The world can feel like it is getting messier by the day, and if we are not careful, we start letting the news write our mood and fear write our choices. I open Daily Decree #5 with a simple reminder: God is not subject to turmoil, and neither is His Word. When we fixate on complaints, we miss the steadiness that Scripture offers and we forget the authority God gives us to pray, decide, and walk in light.
We anchor the conversation in Job 22:27–28, where prayer is answered and decisions carry real weight: “What you decide on will be done, and light will shine on your ways.”…
