- 0:03This is a Bramble Jam podcast. This week on your Cavil Cavil. If
- 0:15your house floods eight times in three years, did you get your security deposit
- 0:19back? Drunk Judge Mathis tells us one way or the other. And if
- 0:23you go to someone to do your hair and she messes it up, but
- 0:26you say it's okay, and then larder you realize it's not okay, doesn't
- 0:29make it okay to ask for your money back, Judge, People's car sounds.
- 0:33That's real. People cases take justice. This is Yo Cavo Cabo.
- 0:40Did you track with that? I did? I got it? I got
- 0:44it. Um I realized. I was like, man, when's the music
- 0:48gonna start? That my my headphones here were plugged into the old laptop and
- 0:53I was like, man, that music is just not hit. You did
- 0:55a great No, you didn't. You recovered? I know nothing. Welcome
- 1:00to back to Yo Gavel gavel in the studio again. It feels right.
- 1:07It feels so right. It's just better, you know to It's better to
- 1:10gabble with your friends and teach me how to gavil. Teach me, teach
- 1:12me how to gather Dan. I gotta tell you Um, it means so
- 1:18much to me. When people leave reviews on Apple podcasts, it does.
- 1:22People say it doesn't matter, like, am I really changing the world by
- 1:26doing this? The short answers no, But you are helping other people find
- 1:32gavel Uh. It helps with the algorithms. More reviews, the more likely
- 1:34it is to pop up if someone types and judge Judy or something coming that.
- 1:38So it just makes it better. It just makes it better. Man,
- 1:41we got a couple of recents. What we got a new one?
- 1:44Yeah, yeah, yeah, from a Hallmark fanatic for life. Hallmark fans
- 1:47are listening to this. It's interesting. It's as the world's a mess,
- 1:49but this podcast isn't. I love listening to this podcast. It helps me
- 1:53forget about the crazy things happening in the world and helps me laugh at the
- 1:57crazy people in the world. I gabbled this podcast five stars plus. Wow,
- 2:02man, I love it. You gavel it. Huh. That's right.
- 2:06It is the world a mess right now. I mean, we've been
- 2:08living in this room for the last year. How's it going out there?
- 2:12I mean, from everything I can tell, it seems yeah. I heard
- 2:15thumbs up, thumbs up. I mean I didn't even I had no idea
- 2:17thumbs up for rock and Roll watching Court show, we are crazy. That's
- 2:22exactly right. Judging by the cases, though, I can see how the
- 2:25world might be a little white. Um, Dan, do you want me
- 2:29to go first? You want to go first? I don't care? Mine
- 2:31is? I have so many thoughts about my case. Okay, heads,
- 2:38heads, it is so I'm going first. Well, well you asked me
- 2:43to decide already, I'm gonna go first. That's what's gonna happen. I
- 2:46don't know how else to say this. Judge Mathis is on the sauce.
- 2:52I don't There is no other explanation of what happens in this case. You
- 2:57should look it up on the YouTube. After I'm done here. Three different
- 3:00times in this case he stops to go on a rambling, not even a
- 3:06lecture. It's just like a story he's telling like it isn't in any way
- 3:09related to the case, tangentially at best. At one point, he gives
- 3:14a shout out to a boy, just one of his boys. I'm serious,
- 3:19I'm dead serious. Did you find this on the YouTube? On the
- 3:22YouTube's was the title like Judge, Judge, Judge Joe drunk. No,
- 3:27it wasn't. I was like, what is this is weird? What's in
- 3:30the comments? Say anything? No, No, I didn't look in the
- 3:32comments. I was. I was flabbergasted. So let's get let's get the
- 3:36brass tasks get. Let's get to the legal sauce. Latrese Richards is suing
- 3:40ramone patent and she's suing him for the security deposit that she believes she is
- 3:47owed after renting his property for three years? Three years? How much thirteen
- 3:53hundred dollars is the security deposits she would like back? So Latree starts your
- 3:59honor. I just have to say, though, three years is a lot
- 4:00of time for something to go wrong, Like I feel like, you know,
- 4:04a year get your security deposit back. But if you're still keeping your
- 4:09place good shape at a rental, yeah, good for you. So Latrese
- 4:14starts out your owner. I'm a single mother of two. I have a
- 4:16sixteen ahead. Yeah, thanks, you're gonna pay attention. I have a
- 4:21sixteen year old and I have a fourteen year old. My sixteen year old
- 4:26is already pursuing cosmetology in high school and she's going to go on a fast
- 4:29track program to do that. In the trade school. She begins to start
- 4:33in on the actual case and Judge Mathis is like, no, no,
- 4:35no, no, no. She said, he said, what about your
- 4:38fourteen year old? And Latrese said, he wants to be an athlete and
- 4:43he says, does he have a plan B? And she says no,
- 4:46not, not right now, he's fourteen. And this launches Mathis into a
- 4:55minimum of three to three to four minutes of what you need to tell him
- 4:59is is you need a plan B in case you get injured? Because kids
- 5:01don't listen these days. They all think they're just gonna get it. And
- 5:05then you see a rapper. I'm seriously, we've never talked, No one
- 5:09talked about rapping until he started. You see a rapper gets famous and then
- 5:13tells all those youngsters don't have a plan B. Put all your eggs in
- 5:16that one basket to be a rapper and you can do it, and most
- 5:20of them can't. And what they do is no, we're not done.
- 5:23What they do is they want you to think that they're wealthy, and so
- 5:27they rent these ferraris at like sixteen hundred dollars a night, and then you'll
- 5:31go to the rent a lot and you'll say, I saw that car last
- 5:33weekend at the club, and so he just stops. No one's listening,
- 5:40and he goes, So anyway, tell him to have a plan. B
- 5:44is what I'm saying. This sounds like something that had just happened to him.
- 5:48I just he is it is and he's just kind of just slurring a
- 5:53little bit, and he's it was not comfortable. It was weird. She's
- 5:58literally two sentences in and he's full on about rappers who are acting like they're
- 6:02doing something they're not really doing and ruin it for all the kids out there.
- 6:06I don't get it. It's three or four minutes long. I think
- 6:10Mathis is on the s W though it's not wrong. Listen. If that
- 6:14was the end of it, I'd just be like, it's just Mathis being
- 6:15mathist. But no, no, we've got more. So she said,
- 6:17Look, I wanted to change my kids living environment. I wanted to provide
- 6:20better for them, and so I rented. I saved my money. I
- 6:24rented a house from the defendant in twenty seventeen, security deposit of thirteen hundred
- 6:28dollars. You know, if that's a first month. Last month, it
- 6:31was just a security deposit, that's all they said. So then she starts
- 6:34in on your honor. He told me to put my stuff in the garage.
- 6:38Mathis goes, hold on, let's hear from you. So he goes
- 6:42to a Ramone. Ramone starts talking. Ramon says, I'm Ramone Patton.
- 6:45I grew up in the projects. We moved around. I made some mistakes
- 6:47along the way. I got caught selling drugs. I went to prison for
- 6:53a year. I got out of prison, got a job in retail,
- 6:56worked up for ten years. I'm now the store manager. I owned three
- 7:00I won four houses. I rent three of them out. I worked really
- 7:02hard to do this. People start clapping. Judge Madden's like, good for
- 7:05you. So who took did you get your record exponge to get that job?
- 7:11He said, nope. I was just honest with him. They said.
- 7:13He said, well, tell us the name of the company so that
- 7:15we can give a shout out to people hiring hiring folks out of jail.
- 7:18And he said it was at and T even with his record, they hired
- 7:21him and he worked his way up, and that's all well and good.
- 7:25Everybody claps again and then T and T. Though it's not like it can
- 7:29get worse. That's that's remember. Um, yeah, this is his case
- 7:34file. It's an inch stick. Should we Yeah? I not so,
- 7:40matthis gets along with the case. No, he doesn't. He talks about
- 7:44getting his own record at Sponge when he was in jail. Um. He
- 7:47talks about how he had to get his record Exponge when he was in college,
- 7:50had to get his law degree back. Um it was a drug related
- 7:55Yeah, I think so. And then he talks about how important education is
- 8:00for communication, like if he had had a bad education, if Ramona had
- 8:03a bad education and then gone to jail and gotten out, he would not
- 8:07have gotten that job at AT and T because he wouldn't be able to communicate
- 8:09they needed a job. And then he talks about how our schools are failing.
- 8:15The system is failing, The schools are failing, prisons are failing.
- 8:18People need to take take a chance on former inmates, but only if they're
- 8:22educated well. Um, And he does this for another solid three minutes.
- 8:26The dude is on something like it's three four minutes solid. This is a
- 8:30nineteen minute say anything about his education? He asked, massiescause you seem like
- 8:35you're well educated, you get a good good K to twelve education. He
- 8:37said, yes, sir, idea, my mom got some sort of Section
- 8:39eight or something and got me into a good school. Um, and it's
- 8:43just full on, three four minute lecture. So but take a risk on
- 8:48former nutmates. But yeah, yeah, if you need to get education,
- 8:52so it's important the system can work or something like that. It makes very
- 8:54little sense at the end, he like, he's slurred. He's like,
- 8:58but a system, a systems once some port like it is wild out here,
- 9:03like I didn't even know what's going on. So Latrie. He goes
- 9:05back to Latrise and he she said, okay, this guy, and he
- 9:09clearly is very proud of Ramote. Matthis is like swelling with pride that this
- 9:13guy did this. He got off the streets, he got you know,
- 9:16he pulled himself up. He did it himself. He asked him how he
- 9:20started renting houses. He said, I bought a house, I started doing
- 9:22well. I bought another house, moved into that, started renting that one,
- 9:26and so I've been renting houses for three to four years. Matthis is
- 9:28very very very pleased. And he starts to go to Latrise and he stops
- 9:33right before he's in mid question. And he goes, um, no,
- 9:37I'm coming. I'm sorry. I'm sorry about that. He says. He
- 9:41asked about Ramon. Ramon says, I do this thing. I bought the
- 9:43house and blah blah blah, and and then matthis breaks in again for a
- 9:48three minute stop again, and he tells this story about a friend of his
- 9:52who was a prisoner and got in a jail and joined a limousine company and
- 9:56started renting houses. And he's still does the limousine company, but he's a
- 10:01millionaire. He said, if he sold everything, he has more money than
- 10:05the people he's driving around. Shout out to my boy Greg Banks, That's
- 10:09what he says. He says, shout out to my boy Greg Banks.
- 10:13Greg Banks out there getting that money. Um Masses is definitely on the sauce.
- 10:18I don't I don't know what's happening right now. We're three lectures in.
- 10:22We've asked to people like two questions. Doesn't make any sense. Are
- 10:28you looking up Greg Banks? Yeah? Greg Banks, Limo. Um,
- 10:31I don't see a lot here. I see a lot here. Um.
- 10:35The first story that does come out is scammers cheat Hotel Banks Limo services by
- 10:39faking rap group asso I don't think that's it. So we go back to
- 10:43Latrese and he says, so, what did what did this guy do wrong?
- 10:46Who's you know, he's clearly really proud of Ramon. Is it?
- 10:48What does this guy do wrong? And she said, well, I was
- 10:50instructed by Ramon to store my belongings in the garage. Um. I get
- 10:56a call a week later, he tells me that the garage flooded. I
- 11:00need to go get my stuff. I have pictures of this. It was
- 11:03all damage ruined, not just I had still some stuff something. How long
- 11:05had it been had it was like two weeks into the Yeah. Um,
- 11:09I had to get a bunch of stuff through donations and people just being charitable
- 11:13because all my stuff in the basement was ruined. She had renters and say
- 11:16she did not. The house flooded eight times in her three years there.
- 11:20Um. Most recently the basement flooded and I just was sick of it.
- 11:24And I took a video of it. Um and I had that video and
- 11:28they show the video and the video is portrait mode on the phone, and
- 11:33there's clear she doesn't even step foot down in the garage. It is I
- 11:37mean, it's a solid foot and a half two feet of water in there.
- 11:39It's a lot of water. And the video finishes and it's pretty damning
- 11:43evidence and Matthis goes, why why is the video not sideways? Why why
- 11:50didn't you shoot it sideways? And she goes, I just shot it,
- 11:52you know, on my phone like this, And he said are you high?
- 11:58What were you high when you shot that videos? And she said,
- 12:01no, you're on her. I don't smoke. And he said, well,
- 12:05it's definitely not cocaine. Cocaine wouldn't have mess that up. That's some
- 12:07weed heads right there, That's what he said. The video was shot in
- 12:13portrait mode and he said, that's some weed head stuff right there. That's
- 12:16a weed head video. Just be honest. Were you were you high?
- 12:18It doesn't matter. Most people shoot video like the average dude person. I
- 12:26am telling you Matts was on it today. He was hammered. It was
- 12:31a mess. If you're shooting a quick video, most people just do this.
- 12:35Yeah, And then he's grilling her about being high and she's like,
- 12:39no, you're on her. I'm not I promise I'm not high. I
- 12:41wasn't. I want to shot the video. And then he's like, I'm
- 12:43just messing with you. That's when he goes, I'm just I'm just messing
- 12:45with you. I'm not. I'm not. You think I'm making this up.
- 12:48It happened real life, So gosh. She said, after the eighth
- 12:52time that it flooded, I contacted Ramone. He said he was gonna bring
- 12:56a new sum pump. I don't know what that is, some some pump
- 12:58out sub subpump, subpump out there. I just I hit him instead of
- 13:03be there. Yeah, we've all been there a subpump out there and he
- 13:07never brought it, And so I contacted the housing authority. They granted me
- 13:11an emergency move. I moved out June first of this year. We're in
- 13:15twenty twenty. Uh and he told me he would return with my deposit.
- 13:18I have no text or record of him saying that. I left the house
- 13:22in great shape. Here are some more picks from the flood. She's got
- 13:24a lot of old mildew picks. Uh. They're pretty pretty damning stuff.
- 13:28So matthis comments on how An organized later at this point, how organized latress
- 13:33man? You got all your paperwork in order? And then he goes,
- 13:35did you go to jail? Have you been to jail and she said,
- 13:39no, I've been in a holding cell before. And he was like,
- 13:43oh how many times? Because you you know your stuff, dude? Is
- 13:46I mean, I don't. I've never seen mattheis like this. I've never
- 13:50He's good for one preaching moment, but this is next level. The only
- 13:56thing I can figure is is that they needed to stretch this to a full
- 13:58episode because he is just in the weeds like it is. It doesn't make
- 14:03any sense. So he goes back to Ramone and he says, Ramone,
- 14:07Uh, tell me about this, and he said, look, I did
- 14:09not tell her to put her stuff in the garage. She had stuff that
- 14:11wouldn't fit in the house. She asked if I had a storage space.
- 14:16I said, you can use the garage for free if you would like to.
- 14:20But it does swoop down like it. The garage is definitely at the
- 14:24bottom of this hill of the drive, which which is on an incline,
- 14:28decline whatever, and it will flood. So this is a this is a
- 14:31separate garage. I'm guessing it. The garage is kind of I think it
- 14:35ends up going under the house somehow, Like the garage goes down and under
- 14:39the house. It is a part of the house, and it is inside.
- 14:43It's enclosed. But he said, and then he said, the house
- 14:46did flood, it would flood. But I told her it was very important
- 14:50to keep the subpump clear of debris, clear of debris. And every time
- 14:54I was at the house, there was something in the subpump. At one
- 14:58point there was a doll, there was a shoe, always something in there.
- 15:01She didn't keep it clean. And and this this is a mess.
- 15:05Well, matthis stops him and goes, this is about a security deposit.
- 15:07It's not about the house flooding. So what's the deal with the security deposit?
- 15:11And he said, well, the pictures she sent you that have the
- 15:15floor in great shape had to be taken pre move in, because I have
- 15:18pictures of the floors right now, and I have stuff that needs to be
- 15:20replaced. He sends all kinds of pictures of stuff that needs to be replaced.
- 15:24There are planks on the deck that are burnt from clearly a barbecue grill.
- 15:28He's got to replace those planks. There's a step on his granite steps
- 15:31that's broken. He can't get it to match because it's this colored. He's
- 15:33got to replace the step he has picks of that. He's got picks of
- 15:37floor stuff. He has to picks in court. He has a picks in
- 15:41court. So Latree said, the picture I've told you, I've sent to
- 15:46you and I have are from the day I moved out. For three years
- 15:50he would he never came and did an inspection. Then all of a sudden,
- 15:52when I get the emergency move out order, he wants to do one.
- 15:54I tell him no because of COVID, And so he never did a
- 15:58walk through with me. Matt. It says, why didn't you do a
- 16:02walk through Ramone? In person? What is it in person? Case?
- 16:04Yes, yeah, he's all in person. The bailiff is in a mask,
- 16:07and there's a plexiglass in front of mathis that's the only ever people very
- 16:11spread out. It's partially Yeah, it's weird. Ramone said, well,
- 16:15communication deteriorated, and this is where COVID does come into play. She had
- 16:18a water bill she wasn't paying, and the first time he bothered her about
- 16:22it, she paid it. The water bills coming to me, but she
- 16:23wasn't paying the water bill on a consistent base, on a consistent basis.
- 16:27But because of COVID, they won't shut it off. So they won't shut
- 16:30off the water because COVID, that's one of the COVID things. They won't
- 16:33shut off your utilities. So the water bill continued to mount. And what
- 16:36happens is they don't ding her credit. They would actually ding his credit.
- 16:40They would actually it would be a problem for him, not for her,
- 16:44if the water bill remains unpaid, even though it's in her name, even
- 16:48though the water even turn it on. Yeah, I'm not sure, because
- 16:51the bills were coming to him. I don't I don't know exactly about that.
- 16:55But basically, she said, they got really mad at each other,
- 16:56and he said, at some point I just stopped communication altogether and just started
- 17:00to facilitate this move to get her out of the house. So matthis says,
- 17:04did you walk through it sounds like you couldn't. Usually you should do
- 17:07a walking He said. Did you give her an itemized list of things to
- 17:11fix if she wanted her deposit back, because that's usually a part of this.
- 17:15He said, no, I didn't do that. Um, and so
- 17:18he goes latrese was the house in complete working order? It was all good?
- 17:22And she said no, it was not. There was a door off
- 17:23the hinges. Uh that I that I that I broke one of the one
- 17:29stair was cracked, there was a hole in the wall in the basement,
- 17:32um and that the deck did get burnt from me grilling. All of those
- 17:34things are true, but it's it's over three years, you know, natural
- 17:38wear and tear matthis is ready to rule. Good luck. Good luck is
- 17:45all I'm asking you or telling you. Here's the here's the thing that what
- 17:51is the purpose of the of bringing up the flood in this case? I
- 17:56think she is just trying to say that he was a bad landlord because it
- 17:59flood eight times. I think she's trying to mitigate the fact that she did
- 18:03do some damage to the house. I think that's her thing interesting because it
- 18:07doesn't have anything to her evidence. All of her evidence is based around the
- 18:10fact that there was so much damage from this flood. That is all of
- 18:14her evidence. But none of the damage that is that he's bringing to her
- 18:18is in relation to the floods. Um and she had she so she I
- 18:23mean, I would say she has to pay for all the things that she's
- 18:27admits to doing. She's got to pay for the door. The think that
- 18:33I don't I don't know how many of the things, how many? Like
- 18:36do we have a list from him? In relation to his lists? Her
- 18:40lists deck? She said, she's in the wall in the basement, dead,
- 18:42want us one stairs, cracked, dead door, off the hinges,
- 18:45so that it was Is that his entire list too? No? Well,
- 18:49he had said something about a balcony. She claims that the snow the balcony
- 18:53was old and the snow piled up on it because there wasn't anything to shield
- 18:56it from the snow. That's it, that's the Oh god, let's give
- 19:00him fifty percent fifty. Let's give him something. No, no, no,
- 19:04no, six fifty would be fifty. Let's give him six. Maths
- 19:07has given her eight hundred dollars. Now he his estimate is the thing she
- 19:11mentioned would cost five hundred dollars. So she's given him given her eight hundred
- 19:15dollars. And he looks at Raman and says, you have to give her
- 19:18an etemized list. If you don't give her an eyemized list, I can't
- 19:22help you. You live and you'll learn. And that's the case. Yeah,
- 19:23I don't disagree with with Maths. Yeah, And I mean, obviously
- 19:27it was just a long winding. Obviously he's had a tough go of it
- 19:32today. But I don't I don't disagree what happened to mathis Wolf. I
- 19:37just don't know. We're gonna take a quick break. We're gonna come back
- 19:40to the people's court. I couldn't off the top of my head. We're
- 19:45gonna be right back here on We're back, We're back, We're back.
- 19:56We're heading to the People's Court where I want to introduce you to a Shanty
- 20:00Jones at a shanty Chamillion in the same course. No, it's a big
- 20:04deal. A Shanty Jones is suing a Vet, no last name, just
- 20:08a Vet for one thousand and eighty four dollars and eighty four cents. A
- 20:15VET is countersuing her for the same amount. M all right, Um,
- 20:19A shanty is looking for someone to do her hair for her birthday. Okay.
- 20:27She catches wind of a Vets. She's got a little reputation around town
- 20:33of being the big, big, big stuff, big deals, goes through
- 20:37her social media account and sees that a Vet has fifty thousand followers. Okay,
- 20:41okay, and Judge Million says a Vette. You bought those followers,
- 20:47didn't you? Okay right out of the gate, just accusations and if it's
- 20:53like, no, I'm just popular in the city and I'm pretty so people
- 20:59follow of me. Um. And so Ashanti messages her says, Hey,
- 21:06I want to get an asymmetrical bob. It's one of it's one of these
- 21:14numbers. Um, it's those two words. It's asymmetrical and it's a bob.
- 21:18So just think figure it out, um. And so uh, she's
- 21:23like, send some pictures of what she wants, how she wanted a vet,
- 21:27h agrees, says, yes, I can do that. So she
- 21:30shows up to get the hair, uh, to get the asymmetrical bob and
- 21:37she a vet seems nice, she's got the gospel music bumping, she's loving
- 21:41it. She's having a good time. And that starts putting the pins in
- 21:47her hair. Yep, okay, and it starts to hurt a little bit.
- 21:51She's never had this happen before. While she's getting her hair done.
- 21:53Um, she finds it a little bit off. She doesn't say anything,
- 21:56though, because you know, she doesn't want to. She doesn't want to
- 21:59seem like an assist or anything like that. So she just kind of rolls
- 22:00with it. If that's a pro. If that's got fifty thousand followers,
- 22:03you must know what she's doing. Um, and so that's happening. She
- 22:07goes to gets the the asymmetrical bob, going goes to cut the hair cuts
- 22:18it oh too short. Oh and if you agree it's too short. A
- 22:22vet says, oh, oh that's too short, isn't it, and um
- 22:27Ashanti's like, yeah, yeah, it's too short. Um, they'll just
- 22:33see what you can do, see if you can figure it out. Finishes
- 22:37up, gives her a twenty five dollars discount, says is this okay?
- 22:40And Ashanti is just like yeah, it's fine, and she leaves. Okay,
- 22:42okay. So she gets home. Now Ashanti has um uh extensions basically
- 22:52okay, So her hair, you know, you know the hair, and
- 22:55there's the extensions and stuff. So there's a a cap underneath fits. Okay,
- 23:02I guess this is a thing. I don't know. I just have
- 23:03my hair. There's a cap like a like a like a like a bald
- 23:08cap underneath it. And she gets home and she realizes is that it's so
- 23:14short and jagged that it's the cap is starting to poke out. So her
- 23:21birthday happened. She takes the pictures. She's not happy, she's not comfortable.
- 23:25It kind of ruined her day, and she two days later she knows
- 23:30she like it's getting worse somehow. I don't really know all that with extensions,
- 23:34but it's getting worse, showing more of the cap. So she messages
- 23:38messages a VET and is like, hey, um, here's the situation.
- 23:44Can you just you know, I'm not really happy with this, you know,
- 23:48blah blah blah. Can you just give me like half my money back
- 23:51and like we'll call it even basically um or uh or give me a give
- 23:57me a free fix. So it's a free okay, essentially like extension,
- 24:03yeah and whatnot. So if that comes back, it's a very nice message.
- 24:07It's well, you know, well written. That comes back and she
- 24:10says, yeah, sure, I'll give you the free fix. So Santi's
- 24:14like, okay, great. That says okay, cool, we'll set it
- 24:17up later. A VET comes back later and says, you know what,
- 24:23like, I shouldn't even have to give you the free fix. You said
- 24:27it was okay, that's your problem. I shouldn't even have to do this.
- 24:33Customer is always wrong? Am I right? And a VET is like
- 24:37a shanty. I'm sorry. Ashanti's like, okay, well, like to
- 24:41be transparent, Like I went out to my car and I was, you
- 24:44know, very flustered, and I just like I didn't want to go back
- 24:47in. I just felt I was thrown off. I had some errands to
- 24:49run and I was so thrown off by the event. I like, I
- 24:53just couldn't get it get back. We've all been there, um. And
- 24:57so she's like like, I don't even know at this point if I want
- 25:03you to do my hair again, So just send me my money back.
- 25:06Especially so after she's angry, she's like, I don't want you touching my
- 25:08hands. Give my money back. I'm interested to hear where a thousand and
- 25:11eighty four dollars comes in. Or so the haircut is like two seventy ish,
- 25:17and then it's the rest of the money is the extension piece the fix.
- 25:21Okay, So the hair that's all messed up, got to replace it,
- 25:25okay, okay, um so um. A vet doesn't respond to that
- 25:30message. She scream shots the message saying all that that and posted on her
- 25:38story and says, this girl thinks that I'm reading paragraphs with a with a
- 25:45kissie EMOCHI, Okay, you don't want to repairgraph now, you don't want
- 25:48to reaparagraphs. So a vet message. She takes a day and a half
- 25:53okay, and responds and says, I'm sorry she spent she said, sent
- 26:00the response um to her to her angry message, she took a day and
- 26:04a half just to sit on it. It wasn't a reactionary response. It
- 26:07was just very like, you know, I want to I want to so
- 26:11um. So she messages her back after the screenshot story situation and says,
- 26:15hey, since you don't read long messages, simming my money back, here's
- 26:18my cash app name. Quick message. So she then takes to social media,
- 26:26as you do in this day and age when you want to complain about
- 26:30something. She complains about a vet in her hairstyling and what she did to
- 26:36her hair. She posts on social media. It gets comments that people are
- 26:38bashing bashing events. Yeah, and a vet vet is feeling bullied bullied.
- 26:48Yeah, and so her that's her countersuit. Countersuit is for bullying for the
- 26:52exact same amount of money. Yeah, she just you put put a number
- 26:55on it. She wants the exact same amount bullying. Um. So um.
- 27:02Basically that it ends with people bashing a vet and uh and a vets
- 27:07like it made me. It's upsets and I want that money. And then
- 27:11Ashanti is just like, I want the full amount. I like. She
- 27:14said that she would fix it. She said she would give me a resound
- 27:17text. Oh everything's a messages, there's nothing to dispute it here, okay,
- 27:21okay. So basically it comes down to this, a Vet agreed to
- 27:26that she would read, that she would redo it, that she would give
- 27:29a fix okay, and then Shanty didn't want to fix after the mean message.
- 27:33Yes, okay, does a Shanty want to fix? Now? Ashanti
- 27:37wants to refund and the money for the fix, which equals one thousand,
- 27:41eighty four dollars and eighty four cents. Okay, understand what I'm saying.
- 27:42But if Vette didn't promise the money, she promised to fix it herself,
- 27:48and so I the only thing I would rule is that she has to fix
- 27:52it herself. But to have her pay the money doesn't make any sense because
- 27:56the agreement wasn't I'll pay you the money for the fix. The agree it
- 28:00was I will fix it. So I'm saying nobody gets anything. Jose Milian
- 28:04is just gonna give her the refund full refund, so you don't get the
- 28:12money to fix it, but you do get the refund, so you're just
- 28:17out an asymmetrical Bob disaster. But that's it. Yeah, classic money And
- 28:23that was the people's Gavel felt in over my head on that one. I
- 28:30didn't I don't know a lot of the lingo. I tried my best,
- 28:33everybody, but don't message me and you we're wrong about that. I'm sure
- 28:37I am. That's exactly right. I'm gonna be back next week, everybody
