- M1: Welcome back to another episode of Sister Sisters. I'm joined today by, of course, my sister. M2: Hello everyone. I'm excited about today's episode. But M1: Me too. I sort of like feel ownership over this episode. Mousel and A sort of said something the other day, guys. And we both were like, well, maybe we should do a podcast episode about that. But then I feel like I sort of formed into the idea of the episode, and I'm very excited for it. M2: Okay, well, here the episode is about the lore of lifetime bands. Me and Malsa, when we're talking, I named like five people with lifetime bands. She goes, I don't know any of them. I said, M1: Yeah. M2: I guess that I own the lore of lifetime bands. But we're not getting into that yet, because I have a couple other things to talk about, which is one of the things that I saw something very interesting today about Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout, which is, if you don't know it, California Adventure, they converted their Tower of Terror to a Guardians of the Galaxy ride. And it's themed like Guardians of the Galaxy, obviously. Well, Joe Rhody apparently originally pitched Doctor Strange, who I vaguely kind of know. I met him at Jollywood once. The Sanctum Sanctorum, which I think is a hotel. Question mark? M1: I don't even know. I don't even think that's a real thing in Marvel, but that's extremely interesting to me that he would pitch Doctor Strange, and I can see in the spreadsheet that you said it was rejected because it wasn't popular enough. Like, Doctor Strange is a an interesting character because he is a fairly core character, but like I guess he doesn't sort of have M2: The Sanctum Centaurum is a fictional building appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. It's the residence and headquarters of Doctor Strange. M1: Okay, so it's just yeah, it's the sanctum. Okay, that makes sense. I think that would have been really cool actually. But yeah, people don't like ride for Doctor Strange in the same way that they do for some other characters. I love Doctor Strange. M2: It was on Bleaker Street. We used to pass on the subway when we went to your apartment. M1: We didn't. M2: but then exe yeah, executive said he wasn't popular enough. They said Spider Man. Joe Roddy said no. Spider Man needs space to swing. This building is too vertical, which is so interesting. And then they started imagining what else this could be besides a hotel, a grain silo? Wow, a fortress, a bank, a storage facility, or a prison. So I thought that was really cool. M1: I guess they I guess they went with prison, right? Like M2: There's like a storage facility in there? What's going on? M1: It's like you're going to the collectors, but then you sort of end up they're imprisoned. I guess they're in the collectors like l cages. No, I don't think it's a prison, actually. M2: No, I don't know if it's a prison. Is it a prison? You were the one who said that. M1: Okay, well, that is interesting. Next up, M2: Yeah, that was cool. M1: I just got back from a trip to Portugal. I went to Porto and Lisbon. and I went with a total, it was a group of 16. It was a lot of mouseless seas. It was Masless C's immediate family and then a bunch of his family members. And the Micklet was there, who is currently seven months old. And there was like a two-year-old on the trip. So I thought I'd talk a little bit about traveling with a kid mostly. I will say I thought Portugal was beautiful. They were the hilliest cities I've ever been to. It was, I can't even M2: More hilly than Edinburgh? M1: my God. Yes. So, M2: Wow. M1: so, so hilly. Like, I couldn't even believe how hilly it was. Literally, when you were on the water in Porto. To get back up to our hotel, the map would tell us FYI, you're gonna have to go vertically up 250 feet, which is like 25 flights of stairs up as we walked back to the hotel, like straight uphill the whole time. so it wasn't very stroller friendly, which was not ideal. But in general, I felt like the Miqulet did extremely well. He definitely had a lot more energy than he did on our last trips. Like he wanted to be, you know. He was ready to play. Every time we took him out of the stroller, he was like racing around and stuff. but all in all he did well and we did an overnight flight and it went fine. So I feel good about it. M2: I fear your second child is gonna be a menace because the Miklot is so easy. M1: I I do say that frequently, unfortunately. And speaking of trips, you have a trip coming up. M2: I have a trip coming up. one week from the day you're listening to this. If you're listening on Thursday, if you're listening tomorrow, because we're recording the night before due to busy week, I will be on my way to Ilani, which is crazy. And s yeah. No, M1: It's in one week. I thought it was in two weeks. M2: it's in one week. I'm like unfortunately, I mean, and I say this every single time, and you guys will hear about it when I get to my pit later in the episode. But I say this every time. Every time I take PTO. It couldn't come at a worse time. And of all times that I said that, my boss moving no, no. My boss M1: No. Boy who cried wolf. Boy who cried wolf. M2: moved to a new job. amazing opportunity. I have now been promoted into a new position. The weight of the world feels like it's on my shoulders. Truly. Like I just feel like I have so much to do. The good news is I will use less PTO because I will have to work so much to prepare for the trip. M1: Okay, one issue for M2: Crickets. M1: me with your trip being in a week is that I had a whole series of content planned called honeymoon handoff, and then you No, no, M2: And you posted one. That's on you. M1: then you made cruise week. It's now randomly cruise week this week. Like you randomly decided to whip out cruise week. M2: I meant to talk about that and sitting on the ground. Cruise week because I have the because the vlog is going up. I finished the cruise vlog. We took a we took a very fun Halloween on the high seas cruise. If you want to learn more about it, you can watch the vlog next Monday. You can also go back about a year ago and listen to our podcast episode on it. Because there was an issue M1: Yeah, I was gonna say guys, it's this vlog is a year old in case that's not clear. M2: with me converting it and then it was past Halloween. And I said, Well, I'll post it next year. And I am going to. So anyway, yes, Olani is coming up soon. Next week, we're gonna be doing a resort deep dive on Olani and just Disney's decision to expand beyond. We'll probably talk about Vero Beach and Hilton Head a little bit as well. That'll be pretty cool. And then I'll be gone the following and you'll be on here with mouse lit three. one more thing. After my Olani trip, we're going to Oogie Boogie Bash, and we finally got our costumes. And I showed you a little sneak peek yesterday. M1: Guys, this is like not a spoiler really, but because of M2: wait, careful. M1: nope, because of what Mouslit 2 was wearing when she was like trying a piece of the costume on. She was wearing an orange sweatshirt, guys. Okay. And then because of something that Mouse Lit A was wearing, they looked like Vector and Gru from Despicable Me. Okay. That's not their costume at all. But they the two of them literally looked like M2: Yeah. M1: Vector and Gru. And if you know, you know. Okay. Anything else up top before we get into some news? M2: no, just get ready for my trip. I'm excited, so be ready for it. But no, we've a couple of pieces of good news and a couple of stinkers. M1: Always, always carried the news, and whenever Mouse Little Two does it, I just like feel weary. I don't know. But this first one I did see, I don't okay. I'll I'll tell what the news is first. The Lily Pad character, which like the iPad-esque character from Toy Story 5, is coming to Alien Swirling Saucer. So she's gonna be like a big animatronic outside of the ride, acting as like the DJ for the ride, and then they will be playing new songs on the ride, like reimagined Toy Story songs from all five movies. you know, new trucks created just for the ride, whatever. I don't know how I feel about this. I kind of feel like it's unnecessary. No. I do want to. I do want to. M2: Have you seen Toy Story Five? Likewise. I will at some point. I will watch it at some point. And when, you know, when I find a little bit of time to dedicate behind into movies, still need to watch a couple of others. M1: Yeah, you're so you're so behind. I just didn't go because I it's hard for me to go to a theater now, but I do want to see it. So maybe I don't like maybe I don't feel the the Lillipad love because I haven't seen it. M2: Well, I will never f love lilypad because I don't like children using I remember when this is some mouse lit's lore. I'll I'll roll the bit, I guess, even though you're running the show today. Here's some we were born at a very critical time. You're 1994. I'm 1996. Mouse Lit Three is later in 1999. We didn't have like technology that we were we'd play with. We had we got Game Boy advances eventually. I remember when Mouse Lit 3 got a leapfrog. And M1: A leapfrog, yeah. M2: I remember it like kind of irked me. Not because I was jealous, just I was like, what is that? And I stand by that. That he had this stupid little leap. frog pad thing that he's learning on. I learned with yes, M1: Lillipad reminds me of Leapfrog. M2: it do well, obviously it's the same sort of thing. And I'm just like, you know what? I understand that a lot of people have and technology has done good, but like the simpler life, we were the last era to get it. And I don't want no, let's not support like bring back real M1: You you sound like a boomer, but I just think M2: toys. No, bring back real toys. I can't I hope M1: I just think M2: Lillipad is the like I don't want to be a spoiler, but I assume Lilipad is the villain of the movie. M1: I think that is known and has been known from like the previews. But anyways, I I mean Lily Pat herself, like whatever, but I just more feel like Alien Swirling Saucers is such a basic nothing ride. Like, does it need anything added to it? Like, I don't think that this is gonna make any big change in the ride. I'm just kind of like M2: Maybe it's just like an easy thing for them to do. They're excited about their new movie. I don't know. I guess I can kinda get it. M1: It's fine. I'm just kind of like, okay. Whatever, I guess. Maybe kids will like love it. Maybe it will add a little life into that section because it'll be like digital. I don't know. M2: What's there right now? M1: Nothing. I think nothing. I think just like a flower bed. M2: Really? I sort of feel like something's there. Maybe a green alien, perhaps? M1: Maybe maybe they'll move it. No, I don't think so. I really think it's nothing. M2: Okay. Well, the next piece of news, you're either gonna care and you're gonna be super excited, or you're not gonna care at all and you're gonna have no idea who this person is. I now know who this person is, so I'm like, how very M1: I M2: cool. M1: I d I don't, so I can't wait to find out. Like I saw all the stuff about it, but I'm like, who is this? M2: Disney pianist Carol Stein is now playing at the Main Street piano at Casey's Corner. And I was like, and everyone was like, Carol, Carol! Finally, someone in the comments, I'm scrolling way down, was like, can someone explain who this is? Carol Stein used to play at Rosen Crown and then kind of bopped around other places, then ended up playing at the Grand Floridian. Carol has like a blue name tag, so it's like a very, you know, great cast member. People clearly have this connection as this musician. And so it's cool that she's in a place that's like accessible to all people. I don't know if Carol was maybe posted maybe one day on like some sort of one of the Disney social media pages. Cause everyone knows her. But I think it's fun. Mostly I'm like, we're we're getting a woman on the main street piano. Like I love that. So I'm excited, looking forward to getting to know Carol. M1: Yeah, it's fun. I mean people were amped and I was like, should I know who Carol is? M2: I'm like pretty, it's always weird. We're very deep in the Disney community. And when there's something that I'm just like, huh? It's very odd for me. M1: my God, this is actually so funny. For sitting on the ground talking today, our Patreon segment, we did a whole we answered a bunch of listener questions about like being creators and sort of like some behind-the-scenes stuff. And one of the things was if we respond to like mean comments, which you can listen to the segment if you want to learn learn more about that. But on a YouTube short that we posted the other day, for some reason we were getting like a ton of Comments about us being Disney adults and stuff, whatever. It doesn't matter. But this one lady who may be watching right now on YouTube, I don't know. She commented this whole thing, being like, you guys who fly down here multiple times a year, M2: Yeah. M1: you think that you're locals, but you're not. You're Taurus. I can spot you from a mile away. You Taurus wearing your Mickey ears, dressing up like You think that you know it all, but you don't know a thing because you're not actually from here because you're a tourist. It was anyways, it just reminded me of this because yes, I actually do kind of feel like I know everything about Disney. I know nothing about Orlando, but I do feel like I sort of know basically everything there is to know about Disney. But I have to say I didn't know anything about Carol. And now I'm glad I do. M2: to say I don't care about Orlando. I don't want to go anywhere in Orlando. I want to go to Disney and maybe I'll frequent Universal. okay, you can do the next piece of news. M1: The this next piece of news is absolutely awful. I don't even know why you included this. Yacht club con Nope, M2: They're new concierge costumes at Pop Century Resort. M1: nope. And it wasn't concierge, it was Bellhops. The Yacht Club construction continues, guys. So just in case you were wondering, there are M2: I just wanna I like, wait, I wanna sort of be mentioning the fact that like, yes, it's still under construction. It has been under construction for quite a while and they're not even using the front entrance of the lobby right now. M1: There is a ton of scaffolding when we went to the point that we were like, is this resort even open? M2: Yeah. But when were but we were there when? this summer. Okay. Well, M1: Yeah. M2: so it wasn't that long ago. Feels like a while ago. The last piece of news over at the boardwalk, the Hurley Burley Jazz Club. They put the entrance sign up that opens in October. I'm so excited. I think we'll definitely go in November. M1: 100%. It looks and we're staying at the boardwalk. It's like literally perfect. M2: It is perfect. M1: they have announced a bunch of stuff with the menus and the hours and the way it's gonna work. I am extremely excited for this. And while I was sad to see jelly rolls go, I really think this has the potential to be like the perfect, perfect fit. That's M2: Yeah. M1: all the news that Mouse 2 gathered. I I hope that she covered everything. You know, I like I said, I always twitch a little when I'm not the one that gathers the news. M2: I pulled this entire show together, so you know what? Don't even, okay. M1: On to the main segment. The lore of lifetime bands. Guys, I feel like I don't know. Do most people think about lifetime bands at all? Mousla 2 and I are nervous Nellies. And so we Right. We M2: I was about to say, are we getting a lifetime ban for talking about lifetime bans? Let me do the caveat. All of these things are bad. That's why they got lifetime bans and we don't condone any of them. M1: Yes, we do not condone any of this. We do not want a lifetime ban. Please don't give us a lifetime ban. So so let's talk about what is a lifetime ban? A lifetime ban is when Disney basically bans M2: Bans you from life. M1: you for life from the parks, but in the it's like actually not just like a Disney thing. It is a legal thing because Disney basically says, This is private property. You are not allowed to be here, so you are a trespasser on private property. So like If you were to get a lifetime ban and you would be at and you were at the park, like sh like cops would come and escort you away because you are a trespasser. Trespass. M2: You will get a formal trest pass. M1: Yeah, it's technically called it's not technically called lifetime ban. It's called being trespassed. Like you're a trespasser now. M2: And what leads to being trespassed? Well, we have a whole list, case studies, I'm calling it. I really went deep. Although again, I knew a lot of these people already. But what leads to one is doing something that breaks Disney's rules. Sneaking backstage. being an idiot. M1: It's like it's egregious breaking of the rules. You will see. Honestly, like you're never gonna get a lifetime ban because you're listening, you know, you all these things you're gonna be like, duh, they got lifetime bans for these. But like it is crazy. M2: Most of these things are like there's maybe like one or two that I'm like, but the other things it's like what and they knew it was gonna happen, okay. I wanted to start off though, as I was doing research, again, I knew a lot of these people, I want to start off with a couple of celebrities that have received a ban from Disney. I found this very interesting. I'll start with Rebel Wilson, received a ban from Disney. She received a formal 30-day park ban after taking and posting a photo inside the private bathroom at Club 33 in New Orleans Square at Disneyland. You are not allowed to take any photos in the bathroom, specifically the bathroom at Club 33. Like that is the rule. And because of that, they caught her. I don't even know how. Maybe she posted it. They caught her and they said, You're gonna get a 30 day ban, but you can choose which period you don't want to go in. And she said, June would be fine. M1: It's so crazy because Club 33 is obviously extremely locked down. I think back in the day, you like weren't allowed to take pictures in their period, but as phones and stuff progressed, that just wasn't possible anymore. But there are still very strict rules. You cannot take any videos in club 33. You can take pictures, but you can't take videos. When you're posting any pictures that you took, you can't post them in a way that it's like, here's a tour of all of Club 33. You can post like, I was here, I did this or whatever, that's fine. But they don't want, yeah, full tour. And then this one really random rule is that you can't take pictures in the bathroom. Why? Is it like a privacy thing? Is it that the bathrooms are so cool? M2: No, it was like I remember when we went in there and I was and I remember being like, okay. Like there was like a chese. I was like, Okay, M1: It was nice, but I M2: sure. M1: like it wasn't that impressive. I mean it was nice, but like it wasn't crazy. I thought it was maybe more of like a a a guest privacy thing or something. M2: It's just funny 'cause it's like naturally someone might take a selfie. So but the biggest thing is if you do take this stuff and you post it, the member that you came with or if you are a member, you can lose your membership and get in trouble. So like that's like that's where it all leads to. But yeah, Rebel Wilson Rebel Wilson got a thirty day park ban. M1: Rebel Wilson was kicked out of Disneyland. I doubt that they escorted her out. I assume she posted this after the fact and they just sort of reached out to her. But there are other celebrities that have been banned as well. So the first one that Mouse Little 2 has on our list is someone named Grace Jones. I don't know who that is, 1998. But she performed at the House of Blues in downtown Disney, and she quote, disrobed on stage and lit up marijuana in front of the venue audience. and so yeah. you'll see that so many of things these things are kind of like why would you ever do that? And M2: She was an eighties icon, in case people were wondering. M1: Well, that eighties icon is now banned. I think that if she had just like you know, lit up marijuana on stage, smoked, like she probably wouldn't have gotten the lifetime ban, but the disrobing of it all. M2: Blake Lively was banned as a child. This is very interesting. While not permanent, she and her brother received a one year ban at age six after being caught trying to sneak into Disneyland, transferring exit hand stamps to avoid paying admission. They figured out that like hairspray let you transfer a hand stamp, and they convinced people in the parking lot to transfer their stamps to them, and then they got caught right when they came in. She said they got taken to a bunch of back rooms with like white I don't know. M1: Were they n were they not with their parents? M2: I don't know. There wasn't that much context from Blake. Should we anyone know Blake lively? Blake if you're watching. M1: And how would a six year old even like a six year old shouldn't be getting a lifetime ban? The parents should. How much older? Okay. M2: Well, her brother was older. Her brother was twelve. He sprayed hairspray and a stamp and transferred it. Plain closed park security stopped the children at the turnstiles. Her brother told her not to confess no matter what the security said. They took them downstairs to a sterile all white room with miniature furniture. They had the children on tape from the parking lot, they said, and they wanted them to admit guilt to face a lifetime ban, but she received a one year ban. She talked about this on the late night show with David Letterman in two thousand and nine. M1: Literally, where were her parents? A six, a M2: That's like crazy also. M1: six-year-old and a 12-year-old should not be receiving a lifetime ban. I mean, I get what they did was wrong, but that is insane. Okay, also, I'm not gonna give too many details, guys, but we know someone, a fellow, M2: my god, I was about to say this. M1: a fellow influencer. Okay, I will not say anything else, but a fellow creator told us a story where this fellow creator was on Tower of Terror with their younger sibling. And their younger sibling said, if you stretch the seatbelt, if you like pull extra slack out of the seatbelt, then when you drop on tower of turret, you fly away up. We should do it. And so this creator said, my God, okay, yeah, that'll be fun. Did it. Doors closed. Suddenly doors reopen. They come and they say, You two, get off the ride. They're pulled into a back room. And the creator said that literally, like they were threatened with a lifetime ban. And like I don't even know how or why they got out of it. Me too. M2: I wish we had more context to it. It's so funny. But now when you're on the Tower of Terror, any of those rides, they'll be like hands up because they're checking that your seatbelt is like tight. M1: That you're not pulling it. Yes. And we always say it's literally like because of that creator doing that. And if that creator is listening, you know who you are. Wink. Okay. Next up. M2: Okay, this last one I have to take. This is insane. Barack Obama got kicked out of Disney for a day and was not allowed to re enter a single day ban. But Barack Obama, he said, I'm ashamed to say this, so close your ears, young people. But a few of us were smoking on the gondolas. He was approached by two very large Disneyland police police officers. They said, Sir, can you come with us? They escorted us out of Disneyland. And then that was in hit like a speech that he made. So then CEO Bob Iger, who's a CEO at the time, tweeted he can always come back as long as he doesn't smoke. M1: That's crazy. Also, I wonder when M2: That's like so low. M1: that was. Because like smoking used to be, I guess by that point there were still smoking areas in the park. Yeah. M2: It was college. It was college years. Yeah. M1: my God. Wow, Brock. So guys, M2: Brock, brak, brak. M1: even celebrities have gotten, although most of these bands were just temporary bands, but Grace Jones got a real band. So if you know who Grace Jones is. M2: There were n there were another two and I was trying to find it. There were two celebrities who were kicked like Anna Kendrick, I think, was kicked out of Epcot for being unruly or something. Anna, if that wasn't you, I I think it might have been, but like looking it up it might not have been Anna Kendrick, so M1: Okay, you're spreading rumors, you're spreading lies. Our next category, and this is like our personal favorite category, I think, because it's just like so crazy. And to me, what these people are like the quintessential people who have gotten lifetime bans. These are urban explorers. We've talked about this before, and I just want to give a massive, massive disclaimer. This is the mo like worst possible thing that you can basically do. Do not do this. It is so bad, it is so illegal, it is so not allowed in in every single way. Do not do this, okay. But these are urban explorers who basically sneak backstage at Disney, sneak into these various areas. And so the first one, so okay. M2: I can take the first one because you didn't know who this was, and you can take the next. because the next one's more iconic anyway. Shane Perez is like one of the first urban explorers who this is like Lord, I like I love this stuff. Okay. I'm sorry, I do. It's sick, but I do. The first real urban explorer, I feel like, was this guy Hoot Gibson, who like snuck onto the Horizons ride and would jump off and stand with M1: my god, you're like such a Hoot Gibson stan. Hoot Gibson like M2: No, no, I've like deep he honestly wait, Hoot Gibson Hive Rise. Like, is anyone else in the Hoot Gibson Hive? Because I don't feel like anyone else talks about him. Like I'm just M1: think you're a lone bee, like I don't think there's a hive. I don't think there's a hive. M2: like, how is no one else talking about Hoot? Okay, Hoot Gibson didn't get a ban, but he would sneak onto rides. Okay, Shane Perez was one of the first people, it probably the first, the first to documented at least, who snuck onto Discovery Island after Disney abandoned it. He went in the 2000s. He took like a boat over with his friends. They were there overnight. They took like the earliest pictures, and his blog is still up. The earliest pictures that you can find of Discovery Island abandoned with all of the like aviary stuff and like there's a snake in a jar. That was taken by Shane Perez. And they didn't get caught there. Disney was like not in any place to like be trying to catch people at that time. Like they were not. They had like no M1: Yeah, dis Dis yeah, Disney didn't have it together like they do now. M2: system. Now there's trail cams, and we'll get to that more. But he was the first one to do it and then eventually he ended up getting a lifetime ban after the fact. And I think he said that like it wasn't that big of a deal because he didn't doesn't like like Disney that much. But yeah, he puts his entire blog article up. So M1: Also, guys, Discovery Island is an abandoned island in the middle of Bay Lake. It is like there's nothing on it. The thought of being there overnight in like the woods with no electricity is like the actual creepiest thing I can ever imagine. The fact that he did that. M2: Do you know how big it do you know how big it is? M1: It's not very big. M2: I guess Acreage. M1: Like, I don't know. I'm not I don't know, twenty. M2: Okay, it's twelve acres, but that's like bigger than I would have thought. That's a lot of that's like a to be on that island with wildlife being abandoned, I would freak. I would freak M1: No, so scary. M2: out. So he was the first. He got a lifetime ban, but it wasn't like hugely public. Like, yes, he had this blog, but like it was a different era. Social media wasn't there and social media has made things change. But he was like the one of the first. M1: The next one that we're gonna talk about is Matt Sanswa. Okay, to me, Matt, like the Matt Sanswa lore. Also, guys, Matt Sanswa definitely had a cross-shed muscle too at some point. Okay, he like literally messaged us about it. Okay, listen, Matt Sanswa, it's okay, okay? You did. You messaged us. Okay. Okay. M2: Matt Sansbell could be listening to this. No, I don't think he did. I don't think he did. Stop! No, he didn't. M1: Yes, he did. He literally did. Okay. And M2: No. Matt Matt, I'm sorry. I'm a fan if you're I mean, I'm not a fan of what you did, but it was intriguing, so M1: No, we I'm a fan. I'm obviously do condone it, but like it's cool. Anyways. Yeah. M2: I don't condone but like if you're gonna do I'm gonna watch it, you know, that type of thing. So M1: So Matt Sans was would go and film YouTube videos in these places. They're still up. So like if you are curious, go ahead and look it up. It's honestly like crazy to see because he would sneak into like all these different places. Again, Disney just didn't have it together in terms of this because like The fact that he was in as many places as he was is absolutely insane. Multiple I guess. M2: And he got caught over and over. We have a list of the places he snuck into and this isn't even all of them, but M1: Yeah, so we can we can sort of alternate. But the first one, this is to me, is one of the most iconic. He snuck into Expedition Everest. I think we've talked about this one before at some point, but he snuck into Expedition Everest. He climbed like the maintenance walks around to get up to the Yeti. So he literally, it's like pitch black. He has a big light and he is filming the Yeti. It actually like makes me sick to think about it. I think it's so scary. You should look that one up. It's insane that he's standing up there with the yeti. okay next guys she just M2: That one is literally crazy. I sorry, I just wanted a picture for you to see it. M1: went guys she just think shirt to the spreadsheet. It's so scary. How dare M2: It is. M1: you? No, how dare you do that? Literally how dare you M2: One of his most iconic ones, if you want to watch someone and die of embarrassment, you should watch this because he tried to talk his way out of it. He snuck into Wonders of Life. That was one thing, but he stuck into Incranium Command. But then he went into the MetLife Lounge. Wonders of Life is like an abandoned pavilion about the body and Epcots and the Gold Dome. You you probably know it. We did a deep dive on it at some point. And it was my first YouTube video I ever posted that was a deep dive. Anyway, they had a a corporate lounge and Disney was still using it like event space training type things. There were cast members bopping around. He goes up into it. He walks into a room, runs into cast members, like turns around, and they go, Hi, are you supposed to be here? And he was like, my gosh, like I got totally lost. And he kept going over and over. And she's like, okay. She's like taking it down. He's like, So how'd you get here? And she's he's like, he just like M1: He's listening to this right now. M2: did not. He already, I think, maybe had a charge at that point, whatever. He ended up trying to come back to Epcot another time. I think because he like blurry footage. They caught him with like huge flashlights and they were like, What are these for? Like that one, if you want to watch my God, I like just die. I die trying to watch him talk his way out of that. M1: But the he goes into the cranium command theater and he filmed Buzzy in there. It's so creepy. Like, honestly, being in any abandoned place when it's dark, like is creepy. It just is. Yes. Even being M2: I love abandoned things. I love abandoned things, but M1: in a non-abandoned Disney place at dark is creepy, but the abandoned ones are especially creepy. And yet he got footage of cranium command theater while it was still intact with Buzzy there, which will come up later. But next one, this one he had already received a lifetime ban, and yet he was back again. At Big Thunder Mountain, where he was just he walked like the whole track and was walking along the rock work of Big Thunder Mountain at night. M2: And this is insane because they could have been literally testing the ride vehicles and he couldn't got run over. So incredibly dangerous. He M1: Yes, the ride vehicles. Same with as same with Everest. Like M2: snuck into the shuttered, partially demolished Disney Quest building, really and he s he dressed up as a fake construction worker with a vest and a hard hat and walked in and it was pitch M1: This one is M2: black. It was pitch black in there. M1: I did a deep dive on Disney Quest, and I used some of his footage in the YouTube video. It was like in a really creepy state because they were in the process of demolishing it. So there were things with like big yeah, buzz lighter M2: All the pictures buzz light you're like laying on the ground. M1: laying on the ground. There was a I picture this giant Pinocchio head, the New York. there were like wires ripped out. It was just like in a really weird, again, very creepy state. M2: He snuck into river country and he yeah, M1: Multiple times. M2: many times he got was like caught. Someone was chasing him there. He like fell through a slide partially. he has like no fear, honestly. That one is another cool one. M1: And he did Discovery Island as well. And so there's content of him at Discovery Island. And then apparently I haven't seen this one, but he also went into the old Nickelodeon N Nickelodeon Studios complex that M2: I forgot another one. He snuck into Walt's plane, which used to be stored on property that was like gutted on the inside. He M1: yeah. And again, creepy, creepy, creepy. But yeah, wait, I didn't finish what M2: That M1: I was saying. He snuck into the old Nickelodeon Studios complex at Universal Studios, Florida. Anyways, he's like one of the most prolific urban explorers. Like again, all of his stuff is still on YouTube if you want to go watch it, but he M2: But he has got he's like he is banned times like he has like a felony charge, I think. Like M1: Yes, because he was trespassed and then again he was breaking trespassing charges. So like he's genuinely No, he it would be very bad for him to go back. And I think at this point he's done. Yeah. M2: Yeah, yeah. I th I mean I think like it's he literally would be screwed, but he has some cool stuff. M1: He was okay, wow. He was doing all this six years ago. Disney, six years ago isn't that long ago. Six, seven years M2: But think M1: ago? M2: okay, but think about it. TikTok only really rose to popularity twenty nineteen, twenty twenty. Instagram barely had videos. People like it was just YouTube. M1: I know, but like the fact that they I don't know, didn't have it together enough. M2: Well, now now no nothing can happen. Cause okay, the next guy, this is another one that's like a huge deal. The account Backdoor Disney, it was like I think it was like a Twitter account, at first, would post like backstage photos and things that they took. The guy's name is Patrick Spikes to come find out. But come to find out, I meant. To come find out. And he would sneak back places like one of his he snuck into the carousel of progress and the country bears to see how the animatronics worked. Unfortunately, and this is really sad, someone got like I think it was a cast member, got stuck in the wall the circulating of carousel progress at some point. I don't know what location, if it was at Disneyland or World when that happened. And but they died. Like these places you should not be. And you can get crushed. You can get really hurt. Animatronics are incredibly, incredibly heavy. So he was being reckless, foolish. He, I believe, is the one who snuck into the great movie ride when it was like partially constructed. I believe he or he posted the picture of Stitch, which this is crazy. Do you have something to say? M1: No, no. M2: you saw you jumped. I thought you were gonna talk about Stitch because you did that deep dive. Well, Stitch, they took his animatronic skin off and they just left his like robot body? What M1: Yes, I was gonna I was gonna say that. It was literally like the creepiest skeleton of Stitch. I don't know why they did that in the way that they did and left him there. Like just remove the animatronic. M2: They took his eyes out. They took his eyes out too. M1: Yeah, it's so creepy. I remember I think that he's also the one that posted Okay, that picture makes me sick. She just posted a spreadsheet. M2: Ha ha ha. M1: I think he's also the one who was he the one that did stuff with haunted mansion costumes. Stall haunted mansion costumes. Okay. M2: Yes, yeah. So I'm gonna about to get into all of that. See, this is what I said. You don't really understand the lore of all the No, no. Patrick M1: No, I know. I do know the Lord. M2: Spikes, so he was a cast member. Him, he got his cousin. They got he got like a fake ID for his cousin or something, like a Disney, a fake Disney ID. And they snuck underneath the haunted mansion, where we have been on a tour with Disney. Very cool. We get to see how the like ghosts in the ballroom scene worked. He stole extra costumes from those animatronics that they wear. He tried to sell them. The biggest question is and there's actually stolen kingdom. There's like a documentary about this, which I haven't seen yet. It's very hard to get access to. M1: I wanna see it so badly. It's like a film festival documentary. M2: I'm sure they'll post it at some point, somewhere. But anyway, someone stole the Buzzy Animatronic, or something happened. This is way too much to get into. We'll cover it another time. But basically, people thought it was Patrick Spikes in general because of everything he was doing. And you guys he stole items. Matt Sensua trespassed. Patrick Spikes stole items. He was charged with felonies. He could have gone to prison. He was like screaming and crying when the police brought him into a room. He like tried to grab his phone. Like I think he threw up. He was screaming for his mom. Like I'm dead serious. You can watch the video. It's another video that I'm like, I don't even know. But it's like, you know what? You you think that you're being funny and silly, but actually you're breaking the law and enjoy sitting in prison. And he ended up getting probation. But he's permanently banned from all Disney properties. So M1: Also, the yeah, the buzzy lore, like we do need to get into at some point, because M2: Yeah, we do. M1: that is crazy. But I also wanted to say most lifetime bans only apply to the property that the thing happened on, like Walt Disney World specifically. I would think that for these people, because what they are doing is so egregious, it's probably at least Disney World and Disneyland, if not all international parks. But most people who get a lifetime ban are only banned from the one, the one place. M2: I also want to say all of these people who have a lifetime ban, there are like many news articles about it. Like we're not breaking any of this news. It's very well documented. Like NBC talks about it, like all of those. Okay. M1: Yes. Okay, the next one, this was in 2020. I like remember when this news broke. There was someone who went out to Discovery Island. He like rode out to Discovery Island also and was camping on Discovery Island. He claimed that he thought it was a tropical paradise M2: And then he was gonna live there. M1: and that he was gonna live there. he was eventually arrested, obviously, and got a lifetime ban. M2: That one was so cool though, because the Osceola count no Orange County Sheriff had had to come out and to park their boat on the dock, and they were like exploring and running through the island. And their like body cam footage M1: Body cam footage. M2: is available on YouTube. So like you can watch them explore the island. It's probably the best footage we have. Disney has now since these are basically the biggest urban explorers. There's other people who snuck backstage, like people who worked for blogs and stuff who have lifetime bands, like what, but these are the biggest people. Disney is trail cams all over. I mean River Country's gone, but Discovery Island, if you step foot, they will know instantly and you will get a felony charge. So just like M1: Yes, yes. M2: do not there is no gain to doing that. Also dangerous, also terrifying. So M1: This next category, these are people who we called it inappropriate. Okay. You'll see why. The first one, this is the one one of the ones that I feel like was in the news the most. This is a story you would have seen, you know, on like NBC or something. There was a woman on Living with the Land at Epcot who I'm sure had been drinking, I don't know, but who jumped out of the boat because she supposedly wanted to get a cucumber. I she did want to get a cucumber, I guess. But she like yeah, M2: I think she might have grabbed it. M1: she like jumped out of the boat and was in the Living with the Land greenhouses and caused like a whole scene. Generally speaking, you cannot get out of a ride vehicle at all, obviously. However, will doing that automatically give you a lifetime ban? Like if a kid was scared and jumped out or something, like no, or whatever. If the you know, circumstantial. Yeah, maybe. Maybe M2: Actually maybe, maybe, yeah. M1: because it's very dangerous, but like circumstantial, however, this woman was being crazy, she was messing up the greenhouses, trying to get this cucumber. She got a lifetime ban. M2: Next up, small world individual. M1: This one is also insane. M2: This is actually this is at Disneyland. This is insane. This is someone in 2023, clearly going through some, you know, a a crisis of sorts. midboat stripped compled complet You know what? This is the thing like sitting on the ground talking that I'm like stripped down completely and nude, walked through all the sets. And was sitting in the like Taj Mahal like fake water. M1: Yeah. Yeah, in the ta in the Taj Mahal where there's like all the little people and he was sitting in the middle like as boats were M2: Butt naked. Okay? And then they M1: going by. M2: But the in most insane part about this, and I'm like, is they dragged him out of the park butt naked through the park. Backstage backstage, cover M1: I guess what what were they gonna do? What did what were they supposed to do? M2: him up. Like he was going through the park. There's videos. He has been arrested and has a permanent ban. M1: insane. Okay, the next one is at the Mexico Pavilion. Again, someone who is at Food and Wine Festival, who I'm sure had been drinking too much, was like scaling the exterior of the Mexico Pavilion. And he got like several levels up before he came back down, where law enforcement was obviously waiting for him. And he got a permanent ban. All of these things are so obviously not allowed, so obviously. M2: Someone jumped off the bridges in in the Italy area into the water. Someone's bathing in the piv the fountain in France. Like, obviously, people don't do this. So M1: Don't do that. Yes. It's very clear. M2: that's you're violating the rules and you're not using any common sense. Okay, the next ones are people who were I like I don't know how to define this exactly, but they were social media influencers who were basically looking for like virality or like just doing things that I think Disney needs to be very careful with this stuff because it can set a bad example. So there's three examples. One is I just saw like yesterday. And I was like, What? The first one is this guy, Jack Doherty. He's like a streamer and he recorded him getting a lifetime ban because he was trying to interview, he was trying to interview people. I'm pretty sure that's who it was. He was trying to interview people and Disney was like, No, you can't be doing that. He was kind of harassing cast members and stuff. That's what Disney said. There's videos of it online, but Basically, they don't want you interfering with anyone else's day when you're in the parks. You can do your own thing, but they don't want you interfering with guests, and so he got a lifetime ban. M1: Yes, I have seen there's like footage of this one happening. He had like a big microphone, you know, like like this type of microphone. And he's like standing near the castle trying to like get people to talk to him and stuff. It's very, very egregious the style in which he's doing it. And M2: It's just like disruptive. M1: yes, and cast members came up and asked him, like, hey, can you hey, please stop? And he refused. And that's kind of what escalated everything and led to a lifetime ban. The next one is a creator, Show Me Love Jeet. He worked for Disney and he ultimately was doing this series where he was drinking water out of all of the different like fountains and pools at Disney. M2: Like literally drinking it. M1: Yeah. Like drinking and like raiding the water. And then he also had like a couple other things where he was like going into areas that he shouldn't be like, he walked into the wedding pavilion and. when it was closed. He was like telling people a place to like watch fireworks that's actually like a backstage area that they shouldn't be accessing. Anyways, he had been a cast member, he was doing things like Disney didn't want promoting and so he got a lifetime ban. M2: That one was interesting, but again, it was like, is this setting an example? And they just need to shut that down. Okay, the third one. I bet you've seen this person because I just saw this like yesterday. I'm gonna have sent it to you on TikTok, but you never watch anything I send you on TikTok. Ever. Literally ever. This M1: Yes, I do. Yes, I do. M2: have you seen the guy on TikTok Instagram that will pick up like workers from Home Depot and surprise them and bring them to Disney? He got a lifetime ban. M1: Yes. He got banned? M2: Because Which is kind of sad because it was really like a fun thing that he would surprise these workers who like but basically been working every day of their lives. So, because M1: Wait, why did he get a lifetime ban? M2: he ran it he like interviewed or ran into Tom the real Tom Holland and he was like, How many likes to go to Disneyland together? And Tom Holland said ten likes, and he obviously was like, Whatever. And so he messaged Tom Holland, he's like, Let's it. Tom Holland never responded. So we hired a Tom Holland impersonator. And I guess, like, from what I'm gauging, 'cause he didn't say the whole story, but then people were talking about it. I was like digging into this a little. It wasn't just that he was pretending he was with Tom Holland, but it was like that he was pretending it was Tom Holland. And so they were they got kicked out midday and they got he got a lifetime ban with the guys that he was surprising. So they went to Knott's Berry Farms. But because he was pretending that it was Tom Holland and trying to get all of this attention drawn to him. And it was because he was doing it for social media, right? Like that's why you would hire a Tom Holland impersonator. So it's like so they shut it down. M1: Yeah, it it's tough. Like a Disney's goal is obviously to, you know, be a place where people are like making memories and stuff and they aren't really inter interested in being like a content farm. You know what I mean? Obviously there are creators and that's fine, but I think they have a tough line where it's like, what is like a a stunt that's crossing the line, like taking away from guest experience and stuff like that? The next one, this was we've talked about this before on sitting on the ground talking for sure, but this was like a really big deal where Disney has their VIP tour guide program. It is very expensive. And also they're not always available. Like there aren't that many VIP tour guides. So sometimes like they're booked for the day. And so for many, many, many years, there apparently were people who would give. Tours of Disney. They would basically act as an unofficial VIP tour guide. Obviously, they couldn't do the like skip the line access or M2: Well M1: anything, but you know, they they would do lightning lanes and whatever. They would act as these unofficial VIP tour guides. They did this for a very long time. And literally one day, all these people went in, you know, to go to Disney for the day as they always did. They're Thing turned blue. It didn't scan green, it scanned blue. Police officers came over and said, You are now trespassing. And they got lifetime bans with like absolutely no warning. And it was like a huge deal in the community. M2: More context to this too is that some of them, not all, but some of them were abusing the disability access service, M1: Yeah. M2: the DAS service when Disney had been reworking that. they were booking, yeah, like dining slots, they were charging all this money. They knew that they couldn't do it and they were breaking the rules, especially the abusing the DA system. But something interesting about it is that they had been doing it for so long. And they said, just like, if Disney had just reached out. To those couple of and been like, you're done, or everyone's getting a lifetime ban, they would have just stopped. And like someone had just been hired for like a couple weeks ago, had been hired for this company. M1: Yes. M2: And then they were like, boom, lifetime. And she was like, I'm hired for by this company. But I mean, is it your job to vet the company? It's just tricky because it's like, could they have notified them? Were they breaking the rules? Absolutely. Could they have potentially notified them? Yes. So interesting. Very M1: Yep. Also, M2: interesting. M1: we didn't have this on our list, but I just remember that I saw this during my research that Disney has a lot had a lot of issues with people abusing the DAS system, not just these people, but w guests abusing it. And they have changed the terms of the DAS that says that if you provide false information or like you misrepresent yourself during the DAS process, your the technical result is that you get a lifetime ban, which is crazy. Crazy. I don't think I I have not heard of them actually doing that for anybody, but that's technically in the terms and conditions now. M2: I mean, it kind of makes sense because there are people who need it and people who are just trying to not have to pay for lightning lanes. It's like just do the right thing. Like this isn't fair, you know. That's not that M1: Yes. M2: is not the fair thing to do. Okay. The next one, this was a a very, very big deal. I'm not gonna say this person's name, although this is very public. So like you can look it up and it'll pop right up. But there was a husband and wife team who had a small shop. And they were sued by Disney. This is like a separate, separate aside from the lifetime band, they were sued by Disney because they were unauthorized commercial operations and IP infringement. so like there was that piece of it. However, while they were being sued by Disney, they continued posting their products. They sold like Disney branded masks and they also sold ears. They continued posting and they continued going into the parks and basically like advertising in the parks and kind of trying to sell stuff in the parks and even giving people products in the parks. M1: Yeah, like probably right, like wearing their stuff, giving their products, probably giving out business cards, which is all like a huge no-no in terms of trying to do any type of sales of non-Disney style. M2: Even like travel agents can't do stuff like that. Anyway, and so because they were being sued by Disney, they ended up showing up at Magic Kingdom. This is online. If you wanna the guy who was banned posted it himself, you can watch him get a lifetime ban. And this one I'm like, you knew what you were doing. They were angry. And so M1: That's a I mean, that's a cringe video to me. Have you seen it? Just M2: Yeah, but that one's cringe. Like I don't need like I don't feel bad. I'm just like what were you thinking? Yeah, he was being like smug, so M1: No, it's just cringe. Him him being like, Why? What? It's like, well, you know. Yeah. okay, the next one, this was so interesting. This is like a political one where he was called a serial banner dropper, where he would have these rolled up banners and he would go on rides and or like stand, you know, on the main street train station or whatever it was and unfurl. This was in 2018, these big like Trump 2020. banners and he'd been told like you have to stop y multiple times and he kept doing it and so finally he got a trespass. I mean pretty obvious M2: Nope. Yeah. Like you can wear like a political shirt and stuff, but like that, I mean, yeah. Hello. M1: Also, fun fact one of the places he did it was down the Splas Mountain thing. They they used to have a big problem people flashing the Splas Mountain camera, which is ridiculous. M2: Just which is kind of insane. M1: And so they vet all Splas Mountain photos. And if something if someone is like flipping off the camera or yes. M2: Same with Everest, one of our pictures got pulled 'cause and they like ended up blurring the hand. M1: Yeah, someone's flipping off the camera or someone flashes it or whatever. They don't show the photo at the end of the ride and you don't get the photo, because they were having issues with that. I assume this guy's photos had the same effect. M2: Probably. The last reason, the last main reason that people get a lifetime ban is fighting. There's there's stories where people attack a cast member. You literally, if you touch a cast member, you're M1: Yeah. M2: touch a character, you're done, you're gone. That and like don't touch, never touch anyone ever without permission. But like someone did M1: Ha M2: it with not Merida, who's the girl from Encanto. M1: Mirabelle. M2: Mirabelle. Yeah, with Mirabelle and it's like grabbed grabbed Mirabelle's arm and was like verbally yelling at her, goodbye. Don't try to do anything stupid with characters. Like it just so and then there's a couple of iconic fights. The Toontown Brawl in 2019. If you this is 2019, Lore. You should look it up. M1: This one is iconic. it's so good. You should look it up. You should look it up. M2: It's insane. This is in Disneyland. They got basically all of them got lifetime bands and someone got jail time for it. It's crazy. But it kinda sucks. It's like if someone came and attacked our family, I can't fight back. No, don't. Take it. Run away. M1: No, you can't. M2: Run. Just run away. Scream for help. M1: The next one is from 2022. I don't know this one. A Peter Pan photo dispute. Two large families engage in a massive physical altercation right outside the Peter Pan's flight queue over one party stepping past another for a photo op. my God, what a ridiculous reason to have a giant fight. The brawl sent one person to the hospital, required emergency EMS and law enforcement response, and resulted in permanent trespass notice for the participants. What a terrible reason to get in a fist fight. M2: I watched this one on TikTok. It's good, it's been it's off down now because I tried to look it up. But yeah, I watched this one on TikTok back in the day. yeah, any type of fighting, any type of physical violence, like you're done. So those are like some of the main reasons that you might get a lifetime ban. But once you have a lifetime ban, again, you're tresp it's a legal thing. You're trespassed. What happens? Well, first off, a lot of people who are actual Floridians drive and cut through Disney because it's just the fastest way to get from point A to point B. You can't do that anymore, which is crazy. Like you cannot go on those roads, which is wild. Can't go to the McDonald's, M1: Yeah, 'cause yes, I you know M2: can't go to Disney Springs. Like M1: Yeah, all those things are no. And so Mouse Lit A, the thing that Mouse Lit A asked that actually spurred this episode was she said, well, because we were saying, like, my God, if we ever got a lifetime ban, like, you know, we were joking around. Being like, I'd get a face, yeah, like we were joking M2: We get a face transplant, that's what we said. M1: around. And she was like, well, they would know because they have your fingerprint from the fingerprint scanner. And so M2: yeah. M1: if you don't know, when you are scanning your fingerprint at the fingerprint scanners, That is not like a police grade fingerprint scanner or anything like that. It is getting like a basic read of your fingerprint, but they say that basically there's about a one in a thousand chance that your fingerprint will match someone else's. It's not actual fingerprinting. So it's not like they would be able to identify me as mouse at one of my fingerprint. They just know that it's like it's unique enough or whatever. So, no, they're not doing lifetime bans via fingerprinting. However, there is facial recognition. Like Disney, if you ever try and go through that area, the ticketing area with an umbrella up, they'll ask you to put the umbrella down. And it's because they need the cameras to be able to see your face. Again, this is not like police, police level facial recognition to that extent, but for these specific people, for lifetime band people and stuff, Disney is aware. You're not just gonna be able to prance back in. Yes. M2: And they have signed they have signs up, like facial recognition is they'll they'll tell you they're doing it. It's not like M1: Mm-hmm. M2: a secret. it's honestly I know some people are more worried about security than others, but like it's irrelevant to you. Like they don't they're not using it for anything, like nothing's happening. So M1: Yeah. But they are using it to check if you have a lifetime ban, because you're not they do not want you coming back. If M2: Yeah, and you'll get caught. M1: mm-hmm. M2: In general, do you have to worry about a lifetime ban? No. All of the things that these people are doing, they could have said, Will I get a lifetime ban? Yes. Me and Malcela M1: Yes. M2: One were riding. This is how crazy we are. We were riding a boat that we rented through Disney around the lake very slowly, slower than you were even allowed to go. M1: The boat can only go at the maximum speed that you're allowed to go. We were not even going that maximum speed. We're in the middle of the lake, okay? Literally, like boat patrol would go by. M2: But we were looking over at where the electric water pageant comes from from like kind of the middle. So we were like looking over there. A security boat comes by, we said, We're done. M1: We said that's it. They're arresting us. We're getting a lifetime ban. We were literally doing nothing wrong. We are just like so panicky because the thought of getting a lifetime ban is like the actual worst thing I can. M2: But you don't have to worry about it unless you're again, like all of these things, it's like unfortunately if you ran M1: also M2: off on Living with the Land and you grabbed a cucumber, what did you think was gonna happen? Like M1: Yes. I did want to say, particularly when that VIP tour guide, fake VIP tour guide one happened, a lot of the VIP tour guides have since tried to appeal to Disney. Especially, for example, there is this girl that had just started working there a couple weeks ago. And if and I've tried to M2: Don't tell me this. This is stressing. M1: appeal and explain and whatever. And Disney has repeatedly said no, no, no. I only know of one person who has gotten a lifetime ban who had it revoked. I don't know exactly the details of why that happened. It was a creator named Adam the Woo who had a lifetime ban. He no longer had only two years, he no longer had it. But for the most part, once you get a lifetime ban, like it is truly a lifetime ban. Disney doesn't care about your appeal. Again, that girl who'd only worked for that unofficial VIP tour guide a couple weeks, whatever. She, I don't think she was from the United States. She was explaining. Disney says, we don't care. It doesn't No sweat off Disney's back, you can't come. They don't care. M2: Yeah, they they don't care at all. I'm reading a little bit more about the VIP tour to see if I could find what you were just saying. Disney spoke out after they stood their ground. They said unauthorized commercial activities are not permitted at Disney World, as clearly stated in our property rules. A spokesperson for the Orange County Sheriff's Department told insiders they deputies assigned to work every single day. They spoke with nine different third party business owners and tour guides, five of whom have received the notices themselves. Several said they've been operating for years, one for nearly three decades, and have never had an issue. M1: It's crazy. Anyways. M2: Yeah, it it's a bummer for them, but I mean, is what it is. M1: On that note, lifetime bands, that is the lore of lifetime bands. it is now time to get into our special segment. M2: This is a game that's kind of going viral on TikTok. And we're gonna do a little spin on it. And the game is that we each get a number. So I think of a number for mouselet one. And mouse let one thinks of a number. Do you know how to play this game? M1: Yes. M2: Okay, mouse at one thinks of a number for me. So for example, if I just said the number was 50 and I'm trying to get mouselet one to guess 50, she might ask me, Would we wait this much time in line to ride Guardians? And I would say, yeah, maybe. Would I spend this much on a meal at Casey's? I would say, no. And in the end we want to see who can guess their number faster. We'll say what the numbers are. So I need you to mute yours. I'm gonna wait, make sure you can't hear me. I'm yeah, testing, M1: I'm gonna close my eyes and mute. Ready? I'm cl you're saying the number. I know I'm M2: can you hear me? M1: Yes, I'm going to start in a second. Okay. M2: I know I'm say okay. Wait, wait. Are you telling me can you hear me? Thirty seconds. M1: Hello. Okay. M2: Okay. Ready? M1: Wait, it's a number one to one hundred, right? That's what we're doing? M2: Yeah, yeah. M1: All right. Go. guys, I didn't think of a number. Let's do 82. I'm nervous she can hear, even though I know that she can't her headphones are off. Okay. Okay. M2: Okay. Can I go to the Bippity Bopity boutique and get a makeover? M1: Maybe maybe can I buy a meal at Cinderella's royal table? M2: Think I don't think any number one third hundred can know. M1: Really? I didn't think it was that expensive. M2: No, I don't think you can. M1: Ha ha ha. M2: okay. Am I lower than a height requirement for Barnstormer? But I could go to the Bibity Bapity Boutique and potentially get a makeover? M1: Am I lower than the height requirement? M2: Is this number smaller than the height requirement for Barnstormer? M1: Right. No, it's not. M2: So it's higher than the height requirement for the barnstormer. M1: What's the height requirement the barnstorm? M2: I don't know, like thirty two inches or so I don't know. I'm saying, how could I go to M1: Yeah, right, yeah. M2: how could I go to the bippity bobbity boutique and get a makeover? M1: You think the bibbidi bobbity boutique is under thirty two dollars? M2: No, I asked the age I would be allowed to go to the Bible Bapti Boutique. Can I get a makeover at the Bibli Bapidi Boutique? And I said, Wow, I crushed M1: I thought you were kinda M2: it. Numbers one through twelve. And then I almost said, Let me make sure. M1: Even can I afford it? No. No, you can't. M2: No, okay. Am I over the height requirement? Am I under the height requirement for the barnstwarmer? Okay. M1: No. would I be h would I be okay if I waited this many minutes for what's a ride? For Soren. M2: No, I don't we never wait for Soren. All right, let's see. Have I spent this much money on lightning leans in one day? M1: Hmm. Probably. M2: My God. M1: okay. Let's see. I wow, this is hard to think of like appropriate questions. M2: Want me to go again? M1: No. I'll think of one. Hang on. Would I have I spent have we spent this much more than this much money on food and wine festival items in one day? M2: Yeah. we spent a lot of money if we want to mouse, let's see. M1: Okay. M2: okay. Let's see. Let's see. I need to get my to I need to get below this top this top range here. Doo doo. Okay, I need think. I I the what keeps popping into my head is M1: Doo doo doo. M2: that is are there less bricks on Cinderella Castle, but there are no bricks on Cinderella Castle. And M1: Ha ha ha. M2: that and then that fact keeps popping into my mind. have we been to Disney th more than this number of times? M1: Realistically, I don't think so. Okay, I need to get like a I really need to get a line going here. Let's see. M2: I'm yeah, I I basically not much going on. M1: I don't have a let's see, I know that Cinderella's royal table I can't afford. But you think it's like over a hundred dollars, so M2: I mean it's pretty pricey. M1: let's see, I know that we've spent more on food and wine. And then I wouldn't wait this long for souring. Okay. So let's see. Could I afford Could I afford to buy a pair of ears? Okay, so it's more than like thirty five. Ha ha. M2: I've like an obscure one, but I'm like, you would never under know this. So I've you're so bad at estimating. So it's like not even is Hold on. Do I go faster than this maximum speed of test track? M1: Yes. M2: okay. Greater than sixty five. M1: let's see. Something else that has a number associated to it that I can kind of use to my advantage. Not shiver. I see, I have a question, but you won't know because you are a horrible estimator. Literally, no, no, no, I'm not going to. You would have you M2: I might now ask. Ask away. Ask. M1: would have absolutely no idea. would I wait this long for if I could not possibly get a lightning lane, would I wait this long for Guardians? M2: Yes. And I would s say for those listening that we that's probably the ride that we would wait the longest for, which is why I think you asked that question. M1: Yes. M2: If I waited this amount of time to ride flight of passage for the first time, would I have been disappointed? M1: You personally, you don't really like fight a passage. M2: Right, but the first time. M1: Maybe. M2: I might be disappointed. All right. M1: Maybe. Okay, let's see. Let's say this means it's like Okay, so in M2: Okay. M1: my mind, I could buy a pair of yours. That's more than 35. Would I wait this long for Guardians? I I would say like 70, 75. Like, I don't think we'd wait much longer than that. An hour-ish. I mean, realistically like 45, but I think you might have gone up a little bit. So let's let me think. Could I afford? I need to stop just saying afford ones, but it's hard to think of. M2: Yeah, stop doing a Ford ones. Those are lame. You've done so many of those. M1: let's see. I need like a big th what's like a big thing? M2: The imagination pavilion? I don't know. Don't ask me if I can afford something. That's just lame. M1: I need no not like that. Like I wanna ask you, like, are there yeah, I wanna ask you like, does it are there this number of seats in like Pote Topia or something? But you're not a good estimator, so I can't possibly ask you that. No, yeah, right. Right. Right. M2: I couldn't begin to tell you how many seats are in that theater. M1: So I like I cannot ask you that. have we can I repeat a question that you asked? Why not? M2: No. That's lame and cheating. Please ask a different question. We're losing M1: Or guys, guys, think of a question in your own head and then sort of telepathically send it to me. Okay. You need to vamp while I think of a question. Why am I the one who's vamping? No, no, no. Nope. Nope. Okay. M2: How about I ask you a question? All right, I'll tell you where I think I'm at. Okay. I know that I'm like above like 40-ish. I'm more than 65 now. I've like that's my next iteration that I know I'm above 65. I think I'm kind of high. I think that Mouse of One might think that we've been to Disney like 60 ish times. Like, probably not, but she wasn't positive, which means we're probably not in the 90s or 80s. So I think we're sitting between 60 and like 55 and 75 is sort of my like range, plus or minus five. So I need to get. and drill down on sort of like that window and not asking like, Can I can I afford a fifty-six dollar meal? M1: I'm about to ask that. I'm about to say, can I afford a meal at Liberty Trees tavern? Because I'm trying to get to 50. I'm trying to figure out a M2: You're bad because you pay for most of the meals with our with our joint account, but you just put the card down. M1: I'm trying to figure out about above and below 50 is is the number that I'm trying to hit right now. So I'm thinking, what is 50 in the Disney parks? my gosh, the 50th anniversary. but can I formulate a question around the 50th anniversary? M2: Yeah, do you M1: has Disney World been open this many more than This many years more than this many years M2: Yeah. M1: has Walt Disney World been open more than more years than this number? M2: Yes. M1: So it's more than fifty five. It's the fifty fifth anniversary of Walt Disney World, guys. M2: Has Disneyland been open more than this number? M1: So let me just do some quick math. Disneyland right, it was just the seventieth anniversary. M2: Yeah. M1: What was the phrasing of the question? So I know how to respond. M2: Is this number bigger than seventy? That's the that's the crux of it. M1: Okay, that was a total cheat question that you really shouldn't get to ask. Th so right. Yeah. Hang on one moment. Boo for being a question thief, yes. M2: Is has it more than Disneyland seventieth? Yes or no? No, not boo, it's a different question. Yes or no? It's more than seventy. M1: Yeah, boo for being a question thief though. M2: Okay. So I think I'm down to my final five numbers. M1: Okay, you're a question, thief. I just want you to know that. Okay, so now I have it's higher than fifty-fifth. I think it's below 75 ish because of the Guardians thing. I really think it's maybe between fifty-five and sixty. How do I see, how do you narrow in on such what? M2: Wait what did you just say? M1: I really think it's more like fifty-five to sixty. M2: You're you misinterpreted. I said that this number Disney has been open, World has been open more than this number. More years than this number. Yeah, I can get that. So I'll be honest and tell you, idiot. M1: I thought it was the other way. Listen back, guys. Listen back and see if she said that correctly. I'll be listening back for sure. the number is lower. So it's between M2: I did. Okay. M1: 35 and 55. It's not your turn. Yeah, it's not your turn. Okay, 35 to 55. So now, what is a number that I can hit like mid forties? How can I split into mid forties? I'm about to ask another pricing question for sure. Can I M2: No. M1: can I afford a forty forty-two dollar souvenir? That's a that's a nice question. M2: No, I'm not answering that. That's such a cop out. M1: s okay, let's see. Since creating the mouselets have we gone to Disney more times than this? M2: like dis like trips, days? M1: Trips. M2: So I mean I don't know, to be honest. Do you know the ride that M1: Do some quick math. M2: I've waited the longest for? In twenty M1: Ever in your life? M2: fifteen I waited Do you know how long? Yes, in twenty fifteen, I M1: I have no idea. For seven doors mind train, I think. M2: waited seventy-five minutes for Seven Doors Mind Train. Would I I would never M1: One would ask why you did that. M2: wait more than that number. If I was to wait for this number, would it be more? M1: Okay. This is another cheat question because I asked this for guardians, yes. One moment. M2: No, I'm not. M1: Yeah, it would be longer than that. M2: okay, wait, my hypothesis is off. So it's between it's seventy six. M1: I don't really don't know how to narrow this in like that. Let's see. I have to sneeze. But it's not coming out. Let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see. If I walked around the world showcase four times in full. Would nope. M2: He would have walked four miles. M1: I would have passed forty-four country booths. Would that be more or less than this number? M2: Yeah, what about that? M1: No, no, no. M2: It would be more. M1: Forty four is more. M2: Yeah. if I was to make this number and compare it to the year that Apcot opened, would it be more or M1: Ha ha ha. M2: less? Nineteen eighty two. Eighty two. M1: It would be like M2: It's eighty two. It's eighty two. M1: you didn't know that it was eighty two. You thought it was seventy six. You just got so lucky. M2: I didn't. All right. M1: Forty two. M2: Yeah. M1: Is that it? Forty two? Higher or lower? M2: Nar Lower. M1: Wait, the number is lower or forty two is lower than the number? M2: The number is lower. M1: Thirty seven. M2: No. M1: Higher or lower? Thirty-five. M2: Lower No M1: I can't afford a pair of ears. Thirty? M2: It's higher. It's higher than thirty five. M1: Six. M2: Yep. It's thirty six. And it's funny because you said about the ears you said, okay, so it has to be higher than that. And then the other time you said, I think probably forty five, we would wait, but M1: Yeah. M2: then maybe not. And you were so close and you screwed yourself. So all right. That was way, way, way, way, way harder than people make look. M1: That was people literally are like, hee hee, and that's like four questions and then get it. M2: I yeah, that impossible. We should do it with names maybe another time. But okay. My pit and peach of the week. My pit is that work has been crazy. It's been a while since I said it. Yes, M1: Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. M2: yes, yes. It's been a while since I said it. Work has been M1: If you're if you are new here, Mausletu is banned from using this as her pit. M2: That was years ago. Okay, fine. My pit is that I cooked a delicious Asian hibachi meal for me and Mausade and she despised it. M1: I feel like both times you cooked hibachi, she's despised it. M2: She yeah, I she didn't like it at all. So that was my pet. I also didn't like it. So another pet. M1: You hated it? M2: I hate brown rice. Brown rice sucks. And I'm like, you what? I would rather just not even have a grain than eat brown rice. I'm not gonna eat white rice because it's not good for you. Like maybe sometimes, but like I'm just done. I'm retired from brown rice. It's M1: Ha ha. M2: just genuinely very bad. It tastes bad. M1: Right. M2: No, I hate brown rice. It tastes horrid. M1: Okay, my actual pit is that it's sort of like a a part a two part pit. My first part is that I'm really tired because I'm jet lugged and I've been sleeping really badly because the MICLA has been sleeping really badly. Please stop reading whatever you're reading and listen to my pit. Thank you. What did I say when my pit was? M2: Now so Nicolett hasn't been sleeping. M1: Okay. I am tired because I've not been sleeping well. Okay. I'm jet lagged in the miclet hasn't been sleeping well. But the sort of sub bullet to this pit is that today after work I was so tired and I had to record this podcast tonight. So I'm napping on the couch. Mama Mouse is next to me with the miclet. I'm asleep. And this is how I wake up. Ready? I'm gonna show you right now. If you're looking on video, M2: Are you showing us M1: it is a flashlight, literally five inches from my eyes. M2: Is it a flashlight? She'd take a picture of you. M1: She's taking a video of me like this. M2: Ha ha ha. M1: With the flash on. And I woke up and I was irate. I said, Why on earth would you do that? Peach? M2: Silly. M1: I'll start. My peach is that I am in my fall era. It is like the weather here is crisp. I'm changing to my flannel sheets tonight. I have decided that hopefully tomorrow or Friday I am decorating my house for fall. I am ready for fall. It's like it's bringing me joy. I'm feeling cozy. It's fun. M2: My pitch is that I go on my honeymoon in a week. M1: It's kind of a cop out of a peach because that'll probably be your peach next week too. M2: I won't that's true, it will be. I be I might be studying a promotion at work. M1: Okay, fine. Fact M2: Thank you. M1: of the day. M2: Thinking of thinking of a random area, thinking of random ride that I haven't talked about on this podcast, which is just okay. There used to be a fountain at Epcot. This is also relevant for Small World at Disneyland. And they took water from different nations and they poured it into that. M1: That's like my fact for some reason. Yeah, that is like randomly one of a M2: I actually you know what's so funny is I was literally about to say that's like your fact. You could provide much more context. That is your fact. Like you do own that you do own that fact. M1: Yeah, I absolutely do own that fact. Okay. you brought this up earlier, or no, you didn't bring this up. You brought up something that reminded me of this, which I think we might have mentioned before, but honestly, guys, of all things that I can't remember if we've discussed on the podcast which facts we have and haven't discussed is like I truly can't remember. But In the great movie ride at the Casablanca scene, there was a plane and the f that plane was like the front half of the plane, but there was no back half of the plane. And the back half of the plane was somewhere else on property that I can't remember. The M2: Jungle cruise. It's still there. I remember learning this fact and I remember not knowing where the back half was because we never did jungle cruise and we just talked M1: The jungle cree, yeah. M2: about this, me and Mouse at A and Mouse at three. We never did that. And so, yes, it's still at Jungle Cruise actually. M1: Yeah, so that was the same plane. M2: I love Casablanca, one of my favorite movies. It's amazing. Have you seen it? my god, it will change your life. It's so good. You probably will hate it though. Mouse One hates h hates old movies. M1: Yeah. I don't really love like old movies like that. M2: okay, are you gonna run down run do the rundown? M1: You know, I was listening to a different podcast, the podcast that I love, and the guy hosting it was like, I feel like the fact that I say the same little spiel every week makes people tune it out. So I'm gonna try and change it up. So I thought to myself, I should sh I sh I'll I'm gonna take this part, which is that thank you guys so much for listening. you should give us what? well M2: Okay, I say that. Yeah, you're saying so thus far the same thing I say, but keep going. M1: But it's a different voice, it's a different cadence. And everyone's gonna say it's so much better than when you do it, Mouse Lit too, because everyone loves to pick on me. M1: Okay. Okay, butthurt. Anyways. M2: Ha. M1: And I was gonna say, if you would like to join our Patreon, our Patreon is probably my favorite thing that I do that we do of anything for the mouse lits. Mouse Lit 2 is typing. She's not even listening to my special spiel. our Patreon's probably my favorite thing that I do that we do. No, no, M2: Little tip is like being concise, but yeah, keep going. M1: no. I I don't want to be concise. We have our peach crew, we have our pit crew. every week we do like 20, 25, 30 minutes before this episode starts of like special content for them. We have quarterly bonus episodes and we have close friends access. I'm sure Mouselit too will be posting a ton of close friends stuff when she's in Olani. So highly M2: yes.
