• 1:41
  I

• 1:43
  I'm
• 1:43

• 1:53
  that.
• 1:54
  Those
• 1:54
  guys
• 1:55
  love
• 1:55
  them
• 1:55
  over
• 1:55
  there,
• 1:55
  but
• 1:56
  doing
• 1:56
  business
• 1:56
  with
• 1:56
  them
• 1:56
  for
• 1:57
  20
• 1:57
  plus
• 1:58
  years.
• 1:58
  They're
• 1:59
  my
• 1:59
  local
• 1:59
  custom
• 2:00
  cabinet
• 2:00
  shop
• 2:00
  here
• 2:01
  that's
• 2:01
  they
• 2:01
  do
• 2:01
  a
• 2:01
  great
• 2:02
  job
• 2:02
  building
• 2:02
  stuff
• 2:02
  for
• 2:02
  builders
• 2:03
  and
• 2:03
  things
• 2:03
  like
• 2:03
  that.
• 2:04
  Definitely
• 2:04
  a
• 2:05
  quality
• 2:05
  cabinet.
• 2:06
  Actually
• 2:06
  put
• 2:07
  them
• 2:07
  in
• 2:07
  my
• 2:07
  house
• 2:07
  that
• 2:08
  I
• 2:08
  had
• 2:08
  over
• 2:08
  in
• 2:08
  Lake
• 2:08
  Oswego
• 2:09
  which
• 2:09
  was
• 2:09
  pretty
• 2:09
  cool.
• 2:10
  So
• 2:11
  that's
• 2:11
  a
• 2:12
  company
• 2:12
  I
• 2:12
  have
• 2:13
  worked
• 2:13
  with
• 2:13
  for
• 2:13
  decades.
• 2:14
  And
• 2:14
  then
• 2:15
  of
• 2:15
  course
• 2:15
  thanks
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  Florida
• 2:16
  Core,
• 2:16
  I've
• 2:17
  got
• 2:17
  a
• 2:17
  bunch
• 2:17
  of
• 2:17
  new
• 2:17
  stuff
• 2:17
  going
• 2:18
  in
• 2:18
  there.
• 2:18
  So
• 2:18
  you're
• 2:18
  going
• 2:19
  to
• 2:19
  start
• 2:19
  seeing
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  bunch
• 2:20
  of
• 2:20
  stuff
• 2:20
  coming
• 2:21
  out
• 2:21
  on
• 2:21
  that
• 2:21
  here
• 2:22
  soon.
• 2:22
  As
• 2:22
  soon
• 2:22
  as
• 2:22
  I
• 2:22
  get
• 2:22
  some
• 2:23
  projects
• 2:23
  done,
• 2:23
  get
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  videos
• 2:24
  put
• 2:24
  together.
• 2:25
  You'll
• 2:25
  see
• 2:25
  that
• 2:26
  on
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  around
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  House
• 2:27
  HQ
• 2:28
  YouTube
• 2:29
  page.
• 2:29
  That's
• 2:29
  our
• 2:29
  new
• 2:30
  one
• 2:30
  over
• 2:30
  there
• 2:30
  where
• 2:30
  we're
• 2:30
  kind
• 2:31
  of
• 2:31
  up.
• 2:31
  We
• 2:31
  have
• 2:31
  the
• 2:32
  podcast
• 2:32
  stuff,
• 2:32
  the
• 2:33
  long
• 2:33
  form
• 2:33
  podcast
• 2:34
  going
• 2:34
  on
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  around
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35

• 2:35
  Eric
• 2:35
  G.
• 2:36
  Where
• 2:36
  you'll
• 2:37
  see
• 2:37
  videos
• 2:37
  for
• 2:37
  many
• 2:37
  of
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  podcasts
• 2:39
  soon.
• 2:39
  For
• 2:39
  all
• 2:39
  of
• 2:40
  them
• 2:40
  there's
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  little
• 2:41
  breaking
• 2:41
  news.
• 2:42
  That's
• 2:42
  why
• 2:42
  we're
• 2:43
  building
• 2:43
  out
• 2:43
  this
• 2:43
  new
• 2:43
  studio.
• 2:44
  So
• 2:44
  yeah,
• 2:45
  and
• 2:45
  then
• 2:45
  the
• 2:45
  around
• 2:45
  the
• 2:46
  House
• 2:46
  HQ
• 2:46
  is
• 2:46
  more
• 2:47
  of
• 2:47
  the
• 2:47

• 2:47
  projects,
• 2:48
  standalone
• 2:49
  videos,
• 2:49
  that
• 2:49
  kind
• 2:49
  of
• 2:49
  thing
• 2:50
  and
• 2:50
  and
• 2:50
  you
• 2:50
  can
• 2:51
  catch
• 2:51
  them
• 2:51
  both
• 2:51
  across
• 2:52
  those
• 2:52
  two
• 2:53
  platforms.
• 2:54
  We've
• 2:54
  got
• 2:54
  a
• 2:55
  lot
• 2:55
  going
• 2:55
  on
• 2:55
  here.
• 2:55
  I'm
• 2:55
  going
• 2:56
  to
• 2:56
  be
• 2:56
  working
• 2:56
  on
• 2:56
  an
• 2:56
  RV
• 2:57
  series
• 2:57
  as
• 2:57
  well,
• 2:58
  just
• 2:58
  kind
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  on
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  side.
• 2:59
  Going
• 2:59
  to
• 2:59
  be
• 3:00
  putting
• 3:00
  together
• 3:00
  that
• 3:00
  pretty
• 3:01
  soon.
• 3:01
  Just
• 3:01
  showing
• 3:02
  some
• 3:02
  people
• 3:02
  out
• 3:02
  there
• 3:02
  that
• 3:02
  are
• 3:02
  homeowners
• 3:03
  that
• 3:03
  want
• 3:03
  to
• 3:03
  get
• 3:03
  into
• 3:03
  RVing
• 3:04
  and
• 3:05
  that
• 3:05
  kind
• 3:05
  of
• 3:05
  thing.
• 3:05
  Elise
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  are
• 3:06
  going
• 3:06
  to
• 3:06
  do
• 3:06
  a
• 3:06
  little
• 3:06
  traveling
• 3:07
  here
• 3:07
  from
• 3:07
  time
• 3:07
  to
• 3:07
  time
• 3:08
  and
• 3:09
  taking
• 3:09
  some
• 3:09
  time.
• 3:10
  That
• 3:10
  is
• 3:10
  one
• 3:10
  of
• 3:11
  my
• 3:11
  lessons
• 3:11
  that
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  have
• 3:12
  learned
• 3:12
  in
• 3:12
  all
• 3:12
  of
• 3:13
  my
• 3:13
  projects.
• 3:14
  It's
• 3:14
  taken
• 3:15
  some
• 3:15
  me
• 3:15
  time
• 3:15
  from
• 3:16
  time
• 3:16
  to
• 3:16
  time,
• 3:16
  because
• 3:17
  I
• 3:17
  tell
• 3:18
  you
• 3:18
  what,
• 3:18
  over
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  last
• 3:19
  five
• 3:19
  years,
• 3:19
  I
• 3:20
  didn't
• 3:20
  do
• 3:20
  a
• 3:20
  great
• 3:21
  job
• 3:21
  of
• 3:21
  that.
• 3:22
  And
• 3:22
  for
• 3:23
  my
• 3:23
  health
• 3:23
  and
• 3:23
  for
• 3:23
  everybody
• 3:24
  else's
• 3:24
  around
• 3:24
  me,
• 3:24
  it's
• 3:25
  good
• 3:25
  for
• 3:25
  me
• 3:25
  to
• 3:25
  get
• 3:25
  out,
• 3:25
  get
• 3:26
  away,
• 3:26
  and
• 3:27
  just
• 3:27
  relax
• 3:27
  a
• 3:28
  little
• 3:28
  bit.
• 3:28
  The
• 3:29
  brain
• 3:29
  never
• 3:29
  turns
• 3:30
  off.
• 3:30
  But
• 3:31
  dropping
• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  fishing
• 3:32
  pole
• 3:32
  in
• 3:32
  the
• 3:33
  lake
• 3:33
  or
• 3:33
  the
• 3:33
  ocean
• 3:34
  is
• 3:34
  not
• 3:34
  a
• 3:34
  bad
• 3:34
  thing
• 3:35
  and
• 3:35
  good
• 3:36
  for
• 3:36
  your
• 3:36
  soul.
• 3:37
  Well,
• 3:37
  today
• 3:37
  I
• 3:37
  want
• 3:37
  to
• 3:37
  talk
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38
  little
• 3:38
  bit
• 3:38
  about
• 3:38
  lawn
• 3:38
  care
• 3:39
  and
• 3:39
  things
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  worry
• 3:39
  about
• 3:40
  here
• 3:40
  in
• 3:40
  this
• 3:41
  kind
• 3:41
  of
• 3:41
  spring,
• 3:42
  late
• 3:42
  spring,
• 3:43
  as
• 3:43
  we're
• 3:43
  coming
• 3:43
  up
• 3:44
  into
• 3:45
  kind
• 3:45
  of
• 3:45
  Memorial
• 3:45
  Day
• 3:45
  weekend.
• 3:47
  And
• 3:47
  one
• 3:47
  of
• 3:47
  the
• 3:47
  things
• 3:48
  that
• 3:48
  I
• 3:48
  like
• 3:48
  to
• 3:49
  take
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  look
• 3:49
  at
• 3:49
  is
• 3:50
  the
• 3:50
  health
• 3:50
  of
• 3:51
  my
• 3:51
  lawn.
• 3:52
  Some
• 3:52
  of
• 3:52
  that
• 3:52
  comes
• 3:53
  down
• 3:53
  to
• 3:53
  even
• 3:53
  the
• 3:53
  lawnmower.
• 3:54
  If
• 3:54
  you're
• 3:54
  mowing
• 3:55
  your
• 3:55
  own
• 3:55
  lawn,
• 3:56
  this
• 3:56
  is
• 3:56
  one
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  those
• 3:57
  things
• 3:57
  that
• 3:57
  you
• 3:58
  want
• 3:58
  to
• 3:58
  take
• 3:58
  a
• 3:58
  look
• 3:58
  at.
• 3:59
  Do
• 4:00
  some
• 4:00
  lawnmower
• 4:00
  maintenance
• 4:01
  right
• 4:01
  now.
• 4:01
  Is
• 4:01
  that
• 4:02
  blade
• 4:02
  sharp?
• 4:03
  Every
• 4:04
  month
• 4:04
  I
• 4:04
  would
• 4:04
  take
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  look
• 4:05
  at
• 4:05
  that
• 4:05
  blade
• 4:06
  and
• 4:06
  make
• 4:06
  sure
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  it's
• 4:07
  dialed
• 4:07
  in
• 4:07
  and
• 4:08
  looking
• 4:08
  good.
• 4:09
  Here
• 4:09
  is
• 4:09
  my
• 4:09
  secret
• 4:10
  for
• 4:10
  handling
• 4:10
  that.
• 4:11
  And
• 4:11
  this
• 4:11
  works
• 4:12
  out
• 4:12
  really
• 4:12
  well.
• 4:13
  What
• 4:13
  I
• 4:13
  do
• 4:14
  is
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  own
• 4:14
  two
• 4:15
  sets
• 4:15
  of
• 4:15
  blades
• 4:16
  for
• 4:16
  the
• 4:16
  lawnmower
• 4:16
  I
• 4:17
  have.
• 4:17
  If
• 4:18
  you've
• 4:18
  got
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  tiny
• 4:18
  lawn,
• 4:19
  this
• 4:19
  doesn't
• 4:19
  work
• 4:20
  as
• 4:20
  well.
• 4:20
  It's
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  little
• 4:21
  overkill.
• 4:22
  But
• 4:22
  if
• 4:22
  you've
• 4:22
  got
• 4:22
  your
• 4:23
  traditional
• 4:24
  a
• 4:24
  quarter
• 4:24
  acre
• 4:24
  lot
• 4:25
  with
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  bunch
• 4:25
  of,
• 4:26
  bunch
• 4:26
  of
• 4:26
  grass
• 4:26
  on
• 4:27
  it,
• 4:27
  this
• 4:27
  is
• 4:28
  probably
• 4:28
  for
• 4:28
  you.
• 4:29
  I
• 4:29
  would
• 4:30
  say
• 4:30
  once
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  month
• 4:31
  I
• 4:31
  would
• 4:31
  swap
• 4:32
  that
• 4:32
  blade
• 4:32
  out
• 4:33
  and
• 4:33
  throw
• 4:34
  that,
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  clean
• 4:35
  one
• 4:36
  on
• 4:36
  there.
• 4:36
  And
• 4:36
  then
• 4:37
  just
• 4:37
  keep
• 4:37
  rotating
• 4:38
  those,
• 4:38
  making
• 4:38
  sure
• 4:39
  those
• 4:39
  blades
• 4:39
  are
• 4:39
  sharp,
• 4:40
  balanced.
• 4:41
  You
• 4:41
  can
• 4:41
  take
• 4:42
  them
• 4:42
  down
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  a
• 4:43
  lawn
• 4:43
  store
• 4:43
  and
• 4:43
  they
• 4:44
  can
• 4:44
  do
• 4:44
  that
• 4:44
  for
• 4:44
  you.
• 4:45
  You
• 4:45
  can
• 4:45
  get
• 4:45
  a
• 4:46
  few
• 4:46
  tools,
• 4:46
  do
• 4:46
  it
• 4:46
  yourself.
• 4:47
  Just
• 4:47
  make
• 4:48
  sure
• 4:48
  that
• 4:48
  they're
• 4:48
  balanced
• 4:49
  and
• 4:49
  looking
• 4:49
  good.
• 4:50
  If
• 4:50
  you
• 4:50
  have
• 4:51
  things
• 4:51
  like
• 4:51
  pine
• 4:52
  cones
• 4:52
  or
• 4:53
  anything
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  kind
• 4:54
  of
• 4:54
  gets
• 4:55
  kicked
• 4:55
  up,
• 4:55
  that
• 4:56
  natural
• 4:56
  debris,
• 4:57
  if
• 4:58
  you're
• 4:58
  hitting
• 4:58
  those,
• 4:59
  it's
• 4:59
  definitely
• 4:59
  that
• 4:59
  month.
• 5:00
  If
• 5:00
  you've
• 5:00
  got
• 5:00
  a
• 5:00
  pristine
• 5:01
  lawn,
• 5:01
  no
• 5:01
  trees
• 5:02
  overhead,
• 5:02
  you
• 5:03
  might
• 5:03
  be
• 5:03
  able
• 5:03
  to
• 5:03
  go
• 5:03
  a
• 5:03
  little
• 5:04
  bit
• 5:04
  longer,
• 5:04
  depending
• 5:05
  on
• 5:05
  the
• 5:05
  grass
• 5:05
  and
• 5:05
  things
• 5:06
  like
• 5:06
  that.
• 5:07
  Another
• 5:07
  thing,
• 5:07
  this
• 5:07
  time
• 5:08
  of
• 5:08
  year
• 5:08
  that's
• 5:08
  important,
• 5:09
  never
• 5:09
  cut
• 5:10
  more
• 5:10
  than
• 5:10
  a
• 5:10
  third
• 5:11
  of
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  height
• 5:11
  of
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  blade
• 5:12
  off.
• 5:12
  That
• 5:13
  way
• 5:13
  you're
• 5:13
  not
• 5:13
  overcutting
• 5:14
  that
• 5:14
  lawn.
• 5:15
  That's
• 5:15
  a
• 5:15
  big
• 5:15
  mistake
• 5:15
  that
• 5:15
  I
• 5:15
  see
• 5:16
  out
• 5:16
  there,
• 5:16
  that
• 5:17
  people
• 5:17
  do.
• 5:18
  The
• 5:18
  other
• 5:18
  thing
• 5:18
  that
• 5:18
  I
• 5:19
  see
• 5:19
  that
• 5:20
  I
• 5:20
  think
• 5:20
  is
• 5:20
  super
• 5:20
  important
• 5:21
  is
• 5:21
  just
• 5:21
  Making
• 5:22
  sure
• 5:22
  that
• 5:22
  you're
• 5:23
  fertilized,
• 5:23
  you're
• 5:24
  taking
• 5:24
  care
• 5:24
  of
• 5:24
  the
• 5:24
  weeds
• 5:24
  in
• 5:25
  there
• 5:25
  and
• 5:25
  making
• 5:26
  sure
• 5:26
  that
• 5:26
  those
• 5:26
  nutrients
• 5:27
  in
• 5:27
  that
• 5:28
  soil
• 5:28
  are
• 5:29
  dialed
• 5:29
  in.
• 5:30
  And
• 5:31
  really
• 5:31
  this
• 5:31
  is
• 5:31
  the
• 5:31
  time
• 5:32
  of
• 5:32
  year
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  do
• 5:32
  it.
• 5:32
  If
• 5:33
  you're
• 5:33
  going
• 5:33
  to
• 5:33
  be
• 5:33
  doing
• 5:33
  some
• 5:33
  seed
• 5:34
  planting,
• 5:34
  now's
• 5:35
  the
• 5:35
  time
• 5:35
  of
• 5:35
  year
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  do
• 5:36
  it.
• 5:36
  Otherwise
• 5:36
  you're
• 5:36
  going
• 5:36
  to
• 5:36
  probably
• 5:37
  want
• 5:37
  to
• 5:37
  wait
• 5:37
  till
• 5:37
  fall.
• 5:38
  It
• 5:38
  can
• 5:38
  be
• 5:38
  very
• 5:39
  hard
• 5:39
  to
• 5:39
  do
• 5:39
  that
• 5:40
  in
• 5:40
  the
• 5:40
  hot
• 5:40
  summer
• 5:40
  months.
• 5:41
  That's
• 5:42
  an
• 5:42
  important
• 5:42
  one.
• 5:43
  So
• 5:43
  just
• 5:43
  taking
• 5:43
  some
• 5:44
  time
• 5:44
  getting
• 5:45
  those
• 5:45
  dialed
• 5:45
  in.
• 5:45
  And
• 5:46
  then
• 5:46
  if
• 5:46
  you're
• 5:46
  watering
• 5:47
  your
• 5:47
  lawn,
• 5:47
  which
• 5:48
  I
• 5:48
  recommend
• 5:48
  to
• 5:49
  everybody
• 5:49
  here
• 5:49
  in
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  Pacific
• 5:50
  Northwest,
• 5:51
  and
• 5:52
  let
• 5:52
  me
• 5:52
  know
• 5:52
  in
• 5:52
  the
• 5:52
  comments
• 5:53
  if
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  our.
• 5:54
  I'm
• 5:54
  gonna
• 5:55
  put
• 5:55
  this
• 5:55
  up
• 5:55
  on
• 5:55
  our
• 5:55
  page
• 5:56
  on
• 5:56
  Facebook,
• 5:57
  on
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  around
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  House
• 5:58
  page
• 5:59
  there,
• 5:59
  make
• 5:59
  sure
• 5:59
  you
• 5:59
  subscribe
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  that.
• 6:00
  I'm
• 6:01
  gonna
• 6:01
  put
• 6:01
  it
• 6:01
  up
• 6:01
  with
• 6:01
  some
• 6:01
  comments
• 6:02
  on
• 6:02
  there
• 6:03
  in
• 6:03
  your
• 6:03
  area.
• 6:04
  Like
• 6:04
  my
• 6:04
  area
• 6:04
  here
• 6:05
  in
• 6:05
  the
• 6:05
  Pacific
• 6:05
  Northwest,
• 6:06
  on
• 6:06
  the
• 6:06
  western
• 6:07
  side
• 6:07
  of
• 6:07
  the
• 6:08
  state,
• 6:08
  we
• 6:09
  have
• 6:09
  a
• 6:09
  habit
• 6:09
  in
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  cities
• 6:11
  where
• 6:11
  people
• 6:11
  don't
• 6:12
  water
• 6:12
  all
• 6:12
  summer
• 6:13
  long
• 6:14
  in
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  lawn
• 6:14
  just
• 6:15
  goes
• 6:15
  white.
• 6:16
  Then
• 6:16
  when
• 6:16
  the
• 6:16
  fall
• 6:16
  rains
• 6:17
  come
• 6:17
  back
• 6:17
  in,
• 6:17
  it
• 6:18
  gets
• 6:18
  green.
• 6:19
  So
• 6:19
  it's
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  opposite
• 6:19
  of
• 6:20
  many
• 6:20
  places
• 6:20
  in
• 6:20
  the
• 6:20
  country
• 6:21
  where
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  freeze
• 6:21
  will
• 6:22
  do
• 6:22
  that.
• 6:22
  But
• 6:23
  here's
• 6:23
  the
• 6:23
  problem
• 6:23
  with
• 6:24
  that.
• 6:24
  You
• 6:24
  have
• 6:24
  now
• 6:24
  created
• 6:25
  a
• 6:25
  very
• 6:25
  big
• 6:25
  fire
• 6:25
  hazard
• 6:26
  outside.
• 6:26
  So
• 6:27
  I
• 6:27
  would
• 6:28
  not
• 6:28
  recommend
• 6:28
  that.
• 6:28
  Plus
• 6:29
  it's
• 6:29
  very
• 6:29
  hard
• 6:30
  on
• 6:30
  your
• 6:30
  foundation.
• 6:31
  You
• 6:31
  could
• 6:32
  be
• 6:32
  causing
• 6:32
  foundation
• 6:33
  cracks
• 6:34
  because
• 6:34
  if
• 6:34
  you've
• 6:34
  got
• 6:34
  clay
• 6:35
  soil
• 6:36
  that
• 6:36
  will
• 6:36
  expand
• 6:36
  and
• 6:36
  contract
• 6:37
  that
• 6:37
  and
• 6:37
  you're
• 6:37
  going
• 6:38
  to
• 6:38
  get
• 6:38
  the
• 6:38
  most
• 6:38
  movement
• 6:39
  out
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  the
• 6:39
  soil,
• 6:39
  which
• 6:40
  means
• 6:40
  the
• 6:40
  most
• 6:40
  chance
• 6:41
  of
• 6:41
  cracking
• 6:42
  for
• 6:42
  your
• 6:42
  house.
• 6:43
  So
• 6:43
  make
• 6:43
  sure
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  you're
• 6:44
  watching
• 6:44
  that.
• 6:45
  This
• 6:45
  morning
• 6:45
  we
• 6:46
  had
• 6:46
  a
• 6:46
  bunch
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  rain
• 6:47
  here,
• 6:47
  was
• 6:47
  great.
• 6:47
  Woke
• 6:48
  me
• 6:48
  up
• 6:48
  about
• 6:48
  4
• 6:48
  o'
• 6:49
  clock
• 6:49
  this
• 6:49
  morning
• 6:50
  right
• 6:50
  before
• 6:50
  the
• 6:50
  alarm
• 6:51
  went
• 6:51
  off,
• 6:51
  which
• 6:51
  was
• 6:51
  awesome.
• 6:52
  I
• 6:52
  love
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  hear
• 6:52
  it
• 6:53
  because
• 6:53
  we
• 6:53
  need
• 6:53
  it.
• 6:54
  We
• 6:54
  need
• 6:55
  to
• 6:55
  get
• 6:55
  that.
• 6:55
  I
• 6:55
  was
• 6:55
  driving
• 6:56
  home
• 6:56
  yesterday
• 6:56
  and
• 6:57
  I
• 6:57
  was
• 6:57
  really
• 6:58
  shocked
• 6:59
  and
• 6:59
  I
• 6:59
  was
• 7:00
  bummed,
• 7:01
  just
• 7:01
  totally
• 7:02
  bummed
• 7:03
  because
• 7:03
  I'm
• 7:04
  looking
• 7:04
  out,
• 7:04
  I'm
• 7:05
  like,
• 7:05
  man,
• 7:05
  it's
• 7:06
  mid
• 7:06
  May
• 7:07
  and
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  side
• 7:07
  of
• 7:08
  the
• 7:08
  road
• 7:08
  is
• 7:08
  white
• 7:08
  already
• 7:09
  because
• 7:09
  we
• 7:09
  haven't
• 7:10
  had
• 7:10
  enough
• 7:10
  rain
• 7:10
  and
• 7:11
  we
• 7:11
  didn't
• 7:11
  get
• 7:11
  it
• 7:11
  over
• 7:11
  the
• 7:12
  winter.
• 7:12
  We've
• 7:13
  got,
• 7:13
  I
• 7:13
  think
• 7:13
  20%
• 7:14
  average
• 7:14
  snowpack
• 7:15
  up
• 7:15
  in
• 7:16
  the
• 7:16
  mountains.
• 7:16
  So
• 7:16
  it's
• 7:16
  pretty
• 7:17
  rough.
• 7:17
  So
• 7:17
  we're
• 7:18
  going
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  have
• 7:18
  a
• 7:18
  severe
• 7:19
  drought
• 7:19
  this
• 7:19
  summer.
• 7:20
  We're
• 7:20
  going
• 7:20
  to
• 7:20
  have
• 7:21
  fire
• 7:21
  weather.
• 7:22
  So
• 7:22
  this
• 7:22
  is
• 7:22
  the
• 7:22
  time

  of
• 7:23
  year
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  take
• 7:23
  care
• 7:23
  of
• 7:23
  that
• 7:23
  stuff.
• 7:24
  Get
• 7:24
  things
• 7:25
  as
• 7:25
  healthy
• 7:25
  as
• 7:25
  you
• 7:25
  can
• 7:26
  around
• 7:26
  there.
• 7:27
  And
• 7:27
  again,
• 7:28
  lawn
• 7:28
  care
• 7:28
  is
• 7:29
  a
• 7:29
  big
• 7:29
  part
• 7:29
  of
• 7:29
  it.
• 7:29
  Try
• 7:30
  to
• 7:30
  keep,
• 7:30
  try
• 7:30
  to
• 7:31
  keep
• 7:31
  it
• 7:31
  looking
• 7:31
  good.
• 7:31
  Now
• 7:32
  here's
• 7:32
  the
• 7:32
  other
• 7:32
  thing
• 7:33
  that
• 7:33
  I
• 7:33
  want
• 7:33
  you
• 7:34
  to
• 7:34
  be
• 7:34
  careful
• 7:34
  with.
• 7:35
  And
• 7:35
  this
• 7:36
  is
• 7:36
  a
• 7:36
  big
• 7:36
  one.
• 7:36
  Make
• 7:37
  sure
• 7:37
  that
• 7:37
  you're
• 7:38
  not
• 7:38
  over
• 7:38
  fertilizing.
• 7:40
  What
• 7:40
  I
• 7:40
  like
• 7:40
  to
• 7:40
  do
• 7:41
  is
• 7:41
  use
• 7:42
  one
• 7:42
  of
• 7:42
  the
• 7:42
  lawn
• 7:42
  care
• 7:43
  services
• 7:43
  out
• 7:43
  there
• 7:44
  that
• 7:44
  you
• 7:44
  can
• 7:44
  mail
• 7:45
  order.
• 7:46
  There's
• 7:46
  different
• 7:46
  brands
• 7:47
  out
• 7:47
  there.
• 7:47
  I
• 7:48
  have
• 7:48
  my
• 7:48
  favorites.
• 7:49
  This
• 7:49
  isn't
• 7:49
  a
• 7:49
  commercial
• 7:50
  for
• 7:50
  this,
• 7:50
  not
• 7:51
  going
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  mention
• 7:51
  brand
• 7:51
  names,
• 7:52
  but
• 7:52
  you
• 7:52
  can
• 7:52
  actually
• 7:52
  send
• 7:53
  in
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  soil
• 7:53
  sample.
• 7:54
  They
• 7:54
  will,
• 7:55
  they
• 7:55
  will
• 7:55
  take
• 7:55
  care
• 7:55
  of
• 7:55
  it
• 7:56
  for
• 7:56
  you.
• 7:56
  And
• 7:57
  then
• 7:57
  they
• 7:57
  send
• 7:58
  you
• 7:58
  the
• 7:59
  nutrients
• 8:00
  that
• 8:00
  your
• 8:00
  soil
• 8:00
  needs.
• 8:01
  And
• 8:01
  they're
• 8:01
  all
• 8:01
  natural,
• 8:02
  so
• 8:02
  it's
• 8:02
  really
• 8:03
  good
• 8:03
  stuff.
• 8:03
  So
• 8:04
  that's
• 8:04
  not
• 8:04
  a
• 8:04
  bad
• 8:05
  thing
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  handle.
• 8:06
  And
• 8:06
  that
• 8:06
  way
• 8:06
  you're
• 8:06
  not
• 8:07
  over
• 8:07
  fertilizing
• 8:07
  or
• 8:07
  under
• 8:08
  fertilizing.
• 8:08
  You
• 8:08
  can
• 8:08
  just
• 8:08
  do
• 8:09
  what
• 8:09
  you
• 8:09
  need
• 8:09
  to
• 8:09
  do.
• 8:09
  And
• 8:10
  those
• 8:10
  tests
• 8:10
  do
• 8:11
  a
• 8:11
  big
• 8:11
  thing
• 8:11
  for
• 8:11
  you.
• 8:12
  So
• 8:12
  that's
• 8:12
  an
• 8:12
  important
• 8:13
  one.
• 8:13
  So
• 8:14
  make
• 8:14
  sure
• 8:14
  you
• 8:14
  handle
• 8:15
  that
• 8:15
  correctly.
• 8:15
  And
• 8:16
  then
• 8:16
  guys,
• 8:16
  just
• 8:17
  stay
• 8:17
  on
• 8:17
  top
• 8:17
  of
• 8:17
  that
• 8:18
  maintenance,
• 8:18
  stay
• 8:18
  on
• 8:19
  top
• 8:19
  of
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  lawnmower
• 8:19
  maintenance.
• 8:20
  Make
• 8:20
  sure
• 8:21
  if
• 8:21
  you've
• 8:21
  got
• 8:21
  a
• 8:21
  gas
• 8:21
  one
• 8:22
  that
• 8:23
  I
• 8:23
  tell
• 8:23
  you
• 8:23
  what,
• 8:23
  make
• 8:24
  sure
• 8:24
  that
• 8:24
  you've
• 8:24
  got
• 8:24
  that
• 8:25
  clean
• 8:26
  oil
• 8:26
  in
• 8:26
  there.
• 8:26
  You've
• 8:27
  done
• 8:27
  all
• 8:27
  the
• 8:27
  things,
• 8:28
  good
• 8:28
  gasoline
• 8:28
  in
• 8:29
  there.
• 8:29
  I
• 8:29
  tell
• 8:30
  you
• 8:30
  what,
• 8:30
  you're
• 8:30
  seeing
• 8:30
  more
• 8:31
  and
• 8:31
  more
• 8:31
  lawn
• 8:31
  care
• 8:32
  professionals
• 8:32
  out
• 8:32
  there
• 8:33
  recommending
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  93
• 8:35
  octane
• 8:36
  for
• 8:36
  their
• 8:36
  lawnmowers
• 8:37
  and
• 8:37
  stuff
• 8:37
  out
• 8:37
  there
• 8:38
  because
• 8:38
  it
• 8:39
  has
• 8:39
  better
• 8:40
  packets
• 8:41
  of.
• 8:42
  Guess
• 8:42
  what
• 8:42
  I
• 8:43
  would
• 8:43
  call
• 8:43
  it
• 8:43
  is,
• 8:43
  it
• 8:44
  has,
• 8:44
  it's
• 8:44
  got
• 8:44
  just
• 8:45
  better
• 8:45
  chemicals
• 8:45
  in
• 8:46
  there
• 8:46
  that
• 8:46
  keeps
• 8:46
  the
• 8:47
  carburetor
• 8:48
  clean
• 8:48
  and
• 8:48
  all
• 8:48
  that
• 8:49
  stuff
• 8:49
  on
• 8:49
  it.
• 8:49
  And
• 8:49
  that
• 8:50
  will
• 8:50
  last
• 8:50
  a
• 8:50
  little
• 8:50
  bit
• 8:50
  longer
• 8:51
  with
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  chemical
• 8:52
  pack
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  is
• 8:52
  in
• 8:53
  that,
• 8:53
  in
• 8:53
  the
• 8:53
  higher
• 8:53
  test
• 8:54
  gasoline
• 8:54
  like
• 8:55
  that.
• 8:55
  So
• 8:56
  spend
• 8:56
  a
• 8:56
  little
• 8:56
  time,
• 8:57
  do
• 8:57
  that.
• 8:57
  If
• 8:58
  you
• 8:58
  can
• 8:58
  find
• 8:58
  the
• 8:59
  clear
• 8:59
  gasoline.
• 9:00
  If
• 9:00
  they
• 9:00
  sell
• 9:00
  that
• 9:01
  with
• 9:01
  all
• 9:01
  the
• 9:01
  additives
• 9:01
  in
• 9:02
  it,
• 9:02
  that's
• 9:02
  no
• 9:02
  ethanol,
• 9:03
  no
• 9:03
  nothing.
• 9:03
  That's
• 9:04
  my
• 9:04
  favorite
• 9:04
  for
• 9:04
  your
• 9:05
  lawn
• 9:05
  care
• 9:05
  stuff
• 9:06
  because
• 9:06
  that
• 9:06
  way
• 9:07
  you're.
• 9:07
  It's
• 9:07
  going
• 9:08
  to
• 9:08
  hold
• 9:08
  up
• 9:08
  a
• 9:08
  lot
• 9:08
  longer.
• 9:09
  These
• 9:10
  newer
• 9:10
  gases
• 9:10
  with
• 9:10
  the
• 9:11
  ethanol,
• 9:11
  it
• 9:12
  really
• 9:12
  comes
• 9:12
  up
• 9:12
  really
• 9:13
  quick.
• 9:14
  So
• 9:14
  if
• 9:14
  you
• 9:14
  have
• 9:15
  a
• 9:15
  gas
• 9:15
  can
• 9:15
  waiting
• 9:16
  over
• 9:16
  the
• 9:16
  wintertime
• 9:17
  that
• 9:17
  was
• 9:17
  full,
• 9:17
  probably
• 9:18
  not
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  best
• 9:18
  gas.
• 9:19
  So
• 9:20
  one
• 9:20
  of
• 9:20
  those
• 9:20
  things
• 9:20
  to
• 9:20
  be
• 9:20
  careful
• 9:21
  with.
• 9:22
  And
• 9:22
  then
• 9:22
  of
• 9:22
  course
• 9:22
  just
• 9:23
  maintenance
• 9:23
  of
• 9:23
  all
• 9:23
  your
• 9:23
  string
• 9:24
  trimmers
• 9:24
  and
• 9:24
  things
• 9:24
  like
• 9:24
  that.
• 9:25
  I
• 9:25
  have
• 9:25
  gone
• 9:25
  full
• 9:26
  battery
• 9:26
  for
• 9:26
  about
• 9:26
  seven
• 9:27
  years
• 9:27
  now.
• 9:28
  And
• 9:28
  boy,
• 9:28
  I
• 9:28
  tell
• 9:28
  you
• 9:29
  what,
• 9:29
  no
• 9:29
  matter
• 9:29
  how
• 9:29
  big
• 9:29
  the
• 9:29
  lawn,
• 9:30
  it
• 9:31
  works
• 9:31
  really
• 9:31
  well.
• 9:32
  So
• 9:32
  you
• 9:32
  get
• 9:33
  what
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  pay
• 9:33
  for
• 9:33
  with
• 9:33
  lawn
• 9:34
  care
• 9:34
  out
• 9:34
  there.
• 9:34
  But
• 9:34
  if
• 9:34
  you
• 9:35
  take
• 9:35
  care
• 9:35
  of
• 9:35
  things,
• 9:36
  now's
• 9:36
  the
• 9:37
  time
• 9:37
  to
• 9:37
  really
• 9:37
  get
• 9:37
  it
• 9:37
  set
• 9:38
  up.
• 9:38
  It'll
• 9:38
  make
• 9:38
  your
• 9:39
  life
• 9:39
  through
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  summer
• 9:40
  so
• 9:40
  much
• 9:40
  easier.
• 9:41
  Don't
• 9:41
  underwater,
• 9:42
  don't
• 9:42
  overwater.
• 9:43
  Take
• 9:43
  some
• 9:44
  time
• 9:44
  and
• 9:44
  make
• 9:44
  sure
• 9:44
  that
• 9:44
  you
• 9:45
  get
• 9:45
  that
• 9:45
  dialed
• 9:45
  in
• 9:45
  right
• 9:46
  now.
• 9:46
  It'll
• 9:46
  save
• 9:47
  you
• 9:47
  money
• 9:47
  and
• 9:47
  it's
• 9:48
  going
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  be
• 9:48
  safer
• 9:49
  in
• 9:49
  case
• 9:49
  of
• 9:49
  a
• 9:49
  neighborhood
• 9:50
  fire
• 9:50
  or
• 9:50
  a
• 9:51
  wildfire.
• 9:51
  You
• 9:52
  don't
• 9:52
  want
• 9:52
  that
• 9:52
  thing
• 9:52
  to
• 9:53
  be
• 9:53
  white
• 9:53
  out
• 9:53
  there
• 9:54
  because
• 9:54
  then
• 9:54
  that
• 9:54
  is
• 9:55
  another
• 9:55
  risk
• 9:55
  for
• 9:56
  you
• 9:56
  and
• 9:56
  the
• 9:56
  neighborhood.
• 9:57
  All
• 9:58
  right,
• 9:58
  guys,
• 9:58
  if
• 9:58
  you
• 9:58
  want
• 9:58
  to
• 9:59
  find
