  Speaker 1: truly believe in the in the word. I have always

  Speaker 1: had the Word in me, but not always say that

  Speaker 1: I've acted upon the word I.

  Speaker 1: This journey has been a long journey, but God has

  Speaker 1: truly been present in my life, and I'm so glad

  Speaker 1: that my mom introduced me to him young. I remember

  Speaker 1: my street. They got on that church bus, but I

  Speaker 1: know that I was there, and I'm so thankful as

  Speaker 1: I look back over my life because there was times

  Speaker 1: when I didn't have my mom. Twelve days after my

  Speaker 1: sixteenth birthday, my mom passed from complication to loopis and

  Speaker 1: I've had to journey this journey a lot with only him,

  Speaker 1: So I'm glad that I got that relationship young. It's

  Speaker 1: different to to no religion and to go to church,

  Speaker 1: but to have that relationship and be able to lean

  Speaker 1: and depend on Him in something totally different. So I'm

  Speaker 1: glad that I got it early. Yeah, I havn't always

  Speaker 1: been a saint, having always been on the on the
• 7:45
  Speaker 1: right side, but I'm thankful that He has had grace
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: and mercy with me. He has allowed me to learn
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: and grow and develop. And you know, I ain't where

  Speaker 1: I need to be, but yet I ain't where I was,

  Speaker 1: and I'm still growing. I'm still every day I surrender

  Speaker 1: to him, and I just want him to bless me

  Speaker 1: that I may be a blessing to those that I

  Speaker 1: because I'm grateful that I have endured the things that

  Speaker 1: to share, I have to share it. You know, I

  Speaker 1: believe in what I call the E three experience, and

  Speaker 1: that's educating, power and courage because we not on this

  Speaker 1: journey alone. You know, over in I think it's over

  Speaker 1: in Ephesians. I'm not a Bible dollar, but a Bible
• 9:22
  Speaker 1: scholar or the logian. But I know that it's somewhere

  Speaker 1: over in Ephesians. He say not to just look on
• 9:28
  Speaker 1: our own things, but to think about our brothers and sisters.

  Speaker 1: So I'm always trying to collaborate, always trying to bring

  Speaker 1: people together, always trying to utilize the gifts that he

  Speaker 1: has given me, because he gave us all gifts and

  Speaker 1: talents because he said it would make room for us,

  Speaker 1: and all those things that he has equipped us with.

  Speaker 1: I believe that the gifts and talents that he has

  Speaker 1: given us is to help us through the test, the trials,

  Speaker 1: and the tribulations that we would endure, because He already

  Speaker 1: knew what we was gonna go through.

  Speaker 1: I hear a lot of people say that he will
• 10:05
  Speaker 1: never put more on you than you can bear. But
• 10:07
  Speaker 1: one thing about it is he already know what you
• 10:10
  Speaker 1: what you're gonna go through. He already know every experience,

  Speaker 1: So we don't have to worry about that because He's
• 10:16
  Speaker 1: already made a way out. So all you got to
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: do is give them praise, give them glory and and

  Speaker 1: and just get through it. Just praise your way through it.

  Speaker 1: Because you have to understand that you're gonna get through it,

  Speaker 1: because one thing about one thing about my father is

  Speaker 1: he will not bring you to it without seeing you

  Speaker 1: through it. I can tell you the journey has not

  Speaker 1: been easy because you're you're looking at you're hearing somebody

  Speaker 1: You know that the enemy didn't want me here. And

  Speaker 1: but but God had bigger plans for me. Because I

  Speaker 1: live to tell about it. And three days after being

  Speaker 1: was able to walk out the hospital without going to
• 11:04
  Speaker 1: physical therapy or occupational therapy. So I know the God

  Speaker 1: that I serve, and every chance I get, I try
• 11:10
  Speaker 1: to tell somebody what he did for me and how
• 11:13
  Speaker 1: he did it. And if he did it for me,
• 11:16
  Speaker 1: you saved a ranch like me, he can do it
• 11:18
  Speaker 1: for anybody. He can do it for anybody. All you
• 11:21
  Speaker 1: got to do is be willing to be used and
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: just aligned. Because he said that he got a plan.

  Speaker 1: He declared that he had a plan for each and
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: every one of us, and it was not to harm us,

  Speaker 1: for us to have hope in the future. And I

  Speaker 1: stand on his word. I believe his word, and I

  Speaker 1: know his word is not gonna return to avoid. So

  Speaker 1: that's just a little bit about me. I'm just a believer.

  Speaker 1: I just trust God. I just know that there's nothing
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: too big for him. I know that there's nothing too
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: small for him. You know, we are his children, and

  Speaker 1: this whole universe, this whole earth, everything upon it belongs

  Speaker 1: to him. And if we just aligned, if we just

  Speaker 1: align with his words and just be in the right

  Speaker 1: place at the right time, anything is possible. What we

  Speaker 1: think is impossible is possible to him because he said

  Speaker 1: it just kept ringing in my spirit that he had

  Speaker 1: a plan for me, and twenty fourteen I would go
• 14:32
  Speaker 1: through domestic violence. And it seemed like right after he
• 14:37
  Speaker 1: dropped that scripture in my spirit, it seemed like everything
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: that could go wrong started to go wrong. And I
• 14:44
  Speaker 1: question and then I asked, I say, well, Lord, you
• 14:48
  Speaker 1: said you had a plan for me, and I know
• 14:51
  Speaker 1: this is not your this is not what you have
• 14:54
  Speaker 1: planned for me. How and why am I going through this?
• 14:58
  Speaker 3: But not?
• 14:58
  Speaker 1: Did I know that sometime we got to go through
• 15:01
  Speaker 1: some stuff. Sometimes we got to endure some stuff so
• 15:04
  Speaker 1: that He can be able to use us and be
• 15:07
  Speaker 1: able to to to show people that hey, I was there,
• 15:12
  Speaker 1: I did this for her. She didn't do this. I
• 15:15
  Speaker 1: did this for her, So that's that's what I had
• 15:17
  Speaker 1: to do. I went through my domestic violence incident where
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: I was shot. I had to, you know, pretty much heal,
• 15:29
  Speaker 1: not just physically, but I had to heal spiritually because
• 15:34
  Speaker 1: for a minute, I was upset. I was upset with
• 15:36
  Speaker 1: God because I was like, well, how could you allow
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: this to happen to me, someone that you said that
• 15:41
  Speaker 1: you had a plan for. And I, you know, I
• 15:44
  Speaker 1: struggled with that thing. I even tried to take my
• 15:46
  Speaker 1: own life, and I felt that that I well, I said,
• 15:53
  Speaker 1: I felt that that. But God had a bigger plan
• 15:55
  Speaker 1: for me because he knew that, you know, all of
• 15:58
  Speaker 1: this was coming. But what I didn't realize is that
• 16:03
  Speaker 1: the enemy had peeked into my future because he knew
• 16:07
  Speaker 1: that the books was coming, the podcast was coming, and
• 16:11
  Speaker 1: all the things that I'm doing now. He knew it
• 16:15
  Speaker 1: was coming, and he was upset. He was like, how
• 16:19
  Speaker 1: is he gonna take that old country girl and and
• 16:22
  Speaker 1: use her like that? And and I struggled with that
• 16:25
  Speaker 1: for a minute because I was like, you know, God
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: put me in these places with these people with these
• 16:32
  Speaker 1: degrees and these titles, and I didn't have that at
• 16:35
  Speaker 1: that time, and then God say, well, if you want
• 16:39
  Speaker 1: all that, I'll give it to you. And here it
• 16:41
  Speaker 1: is now. I am working on my second masters, working
• 16:47
  Speaker 1: on my second master. So I hope I answered the
• 16:52
  Speaker 1: question because I'm gonna tell you I can. I can,

  Speaker 1: I can jump around because God has just been too
• 16:57
  Speaker 1: good to me and and I can get our subjects.

  Speaker 1: So when there was a time my junior and senior year,

  Speaker 1: I felt like things should have been different, you know,

  Speaker 1: and I questioned if my mom had to still been here,

  Speaker 1: if life would have been different, and then going off

  Speaker 1: to college, you know, and then not being able to
• 18:02
  Speaker 1: fulfill that at the moment, you know, I played basketball.

  Speaker 1: So I got a chance to go off and play
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: basketball and got a scholarship, and you know, I decided
• 18:13
  Speaker 1: that I was gonna come out and get a job
• 18:16
  Speaker 1: and get into the workforce before I completed my four years.
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: So there were times when I just felt like, all
• 18:26
  Speaker 1: the things that I was going through, what what? What
• 18:30
  Speaker 1: was this a part of the plan? How was this
• 18:32
  Speaker 1: a part of the plan. But now that I look
• 18:34
  Speaker 1: back over it, I have a podcast network, I have
• 18:38
  Speaker 1: a magazine. I have had opportunities to speak before people.
• 18:43
  Speaker 1: I've had opportunities to be on parts of panels and
• 18:47
  Speaker 1: and and be a parts of studies and different things.

  Speaker 1: That if I had not went through the things that
• 18:52
  Speaker 1: I've went through, if I had not experienced domestic bias,
• 18:55
  Speaker 1: if I not been suicidal, if I'm not struggle with
• 19:01
  Speaker 1: mental health, if I not did a lot of the things,
• 19:05
  Speaker 1: a lot of the issues that I've had, if I
• 19:07
  Speaker 1: not had those issues, how could I be able to
• 19:10
  Speaker 1: minister and to be able to mentor and to be
• 19:13
  Speaker 1: able to encourage the people that I now come in
• 19:15
  Speaker 1: contact with. See, God already knew he already, He already
• 19:20
  Speaker 1: knew the plan that he had for me, and he
• 19:22
  Speaker 1: already knew what I could handle. He already knew how
• 19:25
  Speaker 1: I was gonna get through it. He knew everything about me.

  Speaker 1: So even in going through it, I had sometime I
• 19:30
  Speaker 1: had to remind myself. One thing I learned how to
• 19:32
  Speaker 1: do was to encourage myself. I learned how to depend
• 19:38
  Speaker 1: on him, to listen to him and to take his
• 19:41
  Speaker 1: word for his word. I had to learn how to
• 19:44
  Speaker 1: apply his word and allow his word to manifest in
• 19:47
  Speaker 1: my life, no matter what it was looking like in
• 19:50
  Speaker 1: the natural. I had to believe his word. See oftentime,
• 19:54
  Speaker 1: we read the word, and because we see Mary John

  Speaker 1: Mark and different people in that, we we think that

  Speaker 1: that's just the people of that time. But we got

  Speaker 1: to put ourselves in in in those scriptures so that

  Speaker 1: we can apply those scriptures to our life, so that

  Speaker 1: we can see it materialize and manifest in our life,

  Speaker 1: so that we can walk into the plan. See, the
• 20:17
  Speaker 1: plan that he has for us is not gonna change.

  Speaker 1: It's us that have to change, in a in adapt

  Speaker 1: in a jest, because the things that we go through
• 20:28
  Speaker 1: is to build our character. Sometime we got to be broken.

  Speaker 1: Sometime we got to be broken so low that he

  Speaker 1: can build us up and mold us into who he

  Speaker 1: said we was gonna be. Because sometime we get sidetracked

  Speaker 1: and and and that's what happened to me, you know,

  Speaker 1: a lot of times I felt like, you know, nobody cared,
• 20:49
  Speaker 1: nobody was there for me all the time. God was
• 20:53
  Speaker 1: right there. God was right there all the time. When
• 20:56
  Speaker 1: I thought I was walking along, he was carrying me.
• 20:59
  Speaker 1: How and walking along, he was carrying me. And if

  Speaker 1: it had not been for him carrying me, I would
• 21:06
  Speaker 1: have made it.

  Speaker 3: H m hmm. And that's fun for seven.

  Speaker 1: what he needed to do in me, and I went

  Speaker 1: and got a job. Well, the pandemic hit probably less

  Speaker 1: than a month of me getting this job, and I
• 23:24
  Speaker 1: was the first person that they let go. I was
• 23:26
  Speaker 1: so upset. I was upset. But my sister reminded me.
• 23:32
  Speaker 1: She said, do you remember, She said, you remember us
• 23:35
  Speaker 1: having a conversation. You said, if you could, if you
• 23:38
  Speaker 1: could do this all the time, if you can do
• 23:40
  Speaker 1: this full time, you would do this full time. She said,

  Speaker 1: here's the opportunity, she say, do your podcast, do all
• 23:47
  Speaker 1: of the stuff that you wanted to do. And if
• 23:49
  Speaker 1: I had not been obedient, if I had not listen
• 23:54
  Speaker 1: to God through my sister, because he used my sister,
• 23:59
  Speaker 1: if I had not listen to him, I would not

  Speaker 1: tell you she can. She well, if you hear her prayer,

  Speaker 1: praying all her life. I'm talking about And when I

  Speaker 1: tell you, God had he had showed up and showed

  Speaker 1: out on that prayer line. We have seen miracles come

  Speaker 1: through that prayer line. Pam was delivered of cancer, Cheryl

  Speaker 1: healed of cancer. We've seen people that has had life

  Speaker 1: sentences behind prison walls be set free. So we know
• 26:38
  Speaker 1: what God can do. We at a young lady right

  Speaker 1: now we've been praying for. She was diagnosed with stage

  Speaker 1: four cancer four years years ago, and every time she

  Speaker 1: go to the doctor, they tell it's gonna spread it
• 26:51
  Speaker 1: somewhere else. But yet she's still here. She sent me
• 26:54
  Speaker 1: a message the other day, her actually her sister passed
• 26:58
  Speaker 1: the other day and she sent me a message. She said,

  Speaker 1: she said, I thought it would be me first, she said,

  Speaker 1: but God is yet in control. She said, God is

  Speaker 1: yet in control. He's the only one that knows the

  Speaker 1: time in the day. And I said, even with everything

  Speaker 1: that she's going through, she can encourage somebody. So he

  Speaker 1: know what we all need. And he put people in

  Speaker 1: our mist that can help us through every situation that

  Speaker 1: we go through. He give us helpmates one to another

  Speaker 1: because that's what we're supposed to be.

  Speaker 1: was diagnosed with PTSD and I was diagnosed with depression.

  Speaker 1: So just having to deal with some of those things,
• 29:52
  Speaker 1: I feel that I had not went through those journeys,

  Speaker 1: I wouldn't be able to talk to someone else. You know,

  Speaker 1: I have people that reach out to me every now

  Speaker 1: and then that that experiencing depression. You know, one of

  Speaker 1: the young ladies that's on our prayer line. We didn't

  Speaker 1: even know each other. She had called me wanted to

  Speaker 1: be a part of an opportunity that we was doing
• 30:14
  Speaker 1: with a book, and me and her was on the
• 30:16
  Speaker 1: phone for three hours. I didn't know that she was
• 30:19
  Speaker 1: thinking about driving her car off a bridge in New York.

  Speaker 1: She was all the way at New York, but she
• 30:25
  Speaker 1: was going through some stuff and she didn't tell me
• 30:27
  Speaker 1: until like three weeks later. She said, I thank God
• 30:30
  Speaker 1: for you, she said, because the day when I called you,

  Speaker 1: she said, I was I was contemplating driving my car
• 30:37
  Speaker 1: off the bridge because she was dealing with depression and
• 30:46
  Speaker 1: not knowing that just sharing my story would be able
• 30:49
  Speaker 1: to help her. So every everything that I have experienced

  Speaker 1: in my life, good and the bad, has been something

  Speaker 1: that I can pour into someone else. You know, My

  Speaker 1: whole thing is God dropped that E three experience. It

  Speaker 1: diagnosed with breast cancer and she's been she's been in

  Speaker 1: remission for four years now. And not only that, this

  Speaker 1: class February she was hit by a car going sixty

  Speaker 1: miles per hour and she was thrown ten feet in
• 33:49
  Speaker 1: the air and walked away and walked away. When she
• 33:55
  Speaker 1: saw the video. She saw the video, she knew it
• 33:59
  Speaker 1: was nothing thing but God. The doctors when they saw
• 34:02
  Speaker 1: that video I'm talking about, they said, people that have
• 34:06
  Speaker 1: accidents like that usually have some type of brain injury,
• 34:09
  Speaker 1: that usually have broken bones. All they named all kind
• 34:13
  Speaker 1: of stuff and they told her she was a miracle.

  Speaker 1: I told him, they don't know the God that we served.

  Speaker 1: We pray every morning five am, don't miss, don't miss

  Speaker 1: a morning for the last six years, seven years. In February.

  Speaker 1: You got to be intentional, intentional about the things that

  Speaker 1: God has called you to be intentional and he'll use you.

  Speaker 1: I should have been in a coma. They said I

  Speaker 1: should have been delirious. But the God that I served,

  Speaker 1: I was able to drive myself to the emergency room.

  Speaker 1: I was in my right mind. And then even to

  Speaker 1: this day, even to this day, when I first started out,

  Speaker 1: was a eleven. I told my doctor the other day,
