- 0:00Hello, and welcome to today's episode of Thrive after 45.
- 0:05I'm Denise Drink Walter heart whisperer, midlife mirror and mentor.
- 0:10And every week I am honored to share energy and space with inspiring guests whose stories reflect so many possibilities of thriving beyond 45.
- 0:21Together we'll uncover the whispers of the heart, the power of midlife transformation, and the wisdom that fuels expansion.
- 0:30What if the anxiety you've been carrying isn't who you are?
- 0:36But simply something that's been waiting to be released.
- 0:41It is an honor and a privilege to welcome Carrie Logan to thrive after 45 today.
- 0:47For 25 years, Carrie has been guiding individuals into deeper awareness, healing, and transformation.
- 0:56As a clinical certified hypnotherapist and human consciousness guide, and for 15 consecutive years, she has been voted best hypnotherapist in Salem, Oregon.
- 1:09A reflection not only of her expertise, but of the profound trust that her community places in her work, Carrie has supported.
- 1:18Thousands of people through anxiety, fear, depression, anger, feeling stuck, inner child healing parts therapy, and the clearing of general generational trauma.
- 1:31But what makes her work distinct is this.
- 1:35She does not simply address the symptoms.
- 1:39She guides people into deeper layers of consciousness.
- 1:43Where patterns are formed, beliefs are stored, and where true transformation begins today, we can explore what it truly means to be a human consciousness guide and how healing becomes possible when we move beyond coping.
- 2:01And into awakening.
- 2:03Carrie, welcome such a gift to have you with us here on the show today.
- 2:08Thank you for being here.
- 2:09Thank you for all that you do, Denise.
- 2:11It's fabulous.
- 2:12Thank you.
- 2:13We have to dig right in.
- 2:14What does a human consciousness guide do?
- 2:19What is that?
- 2:21So the best way to describe it, it, it is someone that will sit with you and hear your pain story.
- 2:29What's going on, what's keeping you stuck?
- 2:32Is it, um, are you living a life of constant anxiety?
- 2:36Are you living a life of consistent fear and hyper vigilance and, and second guessing yourself?
- 2:44Unable to trust other people.
- 2:45Like really what is going, going on.
- 2:49Mm-hmm.
- 2:49And I listened to your story and I kind of.
- 2:54Really hear the words that you choose.
- 2:57'cause the words that you choose.
- 2:58Help me to decipher and decode what is your set point.
- 3:04And so if you are a person that constantly has anxiety and fears, you are set at the set point of 100, which is where you're restless.
- 3:16Irritability, you're withdrawn.
- 3:18Nervousness, guarded, suspicious, worry, war.
- 3:21You know, fear fail.
- 3:22You second guess yourself often, and I figure out, was this a learned behavior that was modeled by your parents?
- 3:32Mm.
- 3:32You know, and I always say it was unintentional and unconscious.
- 3:37Sure.
- 3:37You know, our parents don't say like, Ooh, I'm gonna be clean you up to me, so I can't wait to ruin this child's life, you know?
- 3:45No, they don't.
- 3:46Yeah.
- 3:47And even though we might think or perceive that, oh, they were horrible parents, no, they probably did the best that they could because Right.
- 3:57Their childhood was way worse than yours was.
- 3:59Mm.
- 4:00And so it's really opening up that, think about it as you're stuck in a dark room.
- 4:06Mm-hmm.
- 4:07And you cannot find the door out to happiness and just peace of mind.
- 4:13And what I do is I walk you up the steps to shift your perspective by putting light in that dark room.
- 4:21Mm-hmm.
- 4:21And you'll go like, oh.
- 4:23I never thought about that.
- 4:25Oh, I could see it that way.
- 4:27Oh, that could be a possibility.
- 4:30So a good example is, mm-hmm.
- 4:33I met a gentleman, um, several months ago.
- 4:36I've only, I've only had to work with him three times, but when he came to me, he had such bad anxiety that me being an intuitive empath, his energy even bugged me.
- 4:48Mm-hmm.
- 4:48I mean, it was like.
- 4:50Like, yes.
- 4:51Yep.
- 4:52I found out that that was what you would consider generational trauma.
- 4:57It was passed down by, by his great-grandmother.
- 5:00His mother displayed the same extreme anxiety behaviors always, you know, like fearful and hypervigilant that he just absorbed it all like a sponge.
- 5:12Yeah, fall in.
- 5:14And so when I did a hypnosis process with him, I spoke with that little wounded boy that was always so scared and frightened, and I educated it and I let it know that, hey, this isn't your authentic self.
- 5:30This was just passed down.
- 5:33And I wanted to heal it and give it a new job.
- 5:37A new job where yes, you can be grounded, balanced, and centered in the face of chaos.
- 5:43Mm.
- 5:44The where you can respond instead of react.
- 5:48Right?
- 5:49Yeah.
- 5:50Yeah.
- 5:50And it was amazing.
- 5:52And so after I recorded it, I told the gentleman, listen to this for 30 days.
- 5:57Okay.
- 5:58And you're rewiring your brain.
- 6:00I mean, when you think about it is you have this wire here that is all anxiety, fear, fear, fear.
- 6:07And what you're doing is you're deadening and deactivating it.
- 6:11Okay?
- 6:11And you're creating a new positive one.
- 6:13So each time you listen, you're creating that neuro pathway that synapsis and you want it to anchor in, right?
- 6:21So that becomes the main personality.
- 6:24Okay?
- 6:25Yep, yep.
- 6:26Yes.
- 6:26Yeah.
- 6:27And so the second time I saw him, it was like he was a completely different guy.
- 6:32I was just like, wow, isn't that, and he, and it was great because then he was at the point of wanting to look at his relationships and why my relationships aren't working.
- 6:44Yeah.
- 6:44So then we.
- 6:45Unpacked that.
- 6:46Right.
- 6:47You know, this is why, and you have to, and for him it was all about his self-worth.
- 6:53Mm-hmm.
- 6:53He was picking people that would kind of dominate the relationship.
- 6:58And I'm like, no, you're in your fifties.
- 7:02Should be, what do you want?
- 7:04How do you wanna be loved?
- 7:06You know, what does intimacy mean to you?
- 7:09Right.
- 7:10So we worked on that.
- 7:12And it was so great.
- 7:14And I remember getting a, a text from him one day going, now I know what you mean about know my worth and my value.
- 7:24Aw.
- 7:24And yes.
- 7:25And, and even though, you know, some people say, wow, this guy's in his fifties.
- 7:30I'm like, it's never too late.
- 7:32Oh, thank you for that.
- 7:34Thank you for that.
- 7:36It's never too late because now he's having healthy relationships.
- 7:41Yes.
- 7:42He knows what unconditional, genuine love is instead of superficial love.
- 7:49Mm-hmm.
- 7:49Yeah.
- 7:50Yeah.
- 7:50So it's really helping people unpack the things that are holding'em back in life to really thrive and, and be the best version of yourself.
- 8:02Yeah.
- 8:03Yeah.
- 8:04Do you find that the people that come to you are extreme like that?
- 8:09Or do you have others who are like, I just need, I know there's that feeling, there's something more for me and I can't access it.
- 8:16Can you help me figure that out?
- 8:18Oh, yeah.
- 8:19I've had people come that.
- 8:21Um, experience toxic relationships and put so many walls around them, but now the walls don't serve a purpose.
- 8:29Right.
- 8:29But they know how to dismantle them.
- 8:31Yep.
- 8:32And I help'em dismantle the walls.
- 8:34There's some people that, um, had um, narcissist abuse and Yeah.
- 8:42And that was extreme for them.
- 8:44And they don't know what is a healthy relationship and they question.
- 8:48Can I have a healthy relationship?
- 8:50Can I find real love?
- 8:53'cause all I've found is, you know, rotten apples.
- 8:55Yeah.
- 8:56Right, right.
- 8:57Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 8:58And so it, it really is, you know.
- 9:02There's many different areas that people, you know, come to me and, and want help.
- 9:07But the beauty is, is when I see them again, it's like they're a completely different person.
- 9:12Mm-hmm.
- 9:13And it just makes my, my heart beam because it's like, no, this is a gift you gave yourself.
- 9:20Yes, exactly.
- 9:21It was within you.
- 9:22Yes.
- 9:23I was a catalyst.
- 9:24Right.
- 9:25Yes.
- 9:26That's why I say I'm the tour guide.
- 9:29You are the one, the journey.
- 9:31I love that.
- 9:33I love that.
- 9:33Yeah.
- 9:34Great way to put it.
- 9:35Yeah.
- 9:36Great way to put it.
- 9:37Because a tour guide, everybody hears the same information, but everybody absorbs it differently because they're in different spots in terms of their journey.
- 9:44Right.
- 9:45Right.
- 9:45And that's why I called it a human consciousness guide.
- 9:49I didn't wanna call it a coach'cause I'm not coaching you.
- 9:52Right.
- 9:52I'm guiding you and, and you having those aha moments, you going, oh, I didn't realize that.
- 10:01Yeah.
- 10:01And then deciphering, okay, what works for you?
- 10:06And it's amazing.
- 10:07'cause I remember one guy that.
- 10:10W was married to a narcissistic woman.
- 10:13She did horrible things for, he like wanted to forgive her so bad.
- 10:19Mm.
- 10:19And he was in his seventies.
- 10:21Mm-hmm.
- 10:22And in 20 minutes I took him from the place of regret and guilt and anger all the way up to love and joy.
- 10:30And he was like, I, he was laughing.
- 10:32He's like, what did you just do?
- 10:35And I, and I said, I shifted your perspective.
- 10:39And he is like, oh my God, I can actually forgive her now.
- 10:42And I said, yes, you really can.
- 10:44You don't need to hold onto that resentment'cause that resentment clouds your perspective when you're trying to date someone new.
- 10:53Right.
- 10:53Totally.
- 10:54I could see how that would happen.
- 10:55Absolutely.
- 10:56Yeah.
- 10:57So you tap into, I'm just getting this incorrect in my mind, you tap into the subconscious, so the people that come to see you are not necessarily doing the heavy lifting for the work.
- 11:16In some, well, you look at it is, think about it is we're lifting stones.
- 11:21Think about you're in a garden and you're lifting up rocks, and there's little secrets and hidden stuff under the stones.
- 11:28Okay, so we're kind of, you think about it, you're lifting a stone up and you're going, well, like for example, what was your, what was your ex-wife's life like?
- 11:38Like what was her childhood like?
- 11:41You know, and, and really shifting it to where you get out of the victim mentality.
- 11:47Mm-hmm.
- 11:48Mm-hmm.
- 11:48And you get into the perspective of everybody has a story, everybody has a journey.
- 11:55And the beauty of it is, I tell people at the end of it, it's just information.
- 12:02Because that was what, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, how many years ago?
- 12:07It's just information.
- 12:09Right.
- 12:10Yeah.
- 12:10And now you have a choice to decide what do I wanna do with that information?
- 12:15Do I want it to still cloud my judgment?
- 12:19Right.
- 12:19And, you know, my perception of the world, or am I ready to let it go?
- 12:24Yes.
- 12:25Yeah.
- 12:26Love that.
- 12:27Love that.
- 12:27Yeah.
- 12:28And do you find that people, um, tend to.
- 12:34Go to the ladder, letting it go.
- 12:35I wanna let it go.
- 12:36That's why I'm here.
- 12:37I want to help myself.
- 12:39Right.
- 12:40A lot of people wanna let it go, and sometimes mm-hmm.
- 12:43I give people homework and I, and I, mm-hmm.
- 12:45It's like, for example, one gentleman.
- 12:49He loved his wife so much and they, they got divorced because she wa she became a, a drug addict and she was hiding her addiction from him for years.
- 13:02And he wanted to be that white knight and save her, but he couldn't.
- 13:06And I said to her.
- 13:07While she's teaching you one the hardest lesson, we all as humans have to learn.
- 13:13That's unconditional love.
- 13:15Yeah.
- 13:15And two, she's your greatest teacher, so can you see what gifts she gave you?
- 13:21Mm-hmm.
- 13:21Mm-hmm.
- 13:21And at first he was so puzzled, like, what do you mean what gifts she gave me, right?
- 13:27And I said, well, you just sat here and told me that.
- 13:31Um, you're a religious guy.
- 13:33You're, you're a Christian, and before, you know, meeting her, God was like, you ordering takeout, and now because of this horrible experience you went through, you.
- 13:46Pray every day you walk hand in hand with God.
- 13:49That's a gift.
- 13:51Mm-hmm.
- 13:51That is a beautiful thing.
- 13:53Even though it came out from a horrible situation.
- 13:57Right.
- 13:57That's a gift, you know?
- 13:59And he looked at it and I said, and what else has she taught you?
- 14:03She's taught you.
- 14:04Healthy boundaries.
- 14:05She's taught you what is unconditional love instead of conditional love.
- 14:10She taught you to know your worth and your value.
- 14:13You know, look at all the gifts she gave you, right?
- 14:17Yeah.
- 14:17And that's the, the thing is you get out of that victim mindset, you know, and I said, and count your blessings.
- 14:24You're not her.
- 14:25Right?
- 14:25So instead of praying, you know that she, you know.
- 14:32Just pray that she finds her way.
- 14:34Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 14:36'cause and I, and I said that's the biggest thing I teach people too, is you gotta step out of the human experience.
- 14:42Yes.
- 14:43And into the soul experience because your soul is here on earth to learn lessons.
- 14:48Mm-hmm.
- 14:48Everybody is a teacher and student for one another.
- 14:52Mm-hmm.
- 14:53So what is she here to teach you?
- 14:55I love that lens.
- 14:57It's a perfect lens.
- 14:58Yeah, it is.
- 14:59Because when we get stuck in the human lens, it's all emotion.
- 15:03It's all, you know.
- 15:04Ugh.
- 15:04Yeah.
- 15:06But it's like no step out of it.
- 15:08It's here.
- 15:08So you evolve.
- 15:10Right, right.
- 15:11It has a purpose, doesn't it?
- 15:13Yeah.
- 15:13Yes.
- 15:14Yeah.
- 15:15Yeah.
- 15:15Yeah.
- 15:16And as soon as we learn, learn the lesson, it's gone.
- 15:19Yeah.
- 15:19Because as you know, if you don't learn the lesson, it's gonna repeat, repeat, repeat.
- 15:25And it's horrible when it repeats.
- 15:28Exactly.
- 15:29Yeah.
- 15:29I'm smiling with my hand up.
- 15:31Yep.
- 15:31I've had a few repeat lessons and I know there's more in the horizon.
- 15:36Yes, they are.
- 15:37It's never ending.
- 15:38Yeah.
- 15:39And, and nor should it be.
- 15:41Yes, because my feeling and belief system is when I stop learning, then it will be my last breath.
- 15:51Let's hope.
- 15:51That's how my life continues, right?
- 15:53Because that's who I am at the core.
- 15:56I'm a person who always loves to learn.
- 15:59The hardest learning, I think, sometimes is those lessons because we are blinded, we are so close to the situation that it gets so bad that we get woken up, right?
- 16:10Yes.
- 16:11But I always say without great chaos, there cannot be great change.
- 16:16Mm.
- 16:16Love that.
- 16:18I love your sayings.
- 16:20Yeah.
- 16:20And so it just, it, yeah, it, it has to, it has to happen, and it's like.
- 16:28You're kind of being forced to wake up.
- 16:30Mm-hmm.
- 16:31You know, wake up and smell the coffee, wake up to, you know, the reality of really what's going on.
- 16:38Yeah.
- 16:38And because here's the truth, we can gaslight ourselves.
- 16:43Oh yeah.
- 16:44Oh, huge.
- 16:45Even people with toxic positivity can gaslight themselves.
- 16:49Yes.
- 16:50I mean, I've worked with one client that she was so positive, so wonderful, but when I told her, you keep gaslighting yourself, and she didn't know what it was, and when she looked it up, she literally broke down crying, going, oh my God.
- 17:04You're right.
- 17:04You're right.
- 17:05Yeah.
- 17:05Yeah.
- 17:05Yeah.
- 17:07I'm like, I know you want everything to be roses and everything to be beautiful, but let's be honest, there's jerks in this world.
- 17:14There's unkind people in this world.
- 17:16Yeah.
- 17:16And they're here to teach you to set healthy boundaries.
- 17:20Yeah.
- 17:20To speak your truth.
- 17:21Not out, not out of fear, but out of strength and purpose.
- 17:24Right.
- 17:25Yeah.
- 17:26Exactly, and that's why we do this show, to bring this information to our audience so that people can see.
- 17:34In particular, I find women in midlife, our core audience.
- 17:40I always wonder, is there a reason why our.
- 17:45Physicality hits certain milestones at certain points so that we get to take that pause and reflection when our body's going crazy with all the hormones.
- 17:57That's our time to, you know, whoa, start to give back to yourself.
- 18:02Start to remove yourself from everybody else's life and look at yourself as a person now, and now is your time to shine and do what is best for you.
- 18:11In this journey of life.
- 18:13Right?
- 18:14So like, I'm curious.
- 18:15Well, and, and get the mi out of the mindset that it's selfish to do that.
- 18:20Oh my gosh, that is huge.
- 18:23So many women are programmed conditioned to think that, no, you're being selfish if you do that.
- 18:30And I'm like, who sold you that Lie?
- 18:33Yeah, it's, and it's so true.
- 18:35I believe it was Abraham Hicks in one of her multiple hundreds of thousands of sessions.
- 18:41She does, um, talked about people who'd say, well, you're being selfish and what are they asking for your time?
- 18:47It's like, whoa.
- 18:50Yeah.
- 18:50There's a good mirror.
- 18:52You know?
- 18:53Yeah.
- 18:54Well, yes, and people project their issues upon us.
- 18:57Hmm.
- 18:57And it's really learning to know.
- 19:01I always tell people know the key words about toxic people, you know?
- 19:06Mm-hmm.
- 19:07What, what is gaslighting?
- 19:08Stonewalling, undermining, you know, projecting, when you know all that.
- 19:14Mm-hmm.
- 19:14And you then see it being displayed.
- 19:16You're like, oh my gosh, they've been doing this to me all along, and I had no clue.
- 19:23Right.
- 19:23Right.
- 19:25And, and isn't it beautiful that they can now see it for what it is and be able to respond, like you say, and not react.
- 19:35Yes.
- 19:35And I, and I tell people, of course, at first you will get angry.
- 19:39I mean, who, who doesn't Well, but don't stay in that mindset of anger, you know, rise up out of it and be like, okay, what, you know now that I have this information.
- 19:52Yes.
- 19:52What, what's the best path forward for me?
- 19:55And there it is right there.
- 19:57There's the icing on the cake.
- 19:59What is the best path forward for me?
- 20:02Me?
- 20:03Yeah.
- 20:03Yeah, yeah.
- 20:05So we do this work for you by you because of you, not for anyone else.
- 20:12Well, and when you think about it, when you do this work.
- 20:16Your whole world changes.
- 20:18Yeah.
- 20:18You are a happier person.
- 20:20The people around you see you're happier.
- 20:23You're now thriving.
- 20:25You wake up in the morning with purpose and meaning, and, and you feel good about the world instead of waking up, and you're just bitter and angry and resentful.
- 20:34Yeah.
- 20:35And we know when that carries on that that dense negative energy, it will impact our bodies because it holds energy in our bodies and then we become sick.
- 20:47So become your own worst enemy.
- 20:51So it's like we are trying to show you the power of taking control and taking the steps forward to move your life and do things for you by you because of you, like I mentioned.
- 21:03Yeah.
- 21:04Well, yes, you're a hundred percent because it is what I like to say, dis-ease.
- 21:10It's a dis-ease.
- 21:13You have all this dense, trapped, negative emotions within you.
- 21:18It festers and then it does form an illness.
- 21:22I mean, the perfect book I use all the time is the secret language of your body.
- 21:28And this woman, um, had so many health issues mm-hmm.
- 21:33That she connected with divine healing intelligence and cured herself.
- 21:37Yep.
- 21:39It's a fabulous, amazing book and whenever I work with anyone with health conditions, I pull out that book and I read them.
- 21:47Here's the probable cause.
- 21:48Yes.
- 21:49Love that.
- 21:49For those, for those of you who are watching on YouTube, it's, it is called The Secret Language of Your Body, the Essential Guide to Health and Wellness by Ina Segal.
- 22:02It's my Bible.
- 22:04Well, you saw I just pulled it up from, yeah.
- 22:07From above my head.
- 22:09It is very powerful and, um, it, it all makes sense when we look at.
- 22:17Look at our lifetime trajectory, the way that you've been explaining it and sharing it here.
- 22:23Totally.
- 22:24Because once you clear it, it's like you have more energy, you feel better.
- 22:30I mean, it's so amazing.
- 22:32Well, and it lines in too, you know.
- 22:34Um, the placebo effect.
- 22:36Mm-hmm.
- 22:37You know, if you really, really believe that I can transform my body and all of, all of this, I mean, even that book, the secret language of, you know, of, of water, you know, the power of water.
- 22:49Mm-hmm.
- 22:49You know, if you wanna make that experiment where you bless your water and stuff, I mean, heck do it.
- 22:55Right.
- 22:56I mean, our.
- 22:57I mean, the water is alive, the molecules and all of that.
- 23:01You know, we, there's so amazing things that we can, we can do.
- 23:05It's just fabulous.
- 23:07Yeah.
- 23:07And we don't when we don't know, but once we get the knowledge, once we become informed, we can make different choices that benefit us long term.
- 23:19Totally.
- 23:19Yeah.
- 23:20Yes.
- 23:21Love it.
- 23:22Love it.
- 23:24Yeah.
- 23:24Is there anything that we, I mean, there's so much we've talked about and I know there's so many other pieces that we've missed, but is there anything you would love to leave our audience with as we get ready to close our conversation today?
- 23:39I think the biggest thing is, you know, especially for women, as our bodies are changing and the hormones and we.
- 23:51Gain those extra pounds and our hair gets thinner and mm-hmm.
- 23:54And all, and we get lines and all that stuff, is to really just show yourself grace.
- 24:00Mm.
- 24:00Mm-hmm.
- 24:01I think that's the most important thing because all of us, you know, when we were in our, our twenties or whatever, thought, oh, I'll never be overweight.
- 24:11You know, oh, I'll, I'll always be this, I'll always be that.
- 24:14But you know, things happen.
- 24:17Yeah.
- 24:18You know, accidents happen.
- 24:20You know, I mean mm-hmm.
- 24:21We, things always happen and so I tell people, just give yourself a little bit of grace.
- 24:27Be kind and gentle and patient with you as you would your best friend, and talk to yourself.
- 24:34Please talk to yourself as you would someone you love and adore.
- 24:39Because we at times can be our worst enemy and say the most horrific, horrible things to ourselves and our body does listen.
- 24:49Yeah, it does respond.
- 24:50So when we have these transitions and changes, look at it is your justifying wine.
- 24:58Mm-hmm.
- 24:59I love that.
- 25:00You're getting better with, you're getting better with age and yeah.
- 25:03And enjoy it really?
- 25:05And, and enjoy it.
- 25:06I mean, because people ask, well, my husband and I, there's this game we do.
- 25:11Like, would you rather, and one of the questions was, would I rather, um, be immortal when I was 22 years old and have the mindset of a 22-year-old, or would I rather wait until I'm 40?
- 25:28And have the mindset, you know, and that of a 40-year-old, and both my husband and I were like, oh, 40.
- 25:34Nope.
- 25:34Yep.
- 25:35Yes.
- 25:36Oh, I was still stupid when I was in my twenties.
- 25:43It's amazing how, um, wisdom comes with maturity and experience, right?
- 25:50Yes, yes.
- 25:50And, and I think we get to hold that with care and compassion, right?
- 25:56Yeah.
- 25:57Yeah.
- 25:58Instead of deflecting it and trying to change it, because the reality is everybody ages every day, so Oh, yeah.
- 26:06It's what we do.
- 26:07It's life.
- 26:07It's how it works, and what a blessing to be able to be in your forties, fifties, sixties, seventies, eighties.
- 26:14Like what a blessing to wake up to see the next day.
- 26:18Because as we know, many people don't get that opportunity.
- 26:22So if you look at it like you shared before, look at it through a different lens, a possibility your whole world will change with you, you know, without having to do a whole lot.
- 26:35Yeah, it's true.
- 26:36And I just to let your listeners know too.
- 26:38Mm-hmm.
- 26:38I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
- 26:42You wanna talk to me and just see like, Hey, am I a good match?
- 26:47Check?
- 26:47Great.
- 26:48If I feel like I'm not a good match, I will tell you, well, these are your options, or this is, you know, listen to this or, you know, um, I recommend this book or, or try that, but Wonderful.
- 26:59Yeah.
- 26:59I'm just, I'm here to make the world a better place.

- 27:50It's a two day immersive gathering.
- 27:53For 1200 women in midlife years, women who are feeling a quiet pull towards something more truthful, more embodied, more fully their own.
- 28:06Ignite is an extension of these types of conversations that we have on Thrive after 45.
- 28:14It's where reflection becomes embodiment, where insight becomes integration, where women who have held so much for others.
- 28:24Gather to stand fully in their own sovereignty.
- 28:28So if something in today's conversation stirred in you, if your body started to lean in.
- 28:34That may not be accidental.
- 28:37The wait list is now open, so if Ignite feels like something your future self would thank you for.
