SPEAKER_00: All right, my loves, today's conversation is a little bit different.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: One of my favorite parts of the work I do is being able
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: to share these incredible women that come into my one-on-one and group containers
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: and share not only what they do, but also like their transformation.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: Beyond the making more money,
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: receiving more wealth, But sharing and showcasing who these women have become.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: And Alicia, my beautiful guest today, has been through that journey with me.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: She's been through a complete identity transformation.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: She is a transformational practitioner.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: And you're going to have the chance to learn a little bit more about what she does later.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: But today we're going to unpack what transformation actually looks like inside my containers.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: And not just the wins,
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: not just the more wealth,
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_00: but the identity transformation,
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: which if you've been following me for a while,
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: That is one of the biggest things in my work,
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: seeing these women become the woman who has more confidence,
• 1:11
  SPEAKER_00: more power,
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: more self-trust, and really breaking down what that transformation looks like.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: So Alicia, so good to have you on, my love.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming in today.
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_01: You are so welcome.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for having me here.
• 1:26
  SPEAKER_00: You are so welcome.
• 1:28
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: So first of all, let's hear a little bit more about your business.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: I know your brand and the work you've done has evolved, which is very, very normal.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: You know, we're always upgrading our identity and also our business.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: So tell me a little bit about your work and who you
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_01: help.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Sheree.
• 1:51
  SPEAKER_01: I help women...
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: Release their emotional blocks to build self-worth and to build confidence
• 1:58
SPEAKER_01: within themselves to be able to step into their power and their authentic self.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: And what inspired you to start there?
• 2:09
SPEAKER_01: It was actually from my childhood.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_01: I always felt that I was actually shut down as a child.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: I was never allowed to express my emotions.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: So as I got older,
• 2:17
SPEAKER_01: I created these really horrible patterns and cycles where I never felt heard,
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_01: seen or validated.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_01: And I really wanted women to be able to have a voice.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_01: So to be able to have a voice,
• 2:28
SPEAKER_01: I had to actually go internally and process those feelings and emotions
• 2:32
SPEAKER_01: that they were pushing down and let them out so they could step into their power.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: And I'm sure many women listening can resonate with not feeling safe to express emotions.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: It's one of the biggest things I hear time and time again with Chadwick to,
• 2:52
  SPEAKER_00: you know,
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: successful woman, a vicious woman, is they didn't feel safe to share their emotions.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_00: And that, yeah.
• 3:01
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: So I absolutely love that.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: And I can absolutely resonate with doing that myself when I was younger, shutting down emotions.
• 3:09
  SPEAKER_00: And of course,
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: that leads into adult life,
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: which does not serve relationships, friendships, let alone business.
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 3:20
  SPEAKER_01: I absolutely love that.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: So let's unpack what life and business was like before you came into,
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: because you actually came into my group program,
• 3:30
  SPEAKER_00: The Quantum Chef,
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: which was a three-month container back then, and now it's six months.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: But what was happening in your life and business before you came into The Quantum Chef?
• 3:41
SPEAKER_01: I'm still getting my business off the ground, Sheree.
• 3:44
  SPEAKER_01: So for me,
• 3:46
SPEAKER_01: just trying to get my clientele up and running,
• 3:48
SPEAKER_01: I was really scared to put my face on social media and I'm even scared of,
• 3:52
SPEAKER_01: you know, going down the street and even showing who I actually was and what I do.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_01: So for me on the business side of things,
• 3:58
SPEAKER_01: it was really hard for me just to put myself out there.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_01: Therefore, the clientele wasn't coming in as much as I would like.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_01: With the family front and friendships, I literally would lock myself inside the house.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_01: You I just felt like everyone was judging me.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_01: So it really has made a massive shift to me working with you.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_01: So that was, yeah, before I started working with you.
• 4:22
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
• 4:23
  SPEAKER_00: And yeah,
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: so I remember also the fear of judgment,
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: the fear of being seen was such a big program running through my subconscious too in
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_00: the beginning.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: And what's quite fascinating is that Even though I know you said you were at
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: the beginning of your journey back then,
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: but even as we shift and grow and evolve,
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: there can be layers of fear of being seen, fear of judgment at a new level.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: Not that we're always looking for something to fix.
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_00: It's not about that.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, oh gosh, I've got to find something to heal every day.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
• 5:01
  SPEAKER_00: But it's like sometimes I've been...
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: I can even relate to the start of this year,
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: having like a new level around being seen at like a higher level, more visibility.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: And that really came to fruition in the universe testing me with a lot of different things.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Like if you want more visibility,
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: then you better deal with the negative things like the trolls getting,
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_00: you know,
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_00: fat shamed comments,
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: all these weird videos, one or two weird videos made about me.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: It's really interesting how no matter what stage you're in, yeah, these beliefs can come up.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: These fears can come up.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: And just because you've worked with them at one level doesn't mean they can't come up again.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: Not from a place of always looking to get fixed.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: But, yeah, I love that.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_00: And I do remember, like,
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: you're not even wanting to put a picture of yourself on social media or do a live.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: And we'll get to what happened.
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: Man, it's just been incredible to see your transformation and see what you were stepping into.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for that, Sheree.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_00: Of course, of course.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: And I know a lot of women can sometimes think, well, it's the strategy.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: I need to do more.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: I need to post more.
• 6:25
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe I need a new funnel.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: So I'm curious, what kind of strategy were you doing?
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: Were you showing up a lot, like just even through writing copy?
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_01: Is this before we did the work?
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_01: Before, yeah.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_01: I was posting every day on Facebook.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_01: I wasn't on Instagram at the time.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I wasn't showing my face.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_01: It was just those general posts.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_01: And then I'd write a little bit about the post and that's what I would do every day.
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_01: And yeah,
• 6:54
SPEAKER_01: there was the consistency there for me where I would post every day,
• 6:57
SPEAKER_01: but there really wasn't any feedback,
• 6:59
SPEAKER_01: if that makes sense, where people were commenting or anything like that.
• 7:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 7:05
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: And did any part of you ever think like, well, oh gosh, I've got to change up my strategy.
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's the strategy.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: Let me try something else.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_01: It did.
• 7:17
  SPEAKER_01: I just didn't know how.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_01: And, you know,
• 7:18
SPEAKER_01: that's when I started searching online and my cousin Tammy,
• 7:23
SPEAKER_01: beautiful Tammy, came across yourself.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: And we had a good chat about it and I really resonated with you and felt
• 7:28
SPEAKER_01: that I needed to go that way because I just felt there was a block.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_01: So, no, I didn't know how to move forward from that.
• 7:35
  SPEAKER_01: I didn't know...
• 7:36
SPEAKER_01: Which direction to go and it was really difficult for me to navigate technology
• 7:41
SPEAKER_01: and social media but also the fears that I had within myself.
• 7:46
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, it really is a lot of the time.
• 7:49
  SPEAKER_00: It's not the strategy.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: You know, I was actually sharing this with a client today.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: The three prerequisites for change are, yes,
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: getting clear on your negative beliefs and all your negative emotions
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: that are creating patterns like procrastination, creating fears like being seen.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: It's rewiring all of that.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: And then the third thing is taking the action, taking aligned action.
• 8:16
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: So you were taking the action,
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: but the fear of being seen was subconsciously blocking you from bringing in
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: the people, from bringing in your soul alignment.
• 8:29
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 8:30
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: It's so fascinating how the subconscious works.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: It will always keep us safe.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: No matter how much we want to actually reach our goals.
• 8:41
  SPEAKER_01: Definitely.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_01: And I definitely experienced that throughout my life.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_01: It's like getting to the edge of that comfort zone and then trying to step over it.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_01: It was that fear of, no, I'm still safer back here.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, doing your work has just been amazing to be able to break through that cycle.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 8:57
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: And I know you mentioned that there was some locks there that you were sharing before.
• 9:05
  SPEAKER_00: Now, Yeah.
• 9:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_01: I think it's a bit of both, to be honest.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_01: It was, yeah, I procrastinate a lot and I talk myself out of a lot of things.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: But it was also the not knowing of what to do.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_01: Like I said before, there was a little bit of strategy there.
• 9:31
  SPEAKER_01: Not a lot.
• 9:32
  SPEAKER_01: Just, you know,
• 9:32
SPEAKER_01: we're posting every day because I know that you have to,
• 9:34
SPEAKER_01: you know, show up every day and try and put things out there.
• 9:38
  SPEAKER_01: But, yeah,
• 9:38
SPEAKER_01: it was more just I could feel within myself that it was this block
• 9:43
SPEAKER_01: of I'm really scared of being judged and seen.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_01: And that's where I really needed to go within and into the subconscious to remove
• 9:51
SPEAKER_01: that for me because I never would have been able to move forward without that.
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 9:59
  SPEAKER_00: I'm curious, like,
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: did you ever try, like,
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know,
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: in the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey,
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know about timeline therapy and the
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_01: tools I use now.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: And I tried all the things like journaling,
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: my I am making 10K months on or before December 23rd.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: I would say all my positive affirmations,
• 10:21
  SPEAKER_00: you know,
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: and if I caught myself saying I'm not good enough,
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: I would be writing I am good enough,
• 10:26
  SPEAKER_01: I am good enough, I am
• 10:27
  SPEAKER_00: worthy.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_00: I'd be doing affirmations.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: I had Post-it notes all around my arm.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Apartment in Mallorca with my money goals.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: Were you trying any of that to rewire your subconscious beliefs?
• 10:45
  SPEAKER_01: I was.
• 10:46
  SPEAKER_01: I tried numerous things.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_01: So I had the post-it notes on the mirror and the I am statements and I really felt
• 10:53
SPEAKER_01: that I wasn't getting anywhere with those sorts of things.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_01: I know they're safer mindset to do that.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 10:59
  SPEAKER_01: So for me,
• 10:59
SPEAKER_01: it was more I I ended up getting into something called Sedona and that was something
• 11:04
SPEAKER_01: that sort of helped me moving into the felt sense.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_01: But it was really looking at how to go deeper within the subconscious.
• 11:10
  SPEAKER_01: So, yeah,
• 11:12
SPEAKER_01: so I did try a few things and just found that I got a little bit further,
• 11:16
SPEAKER_01: but then I felt like I was going 10 steps back.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
• 11:19
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so it's just really trying something new when you were definitely the new that I needed.
• 11:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 11:26
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: And I love that you shared that you went,
• 11:31
  SPEAKER_00: you know,
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: you went ahead with the methods,
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: like it got you ahead of the mindset methods you were using,
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: but then it was like 10 steps behind because that's when I was doing
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_00: the affirmations,
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: the mindset courses, I would, I'd feel ahead and I'd get this motivational high.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: And then maybe one day, two days later, it was like boom.
• 11:54
  SPEAKER_00: Ten steps behind.
• 11:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: And like I hear the same from so many women because it is just, yeah,
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: it's not – It's not the kind of work that actually,
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: unless you rewire your limiting beliefs and fears from the root cause,
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: like when the event was created and you do the deep subconscious reprogramming,
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: it is like putting a Band-Aid on a wound and hoping it gets better.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's right.
• 12:26
  SPEAKER_00: It really is.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: So I absolutely love this and love that you're sharing this.
• 12:30
  SPEAKER_00: So I mean,
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: I always love to hear what kind of surprised you the most about
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: the work we did together in the quantum shift.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_01: I think just my identity shift, Sheree.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_01: Just seeing the change,
• 12:44
  SPEAKER_01: not only within myself,
• 12:45
SPEAKER_01: I could feel it, but then the physical changes that were happening in my reality.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_01: And it was just, I went to the hairdresser and got all my hair chopped off.
• 12:53
  SPEAKER_01: That's not like me.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_01: I've always had it long.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_01: So for me, it was like, wow, I feel...
• 12:58
SPEAKER_01: I could have fun and I felt more confident within myself.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_01: I felt like I could be seen on social media.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_01: I now have a cover photo with my face on it, which is not like me.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_01: I started to do videos until I started homeschooling my kids and that sort of stopped.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_01: So I really felt this change within myself where I'm like,
• 13:16
SPEAKER_01: oh, wow, I actually feel I can do this now.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_01: I don't have to be scared of people judging me or, you know, the fear of being seen.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_01: So no, even that just being scared of just being listened to,
• 13:27
SPEAKER_01: you know, does what I have to say, you know, is it actually, how could I put it?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_01: I've lost my train of thought.
• 13:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_01: No, but, you know,
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: just thought I had to be good enough,
• 13:38
SPEAKER_01: I guess, you know, that not feeling good enough.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_01: So, no, it definitely made a massive shift for me.
• 13:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
• 13:45
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: And it really is like – Sometimes people can come with the intention to like,
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: you know, create more wealth and that's absolutely perfect.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: But I do find that most women like themselves,
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: they're surprised about the identity ship,
• 14:02
  SPEAKER_00: the more confidence,
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: the feeling safe to be seen,
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: you know, the feeling safe to show up as your true authentic self.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: And that to me really is everything.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: Because when women feel in their power,
• 14:18
  SPEAKER_00: they finally trust themselves,
• 14:20
  SPEAKER_00: they trust their intuition,
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: and they're taking action, that's something you have for life.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: Money can come and go, but your identity, your confidence, your authority, you have for life.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: And yes, that gets to upgrade.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: Yes, that gets to look different as we evolve.
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_00: You know,
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: the version of me 14 years ago wouldn't have even dreamed to think
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: that she would be speaking at retreats and running her own events.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: There's no way I would have imagined that.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: I just wanted to make some money on social media and, like, feel safe enough to post back then.
• 14:59
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 15:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:00
  SPEAKER_00: So same for you.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: Like, I know you spoke to, like, the identity shifting a little bit.
• 15:05
  SPEAKER_00: Things are upgrading.
• 15:07
  SPEAKER_00: Very, very normal.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: Not that we're always looking for something to fix, but yeah, it absolutely gets to be normal.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: Our identity upgrades as our goals upgrade, our vision upgrades.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: And of course, sometimes when our vision upgrades, there can be new beliefs.
• 15:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, definitely.
• 15:27
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: And same for me, right?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: I've been in this work for so long.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Well, for like five years in the deep mindset work, but online for 14 years.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: And it really, it's like beliefs can come up.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: It's totally, it doesn't mean you get to judge ourselves or anything like that.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_01: It's kind of a gift to see because it's
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_00: ready to be released.
• 15:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_01: Definitely.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_01: You know, I do agree with you there, Sheree.
• 15:52
  SPEAKER_01: It's, you know,
• 15:53
SPEAKER_01: it's always timing for everything and we can't reduce everything at once because
• 15:56
SPEAKER_01: if we do, it would just, yeah, it would really hurt us.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_01: So it has to be done.
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: And we only feel safe.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: This is something I was actually,
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: a conversation I was having with a beautiful woman today is we only feel safe
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: to see what we feel safe to see.
• 16:13
  SPEAKER_00: That's correct.
• 16:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: In a space of time, not everything's going to come up.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: Because this is how I explain it, like beliefs and fears come from memories, right?
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Whether they're a big traumatic event or a small traumatic event,
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: they take up memory space in our brain.
• 16:32
  SPEAKER_00: So the more events,
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: the more beliefs,
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: the more events, which takes up so much memory that we can't always see everything.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: So when beliefs are getting cleared, it's like freeing up.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's amazing.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's fascinating and it is incredible.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: Like when you start clearing things,
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: then people start remembering things they'd never even thought of.
• 17:21
  SPEAKER_00: They'd never remembered.
• 17:23
  SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's awesome.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Because there's more space and they're creating this safety within.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_01: It's pretty amazing work, Sheree.
• 17:32
  SPEAKER_01: Pretty amazing.
• 17:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_00: So...
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: You spoke to the identity shift first, which I absolutely love.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: I love it because it is all about the identity shift.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: But I also know there were some financial shifts.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: So you had like a few new clients when we did like the three-month program,
• 17:53
  SPEAKER_00: which was really amazing.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_00: Some traction started.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: I mean, tell us a little bit about that.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so before I was working with you,
• 18:01
SPEAKER_01: I only had dribs and drabs of clients and then after my identity shifted,
• 18:06
SPEAKER_01: I had quite a few more clients coming, which was really lovely.
• 18:11
  SPEAKER_01: Now, like I said,
• 18:11
SPEAKER_01: I'm running Reiki workshops and I'm about to put more out there
• 18:16
  SPEAKER_01: to run more workshops.
• 18:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, if I hadn't done the work with you, Sheree, I know that wouldn't have happened.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_01: And the financial side is picking up, which is wonderful.
• 18:24
  SPEAKER_01: You know,
• 18:24
SPEAKER_01: we've actually had some money come in and I said to my husband just the other day,
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_01: I said that wouldn't have happened if I actually hadn't,
• 18:30
SPEAKER_01: you know, removed those limiting belief systems that I had.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I can see the shifts now.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_01: I can see,
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 18:37
SPEAKER_01: I think it's been nearly a year since I worked with you last and,
• 18:40
SPEAKER_01: yeah, it's gone so quick.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_01: But I can see the changes unfolding over those last 12 months, which is amazing.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_01: And things are getting easier and better
• 18:49
SPEAKER_01: and more clients are becoming more attracted, you know, to the work I do.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_01: So thank you.
• 18:55
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, of course.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_01: And I love that you shared that, like the transformation is still happening.
• 19:02
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: Which is just incredible.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: So your identity is just continuing to upgrade because the version of you that I met
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: a year ago wouldn't have even considered doing live workshops.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: And now it's becoming your normal.
• 19:20
  SPEAKER_00: How cool is that?
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's awesome.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_01: I absolutely love it.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_01: It just, yeah, it just lights me up every time.
• 19:27
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, beautiful.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: Like, and I'd love to ask for you to share,
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: when did you realize that you were becoming a different woman and your beliefs
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_00: and identity were shifting?
• 19:45
  SPEAKER_01: That's a good question.
• 19:46
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_01: I have to say probably working with you after about a month, I could start to feel things.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_01: I was having a lot of emotional releases every single week when we were working
• 19:58
SPEAKER_01: with timeline therapy and moving the subconscious.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_01: But I reckon after that month,
• 20:03
SPEAKER_01: that was when I'm like, oh,
• 20:04
SPEAKER_01: wow, this is actually really deep and this is shifting things and I could feel it.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_01: And then the physical reality started to move.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I'd say about after a month of working with you.
• 20:13
  SPEAKER_01: I love that.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: And when you say physical realities, like what do you mean exactly?
• 20:18
SPEAKER_01: I mean the clientele coming in, you know, yeah, booking new clients.
• 20:24
  SPEAKER_01: And, you know,
• 20:25
SPEAKER_01: when I got all my hair chopped off,
• 20:26
SPEAKER_01: you know, it was, you know, getting my hair coloured.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_01: That was only the second time in my life that I've actually ever got it coloured
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_01: and cut that short.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_01: So for me it's like, oh,
• 20:33
SPEAKER_01: I was so scared and the hairdresser's like,
• 20:35
SPEAKER_01: you'll be fine, it's going to look great.
• 20:37
  SPEAKER_01: And I didn't really look back,
• 20:39
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 20:39
  SPEAKER_01: it's – Yeah,
• 20:40
SPEAKER_01: so I could see the things,
• 20:41
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 20:42
SPEAKER_01: coming into my physical reality,
• 20:43
SPEAKER_01: but I felt even though I was a bit anxious about it,
• 20:46
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 20:46
SPEAKER_01: they were brilliant and beautiful changes that I needed for myself just to have
• 20:50
SPEAKER_01: that more confidence within me.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: And yeah,
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: it's just been such like an honour and a privilege to see you going from Not wanting
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: to show up on social media, right?
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: Having that fear of being seen.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_00: And then I remember,
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: yeah, as time went on, you started doing the posts with a picture of yourself.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: You started doing videos.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: Now you're doing live events.
• 21:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's incredible.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: I can't even wait to see in 12 months from today what you're even achieving
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: and what you're doing next.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_01: I'm looking forward to seeing what's going to happen in the next 12 months.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_01: There's, yeah,
• 21:28
SPEAKER_01: a lot of exciting things that are going to be coming our way and,
• 21:31
SPEAKER_01: yeah, looking forward to getting stuck into them.
• 21:33
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_00: And there is one more quick question.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: I'd love to hear your experience.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: So I do, as you know, I do timeline therapy like in a one-on-one capacity.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: Also, I do a version of timeline therapy in the growth.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: So how was your experience of doing group timeline therapy?
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: I know we had about six to eight ladies in the container,
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: so it was a small safe space, which is also key.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: But how did you find the experience of doing group timeline therapy?
• 22:07
SPEAKER_01: I actually really loved it.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_01: I think because it was such a small intimate group, Sheree,
• 22:12
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 22:12
SPEAKER_01: we could see the changes that we were all going through because we were talking
• 22:16
SPEAKER_01: about those changes and then we'd do the therapy, you know, online.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_01: And it was just really lovely,
• 22:21
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 22:21
SPEAKER_01: at the end of that three-month container just to see how far we'd all come and all
• 22:25
SPEAKER_01: the changes that had been made in our life,
• 22:27
SPEAKER_01: you know, not only inwardly but outwardly as well.
• 22:29
  SPEAKER_01: And I think it's just a beautiful experience.
• 22:32
  SPEAKER_01: You know,
• 22:33
SPEAKER_01: for women and men to come together and really just be themselves
• 22:38
SPEAKER_01: and feel really safe to be able to let out, you know, what they've been keeping in.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 22:44
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 22:45
  SPEAKER_00: So good.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: It was really cool to see the shifts because every week,
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: like everyone was sharing like, wow, I've only got the confidence to do this.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_00: I'm trusting my intuition.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: Yes, people were signing more clients,
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_00: making more money,
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: but it was like those internal shifts coming through and that really is,
• 23:07
  SPEAKER_00: that's life changing.
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: That's something that stays with you as I share books.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: I absolutely love that.
• 23:14
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: And what do you think was the biggest inner shift?
• 23:19
  SPEAKER_00: Was it the confidence?
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Was it the feeling safe to be seen?
• 23:25
  SPEAKER_00: I feel for me...
• 23:27
  SPEAKER_01: Probably the scene stuff,
• 23:29
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 23:30
SPEAKER_01: and just losing that fear of judgment for me because I've always had it ever
• 23:34
  SPEAKER_01: since childhood.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_01: So those two go hand in hand.
• 23:37
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah,
• 23:37
SPEAKER_01: and it's definitely changed my perception on how I see things and how I move in
• 23:43
SPEAKER_01: the world, I guess, now.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: That was actually going to bring me to the final question.
• 23:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Is like how has becoming,
• 23:54
  SPEAKER_00: you know,
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: this woman that you are now who feels safe to be seen,
• 23:57
  SPEAKER_00: who shows up,
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: who runs events and who has that inner confidence,
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: like how has becoming her changed the way you lead your business
• 24:06
  SPEAKER_00: and your entire life?
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_00: Because yes,
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: we're working on the woman in the business,
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: but that's a direct reflection of our relationships, our friendships, our health.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Like how has it changed everything for you?
• 24:20
SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm definitely more confident, you know, just to be me.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, I was always so scared to be me.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_01: So for me to go out in the world and just go,
• 24:27
SPEAKER_01: you know what, it doesn't matter what other people think.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_01: It only matters what I think.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_01: And that was such a massive shift.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_01: So for me to be able to say that tonight and even get on here and do this podcast
• 24:38
SPEAKER_01: with you is massive for me and feel completely comfortable doing it.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
• 24:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah,
• 24:44
SPEAKER_01: it's just been amazing to see the transformation in myself and stepping out into
• 24:47
SPEAKER_01: the world and knowing that,
• 24:48
SPEAKER_01: you know, you are safe no matter what people think, what people say, what people do.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_01: And, you know, you're really unstoppable.
• 24:55
  SPEAKER_01: You really, really are.
• 24:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 24:58
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_00: Celebrating you so much, my love.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, as I shared before, like what like a gift and an honour to see you.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: Shift into this woman who has so much more confidence,
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: so much more conviction, so much more self-trust.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: And, yeah, it's just incredible.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: I could talk about people's internal transformation all day.
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_00: And, you know,
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: I just want to thank you for coming on,
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Alicia, sharing your story, sharing a few of your gifts and what you do.
• 25:36
  SPEAKER_00: And, of course,
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_00: if you're, like,
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: watching this episode or you're listening to the episode because it will be posted
• 25:43
  SPEAKER_00: on multiple platforms,
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: I'm going to have all of Alicia's handles and ways you can get in touch with her
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: and find more about her work and the work she does with all these beautiful people
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: so you can find and connect with her easily.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to connect with her,
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: if you want to connect with Alicia,
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: find out more about what she does,
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: check out the information at the bottom of this podcast and we'll have all
• 26:08
SPEAKER_00: the direct handles for you to get in contact with her.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Sheree, for
• 26:14
  SPEAKER_00: having me on tonight.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_00: You're so, so welcome.
• 26:18
  SPEAKER_00: You're so welcome.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: And is there anything else you feel called to share before we sign off?
• 26:25
SPEAKER_01: Just that the inner work is so important.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_01: I cannot stress that enough.
• 26:29
  SPEAKER_01: You know,
• 26:31
  SPEAKER_01: the mindset,
• 26:32
  SPEAKER_01: you know,
• 26:32
SPEAKER_01: the felt sense plays such a large role in how we move forward
• 26:35
SPEAKER_01: and breaking those patterns and cycles is really crucial,
• 26:38
SPEAKER_01: just stepping into your power.
• 26:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 26:43
  SPEAKER_00: Beautiful.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you again, my love.
