- 0:01Speaker 1: have you with me as always, the best audience literally anywhere.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We've got a big show for you. The president of
- 0:08Speaker 1: the United States has announced that yes, we struck an
- 0:11Speaker 1: Iranian flagged vessel. We're going to talk about it as
- 0:15Speaker 1: the United States Marines rappel down onto this ship. The
- 0:19Speaker 1: president means business. He'd really like a deal, but if
- 0:21Speaker 1: the Iranians refuse to give it to us, we'll shoot
- 0:24Speaker 1: holes in the side of their boats. more on that
- 0:26Speaker 1: coming up on the program. Also this week, a huge story.
- 0:29Speaker 1: In Virginia, Democrats are about to rig the election. Can
- 0:33Speaker 1: we stop them? There's still time and there's a lot
- 0:36Speaker 1: of effort underway. We'll talk about it today. We've got
- 0:38Speaker 1: a great guest coming up on that subject. It is
- 0:40Speaker 1: the most important story as we start the week. There's
- 0:43Speaker 1: a lot to get to today. We'll get right into it. Again,

- 1:24Speaker 1: every wash. Before Bowling Branch, our sheets weren't that good, actually.
- 1:29Speaker 1: The sheets would pop off on the corners. The bed
- 1:32Speaker 1: always felt a little too warm, a little scratchy. And
- 1:35Speaker 1: the first night we switched, we could feel the quality immediately.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Allison loves Bowling Branch sheets. I love Bowling Branch sheets.
- 1:44Speaker 1: They're softer, they're cooler, they're more inviting. And after just

- 2:17Speaker 1: has it started yet? She's waiting for it to load
- 2:19Speaker 1: or something on Rumble. Good to have you with us, everybody.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Appreciate you being here. I hope you had a nice weekend.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I really do. It was interesting to see the president's
- 2:27Speaker 1: truth social notifications coming in fast and furious this weekend
- 2:31Speaker 1: as he's trying to get to a deal. But man,
- 2:33Speaker 1: that that Iranian regime is making it difficult. They're being
- 2:36Speaker 1: very stubborn. on as we head towards one. The president
- 2:41Speaker 1: did announce at the end of the tail end of
- 2:43Speaker 1: last week that we had successfully opened up the Strait
- 2:46Speaker 1: of Hormuz. The Iranians had agreed to that. And it
- 2:51Speaker 1: seemed like we were, no pun intended, smooth sailing, that
- 2:54Speaker 1: things were headed towards a better future. But The president
- 2:58Speaker 1: did announce that although the Strait of Hormuz is open,
- 3:01Speaker 1: it's not open to Iranian flag ships. It's not open
- 3:05Speaker 1: to ship traffic in and out of Iranian ports. We
- 3:07Speaker 1: don't get there until we get a deal, apparently. And
- 3:11Speaker 1: a ship attempted to test this this weekend. And here's
- 3:18Speaker 1: the president of the United States on Truth Social explaining
- 3:20Speaker 1: the sequence of events. He said, today, an Iranian flag
- 3:25Speaker 1: cargo ship named Tuska, Tuska, nearly 900 feet long and
- 3:29Speaker 1: weighing almost as much as an aircraft carrier, tried to
- 3:32Speaker 1: get past our naval blockade, and it did not go
- 3:35Speaker 1: well for them. The U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer, can
- 3:39Speaker 1: you imagine? USS Spruance intercepted the Tuska in the Gulf
- 3:44Speaker 1: of Oman. and gave them fair warning to stop. The
- 3:47Speaker 1: Iranian crew refused to listen. So our Navy ship stopped
- 3:52Speaker 1: them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in
- 3:55Speaker 1: the engine room. Right now, U.S. Marines have custody of
- 3:58Speaker 1: the vessel. The Tuska is under U.S. Treasury sanctions because
- 4:01Speaker 1: of its prior history of illegal activity. We have full
- 4:05Speaker 1: custody of the ship and we are seeing what's on board.
- 4:08Speaker 1: President Donald J.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Trump.
- 4:11Speaker 1: In fact, this is what it sounded like as the
- 4:13Speaker 1: United States Navy was issuing these warnings to the Tuska.
- 4:19Speaker 1: The Department of War says it was over six hours
- 4:23Speaker 1: worth of warnings before they finally blew a hole in
- 4:26Speaker 1: the engine room. Watch this.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Motor Vesel Tosca. Motor Vesel Tosca.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Vacate your engine room.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Vacate your engine room. We're prepared to subject you to
- 4:41Speaker 4: disabling fire.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Disabling fire. A couple courtesy honks. And then we started
- 4:53Speaker 1: blowing holes in their engine room. Yeah, that's right, Shelly.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. That's what you do. F-A-F-O,
- 5:04Speaker 1: Patula the Pug says. Yeah, so they just refused to
- 5:08Speaker 1: listen over the course of six hours. That's a generous
- 5:11Speaker 1: amount of time. A generous. No parent has a tolerance
- 5:15Speaker 1: for six hours of warnings to their child. That just
- 5:17Speaker 1: wouldn't happen. Six hours of warnings before they pop the
- 5:21Speaker 1: hole in the engine room, a disabling shot. They even
- 5:24Speaker 1: told them, okay, we're going to fire on your engine room.
- 5:27Speaker 1: So to be crystal clear, get everybody out of the
- 5:29Speaker 1: engine room. That's pretty generous. And they disabled the ship.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And then they sent over a greeting party. Here's the
- 5:37Speaker 1: United States Marine Corps landing on board the Tusca this weekend.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Here they go. Flying in. And then the Marines rappel
- 5:55Speaker 1: down onto the ship. I like that these guys are
- 6:01Speaker 1: on our side, don't you? Amazing. Just amazing. There they are,
- 6:15Speaker 1: the United States Marines. Uh, remember when we were, uh,
- 6:19Speaker 1: if you were wondering, like, why are the muse in, um,
- 6:23Speaker 1: in the region. What are they going to do? Is
- 6:25Speaker 1: it a ground invasion?
- 6:26Speaker 4: No.
- 6:26Speaker 1: As I told you weeks ago, there are many options
- 6:30Speaker 1: available to a Marine Expeditionary Unit. There are many things
- 6:33Speaker 1: they can be used for. And one of them is
- 6:36Speaker 1: an interdiction like this. And so you're watching as the
- 6:39Speaker 1: United States Marines land on that ship, take it into
- 6:42Speaker 1: the custody of the United States government. As the president says,
- 6:45Speaker 1: we're looking through it now. We're seeing what's on board,
- 6:47Speaker 1: said the president. So where does that leave us in
- 6:51Speaker 1: all of this? Well, The ceasefire is supposed to end
- 6:55Speaker 1: tomorrow night, early in the Wednesday morning hours in Tehran.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Ceasefire is set to end on Wednesday. It's expected to
- 7:02Speaker 1: expire April 22nd, which again is two days from now.
- 7:06Speaker 1: And New York Times reports that the rhetoric is intensifying
- 7:10Speaker 1: as the deadline approaches.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Mr.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Trump on Sunday renewed threats against Iran's civilian infrastructure. If
- 7:16Speaker 1: the strait is not reopened, an extension of the ceasefire
- 7:19Speaker 1: is not reached. In fact, yes, this came to us
- 7:22Speaker 1: before President Trump even announced the disabling and seizure of
- 7:27Speaker 1: the Tuska by the United States Navy and the United
- 7:29Speaker 1: States Marine Corps, he said the following. He said that
- 7:32Speaker 1: Iran was firing bullets on Saturday in the Strait of Hormuz,
- 7:36Speaker 1: which is a total violation of our ceasefire agreement. Many
- 7:39Speaker 1: of them were aimed at a French ship and a
- 7:42Speaker 1: freighter from the United Kingdom. That wasn't nice now, was it?
- 7:45Speaker 1: The president asks. My representatives are going to Islamabad, Pakistan.
- 7:49Speaker 1: They will be there tomorrow evening. That would be tonight,
- 7:53Speaker 1: Monday night, for negotiations. Iran recently announced that they were
- 7:57Speaker 1: closing the strait, which is strange because our blockade has
- 8:01Speaker 1: already closed it. They're helping us without knowing, and they're
- 8:04Speaker 1: the ones that lose with the closed passage. $ 500 million
- 8:08Speaker 1: a day. You know, the Iranians are taking it in
- 8:10Speaker 1: the shorts right now because they can't get any of
- 8:13Speaker 1: that oil money in that's funded their entire terror regime.
- 8:16Speaker 1: It's all locked up by the fact that the United
- 8:18Speaker 1: States has it blockaded. And if we start blowing holes
- 8:21Speaker 1: in their ships like we just did, what's the message
- 8:24Speaker 1: that sends to the rest of their fleet? Yeah, we're
- 8:26Speaker 1: not going to try it. Their tankers are not going
- 8:28Speaker 1: to try it. Not after what they just saw. The
- 8:31Speaker 1: United States loses nothing, the president says. In fact, many
- 8:34Speaker 1: ships are headed right now to the United States, Texas, Louisiana, Alaska,
- 8:38Speaker 1: to load up, compliments of the IRGC, always wanting to
- 8:41Speaker 1: be the tough guy. We're offering, rather, a very fair
- 8:45Speaker 1: and reasonable deal. And I hope they take it, because
- 8:48Speaker 1: if they don't, the United States is going to knock out,
- 8:51Speaker 1: and here comes the threat again, every single power plant
- 8:54Speaker 1: and every single bridge in Iran. No more Mr. Nice Guy.
- 9:00Speaker 1: They'll come down fast. They'll come down easy. And if
- 9:02Speaker 1: they don't take the deal, it will be my honor
- 9:04Speaker 1: to do what has to be done, which should have
- 9:05Speaker 1: been done to Iran by other presidents for the last
- 9:08Speaker 1: 47 years. It's time for the Iran killing machine to end,
- 9:11Speaker 1: President Donald J.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Trump.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Now, you know, it's interesting. I can tell from a
- 9:17Speaker 1: distance here, and perhaps you can too, that the president
- 9:21Speaker 1: doesn't want to knock out every single power plant and
- 9:24Speaker 1: every single bridge in Iran. He's been wielding this threat
- 9:28Speaker 1: for a while now. And yes, he's blown up a
- 9:31Speaker 1: bridge or two, but fundamentally, he's left the infrastructure intact
- 9:35Speaker 1: in Iran. Why is that? Because he's learned the lessons
- 9:38Speaker 1: of Afghanistan and Iraq. He's learned the lessons of not
- 9:43Speaker 1: destroying all of the infrastructure in the country because we
- 9:46Speaker 1: don't want to be on the hook for rebuilding it.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And we don't want to leave a vacuum there into
- 9:51Speaker 1: which the worst forces on planet Earth arrive. The president
- 9:55Speaker 1: wants the Persian people to succeed. He wants Iranians to
- 9:59Speaker 1: be able to build a hopeful and brighter future for
- 10:02Speaker 1: themselves after all of this is over, and he doesn't
- 10:04Speaker 1: want to leave them in darkness. But he's leaving on
- 10:07Speaker 1: the table the ability to take this strike. And he's
- 10:11Speaker 1: trying to use maximum pressure here. I don't know if
- 10:14Speaker 1: it could get more maximum than killing all of the
- 10:17Speaker 1: leadership of Iran, destroying their entire nuclear program, sinking their
- 10:21Speaker 1: Navy to the bottom of the sea, destroying their entire
- 10:24Speaker 1: Air Force, disabling almost all of their missile arsenal. I
- 10:27Speaker 1: don't know if it can get more maximum than that.
- 10:31Speaker 1: But the president says his options remain on the table.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Power plants and bridges. No more Mr. Nice Guy. So
- 10:37Speaker 1: the Iranians need to come to a deal. Are they
- 10:40Speaker 1: going to do it? I hope so. As the president said,
- 10:44Speaker 1: there's an American delegation that's headed there. Now, the person
- 10:47Speaker 1: to lead the delegation is going to be Vice President J.D. Vance.
- 10:52Speaker 1: There's no indication at this hour, as we do this
- 10:55Speaker 1: Monday morning at 8, 12 a.m. Eastern time, that Vice
- 10:58Speaker 1: President Vance is already en route, but he's expected to go.
- 11:02Speaker 1: He's expected to go. President Trump said he'll send negotiators
- 11:05Speaker 1: to Pakistan and Iran. sorry, send negotiators to Pakistan. But
- 11:10Speaker 1: Iran suspects a trap, according to Axios. A trap. The president,
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm telling you, Iran, you're not going to listen to me,
- 11:17Speaker 1: but I'm going to tell you right now. The president
- 11:19Speaker 1: wants a deal. He wants a deal. Come to the
- 11:23Speaker 1: table and make a deal. Vice President J.D. Vance will
- 11:26Speaker 1: lead the U.S. delegation for another round of talks with
- 11:30Speaker 1: Iran in Islamabad before the ceasefire is scheduled to end
- 11:35Speaker 1: on Tuesday night. according to two U.S. officials. The talks
- 11:40Speaker 1: could provide an 11th hour opportunity to reach a deal
- 11:43Speaker 1: or at least extend the ceasefire, though Iran is yet
- 11:46Speaker 1: to confirm its participation and is concerned that this is
- 11:48Speaker 1: all subterfuge from the White House. Was it subterfuge last time?
- 11:54Speaker 4: J.D.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Vance met with the Iranian delegation in Islamabad, Pakistan. It
- 11:59Speaker 1: wasn't subterfuge. He meant it. He wanted a deal. The
- 12:03Speaker 1: reason it failed is because you failed, Iran. You refused
- 12:07Speaker 1: to give up your nuclear ambitions. So after 21 hours
- 12:12Speaker 1: of negotiation, damn, these men are patient. After 21 hours
- 12:16Speaker 1: of negotiation, J.D. Vance said, forget it. We're walking away
- 12:19Speaker 1: from the table. See if you guys can come up
- 12:21Speaker 1: with a better answer than this, because we need you
- 12:24Speaker 1: to say, yes, you will give up your nuclear program.
- 12:27Speaker 1: That's what we're demanding from you. You do that, brighter
- 12:30Speaker 1: future ahead. It's not subterfuge. Iran just doesn't know what
- 12:34Speaker 1: to say because they want to retain their nuclear program.
- 12:38Speaker 1: In a brief call with Axios on Sunday, President Trump
- 12:40Speaker 1: expressed optimism about the talks. Quote, I feel fine about it.
- 12:44Speaker 1: The concept of the deal is done. I think we
- 12:47Speaker 1: have a very good chance to get it completed, said
- 12:49Speaker 1: the president. Earlier on Sunday, Trump had said his envoys,
- 12:53Speaker 1: Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, would depart for Pakistan on Sunday,
- 12:57Speaker 1: but didn't mention Vance. The expectation, though, is that J.D.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Vance will join them and lead the talks. So we'll see.
- 13:07Speaker 1: The president says he's got a very, very good chance
- 13:10Speaker 1: to actually get this completed. That would be a very,
- 13:14Speaker 1: very big deal.
- 13:15Speaker 5: All right.
- 13:16Speaker 1: So we'll keep our eyes on Iran. That's a very
- 13:18Speaker 1: fast moving story. A lot changes with each passing day.
- 13:21Speaker 1: We'll see how many ships we've interdicted by tomorrow. I'll
- 13:25Speaker 1: bring the updates as we get them. I want to
- 13:26Speaker 1: move now to some election integrity updates with you. The
- 13:30Speaker 1: Save America Act among them, which means we should probably
- 13:33Speaker 1: gavel in here. Here we go. We gavel into the
- 13:36Speaker 1: Save America Act conversation. Now, one of my questions for
- 13:41Speaker 1: the president of the United States is, will he take
- 13:44Speaker 1: seriously Anna Paulina Luna's recommendation that we put the Save
- 13:50Speaker 1: America Act into the FISA renewal fight? You guys following
- 13:54Speaker 1: the FISA renewal fight? The FISA fight is basically whether
- 13:59Speaker 1: or not the government can continue to have these vast
- 14:01Speaker 1: surveillance powers. And Section 702 of FISA, that's always the
- 14:06Speaker 1: big debate point, whether or not the government needs additional
- 14:09Speaker 1: warrant requirements in order to surveil American citizens using this
- 14:15Speaker 1: foreign spying power. Now, the answer to that should be
- 14:18Speaker 1: obviously yes. You have a constitutional right to be protected
- 14:21Speaker 1: from government surveillance. There should have to be a warrant
- 14:24Speaker 1: in order to secure any ability to surveil you.
- 14:28Speaker 4: But.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Right now, it looks like the president and Republicans in
- 14:33Speaker 1: Congress just want to reauthorize this thing because they say
- 14:36Speaker 1: it's essential for national security. But you know what also
- 14:39Speaker 1: is essential for the security of our nation? Election integrity.
- 14:43Speaker 1: The Save America Act is essential. It's far more essential
- 14:46Speaker 1: for the security of our nation than any surveillance authority.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Election integrity is of paramount importance to the security of
- 14:55Speaker 1: our country. Without it, the whole Thing falls apart. So
- 14:59Speaker 1: what do we need? We need photo ID to vote.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We need proof that American citizens are the only ones
- 15:06Speaker 1: who are registering to vote. And we need to purge
- 15:08Speaker 1: non-citizens from the voter rolls. And we need to create
- 15:11Speaker 1: more criminal consequences for anybody who would violate our election
- 15:14Speaker 1: laws or interfere in our elections. All of that is
- 15:17Speaker 1: what the Save America Act does, which is why we
- 15:19Speaker 1: spent so much time pushing to get it passed by
- 15:22Speaker 1: any means necessary, including just using the existing rules of
- 15:25Speaker 1: the Senate, a standing filibuster, to get it passed. The
- 15:29Speaker 1: pressure continues here, and you, more so than any other audience,
- 15:35Speaker 1: have spent all your time calling the United States Senate,
- 15:37Speaker 1: calling your Senator, calling John Thune, and demanding that this
- 15:40Speaker 1: thing get passed. And please continue that effort because it
- 15:43Speaker 1: matters so much. They really feel the pressure. It's great.
- 15:47Speaker 1: But one of my questions for the President is, is
- 15:49Speaker 1: he ready to link this to FISA? Will a FISA
- 15:54Speaker 1: renewal and the Save America Act move together? In other words,
- 15:57Speaker 1: creating pressure on Congress, if they want FISA renewal, if
- 16:01Speaker 1: they want spying powers, then they better pass the Save
- 16:04Speaker 1: America Act. I want that. Anna Paulina Luna wants that.
- 16:08Speaker 1: And so my White House correspondent, Reagan Reese, asked the
- 16:11Speaker 1: president this past weekend on the trip out west whether
- 16:16Speaker 1: or not he wants to link these two things together.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Take a look here at Cut 3.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Watch.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Is pushing to have the Save America Act linked to
- 16:24Speaker 3: FISA and the FISA renewal.
- 16:26Speaker 6: Are you in favor?
- 16:27Speaker 7: And I'd love to see that. The Save America Act
- 16:31Speaker 7: is so important. It's so good. It's voter ID.
- 16:34Speaker 8: It's, you know, basic.
- 16:35Speaker 7: It's your basics about a democracy. Voter ID, birthplace, you
- 16:41Speaker 7: have to be born in the United States to vote.
- 16:45Speaker 7: We have no transgender transaction. We added no transgender utilization
- 16:49Speaker 7: of our children. Very important. No men in women's sports now.
- 16:55Speaker 7: We added that. Also, we talk about the top three.
- 16:59Speaker 7: And we put us the three, you know, three having
- 17:00Speaker 7: to do with the vote. We also have no mail-in
- 17:03Speaker 7: ballots other than for the military, etc. If you're safe,
- 17:06Speaker 7: the military. If you're away, if you're disabled. Any of
- 17:11Speaker 7: those things. It's pretty generous, actually, but the tremendous cheating
- 17:16Speaker 7: that goes on with mail-in ballots. So we would have
- 17:20Speaker 7: no mail-in ballots except for those various exceptions.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and the president, with a bunch of other good
- 17:25Speaker 1: elements that are part of that Save America Act, many
- 17:27Speaker 1: of those are his ideas. Yeah, it needs to pass.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And so Reagan asks a great question. Will you link
- 17:33Speaker 1: these two things? And the president said, I think that's
- 17:36Speaker 1: a great idea. I would love to see that. Now, additionally,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I'd love to see him place the pressure on Congress
- 17:42Speaker 1: to do that and not merely express his support for
- 17:45Speaker 1: it as he's asked about it. I would love for
- 17:48Speaker 1: him to use the bully pulpit to get this thing
- 17:50Speaker 1: passed and say, look, I'm not going to sign FISA
- 17:52Speaker 1: renewal unless the Save America Act is part of it.
- 17:55Speaker 1: So include it and we're off to the races, whatever
- 17:58Speaker 1: it takes. This could be very big. Thank you to
- 18:01Speaker 1: Reagan Reese. Reagan Reese. I mentioned, by the way, that
- 18:04Speaker 1: she's my daily caller. She's my White House correspondent. She's
- 18:08Speaker 1: the White House correspondent at The Daily Caller, and she
- 18:10Speaker 1: and I consult almost on a daily basis on all
- 18:12Speaker 1: these great questions for the president of the United States.
- 18:15Speaker 1: I'm glad we have a vehicle in order to get
- 18:18Speaker 1: this audience's questions directly to the president. Isn't that great, everybody?
- 18:21Speaker 1: Isn't that wonderful? Thank you to Reagan for doing that.
- 18:25Speaker 1: You know, because we desperately need to clean up our elections.
- 18:28Speaker 1: In fact, we just heard from Harmeet Dhillon this weekend
- 18:33Speaker 1: that about the current state of affairs with our voter
- 18:36Speaker 1: rolls nationwide, it is abysmal. Ladies and gentlemen, if anybody
- 18:43Speaker 1: ever says to you, there's no such thing as non-citizens
- 18:46Speaker 1: on the voting rolls, non-citizens aren't voting, well, then stand
- 18:51Speaker 1: by for what I'm about to share with you, because
- 18:53Speaker 1: the results are staggering and they're horrific. The details coming
- 18:57Speaker 1: up on this edition of Vince. I want to thank

- 19:44Speaker 1: taking a tour of my yard. I was looking at
- 19:46Speaker 1: each tree, the various stages that they're in, and if

- 19:52Speaker 1: what I do. Get a tree from Fast Growing Trees.

- 20:42Speaker 1: do you know the name of the plant that has
- 20:44Speaker 1: blue leaves? No, I don't know the name of the plant.
- 20:48Speaker 1: What's the name of the plant? I have a plant
- 20:50Speaker 1: that has blue leaves. What is that? What is that called?
- 20:55Speaker 1: I just planted one. I've got a little statue of
- 20:58Speaker 1: the Blessed Mother in my backyard, and I planted some,
- 21:01Speaker 1: a blue leaf, um, plant right next to it. I
- 21:04Speaker 1: was just talking to my wife about this, and she
- 21:06Speaker 1: reminded me what it was. I forget. She'll probably text
- 21:09Speaker 1: me during the show and tell me if I can
- 21:11Speaker 1: remember what it's called. Um, anyway, no, if I can remember,
- 21:15Speaker 1: Allison will text me. She'll, she'll let me know. Okay,
- 21:18Speaker 1: let's get back to election integrity. I'll get back to,
- 21:21Speaker 1: to plants, uh, in a little bit. Um, Voter rolls.
- 21:25Speaker 1: We've got hundreds of thousands of dead people on the
- 21:27Speaker 1: voter rolls. We've got hundreds of thousands of dead people
- 21:30Speaker 1: on the voter rolls.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:32Speaker 1: In the United States of America. Here's Hermit Dillon, cut four, explaining. Watch.
- 21:38Speaker 9: So what specific facts have you found? You just said
- 21:41Speaker 9: there was lying and cheating. What can you tell us
- 21:44Speaker 9: in terms of verifying that information? And I know you've
- 21:47Speaker 9: been trying to go state by state to clean up
- 21:50Speaker 9: voter rolls. What are you doing in that regard?
- 21:54Speaker 6: Yeah, so let's talk about that. We have a comprehensive effort.
- 21:57Speaker 6: I've requested the voter rolls from all states in the
- 22:01Speaker 6: District of Columbia. About a third of the states have
- 22:04Speaker 6: voluntarily complied with us or reached settlements with us, and
- 22:07Speaker 6: we've run some of those records, so I'll talk about
- 22:09Speaker 6: that in a minute. I'm suing 29 states and the
- 22:12Speaker 6: District of Columbia for their refusal to give us the
- 22:15Speaker 6: voter rolls to which the Attorney General or the Acting
- 22:17Speaker 6: Attorney General is entitled under the Civil Rights Act of 1960.
- 22:22Speaker 6: We're doing that to make sure that states are in compliance.
- 22:24Speaker 6: And guess what?
- 22:25Speaker 1: States are not in compliance, even those ones who want to.
- 22:29Speaker 6: So for the ones that we've run so far, 60
- 22:31Speaker 6: million records that we've run, we found at least 350,000
- 22:34Speaker 6: dead people currently on the voter rolls in those jurisdictions.
- 22:40Speaker 6: And we've referred approximately 25,000 people with no citizenship records
- 22:46Speaker 6: to Homeland Security to look at you know, dig into
- 22:51Speaker 6: that further and see the extent to which people voted.
- 22:53Speaker 6: I'm in touch with voting rights activists who are showing
- 22:56Speaker 6: me information about people who have voted who are not
- 22:59Speaker 6: American citizens. So the left told us this never happens
- 23:02Speaker 6: and it's a myth. It definitely happened. Just recently, someone
- 23:06Speaker 6: was indicted in Minnesota, of all places, for voting without
- 23:10Speaker 6: being And so I've sent a document request to them
- 23:13Speaker 6: on that. Minnesota has a weird vouching law that allows
- 23:16Speaker 6: citizens to vouch for each other's citizenship. That's crazy and
- 23:21Speaker 6: inconsistent with the Help America Vote Act. And we're not
- 23:24Speaker 6: going to rest until we complete this project. Now, Maria,
- 23:29Speaker 6: your audience would like to know perhaps that five states
- 23:32Speaker 6: have actually had judges, federal judges, rule against us in
- 23:35Speaker 6: this very simple request that to get the voter rolls.
- 23:38Speaker 6: It's such a basic voting hygiene concept in the Ninth Circuit,
- 23:43Speaker 6: in the Sixth Circuit in Michigan, and just recently Rhode
- 23:47Speaker 6: Island last week. And so we're expediting the appeals in
- 23:51Speaker 6: these cases. There'll be an appeal in the Ninth Circuit
- 23:53Speaker 6: and the Sixth Circuit soon.
- 23:54Speaker 1: All right. So God bless Harmeet Dhillon. I'm so glad
- 23:57Speaker 1: she's there fighting for all of this. And so so
- 24:01Speaker 1: what were the big items there? Three hundred and fifty
- 24:03Speaker 1: thousand dead people on the voter rolls. These are just
- 24:05Speaker 1: by the way, these are just in the states that
- 24:07Speaker 1: are cooperating with Harmeet Dhillon. So a lot of the
- 24:11Speaker 1: states that she's talking about, these are going to be
- 24:13Speaker 1: Republican led states who believe in election integrity. 350,000 dead
- 24:19Speaker 1: people on their voter rolls, 25,000 people with no citizenship records.
- 24:26Speaker 1: And she said, we're definitely referring people for prosecution, non-citizens
- 24:30Speaker 1: who have voted in our elections. So all of those
- 24:34Speaker 1: things are happening. Of course, the left tells you that
- 24:37Speaker 1: they're not happening. And then you find out that they
- 24:39Speaker 1: are happening. And so, of course, we'll get to the
- 24:41Speaker 1: next phase, which is they'll admit that they're happening and
- 24:44Speaker 1: then tell us it's a good thing. Shouldn't non-citizens have representation?
- 24:48Speaker 4: No, no.
- 24:51Speaker 1: American elections are for American citizens. Nobody else. Nobody else.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Stop defraying the value of my vote. Stop watering it down.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Stop stealing from me. Army Dylan, all over it. And
- 25:06Speaker 1: God bless her. I hope she prevails in court, too.
- 25:08Speaker 1: That's going to be a very big deal. And then
- 25:11Speaker 1: we've got another case of election rigging going on, which
- 25:14Speaker 1: is in Virginia. Right now, the election is ongoing. In fact,
- 25:20Speaker 1: early voting ended on Saturday in Virginia for this big
- 25:23Speaker 1: ballot referendum. Chat, I think everybody's familiar with this. If
- 25:26Speaker 1: you're not, I'll just give you the fastest little update.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Virginia is a 6-5 Democrat to Republican congressional state. Six Democrats,
- 25:35Speaker 1: five Republicans. Democrats right now are trying to redraw the
- 25:38Speaker 1: maps to 10-1. Ten Democrats, one Republican. If they succeed
- 25:43Speaker 1: in stealing those four congressional seats, they could steal the
- 25:46Speaker 1: entire United States House of Representatives. That's how close the
- 25:49Speaker 1: margins are in the House. In order to redraw the map,
- 25:53Speaker 1: they need a constitutional amendment. There's a ballot referendum going
- 25:57Speaker 1: on right now. So they got the ballot referendum up
- 26:00Speaker 1: and running. The early vote period has been going on
- 26:03Speaker 1: for a while. It ended on Saturday. There's no more
- 26:06Speaker 1: early voting. Tuesday, tomorrow is election day in Virginia. It's
- 26:12Speaker 1: your final opportunity to go to the polls and vote
- 26:15Speaker 1: no if you're in Virginia. If you are in Virginia,
- 26:17Speaker 1: if you're a Virginia voter, vote no. If you know
- 26:20Speaker 1: Virginia voters, tell them to vote no and keep asking
- 26:24Speaker 1: them throughout the day tomorrow if they've voted no. It
- 26:27Speaker 1: has to happen. It has to happen. Just it's it's
- 26:33Speaker 1: crazy what's going on. Why is producer Justin calling me
- 26:35Speaker 1: in the middle of the show right now? Do you know, Josh?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Can you hear me? You don't know why producer Justin's
- 26:45Speaker 1: calling me right in the middle. I would love to know, too,
- 26:47Speaker 1: because I'm pretty sure he knows I'm on the show. Um,
- 26:51Speaker 1: can everyone, if you see producer Justin, would you, would
- 26:53Speaker 1: people ask him why he was calling me in the
- 26:55Speaker 1: middle of the show? I thought for a second that
- 26:57Speaker 1: the show was off the air, Josh. I was like,
- 26:59Speaker 1: why is produce anyway?
- 27:01Speaker 4: Okay.
- 27:01Speaker 1: We're good. No, Josh tells me we're good. Do we
- 27:03Speaker 1: have breaking news or something? Yeah, maybe. I don't know.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Should I, I should have answered it. Let me see.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Let me actually call him back. Let me, let's see.
- 27:22Speaker 9: Hey.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Hey. So, uh, what's going on?
- 27:25Speaker 4: Well, I don't know.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Did you just pop in?
- 27:28Speaker 1: I don't know either. I'm on the air right now.
- 27:30Speaker 1: You know, I have a show at eight o'clock during the,
- 27:32Speaker 1: during the day.
- 27:35Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 27:36Speaker 1: So you're, you're on the air with the entire audience
- 27:38Speaker 1: right now. If you want to say hi.
- 27:40Speaker 7: Okay.
- 27:40Speaker 1: All right, cool. So what happened? You thought I like
- 27:44Speaker 1: logged into something?
- 27:45Speaker 7: No, no, no.
- 27:45Speaker 4: It's all good. It's all good. Only good things. Okay.
- 27:50Speaker 7: Okay.
- 27:51Speaker 9: All right.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Well, that's it. Thanks. Thanks, Justin. Appreciate you, brother. Sorry
- 27:54Speaker 1: about that. No problem at all. Good to talk to you.
- 27:58Speaker 1: All right. I don't know why I was like, why
- 28:01Speaker 1: is he calling me? He knows I'm on the show. Anyway,
- 28:03Speaker 1: that's a that's a bad sign. I guess he's not
- 28:05Speaker 1: watching these days, Josh. He's checked out. I'm not an
- 28:08Speaker 1: important part of his media. That's funny.
- 28:12Speaker 9: All right.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Well, thank you for that. OK, where were we?
- 28:15Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Elections in Virginia. So the left is trying to steal it.
- 28:19Speaker 1: You've you've got to you've got to go to the
- 28:21Speaker 1: polls tomorrow in Virginia and vote. Hell no. Don't write hell.
- 28:25Speaker 1: It'll invalidate your ballot. Just check no on the box
- 28:28Speaker 1: and stop all of this from happening in a moment.
- 28:31Speaker 1: We'll dive even deeper with this. We've got a great
- 28:33Speaker 1: guest coming up on this to talk about what's happening
- 28:35Speaker 1: in Virginia, why the stakes are so sky high. right now.
- 28:39Speaker 1: And then in a little bit, I've got some good
- 28:41Speaker 1: information for you on prosecuting the bad guys who orchestrated
- 28:46Speaker 1: all of these hoaxes against Donald Trump. Good news ahead.
- 28:49Speaker 1: More ahead on the program. And I hope Justin's watching now. Hey,

- 30:20Speaker 1: Birch Gold's great. When the dollar's convertibility into gold ended
- 30:23Speaker 1: in 1971, gold was fixed at $ 35 an ounce. Fast
- 30:26Speaker 1: forward to today, it's reported that the U.S. dollar has
- 30:28Speaker 1: lost over 85% of its purchasing power. Gold, on the
- 30:31Speaker 1: other hand, has increased in value by over 12,000%. And
- 30:34Speaker 1: this is why so many central banks are buying gold
- 30:37Speaker 1: at record levels and why major firms hold significant positions
- 30:40Speaker 1: in gold. But it starts with education. My friends at
- 30:43Speaker 1: Birch Gold Group have just announced their Learn and Earn
- 30:46Speaker 1: Precious Metals event. This free online event rewards you for
- 30:50Speaker 1: learning the basics of investing in precious metals. Sign up

- 30:59Speaker 1: The more you learn, the more you can earn. But
- 31:01Speaker 1: you've got to act now, as this special event only
- 31:03Speaker 1: runs through April 30th. The dollar lost its anchor in 1971.
- 31:07Speaker 1: You don't have to lose yours. Text my name, Vince,
- 31:09Speaker 1: to the number 989898 to join today. Birch Gold's Learn
- 31:14Speaker 1: and Earn Precious Metals event by April 30th. Text VINCE
- 31:17Speaker 1: to 989898 today. Message and data rates may apply. All right,
- 31:22Speaker 1: joining me now to talk more about what the hell's
- 31:24Speaker 1: happening in Virginia is Seth Keschel. He's a former U.S.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Army intel officer, an election analyst, an election integrity analyst,
- 31:31Speaker 1: and the author of The American War on Election Corruption. Seth,
- 31:34Speaker 1: great to have you on the show today, sir. Appreciate you.
- 31:36Speaker 4: Well, good morning, Vince. Very early out here in Arizona,
- 31:39Speaker 4: but glad to be on with you.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I know it's early. Thank you. All the more reason
- 31:42Speaker 1: why we're grateful you did this today, sir. The stakes
- 31:45Speaker 1: in Virginia, I think, are very high. Talk to me
- 31:48Speaker 1: about your impression here.
- 31:49Speaker 4: Look, you couldn't hit the nail more squarely on the head.
- 31:53Speaker 4: You're looking at a state that is fairly moderate still,
- 31:56Speaker 4: even despite the issues with Northern Virginia outvoting the rest
- 31:59Speaker 4: of the state. You have a six to five Democrat
- 32:02Speaker 4: seat allocation in Virginia. This is a state Harris couldn't
- 32:04Speaker 4: even win by six points. It was even closer than
- 32:07Speaker 4: that in the House. The Democrat House candidates won by
- 32:09Speaker 4: only 3.8 percent. So you're looking at a state trying
- 32:13Speaker 4: to move to a 10 to 1 split in favor
- 32:15Speaker 4: of Democrats tomorrow with their referendum to divide the state. Now,
- 32:20Speaker 4: they took the California plan, which is to go around
- 32:22Speaker 4: the constitutionally enshrined independent redistricting commission by using a vote.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Of course, Virginia has very loose voting laws compared to
- 32:30Speaker 4: where they were 10 years ago. So the big fear
- 32:32Speaker 4: is that they're going to wind up with a 10
- 32:34Speaker 4: to 1 split. congressional delegation favoring Democrats, which to me
- 32:38Speaker 4: would make it very hard for the Republicans to hold
- 32:41Speaker 4: the House this fall.
- 32:42Speaker 1: They say it's going to be temporary, though, Seth. They
- 32:44Speaker 1: say it's only temporary. We're going to restore it back
- 32:46Speaker 1: to the fairer version coming up in 2030. What do
- 32:49Speaker 1: you make of that claim?
- 32:51Speaker 4: Well, look, that's something that you have to be able
- 32:54Speaker 4: to trust a bunch of Democrats to be able to
- 32:56Speaker 4: hold to their word. Now, I don't think that there's
- 32:58Speaker 4: any reason to believe that it would be temporary. I
- 33:01Speaker 4: do think we're probably heading towards some sort of a
- 33:03Speaker 4: national injunction about this type of gerrymandering, because one of
- 33:07Speaker 4: my assessments is that only about 39 seats out of
- 33:10Speaker 4: 435 are even in play to begin with. So less
- 33:13Speaker 4: than 9% of all House seats on the map are playable.
- 33:17Speaker 4: So I don't really think that's the intent of what
- 33:20Speaker 4: people want in congressional races, even though sometimes it benefits Republicans.
- 33:24Speaker 4: But the Democrats have definitely won the redistricting war, and
- 33:27Speaker 4: that's a very unfortunate thing.
- 33:28Speaker 1: It's a very unfortunate thing. So let's stay on Virginia
- 33:33Speaker 1: for just a moment. It looks to me, and Seth,
- 33:37Speaker 1: I bet you're following it as closely as anybody. It
- 33:39Speaker 1: looks to me like there are a lot of Republican
- 33:43Speaker 1: voters showing up right now in the early voting totals,
- 33:46Speaker 1: Many of the Republican-led congressional districts have lots of people
- 33:50Speaker 1: showing up to the polls. What are the odds that
- 33:53Speaker 1: Republicans can pull this off tomorrow and stop Democrats from
- 33:56Speaker 1: rigging these elections?
- 33:58Speaker 4: Well, most elections, I have something to go on. A
- 34:00Speaker 4: lot of states, 30 of the 50 states register voters
- 34:03Speaker 4: by party. Virginia is not one of those 30 states.
- 34:06Speaker 4: So if this were Florida... we'd be able to see,
- 34:09Speaker 4: you know, it's an R plus 22 turnout. It's a
- 34:13Speaker 4: D plus 10 turnout. You'd have a good idea of
- 34:15Speaker 4: that based on party registration. Or if you had candidate races,
- 34:19Speaker 4: you would understand how these states normally break down depending
- 34:22Speaker 4: on who is the president. Like, of course, we have
- 34:23Speaker 4: the Republican presidential dynamics impacting all special or this upcoming
- 34:28Speaker 4: midterm cycle. The only thing I have to go on
- 34:31Speaker 4: as far as data, because I'm not a polls guy,
- 34:33Speaker 4: and even the polls are Most of the polls have, yes,
- 34:37Speaker 4: Spanberger's referendum winning, but the margin is four or five points.
- 34:40Speaker 4: I've also seen one poll that was no by about
- 34:43Speaker 4: eight points. So I would consider polling to be inconclusive.
- 34:46Speaker 4: It's going to matter about who shows up. You're going
- 34:48Speaker 4: to talk about a lot fewer, a much lower vote
- 34:51Speaker 4: pile total. I think that 1.1 million votes is going
- 34:55Speaker 4: to win this thing, definitely. But right now, the five
- 34:58Speaker 4: Republican districts, as of Saturday, we don't have the last
- 35:02Speaker 4: update yet. But as of Saturday, the Republican districts, which
- 35:05Speaker 4: are outnumbered, were outvoting the Democrat districts by about 2%.
- 35:10Speaker 4: So the big tell that the minority Democrat turnout is
- 35:15Speaker 4: way down is CD3 down there in Newport News on
- 35:18Speaker 4: the southeastern portion of the state, also CD8 up there
- 35:21Speaker 4: in Arlington and Fairfax. Turnout is way down in those districts.
- 35:25Speaker 4: So that's possibly a silver lining for Republicans looking to
- 35:29Speaker 4: get this thing across the board. I think the GOP
- 35:31Speaker 4: will probably have it on Election Day like normal.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I hope so. I hope these guys all show up. Now,
- 35:36Speaker 1: I got to say, I'm watching the money race, too.
- 35:40Speaker 1: It looks like the Democrats, their dark money operations are
- 35:43Speaker 1: outspending the Republicans like by at least two to one,
- 35:47Speaker 1: if not more or something like I saw The Washington
- 35:49Speaker 1: Post this past week said it was like 60 something
- 35:51Speaker 1: million dollars. that Democrats are important to the race. George
- 35:55Speaker 1: Soros is playing in this. Hakeem Jeffries is directing a
- 35:59Speaker 1: lot of dark money. It seems that the reason the
- 36:02Speaker 1: stakes are so high is because they think they could
- 36:04Speaker 1: steal the entire United States House of Representatives this way.
- 36:07Speaker 4: They can. I think that right now, just based on
- 36:10Speaker 4: midterm dynamics since 1934, I'm talking about 20 out of
- 36:13Speaker 4: 23 midterms since 1934, the president's party loses seats. There's
- 36:18Speaker 4: not really much slack for the GOP to lose seats
- 36:20Speaker 4: this year with only 220 seats as elected in the
- 36:23Speaker 4: last race. So I would say that this would take
- 36:25Speaker 4: a 75-25 race and probably put it on the order
- 36:30Speaker 4: of 99-1 in favor of Democrats if they can pull
- 36:32Speaker 4: these four seats. Because Virginia has several seats that are
- 36:35Speaker 4: extremely important for that majority. As for the money, that's
- 36:39Speaker 4: not just a Virginia problem. In Arizona, we have the
- 36:42Speaker 4: same thing. They're bragging about it in the news today
- 36:44Speaker 4: that Katie Hobbs is 7-1 over her Republican components combined.
- 36:48Speaker 4: We're talking about David Schweikert and Andy Biggs. So this
- 36:52Speaker 4: is something they do well, funneling their dark money and
- 36:55Speaker 4: making sure that they have their smurfing operations in line
- 36:58Speaker 4: to be able to handle these critical campaigns.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Smurfing. Tell people what smurfing is.
- 37:03Speaker 4: Smurfing is something you can really find a lot of
- 37:05Speaker 4: good research on it from the guys in Wisconsin. These
- 37:09Speaker 4: are when you see $ 1, $ 1, $ 1 donated by the
- 37:13Speaker 4: same person who's unknown and retired up and down the
- 37:16Speaker 4: finance disclosures. Now, both parties do this, but smurfing is
- 37:20Speaker 4: the same kind of fraud that you see that takes
- 37:22Speaker 4: place in the voter rolls with our elections and with
- 37:24Speaker 4: the mail and with the canvassing that you find there.
- 37:27Speaker 4: It's completely using personnel records to fraud the financial operation
- 37:31Speaker 4: of a campaign. And it is a key component to
- 37:35Speaker 4: getting Democrats across the line as their party registration numbers
- 37:38Speaker 4: dwindle out of existence.
- 37:39Speaker 1: So it's a combination of identity theft and money laundering
- 37:42Speaker 1: that's used in politics.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Exactly. Yeah.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Speaking of the money that's in Virginia, I will say
- 37:48Speaker 1: that there is definitely conservative reaction expenditures going on. Again,
- 37:53Speaker 1: it's about half or less than what the Democrats are spending.
- 37:56Speaker 1: But being in Virginia, look at all the mail I'm getting.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Every day, I'm getting a vote no thing. I'm getting
- 38:02Speaker 1: every day, I'm getting literature. Vote no, vote no, vote no.
- 38:06Speaker 1: In fact, the no literature to my house is... dramatically
- 38:09Speaker 1: higher than any vote yes literature. And I sign up
- 38:12Speaker 1: for all the Democrat mailing lists and I'm not getting it.
- 38:15Speaker 1: And it's interesting because I'm seeing that there's a real
- 38:18Speaker 1: effort underway, including efforts to tell black voters that black
- 38:23Speaker 1: voters are being dispersed across districts and having their voice diminished,
- 38:28Speaker 1: which is in the mailing here. So there's clearly some
- 38:32Speaker 1: effort here to convince Virginians that this is unfair.
- 38:36Speaker 4: Well, there's a big psyop underway from the left here.
- 38:39Speaker 4: You can see why the ballot language that they've used,
- 38:41Speaker 4: they're trying to restore a fair map. That's the kind
- 38:43Speaker 4: of language that yes is using. And unfortunately, I spoke
- 38:47Speaker 4: last week with a former Virginia legislator who said that
- 38:50Speaker 4: she's known a number of Republicans who called in and
- 38:52Speaker 4: said that they voted yes, being tricked by this language,
- 38:55Speaker 4: which isn't good. Now, the hope for me is that
- 38:58Speaker 4: this is an overwhelming turnout against the yes proposition. Number one,
- 39:02Speaker 4: Spanberger's approval is definitely in the tank. But you can
- 39:05Speaker 4: see in the 2020 results, they had question one that
- 39:09Speaker 4: was on the ballot, which is what enshrined this independent
- 39:12Speaker 4: redistricting commission. So this is a Biden plus 10.3 state
- 39:16Speaker 4: in 2020. Now, that's an inflated margin, thanks to the
- 39:19Speaker 4: rules of the 2020 election, but still 10 points. And
- 39:22Speaker 4: the independent redistricting commission approved by 31 points. It ran
- 39:27Speaker 4: 41 points to the right of the top of the ticket.
- 39:29Speaker 4: So I'm thinking if we have a Republican favorable turnout
- 39:32Speaker 4: by district, that it should skew right of what the
- 39:35Speaker 4: turnout number is. That is my hope.
- 39:37Speaker 1: I hope so, too. OK, let me show you a
- 39:38Speaker 1: clip here, if I could. This is Obama world is
- 39:41Speaker 1: very involved in this. Obama has been recording advertisements, to
- 39:46Speaker 1: tell everyone to rig the elections. And then Eric Holder
- 39:48Speaker 1: was on one of the Sunday shows this weekend. And
- 39:51Speaker 1: it's even at the point where the CBS host, Margaret Brennan,
- 39:53Speaker 1: is a pretty reliable Democrat, is she's bewildered. She goes,
- 39:57Speaker 1: wait a second, aren't you rigging the entire election in Virginia?
- 40:00Speaker 1: Watch this, cut six. Here's the clip.
- 40:02Speaker 3: The president's party doesn't usually do well in the midterm races.
- 40:06Speaker 3: So why do Democrats need to do this? I mean,
- 40:08Speaker 3: it sounds like It's acknowledging that the Democratic Party can't
- 40:12Speaker 3: win on its own, that it has to go through
- 40:14Speaker 3: these measures.
- 40:15Speaker 5: The Democrats can certainly win if it's a fair fight.
- 40:18Speaker 5: And the question I have- It wasn't going to be
- 40:19Speaker 5: a fair fight in Virginia? No, it wasn't going to
- 40:22Speaker 5: be a fair fight nationally if you try to steal
- 40:24Speaker 5: seats in Texas, in North Carolina, and in Missouri. And
- 40:29Speaker 5: so the question I have for people who are critical
- 40:31Speaker 5: of that, which we're doing, is that What were we
- 40:32Speaker 5: supposed to do?
- 40:33Speaker 8: Nothing?
- 40:34Speaker 5: Just allow them to try to stack the deck, to
- 40:36Speaker 5: try to steal seats? And all we're trying to do
- 40:39Speaker 5: is meet them and try to make the system as
- 40:41Speaker 5: fair as it possibly can be. And that's all that
- 40:44Speaker 5: this is about.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Seth Cash, I want to get your reaction, Eric Holder, there.
- 40:48Speaker 4: Well, they're counting on the standard voter being stupid. That
- 40:52Speaker 4: is all it is. Because what happens in one state
- 40:54Speaker 4: shouldn't impact the people of Virginia. And I also disagree
- 40:57Speaker 4: with them. Texas had a court order to redistrict their seats.
- 41:01Speaker 4: And even so, Texas is going to wind up. Texas
- 41:04Speaker 4: right now is a Republican stronghold for sure. It's 25
- 41:08Speaker 4: to 13 Republican split. They think they're going to pick
- 41:11Speaker 4: up five. I actually think that Texas is only guaranteed
- 41:14Speaker 4: about three seats of a pickup. I think they've got
- 41:16Speaker 4: two dogfights on their hands to get the full 30.
- 41:19Speaker 4: But even if it goes 30 to 8 Republican, that
- 41:22Speaker 4: pales in comparison to what California is about to pull off.
- 41:25Speaker 4: California looks like they're going to wind up with a
- 41:28Speaker 4: 48 to 4 Democrat split in their House delegation. Then
- 41:31Speaker 4: you can look at New England. New England has 19
- 41:34Speaker 4: safe Democrat seats by my calculation out of 21. Then
- 41:38Speaker 4: one leaner that's probably going Democrat. Then the one I
- 41:40Speaker 4: think the GOP is going to pick up in Maine too.
- 41:42Speaker 4: So they have effectively gerrymandered the purple and blue portions
- 41:46Speaker 4: of this country to the point where they're guaranteed almost
- 41:50Speaker 4: 200 seats at the table, kind of like how they've
- 41:52Speaker 4: used the census to rig their apportionment numbers as well.
- 41:55Speaker 7: Yes.
- 41:56Speaker 1: OK, so then let me ask you about the Supreme
- 41:58Speaker 1: Court decision that we're awaiting. We're awaiting a redistricting order
- 42:04Speaker 1: in this. It was a Louisiana v. Calais from last year.
- 42:08Speaker 1: And Sean Spicer just reported this past week that the
- 42:12Speaker 1: dissent is slow walking its opinion here to try and
- 42:15Speaker 1: keep this from coming to fruition before the midterms. But
- 42:19Speaker 1: essentially what it comes down to is that if the
- 42:22Speaker 1: court comes out with a favorable ruling for decency, that
- 42:25Speaker 1: you're not going to be allowed to draw districts based
- 42:27Speaker 1: on race anymore. That's just that's that's going to be
- 42:31Speaker 1: as it should be unconstitutional to draw districts on the
- 42:33Speaker 1: basis of race. How big of an impact do you
- 42:36Speaker 1: think that'll have on the country in our elections?
- 42:38Speaker 4: It's going to have a tremendous impact because a lot
- 42:40Speaker 4: of people are looking at the 2030 census as a
- 42:43Speaker 4: means of getting the numbers straight. Now, for those of
- 42:46Speaker 4: you watching at home, the Census Bureau admitted that it
- 42:49Speaker 4: botched the 2020 count. It overcounted blue states and undercounted
- 42:53Speaker 4: red states almost exclusively. Now, that's going to fix a
- 42:55Speaker 4: lot of things as far as how many seats these
- 42:58Speaker 4: states can apportion. That's probably going to push at least
- 43:01Speaker 4: 14 seats towards the GOP. But what you're talking about
- 43:04Speaker 4: here is Section 2 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
- 43:06Speaker 4: If that is struck down, Now, timing matters, too. I
- 43:09Speaker 4: don't think they're going to get to it fast enough
- 43:10Speaker 4: to impact the 26 midterms. But I think that through
- 43:14Speaker 4: my numbers, I see a pickup of 11 to 13
- 43:16Speaker 4: Republican seats, mostly through the Deep South. It's going to
- 43:19Speaker 4: really crater the Democrat representation there, and rightfully so.
- 43:23Speaker 1: In other words, right now, the elections in our country
- 43:26Speaker 1: are rigged to the advantage of Democrats. And if the
- 43:28Speaker 1: court comes out and says you're not allowed to rig
- 43:30Speaker 1: that anymore, then Republicans would win the House of Representatives and,
- 43:34Speaker 1: in fact, are likely to hold a majority going forward.
- 43:38Speaker 4: If we have the favorable Voting Rights Act ruling, 11
- 43:43Speaker 4: to 13 seats, and then have another 14 by apportionment
- 43:46Speaker 4: come towards Republicans, you're looking at 25-plus seats towards the
- 43:49Speaker 4: GOP by the end of this decade. And that's going
- 43:52Speaker 4: to be a death blow to the modern Democrats who
- 43:55Speaker 4: are hanging on by a thread anyway because their voter
- 43:57Speaker 4: registration numbers are through the floor. Uh, that's going to be,
- 44:01Speaker 4: that's going to be a really big blow. Of course,
- 44:03Speaker 4: it matters that the quality of Republicans that were sent
- 44:05Speaker 4: into Congress to make sure that we can get very
- 44:07Speaker 4: simple 80, 20 issues like the save act across. Uh, but,
- 44:11Speaker 4: but yes, um, the, the desperation is thick right now,
- 44:15Speaker 4: which is why you see the push in Virginia. And
- 44:17Speaker 4: fortunately for us, Colorado failed, um, to get a redistrict across.
- 44:21Speaker 4: Now they have a ballot question coming out this year
- 44:23Speaker 4: in 2026.
- 44:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 44:24Speaker 4: Um, Okay.
- 44:27Speaker 5: All right.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Well, this is a wild year. And obviously, this is
- 44:32Speaker 1: why we're fighting so hard for election integrity. It really
- 44:34Speaker 1: matters a great deal. Seth Keschel, thank you very much.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Appreciate your time today and appreciate you getting up early
- 44:39Speaker 1: to talk about all this.
- 44:40Speaker 4: You bet, Vince. The election integrity is my thing. Making
- 44:43Speaker 4: sure that we get it straight on forecasting is my thing.
- 44:46Speaker 4: Check me out on Substack, CaptainK.us, and my new book,
- 44:49Speaker 4: the bestseller, The American War on Election Corruption. So thank
- 44:53Speaker 4: you very much for the time.
- 44:54Speaker 1: Well, God bless you. It's one of the most important
- 44:55Speaker 1: issues imaginable. Thank you, Seth.
- 44:57Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 44:58Speaker 1: All right. There's Seth Cash. We appreciate his time today
- 45:00Speaker 1: assessing all these big questions. And Seth ended with, I think,
- 45:04Speaker 1: a pretty realistic dose of optimism here, a little realism
- 45:08Speaker 1: and optimism from Seth as he's explaining what is possible
- 45:13Speaker 1: here with these big Supreme Court decisions and if we
- 45:15Speaker 1: actually get redistricting that bears any resemblance whatsoever to the
- 45:20Speaker 1: existing census. I'm not even talking about the cleaned up census,
- 45:24Speaker 1: a census that only counts American citizens. We're just talking
- 45:27Speaker 1: about righting the wrongs of the last census's betrayals, because
- 45:33Speaker 1: Republican states were undercounted, as we've talked about quite a bit.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Democrat states were overcounted in terms of congressional apportionment. Fixing
- 45:40Speaker 1: that in this big Supreme Court decision, it could lead
- 45:44Speaker 1: to Republicans' having control over the House of Representatives for
- 45:47Speaker 1: a very long time, a very long time. Our margins
- 45:52Speaker 1: could grow and we could get more sensible legislation through,
- 45:55Speaker 1: which would be a big deal. It'd be a very
- 45:57Speaker 1: big deal. So good to hear from Seth, appreciate him
- 46:00Speaker 1: on that. Now, speaking of interfering in our elections and
- 46:06Speaker 1: the tyranny at the hands of the left, you and
- 46:10Speaker 1: I have been following this for years, dating back to
- 46:12Speaker 1: the 2016 election, the efforts to accuse President Trump of
- 46:17Speaker 1: stealing elections, Trump-Russia collusion and all the garbage that John
- 46:21Speaker 1: Brennan was involved with. Well, let me bring you an
- 46:25Speaker 1: update on how soon it will be before we start
- 46:28Speaker 1: seeing some massive arrests in the grand conspiracy case down
- 46:32Speaker 1: in South Florida. Now, the words South Florida and grand
- 46:35Speaker 1: conspiracy don't appear in the clip I'm about to show you,
- 46:38Speaker 1: but it's screaming out to me that this is what
- 46:41Speaker 1: it's about. This is the FBI director, Kash Patel. He
- 46:45Speaker 1: was on with Maria Bartiromo this weekend. And he indicated
- 46:49Speaker 1: that not only does the FBI now have all of
- 46:52Speaker 1: the information it needs to make arrests, but that the
- 46:55Speaker 1: arrests are very, very imminent. This is not a small
- 47:00Speaker 1: thing to hear from the director of the FBI. Take
- 47:01Speaker 1: a listen to Kash and listen carefully here.
- 47:04Speaker 9: I see President Trump. He says this repeatedly that the
- 47:07Speaker 9: election was rigged in 2020. I mean, he says it
- 47:10Speaker 9: all the time.
- 47:10Speaker 1: We all know that.
- 47:11Speaker 9: And it's almost getting lost because he says it so much.
- 47:14Speaker 9: You've been at the FBI now 14 months.
- 47:16Speaker 8: Have you done.
- 47:17Speaker 7: Anything about that?
- 47:18Speaker 9: And do you have anything to tell.
- 47:19Speaker 1: Us about that?
- 47:22Speaker 3: Absolutely, Maria.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Look, I've been with the president nearly since day one
- 47:25Speaker 2: on this. As I as I told you earlier, I
- 47:27Speaker 2: was the one that led the effort with folks like
- 47:29Speaker 2: Trey Gowdy, Johnny Ratcliffe and Devin Nunes to expose the
- 47:32Speaker 2: corruption of that tried to thwart President Trump's first presidential
- 47:36Speaker 2: election run. And we saw the FISA abuses there. And
- 47:39Speaker 2: I lived through it and the media came at me
- 47:40Speaker 2: then too. That just shows you that when you're over
- 47:43Speaker 2: the target, you keep pummeling the target because the media
- 47:45Speaker 2: is going to try and pummel you. We are not
- 47:47Speaker 2: going to take this and have not taken this laying down.
- 47:50Speaker 2: We did already indict former Director Comey, and that's going
- 47:53Speaker 2: through the judicial process. But we also, at this FBI,
- 47:57Speaker 2: even though we uncovered what we uncovered back in the
- 47:58Speaker 2: House Intel days, I had to come in here and
- 48:00Speaker 2: find rooms that they hid from the world. I had
- 48:02Speaker 2: to come in here and find access on our computer
- 48:04Speaker 2: systems in restricted and prohibited case files that they purposely
- 48:07Speaker 2: put in places for no one to see and find.
- 48:10Speaker 2: We have found all this information. We are working with
- 48:12Speaker 2: our Department of Justice partners. And I am never going
- 48:15Speaker 2: to let this go because they not only have personally
- 48:17Speaker 2: attacked the presidency of the United States and President Trump,
- 48:20Speaker 2: but they tried to thwart our elections and rig the
- 48:22Speaker 2: entire system. And that is not something that... is going
- 48:25Speaker 2: to stop. That is not something I'm going to allow
- 48:28Speaker 2: on my watch. But you just have to remember, they
- 48:30Speaker 2: built this disease temple over 20 and 30 years.
- 48:33Speaker 1: We've got all the evidence.
- 48:35Speaker 2: I can announce on your show that we've got all
- 48:37Speaker 2: the information we need. We're working with our prosecutors, the
- 48:40Speaker 2: Department of Justice and their Attorney General Todd Blanch. And
- 48:42Speaker 2: we are going to be making arrests.
- 48:45Speaker 1: And it's coming.
- 48:45Speaker 2: And I promise you, it's coming soon.
- 48:51Speaker 1: We have all of the information we need. We are
- 48:55Speaker 1: now working with the prosecutors. We are going to be
- 48:59Speaker 1: making arrests. And I promise you, it's coming soon. Well,
- 49:05Speaker 1: that's great. I'll take that. And I'm waiting with eager
- 49:11Speaker 1: anticipation for all of the appropriate arrests to be made.
- 49:15Speaker 1: That's a big deal for the FBI director to say.
- 49:19Speaker 1: So we'll we'll keep tracking that. But that definitely caught
- 49:21Speaker 1: my attention this weekend. Now, what do we need? What
- 49:24Speaker 1: are the missing pieces to bring a prosecution? Well, just
- 49:28Speaker 1: the news has a report that's troubling. We were just
- 49:30Speaker 1: talking about, you know, what these Republicans are. and how
- 49:33Speaker 1: frustrating they are. Somebody in the chat actually said something
- 49:37Speaker 1: to the effect of, well, what does it matter if
- 49:39Speaker 1: we get more Republicans? We can't even get them to
- 49:41Speaker 1: pass the Save America Act. Well, that's exactly the point.
- 49:44Speaker 1: If we can grow the numbers in the United States House,
- 49:47Speaker 1: and in particular right now, the United States Senate, if
- 49:49Speaker 1: we can grow the numbers of people who actually represent
- 49:52Speaker 1: the American people, then we can get this really important
- 49:55Speaker 1: legislation through. We don't have to deal with the stonewall
- 49:59Speaker 1: of Democrats and the idiocy of the establishment Republicans. We
- 50:05Speaker 1: can outvote them. That's the goal. We should have patriots.
- 50:08Speaker 1: We should grow the number of patriots in both houses
- 50:10Speaker 1: to the highest levels possible. But right now we have
- 50:14Speaker 1: all sorts of problems in the Senate. Check this out
- 50:17Speaker 1: from Just the News this weekend. John Thune's Senate has
- 50:20Speaker 1: delayed weaponization prosecutors in the John Brennan probe for two months.
- 50:27Speaker 1: The United States Senate has. Earlier this year, the United
- 50:31Speaker 1: States Justice Department asked two Senate committees to provide transcripts
- 50:34Speaker 1: and records of contacts with former CIA Director John Brennan
- 50:38Speaker 1: regarding the now discredited Russia collusion allegations, signaling there was
- 50:43Speaker 1: an active investigation into whether the former spy boss had
- 50:46Speaker 1: misled or obstructed Congress. The letters gave a hard deadline
- 50:50Speaker 1: of February 23rd for compliance. Guess what happened? The Senate
- 50:54Speaker 1: blew past it. John Thune's Senate ignored the deadline from
- 50:58Speaker 1: the Justice Department. Two months later, the body run by
- 51:01Speaker 1: John Thune has not complied, slowing a key angle of
- 51:05Speaker 1: a grand jury investigation based in Fort Pierce, Florida, into
- 51:09Speaker 1: whether Obama and Biden-era government officials engaged in a conspiracy
- 51:14Speaker 1: to weaponize law enforcement and intelligence tools to harm President
- 51:18Speaker 1: Trump and his followers. All that is needed, senators told
- 51:22Speaker 1: Just the News, is a resolution to be introduced and
- 51:25Speaker 1: a floor vote in the Republican-controlled Senate. Neither has happened,
- 51:29Speaker 1: even after prosecutors narrowed their requests to evidence related to Brennan,
- 51:34Speaker 1: though prosecutors were recently allowed to read one Senate Intel
- 51:38Speaker 1: Committee report in a secure room, officials said. Thune's team
- 51:42Speaker 1: has told the Justice Department that that the Senate leader
- 51:45Speaker 1: is trying to get unanimous consent to transmit the evidence,
- 51:48Speaker 1: negotiating with Democrats to avoid a floor vote that could
- 51:53Speaker 1: slow down other legislation. Why is it so hard? Why
- 52:00Speaker 1: is it such a challenge just to do the bare minimum?
- 52:06Speaker 1: Just to send over the evidence against John Brennan. What
- 52:10Speaker 1: the Justice Department is saying is, guys, we need this
- 52:14Speaker 1: to prosecute him. Send it to us. So once again,
- 52:19Speaker 1: one of the key impediments to justice in the United
- 52:23Speaker 1: States is the United States Senate. I can't emphasize this enough.
- 52:29Speaker 1: The FBI in the United States Department of Justice gets
- 52:31Speaker 1: all sorts of crap for the prosecutions not going as
- 52:35Speaker 1: fast as so many of us want. But the reality
- 52:38Speaker 1: has been throughout all of this. that the United States
- 52:41Speaker 1: Senate bears so much more responsibility for the chaos that
- 52:45Speaker 1: we're witnessing right now and for whatever stagnation. you and
- 52:49Speaker 1: I are seeing. And the reason I can say that
- 52:51Speaker 1: with confidence is because as we speak, John Thune and
- 52:54Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley and the rest of these establishment Republicans are
- 52:58Speaker 1: clinging to things like the blue slip in the Senate,
- 53:01Speaker 1: which prevents us from getting good US attorneys in position
- 53:04Speaker 1: all across the country. The president doesn't truly have his
- 53:07Speaker 1: own pick of US attorneys because the Senate has this
- 53:10Speaker 1: blue slip veto that allows Democrats to absolutely veto anybody.
- 53:16Speaker 1: who the president desires to be in those jobs in
- 53:19Speaker 1: a state with a Democrat senator. That's insane. It's totally insane.
- 53:24Speaker 1: It's not an actual rule. It's not a law. It's
- 53:27Speaker 1: just a tradition. It's a handshake with a bunch of
- 53:30Speaker 1: political terrorists who don't want you to have a functioning
- 53:33Speaker 1: justice system. Well, stop handshaking with them. Stop doing it.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Get rid of the blue slip. It's insanity that it continues.
- 53:40Speaker 1: The president's also placing pressure on the Senate right now
- 53:42Speaker 1: to get rid of the filibuster. Get rid of the filibuster.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Will you stop blockading the American people and get to
- 53:50Speaker 1: passing the business of our country? The Save America Act
- 53:52Speaker 1: is essential. So, yes, the Senate is an impediment to
- 53:58Speaker 1: justice here. Now, the delays in the Senate, the delays
- 54:02Speaker 1: in the Senate. Let me let me share this with
- 54:04Speaker 1: you from the same piece. This is this is from
- 54:07Speaker 1: just the news still. The delays in the Senate come
- 54:10Speaker 1: as Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch is ramping up resources
- 54:13Speaker 1: right now in Florida and Washington, D.C. to develop the
- 54:17Speaker 1: weaponization conspiracy case. The career prosecutor who was running the
- 54:21Speaker 1: weaponization probe was sent back to her post this week
- 54:24Speaker 1: in Miami. And former U.S. Attorney Joseph DeGeneva is set
- 54:30Speaker 1: to start Monday, today, as the new lead prosecutor on
- 54:35Speaker 1: Russia Collusion Matters. DeGeneva, a longtime vocal Trump supporter who
- 54:42Speaker 1: also did legal work for the president, is a veteran
- 54:45Speaker 1: and accomplished federal prosecutor who has worked as a U.S.
- 54:48Speaker 1: attorney in the nation's capital, as well as an independent
- 54:52Speaker 1: and special counsel in politically sensitive cases. Guys, I can't
- 54:57Speaker 1: emphasize enough how wonderful this news is. Joe DeGeneva is
- 55:04Speaker 1: an absolute patriot. This man means it. He's an attack dog.
- 55:11Speaker 1: You guys know Joe? Who knows Joe? Penelope knows Joe.
- 55:14Speaker 1: Penelope Pitstop says DeGeneva's a good pick. He's a tough ass.
- 55:19Speaker 1: He's right. She's right. Leah Greenweight says that's great news. Yeah,
- 55:23Speaker 1: this is great news. Joe DeGeneva is not to be
- 55:27Speaker 1: trifled with. This guy means business. This is, it is
- 55:32Speaker 1: long overdue. for Joe to have a position like this.
- 55:36Speaker 1: And now he's tasked with running this operation. That's a massive,
- 55:40Speaker 1: massive deal. Take this as a very encouraging sign, ladies
- 55:44Speaker 1: and gentlemen, a very encouraging sign. Joe is excellent.
- 55:48Speaker 7: All right.
- 55:48Speaker 1: The chat knows Joe. Good.
- 55:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 55:50Speaker 1: Love Joe and Victoria, his great wife, Victoria. They're both great.
- 55:54Speaker 1: They're both great.
- 55:55Speaker 7: All right.
- 55:55Speaker 1: So, um, That's the news today on what's going on
- 55:59Speaker 1: with that. You can feel it in the air, can't you?
- 56:02Speaker 1: You can feel it. You can feel what's happening. There's
- 56:04Speaker 1: a lot of progress here, including we got that report
- 56:07Speaker 1: last week from, where was it, Reuters, that John Brennan
- 56:10Speaker 1: is the target of the FBI investigation. And there are
- 56:13Speaker 1: interviews and subpoenas out the wazoo right now to gather
- 56:18Speaker 1: all of this. So we'll keep our eyes open. We'll
- 56:21Speaker 1: keep our eyes on all of it. There's so much
- 56:23Speaker 1: to get to. All right, I'm going to do a
- 56:25Speaker 1: lot more getting to things today on the Big National
- 56:27Speaker 1: Radio Show. We'll do that coming up today. If you'd
- 56:29Speaker 1: like your local listings, you can go to thevinshow.com. Get
- 56:32Speaker 1: your local radio listings there. We will cover the news today,
- 56:36Speaker 1: and it's going to be great. Hopefully, Producer Justin doesn't
- 56:38Speaker 1: call me in the middle of the show. Maybe he will.
- 56:41Speaker 1: It's anybody's guess. So we'll do that today. Remember, if
- 56:44Speaker 1: you're in Virginia tomorrow's election day, it's your last chance.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Vote no. Vote no. Save Virginia. Save America. You can
- 56:53Speaker 1: do it. Make it too big to rig, ladies and gentlemen.
- 56:57Speaker 1: Go out in Virginia and vote no tomorrow. If you
- 56:59Speaker 1: know anybody in Virginia, just keep bugging them until they vote.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Have them vote no. You've got to vote no. You
- 57:05Speaker 1: have to do it. Coming up today, the great Dan
- 57:07Speaker 1: Bongino show. I don't know if he's going to talk
- 57:09Speaker 1: about that Kash Patel clip, but I'm kind of waiting
- 57:11Speaker 1: with bated breath to see if he does. Maybe he will.
- 57:14Speaker 1: That's coming up today. That's rumble.com slash Bongino. And then,
- 57:18Speaker 1: speaking of Dan Bongino's great show, I'll be joining him
- 57:20Speaker 1: on Wednesday this week. I'll be stopping by his program
- 57:23Speaker 1: on Wednesday, as I do each, every other Wednesday. Every
- 57:26Speaker 1: other Wednesday I do that. And then coming up today,
- 57:29Speaker 1: Haley Karania. She's got an amazing program. That's at noon
- 57:31Speaker 1: Eastern time. Rumble.com slash Haley. Haley with two Ys.
- 57:34Speaker 4: Why?
- 57:34Speaker 1: Because she's amazing. We were chatting this week, and I
- 57:37Speaker 1: was texting with her a bunch of different stories we
- 57:39Speaker 1: were chatting about. We'll see what she produces. It's going
- 57:42Speaker 1: to be fantastic. I'm certain. As always, you're the best
- 57:46Speaker 1: audience anywhere. You guys are great. You guys are really great.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Good to see you today. Clark Kent says, great show today, Vince.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Clark Kent. Do you have an alter ego, Clark Kent?
- 57:55Speaker 1: Just curious. Anyway, great to see you. I'll be back
- 57:57Speaker 1: with you tomorrow. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 58:04Speaker 8: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 58:06Speaker 8: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 58:10Speaker 8: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 58:13Speaker 8: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 58:15Speaker 8: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 58:19Speaker 7: That is it.
- 58:20Speaker 8: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 58:24Speaker 8: will win. It is not complicated.
- 58:26Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
