're doing.
- 37:56Now, at the top of the hour, I had mentioned a scenario that took place over the weekend where these protesters have stormed inside of a church and uh disrupted the service.
- 38:10Now, about to play another receipt for you, and this is Don Lemon, and listen to what Don Lemon is saying, again, inciting these these riots and getting people all emotional involved in this.
- 38:24Run the tape.
- 38:25And this isn't good at all.
- 38:26Run the tape.
- 38:27This is outright this has to stop, and how is it going to stop unless people take drastic measures as much as people did during the civil rights movement?
- 38:34They need to put your bodies out on the line.
- 38:36This seems even worse than back then.
- 38:38People believe that there should be more, you know, should be more action.
- 38:42They talk about the second amendment, and this is what it was written for.
- 38:45It's an old government.
- 38:47I think we're getting to the point, Don, where more than civil disobedience is required.
- 38:52This is not the civil rights movement, and to even equate it to that.
- 38:56It's hard, it is very offensive.
- 38:58I take offense to it, and saying that people need to put their bodies out there like Renee Good.
- 39:04That's wrong.
- 39:05He should be arrested.
- 39:06We're gonna continue this, Heather, because I want to get your thoughts on this on the uh other half of the show.
- 39:11You listen to After Dark, the America Outlaw Talk Radio Network.
- 39:14We'll be back for the final half of the show after this brief commercial break.

- 41:33America out loud.
- 41:36Is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outloud.
- 41:50I played to you another receipt of Don Lemon asking the question, when is this gonna stop?
- 41:57And that people need to rise up and they need to put their bodies on the line.
- 42:01And then he wanted to equate the protest riots that are taking place in Minnesota to that of the civil rights movement.
- 42:09And I have said so many times that this has nothing to do with the civil rights movement.
- 42:13You can't even compare it.
- 42:15And for him to say that to bastardize the civil rights movement.
- 42:19Again, playing on emotions, shame on you, Don Lemon.
- 42:24And as Trump once said he's the was the dumbest man on TV, thank God they removed him off TV.
- 42:31But Heather, for him to say that, knowing that you will have some sick go out there to say, oh yeah, that's right.
- 42:37I I need to go out there.
- 42:38I need to do all I can do to protect.
- 42:41Think about it.
- 42:42You're protecting illegal aliens.
- 42:45And Tom Holman has said, if you want us out, then give us access to the jails.
- 42:51If you're saying that they're arresting innocent people that haven't done anything, then give them access to the freaking jail.
- 42:59They will go there, apprehend those people, send them back, and you're golden.
- 43:04But they don't want to do it.
- 43:06They want to create riots, they want a warfare, they want this to last until the summer.
- 43:12They want it to go all the way to the midterms because they have nothing else to run on, and they're hoping this will propel them to win the midterms.
- 43:21And as Trump said, if they win the midterms without a doubt, they're going to impeach him again for no reason.
- 43:29They're just going to do it.
- 43:30No, they won't be successful, but they're going to do it.
- 43:33And see, that has to stop.
- 43:37I you know, I mean, it's I'm not sure they won't be successful.
- 43:40It's, you know, I sure hope they won't.
- 43:42Well, I'm sorry, they will impeach him.
- 43:44I don't know if they'll be successful in getting removing him from office.
- 43:47But they without a doubt, they will impeach him.
- 43:49That's going to happen.
- 43:50But what are your thoughts on that video that I just played, Heather?
- 43:55I think that that's a joke.
- 43:57I think that's very offensive for him to compare this situation to the civil rights movement.
- 44:04So in his analogy, uh, I guess we're all George Wallace and ICE is the racist southern cops and uh the people who are here illegally who have long criminal rap sheets are the equivalent of law-abiding, respectable black Americans in the South who wanted to attend school and work and ride transportation with the same rights as any other American citizen.
- 44:36They they are the equivalent of illegal aliens, by the way.
- 44:41Yes, human beings, but not immigrants.
- 44:44Okay.
- 44:44Immigrants are people who come to a country through a legal process.
- 44:49These people are not immigrants, they're illegal immigrants or illegal aliens who, in this case, as this if I'm unless I'm misinformed, or people who have long rap sheets who are wanted for crimes or likely having committed crimes, including molesting children, sex crimes, all kinds of violence.
- 45:14That's who the Trump administration is going after to remove.
- 45:18So those people are the equivalent of law-abiding, respectable black Americans in the South in the during the civil rights years.
- 45:27I mean, that's that's a really offensive comparison on the part of Mr.
- 45:32Lemon.
- 45:34Um, and I think that that's really something that yeah, we should, we should, as Americans and and conservatives push push back on.
- 45:44I mean, look, if the point is that you believe that we sh that ICE and this country, federal law enforcement shouldn't be deporting people who have kept their head down, been law-abiding.
- 45:58I think that that's a legitimate argument you can make.
- 46:02Um, I personally am of that view.
- 46:05I don't think it's realistic to deport everybody.
- 46:08I don't think that it's um gonna happen.
- 46:11I don't, and you know, maybe there's an argument to be made from a humanitarian perspective for letting people who have come illegally but completely stayed out of trouble stay.
- 46:24But that's you know, you can make that argument uh, you know, in a civilized way.
- 46:29And my understanding is those are not the people ICE is after.
- 46:35I you know, I had a conversation the other night with somebody and a young server in a Mexican restaurant in Pittsburgh, and he was talking about how he's scared.
- 46:45He's he's from Venezuela, and he's afraid that he's gonna be sent back.
- 46:50And I said to him, Look, I'm sorry to hear that, but my impression honestly is that if you haven't gotten in trouble, I don't think they're looking for you.
- 47:00I mean, there's only so much resources and time and effort, you know, that anybody, including the federal government has.
- 47:07I don't really think that they are going after people who are just not troublemakers.
- 47:14And he was saying he was afraid to go on vacation, he didn't want to go to Florida because he could get stopped at uh, you know, the airport and sent back and whatever.
- 47:25I mean, I I just again, you know, my impression is that a lot of this rhetoric is very overheated, and um, that it's really people who have long criminal rap sheets who are being targeted here.
- 47:39And I mean, I guess some people fear that if all those people are deported, then next it'll be people who are law-abiding or that they'll be caught up in the drag net.
- 47:49But I just I mean, I don't think that that's what's happening.
- 47:54And I think that if that's the way you feel, you can, you know, write a letter to the editor, you can set up some kind of a uh a lobbying organization to help people who are here to, you know, to help try to change the law so that someone who's been here illegally but hasn't had any criminal activity can eventually apply for.
- 48:17I mean, that that was John McCain's idea, I believe.
- 48:20I mean, that's a whole other thing you can argue for if you believe in that, but to start putting your body in front of uh law enforcement when they're trying to apprehend a criminal and for for democratic politicians to be encouraging that, yes, it's completely irresponsible.
- 48:35Uh, it has nothing to do with um civil rights, it's obstructing law enforcement.
- 48:42And I mean, even people who say oppose the death penalty or something like that.
- 48:47I mean, the the equivalent would be if they started to try to obstruct bestial heinous criminals from being arrested because they're gonna get up in front of the face of police because they're afraid that these criminals are gonna eventually be put to death.
- 49:07Well, you know, the way to lobby against the death penalty isn't to physically start trying to attack police and protect criminals, it's to make a reasonable, civilized argument in you know, another forum.
- 49:23And I mean, this is just this is just um opportunism on the part of democratic politicians.
- 49:29They're plenty smart enough to understand that.
- 49:32Yeah, but they're using this, right?
- 49:33They're using this to their advantage.
- 49:35They know fully well what they're doing, and they're asking innocent people to put their lives in hard.
- 49:41These people are foolish, these poor people like Renee Good and you know, her troublemaker wife.
- 49:47I mean, I I'm sorry for the woman.
- 49:49I am.
- 49:50I think she was probably just uh from all accounts, they're saying that she was a nice person.
- 49:55Her she probably father-in-law said that she was nice, he was completely unrighteous.
- 50:00Awares of what she was doing.
- 50:01But you get into these situations, these indoctrination sinners, and they start to feed this propaganda, and you start to believe it.
- 50:08Like you said, the Venezuelan uh waiter, he's living in fear that they're gonna come.
- 50:13Right, that they're gonna come and take him.
- 50:15And I have another friend of mine who's keeps saying that, oh, you know, I can't come to or her friend can't come to the city because they might snatch her up.
- 50:22I'm like, how long has she been here?
- 50:24She hasn't gotten into any trouble.
- 50:26She's fine.
- 50:27I'm like, for the most part, she's fine.
- 50:29Oh, I don't know.
- 50:30But they they put all this out there getting people all emotionally charged.
- 50:35Right.
- 50:35Thinking that they're gonna take.
- 50:37In fairness, some of the people on our side of the debate do believe that everyone who's here illegally should be sent back.
- 50:44Well, rather, I I I believe it also because you broke the law.
- 50:48Now, that being said, I don't think they should focus in on them.
- 50:52They should focus on the bad guys, and we're talking about it.
- 50:55Yeah, I think so.
- 50:55And I don't think back everybody's realistic.
- 51:00It's not realistic, and we've talked about that.
- 51:03I'll tell you why I believe it's not right.
- 51:05I believe it wouldn't be right because we've had this discussion before.
- 51:09Because these people were given a mixed signal.
- 51:13Okay, the Democrats of this country have not respected, have not upheld the law for decades now.
- 51:20Right.
- 51:20You can't not uphold the law and then start cracking down on people for not obeying in some severe manner.
- 51:29It's the analogy I would give you is it's like a teacher who can't maintain control of the class, who hasn't set up an organized classroom who has let kids run wild, and the kids have no sense of discipline or order whatsoever.
- 51:46And then all of a sudden, you know, for another teacher to come in and start, you know, harshly cracking down on any kid who doesn't obey is really not fair because the rules have not been made clear and respected from the beginning by the leadership.
- 52:07It's the Democrats who created this.
- 52:10It's they didn't enforce the law, they had no respect for the law in the border for how many decades they sent crazy mixed signals to these people from all around the world, although, you know, you can't if you bring it come with a child, you can't be held because that's putting the kids in a cage and that's evil, and you know, all this overblown exaggeration.
- 52:34Let everybody in, you know, this went on for year after year after year.
- 52:39And it, you know, there are people all around the world in hardship who wanted to make a try for it.
- 52:45And that doesn't make them all bad people.
- 52:48Some of them, it's like it's like leaving a store unlocked full of gleaming merchandise in a poor neighborhood and letting people come in and shoplift for a year, and then you know, suddenly hiring like a real tough police force to like start tackling anybody who shoplifts one day after they after the president has been set over and over again that it's fine to shoplift.
- 53:14I mean, human nature being what it is, what I'm saying is when you don't make the law clear and you don't enforce it for long enough, then to suddenly flip to like a very severe enforcement.
- 53:30There is something arguably unfair about that, because it's you, as the leader who has made the mistake of not making the rules clear.
- 53:42So I would favor saying, look, you know, let's take some responsibility in this country for the reality that we didn't we didn't see.
- 53:51Well, we know but we know that the Democrats, but we know right, it wasn't a clear message, but we know that the Democrats are not gonna take responsibility.
- 53:58But then I would submit to you that would be akin to we're saying that someone killed and we didn't rush them, and now all at once we're gonna say, well, maybe we can't do it now.
- 54:07It can't work that way.
- 54:08Remember when Trump came into office in 2016, he said we can do a compromise.
- 54:15The illegals that are here now, the the dreamers, because Barack Obama never, and he was one who gave them mixed messages, the dreamers.
- 54:23Yes, when he was on his way out and say that we're gonna do something for the dreamers, but they did it.
- 54:27Trump came in and said, Okay, I want to work, let's see what we can do, because he recognized do we actually think we can just round them all up and get them out?
- 54:34Well, that's going to be difficult.
- 54:35And and the expense.
- 54:37And that's the reason why you have Christine Gnome saying, if you self-deport, we will give you money to leave, we'll give you a thousand dollars, and then come back the right way if you self-deport.
- 54:48And some people took her the took her up on it, and some are still doing it.
- 54:52Okay.
- 54:53But like you said, it's the Democrats who are saying you have a right to stay here.
- 54:57No, they don't have a right to stay here.
- 55:00They have no constitutional rights to stay here.
- 55:04Well, I'm familiar illegally to leave.
- 55:08But in practical reality, my friend, and I understand that.
- 55:11I understand the practical reality.
- 55:13I right, I understand that.
- 55:14Practical reality was created not just by the lawbreakers, not just by the people who came here illegally, but by the democratic politicians who sent them the message.
- 55:24Well, Biden sent the message when he was in opposite.
- 55:27You know, come everybody, it's controlled.
- 55:29Yes, no.
- 55:30Yes.
- 55:31And remember, we saw those huge caravans of people coming in.
- 55:34It's like, oh, we got to get here before.
- 55:37And then they were saying, oh, the border is okay.
- 55:39No, and then where's Mallorca?
- 55:41They didn't enforce the law.
- 55:42You don't, you know what I mean?
- 55:43And I hear you that when it comes to the city.
- 55:45But Heather, where is Mallorca?
- 55:46Where's Mallorca?
- 55:47I'm just saying that coming here illegally in and of itself isn't murder.
- 55:52It's something that a lot of people would try to get away with if they could, and they could for decade after decade after decade because of bad policy, bad leadership.
- 56:02You know, bad policy and bad leadership does not equate that we look the other way.
- 56:06Again, this is the Democrats inciting violence.
- 56:09Here you have this mob chanting death to ice and to Secretary Christine No.
- 56:17No one has said in the media has denounced this, they haven't said this is wrong.
- 56:22What if they were to grab her?
- 56:24It's like nothing.
- 56:25But on Jan 6, oh, they tried to take Nancy Pelosi.
- 56:28AOC was saying they were trying to take her and they were gonna rape her.
- 56:31I'm thinking, are you serious?
- 56:33We didn't hear that.
- 56:34But here they're actively saying death to ice.
- 56:38And when a person tells you who they are, they show you who they are.
- 56:42They tried to assassinate Trump twice, they tried to kill Lee Zeldon, they tried to kill Steve Scalesi, and they killed Charlie Kirk.
- 56:51So why wouldn't we believe them when they're chanting this save a life, kill ice, murder to Christine Gnomes?
- 56:58We're gonna hang her.
- 57:00And the media has been quiet.
- 57:03They don't want to touch it.
- 57:04And in my view, if you're quiet, you're complicit and you're in agreement.
- 57:09Folks, you've been listening to After Dark on the America Outlaw Talk Radio Network.
- 57:14I've enjoyed Heather and our discussion here.
- 57:16Stay tuned for more.
- 57:17We're gonna continue this discussion until it is, you know, can we can't talk about it anymore until something is done?
- 57:23And also, one night we might go on live.
- 57:26So stay tuned into that also.
- 57:27We'll go live on American Embolden Network.
- 57:31Because we always say when we end the show, God bless America, God definitely bless the folks, the Patriots in Minnesota who are standing by hating what's happening, and God protect our ice agents.
- 57:44Good night.
- 57:45God bless, and we'll see you next time.
