- 0:01Hello folks. This is Princess.
- 0:03You are listening to the Millennial Mustard Seed Podcast.
- 0:06Thanks for listening. Don't forget to share with your
- 0:09friends. That's tough.
- 0:11We're in a very tough spot. I think that what we're doing
- 0:15right now is a great benefit in virtue because it's an end
- 0:19around between this whole corrupt informational system,
- 0:23media system. We claim to believe in a God who
- 0:27spoke the universe into existence.
- 0:29And literally raised himself from the dead.
- 0:32And yet we're not going to believe that anything else
- 0:35exists in the spirit realm, even though his word tells us that
- 0:38they do. Their bodies weren't permitted
- 0:41to go to sleep like humans do, and they weren't permitted to go
- 0:45to heaven. So they wander the earth.
- 0:49You know, I've seen the eyes turn black to the numb tongues
- 0:52being spoken. These giants were way up in the
- 0:56island. The young Braves, the young men
- 0:59would hide them in the trees. They wait for one of these 12
- 1:02footers to come walking down the bath, and they would jump on
- 1:05them and kill them and drag them back to the village.
- 1:07And the village would feast on the body.
- 1:15Then people start to get weapons.
- 1:16They start to get armor. They start to build cities.
- 1:18They start to fortify their cities.
- 1:20Now God lets. Down and there's violence
- 1:22everywhere. The battle, this war that we are
- 1:26at is not against each other. It's against these
- 1:29principalities and these rulers and these archons In the high
- 1:31places, it's. Really worthwhile to read the
- 1:34Bible yourself. Fear is one of the primary
- 1:37drivers of mind control because we have to take every thought
- 1:42captive and resist fear. You're going to have a
- 1:48testimony. That is a justice case against
- 1:52the Kingdom of darkness. Welcome back to the Millennial
- 2:06Mustard Seed Podcast. I'm your host, Rod and thank you
- 2:09for being here with me. I have a great episode in store

- 2:22We barely get into Carly's full story, but we just this is an
- 2:26introduction and we jump around some amazing topics about how
- 2:30God has been healing her, some of the traumas that she has been
- 2:33through. Her life.
- 2:34And then there's some surprise cliffhangers for towards the end
- 2:38of this episode about her Bigfoot encounter that she had.
- 2:42Yeah, you heard me right, Sasquatch.
- 2:45And it's just an edifying and encouraging story.

- 3:52episode. You guys ready?
- 3:55Let's go. Let's go.
- 4:10My name is Carly. I'm from Minnesota.
- 4:12We're going to be talking about my life story and the
- 4:15faithfulness of God today. Welcome to the Millennial Must
- 4:19Receive podcast. Carly, that was an awesome
- 4:25introduction and I'm happy to be with you.
- 4:28This is going to be a really awesome conversation, so I just
- 4:32want to start off with asking you how did you find the
- 4:34podcast? My pastor is Dan Duvall, who you
- 4:38have interviewed, so that's why I found it.
- 4:41That's so awesome. Yeah, Dan is a really awesome
- 4:45guy. I.
- 4:47I think very highly of him and the work that he's done,
- 4:50especially with the prayers. I always tell people my personal
- 4:53life, his prayers are powerful. I believe in strategic prayer,
- 4:58and God also talks about precatory prayer in the word.
- 5:03I mean, that's, you know, the prayer that David was using
- 5:05against hordes of enemies that were after him.
- 5:08And I think it's something that's that the church doesn't
- 5:11really put a lot of focus on. So that's so cool that Dan
- 5:14Duvall is your pastor. He's he's an awesome guy.
- 5:17Yeah, he's been on the show twice.
- 5:19We've talked a couple times off air and there's nobody quite
- 5:23like him. Indeed, it's really true.
- 5:26I've also to piggyback on what you said about the strategic
- 5:30prayers. I've definitely believe that in
- 5:34this season, in this generation, it's becoming more and more
- 5:37about praying with wisdom. I think generations before got
- 5:42by for a long time with Lord. Please help such and such.
- 5:46Lord, fix our government. You know, very vanilla prayers.
- 5:52But the way that the enemy is operating, when you compare that
- 5:59to the revelation of our identity in Christ and how
- 6:02intentionally and intensely the Lord is unpacking who and what
- 6:06we really are, it's like you can see that these things are rising
- 6:11in intensity together. So the more the enemy is
- 6:15utilizing wicked constructs in the Asheville realm or utilizing
- 6:19inequities and bloodlines to get whatever he wants get to get
- 6:23going On the contrary, the revelation of who and what we
- 6:28really are is becoming more solid and people, I tell you,
- 6:32there's, I don't know anybody in my circle who isn't asking that
- 6:36question. Who am I?
- 6:38What is my identity in Christ? What did he mean when he said
- 6:42greater things? Will you do?
- 6:45What did he say in John 17 when he asked us to be one with him
- 6:50as he is one with the Father? And I think that these the
- 6:53importance of our identity is playing a lot into how effective
- 6:59our strategic warfare is, because it's no longer that
- 7:03vague vanilla prayer. We're going for the constructs
- 7:07of the enemy now with the weapons of of not seeking
- 7:11victory as if it's something that's beyond us, but fighting
- 7:14from the place of victory. Because the essence that has
- 7:17made me is victory. I don't strive to be something.
- 7:23The essence of Yahweh is in my DNA, you understand.
- 7:28So it's like no longer fighting for victory, but from victory.
- 7:32Because I am victory. You are victory.
- 7:35It's not something you seek to aspire to achieve someday down
- 7:39the road. It's an expression of your
- 7:41identity. And so when we talk about dance
- 7:43prayers, what he's expressing is the truth of who he is and the.
- 7:50Reason why I think it rings so strong with you and with other
- 7:53people is because it's like we've been like the Bible talks
- 7:57about the deer panting for the water of life and now in that
- 8:01water of life is our identity because he is in us.
- 8:05What else is there like? The revelation of Christ is the
- 8:08revelation of us as He made us to be.
- 8:12It is him who works in us and through us to cause his will to
- 8:16come about. And you're hitting on so many
- 8:18important points and this podcast, this is the space for
- 8:23that. This is the Millennium Mustard
- 8:24Seed. Literally.
- 8:26It's just funny that. There's so many churches out
- 8:29there on every corner in every neighborhood in America.
- 8:32And a lot of people have these questions.
- 8:34They've been systematically desensitized.
- 8:36They've been dealing with SRA. They've been dealing with all
- 8:38types of different damaging effects from the enemy.
- 8:41Some willing participants, some unwilling participants are maybe
- 8:45they some people are being used by the enemy.
- 8:46They don't even know it. And we have a generation of
- 8:50people. That are looking for better
- 8:53answers. Where can I go?
- 8:54What does God really say about me, man?
- 8:56I feel it right now. Wow.
- 8:58I'm excited for this interview. This is the first time we
- 9:01talked, Carly and I can tell you're a disciple of Dan Duvall.
- 9:07Yeah, here's that. I can tell.
- 9:08Yeah, it's so cool. Well, listen, let's start
- 9:12jumping into your story a little bit.
- 9:15You know, just give us, like. A 30,000 foot overview, if you
- 9:19will, about who you are. You know how you grew up, and
- 9:24let's just start diving in your story.
- 9:25I'm just going to ask you questions as we go along.
- 9:27There's a bunch of topics I really like to cover with you,
- 9:30so let's go. Yeah.
- 9:33The 30,000 foot view of my story is a story of coming into
- 9:38wholeness, and there's something about trauma at a young age that
- 9:42causes you to become many different people.
- 9:45It's like, I will be different depending on the situation so
- 9:50that I feel safe. And sometimes the identities
- 9:53that I have found in my trauma have been not quite me.
- 9:59And so it's been a it's been a healing journey, it's been a
- 10:06broken journey. And I can't say like my parents
- 10:10were maliciously trying to hurt me.
- 10:12I wouldn't go that far. And I know for a lot of people,
- 10:15that's their story. But that wasn't the case for me.
- 10:19I I found myself victim as a young child to sexual
- 10:27perversion, and I can go more into that.
- 10:30And then again as a teenager. And I lost my dad at the age of
- 10:3410. My parents were divorced.
- 10:36My mom was remarried to a man that was just not cool, not
- 10:39safe. And when my dad died, I knew he
- 10:45wasn't gone, and I sought him, but I saw him in the wrong ways.
- 10:51And as I grew up, my mom then had separated from my stepdad,
- 10:56and I was doing a lot of drugs, like it was my escape.
- 11:02It made me feel like I might have joy or companionship, just
- 11:09freedom from the darkness that was in my heart.
- 11:15And I moved to Chicago and got brutally sexually assaulted,
- 11:22Came back to Minnesota. I wanted to get my life right,
- 11:27but I just couldn't do it. And I ended up getting married.
- 11:33I met and married a man in three months.
- 11:35I met him at the bar, married him, married him three months
- 11:39later. He gave me two beautiful sons.
- 11:41The marriage wasn't safe and it dissolved.
- 11:47And I went back into the witchcraft stuff, and I came to
- 11:53a point in my life that it was I needed something else, and there
- 11:58was someone else. I want to ask you, were your
- 12:04parents involved in witchcraft, or was it a satanic occult or
- 12:10anything that you're aware of? I mean, how did you really kind
- 12:12of find yourself in these situations at a young age?
- 12:17Not overtly, but as I've grown up, I've learned that there's
- 12:20not a lot of room between Catholicism and witchcraft.
- 12:26There's no conflict in the spirit there.
- 12:28And that's not to say that our Catholic brothers and sisters
- 12:31who go to Mass and do these things are practicing
- 12:33witchcraft. But it's to say that you can go
- 12:37to Catholic Church on one day and go practice witchcraft on
- 12:42another day and not feel that condemnation, that that what's
- 12:47the word, conviction. Thank you, Holy Spirit, that
- 12:51that a person who was really walking with the Lord would feel
- 12:55there's not a lot of conflict there.
- 12:57So no, they weren't, you know? And I don't know because the
- 13:00weirdness started when I was really young.
- 13:02My first memory of life, I was 18 months old, and I've
- 13:05confirmed this with my mom. I was like, mom, do you remember
- 13:07that time I was sitting on your bed and you gave me like a pile
- 13:11of raisins to eat? But you also had emptied your
- 13:13purse. So there was like change and
- 13:14stuff on the bed. And I was, I was eating the
- 13:17raisins and then I stuck a Raisin up my nose and I got
- 13:20really scared because I couldn't get it out.
- 13:21And then you came in the room and started panicky.
- 13:23She was like, Carly, you were like 18 months old when that
- 13:28happened. You remember that?
- 13:29I was like, yeah, I can remember dreams from being a year old,
- 13:36just strange. And you know, I, as I got older,
- 13:41my mom and my dad, they didn't, they really struggled.
- 13:46They were young parents. They married right out of high
- 13:48school. They had my brother and they
- 13:51were really struggling financially when I was growing
- 13:53up. They had an airplane because my
- 13:55dad was a pilot and two bikes, no car.
- 13:58So they were biking places and then flying places and then
- 14:02Superior, WI. That's a different kind of cold
- 14:04people. If you're from anywhere other
- 14:06than northern Minnesota, Wisconsin, you just don't know
- 14:09cold, like we know cold. It's a different, it's
- 14:12offensive, it is a disrespectful kind of cold.
- 14:15So they would live, they would live their lives like this,
- 14:17right? And and my dad chose to be be
- 14:22really mean to my mom. I don't.
- 14:24I don't have memories of some of the things that she has said to
- 14:29me. And not to downplay my dad but
- 14:31just as I've asked questions as I've gotten older.
- 14:33But I can remember them arguing. And I remember one particular
- 14:36argument. I was maybe two and they were
- 14:38going back and forth and I remember standing in the kitchen
- 14:42crying for peanut butter. But I can remember thinking in
- 14:47my little tiny brain, if I can just get them to focus on me,
- 14:50they'll stop hurting each other. And this is this is how trauma
- 14:57starts. When a child has to be the one
- 15:01to save their parents from destruction, whether that's
- 15:09perceived or actual, it does something to a child that it it
- 15:16breaks their heart. And and as I got older, you
- 15:22know, my parents divorced and my mom remarried.
- 15:27But in that time, like I remember I was about four years
- 15:30old and I remembered being able to put my fingertips together
- 15:35and pull them apart and see lightning in between my fingers.
- 15:40But I could never do it when other people are around.
- 15:42Or like I remember being able to.
- 15:45I used to call it in my mind, making space under my feet, but
- 15:49I was levitating. But I could never do it when
- 15:54other people were around. So it begs the question, how?
- 15:58What's where? Where did I learn that?
- 16:05I I don't have a real answer for that.
- 16:07I mean, through prayer and the revelations that the Holy
- 16:11Spirit's given me, I've I've just come to accept that these
- 16:14are bloodline things, like druidism in my bloodline and for
- 16:20some reason it just manifested in me.
- 16:22Maybe because I was more curious.
- 16:24I I really don't know. But it made me aware.
- 16:28And the other thing I could see energies like around flowers and
- 16:31around people colors. It looked like almost like a
- 16:35colorful smoke coming off of people.
- 16:42Yeah, like being able to see the OR aura.
- 16:45Yeah, yeah, Yeah. So my mom married my stepdad.
- 16:51It was terrible, folks. Lord Jesus, it was really.
- 16:55He was very mean to my mom. I remember one night in
- 17:01particular, I thought he was going to kill her.
- 17:06He came in looking for. He came in.
- 17:09My mom said I'm going to hide. I was probably 15 or so don't
- 17:14tell him where I am. And and I knew where the shotgun
- 17:20was. And he when he came in he looked
- 17:23evil like his eyes were bloodshot and red and he was
- 17:28storming around the house and some of this isn't that unusual.
- 17:31But this night it was a particularly dangerous thing was
- 17:37going on and my mom was hiding and I was hearing him run
- 17:40imaging through the closet but I had moved it.
- 17:45I had an instinct about it and I had moved it and he stormed
- 17:49around and swore and was swearing and he ended up leaving
- 17:52the house. But it wasn't that much longer
- 17:53after that. My mom was like, I'm my mom, A
- 17:57good Catholic girl said I'm leaving my husband, and that was
- 18:01her end of her second marriage. But it was a very volatile
- 18:05situation, and of course it wasn't all bad.
- 18:07The Lord is. This is the thing about telling
- 18:11hard stories that I never want to gloss over.
- 18:15God had ways of showing me his love, even though things were
- 18:23not safe at home. He gave me a friend named Keisha
- 18:28when I was 8 years old. She lived across the street and
- 18:31her family was very functional and healthy.
- 18:34I loved being over there. Mom loved her dad or dad loved
- 18:37her mom. There were no step people and
- 18:41and I got to see what that looks like and I got to have a a
- 18:44sister who loved me into this day.
- 18:47She's still my best friend and 43 now almost.
- 18:52But there were. It was like God gave me the
- 18:57ability to find fun. It was almost like that was his
- 19:04his relief Ave. for me. I could find fun anywhere.
- 19:07And I did do some not so great things as a child.
- 19:11We were pretty naughty, right? And I'm not going to give glory
- 19:14to God for that. But I will say that there's
- 19:18always relief. The Lord said to me one time,
- 19:21Carly, there's always more. It's like sometimes we get to
- 19:25places in our lives where we just feel as though what we're
- 19:29experiencing now is, is what we'll always experience.
- 19:32It can be very hopeless, right? But even in the worst times of
- 19:35life, he's like, But there's always more, there's more joy.
- 19:38It might not be here now, but that's not to say it's not
- 19:42coming in the morning. You don't have money, but
- 19:45there's more money. You don't have a friendship, but
- 19:48there are friends. And he's providing always for
- 19:54us. And what we're experiencing now
- 19:55is not going to be our eternal experience.
- 19:57It's not we're not damned to what we're having going on in
- 20:00our life right now. There's always more.
- 20:03The Lord is abundant. So Carly, let me ask you, let me
- 20:12ask you this. I want to backtrack just a
- 20:14little bit. Now when you said you could see
- 20:17the electricity between your fingers and you could levitate
- 20:21off the ground, do you remember ever having like any sleep
- 20:31paralysis during this period in time?
- 20:33Was there anything activating that or do you think that was
- 20:37literally like you were saying a bloodline thing?
- 20:39Or do you think that this was some type of disturbance from
- 20:43the dark side? How do you help me understand
- 20:47maybe why that was happening? To tell you the truth, I I don't
- 20:56I don't know exactly why that was happening.
- 20:59I do know that I've just always been very sensitive and I think
- 21:04it's a gift. But you know the Lord, the the
- 21:08Lord gives us gifts and it's a beautiful gift and I I
- 21:11appreciate it and but the but the enemy can has an inkling
- 21:16about these things too. And every time God does the
- 21:19thing there, the enemy is right on his heels trying to
- 21:22counterfeit that thing and try to pervert that thing and twist
- 21:25that thing and make it a problem.
- 21:27And I mean literally everything he counterfeits.
- 21:33Well, and that's what I was thinking like that's why I kind
- 21:35of asked like, is there, was there sleep paralysis at the
- 21:37time or? But I would have weird dreams.
- 21:40I can remember having weird dreams.
- 21:42Like I can remember having dreams of being hung by my neck
- 21:46and swung down a staircase. Or like, I remember as a
- 21:50teenager, I had this dream. This was a terrifying dream.
- 21:53I was changed to a bed, and there was a demon that was like,
- 21:58intimidating and antagonizing and threatening me.
- 22:02And then Satan shows up, but he doesn't look pretty.
- 22:04He's in his form. That's not attractive.
- 22:07And he was. He was threatening to, he was
- 22:12threatening to rape me. And he said in my dream, how
- 22:14does it feel to be raped by a demon?
- 22:18And I could remember waking up from that dream and having
- 22:21physical like I felt it on my body.
- 22:26Like if you've, if of course you're married and you have
- 22:28children, so you know you can feel the effects of physical
- 22:31intimacy even after it's passed. And it was like that.
- 22:39Wow. Yeah, Wow.
- 22:41Yeah. So I don't know that.
- 22:42It's like they were accessing me from the astral round.
- 22:45Why I was targeted, I don't know.
- 22:47Maybe it was. I think you're spot on with that
- 22:50because, all right, so I said it this way to people.
- 22:53I think the enemy sees our light that's in us sometimes long
- 22:57before we see the darkness, right?
- 23:00So I think the enemy can see that God has put his mark on us.
- 23:03He has a calling on our life that literally there's an
- 23:06anointing for what is written in the book of life for you to
- 23:09complete. Like you said that in the
- 23:11beginning here, that state of victory, that is where we are.
- 23:17The enemy is defeated. We do have the high priest who's
- 23:20interceding for us but the enemy sometimes, especially through
- 23:25people, especially through circumstances when we have our
- 23:28innocence when we're growing young and and some people turn
- 23:30to be calloused over. But some people, they just, they
- 23:33never quite let themselves get so cold that that they can't be
- 23:37jump started by what God has planned for.
- 23:39Actually, I've heard a little bit of both, but that's why I
- 23:42was asking like was there something that you can remember
- 23:45during that time that was significant where the enemy was
- 23:48trying to pervert possibly a gift that you were given or
- 23:52maybe it was a bloodline thing, but I mean we can kind of move
- 23:55on from that. So I want to ask you, have you
- 24:00had prophetic dreams at all? Yeah, I have.
- 24:04I have my whole life. So one significant one was about
- 24:099/11. It was 1996, maybe 95, right in
- 24:16there. And I had a dream that I was in
- 24:19New York City in the dream, and all of a sudden there was this
- 24:24loud bang and this, this like, grayish brown, thick.
- 24:33Ash or smoke? I couldn't tell in the dream,
- 24:35but it was like coming at us through the city streets.
- 24:39I had been to New York before at that point, so I was.
- 24:41I had physically been to New York.
- 24:43You know, what? Was that what I'm saying?
- 24:44But I I could see it in the dream coming.
- 24:46And then everything just went. You couldn't see your hand in
- 24:48front of your face. It was so thick and terrible.
- 24:52And I woke up from that dream shook.
- 24:54I've had dreams about. And then prayed.
- 24:57Now, after I got saved, I would have dreams.
- 24:59Like there was this one time I had this dream that someone was
- 25:01trying to plant a bomb in Millennial Park in Chicago.
- 25:04And I woke up from that dream and I pray, pray, prayed, and
- 25:07like a week or two later they had caught some guy who was
- 25:10planning to do a bomb attack. I have had other dreams where
- 25:14things get exposed to me. One, recently things get exposed
- 25:17to me about people around me that I that I love and I care
- 25:22about. In inbound attacks and I'll tell
- 25:25them and then we thwart them or hey, the Lord is giving you a
- 25:29word for this thing. I've had dreams about famous
- 25:32people. Madonna, Eminem, Fauci, Joe
- 25:37Manchin, Trump Scavino, whatever his first name is.
- 25:44Weird stuff. And so the prophetic dreams have
- 25:48always been a thing and. I would have prophetic insights
- 25:52as well. One time we were driving up to
- 25:54Duluth. My dad lived up in Superior till
- 25:57he died in 91. And my my inlaws, Not my inlaws.
- 26:01My mom's husband's family also lived up there, so we were up
- 26:05and down 35 W at least 3-4 times a month.
- 26:10Like all the time going up there.
- 26:12And one time I was like, mommy, watch out for deer.
- 26:15We're driving up at night and within 30 minutes or so spap, we
- 26:20hit a deer. And my mom was like, how would
- 26:23you know? I'm like, I don't know.
- 26:25I just know some stuff. Sometimes I would just know.
- 26:30I don't know. It's man, the old, I don't know
- 26:36about you, Carly, but the older I get, the more I remember stuff
- 26:40from when I was younger, right? And I'll venture out and ask
- 26:43questions and in a lot of ways, I've said it on the show many
- 26:47times but I'm still peace and a lot of my my journey together,
- 26:52right. That's the purpose of the the
- 26:54podcast here is I get to talk with other people.
- 26:56I get to sharpen. I get to be sharpened and really
- 27:00bear each other's burdens in a way and fulfill the law of just
- 27:03like, hey, like I'm here like I'm listening like I'll pray for
- 27:06you like we're we're not alone. That's that's super important
- 27:10for me. But just certain things that
- 27:12you're saying, you know, I've had the conversation with my
- 27:15mother where she was like when you were younger, you would say
- 27:18things. I mean, I had trouble talking
- 27:21for years and you know, kindergarten didn't didn't go so
- 27:25well for me because I wouldn't talk.
- 27:26I wouldn't talk to anybody. But she would say that I had
- 27:30insight. I would tell her about things
- 27:32that would then it would happen like a week later or hours
- 27:35later. And it's just, it's interesting
- 27:37to hear you say that there there's something about that
- 27:42these, this generation, this generation of people, I think
- 27:46God really has something up his sleeve for the enemy.
- 27:52And I think the enemy thought it was going to be a weapon for him
- 27:58to use for defeat. But but God's going to turn the
- 28:01table. I'm sorry, I don't mean to
- 28:03digress here, but no, let me ask you some more questions.
- 28:06You just like triggered some stuff or I'm?
- 28:08Like nostalgia. I just went back in my own story
- 28:11by hearing a piece of yours. I'm like, this is good.
- 28:15So talk to me a little bit about like seeing energy.
- 28:18So you talked about being able to see like the aura of things
- 28:22right now. Was that limited to just people?
- 28:25Did you see that in animals? Is that in objects?
- 28:28Just dive into that. Help me help me out here.
- 28:32All of that. It was actually most poignant in
- 28:35things in nature. Trees, flowers, rocks, places,
- 28:40you know, I grew up a lot of the time in Superior, WI, which is
- 28:45very beautiful. With Duluth is very beautiful
- 28:48place, There's lots of rivers and wonderful nature places to
- 28:52check out and my dad was big on outdoor sports, so he was a
- 28:56pilot. So we had his own aircraft and
- 28:58we skied and we went to the beach and he worked for KQDS
- 29:01which is up there at the radio station.
- 29:03We were always out and about. He's a very popular guy.
- 29:06But my point in saying that is we spent a lot of time in nature
- 29:09and I would see it there, but as I grew older, well into my 20s
- 29:14really until I got saved. And then I had to shut down my
- 29:18third eye because that's what was being utilized.
- 29:23I could see energy in people. So I remember one time I was
- 29:25walking down the path behind our apartment at the time, and
- 29:28there's this woman, she was walking towards me and I just, I
- 29:31had to tell her because I could see her aura.
- 29:35But then there was this like dark mass that emanated from
- 29:38somewhere around her abdomen. And I I knew that something was
- 29:41wrong with her, like she was sick or.
- 29:46She either knew it or she didn't know it, but it was looking
- 29:48dark, right? And so I told her and I didn't
- 29:51pray for her. I wasn't saved at the time.
- 29:53I just dropped this thing on her, just crazy 20 year old
- 29:58coming out of the woods talking about black auras.
- 30:01Like I'm sure she was a little whoops, you know, but your aura
- 30:05is super purple, you know? It was just, it was.
- 30:08I'm sure it was weird for her, but I told her what I was seeing
- 30:11and she. And she put her hand on her
- 30:14stomach. She's like, yeah, I was just
- 30:15diagnosed with, I don't even remember to be honest with you,
- 30:18but she had admitted that there was something wrong in her
- 30:22abdomen. So I was just always very
- 30:26sensitive and and really that lended itself well to being
- 30:32curious about the supernatural, right.
- 30:36And when you combine a natural inclination to be curious about
- 30:40what's beyond the veil. With with experiences of trauma,
- 30:46it ends up being that there's an Ave. in for the enemy to kind of
- 30:51twist these things and make it something else.
- 30:54And so like it's it's just it's so slick, you know, it's like
- 31:00when you're dealing with the enemy is so slick and then when
- 31:03you take a step back like you had just said about.
- 31:06He he, he thinks he's going to use this generation for some
- 31:08things, but he's got another thing coming.
- 31:10Yes, that's always true too, right?
- 31:13So when I was 6, around the age of 6, I was molested by my
- 31:17friend's grandfather who lived down the street from my dad's
- 31:21house. He was he, he would like, sit me
- 31:26on his lap and bounce me on his lap.
- 31:28And I always made me feel very uncomfortable because he would
- 31:33he his body would react. Let's just put it like that.
- 31:36And then one day he asked me to, to come upstairs to show me
- 31:40whatever I was six. I just agreed.
- 31:42He was like, let me show you something cool.
- 31:44I was like, alright, great. I'm not thinking about it,
- 31:47right? All I knew was that he made me
- 31:49uncomfortable, but I didn't put all the pieces together.
- 31:52And then he he came out of the bathroom.
- 31:53He was naked. This man tried to get me to
- 31:56touch him. I ran away, but it was it was
- 31:59jarring to my person. It was so jarring and it just it
- 32:07triggered this hypersexuality in me and it from a young age.
- 32:12And I I want to be candid with that because there's so much
- 32:16shame that comes with that experience of sexuality at a
- 32:21young age. You, you, you know it's not
- 32:23right. It's almost like your body
- 32:26betrays you because your mind, your heart, your soul, your
- 32:30spirit, even it knows. This is not good.
- 32:34But your body's like this is so good.
- 32:37And it starts to sow this division of self very at a very
- 32:43early age. And so on the heels of that
- 32:47comes a lot of condemnation. Gosh, I should have known
- 32:51better. I knew better.
- 32:52I just didn't. I wish I would have La La La La
- 32:55la and you start to blame yourself.
- 32:59But the truth is, is that your body is built to respond to
- 33:01these things. When it gets triggered early,
- 33:04it's a problem. But it doesn't make you dirty.
- 33:07It doesn't make you beyond redemption.
- 33:12It doesn't make sexuality beyond redemption, but it but it does
- 33:17require a real close walk with the Lord when it comes to
- 33:20intimacy. They're on forward because
- 33:22there's so much that has to be restored.
- 33:27Wow. And it just makes me think, you
- 33:29know, as I'm taking this journey with you, I'm sitting back
- 33:32listening to your story. I can't help but now think about
- 33:38the over sexualization of every generation, but especially the
- 33:43youth who don't really have the parameters set in place because
- 33:46not many parents are raising children in the way of the Lord
- 33:49that when they grow, they won't depart from it.
- 33:51That that's just not happening. But for example, even you put on
- 33:56YouTube, you know, I put on like super book, which is like a
- 33:59Christian cartoon for my 6 year old and a couple times and this
- 34:04is through YouTube. I don't do cable.
- 34:06I don't, I don't watch TV like that.
- 34:07I have the TV for pretty much walking watching documentaries
- 34:11on YouTube of different people but commercials that pop up.
- 34:15I mean over sexualization of commercials.
- 34:17I I literally walked in it was probably a couple weeks back and
- 34:21there was like a demonic advertisement for some creepy
- 34:24movie coming out. And my son physically he's
- 34:27scared. I like had to run grab the
- 34:29remote dive and and be like Oh my gosh Skip.
- 34:32Like I turned it off. After that I'm like Nope, we're
- 34:34going back to the books because I try to balance, you know he's
- 34:37got he's got a a good collection of books that you know we try to
- 34:41get him interested in. But it but it's it's everywhere.
- 34:45It's everywhere. And so just the way you
- 34:47described what happened to you at six years old about how, like
- 34:51your body almost felt like it was betraying itself, Because I
- 34:54believe, you know, kids especially pure of heart, yet I
- 34:59mean just the corruption's not there.
- 35:01What does the word say? The word has the final
- 35:04authority. It says if you were to make one
- 35:06of these little ones go astray, it is better you tie a meal
- 35:10stone around your neck, which is a really big stone.
- 35:13It's not something small and be cast to the bottom of the ocean.
- 35:16And it's like that is happening on numbers that we can't even
- 35:19imagine today all around the world.
- 35:22But that that's what. Sorry, I didn't mean to go on
- 35:24another rent, but you got me so emotionally involved just from
- 35:27listening to you. Oh my goodness.
- 35:28And it goes so much farther than that nowadays.
- 35:31Because, you know, it used to be that in order to traumatize a
- 35:35child you would have to physically interact with them.
- 35:38But now, the way they do it in the spirit, they can access our
- 35:44children astrally and affect their souls.
- 35:50In ways that have a very similar bent as physical sexual assault
- 35:56and it and it can come through the IT can come through the
- 35:59wavelengths that come out of the TV, the tablet they access
- 36:02children in their dreams like it's So it's so important that
- 36:07we recognize that the way that the enemy operated 100 years
- 36:12ago, even 50 years ago, they advance in technology too.
- 36:16OK, so. Yeshua overcame all of it at the
- 36:21cross. Everything that enemy was going
- 36:23to advance and learn how to do, you know, crazy new stuff, La La
- 36:27la. He already defeated it.
- 36:28It's not a thing. It's not a thing of fear, but it
- 36:31is a it is a thing of understanding, because the
- 36:34weapons of our warfare advance too.
- 36:37And they're but they're always the blood, the word, the
- 36:39testimony, the Holy Spirit. And one thing I remember is you
- 36:44have to keep your mind sober. We can't allow our children to
- 36:49become afraid. The first thing in my life that
- 36:52caught me was that fear. It was that fear, that moment I
- 36:57thought I had to protect my parents from each other.
- 37:02I had repressed memories come back to me from even before then
- 37:06of things that would happen in the daycares that we're also
- 37:10very traumatizing it and it it all led to just a very.
- 37:16Broken understanding of people and self.
- 37:24But the thing about it is that the Lord is present in all of
- 37:28it. And I have heard people say,
- 37:31well, God, if you were real, where were you?
- 37:33And I'll tell you where he was. He was right there holding you
- 37:40and crying. I had a vision one time of
- 37:44something that happened to me. It's a new memory and I just, I
- 37:48hesitate to tell this story but I think the important part is
- 37:51this. I had a memory of of a trauma
- 37:54that occurred in in the daycare when I was like 2 and the Lord
- 38:00opened my eyes and it he was had me on his lap with his arms
- 38:05wrapped around me and his chin rested on my shoulder and I
- 38:09could feel his tears running down the front of my shirt.
- 38:13And he was weeping. And he was saying, not this one
- 38:15too. And this is the risk of free
- 38:19will. This is the greatest risk the
- 38:22Lord ever took, was giving people free will.
- 38:25But he never wanted robots. But in giving people free will,
- 38:30people can choose to abuse other people.
- 38:32That doesn't make God not real. The purpose that you must find
- 38:37in those traumas is where was he?
- 38:41Because I promise you he was there.
- 38:42I promise you he was weeping. I promise you he he guarded your
- 38:47heart. That doesn't mean it didn't have
- 38:50an effect, but it means that he is never absent.
- 38:56And he weeps over our pain. Wow.
- 39:05Yeah, that's that's amazingly deep.
- 39:09I've heard it, said Carly, that some people have considered the
- 39:15the loss of memory of certain things that have taken place,
- 39:19especially in the younger portion of life.
- 39:21It almost is a gift at times from God because like he, I
- 39:26think also, well, he of all would know that there's these
- 39:31breaking points and that there's trauma that that layers and it
- 39:36compounds and you know, it builds up.
- 39:40And I think in some ways, like I I feel that way.
- 39:43The reason I say it is because I even feel that way about my
- 39:45past. I think there's certain things
- 39:47where God was like, we're not going to go there and deal with
- 39:49that yet until you're looking at me and when you're focused on me
- 39:54and you know who I am and you know the victory, but you know
- 39:57that we and we all suffer. Read the psalms.
- 40:01Read the psalms alone. For anybody out there who's
- 40:04like, what are the, what is Rodney and Carly talking about?
- 40:06Listen. There's the good, the bad, the
- 40:08ugly, the beautiful and everything in between.
- 40:11When you read the songs and see what David went through,
- 40:13literally one point in time he is he's crying out and saying,
- 40:17God, my enemies encompass me, Lord, they're they're here to
- 40:20literally take me down into the pit, hear my cries, don't turn
- 40:24your face from me and you go a couple verses later and he is
- 40:26literally bold statements. My God is just and his fury has
- 40:31consumed the enemy who has set their foot against me.
- 40:34They have fallen by the way of the sword they drew to my neck,
- 40:37right. I mean, we see, I'm, I'm
- 40:39paraphrasing here, but but we see that with God's people.
- 40:43So anybody out there listening right now, if if you're getting
- 40:48triggered, if you're having memories, if you're dealing with
- 40:51something, it's okay to go there.
- 40:53But I want to tell you, go there with a godly person, pray and
- 40:57and and and find somebody. Go reach out to Dan Duvall.
- 41:00Every episode since I had him on, I put his website there.
- 41:04So you guys have access to the prayers and you guys have access
- 41:07to to go find a coach and get some help because that's
- 41:11important to me. That's important.
- 41:13It is important. It is important.
- 41:14And the number one thing you can ask is is literally Jesus.
- 41:18Where were you? Not Jesus, where were you?
- 41:22No, he was there. Where was he?
- 41:24Let him show you where he was because he was there.
- 41:28He would Where would else would he be?
- 41:30If your child was hurting where Where would you be?
- 41:32You would be there. And how much better of a father
- 41:35is he? And to go back to what you were
- 41:38saying about memories does you know it's a whole journey like
- 41:43what you said about No Rod. You're not ready to go there
- 41:46until you're looking at me. Yes.
- 41:48Yes. Because there's a testimony in
- 41:51our memories and. When I got some of these
- 41:54memories back, I saw them again. But I wasn't retraumatized by
- 42:01them because I was looking at them through Jesus.
- 42:05It was like he shielded me from being retraumatized by
- 42:10remembering things. But you know what I got out of
- 42:13it. For one, I saw him there, and
- 42:16for two my testimony is written. In Heaven.
- 42:23And it is a testimony to the condemnation of our enemy.
- 42:26And it affects more than me. My testimony affects more than
- 42:30me. It's not just about how good God
- 42:32has been to Carly. This is about every piece of my
- 42:36soul that the enemy has trafficked and tortured and
- 42:39utilized for evil agendas being taken back from His Kingdom
- 42:43cleanse and given back to me. You know why?
- 42:46You know why that affects everybody else, too?
- 42:48Because we are one body. Go in a room with some crabby,
- 42:51energetic vampire you. You will feel drained.
- 42:54So how much more? When I am whole, does that not
- 42:57affect the people around me? Does that not affect the body of
- 43:00Christ? Not only that, but he's sewing
- 43:03into his own condemnation. Every memory I get back, it's
- 43:07it's a nail in his coffin. Yes, and Amen.
- 43:10Because I'll tell you what, if I got one skin cell in the camp of
- 43:14the enemy, I'm coming for it. You don't get anything of mine
- 43:17because you know what they do, they utilize we.
- 43:20There is nothing more powerful in this world than Yahweh
- 43:24himself and he lives in us. So any fragment of us that is
- 43:28utilized by the camp, it's coveted.
- 43:30And there's, you know, people would love to find oil on their
- 43:33property, right? Because bam, now they're rich
- 43:36because it's utilized to to energize the world.
- 43:39It runs economies, right? And if that's true for something
- 43:43as simple as oil, imagine what you are energetically.
- 43:46You are the image and likeness of Yahweh, and the energy that
- 43:50he is, is you. He he took his essence and made
- 43:56you that energy can power a lot more than cities, folks.
- 44:01And if even the little bit it's of it, it's in the camp of the
- 44:03enemy. It's a problem not only because
- 44:06it's it's inevitably tethered to your life experiences, but it's
- 44:11giving. Energy to an evil agenda.
- 44:15And so my point in saying all that is to say yes, getting the
- 44:19memory back is scary. Yes, there's times and seasons.
- 44:23We have to be looking at the Lord.
- 44:25We have to be looking at it with the Lord.
- 44:27It's not all at once. That wouldn't be merciful.
- 44:30But it's important to remember because you can't convict
- 44:33somebody of a crime if there's no witnesses.
- 44:35And I stole that from Dan because it was really hard to
- 44:39understand. Like, how do we do?
- 44:42Why do I have to remember this? And then he said that in one
- 44:45sermon somewhere. Y'all better just check it out
- 44:48because you'll find you'll find the gems for yourself in season.
- 44:51It's like you can't convict someone of a crime without a
- 44:53testimony without a witness. You're the witness and every
- 44:57part of ourselves that we get back.
- 45:00We that's our inheritance. It's it's not just about being
- 45:04able to, you know, live your life a little better.
- 45:06This, our personhood, is his inheritance, he said.
- 45:10We are his inheritance. What?
- 45:14The one who was uncreated, who made all things, who was
- 45:18complete and holy and perfect in all his ways.
- 45:21I'm his inheritance. Oh, that makes me really
- 45:25important. And that makes you.
- 45:27Really important and all those things about you that the enemy
- 45:30has tried to harness for his fuen fuen stuff he does.
- 45:34It's not okay. We got to go for it.
- 45:37And this is where strategic prayer comes in because we have
- 45:40to go get what is his, what is ours.
- 45:43And we already have the victory. So pony up.
- 45:47I don't know what else to say. You just got a ride out.
- 45:50Get your music that you love, get your scriptures that you
- 45:53love. Find a group of people.
- 45:55Who you can trust and pray with and pray and pray smart and wise
- 46:00prayers, Strategic prayers. Because you will avail so much.
- 46:04You will. I tell you, when I started this
- 46:06journey, when I got saved in 2009, was it nine or seven?
- 46:10I can't remember. My life has been radically
- 46:14changed, but it wasn't me. I'm just walking with the Lord
- 46:18like he's a faithful one. Wow.
- 46:27Yeah. OKOK, so you're speaking my
- 46:29language now that this is where I live, in this, this place.
- 46:35I love hearing the testimony because we know it is only by
- 46:41the blood of the lamb and through our testimonies that we
- 46:45overcome. And here's another another line
- 46:49from Dan. You're going to have a testimony
- 46:53that is a justice case against the Kingdom of Darkness.
- 46:56That's actually in the intro of the podcast.
- 47:00Now, I I know that just speaking with with Dan personally because
- 47:04this, this is the thing Carly God has people in the Kingdom,
- 47:10in the body that he wants us to connect with for one reason or
- 47:13another. It doesn't always need to make
- 47:15sense in the moment. There's things that I've heard.
- 47:18I've listened to people talk for hours years ago when it first
- 47:21started to show and they'll be like one or two things that just
- 47:23stick with me, right? It's like that never left me and
- 47:27then I'll find, oh, that was a tool that that God was using to
- 47:32give me from somebody else that I was to pull out and use for
- 47:36this job, right. It was like that.
- 47:38It's just right there on the back burner.
- 47:39At any point in time, turn around and grab it and use it.
- 47:42And I and I think that's interesting and we need more
- 47:44people to speak up, to talk about their testimonies, to not
- 47:49be afraid to go there. But we got to be strong in the
- 47:52Lord. So like, there's this balance of
- 47:53like we need to disciple people and and love people.
- 47:58Like literally love them. Like just be there with them.
- 48:00Like it. I was reading the scripture the
- 48:02other day and it was like cry with who's crying and laugh with
- 48:05who's laughing. Like anybody joyful, sing a song
- 48:09to the Lord. Is anybody sick?
- 48:11You need prayer, prayer and intercede, right?
- 48:14And it's like we need to see more of that as well, because
- 48:16there's there's plenty of like YouTube cool Christian.
- 48:20I feel like Christianity is like kind of cool right now in the
- 48:23public's eye in a way, because it's kind of the rebel, like the
- 48:26whole world is like opposed to it.
- 48:27So people think it's cool to be a Christian rapper, a Christian
- 48:30musician. And I believe there's some real
- 48:32ones out there. I believe there's some real ones
- 48:34out there, but not all of them, you guys, not all of them.
- 48:38The battles that take place behind closed doors, most people
- 48:41never see that stuff. So you got to have people you
- 48:44can pray with that you trust. And we need more Dan the balls
- 48:47out there. We need more Carly's out there
- 48:50at this point in time. Oh man, so.
- 48:53Yeah, we need to wake up to who we are and, and and I think
- 48:56that's where the rubber meets the road is when you're moving
- 49:00in your identity and you're not living a life of watered down
- 49:05identity. It's not, it's not a theological
- 49:07exercise of personality, right? It's if you punch me in the face
- 49:13and wake me up and ask me who I am, I'm going to know my name.
- 49:16It doesn't matter what's going on.
- 49:17Like I'm going to know my own name, right?
- 49:19Because it has been with me. It is who I am, frankly.
- 49:22Right? This name.
- 49:23And the Lord has a different name for me.
- 49:25But my point is, is that it's got to be so in us.
- 49:28And how does this come? This comes by fellowship, time
- 49:32and the Word. Realizing that God is with you
- 49:36all the time and he will speak to you through little things.
- 49:39Just like you said. That moment you, you cross paths
- 49:42to somebody. They said a thing.
- 49:43It's stuck with you. That's the Lord.
- 49:46That's the Lord right there, and it's learning to recognize those
- 49:49little moments. I tell you, I've had the Lord
- 49:51show up and talk to me through the silliest things.
- 49:57It's so simple. Because he it's not always this
- 50:00deep esoteric searching. There's that too, right?
- 50:04There's that, too. But there's also that time you
- 50:08see a flower budding. And he talks to you about the
- 50:11cycles of life and how you'll always be born again and again.
- 50:15And there's always hope and there's always newness of life
- 50:18in him. It's it's just that simple.
- 50:21But we have to choose to, to look for it.
- 50:24Expect the Lord to show up in the every day Ness of your life.
- 50:28He will talk to you when you're folding your laundry.
- 50:30He will show you how to be grateful in the mundane things
- 50:34of life, because he's there too. God isn't just there to be met
- 50:39when you're in your prayer closet.
- 50:41He's there to be met when you're tying your shoes and you're
- 50:43running your kids to this place and that place and you're
- 50:45vacuuming your carpet. It's all the Bible says.
- 50:48Do all things unto the Lord, Yeah, and and that's a
- 50:54relationship. But we're talking about, we're
- 50:55literally talking about a relationship, how we are
- 50:59relating to God, because clearly he is there.
- 51:02Whether somebody out there is listening to this or like, I
- 51:05don't see him, though I don't feel him.
- 51:07We can't always base it on on feelings.
- 51:09Faith is is not by sight. It's not by sight, you guys.
- 51:16Your faith can increase, grow if you whether you have a blindfold
- 51:19on or not. You know faith is the substance
- 51:21of things hoped for, the evidence of the unseen.
- 51:25And I love what you said, Carly. I love what you said about
- 51:28looking at the everyday things because I get distracted on.
- 51:32I work in a factory 4050 hours a week, right?
- 51:36You know, I have a young kid, right?
- 51:37I got land, I got chickens here. And I'm like, I'm trying to get
- 51:41all this stuff done. And a lot of times I'll be like,
- 51:43I'll just have to laugh at myself and be like, man, I
- 51:46cannot take myself too serious. God, I am like, go, go, go,
- 51:49right. I got veins popping out.
- 51:51I'm sweating out here and I haven't talked to you all day.
- 51:53Lord, like, what am I doing? Like, what is going on around
- 51:56here? Right?
- 51:57And then I'll just start to soak it up with him for a minute.
- 51:59But I wish that literally I had more of the training to see that
- 52:04just by models, by examples, Carly.
- 52:07Lord knows this is the thing. Next time you're shoveling
- 52:11chicken poop, ask the Lord to be there with you.
- 52:13When you're shoveling the chicken poop.
- 52:16When you're when you're sweating and you're running around and
- 52:19you're, you know, your frazzle. Lord, just be here with me
- 52:22because it's learning to walk in the mundane things, right?
- 52:27And and like if my husband were to leave my house and go be in a
- 52:30different country for a month, if I didn't see him, let's say
- 52:32our phones are broken and we couldn't talk, would he be any
- 52:34less my husband because he's over there?
- 52:37He wouldn't. It isn't the IT isn't.
- 52:41If we've base our faith purely on our experiential, sensual
- 52:46aspects of of our relationship with God, we're going to be
- 52:49disappointed in seasons because. Sometimes you just have to trust
- 52:54Lords. I'm struggling the chicken poop
- 52:59and you're here with me because I got to shovel it.
- 53:02You've you've made me Stewart, right?
- 53:04You you you told me to tend and keep the garden.
- 53:06I got these chickens now I got to bless them in Jesus name.
- 53:10Maybe they'll poop a little less.
- 53:11I don't know. But you know what I mean?
- 53:14Give me more eggs, less poop in Jesus name.
- 53:17Amen. You know But you got to in All
- 53:19in all things pray without ceasing.
- 53:21Do all things unto the Lord that mean what that is, is just an
- 53:25invitation Lord invites. There's seasons in my life where
- 53:27I like I'm a spiritual warrior, but there are seasons in my life
- 53:33when I'm like I cannot. I'm just in my turtle shell,
- 53:36like peeking out going Lord, I ain't going, no, Sir, I'm not
- 53:41going out there. You're going to have to come in
- 53:43here with me. And he does.
- 53:45And it doesn't change the things that's happening in my life
- 53:49necessarily in the moment. But I know I've invited into
- 53:53him, into a place, and that's meaningful because every time we
- 54:00give the Lord our yes. Every time we open a door for
- 54:03him to come in, he's faithful to Sup with us.
- 54:08And you know what? His presence gives us strength.
- 54:10His presence gives us peace. And next thing we know, we look
- 54:14back and we go. I don't know how I got over, but
- 54:17I know one day I said Jesus yes. And that's all it takes, is it's
- 54:23not always complicated. It's not always taking time
- 54:27aside and stopping what you're doing, and that's great too.
- 54:29But if you're in a seasonal life that you can't do that, there's
- 54:32grace for that. Invite him when you're cleaning
- 54:35the toilet. Like, just do it.
- 54:37He's not afraid. He's not a he's not so uppity
- 54:41that he can't be in the shower talking to you while you're
- 54:44crying like he's got big shoulders and he's not easily
- 54:50offended. So.
- 54:51You know, talk to Jesus when you're on the toilet.
- 54:53He don't mind. I promise he doesn't.
- 54:56He just wants to be invited in. Yeah.
- 55:00You know, I'm really happy that I love when the episode just
- 55:04goes organic organically, just flows.
- 55:06And this is, this is a reminder for me and for everybody
- 55:10listening, just to include the Lord and more of what we're
- 55:16doing. Cuz he's there anyway.
- 55:18He's already there and so including him in that is really
- 55:22you saying yes to God. I know that you're there and it
- 55:27reminds me of what repentance is.
- 55:30Repentance is a change of mind. It's changing our mind.
- 55:34We we can change our mind about how we are dealing with things
- 55:38about what's going on on our day-to-day.
- 55:42It's just it's such a great a great place to come to.
- 55:45Now we have, we have a close here in about 10 minutes.
- 55:49So I'm going to say this right now, you're you got to come back
- 55:52for Part 2 because we we have so much more to get through.
- 55:55Yes, but I want it. I just wanted to say something.
- 56:00I don't mean to butt in, but I want to say one more thing.
- 56:04After I got saved, it wasn't all roses.
- 56:09I ended up in a a church where the pastor was predatory,
- 56:15sexually predatory towards me and.
- 56:19In the light of a lifetime of brokenness and self betrayal and
- 56:23condemnation, I was so vulnerable, even though I was an
- 56:28adult and a mother of two sons like I should have, quote UN
- 56:31quote, known better. And I think that's the thing
- 56:33that Enemy often says to people who are agewise adults, but
- 56:38they're not. We're not there yet because of
- 56:40unresolved trauma and hurts and I really want to speak to.
- 56:48I want to share my testimony in this place, and it's it's very
- 56:51vulnerable and raw. It's not pretty to listen to.
- 56:55Some people might not even like me when we're done, like, right?
- 56:59But the truth of the matter is these things happen.
- 57:02Church hurts. Go beyond being disappointed
- 57:04that you didn't get crowned to Deacon, OK?
- 57:08They they can become a rending of the soul.
- 57:12That makes you question if he's even real.
- 57:17And there's people out there who have lived that, like I have
- 57:20lived that. And there was a point in my life
- 57:23after I, after I finally admitted to my husband what had
- 57:27happened to me, that I said to the Lord, Look, I don't know
- 57:32anything. Nothing.
- 57:34The sky might not even be blue. I might not even be me.
- 57:38The seasons might not be real. Yo, I know two things.
- 57:42That's it. Two things.
- 57:45God is good. Jesus is Lord, and so help me
- 57:48God, you're going to have to build everything else back.
- 57:50Because it broke me so deeply, was like the culmination of all
- 57:57my worst traumas took place in the church.
- 57:59And it shouldn't be like that, but it was.
- 58:05And there's a way through and there's an overcoming that's
- 58:09available and it's not time to give up and it's not time to
- 58:12pack up and go to the new age, no.
- 58:15Because sometimes the people who are call themselves Christians,
- 58:19they may be well meaning, but they got their own unresolved
- 58:21stuff. This is facts.
- 58:27This. Facts.
- 58:28Wow. And it and it took a toll.
- 58:30It took, it affected my marriage.
- 58:32It it, and we've had to be building back ever since.
- 58:36It affected my new family when I got married again and I had that
- 58:40courage to get married again. But the Lord was in it.
- 58:44Every step of the way. Not every day and not every
- 58:47moment could I see it. But he has been faithfully
- 58:51putting me back together since the moment I confessed to my
- 58:56husband what had happened to me. He's been building us back, but
- 58:59it's been a very difficult Rd. But this is where the Lord calls
- 59:04people overcomers. Overcomers have overcome some
- 59:07stuff. They didn't just arrive on a a
- 59:10valet of roses. You have to fight for stuff.
- 59:14If it matters to you, you have to buckle down and do it.
- 59:16And if you can't do it, you invite Jesus into your I can't
- 59:20do this right now. And I I would just love to come
- 59:24back and talk about the truth of what happened to me and just
- 59:28pray that it allows other people who've been through similar
- 59:33situations to say to Jesus, yes, again, because he's faithful.
- 59:41Absolutely. And you're definitely going to
- 59:43come back. I know you just for a sneak peek
- 59:47for the listeners you have some information or possibly is an
- 59:52experience with Sasquatch and different hauntings of sort.
- 59:57Quick left, yeah. Yeah, we're.
- 1:00:02Want me to touch on that a little bit?
- 1:00:03Little Sasquatch sprinkles. Just a little glimmer of
- 1:00:06Sasquatch. Because I love Bigfoot and
- 1:00:10crickets in general, yeah, yeah, I just, I have to go there and
- 1:00:14we're going to do this as as literally because the audience
- 1:00:18is going to expect us to talk about this when you come back.
- 1:00:20And and I think that that's going to be a lot of fun.
- 1:00:23But give us a couple little glimmers here of Sasquatch.
- 1:00:27What's going on there? What's going on?
- 1:00:30With Sasquatch soup? Okay so.
- 1:00:33My grandparents of my mom's mom's house was haunted and
- 1:00:37crazy and weird and at night my this was out by the Shaquanmaga
- 1:00:41National Forest out in Wisconsin, North Central,
- 1:00:43Wisconsin, little town, middle of nowhere.
- 1:00:46You can see the whole Milky Way in the sky at night, legit
- 1:00:50nowhere'sville. And so there was always my
- 1:00:54grandma would call them poltergeist and they'd move
- 1:00:56things around the house and and there'd be there's this one room
- 1:00:59that there were shadow people and dark.
- 1:01:02Cold. It was always cold.
- 1:01:03It was. It was strange.
- 1:01:05But the Sasquatch thing was my grandma would always shut the
- 1:01:08curtains at night. Because that's funny, because
- 1:01:11not everybody in my family is sensitive to it, but there was a
- 1:01:14handful of us that were and it just felt like someone was
- 1:01:17watching us through the window. So nobody would want to look out
- 1:01:21the window at night. My grandma actually went so far
- 1:01:24as to have a history of the land, to see, like where they're
- 1:01:27at Native American burial grounds or something, because
- 1:01:29the place was just weird. But one night, this is the
- 1:01:32Sasquatch encounter. You won't find me on Sasquatch
- 1:01:36Chronicles because it's too short of a story, but it's
- 1:01:38perfect for this timing. So my grandma had just passed
- 1:01:42away and my whole family was at the house.
- 1:01:46And it was old farmhouse. You walk out the door and you
- 1:01:48got to walk a little ways to the car.
- 1:01:51Ever the people who are sensitive to these things, we we
- 1:01:54did not go outside at night by ourselves because it just was
- 1:01:56freaky. It was freaky.
- 1:01:59But this time I'm like, you know what?
- 1:02:00I'm saved. I got Jesus, me and Jesus, we're
- 1:02:02going to the car. Hey.
- 1:02:04So I it's night. I walk out and I go to my car to
- 1:02:07get whatever I was going to get. And I looked down the driveway
- 1:02:11between the garage and the barn, and there was like this.
- 1:02:15It's hard to tell but I would say about 8 or 9 feet tall based
- 1:02:18on a tree that it was standing next to hulking black figure.
- 1:02:23And the reason why I say was Sasquatch is because the build
- 1:02:26it was like the head of the thing was my God, it was like 2
- 1:02:33huge watermelons and there was probably 4 1/2 feet wide and it
- 1:02:38was because there was a light down that way down the hill it
- 1:02:42was in relief. So.
- 1:02:44I couldn't see features because the light was behind the thing
- 1:02:48down the yard, probably 25 yards, based on me eyeballing a
- 1:02:53football field in my brain, OK, And and I just looked at it and
- 1:02:57I stopped and look and I'm like frozen.
- 1:02:59And this thing's looking at me. And I just grabbed my stuff,
- 1:03:03shut the door. I was like, Lord, this devil
- 1:03:09Sasquatch thing is not going to see me running.
- 1:03:11So I'm not running. Right.
- 1:03:14So I start to, like, walk quickly controlled way back to
- 1:03:18the house and went inside and I told my mom, she's like, you
- 1:03:22shouldn't even be going outside at night by yourself.
- 1:03:26Wow. But that was The thing is, is
- 1:03:27between always feeling like someone's looking through the
- 1:03:29window and then this one occurrence, you know, and I've
- 1:03:32seen spirits before. I've that's a whole nother
- 1:03:36thing. That's another podcast for
- 1:03:37another day. But between the Ouija board and
- 1:03:39my own seances and channeling and trying to resurrect the soul
- 1:03:43of my dead father, I've seen a lot of spiritual stuff.
- 1:03:46And this was not that. This was a very physical
- 1:03:50something. So you see the silhouette of of
- 1:03:55the Bigfoot, right? And and now let's end it with
- 1:03:59this Okay, what do you think it was?
- 1:04:03A physical creature? Completely physical?
- 1:04:06Or do you think it was a spiritual being that manifested
- 1:04:11into the physical? What do you think Sasquatch is?
- 1:04:14Yeah, but that's that's a loaded question.
- 1:04:16The reason why I think this was a the reason why I think it's
- 1:04:18both. I think just like all creation,
- 1:04:22it's sentient. It has self-awareness, it has
- 1:04:27spiritual stuff about it. It's a it was a physical thing,
- 1:04:30so it's physically there, but. You know you can't feel the
- 1:04:37energy of something that isn't alive.
- 1:04:39If you take a dead flower and put it on the table, you're not
- 1:04:42really going to be able to feel the energy of it is not an
- 1:04:45animate object, right? Only the things that are alive
- 1:04:49and have an energetic feel. The soul, if you will.
- 1:04:54I hesitate to use that term technically, but then you can
- 1:04:58feel it, so I think. As far as the whole Sasquatch
- 1:05:02conversation goes, I think they are, they're different.
- 1:05:07There's there's different ones that can do different things.
- 1:05:10Just like people, we have different gifts, we have
- 1:05:13different abilities and and maybe some of us are lumped
- 1:05:16into, you know, having a prophetic bent or some of us are
- 1:05:18lumped into this. I think Sasquatch is the same
- 1:05:21way. It's the it's a physical entity
- 1:05:23that has supernatural expressions and abilities.
- 1:05:27So people have talked about it cloaking.
- 1:05:30Or disappearing or. Or its energy, like debilitating
- 1:05:34you. The frequency of its voice.
- 1:05:37I think all of these things lend to believing that it has a
- 1:05:42spiritual ability that is different than our own.
- 1:05:49So I would say it's both. And yeah, I really like, I
- 1:05:53really like your answer. I I feel very, very similar.
- 1:05:58I still haven't made my mind up 100%, but I know it's not just
- 1:06:01an ape man running around out in the woods.
- 1:06:04It's so much more than that. And I've never had an encounter
- 1:06:06with one but but I've, you know dealt with some other cryptids
- 1:06:13if you will. And from what I hear it sounds
- 1:06:17very similar, the way that these things make you feel and the
- 1:06:21presence that they carry. And it's a battle we we're in a
- 1:06:25battlefield that all of this is it's a battlefield.
- 1:06:29And Carly, it was it was a pleasure to have you on and we
- 1:06:32didn't get into enough of your story.
- 1:06:36So a Part 2 is guaranteed and I just want to I just want to give
- 1:06:40you a real quick space. If if you have some kind of
- 1:06:42winding down words for us here and if you have anything where
- 1:06:47if a listener wants to reach out to you, if you have like a
- 1:06:49social media site or just anything at all, feel free to
- 1:06:52plug that and give us some closing thoughts and words just
- 1:06:58on your experience here this far and.
- 1:07:02I think you could put it in the show notes.
- 1:07:04You could just share my Gmail account.
- 1:07:06I'm not big on social media like.
- 1:07:08You know, China's watching us, Facebook censoring us.
- 1:07:12So what are we going to say? My face, my social media is not
- 1:07:16very interesting, folks. So if you do want to reach out
- 1:07:19to me for some other reason, just e-mail me.
- 1:07:21I'll give Rod that information, as in, in closing thoughts.
- 1:07:28You're not disqualified because of the things that you've been
- 1:07:32through. God.
- 1:07:36God can love you back into wholeness.
- 1:07:40It's not a snap of a finger. It's not an easy Rd.
- 1:07:44But you get closer every time you give him your yes.
- 1:07:51And there's hope. There's hope for people who
- 1:07:56maybe don't know him know Jesus, it's not another moral code to
- 1:08:01live by. You could pick a moral code from
- 1:08:04any religions of the world. Jesus is the embodiment of all
- 1:08:11of creation, including you. It's it's not about learning to
- 1:08:18not do this and to start doing that.
- 1:08:20It's about learning truly who you are in Him because you're
- 1:08:26not separate. And if you've spent your life
- 1:08:29feeling separate from something that's bigger than you, I
- 1:08:31promise you. If you genuinely seek truth in
- 1:08:34your life, you will land at Jesus.
- 1:08:37You will land at Jesus. I I took a long, windy crazy Rd.
- 1:08:41but I got there too, and if he could bring me there, his hand
- 1:08:48isn't far from you. And so I hope you come back for
- 1:08:51Part 2, because we're going to talk about some of the harder
- 1:08:56things, some of the testimonies, cosmic justice cases.
- 1:09:03As Daniel says, and and we're going to stomp the devil in the
- 1:09:07face, because you know what, that's what he's got coming.
- 1:09:10So I'm going to tell my testimony and it's going to be
- 1:09:12vulnerable and real, but I'm not ashamed and I don't think
- 1:09:15anybody else should be either. Because the truth be told is
- 1:09:18that vulnerability is a weapon of the Lord as well.
- 1:09:22Because you know what? Nobody can hurt me.
- 1:09:26They can't hurt me. I can tell you the dark and
- 1:09:28crazy horrible things, the terrible decisions I've made, as
- 1:09:32ugly as I've been, and who can take something, Who can take
- 1:09:39something from me without the Lord say so?
- 1:09:42I better. I'd be vulnerable and honest
- 1:09:44with the things that I've been through and help somebody else
- 1:09:48than to be afraid of what somebody else might think.
- 1:09:51God forbid. Psalms 106.
- 1:09:55Praise ye the Lord, Oh give thanks unto the Lord, for he is
- 1:09:59good for his mercy. Endureth forever, who can utter
- 1:10:04the mighty acts of the Lord? Who can show forth all of his
- 1:10:07praise? Blessed are they that keep
- 1:10:10judgment, and he that do with righteousness.
- 1:10:13At all times. Remember Me, Lord, with thy
- 1:10:18favor that thou bearest unto their people.
- 1:10:22Oh, visit me with thy salvation, that I might see the good of
- 1:10:27that chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation,
- 1:10:32that I may glory with thine inheritance.
- 1:10:36Carly, it was an honor to have you here and to hear your story.
- 1:10:41I know that this one was an emotional roller coaster, and we
- 1:10:44didn't even get into the meat of her story yet.
- 1:10:46This is just an introduction, so share this one with your
- 1:10:50friends, family members, with your coworker.
- 1:10:52Thank you. That's all man.
- 1:10:55God bless. And goodbye.
