Questions Grow Over Ashley Moody’s Handling of the Epstein Investigation (10/15/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Down in Florida, there is a Senate race
• 0:07
Speaker 1: that is currently underway between Ashley Moody and Angie Nixon.
• 0:13
Speaker 1: But only one of these people have ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: And that person is Ashley Moody. Now, when I say
• 0:20
Speaker 1: that she has ties to Epstein, I don't mean through herself.
• 0:24
Speaker 1: She wasn't somebody that was palling around with Epstein. But
• 0:28
Speaker 1: a lot of the people that support her most certainly were.
• 0:32
Speaker 1: And when you look at her role as Attorney General
• 0:35
Speaker 1: down in Florida during the FDLE investigation, and then you
• 0:39
Speaker 1: look at the donations that she's received, and her staunch
• 0:42
Speaker 1: support of Todd Baby Billy Blanche and Donald Trump when
• 0:45
Speaker 1: it comes to the Epstein issue, there certainly seems to
• 0:48
Speaker 1: be a lot more than meets the eye. So in
• 0:51
Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to talk a little bit more
• 0:53
Speaker 1: about Ashley Moody and the amount of money that she's
• 0:55
Speaker 1: received from Jeffrey Epstein's buddies during this campaign and others.
• 1:01
Speaker 1: This article was published by Dropsite News and the headline,
• 1:05
Speaker 1: After Ashley Moody Epstein Probed Donors, Linked to Him, Poured
• 1:08
Speaker 1: Money into Her Senate Campaign. This article was authored by
• 1:12
Speaker 1: Julian Andreon and Ryan Grimm. During her tenure as Florida
• 1:18
Speaker 1: Attorney General, Senator Ashley Moody led an investigation into the
• 1:22
Speaker 1: work release program that allowed Jeffrey Epstein to engage in
• 1:26
Speaker 1: sexual encounters while imprisoned for soliciting underage girls for prostitution.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: Now this is the woman, okay, who was in charge
• 1:35
Speaker 1: of that fugazi-ass investigation that cleared everybody. When we damn
• 1:40
Speaker 1: well know that Epstein was abusing people while he was
• 1:43
Speaker 1: on work release. This was the lady behind the sticks.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: After nearly two years of probing, she concluded no wrongdoing. Now, Moody,
• 1:53
Speaker 1: a Republican, is up for re-election in a tight race
• 1:56
Speaker 1: for a Florida Senate seat against Democratic State Representative Angie Nixon.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: And she's received $ 50, 000 from individuals connected to Epstein. Well,
• 2:06
Speaker 1: that doesn't shock me one bit, honestly. Paying it forward, right? Oh,
• 2:11
Speaker 1: you killed that FDLE investigation? We'll make sure we donate
• 2:15
Speaker 1: to you later on down the road. This is a
• 2:17
Speaker 1: vote we can count on when it comes to Epstein.
• 2:20
Speaker 1: And I wish that was just hyperbole. But when you
• 2:23
Speaker 1: look at her record when it comes to this topic,
• 2:26
Speaker 1: it all really starts to make sense. Douglas Band, a
• 2:32
Speaker 1: former Bill Clinton staffer who communicated with Glenn Maxwell to
• 2:35
Speaker 1: schedule meetings between the former president and Jeffrey Epstein, donated $ 14, 000
• 2:40
Speaker 1: to Moody's Victory Fund on April 15th. Doug Band, huh?
• 2:45
Speaker 1: Another hell of a guy. And one, in my opinion,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: that committed perjury when he gave his testimony. Just like
• 2:51
Speaker 1: the rest of the people that got up there and
• 2:54
Speaker 1: talked a bunch of nonsense. Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwartzman and
• 2:59
Speaker 1: John Castamaitis, two billionaires who appeared respectively in call logs
• 3:03
Speaker 1: and address books in the Epstein files, donated the next
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: most to Moody's fund at $ 12, 000 and $ 10, 000 a pop.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: Apollo Global Management CEO Mark Rowan, another billionaire, who maintained
• 3:15
Speaker 1: a relationship with Epstein even after the disgraced financier had
• 3:19
Speaker 1: been jailed for solicitation of prostitution from a minor, and
• 3:23
Speaker 1: Ronald Lauder, the billionaire heir, to the Estee Lauder companies
• 3:26
Speaker 1: who appear in the Epstein files for meetings and joint
• 3:30
Speaker 1: purchasing agreements with Epstein, both chipped in $ 7, 000. And do
• 3:34
Speaker 1: you think that they're not going to expect a return
• 3:36
Speaker 1: on their investment? They want the Epstein files to go away.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: Do you think any one of those people that we
• 3:42
Speaker 1: just talked about wants any more information to come out?
• 3:46
Speaker 1: Especially considering all of them were at the very least
• 3:49
Speaker 1: adjacent to Jeffrey Epstein while Jeffrey Epstein was doing what
• 3:52
Speaker 1: he was doing. Moody announced her probe on August 6, 2019,
• 3:59
Speaker 1: four days before Epstein's death and shortly after Governor Ron
• 4:02
Speaker 1: DeSantis ordered the transfer of an internal investigation being conducted
• 4:06
Speaker 1: by Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw to the Florida
• 4:09
Speaker 1: Department of Law Enforcement. Two days later, on August 8,
• 4:13
Speaker 1: Moody immediately found that the work release had not been
• 4:16
Speaker 1: authorized by a judge. We have not been able to
• 4:19
Speaker 1: locate any administrative order, nothing in the transcript, That would
• 4:23
Speaker 1: indicate that the judge was aware of ordered work release
• 4:26
Speaker 1: in this particular case, she told local media. Yet, it
• 4:30
Speaker 1: took almost two years for her office to finish investigating
• 4:34
Speaker 1: how law enforcement allowed Epstein's work release to go forward. Well,
• 4:38
Speaker 1: she had to make sure that she was doing the
• 4:39
Speaker 1: right thing and not stepping on anybody's toes. Can't be
• 4:45
Speaker 1: going after Epstein's buddies without the proper permission, can you?
• 4:49
Speaker 1: So she fell in line, she played the game, And
• 4:52
Speaker 1: she came back with a result from her Fugazi-ass investigation
• 4:56
Speaker 1: that has been proven to be, well, Fugazi. NBC News
• 5:01
Speaker 1: has since substantiated claims that Epstein abused the Palm Beach
• 5:04
Speaker 1: work release program, which allowed eligible inmates to leave detention
• 5:08
Speaker 1: for up to 16 hours a day, multiple days a week,
• 5:11
Speaker 1: to resume working their jobs or completing approved projects. What's
• 5:15
Speaker 1: hilarious about that is that we've been talking about this
• 5:18
Speaker 1: for years. And when I say we, I don't just
• 5:20
Speaker 1: mean me. I mean all of us who have been
• 5:22
Speaker 1: in the trenches for all the years. We knew about
• 5:26
Speaker 1: all of this. Tried to tell people. Tried to warn people.
• 5:30
Speaker 1: And those same people over at NBC, who seem to
• 5:32
Speaker 1: care now, didn't give a flying fuck back then. Because
• 5:36
Speaker 1: if they did, this would be a whole different story.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: They reported in June of 2026 that at least five
• 5:44
Speaker 1: women say they had sexual encounters with Epstein while he
• 5:47
Speaker 1: was participating in the jail's now-defunct work release program, according
• 5:51
Speaker 1: to records released this year by the Justice Department as
• 5:54
Speaker 1: part of the agency's Epstein investigation. The encounters occurred at
• 5:58
Speaker 1: his office in West Palm Beach and in a car
• 6:01
Speaker 1: parked outside the county jail, the women said in FBI interviews.
• 6:06
Speaker 1: So just like Elaine Maxwell's citizenship should be tossed out,
• 6:11
Speaker 1: the NPA should also retroactively be done away with. He
• 6:17
Speaker 1: was in dereliction of the agreement the whole entire time.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: This dude was out here still doing what he was doing,
• 6:25
Speaker 1: assaulting people, when allegedly he's under the care of the state.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: So if I was one of these girls, or if
• 6:32
Speaker 1: I was advising them, and I'm not, but if I was,
• 6:35
Speaker 1: I would be suing Florida too. Nevertheless, Moody's FDLE investigation
• 6:41
Speaker 1: wrapped up in May of 2021, concluding no noticeable misconduct
• 6:45
Speaker 1: by the sheriff's office or state prosecutors in Palm Beach
• 6:49
Speaker 1: County in Gretting Epstein said work release. Yeah, nothing to
• 6:53
Speaker 1: see here. Everything was on the up and up. That's
• 6:55
Speaker 1: what we do down in Florida. We let people go
• 6:58
Speaker 1: under work release so they can continue to abuse and
• 7:01
Speaker 1: molest people. Make sure you send me a donation. Upon
• 7:06
Speaker 1: the conclusion of the investigation, former FBI agent Stuart Kaplan
• 7:10
Speaker 1: criticized its lack of search warrants, subpoenas, or grand jury.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: It appears the FDLE solely depended upon the cooperation and
• 7:18
Speaker 1: memory of those involved, Kaplan told the West Palm Beach TV. Yeah,
• 7:23
Speaker 1: you know, trust us, bro. Because that's worked out so
• 7:25
Speaker 1: well when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Like, what are
• 7:29
Speaker 1: we even doing here? Especially when we're talking about Florida.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: That situation needs to be addressed. And somebody like Ashley
• 7:37
Speaker 1: Moody should be answering questions about her role. Now, look,
• 7:41
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you that,
• 7:43
Speaker 1: you know, she's on Epstein's payroll or whatever, at least
• 7:45
Speaker 1: not directly. But she most certainly is on the payroll indirectly.
• 7:50
Speaker 1: I mean, what do you think these campaign donations are for?
• 7:53
Speaker 1: You think they just want to throw her some money because? No,
• 7:57
Speaker 1: my guess is it's because of the way she's been
• 7:59
Speaker 1: voting when it comes to Epstein. Sarah Kellan, a former
• 8:03
Speaker 1: aide to Epstein, testified before the House Oversight Committee that
• 8:07
Speaker 1: Epstein paid Palm Beach County law enforcement officers for preferential treatment,
• 8:11
Speaker 1: though she did not specify how much. Well, that's something
• 8:15
Speaker 1: we've heard for a long time too, and not just
• 8:17
Speaker 1: from Sarah Kellan Vickers, from multiple people. And if you recall,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: Chief Ryder wasn't very happy about the situation, and neither
• 8:25
Speaker 1: was Detective Ricari. Ashley Moody's campaign did not respond to
• 8:29
Speaker 1: requests for comment. Florida's U.S. Senate race has only recently
• 8:33
Speaker 1: come into play electorally, as President Donald Trump's abysmal approval
• 8:37
Speaker 1: ratings have dragged down-ballot GOP candidates underwater across the country.
• 8:43
Speaker 1: Amid his unpopular war in Iran, the president has seen
• 8:46
Speaker 1: his favorability in the Sunshine State shift from plus 9
• 8:49
Speaker 1: at the start of his second term to minus 14
• 8:52
Speaker 1: with three weeks until Election Day, according to Civics. A
• 8:56
Speaker 1: lot of that has to do with Epstein. I'm sorry
• 8:58
Speaker 1: to say it, but it's true. You know how many
• 9:01
Speaker 1: people he turned off with that rhetoric? A whole lot.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: A whole lot of people. Meanwhile, Nixon, an insurgent now
• 9:09
Speaker 1: endorsed by Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, overcame a
• 9:13
Speaker 1: roughly 17-1 fundraising disadvantage in the Democratic primary to upset
• 9:18
Speaker 1: the establishment pig Alex Vindman on August 18th. Since then,
• 9:22
Speaker 1: polls have shown Nixon closing within as few as two
• 9:25
Speaker 1: percentage points of Moody. Well, this isn't going to help
• 9:28
Speaker 1: Moody at all. The fact that she was bundling for
• 9:32
Speaker 1: Epstein here and just cleared everybody without a real investigation,
• 9:36
Speaker 1: like I told you, well, that bill's due now. And
• 9:40
Speaker 1: the voters, they're going to be aware of it. Sanders
• 9:43
Speaker 1: recently announced four joint fighting oligarchy campaign events set to
• 9:47
Speaker 1: take place with Nixon on October 17th and 18th in Tampa, Melbourne, Gainesville,
• 9:52
Speaker 1: and Tallahassee. An ascendant national figure, Nixon has campaigned on
• 9:57
Speaker 1: a bold progressive agenda that includes Medicare, for All, a
• 10:01
Speaker 1: federal jobs guarantee with inflation-adjusted wages, universal child care, and
• 10:05
Speaker 1: a national rent freeze and moratorium on evictions. Moody, on
• 10:10
Speaker 1: the other hand, cast a deciding vote in July 2025
• 10:14
Speaker 1: to table an NDA-A amendment that would have directed Attorney
• 10:18
Speaker 1: General to make publicly available documents related to Jeffrey Epstein,
• 10:22
Speaker 1: and has at every turn defended Trump, administration's illegal war
• 10:26
Speaker 1: in Iran, voting 12 times against war power resolutions. Fast
• 10:31
Speaker 1: forward one year to July 2026, Moody positioned herself as
• 10:35
Speaker 1: a key defender of Attorney General Todd Blanche, a key
• 10:38
Speaker 1: architect of the Epstein Files cover-up. During his confirmation hearing
• 10:42
Speaker 1: to succeed Pam Bondi at the DOJ, And her performance
• 10:47
Speaker 1: during that was embarrassing. Absolutely embarrassing. And if that's what
• 10:53
Speaker 1: we can expect going forward, then I certainly have no
• 10:56
Speaker 1: confidence in her. And I hope that her opponent wins.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: This sort of behavior needs to be met with consequences.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: Somebody who closes out that FDL investigation the way they did,
• 11:07
Speaker 1: without actually doing the legwork, that's an automatic disqualifying event
• 11:12
Speaker 1: for me. While Democrats highlighted his role in burying the
• 11:18
Speaker 1: files and passed as Trump's personal attorney, Moody listed awards
• 11:21
Speaker 1: Blanche received while he prosecuted drug traffickers and violent criminals
• 11:26
Speaker 1: as a prosecutor in the Southern District of New York.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: Trump has returned her favor for her loyalty, offering Moody
• 11:32
Speaker 1: his complete and total endorsement, and saying the passage of
• 11:36
Speaker 1: the big beautiful bill probably wouldn't have happened without her.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: Moody accepted Trump's endorsement in stride, saying she's incredibly honored
• 11:43
Speaker 1: to have his support. Yeah, she takes a bunch of
• 11:47
Speaker 1: money from Jeffrey Epstein's pals. And it's no different than
• 11:50
Speaker 1: me complaining about Tallarico taking money from Reid Hoffman. It's
• 11:53
Speaker 1: the same bullshit. All these people talk a big game,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: but their actions never match the bullshit rhetoric that we hear.
• 12:00
Speaker 1: And when we're talking about the Epstein issue, anybody that
• 12:03
Speaker 1: was involved down in Florida has some answering to do
• 12:06
Speaker 1: as far as I'm concerned. But at the end of
• 12:08
Speaker 1: the day, my concerns, they don't mean shit. You know
• 12:12
Speaker 1: what matters? What the voters down in Florida think. And
• 12:16
Speaker 1: in a few weeks, we'll have an answer to that
• 12:18
Speaker 1: question and we'll also have a better vision as to
• 12:22
Speaker 1: where Epstein transparency and justice is going. And of course,
• 12:27
Speaker 1: like usual, we'll be here every step of the way.
• 12:31
