SPEAKER_00: We really have been we've got enough on the stuff.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_01: Yes, you have did that one that I did about talking about on Nick's podcast that he clipped of me when I was talking about how uh bikini is the hardest division to get on stage.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_01: Um and I was saying in a very positive light, in the sense that that's why I fucking love bikini, is because it's the hardest look to nail.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, and he agreed as a primarily men's coach, and most of his following is men.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_01: And God, that that clip, a clip is it like 150,000 views right now, with I can't even tell you how many shares and comments on it.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_01: Most people somewhat agreeing, um, but there's a lot, there's some arguments in there for sure.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I just did a podcast today um with BTS TV, and we said the exact same thing.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: I was like, I was on there with another competitor, mental physique competitor called George, and he said the exact same.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: I was like bikini and men's physique, the hardest two divisions, period.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, just because it's there's so many people, so there's more bodies, meaning there's more competitiveness within that sport.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't see a bodybuilding show with furnace.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_01: It leaves much less room for error.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: Because if you have an open bodybuilder, in like there's usually other than like Olympia, a regular pro show, there's a pretty fucking big delineation between like first and fifth place.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_01: Like I you can tell you could tell it apart pretty well.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, there's either a majorly lacking area, someone's off in conditioning, they turn to the back, and you're like, oh, huge difference between this guy and this guy.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_01: In bikini, first and fifth could be like, oh shit, like that could have gone either way, and everyone in between.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: So men's speaking the same way.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_01: There's so fucking many of them, too.
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_00: So agreed, agreed.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: And there's so they're getting everyone's just getting better and better as well.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, not saying the bodybuilders aren't, but like everyone in general in bodybuilding is getting better.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: Well, it's because you you typically see like I don't want to call it like an entry-level type of thing, but like people take a while to get to open bodybuilding.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: Like, yes, you have you have your middleweight and your light heavies and all that, but regardless, there isn't that at the at the pro level.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, you have 212 and you've got open.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_01: So, regardless, if you're not a guy that's shorter and fits into 212 better, you got a while if you turn pro in the light heavies or in middle weights or whatever it may be to become a good open pro.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_01: Whereas men's physique, you see some of these guys that you're at the national level, you're like, holy shit, they're gonna be competitive right away.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_01: And you see that in bikini as well.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_01: There's some girls we see where we're like, oh, she's put in the years in the work and she's gonna be competitive immediately.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_01: Um, but when you're looking at some of the open bodybuilders, there's that not to say that other divisions don't have this for time, but there's the time that it takes to get there.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_01: Where if you're not a heavyweight or a super heavy bodybuilder, like there's a lot of years there to pack on that tissue to be where you need to be.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_01: Whereas in men's physique and in um bikini, you see like a lot more immediate competitive.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: Uh Martina, for example, turned pro last year and just came out swinging and got first call-outs in her pro debut this past weekend.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_01: And she's in the show this weekend too with you.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_01: Um, like that's an example right there of someone just coming out swinging out the gate.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_01: Where when she turned pro, I was like, that's gonna be like a close-to-rookie of the year when she comes out for her pro debut.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be cool.
• 3:24
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, they're men's physique and bikini definitely very competitive numbers-wise, but it's also because the numbers are high quality too.
• 3:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100% completely agree.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, this week, what we got going on?
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_01: This is a week.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_01: This is a week.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, firstly, can we just um highlight the fact that I fell asleep so on the on a rooftop.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: So I fell asleep in the sun, and that's why I was we were a little bit late today for filming the podcast.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you wouldn't have known otherwise, but no one would know that.
• 3:57
  SPEAKER_00: No, we're in peak.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: It's hilarious to think about.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_01: Phoebe is feeling her peak weak right now because let me tell you, I'm sitting here at six o'clock where I'm like texting her.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, hey, here's some of the DM questions that I got.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, I think this should be our agenda for the day.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: Like, look at the list for Wasatch.
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_01: No response, no response.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what the fuck, Phoebe?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden I get a message in a picture of her waking up on the poolside rooftop.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh my god.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't a poolside, it was literally just the balcony in the I thought you were like poolside.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_01: I thought you no, no, no, like the sun set the sunlight on you.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, she's laying by the pool.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: No, I was literally, I they have like a little balcony outside.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: I was in my sweats and like literally like I was in like my tracksuit, sweats, and I was like, this is so cozy and warm.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: But like Arizona at the moment's a little bit cloudy.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: So I woke up and I was beaming hot.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my god, where am I?
• 4:46
  SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_01: So but um that's like the best naps too when you wake up after that.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, feels good.
• 4:52
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's very good.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: But um, yeah, peak week.
• 4:55
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, to be fair, I wasn't like I said, I wasn't feeling like tired.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: Like this peak week has actually been very good, but we have been depleting a little bit harder um because we want to just come in a little bit tighter for this show um for Wasatch.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: So yes, and that's this weekend.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_01: So we'll get to that list soon because what a list for bikini and fit model.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's gonna be good.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go through that right now because it's so good.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So you want to touch on last Saturday first?
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: Hope we got through last Saturday.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: Did we not go through oh yes, for um a couple days ago?
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_01: A couple days ago.
• 5:30
  SPEAKER_01: Uh Zophia Alice.
• 5:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, congrats, girls.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: So let me get that up now.
• 5:37
  SPEAKER_00: So there's fantastic.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: So the first call out was more than this, but for some reason we can't see everyone.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: So, but this was the top four.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: So you've got Alice, Anna, Zophia, and Kerry.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Um and all these girls look absolutely incredible, if I'm gonna be completely honest.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_01: Like they all look really, really good.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_00: Really good.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you got the top uh three three of the top three from this weekend were from the Arnold UK as well.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: So it was gonna be competitive, and I always thought it was those three were gonna be the three that were gonna be at the top, if I'm gonna be honest.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: And then Anna's obviously on the list as well, and she's in a previous Olympians, they're all Olympic Olympians, so this was really, really cool for a UK show to have this many Olympians in um the show.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: I thought the show was great.
• 6:27
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think there's any Anna's glute density is fucking good.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got crazy glutes for days.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: I think Zophia, for me anyway, overall had everything.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like she had small waist, knife taper in the upper body, great glutes, like everything was just very, very like top to bottom, balanced bikini, that type of thing.
• 6:50
  SPEAKER_00: So I feel like that's why.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: Oh, let's do the static one.
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_00: That's not static.
• 6:55
  SPEAKER_00: Here yeah.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like they really nailed it.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, we'll have a look at obviously the other photos in a second and stuff, but I love I love Alice's look.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: I feel like she's not 100% got her best look yet this season because I feel like her best look was Alice.
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, her best look was Janet's show.
• 7:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like since then, um, we haven't seen that just yet, but she's only getting better.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: I think this show she looked better at than the Arnold UK two weeks before.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: Olympia was really good too.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_01: I think Janet's show was like if Alice nailed her look from um Battle of the Bodies every single time, that's like push that's pushing top 10 at the Olympia because she got top 15 at the O.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_01: So she's pushing top 10 at the Olympia with that look.
• 7:40
  SPEAKER_01: She does.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_01: Um get right back to that Olympia um battle of the Battle of the Bodies look again.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_01: And I mean, she pushes the win at any show she does.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, the Twin One looks it looks really good.
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: I just think Zorfia just had just a little bit more pop, a little bit more like projection.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: Like you can see it in her glutes just a little bit more, even upper body.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: You can see she's just like where the areas need to be like sucked down are.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Um so I think Alice is just missing that.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: But once she gets that back, she's gonna be unstoppable because she has a really, really good look.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited to see it.
• 8:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's gonna be.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_01: I would not doubt that.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_01: This is definitely improved from the honor.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: Well, she's doing they're both doing FIBO this weekend with Adriana, so this is gonna be a really cool one to see for FIBO.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Um, another shout out to um Maya.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: So she is a new pro to the season, and she just got fifth place behind four Olympians.
• 8:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's all like massive congrats, and she's 22.
• 8:45
  SPEAKER_01: Wow, that's crazy.
• 8:47
  SPEAKER_00: I think she's 22.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: I think in her bio said 22, if I'm not mistaken.
• 8:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 22 years old.
• 8:52
  SPEAKER_00: 22 years old, damn.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: So because she did um San Diego with me, and we had a few chats and stuff like that back.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: So she's really improved since San Diego.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, she's the one that did what you just did, flying back and forth across the world week by week.
• 9:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's hard.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's hard.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: I think she was also doing FIBO as well.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: So this was her at San Diego, and then I think she well, she definitely improved, obviously improved from there to there.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: So then this was this was obviously the UK pro show.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: I think the overall look as well, like hair, makeup, bikini, like it all that just for me looks so much better.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so much better.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: I think um it just wasn't a hundred percent the look she wanted to bring for San Diego.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: This just everything, I think, for me, screamed so much better for the UK Annals.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_01: So the red is the color too in comparison to that blue.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: Blondes and reds just work very, very well, like a blonde in red, or even a girl with dark hair, but like I just think blondes look very, very good in red.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: Also, this whole lineup is in red and pink, so yeah, we love that.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: Um, I know some of our followers have wanted us to kind of do more like look at everyone.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: I try to look at everyone else.
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_00: I couldn't find anyone else.
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_00: So I do apologize.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_01: Um I don't even think there's a scorecard to tell the Instagram media pages to cover like the whole top ten, and then you can do it on the podcast.
• 10:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I mean.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: So I'm trying to find where we get our photos from.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to find where.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: Because there wasn't even anyone tagged in this, apart from the girls who all got top five.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know who else did it.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: So I do apologize for the five.
• 10:35
  SPEAKER_00: Predictions, John.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_01: He nailed it with the top five.
• 10:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he did.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_01: He really did like literally spot on.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but um, yeah, so we do apologize if we can't show everyone, because this is honestly the reason why.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, okay, so OneBoard Pro Show was last week.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: Now this weekend we've got, which I didn't realize there's three bikini pro shows.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: So you've got Wasatch, you've got FIBO, and then you've got China.
• 10:57
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't know that.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_01: So save Wasatch for the last one because it's such a big list with fit model and bikini.
• 11:03
  SPEAKER_00: So let's do FIBO.
• 11:04
  SPEAKER_00: FIBO.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: So the cool thing about FIBO is we've got oh John, come on, tag everyone.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_01: Please we're gonna clip that and just tag him on the Instagram.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: John, tag everybody, do a better job.
• 11:23
  SPEAKER_00: I'm joking.
• 11:23
  SPEAKER_00: I'm joking, I promise.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: We've got Adriana, who just got third at the Arnold UK.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Um so this is gonna be really cool to kind of see her against or next to Alice and Zophia because they all got top five at the Arnolds UK.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: Alice got fifth, if I'm not mistaken, and then Zophia got fourth.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: So it all got kind of like that second half of uh top five.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it's a rematch in a way, you know.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: So and all of them need one more win to get qualified.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: So someone's getting qualified this weekend, you know?
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: Someone is out of potentially out of these three.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, that's gonna be kind of cool.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: I thought Zophia already, like I said, I thought Zophia already had a win, but she doesn't.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: I thought she did though.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just this past weekend.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she does look really good.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: It's her waist, like her front pose is probably the best out of all of all four of them.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_01: Um Carrie looks really good here too.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the back pose, I think she's definitely improved her waistline for sure.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: Um and her back pose is is so poppy from the back, it always has been.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: So, and then Anna's colours are just crazy, huge, yeah.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, crazy poppy, which I very full, very round.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_01: Like the there's nothing lacking in her glutes.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_01: I think it's just the overall balance mixed with conditioning needs to come in.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: So that's what I was gonna say.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, does it it because they are so poppy, does it throw other things off?
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So like a tiny bit, yeah.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: In her back pose, you can't really see it, but in her front pose, she might need a little bit more size in the upper body to kind of match the lower body, you know?
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: So, and then that will probably showcase off better in the back pose and stuff as well.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, and then we've got Alice.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_01: This was the the This was the look for Alice.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this this was the look that she nailed.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: This was such a good look.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_01: Like literally nailed it, it was insane.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: This was such a good look.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: You can all you can even just see it in her like just structure standing there, everything was just so on point, so on point at that show.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_01: That set her up for some crazy momentum at the Olympia because she came out and shocked at that show.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_01: Like we knew she was good, but she shocked at that show.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think this was a very, very good look for her.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: So if she brings that back, and then she obviously she's obviously won multiple pro shows before, like she's won multiple, so it's not like she can't do it again.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: She definitely can for sure.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm excited for her.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's been moving all the way back to that one was two and a half years ago.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's crazy.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Adriana.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, Adriana.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: I think she has such a good, like her presence is so stunning on stage, really so stunning.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: So I think I think Adriana's, in my opinion, I clicked that one.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: She's missing nothing, she just needs a little bit everywhere.
• 14:31
  SPEAKER_01: That's what I see.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what her feedback has been.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: In the back pose, it's more glute.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, hams are perfect, adductors are perfect, overall hourglass, the cap delts, like everything is perfect, more glute.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_01: In the front pose, upper body looks spot on, could probably use a little bit more glute, little bit more leg.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_01: And I think she'd be great.
• 14:51
  SPEAKER_01: Like great, great.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's really she looks like this.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: Is probably one of like Adriana's been going for a long time.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, she actually we she won her pro card at one of my pro shows that I did um back in Europe in 2019.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: Yep, I remember because um back in your day.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: Back in my day, so she won her pro card and then she did the pro show.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: And I want to say she either got third or fourth.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: She won the her pro card that day, and then uh was it that day?
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: And came and killed it in the top five, and then she got and then she's just been improving, improving, improving like every single year.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: So, and she's gone to the Olympia like two or three times, I think, right?
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_00: At least three times.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: I want to say she's been three times.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes they put it four times.
• 15:33
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, four times.
• 15:34
  SPEAKER_00: Wow, damn.
• 15:36
  SPEAKER_01: She's won nine shows.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_01: Nine, where European pro champ times three, pro champ times six, unless that unless that's six total, but it's looking like she's calling it nine, how I'm reading it.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, okay.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Because I was like, is it six?
• 15:52
SPEAKER_01: But it might be six, but yeah, European pro shows three times, and then pro shows six.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_01: So either six or nine, regardless.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_01: Six pro wins is fucking huge too.
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's massive.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, a four-time Olympian's big too.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_01: Big, big.
• 16:04
  SPEAKER_00: That is crazy.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_01: And she's on track for number five already.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: She's already halfway up the points list and only needs one more win.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: So and then we've got Lisa coming into this show as well.
• 16:16
  SPEAKER_01: Lisa, when Lisa's on, she's on.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_01: She has that type of physique though, where it's like if something little bit is off, it kind of throws off her whole flow.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_01: Like it's really gotta be proper conditioned, proper, just everything needs to be damn near 100%.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_01: And then she looks really, really damn good.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_01: But that little 1% off, it's like it throws off the waist and core a bit.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_01: She can be a little bit too muscular if she's too conditioned, like it pop the the um strietions pop really easily on her.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's always the hardest part with bikinis.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: There's literally there's like this much of a too much, and then it's like, oh, it's too much, you know, or not enough, you know.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: So I think that's always the hardest part, and you just have to get it, and especially now more than anything, it's getting smaller.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: So it's like if there's even like the smallest little part of like striations or too much cap or too much like you know, depth in the conditioning, like it just throws things off.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: So what's Alison doing this year?
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: I was just about to say that.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_01: I was like, I haven't talked to her in a minute, it's been a couple minutes.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, I was like, I wonder what Alice, what show Alison is doing.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_01: Um Allison DM us and tell us.
• 17:23
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: I'm literally like Alison, let's have a look.
• 17:26
  SPEAKER_00: Uh here we go.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: She looks really good though.
• 17:34
  SPEAKER_00: She's looking good, yeah.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: This is probably the same.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_01: She always has yeah, much more balance.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_01: She always has crazy muscle, but definitely uh definitely good balance all around.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_01: I think this is if this looks like stage lean.
• 17:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I definitely think.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: I mean, she the hard thing with her, I think from what it sounds like, and obviously all of her posts, she's very honest as well, which I really like.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: I think she is she just gets uh lean very quickly, so it's hard to hold on for to fullness.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: So she has to be very strategic from what it sounds like with how she loses weight and how she gets lean and stuff like that.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So she it's not too much too quickly, because otherwise then she gets too straighted, and blah blah blah.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: So um, because she has the size there, she has the muscle mask and density there.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: It's just making sure that we have both and not too much of either, like we were just mentioning.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: So, but this is such a good look for her.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_00: Really, really good look.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: This is giving like um when was it that she her best?
• 18:31
  SPEAKER_00: I think was like 20.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: It was even like 2022 or 2021, or around that era, she looks a lot more like balanced, and then I think she kind of you know, a little was a little bit not inconsistent, but like had a few dips in in the road and stuff like that, in terms of like getting too muscular or too conditioned, blah blah blah.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: So I think her first Olympia she brought, she got like 12, I think, or second Olympia, she got 12.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: So she did very well.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: Um so it's just going getting it back, that's all.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: So, and then there's no one else that's tagged that I know of.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: I think is this girl?
• 19:12
SPEAKER_01: I don't see her name on there.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_01: No I don't recognize we have China.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we have China as well.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and she has one win already, I believe.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_01: So like 99% sure she has a win already.
• 19:53
  SPEAKER_00: Is this from recent?
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: No, she hasn't posted since the Arnolds, because I was like, is that from recent from when she did the Arnolds?
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Because I think she just needed to tighten she needs to tighten up.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: I think the Arnolds is so difficult because she'd obviously been already probably competing all year and then continued to do the Arnolds.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes that's really hard to do, you know.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_01: Her suit blends in with that background so much.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like I liked her suit that she did with when she did it with Amy.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: I think that was red, more of a like a reddy colour versus it being like orange.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: I feel like that suits her complexion just a little bit more.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, oranges are quite a tough suit to wear for anyone, I feel.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: Um she looks good though, she looks very, very good.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_01: Back pose is very, very good.
• 20:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got long tires, very, very long tires.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that'll be interesting to see what she looks like this this week.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's cool.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: I've never actually seen this photo before.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: That's cool actually seeing everyone like side by side.
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so and then we've got Irene.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: She also did a show recently and got top six.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: Five, she got top five.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: So she got fifth place, so she's got points.
• 21:18
  SPEAKER_00: She's getting points, yeah.
• 21:19
  SPEAKER_00: Taiwan.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: She's from Spain, so she's she's from Spain, so she's coming over.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, she doesn't live in Asia, does she?
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: I have no idea.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: I don't think so, but she's going over, she's from what it looks like, she's obviously doing show, show, show, show, show more, more and stuff, which is cool.
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_01: And stay there, because third place, Natalia's in the show too in China.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, I think I've got her up.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_01: Oh, do you pull her up?
• 21:44
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's in it as well.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_01: I don't know where she's at on the points list, but I know she's I think she's competed a couple times already the season.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_01: We've looked at her a couple times.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: She's got such a tiny waist from the front.
• 21:55
  SPEAKER_00: My goodness.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Oh, this guy maybe la was making me laugh.
• 21:59
SPEAKER_00: Um It reminded me of like Max.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: Like they're like very videographer-esque.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I've never seen that on stage before where there's actual videographers on stage.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: I bet the footage is sick, but it just made me laugh.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_01: I bet the footage is insane.
• 22:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 22:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: It just made me laugh.
• 22:13
  SPEAKER_00: He's just like, Neil.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, she looks really good.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: She's won shows before as well.
• 22:18
  SPEAKER_00: So I think it's just density.
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_00: We've said this before.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: I think this is what we were saying before as well.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: It's just density in her in her lower body.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_01: Overall density and um little, little, little bit of um balancing out the proportion in her back pose.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_01: One glute is a little bit denser than the other side.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_01: One tie-in is a little bit more pronounced than the other.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_01: Not noticeable just to like watching her routine, but when you're sitting there in your back pose next to everybody, noticeable.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_01: Um that's something actually that recently, I mean, there's so much um perpetual bullshit that goes around, but people talk about like the tie-in's not a muscle, you can't work that area.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_01: But the more that you stretch fascia and the more that you pump blood to an area, the more that you can end up projecting it and pronouncing it over time.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_01: And it it helps in like mind muscle connection when it comes to backstage pumping up and um really getting a certain area pronounced.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_01: It's actually one of the things that I have prided myself on in the last like year or two of really being able to bring out tie-ins, regardless of obviously conditioning playing a major fucking role in that.
• 23:27
  SPEAKER_01: But yeah, exactly.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_01: Uh she she looks really good though.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_01: China's gonna be a good show, too.
• 23:32
  SPEAKER_01: Damn, what a weekend.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this whole weekend there's gonna be oh, if I'm gonna get some top front runners in each show, it's great.
• 23:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: And then another girl, I think it's a lot of people.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: She did she play sixth, yeah.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: She plays sixth uh the Taiwan as well.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's so hard because obviously when it's like top six, obviously six doesn't get points, but they'll still be like sixth place, and you're like, so close.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: Um again, I don't know why I'm I don't know why I clicked on that one.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_01: Got some quads on her.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was just about to say that density in the lower body is in in the legs specifically is quite high.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: So it's just trying to make sure maybe that that balances out the glutes and stuff as well.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_01: Needs a little bit more of her upper body, especially a little bit more thickness to the lats just to really even out that front pose.
• 24:34
  SPEAKER_01: But really, really good.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: It might be too much, potentially.
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_01: I know, honestly, yeah.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: Because if you're on this kind of quality of a video, it usually is a little bit faded, but if you can see them that pronounced, yeah, then they might be a little, a little too much in person.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: Because I feel I think everyone always forgets the videos.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: Don't always you always look bigger and more and less shredded on the like videos, I personally feel like anyway.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: Is that if you look in that shredded on in person?
• 25:04
SPEAKER_01: Is Mitch at Wasash this weekend?
• 25:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, he is.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: Gilko's gonna be at um Wasatch.
• 25:12
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, next one.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: This girl did the UK Arnolds, yeah.
• 25:18
  SPEAKER_00: She's the UK Arnolds.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: God, there's some people traveling.
• 25:21
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there are.
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: That was a good one.
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_00: This one's China, right?
• 25:27
SPEAKER_01: This one's in China, we said.
• 25:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_01: How far is that from being in like Europe?
• 25:31
  SPEAKER_00: Well, she's from I think she's Russian.
• 25:35
  unknown: Okay.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: If I'm not mistaken, she's from Russia.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_01: I've never been to China before, so I don't know what like flight times are from Europe to China or Russia to China.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_00: If I'm honest, it's it it I don't I don't know either because I've never been to like I've been to Asia, but I've not been I've only gone from Dubai, which is closer.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, so I'm not too sure.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: I reckon from Russia, it might be quite a like there's always like a lot of stop-offs.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: There'll at least be probably like two to three stop-offs, which would be that'll make just the trip just very long.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: So, but she looks good.
• 26:09
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, very good.
• 26:10
  SPEAKER_00: She looks really good.
• 26:13
  SPEAKER_00: Really good.
• 26:14
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Maggie.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh, she hasn't competed yet this year, I don't think.
• 26:22
  SPEAKER_00: Or has she?
• 26:24
  SPEAKER_00: Not this year, no.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: The last time she did a show, I want to say, was Olympia.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what it looks like.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
• 26:34
  SPEAKER_00: This this one.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: This was after the Olympia though.
• 26:37
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, September.
• 26:38
  SPEAKER_00: No, before.
• 26:39
  SPEAKER_01: Right before.
• 26:40
  SPEAKER_00: Did she win?
• 26:41
  SPEAKER_01: She was insane there.
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_01: That's a great look.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, where did she place?
• 26:44
  SPEAKER_00: Second.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: So she got second at I think this is is this the um no China Pro last year in September.
• 26:55
SPEAKER_00: This is what an entrance.
• 26:56
  SPEAKER_00: That's so sick.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: That is such a cool stage.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_01: So and then the light comes right on you after.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god! The smoke?
• 27:03
  SPEAKER_01: What that's so cool.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_01: That's badass.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_01: Imagine the shot he just got of her walking out of the smoke like that.
• 27:11
  SPEAKER_01: That's so cool.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I'd be so overwhelmed with that.
• 27:15
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I could handle that.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: I'd think I'd literally go into like fucking shock or something like that, being like this.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_01: I'm so but you'd have the coolest photos after, it's all that matters.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: I'd be so still I'd be so overstimulated in that moment, like the door's opening, you're in darkness, then lights come on, then smoke, then you go into darkness again.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_01: And it's an angled walk to the center of the stage, boom, spotlight.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's gonna be cool.
• 27:38
  SPEAKER_01: She looks good.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks really good.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: I want to see what she looks like now.
• 27:42
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: That was obvious this was obviously a while ago, but still that's like the the depth in that is like yeah crazy.
• 27:53
  SPEAKER_00: Um where is she?
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: So this was September still.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: Girl, where is the updates?
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you've got these one week ago.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's in shape, so that's all we can see, but she's in shape.
• 28:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's in shape.
• 28:13
  SPEAKER_00: That's the main thing.
• 28:14
  SPEAKER_00: Two years ago.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: Okay, well click her stories.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: We're going stalker mode here.
• 28:22
  SPEAKER_00: Nope.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: Nothing, nothing, nothing until we see her on stage.
• 28:26
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: I love how this is literally like stalker vibes.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: I've really like looking at everyone's profiles just yeah.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_01: Anybody that likes to look at their stories to like see who viewed their stories gonna see like Phoebe Hagel and be like, why is she looking at my stories?
• 28:37
SPEAKER_00: Why is she looking at my stories?
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: Why is she in here for the podcast?
• 28:40
SPEAKER_00: Why is she in here?
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: This was five weeks ago.
• 28:43
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, she did Japan.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: So she did Japan recently.
• 28:47
  SPEAKER_00: This girl.
• 28:48
  SPEAKER_01: Was Japan bikini pro?
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_00: No, I can't remember.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: So it says it five weeks ago.
• 28:58
  SPEAKER_00: That's why I was like confused.
• 29:00
  SPEAKER_00: Japan muscle.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: So unless she's this is a throwback.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_00: But she looks good if this is recent, five weeks after the first pro show.
• 29:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: Well, did she turn wait?
• 29:09
SPEAKER_01: Did she turn pro at Japan?
• 29:12
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: She only has she only has she only has because it so go back to that last one.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to do that.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, that makes sense.
• 29:19
  SPEAKER_01: That does make sense.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_01: So she turned pro here because you can get your pro card at Japan.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I guess so, yeah.
• 29:24
  SPEAKER_00: Cause she's a good one.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then in this yes, and then pro debut.
• 29:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay, yeah.
• 29:29
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 29:29
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, wow, cool.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
• 29:32
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, really, really good.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's the density is crazy for amateur as well.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: I wonder how long she's been like training for.
• 29:44
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_01: We this is another one, just like we were just talking about.
• 29:48
SPEAKER_01: People that can turn pro and go right into the pro pro ranks and look fucking phenomenal.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_01: Like she's not gonna stand out like she looks like a new pro at all.
• 29:57
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, unfortunately, I don't know anything else.
• 30:02
  SPEAKER_01: Only four posts.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_01: Get on your get on your bikini pro game, okay?
• 30:05
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, maybe she hid them from a story?
• 30:08
  SPEAKER_00: No, not too sure.
• 30:10
  SPEAKER_00: So, anyway.
• 30:11

• 30:15
SPEAKER_00: So now we've got oh glad stuff ready.
• 30:18
  SPEAKER_00: Go to bikini.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: Get myself ready for this.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_01: We'll do fit model last.
• 30:21
  SPEAKER_01: Go to bikini.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_01: We're doing a bikini role right now.
• 30:24
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 30:25
  SPEAKER_01: This is the list.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_01: I got 16 people in Wasatch this weekend.
• 30:30
  SPEAKER_00: What pro?
• 30:31
SPEAKER_01: All of them on the oh well, bikini and 11 pro and a handful of amateurs.
• 30:39
  SPEAKER_01: Cool.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's gonna be a fun one.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_01: Some people I program, some people that have come through for training, but just all in all, like 11 people that I'm fucking out there cheering for, or 16 total with amateur, but 11 in the pros, which is gonna be really fun.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna you're not gonna be able to speak on Sunday.
• 30:54
SPEAKER_00: You're literally not gonna be able to see.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_01: Savannah already told me that she um um she expects to hear me louder than Kerrigan and Spencer in the audience for her.
• 31:03
  SPEAKER_01: So I had a okay.
• 31:05
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think I think she's probably oh, she's not the last name.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_01: She's usually the last name to go.
• 31:11
  SPEAKER_01: We got Queen.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_01: We also have Candace after her.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_00: We also oh, where is it?
• 31:18
  SPEAKER_00: Have they deleted it?
• 31:19
SPEAKER_00: I swear that there was another name.
• 31:23
  SPEAKER_00: Cam.
• 31:24
  SPEAKER_00: There we go.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I was gonna say John.
• 31:27
  SPEAKER_01: It's Cam's pro debut.
• 31:29
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 31:29
SPEAKER_00: Why have you not tagged everyone?
• 31:31
  SPEAKER_00: Damn it.
• 31:32
SPEAKER_00: Oh, there was someone else.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: There's someone else I'm trying to find in the comments, but I can't find it.
• 31:36
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, um, there's also a switch.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_00: Someone from wellness is in this list.
• 31:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, Courtney.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_01: I messaged her right after I saw that.
• 31:45
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 31:46
SPEAKER_00: I was like, Courtney, what happened?
• 31:48
SPEAKER_00: She was like, we're going bikini.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: She looks really good as well.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_01: So I wanna just did wellness three weeks ago.
• 31:54
SPEAKER_01: Four weeks, two weeks ago.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_00: I think her from what it sounds like from what she mentioned to me, her feedback was obviously.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: Well, I don't know, she didn't actually say her feedback, but I'm guessing she said from my feedback from my show, that's why I'm switching.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_00: So I'm guessing it's probably more size or whatever.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_00: Or they might literally have told her to go to bikini, potentially.
• 32:12
SPEAKER_00: So um, but I think she looked great.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll have a look at her post in a minute, but she looks really, really good.
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_00: Maya is coming back.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: Awesome, which is cool, really, really cool.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_00: I think if I'm not mistaken, I don't know if she's been saying this is her last one.
• 32:28
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 32:29
  SPEAKER_01: Last season last show.
• 32:31
  SPEAKER_00: Last season.
• 32:32
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: I can't remember because I remember I saw something about that somewhere online, so but she looks very, very good.
• 32:41
  SPEAKER_00: Like really good.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: So she hasn't posted any how she looks or anything like that, but she always gets really nice and tight in the midsection.
• 32:51
  SPEAKER_01: A tattoo is sick.
• 32:53
  SPEAKER_00: What tattoo?
• 32:54
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, nice.
• 32:55
  SPEAKER_01: That's so good.
• 32:55
  SPEAKER_01: That's so detailed, that's insane.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this was her last.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_00: Where's the last time she competed?
• 33:05
SPEAKER_01: Pittsburgh last year, two years ago, I want to say.
• 33:07
  SPEAKER_01: Four years ago.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_01: My mind is serving for her.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_00: This is the show she there's also was Walsarch.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_00: She obviously did Pittsburgh as well, because of I think there was another one on that, but yeah, she looks I'm excited to kind of see this.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_00: It'll be a cool transformation to do, like this one, and then like so good, her flow is so good, too.
• 33:25
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 33:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it'll be cool to see the the improvements and stuff like she's made over the years.
• 33:32
  SPEAKER_00: So, yeah.
• 33:33
  SPEAKER_00: I'm excited.
• 33:36
SPEAKER_01: Then we've got God, you clicked a lot of names up there.
• 33:39
  SPEAKER_01: Holy shit.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_00: These are all those that are tagged.
• 33:42
  SPEAKER_00: There's even more though.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: There actually, how many are there?
• 33:44
SPEAKER_00: Oh, no, there's so many.
• 33:45
  SPEAKER_00: There's 23, I think.

SPEAKER_01: I want to know what he what he had to say here.
• 33:54
SPEAKER_01: Front runner from the UK, whoever that is.

SPEAKER_01: Maya's back, Alessia's here, Savannah Bree, Stasi after her third place.
• 34:06
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah.

  SPEAKER_01: Wonder Woman on there.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_01: That's actually just landed early, she just landed a few hours ago.
• 34:15
  SPEAKER_02: Nice.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I'm I'm I maybe he didn't realize or I didn't read it on there, but Courtney switching to bikini is huge.
• 34:21
SPEAKER_01: Like that's just wellness pro two weeks ago to bikini.
• 34:24
  SPEAKER_01: That's badass.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_01: That's um, and then Cam Krieger looks fucking insane.
• 34:28
SPEAKER_01: I think it's her pro debut, right?
• 34:30
  SPEAKER_01: I'm 99% sure.
• 34:32
SPEAKER_00: She competed at San Diego and she got sixth, I think.
• 34:37
SPEAKER_00: If this is the same person that I'm thinking of.
• 34:39
  unknown: No.
• 34:40
SPEAKER_01: No, she has not competed yet.
• 34:41
  SPEAKER_01: Not this year.
• 34:42
  SPEAKER_00: It's not.
• 34:43
  SPEAKER_01: She looks insane.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_00: Okay, this is the new pro debut.
• 34:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's very good.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_00: Okay, we'll get to it.
• 34:48
SPEAKER_00: She's gonna be really good.
• 34:49
  SPEAKER_00: We'll get to it.
• 34:50
  SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, I'm jumping in.
• 34:51
  SPEAKER_00: Jump in the garner.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_01: Okay, you shouldn't have this energy.
• 34:58
  SPEAKER_01: You're five days out.
• 34:58
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't this happens every single time.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm like tired, and then I'm like riled up when we talk about bikinis.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is the girl that won masters at San Diego and then got top four.
• 35:08
  SPEAKER_01: Five?
• 35:08
  SPEAKER_01: Top four fourth?
• 35:09
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 35:10
SPEAKER_00: So she looks really, really good.
• 35:12
  SPEAKER_00: Very lean.
• 35:13
  SPEAKER_00: I think density-wise, like for open.
• 35:15
SPEAKER_00: I mean, to get top four or fourth in open is really, really good.
• 35:19
SPEAKER_00: And I think she she looks incredible.
• 35:22
SPEAKER_00: Like she got some masses is crazy.
• 35:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 35:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_01: I always like, like, I don't even care if it isn't bikini, but when that athletic look of when you walk off the corner of the diagonals, you're coming out, and you see the silhouette of the shoulders with the tapered waist, like just that athletic look.
• 35:42
SPEAKER_01: And then they hit the proper front and back pose and look great.
• 35:44
SPEAKER_01: But I just love that silhouette of when you initially see them standing there, and she has it, like it just looks great.
• 35:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree, completely agree.
• 35:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks really, really good.
• 35:53
SPEAKER_00: She's doing the show, which will be cool to see.
• 35:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, and yeah, she looks really good.
• 36:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we watched this last week as well, excuse me.
• 36:04
  SPEAKER_00: Melissa.
• 36:05
SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Melissa.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_00: I didn't actually know what her name was because I was like, I'm trying to find her name and I didn't know what it was, but it's literally looks.
• 36:12
SPEAKER_01: I looked at her check-ins this morning.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_01: Um she's I I would almost, but I'm not saying this because I train her.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_01: I would almost put money on it that this is gonna be like a this is gonna be a pro debut to fucking talk about.
• 36:25
SPEAKER_01: Like she looks really top five.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_01: This is a pro debut.
• 36:27
SPEAKER_01: She looks her pro debut.
• 36:29
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 36:30
  SPEAKER_00: Do you know what?
• 36:31
SPEAKER_00: This already, this lineup is a more muscular lineup, which is great.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_01: Like I love seeing it, but you, her, Alessia, like definitely a more muscular, slightly harder lineup.
• 36:42
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, which is kind of cool.
• 36:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, ladies.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_00: I think she wow, the fact that this is a pro de view is actually crazy.
• 36:52
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 36:54
SPEAKER_01: Her check-ins this morning were nuts.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_01: This is two months ago, so it's just she's she's come a long way since then.
• 37:00
SPEAKER_01: Like I saw her back post today and I was shook by it.
• 37:03
SPEAKER_01: I was like, what the fuck?
• 37:05
SPEAKER_01: And James has her all the way down to only doing, I think she's at 12 minutes of cardio right now.
• 37:09
  SPEAKER_00: 12 minutes is crazy.
• 37:10
SPEAKER_01: Like she's just she's just coming back to life, and it's it's insane.
• 37:13
  SPEAKER_01: So that's cool.
• 37:14
  SPEAKER_01: Excited for her.
• 37:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's gonna be good.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to meet you.
• 37:18
  SPEAKER_00: This will be cool.
• 37:19
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's a riot.
• 37:20
SPEAKER_01: Her I don't know how she's like you right now.
• 37:22
SPEAKER_01: The energy's crazy for Peak Week.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're like, how are you energizing?
• 37:26
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, go hang out with Kerrigan.
• 37:27
SPEAKER_01: You're both too much for me right now.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Alessia.
• 37:31
SPEAKER_00: Have we not when was the last time you saw Alessia?
• 37:35
SPEAKER_01: Uh before Hawaii last year is when she last time.
• 37:40
  SPEAKER_01: So it's been a minute.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, she's actually coming back here with me after Wasatch.
• 37:44
SPEAKER_01: So I don't get to see her before the show, other than other than when we get there on Thursday, Friday.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_01: But um, she's coming back here to train for a week and then she's gonna head to uh Girl Power.
• 37:54
  SPEAKER_00: Oh wow, nice.
• 37:55
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool.
• 37:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can't find any like photos of her, but this is what she looked like previously before.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_00: Has she got a win on the list?
• 38:04
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's on the points list.
• 38:05
SPEAKER_01: She's only done two shows, and I think I want to say she got second in both.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_01: I think she's right at the right at the end of the points list because she's done more than a lot of things.
• 38:15
  SPEAKER_00: She hasn't done anything.
• 38:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she might have had one more show in there that I can't think of that might have been like right after the cutoff that I'm not remembering.
• 38:24
SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, that's just another veteran Olympian that's been to the Olympia.
• 38:28
SPEAKER_00: She's been going for a long time.
• 38:30
  SPEAKER_01: Very, very, very consistent.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's one of those names that you see her on the list.
• 38:34
SPEAKER_01: It's like a Carrie Sexton to me.
• 38:35
SPEAKER_01: If I see Alessia's name on the list, I immediately go, okay, that's likely in my first call-out.
• 38:41
SPEAKER_01: Like where in the first call-out, not sure, but um, she's just immediately you see her name, and you're like, that's a good fucking competitor.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_00: So that's really cool to see.
• 38:55
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_01: One of my favorite rookies of the of the year.
• 39:01
SPEAKER_00: I wish I had a better wait, she got a better one.
• 39:04
  SPEAKER_01: She's posted a lot of check-ins.
• 39:06
SPEAKER_01: Her story has a nutty front pose on it right now.

SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's it right there, actually.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_01: You just scrolled to it.
• 39:11
  SPEAKER_01: That was this one.
• 39:13

• 39:17
  SPEAKER_01: Just all those are.
• 39:18
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that, yeah.
• 39:21
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 39:21
  SPEAKER_01: Click her stories though.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks great.
• 39:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 39:29
  SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
• 39:30
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 39:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_00: This is a good look.
• 39:34
  SPEAKER_01: It's funny.
• 39:35
SPEAKER_01: The last time I was with her was December.
• 39:38
SPEAKER_01: We went out with her to get sushi after nationals.
• 39:42
SPEAKER_01: And um, I remember her saying, like, gearing up for prep, and here we are.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_01: Fucking time flies by, and she's it's crazy how quickly it goes.
• 39:50

SPEAKER_00: This lineup, honestly, is gonna be so so cool.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be so fun.
• 39:59

• 40:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm sure.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_01: Is that that paint stuff or is that that like bronze tan that does that?
• 40:17
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but that must have been a bitch to get off, like honestly.
• 40:20
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my bad.
• 40:21
  SPEAKER_01: Cool photos though.

SPEAKER_00: I don't know if this is is this a Josie Josie.
• 40:35
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if this is a pro debut.
• 40:39
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think it is.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_00: When did she turn the pro?
• 40:47
  SPEAKER_01: I'm not positive.
• 40:51
  SPEAKER_00: Shredded abs.
• 40:52
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you can't see it here, but where I earn my pro card USA's, but I just don't know when.

SPEAKER_00: Number one and two, where I earned my pro card.
• 41:09
SPEAKER_00: She got second in the overall.
• 41:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think so.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_00: I think she won her pro card last year.
• 41:17
SPEAKER_01: Scroll through those, it'll pop up with USAs on there if she says it's in order.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_00: That's one of the things.
• 41:22
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is it.
• 41:23
  SPEAKER_00: Um, that's one.
• 41:24
SPEAKER_00: And then that's the one.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_01: Yes, this is the this is that that's this past year, because this was the first year they had USAs at that hotel.
• 41:31
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
• 41:32

  SPEAKER_00: Look at this.
• 41:35
SPEAKER_00: Uh um bucking glutes are nutty.
• 41:39
  SPEAKER_00: Wait, wellness.

• 41:41
  SPEAKER_01: Wellness is cool.
• 41:42
  SPEAKER_01: That's really cool.
• 41:43
SPEAKER_01: Those are cool side by sides.
• 41:45
SPEAKER_01: As I'm downsizing to bikini, so she was wellness.
• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that's crazy.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_00: That's kind of cool though.
• 41:52
  SPEAKER_00: I like that.
• 41:53
SPEAKER_01: Cool side by side to see that.
• 41:54
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, here you go.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_00: She's been competing since oh yeah, so this is m this must have been when she said we're changing to bikini.
• 42:06
SPEAKER_01: That was a really good wellness look, too, that front pose.
• 42:08
  SPEAKER_01: Damn.
• 42:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, did she win her pro card in wellness?
• 42:14
  SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_01: That routine we were just watching was wellness.
• 42:16
  SPEAKER_01: This is wellness.
• 42:21
SPEAKER_00: I think she won her pro card in wellness.
• 42:23
  SPEAKER_01: I think so too.
• 42:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's kind of cool.
• 42:26

  SPEAKER_01: That's so cool.
• 42:36
  SPEAKER_01: That's sick.
• 42:37
  SPEAKER_01: Always love seeing that.
• 42:38
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 42:39
SPEAKER_01: Division switches are fun to see the side by sides of.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so she got it in July last year.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_00: So, and I'm guessing she hasn't done from what it looks like, she hasn't done anything since then.
• 42:49
  SPEAKER_00: So um, that's cool.
• 42:51
SPEAKER_01: Pro debut and bikini debut.
• 42:53
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's cool.
• 42:55
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, yeah, bikini debut as well.
• 42:58
SPEAKER_00: I wonder how she's gonna feel like being on stage like as a bikini athlete, like when she does that.
• 43:06
  SPEAKER_00: Sick.
• 43:07
  SPEAKER_00: Exciting.
• 43:10
SPEAKER_00: Cindy, she just got sick uh San Diego, if I'm not mistaken.
• 43:17
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 43:17
SPEAKER_01: This is this Kim's client.
• 43:19
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, I remember looking at her, yes.
• 43:24
SPEAKER_01: Yes, yeah, I remember seeing her back pose in thinking.
• 43:27
SPEAKER_01: Again, I'm not a posing person, but thinking that she's doing a little bit too much of a squat in her back pose, and she could have placed a placing or two higher if it had flowed better in the back pose.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I mean when I was looking at her in the lineup, that's like what stood out to me.
• 43:42
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, she could probably relax the knees just a slightly a little bit more.
• 43:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, you are correct with that because you can see quite a lot of quads like coming out from the side and adopt.
• 43:51
SPEAKER_00: I mean, this isn't complete from for straight back anyway, but I think definitely just less push out with the knees and stuff like that is definitely needed, but she looks really good.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah I mean anytime you're getting first call outs in open pro shows that you're you're a good competitor so yeah Stasi after a fucking killer comeback Yeah she's her posing is just so so her own style honestly this um lineup is so muscular in a good way like a very a really cool like I'm excited to see that first call out and all of us are gonna come up with some fucking tank muscles and just wait just wait for fucking every media page in Reddit why is bikini getting so muscular that's that's what was on stage guys like gotta award what is there okay yeah but it is just a genetically and just like the direction of all the athletes in the show what I'm picturing the top six to be a lot of you guys are on the more muscular side and a handful of you're on the taller side too um but I don't I don't know who's I don't know who's taller at all short Melissa's your height making her protein Melissa's five seven and a half um so she's right there with you uh then you're tall um there's one other name I'm not thinking of but there's a good handful of taller is Martin Martina's not tall it's so weird she looks so tall in her photos I mean I feel like my perception of height is so warped from Instagram because I'm like you look tall yeah she's like and she's not and I'm like that's weird so but yeah Sassy looks really good really really good yeah she definitely fucking stunned the stage last week like no it wasn't it wasn't and it wasn't a name that was like talked about going into it um and then fucking came out and killed it so good for her yeah and we got Savannah pass go to the next one no I love Savannah she looks so I'm gonna pull I'm gonna pull up my DMs right now and just scroll and show everyone what Savannah bombards me with every day you guys don't worry she now she does it to Max as well now obviously we met at the UK Arnolds which we brought I actually met her at the UK Arnolds as well but you know when you're like Instagram friends you talk online for a long time so and we actually met in person and I was like oh my god you are a bit of me like you are yes my person definitely and same with Max their her humor just everything Savannah's got the fucking energy like there are there are not many humans out there like her that girl's always positive always energetic finds the silver lining in everything um in her comedy is the same as me same humor like the videos that she sends I die at yeah she's funny she is funny and she's gotta fucking kill her physique she come along yeah I was gonna say I was gonna say she looks incredible like she's done such incredible work um since she's changed to Jamie and stuff and like obviously this was she posted this two days ago so I'm guessing this was a recent check-in but she looks very very good like she also got sick at the Arnolds UK so I do think that she's gonna be a front runner at this at this show as well like improvements wise the muscle density like yeah it's gonna be cool definition of just find the coach for you guys like there's no there's no knowing who it is until you make a change or go with somebody and you find out but Savannah was with um Shane for a while and did really well um they won USA's and um he got her to her first Olympia I believe and then uh um she went to cash for a bit now she's with Jamie and I feel like she found her person with Jamie so good for her why she's killing it.
• 47:44
SPEAKER_00: Exactly right we got Breezen so I think I think this is gonna be a really good show for her because I think muscularity wise I think this suits her physique as well shape and muscle big time.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_01: Density wise is going to be really really good so I do think that this is gonna be a really cool thing to see how she gets on because I know she didn't place where she'd like to at San Diego um she still bought a very very good physique though so I I was quite shocked that she wasn't in that kind of like top five with me but um we come back improve oh that's I've never seen that photo before Jamie put a tan on yeah okay I mean our tan is way too dark it's just gonna bring out her more of her pigment oh I've never seen these photos what my that's awesome oh these are cute yeah she looks she looked so improved since last time because she was showing me photos and stuff like that she looks like her lap really density her density is nuts yeah her husband I train her husband he's a men's physique pro he was sending me pictures during this and um every every shot I saw of her I was like the shape the glute density like she's not lacking much whatsoever no this is gonna be a very very good lineup for her I think like to to be comparable in you know yeah yeah which will be good okay right Brie had a really good run of shows last year too so and then this is the pro debut right another pro debut yeah her I've seen her before I think I've seen her before maybe on my stories she I post her like every week she's got shape it'll fast forward her back pose her back pose the glute shape is gnarly she looks she's not gonna be the biggest competitor on stage but Dylan's got her like perfectly conditioned just the like right for her conditioning um and her shape is just enhanced a ton like you're talking uh when she got her pro card or her pro debut here and it's a whole new shape like everything came up I mean you can see obviously he's talking about obviously 107 in 2024 to 114 crazy seven pounds of stage weight equal conditioning if it'll another couple seconds to just go to the back pose.
• 50:13
SPEAKER_00: I wish Instagram had a fast forward thing there you go damn yeah upper outer glutes are not lacking whatsoever no they look really really good yeah she's sitting in a great spot she's very honestly she's she's just given it time so I'm guessing she didn't she hasn't competed in the last two years.
• 50:30
SPEAKER_00: No because that was the last time she competed yeah so that's very very good really nice.
• 50:36
SPEAKER_01: Excited for her she's got some flow too it'll be fun to see her she's also absolutely stunning oh we love a power pose just come out with like with that straight away straight off the battery nothing but that just hold that while everyone's the whole time power pose yeah she looks really good that's cool well this is oh wait this is 2024 I was like wait this she looks good this is also 2024 24 yep girl post post more I need to see new words these are all 2024 I'm gonna go on to stories damn nice yeah what waste yeah she looks she looks so good wow insane let's go look at you oh yeah oh Bailey go click Bailey's too she's coming out too she had a good uh good run of show we have to go through a million stories I'm not I I have to go sorry guys oh it's you already looked at a lot of them there you go yeah okay wait wait go go to that next one that was hilarious I'm gonna give a quick backstory on this go move forward one more one more that one oh actually tags me she came to and stayed with us for a week right and her and Kerrigan hit it off and I was like hey guys uh my dad signed me up for this random cornhole tournament for charity it was like for a fundraiser um and so I was gonna go and play that with him these two decided to sign themselves up for it and just jump into it never playing this shit in their life and so Ashley's like playing cornhole at these hotels now back in Atlanta saying that she's coming back for vengeance it cracked me up she's she's like we're coming yeah that's so funny right let's go literally the only one we haven't looked at yet out of everybody yeah she's looking good and very excited for Bailey oh I've seen her in your stories she's the one who's talking as strong that's what I was gonna say she's strong as far yes it's crazy how strong I was literally just about to say that and with this girl this girl will be two weeks out holding hundred pound dumbbells in each hand doing walking lunges I'm like bruh I had to tell her to back off a little bit I'm like hey like if you want to do that level of exertion let's change the way that we're causing creating this tension because I don't need this inflammation going fucking through the roof trying to purposely hold your PRs all the way into the show.
• 53:11
SPEAKER_01: But that's yeah she's great right she looks yeah because I was thinking that hundred pound RDRs that's moving like butter what the fuck butter doesn't break form whatsoever the perfect hinge like I'm like okay man like it oh that's a cool machine I've understood then makeshift froggy yeah yeah this is her gym that's a cool setup yeah and we need to look up Courtney as well yes Courtney go to Courtney's I messaged her right after and I was like welcome to the best division I was literally like the exact same I was like girl you back so she looks really like she went I'm telling you when I saw her name on the list I had to go to her page so fast because in my mind I was like she just competed in wellness two weeks ago at Samson like what did there a mistake here and then I went and saw that she said surprise and switched so I think I think her feedback must have been like we said before like just she just needs size.
• 54:13
SPEAKER_01: The division is evolving same as bikini like and I just think it's hard to keep up with that unfortunately and wellness is completely different but I'm not sure who had judged Pat show here but if it was anyone from Tarek to Rich like they they would be very blunt about that like they're the like they're they have no problem like you would do you would do better in bikini and just flat out say it.
• 54:36
SPEAKER_01: Like I've heard Tarek be like hey you want to be competitive in this you got two years or you are your shape would fit perfectly in bikini so yeah she's I think she's making the right choice because she has the she has the structure for it for sure.
• 54:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah this is what oh damn it how bad I think she just clicked off thinking it was that she um what the fuck yeah she looks really good like size wise I think she'd probably just have to stop training quads altogether and then that'd be it you know so but I think this is a really good look honestly yeah that's I'm excited I mean she's got the glute density from wellness and posing it properly for bikini looks great on her so her feet are so straight in that back pose making quad sweep literally turn them in turn them in girl that's the hard part right let's uh fit model fit model here we go what you've all come here for a million miles about a hundred and fifty people noticed well to be fair it's not actually as many it's thirty five is a good number very good number but it's just very good gals Malou making her uh fit model yeah I saw that and I gasped I was like so that is someone switching to fit model from bikini that fits so perfectly well yeah yeah wait oh Nini's not tagged we'll have to go to her page though since she's ours yes wait oh my god damn this is what you want guys all of them yeah I didn't notice that awesome you can't even see the names now on them there's there's so many literally sorry click click let's go two more hours right Daniella Danny term pro at Pittsburgh yeah pro card fit model Pittsburgh that's cool I wonder if she'll do Pittsburgh that'd be a good one to do Pittsburgh's gonna be a badass weekend I'm really excited for that one she's a tall oh she looks great now that's she's come in she's come in a lot in terms of like waistline and stuff waistline looks tiny conditioning looks spot on for what they want yeah yeah she looks good she looks really good I'm literally about to order a burger I'm so hungry like I'm starving yeah she looks really all day yeah no she looks great she used to be from what it looks like obviously she used to be bikini so she switched over which is good yeah this is a good definition for her for sure she looks great do I order a sandwich or a burger you're in peak like if you're so hungry right now like what do you want?
• 57:33
SPEAKER_00: I'm not hungry really but burger I would say uh no it depends what sandwich there is okay but I'm gonna give you three choices here so Jersey Mike sandwiches five guys burger or iHot Breakfast burrito five guys burger they're so good yeah doing it anyway that's now maybe hungry so fuck you because I wasn't hungry before now you said that now I'm thinking about it I'll take you to breakfast Sunday morning after the show before we go to RP thing yay Faith is killer she turned pro it she's the nationals girl from December I think excited to see she's gonna be top three yes yes like she could win it but I also there's another Gabby in this that I think could do could take the win as well yeah but she looks very very good yeah this is it's gonna be really hard because I want to see everyone next to each other because I think that's always that that's always the especially with Fit model I think more than anything that threw us off at Japan when Japan happened I think we were kind of writing off a few people because we're like oh no we're not too sure and we went with I would say more names seeing how people look next to each uh by themselves because we hadn't seen anyone next to each other and then all of a sudden we were like oh this has been exposed really easily so I think it'd be interesting to see what they all look like because I think one of the people that I think got exposed the most at the Japan show was Jane.
• 58:58
SPEAKER_00: So I think she was just a little bit too developed.
• 59:01
SPEAKER_00: I loved it when she was by herself I was like this is a look she's gonna win the show then when she was stood next to people I was like okay maybe she was a little too much she's changed a lot now so I do think she's gonna stand up really nicely against everyone but we don't know about everyone else.
• 59:14
SPEAKER_01: Is Jane in this oh shit okay we got some this is gonna be a fun fucking show that is awesome it's gonna be really it was such a big list like I I glanced and I saw a lot of the names we wanted to touch on but hearing more and more people in this this is badass.
• 59:29
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be good Melissa I'm gonna tell I'm gonna tell her to open the door for it too I'm so excited for this I haven't seen Malou since I don't know if you know what in the last steps on stage cannot wait.
• 59:44
SPEAKER_01: I want to say show she's such a nice person too Malou is awesome.
• 59:48
SPEAKER_01: I want to show her what she looked like in bikini when was the last time she competed actually I well she got on stage last year I believe I don't remember what show it was last year 99% sure she did like one or two shows last year there you go oh yeah she did damn and what's funny about this is this is someone who was a good bikini competitor.
• 1:00:15
SPEAKER_01: Like she got multiple second places I don't think she ever won a show but she got multiple seconds and I feel like she's going to fit fit model beautifully so there's not really many photos of her from like fit model.
• 1:00:29
SPEAKER_01: So again that's what I'm like I'm excited to see what she looks like because I don't know what she looks like here I think this was her announcement though that was her announcement I'm like girl don't hide I need to see her story's gotta have something right she goes peek week because I think I already see her stories today I don't think she had anything her and her coffee posts it's like 20 a day cracks me out okay so we got that my computer's probably gonna leave a leave a comment below on how much you tip when you do DoorDash.
• 1:01:13
SPEAKER_01: I want to know what people do because like to me this is my thought process on this okay we're taking a side note here so when it comes to Corey's too overstimulated from like competing his brain's given up he's like when it comes to tipping for delivery okay how does it affect the delivery driver if the cost is$100 of food or$5 of food i i personally just have like a set tip number like let's say it's just$7.
• 1:01:42
SPEAKER_01: Whether you're delivering me just a sandwich or you're delivering for 15 people you're walking up to the counter saying I'm here for so and so's order taking the bags getting in your car and driving there's no difference in if it's$10 or$200.
• 1:01:57
SPEAKER_01: So I feel like that tip is just a set amount.
• 1:02:00
SPEAKER_01: I get it when you're at a restaurant like you got the waiters you have the sir the um the hostess you have the um the cooks the chefs like there's the tip goes around right but when it's just a delivery driver it does not matter what the size of the order is they literally grab and go.
• 1:02:18
SPEAKER_01: So to me it's a set tip amount depending on what that number is varies but like it's just like if to me I usually set the tip at seven bucks and I'm like I feel like that's good because it's within my region.
• 1:02:29
SPEAKER_01: Like they're not driving extra far and if they were there's an added cost to it.
• 1:02:34
SPEAKER_01: So I feel like just setting it at five seven ten dollars and that being the set amount no matter what makes sense.
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_01: But let me know in the comment section if I'm right or wrong.
• 1:02:43
SPEAKER_00: I won't lie I get really like not confused but I I struggle with tips because I'm like I don't know how much to tip just flat out anyway because you don't really say you don't tip Dubai you don't tip in Dubai at all anywhere.
• 1:02:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah so I that's so very confusing for me because I'm like how much do I tip I don't know so please help me someone someone help me please um but yeah so I'm not too sure anyway before we get any more taken off track have you ordered your food I did we're good well done well done anyway um and then we've got this girl how do you say that Leticia yes Letty remember Letty where she from Italy she's coming all the way over here that's cool I mean I can't see what she looks like I want to see more guys I want to see more I love the people that just post to post like that like here's me eating my food like just staring at the camera doesn't need to be like all like model esque like nothing wrong with those but let me just take a picture take a picture for fun and post it I know I like the like the if that's just old school vibes though like the how Instagram was meant to be like that last one like my favorite I love stuff that's amazing that's amazing honestly when I did like a what was it from the Arnolds US I was like oh yeah and you just all the photos dump of everything yeah but it was no but I had like a a photo was when I dropped all my rice on the floor when I was on the way to check-ins and I was like cool I took a picture and everyone's just been like oh the rice and I'm like I love how there's all like one I put one photo of the rice on the floor they were like the rice and I'm like yeah I know oh I love how that's like the second to last one right she looks good like I just compete to compete look at the rest of these yeah this looks good really good see a front pose because I feel like she has a really short uh a really small um waist so I want to see what her mid section looks like I feel like she another one we gotta stock in the stories I know I'm like she takes some fun photos though what a fun show this is gonna be for the first US fit model like people coming from everywhere just like I'm sure the same way that people at the Japan Pro felt but now it's over here so it's just it's so cool.
• 1:05:22
SPEAKER_00: Brook Brooklyn I'm excited really good you pose her right yeah very very excited for Brooklyn recently there we go yeah she looks really good we changed we changed up her front pose quite a lot the last kind of couple of weeks to kind of see which looks best on her and stuff as well because it if I'm honest it's been pretty tough um for fit model wise like what looks good on each person like universally because everyone is very very different she has such a tiny little waist she can get away With a little bit more of a straight look.
• 1:06:02
SPEAKER_00: We've tried the straight look, we've tried a little bit more of a slanted look, like a twisted look.
• 1:06:06
SPEAKER_00: Like, so I've said to her, like, look, let's stick with this, and then we can get feedback when you're at the show.
• 1:06:12
SPEAKER_00: And that's honestly that's what it comes down to.
• 1:06:14
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 1:06:14
SPEAKER_00: Like, there's no point stressing so much over it, like almost like too much, and then you know, not getting consistent with posing and stuff like that.
• 1:06:24
SPEAKER_00: So we've stuck with this, and I think this was uh is a really, really good look for us.
• 1:06:27
SPEAKER_01: This is her pro debut, right?
• 1:06:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like she turned pro fit model, yeah.
• 1:06:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she turned pro fit model as well, which was cool.
• 1:06:35
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 1:06:37
SPEAKER_01: I remember I helped her when she was bikini, and then she came to me again for fit model and is like, hey, by the way, I turned pro and fit model.
• 1:06:44
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh shit, let's fucking get it.
• 1:06:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're like, oh, let's go.
• 1:06:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we love that.
• 1:06:49
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, we've got Chantel.
• 1:06:53
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Chantel, she was bikini before.
• 1:06:56
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 1:06:57
  SPEAKER_01: Recently, too, I believe.
• 1:06:58
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, 2025, last year.
• 1:07:01
SPEAKER_00: She looks good in bikini as well.
• 1:07:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:07:05
  SPEAKER_01: Always consistent.
• 1:07:10
SPEAKER_01: I'm interested to see how looking at this and it only being a year, interested to see what her upper body looks like in her fit model pose.
• 1:07:16
  SPEAKER_01: I haven't looked at her.
• 1:07:17
SPEAKER_00: Well, this is what she looks like now.
• 1:07:19
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:07:19
SPEAKER_00: Again, this this suits her really nicely.
• 1:07:22
SPEAKER_00: She she reminds me of Gabby from Japan.
• 1:07:27
  SPEAKER_01: The second place?
• 1:07:29
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 1:07:30
  SPEAKER_00: In Japan?
• 1:07:30
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:07:31
  SPEAKER_00: From Japan.
• 1:07:32
  SPEAKER_00: She was good.
• 1:07:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:07:36
  SPEAKER_01: Liz is hard.
• 1:07:37
SPEAKER_01: She's been talked about a lot coming into this show.
• 1:07:42
SPEAKER_01: She looks like I'm not sure.
• 1:07:45
SPEAKER_00: I think she has posted some in her story.
• 1:07:47
  SPEAKER_00: I've seen her story.
• 1:07:49
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna have a little stalk.
• 1:07:54
  SPEAKER_00: Pretty sure anyway.
• 1:07:57
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 1:07:58
SPEAKER_01: Already looks great in that walk.
• 1:08:00
  SPEAKER_01: This her physique's flowing.
• 1:08:02
SPEAKER_01: Damn! When she sat into that hip, waist, gone.
• 1:08:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks really good.
• 1:08:09
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is really good conditioning as well.
• 1:08:11
SPEAKER_00: Like she's nice and full, but not like spot on, I feel like, with the detail they want to see here.
• 1:08:17
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say it's so crazy, like fit model.
• 1:08:20
SPEAKER_00: She is lean, because in my head, I'm like, oh, she could be leaner, but I'm like, no, she she doesn't need to be though.
• 1:08:25
  SPEAKER_01: She shouldn't be, yeah.
• 1:08:26
SPEAKER_00: No, she doesn't need to be.
• 1:08:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, because the like again, it's not like there's no deep I say no detail, the detail in the back.
• 1:08:35
SPEAKER_00: But she's she's very she is very lean.
• 1:08:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's hard to explain.
• 1:08:40
SPEAKER_01: Some of the really big um delineating factors in fit model that I've discussed with judges and with um other coaches that we've seen is the cat delts.
• 1:08:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, obviously, tie-ins are a dead giveaway in the back pose where they don't want too much detail there.
• 1:08:56
SPEAKER_01: You don't want to have adductors stand out, you don't want to have too much separation, the tie-ins.
• 1:09:01
SPEAKER_01: But um in the front pose, especially is are the delts too big?
• 1:09:05
SPEAKER_01: That is one of the number one thing that will like draw the eye immediately to whether you're gonna make first call out or not, is are the delts too capped?
• 1:09:13
SPEAKER_01: So her waist is actually tiny, so tiny literally gone.
• 1:09:16
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's great.
• 1:09:20
  SPEAKER_00: Jane.
• 1:09:22
  SPEAKER_00: Jane.
• 1:09:24
SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited to see her improvements because I think she's improved a lot since Japan.
• 1:09:28
SPEAKER_00: I've been seeing her post.
• 1:09:29
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think she posted any.
• 1:09:31
SPEAKER_00: I don't think she posted any today, post wise, no.
• 1:09:34
SPEAKER_02: But I know I've seen around that one.
• 1:09:40
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry guys.
• 1:09:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, I've set you off, sorry.
• 1:09:45
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you didn't.
• 1:09:46
SPEAKER_00: But she improved a lot like since this.
• 1:09:50
SPEAKER_00: I think she's come in tighter, but she's not leaner or such, but I think she's just kind of like just tighter, you know?
• 1:09:57
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:09:58
SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited for her.
• 1:10:02
SPEAKER_00: This is another pro debut, huh?
• 1:10:05
  SPEAKER_01: Lauren Lovato.
• 1:10:06
SPEAKER_01: I remember seeing her name and thinking she was really, really good.
• 1:10:10
SPEAKER_01: I think she looks good.
• 1:10:12
SPEAKER_00: She's again another one that's like a really nice small waist.
• 1:10:15
SPEAKER_01: I love seeing all the fit model support in the comments from other films.
• 1:10:18
SPEAKER_00: I know everyone that we're looking at is already like commented in everyone.
• 1:10:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:10:23
SPEAKER_01: Faith is in there, Jane is in there.
• 1:10:27
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks good.
• 1:10:28
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:10:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we pose, we've posed it um a few times together and stuff as well.
• 1:10:34
SPEAKER_00: So she looks really good.
• 1:10:36
  SPEAKER_00: I weirdly.
• 1:10:37
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I have I have 30 out of the 35 girls.
• 1:10:40
  SPEAKER_00: Quite literally.
• 1:10:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, I like the black suit randomly.
• 1:10:43
SPEAKER_00: I don't think this is her suit that she'll be wearing, but I weirdly like it.
• 1:10:47
SPEAKER_01: So um black suit on one of my athletes at the Arnold Amateur went the opposite in terms of judging.
• 1:10:55
SPEAKER_01: We got feedback from two of the judges after, and they did not like it.
• 1:10:58
SPEAKER_01: Whether it was just her skin tone or her hair color in comparison to it, or what it was, but um, they were not a fan.
• 1:11:04
SPEAKER_00: So it's so hard because it's such an acquired look.
• 1:11:07
SPEAKER_00: Like it doesn't always look good, especially with a tan as well.
• 1:11:10
SPEAKER_00: Like it just sometimes just doesn't, it just looks makes you look flat.
• 1:11:13
SPEAKER_00: I think one of the only girls that could pull it off was what's her name?
• 1:11:20
  SPEAKER_00: Black hair Liana.
• 1:11:21
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, uh Liana.
• 1:11:23
  SPEAKER_00: Liana, Liana Giomore, always.
• 1:11:25
SPEAKER_01: Liana fucking kills it in her black suit.
• 1:11:27
SPEAKER_00: She looks good, and then Hannah.
• 1:11:28
  SPEAKER_00: Do you remember Hannah?
• 1:11:29
  SPEAKER_00: Hannah Rans Ransford?
• 1:11:32
SPEAKER_00: She, those are the only two I think I've I've seen with a black suit just kill it.
• 1:11:35
SPEAKER_00: And they're both got one's got black hair, one's got blonde hair.
• 1:11:38
SPEAKER_00: But they both, it just looked good on them.
• 1:11:40
SPEAKER_01: Liana was actually just talking to me about coming out here and training.
• 1:11:43
SPEAKER_01: We were just talking with Arnold about it.
• 1:11:44
  SPEAKER_00: Nice, we love that.
• 1:11:48
SPEAKER_00: Ooh, this is gonna be a good one.
• 1:11:54
  SPEAKER_01: Isabel.
• 1:11:58
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's got such tiny waistlines.
• 1:12:01
SPEAKER_01: I mean, we've you and I have both said it every week that we talk about fit model is if you don't have a naturally genetically tight small waist, it's not the division for you.
• 1:12:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's not a good thing.
• 1:12:11
SPEAKER_01: You're not in the you're you're not in this division to try to create an illusion.
• 1:12:16
SPEAKER_01: You're in the division because you fit the division.
• 1:12:18
SPEAKER_00: That is what Yeah, and you're an illusion in itself already, you know.
• 1:12:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, where is she from?
• 1:12:24
  SPEAKER_00: From the US.
• 1:12:26
SPEAKER_01: What's that flag next to the US?
• 1:12:29
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know what that is.
• 1:12:31
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not too sure.
• 1:12:33
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:12:37
  SPEAKER_00: Oh shit, that's cool.
• 1:12:38
  SPEAKER_00: This is that's a cool thing.
• 1:12:39
SPEAKER_01: That's one thing you that's one thing that anyone will stump me on is geography.
• 1:12:44
  SPEAKER_00: You're like, I know everything else.
• 1:12:47
SPEAKER_00: You're like, I know everything else, but geography.
• 1:12:49
SPEAKER_01: I feel well, I feel well versed in a lot of random facts in life when it comes to geography.
• 1:12:53
SPEAKER_01: You ask me a country flag or where something is on a map, I'm like, I don't fucking know.
• 1:12:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're like, I don't know.
• 1:12:58
  SPEAKER_00: I like her shorts.
• 1:12:59
SPEAKER_00: I want to message and be like, where are those shorts from?
• 1:13:02
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, on to the next.
• 1:13:05
  SPEAKER_00: And Chanji.
• 1:13:07
SPEAKER_00: She got fourth at Japan, fifth Japan?
• 1:13:09
  SPEAKER_00: Fifth.
• 1:13:10
SPEAKER_00: I think she got fifth.
• 1:13:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks, she looks improved from Japan, for sure.
• 1:13:15
SPEAKER_00: I think she just wasn't her tightest um went to from when she won the show.
• 1:13:23
SPEAKER_00: Uh, because she won her pro card there, correct?
• 1:13:27
SPEAKER_01: She won her pro card Japan, yeah, yeah.
• 1:13:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then the obviously did the show.
• 1:13:31
SPEAKER_01: She won last year, she won the back-to-back show.
• 1:13:35
SPEAKER_01: She won the very first fit model show overall at the LA Expo.
• 1:13:38
SPEAKER_01: Then she went right to Japan the next month and won a pro card.
• 1:13:42
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 1:13:43
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that she had that flipped.
• 1:13:46
  SPEAKER_01: Whatever it was, yeah.
• 1:13:47
SPEAKER_01: She was the very first fit model winner and then the very first fit model pro card.
• 1:13:50
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, this is this looks good.
• 1:13:55
  SPEAKER_00: I'm excited for her.
• 1:13:56
SPEAKER_00: She looks a lot better than Japan for sure.
• 1:13:59
SPEAKER_00: She just looks tighter, which is good.
• 1:14:03
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:14:08
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, she looks familiar.
• 1:14:13
SPEAKER_01: Is that a post telling you how to say her name?
• 1:14:16
  SPEAKER_01: That is amazing.
• 1:14:19
SPEAKER_01: Oh, click to her profile.
• 1:14:23
SPEAKER_01: That fourth one, how to say.
• 1:14:29
SPEAKER_01: How uh unaware how to say my name.
• 1:14:32
SPEAKER_01: Swan is last name, N G O as in Bingo.
• 1:14:36
  SPEAKER_00: Bingo.
• 1:14:37
  SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
• 1:14:38
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 1:14:39
SPEAKER_00: Oh, because it's a Vietnamese Vietnamese Vietnamese name.
• 1:14:43
SPEAKER_00: I literally was just about to botch that.
• 1:14:45
  SPEAKER_01: You were confused.
• 1:14:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 1:14:47
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's cool.
• 1:14:49
  SPEAKER_01: She looks good.
• 1:14:51
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:14:52
SPEAKER_01: This is a good one.
• 1:14:54
SPEAKER_01: She has uh same lower body in a sense as Jane.
• 1:14:57
SPEAKER_01: A little bit more dense in the legs, a little bit like that.
• 1:15:00
  SPEAKER_01: Really, really good look.
• 1:15:01
  SPEAKER_01: Very similar.
• 1:15:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like this a lot.
• 1:15:04
  SPEAKER_00: She looks good.
• 1:15:10
  SPEAKER_01: Love that caption.
• 1:15:12
  SPEAKER_01: What?
• 1:15:13
SPEAKER_01: Do you need PEDs to compete in fit model?
• 1:15:16
  SPEAKER_01: Fuck no.
• 1:15:16
  SPEAKER_01: All capital letters.
• 1:15:17
  SPEAKER_00: Oh no.
• 1:15:19
SPEAKER_01: Oh, that cracked me up.
• 1:15:20
  SPEAKER_01: That was great.
• 1:15:21
SPEAKER_00: She's like, fuck no, absolutely not.
• 1:15:25
SPEAKER_00: She won three pro cards in one show.
• 1:15:29
  SPEAKER_00: Jane, someone called Jane?
• 1:15:31
  SPEAKER_00: Jen?
• 1:15:32
  SPEAKER_00: Oh.
• 1:15:32
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:15:33
SPEAKER_00: Three pro cards in one show.
• 1:15:35
  SPEAKER_01: Masters, masters, and open.
• 1:15:37
  SPEAKER_01: Holy shit.
• 1:15:38
  SPEAKER_00: Damn.
• 1:15:39
  SPEAKER_01: Was that universe?
• 1:15:40
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's universe.
• 1:15:41
  SPEAKER_01: Damn.
• 1:15:41
  SPEAKER_01: That's badass.
• 1:15:42
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 1:15:44
SPEAKER_01: Well, if you want any more sign that you're meant for fit model, there you go.
• 1:15:48
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 1:15:49
  SPEAKER_00: Literally, quite literally.
• 1:15:50
SPEAKER_00: That's won three fit model pro cards in one in one show.
• 1:15:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 1:15:54
  SPEAKER_00: That's so cool.
• 1:15:55
SPEAKER_00: I I thought she was good because I saw she's done bikini before here.
• 1:16:00
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, oh my god, she did it.
• 1:16:02
SPEAKER_00: Did she win bikini and fit model?
• 1:16:04
SPEAKER_00: I was like, that would have been controversial, but she didn't.
• 1:16:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks really good though.
• 1:16:11
SPEAKER_01: No, but um, but yeah, I was saying no crossovers with fit model.
• 1:16:15
SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, that makes sense.
• 1:16:17
  SPEAKER_00: There's no crossovers, yeah.
• 1:16:18
  SPEAKER_00: That makes sense.
• 1:16:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool though.
• 1:16:21
  SPEAKER_00: Very cool.
• 1:16:23
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 1:16:24
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, looks great.
• 1:16:25
  SPEAKER_00: Five more to go.
• 1:16:26
  SPEAKER_00: Gabby.
• 1:16:27
  SPEAKER_00: From what's being tagged.
• 1:16:29
  SPEAKER_00: We've got Gabby.
• 1:16:30
SPEAKER_00: I think definite front runner.
• 1:16:34
SPEAKER_00: She could win it potentially.
• 1:16:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:16:39
SPEAKER_01: I mean, this isn't she's already proven and with very good judges with Patrick and with Sandy that she is a front runner to be in the Olympia this year.
• 1:16:50
SPEAKER_01: Like second place, up against Emily.
• 1:16:52
SPEAKER_01: Emily had a fucking flawless physique that day in Japan.
• 1:16:55
SPEAKER_01: But Gabby was tight with her.
• 1:16:57
SPEAKER_00: And I mean, this is an incredible unreal.
• 1:17:00
SPEAKER_00: I think I really like this look as well.
• 1:17:03
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's a bit of a little bit more.
• 1:17:06
SPEAKER_00: I personally would say it's a little bit more muscular side to fit model, but I it's enough where it's still the division.
• 1:17:14
SPEAKER_00: So she's not like she's not shredded, she's not really, really and she's displaying it all properly.
• 1:17:19
SPEAKER_01: And I think she's taller too, right?
• 1:17:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think so.
• 1:17:21
SPEAKER_00: But you can it's an overall everything.
• 1:17:23
SPEAKER_00: I'm not looking at one certain part being like, oh, her glutes are good or her shoulders.
• 1:17:27
SPEAKER_00: I'm looking at the entire body, which I really like.
• 1:17:31
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:17:31
SPEAKER_01: And everything in the walk, especially.
• 1:17:33
SPEAKER_01: I can't remember who it might have been Becky that made a post about this, but in the walk to the front fit model, in the routine in fit model, a big thing is no hard abs.
• 1:17:44
SPEAKER_01: Flat, tight, and small waist, yes, but nothing that's like super hard with blocky abs and like she looked if she's nailing it perfectly here.
• 1:17:56
SPEAKER_01: So, like everything in the walk, the posing, just phenomenal.
• 1:18:00
  SPEAKER_01: Definite front runner.
• 1:18:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm excited to see it.
• 1:18:05
  SPEAKER_01: Sage, my Arnold winner.
• 1:18:07
SPEAKER_00: Sage is gonna be another good one because she just won Arnold's, right?
• 1:18:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 1:18:13
SPEAKER_01: She's another one that just like I think I see how it's naturally sits into fit, fits into fit model.
• 1:18:18
SPEAKER_01: She was working her ass off for this pro cart, I tell you guys.
• 1:18:22
SPEAKER_01: Second place, I don't know how many fucking times last year at national shows.
• 1:18:27
SPEAKER_01: Everything from Toronto to Vancouver to I think she might have done North Americans.
• 1:18:33
SPEAKER_01: Just every show you can think of.
• 1:18:34
SPEAKER_01: She was getting second place at, and then came and won the Arnold Amateur.
• 1:18:39
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks really nice.
• 1:18:41
SPEAKER_00: She looks really, really good, actually.
• 1:18:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think she fits her card very well.
• 1:18:46
SPEAKER_01: I could see Sage being in the first call-outs.
• 1:18:48
SPEAKER_01: Just the coming off the being the most recent in the spotlight fit model pro card winner.
• 1:18:53
SPEAKER_01: She fits it really, really well, just all around.
• 1:18:56
SPEAKER_01: Like nothing, just like we were just talking about Gabby, nothing stands out in a negative way.
• 1:19:00
  SPEAKER_01: Nothing is like unbalanced.
• 1:19:01
SPEAKER_01: Your eye isn't drawn to anything specifically, just flows top to bottom, not overly conditioned, and um has the most recent judging feedback of any pro card winner.
• 1:19:11
  SPEAKER_00: So I agree.
• 1:19:15
  SPEAKER_00: Oh who's this?
• 1:19:17
  SPEAKER_00: A private Instagram.
• 1:19:21
  SPEAKER_00: God damn it.
• 1:19:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, she looks good.
• 1:19:24
SPEAKER_00: You want to be talked about or not?
• 1:19:26
  SPEAKER_00: No, no.
• 1:19:27
SPEAKER_00: I know, she looks good.
• 1:19:30
SPEAKER_00: But unfortunately, we can't see.
• 1:19:31
SPEAKER_00: So we but she looks good.
• 1:19:33
  SPEAKER_00: Wendy.
• 1:19:36
SPEAKER_00: Is this someone you train?
• 1:19:39
SPEAKER_01: Uh I've done her training program, yes.
• 1:19:42
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 1:19:42
SPEAKER_01: Brandon, her husband, um, is one of my best friends.
• 1:19:46
SPEAKER_01: Oh he also coaches her.
• 1:19:49
SPEAKER_01: Very, very, very fast rising coach and team up in Canada.
• 1:19:54
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks very, very good.
• 1:19:56
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks great.
• 1:19:57
  SPEAKER_01: Very, very excited.
• 1:20:01
SPEAKER_01: Excited for her debut in this.
• 1:20:03
  SPEAKER_01: I want she's posted a handful of things.
• 1:20:05
SPEAKER_00: It might have been her stories, but feels literally a raw, raw Sunday pose, and I'm like, that's so so relatable.
• 1:20:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's like, I'm tight.
• 1:20:20
  unknown: Okay.
• 1:20:21
SPEAKER_01: One of the funniest personalities.
• 1:20:23
SPEAKER_01: She reminds me of Savannah.
• 1:20:25
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's you up 24-7.
• 1:20:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is a cool pose.
• 1:20:29
SPEAKER_00: She looks really she looks good.
• 1:20:31
SPEAKER_00: Like shapewise, I'll say everything.
• 1:20:33
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's a very petite competitor.
• 1:20:35
  SPEAKER_01: She's a small person.
• 1:20:37
SPEAKER_00: So and then last one we've got here.
• 1:20:43
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know who this is.
• 1:20:45
  SPEAKER_00: I think she's from I don't know what the flag is.
• 1:20:48
SPEAKER_01: Whatever the flag is, I know.
• 1:20:50
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 1:20:50
  SPEAKER_00: I never know.
• 1:20:51
  SPEAKER_00: That's the hard part.
• 1:20:53
SPEAKER_01: She's wearing it in like three photos there, too.
• 1:20:57
SPEAKER_00: I've seen it before and I know that flag, but I just don't know.
• 1:20:59
SPEAKER_00: Somewhere where they get it for the colour.
• 1:21:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:21:02
SPEAKER_00: I don't want, I don't want to, yeah, we call it football as well, actually.
• 1:21:06
SPEAKER_01: I think everywhere does except for here, honestly.
• 1:21:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally.
• 1:21:11
SPEAKER_00: Americans are the outcast in this.
• 1:21:13
SPEAKER_01: I mean, same thing with same thing with pounds and kilos, right?
• 1:21:16
  SPEAKER_00: Everyone does kilos.
• 1:21:17
SPEAKER_01: Almost everywhere else is kilos, yeah.
• 1:21:19
  SPEAKER_00: Where?
• 1:21:20
SPEAKER_00: And like you're you guys are the only ones that do pounds.
• 1:21:22
SPEAKER_01: I come here and I'm like, and then we want to act like it's like it's it's wrong when it's kilos.
• 1:21:26
SPEAKER_01: Like um Torture Gym in Vegas, all of their dumbbells were um in kilos, and I remember people complaining about it first.
• 1:21:33
SPEAKER_01: I was like, where is it?
• 1:21:34
SPEAKER_00: They got it from over they got it from overseas, guys.
• 1:21:36
SPEAKER_00: He's from goodness, he's not from the UK, but he's from that way, you know?
• 1:21:41
SPEAKER_00: So that's why she looks good though, this girl.
• 1:21:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she does.
• 1:21:49
SPEAKER_00: I want to see posing.
• 1:21:50
  SPEAKER_00: Where is she?
• 1:21:52
SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say that the screenshot or the screen grab of that looked nuts.
• 1:21:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks really nice tight waist.
• 1:21:59
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm excited.
• 1:22:00
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be such a good show.
• 1:22:02
SPEAKER_01: A little broad, but it could just be the angle.
• 1:22:04
SPEAKER_00: It also could just be the top, yeah.
• 1:22:06
  SPEAKER_01: That could tattoo, yeah.
• 1:22:09
  SPEAKER_00: I'm excited.
• 1:22:11
SPEAKER_00: This weekend's gonna be funny.
• 1:22:14
SPEAKER_01: And Robin puts on such a good fucking show, too.
• 1:22:15
SPEAKER_01: Wasatch is I haven't missed Wasatch in five years.
• 1:22:18
SPEAKER_01: It is one of my favorite shows.
• 1:22:19
SPEAKER_00: I've never been before, so I'm really I'm really excited for it.
• 1:22:23
SPEAKER_01: And it's Salt Palace, right?
• 1:22:25
SPEAKER_01: Yes, it's hopped or it's hopped around um venues the last like three, four years, but Salt Palace is amazing, amazing.
• 1:22:31
  SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be cool.
• 1:22:32
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited because I think I've not done well, I mean I've obviously did San Diego, but I've not gone to any other shows outside like the Arnold Olympia for like so long.
• 1:22:41
SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, yeah, I'm excited to do it.
• 1:22:44
SPEAKER_00: And I'm also going to well, I didn't have I even said it.
• 1:22:47
  SPEAKER_00: Have I said it?
• 1:22:48
SPEAKER_01: You have not said it yet.
• 1:22:48
SPEAKER_01: Go ahead and say it.
• 1:22:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm doing Pittsburgh in New York.
• 1:22:52
  SPEAKER_01: Fuck yeah.
• 1:22:53
  SPEAKER_00: So that's that's the spiel.
• 1:22:56
  SPEAKER_00: I'm excited for it.
• 1:22:57
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be fun.
• 1:22:58
SPEAKER_00: Because I just again, like, I feel like I can, so why would I not in this take this opportunity to do it?
• 1:23:04
SPEAKER_00: I think we were going to wait, um, and we were gonna kind of you know just stop at Wasarch, hopefully, and then be done.
• 1:23:12
SPEAKER_00: But I was like, I feel good enough to be able to just keep going, so why would I not?
• 1:23:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's only three weeks.
• 1:23:18
SPEAKER_01: You're also going up to Canada in between that, right?
• 1:23:20
  SPEAKER_01: For using portal.
• 1:23:22
  SPEAKER_01: Fuck yeah.
• 1:23:22
SPEAKER_00: Yes, we're doing a seminar that's already sold out.
• 1:23:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it sold out in six hours, which is crazy.
• 1:23:29
SPEAKER_00: So I will be posting another link soon.
• 1:23:33
SPEAKER_00: So if you are based in Canada, I will be doing another seminar that same day, um, just a little bit later.
• 1:23:39
SPEAKER_00: So keep up to date with that.
• 1:23:40
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure by the time this comes out, the link will already be out.
• 1:23:42
SPEAKER_01: So did you see the video I sent you of the posing portal here?
• 1:23:46
SPEAKER_01: No, I sent I sent to you and Rhea, you didn't get that.
• 1:23:49
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
• 1:23:51
SPEAKER_01: Eric put together one of the coolest storytelling videos I have ever seen.
• 1:23:56
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
• 1:23:57
SPEAKER_01: The drama behind it, like the cinema is insane.
• 1:24:01
SPEAKER_01: It like it's uh the sound he used on running up that hill, um, the song, but in like a reverb slowed down version, and it's just like the posing flowing, and then you talking in the background of the it's so sick.
• 1:24:17
SPEAKER_01: Okay, I need to see that.
• 1:24:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I don't know what happened with your messages.
• 1:24:21
SPEAKER_01: So yours started coming through as your email.
• 1:24:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, your phone is like, hey, I'm in America for too long, but yeah, um I don't know.
• 1:24:29
SPEAKER_00: Literally, my phone is being a bit weighted at the moment.
• 1:24:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I think I sent it to the group chat of you, me, and Rhea, and that went not to your email, so you might not have gotten it.
• 1:24:37
SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah, I'm gonna resend it to you right when we get off here.
• 1:24:40
  SPEAKER_01: But yeah, it's insane.
• 1:24:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, anyone listening to this, I'm gonna shout out Eric really quick because he's amazing.
• 1:24:45
SPEAKER_01: So Eric's one of my video guys, and uh he is getting more into like he has a big passion for the fitness industry.
• 1:24:54
SPEAKER_01: Um, his main gig is doing like luxury real estate, and like he has he has the eye for doing everything photo and video, but he's gonna start traveling more for shows.
• 1:25:03
SPEAKER_01: He's gonna come to Pittsburgh.
• 1:25:05
SPEAKER_01: Um, he's gonna come to um I'm talking to Dan about having him come down to the Olympia.
• 1:25:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so I'm gonna try to get him around to more shows, not to shoot the shows, but anyone that wants photo shoots around the show during your peak week.
• 1:25:21
SPEAKER_01: If you want some hotel room shots, some gym shots, some model shots, some like wherever, he will be around at a good handful of shows to be doing stuff.
• 1:25:29
SPEAKER_01: So he's badass, great photographer, great videographer, can put together whatever you want.
• 1:25:34
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be cool.
• 1:25:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very cool.
• 1:25:37
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited for this whole weekend.
• 1:25:42
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, we've done a lot.
• 1:25:44
SPEAKER_00: I feel like we have done a lot.
• 1:25:45
SPEAKER_00: Let's leave questions for next week.
• 1:25:47
SPEAKER_00: What did you actually get?
• 1:25:48
SPEAKER_00: If there's any that I sent them to where are they?
• 1:25:52
SPEAKER_01: Um, let's do this one.
• 1:25:53
SPEAKER_01: Let's do this one really quick.
• 1:25:54
SPEAKER_01: It said, where do you see Fit Model in three years?
• 1:25:57
  SPEAKER_01: We'll end with this.
• 1:25:59
SPEAKER_01: And I got asked this, I feel like, because a couple people sent me clips of people talking about um divisions like becoming more and more popular and what appeals more to the mass.
• 1:26:09
SPEAKER_01: And I personally think Fit Model is going to rival bikini um for being the most popular divisions.
• 1:26:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, they're gonna get more sponsors, more sponsor eyes on the industry.
• 1:26:21
SPEAKER_01: Um, like I've said before, they're the sports illustrated model look, right?
• 1:26:25
SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna get more eyes on the industry because of that.
• 1:26:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, you're gonna have more packed NPC shows with Fit Model, which is going to lead to more people turning pro and more people making to the Olympia.
• 1:26:37
SPEAKER_01: Um, I think that in two years, Fit Model is gonna end up having a top 25 um for the Olympia, just like just like the more popular divisions do.
• 1:26:46
SPEAKER_01: So that's where I see it going.
• 1:26:48
SPEAKER_01: I see it rivaling bikini in the women's divisions for popularity.
• 1:26:51
  SPEAKER_00: I agree.
• 1:26:52
SPEAKER_00: I do think that there's more to it, and it's only just getting started.
• 1:26:56
SPEAKER_00: So I do think that people just have to give it time.
• 1:26:59
SPEAKER_00: I know there was a lot of people that were upset about it not being at the final stage for the Olympia this year, but I do think give it time.
• 1:27:07
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna, I do think it's gonna be one of the biggest divisions coming up for sure.
• 1:27:12
  SPEAKER_01: For sure, for sure.
• 1:27:13
SPEAKER_01: I mean, honestly, there's I've heard a couple coaches say it, I've heard a couple athletes say it, where they're like, yeah, fit model is just uh, and it's one of the it's one of those divisions where, again, just like bikini, you have to have an eye for it.
• 1:27:25
SPEAKER_01: It is not, it's gonna it's gonna be very, very hard to come into this.
• 1:27:29
SPEAKER_01: Like, let's say you're a well-rounded coach or you're more of a men's coach and you get a fit model athlete, it's it's likely not your ballgame to be in.
• 1:27:37
SPEAKER_01: Like, it's not your lane to be in because fit model is a very, just like bikini coaching, a very trained eye, a very experienced eye.
• 1:27:44
SPEAKER_01: I've heard a couple coaches say it's not fun because it's not challenging.
• 1:27:48
  SPEAKER_01: Like, what?
• 1:27:49
SPEAKER_01: You mean challenging as in what?
• 1:27:51
SPEAKER_01: Like it's gonna be it's gotta be the most fucking challenging person to get on stage right now.
• 1:27:55
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:27:56
SPEAKER_01: So I understand like the the like masculinity aspect behind it.
• 1:28:00
  SPEAKER_01: I don't want a coach fit model.
• 1:28:01
  SPEAKER_01: I don't want a trained fit model.
• 1:28:02
  SPEAKER_01: Like, why?
• 1:28:03
SPEAKER_01: Like, they they have to push just as much.
• 1:28:05
SPEAKER_01: It's just different detail when it comes to what you're doing.
• 1:28:08
SPEAKER_01: In the coaching side of it, the prep coaching side, my God, that's why I don't fucking prep coach.
• 1:28:12
SPEAKER_01: Like, forget, forget trying to bring someone on stage for that, because that is detail oriented through the roof.
• 1:28:17
SPEAKER_00: So I think it's because it's a harder division to get right.
• 1:28:22
SPEAKER_00: That's why I think people are like, oh, I don't want to try.
• 1:28:25
SPEAKER_00: So I do think that that's the hardest part about it, you know?
• 1:28:30
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:28:30
  SPEAKER_00: So, but it's okay.
• 1:28:31
SPEAKER_00: That's why we have different coaches.
• 1:28:33
SPEAKER_00: That's why there's different coaches in in this industry.
• 1:28:36
SPEAKER_00: Like, we don't, not everyone is the same, and that's fine.
• 1:28:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:28:38
  SPEAKER_00: So definitely.
• 1:28:40
SPEAKER_01: Look at you taking the PC way of taking that.
• 1:28:43
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 1:28:44
SPEAKER_00: We say some of the controversial shit on here, and I'm also too tired now.
• 1:28:48
SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, oh no, I'm 100% not getting into a rant right now.
• 1:28:51
  SPEAKER_01: Definitely not.
• 1:28:52
SPEAKER_01: We had one that went off last week.
• 1:28:54
  SPEAKER_01: We're good to go.
• 1:28:54
SPEAKER_01: We don't need one this week.
• 1:28:55
SPEAKER_01: We have Wasatch this weekend.
• 1:28:57
SPEAKER_01: So that will be our hosts.
• 1:29:01
SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, this next time next week, we'll be doing some really, really exciting talks about what's coming next.
• 1:29:08
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited.
• 1:29:12
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 1:29:13
  SPEAKER_00: Fingers crossed.
• 1:29:14
SPEAKER_00: Fingers crossed, that'd be good.
• 1:29:15
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 1:29:16
  SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
• 1:29:16
SPEAKER_00: Love you guys so much, and we will see you in the next video.
