- 0:27The people who laugh with a never ending force.
- 0:31You never had the chance.
- 0:33So watch it with calm my friend, because this is whole.
- 0:44It's time and this is why.
- 0:54Over the course of COVID, a lot of people have woken up to how problems within our medical system have overlap with problems within our judicial system.
- 1:04The former cannot exist without the latter.
- 1:07You don't have pharma companies routinely murdering people for profit unless they are enabled and allowed to by the judicial system.
- 1:16And the fines end up being less than the profits.
- 1:19The people who participate in these things, the lawyers at the pharmaceutical companies, the executives, the doctors, they end up being promoted.
- 1:28They end up receiving awards.
- 1:30They do not go to prison.
- 1:32One of the problems with our judicial system is activist judges.
- 1:37We briefly talked about that recently when we covered how Minneapolis is giving millions of dollars of opioid settlement money to fraudsters and grifters to companies that have already been convicted of fraud in Minneapolis.
- 1:52They're also giving it to drag queen pill pushers.
- 1:56In Minnesota, Somalis and other illegal immigrants are released back into the community to commit crime after crime instead of being turned over to ICE and deported.
- 2:06As a psych nurse, Minnesota has long been a focus of my iR because of their proud embrace of what they call life-saving gender-affirming care, which is actually sex-denying medical interventions.
- 2:19And it's not enough that the ghouls running Minnesota are willing to permanently sterilize and mutilate children with the consent of parents.
- 2:30They are also willing to do it without the consent of parents.
- 2:34They have declared themselves a trans refuge state.
- 2:38So Minnesota, fraud, violence, abuses of power, the trampling of parental rights, and of course, this is not limited to Minnesota.
- 2:49Minnesota is not the only place where this is happening, which brings us to Seattle, Washington.
- 2:54Another fallen city destroyed before our very eyes by activists that now control every local position of power.
- 3:03This episode of The Nurses Report combines all of these themes.
- 3:07COVID madness, parental rights, and a judicial system run amok as we discuss the case of Kurt Benshoof, a father who ran a foul of the Seattle area court system for the crimes of being a conservative white male and a COVID dissident.
- 3:24So I am today's host, Nurse David Wayne.
- 3:27I am myself a COVID dissident nurse who won my hospital's excellence in nursing award before being fired via COVID vaccine mandate.
- 3:36And I'm really happy to be joined this episode.
- 3:40I'm looking forward to enraging both Ashley and Nicole.
- 3:44So Ashley, how are you?
- 3:46I'm doing great, Dave.
- 3:47I'm kind of worried about this episode.
- 3:48If you're planning on making us both angry, this is, you know, why we call you hashtag brave Dave.
- 3:54It's about to get spicy here.
- 3:56Can't wait.
- 3:58Nicole.
- 3:59Yeah, of all the things that are going on in the state of Florida right now with my anxiety and hypertension peaking.
- 4:04Uh this one's gonna set the tone, I guess, but I'm excited because you know, at this point you're always bringing the facts and uh people need to know what's going on, so let's bring it.
- 4:14All right, well, I am going to set the stage here.
- 4:17We are going to take a look at the King County Courthouse in Seattle, Washington.
- 4:22More specifically, we're going to start this journey on the sidewalk outside the King County Courthouse.
- 4:28This is from their local news, Como News, and the title is Video Shows Random Attack on 75-year-old woman in downtown Seattle.
- 4:39Developing tonight new video shows the shocking attack on an elderly woman standing outside the King County courthouse.
- 4:47A man armed with a board that had a spike through it, hit the 75-year-old woman in the face, blinding her.
- 4:53Almost Jeremy Harris spoke with a woman's family and covered disturbing details about the suspect's reputation for attacking people on Third Avenue in downtown Seattle.
- 5:02Jeremy.
- 5:04Yeah, Jeanette Markin came down here to pick up a food order in Pioneer Square when she was attacked.
- 5:09Now I just got videos through a public records request that show what happened.
- 5:13We're gonna pause the video before she's actually hit.
- 5:16But what really stood out to me was from police body camera video showing there were obvious warning signs about this suspect before the attack.
- 5:25It's just before noon on December 5th, outside the King County courthouse in Seattle.
- 5:30That 75-year-old Jeanette Markin standing on the corner, and police say this is Folly Paya, walking up with a stick in his hand.
- 5:37When out of nowhere, he attacks her.
- 5:40Jeanette is knocked to the ground.
- 5:41Bystanders take a picture of the suspect, then rush to help Jeanette.
- 5:45The full scope of what happened wasn't clear yet.
- 5:48Police arrested Peya a block away and found the weapon.
- 5:51This wooden board with a screw through the end of it.
- 5:54Police say that screw went through Jeanette's eye.
- 5:58He's a he's a regular.
- 5:59He usually punches.
- 6:01I guess today he decides to escalate things way worse than his usual.
- 6:05Where is he usually?
- 6:06He's usually just up and down there.
- 6:08As paramedics race her to the hospital, it becomes obvious police know Folly Payo.
- 6:15Yes, suspect's ID.
- 6:16He's being searched right now.
- 6:18Yeah.
- 6:18Oh, you know him?
- 6:19Oh, he's notorious for a random assaults on 30 years.
- 6:23Court records show Peya had multiple prior convictions for assault, including stabbing someone eight times at a party.
- 6:29Was that her responsibility to know like what parts are good, what parts are like she cannot walk there.
- 6:37Andreas Varicis is Jeanette Markham's son.
- 6:40How's your mother doing?
- 6:41Right now, she's out of the second surgery.
- 6:44After several surgeries, she's been told she won't recover sight in her eye and may need even more reconstructive surgeries.
- 6:52To take like uh a wood club with nails and just know I'm gonna hit her with all my the force on her face is like that's not someone you can recover or help.
- 7:02I don't honestly, I don't understand that.
- 7:04Her attack is the latest act of horrific street violence near Thurden James.
- 7:09A man was shoved into a door and killed just across the street, and earlier this year, two people were shot at the same intersection.
- 7:15There are multiple homeless and drug treatment centers on the block, and city and county leaders have pledged for years to clean up the area and make people feel safer.
- 7:24Jeanette's family says whatever's being done isn't enough to keep people like her safe.
- 7:29I want someone to at least say to my mom, hey, we're working on this.
- 7:34We're trying to fix this.
- 7:36Like, I know yeah, he's unusual.
- 7:37Like usual what?
- 7:38Attacking people?
- 7:39C billions, like what what the hell is wrong with your system?
- 7:45Fall Apea is being held in the King County jail with a bail of one million dollars, and he is scheduled to appear back in court for a competency hearing later this month.
- 7:53Reporting live in Seattle, Jeremy here, a scomo news.
- 7:56Jeremy, truly a horrific, unprovoked attack on this innocent woman.
- 8:00Um, and she lost her eye because of this.
- 8:02I think a lot of people will watch your story and having heard that sound bite where they say this is an individual notorious for random attacks.
- 8:09What happened in those prior cases?
- 8:13Well, Mary, that's such a good question, and it's one that I'm also asking as well, because jail records show that police had him in and out of jail multiple times this year.
- 8:20In fact, eight jail bookings, and only in one of those cases was I able to find that criminal charges were actually filed.
- 8:26So that's a question that we're gonna be following up with prosecutors both of the county and the city for.
- 8:31Ashley, I'm gonna turn it over to you for initial reactions.
- 8:35Well, I can't say them on air.
- 8:37I mean, let's be honest.
- 8:38What the heck is going on?
- 8:41I hope that that family.
- 8:43This gentleman was very calm and poised and polite in this interview.
- 8:48I'd have been like, look, I'm coming after the city, coming after the police, the prosecutor, and any judges that dealt with this man.
- 8:55Because there is no reason that that woman should be blind.
- 8:58You that that was what a three, three and a half inch bolt.
- 9:03With I I mean, there was a big thing.
- 9:05And there were nails in it too.
- 9:06Yeah, and and in the if you are listening to this and you didn't get to see the video, he swung it like a baseball bat right at her face.
- 9:15Yeah, full, full swing.
- 9:17Like he was he dropped a bag, like squared up, and then went after this woman's face outside of her field of vision.
- 9:24And I'm sorry, but there is no excuse.
- 9:27The city needs to be held accountable for the lack of competency.
- 9:31And if they know that this is a common thing, why are they not patrolling those showing police presence?
- 9:36So that way this doesn't happen.
- 9:38I mean, that's the thing though, Ashley, is the police arrest him over and over and over again.
- 9:44They the police themselves say, yeah, he's notorious for random assaults, and they take him to jail, and then it's turned over to the judicial system.
- 9:53So but they said that multiple times, I think only one time where they're actually criminal charges pressed.
- 9:59And so.
- 10:00There's a failure in the police department there, and I don't know.
- 10:02Does it I guess I don't have a lot of experience with jail.
- 10:06I've never broken the law.
- 10:08I mean, aside from speedy.
- 10:10But uh Miss Saints.
- 10:12For those of you who are listening, you heard that one police officer is a female police officer that said, Oh, yeah, is this Pelea or whatever his name is?
- 10:20And he goes, Oh, you know that was an officer.
- 10:22That was an officer.
- 10:24So they know this person.
- 10:25Yeah, they know him well.
- 10:27I can tell you that that that would not have happened in Florida.
- 10:30Uh it would not have ended in that manner where he would continue to keep going to jail.
- 10:34Not to say that we are perfect and that criminals do not have repeat offenses, but what I hope people took from that clip was to hear how the officer said that he usually like hits, like you know, he's a he's a using his self, his hands, if you will, and how he escalated and how this goes to show that these people who usually are mentally unwell or you know come from a line of criminal history, they typically start one way and then escalate and progress in another and become more of a danger to society, which is why it is so important to mention how the judicial system has to hold these criminals accountable.
- 11:15And you know, again, part of that was stabbing someone eight times.
- 11:19That maybe was the charge that he caught out of the multiple that he was jailed for.
- 11:24Um, but again, the importance of, like Ashley said, recognizing that that's a bad area, why were there no patrol cars there?
- 11:32Why is the leniency for these types of individuals allowed?
- 11:36This this woman now has no vision in her eye, was just an innocent bystander, and then you see if you can get the actual clip to show that he swings at her with all his might, picks up his stuff like it's just another Tuesday, and casually walks off with the weapon and the rest of the stuff that he has.
- 11:55So again, zero remorse, zero show of anything towards this woman.
- 12:00Um, and it just goes to show you that you know how important it is to to have something to protect yourself and be able to stay hypervigilant at all times because these people walk amongst us every single day.
- 12:13But I'm sorry for just a second.
- 12:15I don't think first of all, even if she had something to protect herself, he was standing behind her.
- 12:20There's nothing she could have done.
- 12:22And if you were a bystander and and you were seeing this happen, and then you pulled out a gun and shot him, it would probably be in the back, and then this would be a whole nother thing because the race card would be played and everything else.
- 12:38And so, you know, we've gotta be really careful.
- 12:41And I I made a smart Alec comment in our little private chat.
- 12:46But can we get a social worker out there?
- 12:47Like they defunding the police.
- 12:49Let's send a social worker out here and have them patrol these streets because you know that's gonna work.
- 12:55Maybe after a couple of them are brutalized, then places like Seattle will wake up and say, Okay, actually, we do need the police, and we do need to press charges, and we do need to keep these people who are not just mentally ill because I don't want to stigmatize mental illness, like we all know somebody, we all love somebody who has mental illness, but the people who are a danger to others, we have to keep them out of society.
- 13:21We cannot allow them to victimize people because they were victimized or they maybe did too many drugs and fried their brain or whatever caused that.
- 13:30However, that happened, it's not an excuse to allow innocent people to be harmed over and over again.
- 13:37Ashley, you sound really racist right now.
- 13:39It's not his fault he was brought up in a system built on white patriarchy.
- 13:45So can you just take it down a couple notches?
- 13:48And I think we can all be reassured that in the video, they said leaders have pledged to make people feel safer there in Seattle.
- 13:58So we're gonna take a look at how they're doing.
- 14:00What are they doing to make people feel safer there in Seattle?
- 14:04And that brings us to Kurt Benzhof.
- 14:07Kurt Benzhof is a 56-year-old preacher who has lived in Seattle, Washington, since the early 2000s.
- 14:14He is a white male conservative, which is public enemy number one in a city gone woke.
- 14:21Kurt had a son.
- 14:23He and the boy's mother were never married.
- 14:25They broke up.
- 14:26They had an amicable custody arrangements where the boy lived with Kurt for years.
- 14:32By the time COVID happened, the boy was a teenager.
- 14:36Kurt was a COVID dissident from the start.
- 14:38And we all remember the insanity that was happening in these blue cities.
- 14:42They were saying, you know what, these churches, they have to close, but the liquor stores and the strip clubs, those are essential.
- 14:49Those those need to stay open.
- 14:51And Kurt was outspoken about a lot of the COVID insanity.
- 14:56He was outspoken about mask mandates.
- 14:59He refused to comply, and he ran afoul of Seattle law.
- 15:03So the friendly custody arrangement that he had with his ex suddenly became contentious and heated.
- 15:11And to say that things escalated would be a drastic understatement.
- 15:15And this is my first big disclaimer of this episode.
- 15:18You know, when I like to dive into legal cases, I have a PACER account.
- 15:22I'm willing to pay for court documents to untangle things.
- 15:25This thing with Kurt Benshof has gotten so out of control.
- 15:30There are at least over a dozen lawsuits going on where he is either a plaintiff or defendant between the Seattle Municipal Court, the King County Superior Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, the U.S.
- 15:44District Court, Western District of Washington, the Washington Supreme Court, and he's even filed complaints with the local FBI office.
- 15:52So this is all massively complex.
- 15:56Um his ex is involved in a multitude of these cases.
- 15:59He is suing one of the judges.
- 16:01In one case, the court is punishing Kurt Benso for violating a restraining order that he claimed was never delivered.
- 16:09And when they were going back arguing about this, they pulled up the FedEx uh tracking number, and it says, not delivered.
- 16:17So that kind of shows you where things are at with this uh with this court system in Seattle.
- 16:23You fast forward the fall of 2021 at the time of COVID vaccine mandates.
- 16:29A court decided that Kurt Benshof was a danger to his son, and they imposed a domestic violence protection order to the situation.
- 16:39They removed the son from their home.
- 16:41The boy ran away multiple times to return to his dad's only to have the police show up and take him away again because of the domestic violence protection order.
- 16:52This order also made it illegal for Kurt to have any communications with his own son or the mother.
- 17:00When the son texted him, Kurt chose to disobey the ridiculous domestic violence protection order and text his son back.
- 17:08Just to be clear.
- 17:09He has never been accused of violence.
- 17:12He has never done anything violent.
- 17:14He has never said anything violent in any communications with his son or his ex at all whatsoever.
- 17:21None of the text messages contained anything that anyone could find inappropriate, but it was in violation of the judge's order.
- 17:29The judge decided that every single text message was a new domestic violence felony for which he was tried in municipal court without the protections that pursuing those felony charges would have required in criminal court.
- 17:46During his sentencing, the judge apparently found out for the first time that she was being sued in a civil lawsuit by Kurt Benshof for violating his rights as a parent and his constitutional rights.
- 18:03She claimed that she was unaware of this lawsuit against her that had been filed eight months prior to that.
- 18:10So the truth of that is we'll just say that's questionable.
- 18:14She says this is in court now.
- 18:16So he is in court.
- 18:18And this this is the judge speaking to Kurt Benzhoof about his domestic violence charges.
- 18:24I have to start out by saying that this had to have been the worst case of domestic violence abuse that this court has seen.
- 18:34I had to go back and look at the video myself.
- 18:37I'm not gonna play it on the show because the audio is really bad, but like that is verbatim what she said.
- 18:44She said this is the worst case of domestic violence abuse that this court has seen.
- 18:50Again, this is for a father returning text messages to his son.
- 18:57Nicole, I'm gonna have you weigh in.
- 19:00I mean, we just have to take it for face value what it is, right?
- 19:04We have two individuals that have a child that's being put in the crosshairs of this absolute insanity.
- 19:11Again, knowing that his actions are being taken and used against him in the manner that they are without due process or not, like you said, being able to be represented in the typical way that maybe somebody would be able to defend themselves and them saying that this is the worst that they've ever seen, knowing good and well we know that that's not true, and there's tons of cases out there that are absolutely horrific.
- 19:36Um, just goes to show you the abuse of power and how broken our legal system is and how so many in the family court system are being subjected to false claims and losing their children because of it.
- 19:50This is absolutely terrifying as a parent and knowing how it can go really bad quickly and the court system use these things against you when you're trying.
- 20:00Trying to protect yourself and your child.
- 20:03Well, one of the behaviors that the court was very concerned about was that Kurt Benshoof had the audacity to show his son Matt Walsh's documentary, What is a Woman?
- 20:15They took this as a sign of ideological extremism.
- 20:20Ashley.
- 20:22Well, we had our kids watch What is a Woman 2?
- 20:25How old is this young man?
- 20:27This is the kid.
- 20:28He's about 16 at this point in time.
- 20:31So our kids are much younger.
- 20:32My oldest is 16 now, and we had them watch What is a Woman?
- 20:36Because I'm like, we need to we need to talk about this whole narrative.
- 20:40We need to have these discussions.
- 20:41If you're gonna hear about this from somebody, you're gonna hear about it from me.
- 20:45And so whoops.
- 20:47How can someone sit there and say something like this is the worst case we've ever seen?
- 20:54Victims' assistants or different victim groups aren't coming out and talking about how this is invalidating the abuse of of women and children all over the place.
- 21:03Exactly.
- 21:04But they're not going to touch it because in this case, it's against a woman, a woman judge and a female parent.
- 21:12You know, so absolutely insane.
- 21:14And like Nicole said, who gets to decide who's the arbiter of which one of these choices is right?
- 21:20First, do no harm, and clearly we can see that there is a lot of harm in altering these children and and going down these paths, and so yeah, there are a lot of cases out there that are like this.
- 21:33It's very scary to me as a parent.
- 21:35It's very scary to watch these things happen.
- 21:38Even when the parents are on the same side, but yet DCS or the court system disagrees as far as vaccination and things like that.
- 21:48I I've been asked to be a medical expert for a parent trying to delay vaccination.
- 21:54And I'm like, what what is my role?
- 21:57Who decides?
- 21:58I can go in there and advocate, but what's gonna happen?
- 22:00Like, it's gonna be my word against some you know, pro-vaccine physician.
- 22:04Do you really want a nurse stepping into that role who's not gonna have the clout?
- 22:08So, yeah, this is such a mess, and I feel so bad for this family.
- 22:12As a psych nurse, it grates on me so deeply.
- 22:16I have worked with the victims of actual physical violence and seen how it destroys them emotionally, especially when it happens when their kids so to hear this judge call him replying to text messages from his desperate son to characterize that as violence is just so egregious.
- 22:36And these woke phrases that get bandied around, words are violence and silence is violence, is some of the most retarded BS I have ever heard in my life.
- 22:48And again, it is a slap in the face to people who have experienced actual physical, real violence.
- 22:55Well, and you have to ask what kind of abuse is happening at his mom's that he's running away to his dad's.
- 23:01We'll get there.
- 23:02Okay.
- 23:02We'll get there.
- 23:03One of the things that concerns me about this, I feel like the globalists, the progressives, the Washington Swamp, they all know that if they push someone far enough, if they take away everything from someone, people are going to feel cornered and it's going to incite violence, and then that will just be used as justification for their ridiculous actions.
- 23:27They'll say, C see, we told you all along this person's dangerous, they're violent after they've taken that person's child, after they've taken that person's freedom, after they've taken everything from people, and and it's just it's part of their agenda, it's part of their playbook, it's part of how they're playing the game right now.
- 23:45But you know, we have First Amendment rights, right?
- 23:48Free speech, that sort of thing.
- 23:50So let's unpack what exactly happened in the courtroom.
- 23:54And we are going to do so by checking out some videos off of Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
- 24:02The attorney for Kurt Benshoof is Robert Barnes.
- 24:05And if you're listening to the nurses reports, you've probably heard of him before because he is representing Brooke Jackson in her whistleblower case against Pfizer.
- 24:16He has been fighting the good fight for a long time.
- 24:19He's well worth a follow on social media, Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
- 24:25We're going to hear from him after a quick break.

- 27:52A promise they agree to in 2018.
- 27:55Well, the American people have seen Google's track record prompt in the question.
- 27:59Is Google an untrustworthy player in the AI race?
- 28:08Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 28:11America outmaw.
- 28:21Welcome back to this episode of the Nurses Report.
- 28:24I'm your host, Nurse David Wayne, joined today by nurses Nicole and Ashley.
- 28:29You can find us on America Outloud.news.
- 28:32The Nurses Report is on at 10 a.m.
- 28:35every weekday with an encore at 11 p.m.
- 28:38Eastern Standard Time.
- 28:40Before the break, we were talking about a case out in Seattle where a father has run afoul of the local court system for being opposed to things like mask mandates and showing his son the documentary What is a Woman?
- 28:56And after violating a judge's orders, he found himself mired in just a multitude of lawsuits.
- 29:03And we're going to pick it up with a video from his lawyer who's named Robert Barnes.
- 29:09And despite you know, many of them uh being familiar with the problems of the judicial branch, they were still shocked to hear a judge say that overtly.
- 29:17That I could and I'll explain why uh how completely uh outrageous it is.
- 29:23But they were like Senator Cruz was like, a judge didn't really say this.
- 29:26Yeah, Senator.
- 29:27Uh the judge really said it.
- 29:29The judge said that the Constitution of the United States could not be mentioned in her courtroom uh in the bench roof case, period.
- 29:36Even though the statute, as a matter of law, makes the Constitution a complete defense to the charges.
- 29:44The statute itself explicitly does.
- 29:47The jury instructions emphasize in the notes include all of these whenever the constitutional uh issues are present.
- 29:55The model penal code the law is based on requires that the that the
- 30:00Jury be instructed on the constitutional limits of the law and the full defense that the constitution provides any defendant in such a case.
- 30:10So this comes right from the law itself.
- 30:12There's no dispute about this, no question about it, no controversy about it.
- 30:16And yet the judge refused to give that instruction.
- 30:18Indeed.
- 30:19So this is a case in which Kurt Benchou alleged to have committed felony stalking and uh gross misdemeanor harassment based on his speech and petitioning activity.
- 30:30So that's the concern is the second part of that.
- 30:33Normally a stalking case concerns just behavior, harassment, just behavior.
- 30:38It's it's violating trespass rules, right?
- 30:41Things like that.
- 30:42You keep showing up physically in places you're not supposed to be.
- 30:45It is not typically supposed to be predicated on anything that is constitutionally protected.
- 30:52Ashley, when you hear a judge say that, the constitution has no place in my courtroom.
- 30:58What are your thoughts here?
- 31:00I think you need to go back to law school.
- 31:02I'm not sure.
- 31:03I think you need to lose your law license.
- 31:04I mean, I don't play one on TV.
- 31:08But I'm pretty sure the constitution is the supreme law of the land.
- 31:12One of the issues at play here is that this is all happening in municipal court.
- 31:19So this is basically like traffic tickets, that sort of thing.
- 31:22It was never intended to be a trial court for felonies.
- 31:26What they did is they took the rules for prosecuting crimes and gave that power to these radical judges in municipal court without also giving them all the protections from the constitution that are required when you're criminally prosecuting someone.
- 31:45So these judges have all this power with none of the checks and balances.
- 31:50And that's part of how we've gotten to where we are.
- 31:53So are they gonna try to push this, like continue to push these cases?
- 31:56And that's why he has all of these lawsuits pending and these different cases going, is so that way he can push it up into higher court and get these invalidated based on the fact that it wasn't done properly and he wasn't given due process.
- 32:10That's the hope.
- 32:11The hope is that at some point it gets to a high enough court where they aren't completely insane, and some of these things get put in check.
- 32:20That that is the hope.
- 32:22And this is the same place where this woman that we watched that video at the beginning of the show.
- 32:28Yeah, this is the same place.
- 32:30This the building behind them in that video is this courthouse where this is happening.
- 32:35So, for those of you, if you missed the beginning few minutes of the show, we talked about a woman who is brutally attacked in Seattle.
- 32:41So, what Dave is saying is that building directly behind where she was attacked, and this man has been brutalizing and escalating.
- 32:48The police are aware of him, know him.
- 32:51This is the same court system prosecuting Mr.
- 32:55Benseth that failed to protect the public from this man who is regularly harming people.
- 33:04Can we just take a second to wrap our minds around that?
- 33:07Because that is bewildering.
- 33:10I mean, he's being treated like somebody who created like Ashley just said, we we just saw the complete contrast of someone who committed a you know heinous crimes, uh physical violence, you know, actual evidence shows harming innocent people, and this guy, this father has done no such thing and are completely taking all these things out of context and again not giving him due process.
- 33:36And you know, I hate to say it, but it's in Seattle.
- 33:38Like, how much luck does this man have even to escalating it up?
- 33:43Like, I mean, I feel like he's kind of gonna be at a loss here because of the area that he's in, because that does matter, especially depending on the judges, and so I I feel this is crazy.
- 33:55This is absolute nuts.
- 33:57The fact that this judge, he's fighting for custody of his son who also wants to return to him.
- 34:02There have been no allegations of abuse.
- 34:05He's clearly non-violent, and this judge is calling that felony harassment.
- 34:10It's it's insane.
- 34:11We see this a lot in family court, though.
- 34:13I mean, this happens a lot where these parents are being basically demonized, and there's a lot of division, and they're being pinned with things that are not true, and these children are in the crosshairs, and they end up being subjected to all this other sensationalism of what's happening between the the other individual, the other parent, and they get away with it.
- 34:34Like this is you know, DCF, you know, CPS, all of it, you know.
- 34:38And so to hear he's fighting for his child, and this is how he's being treated, and the child is able to communicate that he wants to be with his dad and not being able to.
- 34:49Like Ashley said in the chat, this is not America.
- 34:52This is not how we do process.
- 34:55We're gonna continue with the video here.
- 34:57It's right in the Washington instructions.
- 35:00So it's within the Washington law, the Washington state law says it is a complete defense that if if the allegation concerns violating a court order, that the court order was unconstitutional or violated any law or rule, simply like a rule of service or process, the complete defense.
- 35:15Second, it's a complete defense if you're engaged in constitutionally protected conduct.
- 35:20The way they do it is they say the course of conduct component of harassment or stalking doesn't apply or doesn't include free speech or other constitutionally protected conduct.
- 35:31So that was the entire defense for Benchou.
- 35:35All the allegations, it's very unusual.
- 35:37So, for example, they only have one time that he ever physically saw either one of the so-called victims or was physically present with it.
- 35:45Only once in four years.
- 35:46And it was it was a a one-minute interaction where he asked where his son was.
- 35:50That was literally it.
- 35:52That that's not stalking.
- 35:53That's not repeated following for purposes of harassment.
- 35:56All they had otherwise were text asking where his son was at, and otherwise, lawsuits.
- 36:03All of the evidence against him was he's filing lawsuits trying to get his son back.
- 36:09He's filing lawsuits trying to get his house back, he's filing lawsuits trying to get his car back.
- 36:14He's sending process servers.
- 36:16In fact, to give you an idea of how insane it was.
- 36:19The other main piece of evidence cited by the prosecutor in closing against Benchuff was that they alleged he sent his son a pizza on his birthday, pizza on his birthday.
- 36:28So the other defense in stalking and harassment cases is you had any legitimate purpose other than harassment.
- 36:36Ordering a pizza.
- 36:39This could be any one of us.
- 36:40Let's just talk about that for a second.
- 36:42Yeah.
- 36:42I mean, what's to say this could not be any one of us?
- 36:46Oh, yeah.
- 36:47This is the uh this is actually really a disturbing Dave.
- 36:50It is it is prof it, it's terrifying.
- 36:53It's enraging, but it's but it's also terrifying.
- 36:56The fact that he says flat out it's a complete defense.
- 37:00A complete defense, period.
- 37:03You know, he's they're not meeting any of the criteria for these charges.
- 37:08I don't know what you do.
- 37:10Like this man is probably at his wits' ends, brokenhearted because his child is begging him for help and the the complete helplessness that he has to be feeling.
- 37:21Right.
- 37:22Exactly.
- 37:23I can't imagine the despair and just how I mean that's it's his child.
- 37:29We're gonna continue.
- 37:31They were trying to make petitioning the court for redress of grievances a crime.
- 37:36In fact, the jury was instructed that him reporting other people's criminal behavior was itself a threat, an illegal threat.
- 37:45Can you imagine I mean whistleblowing is now a crime in the state of Washington, according to the instruction given to the jury.
- 37:52What were the actual facts of that specific?
- 37:54Like, I'm curious to even know.
- 37:56So he reported a bunch of what he considered criminal behavior.
- 37:59Some undoubtedly was, some disputedly was.
- 38:03Let me get to the part that was disputedly was.
- 38:06He considered what happened is they had his son take the COVID vaccine and get booster shots.
- 38:13I would qualify that as assault, assault on a minor.
- 38:16Without the son's informed consent, and without him even knowing it was happening.
- 38:21They they didn't even tell him any of the side effects.
- 38:24In fact, they lied to the son and told him that there were no side effects at all.
- 38:29Said that the CDC's listed side effects that he had been told about by his dad was fake from his dad.
- 38:36His dad made it up, even though it was right from the CDC's website.
- 38:39So he considered that criminal abuse of a child, an assault of a child and a violation uh of universal code of human rights.
- 38:48But let's go to the crimes that they're undisputedly were committing.
- 38:53The his the mother of the child had gotten to a relationship with another woman who and they go around as global prostitutes.
- 39:02Uh, they they run a global prostitution ring, is what it appears to me.
- 39:06All right, that brings us to the next wrinkle of this situation.
- 39:13This mom must be just a wonderful woman, right?
- 39:15If they're taking this kid, not only taking the kid out of the dad's home, but forbidding him any communications with his dad, the mom, she must just be an upstanding member of society.
- 39:28She must just be a wonderful person, right?
- 39:31Let's look at some other reporting on this case.
- 39:33This is from the website your news.
- 39:38And the headline is breaking news, Kurt Benschouf exposes child sex trafficking in Seattle.
- 39:44A call for justice.
- 39:46Let's meet the mom.
- 39:48Okay, I'm gonna summarize what's going on in this article here.
- 39:52He filed a complaint with the Seattle FBI office claiming that the Seattle court system is not.
- 40:00Knowingly exposing his son to a sex trafficking network by placing his son in the custody of a prostitute who travels across state lines to have sex with consenting paying customers.
- 40:13The child's mother, who allegedly goes by Isabella Q is pimped out by this woman named Solana Sparks.
- 40:21They're both, those are both aliases.
- 40:23Uh, and he accuses Seattle police prosecutors and judges of covering up the trafficking that is happening and retaliating against him because he doesn't want his son placed with this woman.
- 40:35To give you an idea of how expensive all these lawsuits are, allegedly, this woman who's pimping out the boy's mom has already paid over half a million dollars in legal fees so far.
- 40:47So if you look at what is allegedly her website, that is over 800 hours of sex work with strangers at $600 an hour, which is apparently what the going rate is on her website.
- 41:01Ashley.
- 41:03First of all, we got into the wrong business.
- 41:05No, just kidding.
- 41:06What the heck?
- 41:08Like this is the stuff true crime shows are made up of.
- 41:12Like you turn on the TV and they have true crime shows about this kind of thing where somebody is seduced by an individual trafficked, they get all this money made, and they spend the whole time trying to alienate and I'm sorry, but I don't know how this man is controlling himself, knowing that his son is being subject to this.
- 41:35And young men are very popular in this kind of work.
- 41:44And so how do you know that he's not a good idea?
- 41:48Well, it's it's alleged that on social media, they've this woman, her her pimp and the mother who's a prostitute have made references to pedophilia before, allegedly.
- 42:03I mean they're very proud of what they're doing, and and that's one of some of the messaging that's been coming from the left for a long time that sex work is real work, and yay, it's empowering for women.
- 42:15And look at you, like you go girl, like embrace your feminine power, and oh, you're so brave.
- 42:22It's I have so much to say, but the Catholic is coming out, and a little bit of my old testament rage, too.
- 42:29So um look, I don't care what consenting adults do, and you know, I don't necessarily I'm I'm very libertarian, but if she has custody of a minor child, and she is traveling all over, like this this person who is allegedly her pimp is out of Puerto Rico, I believe it is.
- 42:48They cover an enormous geographical area to do this.
- 42:52For those of you listening, there are screenshots on the news article that we pulled up directly from their websites, and use your use your imagination.
- 43:03Viewer discretion advice.
- 43:06Nicole, did you have something and she's got something?
- 43:08I want to hear it.
- 43:09Yeah, excuse me.
- 43:10What's up, Nicole?
- 43:12I just, you know, the fact that you have all this information, you as the layperson, if you will, was able to find all this information, present it in the way that you just have, and you're saying none of this currently is anything that is being used or is able to be um brought forward to show how this particular parent is practiced.
- 43:35Okay, because it's it's it's part of how this judicial system is rigged because this isn't being tried in actual criminal court.
- 43:43So the judge just gets to decide, and he doesn't get any input on what is included and what isn't.
- 43:48So in her courtroom, like uh the jury was not allowed to know that she was engaged in all of this.
- 43:55Like it was it wasn't it wasn't allowed to be part of the conversation.
- 44:00It's just a judge up there saying how incredibly violent this guy is, and he's not allowed to defend himself.
- 44:06He's not allowed to petition the courts that hey, maybe don't place my teenage son in the custody of a couple of prostitutes.
- 44:18Right.
- 44:19But also you vaccinated him against his will.
- 44:22Yeah, let's talk about that.
- 44:24Yeah.
- 44:25You lied.
- 44:25As COVID dissidents, we can't glaze over that part.
- 44:28Yeah.
- 44:29So this kid was allegedly brought in told this vaccine is totally safe and effective, and there's no risk of side effects.
- 44:35And don't even believe what's on the CDC website, which in 2021 was already just an absolute joke.
- 44:42And the consent laws, as we were looking, appears to be that he was of age to be able to give that consent.
- 44:51Um from what we could see, and then he didn't, wasn't allowed, continued to be vaccinated against what he wanted, told information that was not correct, and then everything was downplayed, and then followed it up with more boosters.
- 45:07The parent in me, the rage that I feel, like this just proves you should really pay attention to who you lie down with, and because like having a child with someone like this mother who is doing this to this child is absolutely just mind-blowing to me.
- 45:25And the fact that the court systems are gaslighting this father and this child, it's just like I can't even believe, but it's Seattle, okay.
- 45:34But also, what kind of long-term effects do both of these individuals have that are gonna go through, you know, being subjected to years of this, money and everything else, and again, the COVID-19 vaccine, which we all know is not safe and effective and does have adverse effects and cause death and infertility and all these other things that are not listed.
- 45:56To know that that's out now, is that does that not count for anything moving forward?
- 46:00You know, like wild, wild.
- 46:02We're gonna continue with the video here.
- 46:06Not only was it not in the instructions, the one thing I could not mention in closing argument was any reference to the Constitution of the United States.
- 46:14Her exact words were uh this is pretty darn close to uh exact quote.
- 46:19You're the reference to the constitution has no place in my courtroom.
- 46:25Unbelievable.
- 46:26Unbelievable.
- 46:27And of course, this isn't isolated.
- 46:28This cases like this and statements like this from judges are this is happening in blue cities throughout the country.
- 46:36I'm gonna go ahead and show a clip about why Barnes takes cases like this.
- 46:43And the and like some people ask, why did I talk about this case?
- 46:46Why'd I highlight the case?
- 46:47Two reasons.
- 46:49One is this is what's happening in all liberal democratic jurisdictions, and now we're seeing it at scale by the federal courts against President Trump.
- 46:58The point was what was happening to Trump and uh in the build-up between 2020 and 2024.
- 47:04What's been happening to the January 6th defendants, what's happening now to Trump administration is not an anomaly.
- 47:11Liberal democratic courts are trying to stage coups against the constitutional government in this country and trying to eviscerate our constitutional rights and remedies.
- 47:21Of which Mr.
- 47:21Ben Shuff's case is simply one exemplar.
- 47:25The the second component is how much is an attack on the family.
- 47:28So they're not only attacking his right to petition the court for redress of grievances, the right to report criminal behavior by others, treating both as a crime.
- 47:37But the other thing this whole case was about is your fundamental right to care, custody, control, and contact with your minor child children.
- 47:46The the lower the other courts in in Washington were unconstitutionally prohibiting him from talking, talking to his own teenage son who was desperate to talk to him.
- 47:59A teenage son who had attempted suicide after he had been excluded from talking to his father for an extended time period.
- 48:06So his father was particularly concerned with making sure his son knew he cared about him.
- 48:11And the and the it has always been a defense in America and a specific defense in the state of Washington, that if the underlying court order is unconstitutional, you don't have to obey it.
- 48:22And you cannot be criminally prosecuted for it.
- 48:24Here, they're saying they can take away your parental rights and then put you in prison if you protest it.
- 48:30That's what's terrifying.
- 48:32This is not only targeting political dissidents.
- 48:34If Mr.
- 48:34Benchuv had been pro-vaccine, he's never here.
- 48:37If Mr.
- 48:37Ben Chub had been pro-mask, he's never here.
- 48:39If he'd been pro-lockdown, he's never here.
- 48:42In fact, the Guardian Elliottum court official in Seattle specifically said his viewpoints about the vaccines are outside uh Seattle's mainstream, and on that basis, he shouldn't be allowed to have contact with his son.
- 48:55That's how insane Seattle's getting.
- 48:57Remember, liberal Democrats believe that we should be locked up and quarantined if we didn't take the vaccine, that our parental rights should be stripped from us.
- 49:05Well, they're actually doing it in the state of Washington.
- 49:08And when he's objecting to the constitutional process, they're making that a crime as well.
- 49:14That's how dangerous this case is.
- 49:16So and how impactful this.
- 49:18And it's not a coincidence.
- 49:19The same week, the state of Washington's legislature passes bills restricting all kinds of parental rights, trying to make the state the parent instead of the parent.
- 49:28And you have the Democratic House Committee caucus chairman saying, I'm sick and tired hearing parents say about their right of access and saying it like that.
- 49:37That's how you that's the tone which he used.
- 49:39This is how nuts.
- 49:40And it's the same week.
- 49:42The attorney general of the state of Washington is threatening every local cop and sheriff in the state that if they help the Trump administration deport dangerous illegal immigrants, it will be the sheriff who goes to jail.
- 49:53It will be the local cop who goes to jail.
- 49:56If Hermate Dillon and the Trump Justice Department do their job, there's a bunch of
- 50:00Judges, a bunch of prosecutors, a bunch of politicians in Washington who belong in prison.
- 50:05That's who belongs in prison, not Kurt Benchu.
- 50:08These are rogue judges that have long since forsaken their oath.
- 50:12We only only take one oath.
- 50:14And that oath is to the Constitution of the United States of America.
- 50:17And if you're in Washington, the state of Washington.
- 50:19That's it.
- 50:20They're not honoring it.
- 50:21They're not abiding it.
- 50:22And they're so used to abusing power, they're shocked when anybody like me shows up and pushes back at all.
- 50:28But that when you have courts convicting people, like what happened in New York, like what happened in DC, like what happened in San Francisco, and now has happened in Seattle, where the Constitution is the one thing you cannot reference in a case where the law itself makes the Constitution undisputably a complete defense to the charges.
- 50:48Then you know how insane the judicial branch has got.
- 50:52Okay.
- 50:53I know you guys love pop quizzes.
- 50:56So let's get to the sentencing.
- 50:57We saw the example of the repeatedly violent man who assaults people outside this courthouse over and over and over.
- 51:06And most of the time he doesn't get charged with anything, much less be sent to jail or prison.
- 51:12So Kurt Benshof, with everything we've learned so far.
- 51:15Do you think, Ashley, he was sentenced to 11 days, 11 weeks, 11 months, or 11 years in prison.
- 51:24I'm gonna go with the obvious for this uh part of the country and say that like many communist dictators, they're gonna send him away for 11 years.
- 51:3211 years.
- 51:34Nicole, do you think they slapped him in solitary confinement right off the bat?
- 51:38What do you what do you think?
- 51:40I mean, at this rate, I'm sure they did.
- 51:42They're they're completely making an example out of this man to set a precedence.
- 51:46Yep, exactly.
- 51:48So I started to look for examples out of Seattle with average prison sentences shorter than what he received.
- 51:56So things like manslaughter, rape in the second degree, rape in the third degree, armed robbery.
- 52:01The list started getting so long that I realized that I was approaching that question backwards.
- 52:08So instead, I have compiled a list of violent crimes in Seattle that will get you a longer prison sentence than Ben Schuf received.
- 52:16Aggravated murder, premeditated murder, malicious explosion, which is setting off a bomb to hurt people, and homicide by abuse.
- 52:26That's it.
- 52:27Four things.
- 52:28In the eyes of Seattle, there are four things worse than what he did.
- 52:34The crimes in Seattle that get similar sentences that get sentences around 11 years include child sex trafficking, the violent rape of a child, and leading an organized crime ring.
- 52:48So all the charges that the mother and her pimp allegedly could potentially.
- 52:55Okay.
- 52:56No, but she's brave and heroic, so there will be no charges against her, which is what he's trying to argue in court is that hey, the court seems to be involved in a criminal enterprise here because of their selective prosecution because of what they're allowing.
- 53:12And this all stemmed from the fact that he did not want his child to receive a COVID vaccine.
- 53:19Our listeners really have to like let that sink in that this has been allowed to go to this level, and that states are allowed to prosecute individuals without due process on the same level as sex trafficking and all the things that Dave just said when he did nothing but want to fight for his son and make sure that he had the best possible outcome by not receiving a product that was not safe or effective, or actually had troop placebo testing, or had any long-term studies to show what happens when you give it to a child.
- 53:52He is being prosecuted for something that we even knew back then was not even a thing, like did not even have that information.
- 54:01Okay.
- 54:01Let's just beyond insane.
- 54:04His son, who at the time, anybody paying attention knew that healthy teenage boy has no risk factors for having a bad case of COVID.
- 54:13All sorts of risk factors for myocarditis.
- 54:16It was all risk, no benefit, didn't prevent transmission.
- 54:19They knew that.
- 54:20In fact, a lot of studies were showing it increased transmission.
- 54:23But him being opposed to that, him being opposed to mask mandates, him being opposed to lockdowns, put him so afoul of the judges up there that they are literally treating him far, far worse than actual violent criminals.
- 54:37The only thing you could do worse, aggravated murder, premeditated murder, malicious explosion, homicide by abuse.
- 54:44That's it.
- 54:45That's what'll get you an average longer prison sentence in Seattle than what this nonviolent father got for being a COVID dissident, trying to keep custody of his son away from prostitutes and fighting for his constitutional rights, which were being egregiously trampled in court.
- 55:05These people get this taste of power and they just run wild with it.
- 55:09And it reminds me of that C.S.
- 55:11Lewis quote about the robber barons.
- 55:14C.S.
- 55:15Lewis said, of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
- 55:22The moral busybodies who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
- 55:32The pharma ghouls, at least they're just doing it for money, and it's kind of like predictable.
- 55:38This is what they do.
- 55:39They're going to kill people for profit.
- 55:41That's what they've always done.
- 55:43That's how you get ahead in that system, is if you're willing to play that game.
- 55:47But these judges, they're doing it because they feel like they have the moral high ground, and it's just delicious to them to trample on people like Kurt Benshof to call them violent, to call text messages violent.
- 56:00Meanwhile, actual violent people are assaulting people outside their very courthouse over and over and over and over.
- 56:09COVID woke us up.
- 56:11It did not wake us up to a sprint.
- 56:14It woke us up to a marathon.
- 56:17We're just getting started.
- 56:19This case kind of seems like an outlier because it's so profoundly absurd.
- 56:24But these things are happening all over the country, and we have a lot of work ahead of us.
- 56:30It's not even going to be solved in our lifetimes.
- 56:32This is a generational battle we're in.
- 56:35It's a spiritual battle that we're in, and that's why it's so important for parents to be able to raise their children how they want, to reflect their beliefs, to not have these petty authoritarians swoop in and take their children away because they refused a COVID vaccine because they watched a documentary.
- 56:59That's what's at stake, and that's what we will continue to talk about here on The Nurses' Report.
- 57:06Unfortunately, we were not done unpacking this important case.
- 57:11And to hear our full take on this situation, you're gonna have to catch the video on Rumble.
- 57:17So until next time, this is Ben Nurses, Nicole, Dave, and Ashley on the Nurses Report.
- 57:24It's time and this is war.
- 57:32It's time and this is
