- 3:48Speaker 6: To be so excited.
- 3:50Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Are you ready for Alabama's polite porch Pirates?
- 3:56Speaker 5: I am? Are you ready for me to be a
- 3:58Speaker 5: polite pirate?
- 3:59Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 3:59Speaker 3: We're going to say, Producer Blake out if you know

- 4:15Speaker 3: the from your front porch. We'll show up on your

- 4:27Speaker 3: Go to the Alabama Show dot com.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Do you see the borary lineup was just announced.
- 4:32Speaker 5: I did. There's a lot of people I.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Know, the Strokes Grillis, Teddy Swims, Noah con Kesha, and
- 4:38Speaker 3: so many more artists. It's going to be back at
- 4:40Speaker 3: the original location in Manchester, Tennessee, June eleventh through the
- 4:44Speaker 3: fourteenth next summer. Tickets go on sale at ten am
- 4:48Speaker 3: this Friday, and the TSA real ID.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Fee goes into effect next year.
- 4:54Speaker 3: So this is it was a whole thing last year,
- 4:57Speaker 3: like you couldn't fly if you didn't have the star
- 4:58Speaker 3: on your ID, the real idea, and then nobody could
- 5:00Speaker 3: get in and get an appointment to get the real.
- 5:02Speaker 4: ID because it was a pain.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Yes, correct.
- 5:05Speaker 3: So now you can fly if you don't have one,
- 5:08Speaker 3: but you have to pay a forty five dollars fee
- 5:10Speaker 3: to go through TSA checkpoints. This is going to start
- 5:13Speaker 3: February first. If you have a passport or other acceptable
- 5:17Speaker 3: forms of ID, you won't have to pay the fee.
- 5:19Speaker 3: If you what you do, you have to go to
- 5:21Speaker 3: TSA dot gov to pay the fee and then verify
- 5:24Speaker 3: your identity and they'll send you an email and then
- 5:27Speaker 3: you show that to TSA when you go through. February
- 5:29Speaker 3: first is when that starts. That's three things you need
- 5:32Speaker 3: to know more at the Alabama Show dot com.
- 5:36Speaker 2: You were listening to the Alabama Show on demand eight
- 5:39Speaker 2: three three.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Five oh one.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Bama is the number to call the show. Jeff, good morning.
- 5:44Speaker 3: What's your issue for? Ask Alabama?
- 5:47Speaker 10: So?
- 5:48Speaker 8: I have a mom who lives in Florida by herself, okay,
- 5:51Speaker 8: and it seems like what's happening is that every time
- 5:55Speaker 8: I go to visit her, she is just fallen and
- 5:59Speaker 8: she's like trying to get over whatever.
- 6:01Speaker 6: Oh I fell the other day and she's like eighty
- 6:03Speaker 6: three years old, so like anytime she falls it's like
- 6:06Speaker 6: a problem.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Right, Yeah, And I had to.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Take her to the emergency room last week.
- 6:11Speaker 6: She had fallen the week before, and she was like,
- 6:14Speaker 6: I think I had a concussion. I was like, well,
- 6:16Speaker 6: if you had a concussion and you got it a
- 6:18Speaker 6: week ago, you'd be probably dead by now, you know.
- 6:21Speaker 6: And I take I take her to the hospital. She
- 6:24Speaker 6: doesn't want to go. She's like a total complete up,
- 6:27Speaker 6: you know, just being such a brat the whole time
- 6:29Speaker 6: we're there. And then the minute we see the doctor,
- 6:32Speaker 6: she goes, well, my son insists that I had to
- 6:35Speaker 6: see tea scan.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I'm like, I didn't do that.
- 6:37Speaker 10: I didn't say that.
- 6:38Speaker 5: I didn't do any of.
- 6:39Speaker 10: That, I know.
- 6:40Speaker 6: And she's like just hamming it up for the doctor.
- 6:42Speaker 6: And then the doctor's like, well, it's been a week,
- 6:45Speaker 6: you don't have a concussion.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You don't need to see tea scan.
- 6:49Speaker 6: And she's like, well, my son demands that I get
- 6:52Speaker 6: a seat scan.
- 6:53Speaker 4: I'm just like.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Her, yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 6: And then and then right before I.
- 6:58Speaker 5: Left, she fell again.
- 6:59Speaker 6: She she fell walking to go to the bathroom, like
- 7:02Speaker 6: nothing safe.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Is she trying to get you to move back home
- 7:06Speaker 3: and take care of her?
- 7:07Speaker 7: Is that what she wants I want her to.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I want her to live with me.
- 7:11Speaker 6: And I've been like, you know, we have a we
- 7:14Speaker 6: have a whole. The way our house is set up,
- 7:16Speaker 6: the first floor is like a mother in law suite,
- 7:19Speaker 6: And I'm like, you can move in. I'll take all
- 7:21Speaker 6: my furniture out of that floor. You can put all
- 7:23Speaker 6: your old lady furniture and your Doiley's and all that
- 7:26Speaker 6: wrapped in there.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Oh yeah, she's selling it.
- 7:29Speaker 6: She likes her freedom, you know what I mean. And
- 7:32Speaker 6: so I don't know, it's just uh. And then but
- 7:34Speaker 6: last week she decided she's going to move in with
- 7:36Speaker 6: my brother in Jacksonville. So it all worked out.
- 7:39Speaker 3: But it sounds like your brother is your brother a
- 7:45Speaker 3: little bit more tolerant than you are.
- 7:47Speaker 1: He has a bigger house.
- 7:49Speaker 6: I think, is the is it going to be the
- 7:52Speaker 6: whatever really comes down to you, because it's puts a
- 7:55Speaker 6: square footage more places to fall down at his house.
- 7:58Speaker 4: I guess.
- 8:01Speaker 3: You don't sound jealous at all.
- 8:05Speaker 6: I mean, I just want I don't want her to
- 8:07Speaker 6: be alone, but I don't want her to live with me.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You know, there's you know, there's.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Levels to this, you know, yeah, level to his house too.
- 8:14Speaker 5: That's what you went there.
- 8:16Speaker 4: It sounds like your problem is solved. I don't think
- 8:20Speaker 4: we even need to give you any advice.
- 8:22Speaker 6: Yeah, that one, that one fixed itself. I know I
- 8:25Speaker 6: love her, but you know, it's like, uh, I just
- 8:28Speaker 6: I want her to be where somebody's around, because she's
- 8:31Speaker 6: gonna keep falling down. Apparently that's like her new thing.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Are you gonna move? Are you gonna help her move
- 8:36Speaker 4: into your brother's house?
- 8:37Speaker 6: Yeah, I'll definitely definitely help with that. Yeah, she's just
- 8:41Speaker 6: she's in a town where she has nobody ever since
- 8:43Speaker 6: my father passes. Just turned by herself. Well, I don't
- 8:46Speaker 6: understand why old people want to move to Florida. They
- 8:49Speaker 6: move to Florida and then they don't.
- 8:50Speaker 4: They don't go to the beach, they don't do anything.
- 8:54Speaker 5: She just fall down. You can fall down in Georgia.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Oh my god, you're just speaking facts right about you
- 9:01Speaker 3: fall out in any state.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Man.

- 11:21Speaker 11: And then the next morning I look and he's coming
