- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:37Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:54Speaker 3: But i'd welcome back to War Zone. I'm Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Great to be with you. We've got our guess, Lara
- 0:59Speaker 3: Logan for a third segment. She's a triple Returney. We
- 1:03Speaker 3: don't have too many of those. I do that just
- 1:05Speaker 3: maybe I've done that maybe five times in ten years
- 1:08Speaker 3: I've been on the air, So it's got to be
- 1:09Speaker 3: someone really good.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Lara's really good.
- 1:12Speaker 3: She's the host of Going Rogue with Lara Logan. She
- 1:16Speaker 3: has a website Lara Logan dot com, so you can
- 1:18Speaker 3: hear more and see more and read more.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And she is with us. Lara, welcome back to the show.
- 1:23Speaker 4: Thank you, Wayne.
- 1:24Speaker 5: What I wanted to say to you and to your
- 1:27Speaker 5: guests is that it's not just the critical thing right
- 1:30Speaker 5: now is not just the lack of accountability, right the
- 1:34Speaker 5: lack of indictments.
- 1:35Speaker 4: And so on.
- 1:36Speaker 5: What is really critical is that the Trump administration has
- 1:41Speaker 5: come out publicly Dni, Telsea Gabbett, Carolyn Levett.
- 1:44Speaker 4: All these people.
- 1:45Speaker 5: They have said they have all the evidence that Obama
- 1:47Speaker 5: and Clapper and all these other people, John Brandan, that
- 1:50Speaker 5: they were behind a seditious conspiracy Treeson in Sedition. Trump
- 1:54Speaker 5: put Elon Musk out there with Doge, which exposed all
- 1:57Speaker 5: the fraud, the waste, the abuse, the corrupt.
- 2:00Speaker 4: All across the government. And what did all of them do.
- 2:02Speaker 4: They took an oath to.
- 2:04Speaker 5: Protect and defend this country against all of its enemies,
- 2:07Speaker 5: both foreign and domestic, and they are responsible for protecting
- 2:10Speaker 5: and upholding the Constitution.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Well, you can't do.
- 2:13Speaker 5: That if you allow fraud, waste, abuse, and corruption. You
- 2:16Speaker 5: also can't do it if you allow people to get
- 2:17Speaker 5: away with Treeson in Sedition. And so when people have
- 2:20Speaker 5: been stepping forward as whistleblowers, what has happened is they've
- 2:23Speaker 5: been retaliating a punished for doing so. And what does
- 2:27Speaker 5: that mean? It means they have been denied the American
- 2:30Speaker 5: people have been denied redress of grievances, which is a
- 2:35Speaker 5: constitutional right. And so what these people are planning to
- 2:38Speaker 5: do is they are planning to use their own crimes.
- 2:42Speaker 5: They're going to get away with their crimes. They're not
- 2:43Speaker 5: going to be punished. They're going to steal the midterms.
- 2:46Speaker 5: They're going to impeach Trump. And you know what, people
- 2:48Speaker 5: are going to be cheering when they impeach him, because
- 2:50Speaker 5: they're going to say, he betrayed you, he failed you,
- 2:54Speaker 5: he didn't keep his promise. His executive orders show that
- 2:58Speaker 5: he knew he had a legal responsibility to go after
- 3:02Speaker 5: all these corrupt people and he didn't do it. And
- 3:05Speaker 5: you know what, this time, the impeachment is going to succeed.
- 3:08Speaker 5: And what they will do is go after every single
- 3:11Speaker 5: person they want to get rid of.
- 3:12Speaker 4: It doesn't matter how high or how low.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Nara, that includes you and me absolutely on the list. Yep.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's really scary.
- 3:23Speaker 3: You know, you probably don't know this story about my
- 3:25Speaker 3: background that I was Obama's college classmate at Columbia University.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Did you know that we went to college together, so Barry, well,
- 3:34Speaker 3: I don't know what he was.
- 3:34Speaker 1: We graduate.
- 3:35Speaker 3: We were both pre law according to him, I know
- 3:38Speaker 3: I was. We were both political science majors at Columbia.
- 3:42Speaker 3: According to him, he was political science.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I know I was. We both graduated on the same day.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Never and I knew everyone in political science department. Everyone
- 3:51Speaker 3: I was smoking concern wasn't there. Never saw him, never
- 3:54Speaker 3: heard of him, never met him. He's the Manurion candidate.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I think he's deep state. I think he's CIA planted.
- 4:00Speaker 3: I think they planted a story that he went to
- 4:02Speaker 3: Columbia and he graduated Columbia. He never went there, and
- 4:04Speaker 3: he never graduated there. I was there and he wasn't there.
- 4:08Speaker 3: So I went on TV in two thousand and eight
- 4:10Speaker 3: when I was the Libertarian vice presidential candidate. I was
- 4:13Speaker 3: on their presidential ticket, and who was running for president Obama?
- 4:17Speaker 3: And I'm on the presidential ticket against him, Not that
- 4:20Speaker 3: we had any chance to win, but that's besides the point.
- 4:22Speaker 3: I told everyone on Fox News again and again that
- 4:25Speaker 3: I never saw him at Columbia. Now Obama gets elected, Lara,
- 4:30Speaker 3: and what happens immediately IRS attacks I mean knocks on
- 4:34Speaker 3: my door, I mean phone calls that we're your biggest
- 4:38Speaker 3: fan at the IRS, and we drew Straws to fight
- 4:41Speaker 3: for who would.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Get the case because we love you so much, Wayne,
- 4:45Speaker 1: And then they.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Tried to destroy my life and I hired the best
- 4:48Speaker 3: law firms and they all said, Wayne, you're not paranoid.
- 4:53Speaker 3: You are on the president's enemies list. We've never seen
- 4:55Speaker 3: anything like this in our lives. And I went through
- 4:58Speaker 3: four years virus attacks. Judge threw it out and guess
- 5:02Speaker 3: what happened. They ordered me again the next day, which
- 5:05Speaker 3: is illegal.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You can't even do that.
- 5:07Speaker 3: So I've been what is kind of a whistleblower by
- 5:10Speaker 3: saying he was never at Columbia, and they punished excuse me,
- 5:15Speaker 3: they punished me and went after me.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So I know exactly how this all works.
- 5:19Speaker 3: I know they treat you, and I know they try
- 5:21Speaker 3: to destroy you, and they don't even care if you
- 5:23Speaker 3: go to jail. All they care about is that they've
- 5:26Speaker 3: hurt you and distracted you and intimidated you.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And of course what does it cost to hire lawyers.
- 5:31Speaker 3: They've taken your money away from you for four years,
- 5:35Speaker 3: so you don't give money to the Republican Party. Your
- 5:37Speaker 3: donations are down, and you're angry, and you're depressed, and.
- 5:40Speaker 1: You don't sleep at night. They've done it all to me.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I know it. So this is what we're doing.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Wayne.
- 5:45Speaker 5: They try to co opt you, right, So they give
- 5:49Speaker 5: you a big business deal or a nice paying job
- 5:51Speaker 5: or whatever it is, get a position of power. They
- 5:54Speaker 5: co opt you in some way, shape or form. They
- 5:57Speaker 5: try to coerce you to do what they want want,
- 6:00Speaker 5: and then when you don't, they can't destroy you. It's
- 6:02Speaker 5: called the three strategy. And the cancel part has.
- 6:06Speaker 4: A small sea, which is what they did to you, what.
- 6:08Speaker 5: They did to me, and then it has a big sea,
- 6:11Speaker 5: which is more like what they did to Charlie Kirk.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, exactly, and I listen. I have said from
- 6:18Speaker 3: day one, and that's why they were so angry at me.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I was on Fox News saying that this is a
- 6:22Speaker 3: communist color revolution and they're trying to take over the
- 6:27Speaker 3: United States by silencing all of our voices and putting
- 6:31Speaker 3: us in prison and destroying our lives and taking our
- 6:34Speaker 3: jobs away and taxing us to death and building up
- 6:37Speaker 3: Cloward Piven that I learned at Columbia. That's what Obama knows.
- 6:40Speaker 3: To Cloward Piven, right, you just overwhelm the system, you
- 6:44Speaker 3: collapse the economy, you put everyone on welfare, and that's
- 6:47Speaker 3: what they're doing.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And they realized, and they're.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Brilliant, Laura, brilliant because they realized, if you can't get
- 6:52Speaker 3: everyone in America on welfare to collapse the system.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Then open the border and bring in the whole world.
- 6:58Speaker 1: It's brilliant.
- 6:59Speaker 4: You're going to love this.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Okay, if you go back to the Students for a
- 7:03Speaker 5: Democratic Society right SDS. On the fifteenth of June nineteen
- 7:10Speaker 5: sixty two, SDS released the port Huron statement. Okay, and
- 7:15Speaker 5: everyone should go back and read that statement.
- 7:18Speaker 4: You know why, because.
- 7:19Speaker 5: That marked the moment that they went from the old left,
- 7:22Speaker 5: which was the labor unions and you know, the sort
- 7:26Speaker 5: of the social class struggle right, and that's where they
- 7:29Speaker 5: switched to social justice.
- 7:31Speaker 4: And in this statement.
- 7:32Speaker 5: They put out that their new focus would be on
- 7:35Speaker 5: listen to this list right, abortion, capital, punishment, civil rights,
- 7:39Speaker 5: drug policy, environmentalism, feminism, gay rights, gender roles, and guess
- 7:44Speaker 5: what immigration.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Any of that sound familiar.
- 7:47Speaker 6: This is how.
- 7:48Speaker 5: Long they've been implementing this plan. And the reality is
- 7:51Speaker 5: that the people running this they're not Marxists, they're not communists,
- 7:55Speaker 5: they don't believe in the equality of all and all
- 7:58Speaker 5: that nonsense. They just use these as systems of control,
- 8:03Speaker 5: that's all They are, the same way that.
- 8:05Speaker 4: They use Islam as a system of control. On that side.
- 8:08Speaker 5: You know, every time you see the words social you
- 8:11Speaker 5: should read socialist right. Socialist media is a control mechanism.
- 8:16Speaker 5: It's got us all thinking that. You know, you speak
- 8:19Speaker 5: out on social media and somehow you have independence, you
- 8:22Speaker 5: have freedom, you have a voice.
- 8:23Speaker 4: No you don't. It's an illusion.
- 8:24Speaker 5: As you discovered, they can take that voice from you
- 8:27Speaker 5: any time they want.
- 8:29Speaker 4: But all of this has a command.
- 8:30Speaker 5: And control system. There is an alternative government. There's an
- 8:34Speaker 5: alternative system. That's why they talk about two tia justice.
- 8:37Speaker 5: It's the same with government, and the people running that
- 8:40Speaker 5: two tier system are the Council for the inspector, generals
- 8:44Speaker 5: for integrity and efficiency inside the executive branch, but not
- 8:49Speaker 5: answerable to the chief executive, just like the.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Federal Reserve is part of the government, but it's not
- 8:54Speaker 3: part of the government. Ye, private enterprise, not federal and
- 8:57Speaker 3: not a reserve's And they're always Isn't it funny, though, Lara,
- 9:01Speaker 3: Isn't it funny that every moment that Obama was president
- 9:04Speaker 3: and every moment that Biden was president.
- 9:06Speaker 1: It was tex It was interest rate.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Cut, interest rate cut, instray cut, instray cut into a
- 9:12Speaker 3: horrible economy created by social justice and DEI and socialism,
- 9:16Speaker 3: and they gave them every benefit. And the minute Trump
- 9:18Speaker 3: was president first term, now second term, it was interest rate.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Raise, interest rate rays, interest rate rays.
- 9:24Speaker 3: They're trying to fed tries to destroy the good guys
- 9:28Speaker 3: Tragan and Trump, and tries to help the Jimmy Carters
- 9:31Speaker 3: and the Bidens and the Obamas who are implementing socialism
- 9:34Speaker 3: and destroying the economy.
- 9:35Speaker 1: So the Federal Reserve is just like the inspector generals.
- 9:38Speaker 3: They're all dirty. They're all dirty. You know, you said
- 9:40Speaker 3: they were supposed to be overseers. What they are is
- 9:43Speaker 3: a stooges, stooges for the globalist system and the communist system,
- 9:48Speaker 3: the deep stooge Wayne.
- 9:50Speaker 5: It's worse than a stooge because the inspector Generals, rather
- 9:53Speaker 5: than being what they were supposed to be when they
- 9:55Speaker 5: were set up, they were in fact set up to
- 9:58Speaker 5: be a control mechanism to make sure that they can
- 10:01Speaker 5: steal your money and that they can defraud you and
- 10:04Speaker 5: that corruption is never punished because they have always been
- 10:08Speaker 5: that control mechanism. And that's the real issue here is
- 10:11Speaker 5: that you know, these are the people who didn't pick
- 10:13Speaker 5: up a weapon to take over the United States.
- 10:15Speaker 4: They picked up a highlighter and a pen.
- 10:17Speaker 5: These are the guys not with guns, you know, and
- 10:19Speaker 5: big muscles wearing a uniform.
- 10:21Speaker 4: These are the.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Guys with spectacles right who are sitting there.
- 10:25Speaker 4: They're the people the names you never hear. They're the
- 10:27Speaker 4: people that you don't know very much about.
- 10:30Speaker 5: These are the ones that are really running the United
- 10:32Speaker 5: States of America. And the effect of that is what
- 10:35Speaker 5: you have where you have a president who has committed himself.
- 10:39Speaker 5: You know, this president likes to keep his word, and
- 10:42Speaker 5: he has committed to ending the weaponization of the federal government,
- 10:46Speaker 5: and he is being undermined and subverted at every single turn,
- 10:51Speaker 5: in every single agency. And they're going to use that
- 10:54Speaker 5: against them to impeach him and punish him and punish everyone.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Who supported him.
- 11:00Speaker 5: In the top of his base is going to be
- 11:01Speaker 5: cheering because they're gonna feel betrayed.
- 11:03Speaker 1: And don't leave out, Lara.
- 11:05Speaker 3: The judges, that's the really bad, Oh my gosh, the
- 11:09Speaker 3: communist judges, the deep state judges, they're all bribed in
- 11:13Speaker 3: my opinion, they're owned by China and the Mexican drug
- 11:16Speaker 3: cartel and the enemies of America.
- 11:18Speaker 1: George Soros to the world. Scary scary stuff. We just
- 11:21Speaker 1: can't in charge. Gip your voice loud, king them, keep
- 11:24Speaker 1: your voice loud. Laara, we love you, we appreciate you.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We're running. We gotta go to a break. It's so great.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Thank you for staying for three segments. Merry Christmas to
- 11:32Speaker 3: you and your family. We appreciate everything to do.
- 11:35Speaker 4: Thank you so much, you too. Merry Christmas, all right.

- 12:50Speaker 2: Hi.
- 12:50Speaker 3: This is Wayne Alerue for Patriot Critical Minerals.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 12:56Speaker 3: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 13:00Speaker 3: ever heard of.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength.
- 13:03Speaker 3: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 13:06Speaker 3: our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 13:10Speaker 3: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 13:12Speaker 3: percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
- 13:17Speaker 3: and independence all hangs in the balance.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 13:25Speaker 3: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 13:28Speaker 3: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 13:30Speaker 3: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 13:34Speaker 3: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical

- 15:07Speaker 3: the Ruth, the Ruth, The Root's on fire. Welcome back
- 15:09Speaker 3: to the show. In my new jacket, my new blazer
- 15:13Speaker 3: from the Roger Stone collection.
- 15:15Speaker 1: That's right. Roger Stone, who put me.
- 15:17Speaker 3: On the World's Best Dressed Men's list two years ago,
- 15:22Speaker 3: has now come out with his own clothing collection. I
- 15:24Speaker 3: just bought a ton of suits and blazers and shirts,
- 15:28Speaker 3: and the first one just came today, the blazer, And
- 15:31Speaker 3: here it is, this beautiful Roger Stone is just a
- 15:33Speaker 3: guy who understands fashion. He is the fashion plate who
- 15:38Speaker 3: sets the tone for fashion in this world for men.
- 15:42Speaker 1: And I'm very proud to have his blazer on and
- 15:44Speaker 1: soon you'll see his new suit. A couple of breaking
- 15:48Speaker 1: news stories. First of all, we'll start with the good.
- 15:52Speaker 3: We got a good and a bad the Supreme Court
- 15:55Speaker 3: rule today they allow Texas to use its newly drawn
- 15:59Speaker 3: congressional map. And you know that's a good ruling. It's
- 16:03Speaker 3: six to three, three liberals on one side, the six
- 16:07Speaker 3: supposed conservatives on the other, and liberal Justice Kagan fumes,
- 16:13Speaker 3: so you know that it's a good ruling.
- 16:16Speaker 1: And she fumed in the dissent. Let's see what she said.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Over the course of three months, three judge District Court
- 16:23Speaker 3: in Texas undertook to resolve the factual dispute at issue
- 16:27Speaker 3: in this application. In enacting electoral maps slanted towards Republicans,
- 16:31Speaker 3: did Texas predominantly use race to draw its new district
- 16:35Speaker 3: lines or said otherwise? To Texas accomplished its partisan objectives
- 16:39Speaker 3: by means of a racial jerrymander, Kagan wrote, And well,
- 16:47Speaker 3: you didn't mind it when they designed all these electoral
- 16:50Speaker 3: maps all over the United States to benefit Democrats and
- 16:53Speaker 3: they built in black districts. You didn't mind that. So
- 16:56Speaker 3: in any case, that's good news. Here's breaking bad news.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Grand jury in Virginia refuses to indict Letitia James for
- 17:04Speaker 3: mortgage fraud. Refuses to indict Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
- 17:10Speaker 3: I don't know what happened. I don't know if the
- 17:12Speaker 3: case was badly argued. I don't know if they got
- 17:15Speaker 3: a horrible grand jury filled.
- 17:16Speaker 1: With Democrats, Obama people, Biden people. I don't know.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I know that it's once again no justice, two tier
- 17:25Speaker 3: justice system. You can't put these Democrats in prison. Federal
- 17:29Speaker 3: grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia today refused to indict In
- 17:33Speaker 3: York Attorney General Letitia James after a judge dismissed her
- 17:36Speaker 3: case last month. She was indicted by federal grand jury
- 17:40Speaker 3: in September, charged with two crimes, bank fraud and false
- 17:44Speaker 3: statements to a financial institution, all related to a mortgage
- 17:47Speaker 3: loan and a property she owns in Virginia.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It's just so beyond my belief.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Right, I know nothing about this case other than the
- 17:53Speaker 3: fact it's a fact that they ask you is it
- 17:57Speaker 3: a single family? And I know in New York this
- 17:59Speaker 3: is my not be the New York case. But in
- 18:02Speaker 3: New York, she had some sort of a brownstone. It
- 18:04Speaker 3: was like a five unit, but you couldn't get favorable
- 18:07Speaker 3: rates unless it was a four unit, so she lied
- 18:09Speaker 3: said it was a four unit allegedly, and in this case,
- 18:13Speaker 3: I think she couldn't get favorable rates unless she said
- 18:16Speaker 3: it's my principal residence. Well, so she said it's my
- 18:19Speaker 3: principal residence, but it's not. She's got renters in it,
- 18:22Speaker 3: relatives who have been arrested by.
- 18:24Speaker 1: The way police has shown up twenty times. And how
- 18:27Speaker 1: could it be.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Her principal residence when she's the Attorney General of New
- 18:30Speaker 3: York and the properties in Virginia.
- 18:34Speaker 1: It's bizarre. It's bizarre. So you know why a jury
- 18:40Speaker 1: would turn it down. I don't know. Maybe the jury's
- 18:43Speaker 1: all Democrats, Maybe the jury's all black a llah the O. J.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Simpson jury.
- 18:47Speaker 5: O J.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Simpson.
- 18:48Speaker 3: We all know he murdered his wife and Michael Goldman.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Everybody knows that. The whole world knows that. But it
- 18:55Speaker 3: didn't matter. A jury filled with black people said no,
- 18:58Speaker 3: he didn't do it because they wanted him to get
- 18:59Speaker 3: away with it. So is that what happened with Letitia James.
- 19:02Speaker 3: I don't know, all right, So one piece of bad news,
- 19:04Speaker 3: one piece of good news.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Here's another piece of good news. Election integrity.
- 19:08Speaker 3: The DOJ is on track to compel voter roll cleanups
- 19:12Speaker 3: in over half of US states. Assistant Attorney General for
- 19:17Speaker 3: Civil Rights are Meet Dillon, who's been a guest on
- 19:20Speaker 3: this show, says, the sloppiness of the elections a blue
- 19:24Speaker 3: states is no accident. It is on purpose. It is
- 19:27Speaker 3: a feature, not a bug.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:29Speaker 3: In other words, it's not a mistake, it's not a coincidence.
- 19:32Speaker 3: They make sure it's sloppy so that they can steal
- 19:35Speaker 3: elections amidst the sloppiness. We also found out today that
- 19:40Speaker 3: the Trump miministration is going to cut off funding to
- 19:45Speaker 3: blue states. I think it's twenty one blue states that
- 19:48Speaker 3: refuse to give information to the federal government requested by
- 19:51Speaker 3: the Trump administration about the SNAP program about food stamps,
- 19:55Speaker 3: how many illegals are on the program. They won't give
- 19:58Speaker 3: the information because they know it's all the So we're
- 20:01Speaker 3: cutting off the funding again. Some judge is gonna say,
- 20:04Speaker 3: you can't do that.
- 20:04Speaker 2: I know it.
- 20:06Speaker 3: This is the problem judges. All right, great Patriots store

- 22:48Speaker 3: our guest segment. We'll get a great guest, former Congressman
- 22:50Speaker 3: Louis Gohmert. But first let me mention the sponsor of
- 22:53Speaker 3: this segment, Energized Health. I joined the Energized Health Program
- 22:57Speaker 3: in November of twenty twenty.
- 22:59Speaker 1: It changed my life, changed my career. I look younger
- 23:02Speaker 1: now than fifteen years ago. Fifteen years a guy was fifty.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I'm going to turn sixty five and twenty twenty six,
- 23:07Speaker 3: I'll be on Medicare coming up next year in another month,
- 23:11Speaker 3: and I look far better and far younger than I
- 23:14Speaker 3: did fifteen years ago. That only happened since I got
- 23:17Speaker 3: on the Energized Health Program.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Five years ago. I lost twenty five pounds.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Of fat, I gained ten pounds of muscle, and I
- 23:23Speaker 3: gained intercellular.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Hydration in only eighty eight days on the program.
- 23:27Speaker 3: And now it's been five years and I've kept all
- 23:29Speaker 3: the fat off and I've kept all the muscle on.
- 23:33Speaker 3: And it changed the way my face looked, and it
- 23:35Speaker 3: changed the way my body looked. It reversed aged me
- 23:37Speaker 3: there's me fifteen years ago with Steve Forbes at Freedomfest
- 23:41Speaker 3: in Las Vegas, and show a picture of me today
- 23:44Speaker 3: in the gym in Las Vegas at the age of
- 23:45Speaker 3: sixty four years old. I also got three new TV
- 23:48Speaker 3: shows excuse me, four new TV shows and podcasts past
- 23:52Speaker 3: the age of sixty one while on this program, So
- 23:54Speaker 3: it's extended my career beyond anybody's imagination. Nobody on TV
- 23:58Speaker 3: has new TV shows the age of sixty and sixty one,
- 24:01Speaker 3: at sixty two and sixty three and sixty four and
- 24:04Speaker 3: now sixty five.
- 24:05Speaker 1: So go to energize health dot com. It can do
- 24:07Speaker 1: the same thing for you.
- 24:08Speaker 3: It can change your life and supercharge your energy and
- 24:10Speaker 3: supercharge your health and hopefully reverse agu like it did
- 24:13Speaker 3: for me.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Go to energize health dot com. Type in war or
- 24:17Speaker 1: say war.
- 24:17Speaker 3: For Wayne Elerute and get forty percent off energized health
- 24:21Speaker 3: dot com. Okay, without further ado to do. Former Congressman
- 24:26Speaker 3: Louie Gohmert is with US. He represented Texas First District
- 24:31Speaker 3: from two thousand and five to twenty twenty three. Currently
- 24:35Speaker 3: Senior Fellow with the David Horwitz Freedom Center. His website
- 24:39Speaker 3: is Gobert dot com, ghm rt Gombert dot com. We've
- 24:43Speaker 3: had him on the show before. I always loved him.
- 24:45Speaker 3: I always said he's one of my favorite congressmen on
- 24:47Speaker 3: this planet Earth, a great conservative slash maga guy, and
- 24:51Speaker 3: he's with us.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Louis, how are you.
- 24:54Speaker 6: Well as far as I know, I'm all right, Wayne.
- 24:56Speaker 6: Thank you. Great to be with you anytime.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I'm glad you're all right.
- 25:00Speaker 3: So look, there's so many bad things going on. I
- 25:03Speaker 3: know we have you on most of it talking about
- 25:05Speaker 3: this Arctic frost and the spying of Republican members of Congress,
- 25:11Speaker 3: But I just want to say, in general, between what
- 25:14Speaker 3: Trump is facing, between the judges and the deep state
- 25:17Speaker 3: and the federal government, his own government employees, his own
- 25:21Speaker 3: inspector generals.
- 25:22Speaker 2: We said.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Lara Logan was my guest in the first hour, and
- 25:25Speaker 3: she talked about the inspector general she believes are all
- 25:28Speaker 3: part of the deep state and they're stopping anyone from
- 25:31Speaker 3: going after the criminals. I mean, it's just it's overwhelming.
- 25:35Speaker 3: I don't know Trump is ever going to win. He
- 25:37Speaker 3: does great things every day, but there's always a judge
- 25:40Speaker 3: or some government employees.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Standing in the way of making it happen.
- 25:45Speaker 7: Yeah, I saw some of that with Laura and cannot
- 25:49Speaker 7: comment on that.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 7: Look, we had Horowitz before our Judiciary Committee, and you know,
- 25:58Speaker 7: he found all this incredible hatred and bias against President
- 26:05Speaker 7: Trump within the Justice Department. Peter struck, Lisa Paige, all
- 26:11Speaker 7: this hatred for Trump, and then he found that basically everything,
- 26:20Speaker 7: every finding, every determination went in Hillary Clinton's favor, whom
- 26:27Speaker 7: they showed that they loved, and every determination went against Trump,
- 26:33Speaker 7: whom they hated.
- 26:35Speaker 6: And then he comes.
- 26:36Speaker 7: Out at the end of his report and says, but
- 26:39Speaker 7: there is no evidence that their bias and prejudice in
- 26:43Speaker 7: any way affected their investigations.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Lovely.
- 26:48Speaker 6: One of the.
- 26:49Speaker 7: Terms under the law Latin phrase is the thing speaks
- 26:55Speaker 7: for itself race hip to Loquatur. You know, if you
- 27:02Speaker 7: show all of this bias going against somebody and every
- 27:08Speaker 7: determination goes against that personation, the.
- 27:13Speaker 6: Thing speaks for itself. Awkward to her. Yet the bias
- 27:19Speaker 6: did affect the outcoming.
- 27:23Speaker 7: But Horowitz and I said this to him in our hearing,
- 27:27Speaker 7: you just decided you were gonna throw a bone to
- 27:30Speaker 7: the Democrats and say, well, it didn't really affect the outcome.
- 27:35Speaker 7: Of course, it affected the outcoming. Every determination went and
- 27:40Speaker 7: went against President Trump.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Well, so you know what, you know what Lara Logan
- 27:45Speaker 1: would say.
- 27:45Speaker 3: She would say that Horowitz is part of the deep
- 27:47Speaker 3: state and he was planted there to cover this stuff up.
- 27:51Speaker 7: Well, the only reason that Lara said that was because
- 27:55Speaker 7: it did and she's right.
- 27:59Speaker 1: It's crazy. I don't know what to say.
- 28:01Speaker 3: You know, I was telling Larra that I was you know,
- 28:03Speaker 3: I was the guy who went to college with Barack Obama.
- 28:06Speaker 1: According to him, he says he.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Graduated on the same day as me at Columbia and
- 28:10Speaker 3: went to Columbia University, but.
- 28:12Speaker 1: He wasn't there.
- 28:13Speaker 3: I knew every person in the political science department, and
- 28:16Speaker 3: I was very famous because I was the only kid
- 28:19Speaker 3: who was for Reagan in nineteen eighty, right, So they
- 28:21Speaker 3: all knew me and they hated me because I had
- 28:23Speaker 3: a big mouth that I was a big Republican. But
- 28:25Speaker 3: there was no Obama there. So you know, it's like
- 28:29Speaker 3: everything is fake, everything's fraud, everything's fake news.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Everything's protected.
- 28:33Speaker 3: You can find out anything about anyone's college.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Records, not Obama's records. You're sealed. Everything's against us, Louis.
- 28:40Speaker 3: It's it's it's amazing when the media is against you,
- 28:43Speaker 3: they can cover up anything and convince the people prop again.
- 28:48Speaker 7: You know, I was looking at that he went to
- 28:52Speaker 7: this college in California, Occidental basically had no infant requirements,
- 29:00Speaker 7: and then he gets into Columbia.
- 29:04Speaker 1: It is impossible, which is impossible, by the.
- 29:07Speaker 7: Way, except except if you go back and look at
- 29:11Speaker 7: the time he got in.
- 29:14Speaker 6: UH.
- 29:15Speaker 7: There was an article back during that summer, I think
- 29:18Speaker 7: it was a summer where UH an executive with the
- 29:23Speaker 7: with Columbia said, well, we do have this program where
- 29:27Speaker 7: we will accept a certain number of people where because
- 29:32Speaker 7: of their background, perhaps where they're from, UH hardships different things.
- 29:39Speaker 7: Foreign students lower scores because there is no way a
- 29:45Speaker 7: guy that was doing drugs in a way and skipping
- 29:49Speaker 7: class like you got it doing you understand, and so.
- 29:53Speaker 6: Okay, I'm going okay.
- 29:55Speaker 7: So that's how he got into Columbia through this program
- 29:59Speaker 7: where they tip and maybe he said he was from Kenya,
- 30:02Speaker 7: who knows.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Or Louis maybe just told the truth. He's from Indonesia.
- 30:08Speaker 3: I don't know he was born to Kelly, but he
- 30:10Speaker 3: was definitely raised in Indonesia.
- 30:12Speaker 1: So he just said those words got him.
- 30:14Speaker 7: Man, Yeah, And then but what I and then I'm
- 30:18Speaker 7: sure he used those same kind of hardship stuff to
- 30:22Speaker 7: get into.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Harvard Law School, right.
- 30:26Speaker 7: But what I never understood is, but how could he
- 30:29Speaker 7: get into Harvard Law Review. That's what blew me away,
- 30:33Speaker 7: because he was president of Harvard Lawville.
- 30:36Speaker 1: No, but that's easy.
- 30:37Speaker 3: They wanted a black president, first ever black president Harvard
- 30:40Speaker 3: Law Review.
- 30:41Speaker 7: Well, but I was talking to one of the guys
- 30:45Speaker 7: from Harvard Law and they said, oh, well, You've got
- 30:48Speaker 7: to understand.
- 30:49Speaker 6: To be editor of the Harvard.
- 30:52Speaker 7: Law Review, you have to be a member of the
- 30:55Speaker 7: Harvard Law Review. But the faculty at Harvard Law decided,
- 31:00Speaker 7: you know what, we need to have a minority and
- 31:05Speaker 7: access for minority. Let's create this position called president where.
- 31:11Speaker 6: You don't have to be a member of it, you
- 31:14Speaker 6: don't have to be in the top there.
- 31:17Speaker 7: And so they created this position where you could be
- 31:21Speaker 7: elected to be president of Harvard Law Review without being
- 31:26Speaker 7: in the top ten percent, without being Harvard Law and
- 31:30Speaker 7: they I was told.
- 31:31Speaker 6: That's how he got to be presidents.
- 31:34Speaker 7: But don't misunderstand he was never anywhere near the top
- 31:38Speaker 7: of his class in anything.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I'm telling you kind.
- 31:42Speaker 6: Of falls together and go yo, Okay.
- 31:46Speaker 3: I'm telling he was a lazy, pot smoking bum who
- 31:49Speaker 3: had a grandfather that was in the CIA and a
- 31:51Speaker 3: mother that was married to a guy was a CIA
- 31:54Speaker 3: moll in Indonesia, and they configured his career and built
- 31:58Speaker 3: his career to make him this is something important. The
- 32:01Speaker 3: whole thing is a big scam. I'm telling you, it's
- 32:03Speaker 3: really crazy. But listen, we had you on the show
- 32:06Speaker 3: to talk about Arctic frost. So that's the spying of
- 32:09Speaker 3: Republican members of Congress. And you wrote a call about
- 32:13Speaker 3: what you learned about the FBI spying. Well, you were
- 32:15Speaker 3: in Congress, tell us about it.
- 32:17Speaker 7: Well, what I learned came from grass LEAs investigators. You know,
- 32:24Speaker 7: I know Jim Jordan had had the Judiciary Committee of
- 32:28Speaker 7: Clowns do digging to find out what they learned about
- 32:32Speaker 7: Jim or what they got from about Jim's records. But
- 32:38Speaker 7: grass Lee's investigators contacted me a few weeks ago and said, hey,
- 32:42Speaker 7: we kept digging and digging. Initially it looked like there
- 32:46Speaker 7: were just a few senators that they got a few
- 32:50Speaker 7: days work with their records, the phone records and whatnot.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Much more sensus more.
- 32:55Speaker 7: Yeah, the more we died the more we found that
- 33:00Speaker 7: you're in there, and they got a mind members of Congress,
- 33:04Speaker 7: and they weren't used to a few days.
- 33:06Speaker 6: They got over and leads over to two and a
- 33:09Speaker 6: half months of un.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Hey, Louis, Louis, doko, Louis donka. I want you back
- 33:14Speaker 3: for we're going to a break. Louis, we'll go to
- 33:17Speaker 3: a break. I want you to come back for the
- 33:18Speaker 3: next segment.
- 33:18Speaker 1: So we'll finish off.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Headed to a break right now. They give me a
- 33:21Speaker 3: five count, so we're heading out. Louis Gomber's coming back
- 33:24Speaker 3: with us.
- 33:24Speaker 8: Uh.
- 33:25Speaker 3: He is the senior fellow at the David Rwitz Freedom Center.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Former Congressman from Texas, Wayne Route, will be right back.
- 33:34Speaker 6: All right.
- 33:35Speaker 1: A special treat for you.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:38Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 33:51Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:57Speaker 3: production much easier.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Mark a llegend in the oil industry.
- 34:01Speaker 3: In the gas industry, tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 8: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 8: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 8: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:14Speaker 8: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:16Speaker 8: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 8: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 8: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 8: four years. I've been in the oil and gas vez
- 34:28Speaker 8: ever since. You would probably know me better as this
- 34:31Speaker 8: chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good
- 34:35Speaker 8: track record, which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:41Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 8: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost, Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
- 35:02Speaker 3: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 35:06Speaker 3: one special?
- 35:06Speaker 1: Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 8: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:10Speaker 8: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:12Speaker 8: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 8: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 8: was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 8: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 8: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty
- 35:28Speaker 8: five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
- 35:31Speaker 8: the only operator in this field, and right now we
- 35:35Speaker 8: can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
- 35:38Speaker 8: horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 35:41Speaker 8: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:45Speaker 8: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:48Speaker 8: of magnitude bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one that I did,
- 35:51Speaker 8: all right.
- 35:52Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,

- 38:43Speaker 3: Back to former Congressman Louis Gohmert, representing Texas's first district
- 38:48Speaker 3: for over twenty years, currently senior Fellow with the David
- 38:52Speaker 3: Horwitz Freedom Center. His website Gombert dot com, go h
- 38:56Speaker 3: M E R T. Golmert dot com. So you were
- 38:59Speaker 3: telling us that you learned from the investigation I think
- 39:03Speaker 3: was Chuck Rastley's committee investigation that this is much more
- 39:07Speaker 3: extensive than even we've been led to believe.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Correct.
- 39:10Speaker 6: Yeah, and they don't have all the information yet.
- 39:13Speaker 7: So uh talk to Tom fit judicial watch folks and
- 39:19Speaker 7: Seohn donaghan and we're going to be digging deeper and
- 39:22Speaker 7: going to court and getting all of the information because
- 39:27Speaker 7: there is so much there they still haven't disclosed, and
- 39:31Speaker 7: it's going to take a federal judge forcing them to
- 39:35Speaker 7: disclose everything. But I got to say, though, I understand
- 39:42Speaker 7: that Jack Frost is Jack Frost. Yeah, Mart, Yeah, he's
- 39:48Speaker 7: been subpoena and supposed to come testify privately before the
- 39:54Speaker 7: House Judiciary Committee. But you know, Wayne, we've seen this,
- 40:00Speaker 7: It's played out before. It's the way it went with
- 40:03Speaker 7: Peter strugt least the page.
- 40:05Speaker 1: It anything right, They never get in trouble.
- 40:09Speaker 7: Well, they come in and they testify. But I was
- 40:12Speaker 7: talking to a former FBI agent I had tremendous respect
- 40:15Speaker 7: for back in the eighties and nineties. The way they
- 40:19Speaker 7: make the way you make a good solid case is
- 40:22Speaker 7: you don't bring in a top person right off the
- 40:27Speaker 7: bat that testify and the road you start with the
- 40:31Speaker 7: low level people. You get the documents, you get all
- 40:34Speaker 7: of that information first you talk to those lower level people,
- 40:38Speaker 7: and then you go up a level, and up another level,
- 40:41Speaker 7: and up another level, and.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Twist stars, twist stars hard you.
- 40:45Speaker 6: Talk to are the top people.
- 40:48Speaker 7: And by the time you talk to them, you're asking
- 40:52Speaker 7: them questions.
- 40:53Speaker 6: You know the answers to, and you.
- 40:55Speaker 7: Know when they're lying and when they're not, and you
- 40:57Speaker 7: let them. You feed them rope and you let let
- 41:00Speaker 7: them go. But but we did this before. We've done
- 41:04Speaker 7: this over and over. We bring people in, we're gonna
- 41:07Speaker 7: make a show, and what we get our political soundbites,
- 41:11Speaker 7: even when they testify in private, like Peter Sharkle's a
- 41:15Speaker 7: page and now understand Jack Smith's gonna do and then
- 41:19Speaker 7: nothing comes of it. We get down by that's all
- 41:22Speaker 7: that Bayner wanted, it's all Paul Ryan wanted. We're not
- 41:26Speaker 7: gonna do anything about it. Nobody's going to be punished.
- 41:30Speaker 7: And if this is our chance, I mean President Trump,
- 41:34Speaker 7: God bless him getting elected going through all and you
- 41:38Speaker 7: talked about it so many times, I mean all he
- 41:41Speaker 7: went through to get reelected. Weaponization, Yeah, this is our repriet,
- 41:46Speaker 7: this is our chance. But Louis, Louis doesn't do this,
- 41:51Speaker 7: I know, and punish these people.
- 41:53Speaker 1: I know we're done. I think it's because Pam Bondi
- 41:57Speaker 1: is not the right choice.
- 41:58Speaker 3: I don't believe that she's the one who's gonna do this.
- 42:01Speaker 3: I think she's a rhino. I think she's weak. I
- 42:03Speaker 3: don't think she wants to prosecute.
- 42:05Speaker 7: I'll tell you, you don't wait until right at the
- 42:08Speaker 7: end of the statute of limitations to indict somebody much earlier.
- 42:15Speaker 7: So if you've made a mistake, you've can come back
- 42:17Speaker 7: and fix it before limitations.
- 42:20Speaker 6: Lie.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Well, I wonder can they ever fix my spam?
- 42:23Speaker 6: But that was not the way you do that.
- 42:25Speaker 3: Can they ever fix Latitia James? Because grand you're a
- 42:28Speaker 3: jury refused indicted today, right, So how the hell are
- 42:32Speaker 3: you gonna fix Latitia James? I don't know you fix
- 42:34Speaker 3: any of this stuff when when the jury's a dirty
- 42:37Speaker 3: the judge is a journey, the deep state is dirty,
- 42:39Speaker 3: the government is dirty.
- 42:41Speaker 1: It's it's really scary. But we're not going to solve
- 42:43Speaker 1: it now because my show is over in about ten seconds.
- 42:46Speaker 1: I got to say goodbye. I got to say goodbye Louis.
- 42:48Speaker 3: So make sure everybody knows former Congressman Louis Golbert one
- 42:52Speaker 3: of the good guys. He was a great congressman, always
- 42:55Speaker 3: voted the way that I would have voted. Represented Texas's
- 42:58Speaker 3: first District CD one.
- 43:00Speaker 1: From two thousand and five to twenty twenty three.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Currently Senior Fellow with the David Horwitz Freedom Center, Louis,
- 43:06Speaker 3: thank you for all you do.
- 43:07Speaker 6: We're investigating the judges too.
