- 0:11Speaker 1: federal law enforcement in the United States. We'll give you
- 0:13Speaker 1: the latest on that subject, what we're learning. Of course,
- 0:17Speaker 1: the Democrat leaders who are behind all of these deranged
- 0:21Speaker 1: people and their attacks. We've got some updates on that subject.
- 0:24Speaker 1: And that left-wing revolution, well, as expected, it's devouring its
- 0:29Speaker 1: own children. I've got some epic updates on the way
- 0:32Speaker 1: the left is collapsing in upon itself. So if there's
- 0:35Speaker 1: any cause for optimism, it's how insane they are, I guess.
- 0:39Speaker 1: We've got a lot to talk about. It's all ahead
- 0:42Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. It's great to have you

- 2:02Speaker 1: got some great stuff going on. Let's see here. I've
- 2:05Speaker 1: got the the the left is collapsing in upon itself,
- 2:10Speaker 1: you know, as these primaries are underway to figure out
- 2:13Speaker 1: who's going to run for various seats in the Congress.
- 2:17Speaker 1: All these people are attacking each other in the most
- 2:20Speaker 1: aggressive possible ways. And I love it. I've got some
- 2:22Speaker 1: great video footage coming up for you of that. But
- 2:25Speaker 1: before we get there, though, I want to talk about
- 2:27Speaker 1: this really big problem, which is that the left's assassination
- 2:31Speaker 1: culture continues. And we had yet another terror attack on
- 2:35Speaker 1: ICE agents yesterday. This time it was a federal building,
- 2:38Speaker 1: 26 Federal Plaza, New York City. Monday morning, this is
- 2:44Speaker 1: first thing Monday morning as the workday is beginning. A
- 2:47Speaker 1: fellow called Andrew Arabaca, according to law enforcement officials, shows
- 2:52Speaker 1: up outside of this federal building. with what they say
- 2:55Speaker 1: is a bunch of anti-ice stuff on him. So it's
- 2:58Speaker 1: really clear right away that he hates ice and that
- 3:02Speaker 1: he's here to conduct an attack on the building. And
- 3:05Speaker 1: you can see in the video footage that was captured
- 3:08Speaker 1: by a nearby onlooker, the guy dumps a ton of
- 3:12Speaker 1: gasoline on the ground, lights it on fire. She is
- 3:16Speaker 1: stunned by what she's witnessing. Look at this. Oh, my God.
- 3:20Speaker 1: This fire goes up. Authorities get a hold of this jackass.
- 3:23Speaker 1: They take him into custody. There are two injuries, including
- 3:28Speaker 1: of one federal law enforcement official. They're treated for those
- 3:32Speaker 1: injuries yesterday. But this guy taken into custody as yet
- 3:36Speaker 1: another ICE attack plays out. It's not the only ICE
- 3:41Speaker 1: attack we've seen. We've seen a lot of these. We've
- 3:44Speaker 1: seen people try and use their vehicles to strike ICE agents.
- 3:48Speaker 1: We've seen them physically assaulting ICE agents and obstructing them
- 3:51Speaker 1: from their jobs in the streets, these left-wing rioters. We've
- 3:54Speaker 1: also seen terror attacks on facilities in Texas. Remember the
- 3:58Speaker 1: guy who took up a position, a sniper position, and
- 4:00Speaker 1: started firing into the side of a vehicle looking to
- 4:03Speaker 1: kill ICE agents, instead killing illegal aliens in the process?
- 4:06Speaker 1: An awful end for human beings as that terrorist took
- 4:11Speaker 1: up arms and started attacking. This just keeps on happening.
- 4:14Speaker 1: And why does it keep happening? Well, you know the answer.
- 4:16Speaker 1: People like Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and all these
- 4:19Speaker 1: other Democrats who do know better but refuse to tap
- 4:22Speaker 1: in any sense of decency or morals, they keep calling
- 4:25Speaker 1: ICE agents Nazis. They call them brown shirts. They say
- 4:30Speaker 1: that they're evil, that they're morally depraved, that they're doing
- 4:32Speaker 1: something awful, when of course they're doing something wonderful. They're
- 4:37Speaker 1: restoring law and order in the United States of America.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Chat.
- 4:41Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned, we support law enforcement on
- 4:43Speaker 1: this show. Law enforcement is what you need to hold
- 4:47Speaker 1: the society together. Got to place people under arrest who
- 4:51Speaker 1: break our laws. You have to hold them accountable. If
- 4:54Speaker 1: you invade our country, you need to be deported from it.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Those are our laws. They're there for a reason. And
- 5:01Speaker 1: we should be supporting the men and women of ICE. Now,
- 5:03Speaker 1: that is not the posture the left has taken. They
- 5:07Speaker 1: want to abolish ICE. They want to destroy it. In fact,
- 5:10Speaker 1: remember last year, we had a big gold government shutdown
- 5:13Speaker 1: that blocked off funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and
- 5:18Speaker 1: Border Patrol. Why did they do that? Because they don't
- 5:21Speaker 1: want either of those systems to function. They want our
- 5:25Speaker 1: borders to be wide open and they want illegals to stay.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Because candidly, Democrats derive political power from illegals being present
- 5:33Speaker 1: in the country. And that's for a variety of reasons.
- 5:36Speaker 1: One of them is they just use the human bodies
- 5:39Speaker 1: for electoral strength. The more illegal immigrants that are in
- 5:41Speaker 1: the country and the more we're unable to filter out
- 5:45Speaker 1: who's illegal and who's an American citizen, then the more
- 5:48Speaker 1: congressional seats Democrats get. That's just been their habit, their custom.
- 5:53Speaker 1: They'll import people by the millions. They'll use American taxpayer
- 5:56Speaker 1: dollars to drop them into blue states and as a result,
- 5:59Speaker 1: get a bunch of unearned congressional seats. That's true. It
- 6:03Speaker 1: also follows that they get unearned electoral college votes for
- 6:05Speaker 1: the same rationale, by the same logic, which is crazy,
- 6:10Speaker 1: but that is the way that they're getting power. We
- 6:13Speaker 1: know this. This is not some conspiracy theory. This is well-established.
- 6:17Speaker 1: In fact, in the 2020 census, blue states, Democrat states,
- 6:22Speaker 1: were invariably given way too many seats for their population,
- 6:26Speaker 1: and Republican states were given too few seats for their populations.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And that's without even sorting out the difference between illegal
- 6:33Speaker 1: aliens and American citizens. In fact, President Trump has now
- 6:37Speaker 1: tried over and over and over again to get a
- 6:40Speaker 1: citizenship question into the United States census in order to
- 6:44Speaker 1: establish how many citizens are living in a given household
- 6:47Speaker 1: in the United States as we conduct that census every decade.
- 6:51Speaker 1: It's the most fundamental question. Who is a citizen of
- 6:54Speaker 1: the United States? And we should be asking it. And
- 6:58Speaker 1: if you're not a citizen, you're either here legally or illegally.
- 7:02Speaker 1: And if you're here illegally, it's time to go. It's
- 7:05Speaker 1: time to go. And we need to get you out
- 7:06Speaker 1: of here. No more unearned political power for Democrats with
- 7:10Speaker 1: that broken, corrupt, rigged system. That is rigging elections. Ladies
- 7:15Speaker 1: and gentlemen, if you are importing people in order to
- 7:18Speaker 1: give yourself political strength and you're doing it illegally, that
- 7:22Speaker 1: is an election rigging operation. As plain as day. It's
- 7:27Speaker 1: not a conspiracy theory. It's reality. It is an actual conspiracy.
- 7:31Speaker 1: And it's playing out before us. How else do Democrats
- 7:34Speaker 1: derive power from illegal aliens? Well, another way, of course,
- 7:37Speaker 1: is the more chaos that they introduce to the country,
- 7:39Speaker 1: the more they can use that as a predicate to
- 7:41Speaker 1: say the government needs more power over your life. The
- 7:44Speaker 1: more violence that exists, the more that people are drawing
- 7:47Speaker 1: off of the taxpayer benefits, the more that people don't
- 7:51Speaker 1: even know or trust their own neighbor. They can't speak
- 7:53Speaker 1: the same language. The more chaos that's introduced into your country,
- 7:58Speaker 1: the better it is for big government tyrants. So they
- 8:02Speaker 1: love the chaos because it serves again as a tremendous
- 8:05Speaker 1: predicate for them to say, just give us more power
- 8:08Speaker 1: and we'll make your life peaceful. Well, they made your
- 8:10Speaker 1: life chaotic in the first place. And I guarantee you,
- 8:12Speaker 1: they're not gonna improve it by you handing over more
- 8:15Speaker 1: of your money and power to them. It's not gonna happen.
- 8:19Speaker 1: In fact, the lessons from the last century, the lessons
- 8:22Speaker 1: from all of human history, are that that way lies chaos, death,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and destruction. Don't go that direction. This is why we
- 8:29Speaker 1: need to secure our borders. This is why we need
- 8:31Speaker 1: law enforcement now.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:35Speaker 1: And then, of course, the other piece of this is economic.
- 8:38Speaker 1: You know, all these Democrats, the reason why they like
- 8:41Speaker 1: illegal aliens pouring into the country by the millions is
- 8:44Speaker 1: they're also scratching the backs of their big donors, donors
- 8:48Speaker 1: who rely on exploiting cheap surf labor in order to
- 8:54Speaker 1: work on their assembly lines or work in their fields.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Rather than pay American citizens to do these jobs at
- 9:02Speaker 1: prevailing wages, you've got these guys underbidding American workers, making
- 9:08Speaker 1: these jobs completely unappealing to the average American worker and
- 9:13Speaker 1: locking in illegal aliens at bottom of the barrel wages
- 9:17Speaker 1: that shouldn't be paid in the United States at all.
- 9:20Speaker 1: And it is designed who both exploit that labor and
- 9:25Speaker 1: the effect of it, and obviously generate a profit, but
- 9:27Speaker 1: the effect of it is to screw over American workers.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Everything about this is a crappy system. And this is
- 9:33Speaker 1: what the left supports. This is what Bernie Sanders and
- 9:35Speaker 1: all these other idiots support. You can't have it. So
- 9:39Speaker 1: just in terms of exploring why it is this happens,
- 9:42Speaker 1: it's all of those things. All of the above is
- 9:45Speaker 1: the answer to that question. And so they whip people
- 9:48Speaker 1: into a frenzy. They tell people ICE is the enemy.
- 9:51Speaker 1: So attack them. So we get a terror attack in
- 9:52Speaker 1: New York City yesterday against ICE officials. Just awful. And
- 9:58Speaker 1: that government shutdown I told you about, what damage did
- 10:01Speaker 1: that do to immigration enforcement? Well, it was meaningful. We
- 10:04Speaker 1: heard from Tom Holman this week that there was a
- 10:06Speaker 1: dip in arrests during that time period because the men
- 10:12Speaker 1: and women of ICE, especially the civilian employees, not the
- 10:15Speaker 1: law enforcement on the streets, were just not getting paid
- 10:18Speaker 1: at all. So it staggered those immigration enforcement agencies. Luckily,
- 10:23Speaker 1: since then, deportations have gone up, and we just got
- 10:26Speaker 1: data yesterday on all of this. Now, Tom Ullman already
- 10:30Speaker 1: told us June was the highest single month for immigration
- 10:34Speaker 1: arrests on record in the history of the agency, in
- 10:39Speaker 1: the history of ICE. That's a big deal. I'll take that.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I'll take that very much. And I know you and
- 10:45Speaker 1: I have been watching DHS like a hawk, especially with
- 10:48Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen, the new guy at the helm. Is
- 10:51Speaker 1: he actually deporting people? And here's the update on that subject.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Bill Malusion's got something of an update for us here.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Look at this.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Breaking. New ICE data dump reveals the agency has carried
- 11:00Speaker 1: out 356,389 deportations so far in fiscal year 2026. So
- 11:02Speaker 1: just over 350,000 deportations. That would be taking people into
- 11:12Speaker 1: physical custody. This is not self-deportations. This is not including
- 11:16Speaker 1: other means by which people have left the country. This
- 11:19Speaker 1: is just people we've grabbed. 356,389. It began on October 1st.
- 11:22Speaker 1: That averages out to about 1,260 per day. ICE currently
- 11:25Speaker 1: has 66,000 people in ICE detention, about 40,000 people of
- 11:27Speaker 1: whom have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Wow.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Wow. That's, okay, that's a lot of people. So in
- 11:47Speaker 1: addition to being here illegally, what that means is they've
- 11:50Speaker 1: committed other crimes, invariably many violent crimes. 40,000 of the
- 11:56Speaker 1: people that are in custody are violent illegal aliens. The
- 12:01Speaker 1: data also confirms that Borders are Tom Holman's recent statements
- 12:05Speaker 1: that June saw a record setting number of arrests with 43,138,
- 12:12Speaker 1: which is higher than January and February when the surge
- 12:15Speaker 1: in Minnesota was in effect. July is now on pace
- 12:18Speaker 1: to potentially break the June record. Well, that's great. Here's
- 12:23Speaker 1: the thing. We want more. We want more. And I
- 12:29Speaker 1: am rooting on Tom Holman, and in this case, Mark
- 12:32Speaker 1: Wayne Mullen, and especially the men and women of Immigration
- 12:36Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement, please, with each passing month, set another
- 12:39Speaker 1: record until it's not possible to set any more records
- 12:42Speaker 1: because we've deported so many people. There's nobody left to deport.
- 12:45Speaker 1: That's the only time that it should go down. But
- 12:48Speaker 1: please keep setting that record. So a decent update there. Remember,
- 12:52Speaker 1: in the first year of the Trump administration, they got
- 12:54Speaker 1: about 3 million people out of the country by way
- 12:57Speaker 1: of comparison, 3 million. So that was through forcible deportations
- 13:01Speaker 1: and self-deportations, people who decided to take the deal and
- 13:04Speaker 1: leave the country of their own volition.
- 13:06Speaker 4: Good.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Let's keep that up. Let's get more of those. And
- 13:11Speaker 1: the types of people that they're picking up, those violent criminals, well,
- 13:14Speaker 1: we've got more of a rundown on that, too. The
- 13:15Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security just gave us a very interesting
- 13:19Speaker 1: and unfortunate, let's say, not shocking, but completely appalling rundown
- 13:24Speaker 1: of the kinds of lunatics who they're getting rid of
- 13:27Speaker 1: in the country. I want to show you this. DHS saying,
- 13:30Speaker 1: while Americans enjoyed the weekend in the FIFA World Cup finals,
- 13:34Speaker 1: the brave men and women of ICE law enforcement worked
- 13:36Speaker 1: around the clock to arrest the worst of the worst,
- 13:39Speaker 1: including murderers, rapists, violent assailants, drug traffickers, and other public
- 13:45Speaker 1: safety threats. Under President Trump and Mark Wayne Mullen, ICE
- 13:48Speaker 1: is targeting the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens
- 13:51Speaker 1: like these. Then they go through the list.
- 13:54Speaker 3: You ready?
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'm going to try and read some of these bizarre names.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Kip Nyok Wynne. A criminal illegal alien from Vietnam convicted
- 14:01Speaker 1: for first-degree murder in Lexington, Oklahoma. Deported. Truck Nyok Tron.
- 14:11Speaker 1: A criminal illegal alien from Vietnam convicted for murder, driving
- 14:16Speaker 1: while intoxicated, an aggravated assault in Santa Ana, California.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Deported.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Juan Baltimore Figueroa Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala,
- 14:29Speaker 1: convicted for sex assault of a child in Denver, Colorado, deported.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Fabio Junior Dos Santos, a criminal illegal from Brazil, convicted
- 14:38Speaker 1: of aggravated assault, dangerous weapon on a child under 14
- 14:42Speaker 1: years old in Gardner, Massachusetts. So the guy committed assault
- 14:48Speaker 1: with a dangerous weapon on a child, deported. Rafael Flores Aguilar,
- 14:56Speaker 1: a criminal illegal from El Salvador, convicted for assault with
- 14:59Speaker 1: a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious
- 15:02Speaker 1: injury in Guilford County, North Carolina, deported. Thuoc Ba Dinh,
- 15:09Speaker 1: a criminal illegal, Vietnam, convicted for aggravated assault, intent to murder,
- 15:13Speaker 1: Madison Heights, Michigan. Look at these guys. Every one of them.
- 15:17Speaker 1: They got mug shots up. Jorge Velasquez de la Cruz,
- 15:21Speaker 1: a criminal illegal alien, Mexico, convicted for assault with a
- 15:24Speaker 1: deadly weapon, driving under the influence and corporal injury to
- 15:27Speaker 1: a spouse, San Luis Obispo, California, deported. Roberto Suarez Frio,
- 15:34Speaker 1: a criminal illegal from Cuba, convicted for aggravated battery, resisting
- 15:37Speaker 1: an officer, criminal mischief, aggravated battery, causing bodily harm or disability, Tampa, Florida, deported. Okay,
- 15:44Speaker 1: the list, keeps going. Rapists, murderers, child molesters, scumbags, all
- 15:51Speaker 1: being removed from the United States of America. That is
- 15:55Speaker 1: good news. And this is who the Democrats are freaking protecting.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Data Martian saying in the chat, the Democrats love them.
- 16:07Speaker 1: They sure do. A warm embrace and a sloppy kiss
- 16:11Speaker 1: for these murderers, rapists, and scumbags. from the Democrats. And
- 16:17Speaker 1: then they whip their radical base into a frenzy to
- 16:19Speaker 1: attack ICE agents. That's how we end up with a
- 16:21Speaker 1: terror attack. So, hey, Guy, can we put that back
- 16:24Speaker 1: on screen? Show me the terror attack from yesterday in
- 16:26Speaker 1: New York. This guy is attacking ICE because he's upset
- 16:30Speaker 1: that these scumbags are being taken out of the country.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Look at this. There's the fire. Lights it. Attacks the building.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Has to be tackled by federal authorities, taken down. That's
- 16:45Speaker 1: what that guy represents. There's nothing noble. There's nothing moral.
- 16:48Speaker 1: There's nothing decent. There's nothing righteous about this mission. Everything
- 16:52Speaker 1: about it is demonic, all the way down to the
- 16:54Speaker 1: flames that he's trying to employ against good and decent
- 16:57Speaker 1: law enforcement. Why attack? He's standing up for what these
- 17:06Speaker 1: Democrats are standing up for. They want to keep the
- 17:08Speaker 1: rapists and the murderers here.
- 17:09Speaker 2: We don't.
- 17:10Speaker 1: We want them the hell out of our country. And
- 17:14Speaker 1: we've got Democrats who are still taking microphones right now
- 17:17Speaker 1: and saying that we need to abolish ICE. They're saying
- 17:21Speaker 1: we need to abolish ICE. Here, check this out. This
- 17:24Speaker 1: is Minnesota retiring Senator Tina Smith. She's a Democrat. She
- 17:29Speaker 1: was just campaigning yesterday for Peggy Flanagan. Peggy Flanagan, a
- 17:35Speaker 1: whack job leftist running for Senate in Minnesota. Here's Senator
- 17:39Speaker 1: Tina Smith endorsing her and saying this Peggy Flanagan is
- 17:42Speaker 1: just like me. She wants to abolish ICE. Cut six.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Watch.
- 17:46Speaker 2: If you want someone, if you want someone who believes,
- 17:49Speaker 2: as I do, that ICE is broken and that we
- 17:53Speaker 2: need to tear it down to the studs and start
- 17:55Speaker 2: over again, that's Peggy Flanagan.
- 18:02Speaker 1: We need to abolish ICE? That's the message? Not for
- 18:06Speaker 1: normal people. Abnormal people, maybe. Not for normal people. Normal
- 18:10Speaker 1: people don't want to abolish law enforcement. They're not trying
- 18:12Speaker 1: to get rid of the cops. They want people to
- 18:14Speaker 1: enforce the law. They want people to get rid of
- 18:19Speaker 1: this never-ending list of scumbags that abolish ICE so we
- 18:25Speaker 1: can keep murderers in the country, so we can keep
- 18:30Speaker 1: people who sexually assault children in the country, attack them
- 18:35Speaker 1: with weapons. Assault with a deadly weapon? The list goes on.
- 18:40Speaker 1: That's who Tina Smith and Peggy Flanagan, moron, that's who
- 18:47Speaker 1: they're supporting. They're supporting these guys. That's what Democrats represent.
- 18:53Speaker 1: These are their constituents right here that I'm showing you.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Here's another one. Qasim Abdul-Kayyam, a criminal illegal alien from Pakistan,
- 19:01Speaker 1: convicted for enticing a minor by internet or text in
- 19:04Speaker 1: Salt Lake City, Utah. This is who Democrats are standing
- 19:07Speaker 1: up for. They're campaigning on it. And that revolution, man,
- 19:14Speaker 1: if there's good news in the midst of all of this,
- 19:18Speaker 1: these people are consuming themselves. They're devouring their own children.
- 19:22Speaker 1: The left is consuming itself right now. I've got some
- 19:25Speaker 1: updates for you on that in just a moment. I'm
- 19:27Speaker 1: going to take you through it because at that very
- 19:30Speaker 1: same event, things descended into utter chaos at it. And
- 19:36Speaker 1: I'll share that with you in just a moment. It's
- 19:38Speaker 1: going to be very interesting. I want to walk you
- 19:40Speaker 1: through how the left is definitely fighting amongst itself right now.
- 19:44Speaker 1: And it may not be the kind of thing that
- 19:46Speaker 1: they can come back from, which would be good news
- 19:47Speaker 1: for the rest of us. More ahead on this edition.

- 21:18Speaker 1: Great service. Great supporter of the program. Okay, so there
- 21:23Speaker 1: is an expression that the revolution devours its own children.
- 21:29Speaker 1: And in fact, what tends to happen in these revolutionary movements,
- 21:37Speaker 1: especially these deranged revolutionary movements, is they keep insisting on
- 21:43Speaker 1: advancing chaos. And for a moment, it appears like they're unified.
- 21:47Speaker 1: But Over time, they develop what's referred to as a
- 21:51Speaker 1: narcissism of small differences. They begin to become totally insistent
- 21:56Speaker 1: individually that it's their way or the highway. And that
- 22:03Speaker 1: combination of forces where all of these lefties begin insisting
- 22:07Speaker 1: that their worldview and their pronouns and their particular form
- 22:11Speaker 1: of demented attitude towards the world is the only way
- 22:14Speaker 1: to view things. Eventually, these things obviously start to run
- 22:19Speaker 1: into one another to the point that the revolution does
- 22:22Speaker 1: begin consuming its own children. They begin attacking each other.
- 22:26Speaker 1: For instance, it's like totally unsustainable to have a movement
- 22:29Speaker 1: that's composed of people who call themselves feminists and people
- 22:32Speaker 1: who say that women aren't a real biological category. It's
- 22:37Speaker 1: not actually sustainable in the long term to have a
- 22:41Speaker 1: movement that says that they support the gays and support
- 22:46Speaker 1: Palestine and then try and have some combination of the
- 22:49Speaker 1: two queers for Palestine. It's not sustainable. It doesn't work.
- 22:55Speaker 1: It's not going to work. And all of these differences
- 23:00Speaker 1: that you're seeing, well, they're coming to a head and
- 23:03Speaker 1: they're playing out now on the campaign trail. And I
- 23:06Speaker 1: couldn't be happier about it, and I hope this vibe
- 23:08Speaker 1: lasts throughout the campaign because it bodes very well for
- 23:11Speaker 1: the rest of us. So check this out. Yesterday at
- 23:15Speaker 1: the rally for Peggy Flanagan, in that Minnesota race, you've
- 23:19Speaker 1: got two primary Democrat candidates running right now. You've got
- 23:22Speaker 1: Peggy Flanagan. You've got Angie Craig. Angie Craig is supported
- 23:25Speaker 1: by the establishment, endorsed by people like Nancy Pelosi and
- 23:28Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries. Peggy Flanagan is endorsed by the more radical
- 23:33Speaker 1: elements of the party, although they're all radical, but the
- 23:35Speaker 1: more radical elements of the party, including in this case,
- 23:38Speaker 1: Tina Smith and Bernie Sanders and Keith Ellison. And that's
- 23:43Speaker 1: where I want to take you to, because Keith Ellison
- 23:45Speaker 1: was there at the rally yesterday. Keith Ellison is the
- 23:49Speaker 1: sinister attorney general of the state of Minnesota. And while
- 23:53Speaker 1: he was talking, some Democrat chick starts yelling at him,
- 23:58Speaker 1: heckling him at this event for not being radical enough.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Check this out. Cut seven. Watch.
- 24:07Speaker 5: I worried, are we going to have somebody who is
- 24:10Speaker 5: absolutely take no shit from anybody get into that job?
- 24:14Speaker 5: Are we going to have somebody who, who, who, who, who,
- 24:31Speaker 5: Thank you. Thank you. You know what? Let us. Let us.
- 24:40Speaker 4: Come on, guys.
- 24:44Speaker 5: Come on, guys.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Come on.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Come on.
- 24:46Speaker 1: So they're freaking out on him. Shame on you that
- 24:50Speaker 1: you're yelling at Keith Ellison. And then they're yelling something
- 24:53Speaker 1: about the CRU. Now you may, like a lot of people,
- 24:57Speaker 1: be wondering, what the hell is the CRU? What are
- 24:59Speaker 1: they even yelling about? And the answer to that is
- 25:03Speaker 1: that he established that as Keith Ellison, something called, I
- 25:08Speaker 1: got a piece of hair in my mouth. This is
- 25:09Speaker 1: really annoying.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Hold up.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Hairball. I got a hairball. All right, we're good now.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Keith Ellison developed something called the Conviction Review Unit, the CRU.
- 25:25Speaker 1: And let me show you this story. This comes to
- 25:26Speaker 1: us just from this past week from MPR in Minnesota. Headline,
- 25:34Speaker 1: Minnesota Conviction Review Unit demise dashes hopes of some incarcerated
- 25:40Speaker 1: people and their families. In other words... What Keith Ellison
- 25:44Speaker 1: had set up in Minnesota was a means by which
- 25:48Speaker 1: to spring convicts free. They set up a process to
- 25:52Speaker 1: investigate so-called innocence claims, creating a conviction review unit within
- 25:57Speaker 1: the Minnesota Attorney General's office that started accepting applications in 2021.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Here's the issue, though. The Trump administration found out about
- 26:07Speaker 1: it and they got rid of the federal funding for it.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Keith Ellison, let me be crystal clear. Keith Ellison was
- 26:14Speaker 1: using federal funding to spring criminals free. And the Trump
- 26:20Speaker 1: administration cut them off. No more federal funding. And so
- 26:25Speaker 1: as a result, now Keith Ellison is blaming Trump, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: would say crediting Trump, for cutting them off. He said
- 26:32Speaker 1: in a statement, Democrat Attorney General Keith Ellison cited the
- 26:35Speaker 1: Trump administration's refusal to renew federal grant funding that supported
- 26:39Speaker 1: the program as the reason for the unit's closure. Ellison saying, quote,
- 26:44Speaker 1: no system of justice is perfect. And when ours gets
- 26:46Speaker 1: it wrong, we must work to put things right. If
- 26:48Speaker 1: the opportunity arises in the future through renewed funding or
- 26:51Speaker 1: other means, I would welcome the chance to resume this
- 26:53Speaker 1: important work. He's now running for a third term as
- 26:58Speaker 1: Attorney General of the state. So you see what's happening here.
- 27:03Speaker 1: The woman at the event, the heckler, is screaming at
- 27:06Speaker 1: him for not releasing enough criminals. And the reason he
- 27:09Speaker 1: stopped releasing criminals is because Donald Trump cut him off
- 27:12Speaker 1: from the federal funding he was using to do it
- 27:14Speaker 1: in the first place. Isn't that an amazing story? And
- 27:18Speaker 1: so the revolution is consuming its own children. They're attacking
- 27:23Speaker 1: each other. Keith Ellison is a radical whack job. The
- 27:26Speaker 1: guy's a criminal. He's straight up on camera telling fraudsters
- 27:31Speaker 1: in the state of Minnesota that he will assist them
- 27:34Speaker 1: so long as they donate to his campaign. Money buys freedom,
- 27:38Speaker 1: he told them, as they were robbing people blind. And
- 27:43Speaker 1: here he is now being screamed at by someone even
- 27:46Speaker 1: further to his left somehow. And it couldn't happen to
- 27:50Speaker 1: a better group of people. I appreciate and value the
- 27:54Speaker 1: political destruction that we're witnessing going on on the left
- 27:57Speaker 1: right now. And it's not just there. In fact, just
- 28:01Speaker 1: this past weekend, James Talafrico was served up one of
- 28:05Speaker 1: these moments as another crazed Democrat was screaming at him
- 28:09Speaker 1: at a Texas town hall. I'm going to get to
- 28:11Speaker 1: that in just a moment. I want to take you
- 28:13Speaker 1: through what's happening with Talafrico and the way that Jasmine
- 28:17Speaker 1: Crockett may be kamikaze-ing her own party. It's pretty amazing.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I'm digging it. I like it. All right, more ahead
- 28:24Speaker 1: on this edition of events. I do want to thank
- 28:27Speaker 1: the fine people at Quince for supporting our program. I
- 28:31Speaker 1: love Quince. You know, one thing I do love about

- 30:53Speaker 1: All right, so these lefties are all you know, they're
- 30:57Speaker 1: fighting themselves. Look, they just trebucheted Graham Platner clean out
- 31:02Speaker 1: of the race in Maine. The guy with the Nazi tattoo,
- 31:05Speaker 1: they've got some chaos going on. I know there's a
- 31:06Speaker 1: lot of debate about these Republicans and especially the Republican
- 31:11Speaker 1: senators who are failing to do the job of getting
- 31:13Speaker 1: the Save America Act fully passed. No question. We've got
- 31:16Speaker 1: some fights on the right. But on the left, it's
- 31:19Speaker 1: a bloodbath. Check this out. Over the weekend, James Talafrico
- 31:24Speaker 1: doing a town hall And some crazed Democrat chick starts
- 31:28Speaker 1: screaming at him and telling him he's got to do
- 31:31Speaker 1: whatever she says. Watch this lunacy.
- 31:35Speaker 2: You stay here, you answer our question, or.
- 31:41Speaker 1: You suffer the consequences.
- 31:43Speaker 2: So I'm happy to engage.
- 31:44Speaker 1: We'll come to here in just a second.
- 31:47Speaker 2: I appreciate you being here, and I appreciate you traveling in, and.
- 31:51Speaker 6: I appreciate you.
- 31:51Speaker 3: I did it for my people, not for you.
- 31:53Speaker 1: What a cuck.
- 31:54Speaker 5: That's wonderful. I think that's wonderful.
- 31:59Speaker 1: And it's all right, it's all right, it's all right.
- 32:01Speaker 2: This is what this conversation's supposed to be about. Yeah. So,
- 32:07Speaker 2: so one.
- 32:10Speaker 1: You see what's happening here? You are gonna do everything
- 32:13Speaker 1: I tell you to do. You're gonna stay here. You're
- 32:15Speaker 1: gonna answer my questions. And then he cucks out and
- 32:19Speaker 1: immediately gives her the, oh, I appreciate you. I really
- 32:22Speaker 1: value you. Instead of telling her to shut up and
- 32:26Speaker 1: sit down, she's acting like a whack job. And then
- 32:31Speaker 1: she says, I'm not here for you. I'm here for
- 32:33Speaker 1: my people. Now, what does she mean by that? What
- 32:36Speaker 1: does she mean, my people? She mean the people of
- 32:39Speaker 1: the United States of America? She mean the people of Texas?
- 32:42Speaker 1: She mean any sort of like civic organization or church?
- 32:46Speaker 1: What is she talking about? Oh, you know what she's
- 32:49Speaker 1: talking about. She's a racial separatist. She's talking about black people.
- 32:54Speaker 1: She thinks she speaks for all black people. I'm here
- 32:57Speaker 1: for my people, she says. And then she's getting in
- 33:00Speaker 1: the face of James Talafrico. Now, to be clear, this
- 33:03Speaker 1: is the coalition the left has built. The left has
- 33:07Speaker 1: built up this coalition of a bunch of whack jobs
- 33:10Speaker 1: who all think they're in charge of everybody in their
- 33:12Speaker 1: own party. And then they're screaming at each other about
- 33:15Speaker 1: who's really in charge of it. And then he just
- 33:18Speaker 1: sits there and takes it like a bitch. And then
- 33:21Speaker 1: she goes on social media afterwards. to then further condemn
- 33:25Speaker 1: him as a big fat racist. I love it. Watch
- 33:28Speaker 1: her ranting after this event.
- 33:31Speaker 6: But for us real black folks, everyday black people, we're
- 33:37Speaker 6: going to sit this shit out. We're going to undervote
- 33:40Speaker 6: your ass, James Tallarigo, because I know civics. You talking
- 33:46Speaker 6: all that fly ass shit, I know civics. And what
- 33:51Speaker 6: I know for a goddamn fact is we've survived Ken
- 33:54Speaker 6: Paxton as the AG. Moving that motherfucker down the road
- 33:59Speaker 6: to the Senate decreases his ability to terrorize and torture
- 34:04Speaker 6: black Texas voters and Texas children.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Listen to the mouth on this shit.
- 34:08Speaker 6: So a win is a motherfucking win. But what I
- 34:10Speaker 6: will not have you do is try to instill your
- 34:14Speaker 6: great white hope in my motherfucking people and watch you
- 34:18Speaker 6: let us down. I'm not fixing to let your white
- 34:22Speaker 6: moderates win. Because in 2028, we need to elect a
- 34:28Speaker 6: new motherfucking president. And if you white moderates and you
- 34:35Speaker 6: lowly ass fucking candidates like James Tallarico keep pulling your shit,
- 34:41Speaker 6: we're going to end up with another fucking Trump.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Well, there she is, the queen of all black people.
- 34:49Speaker 1: She showed up. It was nice of her to grace
- 34:51Speaker 1: James Talafrico with her presence. That's hilarious. Now, of course,
- 34:56Speaker 1: she goes on in the video to attack other black
- 34:58Speaker 1: people who would dare either support James Talafrico. I can't
- 35:02Speaker 1: even imagine what she thinks of black Americans who voted
- 35:05Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. She has utter loathing for them. So
- 35:08Speaker 1: there she is, like an emotionally incontinent, racist, whack job,
- 35:12Speaker 1: complete bigot, showing up at this event, you know, telling
- 35:15Speaker 1: James Talifrico that she's in charge of his entire agenda.
- 35:19Speaker 1: He bitches out and lets her do whatever she wants
- 35:21Speaker 1: at this thing because he's too scared of her. The
- 35:23Speaker 1: whole thing is perfect. All these people are built for
- 35:26Speaker 1: each other, every single one of them. And who put
- 35:30Speaker 1: this idea into the head of the queen of all
- 35:32Speaker 1: black people? Who put this idea into her head? Well,
- 35:35Speaker 1: it might be Jasmine freaking Crockett. Now, Jasmine Crockett, as
- 35:39Speaker 1: is well established through the public record and every clip
- 35:42Speaker 1: we've ever seen of her, is a colossal idiot. But
- 35:45Speaker 1: not only is she an idiot, she's a racist. So
- 35:48Speaker 1: she's kind of that nasty, poisonous combination, isn't she?
- 35:52Speaker 3: And she....
- 35:54Speaker 1: Only had a seat in Congress to begin with, has
- 35:57Speaker 1: it right now, thanks to a rigged and bigoted congressional
- 36:01Speaker 1: district that was drawn in Texas. Now that district is gone. Texas,
- 36:07Speaker 1: God bless you, by the way, the people of the
- 36:08Speaker 1: Lone Star State, I want to thank you so much,
- 36:10Speaker 1: got rid of the racist districting in the state. As
- 36:14Speaker 1: a result, Jasmine Crockett doesn't get to get an unearned
- 36:17Speaker 1: seat anymore. No more rigged district for Jasmine Crockett. So
- 36:21Speaker 1: she ran for Senate in the primary. And she lost
- 36:26Speaker 1: to Talafrico. Who loses to Talafrico? You see that guy?
- 36:30Speaker 1: He thinks God is like 40 genders. How can you
- 36:32Speaker 1: lose to Talafrico? And yet she did. That's how crappy
- 36:36Speaker 1: she is. But she thinks she didn't lose on the merits.
- 36:39Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 36:40Speaker 1: You know why she lost? It's because Texas is racist.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett is one of the people putting this idea
- 36:47Speaker 1: into the head of that woman, the queen of all
- 36:49Speaker 1: black people. Here's Jasmine Crockett. Very recently, cut 10, watch this.
- 36:55Speaker 7: I am going to be working everywhere. The best thing
- 36:57Speaker 7: that I can do for James Tallarico isn't me standing
- 36:59Speaker 7: on a stage with him. It is the fact that
- 37:01Speaker 7: I endorse five candidates in the runoff who all happen
- 37:05Speaker 7: to be black men in the state of Texas, and
- 37:08Speaker 7: every single one of them won, and they're going on
- 37:11Speaker 7: to November, meaning that they will.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Pull out more black.
- 37:15Speaker 7: people to vote people keep trying to say well jasmine
- 37:18Speaker 7: has to go and hold his hand no i don't
- 37:22Speaker 7: and don't worry about my math and how it works
- 37:25Speaker 7: in my mind because the reality is that if you
- 37:28Speaker 7: can give people more than one thing to vote for
- 37:31Speaker 7: then you have a better chance of getting them out
- 37:33Speaker 7: to the polls and honestly some people just not going
- 37:36Speaker 7: to be sold on certain people that are running in
- 37:38Speaker 7: the state of texas so the best thing that i
- 37:40Speaker 7: can do is take down ballot candidates who no one's
- 37:43Speaker 7: ever heard of and do my best to uplift them
- 37:46Speaker 7: and increase the voter participation in a way that we
- 37:50Speaker 7: did in Texas.
- 37:52Speaker 1: Okay, this is... Thank you for that. So we had
- 37:57Speaker 1: to listen to that nonsense. Guy, this is one of
- 38:00Speaker 1: those videos I should have checked with you beforehand. The
- 38:01Speaker 1: 57 second point at which we ended in that video
- 38:04Speaker 1: was precisely the moment I wanted to begin the video.
- 38:07Speaker 1: So I'm going to show people that now. This is
- 38:09Speaker 1: the clip I'm talking about. That's funny. Here is the
- 38:13Speaker 1: moment in that video where she says Texas is too
- 38:15Speaker 1: racist for her. It's too racist. They can't handle her
- 38:18Speaker 1: because Texas is composed of a bunch of racists. Watch this.
- 38:22Speaker 7: You see, a lot of haters got a lot of
- 38:24Speaker 7: things to say about me and my race and how
- 38:26Speaker 7: I ran it. But the reality is that there was
- 38:28Speaker 7: a lot of races, not a lot.
- 38:30Speaker 2: It was racist. It was a racist race. It is
- 38:32Speaker 2: what it is. Right.
- 38:34Speaker 7: But we live in America as y'all are celebrating 250. OK,
- 38:37Speaker 7: we know what this country is. But let me know
- 38:41Speaker 7: for me, I am going to be working every year that.
- 38:46Speaker 1: She's not going to hold back. She just wants everybody
- 38:47Speaker 1: to know it was a racist race. Now, I want
- 38:50Speaker 1: to remind everybody of something. This was not a general
- 38:54Speaker 1: election ballot. This was a Democrat primary. So what Jasmine
- 38:58Speaker 1: Crockett is saying about her own party in Texas is
- 39:02Speaker 1: that they are racist, that she didn't lose to Talafrico
- 39:07Speaker 1: because she sucks even worse than he does, which she does,
- 39:11Speaker 1: and he really sucks. She lost because Democrat primary voters
- 39:17Speaker 1: are racist, said Jasmine Crockett. And so therefore, Talafrico's campaign
- 39:24Speaker 1: against her was, you guessed it, same R word, racist. Racist.
- 39:31Speaker 1: So now the queen of all black people shows up
- 39:34Speaker 1: at Talafrico's rally and starts screaming about how she can't
- 39:37Speaker 1: support him. And then she goes on and does a
- 39:40Speaker 1: social media video saying, we will never support you. We're
- 39:43Speaker 1: not going to vote for you. Now, I love the
- 39:44Speaker 1: distorted logic of the queen of all black people. Her
- 39:46Speaker 1: view is like, well, it would be better to get
- 39:48Speaker 1: rid of Ken Paxton as attorney general of the state.
- 39:50Speaker 1: And then he can move on to the Senate where
- 39:52Speaker 1: he can't do as much damage to us. And it's
- 39:54Speaker 1: just all nonsense. But it's funny. It's like whatever. OK,
- 39:57Speaker 1: whatever your demented logic is, let's get Ken Paxton in
- 40:00Speaker 1: the United States Senate. You're going to help us do that?
- 40:03Speaker 5: Great.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Great. Stay home and let Ken Paxton become the next
- 40:07Speaker 1: United States Senator from the great state of Texas. Wonderful.
- 40:12Speaker 1: One more thing. You heard Jasmine Crockett there in that
- 40:15Speaker 1: idiotic video clip say, y'all are celebrating 250. Y'all are
- 40:20Speaker 1: celebrating 250. What the hell are you talking about? This
- 40:24Speaker 1: great country is so great that you ended up in
- 40:27Speaker 1: a position where you became a United States Congresswoman and
- 40:30Speaker 1: you are still ungrateful and bitter about the state of
- 40:34Speaker 1: our country? What the hell is wrong with you? No
- 40:38Speaker 1: gratitude for how great this country is, what your ancestors
- 40:41Speaker 1: have given you, nothing. You don't want to celebrate alongside
- 40:44Speaker 1: the rest of us? You're a US freaking Congresswoman. Instead,
- 40:48Speaker 1: it's bitterness, ingratitude, ignorance, all the way down. And those
- 40:55Speaker 1: toxic forces, that lack of understanding about our country's history,
- 40:59Speaker 1: that hatred, that contempt for who we are as a people,
- 41:03Speaker 1: it's all turning on itself. These people are attacking one
- 41:06Speaker 1: another and it couldn't happen to a better party. They
- 41:09Speaker 1: deserve each other. They made that bed. They can freaking
- 41:12Speaker 1: lie in it. And here they are fighting. So in
- 41:16Speaker 1: case you were looking for some encouraging news, as we
- 41:18Speaker 1: started the show today, as I saw some people posting
- 41:22Speaker 1: in chat, as often happens, Vince, please lift me up.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Please give me some good news. That's your good news today.
- 41:28Speaker 1: The revolution is consuming its own children. And they were
- 41:33Speaker 1: made for each other. That's just amazing. Now, in order
- 41:36Speaker 1: to fight back against that revolution, one of the things
- 41:39Speaker 1: we clearly need in the United States is election integrity.
- 41:42Speaker 1: President Trump gave an epic speech on Thursday laying out
- 41:45Speaker 1: all the ways our election is completely vulnerable, completely. Whether
- 41:49Speaker 1: it's the Chinese stealing the voter data for every American voter.
- 41:52Speaker 1: You hear those numbers? What was it, 220 million Americans?
- 41:56Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that's every registered American voter. So stealing
- 41:59Speaker 1: all of our voter data, We've got dead people on
- 42:02Speaker 1: the voting rolls. We have illegal aliens, non-citizens on the
- 42:04Speaker 1: voting rolls by the hundreds of thousands at the very least.
- 42:07Speaker 1: That's just in four states. What about the rest of
- 42:10Speaker 1: the country? We have voting machines that are completely vulnerable
- 42:14Speaker 1: to interference such that if people do interfere, if foreign
- 42:18Speaker 1: countries do interfere, if bad actors in the United States
- 42:20Speaker 1: do interfere, it's undetectable, said the intelligence. Wow. The president
- 42:26Speaker 1: revealed a lot. So what are we going to do
- 42:29Speaker 1: about it is the question. Well, the answer should be
- 42:32Speaker 1: that we have to restore credibility to our elections, and
- 42:34Speaker 1: that includes passing what you and I affectionately referred to
- 42:39Speaker 1: as the Save America Act. Yesterday, Senator Mike Lee, a
- 42:45Speaker 1: champion in our story, took to the floor of the
- 42:47Speaker 1: United States Senate. Now, this is not a full-blown, actual,
- 42:51Speaker 1: official filibuster debate, but it is Mike Lee making the
- 42:55Speaker 1: case yet again for the Save America Act, and God
- 42:58Speaker 1: bless him for it. Here he is, cut two, giving
- 43:01Speaker 1: us another push.
- 43:02Speaker 5: Watch.
- 43:02Speaker 2: President, imagine your shock if, well, on your way to
- 43:07Speaker 2: the theater, let's say, I don't know, maybe you're going
- 43:10Speaker 2: to the opera. You're planning to pick up your tickets
- 43:13Speaker 2: at Will Call. You arrive at Will Call at the
- 43:16Speaker 2: appointed moment, and you say, yeah, Senator Pete Ricketts, I'm
- 43:20Speaker 2: here to pick up my opera tickets. They gave them
- 43:22Speaker 2: to somebody else. You found out that the theater was
- 43:26Speaker 2: handing out tickets at Will Call without permission. any form
- 43:29Speaker 2: of ID. One day maybe it's theater or opera tickets.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Maybe the next day it's withdrawing money from a bank.
- 43:36Speaker 2: You show up and money's gone from your account because
- 43:40Speaker 2: your bank stopped requiring people to show ID. They can
- 43:43Speaker 2: come along and claim to be someone they're not and
- 43:46Speaker 2: take someone's money that is not theirs. The mere fact
- 43:50Speaker 2: that we have a lot of people who are allowed
- 43:52Speaker 2: to vote doesn't diminish the seriousness of not requiring people
- 43:58Speaker 2: to prove that they are, in fact, who they claim
- 44:01Speaker 2: to be when they show up to exercise that important right.
- 44:06Speaker 2: Some people, when denying that there is any need for
- 44:11Speaker 2: us to act here, will throw out things and say, well,
- 44:15Speaker 2: that's fine for the bank or for theater tickets or
- 44:18Speaker 2: for the pharmacy, but this is an important constitutional right.
- 44:22Speaker 2: It is a fundamental right. My response to that is, yes, exactly.
- 44:27Speaker 2: And that's exactly why we need it. The fact that
- 44:30Speaker 2: it involves a protected, fundamental constitutional right is a reason
- 44:35Speaker 2: why we need to make it easy to vote and
- 44:38Speaker 2: hard to cheat. That, Mr. President, is exactly what the
- 44:41Speaker 2: Save America Act does.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I mean, there are other constitutional rights that have all
- 44:49Speaker 1: sorts of ID requirements imposed on them. By gun in
- 44:52Speaker 1: the United States, you're subjected to a background check. You
- 44:55Speaker 1: have to go through an extensive process to wait to
- 44:59Speaker 1: get your gun, even if it's a short window of time,
- 45:01Speaker 1: depending on your state. But still, you have to go
- 45:04Speaker 1: through a process that confirms who you are and what
- 45:08Speaker 1: your record is and whether or not you're even eligible
- 45:10Speaker 1: to exercise your Second Amendment right. That's a lot of
- 45:12Speaker 1: hoops to jump through for a constitutional right. What about
- 45:16Speaker 1: just showing an ID to vote? If Olive Garden's never-ending
- 45:20Speaker 1: pasta pass requires a photo ID, why doesn't voting, why
- 45:27Speaker 1: does spaghetti have more integrity than casting your ballot? Why
- 45:32Speaker 1: is that? Explain that to me, would you? You can't
- 45:36Speaker 1: explain it unless you just want fraud in the country,
- 45:38Speaker 1: which of course the left does. In fact, Mike Lee
- 45:42Speaker 1: talks about this yesterday. He said, look, the only reason
- 45:45Speaker 1: that anybody's against integrity here is because they benefit from cheating.
- 45:50Speaker 1: Cut three, watch this.
- 45:53Speaker 2: So what's the holdup? Well, it certainly isn't the American
- 45:56Speaker 2: voter because the American voter, by a margin of like
- 45:59Speaker 2: three out of four or four out of five, depending
- 46:01Speaker 2: on which poll you look at, believes that it's important
- 46:05Speaker 2: that people who show up to vote ought to have
- 46:07Speaker 2: to prove who they are and they ought to, at
- 46:09Speaker 2: the time they register to vote, to have to establish
- 46:13Speaker 2: their citizenship and thus their eligibility to vote in the
- 46:16Speaker 2: first place. We're talking about 75 to 80, something as
- 46:22Speaker 2: high as 85%, depending on which poll you look at.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Those are Democrat voters and Republican voters alike, all agreeing
- 46:30Speaker 2: that this is a problem, and it's a problem that
- 46:32Speaker 2: Congress can and should fix. So what is the holdup? Well,
- 46:39Speaker 2: it's hard to say what the holdup is, but I
- 46:41Speaker 2: can summarize it this way. It's Senate Democrats. The Save
- 46:44Speaker 2: America Act is popular literally everywhere in the United States
- 46:49Speaker 2: of America, except in this chamber and except among Democrats
- 46:55Speaker 2: in this chamber. Everywhere else, it's a no-brainer.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Now, you'll notice that he's correct about Democrats being a problem,
- 47:07Speaker 1: but he's excluding from his analysis as a diplomatic matter.
- 47:13Speaker 1: The fact that we have some Republicans who are a problem.
- 47:16Speaker 1: And we've been down the list before. Yesterday, we were
- 47:18Speaker 1: talking about Lisa Murkowski. She just wrote a big Wall
- 47:21Speaker 1: Street Journal op-ed, why I'm voting against the Save America Act.
- 47:24Speaker 1: And then she offered a bunch of reasons that were nonsensical.
- 47:29Speaker 1: John Thune is failing to lead his conference to success.
- 47:34Speaker 1: So Thune has been a failure here. You've got people
- 47:37Speaker 1: like Thumbelina and John Cornyn. You have whiners in the
- 47:42Speaker 1: Republican Party. people bitter at Donald Trump, Bill Cassidy among them,
- 47:46Speaker 1: bitter at Donald Trump who really don't want to give
- 47:48Speaker 1: him a win. And giving him a win would mean
- 47:50Speaker 1: giving the American people, most importantly, a win. And so
- 47:55Speaker 1: Mike Lee, again, who's a champion in this story, I'm
- 47:58Speaker 1: not going to take anything away from him on that,
- 48:00Speaker 1: continues to be diplomatic with the recalcitrant conference that he
- 48:03Speaker 1: has to deal with, despite the fact that you can
- 48:07Speaker 1: tell sometimes on social media that he's getting very frustrated
- 48:10Speaker 1: with them. But yesterday in that speech going, It was
- 48:12Speaker 1: all the Democrats.
- 48:13Speaker 2: It's true.
- 48:13Speaker 1: All the Democrats do oppose the Save America Act because
- 48:16Speaker 1: they love themselves some cheating. Mike Lee is not giving
- 48:21Speaker 1: up on his strategy, though. He wants everybody to stay
- 48:24Speaker 1: until it's passed. Watch cut four. Here's Mike Lee yesterday
- 48:28Speaker 1: with more.
- 48:29Speaker 2: We don't have a lack of time, Mr. President. We
- 48:32Speaker 2: have a lack of spine. Don't ever confuse lack of
- 48:36Speaker 2: time with lack of spine because they're two very different things.
- 48:41Speaker 2: If we truly lacked time, that would be one thing.
- 48:43Speaker 2: We've got time. We're just choosing not to use it.
- 48:47Speaker 2: We're choosing to use it differently. And I would add,
- 48:50Speaker 2: very poorly, if we don't take this up. Take it
- 48:53Speaker 2: up now and stay on the bill until it darn
- 48:55Speaker 2: well passes. The Senate should stay here. Tomorrow, this weekend,
- 49:00Speaker 2: next week, through weekends and long scheduled recesses, as long
- 49:04Speaker 2: as it takes. If opponents want to block it, let
- 49:07Speaker 2: them do so in public. If Democrats want to filibuster
- 49:10Speaker 2: this Bill, let them stand and speak like actual senators,
- 49:15Speaker 2: actually filibustering, because that's what filibustering is.
- 49:19Speaker 1: You know, Congress is about to go into yet another
- 49:22Speaker 1: recess and they're going to do it forever. I mean,
- 49:26Speaker 1: it's like the rest of the calendar year is just
- 49:28Speaker 1: recess after recess after recess, not doing any work. And
- 49:31Speaker 1: it's not an actual recess. They'll still have a pro
- 49:34Speaker 1: forma session going on to deprive President Trump of the
- 49:37Speaker 1: ability to get a recess appointment through. So they're failing
- 49:43Speaker 1: us and failing the president and going on vacation and
- 49:46Speaker 1: being lazy asses and not doing the work that we
- 49:49Speaker 1: need them to do. So let me put this forward.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Next time they ask for unanimous consent to gavel out
- 49:58Speaker 1: and send everybody home, Mike Lee may want to consider
- 50:03Speaker 1: denying it. If there's any opportunity for Mike Lee or
- 50:07Speaker 1: any of these other senators who really care about this issue,
- 50:09Speaker 1: to upend this and to fight for the Save America Act,
- 50:12Speaker 1: maybe they should employ that strategy. Just something to think about. Now,
- 50:19Speaker 1: what about the filibuster? What about the standing filibuster? Now,
- 50:23Speaker 1: we've talked about this quite a bit, but the core point,
- 50:27Speaker 1: this whole thing about 60 votes in the Senate, 60
- 50:30Speaker 1: votes is what you need to end debate early. Does
- 50:34Speaker 1: that make sense? Just wanna make sure that that makes sense, Chad.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Because cloture, we talk about cloture needing 60 votes. 60
- 50:41Speaker 1: votes is what you need to end debate early. Now,
- 50:45Speaker 1: what's another way that debate can end? You have the
- 50:48Speaker 1: freaking debate until it's over. When debate is exhausted, then
- 50:53Speaker 1: you can vote. And when you vote, you can pass
- 50:56Speaker 1: legislation with a simple majority. The 60 vote threshold is
- 51:00Speaker 1: only to end the debate early. This cannot be clearer.
- 51:08Speaker 1: And Washington has made a sport of hiding this detail
- 51:13Speaker 1: from the American people for a long time. They make
- 51:15Speaker 1: it seem like the only way legislation can get passed
- 51:17Speaker 1: is if it has 60 votes to pass it. That's
- 51:20Speaker 1: not true. It's 60 votes to end the debate early.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Here is Mike Lee talking yesterday about the strategy that
- 51:28Speaker 1: they should employ, which is to follow the rules of
- 51:30Speaker 1: the Senate. Cut five. Watch.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Shame on us if we don't take the steps necessary
- 51:35Speaker 2: to extricate ourselves from the sharp, clinging talents of the
- 51:44Speaker 2: so-called zombie filibuster, the name that I've assigned for the
- 51:48Speaker 2: use of the 60-vote cloture standard as a de facto
- 51:52Speaker 2: 60-vote passage standard, which it is not, which it was
- 51:55Speaker 2: never meant to be, which if it were, it would
- 51:58Speaker 2: arguably run afoul of the Constitution. The reason we talk
- 52:03Speaker 2: about this and the reason I contrast the what I
- 52:06Speaker 2: call the real filibuster, the talking filibuster, against the zombie filibuster,
- 52:10Speaker 2: is that in the case of the zombie filibuster, nobody
- 52:12Speaker 2: even has to work for it. The way it always worked,
- 52:16Speaker 2: before and after they first adopted the cloture standard for
- 52:21Speaker 2: the first time in 1917, although it was set at
- 52:24Speaker 2: a 3-4 supermajority back then, they would just continue to
- 52:29Speaker 2: debate it. That's what we should do here. If you
- 52:32Speaker 2: want to filibuster, you can, you may do so, but
- 52:35Speaker 2: you should have to stand here and speak. And when
- 52:39Speaker 2: nobody else shows up to speak against it, that's over.
- 52:43Speaker 2: And you call the question on the bill and you
- 52:44Speaker 2: call it not at 60 votes, you call it at 51.
- 52:46Speaker 2: That's what we ought to be doing. We should put
- 52:50Speaker 2: this bill on the floor and we should debate it
- 52:52Speaker 2: until such time as it passes.
- 52:54Speaker 1: Perfect. Yeah, exactly right. Exactly right. So I'm glad to
- 52:58Speaker 1: see he's still keeping that strategy alive. Now, I know
- 53:02Speaker 1: lots of other Republicans have no interest in doing this
- 53:05Speaker 1: because of the fundamental freaking laziness of too many United
- 53:09Speaker 1: States senators. That's one of the most unfortunate realities of this.
- 53:13Speaker 1: There's not a lot of hidden backroom wheeling and dealing
- 53:18Speaker 1: to offer as an explanation. The biggest explanation of all
- 53:20Speaker 1: is freaking laziness. They have a three-day work week in
- 53:24Speaker 1: the Senate. They don't really want to work on Monday
- 53:26Speaker 1: and Friday. They don't want to stand on their own
- 53:28Speaker 1: two feet for hours. They don't want to make the debate.
- 53:30Speaker 1: They don't want to stay within range of the Senate
- 53:33Speaker 1: floor for the duration of the debate. They would just
- 53:36Speaker 1: rather not do it. Well, I don't care what you'd
- 53:39Speaker 1: rather do. I care what the right thing to do is.
- 53:44Speaker 1: The right thing to do is to establish election integrity.
- 53:47Speaker 1: On this program, I and this audience We have been
- 53:52Speaker 1: championing the Save America Act since its inception. There's a
- 53:57Speaker 1: reason we spend so much time on it. It's because
- 54:01Speaker 1: we want to push to get it done for real.
- 54:04Speaker 1: We don't want you to just pay lip service to it.
- 54:06Speaker 1: We don't want this to be some ceremonial messaging bill.
- 54:09Speaker 1: We don't want to get Democrats on the record. Do
- 54:11Speaker 1: they support fair elections or not? We know that position.
- 54:14Speaker 1: I don't need them on the record. I need Republicans
- 54:17Speaker 1: to do their jobs. That's what I need. And God
- 54:20Speaker 1: bless Mike Lee. Mike Lee, I think he was up
- 54:21Speaker 1: there for 90 minutes yesterday making the case. He wasn't alone.
- 54:24Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn also made the case last night and some others.
- 54:29Speaker 1: This is important. It's very important. So stay in the
- 54:32Speaker 1: fight and please keep the pressure on. President Trump asked
- 54:34Speaker 1: us on Thursday to keep the pressure on our senators.
- 54:37Speaker 1: And one of the nice things, I'm getting a lot
- 54:38Speaker 1: of email right now from members of our audience who
- 54:41Speaker 1: say they've been reaching out to their senators directly, speaking
- 54:44Speaker 1: to congressional staffers, speaking to the office, getting the emails in,
- 54:47Speaker 1: telling me what kind of emails they're getting back. The
- 54:50Speaker 1: pressure is on right now. It continues to be. But
- 54:54Speaker 1: let's keep it going. So it can't just be President
- 54:57Speaker 1: Trump and Mike Lee. It should be the rest of us, too.
- 54:59Speaker 1: God bless those guys. All right. Now, one more thing
- 55:02Speaker 1: for you. The United States Senate, I need to tell you,
- 55:07Speaker 1: I need to admit that I got something wrong. You ready?
- 55:10Speaker 1: I know this is one of those rare moments. I
- 55:12Speaker 1: got something completely wrong. I thought that Senator Lindsey Graham's
- 55:19Speaker 1: sister was merely going to be a placeholder for Lindsey
- 55:25Speaker 1: Graham's seat. But it turns out she intends to stay there.
- 55:30Speaker 1: This week, Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene Graham Nordone, has announced
- 55:35Speaker 1: that she plans on running for the seat that Henry
- 55:39Speaker 1: McMaster just appointed her to. Take a look at her
- 55:43Speaker 1: statement to Sean Hannity this week. Cut 11.
- 55:45Speaker 5: Watch.
- 55:46Speaker 8: President again saying, I hope Darlene does this. Meaning, I
- 55:52Speaker 8: hope you will get... And here's the filing deadline for
- 55:56Speaker 8: people that don't know. And these are just the laws
- 55:59Speaker 8: of South Carolina. The filing begins tomorrow. I think you
- 56:04Speaker 8: have a week?
- 56:06Speaker 2: Yes.
- 56:08Speaker 3: And by that time, the funerals won't even have taken place.
- 56:11Speaker 3: I know. And then the president putting.
- 56:15Speaker 3: An ask on you, we'll put it that way. It's
- 56:19Speaker 3: a lot of pressure.
- 56:20Speaker 9: It is a tremendous amount of pressure.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Tell me what's going through your head about it. Where
- 56:25Speaker 3: do you stand now?
- 56:27Speaker 9: I've been, I'll continue to say, I've been praying a lot,
- 56:31Speaker 9: talking to my family. But with the love of my family,
- 56:35Speaker 9: with the support of his staff, I know I'm a
- 56:39Speaker 9: hard worker. I learned that from Lindsey. He cared about
- 56:43Speaker 9: the people of this state. I've worked for almost 30
- 56:46Speaker 9: years for the people.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Of this state. I want to talk about that in
- 56:49Speaker 3: a minute.
- 56:50Speaker 9: I feel like I can do it. I feel an
- 56:53Speaker 9: inner peace about it. Will it be difficult?
- 56:57Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely. So you're inclined to get in, or have
- 57:01Speaker 3: you even made a final decision?
- 57:04Speaker 9: I've made a decision.
- 57:07Speaker 1: She goes on at the end of that clip, and
- 57:09Speaker 1: she says, I'm in. I'm in.
- 57:13Speaker 4: Okay. Okay.
- 57:14Speaker 1: She's in. Now, when she first got the job, I
- 57:19Speaker 1: told you that you should treat her like a United
- 57:22Speaker 1: States senator. Because she is at this moment a United
- 57:27Speaker 1: States senator. She was just appointed to it just days ago. Now,
- 57:30Speaker 1: the fact that she lost her brother is a very
- 57:33Speaker 1: sad thing. And she's in a state of mourning and
- 57:35Speaker 1: grieving the loss of her brother, the sudden loss of
- 57:38Speaker 1: her brother. And that makes all the sense in the world.
- 57:41Speaker 1: But as a United States senator who's now assuming the
- 57:44Speaker 1: mantle of her brother's office, she does get everything that
- 57:48Speaker 1: comes along with it. And that includes our sincere and
- 57:51Speaker 1: good faith phone calls and emails to her, especially if
- 57:54Speaker 1: you're in South Carolina, to encourage her to do the
- 57:56Speaker 1: right thing, like, say, pass the Save America Act to
- 57:58Speaker 1: take the floor with Mike Lee and to get that
- 58:01Speaker 1: job done. Um, these are, these are all perfectly good
- 58:04Speaker 1: things to say. Now I did get, it's funny. I
- 58:06Speaker 1: mentioned that I did get some feedback from the audience.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Some people saying, uh, Vince, don't, don't tell people to
- 58:11Speaker 1: bother her. She's grieving her brother.
- 58:13Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 58:13Speaker 1: I'm not going to change my position on this. If
- 58:15Speaker 1: you're a United States Senator, be a United States Senator.
- 58:19Speaker 1: She said yes to that. Uh, and so she says
- 58:21Speaker 1: yes to everything that comes along with it. I'm not
- 58:23Speaker 1: asking for anybody to be mean to her. I'm just
- 58:25Speaker 1: asking them to be honest and to be insistent about
- 58:28Speaker 1: what's good for the country. Now, um, At the time,
- 58:32Speaker 1: when we found out she was getting the job, we
- 58:34Speaker 1: thought that, I thought that she would be a placeholder,
- 58:37Speaker 1: that she wouldn't be running for the gig. And that
- 58:40Speaker 1: gave me a little bit of comfort in the idea
- 58:42Speaker 1: that a family member would get the role in the
- 58:43Speaker 1: first place. Like, look, she's just there while we await
- 58:46Speaker 1: who the people of South Carolina choose. Now, we're still
- 58:49Speaker 1: waiting for who the people of South Carolina choose. And
- 58:51Speaker 1: in the end, they may choose her. But now she's
- 58:53Speaker 1: got the strength of at least a couple of days
- 58:56Speaker 1: of incumbency. She'll be running against other Republicans in the race,
- 59:00Speaker 1: Republicans who are believers in the MAGA movement, who support
- 59:03Speaker 1: the president of the United States, people like Ralph Norman, congressman,
- 59:07Speaker 1: Russell Frye, congressman, as well as Mark Lynch, who just
- 59:11Speaker 1: lost his primary against Lindsey Graham earlier this year. All
- 59:15Speaker 1: of them have, in varying ways, taken up the mantle
- 59:17Speaker 1: of America First and President Trump's movement. Now, we'll see.
- 59:23Speaker 1: It looks like all three of those men are staying
- 59:25Speaker 1: in the race and will compete against Darlene Graham here.
- 59:27Speaker 1: So the people of South Carolina have a big task
- 59:30Speaker 1: ahead of them in making sure that the right person
- 59:33Speaker 1: fills that seat. Now, having said that, there are two
- 59:37Speaker 1: quick things I want to share with you about Darlene Graham.
- 59:39Speaker 1: One of them is immediately cause for concern in my view,
- 59:44Speaker 1: and the other is cause for optimism. So let me
- 59:46Speaker 1: start with concern. Concern on Darlene Graham. John Barrasso is
- 59:52Speaker 1: the whip of the Republican Party, an establishment figure who
- 59:54Speaker 1: has failed to deliver the Save America Act. And here's
- 59:58Speaker 1: what he told Punchbowl. Barrasso said, Darlene Graham has his
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: full support in the South Carolina Senate race. Darlene Graham
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: is an excellent senator. She'll continue to be an excellent senator.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: And she has my full support. Chad, what's the problem
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: with this quote? Darlene Graham is an excellent senator. She's
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: been a senator for For less than a week. How
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: can you say she's an excellent senator? What track record
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: do we even have to measure her by? She'll continue
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: to be an excellent senator. Maybe. I just don't even
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: know what you're talking about. How can we give her
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: a report card on her time as a senator when
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: she just put her stuff on top of the desk?
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: But Barrasso says she's got my full support. And obviously,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: she does have President Trump's support, too. That's a big endorsement.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: And that may be the deciding factor in this race.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: President Trump, very fond of Lindsey Graham. That may be
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: the explanation for all of this, his fondness for Lindsey Graham.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: But one way or the other, Darlene Graham is in
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: this race. Now, cause for optimism in this. Apparently, the problems, look,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: the problems that people have had with Lindsey Graham have
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: consisted of his appetite for war and military aggression that
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: didn't seem in any way to have sort of a
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: dynamic assessment of the cost-benefit analysis. Lindsey Graham was always
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: tempted by foreign adventurism, by the use of our military,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: and candidly, imperiling the lives of our troops when it
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: wasn't clear to the American public that there was a
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: mandate to do that. So where is Darlene Graham on
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: that major subject? And here is, I say it's a
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: cause for optimism. I just find it very interesting. And
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Byron York is summarizing it this way at the Washington
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Examiner today. Senator Darlene Graham told Sean Hannity, that if
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: she's elected to a full term, she'll have different priorities
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: than her late brother. Quote, I used to see him
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: on the talk shows. I would watch him and I'd
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: be like, Lindsay, are you just talking about national security
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: all the time? And I understand that's important, protecting our borders,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: national security, absolutely. I said, but talk about what matters
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: to the average person, the price of groceries, the price
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: of gas, health care. insurance, those kinds of things. That's
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: what I'm worried about. Well, that's encouraging. That's encouraging. But
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: this is only the beginning. We're only starting to get
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to know this woman at all. Nobody knows Darlene Graham.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: We're just becoming acquainted with her. So you can't say
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: she's an excellent senator. She's been there for five minutes.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Now she's running. Now she's running. And it's up to
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: the people of South Carolina to kick the tires on
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: this race. And they have to do it quickly because
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: we need a great senator to join the ranks of
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: the United States Senate in January. The president could use
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: great backup. It would be good.
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: All right.

- 1:03:51Speaker 4: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
