- 0:13Speaker 2: This week on your Gabble Gabble, if you talk bad

- 0:24Speaker 1: And if you don't tell your girlfriend that you're married,
- 0:27Speaker 1: does it make it okay for her to stalk you?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Judge Ross stalks his way into a verdict. I don't
- 0:32Speaker 1: know real people cases thake justice.
- 0:34Speaker 3: It's Judge Ross, Judge call judge mathis ah love the
- 0:44Speaker 3: cases in one place, it'ds.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Brandon Dan back in the chambers and case where we belong.

- 1:09Speaker 1: then we're gonna swap it. Swap its Uh, same the difference?
- 1:14Speaker 2: Dan? Do you want to go first? You want me to?
- 1:17Speaker 2: You know what, I got a long boy this time,
- 1:19Speaker 2: and I think I went first in our last episode,
- 1:22Speaker 2: So why don't you go first? This time. Okay, it
- 1:24Speaker 2: said a little appetizer for what Judge Matthies is.
- 1:27Speaker 1: We are in Judge Ross's court, where again, justice in
- 1:32Speaker 1: this specific courtroom is not We.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Have a lot of fun here at the gabble, but
- 1:36Speaker 2: justice in Judge Ross not a foreign concept. Not a
- 1:39Speaker 2: foreign concept. And all the other courtrooms could be good.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Are they speaking a different language?
- 1:45Speaker 2: But not here.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Brooke Chapman is suing Petrick Sheapman. Shap a Man, Chapman.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I'm a sap Man, Yeah, h a t you know shop.
- 2:05Speaker 2: If your last name is Shapman, then you need to
- 2:09Speaker 2: change your last name. Brooke would do that.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Brook shap Man is suing Patrick Quaid for two thousand dollars,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and Patrick Quaid is suing Brooke Chapman countersuing her for
- 2:25Speaker 1: one thousand dollars. Uh. Brooke explains that she was dating
- 2:30Speaker 1: Patrick for seven months and that he was the ultimate romantic,
- 2:36Speaker 1: buying her flowers, buying her chocolate, going on nice dates,
- 2:42Speaker 1: making her dinner. She was thinking Patrick Quaid could be
- 2:46Speaker 1: the one, Patrick Quaid could be the one. Uh, until
- 2:49Speaker 1: she finds out Patrick Quaid, until she finds out that
- 2:55Speaker 1: Patrick Quaid.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Already was the one.
- 2:59Speaker 1: That's exactly right. She gets a call from her friend
- 3:02Speaker 1: Susie one d and Susie's like, You're not gonna believe
- 3:06Speaker 1: what I just saw. At the supermarket. I see Patrick
- 3:10Speaker 1: Quaid and a kid runs up to him calling him daddy,
- 3:15Speaker 1: and a woman runs up to him, also calling him daddy.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I'm kidding about that second part, calling him honey. I
- 3:23Speaker 1: think Patrick is married with a child. Uh So, Patrick explains, Listen,
- 3:32Speaker 1: I didn't think that things were serious enough with Brooke
- 3:37Speaker 1: for me to tell her the truth that I was
- 3:41Speaker 1: married with childs How serious was it? Seven months? And
- 3:46Speaker 1: she says that he and his wife where.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Are we were on a break but still trying.
- 3:51Speaker 1: To keep things relatively normal for their son. They listen,
- 3:55Speaker 1: we're trying to do the best weekend so they still
- 3:58Speaker 1: do families. Yes, when uh he met Brook, they had
- 4:05Speaker 1: been separated for about a year. Okay, Now this isn't
- 4:08Speaker 1: a legal separation. There was no paperwork filed. It was
- 4:11Speaker 1: just something between the two of them where separated. God,
- 4:14Speaker 1: he had a separate apartment. He still lived at the
- 4:16Speaker 1: home fifty percent of the time though, so they still
- 4:19Speaker 1: have some sort of relationship trying to keep things as
- 4:21Speaker 1: normal for their son as possible while also being separated
- 4:26Speaker 1: and trying to figure out what they're gonna do. Also
- 4:28Speaker 1: figuring out what they're going to do involves him being
- 4:30Speaker 1: in a seven month relationship with Brooke, a relationship that
- 4:34Speaker 1: that she says was definitely exclusive.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Definitely.
- 4:38Speaker 1: She was under the impression that this is a definite
- 4:40Speaker 1: exclusive city say that, or she was just under that.
- 4:42Speaker 1: He is like, this is not serious.
- 4:46Speaker 2: We'll get to that in a second.
- 4:47Speaker 1: She's like, this is serious. We were exclusive. I spent
- 4:50Speaker 1: a lot of time at that apartment that he talks about,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you know, eating, et cetera.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Ross asked Patrick if he was honest when she calls
- 5:00Speaker 1: him up and is like, hey, I heard that you're
- 5:03Speaker 1: at the Kroger and a boy's calling you daddy and
- 5:06Speaker 1: a girl's calling you honey. And he's like, yes, I
- 5:09Speaker 1: was honest. I told her the truth in that moment.
- 5:12Speaker 1: He says, Now, if I we kept dating and things
- 5:14Speaker 1: got more serious, of course eventually I would have told her.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Judge Ross says, you were dating for six or seven months, Like,
- 5:20Speaker 1: how long do you need a day before you tell
- 5:22Speaker 1: somebody that you're married? And Patrick Quaid says, you gotta
- 5:25Speaker 1: feel it out. Yeah, for seven months, you gotta feel
- 5:28Speaker 1: it out. I was feeling it out. Didn't feel right.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Judge Ross does go, oh, you feel it out? Huh,
- 5:36Speaker 1: you gotta feel it out.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Huh.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Brookes says that he tells Patrick, you need to tell
- 5:44Speaker 1: your wife about us.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Woman, woman, I can't. I can't.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I don't feel good about this. You need to tell
- 5:49Speaker 1: your wife that you had been seeing me for seven months.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Patrick pipes up and says, now it's important to know
- 5:57Speaker 1: that this conversation where she's telling me I got to
- 6:00Speaker 1: my wife happened after I caught her tailing me? And
- 6:04Speaker 1: Ross says, how dare she tail you? And he says
- 6:12Speaker 1: he says, I know right.
- 6:14Speaker 2: He doesn't get it. He does not.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Patrick Quaid is one of the dumbest people I've ever
- 6:18Speaker 1: seen on a court case. Like just like very he's
- 6:22Speaker 1: almost like a surfer like very like.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Well, yeah, like feel it out. He's playing it up
- 6:28Speaker 2: the dumb because he's playing dumb.
- 6:30Speaker 1: That's exactly right.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:32Speaker 1: He says that we had ended things before this conversation,
- 6:37Speaker 1: before she was telling me weed and like, hey, I'm
- 6:40Speaker 1: are you married? Yes, I'm married. Okay, we got to
- 6:42Speaker 1: end thing. So he was under the impression that things
- 6:44Speaker 1: were over. So why would I tell my wife we're not.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I'm not in a relationship anymore. There's nothing to tell
- 6:49Speaker 1: my wife, you know, aside from the fact that but
- 6:54Speaker 1: his thing is, it's not happening anymore. So no need to,
- 6:57Speaker 1: you know, let my wife that it's happening. Her thing
- 6:59Speaker 1: is it happened? Yeah, I don't feel good about that.
- 7:03Speaker 1: We need to tell you why. Ross asks her, why
- 7:08Speaker 1: did you follow him? And she says, I was following
- 7:10Speaker 1: him because I wanted to figure out where he lived.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I needed to tell his wife. I couldn't live with
- 7:14Speaker 1: myself woman to woman, knowing that I had been with
- 7:17Speaker 1: another woman's man for seven months. I didn't feel good
- 7:20Speaker 1: about that. So I start following him. He sees me
- 7:24Speaker 1: motions for me to pull over, so I pull over.
- 7:27Speaker 1: He asked me, what's up. I tell him that we
- 7:29Speaker 1: need to tell your wife about us, and Ross says, so,
- 7:35Speaker 1: you were kind of stalking him, right, You were kind
- 7:37Speaker 1: of stocking And she's like, no, I was fighting for honesty.
- 7:40Speaker 1: And he's like, well, just.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Because you have a reason.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Just because you have a reason doesn't mean it's not stalking,
- 7:45Speaker 1: fancy walking, fighting for honesty, Patrick says, I definitely felt stocked.
- 7:51Speaker 2: I know that I felt that. I'll tell you that way.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Uh. Patrick says, there's not more of us happening, so
- 8:00Speaker 1: there's no need for my wife to know about it.
- 8:03Speaker 1: She pulls out her phone and says, well, I have
- 8:05Speaker 1: all of her information right here. I can call her
- 8:08Speaker 1: up and I'm gonna tell her.
- 8:09Speaker 2: So the past still doesn't know. Wife still doesn't know.
- 8:12Speaker 2: This is no this is on the side of the road. Okay, okay, okay.
- 8:15Speaker 1: But I actually don't know if the wife knows. We
- 8:19Speaker 1: I think she might knows now, she might knows that
- 8:22Speaker 1: she might knows now, So Patrick says, he grabs the
- 8:28Speaker 1: phone out of her hand, and she tries to grab
- 8:31Speaker 1: the phone back, and in the process the phone falls
- 8:33Speaker 1: to the ground and shatters. That phone is valued at
- 8:37Speaker 1: six hundred dollars. She gives proof of the value of
- 8:40Speaker 1: that phone.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Got it?
- 8:42Speaker 1: So now the questions, we get six hundred dollars here,
- 8:44Speaker 1: where's the rest of the.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Fourteen? Exactly?
- 8:51Speaker 1: So, she says. The next day, I follow him again.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I'm fighting for honesty. I find out I follow her,
- 9:00Speaker 1: follow him to his home. A nice suburban home, and
- 9:04Speaker 1: I put a letter in the mailbox for his wife
- 9:09Speaker 1: to read to tell her the truth about what happened.
- 9:13Speaker 1: The next day I get to work, my boss calls
- 9:15Speaker 1: me into the office and says that they got a
- 9:18Speaker 1: call from a guy named Patrick claiming that I was
- 9:21Speaker 1: stalking him and his wife and his kid, and that
- 9:25Speaker 1: they think that I should be put on some psychological evaluation.
- 9:30Speaker 1: So that gius, I'm crazy. Okay, I'm a stalker, anything
- 9:36Speaker 1: about that. Ross asks what she does for a living,
- 9:39Speaker 1: and she says she works at a correctional institution.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:43Speaker 1: She gets put on a two week suspension, which costs
- 9:48Speaker 1: her overtime, which is where she makes a lot of money.
- 9:51Speaker 2: So she gets put on a two week suspension because
- 9:53Speaker 2: a random dude called up and said that he she
- 9:57Speaker 2: was stalking him, and they this correctional facil He had
- 10:00Speaker 2: no proof and just did it anyway.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I don't know if there was some sort of investigation.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I don't know. All I know she was She was
- 10:06Speaker 1: put on a two week suspension where she lost out
- 10:08Speaker 1: on fourteen hundred dollars worth of overtime money, which is
- 10:11Speaker 1: where she makes a lot of fourteen hundred dollars over
- 10:14Speaker 1: the course.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Of two weeks thousand.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Patrick says he's suing for one thousand dollars because she
- 10:18Speaker 1: put him through a lot of anguish and Judge Ross
- 10:21Speaker 1: is ready to rule.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Here's what I think is gonna happen. I think he's
- 10:25Speaker 2: gonna either give her six hundred dollars for the phone,
- 10:28Speaker 2: are gonna give her a thousand total? And just say
- 10:32Speaker 2: you get a thousand dollars, you get nothing just because
- 10:35Speaker 2: it splits the like it just takes the thousand out.
- 10:37Speaker 2: He's not gonna because she was stalking. Let's go with
- 10:42Speaker 2: a thousand. He's gonna give her a thousand bucks.
- 10:44Speaker 1: So do you by saying a thousand bucks, are you
- 10:46Speaker 1: saying that that.
- 10:47Speaker 2: He's gonna award both full and that's gonna mean a
- 10:50Speaker 2: thousand dollars for her? Okay?
- 10:52Speaker 1: Interesting, he says, Patrick, You're not getting anything.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yeah, That's the thing is you knew he wasn't gonna
- 10:57Speaker 2: give him.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You You you cheated. Whatever happens as a result of
- 11:01Speaker 1: that is he says, I will give you the six
- 11:07Speaker 1: hundred dollars to the phone. Clearly you set there's just
- 11:10Speaker 1: showing that valued Patrick, you took something that belonged to you.
- 11:14Speaker 1: As a result, it chattered, so you have to pay
- 11:15Speaker 1: for that. I'm not going to give you the fourteen
- 11:18Speaker 1: hundred dollars because you were stalking exactly. Yeah, should have
- 11:22Speaker 1: also a consequence of the stocking.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Just going with the six hundred.
- 11:28Speaker 1: I think Ross is correct this case.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yes, we did it. You ready to go over to
- 11:32Speaker 2: Judge Mathis always always and I had it was so
- 11:37Speaker 2: sad to hear that Warner Brothers is canceling. Judge, can
- 11:40Speaker 2: we just take a moment, a moment of silence? Now
- 11:42Speaker 2: here's the thing that wasn't long. It was long because
- 11:45Speaker 2: I we have tens of thousands of cases. I mean,
- 11:48Speaker 2: we've got but and this is of the cases. I
- 11:54Speaker 2: gotta be honest. It is up there near the top,
- 11:57Speaker 2: if not my favorite judgement. Wow, because Judge Mathis gets
- 12:01Speaker 2: to tell you how he's evolved as a human being,
- 12:04Speaker 2: He gets to give some zingers.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And we have two of the biggest characters I've ever
- 12:07Speaker 1: seen in a courtroom in.
- 12:09Speaker 2: This courtroom, are you ready? John Allen is suing Tesy
- 12:13Speaker 2: J for five thousands Wow.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Days after cancelation, Judge Greg Mathis announces a return to
- 12:22Speaker 1: TV with Mathis Court in the fall of twenty twenty
- 12:25Speaker 1: three on a different network, on a different network. He's
- 12:27Speaker 1: back everything, He's he's back.
- 12:29Speaker 2: We did it so that moment of silence was accurate.
- 12:31Speaker 2: That's that was an accurate as long as he wasn't
- 12:33Speaker 2: on team Well, it's not Judge Mathis anymore. It's Mathis
- 12:36Speaker 2: Mathis Court. Well, we'll see if those are available on YouTube,
- 12:39Speaker 2: because that that's what makes it. Follow twenty twenty three,
- 12:41Speaker 2: once again, John Allen is suing Tessy J. T z
- 12:45Speaker 2: z y Jay. Tes J is a big dude. He's
- 12:49Speaker 2: got a blonde streak through his hair. John Allen, and
- 12:52Speaker 2: this is very important for the court case.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Is is wearing a blouse and has his hair pulled
- 12:59Speaker 1: up and done.
- 13:04Speaker 2: He's He's I don't know, is is John Allen is
- 13:09Speaker 2: dressed like a woman? Okay? Is he is?
- 13:11Speaker 3: He?
- 13:11Speaker 1: Are they transitioning?
- 13:12Speaker 2: No? Okay, And we're gonna get into that in a
- 13:14Speaker 2: little bit. Okay. John Allen is suing Tessy J. For
- 13:19Speaker 2: five thousand dollars for defamation of character. Teszy J is
- 13:25Speaker 2: counter suing John Allen for five thousand dollars in pain
- 13:30Speaker 2: and suffering.
- 13:31Speaker 1: So five thousand dollars both sides.
- 13:34Speaker 2: That's the max.
- 13:36Speaker 1: So five thousand dollars for defamation, defamation of character and
- 13:40Speaker 1: five thousand dollars for pain and sub's right, got it.
- 13:43Speaker 2: So John starts off, So I met Teszy all the
- 13:46Speaker 2: way back in OH One. We hit it off really well.
- 13:47Speaker 2: We got a lot of things in common. He's known
- 13:50Speaker 2: for throwing parties and I was invited to one of
- 13:52Speaker 2: those party.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Right on, dude, imagine being known for one that way.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I mean, come on, and your name is good muscles,
- 13:59Speaker 1: part life is good if you're name is Teszy J
- 14:01Speaker 1: and you're known for throwing parties.
- 14:03Speaker 2: So then John says that I assumed the party was fun,
- 14:08Speaker 2: turned live or whatever. Judge Mathews is like, assume you were.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Weren't you there? And John says, yes, I was there,
- 14:18Speaker 2: but he said I was talking about his curtains or whatever.
- 14:22Speaker 2: So and Mathews is like, what what does that have
- 14:25Speaker 2: to do with the party? Was the party turned live?
- 14:28Speaker 2: Like what is it about the party? And he and
- 14:30Speaker 2: John says, look, all I'm saying is everything about the
- 14:33Speaker 2: party was amazing. But after the party, I felt like
- 14:36Speaker 2: our friendship wasn't genuine. And Matthews says, what do you mean?
- 14:41Speaker 1: Can I just when is this party in relation to
- 14:43Speaker 1: two thousand and one one?
- 14:44Speaker 2: It's just like last year, very recent.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Okay, so many of teszy.
- 14:49Speaker 2: They've been friends for twenty years. This just happened.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Okay. So he goes to a party, that's right, it
- 14:53Speaker 1: is turned that's right. But he's talking about he never
- 14:56Speaker 1: admits to that. Okay, he's not admitting dictorgrapher. He's not
- 14:59Speaker 1: admitt to talk about the curtains. He's not a minting
- 15:01Speaker 1: to carry. I'm sorry, I just want to but he
- 15:03Speaker 1: felt like after.
- 15:04Speaker 2: The party their friendship was no longer genuine. Matthews says,
- 15:07Speaker 2: what do you mean? John says, well, after the party
- 15:10Speaker 2: he made a rant of me. He was drunk on
- 15:12Speaker 2: Facebook talking about how I was talking about his curtains
- 15:15Speaker 2: and I didn't say nothing about his grandma's old curtains.
- 15:19Speaker 2: And he says old, just like that. And when he
- 15:22Speaker 2: says old, Teddy Jay is so mad. He is like,
- 15:28Speaker 2: I can't like trying to communce himself. Try not like
- 15:33Speaker 2: you can tell me he went from a one to
- 15:35Speaker 2: a ten immediately. Matthis is so confused. He is like,
- 15:42Speaker 2: I have this like matthis is like can't wrap his
- 15:45Speaker 2: brain around any of this and goes, run this by
- 15:48Speaker 2: me again, y'all fell out because he thinks he thinks
- 15:54Speaker 2: you don't like his grandma's curtains and and John says
- 15:59Speaker 2: he assumed he made an assumption and Matthews says that's
- 16:04Speaker 2: something to fall fall out about. And John says it
- 16:09Speaker 2: was personal and maybe it's because them curtains was ugly,
- 16:13Speaker 2: and Tessy is like, okay, but can I can I
- 16:16Speaker 2: just think really quickly?
- 16:17Speaker 1: It does sound as if John does not like it.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Certainly appears as is it possible John said something to
- 16:26Speaker 2: make Testy think that John doesn't like to kurk Chris
- 16:29Speaker 2: now uh. Tessey gets to speak and he says, what up, judge,
- 16:37Speaker 2: that's what he says. Listen, judge, he's claiming. And Matthis
- 16:43Speaker 2: stops him and goes he he really, oh boy, yeah
- 16:50Speaker 2: uh And he looks and John doesn't blink an eye
- 16:53Speaker 2: that he his name's John. And he says, now, are
- 16:56Speaker 2: you a female impersonator or are you transgender? And at
- 17:02Speaker 2: this point John says neither I'm androgonus. Sure I got it.
- 17:11Speaker 2: He says neither I'm and drogonus and Judge Matthis says androgynous.
- 17:17Speaker 2: He says yes, and Judge Matthis says, okay, so the
- 17:19Speaker 2: viewers at home know, Judge androg just means it's difficult
- 17:24Speaker 2: to tell if someone's male or female. And John says, no,
- 17:27Speaker 2: it does. And it means to the eye, you're able
- 17:30Speaker 2: to appear as if you're female or male without much adjustment.
- 17:35Speaker 2: And Judge Matthis says, that's what I said. Don't try
- 17:38Speaker 2: to question my LGBTQ plus knowledge. John says, you got it, Judge,
- 17:44Speaker 2: and Judge Matthis says, I've quickly become an expert in
- 17:48Speaker 2: that area. I'm very curious, And then he continues, Judge
- 17:53Speaker 2: Mathis says that okay, but just really quickly.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So so John is and identifies as he Ham but
- 18:02Speaker 1: has no problem.
- 18:04Speaker 2: At least in this courtroom is dressing like it. Judge
- 18:08Speaker 2: Matthis says, I've quickly become an expert in that area.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I'm very curious. I want to be able to evolve
- 18:13Speaker 2: and lift up and change my ignorance on the LGBTQ
- 18:17Speaker 2: community's views and values. I want to be informed because
- 18:20Speaker 2: the basis of our problems are ignorance, and when we're informed,
- 18:24Speaker 2: we understand what's valuable and important to somebody else. So
- 18:26Speaker 2: it's important to me that I get this right. And
- 18:29Speaker 2: I got it right. That's what Judge Matthis says. So
- 18:34Speaker 2: Teszy Jay continues, I was in the room and I
- 18:37Speaker 2: overheard John say them curtains old.
- 18:39Speaker 1: As hell, which now is in line with what John
- 18:45Speaker 1: has been saying in the first to see him, and
- 18:48Speaker 1: he said.
- 18:48Speaker 2: I didn't see, but I heard, and I didn't say
- 18:51Speaker 2: anything that night, but man, my grandma gave me those curtains.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Those curtains, Grandma grandma past, I think is Grandma's past.
- 18:59Speaker 2: So two days later, I was thinking about it, and
- 19:02Speaker 2: I took me a little shot of blue vodka, and
- 19:06Speaker 2: I felt like I needed to go live and rant
- 19:08Speaker 2: on this. My grandma gave me them curtains. You shouldn't
- 19:11Speaker 2: be focused on the curtains, in my mind, And if
- 19:14Speaker 2: you're gonna be focused on the curtains, you should be
- 19:16Speaker 2: focused on the door. That's what I'm saying, Judge, fantastic line. Yeah,
- 19:20Speaker 2: do we get to see any of the rant boy
- 19:23Speaker 2: dud Okay, John's like he should have addressed me personally
- 19:25Speaker 2: if he had that issue. Matthes Is like he should
- 19:27Speaker 2: have and Tess. He's like, I didn't address him in
- 19:29Speaker 2: the video. You're honor and and and John's like, well,
- 19:33Speaker 2: people know it's me because of the description. That that's
- 19:36Speaker 2: that's defamation. And Judge Mathies goes it is if you
- 19:39Speaker 2: go on a video and you refer to someone, even
- 19:41Speaker 2: if it's not by name, but people know who you're
- 19:43Speaker 2: talking about and you defame their character, that is defamation.
- 19:48Speaker 2: And people making videos need to know that. Uh So
- 19:51Speaker 2: we get to see the video. Oh man, you had
- 19:55Speaker 2: there is a two minutes you can pull up. I
- 19:58Speaker 2: think the title of it is is hose be talking
- 20:01Speaker 2: about my curtains or something like that? Later you just
- 20:04Speaker 2: need to because it's so much as bleeped out in
- 20:07Speaker 2: this video. We get a side by side of the
- 20:09Speaker 2: video and mathis reaction to the video, and mathis is
- 20:13Speaker 2: loving life. Basically, the parts of the video we get
- 20:16Speaker 2: to hear include, uh, I don't I don't just invite
- 20:21Speaker 2: anybody into my house because I believe in those demons,
- 20:24Speaker 2: those spirits. These hoes be carrying them with them. Uh
- 20:27Speaker 2: they carry them into my house and you can't get
- 20:29Speaker 2: rid of them. This host said something about them curtains.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Mathis is dying, laughing, h y'all, don't be living with y'all.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Don't be inviting these hoes in your house because they
- 20:39Speaker 2: be hating on them curtains. And then he shows the
- 20:42Speaker 2: curtains in the video and be like, why are you
- 20:43Speaker 2: gotta be hating on these curtains? They're old? But they
- 20:49Speaker 2: uh but uh. Mathis then is composed of himself and says,
- 20:54Speaker 2: I hope you can show as much of that video
- 20:55Speaker 2: as possible, but it's going to be all be bleeped out,
- 20:57Speaker 2: And sure enough a lot of it was bleeped out.
- 21:00Speaker 2: He says, that was really funny. But John, none of
- 21:02Speaker 2: this refers to anyone specific, and.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Also he's not from what you're saying, it doesn't sound
- 21:09Speaker 1: like he's describing anybody. He's just he's just referencing a hoe.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right, that's right. Just again, I know this
- 21:15Speaker 2: is two weeks in a row, but Matthew is gonna
- 21:18Speaker 2: get into that in a second as well. Uh. He says,
- 21:21Speaker 2: uh uh. Tessy, also, those curtains look nice. Did she
- 21:26Speaker 2: did your grandma make them? And Tessy's like yeah, And
- 21:29Speaker 2: then Judge Mathis goes on a rant about his aunt
- 21:32Speaker 2: who is a seamstress and who was very according to
- 21:36Speaker 2: Judge matthis, I want to get this right, very highly heralded.
- 21:40Speaker 2: And he said, I wish they would come over and
- 21:42Speaker 2: criticize aunt EVAs curtains outside my inside my house. You
- 21:45Speaker 2: think you heard something on that video, You've not heard
- 21:47Speaker 2: nothing yet, all right, that's what he says. So then
- 21:50Speaker 2: he gets into a lesson about how he's not going
- 21:52Speaker 2: to call either of them an h or a bee.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I got it, okay, And he says, I can't call
- 21:58Speaker 1: you a h s or b's because I don't I'm
- 22:00Speaker 1: not in your community.
- 22:01Speaker 2: I don't know that. So you guys call each other
- 22:03Speaker 2: h's and bees all the time. That can't be defamation
- 22:05Speaker 2: of character because you guys say the ahs and the
- 22:07Speaker 2: bees all the time. I would never do that. I
- 22:09Speaker 2: would never do it. You wouldn't come into my house
- 22:11Speaker 2: and call me that. He looked at his bailiff and
- 22:13Speaker 2: he goes, bailiff can't call me an inn. But I
- 22:15Speaker 2: can go call my family in if I want to,
- 22:17Speaker 2: And then the bailiff I can't call. I don't remember.
- 22:20Speaker 2: There's a really mean term for Irish people. I don't
- 22:26Speaker 2: I don't remember that term off the top of my head.
- 22:29Speaker 2: But I can't call him I did, well, he can
- 22:31Speaker 2: go call his Irish family that if he wants to,
- 22:34Speaker 2: he can do that. That's his right. If you should
- 22:36Speaker 2: know what the people, how people talk in your own
- 22:38Speaker 2: culture is important to that culture. So I'm not gonna
- 22:40Speaker 2: call you any ahes or bees, but you can call
- 22:42Speaker 2: each other that. That's not my problem. I can't do that.
- 22:45Speaker 2: How can we know he was definitely talking about you, John,
- 22:48Speaker 2: John says, well, we have similar friends, and those friends
- 22:51Speaker 2: brought it to my attention, and Judge Mathis goes, did
- 22:54Speaker 2: you talk about his grandma's curtains? Listen.
- 22:56Speaker 4: The only way in my estimation that that John here's
- 23:02Speaker 4: this video and knows that that Tessy's talking about him,
- 23:06Speaker 4: is if in fact.
- 23:08Speaker 1: John was talking about the curtains at that At the point.
- 23:11Speaker 2: John looks Matthis square in the eye says, no, I
- 23:13Speaker 2: didn't say anything about the curtains. Teszy then says, oh
- 23:17Speaker 2: Lord Jesus. Matthis then says, then why did he make
- 23:20Speaker 2: it up? Why do you make the video? Why'd you
- 23:22Speaker 2: think it was you? And John says, maybe he's insecure.
- 23:26Speaker 2: He turned around on me, really like he's in No,
- 23:29Speaker 2: he's really insecure. Maybe he just turned on me. That's
- 23:31Speaker 2: why our friendship hadn't been the same. And Math's like, so,
- 23:34Speaker 2: why are you countersuing and he says because. Teddy says
- 23:38Speaker 2: because John hit me at church. He says, y'all are
- 23:42Speaker 2: fighting in church, and John says, look, I saw the
- 23:46Speaker 2: video and we went to church. Uh, and and he
- 23:52Speaker 2: just turned really fast. He turned on me really fast
- 23:55Speaker 2: and tried to walk away. So I just like, you know,
- 23:57Speaker 2: I booped him. Now John, John is admitting to booping.
- 24:02Speaker 2: John did admit to booping. Yes, I booped him with
- 24:05Speaker 2: my bag. And Teszy's like, John confronted me. He walked
- 24:08Speaker 2: up to me. His entire friends and family are all
- 24:10Speaker 2: the round. I didn't get a word in. Everybody's there.
- 24:13Speaker 2: They're all boosting him like boost mobile, that's what he says.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I think they're just making their firing him up. They're
- 24:18Speaker 2: boosting him. He hit me with the same bag that
- 24:20Speaker 2: he's got now. And then he asked me why I
- 24:24Speaker 2: posted it, and I said, it's about the curtains and
- 24:27Speaker 2: you can't disrespect my grandma's curtains and that's why I
- 24:30Speaker 2: posted it. And matthis is like, so, this is just
- 24:33Speaker 2: messy gossip, and then Tessy goes, John's just a messy person,
- 24:37Speaker 2: messy bun, messy person calls out John's bun in fact,
- 24:41Speaker 2: in fact, I'm not here to judge a bun one
- 24:44Speaker 2: way or the other. I just I'm not. I don't
- 24:46Speaker 2: have any comments on uh the hair, I just don't none.
- 24:49Speaker 2: So uh, they start going back and forth, and then
- 24:52Speaker 2: Tessy says, I thought the situation was over in church.
- 24:55Speaker 2: I wouldn't plan on doing anything after it until I
- 24:58Speaker 2: heard I was getting sued by John. I just thought
- 25:01Speaker 2: God was gonna judge him. And then matthis is like, well,
- 25:03Speaker 2: God judges whether you go to heaven or Hell. I
- 25:06Speaker 2: judge whether you go to hell. That's jail. So I'm
- 25:08Speaker 2: judging today. And then we get the uh, we get
- 25:11Speaker 2: the judgment on the curtains. This is tough. Five of characters,
- 25:16Speaker 2: five thousand paid and suffering booted him in church. This
- 25:19Speaker 2: is tough.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I I am of the belief that John definitely talked
- 25:29Speaker 1: about the curtains of the party. Yeah, I think we
- 25:31Speaker 1: all are, because there's no judging by what you said
- 25:35Speaker 1: in the video.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And and correct me if I'm wrong. There's nothing in that video.
- 25:39Speaker 1: That would make anybody think that it was John unless
- 25:44Speaker 1: you heard John talk about the curtains at the party,
- 25:48Speaker 1: his grandma's curtains. So I don't think that's defamation of character. Okay,
- 25:53Speaker 1: is not calling up. I was saying John's not getting anything.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Got it.
- 25:57Speaker 1: There's nothing in that video that defate Eames John, got it?
- 26:02Speaker 2: Now? He booped him, He did boop. He booped him?
- 26:06Speaker 1: Is a boop worth five thousand dollars?
- 26:09Speaker 2: Pain and suffering?
- 26:10Speaker 1: Is there any medical records? Do you have to go
- 26:15Speaker 1: This is pain and this is suffering, humiliation.
- 26:18Speaker 2: I I I.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Would, I would say he is gonna get a little
- 26:23Speaker 1: of this. This is not a boop. Is not five
- 26:26Speaker 1: thousand dollars. I think a boob is worth five hundred dollars.
- 26:30Speaker 1: That's what I'm going to give to Tesz.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Judge Mathis is very close to you. He gives Teszy
- 26:35Speaker 2: a thousand day that is worth a boo worth a
- 26:40Speaker 2: thousand dollars, And then obviously John is not getting anything.
- 26:44Speaker 2: And stop talking about people's curtains. You clearly talked, you
- 26:47Speaker 2: des talked about it was a roller coaster ride and
- 26:50Speaker 2: it was one of my favorite cases definitely, and the
- 26:52Speaker 2: two John and Tezi are wonderful characters. You just need
- 26:55Speaker 2: to watch the video when you get a chance. Fantastic boy.
- 26:58Speaker 2: We gaggled hard today.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, ah we did. Let's let's do it
- 27:03Speaker 1: again next time. Yeah, let's do it again next time.
