Man Charged with Kidnapping Teen in Star Idaho | Boise News
A shocking crime unfolded in Star, Idaho, when 29-year-old Jose Lozano Flores allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl at Freedom Park on July 22. After taking her in his car, he was eventually located the next day with her at Quinn’s Pond in Boise — thankfully, she was reunited with her family.
