- 0:11technique, SRI, aurobindo or the mother recommends for everyone
- 0:15to follow. They point out that other Paths
- 0:19of spirituality offer specific actions, one must undertake to
- 0:23succeed, there are fixed routines of asanas, pranayamas
- 0:29mantras devotional exercises that are prescribed in those
- 0:34paths. The route is assured and the
- 0:38seeker can follow the guidance and move successfully to the
- 0:41goal. The integral yoga, however,

- 1:16answer to all of these varied elements.
- 1:19And while a Seeker may have a predominant element in the
- 1:23nature that guides him to a specific type of practice as he
- 1:28grows and changes over time and as different aspects of the
- 1:33nature come forward. It may be necessary to take up
- 1:37another approach. Thus, they enunciate certain
- 1:42principles and general guidelines and make available to
- 1:46the Seeker. The entire range of practices
- 1:50techniques and guidance that have proved invaluable in the
- 1:54past as well as those which may speak to the needs of today or

- 2:04apply the principles and make use of the appropriate
- 2:08techniques that are suited to The Seekers own situation, both
- 2:13in the present and as circumstances, change in the
- 2:16future, It is also a frequent occurrence that once a Seeker
- 2:21finds a method that works. Well, he tends to believe that
- 2:25this is the best method and wants to have others approach
- 2:30that same approach. In some cases, he tries to turn
- 2:35this into a system or method that he insists is the only path
