  SPEAKER_00: Alright, pulling off Yudalid.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: And we're going to start with a mission at the top of Yodalinaliv.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: Hashaichit B Shabiz Ubiyama Kippurin.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: Very short mission again, just like the last one.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: Someone who shafts on Shabiz or Yum Kippur.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_00: So Afbishem is Haiv and Asha, even though he's Haiv Binashai.
• 0:20
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: If we did on Shabiz, Hai Misa.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're on Yum Kipper, Haiv Kareis, right?
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: But either way it's Haiv Binasha.
• 0:27
  SPEAKER_00: Shita's like Shayra.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: So even though you're Haiv Misa, the Shita was good.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: No problem with the Shita, you're allowed to eat it.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: So cherry on the top is that uh we might be putting you to death, but at least you could uh you know eat some uh goat today.
• 0:40
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 0:41
  SPEAKER_00: Amruna.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: Dorash Bhkhiya Barav Mishmaid Rav.
• 0:44
  SPEAKER_00: Rukhia Barav Darshin.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, Rav Amr Rahuna Dorash Rhia Barav, yeah.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: Rukhia Barav Darshin in the name of Rav, that Asur Bahilaliyima.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: That that we said that it's gonna be kosher.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Again, if you shacht on Shabbos or Yamkiper, that even though you're Ms.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: Habinashi, it's gonna be a Kashar Shita, that that we said it's kosher, that's only true after Shabbos.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: But Hasura Liyoimah, but on Shabbas itself, it's gonna be Usr.
• 1:05
  SPEAKER_00: Vinatsbin Havraya Lamema Rabbiudhi.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: And the Khevra got together and decided that this Shita, that it's gonna be Usr Liyoimeh, is probably Sheeta S Rihuda.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: That that it's gonna be Usr the day of Shabbos itself, and you could only eat it after, and the whole point that the Mishnah tells us Shitasik Shera, that's only true after Shabbas, but you could eat it, and the day itself, that is Rubi Huda.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: And who is this Rabbiuda?
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: And this question of high Rabbi Huda, which Ribi Huda, which Shetas Rabihudah is this, is gonna be for the rest of today, the DAF today, and into tomorrow's daff, we're gonna have a bunch of different answers again, trying to figure it out.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: So just understand this point, it's gonna be in the entire daft today.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: Just trying to understand where this Sheita's Rebudda came from.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Which Rabbi Huda are we referring to when we say this is probably Vinatsvin Havrayal Maimra, that this is Rabbi Yudha?
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: This is Rabbi Yudha again that said what?
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: That if you shacht on Shabbis, the Shita is gonna be Kashra, but you can't eat it that day.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_00: Asuraliyme.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: On that day of Shabbos, it's gonna be Assu.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to eat it, and that's Sheita Sribiuda.
• 1:58
  SPEAKER_00: Which Ribi Huda?
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: That's the golden question, and that's what we're gonna try to give a couple of answers to.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: Omar Rabi Abbah.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: For the first answer, you want to know which Ribiuda?
• 2:06
  SPEAKER_00: Rabiudachonohi.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: It's Riyudah in the suyas of a chanah so today we're gonna deal with Nukh Shabbas over here.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: It's a sugiya of Hakonah, otherwise known as uh Safkatan in Mukzah So the Chan, we have a Mishnah.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_00: That michatkin esadilunch.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: On Shabbas, you're allowed to chop up your gourds of vegetables before to feed the animals.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: And you could chop up a nevela to feed it to cloven, to feed it to dogs.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Remuda, I'm Rebuita says, Im lay hois and a mail, if it wasn't a nevelah already from Air of Shabbos, what does that mean basically?
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: That it died on Shabbos.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: If it died on Shabbos, then as surah.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: Then you're not allowed to chop it up and you're not allowed to use it on Shabbos to feed your dogs.
• 2:41
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: It is Mukzeh, and therefore Rabudda says it's gonna be a problem.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the Tanakhama seems to say that even if it died on Shabbos, you had an animal that was alive before Shabbaz, and it died on Shabbos.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: On Shabbos, you could take it and chop it up to feed to your dogs.
• 2:57
  SPEAKER_00: Aye, it's Mukzah.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, we know she's Rhuda is Ryuda Islay Mukta.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: Rebuita is one of the big Machmiriman Shabbat, Rebuda versus Rib Shimin.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: In Allah's Mukta, Rib Shiman holds that um mukta, there's no uh the mukta is mutter, Rebuhda holds that mukta is used, or shimmin's might in a couple things.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: We pass on like Rib Shimon, by the way.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: So all mukta that you know that we generally hold of are the things that are mu that even Rib Shiman is mask him that by here there's uh there's a mukta.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: But in general, mukta on a high level, Yuhuda says Yesh Mukzah, and Rib Shiman says no.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: Other classic machags between Rabbiud and Rib Shiman are uh Dabrashana Maskavan, Malachina Trichalgufa, same exact things.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: Ribbi Rib Shiman says mutter, Ribuddh says Asir, by these two by these things.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Rubihuda is the sheeta that holds a mukta.
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_00: So Ribiudah says what?
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: That you're telling me, Tanakama, that even if an Availa died on Shabbos, the animal was alive before Shabbos.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Bainashmash is hit, this animal was walking around.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: And now it died, you're gonna be able to take it, it's not mukta, you're gonna be able to take it and uh and uh feed your dogs.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: Rubudh says no, Ribudah says, if it died on Shabbos, Imloi Hoysail mayor shabbas, if it wasn't in available, if it didn't die before Shabbas, then Asura.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: If he shaman muchin, it wasn't muchun, by the time Bainash Mush is hit, it was in a different matz if it was walking around, and therefore it is mukte.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: So says the gym, what do we see from here?
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: Alma.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: Came the me'as.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: Well, I see since it wasn't prepared yesterday before Bainashmash's, then Asurah it's gonna be Asr.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: O'Khanami so to over here.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: You did a shiita on Shabbis.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: You wanna know which tribuhuda this is that says it's gonna be Asra Liam, it's gonna be Asser day of Hanami came the asma.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: Since it wasn't prepared yesterday, when was it shachhted?
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: He shafted on Shabbos, that's the problem.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: So it wasn't muchan me'asma, it wasn't ready before Shabbaz, before uh Baina Shmash is hit on Air of Shabbos, and that's why it's gonna be Osir.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: So this seems to be the Shita Sribuda.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: We found it right here.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Ommar Le Abaih.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_00: Abay answered back.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: Then no, you can't compare me, dummy.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: You can't compare the two cases and say this is Shita Sribud and Mukta over there.
• 4:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: Because Hasame called Muchan Adam Mahashtra and Mukhan Laklavim.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: Over there by the case where the animal died on Shabbos, and you're taking it and feed it feeding it to your dogs as an Availa.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Before Shabbas, it was in a totally different matzev.
• 5:01
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Because before Shabbos it was considered food, but not it it was walking around, it was breathing, but it was still considered food, that's what it's for.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: But it was people food.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: It was muchan adam, it was muchan for a person to eat, because that's normally who's gonna eat it.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: You shacht it properly, and uh a person's gonna eat it.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: The hashta muchun the klava.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: But now what are you using it for?
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: You're not using it for regular food, you're using it for dog food, and you're giving it to the dog, so the whole purpose of it changed.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: So it was not muchan as uh it wasn't huchana yesterday at all.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: It was actually totally a medas for something else yesterday.
• 5:31
  SPEAKER_00: You changed the purpose.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't muchan for this when Daina Shmash said, which makes it mukhsa.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's gonna be a problem over there.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: Can you compare that over here?
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: No, because over here you took a regular animal, you shachted it on Shabbos.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: Before Shabbas, what was it?
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: It was mm- it was a medis uh for people food.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: And today when you shachhted it, shaitan sakchera, it's gonna be eaten by people.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, acha meikar muchnadam, ashta muchunadam.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: Even before Shabbos it was muchanadam, it was walking around, but it was muchunadam.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: And also now it was muchanadam.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me it was shachted in between?
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I don't really seem to care.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: It was shaitah's just uh tinsa to get to the food, but none the day it was food before, it's food after.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: It's not like you're changing what type of food it is, you're not taking it from people food and making it dog food.
• 6:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's totally something different.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: That I understand why it's not muchen for this onion of dog food right now and it's gonna be mukta.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: But in our case, you did the shrita on Shabbos.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Before Shabbaz was walking around as people food, right now you shachted it, shita sechsera, you could eat it today, it's people food, and that's why you can't compare the two cases.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara, the Kamara asked back that me savit behama behai, lachiloi medis.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: This is based, every the whole khajman we just made is based on a big uh a big uh assumption we're making that a behema behind while it's alive is lahiloimedis.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: That you look at it, what is it I made for?
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: What is the purpose of this animal?
• 6:42
  SPEAKER_00: Lahiloh.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: The purpose of it is to eat, and therefore we consider mamish food.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: But is that true though, says the Gemara?
• 6:48
  SPEAKER_00: Behema behaiya legandalaymedas.
• 6:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's actually not true.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: The better purpose for a behema is to actually raise and to use it to work or to grow or to have more child to have more babies or whatever, whatever the case is.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: The point is it's legandalaymanas to the point, by the way, we saw recently that shit is even uh it's makalka, right?
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: Because it's better for the behema.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: Well, once you do shit, all you can do is eat it.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: Once you uh if you grow the animal, you fatten it up, you you uh it works for you, it produces offspring.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: There's all the all different types of uh different zah you could do with it.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, why are you assuming that a behema while it's alive, it's li uhis to tell you that it was really a medis, like ah, it's not true.
• 7:22
  SPEAKER_00: It's legadele medis.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: It's actually before it was alive, it's legadle medis.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to mean the the better purpose for the animal is really to keep alive and to keep growing it, and if so, what?
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't muchan for this at all.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't muchen for food, it was legadl'i medis, you shachan on chabas, and now it's serving a whole new purpose, which is for people food.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: And that's why we have the same problem over there.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: But the answer is the Gemara back that ehachi, behema rbihuda, beyomti of heiki shachtina.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: If so, then you're gonna tell me a behema is really ligadeloimed, that it's not meant for food.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: While it's alive, the better purpose is legadl, and we don't assume that it's gonna be used for food.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: If so, then how does Rubiuhuda allow you to shacht the behemoth on yomtiv?
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: We know on yamtiv, right?
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Everything is the same as shabbas, basically, except for echulnafesh.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Part of echanafesh is that you're allowed to shecht an animal, because that's for echelmafesh.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you're gonna shech the animal, that might be fine, me'cause uh me'zaj Shitah, but there's other issues, right?
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: If the if if you come into another issue, you're gonna have a problem.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: So, according to what you're saying, that it's not oymedlze, right?
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Mukta applies on yomtev just like Shabbos.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: Actually, in many suggestions, if you learn alchiz is actually more humar on yumtev, certain aspects of mukta.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, mukta applies on yumttiv just like shaviz.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: And if an animal is not oymedislachilah, so here how could you shacht on yamtav according to the beyuda?
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: I understand you're telling me that that it's uh oichal nafish, yeah.
• 8:37
  SPEAKER_00: So you that's why you're let a shacht.
• 8:39
  SPEAKER_00: But what about muktah?
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't I Medislakah, it was I Medislakandal according to what you're saying, and now you're it's Medislachilah it's a totally different thing.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't muchan for the Spanish Moshis yesterday, and therefore, how are you doing this on Shabbis?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: It's how you do this on Yamtav, it's mu it's muktah.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: So it must be not the case, and it must be that it's mucha, that it's really oimedis lachilah, which makes it that's why it's not gonna be mukta, says the Gemara.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm a libid answer in the back.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: But I medis lachila medis legado.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: Really, the way we have to look at an animal is it's amendus la both.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: It's fit when you look at a live animal, what's its purpose?
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: What's this animal ma right?
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: What's its uh tahlis in this world?
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: So you look at the animal, it's both.
• 9:13
  SPEAKER_00: It's I mean this legado.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: There's two paths it can take, either for food or legado.
• 9:18
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: Nishkita, once it gets schechte, once you shacht it, hoover the lachiloi medis.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: It's hoover to you, retroactively clarified, right?
• 9:28
  SPEAKER_00: Braira.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: So it's hoover that what?
• 9:31
  SPEAKER_00: That it's lachiloi medis.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Once you shacht it, we see, ah, this this uh tahis of this animal was lachilo.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: Loy nishkta, if you don't end up shachting it, then hoover the legadal medis.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: Then it was hoover to you that it's ligado.
• 9:41
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 9:42
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: What does it sound like?
• 9:45
  SPEAKER_00: Very much braira.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: That's why we're about to go into the sugiis of Braira.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: Again, Braira is anytime do we say Yesh Braira, in Braira, Big Machis and Shas.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: This comes up all the time.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: We say the classic examples.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: Usually when we bring the sugi of Braira, we're about to bring one of them.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: Or the case of the uh uh Shema Yibaka Knight with the way you're separating Trumas and Maestras from something like we're about to get into that.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: But the point is Braira is what?
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: Just to say it in simple terms, um, where you have something, and again, based on uh something that's gonna happen in the future, it could happen one of two things.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: So once that thing happens, can I tell you, ah, it was really huver adval that that was supposed to happen the whole time.
• 10:17
  SPEAKER_00: It was a medislaca.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: So once you schecht it, it was huver adavalamafreya that once it was alive, it was a medisla achila.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: Once you don't shecht it on this Shabbos, so tomorrow you realize, oh, yesterday it wasn't a medislachilah it was actually a medislagado.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, that's what we're gonna say over here.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: There'll be huda with hold of this idiot that the reason you're allowed to scheched it on Yamtiv is why?
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: Because really it could be a Medislahila and a Medis Legado.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: And once you schechted on Yamtiv, it's huvra dava la mafreya that really it was a medislahila.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: If it was a medislahila and now it's lachhilah also, you have no problems with muktah because it was muchan for this yesterday.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: And if you don't have problems with this mukta, that's why he's gonna allow you to do it on yamta because echul nafish, you don't have a problem with muktah or echul nafish is fine, not a kasha.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: But this all this all means in this whole khajbin, what it what c what just came out of this?
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: The rebuhuda must hold a brairah.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar is that is it that simple?
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: Me no lon e says, says the Alleslay Rebuh the Braira.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: We know that's not true.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: We know that that this is not true that uh Rabbi Huda holds a braira.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Rabiuda actually does not hold of Braira.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: And as Rashi says over here, and if the behema in its lifetime was not la what was not only la khiluluchudaka, it wasn't only for Achilah so when you shacht it on Yomtav, when you shacht it, meaning if you don't hold a braira, what's gonna happen, then you shachtan on yomtav, very good.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: If it's not only a medis, again, we said it could be a medis for both during its lifetime.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: So once you shacht it on yomtov, you don't know.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: You can't say huver dov a mafre.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't hold a braira, then yesterday, I don't know, it might have been legado, it might have been lachila.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: It's not huver advila mafreya, because only if you say braira, you could say huver advila the mafreya, that it really was a medis lachila.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: So once you shacht it today tomorrow and you don't hold a braira, how do you know?
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it was actually a medis legado, if it's if it could be for both, maybe it was a medis legado, which means maybe it's mukto, which means according to Rabbiuda, how would you possibly shaht around Yamtav and therefore a whole khajbin collapses?
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, Rabuta doesn't hold a breira, which is gonna mess up this whole khajbin, but how do we know?
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, how do we know Rabuta doesn't hold a braira?
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Mean Alon, in name of the Tanyaog.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: And now we're trying to find the McCart to say that Rabuda does not hold a Breirah.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: So if it's if you're gonna say that it's from the following brace, uh one of the classic sugias of brairah, mi beina kusim, someone who buys wine from the kuttim.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Oh, what should he say?
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: So he's in a matze, Rashi explains that either he doesn't have kalim to be mafresh all the trimers and masers.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, if you're buying from a kuti, you have to separate trimers and so he doesn't have other kalim, so he doesn't have anything else to pour it into.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: So he's just got his one jug and he wants to he wants to drink it right now.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_00: He's thirsty.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: Um so what's he supposed to do?
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: Or Rashi says the case is that it was Hasheikhabel el Shabis who Shuslafr the Shayne Shusla Afrish, or it was Mamesh Bain and Surnosis right before Shavis that he wasn't able to separate the tremes and myces.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: So either way he was in a matzef that he had he had no way to physically separate the tremes and myces.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: But he wants to drink it.
• 13:00
  SPEAKER_00: What do you do?
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: You can't drink Tevil, you have to first separate Trumasomyces.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So there's an Aitzah says the Gemar.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_00: What should he say?
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_00: What's the Itza?
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: Shne Lugan Shah Shle Shne Lugan Shaani Osana Afrish, the two Lugan that I'm going to separate as Truma.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_00: Why two?
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: Because we're talking about we're at a hundred lug.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: So two out of a hundred, that's the ratio for truma.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: It's one out of fifty, two out of a hundred naturally.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Sne Lugan Shanias and the Haafresh are in Truma.
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be Truma.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: Meaning whichever, I'm looking at this hundred lug in this uh jug over here, whichever two lug that I'm gonna separate in the future after Shabbis or when I get other Kalim, whichever two lug in here are supposed to be Truma, that's separated as Truma.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: And they're in here, they're somewhere floating in this jug.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: But those two lugin are truma.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: Asara, ten of it, mysterishan, that's gonna be my serishan.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: Tisha, nine of it, my sir shani, that's gonna be my Sushani.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: And says the Braissa, as it relates to the Maysershani part of it, Umechal Vishmi, Umecha Vishmiyad, that he has to be Michal the Kadusha of the Maysershane onto money, because that already he could do.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: Why is that special, by the way?
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: The rest of it he could keep in there, the truma and the maesturishan he could keep in there, but the maestrushani has to take care of Zok Tarashi.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Because whatever he could take care of, we make him take care of.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: That's how Rash explains it.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_00: That Umechal the Maestrushani.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: Holo the ki the Yochul isakne by Amira Ba Alma, since he's able to take care of it by just saying something.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: How does he how is he Michal the Kedusha onto money?
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: He says, Rashid says, I have money in my house, so I'm Michal.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: As we know, he could be Partner Maysershane.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: So he says that I'm Michal the Kadusha of the Maestrus Shane, whatever wherever the Maestr Shane is in this jug.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: So I'm Michael the Kadusha, the Kadusha transfers over from the Maestrus Shane over here to money I have in my house.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: So he has to do this at least because since he's able to do it with just words, um, he does this, takes care of at least the Maestrus Shaney part of it.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: Vishwai semiyad, and now he could drink it.
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_00: He could drink it.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: I there's truma flying around here, two of it is truma.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: You don't know which two, uh, ten of it is myceritian.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: You don't know which ten you're just drinking.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Vishwai semiyad, the remair, that's she's remair.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: So what must be the case that Remeer holds because Yesh Breira.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, you're drinking it.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you drink the Truma part.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: No, because he's gonna tell you now once you finish drinking, and there's a little bit left, so that's the part that's truma.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: Huvra dovala ma freya, and it's retroactively clarified that that was the truma, and that was the mycer.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: And therefore you don't have a problem because your mayor holds a braira.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: This is the sugi of breira.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: But why did we bring this?
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: Because we're trying to prove that Rebihuda doesn't hold a breira.
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_00: So that's her mayor.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Rebuhuda, Rabbi, Rabbi Shimon Ice Rin.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: Rebihuda, very similar, emphasis on Rebihuda.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Say that this is actually Usir.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: This is not something you're gonna be able to do.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Rebihuda does not hold a Braira, and this is our Raya, the Rebuda doesn't hold the Braira.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Husum can take plenty of time, but you're trying to be a raya from this, or Biuda doesn't hold a braira.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: The reason Rabiuda argued on her mayor is not because he doesn't hold the braira.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: Remair clearly holds a braira, right?
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: You could drink it and figure out later.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's Braira.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: But the reason Rabuda said that it's User is not because he holds a braira.
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_00: It's because of a separate reason.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: It's a Metsias issue, because Hudson gets plenty of time.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: We said the reason over there.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: They all answered a mayor.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, it wasn't only Rebuda, it was Ribuhuda, Rubia, Rubin.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: So they all said back to a mayor, Amrulal Mayor, Yatamite, the Shemi Bakar Noid.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: Aren't you worried that maybe it's gonna uh break?
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: This meaning you're you're separating this, you're drinking it.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: What if you drop it?
• 16:02
  SPEAKER_00: What if it breaks?
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: Shami Bakan.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: What comes out if it breaks?
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: That you never separated anything, and it can't come, it came out that you drank Tevo, because you never drink uh separated anything, which is terrible is as we know.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's why some they're chaichish and worried.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: That's it's interesting, Rameir, that's normally Khayash Lamyuta is not worried over here, but everyone else is besides Romer.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: But either way, you were worried, Shemi Bokanid, and therefore uh that's the reason.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: But nothing to do with Breira, as Rash says, How's some time alamishing the inbreirau?
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: The reason over there they are you is not because of ain breira.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: Al the chaiish, the shame book and either worried that maybe it's gonna come out that it's gonna break, and you never separate it in.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Kemzal Mafreya, you drink Teval.
• 16:40
  SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be a problem, that's why we're worried.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: But if you have a case to guarantee if you have a way to guarantee me that it's not gonna break and you're gonna end up separating it, then you could drink it even now.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, the whatever's left, it's gonna be hoverat over the mafreya because maybe we hold a braira.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: And it's gonna be hovered over the mafreya that it was really the Trumusamayasis that you separated before.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: So I'm in the hand, what the Romer answered back to him, I'm not worried about that lich shavakel.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: When it breaks, let it break.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: Right now it didn't break, we're not worried about that, and that's why we don't have a problem to say this.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemar, either way, we do not have a raya from here about what Rabuda holds about Braira.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: Again, we're trying to bring a ray that Rabbi doesn't hold a braira, because that would knock off our khajbin.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: But we don't have a rayah, because we just said the reason over there that he argued is not because of ain' braira, it's the shema e bakah anai, totally different reason.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Ella me the tani ayo.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_00: You want to know how we know that Rabyuda holds Ain Brerah from what Ayoy taught over Zakrashi Shame Hacham.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: Ayoi is a name of a haum.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: So Ayoi taught all over the following ayoi rubbihudaim.
• 17:31
  SPEAKER_00: Ain adamasne al-sneedvarka.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: A person can't make a t nai on two things at the same time.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_00: What's the case?
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: Ella in bo hacham the mizroh, eruval mizroh, le mayr of irumair.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: So this is in the suggia of eruvethumin on Shabbos.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: We know if you uh wherever you are on Shabbos, Binashmar hits your kind of your Shvisa over there, and you have 2,000 namas, right?
• 17:49
  SPEAKER_00: Unless you're in a city, etc.
• 17:51
  SPEAKER_00: What if you're close?
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: So either way, you're in a place, you have to be uh kind of your Shwisa, and you don't know, you want to hear Joshua from a certain Chachum that's coming to town.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: You don't know if he's gonna be in the on the left of you or the right of you, you don't know which way he's coming, the Mizrah or the Myraf.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what do you do?
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: You're kind of your shwiza over here, and you say, if the Chacham ends up being on that side, so I have 2,000 amas to that side to go.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_00: And if he ends up being on that side, then I have 2,000 amas on that side to go.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: Which you can have both, right?
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: It's either that way or that way.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: So says the Bryce over there, Ayatoro, there are Buhuda argued, and the Muda said, Ey no the Mashmah Shadow Ramke, Achal, Elam the Khokhum the Mizakhiru the Mizroch, Lamariv the Mayriv, Velu Lakanu Lakan, Loi.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: The case Rabbiuda argues is if he says, really, not in the case again, not in the case where you don't know where the Chacham's gonna end up being.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: That everyone's gonna be masking, is you could say that if the Chacham ends up being that way, then I'm meant to be kind to my Shisa for 2,000 amas that way.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: And if he ends up being on your the Mayriv, the other side, then you could say that I meant uh it should go that way.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be no problem.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: What if you have two chakamim coming and one of them goes to the Mizrah, one of them goes to the Mayrif.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: So can you decide tomorrow based off the drasha you want to hear who to go to?
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: Is that the case you could do it?
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: That's where Abita says you can't do.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: That eloim ba chakam the misrach, eruva the misrach.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: When it's one chhacham, so yeah, you could decide that I'm wherever the chhachum ends up being.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: If he ends up being in the mizrach, eruva the mizrach.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna count towards the mizrach.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: The mariv if he ends up coming to the mayrif, eruva the maref.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: His interf is gonna be to the mare.
• 19:15
  SPEAKER_00: Meaning the canal can't.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: But if you have two chhacham on each side, loy, then you can't decide tomorrow which one to go to.
• 19:21
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Because we're about to see.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: And we ask, Maishna Lakana, Lakan, Loi, and we asked the following.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: What pshat that you can't have best of both worlds, right?
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: You can't just decide tomorrow which way you want to go if there's two chachamim, one over there, one over there.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: What's the reason you can't then brairah?
• 19:37
  SPEAKER_00: Because there's no braira.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: We hold we say inbreira, and therefore, what?
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, you can't, meaning, Braero would tell you if if you said Yesh Braira, then tomorrow you decide.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: I want to go to the one in the Mizrach, it's a better Josha.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: You go there, and once you go, there was Hovra Davalama Freya, then on our shabs, when you're kind of shit, it was to that direction.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: That that's what Braero would say.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: But if you say inbreira, then you're not gonna be able to do that.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna say hoover dovalma freya that it's gonna go to that direction, and therefore, um that's gonna be lesser.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: So says the gimmick, what's the difference in the two cases?
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: Myshna Lakanu Lakan Deloy, why can't you do it when you have Chachamim on either side the Ainbraira?
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: Because Ain Brerah would tell you you can't just uh it's not gonna be Hovra Dovala Mafreya.
• 20:15
  SPEAKER_00: What you meant?
• 20:16
  SPEAKER_00: Mizrahumairev nami Ainbraira.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: Also, in the case of Mizrachumairiv, when you have one Chacham and you don't know which side he's gonna be on the Mizrach or the Mayrav.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: Why is that case okay?
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: When you find out he's on the Mizrah, you could go to the Mizrah.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: Or when you find out he's on the Mayrav, you could go to the Ma'rif.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: If we say Ainbrairah, Ainbrerah.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemar of Amrbichan, R Bihan explained, Mukvar Ba Chacham.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: Because we're not talking about a case where the Chachum ended up there on Shabbos.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: He came on Shabbas from whatever, wherever he was.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about where he came, Uqvar Ba Khacham, he came already before Shabbas.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: If he came already before Shabbaz, then what changed?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: What changed was that all you have right now is a chassaran in your yadir.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: You don't know where he is.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: But wherever he is in reality on Eraf Shabbaz, it was already Kutish Pista then, Are of Shabbos.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: As Rashi explains, now that you found out which direction he is, he was there before Shabbas.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: So right now it's like Gilai Milsa Baalmah.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: Zakrashi, he says right here, Alla Gila Milsa Vayna Davatalih it's not a it's not like a t'na, ala gila milsa, it's just a gilamasak to gidul the machr to be misrahba.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: If you heard that he's in the Mizrach tomorrow, Nimsa Shekana Arab a Mizrach, it comes out that his Arab was kinda in the Mizrah the day before, because he was there the day before.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: Mashain came the other case, that what?
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: The other case that you have two khacham and one on that side, one on that side, and you're deciding the next day which one to go to, and based off that your Arab would be kinder to that place.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: So when is your decision?
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_00: That's tomorrow in Shabbos.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: So your decision is tomorrow on Shabbos.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: That's when it it that's when you're kind of your Shizah of where to go.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: That way or that way.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: That would rely on Brerah to say, whoverma freed that I ended up going that way, which is not the case where the wherever the Chacham ended up being.
• 21:49
  SPEAKER_00: That is the difference.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: We see clearly that when it's telling in Brerah, when you have two Chacham and yeah it's telling your decision tomorrow.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: So then you have to come on to Brera to say that that's Mutter.
• 21:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's what it's gonna be.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Because we don't know the Brera according to this.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: Whereas in the case where the Cham really was the whole time on one side, this is the Gilu E Milsa of where he was and where you originally were kind of your Shvisa, you just didn't know then.
• 22:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Gilu Milsa.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: And it's not Talira, that's why Ribudah says it's okay.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: So either way, we see from here that what?
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_00: Ribyuhuda is lessly brera.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: Rib Huda doesn't know the Brera.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: And if so, if Ribihuda doesn't know the Brera, what comes out our whole Khajan falls off?
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: If Rabbi Huda doesn't know the Brerah, that means that Shita Anyomtav is mutter because why?
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: Not because it was Ubrah Dober Lima Freya that it was Lachiloi Medis.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: No, just because it is La Hiloi Medis.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: Not because it's for both.
• 22:38
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's Lachiloi Medis.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_00: Which means that if so, you can't say that it's Asir on Shabbos because it's not muchan.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: Again, we tried saying it's Asir on Shabbos because it's mukta and this.
• 22:47
  SPEAKER_00: Why is it mukta?
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: Because it might be your medisal.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: It might be your medis legadal.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: So what do you mean it's mukta on Shabbos?
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: And this is the Rebuda.
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_00: Hi Ribudah.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: Again, we start off with tomorrow.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: Hi Ribuda, which Rebutah is this?
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: We said that this is Shita's Ribudah, that the Shita you do on Shabbis Afulpisha Miskai Vinafshay, you're gonna be able to eat it.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: But Ribuddha came along and said, or Vinasvin Chabraya the Maymar, that it was Ribihuda, but really that what that it's Usra on that day.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: Why is it Usar on Shabbas itself?
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: Vinaswin Chabraya the Mahimar Rebudhi, High Rebuhdah which Ribudah?
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: Hi Rabihuda the Muktah Rabuddah says it's muktah says the Gemara.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_00: Why mukta?
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: It was Achilah yesterday, it was Achilah today.
• 23:21
  SPEAKER_00: No problem.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: It was Mukhan yesterday, says the Gemara.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_00: No, I'll tell you why it's Mukta, because really it could have been a Medis Legadl.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: And it could have been a Medis Legadl or a Medisla Akhilah.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: And we We went back and forth, but what comes out that losing track over here.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: What comes out that we it was a Medis Legadl yesterday, and if so, it's uh it's gonna be Mukta, but we knocked that off.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: We said it can't be because if so, Shrita Nyamtav would be a problem.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: Because then you would have a problem on Mukzah because if it was like Medis Legadl yesterday, so I don't care that Eichel Nefish is okay, you still have a problem on Mukzah that's why you're not gonna be able to do it.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: So we said it must be that what?
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: Either you hold a braira, and that's how it would it would work out, but Rabudh doesn't hold a braira.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: And if he doesn't hold a Brairah, then you have to say the only reason it's Mutter on Yamtiv is because it's not a medislagad of the khlal.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: It's a medislahila, which means on Shabbos it's also a Medislah Khilah which means Muktah is not a problem of the Khlal It was a Medislakhila yesterday, it's a Medislakhilah today, and Muktah is not the reason why it's gonna be Usr today.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: So Hari Rabbiudah says the Gemar, it's not Rebu'dah Mukzah.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: And now we come on to the second answer.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: Which Rebuhuda are we trying to f we're we're trying to figure out which Ribi Huda is this that said that it's gonna be Asr on that on that day.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Asar and Shabbos.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: That that we said the Shita, when you shachat an animal in Shabbat, it's gonna be mutter, that's only true after Shabbaz.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: But that day of Shabbos, it's gonna be usar.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not Ribiududa Mutzah, says the Gemara of Amr Rubioichanan, or rather Allah Ammar Ribiyoi Seif Ribihuda de Kalim.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: Which she's Riyudah is it that it's gonna be Usar today?
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: That is Rubihuda in the sugiya of Kalim.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: Okay, the Thnan, we have a Mishnah.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Kala Kailin Shabbat, Shivrein tale in another sugiya of Shabbos.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: Any Kalin that you're allowed to carry on Shabbos that aren't mukta.
• 24:53
  SPEAKER_00: So Shivrain ni talin.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: You could also carry if they broke.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: You could carry the broken pieces on Shabbos.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: Uvilvah chi you oysin me ein milach.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: But uvilvad, the condition is that they still have to have some type of usage.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: May ein the milachah that they used to do.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: May ein the malach that they used to do, so therefore you have a usage for them.
• 25:11
  SPEAKER_00: They're not mukta.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: If they can't do anything, it's mukta now.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: If they could still pr uh provide a service, then it's not gonna be mukta.
• 25:17
  SPEAKER_00: Shivre Areva.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: So the mission just gives an example.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: If you have broken parts, shards of Areva, which is like a basket, so you could still use it.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: What could you use that for?
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: Broken pieces of a basket, you could use that to cover a chavas.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: Shivre's huch is the chazba'em piach, broken pieces of glass you could also use to cover something.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: The point is it still has a usage, it's not gonna be mukta.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_00: Whereas there's more machmir.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_00: And he says, Before we said me'in milachah, it has to do some type of usage, even if you could use it for something unrelated.
• 25:47
  SPEAKER_00: Ribyuda says no.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: Only if you could use it me'ein milachtan, me'ein the original milachlah that they used to provide.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: It can't be a totally different thing that you found the usage for.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: Has to be me'ein the original usage that this thing used to provide for you.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: It has to be me'ein milachtan.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: That specific melachha, it has to still be nagyatu, which would be what?
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: Shivre Areva, lots of lots of mikbah, the shivre areva would still have to be able to uh you'd be able to put in there a mikbah of some type of food, and shivre's lots of the sechon shaman and the broken pieces of glass, only if you could still use it to pour some oil in.
• 26:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's when it's gonna be okay.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_00: If not, it's gonna be a problem.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: What do we see from here?
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: Alma came the lay itchan measmo, naha milacha siri.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here?
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: That in a case where it's not uh usable anymore for that specific milacha, it's gonna be user quantitabah.
• 26:33
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: Because it only broke today.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: And since it wasn't muchan yesterday for this other random malacha you want to use it for, it's gonna be us.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: Since it wasn't ready for this yesterday, it's gonna be usur.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: So it seems to be this reviewed.
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_00: I found another one.
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna leave.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: Over there, it was originally a klee, and now it's uh now it's a shever klee, that's why it's gonna be a problem.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: Why is it gonna be a problem?
• 27:05
  SPEAKER_00: Different issues.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_00: Bavale noilat.
• 27:07
  SPEAKER_00: Because now it's noilad.
• 27:08
  SPEAKER_00: A new thing created.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: Before it was a clean, now it's a shever clean.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_00: Noiled is a sift cotton within the alach and mukta and chabas, that's why it's gonna be oster.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: Before it was food, now it was food.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_00: It was food that was walking, but in the end of the day it was food, now it's food, and ukla de ifraso, ah, you chopped it up, you caught it.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's it's ukla de ifras, it's just food that was chopped up.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: That's uh that was chopped up, and that's why it's not it's not gonna be considered like noilad something new, and that's why over there um it's not comparable.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: Uhl the ifra shapir domain, and we know that muda holds that food that was chopped up is shapir dummy, it's good.
• 27:40
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: It's considered the same thing as food in its whole state.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 27:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's not.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: In slightness a pair is lay it's mashkin.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to do shiit on shabba is to take out the mashkin from it, Vim Yatumatma.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: What if the juices oozed out from these type of peres by themselves?
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Asurin, they're gonna be a circzeer that you might come to do skeet in the first place.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: Rebu Damer inla echle and Iasaman mutter.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: Rebu this says that if you would use these paras generally for food, then if if if juices come out, it's gonna be mutter.
• 28:04
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: Because you weren't gonna squeeze them in the first place.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_00: You were gonna eat them.
• 28:07
  SPEAKER_00: Vim the mashkin.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: But if you were gonna use these lemons to squeeze, or whatever it was, these uh I should say uh Zeisimanam, if you're gonna use those to squeeze, then that you're if you're gonna use it for the mashkin, then I am an asr.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: Then whatever comes out of them is usr.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see over here?
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: We see that it's not muktah, it's just uh the ifras.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: It was supposed to come out of it, so now it's in a different format, but it's still mutter, it's just chopped up.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna say that it's a totally different Indian.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: So too over there was a whole animal, now it's chopped up into different pieces.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: It was ukla, now it's uklah, nothing to do with that case.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: And the next words, Lav It Tamar Allah, sound like they're going right back on this, which a little bit they are, but this is actually the third answer of the Gamar, it's a whole nother answer.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: And Lav Itmar Allah, it's because it's kind of a Hemshik of the last answer.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: We're just gonna tweak a couple of things, but it's very late, we're gonna hold it over here and have a wonderful Shabbos.
