- 0:08Speaker 1: Scrible advice. Shoot. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your house, drump Shooter, and it's Monday, which means
- 0:19Speaker 1: our dear friend Garrett Vogel joints as Hey, Garrett, are
- 0:22Speaker 1: you there, rob Shooter. It's not just the Monday Show,
- 0:25Speaker 1: it's the Halloween Special. I mean Kelly and Ryan dress up.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I mean the Today Show dresses up? You and I
- 0:32Speaker 1: dressing up? I mean you look today? What are you?
- 0:36Speaker 1: Who are you wearing? Who are you look like? Buffalo
- 0:40Speaker 1: Bill today from summer? I'm just very good T shirt
- 0:44Speaker 1: and I'm in my closet. But i am on TV
- 0:46Speaker 1: in a little bit, but I'm not in studio. I'm
- 0:49Speaker 1: zooming in. So I thought about it, Garrett, Is it
- 0:51Speaker 1: too much if I zoom in in full Halloween drag?
- 0:56Speaker 1: Or what do you think tis the season? I mean,
- 0:58Speaker 1: it's like doing an interview and Christmas and not wearing
- 1:01Speaker 1: a bonnet, and I don't know. It's quite a serious
- 1:06Speaker 1: topic though, too. I'm talking about Kanye West, and I
- 1:08Speaker 1: don't want to look like little go Peep and talking
- 1:10Speaker 1: about that would be perfect you you dressed up as
- 1:14Speaker 1: ball Peep talking about Kanye and and the craziness that
- 1:17Speaker 1: is his life. Would just I mean that that that
- 1:20Speaker 1: sums up Kanye and it's crazy. It's crazy. I'll let
- 1:23Speaker 1: you know tomorrow if I do it. Hey, let's jump
- 1:25Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it, my friends? It
- 1:27Speaker 1: is tea times. A big story at the top of
- 1:30Speaker 1: the show. Over the weekend, Giselle and Tom Brady finalize
- 1:33Speaker 1: their divorce and now fans think that she is shading
- 1:37Speaker 1: him in the announcement, So Eagle lied social media users,
- 1:41Speaker 1: you know who you are, noticed that the supermodel had
- 1:44Speaker 1: a very specific words choice in her statement. And what
- 1:49Speaker 1: is making them think that something's going on here is
- 1:52Speaker 1: all the rumors that Tom chose football over their marriage.
- 1:56Speaker 1: She said the following. My priority has always been and
- 1:59Speaker 1: will continue to be our children's That's the very first
- 2:03Speaker 1: thing she said. He put out a statement slightly different
- 2:06Speaker 1: from hers, and now people think that there is some
- 2:10Speaker 1: sort of dis some sort of shade here. What I
- 2:13Speaker 1: did find interesting is in my experience, and I did
- 2:16Speaker 1: this for a long time as a publicist. I did
- 2:18Speaker 1: the breakup of j Lo and Ben their first breakup,
- 2:21Speaker 1: let's hope there's not another. And I did the breakup
- 2:24Speaker 1: of Nick and Jessica. What happens, in my experience is
- 2:29Speaker 1: that both celebrities put out exactly the same statement and
- 2:31Speaker 1: exactly the same time. It's all coordinated. They didn't do that.
- 2:35Speaker 1: They both had their own statement. She led with the children,
- 2:39Speaker 1: what do you think, Oh, I mean, this goes back
- 2:42Speaker 1: to March. So when Tom Brady announced his retirement. Uh,
- 2:47Speaker 1: everyone thought, okay, they're going off into the sunset see
- 2:51Speaker 1: you later years million dollars from from Fox Sports to
- 2:55Speaker 1: work one day a week. Um, and then he obviously
- 2:59Speaker 1: missed football very much. Two weeks later he comes back.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And here's the interesting thing. I think that part in
- 3:06Speaker 1: March it was the beginning to the end of that
- 3:09Speaker 1: relationship because he took two weeks off in the middle
- 3:14Speaker 1: of the summer, which was a rare rarity for for
- 3:16Speaker 1: him as a as a sports player, you know, getting
- 3:19Speaker 1: ready for the season. But by a few sources of
- 3:23Speaker 1: mine here, you're not the only one with they they
- 3:28Speaker 1: were working out their divorce deal in that two week
- 3:31Speaker 1: time period he had off in the Bahamas. Uh to
- 3:35Speaker 1: you know, just you get this, you get that. That's
- 3:38Speaker 1: why you know, as of Friday, the divorce was final.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Last you know, normally as you know, and I know
- 3:44Speaker 1: it's it's very long and drawn out, but they pretty
- 3:47Speaker 1: much have been working on this since Tom decided to
- 3:50Speaker 1: go back to football. So at the end of the day,
- 3:52Speaker 1: no matter how you look at it, football was the problem.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Football so interesting. So a lot of people are saying
- 3:58Speaker 1: this is so rare, this is on her enough that
- 4:00Speaker 1: their divorce has done their single already. So I think
- 4:02Speaker 1: a lot of people think that they announced they were
- 4:05Speaker 1: breaking up on Friday. No, on Friday they announced it
- 4:08Speaker 1: was over. So behind the scenes, they had already worked
- 4:11Speaker 1: at custody, alemony, split in the assets, so on Friday,
- 4:17Speaker 1: all a judge had to do was approve it. There's
- 4:20Speaker 1: no negotiations now they have been done. I think this
- 4:23Speaker 1: is a really smart way to do a divorce. God forbid.
- 4:26Speaker 1: We don't like divorces. We want you to stay together.
- 4:28Speaker 1: But if this does happen, I think that if you
- 4:31Speaker 1: can sit down together and not spend all that money
- 4:34Speaker 1: on lawyers or publicists fighting with one another, and you
- 4:37Speaker 1: come to a deal, a fair deal, I think that's
- 4:39Speaker 1: the best way to go. Obviously, in a lot of cases,
- 4:42Speaker 1: there's so much anger that people want revenge and vengeance.
- 4:46Speaker 1: That isn't the case here. I'm told it's pretty much
- 4:48Speaker 1: a clean split. Well, yes, and the But the other
- 4:52Speaker 1: interesting thing is that things like this, like Tom Brady's
- 4:55Speaker 1: announcement of retiring from football, got out there. The fact
- 4:59Speaker 1: that they're was able to fly under the radar for
- 5:03Speaker 1: half a year or most, which is a rarety in
- 5:06Speaker 1: in in our world, Rob Shooter, as you know, credit
- 5:09Speaker 1: to them, And you know what I think it was
- 5:11Speaker 1: because they went off to the Bahamas. They did it there,
- 5:14Speaker 1: and then people started putting pieces together like, you know,
- 5:16Speaker 1: Giselle's not living with him, she's not she's not tweeting out,
- 5:20Speaker 1: you know, good luck this season, blah blah blah. So
- 5:23Speaker 1: people people were pretty much like six months behind that,
- 5:27Speaker 1: they were already in front of Yeah, yeah, it's so
- 5:28Speaker 1: so clever. She is going to continue living in Miami.
- 5:31Speaker 1: My inside to say he's gonna remaining Tampa. And this
- 5:34Speaker 1: weekend he was spotted out with the kids taking them
- 5:38Speaker 1: to a movie, which brings us to our pole question
- 5:40Speaker 1: of the day. Fans think Giselle shaded Tom Brady in
- 5:45Speaker 1: the divorce announcement. What do you think yes or no?
- 5:48Speaker 1: Was there a little bit of shade there. Go vote
- 5:50Speaker 1: on Twitter page at Naughty Nice Robber Facebook page is
- 5:53Speaker 1: naughty in there and be sure it's to check back
- 5:55Speaker 1: on and be sure it's checked back tomorrow to hear
- 5:58Speaker 1: your results. Take Garrett Love what, Yes, Well, let's talk
- 6:03Speaker 1: so you when we talk about the Royals, you don't
- 6:06Speaker 1: tend to think Howie Mandel. Right, They're not one of
- 6:08Speaker 1: those names. Like if we were to do like a
- 6:10Speaker 1: compare and contrast, you don't say Howie Mandel when I
- 6:13Speaker 1: say the word Royals. Right. But remember remember last week
- 6:17Speaker 1: when Megan Marco was talking about her her previous reign
- 6:20Speaker 1: at Dell o' no neil, the first time we ever
- 6:22Speaker 1: saw her as a briefcase model, and she pretty much
- 6:25Speaker 1: said she felt she was reduced to being a big
- 6:27Speaker 1: bow up on stage, revealing well, Howie Mandel said she
- 6:31Speaker 1: she she really wasn't shading the show, more expressing how
- 6:34Speaker 1: she how it made her feel. Uh, you know, I've
- 6:38Speaker 1: and how he says, I've never really heard anybody complain.
- 6:41Speaker 1: I don't think Megan is complaining. I think Megan just
- 6:45Speaker 1: said she wanted to do more, that was it wasn't
- 6:48Speaker 1: fulfilling her. But at the end of the day, though.
- 6:50Speaker 1: The job was to stand up on stage, drop shooter
- 6:54Speaker 1: and opening a briefcase. If I picked the number ten
- 6:57Speaker 1: and you were holding the number two, it's not my
- 7:00Speaker 1: fault that you're up there. You chose that life for
- 7:03Speaker 1: that time period, right. It's if you don't want to
- 7:05Speaker 1: serve ice creams, don't work at Hargen Dust like that's
- 7:10Speaker 1: I mean, if you don't want to make coffee, don't
- 7:14Speaker 1: get a Starbucks, like, don't working stuff, don't you don't
- 7:17Speaker 1: want to be married towards your model, don't be married.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I sort of don't understand. But how is such a
- 7:22Speaker 1: nice guy. Let's be honest to you. How he Bende
- 7:24Speaker 1: is probably the nicest guy in Hollywood. He hates drama
- 7:27Speaker 1: and he hates really actually doing an interview. So US
- 7:30Speaker 1: Weekly caught him on a press line somewhere and he
- 7:32Speaker 1: wanted to talk about the movie or what he was doing,
- 7:34Speaker 1: and the first question he got asked was a bit
- 7:36Speaker 1: a good marko. And so he doesn't like to rock
- 7:38Speaker 1: the boat. Like. I can sort of understand that too,
- 7:41Speaker 1: because if you say something about her, it's going to
- 7:45Speaker 1: make national headlines because she's such a big star. But
- 7:48Speaker 1: if you try to say nothing, which is what how
- 7:50Speaker 1: he's trying to do here. So all the headlines is
- 7:52Speaker 1: that how he is defending Mechael. He's not really defending her,
- 7:55Speaker 1: but he's not going in any harder, like he's just
- 7:58Speaker 1: sort of like, yeah, he's not, he's not. And you know,
- 8:02Speaker 1: I think I just hadn't want to talk about Megan.
- 8:04Speaker 1: But then if you say that, then people are like, oh, scandalous.
- 8:09Speaker 1: It isn't really weird thinking. I think how he too.
- 8:11Speaker 1: He wants to be invited to all those royal events
- 8:14Speaker 1: in California, Like, you know, she's gonna throw some good parties.
- 8:17Speaker 1: She's got the podcast, and so Howry, I know exactly
- 8:20Speaker 1: what you're doing, and I don't blame you, but hey,
- 8:22Speaker 1: moving along. So Harry's memoir has a different title in Spain,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and it's even more dramatic. I said that like I
- 8:30Speaker 1: was on a soap opera. So Penguin Random House, the publisher,
- 8:33Speaker 1: has just confirmed the name and the publication of the board. Honestly,
- 8:37Speaker 1: I cannot wait. It's called Spare and it comes out
- 8:41Speaker 1: on January tenth worldwide, so it's not going to be
- 8:44Speaker 1: different dates in different countries. They're saying it's going to
- 8:46Speaker 1: be a landmark publication full of inscience, revelations, self self
- 8:51Speaker 1: examination and hard one wisdom. But get this, in Spain,
- 8:57Speaker 1: the book is going to be called Spare. Dot in
- 9:01Speaker 1: the Shadow added what we call a sub headline here,
- 9:06Speaker 1: So Spare refers to the phrase the air and the spare.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Williams the heir to the throne. Harry is the spare,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just in case anything happens to William. But they're gonna
- 9:16Speaker 1: really really push harder on this in Spain, maybe other
- 9:20Speaker 1: European countries too, and they've added in the shadows. Insiders
- 9:25Speaker 1: are telling me that the royal family were not informed
- 9:27Speaker 1: about the book title in advance, and they've not seen
- 9:31Speaker 1: the book. Will you read it, Garrett? Are you're excited? Yes?
- 9:34Speaker 1: Now many questions. Why not come out during the holiday season.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Don't you think that would be the number one book
- 9:40Speaker 1: for the holiday season if they were to release it?
- 9:42Speaker 1: Goodber So Harry Dilly dallied a little bit after Queen
- 9:47Speaker 1: Elizabeth's death, So the book was originally going to come
- 9:50Speaker 1: out in late November December for Christmas. That's the biggest
- 9:54Speaker 1: time to sell records, to sell books, to really sell anything,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and so Harry sort of wanting to make some edits.
- 10:00Speaker 1: He wanted to update the book, so he handed in
- 10:02Speaker 1: the manuscript before Granny's death. Now they could have yes,
- 10:07Speaker 1: so they couldn't have a book come out without talking
- 10:09Speaker 1: about Granny and the last time they were in Britain.
- 10:12Speaker 1: So they wrote another chapter. That does take a little while.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Some people are saying it was delayed because he wanted
- 10:17Speaker 1: to water it down. I tell you that's not true,
- 10:19Speaker 1: and you can tell that by the title. The book's done.
- 10:21Speaker 1: They added a chapter plus. I think here his publishers
- 10:25Speaker 1: think with Harry, it doesn't matter what day you come out.
- 10:28Speaker 1: You could come out on the fourth of July and
- 10:30Speaker 1: people will buy this book. This is going to be
- 10:33Speaker 1: one of those books where you don't almost need Christmas.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Do you think he will do an audio version of
- 10:39Speaker 1: his good question. I think for fifteen million dollars you
- 10:42Speaker 1: have to, so I don't think it's a choice. I
- 10:44Speaker 1: think it's in the contract, so I do think he
- 10:46Speaker 1: will have maybe already recorded it. I think there'll be
- 10:49Speaker 1: an audio version. The question is how much press will
- 10:51Speaker 1: he do? Will he be on the Today Show with
- 10:53Speaker 1: the View? Will he come on a podcast? You know
- 10:56Speaker 1: you know who he's going again. Yes, want to us
- 11:02Speaker 1: safe comfort, knows what's coming. I can answer the questions. Uh,
- 11:07Speaker 1: and plus only has to travel next door, you know
- 11:09Speaker 1: what I mean? Like the minimal amount of work has
- 11:13Speaker 1: to be done for this. His book is like a
- 11:16Speaker 1: crop pop rob shot. You said it, you forget it,
- 11:19Speaker 1: and you check in on it every book in a
- 11:21Speaker 1: while in the next couple of months. And he's gonna
- 11:23Speaker 1: skip over the fence. Just jump over the fence, sitting out.
- 11:27Speaker 1: That's some question, jump back, yeah, and ask and asked
- 11:30Speaker 1: for the kickball that that's right. I mean, I love
- 11:36Speaker 1: looking for it now for age, I love it. I
- 11:38Speaker 1: love it. Hey, what's going on with Taylor Swift? This
- 11:40Speaker 1: is so interesting? So this is Yeah, Taylor was talking
- 11:43Speaker 1: about the opportunity she had to be in limits and
- 11:50Speaker 1: here's the thing that kind of threw her. She had
- 11:53Speaker 1: to do an on screen test with Eddie. Eddie is.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I've had the opportunity to see a couple of months ago,
- 12:00Speaker 1: sit down with him. He is. He's pretty. He's not
- 12:04Speaker 1: one of those guys that you can pretty. He's just
- 12:06Speaker 1: a pretty good So think about it. Taylor Swift was
- 12:09Speaker 1: probably in her early twenties and Eddie was still, you know,
- 12:12Speaker 1: coming off of The Fantastic Beast and Harry Potter crazes.
- 12:17Speaker 1: And but Taylor Swift had to do an on screen role,
- 12:20Speaker 1: and basically she was up for two roles. One was Cassette,
- 12:24Speaker 1: right and uh because she had the range vocally and uh, Epiphan,
- 12:29Speaker 1: how do you say? I always screw this name up
- 12:31Speaker 1: even when I see the show. So she had the opportunity.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Unlike many actors and actors. Actress says she she could
- 12:42Speaker 1: have auditioned for two roles, she could have got one
- 12:44Speaker 1: of the other. But then she explained that she had
- 12:47Speaker 1: to go to London to a screen test with Eddie
- 12:49Speaker 1: and who she just was fangirling over pretty much. And
- 12:53Speaker 1: I thought it wasn't an experience I'm going to get
- 12:55Speaker 1: again in my life, so how can you not say
- 12:57Speaker 1: say no? But then things turned a little when she
- 13:00Speaker 1: was forced to dressing costume rotting teeth and all that
- 13:04Speaker 1: is not Tellor Swift. It's almost like a Halloween joke
- 13:07Speaker 1: at this point, and I was like, you're gonna do
- 13:10Speaker 1: do that after all? I and and she and while
- 13:13Speaker 1: meeting Eddie Redman, so imagine meeting someone you would go
- 13:16Speaker 1: so much for the first time to look like you
- 13:19Speaker 1: look like the ugly step sister for you know what
- 13:21Speaker 1: I mean, Like, so I get it. So she goes
- 13:23Speaker 1: when I met Eddie, I didn't even open my steak,
- 13:26Speaker 1: and uh she the opportunity was not there. She didn't
- 13:30Speaker 1: get the part. Can you imagine turning down Taylor Swift?
- 13:32Speaker 1: I mean, just think about that for a minute. You're
- 13:34Speaker 1: making a musical, a musical on I'm Filmed. They're not
- 13:37Speaker 1: done that often. And Taylor Swift, arguably one of the
- 13:40Speaker 1: biggest stars in the world, wants to sing in your movie,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and you're like, no, yeah, you gotta think, Like at
- 13:48Speaker 1: that point the director I don't remember for the time
- 13:53Speaker 1: who who it was, it's why why do that? Right then?
- 13:58Speaker 1: Like out of anything, a screen test is more just hey,
- 14:02Speaker 1: what's the liability, how's the connection on screen? Why put
- 14:05Speaker 1: her in that? You know what I mean? Like right
- 14:07Speaker 1: then and there an interesting choice. I mean, I'm sure
- 14:11Speaker 1: they really really really wanted to make this happen. So
- 14:14Speaker 1: I'm sure they were like, oh, come on, let's try,
- 14:16Speaker 1: let's try. They flew her to London. They really wanted
- 14:18Speaker 1: to make it happen. Unfortunately it didn't. And then we're
- 14:21Speaker 1: not saying Taylor's not talented. She's super talented. She just
- 14:24Speaker 1: wasn't for that part and she knew it too. But
- 14:26Speaker 1: Taylor Swift, we we love you, hey, quickly before we
- 14:29Speaker 1: get a break. Katie Perry is explaining her eye glitch
- 14:32Speaker 1: mid concerts. So if you're seeing the robot, she's not
- 14:35Speaker 1: a robot. If you've seen the video out there, she
- 14:38Speaker 1: touches her eye and it SAgs and she can't open it,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and then it pops back open. She's now explained it.
- 14:42Speaker 1: It's all a PR stunt. So her shows in Vegas
- 14:45Speaker 1: are so successful they've added fourteen new shows. And she
- 14:49Speaker 1: did this on purpose because she knew get a ton
- 14:52Speaker 1: of press. And this is her way of saying, I'm
- 14:55Speaker 1: going to be in Vegas even longer. I'm not a robot,
- 14:58Speaker 1: a clever PR star, Miss Perry. I got stuck and
- 15:02Speaker 1: she this, this is what she called that. That's what
- 15:04Speaker 1: I call a recover from an accident of bad Maybe
- 15:09Speaker 1: it's bad botox. I no, no, no, she she had
- 15:12Speaker 1: fake eyelashes on. Obviously got stuck. But the power of
- 15:15Speaker 1: Katy Perry being able to spins we're gonna take a
- 15:22Speaker 1: quick break. We'll be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:26Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice sho. I'm Rob shoot with our dear
- 15:28Speaker 1: friend Garrett Hugal. Hey, let's get to the polls. That
- 15:30Speaker 1: last show we talked about Harry's firing new memoirs Spare
- 15:34Speaker 1: It will have the details of his mom's death in
- 15:37Speaker 1: it and also all about his relationship with his brother,
- 15:41Speaker 1: Prince William. Will you read it? Let's have a look.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Eight said, yes, you will read it. I'm with the majority.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's poll. Go to our
- 15:49Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook page
- 15:52Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check back tomorrow for
- 15:55Speaker 1: your results. You know, I found out who voted theft
- 15:59Speaker 1: that are not gone? Who are beating the palace? I
- 16:04Speaker 1: don't know. I know you get who voted. I'm not
- 16:07Speaker 1: supposed to look personally, but I saw who voted and
- 16:13Speaker 1: carrot last secrets. Hey, let's do nicest of the day.
- 16:21Speaker 1: So here we go. Justin, Justin Bieber and Sean Mendez
- 16:24Speaker 1: spotted together hanging out and not working on music, but
- 16:26Speaker 1: working on themselves during their mental health breaks. They attended
- 16:30Speaker 1: a church together in California, and they were seeing praying
- 16:34Speaker 1: and Beverly Hills and uh, you know, after the service,
- 16:37Speaker 1: Shawn's getting into Justin's car and they're hanging out and uh,
- 16:41Speaker 1: you know, Helly wasn't there, so it was kind of
- 16:43Speaker 1: a dude to church, you know. Uh. And but you
- 16:47Speaker 1: know Helly was at a nearby advent Ativity the other church,
- 16:50Speaker 1: you know, another type of church for those that like
- 16:53Speaker 1: to spend money. But but it's interesting they they're both
- 16:57Speaker 1: hanging out, that they are friends. They're both from Canada.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Uh uh, working both you know, how to take some
- 17:02Speaker 1: time off their tours to work on themselves. But the
- 17:05Speaker 1: other interesting thing, and I know this is the you know,
- 17:07Speaker 1: this is the nicest than they both they both dated
- 17:10Speaker 1: Helly Bieber at one point there. That's what John did
- 17:14Speaker 1: back in the day. And and to the fact where
- 17:16Speaker 1: they both went to Sean first took Helly to the
- 17:20Speaker 1: met gala before before Justin and Haley started days. Right,
- 17:25Speaker 1: That's how we've got photos Hailey and Sean the met gala.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Dressed very nice. Man. I think Shan Mendes he's so cute.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I think he's just so adort have you met him?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Oh many I've I've met Sean from the moment he
- 17:40Speaker 1: was making six second videos on on what Elon Musk
- 17:44Speaker 1: might bring back by Did you think he was a star?
- 17:47Speaker 1: Did you know he was going to be a star
- 17:48Speaker 1: when you met him in the beginning, He was gonna
- 17:50Speaker 1: be something. He was gonna be something. It's hard to
- 17:52Speaker 1: say like I knew or whatever you knew. You knew
- 17:54Speaker 1: the kid had talent at at very young age, and
- 17:58Speaker 1: it was a matter of what does he do with
- 18:00Speaker 1: said wow, Well he certainly did something with it. And
- 18:02Speaker 1: nicest of the day and now I know it is
- 18:04Speaker 1: that the day Naughty Mayor Rudolph is saying that David
- 18:08Speaker 1: Letterman embarrassed her and humiliated her when she first went
- 18:11Speaker 1: on his shows. So the very first time she went
- 18:13Speaker 1: on his show, she said she did not have a
- 18:15Speaker 1: good time. It was in two thousand and nine. He
- 18:17Speaker 1: said her name wrong, and she said, I grew up
- 18:20Speaker 1: my whole life in love with him, and he broke
- 18:23Speaker 1: his heart and I'm sitting there and I'm embarrassed, I'm aniliated.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I didn't know how to handle it, and she said
- 18:29Speaker 1: it just was so painful for her. I've actually watched
- 18:32Speaker 1: the clip and it's a little bit mangled, not not terribly.
- 18:36Speaker 1: It's not a Dina madel Mazzuno. It's not John Travolta.
- 18:39Speaker 1: It's not like that. Remember when John Travolta introduced It's
- 18:41Speaker 1: not that. So it's a little bit of that. But
- 18:44Speaker 1: he did apologize. David Lehman that came back from break
- 18:47Speaker 1: and he said, Oh, I'm so sorry I mispronounced your name.
- 18:50Speaker 1: It's the first time she was rising up in fame here.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I'm not sure this is something to hold onto. I'm
- 18:55Speaker 1: not really like I mispronounced names all the time, and
- 18:58Speaker 1: I know you shouldn't. I trying not to, but I
- 19:01Speaker 1: think you've got to let this one go. What's interesting,
- 19:04Speaker 1: she said, get this, I love this. My public persona
- 19:07Speaker 1: muscle wasn't yet developed, so she was still used to
- 19:10Speaker 1: be in a star. She said, she found it so
- 19:13Speaker 1: awkward doing red carpets in the early days of her career.
- 19:16Speaker 1: There's an adjustment to being famous, and she was going
- 19:19Speaker 1: through that. Hey, let's end with a moment of rob you.
- 19:24Speaker 1: So I love this quote from Adele she said, I
- 19:26Speaker 1: have She said, I have insecurities, of course, but I
- 19:30Speaker 1: don't hang out with anyone who points them out to me.
- 19:33Speaker 1: So if you have things to insecure about, we all
- 19:35Speaker 1: do hang out with people that don't mention them. Anybody
- 19:39Speaker 1: that keeps pointing out things that you don't like about
- 19:42Speaker 1: yourself really doesn't like you. Get rid of them. My
- 19:45Speaker 1: friends build me, or how about yours? Garrett? You know
- 19:48Speaker 1: you have to, but you also have that one friend
- 19:50Speaker 1: that always ground you no matter what, always have to
