- 1:37Speaker 1: Now, I do have to say that I was noticing
- 1:39Speaker 1: that our last Sister Wives video was hyped up. Yeah,
- 1:43Speaker 1: we have like one hundred and eighty five thousand hype points.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, we've got a little bit of a
- 1:49Speaker 1: raccoon army out there that's willing to do the tough things.
- 1:53Speaker 2: We appreciate that so much.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I was really happy. So thank you, guys. Thanks. Now,
- 1:58Speaker 1: before we get into it, I just I do have
- 2:01Speaker 1: to ask you, Beatrice, whether you had any thoughts or
- 2:04Speaker 1: any feelings after watching this episode.
- 2:08Speaker 3: I had a lot of thoughts and I had a
- 2:09Speaker 3: lot of feelings tell us about But we'll get to
- 2:12Speaker 3: the catfish part later. My takeaway is going to be good.
- 2:15Speaker 3: It's gonna be angelic this week. Little baby Soul and
- 2:19Speaker 3: Truly are so cute.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Oh god, Truly is so annoying.
- 2:23Speaker 2: She's adorable. She's only four.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Oh no, you are not. She's not a door. She's
- 2:29Speaker 1: she's always putting her hands on him and screaming in
- 2:33Speaker 1: his face.
- 2:33Speaker 2: She's a little kid.
- 2:34Speaker 1: She's annoying. She's sorry, I'm just kissed annoying to me.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I thought they were okay. I have a takeaway, and
- 2:45Speaker 1: I just want to say that I was filled with
- 2:47Speaker 1: rage flames the side of my face because the audacity
- 2:56Speaker 1: of the Browns, and in particular Mary and these lying
- 3:01Speaker 1: who lie. All they do is lie. I had to
- 3:04Speaker 1: stop the episode midwatch and like go on Google and
- 3:09Speaker 1: through the archives, and I thought to myself, hey, I
- 3:13Speaker 1: think there are some actual recordings out there of Mary
- 3:18Speaker 1: and her various and sundry conversations with the catfish Sam.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And sure enough there were Reddit posts. And then you
- 3:27Speaker 1: sent me a link to the actual recordings of Mary
- 3:30Speaker 1: leaving messages for Sam slash Jackie, in which she is
- 3:34Speaker 1: completely in love with Sam. She is talking about how
- 3:38Speaker 1: handsome he is and how passionate they are together, and
- 3:41Speaker 1: how much she's so much more handsome than Cody. And
- 3:45Speaker 1: so then after I listened to the messages, I turned
- 3:47Speaker 1: the episode back on and I watched the scene where
- 3:50Speaker 1: they're having a family meeting and she's making herself out
- 3:53Speaker 1: to be a victim and look, we're going to talk
- 3:54Speaker 1: about it at the time, but like you, I know,
- 3:57Speaker 1: they lie so much, they're so dis they can't tell
- 4:01Speaker 1: the truth for anything, and it was really pressing me off.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I was getting pissed off, specifically when Nancy came
- 4:08Speaker 3: into the picture and we're having this family discussion about
- 4:11Speaker 3: it and Mary's just like crying and talking about how she's.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Been a bull I was targeted. They sought me out.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Sorry, I shouldn't laugh at that.
- 4:20Speaker 1: They're verbally abusing me, and they're bugging my house and
- 4:24Speaker 1: stuff like that. The only way Jackie could have bugged
- 4:27Speaker 1: your house is if you invited her into your house. Yeah, right,
- 4:31Speaker 1: so why are you inviting these people into your house?
- 4:34Speaker 1: But like, nobody's asking these really fundamental, easy questions. The
- 4:39Speaker 1: only person who was dubious and not buying Mary's bullshit
- 4:44Speaker 1: was Cody. Yeah, which was interesting is Cody, And I'm like,
- 4:47Speaker 1: come on, Cody. And actually Robin was the one who
- 4:51Speaker 1: called it an affair and at the end of the episode,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and I know I'm skipping ahead, but I was so triggered.
- 4:56Speaker 1: At the end of the episode, Mary's like all they
- 4:58Speaker 1: can say is like, I'm here, I didn't have an affair,
- 5:01Speaker 1: and I'm strong, like.
- 5:04Speaker 3: When in the voicemail, She's literally like, I love you.
- 5:06Speaker 3: I love you.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So I love you, I love you, I love you,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I fucking love you. I'm like, Mary, you absolutely had
- 5:13Speaker 1: an emotional affair.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, just call it what it is.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Robin did. I wonder what she thought when she saw
- 5:19Speaker 1: that back, because that was an interstitial that Robin gave.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Anyway, so I'm jumping ahead. I was just angry and
- 5:24Speaker 1: I'm putting it out there without further ado. Let's get
- 5:28Speaker 1: into our recap of Sister Wives Season ten, episode one,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and Tato Tote.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Catfishing Fallout dun And this was a really long episode
- 5:42Speaker 3: and it was filled with a lot of like filler
- 5:43Speaker 3: at the beginning, Like we'll kind of skim through some
- 5:46Speaker 3: of it because it.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Was quite frankly Boro.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Yes, but we have a few things going on. We
- 5:52Speaker 3: obviously have the aftermath of the catfish because at the time,
- 5:56Speaker 3: after especially after like the tell all and everything this
- 5:59Speaker 3: was in the new was in the tabloids. I'm sure
- 6:02Speaker 3: Mary's photos got leaked. I'm sure the voicemails and stuff
- 6:05Speaker 3: got leaked at the same time. So like a lot
- 6:07Speaker 3: of it was coming out, they obviously had to do
- 6:09Speaker 3: some damage control, So we kind of talk about it
- 6:12Speaker 3: at the beginning of the episode a little bit about
- 6:14Speaker 3: how Mary you know, wanted to tell the family in Alaska,
- 6:19Speaker 3: but then decided halfway through telling them that it wasn't
- 6:22Speaker 3: the good, the best time to tell them, so she
- 6:24Speaker 3: gave him like a half baked, you know, confession, and
- 6:28Speaker 3: then after they filmed, then she told the family privately.
- 6:32Speaker 3: They were all shocked about it, but you know, we'll
- 6:35Speaker 3: talk about that later. Right now, we got to focus
- 6:37Speaker 3: on the fact that Maddie is moving out. She is
- 6:41Speaker 3: getting a rental up in Montana, which is where Caleb
- 6:44Speaker 3: is at at the time. He's working there, and she
- 6:47Speaker 3: wants everybody to know she's not moving in with Caleb. Sure,
- 6:50Speaker 3: jam but she totally is absolutely moving in with him,
- 6:55Speaker 3: and she ultimately gets engaged. In this episode, we get
- 6:58Speaker 3: the announcement of her getting engaged, and it's sweet and
- 7:01Speaker 3: they're in love and like whatever, but she's like ready
- 7:04Speaker 3: to leave. Oh yes, like coming home for like a
- 7:07Speaker 3: week and then packs up all her shit and she's like,
- 7:10Speaker 3: I'm ready to bout bye.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Well, I thought that it was interesting that her best
- 7:18Speaker 1: friend and I'm skipping ahead a little bit because they
- 7:19Speaker 1: go out to dinner with her best friend Desi, and
- 7:22Speaker 1: Cody of course has to insinuate himself into the dinner
- 7:25Speaker 1: because it was a dinner for Desi to actually meet
- 7:28Speaker 1: me Caleb. But Cody's there, Christine's there, and Janelle's there,
- 7:32Speaker 1: and anyway, Desi says at some point something like, well, yeah,
- 7:35Speaker 1: she's been talking about you for three years. Three years,
- 7:38Speaker 1: three years, so I think right here, Maddie is nineteen
- 7:42Speaker 1: years old. Yeah, she's only been to college for one year,
- 7:46Speaker 1: so she's dropping out of college, I do believe, because
- 7:48Speaker 1: she was going to college in Utah. Now she's moving
- 7:50Speaker 1: up to Billings, Montana. She's been talking to him for
- 7:54Speaker 1: three years, so since she's sixteen years old, according to Desi,
- 7:58Speaker 1: and that's when Caleb was twenty six or twenty seven.
- 8:02Speaker 1: So I know Caleb's great. I know they're happy. In
- 8:06Speaker 1: the Year of Our Lord twenty twenty six, more power
- 8:08Speaker 1: to them. They got four kids and everything. But you
- 8:11Speaker 1: can't tell me that's not weird. You can't tell me
- 8:14Speaker 1: that's not grooming or something. If he was talking to
- 8:17Speaker 1: her for three years. And then they kind of talk
- 8:19Speaker 1: about how they had spent a night when they first
- 8:22Speaker 1: met up on a mountain with the four wheeler talking
- 8:27Speaker 1: and so was Mattie sixteen years old when that happened.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Was Caleb twenty six? I don't know. It's just gross.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Well, and did you notice that when Desi brought that up,
- 8:36Speaker 3: like she's been talking about him for three years, Maddie's like, no, no, no,
- 8:39Speaker 3: it was like two years. So if she is nineteen
- 8:42Speaker 3: at the time of this recording, that would put her
- 8:44Speaker 3: at seventeen talking about him. So she's like trying to
- 8:47Speaker 3: skirt it a little bit. Yes, And it's like, okay,
- 8:49Speaker 3: let's just call it as it is. It's weird to me.
- 8:53Speaker 3: And it's also crazy that the family is like so
- 8:57Speaker 3: gung ho and so supportive about it, like they're not
- 8:59Speaker 3: even and I because they like Caleb. They think that
- 9:02Speaker 3: he's a good guy.
- 9:03Speaker 1: It's also part of their culture to marry children. Totally,
- 9:07Speaker 1: so totally. I mean, I know they deny this, but
- 9:10Speaker 1: I'm talking about like Mormonism and fundamentalist Mormonism, and they
- 9:15Speaker 1: are fundamentalist Mormons. It is part of their culture to
- 9:18Speaker 1: exploit children. Well in this way.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I was also thinking about Michelty and Tony because I
- 9:24Speaker 3: know that with Mannye and Caleb. They want to get
- 9:28Speaker 3: married right away. They get engaged and they want to
- 9:31Speaker 3: get married less than a year out in June or whatever.
- 9:34Speaker 3: I know that Tony and McKelty start having a relationship
- 9:37Speaker 3: pretty quickly right around this time, and then McKelty also
- 9:40Speaker 3: wants to get married pretty close to Madison because she's
- 9:43Speaker 3: kind of competing with her and she wants the attention
- 9:46Speaker 3: or whatever. But I remember the episodes where mckelti's introducing
- 9:51Speaker 3: Tony and her relationship with him, and everybody's like, not supportive.
- 9:55Speaker 3: They don't like Tony, right, And I just think that's
- 9:57Speaker 3: kind of fucked up. Like, so we're really happy that
- 10:00Speaker 3: Madison's dating a thirty year old dude and like he
- 10:04Speaker 3: probably groomed her allegedly or whatever. But when we have
- 10:08Speaker 3: Tony and michelt then it's like, you guys are too young.
- 10:11Speaker 3: I remember Christine's like, you're too young, you're rushing it,
- 10:14Speaker 3: you don't know if you like him or whatever, And
- 10:16Speaker 3: I just think that that's so lame.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Well yup, and we have to ask ourselves the question,
- 10:21Speaker 1: is it because McKelty is the black sheep and maybe
- 10:26Speaker 1: she's a bit more childlike and is this an actual
- 10:29Speaker 1: protective instinct for Christine and Cody or is it because
- 10:33Speaker 1: they're racist maybe, or is it because, like a lot
- 10:37Speaker 1: of us, when we first met Tony, we did not
- 10:40Speaker 1: like him because he was strange. Look sure, she's very strange,
- 10:44Speaker 1: look yes, but he was also very tat told too
- 10:48Speaker 1: money and this and that. This is why we call
- 10:50Speaker 1: him too many tacos Tony, because he's asking for a
- 10:53Speaker 1: lot and not giving much in return. So we were
- 10:55Speaker 1: put off by him. But when you do compare it
- 10:58Speaker 1: to Caleb and Maddie, it seems quite unfair.
- 11:01Speaker 3: And it's like you cannot like your kid's significant other
- 11:06Speaker 3: or like not prefer them or whatever. And I get
- 11:08Speaker 3: that that's fine, but it's the fact that they just
- 11:11Speaker 3: like weren't even supportive of the relationship in general that
- 11:13Speaker 3: I'm just like, okay, but we're fine with nineteen year
- 11:16Speaker 3: old Mattie right marrying a thirty year old Okay, whatever,
- 11:20Speaker 3: because they're in love, and because more importantly, Cody loves Caleb,
- 11:25Speaker 3: and like that's a theme for the first half of
- 11:27Speaker 3: this episode, is like Cody obsessed with Caleb, Like Maddie
- 11:31Speaker 3: comes home to visit and also pack up all our
- 11:33Speaker 3: shit so she can move to Montana, and then Caleb
- 11:36Speaker 3: joins with his big old truck, and Cody's like, man,
- 11:39Speaker 3: I love your big old truck, and like, can I
- 11:41Speaker 3: drive up in the truck with you and hang out
- 11:43Speaker 3: with you on the drive. I know that you want
- 11:46Speaker 3: to like be with my daughter like any normal boyfriend,
- 11:49Speaker 3: but you know, can I drive in the truck with
- 11:51Speaker 3: you and talk with you and have some man time?
- 11:53Speaker 2: And like everybody in.
- 11:54Speaker 3: The family is talking about how obsessed Cody is with
- 11:57Speaker 3: Caleb and how they think that maybe Caleb's just being
- 12:00Speaker 3: nice to him and probably doesn't like him. It's just
- 12:04Speaker 3: weird to me me too, the blanket support and everything.
- 12:08Speaker 3: But I also thought it was interesting how like Cody
- 12:11Speaker 3: was kind of sentimental, like really sentimental with Maddie in particular,
- 12:16Speaker 3: and how Christine made a comment about how Maddie had
- 12:19Speaker 3: always been a daddy's girl and you know, Cody was
- 12:23Speaker 3: her rock and now he flashed forward to twenty twenty
- 12:25Speaker 3: six and she's like no contact with him and calling
- 12:28Speaker 3: him a narcissist and that sucks, man, It's really shitty.
- 12:33Speaker 3: But I liked some of the moments with Cody just
- 12:35Speaker 3: being really sweet with Madison and how he wants to
- 12:38Speaker 3: be involved in like the wedding venue process and like
- 12:41Speaker 3: planning her wedding, and when she's moving out, Robin wants
- 12:45Speaker 3: to give her her broken down, krusty ass old couch,
- 12:50Speaker 3: and Cody wants to fix it for Maddie right away
- 12:53Speaker 3: before they pack it up because he doesn't want to
- 12:55Speaker 3: send her home with a shitty couch.
- 12:57Speaker 1: It feels genuine, right, Yeah, like a dad, which is
- 13:02Speaker 1: so strange. It's super Usually it's all for the cameras
- 13:04Speaker 1: and maybe there's some of that as well, but he
- 13:06Speaker 1: does seem to have a particular affection for Maddie.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it's interesting.
- 13:12Speaker 3: It's sad how it's devolved to the point where he's
- 13:15Speaker 3: no contact with her and no contact with the majority
- 13:18Speaker 3: of his og children. But like, I don't know, looking
- 13:22Speaker 3: back on it, I know we hate Cody, I know
- 13:23Speaker 3: he's a monster or whatever, but there's like these little
- 13:26Speaker 3: glimmers where I'm like, well, he did love his kids
- 13:29Speaker 3: at one point, yes, you know, And so that's kind
- 13:32Speaker 3: of the first portion of the episode is Maddie moving
- 13:36Speaker 3: out and she's in love with Caleb or whatever, and
- 13:38Speaker 3: then you know, Robin's big and pregnant and she's getting
- 13:41Speaker 3: an ultrasound to make sure her baby's in the right position.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Did you see her stretch marks?
- 13:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 13:45Speaker 1: I'm just going to point it out every time it
- 13:47Speaker 1: comes up, because Robin made that iconic statement about how
- 13:51Speaker 1: Cody was such a good man because he loved the
- 13:54Speaker 1: OG three even though they were out of shape and
- 13:57Speaker 1: had stretch marks. But you know, when she lifts her
- 14:00Speaker 1: shirt and we do the ultrasound, we see a bunch
- 14:02Speaker 1: of stretch marks there.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Yeah, like we're gonna body shame the other women, right,
- 14:07Speaker 3: But you have stretch marks too, And Cody doesn't care
- 14:09Speaker 3: no obviously, But she's checking out on her baby, and
- 14:14Speaker 3: she's like moving stuff around at her house that way
- 14:16Speaker 3: some baby can share rooms. And it's just like every
- 14:22Speaker 3: time there's a segment that's like focused on Robin, I
- 14:25Speaker 3: just don't give a shit.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I go, I go somewhere else.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Dimensionally, it's like I can't feel anything for her other
- 14:32Speaker 3: than hatred.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yeah, there were moments in this episode where I wondered
- 14:36Speaker 1: as well whether she was being genuine, particularly with her
- 14:40Speaker 1: support for Mary. Uh huh. So, I mean I think
- 14:43Speaker 1: she's still somewhat human in these earlier seasons, but she's
- 14:48Speaker 1: definitely tipping over into gargoyle.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Litt Yeah, and like, you know, we've talked at length
- 14:55Speaker 3: about the theory of like was Robin planning from the
- 14:58Speaker 3: very beginning? Did she start planning after the legal divorce?
- 15:02Speaker 3: Like when did her devilishness take over? And I don't
- 15:06Speaker 3: know if you support the idea that maybe Robin wasn't
- 15:09Speaker 3: evil from the very beginning. I could see how watching
- 15:12Speaker 3: this back, maybe this was like the point with the catfishing,
- 15:15Speaker 3: where like Robin started to crystallize into her demonic form
- 15:21Speaker 3: because she realized, like, oh, everybody here's fucked up. Let
- 15:25Speaker 3: me manipulate the situation even more to make sure I
- 15:28Speaker 3: secure my empire and secure my dragon hoard, and I
- 15:32Speaker 3: can live. I can live my life with my knee in,
- 15:35Speaker 3: you know, Because there were some moments too that I
- 15:38Speaker 3: was thinking, hmm, maybe you are a little human, I
- 15:40Speaker 3: don't know, yeah, or maybe this is just pregnancy Robin hormonal, Yeah.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Right, can't help but have a little empathy. I'm not sure.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And that's the sad part is that we can't be
- 15:50Speaker 1: sure we really based on what we've seen in later seasons,
- 15:53Speaker 1: she's so terrible.
- 15:54Speaker 2: She is really really awful and so fake, Like.
- 15:56Speaker 1: How do you get that terrible? If that wasn't inside
- 15:58Speaker 1: you all the whole time?
- 16:00Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 16:00Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 16:01Speaker 3: Was there anything else at the beginning of this episode
- 16:04Speaker 3: before we get to the catfish conversation, I mean.
- 16:06Speaker 1: We did travel up to Billings. We moved Maddie into
- 16:09Speaker 1: her very small home. It was very cute. As soon
- 16:13Speaker 1: as I saw it, I'm like, Caleb's going to live
- 16:16Speaker 1: there with you? Totally. I think y'all are banging.
- 16:19Speaker 3: I was gonna ask about that because I'm like, yeah,
- 16:22Speaker 3: y'all are fuck I think so.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I mean, if he's twenty six and talking to a
- 16:26Speaker 1: sixteen year old, you have to ask yourself why, what's
- 16:29Speaker 1: the impulse and the instinct. It's probably sexual in nature.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I would not be a bit surprised. I would imagine
- 16:35Speaker 1: that they're boinkin' for surely.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Yeah, But Maddie wants us to know that she's not
- 16:40Speaker 3: moving in with Caleb. He's got his own place down
- 16:42Speaker 3: the street or something.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Right, because a producer actually asks her directly, like is
- 16:47Speaker 1: Caleb going to live with you? And she kind of smiles,
- 16:49Speaker 1: She's like, oh no, no, no, not all he is. Yeah,
- 16:53Speaker 1: they're having sex totally. They're fucking hardcore. I can't blame him.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I mean, oh, I mean he's old. But like when
- 16:59Speaker 1: I was young and married when I was eighteen, your
- 17:01Speaker 1: horny is when I was dating him before. I was
- 17:04Speaker 1: just returned from Fiji on a mission, not a Mormon
- 17:07Speaker 1: mission but an Evangelical mission and.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Man making out everybody, that's right.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Met my husband, my first husband, I was eighteen years
- 17:14Speaker 1: old and we lived together first.
- 17:16Speaker 3: And did you have sex before marriage like a heathen?
- 17:21Speaker 1: I sure did a lot. I was my Samoan husband. Honey. Yeah,
- 17:29Speaker 1: it's a long story.
- 17:31Speaker 3: I don't think we've told them this story. We won't
- 17:34Speaker 3: probably not.
- 17:35Speaker 1: We could, but I mean not now. Maybe at some
- 17:38Speaker 1: point maybe on Patreon. Yeah, they did have a first
- 17:40Speaker 1: husband that I married at a very young age, and
- 17:42Speaker 1: he was a Samoan man. Yeah, the Rock.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I had a lot of firsts with him.
- 17:46Speaker 1: I did he did anyway?
- 17:49Speaker 2: Anyway, the Catfish. So back in Vegas, Yes, after.
- 17:54Speaker 3: We've moved Maddie into her house with her living boyfriend
- 17:57Speaker 3: to a.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Fan who's grown a doll, a grown thirty year old man, right.
- 18:02Speaker 3: We returned back home and we congregate at Mary's sad,
- 18:09Speaker 3: dour house with her ugly furniture terrible, and all of
- 18:13Speaker 3: the family, like all of the adults come over along
- 18:16Speaker 3: with Nancy the.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Therapist to have a very in depth discussion.
- 18:20Speaker 1: What good is she? I mean, I know we're about
- 18:23Speaker 1: to get into the scene, but like, what does she contribute?
- 18:26Speaker 1: She's a horrible She just taking fucking notes, that's all
- 18:29Speaker 1: she's doing. She's terrible.
- 18:31Speaker 2: And she sat down.
- 18:32Speaker 3: I literally laughed out loud because she's like, so tell me,
- 18:37Speaker 3: I don't tell me about the catfish Mary. And then
- 18:39Speaker 3: it's just like a conversation between the five adults and
- 18:42Speaker 3: she's just sitting there observing.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Yeah, Like you're no doctor.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Orna, no, and we're not trying to get into the
- 18:47Speaker 1: truth of what actually happens so that we can heal
- 18:49Speaker 1: this family. You're just a production plant helping them to
- 18:54Speaker 1: whitewash this entire situation and continue to lie. Great job,
- 18:58Speaker 1: Nancy the therapist.
- 18:59Speaker 3: She doesn't do anything therapeutic at all, Like she doesn't
- 19:02Speaker 3: challenge anybody, She doesn't ask anybody to like reevaluate their
- 19:07Speaker 3: perspective on it. Like she just sits there and is
- 19:09Speaker 3: like validating everybody.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Yeah, how were you not challenging Mary in this moment.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It's maybe it's something you would do in individual therapy,
- 19:16Speaker 1: but y'all chose to sit down, the five of you
- 19:19Speaker 1: in front of Nancy, and you're just going to let
- 19:21Speaker 1: Mary lie anyway, I'm jumping ahead, go on, girl.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Well, we start off with Mary again talking about how
- 19:29Speaker 3: she had planned to tell the family about what was
- 19:31Speaker 3: happening in Alaska, and then when she had sat down
- 19:36Speaker 3: at the dinner table or whatever at that restaurant, she
- 19:39Speaker 3: started talking to them and then realized that it wasn't
- 19:42Speaker 3: the best time to ruin this beautiful vacation by talking
- 19:45Speaker 3: about her online affair, and so she kind of skirted
- 19:49Speaker 3: around it, didn't tell them until after everybody was super shocked,
- 19:54Speaker 3: and Mary to the camera says, there were a lot
- 19:57Speaker 3: of details that I revealed to the family that were very,
- 20:00Speaker 3: very shocking to them, and I know that there's a
- 20:03Speaker 3: lot of her feelings.
- 20:03Speaker 2: So we got to talk about it.
- 20:05Speaker 3: And like again, the way that we introduce it with
- 20:10Speaker 3: Nancy there is victimizing Mary about how she was taken
- 20:14Speaker 3: advantage of. We hear from Robin on the Couch a
- 20:17Speaker 3: lot a lot actually with her commentary about how they
- 20:21Speaker 3: were all very hurt and betray you and felt like
- 20:27Speaker 3: this was a big shock. Robin is the one, like
- 20:30Speaker 3: you said, who uses the word affair, and she says
- 20:34Speaker 3: that that was her first impression of this whole situation,
- 20:37Speaker 3: but then as she learned more about it, she realized
- 20:40Speaker 3: that Mary was abused.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Did she even say that? Did she negate the affair?
- 20:48Speaker 1: I think she did?
- 20:49Speaker 3: Did? She was like it, I realized it wasn't that. Yeah,
- 20:53Speaker 3: But I'm like, okay, I know you and Cody are
- 20:56Speaker 3: talking about it as if it's an affair.
- 20:57Speaker 1: We know you've deployed Kendra to be in the middle
- 21:00Speaker 1: of the cat fish situations, so you and Cody have
- 21:02Speaker 1: been on this the entire time.
- 21:04Speaker 3: And what's crazy is Mary in this episode was saying
- 21:08Speaker 3: that she told the whole family together after the Alaska trip,
- 21:12Speaker 3: but then with Nancy, Nancy asks Mary, when did you
- 21:17Speaker 3: finally decide to come clean and tell everybody the truth?
- 21:20Speaker 3: Mary says, well, actually I told only Robin first. Because
- 21:23Speaker 3: the family was again at another family trip for Hunter.
- 21:27Speaker 3: I think it was some like ceremony for him or whatever,
- 21:30Speaker 3: and they were all staying in hotels and Mary went
- 21:33Speaker 3: into Robin's hotel room and broke down sobbing and told
- 21:36Speaker 3: her everything, and then they told the rest of the family.
- 21:41Speaker 1: So I just don't know when the family actually knew.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And that's kind of what's driving me a little crazy
- 21:48Speaker 1: because I've felt in Alaska like they all knew already.
- 21:51Speaker 3: It kind of felt like that a little bit, but
- 21:53Speaker 3: the way that Mary was saying it was like she
- 21:55Speaker 3: wasn't telling him the whole truth. And we kind of
- 21:57Speaker 3: talked about that last week about how the way it
- 21:59Speaker 3: was framed and filmed in Alaska felt like she wasn't
- 22:02Speaker 3: saying what it actually was.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Like she was just saying, I'm gonna leave.
- 22:06Speaker 1: And wouldn't everybody like say something about that, Like right,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I would stop what I'm doing, would put my fork down,
- 22:14Speaker 1: like what do you mean you're gonna leave? Like we're
- 22:16Speaker 1: a family, what are you talking about? Nobody did that.
- 22:18Speaker 1: This is why I think they already knew about it,
- 22:20Speaker 1: that this is just them trying to rugsweep.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I think a lot of this is damage control and
- 22:27Speaker 3: like them trying to keep everything together because they don't
- 22:31Speaker 3: want to lose their TLC contract, not like they would.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Because TLC feeds off of this shit.
- 22:36Speaker 3: Yeah, they love the family destruction narrative.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Gosh, I bet the ratings were great during the Catfish.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 22:42Speaker 3: We got a couple comments on Patreon saying that, like
- 22:44Speaker 3: the Catfish was what actually saved the show because the
- 22:47Speaker 3: show was so fucking boring, and like you guys know
- 22:50Speaker 3: from our recaps of season nine, for the majority of it,
- 22:53Speaker 3: it was hell boring, Like there wasn't a lot of
- 22:55Speaker 3: substance there, so, like I could see even back then
- 22:59Speaker 3: people seeing like who even watches the show?
- 23:01Speaker 1: Right?
- 23:02Speaker 3: Who even cares about these people? But then the Catfish
- 23:05Speaker 3: comes out and ratings are skyrocketing, so I don't know
- 23:09Speaker 3: who knows when the family actually found out the truth
- 23:12Speaker 3: about this whole thing. I think you're right. Mary was
- 23:14Speaker 3: probably forced to have this conversation. I think a lot
- 23:17Speaker 3: of this was like damage control, just trying to protect
- 23:19Speaker 3: the narrative because, you know, we get into it and
- 23:24Speaker 3: Robin says, you know, I realized that it wasn't an affair.
- 23:27Speaker 3: I'm paraphrasing. I realized it wasn't an affair. Mary was
- 23:30Speaker 3: being emotionally blackmailed, and then we have this whole like
- 23:34Speaker 3: thing from Mary about I'm threatening and it was abused,
- 23:39Speaker 3: and it was scary. I was trying to protect everybody.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Anytime I wanted to be with my family, they got
- 23:45Speaker 1: so upset. So I had to isolate myself in a
- 23:48Speaker 1: top with a banana. I have no other choice. Meanwhile,
- 23:52Speaker 1: you listen to these recordings, Mary is drunk off her ass,
- 23:56Speaker 1: like two am in her haunted house, talking about how
- 24:00Speaker 1: much she loves Sam. So she's drinking, she's internet whuring,
- 24:05Speaker 1: and we're supposed to just sit here. I mean, I'm
- 24:07Speaker 1: sure if the audience says listened to that, we're just
- 24:09Speaker 1: supposed to sit here and listen to you. Lie. Mary,
- 24:12Speaker 1: Such a fucking liar, dude.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Literally, the only kernel of truth in terms of like
- 24:17Speaker 3: Mary saying she was taken advantage of is the fact
- 24:20Speaker 3: that this was a catfish. This was a woman who
- 24:23Speaker 3: had a blog who was like cataloging all of this
- 24:25Speaker 3: stuff to kind of I don't know what her motivation
- 24:30Speaker 3: was for catfishing Mary in this way, but like just
- 24:33Speaker 3: you know, cataloging everything and then exposing her like that. Yeah,
- 24:37Speaker 3: that sucks, Sure, that's exploitative totally. I kind of wonder though,
- 24:41Speaker 3: whether Jackie, the real catfish, actually had feelings for Mary
- 24:47Speaker 3: like actually wanted to pursue it or something, because she
- 24:49Speaker 3: did meet Mary a couple of times.
- 24:52Speaker 2: They took fucking photos together.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I think she let Jackie into her house. Yeah, so
- 24:57Speaker 1: I think Jackie was maybe into her, but yeah, she
- 24:59Speaker 1: was keeping records.
- 25:01Speaker 3: And so that's shitty. Yeah you know, but but you're
- 25:04Speaker 3: a TV personality.
- 25:05Speaker 1: You walked right into it, dummy, and that's my thing.
- 25:09Speaker 1: You took pictures, you left messages, that's my thing. How
- 25:13Speaker 1: are you this dumb? Like you did twenty fifth days?
- 25:16Speaker 3: You did all this and like Mary to the family
- 25:19Speaker 3: with Nancy is saying shit like I had to withdraw
- 25:23Speaker 3: from the family because I was afraid and this person
- 25:27Speaker 3: was threatening me and abusing me and being very verbally
- 25:32Speaker 3: like mean to me, and I was worried about what
- 25:35Speaker 3: they would do to our family. I was worried about
- 25:37Speaker 3: what they would do to our business. Like she was
- 25:39Speaker 3: like saying all of these things as reasonings for not
- 25:45Speaker 3: hanging out with the family, not seeing the kids, not
- 25:49Speaker 3: being friends with Robin essentially, But those voicemails that you
- 25:54Speaker 3: can still listen to on YouTube, it's crazy, like you
- 25:57Speaker 3: were just going going home and sexting.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Yeah, Jackie, you were on the phone all the time.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Your other sister wives noticed it, and Cody starts talking
- 26:06Speaker 1: about how he would come over and she was on
- 26:08Speaker 1: the phone the entire time. She was making friends on
- 26:11Speaker 1: social media, and Cody was like, I think you should
- 26:14Speaker 1: be careful. But Mary was not listening to Cody, And incidentally,
- 26:19Speaker 1: I think Leon at the same time was telling their mother, like,
- 26:21Speaker 1: you shouldn't be talking to this person. And Leon knew
- 26:23Speaker 1: at the time that Mary was absolutely engaging in an
- 26:26Speaker 1: emotional affair and tried to tell Mary that, but Mary
- 26:30Speaker 1: didn't listen to Leon either, And so Cody is trying
- 26:33Speaker 1: to advocate for himself and say something like, well, but
- 26:37Speaker 1: I was here and you turned me away and you
- 26:40Speaker 1: didn't want to spend time with me. Is that because
- 26:43Speaker 1: you had feelings for this person? And I hate to
- 26:46Speaker 1: how Mary dances around this, because she says at some
- 26:49Speaker 1: point something like, well, you know, he did say that
- 26:53Speaker 1: Sam the Catfish, he did say that he had love
- 26:56Speaker 1: for me. And Janelle tries to help her here and says, oh, gosh,
- 27:02Speaker 1: that must have been so strange for you and uncomfortable,
- 27:05Speaker 1: and Mary's like, no, no, no, I mean I was flattered,
- 27:09Speaker 1: but she doesn't say what we hear in the recordings,
- 27:11Speaker 1: which is that she loved Sam too and she was
- 27:15Speaker 1: all in at the time. She just dances around it
- 27:19Speaker 1: and tries to frame it as her being lonely, all
- 27:24Speaker 1: alone once Leon went away to college, and Mary's in
- 27:29Speaker 1: this haunted house all by herself. She doesn't have any friends,
- 27:32Speaker 1: even though in season twenty and in season nineteen we
- 27:35Speaker 1: see all the friends that she used to have in Vegas.
- 27:37Speaker 1: So did these people know? Like I don't know? But
- 27:39Speaker 1: she tries to frame it as she was so confused
- 27:43Speaker 1: after her divorce from Quarter and it was still alone
- 27:47Speaker 1: and nobody comes over and talks to me, and so
- 27:49Speaker 1: I was vulnerable and they took advantage of meat. No, bitch,
- 27:53Speaker 1: you had an affair.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Because your husband sucks, like right, all of that shit
- 27:58Speaker 3: is valid. It's valid feel lonely, it's valid to feel
- 28:01Speaker 3: abandoned in your relationship. Because Cody did abandon her. He
- 28:05Speaker 3: wasn't touching her poon any for many years prior to
- 28:08Speaker 3: the catfish we know this now, and he wasn't visiting her.
- 28:11Speaker 3: She kicked him out of his house. He didn't nurture
- 28:14Speaker 3: their relationship at all. And even Cody says in this
- 28:16Speaker 3: episode that he is at fault a little bit for
- 28:20Speaker 3: this because he didn't take care of their relationship. He
- 28:22Speaker 3: didn't press her when she was trying to push him away.
- 28:25Speaker 3: He just let her push him away. He just didn't
- 28:27Speaker 3: care about it. And he acknowledges that they were struggling
- 28:31Speaker 3: for many years in their relationship and that led Mary
- 28:35Speaker 3: to be very vulnerable. So, like, all those things are valid.
- 28:38Speaker 3: We're not saying that like Mary wasn't mistreated here, it's
- 28:41Speaker 3: just that Mary trying to act like this was something
- 28:46Speaker 3: put upon her, like she was targeted. She literally says
- 28:49Speaker 3: that to some gang stocking horde.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Of people, that's what's crazy.
- 28:54Speaker 1: That's not what happened, Mary. And it's so uncomfortable for you,
- 28:57Speaker 1: apparently to look in on yourself and check your own
- 29:02Speaker 1: character here the part of you that would be willing
- 29:05Speaker 1: to have an affair on Cody. And I'm wondering how
- 29:09Speaker 1: long she was talking to Sam, Like was this even
- 29:12Speaker 1: before the legal divorce? When did it start exactly in
- 29:16Speaker 1: terms of that timeline, I'm not sure I can tell though,
- 29:19Speaker 1: Like during the adoption, during the legal marriage to Robin,
- 29:24Speaker 1: Mary has already checked out totally. It feels to me
- 29:26Speaker 1: like she was probably talking to Sam for a bit
- 29:29Speaker 1: longer than that, Like, I just you did something very wrong,
- 29:34Speaker 1: and yes, you have every reason to feel the way
- 29:38Speaker 1: that you did. And she even starts to cry and says, yeah, Cody,
- 29:41Speaker 1: I was really angry at you.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Okay, I get there.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Cody's Sucksacity's a narcissist, is flamboyantly gay. I would have
- 29:50Speaker 1: a problem with that as well. But like, can we
- 29:52Speaker 1: talk about the part that you participated in? Can we
- 29:54Speaker 1: talk about how you contribute to this fucked up relationship?
- 29:58Speaker 1: Can we talk about your integrity and where it went
- 30:01Speaker 1: since you've got on the phone with a banana in
- 30:02Speaker 1: your mouth? No, apparently not. And this is why let
- 30:04Speaker 1: me just say this. Let me just say, like anybody
- 30:07Speaker 1: who's signing up for these worthy up classes or seminars
- 30:11Speaker 1: or whatever, even when by season twenty when she's sitting
- 30:16Speaker 1: down in the tail alls with Sukiana talking about the
- 30:19Speaker 1: catfish but not owning it, she's still not owning it
- 30:22Speaker 1: in twenty twenty five, twenty twenty six, and she wants
- 30:25Speaker 1: to act as some sort of a mentor or guru
- 30:28Speaker 1: on how to live your best life and have integrity
- 30:30Speaker 1: and be healthy, Like, no, you can't do it unless
- 30:33Speaker 1: you own what you did.
- 30:35Speaker 3: And that's the part that's so fucking frustrating about it
- 30:37Speaker 3: because you can see, you can see that she had
- 30:42Speaker 3: every reason to be checked out of the marriage with
- 30:44Speaker 3: this because her marriage was objectively awful. Okay, but it
- 30:48Speaker 3: doesn't mean that it's okay to go online and have
- 30:52Speaker 3: an emotional and lou ky sexual affair with somebody online
- 30:56Speaker 3: when you're sending them dirty pictures of you suck it
- 30:58Speaker 3: on a banana.
- 30:59Speaker 1: They were probably masturbating on the phone, they were having
- 31:02Speaker 1: phone sex.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Come on and look like I love that for Mary.
- 31:07Speaker 3: I want her. I want her to have like a
- 31:10Speaker 3: healthy sexual relationship with somebody who cares about her, who's
- 31:13Speaker 3: passionate about her whatever, and like I want her to
- 31:16Speaker 3: not be with Cody. But it's the fact that this
- 31:19Speaker 3: whole thing with the catfish is just framed like Mary
- 31:22Speaker 3: was targeted. And it's so funny because Robin and Christine
- 31:27Speaker 3: and Janelle, while they're sitting with Mary in this in
- 31:31Speaker 3: this living room, are all saying, like the Mary we
- 31:34Speaker 3: know would never fall for stuff like this, Like how
- 31:37Speaker 3: could you be so vulnerable? How could you be so stupid,
- 31:40Speaker 3: so stupid essentially to fall for shit like this. And
- 31:43Speaker 3: Janelle even says that, like to the camera, like I
- 31:46Speaker 3: can't believe Mary would ever fall for something like this.
- 31:50Speaker 3: This is crazy to me that she would ever even
- 31:53Speaker 3: believe the words coming from this person outside of our family.
- 31:57Speaker 3: And Janelle just chalks it up to being naive and
- 32:00Speaker 3: you know, not understanding that this could happen to their family.
- 32:04Speaker 3: But they're all right, Like, Mary, how could.
- 32:06Speaker 2: You fall for something like this?
- 32:07Speaker 3: This is honestly stupid, And like I get it, you're vulnerable,
- 32:10Speaker 3: you're lonely or whatever, but just have the courage, yes
- 32:14Speaker 3: to say, you know what, Cody, our marriage sucks because
- 32:19Speaker 3: you suck and you haven't loved.
- 32:21Speaker 1: And I suck too, and I said too. Throughout this relationship,
- 32:24Speaker 1: I did a lot of things wrong. And I understand
- 32:27Speaker 1: why you feel estranged from me, and I feel a
- 32:29Speaker 1: stranged from you exactly.
- 32:30Speaker 3: So like, let me leave peacefully. I'll still be a
- 32:33Speaker 3: part of the family as a friend or whatever, but
- 32:35Speaker 3: like I'm done with you because I want to get
- 32:38Speaker 3: my kuchie wet, you know, like, just have the courage
- 32:40Speaker 3: to say that. But she doesn't, and that's what sucks.
- 32:43Speaker 3: And to your point, the fact that she hasn't even
- 32:46Speaker 3: admitted to the full extent her responsibility with this to
- 32:51Speaker 3: this day, to this day, right, is even worse.
- 32:55Speaker 1: And she's going to go on to have a major
- 32:57Speaker 1: falling out with Leon. This and Leon confronts Mary and
- 33:03Speaker 1: still Mary can't admit it.
- 33:05Speaker 3: And like, watching this back, I was honestly feeling so
- 33:08Speaker 3: much empathy for Leon and I was actually feeling like, yeah, no,
- 33:12Speaker 3: wonder Leon was so fucking mad at Mary, Because if
- 33:15Speaker 3: I was Leon, I would be just as pissed and
- 33:18Speaker 3: I would be a total bitch to my mom if
- 33:20Speaker 3: she was acting like this, especially if I had heard
- 33:24Speaker 3: the conversations right, Like we know Leon had overheard a
- 33:28Speaker 3: lot of these phone conversations with Mary, because Mary was
- 33:31Speaker 3: again stupid enough to have these conversations in front of
- 33:33Speaker 3: her childlife.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I wonder if Mary was talking to Leon about it.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Oh, I could see that too, And that's gross.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yes, that's terrible.
- 33:42Speaker 3: That's a terrible place to put your kid.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Yes, And I just want to say again, and I've
- 33:47Speaker 1: said this before, but how much more interesting would this
- 33:51Speaker 1: have been if we did have the full conversation with
- 33:55Speaker 1: Mary and with Cody, in which she said, yeah, I
- 33:57Speaker 1: haven't had sex with my husband first seven years. At
- 34:00Speaker 1: this point, like he never comes over, and I feel
- 34:03Speaker 1: really lonely and I feel isolated. I don't know what
- 34:07Speaker 1: I'm going to do next with my life. And yeah,
- 34:08Speaker 1: I was vulnerable, but I was really looking for connection.
- 34:11Speaker 1: I was really looking for companionship and the thought that
- 34:14Speaker 1: this handsome businessman might be interested in me. Like I
- 34:18Speaker 1: just lost my mind and I absolutely went full on
- 34:21Speaker 1: into an emotional affair. And I was wrong for that.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I should have had those conversations with Cody, and he
- 34:26Speaker 1: should have had those conversations with me, And furthermore, we
- 34:29Speaker 1: should all be having these conversations with each other instead
- 34:31Speaker 1: of pretending to be this upstanding Mormon family, which we
- 34:35Speaker 1: are not. Yeah, like that, to me would have been
- 34:38Speaker 1: so much more interesting, and how many of us would
- 34:41Speaker 1: have rallied for Mary. I would have been like, listen,
- 34:46Speaker 1: that's shitty that you did that, But the way that
- 34:48Speaker 1: you explain that makes me understand you and also have
- 34:51Speaker 1: a lot of compassion for you. But she's so invested
- 34:54Speaker 1: in her persona and how she appears to others that
- 34:57Speaker 1: she's not willing to admit it, and I want wonder
- 35:00Speaker 1: if she's even willing to admit it to herself.
- 35:03Speaker 3: I think that's the real issue, is that she can't
- 35:06Speaker 3: admit it to herself because it's so shameful. Like the
- 35:09Speaker 3: act of cheating on your spouse in this way, like
- 35:14Speaker 3: would be very shameful, and you would feel a lot
- 35:16Speaker 3: of regret and you'd be like, why did I do that?
- 35:19Speaker 3: You know, like, and I get that, and I have
- 35:21Speaker 3: empathy for that, but still, it's what you did.
- 35:25Speaker 2: That's just it.
- 35:26Speaker 1: It's just what you did.
- 35:28Speaker 2: That's it's as simple as that.
- 35:29Speaker 1: M h, it's you did. And also if you want
- 35:32Speaker 1: to move on into some sort of mentorship role with somebody,
- 35:36Speaker 1: like it makes you have social currency and social trust
- 35:41Speaker 1: when you actually divulge the things that you did incorrectly
- 35:45Speaker 1: and then kind of contextualize that and like and this
- 35:48Speaker 1: is how I learned, and this is how I am
- 35:50Speaker 1: now doing better in my life, and this is how
- 35:51Speaker 1: you can do better too. But when you can't even
- 35:53Speaker 1: admit your fundamental flaws. And she does it to this
- 35:56Speaker 1: day on her Instagram with all her therapy words, and
- 35:59Speaker 1: she'd never says anything with all those words, you pretends
- 36:02Speaker 1: she's got this great life and she's really got the
- 36:04Speaker 1: key to success. No, you don't, because you cannot admit
- 36:07Speaker 1: to even yourself that you had a hand in fucking
- 36:10Speaker 1: this all up.
- 36:11Speaker 3: And like, furthermore, what can you really learn about yourself
- 36:15Speaker 3: or about your life, or about love or whatever from
- 36:18Speaker 3: this situation if you can't be real about it, Like
- 36:21Speaker 3: if everything in life is supposed to teach you something fundamental,
- 36:25Speaker 3: like and you're supposed to gain wisdom from it, Like,
- 36:27Speaker 3: you can't really gain wisdom from something that you can't
- 36:29Speaker 3: admit the full truth about. Like, it's just it's weird
- 36:33Speaker 3: to me. And you know, she talks about wanting to
- 36:39Speaker 3: meet up with Sam slash Jackie because she had had
- 36:43Speaker 3: an inkling that he was lying or whatever. She wants
- 36:47Speaker 3: us to believe that that's the reason why she wanted
- 36:49Speaker 3: to meet this person.
- 36:51Speaker 1: To me, that you're a real person.
- 36:53Speaker 3: But like the fact that you did that also behind
- 36:56Speaker 3: everybody's back is crazy, because what if Sam was real,
- 37:02Speaker 3: then what would you have done?
- 37:03Speaker 1: She would have left immediately, she would have run off
- 37:06Speaker 1: with him exactly, no questions asked, exactly.
- 37:10Speaker 3: And it's weird to me that she had all these conversations,
- 37:13Speaker 3: right with Jackie on the phone. And I think people
- 37:16Speaker 3: have said that Jackie was like using some voice altering
- 37:20Speaker 3: software or whatever. But Leon, I think was it Leon
- 37:25Speaker 3: or Christine? I forget somebody had said in the family
- 37:29Speaker 3: that when they had overheard the conversations, like you could
- 37:33Speaker 3: tell it wasn't a man on the phone. So then
- 37:36Speaker 3: Mary goes to Disneyland with Jackie aka Sam the Catfish
- 37:41Speaker 3: and takes photos with this person. Yes, and like Jackie
- 37:44Speaker 3: looks like a big old basbian. Okay, let's just be real,
- 37:47Speaker 3: total total lesbian.
- 37:49Speaker 1: What do you call them these days? A mask?
- 37:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the proper term.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Honest. What's the difference. I don't have any idea. Later,
- 38:01Speaker 1: she's not a stud, but she's masked. She's a mask.
- 38:04Speaker 1: So she's a top Okay, Like that means she's got
- 38:08Speaker 1: this strap on. Yeah, okay, she's doing she's doing break
- 38:10Speaker 1: it down for Mama over here.
- 38:12Speaker 3: Yeah okay. So I'm just like wondering did she know
- 38:17Speaker 3: that it was Jackie the whole time?
- 38:18Speaker 2: Like was she having a list?
- 38:19Speaker 3: See the question that we have their like, but I
- 38:22Speaker 3: don't know the voicemails. Yeah, Mary was saying Sam so
- 38:26Speaker 3: way more attractive than Cody, we'll just say that, yeah,
- 38:30Speaker 3: and we'll leave it there.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 38:32Speaker 3: It's just odd to me that Mary felt like it
- 38:35Speaker 3: was okay. And that's crazy is if.
- 38:37Speaker 1: She would have, just like I said, talked about this plainly,
- 38:41Speaker 1: then we could have moved on to Cody and we
- 38:44Speaker 1: could have examined what was going on with Cody to
- 38:47Speaker 1: put Mary in this kind of vulnerable situation where she
- 38:50Speaker 1: can be predated upon by somebody who's out here trying
- 38:54Speaker 1: to explain her. But because she's covering it up, because
- 38:57Speaker 1: everyone at the time knew she was lying. And I'm
- 38:59Speaker 1: talking about the dumpster and I'm talking about the audience,
- 39:01Speaker 1: like we all knew she was lying. It's clear that
- 39:03Speaker 1: she's lying.
- 39:04Speaker 2: We heard the recordings.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Now we're focused on you and how much you suck,
- 39:08Speaker 1: And now we're gonna focus on you and Leon and
- 39:10Speaker 1: your terrible relationship because you can't bring yourself to tell
- 39:12Speaker 1: the truth when we could be talking about how Cody
- 39:16Speaker 1: is a terrible husband to you and to everybody else exactly,
- 39:19Speaker 1: but now we can't do that, Thanks Mary.
- 39:21Speaker 3: And maybe that was on purpose, Maybe they didn't want
- 39:24Speaker 3: the heat to be on Cody, like maybe this was
- 39:26Speaker 3: damage control for him because he was so concerned about
- 39:30Speaker 3: his image, and so Mary had to take the heat
- 39:32Speaker 3: for everything. I mean rightfully so because she was the
- 39:34Speaker 3: one that had the affair or whatever. But like maybe
- 39:36Speaker 3: that was the reason why we're focusing on Mary being
- 39:40Speaker 3: a victim and Mary being targeted from this online fucking
- 39:45Speaker 3: h I didn't want to I didn't want to say terrorist,
- 39:47Speaker 3: but it's like right, kind of online terrorist. They called
- 39:51Speaker 3: her a predator, like an online predator coming to me
- 39:55Speaker 3: telling me that they loved me.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Like sidebar. Do y'all know that Sam slash Jackie wrote
- 40:04Speaker 1: a book.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Yeah, so the book is called Almost Married any RII
- 40:10Speaker 3: apostrophe ed.
- 40:11Speaker 1: So this is written by the catfish. I think this
- 40:14Speaker 1: book is still obtainable. And in this book, Sam, who
- 40:18Speaker 1: again is Jackie, talks about all the conversations that he
- 40:23Speaker 1: had with Mary, all the things that she said, all
- 40:26Speaker 1: the things that went down. We need to get that book.
- 40:29Speaker 1: We should, even if it's full of shit. I still
- 40:33Speaker 1: need to read it. We can reap those recordings, don't lie.
- 40:37Speaker 1: But yeah, that when I was looking it up and
- 40:39Speaker 1: I was finding all this information, it took me to
- 40:41Speaker 1: read it. I sent you actually a screenshot of somebody
- 40:44Speaker 1: talking about something that Sam had written, either in the
- 40:48Speaker 1: blog or in the book about Mary. Maybe it wasn't
- 40:51Speaker 1: the Reddit one. Maybe it was the one from Instagram.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I think it was without a crystal ball. Yeah.
- 40:55Speaker 3: So this is an excerpt from the book talking about
- 40:58Speaker 3: what Mary told Sam. So the excerpt reads, quote, we
- 41:03Speaker 3: started talking early March, and throughout the entire affair, she
- 41:07Speaker 3: told me she had stopped sleeping with him Cody, and
- 41:10Speaker 3: also had actually started sleeping upstairs in the spare room
- 41:14Speaker 3: because she didn't want him near her anymore. It was
- 41:17Speaker 3: in May when she actually kicked him out of the
- 41:20Speaker 3: house and asked him not to stay over anymore. He
- 41:23Speaker 3: fought it at first, but finally agreed, and he would
- 41:26Speaker 3: pop over to see her from time to time, but
- 41:29Speaker 3: for the most part, they wouldn't speak or see each
- 41:31Speaker 3: other for three or four days in a row. He
- 41:34Speaker 3: completely gave up trying to work on it because she
- 41:36Speaker 3: said he was done too. The marriage had been over
- 41:39Speaker 3: for years. She told me that the last straw for
- 41:42Speaker 3: her was when he took the wedding band that she
- 41:44Speaker 3: gave him during their wedding ceremony and melted it down.
- 41:47Speaker 3: He told her he didn't want it to be a
- 41:49Speaker 3: contention point with the other wives, so he had melted
- 41:52Speaker 3: it down and put into a piece of jewelry for
- 41:56Speaker 3: another daughter, not her daughter. She said, she is a
- 41:59Speaker 3: sentimental person and when he did that, it showed her
- 42:02Speaker 3: how much the marriage meant to him, which was nothing.
- 42:06Speaker 3: She said, it hurt her feelings because he could have
- 42:08Speaker 3: given it back to her to hold on to for
- 42:11Speaker 3: her daughter's future husband, or at least let her have
- 42:14Speaker 3: it for a keepsake. That was years ago, she told me,
- 42:18Speaker 3: and she told me how upsetting.
- 42:19Speaker 2: It was for her, and it really hurt.
- 42:21Speaker 1: So I think the reason that that's so interesting is because,
- 42:25Speaker 1: of course it comes out in season nineteen and Christine
- 42:28Speaker 1: is the one to divulge that Cody did in fact
- 42:31Speaker 1: melt down her ring. Yes, so this is years after
- 42:34Speaker 1: the catfish actually happens. So how would Sam slash Jackie
- 42:38Speaker 1: have known about that unless Mary really did tell Jackie.
- 42:43Speaker 1: And again, this is like a little tidbit that is
- 42:45Speaker 1: in the book that maybe we will cover on Patreon
- 42:49Speaker 1: because it sounds like supreme mess and I'm into it,
- 42:52Speaker 1: but I'm just like going back to how stupid Mary
- 42:57Speaker 1: has to be to devult this kind of truly sensitive
- 43:02Speaker 1: information to someone that you've never met as far as
- 43:06Speaker 1: you know, you've never physically met this person. Yes, you've
- 43:10Speaker 1: talked to them, you've had mutual masturbation or whatever, but
- 43:13Speaker 1: you don't know this person and you're talking about shit
- 43:16Speaker 1: like this family secrets like this is just wild to
- 43:21Speaker 1: me how naive you are, but also how stupid you are.
- 43:24Speaker 3: And it does give credence to the fact that Mary
- 43:28Speaker 3: was very vulnerable and very lonely, and obviously she didn't
- 43:31Speaker 3: have anybody to talk to at this period in time
- 43:34Speaker 3: of her life.
- 43:34Speaker 1: But I contend that she had friends. She was talking
- 43:37Speaker 1: to Jem And it's actually, why.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Didn't you tell your friends, Why didn't you go over
- 43:41Speaker 3: to Jen's house if you were friends with her at
- 43:43Speaker 3: this period of time and like have a couple glasses
- 43:45Speaker 3: of wine and cry on her shoulder like a normal person.
- 43:48Speaker 1: I'm sure she did. I'm sure she had already done.
- 43:50Speaker 3: That maybe, but it just shows that Mary obviously was
- 43:54Speaker 3: going through a hard time, and it.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Shows that she's stupid. Totally shows that she's stupid.
- 43:59Speaker 3: Like why are you talking to this man that's like
- 44:02Speaker 3: this handsome supermodel or whatever? And you're like thinking that
- 44:06Speaker 3: he's a real person, that he's falling in love with you.
- 44:08Speaker 3: Like that's crazy to me.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think the show Catfish on MTV
- 44:13Speaker 1: was on for like four years by then. Oh yeah,
- 44:15Speaker 1: at least it was in the consciousness of humans. Yeah,
- 44:19Speaker 1: that this was happening all the time, all over the place. Like, yeah,
- 44:22Speaker 1: you didn't think to ask the question. That's I think
- 44:26Speaker 1: that's why you're sending pictures of yourself in a tub
- 44:28Speaker 1: with a banana.
- 44:29Speaker 3: That's wild.
- 44:30Speaker 1: It's local hoodie.
- 44:32Speaker 2: That's like some teenage shit too, like, because I was
- 44:35Speaker 2: totally doing that. I was a teenager.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I was talking to people online, sure, on O
- 44:40Speaker 3: Magel and like talking to total strangers and stuff. But
- 44:43Speaker 3: like I also knew that they were probably not real,
- 44:46Speaker 3: Like I also knew that they're probably fake ass profiles
- 44:50Speaker 3: and stuff like how does a grown woman well?
- 44:53Speaker 1: And Jane does address how just in terms of their faith,
- 44:56Speaker 1: they're very trusting people. Yeah, I'm very naive and I'm
- 44:59Speaker 1: sure sure there's something to be said for that. But
- 45:01Speaker 1: also I wonder like where the arrested development started with Mary, Like,
- 45:08Speaker 1: is she in her mind only fourteen years old or
- 45:12Speaker 1: fifteen years old and still has all of these young
- 45:15Speaker 1: girl fantasies about romance that probably did not pan out
- 45:19Speaker 1: with Cody. Okay, get therapies, then.
- 45:20Speaker 3: No, for real, go get therapy, get therapy, Leave your husband,
- 45:24Speaker 3: have the courage to leave him because he obviously fucking sucks,
- 45:27Speaker 3: and just be done with it. But that's what's crazy,
- 45:30Speaker 3: is like, So after all of this happens right with
- 45:32Speaker 3: the Catfish, we know that Mary is still trying to
- 45:37Speaker 3: tell the family that she's loyal to them. She's still
- 45:40Speaker 3: simping really hard for Cody, and she does so up until.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Season nineteen, season twenty, and that's crazy.
- 45:47Speaker 1: She has to be directly told by Cody multiple times
- 45:50Speaker 1: by the way that he's dead, it's never gonna happen,
- 45:52Speaker 1: we're never getting back together, in order for her to
- 45:55Speaker 1: finally walk away.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and it just shows that Mary has literally no
- 45:59Speaker 3: self wary and that is sad, and I do have
- 46:02Speaker 3: compassion for that. I want her to get help or whatever.
- 46:05Speaker 1: Sick of her.
- 46:05Speaker 3: But even with like just the lack of self worse
- 46:08Speaker 3: and even with her being stupid with this catfish and
- 46:10Speaker 3: suck like, she still did something that was wrong.
- 46:13Speaker 2: And that's like the one.
- 46:14Speaker 1: She's still lying about it till today, and she's trying
- 46:17Speaker 1: to be a guide to people so they could have
- 46:18Speaker 1: better lives. Bitch, tell yourself the truth before you start
- 46:21Speaker 1: telling me what the truth is.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Damn Honestly, when we get to the episodes with Leon
- 46:25Speaker 3: being pissed at Mary, I can't wait. I'm gonna be
- 46:28Speaker 3: reving for Leon. I'm just gonna let you.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Know, well, I saw that preview and I was like,
- 46:32Speaker 1: get her lay on, like cut on.
- 46:36Speaker 3: Of course Leon's fucking pissed because if Leon was actually
- 46:39Speaker 3: hearing the conversations, like they know their mom's full of shit?
- 46:43Speaker 1: Yes, yes, And I think Mary goes on like a
- 46:46Speaker 1: total campaign to win Leon over. She does even has
- 46:50Speaker 1: somebody else who is a victim of a catfish or
- 46:52Speaker 1: the same catfish come into town and take Leon out
- 46:55Speaker 1: to dinner to try and talk to Leon about how
- 46:58Speaker 1: your mother was taking it fantage of and Leon's just like,
- 47:01Speaker 1: don't bother me with this shit for real.
- 47:04Speaker 3: It's also not Leon's problem, Like why are we involving
- 47:07Speaker 3: Leon in all of this? Like when Leon is what
- 47:09Speaker 3: probably eighteen nineteen at this period of time or twenty, Like,
- 47:12Speaker 3: leave Leon alone, I.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Do remember Leon also telling Cody very directly, like, I
- 47:18Speaker 1: love you. My mom should not have done this to you.
- 47:21Speaker 1: I'm on your side. Yes, that had to have hurt Mary,
- 47:25Speaker 1: But Mary, you brought this on yourself. Honey. You could
- 47:26Speaker 1: have handled yourself an integrity. You could have walked away first,
- 47:29Speaker 1: and then you could have had any relationship that you
- 47:31Speaker 1: wanted to have. But no, you did it this way,
- 47:32Speaker 1: and you go without sad.
- 47:34Speaker 3: And it's like, at this period of time, you still
- 47:37Speaker 3: have Christine's mom, Annie living with her, and at this
- 47:40Speaker 3: point in time, the whole family knows that Annie left
- 47:43Speaker 3: polygamy and left her first marriage because it was so
- 47:46Speaker 3: awful and terrible.
- 47:47Speaker 2: So like you have an.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Actual, real life example of a woman who had the
- 47:52Speaker 3: courage to leave her shitty fucking marriage and live her
- 47:56Speaker 3: best life and get remarried and move on from it.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Like it wasn't like you were like stuck in this
- 48:04Speaker 3: echo chamber, this bubble where you didn't have any example
- 48:08Speaker 3: of anybody in your community leaving polygamy like you absolutely
- 48:13Speaker 3: could have.
- 48:14Speaker 2: And I feel like we've.
- 48:16Speaker 3: Talked about it with these other rewinds in these earlier seasons,
- 48:19Speaker 3: Like Cody has always said, you can leave if you want.
- 48:23Speaker 3: I'm not gonna keep you here forever because I'm not
- 48:25Speaker 3: this authoritative, you know, patriarch that's like locked you in
- 48:30Speaker 3: a basement or whatever. Like you can leave if you want.
- 48:32Speaker 3: Janelle even left the marriage or like on twice and
- 48:36Speaker 3: moved out of the family, so like you could have
- 48:38Speaker 3: done it.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I just feel like trying to presume that Mary
- 48:44Speaker 1: was having some sort of crisis of faith really doesn't
- 48:51Speaker 1: pan out when you listen to those recordings and how
- 48:54Speaker 1: much Mary's cussing, how drunk Mary is, how she's talking
- 48:59Speaker 1: out the side of her neck about her husband. Like,
- 49:03Speaker 1: I don't know how much faith she had at that point.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Maybe she came back to faith. And she did say
- 49:07Speaker 1: at the end of the episode, like, one thing that
- 49:09Speaker 1: I got out of this terrible situation in which I
- 49:11Speaker 1: was targeted by gang stalkers is that it returned me
- 49:16Speaker 1: to my faith to some degree.
- 49:18Speaker 3: Well only because she said that Sam slash Jackie was
- 49:22Speaker 3: talking about their religion right and talking shit about their
- 49:24Speaker 3: faith system, and she was like, Oh, that made me
- 49:27Speaker 3: question it and made me realize that I had to
- 49:30Speaker 3: come back to God.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Okay, are right.
- 49:33Speaker 3: I feel like the reality of the situation was, Oh,
- 49:36Speaker 3: maybe Sam and Jackie have a point, Maybe my religion
- 49:39Speaker 3: is bullshit.
- 49:39Speaker 1: I think the reality of the situation is that at
- 49:42Speaker 1: this point, Mary's a fucking drunk, and Christine's on opiates,
- 49:46Speaker 1: and Janelle has checked out and Robin is taking all
- 49:49Speaker 1: the money. Yeah, that's the reality of the situation. But
- 49:52Speaker 1: we the audience have to sit in this room with
- 49:55Speaker 1: fucking Nancy talking about this made up situation, and for me,
- 50:00Speaker 1: it was enraging.
- 50:02Speaker 3: It was pretty raging, and it was unraging for Robin too,
- 50:05Speaker 3: because she gets frustrated with Mary, and I think what
- 50:09Speaker 3: she's really frustrated with is like the whole situation, Like,
- 50:12Speaker 3: why are you guys doing this to me?
- 50:14Speaker 2: I'm about to have a baby. It's all about me.
- 50:16Speaker 1: It's about me. The focus should be on me.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Like what the fuck?
- 50:19Speaker 3: We got my dream called to sack, my dream home.
- 50:23Speaker 3: I've got my dream backyard, i got my dream.
- 50:25Speaker 2: Media, full access to the LLC.
- 50:27Speaker 3: Honey, I've got all the money, I've got the legal marriage,
- 50:29Speaker 3: my kids are adopted, and now you're gonna get kidded,
- 50:33Speaker 3: you fucking.
- 50:34Speaker 1: I think she loved the fact that Mary got catfished
- 50:38Speaker 1: because she could come in at this point and pretend
- 50:41Speaker 1: that she was there for Mary. Right, I'm here for you, honey.
- 50:44Speaker 1: I get it you were targeted. But behind the scenes,
- 50:47Speaker 1: she's orchestrating the entire thing because she wants the downfall
- 50:51Speaker 1: of Mary. She wants to emerge as the pre eminent
- 50:54Speaker 1: head bitch in charge.
- 50:55Speaker 3: I also thought it was interesting that this is like
- 50:57Speaker 3: one of the few scenes where we see Robin with
- 50:59Speaker 3: literally no makeup on. Yeah, and I'm like, huh, interesting,
- 51:03Speaker 3: interesting choice.
- 51:05Speaker 1: She needs the make up, a little bit of a
- 51:07Speaker 1: lizard person right sitting down copless. God, she's pregnant, she's tired.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Any I'm not putting on makeup either, sure, but she's
- 51:15Speaker 1: a demon totally and you could see.
- 51:18Speaker 2: You could the mask was off. I'm like, damn, yep,
- 51:21Speaker 2: all right.
- 51:23Speaker 3: And so we kind of end the episode with Mary
- 51:27Speaker 3: kind of getting upset with Cody because Cody's expressing his
- 51:29Speaker 3: feelings about this about how He's like, I'm confused and
- 51:33Speaker 3: you pushed me out and then you had this emotional
- 51:35Speaker 3: affair with this dude and it's kind of weird to me.
- 51:38Speaker 3: And Mary says something like, well, Cody, if you had
- 51:41Speaker 3: taken better care of our relationship, Like, I wouldn't have
- 51:43Speaker 3: been so vulnerable to be attacked by this online gangstalker.
- 51:48Speaker 3: So again putting the blame.
- 51:49Speaker 1: On how many men have we heard say something like
- 51:52Speaker 1: this to their wives after they cheat on them. Well,
- 51:54Speaker 1: if you would have given me the punani, I wouldn't
- 51:56Speaker 1: have had to cheat. Or well, if you would have
- 51:58Speaker 1: treated me better and I didn't feel so alone after
- 52:00Speaker 1: you had the baby, I wouldn't have cheated. It's the
- 52:03Speaker 1: same fucking thing.
- 52:04Speaker 3: But we don't have sympathy for the men when they
- 52:06Speaker 3: say that. But now we have to have sympathy for Mary.
- 52:09Speaker 2: She said it, I don't.
- 52:10Speaker 1: I don't.
- 52:11Speaker 3: And so then Cody gets up to hug Mary because
- 52:14Speaker 3: she's crying at this point, and he says it's okay,
- 52:18Speaker 3: and she apologized.
- 52:19Speaker 1: But he's looking off with this thousand yard stare.
- 52:22Speaker 2: He's pissed.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Yeah, he's pissed.
- 52:24Speaker 3: He's pissed and he's hurt. And honestly, I know we
- 52:26Speaker 3: hate Cody, but like, if we look at this objectively,
- 52:30Speaker 3: like I kind of get it, your wife cheated on.
- 52:33Speaker 1: You based on the agreements that they all made in
- 52:36Speaker 1: this relationship, then he was betrayed, but based on the
- 52:39Speaker 1: reality that he's been cheating on all these bitches the
- 52:41Speaker 1: entire time. I don't give a fuck.
- 52:43Speaker 2: And he sucks too.
- 52:44Speaker 3: Yeah, like you did this to yourself because you refuse
- 52:47Speaker 3: to have sex with Mary for seven years.
- 52:49Speaker 1: Take care of any of your wives except for Robin.
- 52:51Speaker 2: Except for Robin. So like, what the fuck do you
- 52:53Speaker 2: expect Cody?
- 52:54Speaker 1: Right, he doesn't affect. He does not expect to be betrayed,
- 52:58Speaker 1: He does not expect to be disrespected as the patriarch
- 53:02Speaker 1: of this family. It is a wound to his narcissistic pride.
- 53:07Speaker 3: And like I've said before a million times, like Cody
- 53:09Speaker 3: genuinely wanted all of the wives to just fall in
- 53:12Speaker 3: line and just be okay with the fact that he
- 53:14Speaker 3: would never have sex with them ever again, never nurture
- 53:17Speaker 3: their relationships, just kind of be friends or whatever, use
- 53:20Speaker 3: their money to pay for him and Robin and their
- 53:23Speaker 3: mcmanson so that way he could live.
- 53:24Speaker 2: Happily ever after with her. Like that's what he expected.
- 53:27Speaker 3: Yes, So like fuck Cody, Yeah, forever for her forever,
- 53:31Speaker 3: but also fuck Mary. So anyway, Cody hugs Mary and
- 53:35Speaker 3: she's crying or whatever, and she apologizes and she states
- 53:38Speaker 3: for the camera and for everybody she didn't have an affair.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Sure, yeah. Lies.
- 53:44Speaker 3: So then we get to the rest of the season
- 53:46Speaker 3: preview Robin's big and prego. She's getting ultrasounds, and.
- 53:50Speaker 2: She ultimately gives birth to baby Ari.
- 53:52Speaker 3: And you know, God bless but I don't care. We
- 53:56Speaker 3: have Maddie who's shopping for wedding dresses and ultimately we're
- 54:00Speaker 3: going to see her shop for wedding venues and I
- 54:01Speaker 3: think she gets married this season. I'm not sure. We
- 54:05Speaker 3: have Garrison talking to Cody and Janelle about joining the
- 54:08Speaker 3: National Guard, and of course we have to shit on
- 54:11Speaker 3: him for that. And we have Janelle saying that he's
- 54:14Speaker 3: seventeen so he thinks he's invincible, and you know, Cody
- 54:18Speaker 3: and Janelle are ultimately very dubious about him joining the
- 54:21Speaker 3: National Guard. We have Cody and Robin talking to Mary
- 54:25Speaker 3: about something where they say, Mary, this isn't personal, and
- 54:31Speaker 3: Mary gets kind of emotional and defensive and says, but
- 54:34Speaker 3: it kind of feels like it though, and it kind
- 54:36Speaker 3: of feels like there's a lack of trust. I'm not
- 54:38Speaker 3: sure what this is about. Yeah, And then Cody saying
- 54:42Speaker 3: to the camera that he just wants to run away.
- 54:44Speaker 3: From the Storm aka Mary. And then we have Mary
- 54:49Speaker 3: and Leon. I think this is when Leon is up
- 54:53Speaker 3: in Utah for college or something and Mary comes and
- 54:55Speaker 3: visits them, and Leon is very obviously pissed at Mary,
- 55:00Speaker 3: and Mary tries to apologize to Leon, and Leon cries
- 55:03Speaker 3: to the camera and it's like, I'm never gonna forgever,
- 55:06Speaker 3: I'm never gonna forget her, So yeah, based and then.
- 55:12Speaker 2: Leon also talks about Mary's eyebrows and I can't wait
- 55:15Speaker 2: for that.
- 55:16Speaker 1: I can't wait for that either. I think that's when
- 55:17Speaker 1: they're in Hawaii, when I don't know.
- 55:21Speaker 3: And then the family does a prank with eyebrows. They
- 55:24Speaker 3: all draw their eyebrows on really Phe God really so
- 55:26Speaker 3: like prank Leon about it because it gets around the whole.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Family that Leon was shitting on Mary for her eyebrows.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Away, Leon, I mean, somebody's gotta I loved that it's
- 55:37Speaker 1: her own child that's keeping her in check.
- 55:40Speaker 2: And it would be because that's usually how it is.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Absolutely, we Beatrice. This was a long episode. Thanks everybody
- 55:47Speaker 1: for hanging in with us, But I mean I had
- 55:50Speaker 1: a lot of fun. I was angry, I was dubious,
- 55:53Speaker 1: I wasn't believing all the bullshit, but I was entertained
- 55:56Speaker 1: me too. Is there anything else that we need to
- 55:58Speaker 1: say to these beautiful racks before we get up on
- 56:01Speaker 1: out of here.
