- 0:06Speaker 2: It's time for another week of the Almost Famous podcast.
- 0:09Speaker 2: We are pumped to be here, are we? Ashley?
- 0:11Speaker 3: We are so pumped? I said that, like Courtney Kardashian.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Then we are so pumped to be here.
- 0:20Speaker 2: And the reason is there's a lot of good headlines today.
- 0:23Speaker 2: I was in Dallas, Texas all week for a golf tournament.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You were able to probably watch it. It was the
- 0:28Speaker 2: Invited Celebrity Classic if you didn't make it out this year, So.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Sorry, I didn't watch it on TV.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Ben, that's okay. Ash Well, if you didn't watch it
- 0:36Speaker 2: or you didn't come.
- 0:37Speaker 3: There, Dad, are you serious? Are you sad?
- 0:40Speaker 2: I'm a little sad. I mean it's a big deal.
- 0:42Speaker 3: That makes me sad. I should like set an alarm.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Do you find yourself not watching your friend's stuff on TV?
- 0:48Speaker 3: Because I feel like I'm so guilty of like my
- 0:51Speaker 3: friends doing cool things and then I don't even watch
- 0:54Speaker 3: on TV and I hate myself for it. Yeah, we
- 0:57Speaker 3: have too many friends on TV, right, we have.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Too many friends on TV. I guess if you you know,
- 1:02Speaker 2: I know you have some cool projects coming up, I'll
- 1:05Speaker 2: watch those. I'll make sure to tune in.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Oh yeah on SNL. Yeah after the SNL after finale. Yeah,
- 1:13Speaker 3: Jared and I have a show on. But guess what, Ben,
- 1:15Speaker 3: I'm gonna go on YouTube. I'm gonna front of your
- 1:17Speaker 3: clips to the PGA Golf Tournament.
- 1:19Speaker 2: That will be a really hard search to find. I
- 1:21Speaker 2: will say this though, Ashley, there's a lot of people
- 1:25Speaker 2: that came out from Bachelor Nation in support. They were
- 1:29Speaker 2: all super nice, really fun to talk to. I really
- 1:32Speaker 2: love it when people do come to these events, if
- 1:36Speaker 2: they live in the area, or even if they don't,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and they say hi, because it's just it's nice to
- 1:41Speaker 2: be out in the public, nice to be mingling with
- 1:44Speaker 2: people while I'm doing something I love so much. A
- 1:47Speaker 2: lot of really kind people out there. But if you
- 1:49Speaker 2: didn't make it next year or this year, I hope
- 1:51Speaker 2: to be invited back next year, and if i am,
- 1:54Speaker 2: I would love to see more people come out. It
- 1:56Speaker 2: was a great event, a great weekend, a little cold
- 1:59Speaker 2: in Dallas, but the Invited Celebrity Classic did a great job.
- 2:03Speaker 2: And congratulations to Tony Romo and Mark Kensby. Mark Kinsby
- 2:07Speaker 2: was the pro that won it in a playoff and
- 2:09Speaker 2: Tony Romo just won straight up. I mean, the dude
- 2:12Speaker 2: is so good, Like.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Could Tony just become a professional golf player now.
- 2:18Speaker 2: He's close? Yeah, I mean I can't say that he is,
- 2:22Speaker 2: you know, once he becomes a senior, I do think
- 2:24Speaker 2: there is possibility for him to qualify for some of
- 2:27Speaker 2: these events.
- 2:28Speaker 3: What's a senior in PGA fifty?
- 2:31Speaker 2: Okay, so fifty. I mean he's really good, he's he's
- 2:37Speaker 2: a stud. I do have a funny story for you though.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Okay, okay, because you did tease that you're gonna have
- 2:41Speaker 3: a Tony story for us.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Oh oh yes, I did. Okay, let me share. Yeah,
- 2:45Speaker 2: let me share this story about this week first, and
- 2:47Speaker 2: I'll share you share with you a Tony Romo story.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Ready for it?
- 2:51Speaker 3: And first I just want to say this just in
- 2:53Speaker 3: on YouTube, there's no content of you of golfing this week.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Well, I'm not surprised.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna find it somewhere.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Okay, here's the first story from this week. Wells plays
- 3:07Speaker 2: in this event with me, and I play with him.
- 3:10Speaker 2: We're always paired together on the first day, and Wells
- 3:14Speaker 2: and I go into this knowing, hey, we're good golfers,
- 3:17Speaker 2: like I will say that about us, but when we
- 3:20Speaker 2: have a very small chance of winning it, like these
- 3:22Speaker 2: guys are a lot better than us, and so we
- 3:27Speaker 2: go in for like different goals, right, top ten, top fifteen,
- 3:30Speaker 2: top twenty, those kind of things. Well Wells gets asked
- 3:33Speaker 2: before the event. They're doing a celebrity pickleball tournament and
- 3:36Speaker 2: there's four teams in the pickleball tournament. He gets asked
- 3:40Speaker 2: to play in it. I don't, he does. Wells has
- 3:44Speaker 2: always told me, Hey, I'm a decent pickleball player. I
- 3:47Speaker 2: really like pickle ball.
- 3:48Speaker 3: And he said, I tell me what pickleball is.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Pickleball is like a mix between ping pong and tennis,
- 3:56Speaker 2: and it's playing on smaller courts and you hit a
- 4:00Speaker 2: different type of ball with a solid racket. It's an
- 4:04Speaker 2: incredible game. It's the I think.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Sounds like tether ball of like the nineties.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Yeah, similar, similar in a lot of ways. I do
- 4:10Speaker 2: believe it's the fastest growing sport in the US right now.
- 4:13Speaker 2: It's it's really thriving. Well Wells is jacked. He's telling me, Hey,
- 4:19Speaker 2: I think I might win this thing. I have a
- 4:21Speaker 2: chance here. I could compete here, and I'm so pumped
- 4:26Speaker 2: for him. This is gonna be a lot of fun.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So we show up to the event. The brackets for
- 4:34Speaker 2: the pickleball tournament get put out. Wells Adams and his
- 4:38Speaker 2: partner are paired against Marty Fish, one of the best
- 4:43Speaker 2: tennis players of all time, and John Isner, the former
- 4:48Speaker 2: number eight tennis player in the world who's also six ' ten.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Wells gets smashed in the first game, like absolutely.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Just I thought you were gonna say.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Like, no, no, no, he just gotta smashed. So sad for Wells. Okay,
- 5:05Speaker 2: So here's my Tony Romo story. This happened in Tahoe
- 5:09Speaker 2: at the American Century Classic a few years ago. I've
- 5:16Speaker 2: never really told this story in the Almost Famous podcast
- 5:18Speaker 2: because it's something that embarrasses me deeply.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Okay.
- 5:22Speaker 2: So that's a big that's a big celebrity event that.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Makes us want to know more, and it means it's
- 5:27Speaker 3: gonna be a great story. Yeah, and knowing you, it's
- 5:30Speaker 3: probably not really that embarrassing.
- 5:33Speaker 2: That's pretty embarrassing, okay, Okay, Okay. So the American Century
- 5:36Speaker 2: Tournament is one that is stacked full of celebrities. I
- 5:41Speaker 2: mean this this is where like the Justin Timberlakes. My
- 5:45Speaker 2: partner that week was Miles Teller before he was obviously
- 5:48Speaker 2: in Top Gun. You know, you have the Tom Brady's
- 5:52Speaker 2: and the Aaron Rodgers and the Tony Romo's, all these
- 5:55Speaker 2: Steph Curry, all these huge athletes come out for it right,
- 5:57Speaker 2: and actors and actresses. So I get invited to play
- 6:02Speaker 2: in it. I am so excited, and one of my
- 6:05Speaker 2: buddies gives me the advice, Ben, if you ever want
- 6:07Speaker 2: to get invited back, you just do whatever they say
- 6:11Speaker 2: to do, like you are entertainment.
- 6:13Speaker 3: This week sounds like The Bachelor.
- 6:15Speaker 2: It really is. Yeah, And so I'm I'm fired up.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I can an email from the tournament director saying, okay,
- 6:23Speaker 2: it's a time to sign up for our annual karaoke night.
- 6:27Speaker 2: This karaoke night is something that's sent through an email.
- 6:30Speaker 2: So I'm like, I gotta do it right, I gotta
- 6:32Speaker 2: do karaoke. That's following my buddy's suggestion. So I sign
- 6:36Speaker 2: up and I sign up for Whitney Houston. I want
- 6:39Speaker 2: to dance with somebody. Why Whitney Just it's a good
- 6:43Speaker 2: karaoke song. I felt like it was a cloud crowd pleaser.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I also did it because I'm not a good singer
- 6:50Speaker 2: at all. Like I'm a terrible singer.
- 6:53Speaker 3: So you went with the best singer in the entire world.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Well, that's the problem. I thought people would sing along
- 6:58Speaker 2: with me, so that my carry my mind. My karaoke
- 7:01Speaker 2: job would be very easy. You point the mic at
- 7:03Speaker 2: the audience and they sing. So I show up to
- 7:08Speaker 2: the event and one of the guys, the guitarist for
- 7:12Speaker 2: Rascal Flats, is there at our player meeting and he goes, hey,
- 7:17Speaker 2: Ben introduces himself. You must be a really good singer.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I said, no, no, I'm not a good singer at all.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Why would you think that.
- 7:26Speaker 2: He goes, you're not a good singer, but you signed
- 7:30Speaker 2: up for karaoke Night. I said, yeah, yeah, I did,
- 7:33Speaker 2: and he said, do you know what karaoke night is?
- 7:36Speaker 2: Oh gosh, I said, I have no idea what karaoke
- 7:39Speaker 2: night is. I'm assuming it's karaoke, that's it. And he goes, Ben,
- 7:45Speaker 2: Karaoke Night is in front of twenty five hundred people
- 7:49Speaker 2: on the lake in Lake Tahoe. Everybody from the tournament
- 7:53Speaker 2: is there, and this night is meant for the justin
- 7:56Speaker 2: Timberlakes of the world. The Alfonso Rivero's of the World,
- 8:01Speaker 2: the Rascal Flats of the World to sing cover songs
- 8:05Speaker 2: for the audience. This is not meant for people like you,
- 8:10Speaker 2: and I freak out right freak out. Yeah. So I
- 8:15Speaker 2: have two options, you back out or you just go
- 8:18Speaker 2: with it. So I just went with it because I didn't.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Were you the bachelor at this point? Like,
- 8:23Speaker 3: were you the reigning Bachelor?
- 8:25Speaker 2: Now this was probably a year and a half later,
- 8:27Speaker 2: two years later.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Okay, but you're still pretty cool.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty cool. Well, I mean as cool as
- 8:32Speaker 2: I've ever been. Yeah, the coolest I've ever been in
- 8:34Speaker 2: my relevant.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Yeah, and almost famous.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Almost famous. And so I show up to this event
- 8:41Speaker 2: and he's not lying. There is a huge stage in
- 8:43Speaker 2: front of twenty five hundred people, all of which are
- 8:47Speaker 2: heroes of mine, the athletes and the actors and the
- 8:50Speaker 2: people and the singers of the past. And then there's
- 8:54Speaker 2: the public. The public could buy tickets to this. And
- 8:56Speaker 2: everybody is up on stage crushing it. I mean, they
- 8:59Speaker 2: are singing beautifully, They're covering songs, people are dancing around.
- 9:03Speaker 2: It's a beautiful evening. And then they tell me it's
- 9:06Speaker 2: my turn, and I step up on stage and I
- 9:10Speaker 2: don't realize that this is legit karaoke where they don't
- 9:13Speaker 2: even have the words to this song. And no, guess
- 9:16Speaker 2: who the band is that plays the music, like the
- 9:19Speaker 2: Roots or something, Rascal Flats. So Rascal Flats is playing
- 9:25Speaker 2: the music. I am supposed to be singing Whitney Houston.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I know enough of the words to fake it a
- 9:34Speaker 2: little bit. It is awful. I mean, it is embarrassing.
- 9:38Speaker 2: There is nothing about that like song that I did well.
- 9:41Speaker 2: The crowd is in shock. They are embarrassed, they are confused.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I get off the stage and I know that this
- 9:48Speaker 2: was awful, like.
- 9:49Speaker 3: This was audience is shocked, like they don't have any humor.
- 9:53Speaker 3: They don't have any sense of.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Oh no, people are laughing at me.
- 9:55Speaker 3: No, sure, but like they're not like deciding like, oh,
- 9:58Speaker 3: let's sing and dance. None obviously doesn't have it.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I think in a lot of ways they thought it
- 10:04Speaker 2: was disrespectful because they had paid They had paid tickets
- 10:08Speaker 2: to hear their favorite singers sing songs, and I'm taking
- 10:11Speaker 2: up four minutes of that with my music. So I
- 10:16Speaker 2: get off the stage. My head is sunk. I'm at
- 10:20Speaker 2: this event that I wanted to be at so bad.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I've always wanted to play in I've just started the
- 10:25Speaker 2: event with the most embarrassing moment that I can remember
- 10:29Speaker 2: in a long time. Nobody was like really being kind
- 10:33Speaker 2: to me. This wasn't like, oh, Ben, that was awesome
- 10:36Speaker 2: way to go, Like you did it like that, you
- 10:38Speaker 2: should be proud of yourself. It was more like everybody's
- 10:40Speaker 2: kind of upset.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Are you sure this isn't like Ben Higgins, Like like,
- 10:46Speaker 3: I could have walked off the stage, walked to my
- 10:48Speaker 3: hotel room and nobody would have stopped me.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I would have just got looks like that was definitely
- 10:52Speaker 2: how it was going. Tony Romo is standing there, okay,
- 10:56Speaker 2: off to the side of stage, the only person to
- 10:58Speaker 2: say anything to me, and he goes, hey, man, that
- 11:05Speaker 2: that took balls aw and I just came aw. It
- 11:09Speaker 2: was sweet. It is the only interaction I had with
- 11:12Speaker 2: Tony that week, but it was the only interaction I
- 11:15Speaker 2: had post this embarrassing moment, And I just remember him
- 11:19Speaker 2: saying one thing to make me feel like, hey, You're
- 11:23Speaker 2: not a complete embarrassment. Somebody sees it as courage and
- 11:28Speaker 2: it just happened to be Tony Romo.
- 11:30Speaker 3: That's very sweet a lot.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah sweet, well, Ben.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Thanks for sharing that story. I do feel like you're
- 11:38Speaker 3: deeply affected by it, and that's why you haven't told it.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Well, I don' think it invited back to the tournament
- 11:42Speaker 2: the next year, So really, I'm wondering if that might
- 11:45Speaker 2: have been it.
- 11:47Speaker 3: No, Ben, this is crazy people. One should have had
- 11:51Speaker 3: a sense of humor, and two should have made you
- 11:54Speaker 3: more clear of the rules.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yeah, they should have given me that out. They should
- 11:58Speaker 2: have said, hey, this isn't just this isn't for you.
- 12:00Speaker 3: But yeah, and guess what, it didn't make any headlines.
- 12:04Speaker 2: No, but I'm sure sure the video's out there.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Should I YouTube that? Ben Higgins karaoke? Just let me
- 12:11Speaker 3: do it. Don't say anything. It's not You just made
- 12:15Speaker 3: up that story, didn't you.
- 12:16Speaker 1: No?
- 12:16Speaker 2: I really didn't. I really didn't, Ashley. We have a
- 12:21Speaker 2: podcast packed with headlines. Let's jump into him now right
- 12:26Speaker 2: after the break. First headline is this he is making
- 12:39Speaker 2: the headlines. Recently, Bachelor's Dean Ungler suggests using brother sperm
- 12:45Speaker 2: to impregnate fiance Klin. This according to people, All right,
- 12:50Speaker 2: ash tell us more.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Okay, so Jared was there for this conversation. Dean keeps
- 12:57Speaker 3: saying Dean like things on HOLP. We suck at being newlyweds.
- 13:02Speaker 3: The new branding for help. I sadit dating.
- 13:06Speaker 2: So isn't it just help we suck?
- 13:08Speaker 3: Now? Yeah, it should just be help we suck.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I think it is.
- 13:13Speaker 3: No, according to my husband who's on the show, it's
- 13:16Speaker 3: still help. We suck at being newlyweds. I just think
- 13:19Speaker 3: it should be helped. I suck at relationships. But whatever.
- 13:23Speaker 3: So they talk about fertility on this episode, Kaylin said
- 13:27Speaker 3: that she did the modern fertility test, and then Dean
- 13:30Speaker 3: has apparently checked his sperm eight years ago. He's always
- 13:34Speaker 3: thought that he's infertile, always thought he's sterile, he says, So,
- 13:39Speaker 3: I guess that's why he got it checked eight years ago.
- 13:41Speaker 3: And he was good back then. And then Dean does
- 13:44Speaker 3: the Dean thing where he kind of makes a joke
- 13:46Speaker 3: about what he says he's thought of in the past.
- 13:51Speaker 3: He says, because I've always thought I was infertile. I've
- 13:54Speaker 3: always thought that, if need be, I did impregnate my
- 13:57Speaker 3: wife with my brothers. He has two brothers sperm, and
- 14:05Speaker 3: he goes, I guess that's weird now that there's a
- 14:07Speaker 3: person here, that would be the one being impregnated.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Like.
- 14:11Speaker 3: He goes, no, and now that Caitlin is here, I'm
- 14:17Speaker 3: thinking it might be a little weird. He goes, you
- 14:20Speaker 3: can just go in the room with them for like
- 14:22Speaker 3: thirty minutes. And she goes, I'm not going, Oh my god,
- 14:26Speaker 3: this is the most ridiculous conversation ever, let alone. I'm
- 14:28Speaker 3: not gonna have sex with them. He goes, oh, I guess, so,
- 14:31Speaker 3: I guess it would be more of like a like
- 14:34Speaker 3: in Vitro type situation. It's I go Jared, like, how
- 14:39Speaker 3: is this making headlines? And then he goes, It's just
- 14:42Speaker 3: Dean being Dean and like joking around, and then everybody
- 14:46Speaker 3: makes headlines about it. And I have to say, when
- 14:49Speaker 3: you do read the actual article, and this is people, Okay,
- 14:53Speaker 3: this isn't like a tabloid. People's not a tabloid. When
- 14:58Speaker 3: you read the quotes, it sounds avery legitimate. I think
- 15:01Speaker 3: that Dean has some sort of seriousness to it. I
- 15:04Speaker 3: think he has thought of it as like a passing
- 15:08Speaker 3: thought in the past, and now he's just kind of
- 15:10Speaker 3: joking for a good podcast content.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Yeah, well, that kind of stuff happens. I just I
- 15:15Speaker 2: didn't know all this about Dean.
- 15:17Speaker 3: No, oh, you think that people usually use their sibling sperm.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it happens, No, they you know how.
- 15:26Speaker 3: On friends like Phoebe was the surrogate for her brother,
- 15:30Speaker 3: Like that is a little strange but also okay. But
- 15:36Speaker 3: using the sibling.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Sperm, I do think it happens. I do, he goes.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Okay, But wouldn't that be weird knowing that your son
- 15:46Speaker 3: is really like your brother's son biologically, And he was like,
- 15:52Speaker 3: I guess that would be kind of weird. How, I
- 15:55Speaker 3: don't under I don't know if you could do that,
- 15:57Speaker 3: Like I understand, I totally from donation is a great thing.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Egg donation is a great thing. But like the brother,
- 16:05Speaker 3: a sibling that you're still in good touch with.
- 16:10Speaker 2: It is Dean. Dean would find a way to Dean
- 16:13Speaker 2: just finds a way to do anything out of the
- 16:17Speaker 2: ordinary or out of left field, and so I wouldn't
- 16:22Speaker 2: put it past him to think this is a good idea.
- 16:25Speaker 2: And I'm sure it does happen. I'm sure it does well.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Carly Waddell is releasing new music and teases song your
- 16:32Speaker 2: friends like me more, I don't know. She could sing, Oh,
- 16:36Speaker 2: you don't know she could sing.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Carly sings like an angel. Really yeah, Carly has a
- 16:41Speaker 3: great voice. Carli was a professional singer before going on
- 16:45Speaker 3: the show. She did a lot of cruise ship sing
- 16:48Speaker 3: She was the cruise ship singer at the nightly shows.
- 16:52Speaker 3: And whenever she sings around me, I'm like, oh my god,
- 16:54Speaker 3: she is so talented. And now we see her put
- 16:58Speaker 3: out a new song, an original song. It's called Your
- 17:01Speaker 3: Friends Like Me More, and it's amazing. Guys. I'm not
- 17:05Speaker 3: saying this as her friend. I've watched it multiple times,
- 17:08Speaker 3: the Little Teacher that she dropped on Instagram, and I
- 17:11Speaker 3: keep listening to it over and over again. And even
- 17:15Speaker 3: even Dawson like when the video is playing, He's like, oh,
- 17:19Speaker 3: all attention on that song. It sounds so good, Like
- 17:25Speaker 3: that is the kind of song if you heard it
- 17:27Speaker 3: on the radio, you wouldn't be like, ah, this is
- 17:29Speaker 3: a reality star trying to be a country singer. Like
- 17:31Speaker 3: she just sounds straight country singer. So you guys, please
- 17:35Speaker 3: go check out our friend Carly's well. Her EP is
- 17:38Speaker 3: dropping on may Well. It's it's she's releasing them song
- 17:42Speaker 3: by song, So this song, which will compile into one
- 17:46Speaker 3: EP eventually is dropping on May first, and you can
- 17:50Speaker 3: pre save it with a link. Just just go to
- 17:53Speaker 3: her Instagram and find out how to do it.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Bachelor stars Ari and Lauren Lyondyke reveal there can centering
- 18:00Speaker 2: adoption in the future. Really happy with our three children
- 18:04Speaker 2: now is the quote they use, But they're considering it.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Yeah. I was actually shocked to see this headline knowing
- 18:09Speaker 3: that Ari has had a vasectomy. Yeah, they did say.
- 18:14Speaker 3: In this article, says their shop is closed. He's had
- 18:19Speaker 3: a vaseectomy and we wouldn't have any more biological children,
- 18:24Speaker 3: but we've considered adoption. Said, it's not like on the
- 18:28Speaker 3: agenda right now, but if it does, it's something that
- 18:31Speaker 3: if it does seem like like a craving that they
- 18:34Speaker 3: have in the next couple of years, they will look
- 18:37Speaker 3: into it.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Well. Catherine and Sean say they originally wanted five kids,
- 18:43Speaker 2: but they're set with three. It's a lot, they say
- 18:46Speaker 2: this according to people.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Yes, again in this article, Sean is talking about getting
- 18:53Speaker 3: a vasectomy soon. Man, what a trend in bachelination. They
- 18:58Speaker 3: said that they wanted to have and then once they
- 19:01Speaker 3: had three, they're like, okay, we like this little group
- 19:04Speaker 3: of ours. Says that a couple weeks, A couple of
- 19:10Speaker 3: weeks are a couple of months ago. Recently, they they've
- 19:14Speaker 3: had a little pregnancy scare, thinking that maybe she was pregnant.
- 19:17Speaker 3: She took a test and it was negative, and they
- 19:18Speaker 3: both said when they saw that it was negative, they
- 19:21Speaker 3: were both really happy and that was a moment that
- 19:24Speaker 3: they that they were like, Okay, we should probably be
- 19:27Speaker 3: done with three. Now that being said, Sean said that
- 19:30Speaker 3: he could have like ten girls. It's the boys who
- 19:33Speaker 3: are trouble that are a lot more difficult. Makes me
- 19:36Speaker 3: feel much better, Sean. And then he said that right
- 19:41Speaker 3: now they're enjoying their little family, soaking it all in.
- 19:44Speaker 3: He says, he catches himself a lot. I don't want
- 19:47Speaker 3: to sound super emotional, super sensitive dad over here, but
- 19:50Speaker 3: I'll catch myself looking at their sweet, doorable faces and
- 19:52Speaker 3: thinking this isn't gonna last much longer.
- 19:56Speaker 2: It's a beautiful family. I know you have another Sean
- 19:59Speaker 2: headl that you kind of have the ends on. Yes,
- 20:04Speaker 2: and it's something about Sean and a robbery story.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Mm hmmm. This was recently as well. He and Samuel,
- 20:12Speaker 3: their oldest who was six and a half. They were
- 20:15Speaker 3: shopping at Dick's and somebody came in just you know,
- 20:20Speaker 3: a shopper comes in and goes if anybody has a truck.
- 20:24Speaker 3: There's some guys outside trying to break into a truck
- 20:28Speaker 3: and like steal it. I don't know what they were doing,
- 20:31Speaker 3: like trying to pop up open the lock or trying
- 20:34Speaker 3: to like hot wire it to like actually steal the car.
- 20:38Speaker 3: And he was like, oh great, that's definitely mine. He says,
- 20:41Speaker 3: now he regrets having a car that like a truck
- 20:45Speaker 3: that is like super shiny, big revs. He says, like
- 20:50Speaker 3: it's just got a fancy truck. He's like, oh great,
- 20:52Speaker 3: that was a mistake. He actually says that after this experience,
- 20:55Speaker 3: he's gonna sell it soon. Just too flashy. So so
- 21:00Speaker 3: he goes outside, sees these guys like in their getaway
- 21:05Speaker 3: car trying to escape because they actually couldn't figure it out,
- 21:10Speaker 3: and they were wearing like masks and hoodies or something
- 21:13Speaker 3: like that. And he said that he left Samuel inside
- 21:17Speaker 3: the Dicks and he because he didn't want him to
- 21:21Speaker 3: see it. I'm sure he left him with like an
- 21:22Speaker 3: employee or something. And yeah, so that's the story. It's
- 21:26Speaker 3: pretty scary. Another shot in Catherine's story similar so many
- 21:31Speaker 3: things about like their kids in safety, their dog. They
- 21:36Speaker 3: had to rehome their dog, which is so sad because
- 21:40Speaker 3: he showed a little aggressiveness. And then the final straw
- 21:45Speaker 3: was the fact that one of their kids again I
- 21:47Speaker 3: think it was Samuel, had to go to the hospital
- 21:50Speaker 3: get a couple staples in his head after the dog
- 21:54Speaker 3: kind of took a bite out of him. It's so sad,
- 21:58Speaker 3: and you know, shot in Catherine just talked over and
- 22:00Speaker 3: over again how difficult decision that was. That wasn't them
- 22:04Speaker 3: just being like, ah, we're getting read of the dog,
- 22:06Speaker 3: like it was like a thought out decision. But that moment,
- 22:09Speaker 3: of course, was like the nail on the coffin. But
- 22:12Speaker 3: what's great about the rehoming is that the dog is
- 22:17Speaker 3: actually living with the trainer because that they sought out
- 22:21Speaker 3: a trainer to see if they could you know, obviously
- 22:25Speaker 3: train the dog into not doing this anymore. And the
- 22:29Speaker 3: trainer says that she, like, you know, she loves the
- 22:31Speaker 3: dog so much she wanted to make it her own.
- 22:33Speaker 3: And now the dog lives with lots of other dogs
- 22:36Speaker 3: on like a big piece of property and they get
- 22:37Speaker 3: to even come visit sometimes.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Well, that's great. Well, that'd be tough. I can't imagine getting.
- 22:44Speaker 3: I was thinking about you. Yeahen I read it, I
- 22:46Speaker 3: was like, yeah, Ben, it's gonna have sympathy towards this story.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Yeah, my buddy Whalen he uh, he's got a little
- 22:53Speaker 2: wild in them. But we're working on it. We're working
- 22:55Speaker 2: on it.
- 22:55Speaker 3: We have a little wild and Lois as well, she's
- 22:58Speaker 3: not the most baveda.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Also, we have a headline about Beca Martinez.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Beca Martinez is pregnant with baby number three. She teased
- 23:19Speaker 3: this announcement on Instagram for a while this week, had
- 23:22Speaker 3: a couple like posts about the announcement coming, and we're
- 23:28Speaker 3: all like, what's the announcement? She was like, are we
- 23:31Speaker 3: expanding our family? Are we going off the grid? Are
- 23:35Speaker 3: we signing on to a TV show? Uh? And it
- 23:38Speaker 3: was expanding their family, which I think a lot of
- 23:41Speaker 3: people who follow beckup closely like I do, was actually
- 23:45Speaker 3: pretty shocked about, because I believe that she's spoken relatively recently,
- 23:52Speaker 3: like over the past maybe like six months to a year,
- 23:55Speaker 3: that they were not planning on expanding the family at
- 23:57Speaker 3: a time soon. She definitely always seemed she wanted more
- 24:00Speaker 3: kids but I think like she was getting to a
- 24:03Speaker 3: point where she was like, I think we're gonna stay
- 24:05Speaker 3: with these two now and then down the road. But
- 24:09Speaker 3: that is not what happened. And maybe I'm wrong. Well,
- 24:12Speaker 3: maybe she changed her mind. Maybe like the other two kids,
- 24:16Speaker 3: it was a little bit unexpected. But I'm sure she'll
- 24:20Speaker 3: tell us the entire story very soon. Yesterday we just
- 24:22Speaker 3: got the announcement, and the announcement was quite unique. She's
- 24:26Speaker 3: been into like clamation lately and creating claymation, so she
- 24:31Speaker 3: did a stop motion clamation announcement real on Instagram, and
- 24:37Speaker 3: it depicts her clamation character going into the bathroom and
- 24:43Speaker 3: taking a pregnancy test, seeing that it's positive and being shocked,
- 24:46Speaker 3: and then going into her and her I'm not sure
- 24:50Speaker 3: if they're secularly married. Sometimes she refers to her to
- 24:54Speaker 3: Grayson as her Grayson as her fiance, and sometimes she
- 25:00Speaker 3: refers to him as her husband, but you know, either
- 25:04Speaker 3: or she does have a ring on her finger. And
- 25:06Speaker 3: then in the video, the claymation goes into the bedroom
- 25:10Speaker 3: throws the pregnancy stick towards towards her fiance and he
- 25:16Speaker 3: looks at it and then he falls back and faints.
- 25:20Speaker 3: It's really cute and funny. It's definitely worth watching.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Yeah, go and check it out.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Well.
- 25:24Speaker 2: The final headline of the day, Gabby Wendy posts a
- 25:28Speaker 2: picture and the dress she was gonna wear for the
- 25:31Speaker 2: bachelor proposal on Clayton Season, and Clayton responds, did you
- 25:36Speaker 2: see this?
- 25:37Speaker 3: I was shocked. I saw this in real time unfold.
- 25:41Speaker 3: She's she posted a really sexy picture of herself right
- 25:44Speaker 3: in this dress that apparently she was supposed to wear
- 25:48Speaker 3: when she walked up to Clayton. Now we know that
- 25:50Speaker 3: Clayton season didn't end in that traditional way where like
- 25:54Speaker 3: one is dumbed, you know at the altar and underneath
- 25:59Speaker 3: this sexy picture, Clayton says, you can wear it to Scottsdale.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Can you believe?
- 26:12Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 26:14Speaker 3: He says, bring the dress to quote directly, bring the
- 26:17Speaker 3: dress to Scottsdale this weekend. Vaccination could not get enough
- 26:22Speaker 3: of this moment.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Yep. And then yeah, what do you think this means? Ashley?
- 26:28Speaker 2: Let's dig in a little bit. What is your assumption here?
- 26:31Speaker 2: Is she going to visit him?
- 26:33Speaker 3: Do you think that she would have posted that? I mean,
- 26:36Speaker 3: obviously it's a great attention grab. I mean as far
- 26:39Speaker 3: as business goes, This was the perfect caption, sure to
- 26:44Speaker 3: get headlines, to get likes and comments and all that. Now,
- 26:48Speaker 3: did she do it for that? Would she be willing
- 26:51Speaker 3: to do it for that? Even if she didn't have
- 26:54Speaker 3: a little something maybe going on with Clinton?
- 26:57Speaker 2: I thought she was rumored to be with one of
- 26:58Speaker 2: the guys from Dancing with the Star.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Yeah, you know Vinnie from Jersey Shore.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Yeah, so she This is wild and a story that
- 27:08Speaker 2: we're gonna have to keep up with. It feels, it
- 27:12Speaker 2: feels interesting, even if it is an attention grab, it's interesting.
- 27:16Speaker 2: It's good content, and I'm here for it. I know
- 27:18Speaker 2: Ashley is also. Well, that's all the headlines we have
- 27:21Speaker 2: for everybody today. It is the off season here with
- 27:25Speaker 2: the almost famous podcasts, but we do want to remind
- 27:27Speaker 2: you that the Bachelorette season is currently being filmed. I'm

- 27:47Speaker 2: have two feet of snow in Denver as of today.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Oh yeah, oh yeah, it sucks. It's wild. It's wild.
