- 2:23Speaker 2: I'm warm me. A couple of days before the trip,
- 2:25Speaker 2: he was h coming down with something and then I said,
- 2:28Speaker 2: let's just do it anyway.
- 2:30Speaker 5: We'll just go.
- 2:30Speaker 6: But you're by airplanes. Something about airplanes.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Yeah, so as soon as we got here, we bought
- 2:35Speaker 2: a bottle of night quill and knocked him out and
- 2:37Speaker 2: he got a good night.
- 2:39Speaker 6: I felt so bad for the little baby in front
- 2:41Speaker 6: of me theout, seventeen months old. I got smiling and
- 2:44Speaker 6: wave him.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I was nappy on the plane too, but that baby
- 2:49Speaker 2: was worse than a crying baby because it was just
- 2:50Speaker 2: finding it's the boys that he'd got.
- 2:54Speaker 6: About smiling and waving back.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it was very very sweet, friendly baby.
- 3:00Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I uh.
- 3:01Speaker 3: I remember taking my older son to New York when
- 3:04Speaker 3: he was eleven months old, like all the at that point,
- 3:07Speaker 3: all three of us went, and then my son and
- 3:10Speaker 3: I came back early.
- 3:11Speaker 4: My husband saved the word.
- 3:13Speaker 3: He was eleven months old, which means he had just
- 3:16Speaker 3: he was t He was upright and mobile. He actually
- 3:19Speaker 3: wasn't walking, but he was a champion cruiser.
- 3:23Speaker 6: That kid.
- 3:24Speaker 4: He could get, you know, from the and we spent
- 3:27Speaker 4: the entire night walking.
- 3:30Speaker 8: Up and down.
- 3:31Speaker 2: That's good if you get some exercise, you haven't excuse
- 3:33Speaker 2: to walk the aisles. And I walked around when.
- 3:40Speaker 6: I was playing, apologized to lad was wonderful.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Okay, I have bought drinks for people around from.
- 3:49Speaker 5: You.
- 3:50Speaker 6: Now that's that's script matarial classic.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Alright, Okay, didn't like that, Old Houser. Back to the georgioy, Okay,
- 4:08Speaker 4: just a moment place. We are back on the record
- 4:14Speaker 4: at two old five am. Welcome back mister Old's house.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Ok thank you, mistrel.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Has you've never communicated directly with Andy Wachowski?
- 4:26Speaker 6: Have you never directly?
- 4:28Speaker 4: Okay?
- 4:28Speaker 3: And uh, you've never com communicated directly with LANDA Wachowski
- 4:33Speaker 3: never drunkly?
- 4:33Speaker 5: Okay?
- 4:34Speaker 2: Uh?
- 4:35Speaker 5: And what.
- 4:46Speaker 3: How if you know, did either of the Wachowskis uh
- 4:53Speaker 3: obtain your script mm.
- 4:58Speaker 6: From a little I mean, yeah, if you know, if
- 5:01Speaker 6: I know, I do not know the details of exactly
- 5:10Speaker 6: how they obtained it. I know they had the access,
- 5:15Speaker 6: and I know that that was clearly established that the
- 5:19Speaker 6: access was there, and that I'd followed the directions of
- 5:23Speaker 6: Warner Brothers to submitted that made it accessible.
- 5:28Speaker 3: So is it your belief that the Wachowski's obtained your
- 5:34Speaker 3: script from mister Silver?
- 5:37Speaker 6: From what I understand it, it is my belief that, yes,
- 5:43Speaker 6: they obtained the script from mister Silver. I believe that's
- 5:50Speaker 6: that would be That would be my s sensuation.
- 5:53Speaker 8: Okay.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:56Speaker 3: And do you know when the Wachowski. Yes, UH finished
- 6:02Speaker 3: the script for the First Majors.
- 6:08Speaker 6: My understanding is drawing off of what I had been
- 6:12Speaker 6: able to observe, and that is that statements that they
- 6:17Speaker 6: had basically put to pen paper in ninety six and that,
- 6:25Speaker 6: if a not mistaken production scripts were UH and Jill
- 6:40Speaker 6: Silver apparently according to reports, was that after seeing their
- 6:48Speaker 6: first film, which is called their I guess their audition piece, UH,
- 6:53Speaker 6: he felt they were BIB he gave him the green
- 6:55Speaker 6: light to go ahead with the Matrix project. And that
- 6:59Speaker 6: was later, of course in UH, either between the ninety
- 7:02Speaker 6: six ninety nine period.
- 7:03Speaker 5: HM.
- 7:04Speaker 3: And this information about that you just testified to about
- 7:09Speaker 3: mister Silver giving the Wachowski's degree, like, M from where
- 7:14Speaker 3: do you derive that information?
- 7:15Speaker 6: This was derived from my understanding, from the Warner Brothers site,
- 7:20Speaker 6: from interviews conducted by the Wachowskis, and also UH partly
- 7:30Speaker 6: derived from testimony from Joe Silver.
- 7:34Speaker 4: M what testimony from mister Silver?
- 7:36Speaker 6: We would again address the Sophia Stewart UH Summery judgment
- 7:40Speaker 6: before UH A.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Part of that Okay, did you read.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Do you know was mister Silver deposed in the Soviets
- 7:51Speaker 3: Steary I didn't know if that stif it.
- 7:54Speaker 6: Was called, was deposed. I know that his testimony was applied.
- 8:00Speaker 4: And did you read that testimony or just the order?
- 8:03Speaker 6: I read the the inclusions in the summary judgment. I
- 8:12Speaker 6: did not read his full testimony.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Have you read uh MSUs Stewart's.
- 8:18Speaker 6: Story No, I've never seen it too.
- 8:21Speaker 8: The date.
- 8:26Speaker 6: I heard it was pretty bad.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Who did you hear that from? MM?
- 8:35Speaker 6: Actually, I really I derived that from reading summary judgment
- 8:49Speaker 6: from your own testimony.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Okay, I'm just gonna I advise my client to UH
- 8:58Speaker 2: answer the questions and not uh had extraneous material that
- 9:03Speaker 2: it wasn't passed?
- 9:06Speaker 3: And did you read the declarations submitted in the storycase
- 9:10Speaker 3: by uh the Wooch Housekis?
- 9:15Speaker 6: Are you referring to the summary judgment?
- 9:18Speaker 3: Well, I, I'm not referring to the order itself, but
- 9:20Speaker 3: the actual declarations they submitted.
- 9:22Speaker 4: And support a summary of the summary judgment.
- 9:25Speaker 6: I didn't read any attached documents for the dependents.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Okay, I wanna go back to when you.
- 10:31Speaker 3: UH said you had seen this website with the images
- 10:39Speaker 3: of the girl in the train station and appointing correct. Yes, okay,
- 10:44Speaker 3: and that was sometime in n y I think you
- 10:46Speaker 3: said February twenty ten.
- 10:48Speaker 6: I said, oh, it's correct, okay.
- 10:51Speaker 4: And then the first thing you did was, well, tell
- 10:57Speaker 4: me what did you do once you saw those images?
- 11:00Speaker 6: I call told my wife immediately issues in the next
- 11:02Speaker 6: room and called her in. I was in the living
- 11:05Speaker 6: room and showed.
- 11:08Speaker 9: Her what I was looking at, and.
- 11:14Speaker 10: I think, of course she was very supportive into like
- 11:18Speaker 10: looking further into it, and uh, when we were reading,
- 11:25Speaker 10: I was.
- 11:25Speaker 6: Reading about what had been written, uh, further comments and such,
- 11:31Speaker 6: and uh, I think what came up was a discussion
- 11:38Speaker 6: at some point, either then or in the following days,
- 11:42Speaker 6: was to I learned our friends, let them know what
- 11:45Speaker 6: we had found and talk to them about what they
- 11:51Speaker 6: thought about it, if it seemed something that should be
- 11:55Speaker 6: looked at, or what their opinions were.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Okay, And that's what we.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Did, alright.
- 12:02Speaker 3: So you said you you discussed with your wife the
- 12:05Speaker 3: commentary that was with those two images.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Do you remember what that commentary was?
- 12:11Speaker 6: Well, I don't remember discussing commentary per se. I remember
- 12:14Speaker 6: looking at the images, sharing those, I remember reading information
- 12:21Speaker 6: that was a was around it.
- 12:22Speaker 8: Yeah, and.
- 12:25Speaker 6: I can't remember exactly what we discussed, but I remember
- 12:29Speaker 6: we were both pretty effective, pretty blown away by what
- 12:34Speaker 6: we were seeing. And I believe we did discuss, you
- 12:41Speaker 6: know what, what might.
- 12:44Speaker 5: We do.
- 12:46Speaker 6: So?
- 12:47Speaker 4: And I I guess what my question was the information
- 12:50Speaker 4: that was around those images. Do you remember what that was?
- 12:56Speaker 6: I think it was referring to what those scene is entailed.
- 13:03Speaker 6: There was a commentary, I believe, of course, feedback from people.
- 13:08Speaker 6: It was like it had a section where I'm I'm mistaken,
- 13:12Speaker 6: where people would make comments about what what they are
- 13:17Speaker 6: reading on that that side or that blog or whatever.
- 13:19Speaker 2: It was.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Okay, and there was yeah, so you discussed with your wife,
- 13:28Speaker 3: you decide you're gonna raise this with your friends.
- 13:30Speaker 6: Is well to see, yeah, what they what they thought
- 13:32Speaker 6: about it, if if they thought it was something, did
- 13:36Speaker 6: they think it looked like a valid thing, or or
- 13:41Speaker 6: if it was something, you know, get get an outside
- 13:45Speaker 6: opinion from our trust's friends. We wanted to see what
- 13:47Speaker 6: they thought. They're they're brilliant people.
- 13:53Speaker 4: And so you had this gathering, okay, and how many
- 13:57Speaker 4: people were there?
- 14:02Speaker 9: Let me see.
- 14:02Speaker 6: I believe we have pictures from the gathering and it
- 14:05Speaker 6: was I'd say about at least about twelve people or so,
- 14:11Speaker 6: or maybe even twenty.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Kay, and what happened at this gathering.
- 14:24Speaker 6: We discussed what we had seen and what we had found,
- 14:28Speaker 6: and uh, we had a informal I believe, like a
- 14:33Speaker 6: game done at the same time. We we made it
- 14:36Speaker 6: not just about that, but we did circulate, but we
- 14:42Speaker 6: had found. We dug up the submission letter and we
- 14:44Speaker 6: we had it and we s we passed it around,
- 14:46Speaker 6: looked at it and uh from our files and we
- 14:49Speaker 6: were like, uh, number one one gentleman in particular was
- 14:55Speaker 6: saying the old spill coffee on that that could be
- 14:57Speaker 6: a you know, an important, very worthwhile letter or something
- 15:00Speaker 6: along to that effect. And it was a a very upbeat,
- 15:09Speaker 6: encouraging mood, and I remember thinking it was like unanimous
- 15:13Speaker 6: with them all going like this is really powerful. This
- 15:16Speaker 6: needs to be looked on and.
- 15:20Speaker 8: Encourage 'ment all around it.
- 15:23Speaker 4: There were these people who had read the Immortal Script.
- 15:29Speaker 9: No, of course not.
- 15:33Speaker 4: And by this gathering, had you watched either of the
- 15:36Speaker 4: second two Matrix movies.
- 15:38Speaker 8: No, So the.
- 15:46Speaker 4: The discussion was about just these two images.
- 15:49Speaker 6: No, all the discussion was about the images plus the
- 15:52Speaker 6: content whatever. You know, we're reading what we'd seen, what
- 15:55Speaker 6: we'd research, what we'd see. So it was like, you know,
- 16:00Speaker 6: back when I looked into after we saw that initial
- 16:04Speaker 6: site with the pictures, we started looking up other sites too,
- 16:08Speaker 6: and did some looking into it.
- 16:09Speaker 8: At first.
- 16:09Speaker 6: We wouldn't have called our friends if we didn't have
- 16:12Speaker 6: some you know, looking into it first.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Did you take s like screen prints of the the
- 16:17Speaker 4: first two images that you saw.
- 16:19Speaker 3: W d not later, but at the time, the images
- 16:22Speaker 3: that you saw on the original website?
- 16:24Speaker 2: Did you do it?
- 16:26Speaker 6: I don't remember taking screen prints, my me. I don't
- 16:30Speaker 6: remember myself taking any screen prints off of it, mkay.
- 16:35Speaker 3: And what in doing this research between this first discovery
- 16:39Speaker 3: and and this gathering what.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Other what did you what did you live up?
- 16:45Speaker 6: You mean what sites did I look at?
- 16:47Speaker 8: Correct?
- 16:49Speaker 6: I believe I put in the search engine matrix story
- 16:53Speaker 6: things along that line, search engine elements that might uh
- 16:58Speaker 6: give information on what the whole story was of the film,
- 17:02Speaker 6: what the whole plot was, and and I started getting
- 17:11Speaker 6: synopsiss of what the story.
- 17:13Speaker 9: Was running through.
- 17:15Speaker 6: And I believe that definitely wasn't learning to me that
- 17:18Speaker 6: there was something here. I remember being upset and letting
- 17:25Speaker 6: my wife know as I was discovering.
- 17:31Speaker 3: And was this the f all three Matrix movies or
- 17:35Speaker 3: just the last two at this point that you're looking.
- 17:37Speaker 6: At whatever popped up on the search engine. So if
- 17:41Speaker 6: it do I just I remember I always referred to
- 17:43Speaker 6: the three as the matrix, and so it would show
- 17:47Speaker 6: all three I believe would pop up. I mean, that's
- 17:49Speaker 6: my best guesses it was all three. The things associated
- 17:55Speaker 6: with the images that I initially saw apparently are from
- 17:58Speaker 6: the third. So as I res as I put in
- 18:01Speaker 6: the search engine, train station or little girl with a
- 18:05Speaker 6: son matrix, these things would I think inadmirably call up
- 18:10Speaker 6: the third mostly.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Okay, so you do this research and then you have
- 18:23Speaker 4: this gathering.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Yes we did.
- 18:25Speaker 6: I don't know exactly how long after. It wasn't immediate,
- 18:31Speaker 6: but we did.
- 18:32Speaker 4: We did have a gathering, okay, and was that within
- 18:36Speaker 4: a month.
- 18:38Speaker 6: I'm not certain. I'm sure we can find but I'm
- 18:40Speaker 6: not certain what exactly that timeframeans. I would do you
- 18:43Speaker 6: injustice by trying to s just speculate, okay.
- 18:49Speaker 4: And then what happened.
- 18:52Speaker 6: They had said that it was, you know, they were suggested,
- 18:54Speaker 6: you know, you should go look into this, definitely, and
- 18:57Speaker 6: they were trying to figure out what might be uh.
- 19:01Speaker 6: I remember, hm, I was uh teaching swimming and uh,
- 19:09Speaker 6: one of my students.
- 19:13Speaker 8: Was a.
- 19:15Speaker 6: Well, of course it's my attorney's son, and inevitably teaching
- 19:20Speaker 6: swimming to my attorney's son. I shared what I had found,
- 19:29Speaker 6: and Anthony graciously suggested to speak to him, and I didn't.
- 19:35Speaker 4: I handed up that how much long?
- 19:39Speaker 3: How long after the roughly February two thousand time, uh discovery?
- 19:46Speaker 4: Did you speak to mister Lincoln? And I'm not asking
- 19:49Speaker 4: for the content.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Of your conversation, right, I kN I'm sorry, got you off?
- 19:52Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 19:52Speaker 9: I understand.
- 19:56Speaker 6: That I'd have to discuss with him. I'm not ch
- 20:00Speaker 6: certain when that class was or which of the classes were.
- 20:04Speaker 6: We made a series of classes where I teach the swimming,
- 20:07Speaker 6: so on it it would be on a Saturday, of
- 20:11Speaker 6: certain that the the subject was approached.
- 20:17Speaker 4: But in terms of.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Was it weeks or months or years after February two
- 20:24Speaker 3: thousand and ten, it's it's not longed.
- 20:26Speaker 6: In my mind, it's it's something I really held on
- 20:28Speaker 6: to it simply it simply occurred.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Is there a reason that between that, uh, you didn't
- 20:40Speaker 3: follow your lawsuit until almost three years after this February
- 20:44Speaker 3: two thousand.
- 20:45Speaker 4: And ten discovered.
- 20:48Speaker 6: I can't recollect what the reasons they were. I think
- 20:51Speaker 6: it was between attorney and client determined that way.
- 20:57Speaker 11: Uh.
- 20:57Speaker 4: And do you ever written agreement with mister right?
- 21:00Speaker 5: We do, okay?
- 21:02Speaker 4: And is mister making being paid by the hour or
- 21:06Speaker 4: I object to that?
- 21:07Speaker 2: That's attorney client privilege.
- 21:08Speaker 4: It's actually not.
- 21:10Speaker 5: Uh.
- 21:11Speaker 3: The the the financial structure of your relationship is not privilege.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Do you have authority on that?
- 21:20Speaker 12: I do, which I would be have to provide a Well, okay,
- 21:23Speaker 12: but uh you want 'em to answer the question now,
- 21:26Speaker 12: and I'm m uh not going to let him answer
- 21:29Speaker 12: that based on attorney client privilege. We can come back
- 21:32Speaker 12: to it if you wanna find me authority okay, and
- 21:39Speaker 12: I'll object also based on relevance and uh not likely
- 21:45Speaker 12: to lead to discovery of any relevant evidence.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Have you ever seen the first matrix all the way through?
- 22:09Speaker 5: Well?
- 22:09Speaker 6: That one, I can't say I saw it all the
- 22:11Speaker 6: way through because of being nauseous through most of it.
- 22:15Speaker 6: I I don't think I subject myself to seeing the
- 22:17Speaker 6: whole thing when I'm throwing off.
- 22:21Speaker 4: And since you started in the theater, uh in the
- 22:24Speaker 4: late nineties, have you seen it? Have you watched it again?
- 22:28Speaker 6: The only other time I watched it was in parts.
- 22:31Speaker 6: After I was directed by my attorney to view it again,
- 22:38Speaker 6: I had the same situation I had before.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Now from.
- 22:55Speaker 4: Nineteen ninety nine to two thousand and three. Oh and
- 23:00Speaker 4: I think when did you move to hawaite?
- 23:04Speaker 6: I believe that was two thousand am two? Kay, And
- 23:09Speaker 6: I flew out right near the anniversary of nine eleven,
- 23:13Speaker 6: cause I definitely stuck in my mind. But they're flying
- 23:15Speaker 6: to see in front of my life.
- 23:17Speaker 4: So in between ninety nine and two thousand and two, y,
- 23:22Speaker 4: you were in Virginia, So that correct, I believe that
- 23:26Speaker 4: is correct, okay, And then.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Two thousand two and two thousand three, end of two
- 23:29Speaker 3: thousand two, two thousand three, you're in Hawaii. Correct, that's fair?
- 23:33Speaker 9: Yes, okay.
- 23:34Speaker 4: Now during that four year period, UH, did you ever
- 23:39Speaker 4: go see movies in the theater?
- 23:41Speaker 6: Really? I hardly ever go in and see movies. Usually
- 23:49Speaker 6: my wife knows that I will end up either talking
- 23:54Speaker 6: in the movie, or I will get nauseous in the movie,
- 23:58Speaker 6: or I will hm, I have trouble in enjoying the film.
- 24:15Speaker 13: UH.
- 24:16Speaker 3: During the ninety three to two thousand and three time period,
- 24:19Speaker 3: did you subscribe to any.
- 24:23Speaker 4: UH publications that cover the film business? Like Entertainment Weekly
- 24:29Speaker 4: or Premiere or any of those.
- 24:32Speaker 6: Not to my knowledge, there weren't any.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Did you read the newspaper.
- 24:42Speaker 6: Hardly? Ever, I usually had the same kind of reaction.
- 24:48Speaker 3: You s read Time or Newsweek or any of those
- 24:53Speaker 3: kinds of publications.
- 24:55Speaker 4: I do not, Kay. During the ninety nine two thousand
- 25:00Speaker 4: three time period, did you uh.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Watch you know, ciscool and eBird or any of those
- 25:08Speaker 3: kinds of shows about movies?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Not to my knowledge?
- 25:12Speaker 4: Now do you have a TV?
- 25:15Speaker 6: We use Netflix for the family, and if if the
- 25:22Speaker 6: family buys a video or DVD, that's it. We do
- 25:25Speaker 6: not have any kind of cable or for subscription to
- 25:29Speaker 6: any kind of channels.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Mkay. And in ninety three to two thousand and three
- 25:33Speaker 4: was that? Did you have a television? Ninety ninety two
- 25:40Speaker 4: thousand and three, Just be m thank you, cause I can.
- 25:43Speaker 8: Know what I just said.
- 25:45Speaker 6: I understand. Give me the time break again.
- 25:49Speaker 4: Ninety ninety two thousand and three.
- 25:53Speaker 6: I don't recall having a TV that I was with
- 25:56Speaker 6: the programming on it. Now I remember that even if
- 26:01Speaker 6: I was at someone's place and they were playing the news,
- 26:03Speaker 6: it would affect me. So I didn't watch the news.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Have you watched, uh, the Matrix Reloaded all the way through.
- 26:26Speaker 6: My attorney instructed me to watch the films.
- 26:30Speaker 8: I believe I was able.
- 26:31Speaker 6: I can get through the entire piece, but I had
- 26:34Speaker 6: to do it. Took about four or five days. I
- 26:37Speaker 6: could watch a segment not would get sick, and then
- 26:39Speaker 6: I'd watch them on a segment and get sick. So
- 26:41Speaker 6: it was a very hard process.
- 26:44Speaker 3: And that was for per movie or have you it?
- 26:48Speaker 3: That was for Matrix Reloaded number two, four, two and three.
- 26:53Speaker 4: Okay, when you saw the images from February two thousand
- 27:05Speaker 4: and ten, were you aware that there had been sequels
- 27:10Speaker 4: to the original Matrix?
- 27:13Speaker 6: I have since learned. I mean not at that time,
- 27:18Speaker 6: but if I've since learned there was something called the
- 27:20Speaker 6: anim Matrix and and some other things that I've.
- 27:24Speaker 9: Not seen them.
- 27:27Speaker 4: Okay, let me.
- 27:27Speaker 3: I'm I didn't ask a very good question at the time.
- 27:31Speaker 3: You s when you saw these images in February two
- 27:34Speaker 3: thousand ten.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Prior prior to seeing.
- 27:36Speaker 3: Those images, did you know of the existence of the
- 27:42Speaker 3: second and third Matrix movies?
- 27:49Speaker 9: I believe.
- 27:51Speaker 6: Yes, I knew there was a second and third film,
- 27:56Speaker 6: though there were films that were the second and third
- 27:58Speaker 6: of it. I always referred to just as a matrix. Yeah, uh, okay,
- 28:02Speaker 6: And how did you know that I had heard it?
- 28:12Speaker 4: And uh, you testified it earlier that when you saw
- 28:17Speaker 4: the first matrix you.
- 28:22Speaker 3: Had some questions based upon the things on the backs
- 28:26Speaker 3: of the next people.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Correct.
- 28:29Speaker 6: I wouldn't not to be rude, but I'm not trying
- 28:31Speaker 6: to be rude, but I wouldn't ref phrase it that way.
- 28:33Speaker 6: I would say that it there was a similarity there,
- 28:43Speaker 6: but it didn't. It didn't strike me as something that
- 28:49Speaker 6: was you know, oh my gosh, it was. I see
- 28:51Speaker 6: similarities in other things that I don't react to.
- 28:59Speaker 3: But I thought you was testified that to your knowledge, Uh,
- 29:06Speaker 3: you were unaware of anyone else who.
- 29:08Speaker 4: Had used the concept of the things in the back
- 29:11Speaker 4: of the.
- 29:11Speaker 5: Neck ah.
- 29:14Speaker 4: Before you before the Immortal Script.
- 29:16Speaker 6: Correct as the way I described it as the way
- 29:22Speaker 6: I had envisioned it and presented to the Warner brothers.
- 29:24Speaker 6: I had not seen it done before, mkay and so and.
- 29:28Speaker 4: That, and the way you envisioned it is similar to
- 29:34Speaker 4: the way it appears in the matrix.
- 29:35Speaker 6: Correat is very similar to how it appears in the Matrix.
- 29:40Speaker 6: I didn't use a huge stabbing into the back of
- 29:45Speaker 6: the neck thing. But I did have the hookup that
- 29:47Speaker 6: goes in the back of the neck. I think they
- 29:48Speaker 6: went overboard, and but.
- 29:52Speaker 4: That didn't You didn't.
- 29:55Speaker 3: You not only didn't do anything to investigate that similarity
- 29:59Speaker 3: when you saw the first but the fact that there
- 30:02Speaker 3: were subsequent matrices matrices.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Didn't cause you to undertake any investigation.
- 30:11Speaker 6: The fact that I get sick and nauseous if I
- 30:13Speaker 6: watch a violent film, coupled with the fact that I
- 30:15Speaker 6: was told that they were badly done, did not prompt
- 30:19Speaker 6: me in any way to go see those films.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Now, we talked a little bit earlier about the process
- 30:44Speaker 4: of writing.
- 30:49Speaker 3: The Immortals, and in writing The Immortals, did you consult
- 30:57Speaker 3: any other works?
- 30:59Speaker 7: None.
- 31:00Speaker 6: I wanted something to be, as I said when I
- 31:03Speaker 6: had been told in school that all ideas have been
- 31:06Speaker 6: done or rehashes of other ideas. In my mind, fixed
- 31:11Speaker 6: was the idea. I wanted to create original material, something
- 31:14Speaker 6: that would dispel that in a sense and affect and
- 31:19Speaker 6: move people, maybe encourage them. So when I wrote The Immortals,
- 31:24Speaker 6: I was very careful to stay away from, uh what
- 31:29Speaker 6: I was aware of might be any sources that would
- 31:32Speaker 6: be a rehash and the one to c s focus
- 31:36Speaker 6: on creating brand new material as far as I would
- 31:40Speaker 6: be aware.
- 31:47Speaker 4: Now, I know you talked in your blog about religious
- 31:49Speaker 4: themes in the Immortals.
- 31:52Speaker 9: I trusted that I did.
- 31:53Speaker 4: If you say so, I mean, did you even consult
- 31:58Speaker 4: religious texts? Not just the other people, not just copywriting work?
- 32:02Speaker 6: But yeah, I've read the Bible, okay, and it was
- 32:08Speaker 6: an inspiration and source uh for the Immortal's conception or
- 32:13Speaker 6: for I elements in it. Basically, were there.
- 32:19Speaker 4: Any other inspirations and sources for elements in the m
- 32:23Speaker 4: I Mortals?
- 32:23Speaker 6: The only other thing that could be an inspiration It
- 32:25Speaker 6: wasn't text. It was art direction and I made that
- 32:29Speaker 6: clear to the executive when I pitched it. I asked,
- 32:32Speaker 6: and may even have on the It may be included
- 32:36Speaker 6: on the story treatment itself. I asked that the art
- 32:40Speaker 6: direction from Blade Runner be considered, since it was so
- 32:44Speaker 6: well done. I thought that would be a fitting UH
- 32:49Speaker 6: style and look for the film, and the executive seemed
- 32:53Speaker 6: to agree.
- 32:55Speaker 4: Now, did the Blade Runner make you naucous?
- 32:59Speaker 6: Yes, parts of it obviously?
- 33:01Speaker 5: Did.
- 33:05Speaker 6: I remember when we Stabbing the Hand, I had trouble
- 33:10Speaker 6: watching it very much, so I was getting nauseous. What
- 33:14Speaker 6: I can say for Blade Runner it it was well written,
- 33:18Speaker 6: well conceived, and I remember thinking they had done a
- 33:22Speaker 6: very good job. The art direction was unbelievable from all
- 33:25Speaker 6: the components of making a film. I thought it was
- 33:28Speaker 6: way ahead of its time. So I did watch that film,
- 33:34Speaker 6: even if I did have effect.
- 34:03Speaker 4: No, not go anywhere, just.
- 34:36Speaker 5: Now.
- 34:36Speaker 4: What did you send to the Writer's Guilt.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Was the best of my recollection.
- 34:43Speaker 6: It was a a screenplay, was the as I recall.
- 34:50Speaker 6: I believe it was the story treatment. And I do
- 34:55Speaker 6: you not know if that submission included the music? I
- 34:58Speaker 6: know if it was a copy of the music and
- 35:01Speaker 6: sheet music.
- 35:02Speaker 4: Oh and why did you send it to the writer Skilt?
- 35:10Speaker 6: I was told that that was a way to help
- 35:12Speaker 6: protect your work and that it was something you did
- 35:15Speaker 6: as a writer if you're going to submit work.
- 35:19Speaker 4: And do you are you a member of the rider Skild?
- 35:24Speaker 6: I don't know if I'm a member of it. I
- 35:27Speaker 6: simply followed the directions that I was given for submission.
- 35:31Speaker 6: I don't know being a member is part of that requirement?
- 35:36Speaker 4: Uh, what's more than seven?
- 35:48Speaker 9: I usorr.
- 35:52Speaker 4: And UH. Exhibit seven is a one page document dated
- 35:57Speaker 4: July second, nineteen ninety three. Two Regina at Writer's Skill
- 36:01Speaker 4: of America.
- 36:02Speaker 5: Yeast uh.
- 36:06Speaker 4: And do you recognize this document?
- 36:08Speaker 9: Uh?
- 36:08Speaker 6: That's sorry, familiar? Yes, mkay.
- 36:10Speaker 3: And do you see where it says my name is
- 36:12Speaker 3: Tom Albhouse and I have a story treatment that needs
- 36:15Speaker 3: to be registered?
- 36:16Speaker 9: Yes?
- 36:17Speaker 2: Mkay?
- 36:21Speaker 4: Does that refresh your recollection as to what you actually submitted?
- 36:25Speaker 6: Well? I believe that was story treatment plus script, cause
- 36:28Speaker 6: it was on the SAD registering inclosed materials of which
- 36:31Speaker 6: I am the sole author.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Okay. So you're understanding is the enclosed materials when include
- 36:37Speaker 4: the script? That's what I would understand, okay.
- 36:39Speaker 3: And did you keep a copy of the materials themselves
- 36:43Speaker 3: that you submitted to the Writer's Skill?
- 36:46Speaker 6: Well, we have numerous copies of what I believe was
- 36:48Speaker 6: submitted guests, mkay.
- 36:49Speaker 4: But did you keep them together with the cover so that.
- 36:52Speaker 6: You could I didn't keep it connected.
- 36:53Speaker 5: With this okay.
- 36:55Speaker 4: Now it also says, uh, I'm writing to request a
- 36:59Speaker 4: copy of your curst of agents. Do you see that?
- 37:01Speaker 9: Oh?
- 37:02Speaker 4: Okay?
- 37:02Speaker 6: Well, I'm sorry, yes I do.
- 37:04Speaker 4: And did you receive that list?
- 37:07Speaker 7: Yes?
- 37:07Speaker 4: I did, okay? And did you attempt to obtain an
- 37:11Speaker 4: agent I.
- 37:13Speaker 6: Was informed that UH attorneys would be better than a nagent,
- 37:18Speaker 6: that would be more powerful than an agent, so we
- 37:22Speaker 6: went with the attorney option.
- 37:27Speaker 4: And who told you that attorneys would be more powerful?
- 37:31Speaker 2: I believe that was the.
- 37:36Speaker 6: By guessing, but to the best of my knowledge, it
- 37:40Speaker 6: was the executive had said to submit it and gave
- 37:45Speaker 6: me explicit destructions and NAUGHDYA had the friend who was
- 37:49Speaker 6: the attorney, and what was ados to us was to
- 37:52Speaker 6: submit it through him because that would give it great
- 37:55Speaker 6: protection gretest protection HM.
- 38:04Speaker 4: If you recall when you registered the copyright and the.
- 38:10Speaker 6: Immorals, I believe that would be I mean, I I
- 38:15Speaker 6: know your documentation submitted, but I believe it would say
- 38:20Speaker 6: somewhere around ninety eight, ninety six, ninety eight.
- 38:25Speaker 4: And why did you wait until?
- 38:29Speaker 6: I'm not I'm not trying to be try No, I
- 38:32Speaker 6: only H.
- 38:32Speaker 4: I only have one copy of this because I just
- 38:34Speaker 4: printed out. So let's markets. Exhibit eight.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Is a one page document from which is a print
- 38:42Speaker 3: out from the copyright Offense UH of the UH catalog.
- 38:48Speaker 14: Information for the immorals M which I I'm sorry I
- 38:53Speaker 14: keep doing this to you, know, which I UH obtained
- 38:57Speaker 14: from a copyright office website, yester, and if you want
- 39:09Speaker 14: to take.
- 39:09Speaker 6: A quick look, well, that's good, okay.
- 39:23Speaker 4: And uh, you say that as an effective date of.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Nineteen ninety six, yes, and does that refresh your recollection
- 39:31Speaker 3: as to when.
- 39:32Speaker 4: You submitted the more?
- 39:34Speaker 6: Certainly does a great refreshment, okay.
- 39:36Speaker 4: And why did you submit the immortals for copyright protection
- 39:41Speaker 4: in nineteen ninety six?
- 39:43Speaker 6: We were informed by the copyright attorney and also we
- 39:48Speaker 6: were advised by the executive too.
- 39:51Speaker 2: But first of all, we.
- 39:53Speaker 6: Were informed by the copyright attorneys that as soon as
- 39:55Speaker 6: you put pen to paper, it is for all purposes copyrighted.
- 39:59Speaker 6: He said that registration Rider's Guild and to submit it
- 40:04Speaker 6: through attorneys would be proof that it had been created,
- 40:09Speaker 6: uh on that day or before that date?
- 40:19Speaker 4: Okay? So then why did you register in nineteen eighty.
- 40:22Speaker 6: Six when I was out in California.
- 40:26Speaker 15: Partentanic Canyon, I was, I had that phone conversation with
- 40:35Speaker 15: Dinond dollis the best one of collection.
- 40:38Speaker 6: She would have said to make sure it was submitted
- 40:41Speaker 6: basically through an agent or protected. So I believe what
- 40:46Speaker 6: I did was I protected it and submitted it to
- 40:49Speaker 6: h wait further protection. I mean that's that's the best
- 41:00Speaker 6: reflection I would have. Maybe that's what it would be
- 41:22Speaker 6: another certain exactly who had spoken to me about it,
- 41:26Speaker 6: but I know that I was supposed to that it
- 41:30Speaker 6: would be the move to go ahead and take final
- 41:32Speaker 6: steps to make sure be secure.
- 42:07Speaker 4: Okay, let's go back to the complaint, which I really
- 42:11Speaker 4: was Exhibit one.
- 42:24Speaker 16: And specifically again starting on page heat excuse me, and
- 42:34Speaker 16: starting on page.
- 42:35Speaker 4: Eight, there are about twenty four pages, almost twenty five
- 42:48Speaker 4: pages of.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Uh similarities between the Immortals and the second two Matrix movies.
- 42:56Speaker 4: Correct, yeah, okay?
- 42:58Speaker 3: And did you put together other this the information on
- 43:04Speaker 3: these with respect to these similarities.
- 43:07Speaker 6: This was something that was compiled through attorneys and also
- 43:15Speaker 6: through my wife and also through the assistance of uh
- 43:23Speaker 6: the gentleman. I guess who sent that press release. They're
- 43:27Speaker 6: the ones that really had compiled it, and I was
- 43:29Speaker 6: allowed to have inputs in the process to try to help.
- 43:36Speaker 4: Okay, so other people actually compiled these similarities.
- 43:40Speaker 6: They're the ones that kept me in prised of what
- 43:43Speaker 6: we were doing, and I was the one that was
- 43:45Speaker 6: able to you know, I've read it and verified as.
- 43:49Speaker 5: We went.
- 43:51Speaker 8: And and the.
- 44:00Speaker 4: Who is mister Leventhal He's.
- 44:03Speaker 6: A graduate of Stanford and a gentleman like many who
- 44:09Speaker 6: had followed the Matrix trilogies. And he, I guess has
- 44:17Speaker 6: his own business or something, but he's one who had
- 44:25Speaker 6: heard that I was the original author of the story
- 44:32Speaker 6: and it first didn't believe it, of course, and then
- 44:36Speaker 6: came to understand, as he says, or we ought to
- 44:38Speaker 6: talk to him, but he then realized that wow, that
- 44:41Speaker 6: you know this guy actually did it, and then UH
- 44:48Speaker 6: asked to be involved in helping to uh compile information.
- 44:54Speaker 4: How long have you known mister Leventhal?
- 44:57Speaker 6: Not longed? I would say I've known him maybe two years?
- 45:05Speaker 4: And uh is April eleventh a his wife?
- 45:08Speaker 6: That's correct?
- 45:09Speaker 5: Kay?
- 45:10Speaker 4: And uh back, how All's house is your wife?
- 45:13Speaker 9: No, it makes sense.
- 45:15Speaker 5: Uh.
- 45:20Speaker 4: And but you've read the lists of similarities that appear.
- 45:26Speaker 2: In the complaint.
- 45:27Speaker 9: Well, I think.
- 45:30Speaker 6: When you show me this this press release, I've never
- 45:32Speaker 6: really s seen this through, but I believe there's a
- 45:35Speaker 6: in uh enhand store of updated born there or something.
- 45:39Speaker 6: But I know that there was some.
- 45:44Speaker 2: This is not the full listening.
- 45:47Speaker 6: If I believe it's not the full listing of the
- 45:48Speaker 6: not checks.
- 45:50Speaker 7: This is.
- 45:53Speaker 6: A pretty thorough listing but not the complete Okay, mistaken.
- 45:58Speaker 4: And the complete list is what's in the UH press kit.
- 46:03Speaker 6: I haven't had a chance to really look through that through,
- 46:06Speaker 6: but I believe UH, the party we're talking about has
- 46:11Speaker 6: a complistic and UH has conveyed that that he has
- 46:15Speaker 6: a I believe it's around one hundred and sixteen matchups.
- 46:22Speaker 4: And how if you know, UH it is this all organized?
- 46:31Speaker 4: I mean, do I start with what's in the.
- 46:33Speaker 3: Second Matrix movie and somewhere along the line I'd go
- 46:35Speaker 3: to the third or how.
- 46:41Speaker 6: Are you asking if it's chronological?
- 46:43Speaker 4: Correct?
- 46:44Speaker 6: I do not believe it's chronological. I believe it's UH
- 46:50Speaker 6: thematically based in the sense of elements. So an element
- 46:56Speaker 6: is I think I think it's followed through as elements.
- 46:59Speaker 6: So if you're talking about the attachments to the neck,
- 47:03Speaker 6: I think they they've addressed those in serious sequence and
- 47:07Speaker 6: then they go on to other elements. I think that's
- 47:09Speaker 6: how they chose to do it.
- 47:10Speaker 3: Okay, And are all of the elements in the right
- 47:14Speaker 3: hand column the infringing works call them from the matrix
- 47:19Speaker 3: reloaded and the matrix revolutions.
- 47:22Speaker 6: That's my understanding from what it says. Yes, Okay, but
- 47:25Speaker 6: you don't know for sure, well says it on there.
- 47:29Speaker 6: So I'm gonna go by basis of that that it is.
- 47:35Speaker 3: And are all of the elements in the left hand
- 47:39Speaker 3: column the protected literary work the immortals that column, are
- 47:43Speaker 3: all of those elements elements that you that are original
- 47:48Speaker 3: to you?
- 47:50Speaker 6: I believe they are, unless there's a spelling error or
- 47:53Speaker 6: if there's been names crossover and who characters are, but
- 47:59Speaker 6: I believe that it was all original to my material.
- 48:03Speaker 4: Okay.
- 48:05Speaker 17: So and.
- 48:09Speaker 3: So we talked about, uh a little bit about the
- 48:14Speaker 3: enhancers earlier today.
- 48:16Speaker 4: Correct, that's correct, alright.
- 48:18Speaker 13: And and then.
- 48:21Speaker 3: At the bottom of page which he ate of exhibit one,
- 48:27Speaker 3: we start talking about.
- 48:30Speaker 4: In your uh were Hitler's the creator of the Immortal's program.
- 48:38Speaker 4: It is of his design and planning.
- 48:40Speaker 3: He had multiple versions of the drug in order to
- 48:43Speaker 3: protect it in this version, and now he is ready
- 48:45Speaker 3: to kill off all but.
- 48:46Speaker 4: The chosen for you to start again. And then Hitler
- 48:50Speaker 4: in real life, Hitler's hobby.
- 48:51Speaker 3: And passion was architecture, That's true, and he shout becoming
- 48:57Speaker 3: an architect, and he designed the future capital city.
- 49:01Speaker 6: Of Germania along with Albert Spears.
- 49:04Speaker 4: And then on the right it's the architect is the creator.
- 49:09Speaker 4: So s strike that. So some of the information on
- 49:13Speaker 4: on in your column, the information that.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Are are in fact the facts. Yeah, that Hitler uh
- 49:22Speaker 3: had a hobby and a passion for architecture. That stuff
- 49:26Speaker 3: that those are, those are facts. You didn't create those, correct,
- 49:29Speaker 3: And the well prize I created that.
- 49:31Speaker 6: No, that's that's stuff I don't claim to create.
- 49:34Speaker 4: Okay.
- 49:35Speaker 3: So the part that you created is by you chose
- 49:38Speaker 3: Hitler as a character, and Hitler has certain attributes.
- 49:44Speaker 6: Hitler designs the program as the architect designs the program.
- 49:48Speaker 6: Hitler is an architect. That's what he was known most for.
- 49:51Speaker 6: Apart from trying to conquer the world. His plans were
- 49:54Speaker 6: to be an architect after he had finished the war.
- 49:58Speaker 3: And so it the similar here is that you chose
- 50:01Speaker 3: a character that has a uh that was an architect.
- 50:07Speaker 3: And in the Matrix films there is an arch the
- 50:10Speaker 3: the the character who creates the matrix.
- 50:13Speaker 4: It's called the architect.
- 50:14Speaker 8: Correct.
- 50:14Speaker 6: Well, I'm just saying the similarity would be that I
- 50:17Speaker 6: have an architect who designs the program that includes the
- 50:22Speaker 6: dome and other aspects, and as it says here, to
- 50:28Speaker 6: take society and kill off aspects of it. It it
- 50:32Speaker 6: just yes, I believe that the Hitler, as far as
- 50:36Speaker 6: Hitler the architect interchangeable. Basically the plot lines are the same.
- 50:45Speaker 4: And are you aware of any.
- 50:49Speaker 18: Other works that have a character that designs and plans.
- 51:09Speaker 17: A system for lack the better word, to kill off
- 51:18Speaker 17: everyone but the chosen few in order to start again?
- 51:22Speaker 6: Not the extent of how this matches up so clearly?
- 51:25Speaker 4: Can you think of of any that don't match up
- 51:29Speaker 4: as clearly?
- 51:31Speaker 6: An objection to the form of the question, I find
- 51:34Speaker 6: it ambiguous.
- 51:40Speaker 2: Answer if you understand it, if you'd like to understand it,
- 51:44Speaker 2: I wouldn't be sure how to approach it.
- 51:46Speaker 3: Okay, Well, are are you aware of any other UH
- 51:51Speaker 3: works in which you have UH a character.
- 51:58Speaker 19: That designs and plans a system for the purpose of
- 52:05Speaker 19: killing on all but the chosen few in order to.
- 52:08Speaker 4: Start it in?
- 52:09Speaker 6: I wouldn't know how to address it. As far as
- 52:11Speaker 6: the system, that's such a broad term. I could dress
- 52:13Speaker 6: it as a program.
- 52:14Speaker 4: Okay, I'm not aware of any others that.
- 52:16Speaker 6: Would have a program designed the extent of that's I
- 52:22Speaker 6: I how this one car lights I I have to
- 52:24Speaker 6: say no.
- 52:25Speaker 4: Okay, And then if we go down to the next similarity.
- 52:35Speaker 5: UH.
- 52:35Speaker 3: It it is part of Hitler's plan to exterminate all
- 52:39Speaker 3: the shorts and purge, and to purge and create a
- 52:41Speaker 3: new world.
- 52:43Speaker 4: And it is the plan of the.
- 52:44Speaker 3: Architect to terminate the inhabitants of Zion and restart the program.
- 52:49Speaker 5: Do you see that?
- 52:50Speaker 6: I do see that?
- 52:52Speaker 4: And are you aware? And is the concept of UH
- 52:59Speaker 4: a plan to exterminate a group of people, to purge
- 53:04Speaker 4: them and create a new world original to you? I don't.
- 53:13Speaker 6: I don't claim that exterminating people is an original concept.
- 53:21Speaker 9: I do claim that.
- 53:25Speaker 6: As far as the architect similarities and what they're intending
- 53:29Speaker 6: to do within a program, that the similarities are uncanny
- 53:37Speaker 6: between the two films.
- 53:40Speaker 5: UH.
- 53:41Speaker 6: And then.
- 53:43Speaker 3: You have Jim in the Immortal Script is the key
- 53:47Speaker 3: to saving the people and stopping the deaths of all
- 53:49Speaker 3: that the chosen?
- 53:50Speaker 4: Is that a something that you claim to be original
- 53:54Speaker 4: to you?
- 54:03Speaker 6: As far as the character Jim an Immortal Script, I'm
- 54:09Speaker 6: not sure of the questions.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Okay, it's not so much the character, but you have
- 54:12Speaker 3: identified as one similarity that both in both works have
- 54:20Speaker 3: a protagonist who is the key to saving the people
- 54:26Speaker 3: and stopping the deaths of all but the chosen.
- 54:30Speaker 6: Correct. I'm sorry to Pete, how wasn't reading it while
- 54:35Speaker 6: you were a speak el Sure?
- 54:37Speaker 3: So one of the similarities that you have identified is
- 54:40Speaker 3: that both and to both works have a protagonist who
- 54:48Speaker 3: is the key or the only person that can save
- 54:57Speaker 3: humanity and stop the extermination of all that the chosen up.
- 55:02Speaker 4: Correct. That's one of the similarities to you of I anty,
- 55:05Speaker 4: and that's.
- 55:05Speaker 7: The one you have here.
- 55:06Speaker 6: Yes, I believe that I would include that it's an
- 55:13Speaker 6: unlikely hero who is the key to saving the people
- 55:21Speaker 6: would be likely and original concept, definitely, because that was
- 55:27Speaker 6: even something that was stated on Naked's sites that I
- 55:35Speaker 6: found that they were saying that was a unique element
- 55:37Speaker 6: in themselves.
- 55:39Speaker 3: I mean presence of an unlikely hero or the presidence
- 55:43Speaker 3: of the unlikely hero in the form.
- 55:45Speaker 4: Of mew was you know, or what was on those subs.
- 55:50Speaker 6: The idea of a hero that's an unlikely one saving
- 55:57Speaker 6: all humanity from now steps, I think would be a
- 56:01Speaker 6: original idea.
- 56:04Speaker 3: And so it's your testimony that as of nineteen ninety three,
- 56:09Speaker 3: that's the story of the unlikely hero saving all of
- 56:13Speaker 3: humanity had not previously been told.
- 56:16Speaker 6: I would say the unlikely hero as developed and presented
- 56:21Speaker 6: in the story screenplay. The way he was described and
- 56:26Speaker 6: presented was original in.
- 56:29Speaker 4: As Jim as Jim Okay. And what other than being
- 56:33Speaker 4: an unlikely hero, what do Jim and Neo have in common?
- 56:42Speaker 6: I would have to first of all, Saturday, I would
- 56:46Speaker 6: have to rely on the materials that I've already been
- 56:48Speaker 6: entered into evidence to look at that.
- 56:51Speaker 8: So I don't.
- 56:53Speaker 6: Undercut myself by saying something that I don't have remembered.
- 56:59Speaker 6: But if we include the materials as they speak for themselves,
- 57:04Speaker 6: I would say, Jim and Neo, there's many elements that
- 57:13Speaker 6: are unique to this and similar such as ending up
- 57:17Speaker 6: in the train station and facing off of the little
- 57:19Speaker 6: girl and being trapped between the programs and having to
- 57:26Speaker 6: I mean, it goes on and on, having to face
- 57:28Speaker 6: these agents and having the things go in the back
- 57:32Speaker 6: of the neck and having a girl h or have
- 57:36Speaker 6: to help him so that he can actually access the
- 57:40Speaker 6: dome in the end.
- 57:41Speaker 9: It goes on and on.
- 57:42Speaker 6: So I would just I would think we'd say our
- 57:44Speaker 6: time by saying it's in the materials. How many elements
- 57:48Speaker 6: that create in this character of Jim to be absolutely
- 57:56Speaker 6: very much identical to the Neo that was then used
- 58:01Speaker 6: for the Matrix story of our stories.
- 58:04Speaker 4: Now Neo is a is single correct in the matrix
- 58:12Speaker 4: with at the beginning.
- 58:13Speaker 3: Of the first matrix, I believe he is signal and
- 58:17Speaker 3: he's a computer hacker.
- 58:21Speaker 6: So I believe that is correct.
- 58:22Speaker 4: And uh, he's he's rebellious.
- 58:31Speaker 6: I would say that's correct.
- 58:34Speaker 7: Uh.
- 58:34Speaker 4: And Jim is a family man. He is and he's
- 58:40Speaker 4: not a computer hacker. Correct.
- 58:42Speaker 6: TeamWorks in the UH government offices, right, And so.
- 58:48Speaker 4: You've given me other similarities. What I'm trying to understand
- 58:51Speaker 4: here is is are other than are? Is it the
- 58:58Speaker 4: fact that they are both on the likely heroes that
- 59:01Speaker 4: makes them similar? Or is there something else that you've identified?
- 59:05Speaker 6: There's many things that are are similar and in fact
- 59:08Speaker 6: with what was what what I've read about too about
- 59:14Speaker 6: the brother's choice or demand whenever you will uh not
- 59:20Speaker 6: to have the relationship with the main character to any
- 59:24Speaker 6: family or to any basic loved ones was reported to
- 59:30Speaker 6: be a dispute between Jail Silver and them. So I
- 59:34Speaker 6: say that the script, the major script itself, is very
- 59:37Speaker 6: telling from what is missing and what is included, which
- 59:41Speaker 6: is you still have a little girl there a little
- 59:43Speaker 6: girl at the end, you still have the train station,
- 59:46Speaker 6: you still have the elements that are included in mind exactly,
- 59:50Speaker 6: but you don't have a relationship, and as a result,
- 59:53Speaker 6: you end up with the result where it's voted one
- 59:56Speaker 6: of the worst eight films of all time.
- 59:57Speaker 9: If I'm not mistaken what I.
- 59:58Speaker 6: Was reading, they a travel the story. They hinge it
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: by taking out the relationships they demanded that they kind
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: of stated they didn't want. They didn't want a central
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: sympathetic character, is what the reading was uh suggesting, And
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: they didn't want a love story basically in their first
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: involvement for a first film, theirs their audition piece that's
- 1:00:23Speaker 6: called online. So I would say that even what's remained
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: makes the story uh not froncohesive, and it's remained in
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: the matrix and story remains one of the most confusing
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: films because of that. So I would say, yes, the
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: similarities are completely there between Jim and Neo. Even so
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: fact the shadow or representation of that that element of
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: family could be inserted back in to make sense of
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: the project.
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: Alright, Moving down, Uh, Jim is a champion for the
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: free people.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: He is doing all he can to save and free
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: them from their situation, whereas Neo is the capital of One,
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: the savior of the free people. His whole purpose is
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: to free them from their situation. Now, the concept of
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: the one is not original.
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: To you, is it? No?
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: Mm, that element of that entry the one.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: Uh Gim is given an information's chip with a secret
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: message from do you.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Pronounce it Wagner or Whatner?
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Wogner?
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Bogner, and Neo is given an earpiece as a secret
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: message from Chi from Smith and an information chip from
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: the Oracle with a secret message.
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: Correct, that's what it reads.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: Yeah, Now the Oracle is not analogous to Wagner. Correct
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: and elious. Okay, So Wagner's a bad guy, right.
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: Vogner is someone who is say like villain if you will,
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: Although I do not like to write I just write
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: villains with layers.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: But but he's not a hero. He's not a hero,
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: and he's not part of the resistance that Jim is
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: part of.
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: Correct, he's not part of resistance.
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: And the Oracle is is on the side, Ah is
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: on NEA's side?
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: Correct? Say No, the Oracle is never defined. That's why
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: it's rated one of the worst pictures of all times.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: For that very fact, cause they leave it completely ambiguous
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: what the oracle is. Would you not know if the
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: oracle's good or bad or what she stands for? They
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: make no sense of it whatsoever.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: But she's but but she is also not clearly a villain.
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: She's not clearly anything.
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: And is it your.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Testimony that being given in the hero being given an
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: information chip with a secret message from the villain, that
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: that is a concept that is original to you?
- 1:03:10Speaker 6: I would say it's an elevation of film. That's that's
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: unique to these films, completely unique.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: There's no other film that where where information is being
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: passed through information chips.
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: As the scenes match up, and if we looked at
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: them both, I do not see anything that compares like that.
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: Okay, And those scenes happen, do you know, do they
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: happen sort of in the same order in your script
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: as in the Matrix movies?
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: From what I recall, you appeared to yes, okay?
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: And how do you know that?
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: Because my attorney asks me to watch the films, and
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: so after a couple of days of getting through it,
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: I watched 'em.
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: Hm.
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: And in what film is Neo given an information chip.
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: From the oracle to the best of my recollection, it
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: would be is a second or the third, But you
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: don't know which I watched them. We notated it. It
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: would be in our evidence.
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: And do you know whether, for example, the chip, the
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: information chip comes before or after the train?
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: See, I just know it's an element that's there. I
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: do not know without consulting notes, whether it is before
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: or after.
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: Okay, And it's not your contention that.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: The elements of the Matrix movies appear are organized in
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: the same way.
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: As the elements of the felt correct, so that I
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: can't read through this chronologically. We already established that, right.
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: My standing is such that if you took the hundred
- 1:04:51Speaker 6: and sixteen entries I'm told as a hundred and sixteen, well,
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: see if that's correct or not.
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: It could be the undertake.
- 1:04:57Speaker 6: As you read those, you would see how elements that
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: match up strikingly. I believe with both films, screenplays, screenplays
- 1:05:09Speaker 6: and the film, and that it appears to have been
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: that entire sequences and contents of scenes were kept for
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: the most part intact, and that it looks like some
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: may have been shuffled throughout, which would be the process
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: in ripping off a film. I would say, like a
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: chop shot. They would take entire scenes, and they may
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: move it a little bit, but it's pretty much in
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: the same order, and the final sequence of scenes is
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: completely matching up. When you put it on to paper,
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: it's completely matches up. So I would say that they
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: may have wrenched it a bit, but the story is
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: the same. The elements are strikingly similar to one hundred
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: and sixteen of 'em, so which you ever way you
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: slice or dice it, it's the same same piece.
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: And uh, is there a single piece of dialogue that
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: you claim was copied from your subscription?
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: There's entries in the hundred and sixteen that show sim yeah,
- 1:06:15Speaker 6: similar dialogues in similar direction, such as uh one that
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: says something about the world's greatest dog bite. It's basically
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: vaccinated both pieces. You have other elements too. You also
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: have twists of names that are very interesting, including my own.
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: Four.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: That's the thom Anderson versus Tom.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: Thomas A Anderson. Yes, and you are Iron Thomas a
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: Iron Thomas.
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: Altouse, but you're Thomas p all t House correct.
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: I don't think the brothers really cared about that distinction, Kay.
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: And do you uh are you aware of any other
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: character in literary history named Thomas Anderson.
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: I'm not aware of it.
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: Mkay.
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: Are you aware of any other person whose name might
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: be Thomas A.
- 1:07:15Speaker 6: Anderson? I'm not aware of I'm sure you can find
- 1:07:19Speaker 6: something in a phone book.
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: Do you know if the Wachowskis, for example, know anyone
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: named Thomas A.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Anderson.
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: I'm not aware of that. I've informed that every or
- 1:07:31Speaker 6: I've read that every name basically in every number has
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: a purpose within the matrix of itself.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: If you go to page eleven about well the third
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: thing down says Jim and Barringer hate each other.
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: And are each other's nemeses.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: And similarly, Smith and Neo hate each other and are
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: each other's nemeses. It's not an original concept for there
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: to be nemeses in films, correct, no, mkay, or in
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: any kind of literature.
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: No, okay uh.
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: And so the fact that both films have nemeses in
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: the d isn't It can't be evidence of copying canon.
- 1:08:59Speaker 6: I believe think this is referring to the similarity between
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: the films itself, about the specific relationship and how they
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: were uh developed and played out within the film.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Alright, let's go off the record, just twelve more things.
- 1:09:14Speaker 20: This is the end of disc number two of You,
- 1:09:17Speaker 20: number one of the position of Thomas All's House on
- 1:09:19Speaker 20: December thirteen of the year twenty thirteen year off the
- 1:09:23Speaker 20: record at three eleven p.
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: M uh okay, I'm gonna run to the restroom.
- 1:10:13Speaker 6: Let me get some more tea.
- 1:10:17Speaker 5: That's weird to.
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: Thank you for remember think your patient, lads must have been.
- 1:10:23Speaker 6: Some boring thing you guys, ever been through?
- 1:10:25Speaker 9: I'm sorry?
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: Well or fer it? Oh?
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: Okay, okay, could be how fuse were you going.
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: On the last night? That's right? Ah?
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: Yes, Fortunately I.
- 1:10:44Speaker 6: Didn't see any of these Matrix movies Sawing, al Boling, no.
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: Things, little scientists.
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: I feel like I know you guys now, anybody would
- 1:13:09Speaker 6: like we have walk something?
- 1:13:11Speaker 8: Oh you al right?
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: Now they say that you go through something together and
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: like transitive fact, and I feel like like your family,
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: they're some fun grown It's like a big rounds for
- 1:13:20Speaker 6: Thanksgiving And.
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: Would you like far around?
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: Is it snow?
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: Yes?
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: It bitterly cold, bitterly.
- 1:14:03Speaker 21: Cold, bitter it was supposed to be the high it
- 1:14:07Speaker 21: was supposed to be three degrees or today I.
- 1:14:10Speaker 6: Can imagine that more three degrees. I mean either that
- 1:14:13Speaker 6: doesn't even sound to here. There's something about a planets in.
- 1:14:16Speaker 5: The human.
- 1:14:19Speaker 22: I remember when I lived there that they would have
- 1:14:22Speaker 22: these announcements in the morning that, uh, you had to
- 1:14:25Speaker 22: make sure that you were covered because in fifteen seconds
- 1:14:29Speaker 22: you could get frost binaries.
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: I'm like, you can't walk to your car and scrape.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: All of the snow rock, right, you can't even get
- 1:14:35Speaker 6: to a shelter in that house.
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: No, there's no way.
- 1:14:38Speaker 5: Oh my goodness too.
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: But every year people like our people go downstairs and.
- 1:14:44Speaker 20: Uh, do you have a car are found or rosen
- 1:14:48Speaker 20: in their doorways because they checked no weather cable area.
- 1:14:52Speaker 21: In the month of January, there's one week when it's
- 1:14:54Speaker 21: always with wind till seventy below.
- 1:14:57Speaker 4: All out, my goodness, it's just oh.
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: Why, It's like it's like fifty degrees was considered.
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: That's the way it is here.
- 1:15:08Speaker 20: Yeah, that's why this cl cold snap here has just
- 1:15:11Speaker 20: been like, oh my god, those gardens.
- 1:15:13Speaker 21: Are freezing and right, I just pull all my stuff
- 1:15:15Speaker 21: over underneath so it could put blankets over face.
- 1:15:18Speaker 6: Oh sure, sure, I save all my plates. Sure, it's
- 1:15:22Speaker 6: just terrible.
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: No, like they can now I'm about to go back there.
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: Oh right, it's horrible. You just CA's you can't have
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: to put on all these layers just to go outside.
- 1:15:41Speaker 6: I can't imagine.
- 1:15:42Speaker 4: It's like in the why do you have to write
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: clothes anymore?
- 1:15:45Speaker 6: So it's like you're they were talking about the shorts
- 1:15:47Speaker 6: and stuff.
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: We just we go out and we were its rights,
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: loom out doors what it is here usually?
- 1:15:52Speaker 8: So it's really terrible.
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: My my uh wife, dad say, uh staff member that
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: you still lived the last year. Oh.
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: She told her that you know, they have mose automatic.
- 1:16:04Speaker 6: Her remote starts where you can you don't have to
- 1:16:06Speaker 6: go out.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: I can do it, you know, ahead of time.
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: But she also worked in a in a school, I guess,
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: and they would have only their warning, so.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: You can't let the kids go outside.
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, the Chicago to Chicago.
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: Yeah, Chicago's horrible. It's horrible cause it's wind. It's yeah,
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: the wind children is terrible. Yeah, and it's all this
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: snow because of the lake there right, its right off right.
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: So it's my first winter that I lived there. I
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: lived about three blocks off the right where the curve
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: where the lake is by Michigan Avenue and I got.
- 1:16:46Speaker 21: Up one morning and I was heading down the street
- 1:16:49Speaker 21: and I couldn't make it to Michigan Avenue.
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: I was I was, actually I was more slender than
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: I was.
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: Picked up off the sidewalk and rolling onto the hood
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: of a passing car.
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: And at one point I remember grabbing.
- 1:17:04Speaker 21: Hold of a lights post and being lifted up and
- 1:17:08Speaker 21: I'm like, this can't be happening, and I when I
- 1:17:11Speaker 21: So I went back and I cut over a couple
- 1:17:14Speaker 21: of blocks to where it was not straight direct to
- 1:17:17Speaker 21: the lake and went up and at that point they
- 1:17:18Speaker 21: had ropes strung across the street so you could pull
- 1:17:23Speaker 21: yourself across the street.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: Icicles were falling off of the Seers building and killing people.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: Oh my god, I'm like, what am I done? Why
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: am I here?
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: Im like the closest thing I they was dressed in.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: It was terrible.
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: It's just awful. And they actually where My husband and
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: I came out of your own business. We were here
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: ten minutes and said that's it, we're moving here.
- 1:17:53Speaker 6: I had a call back in Chicago for the Shakespeare
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: the tours and uh, but people were so nice.
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: They are it's very it's very Chicago. It's cool. Discussing
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: it's humans and bugs.
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: Oh my god, you put Chicago and Honolulu.
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: You have the perfect It's sad enough. Yeah, that's true.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: Oh no, Chicago's great, great city. It was a wonderful city.
- 1:18:20Speaker 20: So it's architecturally, the food possibilities are great diversities.
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: Right, it's wonderful.
- 1:18:27Speaker 6: But the weather is just kills.
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: So I don't know what I'm gonna have to go
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: to like good Will or something and buy some long clothes.
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: I don't have a cold I have nothing that's appropriate.
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: All my shoes are open.
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: Told.
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: Even having cold shoes, I'm like, what am I gonna do?
- 1:18:48Speaker 4: I need to pretend it's winter so I have boots
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: and stuff.
- 1:18:51Speaker 6: I don't have any of that stuff that you watch
- 1:18:54Speaker 6: the Chicago flight let out the best dressed people in
- 1:18:57Speaker 6: the world, shake come out with the boots and the colors,
- 1:19:00Speaker 6: so styling. You tell Chicago flight from year?
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: Are you okay? With the sun in your eyes? It's
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: kind of there's no there's no nothing, there's no blackout.
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: Curt Oh, yeah, that's his, that's his.
- 1:19:12Speaker 13: Okay.
- 1:19:13Speaker 6: Well, it feels like I'm on side.
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: It's kind of amazing on car.
- 1:19:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm a right.
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: Hold on, put this back.
- 1:19:23Speaker 6: Are we ready to go?
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: We are alright? Then away we go just a moment.
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: This is the beginning of dis number three and number one.
- 1:19:33Speaker 20: At the deposition of Thomas all T House on December
- 1:19:36Speaker 20: thirteenth of the year twenty thirteen.
- 1:19:38Speaker 4: We are on the record one twenty one p one. Okay,
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: mister Alpess, did you ever see men in black?
- 1:19:47Speaker 23: Yes?
- 1:19:47Speaker 4: I am okay, so I know that you uh.
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: If I look at page nineteen of exhibit one, there's
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: uh like. If you look at the third one down,
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: agents are robot like without expression, and the next one
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: agents don't do, not show emotion, and two more down
- 1:20:17Speaker 3: agents are trademarked by the suits that they wear.
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: Those are elements that appear in I A lots of movies. Correct,
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: Which one was that?
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: Again?
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: I'm looking at at a number of them on on
- 1:20:33Speaker 4: page nineteen.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: Specifically, the robot like with agents are robot like without expression,
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: They do not show emotion. They are trademarked by the
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: suits that they wear, and they wear special ear pieces
- 1:20:47Speaker 3: to communicate and keep connected to central These are all
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: elements in your film.
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: Correct. That seems to be correct?
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: Okay?
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: And those are elements that have appeared in films both
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: before and after you wrote your screen like correct.
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: I do not know if I can agree with that.
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: I think that the agents robot like in my piece
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: back in ninety three, concept of the agents robot like
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: and addressed and outfitted as they were that compilation was
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: I believed very unique because when the Matrix films came out,
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: I can see that the response to the agents and
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: the iconic images of that then prompted UH were drawn
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: from the Matrix experience in films. So I would say
- 1:21:31Speaker 6: that the agents as robot like without expression, with the
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: accouterments that went with them in the way I presented them,
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: became basically an icon in the industry.
- 1:22:41Speaker 9: That's okay.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: You keep referring to the train station in what regards
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: as an important similarity between.
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: The two works. Alright, I say it's one of the
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: one of the similarities. Yes, okay.
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: Is there a reason why it's not in your complaint?
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: I would have to ask my attorney that it should
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: be there. I would imagine, oh.
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: Here it is, I'm sorry I missed it. Apologize you expect.
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: To do some day.
- 1:23:16Speaker 6: It's a lot of pages.
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: Can you go to page twenty nine. Yes, and at
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: the bottom.
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: It says.
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: Wagner, re engineered to look like Christ is battling with
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: the actual Christ from the Final battles.
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: I okay.
- 1:23:47Speaker 8: And then in.
- 1:23:51Speaker 3: The Matrix, Neo's code is rewritten making him look like Smith.
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: That's he is battling Smith in the final battle.
- 1:23:59Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: So the similarity here is you have a character battling
- 1:24:06Speaker 3: something who looks like who's been re engineered to look
- 1:24:08Speaker 3: like them.
- 1:24:10Speaker 6: I would say the similarity against that you have a
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: unique ending, completely unique for its time, where you have
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: the protagonist and basically a protagonist and an antagonist or
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: such along that line that are for all intents and
- 1:24:27Speaker 6: purposes identical, and they are facing all a unique image
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: that was impacting.
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: Now you've talked about the little girl pointing yes, yeah.
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: The character of Christ does not appear in the Matrix movies.
- 1:24:52Speaker 8: Correct.
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: The character of Christ is represented through Uh Neo apparently
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: in the Matrix film as they have images of a
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: cross on his chest, he has its palms out when
- 1:25:07Speaker 6: he's in the fight, UH face down and he's pleading.
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: He has it where he's sacrificed and is generally accepted
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: that that is the Christ like qualities of Christian symmetry
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: or symbols being inserted into the film. So I would
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: say the Christ elements are inserted in the matrix.
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: Okay, But Jim is not the Christ element.
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: In your story?
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: Is he?
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: In mine, Jim is witnessing the battle between the Christs,
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: are the Christ and the false Christ. It's looks looks
- 1:25:39Speaker 6: like Christ.
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: And the little girl in the matrix is not appointing
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: at Christ or at Neo for that matter.
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: Correct, the little.
- 1:25:52Speaker 6: Girl is pointing at the Sun in the matrix at
- 1:25:55Speaker 6: the end, It's one of their final final moments. In mine,
- 1:25:59Speaker 6: the little girl is pointing to the Christ or on
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: the above the hill up above, and when the world
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: is renewed. In both cases, so from my story, you
- 1:26:13Speaker 6: have the little girl pointing to the Sun of Christ
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: or the renewed earth and pointing to the source of
- 1:26:20Speaker 6: what UH says tridishly in their script he a little
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: girl with a renewed earth pointing to the sun for
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: the final ending. The images are compelling.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: And are you aware of any other works, Uh, in
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: which children and the sun become the elements of the
- 1:26:42Speaker 4: symbol or renewal.
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: I'm not aware of any works where the earth is renewed,
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: and a little girl is renewed along with the earth
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: and comes up in hugs uh an individual and then
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: points to the sun after the Earth's been renewed. I
- 1:26:59Speaker 6: don't I don't know about all before or after.
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: Of the.
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: Can you look at page thirty two, absolutely, and you
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: see the f.
- 1:28:31Speaker 3: First full paragraph says Monique, I don't know hybrids.
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: Its lat Yes, that's correct.
- 1:28:37Speaker 4: And Jim's wife are the three main women in Jim's life?
- 1:28:43Speaker 9: Yes?
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: And then on in the other call of Trinity three
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: is the main woman in Neo's life in the movies, Yes,
- 1:28:53Speaker 4: I see that.
- 1:28:53Speaker 3: Okay, so you're it's your contention that because Trinity's name
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: is evidence that the female character.
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: In the matrix is derived from your.
- 1:29:07Speaker 6: Script, I would say it's an element in the entry there,
- 1:29:11Speaker 6: but that it it can be contended that there may
- 1:29:16Speaker 6: be Yes, there may be a connection between three women.
- 1:29:19Speaker 6: And if we notice how the brothers or if they're
- 1:29:23Speaker 6: typical siblings, have worked with this piece and certain certain
- 1:29:29Speaker 6: names and played with names and numbers and interviews claim
- 1:29:32Speaker 6: to have done that, then it would make sense that
- 1:29:34Speaker 6: Trinity would be another one of their name games or
- 1:29:37Speaker 6: or plays so I would say it's a great possibility
- 1:29:40Speaker 6: that Monique Loret and Jim in my scream to three people,
- 1:29:44Speaker 6: is then cleverly, if you will, or whatever they wanna
- 1:29:47Speaker 6: call it, turned into Trinity.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: Isn't it eqully possible that Trinity as part of the
- 1:30:01Speaker 3: religious allegory in the Matrix?
- 1:30:03Speaker 6: I think it's possible if both elements apply, and they
- 1:30:05Speaker 6: felt very satisfied with that.
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: From where do you get the information that, uh, Thomas A.
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: Anderson and the Matrix stories attended Central West High School?
- 1:30:18Speaker 6: He attends time? Let me check the what documentary referring?
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: Yeah, that's fine. Go to exhibit three, which is your
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: m heet information packet.
- 1:30:39Speaker 6: I'm on the page I believed, okay.
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: And do you see where it says profile fact shoot
- 1:30:44Speaker 4: at the top.
- 1:30:44Speaker 9: Do you see that? I do see that?
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: Okay? And did you put this together this page?
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: No, it was done for me, okay, but mister Leveenthal,
- 1:30:53Speaker 6: it was probably mister Lelenthal or back on my wife. Okay.
- 1:30:57Speaker 3: So do you know where the information that's that the
- 1:31:02Speaker 3: Matrix protagonist Thomas A.
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: Anderson of attended Central West High School came from?
- 1:31:10Speaker 6: It's in your film The Brothers inserted it.
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: Okay, do you know where it's in the.
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: Interrogation scene which the picture shows.
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: They're okay, but you didn't attend Central West High School, right.
- 1:31:24Speaker 6: We could wrestle with it. But Central West High School,
- 1:31:26Speaker 6: Central Bucks West High School. They compilation with my name
- 1:31:29Speaker 6: Thomas A. With also my dad's name, John A. With
- 1:31:33Speaker 6: alls an allusion to my birthday with alto Capital City, Washington.
- 1:31:36Speaker 8: See.
- 1:31:37Speaker 6: I don't think there's much wiggle room.
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: Partner the death position. Sure, I can't remember.
- 1:32:14Speaker 6: Where do a lot of people.
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: Where the bong?
- 1:32:18Speaker 6: You?
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: Before?
- 1:32:43Speaker 6: We going?
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: Uh to?
- 1:32:44Speaker 4: Who was Exhibit three sent?
- 1:32:48Speaker 6: What is exhibit three?
- 1:32:49Speaker 4: Exhibit three is the media information packet.
- 1:32:53Speaker 6: I'm not clear who this was sent to.
- 1:32:56Speaker 8: I don't know, Okay, do you know who?
- 1:32:58Speaker 4: Who's do you know? Was it sent to anyone?
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:33:03Speaker 6: It looks like it's really well done, so I would
- 1:33:05Speaker 6: imagine that it was sent I'm sorry, that's I don't
- 1:33:09Speaker 6: know how to answer that question, okay.
- 1:33:11Speaker 17: Uh?
- 1:33:11Speaker 4: And who would have been the person sending this information out?
- 1:33:16Speaker 6: I would believe it would be the author, mkay.
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: And that's mister Leventhough Yes, okay. And do you know
- 1:33:26Speaker 3: whether mister Leventhall received any responses from any media contacts.
- 1:33:36Speaker 6: I couldn't speak for him or not.
- 1:33:38Speaker 9: Okay, did you.
- 1:33:39Speaker 4: Ever see any responses from any media contacts after this?
- 1:33:42Speaker 3: Did exhibits for any of the media information tact was distributed.
- 1:33:50Speaker 11: When water Mothers in the newspaper TVZ, you know, I
- 1:33:58Speaker 11: believe it was a March when water Bure's paper TMZ
- 1:34:02Speaker 11: broke the story, there was.
- 1:34:06Speaker 6: Instant responses apparently worldwide. And then when TMZ, one of
- 1:34:13Speaker 6: brother's paper again if you will, did a subsequent release
- 1:34:19Speaker 6: in July, I believe it was it furthered the attention
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: to this story, which quite interesting. But I received calls
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: immediately from a Sophia Stewart's group, which basically was a
- 1:34:38Speaker 6: number of messages before I got home from work.
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: And when you say Sophia Stewart's group, who contacted.
- 1:34:46Speaker 6: You different parties of her d U are affiliated with
- 1:34:51Speaker 6: her and whatever she's about?
- 1:34:55Speaker 4: Did you s return any of those calls?
- 1:34:57Speaker 6: I basically couldn't avoid them, so I did feel to
- 1:35:01Speaker 6: call with her with Missus Stewart.
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: I did.
- 1:35:05Speaker 16: And when was this.
- 1:35:07Speaker 6: The night that you're s that Warner Brothers released the
- 1:35:11Speaker 6: story or that went and out? It was that night
- 1:35:13Speaker 6: that my phone was babarded.
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: Okay, And when you say the night that Warner Brothers
- 1:35:17Speaker 4: released the story, is this, it's EMC it's flooded.
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: If you go to.
- 1:35:24Speaker 3: If you open up exhibit three again, when you go
- 1:35:28Speaker 3: to probably the sixth page, h.
- 1:35:39Speaker 4: Why maybe one? Yeah, you're the right thing. Oh you're
- 1:35:41Speaker 4: probably just done too prot Oh sorry, right there? Yeah, okay, okay.
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: So when you're talking about the Warner Brothers releasing the story,
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: is the story reflected on the sixth page of the
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: did it three?
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: What you were referring to?
- 1:36:08Speaker 6: I believe this is the July version. I believe Warner
- 1:36:14Speaker 6: Brothers in TMZ wrote the story in March.
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: There was another one, Do you know why do you
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: keep afraid to Warner Brothers and TMS?
- 1:36:27Speaker 6: Well, the reason I refer to water MOS and TMZ
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: is I'm informed that if you contact DMZ you get
- 1:36:32Speaker 6: basically a message that well when the Water Brothers, assuming
- 1:36:35Speaker 6: that you guys are like, and that that TMZ's words
- 1:36:40Speaker 6: are Warner Brothers words owned by Warner Brothers. When another one,
- 1:36:52Speaker 6: I'm told.
- 1:37:02Speaker 4: And by whom are you?
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: Twelve?
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: I believe it was mister Levenhal who contacted uh TMZ
- 1:37:10Speaker 6: and W and W received that message or heard that message,
- 1:37:16Speaker 6: and we tried to comply with TMZ and respond to them,
- 1:37:21Speaker 6: but we never returned. We never got any calls from them,
- 1:37:25Speaker 6: and they didn't seem interested in speaking to us, although
- 1:37:28Speaker 6: they put down where their calls were not returned, m
- 1:37:34Speaker 6: our phone records could show that we did.
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: Okay, so you spoke to Missus Stewart in July or
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: earlier in a or see it.
- 1:37:49Speaker 6: Would be whenever this story or right when the story
- 1:37:51Speaker 6: was released, they'd be writing that time. Because I had
- 1:37:56Speaker 6: no idea there was a story. And I returned home
- 1:37:59Speaker 6: from the Grandma lad after working in the program. I
- 1:38:03Speaker 6: returned home at night and there was all these messages,
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: and there were messages about contact her or trying to
- 1:38:10Speaker 6: reach you and this kind of stuff, and and and
- 1:38:15Speaker 6: she didn't speak to me. She said, she basically said
- 1:38:21Speaker 6: that it sound like I've no attachment to this. But
- 1:38:29Speaker 6: she said that you are now a celebrity worldwide.
- 1:38:34Speaker 9: She said that.
- 1:38:36Speaker 6: Your wife as you lead is over, said.
- 1:38:40Speaker 9: That I am seek.
- 1:38:43Speaker 4: Your step.
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: For emphases.
- 1:38:51Speaker 6: In the same link that I was uh the second
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: and third, and that she was the one who wrote
- 1:38:58Speaker 6: the matrix story or something, and uh she told me
- 1:39:04Speaker 6: she wanted to interviews together. That she talked on and
- 1:39:11Speaker 6: on and on about how stuff that I couldn't even
- 1:39:18Speaker 6: fathom what she's talking about, cause it didn't seem connected.
- 1:39:22Speaker 6: It didn't seem sensible to me. It just sounded like
- 1:39:27Speaker 6: almost rambling. But it it was definitely geared towards enlisting
- 1:39:34Speaker 6: my agreement and my I guess suppose it's support. I
- 1:39:43Speaker 6: did pick up that she has animosity towards fore brothers
- 1:39:47Speaker 6: strong and uh, I did detect.
- 1:39:51Speaker 7: I believe that.
- 1:39:57Speaker 5: She was.
- 1:39:58Speaker 6: She was trying to convey that she was very ex
- 1:40:00Speaker 6: I did, but I about who I was and that
- 1:40:03Speaker 6: finally she discovered that that it makes sense now because
- 1:40:09Speaker 6: here I surfaced and everything the missing link that I
- 1:40:14Speaker 6: a they don't make sense now or something.
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: It was.
- 1:40:17Speaker 6: It was a long conversation with her doing the talking mostly.
- 1:40:21Speaker 4: And what did anything would you say to it?
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: Uh? I told her, I believe that I felt bad
- 1:40:29Speaker 6: for her if she had suffered any loss or if
- 1:40:39Speaker 6: she believes her story had been taken.
- 1:40:44Speaker 9: I told her that.
- 1:40:48Speaker 6: We had listed about the second and third. She didn't
- 1:40:54Speaker 6: have any contention with that. She did want to line
- 1:40:59Speaker 6: up interviews. She seemed very eager.
- 1:41:06Speaker 4: And UH.
- 1:41:08Speaker 6: Had her associates piping in at the same time. I
- 1:41:13Speaker 6: thought it was a conference caller what but when she
- 1:41:17Speaker 6: first called it was one of her people, one of
- 1:41:22Speaker 6: her men. I don't know if they have titled or what,
- 1:41:25Speaker 6: but one of her men was on their first when
- 1:41:26Speaker 6: she was in the background saying is that him?
- 1:41:28Speaker 5: Is that him?
- 1:41:30Speaker 9: Basically wanted to you know, on her to talk to me.
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: And what happened? How did you end that talk?
- 1:41:42Speaker 6: I believe I agreed that I would do when I could,
- 1:41:47Speaker 6: that I was resolved to go forward, that I had
- 1:41:52Speaker 6: not known about the article until that day, that I
- 1:41:56Speaker 6: really wanted just to get my work risk that it
- 1:42:00Speaker 6: was just mine, that the message I originally intended them
- 1:42:03Speaker 6: could come forward. Thinks of that nature.
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: No, when you say you want your work real established,
- 1:42:16Speaker 3: is yours? You submitted your script to Warner Brothers.
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: For the purpose of making Themortals move?
- 1:42:27Speaker 8: Correct?
- 1:42:32Speaker 6: Are I understand the questions? Would you say that's the
- 1:42:34Speaker 6: only element?
- 1:42:35Speaker 5: Are?
- 1:42:36Speaker 8: No?
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: I'm just asking when you submitted to your script to
- 1:42:39Speaker 3: Warner Brothers, the idea was they would make a.
- 1:42:41Speaker 8: Movie of the Emortals.
- 1:42:43Speaker 6: Correct from what I was told by and give the
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: instructions to do. My understanding was they would they I
- 1:42:50Speaker 6: was being told.
- 1:42:51Speaker 4: They were gonna make it okay, and that's what you wanted.
- 1:42:53Speaker 4: You didn't. You didn't put the script in with the
- 1:42:56Speaker 4: purpose of working with.
- 1:42:57Speaker 8: Child with the script work.
- 1:43:06Speaker 6: Instam If they take your script and agree to make
- 1:43:11Speaker 6: it and contract with you. Once the contract is made,
- 1:43:17Speaker 6: you as the writer cannot always dictate exactly which way it's.
- 1:43:21Speaker 7: Gone to go.
- 1:43:22Speaker 6: A writer's work is not gonna be even though it's
- 1:43:27Speaker 6: being paid and given the late the credit for being
- 1:43:29Speaker 6: the writer. It is basically you're giving freedom to work
- 1:43:35Speaker 6: within the bounds of your script and just to create
- 1:43:38Speaker 6: as a creative team. The best story that that the
- 1:43:41Speaker 6: studio's team would.
- 1:43:43Speaker 9: Be product.
- 1:43:46Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:43:48Speaker 3: But it was not your intention to enter in some
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: sort of collaboration to make someone to make a movie
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: that that do you strite that well, they may have
- 1:43:59Speaker 3: made changes to your scripting or to get the movie
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: they The idea was to make the adorance correct.
- 1:44:07Speaker 6: The idea my understanding of the time was from what
- 1:44:10Speaker 6: I learned from screenwriting classes, was the idea was to
- 1:44:15Speaker 6: get your introductory piece in. You pour your heart and
- 1:44:18Speaker 6: soul into it. If it gets taken in the fact
- 1:44:22Speaker 6: that you have been submitted and received and told that
- 1:44:25Speaker 6: your film's gonna be made means that others will be
- 1:44:28Speaker 6: interested in your other work. So that was my door opener.
- 1:44:31Speaker 6: They call it the business from understand.
- 1:44:33Speaker 5: You can correct me if if you're.
- 1:44:34Speaker 6: Wrong, But it was my door opener piece. And so
- 1:44:38Speaker 6: what you're expecting out of that is to simply get
- 1:44:42Speaker 6: credit for your work. You don't expect to have say
- 1:44:49Speaker 6: on all aspects of that. You know it's gonna be
- 1:44:52Speaker 6: transformed in the process. But you've got your piece in.
- 1:44:56Speaker 6: You're getting credit for your work, which means the doors
- 1:44:59Speaker 6: opened as a term applies to other work that you
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: can produce. You are now becoming accepted into the industry.
- 1:45:06Speaker 6: That's all I can expect as a grad student of
- 1:45:09Speaker 6: the time coming out of grad school was to open
- 1:45:12Speaker 6: the door.
- 1:45:13Speaker 4: Have you written a screen place?
- 1:45:15Speaker 6: Since screen Warning, I've written story treatments. I've written a
- 1:45:20Speaker 6: number of them that I'm sitting on that I'm very
- 1:45:22Speaker 6: very pleased with. Should my door opener finally come to
- 1:45:28Speaker 6: some result, I am waiting to submit them. And my
- 1:45:31Speaker 6: hope in the past was a smith and the Warner Brothers.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: Have you made any efforts to to submit the screenplays
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: to anyone other than more Brothers.
- 1:45:43Speaker 6: I'm not sure the period or what the question entails.
- 1:45:46Speaker 4: Well, it's sort of a grad question. I agree that
- 1:45:48Speaker 4: are have you uh?
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: Have you made any efforts to submit any of the
- 1:45:56Speaker 3: work you have any of this the work you have done.
- 1:45:59Speaker 4: S subsequent to the immortals to any studio other than
- 1:46:04Speaker 4: Murder Wrots.
- 1:46:05Speaker 6: You're talking to the film scripts. Sure, yes, I've submitted
- 1:46:12Speaker 6: work that was for as I said, scripted material, scripted
- 1:46:16Speaker 6: work for the production such as the one that got
- 1:46:18Speaker 6: the awards in Waynesburg. I have made scripts and programs
- 1:46:24Speaker 6: in the theater that have toured, have been accepted, and
- 1:46:29Speaker 6: there's a number of those. I have the current production
- 1:46:32Speaker 6: that's now slighted to be performed and co produced by
- 1:46:35Speaker 6: the Orchaligator.
- 1:46:37Speaker 2: Currently.
- 1:46:38Speaker 6: I just finished uh uh, which is no like it's
- 1:46:42Speaker 6: being published a children's book that's current right now. So
- 1:46:46Speaker 6: there there's a lot that's going on even currently that
- 1:46:49Speaker 6: I am propounding, if you will, So it might take
- 1:46:55Speaker 6: a while, but anyway, but.
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: With respect to the film whom for s, With respect
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: to you, screenplays were story treatments.
- 1:47:05Speaker 4: Intended to lead to the production or have you made any.
- 1:47:10Speaker 3: Efforts to submit anything to any studio other than or brothers?
- 1:47:14Speaker 5: This was my.
- 1:47:18Speaker 6: Doing orpiece as we will, This was what I poured
- 1:47:20Speaker 6: everything into. It was exhausting. I poured my feelings, my emotions,
- 1:47:25Speaker 6: my life, my situa, what happened to the end of
- 1:47:28Speaker 6: the piece.
- 1:47:30Speaker 9: And I did h for that.
- 1:47:32Speaker 6: I wrote story treatments and story treatments.
- 1:47:35Speaker 2: But I did not.
- 1:47:38Speaker 6: Pour everything into a full screenplay, except that I did
- 1:47:44Speaker 6: work with Greg who we brought up on developing screenplays together,
- 1:47:53Speaker 6: and those materials, you know, we we did come up
- 1:47:55Speaker 6: some great ideas and did try to create those.
- 1:48:00Speaker 9: So but I never I never.
- 1:48:05Speaker 6: Submitted afterwards any full screen guys, And.
- 1:48:09Speaker 4: Did you s submit any treatments to any studio subsequent to.
- 1:48:18Speaker 6: I don't believe I submitted any treatments afterwards either.
- 1:48:21Speaker 4: And have you had any meetings with studio execultis?
- 1:48:26Speaker 12: Uh?
- 1:48:27Speaker 4: Subsequently?
- 1:48:27Speaker 6: Anyway, I didn't pursue.
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: Any alright, is it bit nine.
- 1:48:38Speaker 6: The best of my knowledge of sor.
- 1:48:47Speaker 9: Thank you too?
- 1:48:53Speaker 8: Hm?
- 1:48:54Speaker 4: M mister Ralph, hows can you identify either AT nine
- 1:48:57Speaker 4: or me?
- 1:48:57Speaker 6: It appears to be copies of a blog that were
- 1:49:03Speaker 6: they're removed a while ago when I'm mistaken, and uh,
- 1:49:09Speaker 6: the blog was titled the Truth behind the Main Trix.
- 1:49:12Speaker 6: I believe that's correct, okay.
- 1:49:13Speaker 4: And did you write this blog?
- 1:49:16Speaker 6: Actually, I'd help from my wife Becca to get this together.
- 1:49:23Speaker 4: What do you mean why I helped to get this.
- 1:49:25Speaker 9: Not savvy on.
- 1:49:30Speaker 6: How to do programs and appear in work, so she's
- 1:49:33Speaker 6: the one that compiles things and edits it and crafts it.
- 1:49:38Speaker 6: So I would have to give her credit for getting
- 1:49:42Speaker 6: this up. I did not. I didn't really do it
- 1:49:45Speaker 6: on my own, okay.
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: But did you do the words? Did you create the words?
- 1:49:50Speaker 6: I really I created words and that I believe she
- 1:49:55Speaker 6: edited what was there?
- 1:49:57Speaker 4: Okay? And why did you decide to do this.
- 1:50:03Speaker 6: Blog after we discovered We thought it would be something
- 1:50:12Speaker 6: where we can get armored out. I believe it is
- 1:50:18Speaker 6: let people know what the message was, what the truth is,
- 1:50:26Speaker 6: what the story is, so for that would be.
- 1:50:29Speaker 8: The reason for the blog.
- 1:50:34Speaker 4: Uh. And when did you take it down?
- 1:50:38Speaker 6: It was after Arttorney and instructured.
- 1:50:40Speaker 9: Us to take it down.
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: If you go to the third page of the exhibit
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: eight nomordy uh, and it's marked at the bottom of
- 1:51:01Speaker 4: four three two four.
- 1:51:02Speaker 8: Do you see that?
- 1:51:03Speaker 9: I see that?
- 1:51:03Speaker 5: Yes?
- 1:51:04Speaker 4: Okay now, And about a third of the way down
- 1:51:14Speaker 4: the top it said from the top that says the.
- 1:51:18Speaker 3: Wachowski brothers were unable to create a successful film that
- 1:51:21Speaker 3: showed some potential and producer Joel Silver's point of.
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: View, so they were handed the money. Do you see that?
- 1:51:29Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:51:29Speaker 4: Where did you get that information?
- 1:51:31Speaker 6: That sounds like it's uh opinion or supposition of drawing
- 1:51:37Speaker 6: from the materials we had read?
- 1:51:40Speaker 4: Do you know what materials those were?
- 1:51:42Speaker 6: I believe it could possibly be the Warner brothers on
- 1:51:45Speaker 6: the website. I know that there was a a very
- 1:51:50Speaker 6: orb been a blog, but it was a complete description
- 1:51:52Speaker 6: of what in transpired in my opinion, between which I'll
- 1:51:56Speaker 6: set brothers and Joel Silver that created a rift that
- 1:51:59Speaker 6: Joel Silver had to deal with when they're initial filders,
- 1:52:02Speaker 6: they're uh audition.
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: Piece as it was referred to, and the audition piece
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: is bound.
- 1:52:08Speaker 3: I believe that's Correctice, And this is all the information
- 1:52:12Speaker 3: that you obtained from some other source.
- 1:52:15Speaker 4: You don't have any personal knowledge.
- 1:52:17Speaker 6: Of any of this, not personal knowledge of It's now.
- 1:52:50Speaker 3: If you go to the next page to page four, three,
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: two five yes, and the n next to the last
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: paragraph that starts. So many theories yes, okay, so many
- 1:53:07Speaker 3: theories surround the blurring by the brothers of the messages
- 1:53:10Speaker 3: or written originally written in the piece. The brothers clearly
- 1:53:13Speaker 3: did not understand themselves the messages in the script, so
- 1:53:16Speaker 3: why would they explain it?
- 1:53:19Speaker 4: As on their posts they say they leave it up
- 1:53:21Speaker 4: to audience to determine what it meant. Did you see that?
- 1:53:25Speaker 6: Why do you see that?
- 1:53:26Speaker 4: What does that mean?
- 1:53:28Speaker 6: I believe what that means is the brothers had explained
- 1:53:35Speaker 6: something about It was on their interview that they said
- 1:53:39Speaker 6: they did not wanted to interviews or or something about
- 1:53:43Speaker 6: talk about their work, which I found very interesting from
- 1:53:47Speaker 6: a writer's standpoint, and anyone would wanna talk about their
- 1:53:51Speaker 6: work on the meanings of it. It also means that,
- 1:54:02Speaker 6: given the fact that it has been determined to be
- 1:54:07Speaker 6: one of the most confusing films, that they did not
- 1:54:11Speaker 6: understand where they were going with it. In context to
- 1:54:15Speaker 6: my screenplay, which was tight and had a story that
- 1:54:21Speaker 6: resolved itself. Clearly, UH followed format that had effect throughout
- 1:54:28Speaker 6: and had a tide UH cohesive store pure line. The
- 1:54:33Speaker 6: brothers do not have a cohesive thru through line that's
- 1:54:37Speaker 6: been established throughout the industry. Basically, with many, many, many
- 1:54:44Speaker 6: statements about that lebeated to that there's no satisfying ending,
- 1:54:50Speaker 6: that it doesn't connect, that it's confusing, about the architect
- 1:54:52Speaker 6: in the oracle, that these things don't add up. So
- 1:54:56Speaker 6: the brothers clearly did not understand themselves the messages in script.
- 1:55:02Speaker 3: And when you say it has been determined to be
- 1:55:04Speaker 3: one of the most confusing films ever, or words to
- 1:55:06Speaker 3: that effect, what are you referring to the third or.
- 1:55:09Speaker 6: Word sorry, Oh my gosh, it's okay, I just stepped honestly,
- 1:55:16Speaker 6: is it okay?
- 1:55:18Speaker 7: Is something about that?
- 1:55:20Speaker 6: Could you please repreat the question?
- 1:55:21Speaker 9: I'm sorry?
- 1:55:21Speaker 4: Account like okay?
- 1:55:24Speaker 6: When you say it has been determined one of the
- 1:55:26Speaker 6: most confusing films ever, or words to that effect, what
- 1:55:30Speaker 6: are you referring to the third but I mean the
- 1:55:35Speaker 6: third part of the third installment in the film?
- 1:55:39Speaker 4: Correct?
- 1:55:39Speaker 9: Okay?
- 1:55:41Speaker 6: I believe that would be correct. The second and third
- 1:55:43Speaker 6: I think said because they they sat on the side
- 1:55:47Speaker 6: that it was voted one of the most confusing, one
- 1:55:50Speaker 6: of the top eight or something affusing films of all time.
- 1:55:53Speaker 6: I believe it's at the working and that they cite
- 1:55:57Speaker 6: specifically that the architect in the oracles were like can
- 1:56:00Speaker 6: check to the conversation at the end made no sense
- 1:56:03Speaker 6: at all and left the audience completely on the side
- 1:56:05Speaker 6: of the side basically, and that would I believe in
- 1:56:08Speaker 6: the third part of the matrix a trilogy as I
- 1:56:11Speaker 6: you've heard.
- 1:56:38Speaker 4: Can you go to the page marked page.
- 1:56:40Speaker 8: Four three two llion dividing from there?
- 1:56:50Speaker 4: Okay, and.
- 1:56:54Speaker 3: Uh this begins speaking about uh Sophia Stewart's script crap.
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: I'd have to know, cap, go ahead, take a minute.
- 1:57:06Speaker 6: And what what section I'm specifically are you referring to it?
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: I'll go right to it.
- 1:57:11Speaker 4: Uh, well, just go ahead and actually go ahead and
- 1:57:13Speaker 4: read this page. Just take him in. Okay, Yeah, just
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: take a minute and read the page. I've got a
- 1:57:16Speaker 4: bunch of questions for a while.
- 1:57:18Speaker 24: And when you when you're ready.
- 1:57:19Speaker 6: To just left me, I won't. I apologize that that
- 1:58:17Speaker 6: The prads are very clear it's taking me all.
- 1:58:19Speaker 4: Along or no worries. Take your time.
- 1:58:54Speaker 8: Hm, Okay, I've heard that.
- 1:59:46Speaker 4: Okay, So the first part of uh, the blog entry that's.
- 1:59:53Speaker 3: On page four three two nine, UH begins to discuss
- 1:59:58Speaker 3: the case of Sophia's do it correct y, Yes, it
- 2:00:02Speaker 3: appears to Okay, and then you s there right under
- 2:00:09Speaker 3: the language that says here's my take and understanding. Uh,
- 2:00:14Speaker 3: it says apparently it was a false report. And that
- 2:00:16Speaker 3: probably refers to the fact that there were reports on
- 2:00:18Speaker 3: the web that she had won her case.
- 2:00:20Speaker 6: Right. One else that stands among all others that some
- 2:00:24Speaker 6: article article how was co seen because she wanted to
- 2:00:27Speaker 6: be a Sounders Okay?
- 2:00:30Speaker 3: And then uh, you say this this site referring to Snopes,
- 2:00:35Speaker 3: I assume show she did not win her case. I
- 2:00:39Speaker 3: have also heard from an inside source that yes, Warner
- 2:00:43Speaker 3: Brothers closely followed a script, but obviously not hers.
- 2:00:47Speaker 4: Yes, the who was that inside source?
- 2:00:50Speaker 2: There was a.
- 2:00:53Speaker 6: A lady who I have done improp work with, and
- 2:01:01Speaker 6: her boyfriend, if you will, was still working with Warren Brothers,
- 2:01:06Speaker 6: and he did some asking around. I don't want to
- 2:01:09Speaker 6: jeopardize this man's future. So but the inside word, if
- 2:01:19Speaker 6: you will, was brought back to me that it was
- 2:01:22Speaker 6: common knowledge that a script was used, apart from the
- 2:01:27Speaker 6: one that was shot on location.
- 2:01:31Speaker 9: That is common knowledge.
- 2:01:32Speaker 8: Well, Warren Brothers, kay, and this.
- 2:01:34Speaker 6: This person, I'll have to look up her name a him.
- 2:01:36Speaker 6: But she it'll be easy cause she was in my
- 2:01:38Speaker 6: improperup okay? And why is his name her? No, the
- 2:01:41Speaker 6: per the the boyfriend, I'll I had to ask her.
- 2:01:44Speaker 6: She's the one that contacted him.
- 2:01:56Speaker 4: That you don't know who? When was the last time
- 2:01:58Speaker 4: you spoke to this person?
- 2:02:04Speaker 6: I don't recall?
- 2:02:13Speaker 4: And did this person who was in your young Proub
- 2:02:15Speaker 4: group was that in Hawaii?
- 2:02:17Speaker 6: Was Hawaii?
- 2:02:18Speaker 5: Okay?
- 2:02:26Speaker 4: That you never recall her?
- 2:02:27Speaker 8: Now?
- 2:02:27Speaker 9: No, right now?
- 2:03:02Speaker 4: You look at the bottom of page four three two nine.
- 2:03:15Speaker 5: S watch.
- 2:03:17Speaker 6: Point of.
- 2:03:22Speaker 4: Was used, that was heavily consulted during the filming, and
- 2:03:25Speaker 4: that it was not the matrix.
- 2:03:28Speaker 3: I believed the employees that had witnessed the script being
- 2:03:31Speaker 3: consulted heaned forward at that time because someone was finally claiming.
- 2:03:35Speaker 4: About do you see that m okay who came forward?
- 2:03:40Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 2:03:41Speaker 6: I believe this is a conject uh drawn from Sophia
- 2:03:44Speaker 6: Stewart's uh cyber information, so.
- 2:03:55Speaker 4: Information you obtained from Sophia's hue Whre's website.
- 2:04:01Speaker 6: Uh not certain, I'm I mean it could be.
- 2:04:03Speaker 3: I don't know, but you're not aware of who any
- 2:04:10Speaker 3: specific employees were that witnessed.
- 2:04:14Speaker 4: A script other than the script from the matrix being consulted.
- 2:04:18Speaker 4: You don't hear her word who.
- 2:04:19Speaker 8: Those people are?
- 2:04:20Speaker 6: No, I just said to her that there was no
- 2:04:21Speaker 6: disloyandaments of Sadden type security. Anything happened.
- 2:04:34Speaker 4: And how do you know there were no disclosure agreements
- 2:04:37Speaker 4: of type security?
- 2:04:39Speaker 5: Hm?
- 2:04:46Speaker 6: Well, it's on the web that have we read it
- 2:04:51Speaker 6: that there was? You know, even the it says that
- 2:04:54Speaker 6: your aid list actors uh in interviews are saying that
- 2:05:00Speaker 6: they had never or basically never seen a situation where
- 2:05:04Speaker 6: the security was that tight that they used I guess
- 2:05:08Speaker 6: uh false names even for the project, and that they
- 2:05:12Speaker 6: weren't even allowed to actually comment or even quote about
- 2:05:17Speaker 6: the script during production. That was the first time basically
- 2:05:19Speaker 6: did they ever seen that situation where they were not
- 2:05:21Speaker 6: even allowed to be attribute opinion.
- 2:05:24Speaker 3: And that's all based on things you've read on the web.
- 2:05:26Speaker 3: You mean that's e or interviews you've read on the web.
- 2:05:29Speaker 6: You don't have any I think it's interviews you can
- 2:05:31Speaker 6: actually see, And.
- 2:05:33Speaker 4: You don't have any personal knowledge of what the you.
- 2:05:38Speaker 6: Know, how disclosure arrangements were or No, I don't know
- 2:05:41Speaker 6: what those personal arrangements were.
- 2:05:43Speaker 24: Okay, I'm sure I asked you this already, but.
- 2:07:27Speaker 3: Uh, I have you spoken to Nadia Satinos? Nadias Satina
- 2:07:32Speaker 3: said to you fouled your lawsuits?
- 2:07:36Speaker 6: M No, I don't.
- 2:07:39Speaker 4: Have you attempted to speak to miss Satina?
- 2:07:42Speaker 6: I believe we looked up a number and tried to
- 2:07:45Speaker 6: reach her, but we were not successful in reaching her
- 2:07:48Speaker 6: through that number.
- 2:07:49Speaker 24: Okay, what is the shadow Conspiracy?
- 2:08:09Speaker 6: There was a film that was done at CBO University.
- 2:08:13Speaker 9: Was what it was called at the.
- 2:08:14Speaker 6: Time, was a student film?
- 2:08:17Speaker 4: What was your connection?
- 2:08:20Speaker 6: If I'm not mistaken, it was unentitled bomb art director.
- 2:08:33Speaker 25: Okay, let's uh go off for a minute in all
- 2:08:36Speaker 25: those things. Okay, I probably just have a few minutes left.
- 2:08:44Speaker 4: I need to grab something out of my offense.
- 2:08:46Speaker 9: Just answer my.
- 2:08:47Speaker 4: Question, thank you.
- 2:08:49Speaker 5: That's one.
- 2:08:54Speaker 2: Let's stretch our legs top. How long you're gonna be
- 2:08:57Speaker 2: then it just a couple of minutes.
- 2:08:58Speaker 4: Uh probably oh to go grab something, yeah, just.
- 2:09:02Speaker 6: To okay, I'll just stay right here, Tim get up.
- 2:09:05Speaker 4: Hih they feel free to move around a little bit.
- 2:09:07Speaker 4: Uh huh. Yes, and you always get you the two
- 2:09:15Speaker 4: you you always get raised.
- 2:13:41Speaker 5: Right well? Uh oh oh, I haven't.
- 2:15:14Speaker 8: Oh talking all out to night.
- 2:15:53Speaker 9: Eight.
- 2:16:33Speaker 2: So did you notice the packet from there was then
- 2:16:36Speaker 2: the envelope has I take a fast letter? I mean
- 2:16:40Speaker 2: that's inside the notary with a stamp.
- 2:16:42Speaker 6: Oh is that in the packet?
- 2:16:43Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 2:16:44Speaker 6: I didn't see that in the packet. Well there's a stamp. Yeah,
- 2:16:47Speaker 6: so you want to correct, So yes, let's make a correction.
- 2:16:50Speaker 2: So let's just say this was what you you appears
- 2:16:53Speaker 2: to be, what it is, what you said, what you
- 2:16:55Speaker 2: sealed up right, it looks like it, Okay, And then
- 2:17:00Speaker 2: that's interesting. You see here's where I happened to be
- 2:17:02Speaker 2: the result of the pages were messed up with this
- 2:17:05Speaker 2: newsper But anyway, that's very is this. But then on
- 2:17:11Speaker 2: the other side of it is the beginning the first
- 2:17:13Speaker 2: missing page, and that flows right to the.
- 2:17:16Speaker 6: Page, and then we need to make the correction.
- 2:17:18Speaker 8: Is that Okay, he.
- 2:17:18Speaker 6: Does have the notorous statements stamped.
- 2:17:21Speaker 9: Okay, that's good incision.
- 2:17:24Speaker 2: So then my thinking is this is what this is
- 2:17:27Speaker 2: what what's his name refers to and his June letter, BOYD,
- 2:17:33Speaker 2: refers to that he's sending an extended story treatment.
- 2:17:37Speaker 6: No, well, I mean storytein was complete, I'm sure by them.
- 2:17:40Speaker 2: Okay, so you did more work on it after May
- 2:17:42Speaker 2: nineteen and s sent a new version and then he
- 2:17:48Speaker 2: says Acts one and two m partial script that acts
- 2:17:53Speaker 2: one and two.
- 2:17:54Speaker 6: That's not a partial script of act one in two,
- 2:17:56Speaker 6: that's just notes.
- 2:17:57Speaker 2: You're saying there are only two acts. So this doesn't
- 2:17:59Speaker 2: make since you gotta explain this cause otherwise this is
- 2:18:03Speaker 2: not just knows these are scenes.
- 2:18:05Speaker 6: This is as as uh.
- 2:18:07Speaker 2: This is what oh take a ball refers to as
- 2:18:11Speaker 2: the op all opening scenes up to Bearinger at Jim's
- 2:18:14Speaker 2: house in script form. That's what she's referring to. And
- 2:18:18Speaker 2: then you close it up.
- 2:18:19Speaker 5: That's not very sure.
- 2:18:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I see your's very Yes, it is that right, yeah,
- 2:18:26Speaker 2: Jim's House night bearings.
- 2:18:28Speaker 9: May I come in?
- 2:18:29Speaker 26: H yes.
- 2:18:33Speaker 2: So this is what ptak a witness that you'd created
- 2:18:36Speaker 2: as of May nineteenth, and this is what you mailed
- 2:18:38Speaker 2: yourself to show.
- 2:18:39Speaker 9: That you'd created this.
- 2:18:42Speaker 6: Well, let me do the best that I can in
- 2:18:44Speaker 6: long before them. I'll just do it the best I can.
- 2:18:46Speaker 2: Alright, I mean you should correct the record that you
- 2:18:48Speaker 2: know you never know the same page and therefore you
- 2:18:52Speaker 2: believe this was the same thing that was that was unopened, uh,
- 2:18:59Speaker 2: that you sent to yourself in May nineteen ninety three.
- 2:19:05Speaker 2: In terms of what Boid sent, I mean, that's different.
- 2:19:09Speaker 2: That was a couple of weeks later. Are you saying
- 2:19:12Speaker 2: you did a lot of work kind of after between
- 2:19:14Speaker 2: May nineteen and June whenever? Uh, June twenty, I'm sorry,
- 2:19:20Speaker 2: it was a month five weeks later.
- 2:19:24Speaker 6: So I believe I had a script that sent too.
- 2:19:29Speaker 6: There was registration whatever department we talked about, and uh
- 2:19:33Speaker 6: SD you just score.
- 2:19:34Speaker 2: There's and not a problem a registration department.
- 2:19:38Speaker 6: So there's on's to any sense of confidence, that's for sure.
- 2:19:41Speaker 2: Well I'm trying.
- 2:19:41Speaker 6: No, I'm not trying.
- 2:19:43Speaker 2: I'm trying right now. There hats to the south because
- 2:19:45Speaker 2: nobody wanna make it. I'm trying to get through this
- 2:19:48Speaker 2: deposition and not have to make directions after the FATTI.
- 2:19:50Speaker 8: So they're with me.
- 2:19:54Speaker 2: Now, where's the thing that copyright off? Is it in
- 2:19:58Speaker 2: your thing to the writer's skilled or is it in here?
- 2:20:04Speaker 7: Do you remember?
- 2:20:04Speaker 2: Where would you do with the writer's skill things?
- 2:20:07Speaker 6: Playhead of city?
- 2:20:09Speaker 2: Okay, so Linda, he's got a correction to make. We
- 2:20:17Speaker 2: went over this more carefully.
- 2:20:20Speaker 5: I huh.
- 2:20:21Speaker 2: He located the the stamp, the the the notary stamp
- 2:20:27Speaker 2: on the back of the first page of the Oh. Okay,
- 2:20:31Speaker 2: so he's gonna he.
- 2:20:33Speaker 3: Let me and let me go copy that cause I
- 2:20:36Speaker 3: didn't copy it two sided cause I wasn't. So let's
- 2:20:40Speaker 3: do so the record's clearing, we'll fix up.
- 2:20:53Speaker 6: Okay, I wanna find that.
- 2:20:55Speaker 7: Uh is that really your We gave them.
- 2:21:26Speaker 2: These have a three, which is cop You have pretty
- 2:21:29Speaker 2: much the same as story two?
- 2:21:32Speaker 9: You think? Uh five?
- 2:21:35Speaker 27: Did you say class things tusial? Yeah, that's a cop
- 2:21:55Speaker 27: that's a supposedly stuff.
- 2:22:01Speaker 28: July second, right after you did the submission through boys,
- 2:22:09Speaker 28: you wrote to the writers killed say I right.
- 2:22:11Speaker 4: Have okay, what's pore careful?
- 2:22:19Speaker 6: Did you kid?
- 2:22:20Speaker 4: There's the original and we'll add this I think to exhibit.
- 2:22:31Speaker 5: Work.
- 2:22:32Speaker 2: Do that on that he ain't see did it five?
- 2:22:35Speaker 5: Five?
- 2:22:35Speaker 4: You're correct, You're correct.
- 2:22:42Speaker 2: Let's he did it five?
- 2:22:43Speaker 9: The original?
- 2:22:48Speaker 6: All sat the.
- 2:22:49Speaker 4: Kill you bet? Okay, it's a lot work things.
- 2:22:54Speaker 20: We are back on the record at four twenty ninety,
- 2:22:57Speaker 20: uh party four twenty four?
- 2:22:59Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, well we were off the record.
- 2:23:03Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:23:05Speaker 4: Correct if I'm wrong?
- 2:23:06Speaker 3: You in looking at the original documents that the marked
- 2:23:10Speaker 3: copies of which we marked as exhibit five.
- 2:23:13Speaker 4: Uh you noticed that there was, in fact the signature
- 2:23:16Speaker 4: of a stamp.
- 2:23:17Speaker 6: From the numbers Marty group.
- 2:23:20Speaker 4: Uh, and the stands I've made copies of that of
- 2:23:25Speaker 4: the the acknowledgement from the notary right was impressed.
- 2:23:29Speaker 3: To right, and and the original does have a uh
- 2:23:34Speaker 3: embossed stamp as opposed to a.
- 2:23:37Speaker 4: You know, like a Rechmand College stamp, you know, with
- 2:23:41Speaker 4: a rubber like a rubber stamp. So we are going
- 2:23:43Speaker 4: to add this notary acknowledgement to Exhibit five. Correct, Yes, okay,
- 2:23:53Speaker 4: Just so we're all on the same time.
- 2:23:55Speaker 5: SI.
- 2:23:57Speaker 4: Now, I think you testified that the comparison.
- 2:24:07Speaker 3: Between your work and the second two matrix stones that
- 2:24:10Speaker 3: appears in the com plank that's marked as Exhibit one
- 2:24:13Speaker 3: was compiled by uh, your wife and mister Leventhal.
- 2:24:18Speaker 4: Is that correct?
- 2:24:19Speaker 9: With my health? Yeah?
- 2:24:21Speaker 4: Okay? Have you done any other and then that strict that?
- 2:24:25Speaker 3: And then in Exhibit three the press information, there is
- 2:24:30Speaker 3: another comparison.
- 2:24:33Speaker 4: Correct.
- 2:24:35Speaker 6: I would have to look, I believe for this.
- 2:24:37Speaker 3: Okay, and uh, other than these two comparisons, have you
- 2:24:42Speaker 3: done any other analysis between the.
- 2:24:45Speaker 6: Two works.
- 2:24:47Speaker 3: Or define analysis any were any comparisons between the two works?
- 2:24:53Speaker 4: Your work and the Matrix works.
- 2:24:56Speaker 9: I don't know if that is the.
- 2:25:00Speaker 6: One hundred and sixteen sixteen entry that I'm being told
- 2:25:03Speaker 6: exists now or if it has yet to.
- 2:25:06Speaker 9: Be given over.
- 2:25:08Speaker 6: But I know that there is a compelling uh comparison
- 2:25:12Speaker 6: that's been done by uh, mister Levemanthal.
- 2:25:16Speaker 4: Okay, but you personally have not done any other comparisons.
- 2:25:20Speaker 6: Correct, I myself have not worked on additional comparisons. I
- 2:25:24Speaker 6: think he has.
- 2:25:25Speaker 4: And do you know is mister Labanthal comparing your script
- 2:25:30Speaker 4: to the scripts for the second two Matrix films or
- 2:25:34Speaker 4: your script to the films themselves?
- 2:25:36Speaker 6: I believe he was comparing the scripts, and I believe
- 2:25:39Speaker 6: in this comparing the films.
- 2:25:42Speaker 9: To the film.
- 2:25:43Speaker 3: And are you aware of any similarities between your work
- 2:25:48Speaker 3: and the second two Matux films that are not listed
- 2:25:51Speaker 3: either in the complaint when we're in the comparison Exhibit.
- 2:25:54Speaker 6: Three, uh from others in there are some additional ones
- 2:25:57Speaker 6: that have been.
- 2:25:57Speaker 4: Discovered, Okay, and and but do you know.
- 2:26:00Speaker 6: What those are? You have to and I'll certainly give
- 2:26:04Speaker 6: you the document when I had to make available.
- 2:26:07Speaker 4: To you, what would you describe as the.
- 2:26:48Speaker 3: Most significant similarity between your work and the second two weeks.
- 2:26:54Speaker 2: I object to that, uh, the GRODSI COLUSI, the world
- 2:26:57Speaker 2: crowds objected that I go a cause for uh turning
- 2:27:10Speaker 2: client privileged communications and work product, and that uh, my
- 2:27:15Speaker 2: client's being asked for an opinion which is not a
- 2:27:19Speaker 2: profrid subject for his testimony.
- 2:27:22Speaker 14: Well, okay, I'm not asking for anything you just I'm
- 2:27:26Speaker 14: not asking for anything you learned from your lawyer.
- 2:27:29Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:27:30Speaker 4: But you're the author of the immortals, correct, not any
- 2:27:33Speaker 4: the author of the immortals.
- 2:27:34Speaker 6: Okay.
- 2:27:35Speaker 3: And you are claiming that the immortals, uh, that your
- 2:27:39Speaker 3: rights and newmortals who are fringe by the second two.
- 2:27:43Speaker 4: Matrix mortals correct, I am claiming, okay. And what I'm
- 2:27:46Speaker 4: asking you is that two in your momd.
- 2:27:51Speaker 3: What is the key significant ens or the key similarity
- 2:27:57Speaker 3: between the two fields?
- 2:27:58Speaker 2: I make the same protection.
- 2:28:00Speaker 23: And I didn't start my plan not to answer because
- 2:28:03Speaker 23: this is too tied up with the work he's been
- 2:28:06Speaker 23: doing with his attorney. And I think the only purpose
- 2:28:10Speaker 23: of this question is to gain a preview of our
- 2:28:14Speaker 23: approach to the case at trial, and it's not a
- 2:28:17Speaker 23: relevant uh question or likely to leave the discovery of
- 2:28:20Speaker 23: any relevant evidence.
- 2:29:39Speaker 3: When was the last time you made an effort to
- 2:29:43Speaker 3: contact anyone that worners you personally recently.
- 2:29:47Speaker 6: When was recently, I'm not sure the exact day.
- 2:29:54Speaker 5: It was.
- 2:29:56Speaker 6: A call I placed.
- 2:29:59Speaker 9: And to to them.
- 2:30:01Speaker 6: Did you see I was going to talk to I
- 2:30:05Speaker 6: think it was on somebody in your PR department?
- 2:30:08Speaker 4: And for what purpose did you play that co.
- 2:30:10Speaker 2: I felt that.
- 2:30:13Speaker 6: If I spoke to someone there as a person, I
- 2:30:21Speaker 6: thought I could see if there was something that could
- 2:30:28Speaker 6: be done off the record. Since I always had maintained
- 2:30:33Speaker 6: respect for Warner.
- 2:30:34Speaker 5: Brothers, that.
- 2:30:38Speaker 6: In the light of recent distancing between Jail Silver and
- 2:30:43Speaker 6: Warner Brothers due to the obvious publicized let go or
- 2:30:48Speaker 6: whatever you phrase it, buyer Emale j'all silver and recorded
- 2:30:52Speaker 6: distancing between Warner Brothers and Wachowski's siblings.
- 2:30:57Speaker 8: I guess you say.
- 2:30:59Speaker 7: I thought.
- 2:31:01Speaker 6: I could at least dialogue if they wanted to off
- 2:31:06Speaker 6: the record on.
- 2:31:09Speaker 7: Uh were they.
- 2:31:14Speaker 6: If they wanted to be something we could come to
- 2:31:21Speaker 6: agree maland or something. I just thought I would think
- 2:31:23Speaker 6: was a lot of time and trouble and thought as
- 2:31:25Speaker 6: a human being that maybe I could at least dialogue
- 2:31:34Speaker 6: and uh offer something. I always try to find some
- 2:31:38Speaker 6: kind of solution apart from the grilling processes and what
- 2:31:42Speaker 6: he was through.
- 2:31:45Speaker 5: And it.
- 2:31:47Speaker 4: Is it your belief that whatever occurred between mister Silver
- 2:31:55Speaker 4: and Morner brothers.
- 2:31:58Speaker 2: Had something to do with your fame objection, It calls
- 2:32:02Speaker 2: for a speculation as belief is not relivant.
- 2:32:07Speaker 9: You can answer if you can.
- 2:32:09Speaker 4: I order my attorney n he didn't instruct you.
- 2:32:14Speaker 6: Well, uh, I'll instruct.
- 2:32:15Speaker 23: You to answer to the extent that it doesn't call
- 2:32:17Speaker 23: for a rank speculation, which I don't think it's the
- 2:32:19Speaker 23: proper subject of testimony.
- 2:32:21Speaker 4: Okay, you have a couple of.
- 2:32:22Speaker 3: Times raised the fact that, uh, mister, you've raised the
- 2:32:29Speaker 3: quote separation between Jewel Silver and Warner. There's on a
- 2:32:33Speaker 3: few occasions in this deposition.
- 2:32:35Speaker 6: It's pretty glaring and striking.
- 2:32:38Speaker 25: In the media right now or it was, okay, and
- 2:32:43Speaker 25: my question is, what, if anything, does that have to
- 2:32:45Speaker 25: do with this case.
- 2:32:47Speaker 8: Same objection.
- 2:32:52Speaker 6: You can answer if you can, It would be my opinion.
- 2:32:59Speaker 4: Yes, why did you do you raise you've it? Because
- 2:33:02Speaker 4: you've raised this issue a couple several times in this deposition.
- 2:33:05Speaker 4: Why did you do that?
- 2:33:08Speaker 6: Why ever raise the issue correct when it's removed?
- 2:33:10Speaker 4: Well, why, yes, I would.
- 2:33:13Speaker 6: Say that because of the timeline events as if the
- 2:33:17Speaker 6: rest of this case, the.
- 2:33:24Speaker 4: Timeline and what do you mean by the timeline of
- 2:33:26Speaker 4: the those.
- 2:33:29Speaker 6: That as you are showing you have materials that are
- 2:33:34Speaker 6: whatever's released or put on the web or anything regardings me,
- 2:33:38Speaker 6: you have it, so you would go to follow with that, Uh.
- 2:33:47Speaker 6: The information regarding the stat sheet in the uh, the
- 2:33:55Speaker 6: matrix itself where the siblings put in what is obviously
- 2:34:03Speaker 6: my personal status would have been something I believe that
- 2:34:10Speaker 6: would have been snuff by if you will, uh Jil
- 2:34:16Speaker 6: Selverer's attention. Possibly then I believe that he would be
- 2:34:20Speaker 6: held responsible or accountable for such blatant information personal information
- 2:34:26Speaker 6: about myself being inserted in the film itself. Perhaps the
- 2:34:32Speaker 6: siblings didn't think that it would become to light, but
- 2:34:36Speaker 6: since it did, I believe someone has to take a fall.
- 2:34:41Speaker 6: I believe Jil Silver took to fall, in my opinion,
- 2:34:45Speaker 6: or when the siblings put in the film and the
- 2:34:49Speaker 6: timeline would go to fall that when we went to
- 2:34:51Speaker 6: file suit Jill Silver after twenty five years or so
- 2:34:54Speaker 6: in the business association with Warner Brothers, there was even
- 2:34:59Speaker 6: writing by her checks off your own account is suddenly removed.
- 2:35:09Speaker 6: That's a very major move and it winds up on
- 2:35:12Speaker 6: our timeline very nicely.
- 2:35:15Speaker 9: And striking.
- 2:35:18Speaker 4: In my opinion, Did you get a response from your
- 2:35:31Speaker 4: call or a brother PR person when from the leader?
- 2:35:35Speaker 9: People know that.
- 2:35:38Speaker 6: I did speak to that was put through to someone there,
- 2:35:42Speaker 6: and I believe it may have been actually the party.
- 2:35:45Speaker 6: They said it was their desk if I read all correctly,
- 2:35:49Speaker 6: and it was a brief brief UH offer discuption to
- 2:35:54Speaker 6: talk author record. And next thing I knew is she
- 2:36:01Speaker 6: UH said that she was gonna transferring UH that point
- 2:36:04Speaker 6: to the appropriate party. And that's when I was greeting
- 2:36:08Speaker 6: very terse voice and gentlemen who informed her south that
- 2:36:12Speaker 6: he was Paul uh, somebody I could think with a
- 2:36:15Speaker 6: firm and said that the other only only attorneys would
- 2:36:21Speaker 6: be talking or somebody go on that line.
- 2:36:23Speaker 9: I thangged him as.
- 2:36:25Speaker 6: I recall him in the conversation. And when was this again,
- 2:36:30Speaker 6: I'm not sure the exact day. I really wasn't that
- 2:36:32Speaker 6: long ago.
- 2:36:33Speaker 4: It was yesterday, wasn't it.
- 2:36:34Speaker 6: I don't recall the exact day I do. I'm not
- 2:36:36Speaker 6: trying to inving the question.
- 2:36:38Speaker 9: I'm just saying that.
- 2:36:41Speaker 6: It's been a long day and I I to the
- 2:36:44Speaker 6: best of my knowledge, I would say probably yesterday. I
- 2:36:47Speaker 6: don't know.
- 2:36:49Speaker 29: At this point, I'll tired.
- 2:36:56Speaker 26: Okay, I think I'm done.
- 2:37:40Speaker 3: Let's go off the record and where can go and
- 2:37:42Speaker 3: you can close out the video record?
- 2:37:44Speaker 4: Okay, just a little places is the.
- 2:37:48Speaker 6: Oh excuse me?
- 2:37:50Speaker 23: Nope, not yet because uh you did include something Exhibit five.
- 2:37:56Speaker 28: But when we were off the record during the break,
- 2:37:59Speaker 28: I informed you that as a result of that, couldn't
- 2:38:04Speaker 28: we discuss the ead?
- 2:38:06Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, let's just go up and you guys can
- 2:38:07Speaker 4: have a little it's.
- 2:38:08Speaker 6: Gonna happens on video.
- 2:38:10Speaker 9: Give it the jack.
- 2:38:11Speaker 6: I would like to know what you're talking about.
- 2:38:12Speaker 3: Okay, just about please, we are off the record at
- 2:38:15Speaker 3: four thirty or forty pm.
- 2:38:17Speaker 4: Okay, when you.
- 2:38:18Speaker 6: Guys go out and chat, it's just right top of
- 2:38:21Speaker 6: the I would rather, I'd rather get right.
- 2:38:24Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 2:38:24Speaker 17: I thought.
- 2:38:25Speaker 2: I don't believe you made any corrections or did did
- 2:38:27Speaker 2: we do that? I don't think about you? Yeah, done,
- 2:38:31Speaker 2: which topics? There's the problem that RESU we weren't around,
- 2:39:54Speaker 2: so then it writes about it's just that he testified.
- 2:39:57Speaker 2: I think before he said when he opened that packet
- 2:40:03Speaker 2: and started looking at it, that had been opened before,
- 2:40:08Speaker 2: and now his since he and that was mostly based
- 2:40:12Speaker 2: on the notarized page wasn't there and he couldn't find
- 2:40:14Speaker 2: the first page, you know, right, So now that that's
- 2:40:18Speaker 2: found that he reviewed it again, I think his testimony
- 2:40:21Speaker 2: would be that he uh and I could see not
- 2:40:24Speaker 2: open that. He uh that Basically this has remained sealed
- 2:40:28Speaker 2: until now.
- 2:40:29Speaker 4: Alright, let's up put that on the record. Well we're off.
- 2:40:34Speaker 4: Is it your intent to purchase a copy or are
- 2:40:37Speaker 4: we gonna do this by code?
- 2:40:39Speaker 2: Yeah, you have the opportunity time to review the deposition
- 2:40:43Speaker 2: by punching in some kind of code so you can
- 2:40:45Speaker 2: look at it online.
- 2:40:47Speaker 6: They'll give you a code and then you can read
- 2:40:48Speaker 6: it and make corrections.
- 2:40:50Speaker 4: As so, yeah, I don't know if we'll do that.
- 2:40:52Speaker 4: My point was this.
- 2:40:53Speaker 3: My point was only this that if you're gonna purchase
- 2:40:55Speaker 3: a copy, we can do a stip where you you
- 2:40:58Speaker 3: get you know, the original get sent to you and.
- 2:40:59Speaker 4: Said that for safe keeping and all.
- 2:41:01Speaker 2: But we're not going to do at this point.
- 2:41:02Speaker 3: Okay, in that case, we'll do whatever the rules require,
- 2:41:06Speaker 3: because otherwise it's not very the court report the funeral, Yeah,
- 2:41:11Speaker 3: it's what if.
- 2:41:13Speaker 6: Yeah, uh, I know We'll have to talk with you
- 2:41:14Speaker 6: about that later cause we're in Hawaii.
- 2:41:16Speaker 4: So okay, but it's I that's but it's otherwise not
- 2:41:19Speaker 4: fair to the court recorder.
- 2:41:20Speaker 3: So I got home that Yeah, yeah, I've it's because
- 2:41:25Speaker 3: everyone always hs.
- 2:41:27Speaker 4: But I whatever, you guys want to do it all
- 2:41:30Speaker 4: I've been figuring. I finally figured the counsel. Yeah, so
- 2:41:33Speaker 4: we we we won't stip and you can work out
- 2:41:36Speaker 4: how you do the review. Okay, Okay, just to all
- 2:41:39Speaker 4: my please, we are back on the record at four
- 2:41:44Speaker 4: forty three pm.
- 2:41:45Speaker 3: Okay, while we're off the record, Uh, mister Aldhouse, we
- 2:41:49Speaker 3: discussed a correction that you'd like to make to your.
- 2:41:51Speaker 4: Earlier testimony concerning Exhibit It's four and five course and
- 2:41:56Speaker 4: what was that?
- 2:41:57Speaker 6: Well, I believe I was responding, Uh, it possibly was
- 2:42:01Speaker 6: opened in in regards to Exhibit five, because I saw
- 2:42:05Speaker 6: that there was a missing notarized sheet, which was crucial
- 2:42:08Speaker 6: I thought, and also the missing uh first page of
- 2:42:13Speaker 6: the uh uh story treatment that was included. Now that
- 2:42:16Speaker 6: has been discovered that it was in fact in there,
- 2:42:19Speaker 6: so I don't contend that it was opened. Uh. If
- 2:42:23Speaker 6: it had been missing, then it would have been blatant
- 2:42:27Speaker 6: that something, something was missing.
- 2:42:29Speaker 4: So that's all I have to say about Okay, thank
- 2:42:32Speaker 4: you very much.
- 2:42:32Speaker 9: To thank you for.
- 2:42:35Speaker 2: Okay, we're done.
- 2:42:36Speaker 4: We're done, and you wanna.
- 2:42:38Speaker 8: Make him coming off it, won't you know?
- 2:42:40Speaker 7: Uh n?
- 2:42:42Speaker 3: I think we'll just proceed pursue it to the federal rules,
- 2:42:46Speaker 3: whatever those are.
- 2:42:48Speaker 20: This is the end of our deposition, the end of
- 2:42:50Speaker 20: disc number three by you, number one, not the deposition
- 2:42:53Speaker 20: of Thomas auld House on December the thirteenth of the
- 2:42:56Speaker 20: year twenty thirteen.
- 2:42:57Speaker 4: You're off the record at four forty fourteen.
- 2:43:03Speaker 6: How do you thanks for finishing this on the one day.
- 2:43:06Speaker 4: She had so much ch oh yeah, just like boys questions.
- 2:43:11Speaker 2: Good so, Linda, I was a little surprised at the
- 2:43:15Speaker 2: pacity of your initial disclosures that I guess we'll give
- 2:43:19Speaker 2: you a RPD. Are you saying that uh uh did
- 2:43:23Speaker 2: you just didn't feel you didn't have to furnish it?
- 2:43:25Speaker 2: Or are you saying that Warner Brothers doesn't have any
- 2:43:28Speaker 2: copies of.
- 2:43:29Speaker 3: Any immortals in their fo We have no record of
- 2:43:33Speaker 3: having any copies that you want.
- 2:43:35Speaker 9: M Okay, yeah, I just drink cold company.
- 2:43:49Speaker 4: I drink a lot of gold copy after a gas
- 2:43:54Speaker 4: It was nice meeting old nicely. Thank you'd have a
- 2:43:56Speaker 4: safe trip back.
- 2:43:57Speaker 8: If you don't, thank you.
- 2:43:58Speaker 9: For your patients.
- 2:44:02Speaker 6: The years the better days.
- 2:44:04Speaker 8: Is that.
- 2:44:11Speaker 2: I found there's something sure where that I can't gets
- 2:44:13Speaker 2: call the floating from one other it is it is, Yeah,
- 2:44:18Speaker 2: I just became detached or something.
- 2:44:20Speaker 9: Yeah, cause it's not some Oh was that do?
- 2:44:23Speaker 2: No?
- 2:44:23Speaker 6: It goes back in the pocket, the original pocket you
- 2:44:26Speaker 6: have the original.
- 2:44:28Speaker 4: Oh wait, no, those are those where it's the Uh
- 2:44:31Speaker 4: where are the official or reporter exhibits the other documents?
- 2:44:35Speaker 6: Oh?
- 2:44:35Speaker 4: Right here there?
- 2:44:36Speaker 6: Yeah, make sure the other documents are inside there?
- 2:44:39Speaker 2: What they that's that's the one.
- 2:44:42Speaker 4: Okay, now that's a good episode. These are days.
- 2:44:45Speaker 1: Oh here with.
- 2:44:47Speaker 4: And then I think, yeah, replied as attached there guess
- 2:44:52Speaker 4: what it did right there together?
- 2:44:55Speaker 5: That's something true.
- 2:44:57Speaker 4: Let's make sure we got you as I have been no.
- 2:45:00Speaker 5: One of.
- 2:45:03Speaker 4: You and a hundred others. Yeah, I know I'm neither
- 2:45:06Speaker 4: at first nor the last.
- 2:45:09Speaker 5: Dog.
- 2:45:10Speaker 6: I can tell you I'm really religio.
- 2:45:18Speaker 4: I have to say, Oh, that's why, that's like your right?
- 2:45:22Speaker 5: What you said? What are you?
- 2:45:24Speaker 3: I I meant opera singer, No way, Yes, I mean
- 2:45:28Speaker 3: that's so I actually Kathleen just went on and on.
- 2:45:33Speaker 4: We're going on and on about you.
- 2:45:35Speaker 6: Cause that's wonderful.
- 2:45:36Speaker 2: And where do you sing uh.
- 2:45:38Speaker 4: Around the world? Oh my gosh, are you telling what?
- 2:45:43Speaker 6: Are you gonna look up?
- 2:45:44Speaker 24: Paula?
- 2:46:02Speaker 4: Why I'm going back to Chicago.
- 2:46:16Speaker 2: The prior versions of the scripts that difference do we
- 2:46:21Speaker 2: do not have?
- 2:46:22Speaker 4: We pu we've we do not have.
- 2:46:24Speaker 3: Well, let me say two things. I don't believe we
- 2:46:27Speaker 3: have prior versions of the second two, which are the
- 2:46:30Speaker 3: ones that you claim were infringed. Nor do I think
- 2:46:34Speaker 3: there's any relevance to the to the prior versions, because
- 2:46:37Speaker 3: if you look at the law, what matters is what
- 2:46:40Speaker 3: was published.
- 2:46:41Speaker 4: So so I mean, obviously it's my it's clearly I have.
- 2:46:47Speaker 4: I don't believe there was any copying here. I mean,
- 2:46:49Speaker 4: let me just be clear.
- 2:46:50Speaker 3: So I'm not trying to hide the ball, but by
- 2:46:52Speaker 3: the same token, cause there's no ball to hide. But
- 2:46:55Speaker 3: by the same token, what the intermediate drafts are entirely irrelevant.
- 2:47:04Speaker 3: Early drafts are entirely irrelevant.
- 2:47:06Speaker 2: Where there were some of uh independent creation, I'm gonna
- 2:47:14Speaker 2: request them, Are you gonna object to them?
- 2:47:16Speaker 8: Or I?
- 2:47:16Speaker 4: Well, I don't have them? For the for the ears
- 2:47:22Speaker 4: only that I want to.
- 2:47:25Speaker 2: Uh a distance in the second or third s.
- 2:47:32Speaker 8: H.
- 2:47:32Speaker 4: Yeah, you know that's that's the way they the way.
- 2:47:35Speaker 4: It means that they work groups.
- 2:47:38Speaker 5: We don't have our spar script have we have all?
- 2:47:47Speaker 4: Fine? When I'm happy to request again.
- 2:47:55Speaker 2: Work drafts and aspar is the the Matrix one. Do
- 2:48:02Speaker 2: you know what there is for that? Uh?
- 2:48:04Speaker 4: I think there are more, but you're not claiming infringement
- 2:48:08Speaker 4: of that.
- 2:48:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:48:11Speaker 6: So with the creation of the whole kids of the Matrix.
- 2:48:18Speaker 2: Customer production.
- 2:48:20Speaker 30: Not if you have a position I have at this one,
- 2:48:23Speaker 30: and I think my position on Matrix one, I mean
- 2:48:28Speaker 30: I think my person my position on on all grafts
- 2:48:33Speaker 30: prior to the final shooting strips is that there's no relevance.
- 2:48:37Speaker 4: But my position would particularly with respect to Matrix one,
- 2:48:41Speaker 4: is that.
- 2:48:43Speaker 3: There's no that's there're neither relevance, nor relevant nor reasonably
- 2:48:47Speaker 3: calculated because that's not this.
- 2:48:49Speaker 2: Case, so you probably won't produce that.
- 2:48:54Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:48:54Speaker 6: I think that's probably my position, but I got it's
- 2:49:02Speaker 6: been important.
- 2:49:03Speaker 4: Yeah doo. And then we'll when you know, the leader
- 2:49:09Speaker 4: agree or you'll agree to disagree and take it. Okay, alright,
- 2:49:14Speaker 4: Chris NTAs do have a good.
- 2:49:17Speaker 2: Or about that, right Christmas, doy'all really n yeah.
- 2:49:27Speaker 5: S at.
- 2:50:30Speaker 29: Six.
- 2:53:26Speaker 1: You don't need it to get out, but we do
- 2:53:28Speaker 1: need to return them.
- 2:53:31Speaker 9: Through understand do.
- 2:53:40Speaker 7: They guys get the door, You get a man the
- 2:53:50Speaker 7: other you do. Let's see, let me take something.
- 2:54:22Speaker 8: I see.
- 2:54:35Speaker 31: Would you like to uh take another fifty plus dollars
- 2:54:38Speaker 31: cab back? Or you wanna try to get a bus?
- 2:54:41Speaker 32: The bus be sport or.
- 2:54:42Speaker 31: Any think, let's see, I'd be up for that. I
- 2:54:46Speaker 31: have no idea where to go for such a bus,
- 2:54:48Speaker 31: but we could google it. We could ask, uh, oh,
- 2:54:52Speaker 31: there's a metro rail too here for the lab. Yeah,
- 2:54:56Speaker 31: why don't we find the number to call and get
- 2:54:58Speaker 31: it by.
- 2:55:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's a good idea.
- 2:56:29Speaker 5: Not a bell, not a fun eight jumps.
- 2:57:51Speaker 8: I hires or an.
