  Speaker 4: to the drunk of the restroom.

  Speaker 3: And there was a lady who said, Hi, I'm a male.

  Speaker 6: And she began to act the wants and he said

  Speaker 6: and basically.

  Speaker 4: She got to activated the guy stream face and he

  Speaker 4: felt a prick and the singer and from that moment

  Speaker 4: people like that. From the report he based that he
• 3:33
  Speaker 4: walked out shot back near the period and walked out

  Speaker 4: the front door and he came up with but from
• 3:41
  Speaker 4: when his mom went to go and look at the
• 3:44
  Speaker 4: actual video, you can see him plants and I think

  Speaker 4: they all agreed, from the prinsports of the police to

  Speaker 4: the people from the school district, they all agreed that

  Speaker 4: he was. He was frantically looking back and.

  Speaker 6: Forth and he showed up on the at the UH

  Speaker 4: He dropped a bag and he rang off and he

  Speaker 4: I think that what they were saying had someone residents

  Speaker 4: who have to call nine one one, and when another

  Speaker 4: came to pick them up, no one gave.

  Speaker 4: They were just questioning if he was uh the other

  Speaker 4: child that they had, and everything was a rebuttal of

  Speaker 4: what she would think he was because he's about buck.

  Speaker 4: Finally did confirm about actually asking what's unaware did he have?

  Speaker 4: And when she confirmed that, then that's when.

  Speaker 6: She was able to know where he was and she

  Speaker 4: school system, from the police department, and no one would

  Speaker 4: cooperate in that right of what happened to us. Uh,

  Speaker 4: they do have a name because the first thing was

  Speaker 4: there on the first day of school of her son.

  Speaker 4: Remember that first for when theo's mom walked togitate evening,

  Speaker 4: he was making her trying to get her to remember
• 6:06
  Speaker 4: that that was an Amanda was there at the bus
• 6:09
  Speaker 4: line with the students. And so this is the known

  Speaker 4: person to the school and to the principal, to the

  Speaker 4: sister principal. But for whatever reason, they are not in

  Speaker 4: uh sharing that information with with the mother. With passives

  Speaker 4: that are on this case trying to couper up, they're

  Speaker 4: trying to cover up everything. It was to the point

  Speaker 4: that they closed the case within a week of receiving it.

  Speaker 4: Uh that thirfore was in a week they closed the
• 6:39
  Speaker 4: case and just basically said that it was there were
• 6:42
  Speaker 4: people higher than that of their pay grades that put
• 6:46
  Speaker 4: out the story that the immediate received. They event we
• 6:50
  Speaker 4: just walked we get to school, and so it's been
• 6:53
  Speaker 4: a straight cover up, uh, back and forth beating to
• 6:57
  Speaker 4: the point when we when I put in the four

  Speaker 4: quick to get the baby information for each support uh
• 7:04
  Speaker 4: just video footage from uh the body can for the
• 7:09
  Speaker 4: uh quad car can. They actually said readily to the

  Speaker 4: intergent textics came back awful and then he they told

  Speaker 4: me that I couldn't get any of the information because
• 7:22
  Speaker 4: I wasn't the parents. But they told us weekly for
• 7:26
  Speaker 4: Arty that she shouldn't get the information because they couldn't.

  Speaker 4: And so it's just a cover up from the top

  Speaker 4: of the state of Texas all the way down to
• 7:36
  Speaker 4: the school district.

  Speaker 2: a lot of red flags went off in my head.

  Speaker 2: This one kind of really touched my touched my heart

  Speaker 2: and and and and it resonated deep down in my

  Speaker 2: soul because we send our kids to school and we

  Speaker 2: think that they're going to be protected in the hands

  Speaker 2: of those that are supposed to be in charge of them.

  Speaker 2: Just listening to that story, hearing her share what she
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: saw and how things were handled. Immediately red flag said

  Speaker 2: that it was a cop and to think about this

  Speaker 2: case and to think about Cormelo's case, there's definitely a
• 9:09
  Speaker 2: serious problem in Frisco, Texas that they have a problem

  Speaker 2: of wanting to cover up the truth and wanting to
• 9:18
  Speaker 2: protect people within that community. And I'm grateful for individuals

  Speaker 2: like you guys that are willing to advocate, willing to
• 9:27
  Speaker 2: go deep into to break some of these some of

  Speaker 2: this corruption up and bring it to the forefront, because
• 9:36
  Speaker 2: there's definitely something going on there and for them to

  Speaker 2: close the case and then say that they watched video

  Speaker 2: but never watch the videos. I mean, this really has

  Speaker 2: to be disheartening to that family. We just want some
• 9:52
  Speaker 2: justice to come. We want some people to be helped accountable.

  Speaker 2: It's about being helped accountable. We may never be able
• 9:58
  Speaker 2: to find that person that harmed him because of all

  Speaker 2: of the things that have happened, but at least we

  Speaker 2: can hold some people accountable for not doing their jobs.

  Speaker 2: And just to hear her talk about this baby, you

  Speaker 2: the feel that you are in. I want you to

  Speaker 2: talk about the you know, the the after effects of

  Speaker 2: what has happened to this baby and what he may

  Speaker 2: experience for the rest of his life. You know, a

  Speaker 2: lot of this trauma that happens to us, we learn

  Speaker 2: to cope with it, but we never truly get over

  Speaker 2: these things. So I want you to touch on that.

  Speaker 2: Because of your profession, if you would introduce yourself and

  Speaker 2: then touch on that, if you would.

  Speaker 7: bring your children to school, whether if the teachers or

  Speaker 7: any assistance that made me have or even for echelon

  Speaker 7: that's there to the police. These are all the ones

  Speaker 7: that you would normally trust. You trust that they're going

  Speaker 7: to have your children's best interests and to have something

  Speaker 7: like this happened with no results and lives and clearly

  Speaker 7: there were so I want to say age as you

  Speaker 7: to say, duntie doesn't really describe it, doesn't It don't. Yeah,

  Speaker 7: you know, it's just clearly it's a breakdown of our society,

  Speaker 7: you know. And as far as already what Miss Weekly

  Speaker 7: as well as Tristan has gone through, they they are

  Speaker 7: in need of counseling to move forward in life. He

  Speaker 7: has been homeschooled, so the social socialization with other kids

  Speaker 7: normally that they would get in his his youth, you know,

  Speaker 7: seventh eighth grade before getting into high school, has been
• 12:17
  Speaker 7: taken away from him. The the act of not knowing,
• 12:23
  Speaker 7: not being able to talk after having as phone in
• 12:28
  Speaker 7: his system, and everything he went through in the hospital. Uh,
• 12:35
  Speaker 7: to say that he'll have PTSD, does it also encompass it.

  Speaker 7: They need therapy. He does have a gift and go
• 12:46
  Speaker 7: under Chandra v h A n d r. A. Weekly

  Speaker 2: this stuff in her face. It wasn't over the phone,

  Speaker 2: it wasn't on the computer. It was right in her face.

  Speaker 2: For that officer to say that he he wasn't the

  Speaker 2: officer at that school. That sro O and we know

  Speaker 2: that sro O for people that don't know. They are

  Speaker 2: the resource officers that are assigned to the school. And

  Speaker 2: most schools have them. They have a officer that is
• 14:25
  Speaker 2: assigned to that school, whether they have their own police

  Speaker 2: department or what, because I know in some in some
• 14:33
  Speaker 2: states they have their own where they have they do
• 14:36
  Speaker 2: nothing but do resource officers for schools, they have their
• 14:41
  Speaker 2: own department. But the fact that this one says that
• 14:46
  Speaker 2: he was not who he was, that that was a
• 14:49
  Speaker 2: red flag for me. That that truly was a red
• 14:52
  Speaker 2: flag for me. It made me feel like he had
• 14:54
  Speaker 2: some part in that, and I felt like he's a
• 14:58
  Speaker 2: person that needs to be investigated. He is a person

  Speaker 2: that they need to dive deeper in.

  Speaker 7: The SRI officer, the student resource officer was actually never

  Speaker 7: divulged to her. The person who she spoke with basically

  Speaker 7: told her that.

  Speaker 7: Even offer another resource or avenue to take. After which

  Speaker 7: she found out who exactly he was and he dismissed her.

  Speaker 2: Like you don't forget what you saw the first time.

  Speaker 7: had his backpack. School had not been let out. He

  Speaker 7: was released from his class, so he had his backpack

  Speaker 7: on him. So how is that? Who did that? Who

  Speaker 7: called that? Who let him out of the classroom? So

  Speaker 7: something happened. Somebody knows something, because every other student was

  Speaker 7: still a class And.

  Speaker 2: She said she never had a chance to speak with

  Speaker 2: the actual the teacher is that is that what she said, Dwayne.

  Speaker 1: Nobody, No one ever brought the teacher in. So my

  Speaker 2: When do kids just get to leave class and just

  Speaker 2: roam the halls and no one know where they are?

  Speaker 2: Like and for him to have had his backpack, it

  Speaker 2: teacher to have him remove from the class or you

  Speaker 2: know how they may send a message and tell them

  Speaker 2: to send a student to the counselor or they may

  Speaker 2: send a student to Well, for me, I'm gonna talk

  Speaker 2: about when I was in school. So when I was

  Speaker 2: in school, I used to have to go I had

  Speaker 2: a speech impediment, so I used to have to go

  Speaker 2: to speech. So they would send over the loud speaker.

  Speaker 2: They would call to my teacher and tell my teacher

  Speaker 2: that it was time if they could release me to

  Speaker 2: go to so and so's class, or they would the

  Speaker 2: teacher that you was going to their class, they would

  Speaker 2: come and get you. We never were able to roam
• 18:21
  Speaker 2: the halls without somebody knowing where we are. Normally they
• 18:25
  Speaker 2: would give us a hall pass. Well if if we
• 18:28
  Speaker 2: got stopped in the hall, we had a past so
• 18:32
  Speaker 2: that individuals know where we were going and where we
• 18:35
  Speaker 2: were coming from. We never just had an opportunity to
• 18:39
  Speaker 2: roam the halls. So that just was a red flag
• 18:43
  Speaker 2: to me.

  Speaker 7: Yeah, I stiplistically said, at this point, when you do

  Speaker 7: an investigation, that would be the first to go to

  Speaker 7: is why was he released early from class? Right?

  Speaker 4: they said they couldn't because he had hurt. He's a

  Speaker 4: mind that's an apparentist thing to do it. They used

  Speaker 4: to do it at the hospital. There's no such thing

  Speaker 4: as he had rights, and so they failed to do
