- 1:16Speaker 1: yeah I.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Did, But I'm saying yes because it's things for my
- 1:20Speaker 2: family or things for my son. Like none of this
- 1:22Speaker 2: is like my my thing other.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Than we're going to the Rangers game next weekend. That's
- 1:27Speaker 5: my thing.
- 1:27Speaker 2: But it's on Mother's Day, and so I just I've
- 1:30Speaker 2: stacked it all, stacked it all back to back. We
- 1:32Speaker 2: went to NASCAR yesterday at Texas Motor Speedway.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Oh was that fun?
- 1:37Speaker 5: Really fun? Yeah, but that's a whole day thing too,
- 1:40Speaker 5: and that for my son.
- 1:41Speaker 4: So it could be like me start saying no more. Yeah,
- 1:44Speaker 4: like no, I can't do it.
- 1:45Speaker 6: Well.
- 1:45Speaker 2: I excited this morning as I was looking for my
- 1:48Speaker 2: snacks and like you know, in a frenzy trying to
- 1:50Speaker 2: get out of the house on.
- 1:51Speaker 5: Time in the dark. That starting May thirty.
- 1:53Speaker 2: First, no June, nothing's happening.
- 1:56Speaker 5: My birthday is the last day of June.
- 1:57Speaker 2: So nothing's happening until my birthday unless anyone wants to
- 2:00Speaker 2: do anything like that.
- 2:01Speaker 5: Yeah, so's show field trips?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Can we do a show field trip?
- 2:05Speaker 2: We'll all squeeze one in but they'll be last minute. Yeah,
- 2:07Speaker 2: if I'm in the mood, we'll do it.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I like that. Yeah, I like it. I like spontaneous though.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's good, but I know everyone can't be spontaneous.
- 2:16Speaker 1: It's tough when you got kids and family.
- 2:18Speaker 5: A good mix of planning and spontaneous.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah that's true. Well good, I'm glad you had
- 2:22Speaker 4: a good weekend. Everything was fun.
- 2:23Speaker 5: Yeah. Thanks.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure who was here. He's in a frenzy today.
- 2:27Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 2:28Speaker 4: I know is Poo is so all over the place
- 2:31Speaker 4: this morning. He's making me. He's making me anxious.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Well because the phones are tripping and I'm trying to
- 2:36Speaker 3: get a hold on those.
- 2:37Speaker 5: Yeah, the door here was tripping.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Yeah, the request lines. You're talking about the request of
- 2:41Speaker 1: the request lines, but I can't.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Uh.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Usually when I get here, I check them out, make
- 2:46Speaker 3: sure they work.
- 2:47Speaker 1: They worked. Hello, Okay, continue on.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Well, right before the show started, my computer restarts and everything,
- 2:55Speaker 3: and I'm like, what's going on?
- 2:57Speaker 1: It never has done that.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, so it blacked everything out and kick back on.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I test the phones again. Then I can't hear anything.
- 3:04Speaker 3: So I'm like, so I'm like all over the place.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I can sell.
- 3:07Speaker 4: It's making me nervous. You got to be like a duck.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Be like a duck. What does a duck do? A
- 3:12Speaker 4: duck on the surface looks calm and everything's fine. Underwater,
- 3:16Speaker 4: his legs are like, you gotta start looking calm on
- 3:20Speaker 4: the surface.
- 3:21Speaker 5: We can see his legs.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Problem, That's what I'm saying. I don't want to see
- 3:28Speaker 4: his legs, Cane. That's the exact point. I don't want
- 3:34Speaker 4: to see who's legs is.
- 3:35Speaker 1: My entire point, right.
- 3:37Speaker 4: I want him to be like, Hey, you're the producer,
- 3:39Speaker 4: just don't freak out.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Calm down, keep calm and carry on. Wasn't that like
- 3:43Speaker 2: the early two thousands.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Because you freak out, I'm gonna freak out.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Okay, you know, how are your legs, Billy?
- 3:51Speaker 4: I already got my shoes off there. No, my legs
- 3:58Speaker 4: aren't even movings, aren't even moving.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I know.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know if that's a good thing
- 4:03Speaker 1: or not.
- 4:05Speaker 4: I will say this though, I'm excited because today we
- 4:07Speaker 4: do tradio radio, which you know.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I love. I love doing tradio radio.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Now we've done it before, and we've done it for things,
- 4:15Speaker 4: you know, like concerts, who knows. I've done it over
- 4:17Speaker 4: the years many times. I mean a lot of times,
- 4:20Speaker 4: and I've gotten crazy stuff. The last time at effect
- 4:22Speaker 4: I think we did tradio radio was when we got
- 4:25Speaker 4: to Go.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Yeah it was that for pink tickets?
- 4:27Speaker 1: Was it for pink tickets? I think you're right? Yeah? Wow.
- 4:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 4:31Speaker 5: We got Billy the Goat.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Yeah, Billy the goat who lives and walks Ahatchie with
- 4:35Speaker 4: his foster parents.
- 4:36Speaker 1: A fainting goats.
- 4:41Speaker 5: He's like me.
- 4:44Speaker 1: His legs are hairy and he faints.
- 4:47Speaker 4: But we got nidos to give away, which I mean,
- 4:49Speaker 4: everybody wants these things. I don't get it, but it
- 4:53Speaker 4: doesn't matter if I get it. Yeah, it doesn't matter
- 4:55Speaker 4: because it's viral.
- 4:56Speaker 1: People are waiting in lines. We've got the mystery dumplings
- 4:58Speaker 1: to give away.
- 4:59Speaker 2: I squitched and when you squish it in your hand,
- 5:01Speaker 2: you'll get it.
- 5:01Speaker 5: If you haven't like squashed it, you'll get it.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I haven't. I have none to squish.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Well you need to squish one, all right. You understand
- 5:09Speaker 2: why people are crazy for these Well.
- 5:11Speaker 4: We're gonna be doing it every day this week. So
- 5:13Speaker 4: Tradio Radio starts at eight thirty. So start thinking about
- 5:16Speaker 4: what you would want to trade. I will say this,
- 5:19Speaker 4: it's fun to listen to, even if you don't want
- 5:20Speaker 4: to need it, right, it's fun to listen to. But
- 5:23Speaker 4: it doesn't have to be something expensive. People are like, well,
- 5:25Speaker 4: I don't know what to trade. It doesn't It's to
- 5:27Speaker 4: be something unique.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Something unique, and maybe something useful that one of us
- 5:30Speaker 2: might really you.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Know, I really need if you have a yacht on
- 5:34Speaker 1: Lake Lewisville. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, we're exactly perfect. So
- 5:38Speaker 1: let's kick off the show right now.
- 5:40Speaker 7: As his top stories on the Tents with Billy the
- 5:42Speaker 7: Kids in the.
- 5:43Speaker 6: Morning only on the New Mixed one or two point nine.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Right and early out of Monday morning. Candice Lopez, what
- 5:49Speaker 4: is going.
- 5:49Speaker 1: On in our world?
- 5:50Speaker 2: Yeah, well, some serious news out of forty ID. They're
- 5:53Speaker 2: part of a multi agency investigation stemming from misconduct allegations
- 5:57Speaker 2: at Crosby Elementary School. So the principal, a teacher, and
- 6:01Speaker 2: a number of teachers' aids were let go and will
- 6:04Speaker 2: not be returning.
- 6:05Speaker 5: That's according to the district. They're saying.
- 6:07Speaker 2: The teacher in question was hired back in October under
- 6:10Speaker 2: a name with a clean background check, but they later
- 6:13Speaker 2: learned that he actually had legally changed his name before
- 6:16Speaker 2: being hired by forty ISD, but he was facing charges
- 6:21Speaker 2: under his previous name, and I guess he was acquitted
- 6:25Speaker 2: in that case. But there are parents saying that that's
- 6:27Speaker 2: because the child involved was nonverbal and that that family
- 6:31Speaker 2: later moved away and never testified. But this is all
- 6:34Speaker 2: under investigation by forty police, CPS, and the state. They
- 6:39Speaker 2: haven't released specific details, but the families involved have been
- 6:42Speaker 2: contacted directly about this misconduct.
- 6:45Speaker 5: But I'm hearing it could.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Be up to nine students that were involved in this.
- 6:49Speaker 2: I believe it was a first grade a special education teacher,
- 6:53Speaker 2: but there were aids and they're saying other staff who
- 6:55Speaker 2: witnessed this misconduct and didn't report it immediately and that's
- 6:59Speaker 2: why they were moved from their positions at the school.
- 7:01Speaker 4: So wait, so this guy got through the system by
- 7:04Speaker 4: changing his name correct and then was doing misconduct.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Yes, so we don't know what type, but yeah, so
- 7:13Speaker 2: the way that he was able to kind of slip
- 7:15Speaker 2: through the cracks in all of this, I mean huge
- 7:17Speaker 2: red flags.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Yeah, for the.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Principal, teacher, teacher's aides, a number of you know, staff
- 7:22Speaker 2: at this elementary school to just be removed immediately like that.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I mean, it's pretty serious. So yeah, just thinking about
- 7:28Speaker 2: everyone in forty because that's got to be tough for families,
- 7:31Speaker 2: tough for you know, students at that school.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean and special education teacher.
- 7:36Speaker 5: Yeah, it's awful.
- 7:37Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 7:38Speaker 5: Yeah? Yeah, So I'll keep you posted if there's any updates.
- 7:42Speaker 2: And we should talk about Spirit Airlines guys shutting down
- 7:45Speaker 2: Saturday morning and abruptly canceling service. Seventeen thousand workers lost
- 7:50Speaker 2: their jobs. They left travelers stranded. You know, as of
- 7:54Speaker 2: May twenty twenty four, I guess they operated just over
- 7:57Speaker 2: three thousand, three percent of the domestic flights, and this
- 8:00Speaker 2: month that number would have been around one person. But
- 8:04Speaker 2: there's all these movements online to save Spirit Airlines.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Do we really want that? Listen, I don't want anyone
- 8:11Speaker 4: to lose their job. No, I really don't. Then again,
- 8:15Speaker 4: I've flown Spirit once and I had the worst airline
- 8:18Speaker 4: experience of my entire life, right, literally canceled. Can't My
- 8:23Speaker 4: flight was canceled for no reason? No, not only First
- 8:26Speaker 4: of all, it was left early, right, then it was canceled.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Then the next day was canceled, and I dealt with
- 8:33Speaker 4: the rudest people I've ever dealt with your entire in
- 8:36Speaker 4: my entire life.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So do I want to see people lose their jobs?
- 8:39Speaker 6: No?
- 8:39Speaker 1: But is this just or is this just capitalism at play?
- 8:42Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 8:42Speaker 4: You know where I'm sorry, But the best businesses and
- 8:45Speaker 4: the worst businesses are going to sort themselves out.
- 8:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Does the government need to come in and save everybody
- 8:50Speaker 1: all the time? I don't know.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, this was kind of a joke to
- 8:54Speaker 2: save Spirit online.
- 8:56Speaker 5: But there's a.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Website let's buy Spirit air dot com and it says,
- 8:59Speaker 2: you know, this website I crashed because how many people went,
- 9:01Speaker 2: you know, and made pledges that they can't even take donations.
- 9:05Speaker 2: At the moment, I can't tell this is still a joke,
- 9:07Speaker 2: but they're claiming there have been over eighty eight million
- 9:10Speaker 2: dollars pledged already by one hundred and twenty four thousand people.
- 9:15Speaker 2: But it has been nice to see some of the
- 9:17Speaker 2: other airlines, you know, stepping up to help these customers
- 9:20Speaker 2: up Spirit that were stranded. And then I think Southwest
- 9:23Speaker 2: actually they Spirit had a guy who was retiring from
- 9:26Speaker 2: their airline and he ended up taking a Southwest flight,
- 9:29Speaker 2: and so they did the whole retirement ceremony for him
- 9:31Speaker 2: and had like the water thing that they do, you know,
- 9:35Speaker 2: once day landed, but they really treated.
- 9:37Speaker 5: Him like he was, you know, retiring from Southwest.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I feel bad for the employees.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Don't get me wrong, the Spirit employees who lost their job,
- 9:43Speaker 4: and the pilots and every I do.
- 9:46Speaker 1: So it's not funny.
- 9:47Speaker 4: But my friend the first time he's flown Spirit this weekend,
- 9:52Speaker 4: the first time ever. He literally is stuck in New Orleans.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Now because.
- 10:00Speaker 4: You're somewhere and all of a sudden, you say, your
- 10:03Speaker 4: ticket's going to be refunded.
- 10:04Speaker 1: We don't exist anymore, right, He's like, what do you mean?
- 10:07Speaker 5: Figure it out?
- 10:07Speaker 1: You don't exist. He's never flown it before.
- 10:10Speaker 5: That's insane.
- 10:11Speaker 4: And our friend who it's the same reason, our friendship
- 10:16Speaker 4: chip Al. He's the one who got me to fly
- 10:18Speaker 4: Spirit's dude, come on, man, it's cheap, it doesn't matter.
- 10:22Speaker 4: Get on, Yeah, it's fine, who cares. I've never had
- 10:25Speaker 4: a problem. He like works for Spirit Lok. Yeah, he's
- 10:28Speaker 4: the one that convinced our buddy to do And guess
- 10:30Speaker 4: what now he's driving back from New Orleans. Did you
- 10:33Speaker 4: see what they did in a df let the Spirit
- 10:35Speaker 4: get in DFW. No, they already made it a Spirit
- 10:37Speaker 4: Halloween store.
- 10:40Speaker 5: I did see the.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Meme of the plane though, outfitted in the Spirit.
- 10:45Speaker 5: That's awful, It's hilarious. But real quick, guys.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Sources are saying Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz could be
- 10:52Speaker 2: planning two weddings, possibly in London and one in New York.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Her dad, you know, Lenny Kravitz, lives in New York.
- 10:59Speaker 2: But uh, this is all happening really fast because I
- 11:01Speaker 2: don't even think we knew they were even dating until
- 11:03Speaker 2: August of last year. Yeah, unless they kept it super
- 11:06Speaker 2: low key.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Annoyed.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I woke up and I saw this. I was maybe
- 11:10Speaker 4: I'm just a little bit crabby. I'm a snap out
- 11:12Speaker 4: of it. Let me drink this coffee. But two weddings
- 11:14Speaker 4: annoyed me. Not why one wedding annoys me? What do
- 11:18Speaker 4: you need two weddings for?
- 11:19Speaker 2: Well, I guess for like his people. You know, he
- 11:22Speaker 2: wants a British wedding maybe and she wants you know,
- 11:24Speaker 2: an American or go there. Y'all have enough money, though
- 11:27Speaker 2: I don't understand why we would do that.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Just have one wedding and fly your people out to
- 11:31Speaker 1: see you.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Right, I hope you have two divorces that I plan
- 11:36Speaker 4: on having two divorces. If you're gonna have two weddings,
- 11:38Speaker 4: have two divorces, you gonna go to both weddings.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I don't go to one.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Yeah, because if I'm in New York, I'm like, no,
- 11:44Speaker 2: I want to travel to London.
- 11:45Speaker 5: But then London is probably like, oh, no, I want
- 11:47Speaker 5: to travel to New York.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gonna be like everyone from the other city.
- 11:50Speaker 5: Probably.
- 11:51Speaker 4: It must be nice to be so rich to have
- 11:53Speaker 4: two weddings. We can barely afford one. Yeah, amen, gas
- 11:56Speaker 4: price is so high you want me to fly to
- 11:57Speaker 4: the UK on spirit to see you?
- 12:00Speaker 1: What come on super Mad Today?
- 12:05Speaker 5: That those are your Texas top stories?
- 12:07Speaker 1: Shall we fake news? All right? I said Candace po Iquila,
- 12:15Speaker 1: Why are you sweating?
- 12:16Speaker 4: Because, by the way, I love the Pooh's video of
- 12:19Speaker 4: him us praying in with the tequila went viral.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I love it.
- 12:23Speaker 5: I cannot believe.
- 12:25Speaker 4: So if you haven't seen it, Pooh, well we told
- 12:27Speaker 4: him that it was one shot of tequila, two shots
- 12:30Speaker 4: of water and don't make a face, and we'll try
- 12:33Speaker 4: to guess which one, and he did it. Of course,
- 12:35Speaker 4: all three shots were tequila.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It went viral.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Online and I'm dying at some of the comments. It's
- 12:43Speaker 4: at Mix one or two nine FM. You gotta go
- 12:45Speaker 4: see it. And you know what mixes Instagram is so
- 12:47Speaker 4: close to ten thousand followers.
- 12:49Speaker 5: I want to find ten thousand followers going to be.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Yeah, you'll win a date with pooh ooh. I don't
- 12:56Speaker 4: care if you're a man woman. That's not the wrong
- 13:00Speaker 4: with a mandate like a bro date. I'm come on,
- 13:05Speaker 4: get your mind on the gutter. It's not It's a.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Game I go to.
- 13:10Speaker 1: People would love that. I mean, who's fun to hang
- 13:12Speaker 1: out with?
- 13:12Speaker 6: It is?
- 13:13Speaker 1: It's not fun to work with.
- 13:18Speaker 4: Oh okay, let's go reel or fake news. I'm gonna
- 13:21Speaker 4: give you three headlines. You gotta tell me which one
- 13:22Speaker 4: is the fake story? And our news is.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Ridiculous, So here we go.
- 13:26Speaker 4: First headline, Zebra escapes from Zoo turns out to be
- 13:31Speaker 4: just a donkey painted with white stripes. Zebra Escapes from
- 13:37Speaker 4: Zoo turns out to be just a donkey painted with
- 13:40Speaker 4: white stripes. Headline number two, A Texas ice cream shop
- 13:45Speaker 4: is serving crawfish flavored ice cream with an actual crawfish
- 13:49Speaker 4: on top. A Texas ice cream shop is serving crawfish

- 13:57Speaker 1: Headline number two.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Headline number three Florida man or rested after trying to
- 14:01Speaker 4: trade his wife to a bass Pro Shops employee. Florida
- 14:07Speaker 4: man arrested after trying to trade his wife to a
- 14:10Speaker 4: Bass Pro Shops employee.
- 14:13Speaker 1: He doesn't say what he was trading for.
- 14:15Speaker 5: He was trying to his own.
- 14:17Speaker 4: He was doing tradio radio, which we're doing at eight thirty.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Of our phones work because we got nidos and mystery
- 14:21Speaker 4: dumplings to trade. So figure out what you want to trade.
- 14:25Speaker 4: Not your wife though, No, sorry, we don't need that.
- 14:27Speaker 1: No, all right?
- 14:28Speaker 4: Uh oh, this is tough today. Which one is the fake? Headline?
- 14:32Speaker 4: Candice Lopez? Would you like to go first? Or would you
- 14:35Speaker 4: like to pass it to Sweaty Lapoo Poo today?
- 14:38Speaker 2: I think I'll go first today.
- 14:40Speaker 5: This is really hard.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Lock me in for that second story, the crawfish ice cream.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Yeah, because doesn't that sound just disgusting? All right, let's
- 14:49Speaker 4: lock it in. It is officially locked in. Okay, producer, pooh,
- 14:52Speaker 4: you're sweating over there. You've had a lot of technical
- 14:54Speaker 4: difficulties also because I think you're just sweaty.
- 14:58Speaker 1: In general, some people just sweat.
- 15:01Speaker 5: It's okay today it is.
- 15:03Speaker 1: It's muggy, I'm pretty sure.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Pool.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Which one do you think is the fake story?
- 15:06Speaker 3: Lock me in for that last story, the guy trying
- 15:09Speaker 3: to trade his wife.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Let's catch it all right, let's lock that in. And
- 15:11Speaker 1: you sure you want to lock that in?
- 15:13Speaker 3: Yeah, ain't nobody trying to trade his wife? Like, let's
- 15:15Speaker 3: lock it in.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It is locked in?
- 15:18Speaker 4: And the winner today starting off his week with a win.
- 15:21Speaker 4: It's producer pooh, oh my god, he's not winning here,
- 15:27Speaker 4: but I'm not winning behind the scenes. But really fake news,
- 15:33Speaker 4: he's winning congratulations poo. Yeah, so that story, it is
- 15:37Speaker 4: a fake. It had me fooled though. I saw this
- 15:40Speaker 4: story and I'm like, what is this guy doing? And
- 15:42Speaker 4: it looked like a whole entire story that was written
- 15:45Speaker 4: up where this guy had a contract he brought his
- 15:47Speaker 4: wife in trying to trade her for a bass boat,
- 15:49Speaker 4: and I was like, what is going on? And then
- 15:52Speaker 4: I finally realized it was fake, But it had me
- 15:54Speaker 4: for a minute. Wow, I'd do some serious investigating games
- 15:58Speaker 4: all right. Yeah, this story one of the real stories.
- 16:01Speaker 4: A Texas ice cream shop is serving crawfish flavored ice
- 16:04Speaker 4: cream is a real story.
- 16:07Speaker 1: This is just oh man, I don't get it.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Yeah, Texas ice cream shop is going viral for serving
- 16:12Speaker 4: crawfish flavored ice cream, one of the most unusual food
- 16:14Speaker 4: trends right now. The dessert blends sweet ice cream with
- 16:16Speaker 4: buttery garlicky Cajun seasoning inspired by a traditional crawfish boil,
- 16:22Speaker 4: creating a mix of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. The
- 16:26Speaker 4: shop tops each scoop with a whole crawfish, and customers
- 16:30Speaker 4: are even encouraged to use the shell as a spoon.
- 16:33Speaker 4: Despite how bizarre it sounds, the flavor has become a
- 16:36Speaker 4: fan favorite During crawfish season, it often sells out due
- 16:41Speaker 4: to high demand the places in Houston.
- 16:42Speaker 1: I looked it up.
- 16:43Speaker 4: It's called Red Circle, Red Circle ice Cream Shop. So
- 16:46Speaker 4: if you're down there and you want to throw up there,
- 16:48Speaker 4: you go.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I like crawfish too, Yeah too, since I had it,
- 16:52Speaker 2: but I remember liking them.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I was just thinking about that.
- 16:54Speaker 4: I'm like, you know what, I know everything about Cannis,
- 16:56Speaker 4: but I don't know if you like crawfish.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I went to one Fish Boril back in college.
- 17:02Speaker 5: Yeah, my friend Audre her dad used to do it.
- 17:04Speaker 1: It's good.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember it being good. That's I don't remember
- 17:07Speaker 5: a whole lot.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I need to take you right up the street. One
- 17:09Speaker 1: of the best places right here. Oh yeah, Nate's. Yes,
- 17:13Speaker 1: Nate's Seafood.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Oh sounds good.
- 17:15Speaker 4: I used to go there back in the day. I
- 17:16Speaker 4: don't know if he's still around, but I love that guy, Nate.
- 17:19Speaker 4: Nate would get blasted in his bar. He did something
- 17:23Speaker 4: that was so smart.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I saw.
- 17:25Speaker 4: I witness this first hand. He got drunk at his
- 17:27Speaker 4: own bar, right, and I'm like, oh, he can't drive,
- 17:30Speaker 4: and he's like, no, I can't drive.
- 17:32Speaker 1: He called Triple A.
- 17:33Speaker 4: To say his car was broke down and had it
- 17:35Speaker 4: towed to his house so it would be there when
- 17:38Speaker 4: he woke up.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Sounds like wow, smart life, right exactly. Okay.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Next story, Zebra escapes from zoo turns out to be
- 17:51Speaker 4: a donkey painted with white stripes. What so this happened
- 17:54Speaker 4: in Armenia. Yeah, Monday morning, I guess it was some morning.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Everybody woke up and they were like, eight was zebra
- 18:00Speaker 4: has escaped the city zoo. It was roaming around one
- 18:03Speaker 4: of the Capitol's busiest streets. Police and emergency services were dispatched.
- 18:06Speaker 4: They're trying to figure out what's going on. The zebra
- 18:09Speaker 4: was quickly corralled and tied up by zoo's staff and bystanders.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Only one problem. It wasn't a zebra. It was a
- 18:17Speaker 4: donkey that somebody had painted with black and white stripes,
- 18:22Speaker 4: and they took.
- 18:23Speaker 1: It to the zoo.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Outside of the zoo and people were taking pictures with it.
- 18:27Speaker 4: They were charging people to take pictures.
- 18:30Speaker 1: With the donkey.
- 18:31Speaker 4: They was painted like a zebra and actually making money
- 18:34Speaker 4: and people didn't even know.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I think I would know, Yeah, I mean for sure?
- 18:39Speaker 4: Or would I Then again, I don't know. I didn't
- 18:40Speaker 4: see a real life count until I was like twenty.
- 18:42Speaker 1: One a point. Would I know?
- 18:45Speaker 5: Yeah, if somebody would know.
- 18:46Speaker 4: I mean, donkeys aren't Donkeys and zebras are pretty much
- 18:49Speaker 4: the same, right.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Have like the nice hair?
- 18:52Speaker 1: No, I don't think they have.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Nice Donkeys make the eawsome.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I mean you excuse me. You know when a donkey
- 18:58Speaker 1: makes his a little noise. Zebras eon, Yeah, what does
- 19:02Speaker 1: zebra sound like?
- 19:03Speaker 3: Zebra just does a like a like a it sounds
- 19:06Speaker 3: like it's gargle in his throat, like look it up.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Really, yeah, I've only seen them at Disney World.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Should we do guess that animals sound with? Pooh?
- 19:17Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Okay? What does his zebra sound like?
- 19:19Speaker 8: Like?
- 19:20Speaker 3: It does like a gard It sounds like it's zebra
- 19:22Speaker 3: bird No, it just it just does like a weird
- 19:25Speaker 3: gurgle sound.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Is it bird man?
- 19:27Speaker 6: No?
- 19:29Speaker 1: Okay? So what is a donkey sounding?
- 19:30Speaker 7: Pop?
- 19:31Speaker 4: Uh?
- 19:33Speaker 1: You know? Okay? Yeah, all right?
- 19:38Speaker 4: When I see zebra, you do zebra. When I say donkey,
- 19:41Speaker 4: do donkey? Okay, zebra.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Donkey.
- 19:47Speaker 4: I don't ever want to hear anybody say who isn't talented?
- 19:51Speaker 1: Okay, hopefully you're having a good morning.
- 19:54Speaker 4: NIX mixed one on two point nine and Bill at
- 19:55Speaker 4: a Kid Candy Slow Pants producer.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Pooh, it's been a mess over here. I'm not gonna lie.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Definitely feels like a Monday because, well, first of all,
- 20:03Speaker 4: our AC is not working right in here in this building,
- 20:06Speaker 4: so we have like a portable AC unit outside. It's
- 20:09Speaker 4: blowing in here. We had to shut that off because
- 20:10Speaker 4: you've got to go on the air. It'll pick it up.
- 20:12Speaker 4: One two. The request lines aren't working right. We're trying
- 20:15Speaker 4: to figure that out. Poo's and shambles because we're doing
- 20:19Speaker 4: tradio radio a little bit later on. We're kicking it
- 20:20Speaker 4: off at eight thirty. We got to have them right
- 20:22Speaker 4: because we're giving away nidos in mystery dumplings exactly.
- 20:25Speaker 1: That's a big deal.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a big I mean, I guess oh people
- 20:29Speaker 4: want them back.
- 20:30Speaker 5: We're waiting in line outside five below and that's why.
- 20:32Speaker 1: We do it, Yeah, to get these.
- 20:34Speaker 4: We're not doing it because we want them. We're doing
- 20:35Speaker 4: it because we know you want these, so we're trying
- 20:37Speaker 4: to hook you up. So we got something to give
- 20:39Speaker 4: away all week eight thirty. Tradio radio trade is something.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Last time, we got a goat. It doesn't have to
- 20:44Speaker 4: be a live animal.
- 20:44Speaker 1: It could be.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Yeah, but we'll do that at eight thirty. We'll get
- 20:47Speaker 4: the phones work. And I'm totally confident producer Pooh. Yeah,
- 20:52Speaker 4: by the way, speaking of live animals, producer Pooh might
- 20:56Speaker 4: have been right about something.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I know this is I might have been right. Yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 1: let me I know mark the date. I'm okay.
- 21:05Speaker 4: We were talking about zebras and donkeys and Pooh said, now,
- 21:09Speaker 4: what did you before you get all excited.
- 21:11Speaker 1: What did you say? A zebra sounds like? Again, like
- 21:13Speaker 1: it's gurgling.
- 21:14Speaker 3: It's like like that something like that.
- 21:20Speaker 4: If you want something to cheer you up on Monday morning,
- 21:23Speaker 4: just have Pooh come in and do animals sounds. Yeah,
- 21:26Speaker 4: it sounds like it's gurgling. So I had Candicce pull
- 21:28Speaker 4: up a what a zebra sounds like? Yeah, he's not
- 21:31Speaker 4: that far off. Let me let me be the wait
- 21:32Speaker 4: before I say he's right, let me hear yeah, this
- 21:34Speaker 4: is zebra. Yeah, I just yeah, oh, let's all right,
- 21:44Speaker 4: let's play a game. Is it you are the actual zebra? Okay,
- 21:54Speaker 4: all right, you're not that Okay, let me play because
- 21:57Speaker 4: I thought, well, donkeys and zebra's probably sound a lot. No, no,
- 22:01Speaker 4: how did you know what a zebra sounds like?
- 22:04Speaker 1: Because I watched Madagascar?
- 22:06Speaker 5: Is that how?
- 22:09Speaker 4: It's like?
- 22:12Speaker 5: I got kids?
- 22:13Speaker 1: Man, I watched Madagascar. Okay, let me when he saw
- 22:16Speaker 1: his family, they made that noise.
- 22:18Speaker 4: They were like, yeah, let me know what a donkey
- 22:21Speaker 4: sounds like real quick?
- 22:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you want to do the donkey sound real quick? Yeah?
- 22:24Speaker 1: Go ahead, okay, wow.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Okay, let's hear the real donkey sound.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, I just didn't have it at the.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Beginning of that sound. Hold on, let me hear the
- 22:41Speaker 4: beginning of the donkey again.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Alright, let me pull. Why does that remind me of
- 22:47Speaker 1: a song that reminds me of that song? Who's It?
- 22:50Speaker 1: By Luke Combs?
- 22:51Speaker 7: Oh?
- 22:51Speaker 1: Let me you know that's.
- 23:01Speaker 7: Broke?
- 23:02Speaker 1: Yeah? Play the beginning of that song here it is?
- 23:04Speaker 4: Yeah, no, right there, that's what that sounds like.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Let me do something that's the same note. Let's put
- 23:15Speaker 1: them together.
- 23:24Speaker 7: Tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 23:26Speaker 6: Morning only on the new mixed one or two point nine.
- 23:29Speaker 4: The Dirty Little Secret coming up next. Get ready for that.
- 23:32Speaker 4: It's an emotional one, too, is it. You just wait
- 23:34Speaker 4: to hear this. I haven't heard the full story. I
- 23:36Speaker 4: don't like hearing the full story, but I got to
- 23:38Speaker 4: know what's going on a little bit. Yeah, this woman
- 23:40Speaker 4: is going through it with her husband. That's all also
- 23:44Speaker 4: going through it. So Candice, what's going on?
- 23:47Speaker 2: Well, the votes were counted and this weekend's election. Dart
- 23:50Speaker 2: services will be coming to an end in Highland Park
- 23:52Speaker 2: this month, but will continue in Addison and University Park.
- 23:56Speaker 2: So they have elections over the weekend because of the
- 23:59Speaker 2: city Plano. So they first announced their intention to leave
- 24:03Speaker 2: this alliance, saying it's tax contributions weren't worth the benefits
- 24:07Speaker 2: to residents. Well Plano Farmers Branch in Irving then had
- 24:10Speaker 2: you know, initially planned elections and then cancel them after
- 24:13Speaker 2: they negotiated their agreements. So buses will continue to operate
- 24:17Speaker 2: through Highland Park, but will not stop.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Within those city limits.
- 24:21Speaker 2: That is expected to take effect May fifteenth.
- 24:24Speaker 7: What.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Yeah, so you can't get the bus in Highland Park.
- 24:27Speaker 2: No, not as of May fifteenth. Yeah, it's gonna go away.
- 24:30Speaker 1: So if I work somewhere in Highland Park.
- 24:32Speaker 5: Yeah, well I'm going to figure it out.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Yeah, you're gonna have to go past Highland Park and
- 24:36Speaker 2: then come around some other way take a car.
- 24:38Speaker 5: I don't know how they.
- 24:39Speaker 4: Don't want to work for people, They don't want the
- 24:41Speaker 4: buses in Highland Park.
- 24:42Speaker 2: No, yeah, yeah, okay, Yeah, it's a It's been a
- 24:48Speaker 2: hot topic for I mean pretty much all year. I
- 24:50Speaker 2: know the CEO there was a change there with Dart,
- 24:53Speaker 2: but we just had, you know, the new Silver line
- 24:56Speaker 2: being built up in Plano and Richardson area, which is beautiful.
- 25:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 5: So it's you know, city by city.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Okay, you know, no, you could do that. Yeah, so
- 25:05Speaker 1: I live in Carrollton.
- 25:06Speaker 4: We could put something on the books to vote if
- 25:08Speaker 4: we don't want buses in our city.
- 25:11Speaker 5: Yeah, well the dart service.
- 25:12Speaker 1: The dart service, right, Okay, so.
- 25:15Speaker 5: Maybe there's another option that they're going to come up with.
- 25:17Speaker 5: Maybe you just can't stop there.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah, so is it too too poor for well, I
- 25:24Speaker 1: just I just don't like the sight of a bus.
- 25:28Speaker 4: A bus is just just grody. It just looks so
- 25:33Speaker 4: I don't know, it's just so big and it's it's
- 25:35Speaker 4: not even a Mercedes, Like you're just going to drive
- 25:39Speaker 4: this bus through our city.
- 25:41Speaker 2: I mean, it's paying for the taxes for the service,
- 25:44Speaker 2: and then maybe the residents aren't using it.
- 25:46Speaker 5: Maybe that's part of the issue.
- 25:48Speaker 2: But I don't live in Highland Park anyways.
- 25:53Speaker 5: Can let's talk about McDonald's guys.
- 25:56Speaker 2: They are quietly getting rid of their self service soda fountains.
- 26:00Speaker 2: So this plan is to completely get rid of them
- 26:02Speaker 2: by twenty thirty two. They would be only behind the counter.
- 26:06Speaker 2: They're saying this would help modernize restaurants, reduce maintenance and
- 26:10Speaker 2: labor demands, and also really adapt to the demand.
- 26:13Speaker 5: For drive through delivery and takeout, So, yeah.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Which one do you want? Do you want us to
- 26:18Speaker 4: have people there or no? Because how am I going
- 26:19Speaker 4: to get a drink freefill?
- 26:20Speaker 8: Right?
- 26:21Speaker 2: I'm confused too because my McDonald's has like the you know,
- 26:24Speaker 2: self serve chiosks, Right, So did I have to wait
- 26:27Speaker 2: to talk to somebody exactly?
- 26:28Speaker 1: Which to guess what?
- 26:29Speaker 4: Nobody comes to the front now if you have self service,
- 26:32Speaker 4: So now I gotta wait.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Just let me get my soda, right.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they're saying this would also give them more control
- 26:38Speaker 2: over portion sizes, cleanliness, and inventory. So yeah, you can't
- 26:43Speaker 2: take your water cup and just snap the spray.
- 26:45Speaker 1: No, I've done that my entire life. I've taken it.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Literally, I don't know how McDonald's keeps the lights on
- 26:50Speaker 4: because I've I've stole.
- 26:52Speaker 1: So much spry. No, I haven't, And I'm just kidding.
- 26:56Speaker 4: They just actually Highland Park had just announced that they
- 26:58Speaker 4: kicked all McDonald's out of the city.
- 27:02Speaker 1: There's no more McDonald's in Highland Park.
- 27:04Speaker 6: Well.
- 27:04Speaker 2: McDonald's also launching six new drinks this week at some
- 27:07Speaker 2: of their locations, so they're getting in on like the
- 27:09Speaker 2: dirty soda trend so with these refreshers and crafted sodas,
- 27:12Speaker 2: so maybe they're hoping that's more your jam. Moving forward,
- 27:16Speaker 2: real quick, guys, post Malone canceled the start of his tour.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Six shows were part of this, including his shows in Texas.
- 27:23Speaker 2: That tour will now kick off June twelfth in Indianapolis.
- 27:27Speaker 5: So post Malone.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Saying he needs more time to finish his double album
- 27:31Speaker 2: before this tour starts. And you know, people are saying
- 27:34Speaker 2: this could have something to do with low ticket sales.
- 27:36Speaker 2: I know some of the shows were offering discounts already
- 27:40Speaker 2: for those tickets.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Well, yeah, it's.
- 27:43Speaker 4: A lot show could have something to do with the
- 27:44Speaker 4: fact that life is really expensive right now. Yeah, and
- 27:47Speaker 4: people don't have disposable income for an expensive concert ticket.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I love Posts, No, I do too.
- 27:52Speaker 2: I was really hoping to go down to Waco to
- 27:54Speaker 2: see him, but that show was on a weeknight. Also,
- 27:57Speaker 2: I know, and it's like, I mean Waco people would go,
- 27:59Speaker 2: but from Diftoby.
- 28:00Speaker 5: Are going to drive to Waco on a weeknight.
- 28:02Speaker 4: I can't school so yet. No, I think it's a
- 28:05Speaker 4: couple of factors. I mean, I think people want to
- 28:06Speaker 4: see Posts. But oh yeah, it's expensive, it's in Waco.
- 28:09Speaker 5: It's the same tour.
- 28:11Speaker 4: It's the same tour as went around before. So I
- 28:13Speaker 4: don't think it's a bad thing if you take some
- 28:15Speaker 4: time off.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Yeah, he posted those saying, you know, he promises that
- 28:18Speaker 2: new music. He's promised it doesn't have time to finish it.
- 28:21Speaker 2: He's just not ready to tour. So if he pushes
- 28:23Speaker 2: it back three weeks, that'll help get the music done.
- 28:25Speaker 2: So yeah, I'm candislop Pez. Those are your Texas Top stories.
- 28:28Speaker 6: On get it off your test to promise you'll.
- 28:32Speaker 4: Feel better, Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret, makes one

- 28:46Speaker 4: Yes, we have Nidos and Mystery Dumplings to give away,

- 29:12Speaker 4: there because our request lines are down, but they're being
- 29:15Speaker 4: rebuilt by Brad. Who Brad is I don't know, but
- 29:18Speaker 4: he's in our computer poo set. Got this brat who

- 29:32Speaker 4: What's going on?
- 29:34Speaker 8: I do. I've been going back and forth on calling
- 29:37Speaker 8: you guys, but I really don't have anyone to talk
- 29:39Speaker 8: to about this.
- 29:39Speaker 4: So well that's what we're here for, where it's a
- 29:42Speaker 4: non judgment zone. What is going on in your world?
- 29:44Speaker 8: Well, I've been married and we've only been married a
- 29:47Speaker 8: couple of years, so it's still pretty new. And from
- 29:51Speaker 8: the beginning we both wanted the same thing, like a
- 29:54Speaker 8: family with kids, you know, a big house full of noise,
- 29:57Speaker 8: and that was always a part of the plan for
- 29:59Speaker 8: both of us, and because it hadn't worked out that way,
- 30:03Speaker 8: we've been trying and trying and trying, and nothing has happened.
- 30:09Speaker 8: And at first I thought it was me. So I
- 30:11Speaker 8: got tested and I went through all the emotions, like
- 30:14Speaker 8: something's wrong with my body. I'm like broken, I'm something's
- 30:18Speaker 8: not happening right. And then we found out it's not me.
- 30:21Speaker 8: It's him.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Oh okay, And.
- 30:25Speaker 8: I don't even think he realizes how much that changed
- 30:27Speaker 8: everything for me. And I tried to be supportive and
- 30:29Speaker 8: I love him. I love him so much, and he's
- 30:32Speaker 8: a good man, he's a good husband, and it's not
- 30:34Speaker 8: his fault. But I feel like, ever since I found out,
- 30:37Speaker 8: like there's this big weight on me and I can't
- 30:39Speaker 8: shake it. And I've always pictured myself as a mom.
- 30:43Speaker 8: I've always wanted kids. I wanted that life with my husband,
- 30:47Speaker 8: to have my kids in my house, and so it's
- 30:51Speaker 8: just like, this can't happen now.
- 30:55Speaker 4: I know it's a lot of emotions, but and I'm
- 30:57Speaker 4: not saying this is the same, but I know there's
- 31:00Speaker 4: other you know, there's adoption, there's other things that you
- 31:02Speaker 4: could do.
- 31:05Speaker 8: My friends. Yes, I mean we've discussed adoption. I'm not
- 31:08Speaker 8: against it. I'm not. But if I'm being completely honest,
- 31:12Speaker 8: I don't know if I'll feel the same way. Yeah,
- 31:14Speaker 8: And I feel awful saying that, but that's how I
- 31:17Speaker 8: feel and I can't deny that I feel that way.
- 31:21Speaker 8: And this is a part of like what makes me
- 31:23Speaker 8: feel like I might be the worst wife in the
- 31:25Speaker 8: world or worst person in the world. And I just
- 31:28Speaker 8: know that I know myself and i'd be lying if if,
- 31:31Speaker 8: like if I say this is okay, because, like I said,
- 31:34Speaker 8: this has always been my dream and I have thought
- 31:38Speaker 8: about leaving him. Oh, and I haven't said it, and
- 31:43Speaker 8: I haven't even come close because I love him and
- 31:45Speaker 8: it's like not his fault, but it's it's crossed my
- 31:48Speaker 8: mind that maybe I should move on. But I'm like,
- 31:51Speaker 8: hold on.
- 31:52Speaker 4: So you're thinking about actually leap, okay, and I'm not.
- 31:56Speaker 4: It's a non judgment zone. You're thinking about leaving him
- 31:59Speaker 4: over this?
- 32:00Speaker 8: Well, I do want to have kids of my own,
- 32:03Speaker 8: and I don't know what else to do because I
- 32:06Speaker 8: do love him and I love the life that we're
- 32:08Speaker 8: building together, but it's not working out, and I just
- 32:12Speaker 8: feel like it's flipping away what I wanted.
- 32:14Speaker 4: I mean, is it not working out or is this
- 32:18Speaker 4: the plan? The bigger plan that you know? Sometimes you
- 32:21Speaker 4: just can't control these things. And obviously it's not his fault.
- 32:24Speaker 4: I can't tell you what's right or wrong. There's a
- 32:26Speaker 4: difference between going, oh, you know what, I can't. I
- 32:29Speaker 4: can't say this has never crossed my mind and I'm
- 32:34Speaker 4: actually going to do this. Yeah, there's two different things.
- 32:37Speaker 4: So I mean, I guess it just depends on you.
- 32:39Speaker 4: If you love them. I just feel like there's no
- 32:41Speaker 4: way you can leave.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Them over this.
- 32:43Speaker 8: I don't feel like I can leave them either. But
- 32:45Speaker 8: I'm just like hurting myself and I'm like, how do
- 32:47Speaker 8: I agree without hurting him? I'm keeping everything to myself.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Have you two talked about it, maybe possibly doing counseling
- 32:54Speaker 4: or something like that together, because this is a big deal.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't hold it inside, but also sharing that
- 32:59Speaker 2: with him is going to just break his heart even worse.
- 33:03Speaker 8: Yeah, I guess we will have to go to counseling
- 33:05Speaker 8: because I don't know what to do from here, because
- 33:07Speaker 8: I'm just questioning everything. And feeling like a terrible person because.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 33:11Speaker 4: You le Let's say you know you've thought about it,
- 33:14Speaker 4: you leave him, you get with somebody else, you have kids,
- 33:18Speaker 4: you think years down the road, you're not going to
- 33:20Speaker 4: look back and go. I mean, yeah, I'm glad I'm
- 33:22Speaker 4: a mom, but I can't believe I left a man
- 33:24Speaker 4: that I love right and love because of something that
- 33:28Speaker 4: he can't control.
- 33:29Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 33:30Speaker 4: If this were switched around and it was a man
- 33:33Speaker 4: calling up and saying I'm leaving my wife because she
- 33:35Speaker 4: can't have kids, I.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Think people would be in an uproar.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Yeah, and everybody feels different now that you're saying it, right,
- 33:43Speaker 4: And I don't think you're a bad person. I'm just
- 33:44Speaker 4: saying I would really talk to somebody before you let
- 33:47Speaker 4: that thought get out of control or take over.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Your mind, the process, you're how you're feeling before you
- 33:53Speaker 2: just jump and make some type of decision that you
- 33:55Speaker 2: can't turn back.
- 33:56Speaker 4: You know, because he's going through all this too, he
- 34:00Speaker 4: probably feels so guilty and evasculated.
- 34:02Speaker 8: Like you know, it's just horrible. I wish that things
- 34:06Speaker 8: were different, but they're not, So I have to just
- 34:08Speaker 8: face what we have going on.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Well, yeah, and some people would be, you know, take
- 34:13Speaker 2: the route.
- 34:13Speaker 5: Of this just wasn't meant to be. It wasn't meant
- 34:16Speaker 5: for me to have kids.
- 34:17Speaker 2: You know. It's a tough pill to swallow, it is
- 34:20Speaker 2: when you've dreamed of that.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I know.
- 34:23Speaker 4: So many people, so many people go, especially women. They
- 34:26Speaker 4: feel like their main reason they're here is to be
- 34:30Speaker 4: a mom. So if that can't happen, I get why
- 34:33Speaker 4: you feel like there's a big part of you missing.
- 34:35Speaker 2: For sure, but you definitely can't You guys can't work
- 34:38Speaker 2: through this on your own. I would definitely seek professional
- 34:41Speaker 2: help do that.
- 34:42Speaker 8: Thank you, Thank you so much.
- 34:44Speaker 1: All good luck with everything and let us know what
- 34:47Speaker 1: happens and hang in there.
- 34:48Speaker 8: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Well I told you it's deep, Yeah, really deep. I know.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Hopefully they talk to someone.
- 34:56Speaker 5: Yeah, they need support.
- 34:57Speaker 4: That's why I love dirty little secret that you just
- 34:59Speaker 4: never know what you're gonna get. So but I just
- 35:01Speaker 4: feel her pain.
- 35:02Speaker 1: And I feel his pain. He's gonna get on the
- 35:04Speaker 1: phone yet, you know, all right, he's doing.
- 35:09Speaker 7: For Cannis Court. It gets settled here with Billy the
- 35:12Speaker 7: Kid in the morning.
- 35:13Speaker 4: All rise for the Honorable Judge Cannie Slow Paz in
- 35:17Speaker 4: the studio right now. I'm sorry on the bench. Yeah,
- 35:19Speaker 4: as we speak, it's mixed one or two point nine.
- 35:21Speaker 4: All right, Nidos Nidos Mystery Dumplings on the way. We'll
- 35:24Speaker 4: do it at eight thirty. We're doing it no matter what. Yeah,
- 35:27Speaker 4: we're doing, whether the request lines are working, whether I
- 35:29Speaker 4: have to do it by messenger pigeon, everybody wants these toys.
- 35:32Speaker 5: We'll do it.
- 35:33Speaker 4: We're doing tradio radio. Figure out something you want to trade?
- 35:35Speaker 4: Get ready, we gotta do it on Instagram. If I
- 35:37Speaker 4: gotta go live on the toll way in my underwear.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Okay, that's unnecessary. I didn't do that. Sorry, I didn't
- 35:43Speaker 1: even expect that. This is a court.
- 35:46Speaker 5: Okay, get all the line somewhere.
- 35:47Speaker 4: Yeah, you've got an issue at Candas on air, At
- 35:49Speaker 4: Candas on Air on Instagram.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 35:51Speaker 4: This year I volunteered to coach my son's youth soccer team,
- 35:54Speaker 4: and all season I've been careful not to show him
- 35:58Speaker 4: any favoritism. He's a solid player and usually starts, but
- 36:02Speaker 4: I've always made it a point to treat him like
- 36:05Speaker 4: any other kid. We just had a big playoff game
- 36:07Speaker 4: and it decided to bench him for most of it
- 36:09Speaker 4: because I didn't want anyone thinking I was giving him
- 36:12Speaker 4: special treatment. We ended up losing, and he played only
- 36:17Speaker 4: for a few minutes. I could tell he was upset.
- 36:20Speaker 4: But my wife is furious and says I overcorrected to
- 36:25Speaker 4: the point where I actually hurt our son just to
- 36:28Speaker 4: prove a point to other parents. I thought I was
- 36:31Speaker 4: doing the right thing by being extra fair, but now
- 36:34Speaker 4: I'm second guessing it. We're in a big fight about it.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Did I go too far? Question mark? Question mark? Question mark?
- 36:41Speaker 4: Ah ooh, okay, So he's the coach, which is never easy.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Yeah, when your kid plays.
- 36:48Speaker 4: That's why daddy ball they call it, because usually the
- 36:51Speaker 4: coach's kids sometimes.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Play a little too much.
- 36:54Speaker 4: In this case, he overcorrected and he benched his kid
- 36:59Speaker 4: because he's like, I want to show favoritism, so he
- 37:01Speaker 4: benched him, probably more than he should have.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Candice, what are your initial thoughts?
- 37:05Speaker 5: I mean, you mention him for most of a playoff game.
- 37:08Speaker 5: We let alone play for a few minutes. I don't
- 37:10Speaker 5: understand that. You know, now the kids upset, the wife's upset,
- 37:15Speaker 5: or how is everyone else feeling?
- 37:16Speaker 2: Because I just feel like there's fair, and then there's
- 37:19Speaker 2: extra fair. And why you be an extra fair during
- 37:23Speaker 2: a playoff game?
- 37:24Speaker 4: Well, you're worried about the way you look when all
- 37:26Speaker 4: you have to do is do the right thing right,
- 37:28Speaker 4: no matter how you look, meaning, play it like any
- 37:31Speaker 4: other normal game.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Right, play all the kids equally.
- 37:33Speaker 2: If you're always fair, Just continue to be equally as
- 37:36Speaker 2: fair as you always are.
- 37:37Speaker 4: Like you don't have to sit your son on the
- 37:39Speaker 4: bench for the entire game or extra just to prove
- 37:42Speaker 4: a point.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Play him as much as you usually do.
- 37:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:45Speaker 4: Wait, you know what if it's if it's little league
- 37:47Speaker 4: or whatever, pee wee play all the kids equally?
- 37:50Speaker 1: Yeah, you just rotate them.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Sure, I mean we're all here trying to learn and
- 37:54Speaker 2: play and be a team.
- 37:56Speaker 4: You do, I mean that's what like. Yeah, I coach
- 37:58Speaker 4: baseball back in the day, and that what you did.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Everybody got a fair turn. Oh you sit out this,
- 38:03Speaker 4: sitting next inning and you shut out.
- 38:06Speaker 1: No, and that's why y'all lose. No, man, I don't
- 38:09Speaker 1: want to.
- 38:10Speaker 4: You won championship when I coach, But go ahead, okay, listen.
- 38:14Speaker 3: The problem is nowadays this everybody gets a turn. That's
- 38:18Speaker 3: the problem with like sports, I don't. Like when I
- 38:21Speaker 3: was growing up, you and you play soccer, football, whatever.
- 38:23Speaker 3: They put the good people in because you want to win.
- 38:27Speaker 4: But we're talking pee wee understand that. But that's what
- 38:30Speaker 4: you mean to tell me in little league or whatever.
- 38:32Speaker 4: Let's say it's baseball, because I never really played soccer. Right,
- 38:35Speaker 4: Let's say it's baseball. So if the kid's not that good,
- 38:38Speaker 4: he should just ride the manch the entire time, not
- 38:40Speaker 4: just not necessarily ride the bench.
- 38:42Speaker 1: But that's what you're saying. But here's the deal.
- 38:45Speaker 3: When when you were first doing the like the pool
- 38:47Speaker 3: of getting your players, I pick out the ones I
- 38:50Speaker 3: know they're gonna do something.
- 38:51Speaker 1: On my team. I don't want to you don't coach.
- 38:54Speaker 1: I coached soccer one time.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, I played all the good kids there was
- 38:59Speaker 3: there was what a bat? Yeah, I ain't gonna lie
- 39:02Speaker 3: to you. It's not about listen. Nowadays everybody coddles these kids.
- 39:06Speaker 3: Everybody gets to turn a participation trophy. I want to win.
- 39:10Speaker 2: About well, we want to win too, but we want
- 39:12Speaker 2: our kid to learn and play and have a good time.
- 39:14Speaker 5: Like this is if he's a volunteer coach. It's not
- 39:17Speaker 5: that serious.
- 39:17Speaker 1: It's not that serious. I wouldn't I wouldn't have done that.
- 39:21Speaker 4: So let me say this, So if you're coaching soccer
- 39:24Speaker 4: and you know, let's say a little timmy who has
- 39:27Speaker 4: two left feet, you know you can barely run, you're
- 39:30Speaker 4: gonna he's gonna be on the bench the entire game.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Not the entire game, maybe like the last few minutes
- 39:35Speaker 3: after we after we done murdered that team. Yeah, then
- 39:38Speaker 3: I put a little team. It's a playoff game. I
- 39:40Speaker 3: want to win. Like even listen, listen, even choir dude nowadays? Yeah, yes,
- 39:47Speaker 3: because kids nowadays, everybody, everybody just participates.
- 39:52Speaker 1: What about choir? What's okay? So like.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Yeah, but I had the same argueing with my baby mama,
- 39:58Speaker 3: like car not open my son in choir because my
- 40:01Speaker 3: son really can't he really can't sing, Like why are
- 40:03Speaker 3: you in choir? Choir is for people who can sing?
- 40:08Speaker 3: Why why try out?
- 40:11Speaker 4: Because that's what being a kid is all about, talents.
- 40:14Speaker 4: But to me, there's kids that you want to try things,
- 40:17Speaker 4: you want to do things, you want to see what
- 40:18Speaker 4: you're passionate about, and that's the point. And if it's
- 40:21Speaker 4: not the best, then this is the time in life
- 40:23Speaker 4: you can mess up and go okay, if that wasn't
- 40:25Speaker 4: maybe my favorite thing. Or it's also a time where
- 40:27Speaker 4: he learns how to get better and can sing and
- 40:29Speaker 4: capitalize on his vocal talent. Where you can learn to sing.
- 40:33Speaker 3: Okay, how about learn to play before you try out?
- 40:36Speaker 3: No sports, that's a life lesson. Like if I'm good
- 40:42Speaker 3: at my job and you're not good at your job,
- 40:45Speaker 3: you ain't gonna get the same job.
- 40:46Speaker 1: You know what I mean. We're not talking about a job.
- 40:48Speaker 1: We're talking about kids learning sports.
- 40:49Speaker 3: I'm saying that that's how that reflects in the future.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Jeez, I'm real competitive.
- 40:55Speaker 4: I want to win, but I'm very competitive as well.
- 40:59Speaker 4: But when you're teaching kids, you're teaching it. Yeah, and
- 41:02Speaker 4: winning is a part of it, but it's not the
- 41:04Speaker 4: most important part at this age. Yeah right, I mean,
- 41:07Speaker 4: there's life skills that you're teaching these kids. It's about
- 41:10Speaker 4: learning how to work as a team.
- 41:11Speaker 2: If we just spent every bench, every kid who doesn't
- 41:14Speaker 2: have the quote unquote talent as a you know who
- 41:16Speaker 2: knows they're probably under ten. You're saying youth sports are
- 41:19Speaker 2: probably under ten. They're going to be bench their whole
- 41:20Speaker 2: life and never know what they can do.
- 41:22Speaker 4: You're gonna take this kid and it's little Timmy is
- 41:25Speaker 4: gonna hate soccer now because you don't put them in
- 41:27Speaker 4: until the last thirty seconds of the game.
- 41:29Speaker 3: Well, little Timmy can practice on his own while we're winning.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Oh but if I'm paying you to be on this team,
- 41:35Speaker 2: I need you to teach my kid. I need my
- 41:37Speaker 2: kid to have some experience versus riding the bench all
- 41:40Speaker 2: season because he's not good.
- 41:41Speaker 4: And maybe he does practice and he's just trying to ride,
- 41:43Speaker 4: but he's still come on.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean when my kids.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Listen, when my kids played football, sometimes they didn't get
- 41:49Speaker 3: they didn't get to start, but they went home to
- 41:52Speaker 3: practice or whatever. Then the coach played them at the
- 41:55Speaker 3: end of the game and I was like, well, coach,
- 41:57Speaker 3: what do we gotta do to you know, to start?
- 41:59Speaker 3: He was, I just need him to work on this, this,
- 42:01Speaker 3: this and that, and then guess what, he turned it around.
- 42:04Speaker 1: The next year he started. You see what I'm saying,
- 42:06Speaker 1: and we won. Now, Brendan is good. Yeah, I do see,
- 42:10Speaker 1: and that's important part of it.
- 42:12Speaker 4: But until the meantime, did you expect him to play
- 42:15Speaker 4: when he wasn't quote unquote good.
- 42:16Speaker 1: No, you didn't expect him to play. No, I don't
- 42:19Speaker 1: get I don't I don't deal with that. So his
- 42:22Speaker 1: mom was like, that's not fair.
- 42:24Speaker 3: I'm like, no, he needs to work at his craft,
- 42:26Speaker 3: get back there, come back next year.
- 42:27Speaker 1: It's not the NFL. To me, it is No. I'm sorry.
- 42:32Speaker 2: I'm just like that coordinating youth sports for so many reasons,
- 42:37Speaker 2: not just this.
- 42:37Speaker 1: But letting everybody get a turn. Okay, they're little, well
- 42:41Speaker 1: they're little.
- 42:42Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, we're not gonna agree. It doesn't matter
- 42:44Speaker 4: what we think. Candas Court, you're you're the judge. Yeah,
- 42:47Speaker 4: you're the only sane one in this room.
- 42:49Speaker 2: That's a totally different topic than we're talking about this
- 42:51Speaker 2: Candis Court. But for for this case, look, I think
- 42:54Speaker 2: this guy was guilty of being a sideline.
- 42:56Speaker 5: Sam.
- 42:58Speaker 2: It can't It's not fair to let your kids only
- 43:00Speaker 2: play a few minutes. Don't be extra fair. Just be
- 43:03Speaker 2: as fair as you've been all season. You sound like
- 43:05Speaker 2: a reasonable person, and I respect that you're trying to
- 43:07Speaker 2: be fair and make an impression on the other parents.
- 43:10Speaker 5: So let them know that everybody's gonna get to play.
- 43:12Speaker 2: But we lost because of you know, you're being an
- 43:14Speaker 2: extra fair I would agree.
- 43:16Speaker 4: All right, he's guilty of being ads Sideline Sam Benjamin Billy,
- 43:20Speaker 4: That's okay.
- 43:21Speaker 7: It's Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 43:24Speaker 7: in the.
- 43:24Speaker 6: Morning only on the New Mix one O two point nine.
- 43:28Speaker 4: I got a lot going on this morning at Nidos
- 43:30Speaker 4: and Mystery Dumplings. Everybody wants those. We're doing them an
- 43:33Speaker 4: eight thirty no matter what. Ty Yeah, we're gonna do
- 43:35Speaker 4: a little tradio radio either way, that don't happen eight
- 43:37Speaker 4: to thirty. Everybody wants these toys. People stand in line
- 43:39Speaker 4: for hours. We're doing this all week long, So hook
- 43:42Speaker 4: that up, Candice Lopez.
- 43:44Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 43:44Speaker 2: Well, forty ID is part of a multi agency investigation
- 43:48Speaker 2: stemming from misconduct allegation. So this is happening at Crosby
- 43:52Speaker 2: Elementary School. The principal, a teacher, and a number of teachers'
- 43:56Speaker 2: aides were.
- 43:57Speaker 5: Let go and will not be returning.
- 43:59Speaker 2: So is saying that the teacher in question was hired
- 44:02Speaker 2: back in October under a name with a clean background check,
- 44:06Speaker 2: but they later learned that he had legally changed his
- 44:08Speaker 2: name before being hired by forty ISD. He was facing
- 44:12Speaker 2: charges under that previous name. Now he was acquitted of
- 44:16Speaker 2: those charges in that case, but one parent is saying
- 44:19Speaker 2: that that's because the child involved was nonverbal and that
- 44:22Speaker 2: family later moved away had never testified. But this is
- 44:26Speaker 2: all under investigation by forty police, CPS and the state.
- 44:30Speaker 2: They haven't released specific details, but families involved have been
- 44:34Speaker 2: contacted directly. But I'm hearing that it could be up
- 44:37Speaker 2: to nine students that were involved. I believe this was
- 44:41Speaker 2: a first grade special ed teacher. There were aids and
- 44:44Speaker 2: other staff who possibly witnessed the misconduct. It didn't report
- 44:48Speaker 2: it immediately and that's why they were removed over the weekend. Yeah,
- 44:53Speaker 2: just a developing story there, but it's just really disheartening,
- 44:56Speaker 2: really infuriating for parents and families.
- 44:58Speaker 4: Of course, but we don't know what the misconduct was
- 45:00Speaker 4: just yet, right, all right, Well, you know what, you
- 45:03Speaker 4: deserve a special place, you know where if you mess
- 45:05Speaker 4: with kids.
- 45:06Speaker 2: Yeah, one hundred percent. We got to protect our kids.
- 45:08Speaker 2: So I'll keep you posted on any developments. Also, Spirit
- 45:12Speaker 2: Airlines shut down services Saturday morning at abruptly canceled service.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Seventeen one thousand workers did lose their jobs. That's unfortunate,
- 45:21Speaker 2: but people are left stranded, you know, book these flights
- 45:23Speaker 2: and then suddenly the airline doesn't exist.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Happened to my.
- 45:26Speaker 4: Friend literally in New Orleans, first time he's ever booked,
- 45:29Speaker 4: ever booked Spirit because our other friend was like, do
- 45:32Speaker 4: it never let me down, which he's a liar because
- 45:34Speaker 4: it's let me down and do it let me down? Yeah,
- 45:37Speaker 4: he's in New Orleans. All of a sudden, he gets
- 45:38Speaker 4: a little on message like, oh, by the way, we're
- 45:40Speaker 4: out of business.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Good luck at home, right, that's awful.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, and I do feel bad for everyone
- 45:45Speaker 4: losing their jobs, but I'm sorry, I don't care if
- 45:48Speaker 4: they've never had a crash.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Somebody said, well they've never had a crash, Okay, we shouldn't.
- 45:52Speaker 4: I'm sure.
- 45:53Speaker 5: Yeah, that should be for all airlines they.
- 45:55Speaker 4: I had the worst experience on Spirit ever, I mean
- 45:58Speaker 4: the worst. The person to talk to me like I
- 46:00Speaker 4: was an idiot. Oh, it's the rude I mean rude. Yeah,
- 46:05Speaker 4: so you know, listen, I mean there's a reason you
- 46:10Speaker 4: can get sixty dollars flights. Yeah, and it's not paying
- 46:13Speaker 4: off and the model's not working.
- 46:15Speaker 5: Yeah, definitely not. I mean.
- 46:16Speaker 2: As of May twenty twenty four, they operated just over
- 46:19Speaker 2: three percent of domestic flights, and this month that number
- 46:22Speaker 2: could be as low as one percent, and now obviously
- 46:25Speaker 2: zero zero. Yeah, there's this whole movement online though, for
- 46:28Speaker 2: Americans to buy the airline.
- 46:30Speaker 5: Did you see this?
- 46:31Speaker 2: Let's buy Spirit air dot com. They're saying the website, right,
- 46:36Speaker 2: the website crashed because so many people were on there.
- 46:38Speaker 5: So pledges are down at the moment.
- 46:40Speaker 2: But they say there's been eighty eight million dollars pledged already, which.
- 46:44Speaker 5: I'm find hard to believe.
- 46:45Speaker 4: Wait, they's do that with something that really matters, like right,
- 46:48Speaker 4: world of hunger. Hunger here, homelessness or veterans, not Spirit Airlines.
- 46:53Speaker 4: Like I said, I feel bad for anyone who lost
- 46:55Speaker 4: their job.
- 46:55Speaker 1: I really do.
- 46:56Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah I did too.
- 46:57Speaker 7: What.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's nice to see the other airlines up to
- 47:00Speaker 2: and you know, offering to help.
- 47:02Speaker 5: So uh yeah, don't see that coming back. But you know,
- 47:05Speaker 5: stranger things have happened real quick, guys.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Tonight is the met Gala. It happens the first Monday
- 47:10Speaker 2: in May every year at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
- 47:14Speaker 2: The theme this year is Costume Art. The dress code
- 47:17Speaker 2: is Fashion is Art.
- 47:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Co chairs this year Beyonce Nicole Kidman, Anna Wintour, and
- 47:23Speaker 2: Venus william So this is really a high profile fundraiser
- 47:26Speaker 2: slash fashion show. The red carpet is going to be
- 47:30Speaker 2: stacked though, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Mary Kate, Nashley Olsen,
- 47:34Speaker 2: some of the cast members of K Pop Demon Hunters
- 47:37Speaker 2: are expected to be on that carpet, as well as
- 47:39Speaker 2: Harry Styles.
- 47:39Speaker 5: And Zoe Kravitt.
- 47:40Speaker 4: It's just Halloween for rich people. Yeah, it's Halloween for
- 47:45Speaker 4: rich people. I'm not gonna get negative on it because
- 47:47Speaker 4: somebody was like, Billy's stop being grumpy today.
- 47:49Speaker 5: Yeah, they ma's a lot of money for that's.
- 47:51Speaker 4: All the matters. They're raising money for charity. But it's
- 47:53Speaker 4: just rich people dressing up and doing rich people things.
- 47:56Speaker 5: So you're not going to be watching the live stream tonight.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Let me tell you something.
- 47:59Speaker 4: I'd rather pooh take a bubble bath. Oh wait, okay, okay, maybe.
- 48:05Speaker 5: Not that's going on tonight.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I can tell you the bubble bath.
- 48:10Speaker 2: No, I don't know anything about who's bathing schedules.
- 48:15Speaker 4: I don't think he takes bath showers, holy showers, only
- 48:18Speaker 4: showers only.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you never take a nice bath. No, I don't
- 48:21Speaker 1: like beads at all.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Okay, all right, glad we learned that today. Yeah, I'm
- 48:27Speaker 2: Candle Slopez. Those are your Texas tob stories on Good Morning.
- 48:30Speaker 4: It's bailing a kid. Canda Slopez is to your producer,
- 48:33Speaker 4: Pooh is here, Mundane is Mondane hard. Monday is very
- 48:39Speaker 4: Mondayish because what we've been so excited to give away
- 48:42Speaker 4: these needles and mystery dumplings, so excited. Thank you to
- 48:45Speaker 4: our boy Danny Uh from claus Aia, which he's just
- 48:49Speaker 4: been awesome to us everything that's hot.
- 48:50Speaker 1: It's like, hey, we need some boo boos. Let's hook
- 48:53Speaker 1: you up. We need some needles.
- 48:54Speaker 4: People are waiting in our long lines, I mean hours
- 48:57Speaker 4: an hour, spending hundreds of dollars on these toys because
- 49:00Speaker 4: the kids want them, you know, and the things you
- 49:02Speaker 4: do for your kids, right, So we're gonna get them away.
- 49:04Speaker 4: So we're doing tradio radio, right, We're gonna see what
- 49:07Speaker 4: we can get for a nido or a mystery dumpling,
- 49:10Speaker 4: a little tradio radio so you can trade us anything
- 49:12Speaker 4: you want, right, anything. Last time we did this, we
- 49:16Speaker 4: did it for concert tickets and guess what we got.
- 49:17Speaker 1: We got a live. Goat.
- 49:20Speaker 4: I've been so excited all weekend. I can't wait to
- 49:23Speaker 4: do this. We get in here today and the request
- 49:25Speaker 4: lines aren't working.
- 49:26Speaker 8: Yeah, how do we.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Have an update?
- 49:28Speaker 4: Pooh? Like, let's go to our correspondent. Pooh, correspondent, Pooh,
- 49:32Speaker 4: what's it look like?
- 49:33Speaker 1: That is still on it? He said, he's just Brad,
- 49:37Speaker 1: that's the ITU tech guy. Oh it is? Yeah? Oh
- 49:40Speaker 1: thanks you Brad.
- 49:41Speaker 3: Yeah, he remotely logged in. He's trying to figure out
- 49:45Speaker 3: why they're still a delay.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Going back to here, so pooh, are they working? No?
- 49:49Speaker 1: Not yet.
- 49:49Speaker 4: So the one time I need the request lines to
- 49:51Speaker 4: work there, I think you.
- 49:52Speaker 2: Can call because people are calling, right, it's just we
- 49:54Speaker 2: can't hear Yeah, people.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Right right, exactly answer and I can. I heard him,
- 50:00Speaker 1: and then I didn't hear them again.
- 50:04Speaker 5: Can you hear me? Now?
- 50:05Speaker 1: I'm trying not to get frustrated.
- 50:07Speaker 4: Yeah, but our request lines are working about as good
- 50:10Speaker 4: as Spirit airlines. I think actually Spirit runs our it department.
- 50:16Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 50:18Speaker 4: I'm trying not to be frustrated. I'm really trying not to.
- 50:22Speaker 4: We do a live show that we put a lot into. Yeah,
- 50:24Speaker 4: how the one time everything has worked for months nothing's
- 50:29Speaker 4: the one day. I'm like, this is it. We're gonna
- 50:31Speaker 4: do tradio radio. Not one line is working? You want?
- 50:35Speaker 1: Should I give out whose cell phone number?
- 50:39Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 50:40Speaker 1: All right, So this is what we're gonna do. You
- 50:41Speaker 1: know what I could see here?
- 50:42Speaker 4: I could complain all day, but the bottom line is
- 50:45Speaker 4: it's not gonna fix anything.
- 50:46Speaker 5: There's a human in the next room, thought news. Yeah
- 50:49Speaker 5: you're a remote worker.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Oh yeah, somebody just walked in. Okay, awesome, perfect, that's
- 50:54Speaker 1: a good sign for humans here. But we're not done.
- 50:57Speaker 1: This is what we're gonna do on Instagram.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Go to Mix one O two NINEFM at Mix one
- 51:01Speaker 4: O two NINEFM on Instagram. We're gonna post something right now.
- 51:05Speaker 4: Why don't you just tell us? People are already starting
- 51:07Speaker 4: to DMI.
- 51:08Speaker 5: Yeah, James just hit me up.
- 51:09Speaker 1: What's James willing to trade?
- 51:11Speaker 5: Yeah? He says, I need one of those needs.
- 51:12Speaker 2: I'll trade a Texas Rangers replica Championship ring.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Whoa, that's cool? Well, like mark it down, mark it down.
- 51:21Speaker 4: Texas Rangers Replica Championship ring.
- 51:24Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, I like that.
- 51:26Speaker 1: So should that be in the lead right now? Oh?
- 51:27Speaker 5: Okay, take it to the game this weekend.
- 51:29Speaker 4: I'm checking the Instagram right now. Maria and forty said,
- 51:32Speaker 4: forget a goat. I actually have a cappy barra.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Whoa, no way, hell a cappy?
- 51:40Speaker 5: What does he do?
- 51:41Speaker 1: This is a bit my son, remember?
- 51:43Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, all right, that's a live animal.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Mark that down.
- 51:49Speaker 4: That's for anido at Mix one O two nine FM.
- 51:52Speaker 4: At Mix one O two nine FM. What else do
- 51:54Speaker 4: we got?
- 51:54Speaker 1: What do we need?
- 51:55Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a good question.
- 51:57Speaker 2: Well, I said, maybe you know, we should take up
- 51:58Speaker 2: a new you know, hobby like golf.
- 52:01Speaker 5: Maybe we could do some golf clubs. Okay, a golf
- 52:04Speaker 5: cart would be nice.
- 52:06Speaker 1: Coming in right now at Mix nine FM.
- 52:08Speaker 4: At Mix one nine FM, I did get one for
- 52:11Speaker 4: I have a big wheel. Somebody said they have a
- 52:13Speaker 4: big wheel. Oh that's interesting. I like the idea of
- 52:17Speaker 4: a big wheel.
- 52:18Speaker 5: What is that?
- 52:19Speaker 1: We have a big wheel. We have three wheel bikes,
- 52:22Speaker 1: you know. Oh okay, what do we really need? Can this?
- 52:25Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 52:25Speaker 2: Well we mentioned on Instagram over the weekend, maybe like
- 52:28Speaker 2: an above ground pool, we could have a pool party.
- 52:30Speaker 5: Out front the radio station.
- 52:32Speaker 6: No.
- 52:33Speaker 4: Rachel in four Worth says, I will trade you an
- 52:36Speaker 4: hour and a half long massage.
- 52:38Speaker 2: Whoa, that's nice.
- 52:41Speaker 5: Like for each of us.
- 52:42Speaker 1: Oh, let me ask.
- 52:42Speaker 5: You have to split it?
- 52:43Speaker 4: An hour and a half long massage? Is that for
- 52:46Speaker 4: all three of us? Or do we have to share?
- 52:48Speaker 4: That would be about thirty minutes. You know what, I
- 52:51Speaker 4: don't like massages. I hate massages.
- 52:53Speaker 5: Your thirty minutes?
- 52:54Speaker 1: Do you want my thirty minutes?
- 52:55Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 52:56Speaker 5: Give me your thirty minutes.
- 52:57Speaker 1: But what do I get out of this?
- 52:59Speaker 5: You get to I don't know. You get to be
- 53:01Speaker 5: how quiet time by yourself in the other room.
- 53:04Speaker 1: I think I'd rather have a copy bar. All right,
- 53:08Speaker 1: thank you.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Rachel wants to trade her Stanley Stanley.
- 53:12Speaker 4: Yes, we have fourteen of them over here. Ay, Kennas
- 53:16Speaker 4: has thirteen Stanley's. Yeah, okay, oh, okay, I don't. Renee
- 53:23Speaker 4: said she would trade fresh homemade to Molly's. Okay, girl,
- 53:28Speaker 4: Oh like that, hold up fresh homemade to Molly's. It
- 53:33Speaker 4: depends on where can we get him, Like, let me see,
- 53:36Speaker 4: let me see where she's from, because I don't trust
- 53:38Speaker 4: everybody's cooking. Hold on, let me type back. Do you
- 53:40Speaker 4: have cats?
- 53:41Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 53:41Speaker 4: Because pots cats, I'm not eating. Do you have cats
- 53:45Speaker 4: to Molly's for sure? No, she's typing dots. No she
- 53:49Speaker 4: does not have cats.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Okay, okay. Oh and she's from Grand Prairie, oh GP.
- 53:55Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, ladies, that's what we got so far. At
- 54:00Speaker 4: Mix one O two nine FM, we're doing tradio radio
- 54:02Speaker 4: our way online.
- 54:04Speaker 1: Can you got something else coming in?
- 54:06Speaker 2: Yeah, they're coming in the other account. This person said,
- 54:09Speaker 2: I can trade a brand new kids bike.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I don't want to teach you, James, Yeah,
- 54:14Speaker 1: I know.
- 54:14Speaker 5: This person said, I'll give you my house. Matthew, What
- 54:17Speaker 5: are you doing, Matthew?
- 54:18Speaker 1: What kind of house?
- 54:19Speaker 5: Yeah, let's see what town you're in for sure.
- 54:23Speaker 4: Okay, well, either way, keep them coming. At Mix one
- 54:25Speaker 4: of two nine FM, we're getting some good stuff.
- 54:28Speaker 1: This is gonna be good. We're not done. Keep them coming.
- 54:30Speaker 4: Tradio radio is on for these needles and mystery dumplings.
- 54:34Speaker 4: The Bail of the Kid. Candice Lopez is your producer.
- 54:36Speaker 4: Pooh is here. We are giving away needos and mystery
- 54:39Speaker 4: dumplings doing tradio radio. But of course none of the
- 54:42Speaker 4: request lines are working on the one day where we
- 54:44Speaker 4: need them to work, because Pooh's in charge of the
- 54:47Speaker 4: request lines. Literally since five thirty am. Yeah, we've been
- 54:52Speaker 4: trying to get the request lines to work and we
- 54:54Speaker 4: don't know what's going on, so but we're not We're
- 54:57Speaker 4: not stopping. No, We're giving these away no matter what
- 54:59Speaker 4: before the end of the show. We've just had to pivot,
- 55:01Speaker 4: as they would say in corporate America, We've had to pivot.
- 55:05Speaker 1: We'll circle back. Tradio Radio.
- 55:08Speaker 4: What would you trade us for these needles and these
- 55:10Speaker 4: mystery dumplings that everybody wants? Tradio Radio is on and
- 55:13Speaker 4: some good ones coming in at Mikes one of two
- 55:15Speaker 4: nine FM on Instagram at makes one of two nine FM.
- 55:18Speaker 4: You know what, somebody could probably win if they trade me,
- 55:20Speaker 4: because I would be heavily influenced in a bottle of
- 55:22Speaker 4: tequila right now because I'm telling you what I needed
- 55:26Speaker 4: after today. Oh I think Pooh needs it too, Yes, I.
- 55:30Speaker 5: Do, I need it too. Just pass it over.
- 55:33Speaker 4: Jannis one is coming in because we've had it so far.
- 55:35Speaker 4: What are those things called a Kathy Barra?
- 55:37Speaker 5: A Kathy Barra?
- 55:38Speaker 4: Somebody wants to trade us that? Yeah, I don't know
- 55:40Speaker 4: if I can do any more live animals. We got
- 55:42Speaker 4: to goat last time.
- 55:43Speaker 5: Well, iron Sis.
- 55:43Speaker 2: She has a chicken so we can have fresh eggs
- 55:45Speaker 2: every day for the hard little breakfast that you guys
- 55:48Speaker 2: can't stand the smell of.
- 55:49Speaker 1: Well, you know what a chicken.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I don't know what's a strong contender. I've wanted a
- 55:52Speaker 2: chicken for a long time.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Can I have a pet chicken? And Carrollton?
- 55:56Speaker 5: I mean no, but just do it.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, who's going to keep the chicken?
- 55:59Speaker 5: Yeah, well you keep the chicken? Yeah.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Who lives in an apartment?
- 56:03Speaker 4: So that's Oh, the chicken might be a finalist so far.
- 56:07Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean. Kevin says he'll put gas in our
- 56:09Speaker 5: cars for us.
- 56:11Speaker 1: Oh wow, Kevin, Yeah, that's good. Seven hundred dollars.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah, planning offers for people to cook for us
- 56:16Speaker 2: for a Nonda says she will make Brazilian food.
- 56:19Speaker 5: We got an offer for someone to make.
- 56:20Speaker 2: Gumbo for us. Okay, to trade their kids.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Somebody offered to trade their kids.
- 56:26Speaker 5: But then you don't need the need if your kid.
- 56:28Speaker 1: If you trade your kid, then what do yeah, what
- 56:30Speaker 1: do you need the needle for?
- 56:31Speaker 5: Unless they're just going to do chores housework for us?
- 56:34Speaker 1: Okay, anything else that we got.
- 56:36Speaker 2: Cassandra has a power tool that accidentally got delivered to
- 56:38Speaker 2: her house.
- 56:39Speaker 5: She says it's pretty expensive. Apparently she doesn't know what
- 56:42Speaker 5: it is.
- 56:42Speaker 2: A power Yeah, a mystery power tool for a mystery dumpling.
- 56:47Speaker 1: That might be a good See. I do like a
- 56:49Speaker 1: good mystery box.
- 56:50Speaker 4: And sure you know we have to guess what's in there,
- 56:52Speaker 4: and it's a mystery for us. That's good, Okay, a
- 56:55Speaker 4: mystery power tool. Well, she's not going to send it back,
- 56:58Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 56:59Speaker 1: Oh she's a lawless.
- 57:00Speaker 5: She's waiting to see if we want it before she
- 57:02Speaker 5: sends it back. But I didn't see anything. Nothing to
- 57:05Speaker 5: see here.
- 57:05Speaker 4: Don't know what it is though. Yeah, all right, we're
- 57:07Speaker 4: gonna pick somebody, but for the show at makes one
- 57:09Speaker 4: of two nine FM at Mikes one of two nine FM.
- 57:12Speaker 4: I'm trying to think about something that would really get
- 57:14Speaker 4: us right because the chicken is good.
- 57:17Speaker 1: I think the chicken so far is in the lead.
- 57:18Speaker 2: That's the most useful option for us right now because
- 57:21Speaker 2: we do eat a lot of hardbuled eggs.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Because we don't need it. We don't need expensive, we
- 57:25Speaker 1: need interesting.
- 57:26Speaker 5: Unique, we need unique, We need something.
- 57:29Speaker 4: Functional, something different that would make for good content moving forward,

- 1:00:01Speaker 2: They will continue in Addison and University Park. So you know,
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: Plano announced their intention to leave this alliance, saying it's
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: tax contributions weren't worth the benefits to residents. Will Plano,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: Farmers Branch and Irving initially had those elections planned, but
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: canceled them after renegotiating their agreements. Highland Park, though voting
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: not to continue. So buses will stop operating through Highland Park.

- 1:00:28Speaker 2: stop in Highland Park.
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: Kale.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: It's kind of like me, Yeah, you can go through,
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: but you can't stop because if you're not just rich enough,
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: you actually get kicked out immediately.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: This is expected to take effect May fifteenth, And if
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: you haven't heard about this, McDonald's is quietly getting rid
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: of their self serve soda fountains. So their plan is
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: to completely get rid of these by twenty thirty two.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: That would mean that they are only behind the counter.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: So they're saying this will help modernize restaurants, reduce maintenance
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: and labor demands, and really, you know, help them adapt
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: to the demand for drive through delivery.
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: And takeout, which is you know a lot of people
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: these days.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: I mean, you're trying to make everything automated, but then
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: I have to give my cup to an employee right
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: to go fill it up.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: That's so confusing because we only have the kiosks at
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: the one by my house, Like to get a human
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: there at the counter, is it takes a while?
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: You got to hit the bell, yeah, yell to get
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: a human and then I got to get a refill
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: that we just leave the.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Machines out right.
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: They say this would give them more control of proportion sizes,
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: cleanliness and inventory and you know, stop people from taking
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: their water cup and putting soda in it.
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: Did you see what the New Zealand McDonald's is doing. No,
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: they're coming out with a mc mullet cheeseburger.
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: What is that?
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: I'm not this not a joke.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: The mcmullet cheeseburger, one slice of cheese hangs off in
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: the back, no to where it looks like a mullet,
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: and they're really doing it to just cause a little
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: social viral moment. Okay, where the cheeseburger has a mullet. Okay, yeah,
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: well bring that to mesquite.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Make your own, yeah for sure, real quick, guys. Post
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Malone canceled the start of his upcoming tour six shows
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: we're part of this, including his shows here in Texas.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: That tour is now going to kick off June twelfth
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: in Indianapolis. So he's saying he needs more time to
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: finish his double album before this tour starts. You know,
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: a lot of people have been saying this could have
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: something to do with low ticket sales.
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: Which we've been hearing for weeks. Half these stadiums, you know,
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: are not sold yet.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: I know see people online going, oh, it's low ticket
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: sales and kind of making fun of him. I'm like, well,
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: even if it is, it's not his fault. No, if anything,
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: it's like, well, people don't have disposable income right now
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: when gas is seventeen dollars a.
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: Gallon Yeah, we're about to hit a record.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: And I'm not gonna go all the way to Waco
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: and spend all this money to go see him. Right,
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: it's tough right now for people to just throw away.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: And concerts are expensive, they.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: Are, some of these shows.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: We're even offering discounted tickets recently. But he says, you know,
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: he promised the new music, doesn't have time to finish it,
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: so he's just not ready to tour. So we'll push
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: it back three weeks. That'll help get the music done.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: So I'm looking forward to the new music either.
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: Way, I know.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: And when you're an artist, you don't want to go
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: from stadium to arenas. But to me, there's nothing wrong
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: with that.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: No, I'd be happy with it.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: Do it arena showing, dickies, do it, American Airlines one hundred,
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: do both.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: I'd go, Yes, I would too.
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: All right, I'm Canaslopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: I need a drink, right, is that my dirty little Secret?
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I'm drinking right now? Just kidding.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: Let's not do that, all right, Dirty Little Secret eight
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: three three seven eight seven one o two nine. Usually
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: you can call us where they're working on the request
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: lines right now or Instagram. Either way, tell us your secret.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: Go ahead and confess.
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: I do. I've been going back and forth on calling
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: you guys, but I really don't have anyone to talk
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: to about this.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: So well, that's what we're here for, where it's a
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: non judgment zone. What is going on in your world?
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: Well, I've been married, and we've only been married a
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: couple of years, so it's still pretty new. And from
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: the beginning of we both wanted the same thing, like
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: a family with kids, you know, a big house full
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: of noise, and that was always a part of the
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: plan for both of us. And because it hadn't worked
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: out that way, we've been trying and trying and trying,
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: and nothing has happened. And at first I thought it
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: was me, so I got tested and I went through
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: all the emotions, like something's wrong with my body. I'm
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: like broken, I'm something's not happening right, And then we
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: found out it's not me. It's him. Oh okay, And
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: I don't even think he realizes how much that changed
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: everything for me. And I tried to be supportive and
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: I love him. I love him so much, and he's
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: a good man, he's a good husband, and it's not
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: his fault. But I feel like, ever since I found out,
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: like there's this big weight on me and I can't
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: shake it. And I've always pictured myself as a mom.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: I've always wanted kids. I wanted that life with my
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: husband and to have my kids in my house, and
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: so it's just like, can't happen now.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: I know it's a lot of emotions, but and I'm
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: not saying this is the same, but I know there's
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: other you know, there's adoption, there's other things that you
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: could do.
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: My friends, yes, I mean we've discussed adoption. I'm not
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: against it.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: But if I'm being completely honest, I don't know if
- 1:05:20Speaker 8: I'll feel the same way. Yeah, And I feel awful
- 1:05:23Speaker 8: saying that, but that's how I feel, and I can't
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: deny that I feel that way. And this is a
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: part of like what makes me feel like I might
- 1:05:31Speaker 8: be the worst wife in the world or worst person
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: in the world. And I just know that I know
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: myself and i'd be lying if if, like if I
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: say this is okay, because like I said, this has
- 1:05:42Speaker 8: always been my dream, and I have thought about leaving him. Oh,
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: and I haven't said it, and I haven't even come
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: close because I love him and it's like, not his fault,
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: but it's it's crossed my mind that maybe I should
- 1:05:57Speaker 8: move on.
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: But I'm like, hold on, you're thinking about actually leap, okay,
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: and I'm not.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: It's a non judgment zone. You're thinking about leaving him
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: over this.
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: Well, I do want to have kids of my own,
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: and I don't know what else to do because I
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: do love him and I love the life that we're
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: building together, but it's not working out, and I just
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: feel like it's flipping away what I wanted.
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: I mean, is it not working out? Or is this
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: the plan? The bigger plan that you know? Sometimes you
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: just can't control these things. And obviously it's not his fault.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: I can't tell you what's right or wrong. There's a
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: difference between going, oh, you know what, I can't. I
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: can't say this has never crossed my mind and I'm
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: actually going to do this. Yeah, there's two different things. So,
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: I mean, I guess it just depends on you if
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: you love them. I just feel like there's no way
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: you can leave.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: Them over this.
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: I don't feel like I can leave him either. But
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: I'm just like hurting myself, and I'm like, how do
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: I agree without hurting him? So I'm keeping everything to myself.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Have you two talked about it?
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: Maybe possibly doing counseling or something like that together, because
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: this is a big deal.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't hold it inside, but also sharing that
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: with him is going to just.
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: Break his heart even worse.
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: Yeah, I guess we will have to go to counseling
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: because I don't know what to do from here, because
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: I'm just questioning everything and feeling like a terrible.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: Person because think about it.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: You le Let's say you know you've thought about it,
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: you leave him, you get with somebody else, you have kids,
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: you think years down the road, you're not going to
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: look back and go. I mean, yeah, I'm glad i'm
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: a mom, but I can't believe I left a man
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: that I love right and love because of something that
- 1:07:36Speaker 4: he can't control.
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: If this were switched around and it was a man
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: calling up and saying I'm leaving my wife because she
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: can't have kids, I think people would be in an
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: uproar and everybody feels different now that you're saying it right,
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: And I don't think you're a bad person. I'm just
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: saying I would really talk to somebody before you let
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: that thought get out of control or take over.
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: Your monment, the process, you'r how you're feeling before you
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: just jump and make some type of decision that you
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: can't turn back.
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: You know, through all this too, Yeah, he probably feels
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: so guilty and evasculated, like you know.
- 1:08:11Speaker 8: It's just horrible. I wish that things were different, but
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: they're not. So I have to just face what we
- 1:08:16Speaker 8: have going on well.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: And some people would be you know, take the route
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: of this just wasn't meant to be.
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: It wasn't meant for me to have kids.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: It's a tough pill to swallow, it is when you've
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: dreamed of that.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I know so.
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: Many people, so many people go, especially women, They feel
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: like their main reason they're here is to be a mom.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: So if that can't happen, I get why you feel
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: like there's a big part of you.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: Missing for sure, but you definitely can't. You guys can't
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: work through this on your own. I would definitely seek
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: professional help do that.
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: Thank you, Thank you so much.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: All good luck with everything and let us know what
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: happens and hang in there.
- 1:08:56Speaker 8: Okay, okay, thank you so much.

- 1:09:14Speaker 5: As I don't know what option she's explored or has it.

- 1:10:28Speaker 4: long lines for paying hundreds of dollars for.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: See, this is a good one. A Heidi set a
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Pokemon collection.
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: Oh that might be worth money exactly.
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: Oh, David said, golf lessons. That's been on the list
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: of making it to the finals. Chrissy said, two pet ducks.
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: Say you wanted a dock?
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: No, I don't know if I can handle two pet ducks.
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: Kevin said, okay, now this is interesting. Kevin said, a
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: care bear fuggler, which I don't know what that is?
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: Can I say fuggler on the radio?
- 1:10:57Speaker 5: I think so?
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: All right? And a box of Tony clippings.
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: Oo our pass, I take the care bar instead.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Carmen said a VHS player.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Oh, we could watch your old home videos when you
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: were little.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: That's a good one too.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: But you know what, I think we've come to a
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: conclusion of who's gonna win today?
- 1:11:17Speaker 5: Yeah, I think we have.
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: Should we announce who will win the Nido for today?
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: The winner for Monday is? Can I get a drum roll?
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Please? Can't just go ahead?
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: Iris? We want your chicken.
- 1:11:35Speaker 4: Now we have a showed chicken. Thank you to Iris.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: In Joshua, she said, you know what, Cannie needs some
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: more eggs.
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: Yeah, hard boiled eggs.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: On the daily sheats hard boiled eggs every single day,
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: sometimes seven to eight eggs a day and we couldn't
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: turn it down. We could not turn the chicken down.
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: So now you have to go to Joshua and get
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: your chicken.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: Okay, she's send me pictures of them, so I guess
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: I get to take my pick. They're cute, Okay, So
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: there's a little goat there hanging out with them.
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: All.
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: These are happy chickens, all right.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: Happy chickens, happy eggs. Yeah, so thank you and congrats
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: to Iris. That's a big deal. I will say this, though,
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: I think we're done.
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: With live analysts probably.
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: So we have a goat, we have a chicken. I
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: think that's all we can handle.
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean eggs, what beats that?
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: God, I do want it. I did want the ducks,
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: though I don't know if I could turn the ducks down.
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: They're still in the running.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: Yeah, but what am I going to do with two ducks.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Well, that's a commitment. They need each other to be friends.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: I know I can't break them up, right, all right,
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: either way, we'll do it again tomorrow morning, eight thirty.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: But congratulations to Iris.
