Breastfeeding and Menopause are Similar

Yup that's right.

There are a LOT of parallels between breastfeeding and menopause.

Both times in a females life are hallmarked but estrogen deficiency.

What this means is that some of the common complaints we see in breastfeeding, we also see in menopause. Things such as:

🙈V@g1nal dryness

🙈 Pain with $3x

🙈 An increase in pelvic floor dysfunctions

🙈Accelerated bone mineral density loss

Therefore there is a LOT we can do to help the postmenopausal female and yet there isn't as much attention being paid to this space.
