- 0:01Unknown: Oh,
- 0:02what a beautiful morning.
- 0:04Oh, what a beautiful day.
- 0:08Unknown: Oh, what a beautiful morning. Look at all these fine folks here.
- 0:13Everything's
- 0:14going
- 0:15our way.
- 0:17Morning.
- 0:20Oh, yeah. You didn't know you're gonna get crooned
- 0:23too, did you? Yep. Not always a surprise
- 0:27at the old radio ranch.
- 0:31Always keep them clapping and guessing.
- 0:35So,
- 0:37good morning, crew. I hope wherever
- 0:39you are, it's just pretty as it is here this morning
- 0:43On the
- 0:44oh, it's the twenty ninth.
- 0:48Oh, it's just it's,
- 0:50well, let's see here. Now this is Tuesday,
- 0:53I believe,
- 0:55and the month
- 0:57will end.
- 0:59Let me get my calendar out here.
- 1:02Yikes. Tomorrow. And then on Thursday,
- 1:05I believe, it looks like would be the yes.
- 1:09Thursday will be the first of, the devil's month. Are you looking forward to it? Have you gone out and bought all your Reese's
- 1:16Reese's little cup peanut butter cakes and you got
- 1:22your kids masks
- 1:23and outfits and you're ready to tromp around the the neighborhood doing trick or treating for UNICEF. Is that right? Is that right? No.
- 1:32You're not preparing for that? No.
- 1:35Unknown: No. I'm not.
- 1:37Unknown: I'm not. Care. You we don't want you prepared for that. We want you packing to move, but regardless.
- 1:42Yes.
- 1:44Unknown: And, Roger,
- 1:45my
- 1:47the way I've been managing my life thus far is whenever I find everything coming my way
- 1:55Yeah. You gotta get turn around because that means I'm going the wrong way on a one way street.
- 2:01Unknown: Yeah. That could happen. It could happen.
- 2:04Yeah.
- 2:07So where where are we in this
- 2:11what would you call it? This drama of getting Paul moved to Oklahoma. Where are we if you could please allow us? Well,
- 2:20Unknown: actually able to
- 2:22to solve
- 2:23a recent hiccup because
- 2:25of the registration and inspection status on the bus.
- 2:30Progressive was trying to cancel my insurance policy,
- 2:34and so that's what I've been dealing with for the last couple of days. But I did win that one, so
- 2:40that's okay.
- 2:42That is honestly
- 2:45Unknown: Be nice to get insured before you start that on this when's the last time the old bus took, any kind of a, trip?
- 2:53Unknown: Oh,
- 2:55when it went from storage to here,
- 2:58last fall.
- 3:00How how far does But it's no. It's it's been insured.
- 3:04No. It's been in it's been insured all along.
- 3:07Unknown: Okay. Well, I wasn't asking about the insurance. I was asking about how long when was it that the bus had any kind of a journey and from storage to there is approximately
- 3:17how far?
- 3:1970 miles.
- 3:21Okay.
- 3:22Okay.
- 3:23Unknown: So and it it did beautifully.
- 3:25So
- 3:26not a problem.
- 3:27Unknown: Oh, you got a pretty good deal on that bus. Right? They wanted much more, and you you
- 3:33you
- 3:35j worded them the well, j worded them down to a bit, didn't you? Yeah. I blew them down from 10,000
- 3:42Unknown: to two.
- 3:44Unknown: That's pretty good, man. You sure you might
- 3:47we might wanna check your blood type pretty good there.
- 3:51So what else is going on? We got some stuff I meant to talk about yesterday that I forgot and all that kind of stuff. So what
- 3:59what's on your mind this morning besides moving to Oklahoma?
- 4:03Unknown: Not much. I was
- 4:07I was listening to a commoner law group video,
- 4:11commoner law group on YouTube.
- 4:14Daniel Mentz has been a frequent
- 4:18frequent guest.
- 4:20And they
- 4:21he's been talking about
- 4:24the the simple national status, not state national, not state citizen, not American
- 4:29national, just
- 4:31national
- 4:32going through, you know, 871 and 877 b taxes and the the passport
- 4:38and all that stuff.
- 4:43He
- 4:43dude's pretty good.
- 4:45Unknown: I'm very good for him. He's been doing it for a number of years. He ought to be fairly accomplished at it now.
- 4:51And Daniel's doing what I tell the whole audience to do. You want a long you wanna learn this stuff?
- 4:57Teach it. Yeah.
- 4:58That's the best way you can learn it. Okay? Period. And
- 5:02Unknown: he
- 5:04Unknown: Like Fred Sanford, f f f o r d, period. Period.
- 5:09Yeah. S a n f o r d, period. Go ahead.
- 5:12Unknown: Yeah. And there was another thing that I that I came across was a commentary on the Beatles
- 5:21movie, The Yellow Submarine.
- 5:23Oh, really? Okay. Yeah. Where one of the lines one of the lines in that movie was
- 5:29funny, you don't look bluish.
- 5:32You know, there was the blue mean guys, the blue meanies. Yeah. Yeah. The blue meanie. Blue meanies. Yeah. The blue meanies.
- 5:38And and on one line in the movie, they say funny. You don't look bluish.
- 5:44Unknown: I never heard that, of course. Wouldn't have understood it if I did.
- 5:48Unknown: Yeah. Well
- 5:50well, it's well, you know, we just replace the BL with Oh, no. No. I get it. I get it. Yeah. Okay.
- 5:58So I don't know. Maybe maybe we could do that. Maybe we could do that. We could talk about the bluish. It's so vain.
- 6:05Unknown: I know.
- 6:06Unknown: Well, we're gonna talk about the bluish here in a second.
- 6:11Unknown: Oh, I know. I know. No. I'm not I'm not saying maybe whenever we do talk about the bluish, maybe we should just refer to them as bluish
- 6:19or the name stealers, whatever. Well,
- 6:22Unknown: whatever. Small hats. There's a number of these names.
- 6:26Here we are on the offline
- 6:29version of the Radio Ranch. It is the September
- 6:3329.
- 6:34Yep. One more day, and we roll into that,
- 6:39that devil's month.
- 6:41We've always got so much history and volatility,
- 6:45and we're in a unbelievably
- 6:48volatile
- 6:49condition. Now not only
- 6:52have you got the Roger sales with you, of course, by the way, trying to give some of the protocol where normally you lately, I jump on. Somebody says something when we run right in the show. I don't even get the date in there, and Tom d will fly down here and beat me up if I don't do that. So I try and get it in there two or three times
- 7:10because he's a big guy.
- 7:12Unknown: Look. He's about to get help from William to get down there. Well, he might he might have to do that.
- 7:19Unknown: So yesterday, I didn't get a chance to do that, and then I got we got off in the conversation, and I didn't even get to give a
- 7:27a little insight into the very insightful
- 7:31in interesting and important, I think, piece of news that came out over the weekend. I don't know if you heard all this. It broke more yesterday.
- 7:40And, of course, just after I leave, I go, I am meant to talk about that because I did hear about it Saturday night. We only heard sketchiness.
- 7:48Gloucester,
- 7:49I think, is the name of it. Gloucester Air Force Base. Something
- 7:54like that over there in Jolly Old.
- 7:56It's, where they, take the b 50 twos and take them off to go bomb Iran.
- 8:03And,
- 8:04so,
- 8:05Saturday,
- 8:06Friday night,
- 8:08probably Friday night.
- 8:10Friday night, a farmer's coming home. They got farmers all around that air force base. And, although it's an RAF base, it's where the b 50 twos
- 8:19have permission to land and take off, and, the farmer sees a bunch of people. There are three vans
- 8:26blocking the road that goes down by the air by the runway.
- 8:30Anyway,
- 8:31it turns out there was a bunch of them there. They arrested five of them. Evidently, there were more than five, then some of them they let go.
- 8:40It it would appear that this farmer busted up a false flag that they were gonna pull.
- 8:46They found a bug bug
- 8:49vans full of c four, I believe,
- 8:51machine guns, all kind all kinds of of stuff for that activity.
- 8:58And so they the the farmer called the local police who evident ly had not been cleared on this. So the local police come. That's why they got arrested.
- 9:07It turns out that the far other farmers that got came out in all this commotion say there was more than five.
- 9:15But there's at least five. I think they were all
- 9:19of Islamic
- 9:23background,
- 9:24although they came from different parts of England. Trump was asked about it yesterday. Oh, yeah. We knew all about those guys. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I don't know if you did or not, Trump.
- 9:32Subject to not believe anything you say anymore.
- 9:36Regardless,
- 9:38they let those five guys out on bail yesterday. Here, they got caught with machine guns, c four.
- 9:44I can't even remember the litany of stuff they had, but there
- 9:49were some bad either this was a total setup for a false flag or they were gonna do it, and we're probably never gonna get the either or on that.
- 9:58Anyway,
- 9:59you probably saw something about it on yesterday. They were talking about it more in the afternoon,
- 10:04and, it sure smells to high heaven to me. Anybody else got any more info on that than I just had? Because I mine's sketchy.
- 10:13Unknown: Roger, this is Bruce. Hey, Bruce.
- 10:17Did that happen in Missouri?
- 10:19Unknown: I Gloucester
- 10:21Air Force Base in England.
- 10:23Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 10:25Unknown: Because they do have a squad that is here
- 10:28somewhere,
- 10:29I don't know, that flies across the
- 10:33Unknown: city. In this in England. It wasn't in Missouri. It was in England. And,
- 10:40yeah, I don't know if they'll just brush that under the rug, and it'll be yesterday's news real quick,
- 10:45but it may be. Anyway, it was highly suspicious one way or the other.
- 10:50They evidently had a bunch of goods on them. Now interestingly enough,
- 10:56over there in England right now, they've got all these, you know, some of the port cities where they're bringing the migrants in.
- 11:02They're trying to stop them at in the water or bringing them on the land. Have you seen some of that? Paul, have you seen some of that? No. You've been in storage. Backing. Okay. So, anyway,
- 11:13well, that's what they're doing. It caused a bunch of ruckus. It was in smaller towns.
- 11:18So they got out of the boat, out of one of the dinghy rubber boats there and swam into
- 11:24shore or something.
- 11:26And so the dinghy boat was floating around out there empty.
- 11:31A little bit offshore.
- 11:34And the English kid
- 11:36swam out there and had a knife and started puncturing
- 11:39the rubber dinghy.
- 11:43He's still in jail. The five false flaggers got out yesterday afternoon.
- 11:49He
- 11:52was punching an empty boat, rubber boat with a knife,
- 11:56and they vandalism
- 11:57or some bullshit.
- 11:59But the guys that had c four machine guns, they're out already. Oh, don't worry. We're, we're still investigating.
- 12:06That's what the official said.
- 12:08We're still investigating.
- 12:10I'm sure you are.
- 12:12Unknown: Yeah. They're still investigating.
- 12:14In the meanwhile, the guys that they let out on bail are now in the wind and never see them again.
- 12:21Unknown: You're
- 12:22gonna see them at the next false flag, probably.
- 12:26Anyway, that all go poor England. Have you talked to mister English lately, Paul? No.
- 12:32Unknown: I haven't.
- 12:33Unknown: I keep thinking about him. We hadn't had had him on here since our
- 12:39since the time of Jacob's troubles, and,
- 12:42oh, and I think about him often with all that going over there. He's got two draftable aged sons, by the way.
- 12:49And, so if you do touch up with him, tell him our thoughts are with him. Hopefully, we'll get to chat with him again maybe sometime soon.
- 12:58Before the whole damn world goes to hell in a handbasket.
- 13:02Unknown: Well, today is Wednesday. Right?
- 13:04Unknown: No. Today is Tuesday.
- 13:06Unknown: Today's Tuesday.
- 13:08Unknown: Okay. Yeah.
- 13:10See, I'm not the only one that gets the day screwed up, am I? Oh, yeah. I I
- 13:15Unknown: should be streaming Paul English live on Thursday,
- 13:18but every time I connect to the room, he doesn't open my microphone or bring me onto the stage.
- 13:23Mhmm. I'll try and I'll try and get his attention on Thursday.
- 13:28Unknown: Alright. Oh, I just he's been on my mind lately with that all happening over there. What else is going on?
- 13:36Man, I'm gonna get I'm gonna hail you out here in a minute, so be ready.
- 13:42The other thing that is pretty important, I just got finished listening to a Jeffrey Sachs and
- 13:49partial John Mearsheimer interview with the good good judge.
- 13:54It
- 13:56has now come out in the New York Times
- 14:00of all places
- 14:03that Netanyahu knew about and was informed about October 7 ahead of time.
- 14:09He has reacted,
- 14:12and, of course, there's an election. I'm not sure it's this month. Nope. Excuse me. Nope. Nope. Next month, October.
- 14:18Don't know what day, but big election with Netanyahu,
- 14:22and he's, of course, doing all this. Now the words coming out that he knew about October 7 even to the point it's printed in the New York Times, Paul.
- 14:33Unknown: Uh-oh.
- 14:35Unknown: And then Yahoo comes back and and and
- 14:39it's the funniest thing Jeffrey Sachs says that doesn't mean he won't win.
- 14:47Do you understand? Here, it's come out that he knew the false flag that they used the oh, it's not the Samson option. It's some other option where they can kill their own people, and they killed a bunch of them. Okay? That's come out. All that and the people who Norm Finkelstein called arrogant,
- 15:05self righteous Jewish supremacists,
- 15:07well, they may they may elect him again.
- 15:11Unknown: You think?
- 15:13Unknown: Well, I don't know. I'm telling you what Jeffrey Sachs just said.
- 15:17Unknown: Yeah. I think they will.
- 15:20K.
- 15:21Unknown: So
- 15:22Unknown: Wait. The the British
- 15:24and
- 15:26I forget where I where I heard this from. I mean,
- 15:29I play things during the day while I'm running around the house and doing things.
- 15:34But there was
- 15:36there was a report by the British intelligence agency in 1944
- 15:43that said that the Holocaust had to be created
- 15:47to
- 15:48distract
- 15:51from
- 15:58deaths in Russia
- 16:01previous to that, the bull oh, wait. The Bolshevik revolution and all that. Happy hoo and all that.
- 16:07Unknown: I don't know about that. I I I all the holocaust,
- 16:12Auschwitz, and all those camps
- 16:14were behind Russian lines.
- 16:18Unknown: Okay?
- 16:20Unknown: Okay. Now there he is with the warming up in the relationship
- 16:24I have warming up. These bastards don't ruin it with Putin and Russia.
- 16:29There, I heard a couple years ago they had let some holocaust researcher from Europe,
- 16:35don't know who it was,
- 16:37into the archives.
- 16:40So let's just hope that that is happening, that he is compiling,
- 16:45and that that truth will come out. It
- 16:48that's as
- 16:49probably
- 16:50not as
- 16:52severe as the information we got on him.
- 16:55But everybody's
- 16:56been so informed of that.
- 16:58Unknown: You know, they don't Monica Schafer's brother is still in jail.
- 17:03And that and that's what he did. He he
- 17:06was
- 17:07historian, a researcher. He went back to the original German documentation,
- 17:12and he looked up the facts. I mean And he started talking about it, and they locked him up Oh. Four times. Four different places. There on Paul, the gal Canadian gal, Monica Shaffer. Okay. Monica Shaffer, her brother, Alfred. Okay.
- 17:28Unknown: Well, there's
- 17:30and the question is, if they've got documentation,
- 17:33these guys were talking about that in the forties,
- 17:36Why did it take them fifteen or more years to bring it out?
- 17:40Because it didn't get brought out and put in textbooks till the sixties
- 17:44and really start getting talked about until the sixties either from what I've heard.
- 17:50The whole hoax.
- 17:51Yeah,
- 17:53man. What a world. What a world. It just think, folks, if you didn't know what we know and and all the what what where would your thoughts be on all this stuff that's breaking? You know, you don't really have the
- 18:06well, what we've got is we've got a line of determination.
- 18:10See? We're and we know what's false and what's been
- 18:14provocateered
- 18:15off our backs, and we know what hasn't
- 18:17because we understand that whole thing. And I don't know of anybody else
- 18:22that under Danny Danny Metz because he's been teaching it so much.
- 18:27Let me see if I can get Manna up here. Manna, are you listening, buddy? Our
- 18:32our our
- 18:34guy that does log cabin repair man in Montana, you listening this morning?
- 18:40Oh, man.
- 18:44Mana, mana, mana.
- 18:48K. Must not be listening. Well, I was hoping he was. I wanted him to come back on after that little,
- 18:54little bit. And and, you know, it's just why I say this stuff's so damn confusing.
- 18:58And if you're not using the right words and you're still talking to people, it still can get confusing.
- 19:04And that was happening with a little bit with Mana yesterday, and I just wanted to check with him. Maybe he'll be on here as we get into the into our little session a little bit more.
- 19:14But I I wanna make sure, man, I understood why I was so impressed
- 19:19with our two students,
- 19:21both,
- 19:22miss Julie
- 19:23and, and mister Larry.
- 19:26And the fact that, first of all, as it pertains to that 26 CFR 1.1
- 19:32dash one a,
- 19:33the
- 19:35jurisdictional
- 19:36statement, if you will, on who
- 19:38who owes an income tax. Remember,
- 19:41Larry Beecraft and Debbie Kidd and
- 19:45none of those people could ever find it. They went to the point of out offering a $50,000
- 19:50reward full page ad in the New York Times if anybody could show them where the law is. Okay. Well,
- 19:57I can show you.
- 19:59I can prove it. The IRS recognizes it. Federal government recognizes it, but none of them could find it.
- 20:06And, I don't know of anybody else. I know there's some new tax people that have come on the scene, this championed guy or whatever his name is and
- 20:15and, some of these other folks, but I don't know of anybody that's gone in and found this right here,
- 20:21the, the word they've tied you into the tax system by using a different label.
- 20:27So I'll I've
- 20:29I like I said, I don't know of any other people, anybody even in the tax movement
- 20:33that has gotten that. And, of course, they'd have to get what we, first of all, teach on how they've changed your status in the citizen of United States and all the other background information you have to have or else you can't understand that when you see it. So,
- 20:48first of all, that's
- 20:50something I think we know and maybe some others. I don't know. But pretty much in within our group, we understand how that tying in happens.
- 20:58But
- 20:59and but no one has ever split it down
- 21:03to foreign as in foreign France
- 21:07or domestic foreign. Let's call it that as in Montana.
- 21:12And so that is what is happening at least on several of the
- 21:17inquiries
- 21:18we've had from the wonderful folks
- 21:20over there at IRS.
- 21:24And what they're doing is you're telling them you're a nonresident alien, and you tell them in the affidavit if you're using the sample when we recommend.
- 21:35And then they're still coming back on you, and they're still trying to press the presumption
- 21:40that you're the Frenchman as opposed to the Montanian.
- 21:45And so that is a dialectic within a dialectic almost is
- 21:50I've never had put that together before. Thank you, Larry and Julie and those who have really gone in and studied this a lot and come up with these answers.
- 22:00And for anybody that gets in that trap anymore,
- 22:04we've got a pretty easy out.
- 22:08So I just wanna make sure, manna, and anybody else in the audience that didn't get that yesterday, I can understand where it's confusing.
- 22:16But if you didn't, it's just this difference between are you a foreign
- 22:21foreigner or are you a domestic
- 22:23foreigner?
- 22:25Now you have somebody trying to say something right there.
- 22:29Was that you, Joan?
- 22:31Unknown: I think that was Manna. His his phone creates a weird
- 22:36echo back.
- 22:38Unknown: Manna, can you try if that was you,
- 22:41can you call back in or something? Because we got some kind of trouble off the yesterday.
- 22:46Unknown: He was doing it yesterday, and it was it was okay for me. If we can get good people. Call him back in or whatever because
- 22:53Unknown: I just wanted to make sure you understood this. You had a night to think about it last night. Don't know if you did or not.
- 22:59But, regardless, I I just wanted to make that clear, and I wanted to, again,
- 23:04compliment,
- 23:07both both both Larry and and Julie because,
- 23:10listen, I've never seen anybody that not only got the nonresonating,
- 23:15but went in and differentiated an equivocation underneath that.
- 23:18A reverse equivocation
- 23:20in this instance.
- 23:22They're very slick, these people. Mana, was that you? Did I hear a?
- 23:30Alright. Well, I was just thinking about it. I want all y'all to understand this stuff. I tried very,
- 23:37very hard to get it across as simple as simple
- 23:41as possible.
- 23:43And I know that when some of these things can just really get hung up on your mind. And and, anyway so, hey, man. If you're listening, get back in. I'd like to know if you've understood it. If not, we can
- 23:55parse it again if we need to.
- 23:57Maybe somebody else in the audience can explain it better than me. But,
- 24:03I just thought that was very interesting. And like I said, one of our students,
- 24:09well, he just got dinged on this for almost $300,000.
- 24:13Well, that's a nice little chunk of change.
- 24:16We took this example. Larry handled it, wrote them wrote them, and
- 24:22no. Not. I doubt if we'll ever hear from him again over there. We found
- 24:26another skunk in the woodpile.
- 24:30One deeper. Now you know what I think about, Paul?
- 24:33So I think about there's an organization years ago called Save a Patriot,
- 24:38and the guy's name was
- 24:40Cuckmeier.
- 24:42Somebody wanna help me out. We pro I think we had some people who were in Save a Patriot.
- 24:47I know Tom Dee was affiliated
- 24:49with him at one point.
- 24:51The guy that ran it was a guy up in Maryland. I believe he's dead now.
- 24:57B Craft was their attorney.
- 25:00And when John and Glenn's information came out, they almost went nuts
- 25:06in the respect of fighting us and said, no. No. No. A nonresident alien is the only one that owes the tax.
- 25:13When it says states right above it, income taxes owed by and who it is, I don't know how he misinterpreted that, but he did. And there was a lot of division in the community as as I was coming onto the scene shortly thereafter
- 25:27in these two differing views between these two patriots organizations
- 25:31and this other one, Save a Patriot.
- 25:34I think they've still got the radio network, Paul,
- 25:38that that Brent's on four days a week or five days or four days a week. Save a Patriot Foundation.
- 25:44And
- 25:45so it just won. They were the ones that, you know, spearheaded the $50,000
- 25:49reward and all that stuff. Nobody ever took it up on them. So that's a good question. Why couldn't anybody find 26 CFR 1.1 dash one a?
- 26:00You know? I think I've got a suspicion. I can't say exactly, Paul, but I've got an idea.
- 26:05I think it's because they only looked in the statutes.
- 26:08Unknown: It's dead.
- 26:10Unknown: Right. You won't find it in the statutes.
- 26:12Unknown: They looked in they looked in the laws. They needed to look in the policies.
- 26:17Yeah. Because
- 26:18that's where it was. Julie
- 26:20was talking. I Julie Julie, are you here this morning?
- 26:28Is that you, Julie? May maybe she'll maybe she'll pop in later. Like you're Pomeranian.
- 26:34Unknown: Maybe
- 26:36Unknown: maybe she'll pop in later.
- 26:38Unknown: Are we having problem? Everybody having problem? Let's just call a halt for a second. Larry, come back. I'll just do star six and check-in just to make sure all the mics are working, please.
- 26:48Unknown: Okay. Nana is
- 26:51There's Nana.
- 26:52Yeah. That's that's where that echo back is coming from. It's from Nana.
- 26:58Unknown: Didn't Okay. Hear unmuted,
- 27:00so I wouldn't say
- 27:01that.
- 27:04Unknown: Well, you're still the the connection's not great, but at least we can hear you. Are there some other folks out there that we could hear from? Julie?
- 27:12Somebody let us know these mics are working, please? I
- 27:16Unknown: think so.
- 27:17Unknown: There's somebody. Thanks, though. Hey, Bruce. We got Bruce. Okay. I appear to be working. Let's switch back over to Manna.
- 27:25Manna, did you noodle on what we discussed yesterday?
- 27:29Yeah.
- 27:31Unknown: I kinda sat there and listened to myself and
- 27:36and then kinda had I had a discussion with Julie and
- 27:42kinda tried to figure it out a little better.
- 27:46Unknown: Well, did you get it?
- 27:51Unknown: Yeah. I could kinda see what I was saying
- 27:54or wrong. That was confusing.
- 27:57Unknown: Okay. Talk right in the mic. You're shuffling around. We lose part of what you're saying if you could.
- 28:02So you've you did realize it when I stopped you, was because you kept saying in The United States in The United States. That is absolutely,
- 28:10totally a legal phrase
- 28:12for a federal citizen.
- 28:14Unknown: Right.
- 28:15But
- 28:16Unknown: So so you're saying you're stopping me. Well, I don't want you taking that falsity into whatever you're gonna explain to us. That's why I stop you on the spot.
- 28:25That is always a legal phrase
- 28:29that means citizen of The United States under the fourteenth amendment.
- 28:32So neither one of these on resident alien situations had anything to do with that. That's why I did that.
- 28:38So did you do you still not understand what we're saying?
- 28:43Unknown: Well,
- 28:46I
- 28:48I understand
- 28:51some of it, and it's kind of starting to
- 28:55seem to me like there is
- 28:58definitely
- 28:59more
- 29:00to
- 29:02and
- 29:03I have some reading to do. And I just don't know if I'm gonna really
- 29:09necessarily
- 29:11get that
- 29:13all the answers I need here.
- 29:16So I'm kind of
- 29:19Unknown: What other kind of answers are you looking for?
- 29:24Unknown: Just
- 29:26the
- 29:28nuts and bolts of
- 29:31getting out of the IRS.
- 29:33Unknown: We go over that. This is one of the after nuts that some people may get caught in, some may not.
- 29:41I don't know what triggers it at the IRS,
- 29:44but I think we understand it pretty well now. K?
- 29:48Now the fact that you don't kinda distresses
- 29:51me
- 29:52because, honestly, even though I see the complexity of it is really pretty simple.
- 29:57You've either got a foreign
- 29:59person that's a nonresident alien.
- 30:02Like we said yesterday, France, Germany, Taiwan,
- 30:05Ecuador,
- 30:06wherever.
- 30:07They're nonresident to the residency because they're residents of another country,
- 30:13and they
- 30:15are not citizens of The United States.
- 30:19So they're are are residents. So they're nonresident aliens.
- 30:23There's one of them that's over in a foreign country, and there's another one that's in our country
- 30:28that's in a state that's filed this paperwork, and they're they could they fall under the same exact label.
- 30:36Okay. Can you do you are you with me there?
- 30:39Unknown: Yeah. I've always been there with you. I was just
- 30:43yeah.
- 30:44Unknown: Okay. Well,
- 30:45you just write them back and say, I'm not the foreign
- 30:49national
- 30:50nonresident alien. I'm a domestic nonresident alien. Here's my paperwork again just in case you
- 30:57it fell off your desk or something. It's I mean, honestly, it's really simple. K?
- 31:05But it is confusing
- 31:08because you got two pretending
- 31:12to be one,
- 31:13and there's a split there, and you gotta differentiate it with them.
- 31:17Nobody
- 31:18has ever figured this out to this level in this one instance before
- 31:22that I know of, man. That's why I was so oppressed and praising Julie and Larry for it. Now please understand,
- 31:30I'm not out every day
- 31:32scouring the Internet to find out who's got tax theories they're putting forward
- 31:37because I hated all that crap. That's why we're here with jurisdiction,
- 31:41and we know what we do is because I hated the tax crap.
- 31:45Okay?
- 31:46So anyway, but looking back on it, I can see and analyze it and understand it pretty easy.
- 31:53And Julie and Larry found something
- 31:56nobody's
- 31:57ever found before to my knowledge.
- 31:59And I just want something like that happens. It's an event, and I think they need to be recognized for their achievement.
- 32:08K? So that's really why it all happened.
- 32:12Anybody else got anybody else got something you could maybe help Mana with that he I I don't seem to be able to or something else to comment on this?
- 32:26They're pretty we got a flaccid audience.
- 32:30Paul, pump them some Viagra, would you?
- 32:35Here
- 32:36we go.
- 32:37Okay. So I wanted to talk to Mana about that. Julie, did you wanna say something, dear? Or other's Ed. I believe that's Ed. Yes, sir. Go ahead. You beat her.
- 32:45Unknown: Well, I was just gonna
- 32:48mention to Mana that,
- 32:50you know, John's book,
- 32:53United Slaves of America,
- 32:56and then Paul Andrew Mitchell's
- 32:59work
- 33:01made Mitch. Between the two of those guys and you, Roger, you know, that that kinda cleared it up in my mind. The second guy he referred to is named Mitch Moduleski.
- 33:12Unknown: Okay.
- 33:14And he had a breakout there, buddy. Two years ago called Mitchell. He was Yeah. And he's changed his name, and it used to be like black Boston Tea Party.
- 33:24All those guys were scared to write under their real name. Okay?
- 33:28Yeah. At boy, that's how far we've come.
- 33:34Mitch Moduleski,
- 33:35Paul David Mitchell, whatever is called the federal zone.
- 33:40Unknown: That's right. Yeah. And
- 33:42Unknown: if you want another guy that came up his name came up here yesterday, Harry
- 33:48Harry Coombs,
- 33:49I believe was his name. Harry Coombs called the informer,
- 33:54so I'm sure he's dead now,
- 33:56wrote a book before I even got into this called which one are you?
- 34:01See, he had it.
- 34:03He had it right in the title. They just didn't have all the rest of it.
- 34:07Which one are you? You're federal citizen? You're a national citizen?
- 34:12Unknown: Yep.
- 34:14Unknown: Yes, Ed. So anything else?
- 34:17Unknown: No. That's it. I you know, and I think the the word to use when you're dealing with these municipalities
- 34:21and so forth is state citizen.
- 34:24I think know, because I don't think they under quite understand the national thing. Of course, they don't understand it.
- 34:30Unknown: They don't understand state citizen either. All they think there's one status.
- 34:35Yeah. But
- 34:37that's our job.
- 34:38And, yes, state citizen is correct.
- 34:42Yep.
- 34:44National is correct.
- 34:46American National is correct.
- 34:50State Citizen National is not correct.
- 34:54Unknown: Great.
- 34:56Unknown: And my
- 34:57pH here,
- 35:00litmus test, if you will,
- 35:05is
- 35:06and I've forgotten it.
- 35:11Oh,
- 35:12the mind.
- 35:13Federal
- 35:14Unknown: zone. I forgot that. So Yeah. That's pretty
- 35:18Unknown: But
- 35:18just
- 35:20you know, they have gone to great lengths.
- 35:25If you're new here and you're just scared to say something or ask a question, let me promise you.
- 35:30As if, if and as you get deeper into this,
- 35:34you are going to be flabbergasted
- 35:37at the lengths they've gone through to hide this
- 35:41and to make sure nobody like me or John and Glenn figured it out.
- 35:46Well,
- 35:47tough shit. We did.
- 35:50And now all we do is spread it because they've got another card.
- 35:55Is they think all of y'all out there that they've got you so damn brainwashed
- 35:59that you'll never get it. And you know what?
- 36:02To a large percentage,
- 36:04they're correct.
- 36:06Was that Sam?
- 36:07Unknown: That's Sam Houston. Good morning, everybody. Sam, what's
- 36:11Unknown: going on?
- 36:13Unknown: Not too much.
- 36:15Bob was on there
- 36:16probably almost a year ago, and he
- 36:20rattled off the
- 36:22he cited
- 36:23where
- 36:25where it could be found that
- 36:28that that defies
- 36:31n words to to explain it to the people that work for the system.
- 36:38What
- 36:39what does
- 36:40A national
- 36:43he he is he's written somewhere and he just he he he decided that he just bled it out, you know,
- 36:50you know, title six, you know, this, that, and then the other he but but I hadn't heard that Bob in a while. Do you remember what what that was? Do you know it by heart? That that that that's all you're talking about Bob Morgan?
- 37:03Unknown: You know, the Bob our guy, Bob. You know? Yeah. Bob Wells' last name's Morgan. He's down in Florida. Okay. And I've been wondering where he is too because we hadn't heard from him in a while. I was almost to the point I was getting ready to write him an email.
- 37:16Bob, are you out there? Are you listening? I mean, y'all did you,
- 37:20did you just take time off because you hadn't had any hurricanes down there in Florida this year or something? There's no hurricane season? What's going on with you, Bob?
- 37:30Unknown: I kinda doubt if he's listening because he's been Well MIA for months now.
- 37:35Unknown: Well, I'll just shoot him an email.
- 37:37Anyway, Bob's been around a long time. I hope nothing's
- 37:41everything's alright with him.
- 37:44Unknown: Yeah. He's got that
- 37:45Unknown: he's got that memorized.
- 37:47He didn't even have to look at it. He's got like he just blurted out, you know, you find an alien?
- 37:53No.
- 37:54No. The national.
- 37:56What
- 37:57Oh, that's probably title eight,
- 38:00Unknown: you know, a string of
- 38:02stuff, and then the the American Samoans right beside it.
- 38:07Unknown: Yes. But
- 38:08Unknown: yeah. Exactly. But title eight something. Title eight something. Who can help, Sam here? You remember that site out of Title 8 on, National?
- 38:18Then American Samoans right next to it.
- 38:22It's somewhere in Title 8,
- 38:25Sam. Okay. Best I can do, Ben. Okay.
- 38:29Unknown: Alright. Okay.
- 38:30Unknown: I'll try to go back and find that old episode or something. I just I wish I had wrote Well, a couple of people that know where it is that are normally on here, but they don't wanna come forward today.
- 38:40So,
- 38:41you know, couple people know which one it is. I hadn't committed its memory.
- 38:45Unknown: 1101.
- 38:46Unknown: Destination 20 1. Okay. I think that's right. Go ahead. Who's speaking? How's lady? First of all, who's speaking, please?
- 38:58Hello? You don't even wanna tell us your name?
- 39:02You came on at day 11:01
- 39:04something.
- 39:09Cat got your tongue?
- 39:12Unknown: He may be accidentally
- 39:14muted himself, or he don't wanna identify
- 39:16himself. When you I think when you ask him to identify himself, that kinda scared him off.
- 39:23Unknown: Folks, shake the paranoia,
- 39:24would you, please?
- 39:26Shake it. You'll be a lot better off if you shake the paranoia.
- 39:31So
- 39:33okay. Well, Sam, I can't answer your question. This guy could, but he won't come on and give it again or tell us who he is. So so 1101.
- 39:41K?
- 39:42Unknown: 1101. Okay. It's titled 81101
- 39:45I I I think I can track it down. Thank you. Alright. Okay. You're welcome.
- 39:49Unknown: So
- 39:50where else can we go this morning, folks? We've covered Netanyahu.
- 39:54We've talked about some of this other stuff. Any new folks wanting any questions answered or anything? I should have done that to start.
- 40:02Gone off into a casual conversation with Paul there. We're here to help folks like Jay and Hazel
- 40:09who came on last week,
- 40:11And, we serviced them, I thought, pretty good on Saturday,
- 40:15from the standpoint of knowledge and information.
- 40:18And,
- 40:19are y'all back? Jay and Hazel, are y'all back?
- 40:27I weren't here yesterday either. Okay.
- 40:29Well, a lot of enthusiasm
- 40:31from Jay there. I thought that was wonderful. I like to see and sense the enthusiasm
- 40:36because
- 40:37somebody's really excited about finding this information and starting to understand it. Hey, Roger. And you start understanding that the the curtains part.
- 40:46Unknown: Yes, sir. This is Dave from Tampa. I just went Hey, Dave. Hey. Hey. I just I just went through I wrote down a bunch of flashcards
- 40:54back when I was learning all this, and I need to go back to them again. But eight USC 11 O one A 21 is a person who owns oh, a person owing permanent allegiance to a small estate.
- 41:07Unknown: That's The National.
- 41:0911 o one what? You getting this, Sam? Get the pencil.
- 41:131101
- 41:14what?
- 41:15Unknown: 21.
- 41:17Unknown: A as in alpha?
- 41:19Yes, sir. A 21?
- 41:22Right.
- 41:23Okay. There you go. 110121,
- 41:25Sam.
- 41:26Unknown: Under eight. Under
- 41:28Unknown: eight USC.
- 41:30Unknown: Yeah. Title eight.
- 41:32Now
- 41:34is the American Samoa right next door to that, Dave?
- 41:40Unknown: Let's see here.
- 41:46Let's see. And he's still looking. Well, National of The United States,
- 41:52a citizen of The United States and the person who threw not a citizen of The United States owes permanent allegiance to The United States. That is American Samoa right there. Yes.
- 42:03That's that's 11 0122.
- 42:05Unknown: Okay. There's twenty one and twenty two. I told you, Sam, they're right next to each other.
- 42:11One owes allegiance to The United States, one doesn't. Now here's the question. Boy, we got into a couple of really
- 42:20elevated
- 42:21shows
- 42:21about this few years ago.
- 42:24It doesn't really matter. There's no difference.
- 42:27This falls under one one of that protocols of Zion thing.
- 42:32What is a US
- 42:35national?
- 42:36Is he this federal national,
- 42:39American Samoa,
- 42:40or is he
- 42:42as it says in the policy statement on the state secretary of state's website,
- 42:48all US citizens are US nationals.
- 42:51Is that the US citizen
- 42:53or or US national, or is he somebody that's affiliated with American Samoa?
- 42:59And I
- 43:00we could get into the discussion. I'm not gonna let any emotions get elevated
- 43:04because it doesn't make any difference.
- 43:07But it is another one of these very fine point deep,
- 43:12let's get in and discuss it and try and figure it out type of situations.
- 43:17I think
- 43:18that they're the same as US
- 43:20national.
- 43:21National US national.
- 43:23But
- 43:24it might not be.
- 43:26And
- 43:27as that's another one, I don't know that we've ever concretely
- 43:31gotten an answer to that. We go on a couple of approaches that I think are
- 43:37worth looking at if you wanna discuss it.
- 43:39But the big thing overall on that is it didn't make any difference. If you want to put down that you're a US national in an affidavit,
- 43:48they're not gonna turn it down,
- 43:50I don't think.
- 43:51So, anyway, that's another one of these ones we found where
- 43:55I don't I've got my own suspicion and my own conclusions I've come to from reasoning with it.
- 44:02But, boy, I don't know if you can find an answer for that one. It's another one of these ambiguous
- 44:07situations they've got in these two situations
- 44:10where it could totter either way. You know?
- 44:14So that's another interesting one. Those are about the most two
- 44:18interesting deep
- 44:20of those type of things we found, this other nonresident alien thing. Pretty sure we got the answer to that.
- 44:27Julie, were you trying to say something a minute ago?
- 44:35Okay. I guess that's no. Anybody else wanna say something?
- 44:41There's somebody.
- 44:43Thank you. Yes, sir.
- 44:44Unknown: Yeah, Rod. This is Boone.
- 44:46Hey, Boone. Different
- 44:48subject. You'd mentioned Alfred Schaefer.
- 44:51Unknown: No. I didn't. Monica Paul did. I didn't.
- 44:54Unknown: Well, anyway, Monica was on her program Saturday, and she, informed the audience that Alfred Schaeffer has been resentenced to seven more years of, time in the German prisons for holocaust
- 45:07Unknown: denial. So Oh, they'll turn the screw in a heartbeat. Boy, they love to do that kind of stuff. That is so sad.
- 45:14Seven more years. How long has he been in already?
- 45:18Unknown: Well, he's been in, I think, ten months this time, but prior to that, it's been, like, four years. So it's it's getting up there.
- 45:27Unknown: So
- 45:28Please, Lord, help us expose these bastards, please.
- 45:33Yeah.
- 45:33Whether it's putting empowering some of our students or
- 45:38getting the information in somebody's hands that has has a viable connections, however it is, please, Lord.
- 45:46When you when when your time is right,
- 45:49please allow us to get this information to the public, please. Hey, Roger.
- 45:54Yes.
- 45:56Unknown: There's 18 countries that make it illegal to question the holocaust.
- 46:01America, fortunately, is not one of them.
- 46:04But most almost every European country and Canada
- 46:09make it illegal to question the holocaust.
- 46:11Unknown: Of course.
- 46:13Of course.
- 46:18Unknown: They're making something illegal.
- 46:20Unknown: Well, in 49 of our states, you can't you can't say anything bad about boycotting
- 46:26Israel or you don't get state contracts.
- 46:29Yep. So.
- 46:3249
- 46:33of our states.
- 46:34And be something I've toyed with on that for a while, Gary.
- 46:38Isn't that unconstitutional?
- 46:44Well Doesn't that impede commerce and and
- 46:48and and and all this stuff which ought to be illegal? Isn't that what that is?
- 46:54Unknown: Well, I agree with you.
- 46:56However, it is under contract. If you sign the contract, I guess you gotta abide by the contract rules.
- 47:05Unknown: I guess that's how they're doing it.
- 47:08Masters
- 47:09of the Babylonian
- 47:11merchant code, folks. That's who we're dealing with. That's why they always fall back on it because they know it so well. They've been dealing with it for thousands of years.
- 47:20They know every quirk, every turn,
- 47:24every twist, how to weaponize on the on the entirety,
- 47:28I would say, of the Babylonian merchant code.
- 47:31We don't even know what a self help remedy is.
- 47:35We think we're under constitutional
- 47:37law.
- 47:39You're under the Uniform Commercial Code, folks.
- 47:43And the reason you are, again, this is another one of those things,
- 47:48Another one of those big blocks of the small number of pieces to put the puzzle together.
- 47:54Learn about the Babylonian
- 47:56merchant code. We call it the UCC.
- 47:59Learn about it. You don't have to go through and do Anderson on the c c UCC and learn it all. It's very complex.
- 48:07But yet you can go to the, book we've got on the website, historical jurisprudence,
- 48:13written a 100 ago, published by,
- 48:17oh, the medical
- 48:20place up there. Forgotten the name of it right off the bat, but regardless, it's a history of jurisprudence.
- 48:26It's a whole history of the whole judicial system, and it starts
- 48:31even though the system started before that.
- 48:35Because you see that evidently from what they found with these Cureform tablets and stuff
- 48:41is that we had basic
- 48:43basic types of laws like they're incorporated and polished up in the Babylonian merchant code itself,
- 48:51but in Samaria,
- 48:52in in Hanarabi,
- 48:54and some of these other ones, and they found them.
- 48:57You know, they found the the remedy and stuff on the little cure form tablets. So this was a way of dealing in commerce
- 49:05before Babylon,
- 49:06but Babylon, the great merchant society,
- 49:10is where it was polished.
- 49:13K?
- 49:14And this is what
- 49:16they came back when they were released from captivity with. This is what they came back with.
- 49:21And by the way, you know who Jeffrey
- 49:25Sachs went into quite a long
- 49:28dissertation
- 49:29on this, interview he's got over there with judge Knapp this morning.
- 49:34And he goes, look. I've been studying the Persians and these people for forty years. And he goes into a whole history
- 49:41of back then how they, you know, we we defeated Babylon and told the Jews to go back and rebuild the temple and all that kind of stuff. And,
- 49:51so Jeffrey Sachs goes over that today.
- 49:54So they're absolutely wonderful people,
- 49:57supposedly.
- 49:59They're not necessarily
- 50:03some of them practice the
- 50:07Shiite
- 50:08form of Islam. Some of them don't.
- 50:11They got synagogues
- 50:13over there.
- 50:14Remember our Presley? Remember our little young guy, 18 years old, that so many of you were impressed with when he did his video on this stuff?
- 50:23Remember him from
- 50:24five, six, seven years ago? Moore, Presley out in California?
- 50:29His his mother, Sunny,
- 50:31he came on the show here one day, and she said,
- 50:34and Presley's impressive. K? 18.
- 50:37And she said, I got two younger sons that are more impressive than him.
- 50:41They
- 50:42were
- 50:44well, their grandfather was was a Iranian Jew, Persian Jew.
- 50:49Yeah.
- 50:50There's still a whole bunch of them live over there. They just bombed a synagogue,
- 50:54and what these Zionists are trying to do is to terrorize them that the Iranians are against them and drive them over here to move to Israel. Who and what Jew are you know some bitches are crazy. Are you crazy enough to move to Israel now?
- 51:10Any of you, please, please, move back to Israel now. Go home. Dyspora,
- 51:16Go home now.
- 51:19Thinking you wanna go back to Israel right now? Hell, they're stumbling all over each other and fighting to get a plane seat to get out.
- 51:29So the, the worldwide Jewish community is in in in quite a little bit of turmoil at this point. They're trying to dyspour them around the world again. Redispora,
- 51:38is that what we should call it?
- 51:40The redispora.
- 51:42I have their dysporium over into Thailand. Mentioned that yesterday.
- 51:46The Thais hate them. They only want them to check-in to their hotels.
- 51:50They're getting into constant arguments. The Jews are over there stealing everything that ain't tied down. That's happening wherever else they're putting them to. Venezuela now.
- 52:00Colombia,
- 52:01right above me, has been taken over. They got a the former attorney for one of the drug cartels
- 52:06is now the president of Colombia, and he's let the the Jews in the right wing in over there already. They always been a left wing shining path and all that. Well, now they just switched, and they got Israel over there. Never really had much of a relationship
- 52:21with Colombia from what I've heard, but, boy, they got one now.
- 52:28So everywhere they go, they just do this same obnoxious crap.
- 52:33They're they're dead. They got a whole sect of them. I don't know whether it's
- 52:37Shabad Lebovich or whatever.
- 52:39Whole bunch of them are are are sex molesters of young boys and young girls probably too. They caught a whole sect of them over in Nicaragua.
- 52:49Well, they're moving down to Nicaragua now.
- 52:52So, but everywhere they go,
- 52:54they this
- 52:55a Norm Finkelstein,
- 52:57not me.
- 52:59Norm
- 53:00Finkelstein
- 53:03speaking with Tucker Carlson a couple weeks ago. Go here yourself.
- 53:09Tucker asked him about Netanyahu in this election.
- 53:16And he said,
- 53:18said, well, then Yahweh's been prime minister for twenty eight years.
- 53:24So he keeps getting elected. Now they got a little different parliamentary
- 53:29system where they can get coalitions and get control, and that's what he's doing even with the orthodox.
- 53:36I think that even the even
- 53:39the pals up with the orthodox here.
- 53:42Regardless, he said, well, that's because Netanyahu reflects the character of the
- 53:47Israeli people.
- 53:50They're obnoxious.
- 53:52Norm Penkelstein's order. Obnoxious.
- 53:56They're self righteous.
- 53:59Well, you're better than anybody else. You're better than anybody else. Yeah. They're self righteous. Yeah.
- 54:06Jewish supremacists.
- 54:08You're better than everybody else.
- 54:12You're Jewish.
- 54:14Aren't you glad you're Jewish?
- 54:18I wouldn't be.
- 54:21I'd be trying to get you as far away from that shit as I could myself.
- 54:25I don't wanna bite young boys
- 54:29foreskins
- 54:30off with my teeth and get them infected.
- 54:33With my teeth,
- 54:35was he just suck the blood out of a young boy's penis while you're biting off the foreskin with your teeth?
- 54:44No. I don't don't include me in any of that. And that's the orthodox, folks.
- 54:50That's the orthodox.
- 54:54So, nope, don't wanna be. Aren't you glad you're Jewish? I wouldn't I don't want any part of me being Jewish, although they have some you know, some of the some of the
- 55:03customs of the Jews are not bad. They've got some very wonderful old ancient customs, and it's these people that weren't weren't have not been contaminated
- 55:13with with all these Zionists.
- 55:17Sabotize
- 55:18the
- 55:19Jacob Frank ideas.
- 55:22And that's what we're dealing with. We heard it from from Barry Chamish.
- 55:27Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
- 55:30Unknown: You you mentioned
- 55:31sorry. Couldn't speak up where I'm before, but Yeah. You mentioned about being domestic.
- 55:37What is the
- 55:40there's a lot in that patriot movement that says, you know, return address is nondomestic.
- 55:45Unknown: Yeah. Could you go over domestic and nondomestic? Just say domestic is within the general country. I don't know. I've never even studied it. I just used that word to try and further somebody's understanding that didn't know what I was talking about. You've got a foreign
- 56:01nonresident
- 56:02alien, France, Germany,
- 56:04Thailand,
- 56:05Africa,
- 56:06Europe, wherever,
- 56:08and then you've got one that lives inside The United States that's filed paperwork that's not a federal citizen,
- 56:15but you're domestic within The United States. That's how I was using it.
- 56:21I all the all the e all the, you know, the
- 56:25that was a big deal,
- 56:27back years ago was that,
- 56:30if you had a poll if you had a mailbox on your property, that that extended federal jurisdiction. Have you ever heard that before tied into this address stuff?
- 56:41Yes.
- 56:43Well, here's the fact of it. That is true to an extent.
- 56:47But as usual, the patriotcom
- 56:49community never took it far enough
- 56:51because it's only on the inside
- 56:54of the mailbox that's federal territory.
- 56:57You can put flyers on the outside. You can mail stuff to the post. You can do anything you want, but don't put anything inside because that's federal territory.
- 57:06But the patriots never said that, and they never took that that far. So a whole bunch of them are chasing around nondomestic
- 57:13rural route,
- 57:14all this other crap. Do you know I actually had a call?
- 57:18Tom d asked me to call this guy a couple of years ago.
- 57:22He's in Dallas.
- 57:25Do you know who Phil Marsh was?
- 57:30The Pilot Society?
- 57:33No?
- 57:35Well, he was one of the first big national tax guys who's called Phil his name is Phil Marsh.
- 57:40His organization was called the Pilot
- 57:43Connection,
- 57:44I think.
- 57:45He wrote a book,
- 57:47died in federal prison, him and his wife both.
- 57:50And,
- 57:51his famous contribution
- 57:53was adding untaxing
- 57:55to the lexicon.
- 57:58I mean, he would go around and untax
- 58:01people.
- 58:04Like I said, he died in a federal prison.
- 58:08But, that that that was his deal.
- 58:11And bunch of people who followed that. Well, I get a call. Tom Dees says, call this guy.
- 58:17And he goes, can you tell me how to get a credit card?
- 58:23I've been following Phil Marsh since the nineties.
- 58:26And no post office box,
- 58:29everything is done in money orders,
- 58:31all that old patriot mythology to try and separate you from IRS
- 58:36where they couldn't track anything down. And he's here in the two thousand twenties
- 58:42still following
- 58:44Phil Marsh from the nineteen nineties.
- 58:49I I was kinda shocked, honestly.
- 58:53But he was still living his life under those protocols that were dictated by that lack of knowledge all those years ago.
- 59:00And I said, yeah, man. Just yeah. I can do all that stuff for you and get a get a regular
- 59:07address. You can get a credit card. You can do anything. K?
- 59:11So there's still people evidently out there living like that because he was one of them, and I spoke with him in the last couple of years.
- 59:19But, yeah, Phil Marshall and the early guys, and here's what they let ill him go.
- 59:25It's in the early nineties, I guess, up to mid nineties.
- 59:30They let old Phil Marsh go to the point where he was on ABC
- 59:34News.
- 59:35ABC Friday night with Stone Phillips or Geraldo Rivera or one of those guys.
- 59:42Well, they had Bill Marshall on there for an hour,
- 59:45Friday night primetime.
- 59:50Why'd they do that?
- 59:52Because they knew he's teaching bad information.
- 59:56They knew they were gonna slam him. They're looking for all the people that wanna stick their head up as t p is 40 is p, which is your tax protester in the IRS
- 1:00:07records.
- 1:00:08And they want you to connect and go, oh, Phil Marsh, I've been looking for him. And you and then they'll wait another year or two until he's gotten all those people into that net,
- 1:00:18and then they're gonna bust you and all of them at the same time. And as I've said twice,
- 1:00:23I believe Phil Marsh and his wife both died in federal prison.
- 1:00:27K?
- 1:00:29So this is not the way to approach this.
- 1:00:33You don't wanna do it that way
- 1:00:36unless you're just a a supreme masochist
- 1:00:39or something.
- 1:00:42But that's how they used to do it, and that's how they do it. Boy, they it's like catching a a big game fish.
- 1:00:49I don't know if any of you have ever done that and got that off your bucket list.
- 1:00:54I never have, but I know how to do it. I've tried to do it a number of times, just never been successful at it.
- 1:01:00And you get out there on the water and you're trolling, and you've got these and these things with all kind of
- 1:01:06streamers and stuff on. They don't have any hooks.
- 1:01:09They're just things to get the fish's attention.
- 1:01:13And you're going along and you get the the fish rises to those
- 1:01:17teasers.
- 1:01:19The guy's up on the second
- 1:01:22above the the the
- 1:01:24middle of the boat where you do all steering. You got another deck up there with the steering wheel, and he gets that elevation, and they see that big fish
- 1:01:32come up and come after that teaser.
- 1:01:35And then very slowly,
- 1:01:37they'll take a ballyhoo,
- 1:01:39which is very desirable fish for these, and they'll put it out, and they'll just very
- 1:01:45slowly
- 1:01:46strip line and let it get out there
- 1:01:49by that streamer, and they'll pull the streamer in and let that ballyhoo
- 1:01:55be sitting there dragging. Now the fish can turn his attention to the ballyhoo,
- 1:01:59and the billfish
- 1:02:01come up and they just don't bite. See? That's the the stocking and the gamesmanship
- 1:02:06here.
- 1:02:07Those those fish don't just come up and and bite and take off. They they wanna kill that balayoo first just like they do in the wild. And so they'll slash at it with their bill and all that.
- 1:02:20And so what you do
- 1:02:22under the instruction of the captain at that point
- 1:02:26is you take the little bail lever and you throw that bail lever. And so the line now is streaming on an open reel. You put your finger on it,
- 1:02:35and you let that
- 1:02:37billfish get that thing killed in his mind,
- 1:02:41and he comes up and takes it in his mouth,
- 1:02:43and then he's gonna swim off and eat it. And you've got your reel open and the bales open,
- 1:02:49and they just take a line and take a line and take a line. And when they're real sure that he got it real secure in his gullet or he maybe even in his stomach,
- 1:02:58then they'll tell you to throw that bail
- 1:03:01and yank and set that hook.
- 1:03:04And now the poor old billfish ain't gonna get off at all. But you see that's a process of bringing somebody up, tricking them, and and doing that. That's how the IRS does it.
- 1:03:14They'll get somebody like Phil Marsh, and they'll get 5,000
- 1:03:17people. Like, oh god. Oh, yeah. I hate the damn taxes I've been looking for this guy,
- 1:03:22and they'll start getting involved in him and all that, and he gets it all bigger, bigger, bigger. And a couple years later, wham, they come throw the net over all of you. That's what happened to Phil Marsh. I saw it happen.
- 1:03:35K? He was the first guy I ever saw after my friends had told me, and I'd watch part of this tape or all of it by that time. And just happened the next week, Phil Marsh was in Atlanta
- 1:03:48giving us speed. And not only was he in Atlanta, he was about, I don't know, three or four miles from my house out there in Marietta.
- 1:03:56And so I got to go up and see Phil Marsh and got there early, but I was like Jay the other day. Just enthusiast.
- 1:04:03I couldn't why to walk through walls to get this information.
- 1:04:06I wanted it so bad. Some of some of you out there same way.
- 1:04:12I get there early. I go up and talk to them. They got a couple of conference tables laid out with
- 1:04:17free material and books.
- 1:04:19This book for sales. I bought his book.
- 1:04:24First place I ever learned about Sun Tzu, first place I ever learned about the lunar and the elder design, Phil Marsh's book.
- 1:04:32And so,
- 1:04:33his big room,
- 1:04:35you know, those doors at the back, well, there's two of those rooms combined
- 1:04:39they had within without four of those doors in the back or more.
- 1:04:43And I was up there talking with them and looking at stuff, and I turned around and almost the whole damn room was full. There's actually during the his speech, it was a standing room only in the back in the hall.
- 1:04:56People were out in the hall listening to him. Folks, this was 1992.
- 1:05:061992,
- 1:05:08there was that kind of interest.
- 1:05:12And so,
- 1:05:14you know, listen to the talk,
- 1:05:17went home, read the books, stayed up most of the night reading these books. I couldn't get enough. I could not get this information in my brain fast enough, and some of you are like that. K?
- 1:05:29And
- 1:05:31so, anyway, that's my affiliation
- 1:05:33and and and
- 1:05:37connection with Phil Marsh. Couple of weeks later,
- 1:05:40my same Jewish friend, doctor Stan Bravi,
- 1:05:45dear friend, good guy,
- 1:05:48just a good guy. He had immigrated from Russia.
- 1:05:53He was a psychiatrist over there.
- 1:05:55He had they had given him a couple of hospitals to clean up, you know, cobwebs, cockroaches, and he'd he'd turn them around into showcase
- 1:06:04hospitals,
- 1:06:05and they were gonna send him to do the third one in Saint Petersburg,
- 1:06:08and he immigrated.
- 1:06:10Don't know how he got out, but he immigrated.
- 1:06:13Went to New York,
- 1:06:14started driving a taxi,
- 1:06:16didn't speak a word English.
- 1:06:19Somebody set him up with his wife on a blind date, and he proposed to her the first night. He was just a hell of a guy. I loved him like a brother. Okay? Really good, good guy.
- 1:06:31And Stan, because he knew all this stuff, he knew he's Jewish. He knew he's from Russia. He knew about all the all the exploits in the background of Jewish people. You know? And so he'd call us. He go, Roger. Roger.
- 1:06:44So I talked. Roger.
- 1:06:47There's a tax meeting in town. There's a tax meeting in town.
- 1:06:50Stan, who is it? Who is it? I'd already seen Phil Marsh. He'd already turned us on to him. I don't know. I had some guy named Benson.
- 1:06:59Well, in Phil Marsh's book,
- 1:07:02I had read about Bill Benson up there in Chicago with the law that never was, the sixteenth amendment.
- 1:07:07And the seventeenth amendment, him and Red Beckman, had proved beyond any doubt that neither one of those amendments were lawfully
- 1:07:15ratified. They're both fraudulently ratified.
- 1:07:18And he'd written two books about it. Well,
- 1:07:21Stan goes, this was some guy named Benson. Well, automatically, I thought it's gotta be this guy, Bill Benson.
- 1:07:27Oh, shit. I can't wait to go see him.
- 1:07:30Well, it wasn't it wasn't Bill Benson. It wasn't Wayne Benson. He's another Benson out there. Spelled a little differently. None of them are related.
- 1:07:38It was John Benson.
- 1:07:40And I walked in. He's sitting on the couch there in the outer office.
- 1:07:44I looked over at him and wondered who this guy is. Just small portly little guy, unimpressive
- 1:07:51as hell,
- 1:07:52and just walked on in. Well, Glenn came up and opened up the meeting. There were eight or 10 of us in there.
- 1:08:01And he turned the meeting over to this guy, the little portly guy that was sitting on the couch when I walked in.
- 1:08:09Soft spoken
- 1:08:11demeanor.
- 1:08:12Never
- 1:08:13in in in in when Glenn and I did a memorial for John after his death,
- 1:08:19we did a two hour show on that.
- 1:08:23And Glenn brought up something that I I I never thought of before. He says, and Glenn lived with him, and they they were they were thick. Okay?
- 1:08:33And,
- 1:08:34Glenn says, you know, in all the years that I knew him and was around him, I never heard him raise his voice
- 1:08:41one time.
- 1:08:43I went, you know what? I'll be darned. I didn't either. Well, I wasn't around him that much by any means, but I when he said that, it triggered that in me. I never heard him raise his voice. Can
- 1:08:55do y'all know anybody that never raises their voice?
- 1:09:01Are any of these heated discussions and stuff on tax law, Anna? Oh, never never raised his voice. He was an exemplary human being.
- 1:09:10Anyway, I go over to the insurance thing, and it's not Bill Benson. It's not Wayne Benson. I didn't even know about Wayne Benson then. It's this little guy named Bill Benson and all this stuff. Like, you guys come into here the first time
- 1:09:22and your head's spinning because you all this stuff just got well, that's the way I was at night.
- 1:09:28Oh, we got in the fourteenth amendment and citizen of United States are blacks, and I don't remember whatever else we covered. We covered all kinds of stuff that night that was totally out of my bailiwick
- 1:09:41and understanding,
- 1:09:43but I knew
- 1:09:45there was something of great substance there.
- 1:09:49I didn't understand it.
- 1:09:51I'll be the first one to tell you.
- 1:09:53But I knew there were some contradictions there that had to be important
- 1:09:57and that I was gonna look into it because I've been looking for answers, and this is a first place I'd found where I could, you know, get in that little mouse thing and go down some sort of a path.
- 1:10:08Well, here we are all those years later, folks.
- 1:10:11I'm still going down the path.
- 1:10:13I tell you it's a process, not an event,
- 1:10:17because I'm still learning.
- 1:10:19Doesn't happen too often anymore, but occasionally,
- 1:10:23like this nonreson alien thing, I was commenting and complimenting
- 1:10:27Julian Larry on.
- 1:10:29Something like that comes up, and I go, well, I'll be darned.
- 1:10:32But I didn't understand that.
- 1:10:34K?
- 1:10:35Never looked into it that deep.
- 1:10:37So, anyway, there's just a little path on, on how we got here, folks.
- 1:10:44A Jew,
- 1:10:45a Russian Jew
- 1:10:48Who who I just I loved him and his wife. They were wonderful
- 1:10:53people.
- 1:10:54Just wonderful people. Boy, she was a good looking little thing too.
- 1:10:59Just sweet as they could be genuine. I remember
- 1:11:02I went over there one day after our church,
- 1:11:05our our our monthly church just at their house or something, and I had a pin on
- 1:11:12that I had another one of the patriot guys had it, and I just begged him for it. He finally gave it to me. And it was a little blue Star of David,
- 1:11:23and and and on it, it said, goyum for Jesus.
- 1:11:30Goyum for Jesus.
- 1:11:32And I walked up to her their door to see them about whatever I was there for, and I had that lapel pin on.
- 1:11:39And and she saw that and just busted up laughing. Okay? I I really remember that. She's a sweetie.
- 1:11:47But, we're here because of a Jew, actually, ironically enough, if you really go back,
- 1:11:53because he knew we were interested in the tax movement. He had the answers and understood it being Jewish and being Russian,
- 1:11:59and he fed us.
- 1:12:01That's why we're here.
- 1:12:06Interesting times.
- 1:12:07Good good memories.
- 1:12:11But, you wanna be succinct. If you're not succinct, you're gonna end up in that net somewhere. You gotta know. And they don't ever mess with us, do they?
- 1:12:21You don't ever hear anybody come on here. Well, they came and seized my car. Well, they garnished my wages. They did this. They did that. You don't ever hear that here.
- 1:12:31We got a open forum. If it happened to anybody, they can come on and believe me. There's some people if it if it happens to you, want you to tell us so we can help you alleviate today.
- 1:12:41But if they do that sort of thing, they've overstepped their boundaries clearly.
- 1:12:46And
- 1:12:47you hadn't seen them do it yet, have you?
- 1:12:49No.
- 1:12:51Here we are basically flipping the bird to them. You flip the bird
- 1:12:57too easily.
- 1:12:59The biggest, baddest, wealthiest,
- 1:13:01most influential,
- 1:13:02heinous son of a bitches
- 1:13:05that have ever walked and controlled the earth. And you're speaking truth to power to them, and I mean point blank like David, Doug, Goliath,
- 1:13:14and they stand mute
- 1:13:17every
- 1:13:18time.
- 1:13:21Every time.
- 1:13:24Caravez.
- 1:13:27Every time.
- 1:13:29Because they can't. They can't rebut it. They can't deny it. They gotta accept it, and it's your choice. So they got no say in the matter at all.
- 1:13:39Mhmm. Unless they're tyrants. They get control of the country enough. We, yeah, we get enough of these damn billionaires surrounding Trump. You'll get there.
- 1:13:49Who was it?
- 1:13:51Jeffrey Sachs, Paul, was saying he went to after the UN, they had the meeting that last week, they had Chi stood, stayed over, and Trump did took him to the tours of the new ballroom and everything else.
- 1:14:06And, they had a big dinner, a big gala,
- 1:14:10and Jeffrey Sachs said, I counted 19
- 1:14:13Jewish billionaires in the room.
- 1:14:16Mhmm. That's what he just said on that interview this morning.
- 1:14:2019 Jewish billionaires.
- 1:14:22Well, we just keep the lining them up and surrounding Trump, folks. We're gonna be just like Bolshevik damn Russia.
- 1:14:31Unknown: Think that I think that that
- 1:14:34Unknown: Trump's only shortcoming is I do believe money is his god. I Well, it is. It's gotten to be that way now. It wasn't that way when he was campaigning or when he first got in there, but he's getting that way now. Evidently, they cost
- 1:14:48him half of his fortune
- 1:14:50in running spending his own money and all the law lawfare
- 1:14:54and shit. And so now he's turned and gonna get get that and whatever else he can get while he's in there as a lame duck.
- 1:15:02Unknown: Yeah. Well, I I think that I think that that he's always been
- 1:15:08He he's always been in it for the money,
- 1:15:12but I think before
- 1:15:14he used some of his money, some of his wealth in humanitarian
- 1:15:19ways,
- 1:15:22like Oh, no doubt. People. See. He
- 1:15:25paid off he paid off a mortgage of
- 1:15:29someone that died,
- 1:15:30Unknown: like in the line of duty, whatever. He he paid off a bus driver. Mortgage. Bus driver got killed in an accident. The next day, they get a check for the for their mortgage from Trump.
- 1:15:40Unknown: Right. So
- 1:15:42And that's not an isolated incident, by the way. No. It's not. No. It it was a fairly common occurrence.
- 1:15:48The
- 1:15:50The thing with the IRS
- 1:15:52is
- 1:15:53they're going to get increasingly
- 1:15:55desperate and they are going to always fall
- 1:15:58back on administrative
- 1:16:00procedure.
- 1:16:01Unknown: They're going continue
- 1:16:03Unknown: to send out the
- 1:16:05computer generated letters.
- 1:16:07They're gonna continue
- 1:16:09to
- 1:16:10put out the confirmatory writings.
- 1:16:13Takeaway from I that is don't think they do that. Ever, ever leave a communication from the IRS unanswered.
- 1:16:21Unknown: Ever. That's a good idea. Always answer them back,
- 1:16:24but I think they're already over their skis.
- 1:16:28And, we don't get any confirmatory writings because
- 1:16:33our people's failure to file is legitimate.
- 1:16:37Unknown: Right. But the but the the computer generated letters, I mean, the IRS has the infrastructure, and they have the money to send out literally millions
- 1:16:47of computer generated letters, and they can very easily convert those into confirmatory writings.
- 1:16:54They can, like They can pummel somebody
- 1:16:56Unknown: with inbound put out 10,000. You owe us $10,000,
- 1:17:00and probably 8,000 people had to respond back and pay them pay them. Exactly.
- 1:17:06Unknown: That they didn't know didn't Yeah. Because they they fear
- 1:17:10Unknown: the IRS. Well, we that's what we try and do is get that wet your pants syndrome out of your life.
- 1:17:17Right. And there is Although I have the double use
- 1:17:20I understand that. I know. I used to go to my mailbox,
- 1:17:23and I had a little bit of a walk down the hill to get back to the house.
- 1:17:27And, you know, you have one or two letters from the IRS in there. You don't open them on the side of the street. But by the time you get back to the house, your knees are knocking already. I've been there. Right.
- 1:17:38Unknown: Now there is something with the W8BEN,
- 1:17:41and Julie brought this up. That's that's why I was asking earlier
- 1:17:45if she was on today.
- 1:17:48The No. W8BEN,
- 1:17:50there is something in the code
- 1:17:52that forces employers
- 1:17:54to automatically deduct 30%
- 1:17:58and hold it back
- 1:18:00for
- 1:18:01taxes.
- 1:18:02And it is a it is a policy that specifically applies
- 1:18:06to nonresident aliens
- 1:18:08in some way. It's their administrative policy.
- 1:18:11Yeah. And we've had people that have
- 1:18:16been
- 1:18:17I mean, their employers are forced
- 1:18:19to deduct the flat 30%.
- 1:18:23I don't remember hearing that. I think
- 1:18:25Julie or Larry probably have more information on that than I do. I'm, of course, paraphrasing.
- 1:18:31Unknown: Just don't file a WABN
- 1:18:33anymore evidently. Right?
- 1:18:35Unknown: Ben but you have to
- 1:18:38there is really no document they have that applies to nationals.
- 1:18:43There is no document that applies to us.
- 1:18:47The w eight doesn't. The w nine doesn't.
- 1:18:50The I nine doesn't. None of them apply to us.
- 1:18:54$10.40 NR. $10.40
- 1:18:57Unknown: NR does.
- 1:18:59Unknown: There's yours, Julie, right there.
- 1:19:02Unknown: Yeah. So you're correct. The way you have to stay out of this tax system is stop filling out and stop accepting w fours, w eights, and w nines. You have got to educate.
- 1:19:14A company you work for is not your employer.
- 1:19:17It's a company.
- 1:19:18You are not an employee per IRS definition.
- 1:19:22The W4 form
- 1:19:23is not applicable to anybody who lives in the 50 states or in Washington DC who works for the government.
- 1:19:30The W-eight form is for foreigners.
- 1:19:32That's 30% of gross income that gets deducted and a W-nine is not applicable either because you're not a US person. If you look at the signature line, it defines you signing as a US person.
- 1:19:45A US person
- 1:19:47is a individual or
- 1:19:49an entity in possession of income belonging
- 1:19:54to a foreign person,
- 1:19:56and it's not your income. You're just the domestic agent. Those are the definitions. None of those forms are applicable, so you've got to start educating the people who are requesting that you sign them, like banks that say sign a w nine. Are not applicable to any of us. Okay.
- 1:20:11Unknown: Without totally
- 1:20:13getting everybody confused and going into all that stuff, if you've got questions on this,
- 1:20:19Julie and Larry
- 1:20:20have bellied up to the bar and volunteered to be the specialist here.
- 1:20:25And if you've got that kind of a situation, I suggest you talk to one of them
- 1:20:30ahead of whatever you're gonna do. K? But I I it's very confusing for the audience as we try not to get into statutes and this and the other. Sometimes you can't help it.
- 1:20:41But regardless, these are the kind of things that they're uncovering, and I applaud you for that, Julie. And Larry.
- 1:20:48Unknown: Roger.
- 1:20:49Unknown: Larry.
- 1:20:51Unknown: Yeah. So when you sign a w nine under penalty of perjury,
- 1:20:57you are acknowledging that you are a US person in
- 1:21:01custody
- 1:21:02or
- 1:21:03that you're a US person or a domestic agent, that's what person is,
- 1:21:08in custody of income that belongs to a foreign person. The foreign person could be a corporation
- 1:21:13or could be an individual.
- 1:21:16So none of those forms are for us, not even the w a b e n.
- 1:21:21Unknown: Larry, quick question. Just
- 1:21:24by virtue of the fact that you're signing that under penalty of perjury, they use the within jurat.
- 1:21:30So if you're signing a within jurat,
- 1:21:33you're admitting that you're within The United States.
- 1:21:38You're at is the hook.
- 1:21:40Unknown: You'd be agreeing with it because you don't dispute it.
- 1:21:43Unknown: Comment comment when you sign any of those forms under penalty of perjury. You've just admitted that you're a taxpayer.
- 1:21:49A w four turns into a w two.
- 1:21:53The the company that you're you're laboring with is a tattletale and tells the IRS, hey, you know, Paul just made a $100,000.
- 1:22:02Mhmm. And then the IRS comes after you and says failure to file. Any one of those forms penalty of perjury.
- 1:22:08First of all, you signed that you're a person who you're not you are somebody who you're not. But second of all, you just admitted to the IRS that I owe you you I owe you taxes and that's how all these people from Wesley Snipes and everybody got in big trouble by signing the w fours, w eights, and w nine. Okay.
- 1:22:27Unknown: And if you get into the if you're getting into this situation, you got problems with the IRS,
- 1:22:33traffic. I try not to hash it out on the air because it can get very confusing to people. We've now got two people who understand it pretty well,
- 1:22:41and we'll just bird dog you over there. K? Now they may charge you. I don't know. Are y'all charging anybody for this, Julie?
- 1:22:51Julie? Today, I have not, but I'm gonna have to start charging because Yeah. Because it just gets so laborious for you. I mean, you know? Yep. And so Every I try to make every letter
- 1:23:03Unknown: a little bit different than the ones before because each person's CP number, CP 59 or whatever they get, I try to make them and just jumble them up a little bit because we have to copy certain people on these letters that are in the know of the IRS scam and there's only a handful. If any of you that's why
- 1:23:20on this show sometimes you'll get people who fill out a ten forty NR and they'll get a frivolous filing
- 1:23:28letter back from the IRS where other people like Dave Dave and Kay that he's filing ten forty NR every year and get his money back. It's because none of the 125,000
- 1:23:38IRS agents know about the scam. They
- 1:23:41Unknown: don't know what they're doing. You can call 10 of them with a tax scam, and they have no clue what they're doing. So you get call ten
- 1:23:48ten of their helpline people
- 1:23:51with 10 different questions.
- 1:23:53With the same question, you get 10 different answers. K? Correct. Just the way it is.
- 1:23:58Unknown: Yep. And it's important to note that none of this should be considered legal
- 1:24:03or financial advice.
- 1:24:05Any assistance that anyone
- 1:24:07gets from either
- 1:24:08Julie or Larry cannot be considered financial or legal advice.
- 1:24:14Unknown: Well, you can you consider it coming from me. They can come after me. K?
- 1:24:19Because nationals don't have that burden.
- 1:24:22Roger? Yes, Larry.
- 1:24:25Unknown: Yeah. When you when you hand over your Social Security number to the IRS, there's a there's a presumption that they
- 1:24:34apply
- 1:24:35and that is they now treat your Social Security number as a taxpayer
- 1:24:40identification
- 1:24:41number. So you are making yourself
- 1:24:44accountable to them,
- 1:24:46and and you are voluntarily
- 1:24:48saying, yes. I am a taxpayer
- 1:24:51by virtue of giving them your your Social Security number.
- 1:24:56So, again, all of these forms Well they want your Social Security number.
- 1:25:02That's because all of these forms are for
- 1:25:05foreign nationals,
- 1:25:07foreign people, foreign persons,
- 1:25:10foreign corporations.
- 1:25:12The
- 1:25:13IRS is attempting to
- 1:25:16exercise what I believe to be an indirect tax,
- 1:25:20a privilege tax on their income
- 1:25:23for the mere privilege that they that they are working in the in this country,
- 1:25:28they have to pay a a tax on that income.
- 1:25:33Unknown: Well, US citizens do it anywhere in the world.
- 1:25:37You know, if you're to live outside The United States, you got some some
- 1:25:4270 or 90,000 they may have raised or whatever. You don't have to report under that. If you make over that amount, you gotta report no matter where you are in the world. For a long time, we're the only country in the world that did that. There's a few others that have joined them. Uruguay, I know is one. I think there's maybe one or two. Oh, I can tell you the other one. Canada.
- 1:26:02You know how I know? Because Canada instituted birthright citizenship two years ago.
- 1:26:08Do you think they just did that on a whim, do you?
- 1:26:14No.
- 1:26:15So, anyway,
- 1:26:16just be glad you stumbled on the information. You were receptive.
- 1:26:21Hopefully, you followed through and gotten these damn monsters off your back. You know what usury
- 1:26:29is defined as is putting a scorpion on your back.
- 1:26:34Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:26:35Now now that Very, very accurate. Go ahead. Incidentally,
- 1:26:40that is the one point that I think
- 1:26:44Mr. Mentz
- 1:26:48is wrong in because
- 1:26:52one of his
- 1:26:54PowerPoint slides,
- 1:26:55can you stop withholding? In short, yes, there are certain variables depending on the type of employment form you're filling out, in general it comes down to W-eight BEN or W-four.
- 1:27:05Ideally you would give your employer a W-eight BEN as it makes you the beneficial owner of your labor and is not submitted to the IRS. Unfortunately,
- 1:27:15this becomes increasingly challenging the more corporate your workplace is.
- 1:27:19If that is the case, you can still mark yourself exempt from withholding on a standard W-four.
- 1:27:24However, in most cases this has to be renewed and refiled
- 1:27:28with the employer every single year. So what Mr. Mens is saying
- 1:27:33is that nationals
- 1:27:37can use those forms and I think that we've already discussed
- 1:27:41where he would be incorrect. Go ahead, Julie.
- 1:27:45Unknown: If a national uses the W-four and marks exempt
- 1:27:48and then fails to file a ten forty, you're going to get a lock in letter.
- 1:27:52I'm in possession of many lock in letters right now. I'm not going to name names of nationals
- 1:27:58who now are being threatened by the IRS for lock in letters which results
- 1:28:03in 30% of the gross income removed,
- 1:28:07Unknown: taken out of your paycheck every time you're paid. Now could they could they file a ten forty NR and get that back next year, next tax filing season?
- 1:28:17Unknown: I don't know because a lot of people who are filing for NR are getting a frivolous filing. I've got those two now. You filed ten forty NR, they've got his back. We've got other people who filed ten forty NR and got got,
- 1:28:29accused of,
- 1:28:32frivolous filing.
- 1:28:34Unknown: Oh,
- 1:28:36okay.
- 1:28:38Unknown: Those three, W489s
- 1:28:41are not applicable at all to any of us. So you got to start stop filing them. You got to start telling the human resources department or anybody who's trying to give you one that I'm sorry, but that is not applicable to me.
- 1:28:56Unknown: Roger.
- 1:28:57Unknown: Got it. And get it and get it in writing. Don't do it verbally. Get it in writing. Educate them in writing, get it in writing and then get it back in writing because If they're not going to pay
- 1:29:07you don't sign it, they're not going to pay you because then you can use that against
- 1:29:12the IRS when those forms come because that's called extortion,
- 1:29:16fraud and the inducement.
- 1:29:18And the actual person requesting those forms has
- 1:29:21committed a felony under Title 18 U. S. C. Sixteen twenty two and you can take them to court and sue them if you were to lose your job because they have no business requiring you to fuck up, commit penalty perjury
- 1:29:36on a piece of paper and signing something for who you are not and agreeing to pay taxes when you're not a taxpayer. They have made your employer a withholding
- 1:29:47Unknown: agent,
- 1:29:49and your employer
- 1:29:50is more scared of them than they are of you.
- 1:29:54Just book that. Who had a comment?
- 1:29:58Unknown: Well, I was gonna say I
- 1:30:00I,
- 1:30:01you know, would not get contracts if I didn't fill out their their forms. So Right. I always just put my
- 1:30:07Who's speaking? Passport number on it. Yeah.
- 1:30:11I just put my passport number on it, and I signed without prejudice and dot dot dot, meaning there's more to my agreement, you know, than just
- 1:30:19their form. And in fact, Terry Lee actually
- 1:30:22came up with. He privatized
- 1:30:24their
- 1:30:26w eight form, and I have a copy of that if anybody wants to see. I just don't know how he used it. You know? So
- 1:30:33I'm trying to get his whole case of everything he's filed in. He's got, like, 40 pages over twenty years filed into a local case.
- 1:30:40And
- 1:30:42supposedly, doesn't even pay property tax up there, but the sheriff calls him to see if if he does get stopped, did my boys treat me well?
- 1:30:49Unknown: So high yield. There you go. Can send me best. Sometimes it's easy.
- 1:30:55Sometimes it's hard, folks, and I don't know which one your past's gonna be.
- 1:30:59Unknown: Send any of that stuff to me that you want.
- 1:31:02PgBeaner@Gmail.com.
- 1:31:06Unknown: Roger? Yes, Larry?
- 1:31:09Unknown: The best position anyone could be in is to
- 1:31:12not have any withholdings taken out. That way, you don't have to attempt to file any of these forms,
- 1:31:19including a ten forty n r. And it is possible to accomplish that without having to,
- 1:31:26you know, be forced to fill out a w four.
- 1:31:29You just have to educate the, employers with the law, the actual codes, and what they're saying.
- 1:31:36Unknown: And, folks, you may not have any problems with yours. The best the ideal applicant,
- 1:31:42if you will,
- 1:31:43is somebody that's self employed and can go set your business up
- 1:31:48with these bastards where they can't get any of it. You don't have to go through this crap.
- 1:31:53That's ideal, but you may not be in that situation.
- 1:31:59Unknown: Yes. It is, Roger. Roger. Well, you don't have you don't have to mess with any of it. That's right. That's the idea. Filed no forms. You ain't gotta know do nothing.
- 1:32:08Unknown: Don't don't
- 1:32:10ask me no questions. I won't tell you no lies, Julie.
- 1:32:14Unknown: Yeah. I was just gonna say, and for those of you who just are on one fixed income a month and that Social Security,
- 1:32:21you're you fall underneath the radar. You're fine. You're not gonna hear
- 1:32:25from the IRS at all. But
- 1:32:28if you are on if you are on fixed income like the
- 1:32:33Social
- 1:32:34Security
- 1:32:35and then you decide to go out and make some additional income
- 1:32:39and you decide and somebody requires you to fill out a W-nine form which results in a ten ninety nine form being sent to the IRS.
- 1:32:48You better bet you're going to hear from them and it's going to be a failure to file because I'm in possession of those letters.
- 1:32:55So just an FYI, usually under Social Security or under the radar unless you're somebody making the top amount every month, four I think it's $5,000
- 1:33:04a month now that some people based on how much they paid in can make per month.
- 1:33:10But and I'm not sure exactly what the I haven't calculated that yet,
- 1:33:16what the amount would be per month that would make you fall underneath the radar. But again you get some $10.99 income over that or you go out and get another job and you've got W-two income over that Social Security income you're gonna hear from the IRS for failure to file a ten forty pharmacy filed one if you signed one of those w fours or one of those w nines. Well, you're gonna hear from the Social Security thing like Debbie did and said, okay. Well, you can pay us back this that you were erroneously received or else we just won't send you a check for a year. Which do you prefer?
- 1:33:48Yep.
- 1:33:49Unknown: K.
- 1:33:51So yep.
- 1:33:53Anyway, the we're deeper in the IRS stuff than any place I've ever been before. And
- 1:33:59just if you got problems, we're gonna steer you to Julie or Larry.
- 1:34:03And unless it's demonstrative
- 1:34:06and and and something that can educate the audience on, we'll just let them handle it because it gets so confusing.
- 1:34:13People just get very confused in this. It's meant to be that way.
- 1:34:18K? Let me just
- 1:34:20my
- 1:34:22you know, after they stole that 35,000
- 1:34:24from my house closing,
- 1:34:26hell, I've never heard from I heard heard from them once after that.
- 1:34:30And they just said, well, as I've told y'all before, they said, well, you only owed us 30.
- 1:34:35Hypothecated
- 1:34:36totally. I didn't owe them crap.
- 1:34:38And
- 1:34:39but we're we're gonna add an extra 5,000 for taxes we think you might owe in the future.
- 1:34:45So if you wonder why I'm here on a regular basis with zeal every day, it's because I'm getting that 5,000 back.
- 1:34:54K?
- 1:34:55Every one of you that files this paperwork,
- 1:34:58I get paid a little bit back. I'm just being facetious, of course. In my mind, I get paid a little bit.
- 1:35:06So, anyway, I get to turn the shiv
- 1:35:09another quarter of a turn
- 1:35:12into the Satanist Jewish
- 1:35:16Babylonian
- 1:35:17horse thieves.
- 1:35:18Okay.
- 1:35:19Who else got something else?
- 1:35:21Roger, I got a question. Alright. Boy, that's refreshing. Let's hear it. It's nice
- 1:35:27Unknown: to hear you again.
- 1:35:30Unknown: Who is this, by the way?
- 1:35:32Unknown: Dan from Pittsburgh.
- 1:35:33Unknown: Okay. Dan.
- 1:35:35Yes, sir. Well, hell, man. Heard from you in a year. How am I supposed to recognize your voice? Well, that's yeah. Okay.
- 1:35:42Unknown: Hey. So
- 1:35:43let's say we apply for a job and we wanna get the job and they've got all these forms for us to fill out,
- 1:35:50what do we do?
- 1:35:52Unknown: Well, that's a good question. You can you can it depends on you. You wanna try and educate your employer or do you wanna fill them all out and file a ten forty in our next spring?
- 1:36:02That's the way I understand it.
- 1:36:05Unknown: And where do we go to get educated on educating our employer? Here, I guess.
- 1:36:12Unknown: There's there you can also use the IRS codes, and you can use Dave's Champion's materials.
- 1:36:19You will know that a W-four has employer at the top and it has employee signature under the signature line.
- 1:36:27You got to use the IRS definition of what an employer is and what who an employee is. That's not you.
- 1:36:34And so you just educate the employer in writing and tell or not employer, I should say company. You are not an employee, you're a laborer and you're not working for an employer, you're working for company. And you have to educate them and tell them that this is not applicable to me.
- 1:36:50And
- 1:36:51then if they say well, we
- 1:36:54they need to say in writing, we require you to
- 1:36:58fill this out and sign it in order to work here and to be paid. Then you got them by the balls because now they've committed subordination of perjury which is a felony crime.
- 1:37:10And when you get a letter from the IRS stating that they're going to lock in, they're going to get a you're going to get a lock in letter or you're going to get a failure and or a failure to file,
- 1:37:19you can basically challenge the IRS and tell them that their instructions are not transparent.
- 1:37:24They're based on trickery.
- 1:37:27They are not they do not give full disclosure in the instructions on the W-four form. And if they would just state because they've got both general instructions and specific instructions that are miles long and impossible
- 1:37:38for the average person to understand what you're reading. It's trickery times 10. When you don't have that, that's That's fraud
- 1:37:45called fraud inducement.
- 1:37:47It makes
- 1:37:48everything null and void. Now if you do have to sign that W-four
- 1:37:53and I a lot of people disagree with me, but I do recommend that you
- 1:37:58could try to put your passport number on there like Bob just said. That's an idea. But if you don't want to put your passport number on there you could just try to put
- 1:38:08you sign it your name and put under TDC
- 1:38:11which means direct
- 1:38:12coercion
- 1:38:13and that nullifies that W-four form.
- 1:38:16And take a picture of it before you turn it in. And if you have to sign electronically sign it under TDDC
- 1:38:23online and the IRS will
- 1:38:27not accept those. But these companies
- 1:38:31that you work for they don't turn in those W4s
- 1:38:35and W8s and W9s.
- 1:38:37Those are between you and the company. The only time those come into play
- 1:38:42is if the IRS
- 1:38:44sees your company you're working for sending
- 1:38:48W-2s into them every year and they're not getting a ten forty from you. You're not filing. That's where
- 1:38:54and then they don't see any withholding
- 1:38:57being turned into them. That's where the lock in letters
- 1:39:00start to
- 1:39:01arise from.
- 1:39:03So but it is all about education.
- 1:39:05And then if the employer and most of the time the employers are not going to tell you, you don't have to
- 1:39:12sign that. But I've had a couple of cases where the employers have said, okay. No problem. Don't worry about it.
- 1:39:17So, know, you you gotta ask and you gotta get it in writing because then you got the ammo against them.
- 1:39:25Unknown: Great. And Julie, where do you go for your education on this?
- 1:39:29Unknown: Dave Champion. I've had many consultations with him and I'm in many in many small groups.
- 1:39:35Go to YouTube and tie and go type in dave champion p h dot d.
- 1:39:40He studied tax law for nineteen years.
- 1:39:44He he has studied the entire Internal Revenue Manual,
- 1:39:47and he has studied every single code.
- 1:39:50There's nobody who knows it better than he.
- 1:39:53Unknown: Awesome. Thank you. Roger, where do we get your archive?
- 1:39:57Unknown: Paul?
- 1:39:59Well,
- 1:40:00Unknown: we've you know, we're going through a couple of changes here, Dan. You hadn't been around. You may not know Paul.
- 1:40:06We're trying to get his ass moved to Oklahoma. K? Still.
- 1:40:10Still.
- 1:40:12You wanna repeat that? Still?
- 1:40:16Yeah.
- 1:40:17And so what we're
- 1:40:20doing is having to play archives on the front
- 1:40:23to the public through the
- 1:40:25website,
- 1:40:26and then we've got our offline discussion here. It's the only way we could continue. We've been doing this for, well,
- 1:40:33after tomorrow about two months.
- 1:40:36Unknown: If you need
- 1:40:38If you need to review anything that was said in this offline discussion,
- 1:40:43I'll grab the recording,
- 1:40:45and I will publish it after
- 1:40:47I publish the archive for today. So it will be on radio.globalvoiceradio.net,
- 1:40:54or just go to the matrix docs
- 1:40:58and click on the Radio Ranch archives.
- 1:41:02Unknown: It'll be It's in there somewhere.
- 1:41:05But we're very informal here. We don't play music and the breaks and the normal stuff. It's just like offline discussion, Dan.
- 1:41:15Now, hopefully,
- 1:41:17we're gonna get Paul headed south here one of these days.
- 1:41:21And,
- 1:41:23when he gets down there and gets reset up,
- 1:41:26then we're gonna be back at full strength, but we don't know how long that's gonna take.
- 1:41:34K?
- 1:41:35I don't unless Paul wants to enlighten us a little bit.
- 1:41:39And,
- 1:41:40so it's just we gotta bear with Paul. We gotta deal with whatever Paul however Paul wants to deal with this at his speed is how we gotta deal with it.
- 1:41:50Okay? We're kinda captive.
- 1:41:52So got it?
- 1:41:54Dan, are we still on the air?
- 1:41:57Loud and clear. Thank you. There you are. Okay. Well, your connection's good. How are you doing?
- 1:42:02Unknown: I'm doing awesome.
- 1:42:04Unknown: What happened with the case you had against Pittsburgh with your building?
- 1:42:09Unknown: Well,
- 1:42:11it went to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania
- 1:42:16and they dismissed it.
- 1:42:18Unknown: Notoriously corrupt, the courts of Pennsylvania.
- 1:42:21Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. But anyway Well, you know about William. You don't know about William or you do know about William?
- 1:42:27I do not know about William. Well, if you're looking back through these archives,
- 1:42:33William of Pilot
- 1:42:35for hire down there in Augusta bought a car in Florida,
- 1:42:39brought it back to Georgia, had to pay the ad valorem tax in Georgia,
- 1:42:44and now he's
- 1:42:45suing Georgia to try and get that back.
- 1:42:48And it went they squashed him at the local level in the hearings.
- 1:42:52And, but it's up now at the appellate level of Georgia. And he did an excellent brief.
- 1:42:59And we're waiting to see how they handle the hot potato right now.
- 1:43:05Okay.
- 1:43:06Unknown: Now I I guess what I'm trying to say is I won in Commonwealth Court.
- 1:43:11So the district magistrate fined me $3,000
- 1:43:15for not allowing the inspector into the building.
- 1:43:20But when I took it to Commonwealth Court, I won. Now, the only thing is on the the Internet, it still shows that I owe the money. So I have to figure out how to get them to wipe out the debt because
- 1:43:32I won.
- 1:43:34But then since
- 1:43:35then they've they've entered two more judgments against me that I've again appealed to Commonwealth Court. They wanna inspect and I don't wanna let them in.
- 1:43:45The we've owned the building for over forty years. They've not once asked to inspect or set foot inside the building and I'm not about to let them start today. Okay. Well, that's interesting. Well, keep us in the loop on that one. Yes, sir. Thank you. It's a joy to hear your voice, and I appreciate the education. Yeah, Dan. Well, you're you're very welcome. Good to hear your voice, and I would say that Barnes
- 1:44:07Unknown: says Pennsylvania
- 1:44:09is the most corrupt court system in the country. Yes, Larry.
- 1:44:13Unknown: Hey. What kind of inspection was that?
- 1:44:19Unknown: Dan, you're gonna have to answer this one. I don't know. Like
- 1:44:24Unknown: a
- 1:44:26trumped up inspection, let's call it. They they never inspected for this before and then somebody gets a burr under their saddle and all of a sudden they wanna inspect. They're not inspecting the whole city, they're just inspecting a particular neighborhood
- 1:44:39and it was a let's call it a safety inspection.
- 1:44:45Unknown: Okay.
- 1:44:52Unknown: I okay. So I did
- 1:44:54you get that, Larry? I was distracted.
- 1:44:57Unknown: Yeah. I got it. Okay. He's calling it a safety inspection.
- 1:45:01Uh-huh. I guess he doesn't wanna be safe.
- 1:45:04So
- 1:45:07Unknown: another thing is I don't need the government to be my nanny to keep me safe.
- 1:45:13Unknown: I'm
- 1:45:14Unknown: just joking with you. There's a big boy.
- 1:45:17Unknown: Getting back to the tax forms. Another thing, a lot of people might find this hard to believe, Roger, but a w four
- 1:45:24is only meant for a nonresident alien to fill out who is a nonresident alien foreign person to fill out who is working for the federal government. Oh, okay. I know it's way too deep for me, man.
- 1:45:37I mean, it's that's not it's just it's simple. It's it's that's what it's meant for. It's not meant for
- 1:45:43the dictionary definition of an employer and employee
- 1:45:47for them to fill that out.
- 1:45:49Unknown: Y'all y'all got tax questions? Julie and Larry. K?
- 1:45:53Julie has a lot of confidence in this mister champion,
- 1:45:57and
- 1:45:58I hope he's everything you say he is, Julie.
- 1:46:01But my my experience with people that know every code is they could read something like nonresonant alien, and they don't know what they're freaking reading.
- 1:46:10Okay?
- 1:46:11So please bear that in with mister Champion's understanding
- 1:46:16because there's a bunch of that stuff in there. Alright?
- 1:46:21Okay. So we got Dan. We got Larry.
- 1:46:24What else?
- 1:46:26I
- 1:46:29don't know. Somebody wrote me a message and said, what's Jack Abercrombie doing on our show?
- 1:46:35And only thing is it's Tuesday,
- 1:46:37I guess,
- 1:46:39to people that don't know their ass from a freaking hole in the dirt, and he's trying to get a little truth before he goes over there. I mean, I don't know. I don't know why Jack's hanging around over here. He turned his back on the truth over a year ago. It's the best I could tell.
- 1:46:54But,
- 1:46:55anyway,
- 1:46:56so
- 1:46:58I don't know other than other than just what I said.
- 1:47:03Okay. Anybody else got anything, please?
- 1:47:08Nobody?
- 1:47:09Hey, Roger. Oh, yes. Well, there's Shane. Shane's got something. Yeah, man. Is that a journeyman,
- 1:47:16Unknown: Jack?
- 1:47:17Unknown: I don't somebody said he's on the board. I don't know. My eyesight's so terrible, so I don't know.
- 1:47:23Unknown: Alright.
- 1:47:24Jack joins us pretty much every day.
- 1:47:27Unknown: He never says anything. He just Jack. Yeah. I guess it's just because he has to live around a bunch of damn liars
- 1:47:34that, that he has to hang around.
- 1:47:37I don't think you ought to be around here myself, Jack.
- 1:47:40I think you've already already said your peace. Hell, you've been with this information for thirty four years, and you've never filed an affidavit.
- 1:47:49Jack?
- 1:47:50Jack?
- 1:47:52So what are you around here for?
- 1:47:57Unknown: Love and comfort.
- 1:47:59Unknown: Well, he ain't gonna get much love for me, I'm afraid.
- 1:48:02So if that's what he's looking for, you're on the wrong channel.
- 1:48:06My my my friend of thirty something years has stabbed my ass in the back just for his own aggrandizement.
- 1:48:13No. He ain't got no business around here.
- 1:48:17So go on off, Jack. Get ready for your lunch. You're gonna go be around mister Glover and Adrian and Robert, your buddy, who said, why are you always blaming everything on the Jews? Well, I don't know, Robert. Have you ever heard of the damn Rothschilds?
- 1:48:33Yeah. No. That's who Jack wants to go hang around with him.
- 1:48:37He ain't looking for truth.
- 1:48:40So
- 1:48:42who else has got something here?
- 1:48:45Tucker? Yes. Larry.
- 1:48:48Unknown: Yeah. I like to back up a little bit. We're talking about ZIP codes.
- 1:48:52Unknown: And I think Oh, please. I think
- 1:48:55Unknown: I think there's
- 1:48:57a lot of patriot mythology
- 1:48:59Unknown: surrounding the ZIP code. No. There's not a lot. You'll There's a ton.
- 1:49:05Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:49:06So, you know, there there's all kinds of strategies anywhere from
- 1:49:11putting brackets around the ZIP code before you mail it out to
- 1:49:16using a rural route.
- 1:49:18And and a lot of these,
- 1:49:22you know, proponents of this patriot mythology,
- 1:49:26they think that by using the federal ZIP code,
- 1:49:30that that's putting you under what's known as a quasi contract,
- 1:49:34and that therefore, you're now putting yourself under federal jurisdiction.
- 1:49:38Unknown: So that's why they come up with all these different ways to avoid using it. Do you see what I'm talking about, the links that the patriot community has gone through up until here
- 1:49:48to try and make a connection and see where jurisdiction is because that's what you're talking about.
- 1:49:54Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:49:55Unknown: I went to a a meeting up in Northeast Georgia over by Athens.
- 1:50:00Quaig was the guy. Was it Dennis Quaig?
- 1:50:05You know what I'm talking about? John Quake. John Quake. The Yeah. John The guy that handled the
- 1:50:11monkey. Guy. Yeah. He handled the monkey when they had that movie out there in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where the monkey tumbled through the arches of of of
- 1:50:22antelope or
- 1:50:24elk horns.
- 1:50:26K?
- 1:50:27Them and a couple other guys in California got on this ZIP code thing, which what Larry's talking about,
- 1:50:34And they wouldn't it was right when they first started cracking down on airplanes,
- 1:50:38and they wouldn't fly.
- 1:50:40They took the train all the way from California to over to Georgia to give this seminar for the weekend,
- 1:50:47and
- 1:50:49that was the whole thing on this rural
- 1:50:51route ZIP code. Folks, please.
- 1:50:54It has no difference. Does that alter or change your affidavit?
- 1:51:01No.
- 1:51:03That's where the rubber meets the road. There ain't no rural route. As I said earlier to somebody,
- 1:51:08the that's under the mythology that because you've got a mailbox on your lawn,
- 1:51:13you're giving the federal government jurisdiction to your property. That's the thesis they're working under there. K?
- 1:51:20Well, that's not right because the federal jurisdiction
- 1:51:23is inside
- 1:51:25the mailbox,
- 1:51:26not the mailbox.
- 1:51:28Comment. I
- 1:51:29just proved it to you that all that shit right there is gone. Yes, Rick. Yes, Rick.
- 1:51:36With a few exceptions, all mailboxes are in the right of way, not on your damn property.
- 1:51:41Unknown: Right. Best property. They're
- 1:51:43in the right of way. They're in the the portion of your land that is controlled by the government.
- 1:51:49Unknown: You can't open up the box and stuff your stuff in it. That is illegal. You can take a tape, a pen, a staple, or anything else and put it on the outside. There's nothing wrong with that. Nothing.
- 1:52:02K? So that whole theory A
- 1:52:05right away is a portion of your property. That's just wrong.
- 1:52:11Well, anyway, did you see the rabbits that our bunch has chased for all these years?
- 1:52:19Oh, oh,
- 1:52:20you got one of these. It's got this on the letter, so that must mean they're connected. That's the kind of logic our whole group has gone through, folks,
- 1:52:30for decades.
- 1:52:35So, anyway,
- 1:52:37don't I wouldn't,
- 1:52:39I wouldn't worry about that at all.
- 1:52:42K? I think Quaid is dead now. Is he not?
- 1:52:46He's a nice guy.
- 1:52:50Unknown: And John Quaid was Randy Quaid's brother, and I don't know if he's
- 1:52:54dead. Yeah. Yeah. Well,
- 1:52:56Unknown: anyway,
- 1:52:58that's who it was. They came all the way to Georgia to give a whole seminar
- 1:53:02on what
- 1:53:03Larry's talking about.
- 1:53:05Unknown: John Quaid is dead.
- 1:53:08Okay. But guess what?
- 1:53:11Our buddy Joe Lustica has
- 1:53:14a great training on the rural route and the nondomestic
- 1:53:18post office mail stop on his Rumble channel. So check it out. I yield. I mean, Paget sends stuff all over the world for pennies,
- 1:53:28Unknown: and it works. So if you wanna go down and chase that, go ahead. It's evidently is correct.
- 1:53:34So,
- 1:53:36yeah, there's but our community has chased a lot of rabbits, Dave.
- 1:53:40Unknown: That death, John
- 1:53:42is without
- 1:53:44The United States. Domestic means within The United States. It's right in the postal code. You can read the postal manual,
- 1:53:53and it's right in there. If you have a nondomestic
- 1:53:58post office mail stop,
- 1:54:00that means without The United States. And you talk you teach on that. You've taught on that many times on this program. I mentioned that there's a that phrase is important. It's in a
- 1:54:12Unknown: per penalty of perjury over in title 26 or 28
- 1:54:16somewhere.
- 1:54:18So, yeah, it has a specific meaning.
- 1:54:20But doing
- 1:54:22all that stuff ain't gonna keep them away because it's giving them jurisdiction.
- 1:54:27This is not jurisdiction.
- 1:54:28Our affidavit is.
- 1:54:31Unknown: Roger? Yes.
- 1:54:33Yeah.
- 1:54:34So
- 1:54:35you are correct about the inside of a mailbox being under federal jurisdiction because
- 1:54:40if someone steals the mail
- 1:54:43from the inside of a mailbox and they get caught, they're gonna be prosecuted under 18 United States code 17 o two or 17
- 1:54:52o eight.
- 1:54:54And
- 1:54:55another thing is
- 1:54:57title 18
- 1:54:59of The United States code is the primary criminal code of the federal government of the United States, and it deals mainly with federal crimes and criminal procedure.
- 1:55:12Unknown: Okay.
- 1:55:13Yeah. Eighteen's criminal. You can't bring you could bring civil maybe somehow, but you can't bring criminal charges.
- 1:55:20The authorities do that. Okay.
- 1:55:24Look
- 1:55:26at the eleven
- 1:55:28fifty four.
- 1:55:29Okay.
- 1:55:31Somebody else got something you wanna discuss or anything else out,
- 1:55:35like, on one of these theories?
- 1:55:39No.
- 1:55:40But, well, I can tell you folks, if you're new, just sitting in here, Dan's
- 1:55:45been around before. We hadn't seen you in a while. Welcome back, Dan.
- 1:55:49We've got answers.
- 1:55:51They've never
- 1:55:53I've never experienced one incident of blowback
- 1:55:57from the federal government
- 1:55:59on people who have filed this. Now what do I mean blowback?
- 1:56:02I mean, oh, yeah. Might get some IRS letters.
- 1:56:06You think those guys are just gonna lay down? They got all this stuff that may be triggered automatically.
- 1:56:11All that needs is clearing up, and thank god for Julian
- 1:56:15Larry's persistence in the initiative here.
- 1:56:19It's not an area a lot of people wanna dive into, folks.
- 1:56:23And so
- 1:56:24otherwise than that, you got your answers right here. It's tried, proven fifteen years, and
- 1:56:29they just roll over and play dead.
- 1:56:32IRS for all these years has just rolled over and played dead, Julie. God, you know how I know? Nobody comes on the show and talks about IRS stuff very much. They have recently a little bit, but for a decade or more, we never heard a peep out of them. K?
- 1:56:50So, anyway,
- 1:56:51that's where we are. You found the right place if you're looking for freedom and to disassociate
- 1:56:55yourself
- 1:56:56in almost all instances with the satanic,
- 1:57:01Jewish
- 1:57:02led,
- 1:57:03Zionist
- 1:57:04led
- 1:57:06New World Order.
- 1:57:07You found the right place to relieve the shackles.
- 1:57:11K? So if you're new, don't let any of this stuff, confusion, make your head spin.
- 1:57:17It'll you just keep at it.
- 1:57:19The only way you lose is to
- 1:57:21Otherwise, you just keep taking bites and keep chewing on them a little at a time,
- 1:57:27and pretty soon you'll have that elephant eaten.
- 1:57:30You'll be re empowered.
- 1:57:33You'll be free of Satan's shackles,
- 1:57:36and, you'll be
- 1:57:39in a political status that very few men or women
- 1:57:44have been able to have in the whole history of our planet.
- 1:57:48So if that's not enough for you,
- 1:57:50I don't know what to tell you.
- 1:57:53Okay. Anybody else with anything for me?
- 1:58:00Going once? Anybody else with anything for me?
- 1:58:07Man, I'm going twice.
- 1:58:08Okay. Well, I'm gonna go enjoy a beautiful beautiful
- 1:58:12day
- 1:58:13here in Ecuador.
- 1:58:18Jack, whenever you wanna pay me back the $300
- 1:58:21you stole from me, they're on our parting with the wand,
- 1:58:25then maybe you and I can at least I can sit be told you're on here and not get my back, you know, in a row. But the last time I left Jack Abercrombie,
- 1:58:36he was lying about me to the owner of where we have lunch, and he stole $300
- 1:58:41from me. That's journeyman, Jack, or at least the one I know now. I didn't know him all those other years.
- 1:58:48I'll see y'all tomorrow. Love you.
